I got the soaker from Independent Home and I enjoy every bit of it. There was another model and I called it bubbles but I wasn’t going to be using that too often and it cost more money. So, I just decided I needed a tub. The sales rep I worked with was very nice and very courteous. I couldn’t ask for a better person. The installers were very nice, too. They cleaned up everything and I couldn’t ask for a better deal than that because they didn’t leave anything undone. It was beautiful in there when they got through and I was so amazed at how they got it in there because my bathroom was a little small. And it looked just like it belong in there. Both the man and his son who put it in there were very professional and I wouldn't choose any other company than these people that I had.

From the start my wife and I were treated with respect and understanding. Shasta and Sandra came out to our home and explained everything clearly. They both answered all our questions. The schedule was made with us in mind. On the day of install Sandra wasn’t able to come but Shasta came alone and she did a phenomenal job. From start to finish she was very professional. We have never had a contractor come into our home and clean up after themselves like Shasta did. Her workmanship excelled our strictest expectations. Our one and only complaint is that we don’t have another home to put another walk in tub in. All of our friends and family that have seen the completed job are extremely satisfied with the end product. Several have expressed interest in having one installed in their home. I lost my leg a couple of years ago and we needed to get a tub that was stable enough for me to get in and out of with one leg because I might lose the other one too. So I started looking on Facebook and we called Safe Step but they wanted quite a bit of money. And Medicare really don't help people like me that have prosthetics. So, we couldn't afford them. I started looking more and I set up an appointment with Independent Home. Their sales rep came out and was telling me what the price would be. His name was Patrick and he was very nice and very informative. He told us to call him if we had questions or anything. We've called him several times and he called us right back. I also liked the way he presented the tub and how he was so professional. He was very helpful to us because we did have questions, so we really enjoyed meeting him.

I decided to get a walk-in bath from Independent Home and their sales rep was very nice. The installers did a very nice job, too and I cannot complain about the workmanship. But I asked for tan in the paneling to put on the walls and what I got is yellow, which doesn't fit the room. The tub and my ceramic floors are tan. And my sinks are all white, so I feel sorry now that I didn't go with the white. I called and told them about it, but it's been three weeks now and I haven't heard back from them. So, I don't know if they plan on doing anything or not. Other than that, I like the convenience of the tub and I enjoy soaking in it. I'm elderly, and I cannot get down in a tub and soak. If I get down, you got to call 911 to put me up. But my favorite feature is I can sit in a tub now.

We got a phone call from someone that wanted to set up an appointment, so I set one up. The salesperson came and talked to us for several hours and we made the decision to go ahead and get a walk-in tub. I'm 73 and I've had two back operations and my husband is 70 and has knee issues. When you're this age, there are aches and pains. Because of my back operations, my balance is a little off, and it makes me nervous in the shower. We went with the Royal model. It has the lights that change color. It's the hydrotherapy tub.

My husband had done some research looking for a walk-in tub. He is an amputee and he felt that's the type he wanted. The sales rep that we dealt with was good. He was informative and he told us everything about the tub. The installation went very well and my husband loves the tub. But on my poiny, I'm a shower-type person and I don't particularly like to sit to do it. So it's a little confining for me.

The salesman was very good. Paying for the tub was the hard part, but it was good. The installer was nice. They all came when they said they’d come. It was a good experience. Everybody was easy to get along and did what they said they were gonna do. They tried real hard and they were very decent.

The installer arrived on time, she is very courteous at all times. She had a challenge installing the spa, but worked very hard on the challenge that occurred. The end completed job was very satisfactory- it looked like it was there all the time- We highly recommended her to any of your potential clients.

I’ve been living by myself and I'm on oxygen. I was having trouble taking a shower and I couldn’t stand that long. A walk-in spa was something that I felt that I needed. The rep from Independent Home presented really well to me. He was very knowledgeable and he got my cost down to where I could afford it. The installation team was super. On the first day, they came and tore out but they didn’t have the water heater. So they came back the next day and finished up. They did really good work. The walk-in spa was a really good tub. I can walk-in in and sit down on it and I feel more independent.

The walk-in tub from Independent Home seemed like a good deal. Purchasing it was easy and the installers were nice. But there are a few things that perturbed me. The walk-in tub takes so long to fill and I'm not very patient. I don't wanna sit there for 15 minutes while the bathtub fills, which I have to do. It's my water pressure and then I run out of hot water. They recommended the 50 but I said that the 40-gallon tank would be okay. Then by the time the walk-in tub gets all the way up to where I need it to start, the water starts getting cold.

I was having problems stepping over into my tub. Also, I was afraid I would slip and fall. Independent Home's rep was good. He explained everything. And then, the installers did a good job. However, I wish they left the shower curtain. The tub came with a shower and I just don't have a curtain. I can't take a stand up shower because I don't have a curtain. But I'll take care of that. At this point, that's a minor thing. The tub works fine. That's what I got it for.

We purchased a walk in tub a few years ago and we needed to replace the water faucet. The company that sold us the tub went out of business. After considerable effort we came in contact with Arie. We explained to Arie how much trouble we had with getting a faucet and he was proactive. Arie took care of the issue same day with no hassle. Yesterday the new faucet was installed and we are happy and thankful.

I've been here in Montana for a month and a half and I got the tub done just before I left. Independent Home's reps were really good. I was very pleased with them. I only took about three baths in the tub. I’m learning to even just do short water, and still be able to take a bath, which is good, and learning how to do the shower and to wash my hair. I'm not one to fill it up and sit there for a long time. But there are different ways that I can do.

I'm disabled and I can't get in my other tub ‘cause if I get it in, I can hardly get out or I can hardly get in it. It's also hard when standing up for so long and taking showers. My husband also has bad hips and bad knees. We needed something that we could get in and out to relax in. So when we had the money to do an Independent Home walk-in tub, we decided to get it done. We both needed the jets to relax our bodies and our muscles. I also have bad arthritis in my back, hips, neck, and shoulders. So we got it to help relieve some of the pain. I love the walk-in tub mostly. It's a way to get in there and just sit back and relax.

I had a knee surgery and my husband's walking is not very good so we thought it was time to get a walk-in tub. I really would've liked something different but that's what Independent Home came up with. The guy had kind of a problem because our bathroom is kinda small and he didn't think it would go in there. But there was a different guy here that said he thought it would and it did. The tub looks good in there. We're still kind of learning some of the points. He didn't let us look at it and use it, but it works good.

I'm a caregiver and the person staying with me has arthritis and diabetes. We got Independent Home walk-in and their reps would really courteous and explained things to us. The installation went really well. It took four hours at most and the techs did a good job. With our Independent Home, the person in my care is able to sit down and take a shower comfortably. Our Independent Home product looks nice in the room too. It's very helpful and it's a pleasure to have in our house. It's relaxing to use and the person in my care says it eases her pain. I use it too and we're safe sitting down in it. The tub drains really fast. It's expensive but I recommend it to a lot of people.

