Purchased this model - LSEL6333F 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Fan Convection Electric Slide-in Range with Air Fry & EasyClean. The numbers and markings on the handles on this stove front, after regular use and sparse cleaning are disappearing and in some cases completely gone, even after marking it ourselves per the manufacturer's recommendation--which was a poor recommendation to begin with. Purchased this product in June 2024. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. Along with the disappearing numbers/marking, the handles are prone to accidentally being turned on without your realizing it's on because of where they’re located. Thanks for the red light warning that the stove is hot.

I bought my LG electric Range Model Number LREN6323YE 8/8/2025. Less than 6 months into ownership the oven stopped baking properly. I read the owner's manual, followed instructions on how to adjust temperature on the oven. That did not help so I called Customer service. I was told since I didn't call to document my effort to fix the problem I would have to try again and call back. I may be old fashioned but how long has it been that I spend over $1100 on range and then I'm still expected to repair said appliance in less than 6 months time? At this time I called customer service again and I'm waiting to get a call back to schedule repair service.

LED display will break every 4-6 years ( based on my serviceman. Glass top will look scratched and burnt after a short time (even w/a smooth bottom cookware). Manufacturer will make YOU pay for shipping of replacement parts when they come to you as broken. THIS BRAND HAS BIG DREAMS & POOR QUALITY.

This was the absolute worst customer service experience of my entire life and I am 70 years old. I purchased an LG Gas Stove online through LG. It included installation and removal. The stove never worked properly from the go. It covered everything I cooked with or came near the stove in black soot. Quite by accident, someone saw this and told me to stop using the stove immediately. It had not been installed properly. The installer had hooked up my stove for natural gas, which I did not have. I have propane. This error was poisoning us. I immediately reached out to LG. The only way they allowed contact was via chat. I chatted myself to death. After the first month or so, I was beginning to receive calls back. I spent an average of SEVEN hours a day. Starting with the chat. Passed on to a phone call.

I have documented my phone calls and THREE MONTHS of these interactions. I was held hostage in my own home. I could do nothing else but sit on top of my phone. Losing that connection meant starting over again. Ultimately, I got to engage with the Super customer Support. She, truthfully was the worst, the most malicious of any encounter ever. Again, she would give no phone numbers. So top secret. Hush hush. Near our ending of this 3 month relationship she offered to pay for a new installer to come out. First, I pay. Then submit. Bull shit. You do not get to burn me twice. Sure enough, the time frame for the repair person to come out, do the job and be paid was passed, never to be reimbursed by LG. LG pushed responsibility onto the delivery company. Sadly, legally LG contracted with me and therefore was legally obligated to fulfill our contract. LG support woman was not happy about that!!

In the end, it was an installer who saw my situation and asked if he could step in. Absolutely. Are you kidding me?? I'll pay your airfare. Just get this two thousand dollar piece of metal that has caused a royal battle with my husband who could not walk through the kitchen without some vicious comment. He absolutely refused to believe that it could take three months for a company to fix their issues. Three months!! Averaging seven hours a day. Do you think your Venom is helping this very angry woman right now? So, he's gone. And, my stove is finally working.

I bake and cook meals at Christmas time for any and all who are alone for the holidays. Lasagna for Christmas eve and prime rib for Christmas. Plus, all the baked goods. I was 5 pans in the process of baking my 67 lasagnas when my stove died. Then, St Patrick's Day corned beef dinners for anyone alone, elderly. A lot of people were disappointed thanks to LG. No one more than myself. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER but another LG product again. And, I intend to make sure my experience is shared with every and anyone. No company should EVER treat their customers as horribly (sorry, poorly does not work here. LG was disgustingly horrible to their customer). LG, you have no right to treat customers so badly. A receipt is requested in this review process. Another aspect to buying online is the total lack of supporting paperwork, receipts (none) and the ensuing search of previous conversations to get past that roadblock.

Our recently purchased range has grease streaks and stains inside the sealed glass viewing door window. To remove the stains, the entire door would have to be taken apart or replaced. LG has provided no reasonable support. The company reps all indicate that is a maintenance issue and the customer is responsible for rectifying this. There is no guarantee that taking the door apart would not jeopardize the quality of the oven. There is nothing in the manual addressing this issue.

I have only had my LG oven slide in range for 2 years and I did a self clean and it died. Nothing would turn on and door was locked. I had to pay $800 to replace control board and not the lock won't turn off. We tried all the suggested fixed and it wont work. Now we probably have to buy a part for the lock, which makes the cost of repairs more than we paid for the oven. Your product should not die after two years when using a function that you built in. I have all LG appliances and I love my washer and dryer and fridge but I am very dissatisfied with this oven. It seems even before that it did not heat properly.

I recently wrote a poor review for LG Manufacturer about an Electric Range. Things were breaking one by one. I contacted them and they eventually sent a repairman out to fix the issues. I am pleased and give them credit for standing behind their products. Thank you, Mr President.

      Original Review: Feb. 14, 2026

My LG range is just 4 years old. The lifespan of these ranges show 10 to 15 years. I take excellent care of my appliances. The looks of my range are in almost perfect condition, Everything has started breaking down on it first the digital clock then a hour glass started appearing then the oven light burned and now a burner is not working. The price to repair the range is almost the price of a new one. Their website says to contact the President of the company for any concerns I missed the return call, she said she would text me information. I never got a text. Contacted her many times with no response. I think I got a lemon and the President of the company needs some customer service training. No more LG for me.

LG 6.3 cu.ft. Free Standing Electric True Convection Smart Range with Air Fry Model: LREN6325XESKU was purchased along with an LG refrigerator. The stove front right burner malfunctioned. The element burned out...it had zigzag white dots. I called Best Buy, where I purchased it. It was replaced. The same thing happened to my LG second with an added left front burner element burning out as well. I am extremely disappointed. I was not going to take a third chance. I purchased another brand. I would not recommend this stove.

I’ve purchased 2. The first one the left front burner went out about 16 months as in only worked on high so had it repaired to the tune of 400.00 plus dollars so while I was waiting on parts I went ahead and bought another one 5-24-24 and the same exact burner went out at 16 months and now the right front is exactly the same issue. Total junk brand. Do not waste your money. LG…Lots of Garbage or Lousy Gadget. Pick your flavor. Going to purchase new stove tomorrow but it won’t be an LG.

I purchased a gas range from Lowe's. The knob on the range is in the wrong position. After many calls to LG and to Lowes I am still trying to get the knob fixed. I was told by LG they would send me a knob and I would have to reconnect. The unit is connected and they want me to reassemble. I purchased an extended warranty and was told by a representative that the knob unit is not covered under the warranty. Help me make it make sense. Do not shop at Lowe's or purchase LG gas range.