We have family that had an Independent Home walk-in tub. They liked them so well, so we decided maybe we’d try it. The installation went fast and was really good. I like all of its features and the shower is nice to do my hair. My husband likes the jets and it relaxes his muscles a lot laying in there. He doesn't ache as much since having it. It does the job and we're very happy with it.

The salesman and the installer from Independent Home were very good. They were on time and they handled everything. There are a few things they haven’t finished on installation and we gotta call them back. I've used the tub a couple of times and if I were to do it again, I'm not sure if I'd get one for the price it is. Once you're in it, it's okay but it takes longer to fill up and drain. The shower does me just as well.

My husband and I are old and we have neuropathy. I also have back problems. I was told that a walk-in tub would help with that. The process with Independent Home went very smoothly. When they installed it, they were here part of the day. I really like the tub. It's a great purchase. They are expensive but I do love my tub. It does take a lot of water which I knew it was going to. I've had a 50-gallon hot water heater and it does empty it to fill it up but that's okay.

We had a sales representative come to the house who didn't give me a very impressive presentation. In fact, I was so put off by it that I called the home office to let them know that I didn't have a good experience with the home presentation. In the process of discussing that, I ended up getting a very good price to buy the tub. I spoke with the office manager out in Arizona who apologized for the presentation mistake, gave me the pricing on it and made the arrangement to have the sale completed. That's why we ended up going with Independent Home. The installation was great. The fella did excellent work and I'll give him 110%. All things considered, everything went pretty well and we're enjoying the tub.

From what I had read about Independent Home, they were highly recommended so that's where I went. The sales interview took about two hours and the other part which is the installation took about six. They were very pleasant and very easy to work with. I like that I can get in the tub without killing myself. What I don't like is it's a little bit small as far as when I wanna shower. There's only a small space to stand in.

I kinda like Independent Home's style of tubs and it was a good choice for us. But if I would do it again, I would say no. It's overly priced. The price was right at $12,000. Also, you have to get into the tub and turn the water on so you're sitting there naked and getting chilled. Older people like myself are cold most of the time. You are sitting in an empty tub waiting for the hot water to show up. You also have to do the same thing when you get out. You have to wait for all the water to drain. I could have come up with something a little bit better like having the door a little bit higher.

I found Independent Home on the internet and gave them a call. Everything went as they said. The people came out and put it in. They showed up on time when they said they would, did the job in the amount of time they said they would and did a fantastic job. The people they have working for them are really good. They were upfront with what it was gonna cost me. There were no additional charges as they put it in. I’m well pleased with it. It’s a great machine. I love it. It's fantastic.

The sales rep was really good and the installers were such nice guys. They didn't take long either. They were quick in doing it. I take a bath and it's really nice. All the little aches and pain are gone. They come back in a few days and I take it again. Everybody knows about my tub and they're so excited. I tell them it's really nice. Before, I was standing up that long trying to take a shower. Now, I can sit down and take my shower. It is wonderful. I enjoy it.

Independent Home is a great company to deal with. They're trustworthy. I got a call from one of their representatives and he was very pleasant. I didn't feel like it was pressure. He explained everything and we went through all the options. I made a fairly large downpayment but they gave terms that were easy to make. The installers were on time and courteous. They stuck to their business and did most of their working outside. They cleaned up really well any kind of mess they made. The installment looks so polished and professional. With what space they had to work with, they did everything right.

I am getting older and I don't have to climb in and out of a bathtub with a walk-in tub. My experience making the purchase and having it installed was fine and I like the tub.

The sales rep did good. He came, measured, and told me what I was gonna get. They also did a good job during the installation. It's been good with Independent Home. I like to get in the tub and get the jets going. It makes me feel good.

I had to get a walk-in tub because I couldn’t get in and out a regular tub. My husband purchased one from Independent Home and I really enjoy it. The installers took their time and did the installation. It’s a really great tub. I like the water spray. It makes me feel good. I also like the way it’s turned on but there are some things I don’t know about that I got to learn.

Shasta and her crew arrived on time and worked non-stop until completion, solving some difficult problems along the way. Courteous and personable, I cannot imagine a better or more caring contractor. With personnel such as her, it's no wonder that Independent Home has such a fine reputation.

The guy took the information and he told me I'd qualify for the tub, but I didn't know they were gonna put it on a credit card. A few days later, I got a credit card in the mail and it already had the bathtub on it so, that was how I found out I'm supposed to pay for that bathtub is through that credit card. I just thought I was gonna make a payment and then I would get a bill. But the installation of our Independent Home tub was very good. The two boys that came out here were great. I like being able to sit down and knowing I'm surrounded by everything and I'm not gonna fall. I'm paralyzed on one side and I'm in a wheelchair. A lady was having to come here twice a week to give me showers. I wanted to feel safer that I could do my showers for myself. My mom is 86 years old and she was coming home from a nursing home. Having a tub also felt like a safe way for her to take a shower and not have to worry about her falling.

It's difficult for me to take showers by myself. Everything was fine when I purchased the Independent Home tub and everything worked out fine. The tub and the shower work. It's just that my house is torn up, the floor is up and I can't get in it. But I like the ease that I can just go in and sit down and turn on the shower, or I can sit in water and bring it up. It's just handier. I was gonna get something that would be out on the porch. But I said I can't use it then in the wintertime. So this is gonna be an all year round thing.

Independent Home's representative was wonderful. The installation went very well. They were done in one day, and then the tech had to come back the next day to finish it.

We found a few models of the walk-in shower and all kinds of prospectus on them, and decided that Independent Home would fit our needs the best, realizing that it is not that much different from many that we had looked at. However, its price was somewhat more reasonable than others had been, even though we felt it was expensive, but it was something that our time and physical abilities in our lives that we needed something that was a more accessible than the step-in tub that we had.

The manager called me out of the blue then set an appointment for me. He explained things well. The installation went well too. I've used the tub several times and I really enjoy it. I'm fixing to try it out tonight. I have so many aches and pains and it helps. I'm very satisfied.

So they had to do a little extra work to get that tub into our bathroom, but they did a great job doing that. They were very friendly, too. The tub's quality is good and I like the spa effect.

We got our walk-in tub that has the jets from Independent Home. It’s to soak in it and for my health. I have a back problem, and I was having to get in the shower sitting in a chair. The dealer was very good and informative. We were looking for a shower, and when he came, and I told him about what I was looking for, and he said, "Well, let me show you something else that I think you might be interested in." That was how I went into the walk-in tub.

We got a call from them and we accepted them to come out and show us what they had. Then we decided to get the tub and were very happy. The area in our bathroom where they had to put it in was very small. I debated if they could even put one in there, but they did. They measured everything and the sales representative was very positive that everything could be done. Also, the benefits of the jets and the airflow seemed to be what we needed. They saw everything and it all worked out well. I like the shower, seating, handle grips, and the quick draining and filling. Every feature points to safety in it.

I went on a computer and put in what we were interested in for walk-in tubs. I got called back by different companies who came and gave estimates. We were happy with how Independent Home's tub was made, their salespeople and their price. We went with them and their workers were clean and in and out. So far, the tub we got has been relaxing for me. It gets rid of a lot of my aches and pains.

I did three interviews and picked the company that I felt would be the best. My walk-in tub from Independent Home works really good. I bought it for medical reasons. I like soaking in the hot water and being able to get in safely and get out safely. The dealer who came out did a fabulous job. The installers did a great job, too.

Independent Home's salesman came by here and talked me into buying their walk-in tub. He was good, very convivial, and nonthreatening. He went through the features of the Access, not just the water jets, but the air jets and the aroma as well. It seemed like it had the most features and I ended up getting that model. The installation went very well and the guys who came out were very friendly and very efficient. All in all, the tub is a quality thing but it is very expensive.

My wife and I have a problem getting in and out of our regular tub. We decided to try a walk-in tub and the guy from Independent Home, Cole, was out of this world. He did such a fantastic job. He had it done in two days as he had to get some parts sent to him from the company. But he cleaned up after installing it and you wouldn't even know he was here. Aside from that, when I had some stuff missing, I contacted one of the representatives I spoke to and he got on it right away. They also sent them to me overnight. So far, I like to relax in our new tub and have the bubbles going on like crazy.

Even if you're in good health, it’s still good for your circulation. It’s just a different experience than having a regular tub.

David ** was professional and curious. Hard work non stop at 14 hours and his helper Robert was also polite and hard worker. David ** explained all functions of tub and each step in building. I'm so happy with workmanship. Cannot wait until tomorrow evening to try out new tub. Thank you so much. Will recommend your company to others. Enjoyed David sense of humor also.

I've had knee surgeries and both of my shoulders are artificial. I can't get in a regular tub and take a bath. I have to stand up and take a shower. When we found out about the walk-in tub, we decided that that’s what we would try. We went with Independent Home and they did it all in one day. There were three guys that were in the work crew and they took the other tub and all that stuff out and changed the hot water tank. We had a 30-gallon hot water tank and they put in a 50-gallon water tank and all that good stuff. We’re glad we went ahead and made the decision to get it done.

We're aging and our other bathtub was getting too dangerous for me to get in and out. We decided we better get one that we can get in and out of. I interviewed American Standard but they were too costly. I was going to finance it and their interest rate was extremely high at a flat rate for everybody. We got pretty good interest rates, so I refused. In the meantime, I was looking at Independent Home and we are so happy with them. We like their warranty, which was better than the other ones that we looked at. And their contractors are people who work specifically for them.

I filled out a questionnaire on a website and Independent Home was one of the companies that contacted me. I decided to go with them and they did a very good job. I wish the seat was tilted back just a little instead of being straight but other than that, it turned out very well. I enjoy my walk-in tub and I'm completely satisfied.

I’m getting old and I did not want to fall in the bathtub getting in and out of it. I was warned by my doctors at the Mayo Clinic that if I fall and break a hip or something, I will be going to the Masonic Home. I have fallen and I did not want to have anything else that could give a possibility of me falling or breaking something. As a precaution, I got a walk-in shower. I went with Independent Home and everything has worked fine. I could just step in, take a shower, and step back out. I'm perfectly satisfied.

About two years ago, I got an estimate from another company and it was way too much money. It was $19,000 and I didn't care for that at all. I'm retired and I'm on a fixed income. A year and a half later, I got a cold call from Independent Home and the representative was very nice. I told her to send the representative out and they sent John out. He laid it all out for me and said they were made in America. He took measurements and everything that they needed. He gave me an estimate of $9,800, which was a heck of a lot better. I signed up and paid the check with cash.

My husband did research and decided he wanted a walk-in tub. The installation by Independent Home took part of a day and it turned out fine. We like the tub just fine.

We're getting old enough that there's a little bit of concern about falling. I was very pleased with our walk-in bathtub from Independent Home. I love it. The installation guys worked hard and they got it all right. I feel very good about that experience.

The installers were very nice and efficient. They were very careful with our house and cleaned everything up and took all the trash when they left. We are pleased with our tub and would recommend it to anyone. They got everything done on about 8 hours and we're gone.

My husband spoke to one of your agents, and he made an appointment, and he gave me the tub. I love it. It's very beautiful. My bathroom looks gorgeous. The guys who came to put the tub were wonderful people. They were clean, nice and polite. They were professionals. They did a great job. I like that I can sit in the tub and the way that the water goes fast out of the tub is amazing.

I have trouble with neuropathy and my back. I don't wanna take any pills and water therapy helps me tremendously. I had an Independent Home walk-in tub installed and the guys that came here were amazing. They were so friendly and nice. They cleaned up after themselves. It was very professional. Independent Home called me. I was considering the walk-in tub and there were three features that I liked. One of the things I liked was it cleans the jets afterwards. I had another tub and I was always worried about what was growing in the pipes at the time it was being used. There's also the fact that they used the energy to keep the water hot. I liked the appearance too as it looked better than some of the others I have seen. My sales rep was very nice and I like him. The installers were very helpful and they used part of the materials that were here to make the new installation so it coordinated with the rest of the room. I've had the tub for a couple of months and I love it. I recommended it.

We purchased a walk-in tub because of my husband's health. He is a stroke victim and it was too difficult for him to get into a regular tub. A walk-in tub allows him to get into the tub. We liked the price of Independent Home. The biggest thing was their lifetime warranty that everything is covered for the life that we own the tub. The sales rep was good and the installation was perfect. The installers did a great job and they cleaned up everything. It looks very professional. There are whirlpool jets in the walk-in tub. It allows me to relax and it helps with my circulation. That's a really good feature for us. We are very happy with our tub and we're glad we bought it from Independent.

I love baths but it was kinda hard for me to get in and out of the tub. Independent Home called us and their rep was great. The guy that came out told us about their walk-in tub. Everything was really nice and he was knowledgeable. The installation was great too. The people that put in the walk-in tub were really nice. I was glad to get in the water, just sit there, relax and enjoy it. But I didn't know that the walk-in tub was gonna cost as much as it did. I told the guy that came out here to show us that if I had known how much it cost, then I wouldn't have had anybody out here.

I've always wanted a walk-in tub, plus my husband and I are getting up in age. Independent Home called and asked me if I wanted to purchase from them, and I told them to send somebody out. The sales rep who came was really nice but after I had signed all the paperwork, he gave me the information booklet and it said on the front of it something about a discount for seniors. He didn't mention that beforehand but my husband and I both are seniors. So, I'm not sure if I got the discount. He also told me that the water would be heated but it's not. So, I was kinda disappointed about that.

We were talking about getting a walk-in tub. The price from Independent Home is a little bit less than the other company. The sales representative was very good and informative. Then the installation seemed to have gone pretty smoothly. Now, I am able to sit down on the tub when I need to.

Someone called me and we talked about Independent Home on the phone. I was getting older and I needed a walk-in tub. The sales reps were very nice people. However, I had a problem with it initially and they eventually got back to me. Because of the problem we had with the virus, they were a little long in getting back to me, but it's all worked out now. When the installers came, they did a good job but I have to reach way up to try to get the soap. That's not a biggie, but if they could modify their design, it would be very convenient to have a soap dish placed down on the left side of the tub, when you're sitting down. Other than that, what I like about the tub most is the fact that I enjoy the jet waves on my legs.

We got a phone call and the sales rep was very nice. Also, the installation was noisy, but it was fine. The guy gave me a short demo when he had it done before they left. However, people need to really try the tub first because the door is not very big and I have trouble getting in there and then shutting the door. If they're a bigger person than me, they might not like it. We got a tub because I was to the place that I couldn't put my legs up high enough to get in the tub we had.

I'm 80 years old and my wife is almost 80 as well. We wanted something we could walk in so we wouldn't start stepping over the bathtub. My daughter looked on the internet and found Independent Home. I was just going to get a walk-in shower, but then my daughter talked me into getting this here. The sales rep was really good. Also, I kept my watch and the installers did super work as well. The walk-in tub is great and I really like it, including the jets and the shower. We can walk right in and it's got a place where you can sit down in there, and that's what we like about it too.

The installers did a great job. We reserved three days for the installation but it just took about two and a half days. They had to take the tub that was in here and then they put in the bigger pipe for the water. The thing that took longer was giving the tub a designated electrical thing. The tub looks good and it works. We don't use it every day. It's a lot of water and that's one disadvantage if you use it.

They had all the features that I was looking for. The hydrotherapy was amazing. Everything went fine. It was a smooth transaction. The installation took two days and it went smoothly. The tub is comfortable. It's a good investment.

I'm getting older and I didn't like stepping over a regular bathtub to get into the shower. Independent Home's salesman and installers were awesome. I was very pleased with them and I enjoy my walk-in tub very much.

The sales guy was very helpful. He told us everything we needed to know and answered all of our inquisitive questions. He was not pushy. The installation was very easy. They were in and out in one day. I have very bad arthritis and I love the jets in the tub.

I am a disabled veteran and had done some experimentation with hydrotherapy and found that I really got benefit from it. But I had problems getting in and out of jetted garden tubs, so I did research on the step-in tubs. I found in my research that Independent Home was top of the market. Any time I saw any kind of a consumer complaint, they went above and beyond in the way they addressed it and handled it. The sales rep explained everything in great detail and he was very honest. He could’ve sold me the top-of-the-line Cadillac or tubs, but he told me that I didn't need ambient light and Bluetooth speakers and all those other stuff. He told me what I want was a functional tub that was gonna help my health. I really appreciated that.

The Independent Home sales rep was very good and the installation was wonderful. The installer had to do some wiring and he had to put it in a conduit. He didn't have it easy to get to, so that took a little bit more time, but it was not long. We took a day and a half. Another thing is that the rep said to wipe out the tub every time we showered or bathed, but he didn't tell me how to clean it, so I just took a 409 Cleaner and cleaned it. It wasn't dirty, but even though you wipe it out and you're bathing in it, you're still leaving stuff in it.

The sales rep was a very nice person, or I wouldn't have bought the tub. The installers were terrific as well. I can't say enough about how they were extremely nice as well as polite and neat. They got it done and got up here and it was great. They did a demo too. The tub is wonderful. I take a bath in it every night and it does everything it's supposed to do. I spent the weekend cleaning house so having the jets hit all of my different parts feels so good. I love it. I show it off to everyone that comes out and I speak very highly of it. I don't care if they've seen it before. They're going to look at my tub again.

I got a phone call asking if I'd be willing to listen to somebody explain or show Independent Home's product. We never looked at any other tub manufacturers. We were happy with what Independent Home offered and it looked very good and we got a significant discount. It was a no-brainer for us, and we're to the age where we needed a walk-in tub and I've had back problems, and it's helped that considerably.

My mother-in-law was having trouble getting in and out of the bathtub. We liked the presentation and the offer that we got from Independent Home. The installation was fast and it was awesome. They cleaned up. They were great. I like most about the tub is that my mom can get in and out without any help, and she likes that too. I would recommend the tub. It’s a great tub. It has a lot of nice features in it. It’s a really good deal.

Walk in tub with jets. The two men were on time, worked good, very polite and did a good job. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a tub. They cleaned up everything before they left and they also put everything back in its place. Good job.

Independent Home's rep came and talked to me about their walk-in bath. Previously, I had my mind on something like that because I needed it as an amputee. With the way the rep explained things to me, I became more interested in their product. I liked the seat and with it, I can get in the bath and sit. The first day their installers came to put in my bath, they got to my location sorta late and it was getting dark. They left to come back the next day but then they left their drill out front and somebody took it. After the cops were called, they found it and brought it back to my location. The installers came back and they finished everything. So far, I've been satisfied with my experience with Independent Home.

My husband is disabled. He had a stroke and he couldn’t get in our garden tub. He couldn’t stand up in the shower either. So, I thought that a walk-in tub would be perfect for him. So far, I like the one that we got from Independent Home. But he told me that the step on it was the size of a wallet and was shorter than what it was. My husband requires more for him to take a bigger step. So, we have a little trouble getting in and out, but we manage. Still, they could change the way the tub was made. They would have to tear that tub down and bring another one with much lower indents. When the sales guy demonstrated it, he did it with a wallet. He said that if you're able to step over this full step, you can step in it. But that step that we got is about three wallets stacked up. Other than that, I loved the installers who came out. They were very professional, very clean, and very quick.

On Tuesday, 6/2/2020 we had our Deluxe Life Tub installed by a two-person crew lead by DAVID **. The installation took somewhere between 6.5-7.0 hours to complete and It was a pure pleasure to watch these two individuals work as a team. When they were through with the installation you couldn't anyone had even been there. Their work was pure professionalism and we would very much highly recommend DAVID ** AND HIS TEAMMATE and the INDEPENDENT HOME walk-in bathtub. David indicated that he does installations in Tennessee and surrounding states. I recommend him highly based on our experience with him.

I have health problems and I needed a walk-in tub. I can’t use a regular bath. I heard about Independent Home through the internet and when I purchased from them, the installers took care of everything. I didn’t have to do a thing. They came in, did their job, cleaned up, and put things back the way they were supposed to be. They stand behind their work, too. I had a problem, and they came out and fixed it. No questions asked. So far, I like that I can walk into my tub and don’t have to try to crawl in and out, which is a lot safer.

Independent Home's installer was in a real hurry. He was a good guy and was doing a good job, but he didn’t put the base on the tub down by the floor. But he respected my home and the tub works great. It looks great, too, except for the base. But somebody called me the day before about this and I talked to them. Aside from that, the door enters inwards and it should open outwards, so there's more room to get in and out. My wife loves it, though. She loves the whirlpool and all of that. Also, the shower works great and I enjoy it. Overall, I was well-pleased with my experience.

Independent Home's crew was friendly and they did a great job. They did the installation all in one day and so far my grandkids and I love my walk-in tub. The massage feature has been my favorite.

Independent Home's serviceman did a good job installing our tub and it has been awesome. But then, there's something plumbed wrong with it. When I go to was the hair of my wife and I turn the nozzle at the top between the spout that goes straight down and the hand wand, that turns it scalding hot. There’s something inside underneath that’s making it go completely hot. My wife has brain cancer and so I have to be with her to make sure. Still, we love the quality of the tub and everything about it.

We were checking on different bath companies and decided on Independent Home. A guy came out and quoted us a price. A few days later, they came in and they had a tub that had been ordered but not picked up, so they reduced the price for us. That’s when I had decided to go with them. The installation was fairly easy. They had to break the old tub up to get it out. Then, they had to widen the door to get the new tub in. But once they got it in, they cleaned everything up.

The Independent Home sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation went very well and the installers knew what they were doing. The tub is safer for my mother and brother to use now, which is the main thing. I've also used it and I like to soak.

A guy came out and talked to me about Independent Home. My son was here and the rep showed us pictures and everything. Everything he told us about the tub and where to put it in my bathroom sounded too good to be true. Then, he told me the price, but I had made up my mind even before, and I told him, "Yes." They were quick on coming out to put it in. I didn't have to wait a long time. And the installers were great. Even while they were putting it all in, they kept it cleaned up and when they were done, our bathroom, where they had to come through, was spotless. They did not make a mess or leave a mess at all. Also, I enjoy soaking in the tub and having the jets on my muscles.

The crew was excellent and did a good job on the install. I have been wanting one of these walk in tub for a while and finally got one. The installers were great with all the problems they faced with my tub drain being stopped up. They went above and beyond to satisfy me. They had to hire a plumber to unstop my drain and didn't charge me for it. Thank you Independent Home for everything.

The experience has been great. We love the tub. It’s a very good product. It’s probably better than what we had originally looked at. My husband had looked at another company but he wasn’t really impressed with them or the salesman. So he elected not to go that far and chose another path. It took us about a year to decide who to go to. With Independent Home, my husband liked what they had, the fact that they don’t advertise on TV and that they stand behind what they’re doing. And no matter how long it took, the guy stayed here and finished it. We also liked how frank and upfront they were about things.

We had five different companies that we talked to come out and I didn't feel good about hiring the company that was the cheapest. Independent Home was the second best-priced and I’m glad I called them. The installation went pretty well but because of the amount of caulking, I'm gonna have to do quite a bit of re-caulking. But overall, they did a pretty good job and the installers were great. They did it one day. My mom likes the waves with the tub when she gets in there, very comforting and soothing. Also, it’s easy to get in and out and it drains real fast. If there is one thing that wasn't explained fully, it's that we have a 40-gallon hot water heater, but it doesn’t fill it up before the water gets cold. So, a 40-gallon is not big enough.

I had a walk-in tub but I hadn’t been able to use it in a couple of years because its seals had gone bad and the company I'd gotten it from had gone out of business. This Independent Home is a replacement for that. The installation was perfect. The people showed up when they said they were gonna be here, did all the work, and cleaned up behind themselves. They left it cleaner than when they went in there. I like the tub's jets. We're just enjoying it.

Independent Home called and they were less expensive than some others. I didn’t wanna fall in the tub anymore so I purchased it. The installation went well but the installer needed to come back the next day. Overall I like the bath and it has good quality.

I like the quality and the service of Independent Home. Their reps were very good, and pleasant. Installation went fine but it went a little longer than I thought it should have, but we got it in by the end of the day. Still, they need to come back. I have called but he hasn’t come back yet. There’s an area of the window where there is no caulk at, and two screws missing from the shower rod. And I have not received any documentation on my product, like the handbook or whatever, guidebook. Other than that, I like the jets. I got it for my mother but she is still in a wheelchair, and she’s not ready to step over and get into it yet.

The Independent Home installers knocked a little hole in the wall in my living room, but other than that, it was okay. I like the walk-in tub very much. I can even wash my hair. My favorite feature is that it fences you all around. I was not able to take a shower in a regular tub because I didn’t have anything to hold onto.

I called for estimates on it and Safe Step at the same time, and they came within a day of each other. But we went with Independent Home because they were kind and courteous and willing to answer our questions. Safe Step didn’t wanna answer any questions or give us any prices unless we said, “Yes, we’ll let you put it in. We’ll sign for it today.” We were very upset by that. The Safe Step guy said, “Well, if you’ve called us, you must know that you’re ready for one.” We wanted to get prices. We didn’t even know if we could afford it or not. They had advertised on TV all the special things that they give you. What they told me was, “You have to sign up to have it put in, and then we’ll figure out a price for you.” And I said, “I don’t think so.”

I don't like my walk-in tub from Independent Home. It takes too long to fill up. That's our water problem. But it is too short and I can't lay my head on the back down as low as I can get. If I was about 4-foot tall. I would probably be very comfortable in that tub but my husband hadn't even been in it at all. But I don't care for it.

I’m very pleased with my walk-in tub from Independent Home. Some friends told me about them. Then they called me and asked if I was interested in a walk-in tub. I told them I’ve been looking around for one. The young man came down here, we talked, and he told me what he would he do for me. I told him, "If I don’t like it, I ain’t gonna pay you.” And he said, “All right. You’ll like it. We do a good job.” He meant what he said, and they did a good job. The installation went wonderful. I got out of their way. Two young men came in here, worked like everything, and they were here for about five hours. I could see them going in and out of the house, and I could hear them cutting, and doing this and doing that and talking. The first time they came in, we just greeted each other. They didn’t take any break. They worked steadily, and I liked that.

I use the shower and the shower flow is very weak. So I’m not real happy about it. Independent Home called but there’s nothing they could do about it. But my husband does the shower to wash his hair and then he does the tub. And he likes the tub. He’s hurting and he needs the chair in the tub and that was another reason why he wanted that because it had the built-in chair. He can sit down at any time and even when he’s washing his hair. The installers were great. I recommend them wholeheartedly at installation. I really liked them a whole lot. They were very courteous and quick as far as what I considered inputting it in and my water was not shut off for very long at all.

We decided we wanted a walk-in tub, had meetings with about four different companies, and chose Independent Home. We generally liked the way their product was. We preferred it over the products of the others. They also had a good price. Their installation group was very quick, efficient, and good at their job. They came in one afternoon and they finished up the next day. They left the house cleaner than when they found it. We were very pleased with the way they installed it. We’re a little bit concerned that we might have a small leak, but it might have been something that we did. They did a beautiful job. We’ve had it for several months now and I can’t see any problem with the deterioration of the quality of their work.

A friend of mine in Missouri had a tub put in in her home and she was really pleased. She told me that she found some people who put the tub in my house and told me their names and phone number. I had limited space in my bathroom, so the tub had to fit where the stand-up shower had been. Independent Home made it special for that spot. The installers did a fantastic job on the installation. They even provided and put in a new toilet for me. They also installed the vanity I bought and put the leftover flooring that I had down. The only thing that I had to do was to paint the wall.

My wife wanted a walk-in tub. Independent Home installed it in one day. It was real nice work. The tub is of good quality. I like the sit-down and the jets. It’s working real good.

We had a terrible time with Independent Home. We had a 40-gallon hot water heater. We got a bigger one, then we finally got two, and that cost $12,000. Then we had to have the electrical wires trip the breaker, and we had to go through all that and that was $300. I like a hot bath better and I'm kinda disappointed because now that the water is so hot, I can only put half of it on. It takes quite a while. I have neuropathy and I'm 83 years old and I get so cold sitting there. Also, it's not comfortable. I have to sit straight up. I wish I'd gotten another type that I could lay back. I'm not really happy with it, but I'm stuck with it. People should know they need a lot of hot water for that thing.

Jason and Josh started early and stayed on task. Very careful of house and contents. Install could not have gone smoother. Mike did a good job explaining the process. There were no big surprises. Overall very pleased start to clean-up.

This is the worst investment we have ever made. We purchased a Walk-In Bathtub Independent Home Walk In Bathtubs about a year ago and have only used the tub about 3 times. The salesman talked us into buying a "big boy" tub and it takes about 30 minutes to fill (no one wants to sit in a tub for 30 minutes waiting for the water to rise high enough to turn on the jets). Plus, we had to purchase an additional hot water heater because we ran out of water with our standard 55 gallon heater. We're still paying on this $10,000 outfit and are unable to use it. We're both over 70 years old and on a fixed income. We're very unhappy with this. How much would you charge us to exchange this model for a much smaller one? The salesman should have warned this poor, disabled, military veteran.

This whole experience has been great. I made new friends and pet lovers. Shasta and Sandra kept me informed all through the construction and installation of the hydrotherapy spa. Would love to have them back any time. I am so happy with the result. My husband and I will definitely enjoy this spa.

The sales rep we had from Independent Home was very knowledgeable, and he went out of his way to give us what we wanted. I wish I had known I needed a bigger water heater, though. We started out with a small one, and somewhere in the conversation, he told me I need a 50, so I wrote that down. We then went to the bigger one, which takes 80 gallons, and I installed the 50 without even thinking about it. Still, I'm thrilled with my tub. I got it because of my bones, for the aches and pains, and I like that it's a walk-in tub because I don't have to lift my leg over it.

I use my Independent Home tub a couple times a week and it relaxes me, particularly my legs. I had lung cancer and I had chemotherapy, and my legs just get numb. Using the tub helps on that more than anything.

I have a knee replaced and I was having trouble stepping over my old tub. When I heard about Independent Home, I decided that was what I wanted, and it has helped. It feels good when I take a bath. I like using the tub and the shower at the same time. I’ve really enjoyed Independent Home. It was exciting just watching the installation. They were prompt and finished before the day was over. The only thing was that the shelf that they put in behind it came from my old tub, which is fine and it looks beautiful. But the water runs down the shelf and I always have to get all that water out the back when it comes up against the wall. The water stands there if I don’t get it out. But I don’t think there's anything they can do about it because they'd have to tear up the tub to do it. So, it’s just better to leave it alone.

Very happy with the install. The installers were great and showed up on time. They were very good and at the job and they made it easy for us. We researched these tubs from different companies and this was the best one of all. Thanks Independent Homes for everything.

I used to sit on a stool in the bathtub and shower. In the TV advertisement for Independent Home, it looked to me like I would be sitting more solidly in the shower. I needed it more for myself because my balance is so poor. We made an inquiry and a salesperson came to our house. The installation went well. I like the shower part of my bath setup. I tried to fill the tub up but it took too long for me. Our son lives with us and he likes to fill the tub. But it sprung a leak when he was trying to fill it. We found out that there is a bracket at the backside of the door that had come off. When you pull that handle down, that seals the door to the bath. The installer came and fixed that. He put a stronger epoxy. That aside, I've felt a lot of improvement in that there are less aches and pains since having my tub.

My Independent Home tub has been wonderful. I like the jets. The installation was great and my hat goes off to the two excellent workers that came. They were very polite, very concerned, and very attentive. They did great work.

The salesperson and the installation team was very prompt regarding times. If there was a delay regardless how small, they would phone us and kept us informed. Everyone took extra steps to ensure the unit would be installed correctly and be very operational. We are excited and look forward to using the unit for years to come.

I’m 81 and I could not get in and out of my bathtub without serious injury if I fell, so I bought the walk-in tub. I love it because it’s so easy to get in and out of. You just walk in. I had a safety bar put in also as I go in and I have one on the wall. The installers were wonderful. They came and put the floor down and let it season down there before they put the windows up. I’m very satisfied.

The tub is a little more expensive in another company so Independent Home is better. It's still more than I’d like to pay but it is what it is. I contacted Independent Home because I saw something where it was listed where ConsumerAffairs gave information and it was one of the other reasons why I did it. I had suffered two strokes and a knee replacement, and getting up and down out of a tub didn't work for me. So, the walk in tub allowed me to take a bath, which is for the soothing of my joints and body. I couldn't take a bath before and I only take a shower, and when you need to soak, you need a bathtub. So, I got it for medicinal purposes and comfort. I don’t use the tub all the time though because it takes 40 gallons to fill it up. But I'm pleased with the purchase and the product. The installation went better than I thought. It was shorter than the time that I expected. The installers came in, and were professional and very kind.

We only had a shower and it was getting a little dangerous because we’re getting older. I was also in an accident and I had trouble with my balance for a while. So the Independent Home tub seemed far safer. The representative was also very convincing and so far, our experience using it has been good. We’re satisfied. They also did all the installation in one day.

We love our tub from Independent Home. It's relaxing. I like going in there and taking a quick shower, where for years I couldn't take a bath without the fear of falling and without being scared all the time while in the tub. It has been a wonderful experience for me. The two guys who installed it were wonderful. They finished it and cleaned up afterward. They did a great job.

The purchase process was good and the installers did a good job putting the tub in. What I don’t like is that it takes so long to get filled up. But other than that, it’s fine.

My husband got a phone call, talked to them, talked to me about it, and made an appointment. The rep was very cordial and he explained everything. They did a good job in the installation. I was a little nervous in the beginning because I did not know how it was going to come out. But, he kept reassuring me that I'd love it when he got completely through with it, and I did. It is very nice and it works good. It’s a little small for me, and I wish it were more open. But, my bathroom is small, so I understand that they could not open one of the walls up to be more airy. Also, I have water pressure in the rest of the house and the tub fills in a couple of minutes. But, as far as the shower, it doesn’t have the pressure that I’d like for it. Overall, I'm a clumsy person and I fall in way too much, and it makes me feel a lot more secure. I don't slip around in it, which is good. I have grab bars and a set to sit on, so I'm pleased with that.

My wife fractured her pelvis and her hip and she can't use a regular tub. Our other tub was taking away our freedom, so I put this tub from Independent Home in for her. The installers were nice gentlemen. They did it nice and easy and fast and they explained everything. Everything worked out great. This new tub is what she needs and it’s fantastic. She could get in there and take a bath. She uses it almost every day. We love it and I’m glad we got it.

We love our Independent Home tub. My husband and I both have issues because we're 85 and 86, and he has a terrible back. And so, we've been talking about getting more of these tubs. This young man called and said he was in our area making calls, and that they were putting a special out. He said, "I'm from the Dallas area, but I'm in Amarillo, and I would love to come and present this to you." I asked if he could be here at 10 o'clock in the morning which was a Saturday morning in December. He was here at 10 o'clock that Saturday morning. It was very unusual for anybody to make that kind of a prompt call by phone especially in person.

I got arthritis so bad and can’t get in and out of the tub. So we thought we’d try out one of the walk-in tubs and see if it worked. The installation of our Independent Home tub went great. The people were professional. I like getting in and out of my tub and the bubbling in it, as well as the jets.

I really enjoyed having Independent Home. They did a wonderful job installing my tub and they cleaned up after themselves. They were good workers and were very courteous. Our tub from Independent Home is larger than what our hot water heater will supply hot water to. My husband and I both need the tub. I’m an invalid and he’s had his hip replaced and without any help. And the first time we used it, we had a new 40-gallon water heater put in, and we ran out of water. So, we’re gonna get an electric one where we would never ran out of water. I hate the shower. And I like a bath and we’ve tried that, but I didn’t like sitting there waiting for it to fill up. Other than that, the installation went really good. The men were very nice and they worked so hard. They did everything they were supposed to do, but before you sell something, you ought to tell people about the water.

I've used it a couple of times and the only problem I got is that I got a 50-gallon hot water heater, and even with it, it won't heat up the water by the time you sit there and wait for it to get full. I wish I had gotten the heater with it to heat up the water, but I didn't think about it at the time. But the installation went super good. The man really did a great job on it, and I was super pleased with the way he worked and how the finished product looked. The young man that was working with him worked very good with him.

We put in the Independent Home walk-in tub for safety reasons and the first thing that happened was my wife stubbed her toe, fell out of it and broke her shoulder. But she’s doing fine and we’re recouping very well. Other than that, the installation and the use of it has been very good. We have enjoyed it and she’s back to using it. We’re just more careful when we get out of it. The sales rep was very good, there was no pressure and the explanations were good. We were well-pleased with his presentation.

Shasta and Sandra have been a delight since they walked in the door!! Great personalities and so very experienced and helpful. Shasta informed us of the process as it went on and gave us options as needed. Super professionalism and fun besides. A wonderful experience!

We like our Independent Home tub. The only thing we don't like is that they didn't put a rod in for the shower holder. We would like to have had that but we didn't get it. But with Independent Home, I don't have to step over the edge of the tub now. We just step in and we can sit down if we want to. We can fill the tub full of water and have a whirlpool type of thing. My wife has trouble with her legs and her knees, and she's able to get in and have the jets push out the water. That helps her greatly. She gets a lot of relief from the pain that she had been suffering. The only thing about the installation is that the men didn't put the bathroom door back right. The door would not close after they left. We had to have it redone. That aside, they were very efficient and easy to get along with.

I was having a hard time taking a shower and standing to do it. I couldn't sit down in my tub because I couldn't get up if I did. With the walk-in tub, I like the fact that I can sit down, and either I fill it up or I can use the shower thing in it and wash my hair. It works really well. I have arthritis real bad and it helps. The installers were real nice and did it real quickly and cleaned up. I am happy that I got it.

I love my tub from Independent Home. If I wanna get in and just soak my feet, I have the ability to do that. It's nice. There are no pans to haul around and clean up after. I love taking my bath in it and sitting back and relaxing. In the bathtub, with my bath condition, if I got down in the tub, I couldn't get out. Therefore, I was only taking showers and I can't kneel on my knees to get out. So, with the one from Independent Home, I'm sitting up, I can get in and out, and I love it. It is safer and easier. I don't have to worry about falling or slipping and sliding trying to get out of the bathtub, putting weight on my knees which I can't do without severe pain. So, this is with a chair for all.

The installation went fast and it looks nice. The installers were very nice. I got the tub for the convenience and the pain relief. I like the sit-down portion of it. It's been great.

I wanted to talk to Independent Home about the tub and I called them. A man came out here and brought all the pictures and he told me all about it. He was very good and he told me to use Dawn dishwashing stuff to clean it with. But the men who worked on it left a mess in the bottom of my tub. I’ve tried to clean it out but I can’t get it all out. Still, the tub makes me feel more relaxed and I love my experience with it.

My installers returned today to fix-repair a faucet valve. They responded within a few minutes of receiving the service call, correctly diagnosed the problem, had the parts send to the house (received yesterday after 3 PM), came today when promised, and finished quickly. Good job and much appreciated.

I am delighted with the whole experience!!! The ladies, Shasta and Sandra were certainly well qualified and the workmanship is top notch of the remodeling project. I highly recommend this team. They worked in an unusual situation of turmoil in my home.

The crew arrived to install our tub. Shasta and Sandra arrived and, in a very organized manner removed the old tub and proceeded to prepare the area for the installation of the new walk in tub. Shasta and Sandra were very professional in explaining what they were planning to do and then doing what they said they would do. We slightly altered plans with the installation of a set of drawers in the dead space beside the tub. Shasta and Sandra adapted to the challenge and did an excellent job installing our new tub. It is beautiful.

The installers Johnny and John ** were very nice and clean. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They did a very honest and reliable job. The whole Independent Home team was terrific. Would recommend to anyone.

Installer was wonderful. Very polite and making sure we knew what was going on during the install. Explained things thoroughly. The tub will be a pleasure to learn to use. The tub seems to be very good quality and appearance. Everyone we dealt with seemed very concerned that we understood how the tub worked and how to take care of it.

We decided to buy a walk-in tub after the rep from Independent Home came here and talked to us. The installation went great. The people who came out were good although they had to come back the next day. It wasn't just the tub, they had to get a door and install it.

We were having some senior citizen’s crisis and we needed some kind of water around to help out with our arthritis. We have a walk-in shower already and we wanted something where it’d be therapeutic and so forth. We purchased a walk-in tub from Independent Home and at the moment, we’re trying to figure out how to turn on our hot water heater, where we get all the water hot in the tub. But the installation and the tub itself have been great.

The installers Johnny and John Paul did a good job on the spa installation. They were very professional and courteous to me and my mother. They answered all my and mom's questions. The whole team at Independent Homes from the no pressure sales team to Nate to the installers were very professional and treated us courteous.

I've got a pocket door that slides in the wall in my Independent Home walk-in tub and about two days after the installers left, I went to open it and it wouldn’t open. Apparently, the installer took all the molding for two doors and one of them was that pocket door. So, I called the company and they said they would get in touch with me about it. The man I contacted was from Morrisville, North Carolina and he was a very nice guy. Then, a couple of weeks went by and I got a call from another guy out in Arizona. He wanted to know if somebody had taken care of my problem and when I asked him what was that problem, he said that he got the wrong customer. Apparently, another person with my last name also bought a walk-in tub. The guy who called me said that he knew who installed mine and that he'd pass my concern along to him. He said he’d be in touch with me and it was no big deal. But I never have heard from the guy again.

The products are great and the installation was wonderful. The installers could not have done a better job. We are very satisfied and would recommend this walk in tub to anyone. I know that we will enjoy it many years. The sales person was well informed and professional. I highly recommend this product.

I called Independent Home and someone came by. I wasn’t really prepared to buy it that day, but he was a smooth talker and talked me right into it. The installation lasted all day. They had to take the door frame off and do all that to get in. They certainly did a good job of putting it all back together. They ran tub after tub of water, and finally, they got it like they wanted it. They’re nice young men. My experience with the walk-in tub has been pretty good. I don’t have enough hot water to last the whole time, though. And they never asked me about my hot water. I can only fill it up just a little bit above the seat for it to be hot. So, I’ve got to have another water heater just for the tub. But it’s fine. Independent Home needs to talk to you about the hot water heater. I talked to three people who had gotten tubs, and they all had to get either a bigger water heater, or a water heater just for the tub.

We had called Independent Home to get someone to call us back because there was an inquiry that we had. At the time we purchased the unit, we thought it came with a shower accessory. We weren’t really showed a picture. We were just informed about the walk-in tub and just took it for granted that it would have the shower. We have them called back. They said someone would call us back so we could inquire about it. Otherwise, we haven’t had anything to malfunction. The walk-in bath all works like it was described and installed to do. My husband's favorite are the jets, because I do the shower.

The installers Johnny and John ** did me a good job. The spa looks good. Cant wait to use it. My husband has trouble getting in our old tub and shower. So we got this tub so it would be easier on him. Thank you Independent Home for doing us a good job all the way from sales to the install.

The sales rep from Independent Home was very good and the walk-in tub was installed the middle of last month. It went very well although the installer had to come back the next day because he did a hot water tank too, so he had to go get one and install that. Then, he took the old bathtub and stuff out. He was fast. We like the walk-in tub well especially the air jets.

I’ve had the tub from Independent Home for about four weeks and it feels good. I liked it.

We've had a very good experience with our walk-in tub so far. My wife and I had been talking about getting a walk-in tub. I went online and checked out walk-in tubs. Shortly after I was online, I got a call from Independent Home, wanting to make an appointment to come by and talk to me. So the representative came by and talked to us about the product then we decided to go ahead and buy it. The installation also went just as I wanted it to.

The Independent Home walk-in tub installation went well. It’s easy to get in and it feels safe. We just haven’t been using the jets because our hot water gets cold before it fills up. The guy told me he can get a booster put on it. So, we’re gonna try that. I will love it after we get the thing and start using the jets, which was why we wanted it.

My Independent Home walk-in tub has been fine, so far. We just don't have enough hot water. I get about half full and then run out of hot water. So, we needed to get a bigger hot water tank. Their sales rep was really polite and nice and their installation process was very good. They were a little late getting here but they were very professional and they did a lot quicker than I thought they could do it. They got it about four hours, so that went smoothly. I just had a little trouble with the water the other day. We were gonna take a bath and I couldn't get this water to stop draining. And so, I ended up taking a shower. But I think it's because I didn't pull the lever down. I just put the little plug thing in it. I think that's what I did wrong. I haven't tried anything since then.

I needed a walk-in tub because just stepping over the other bath tub was a little much for me. I went with Independent Home and so far, my experience using it has been wonderful. The installation was wonderful too. It was all done in a day and once it was installed, it was very nice. The installers were so professional, very nice and very courteous. Everything was cleaned up, so I appreciated them. So far, I'm enjoying the Independent Home walk-in tub.

I've been thinking about getting a tub and when Independent Home called, I said to come to the home and give me an estimate. And they did. The sales rep was very nice. I like the tub's wave and there are three positions to push. One is to get the bubbles. Then in the middle, it's to go slower or faster, and then the next one is the wave. I can't get that slower or faster to work.

I love our walk-in tub and I couldn't have asked for anybody to be any better or work any harder. They didn't just come in, throw it up and leave. They did a good job. The salespeople from Independent Home were wonderful. They were very sweet, kind and patient. They did excellent work. Then the installation was great as well. It took longer than I wanted it to because I wanted it instantly. But they caught everything. They put everything in well, cleaned up and left. Everything was better than it was when they came in and my favorite feature would be the countertop. The sink is made within the countertop and I don't ever have to worry again about it deteriorating.

Independent Home called me out of the blue and their rep was very cordial and nice. The installation went smoothly and the guys were neat. The walk-in tub has been very good but I’m a little bit big around the middle, and it’s hard to get in there and close the door. I wish it had been a little bit bigger.

My husband has wanted a walk-in bathtub for a long time. When we were in another state, he had a whirlpool, and he really loved it and has talked about it ever since. And so, we decided to go ahead with Independent Home. It was the lowest offer and we could handle the one that we got. We also like the rep that came. The installation process was very nice. The installers were efficient, fast, clean and neat. They were very good guys. They told us it would be done in a day, and it was not even half a day to get it in and working.

The Sales Manager, Ari, offered a good deal on an Independent Home new walk-in tub. It had all the features we were seeking such as: inward opening door, water jets, air jets and heated seat. The price was amenable and included life-time warranty on the tub, and installation as well as removal of the existing cast iron tub and its acrylic overlay. The price was all inclusive including labor and taxes. The Installer, Tony, was meticulous and very professional. He worked over ten hours each of the several days he was at the house including a Saturday and Sunday. We are very pleased with the tub and the installation.

I love the walk-in tub from Independent Home. I heard about it a while back. Then I got a letter in the mail and I answered the letter, and they came out and gave me an estimate. I said, go for it. The customer service was outstanding. He gave us a good spiel to tell us about it and what the feature was. I just enjoyed talking with him. And the people that installed it were very knowledgeable and willing to help us any way they could. It was a good experience all the way. There’s only one thing that I don’t like about it. After a period of time, the water doesn’t stay warm. It gets cold. But that’s the only thing I have against it. Other than that, my wife and I love it.

A lady from Independent Home called, and then the man came out and talked to us. Everything went well with the buying process and the installers took about a day and a half to come out and install the tub. We were fully satisfied with everything that they've done about it.

We had tub installed on Nov 8th, Ozzie and Joe came right on time. They were both very courteous and respectful. They did the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was explained, on how to use the tub etc. The job was from 8am-3pm...They made sure to use care, when they were bringing in and installing the tub, to make sure not to damage anything. The salesman from Independent Home was very courteous also. We would recommend Independent Home and the great installers "Ozzie and Joe". They are very professional....

I want to thank the guys that came out to my home today and installed the walk in tub. They took out my shower and put in the walk in tub. Once they finished they took away all the trash. I was very satisfied. Thank again for a job well done.

I’m well-pleased with my Independent Home tub. I can get in it safely, and that’s what I wanted it for. The installation was done from 9:00 to 2:00, and the rep was real nice.

I really liked the salesman and their price. They were $1,000 cheaper. And I really, really like the tub. It works great. It's in a brand-new house, so I'm very pleased with it. I'm 73 years old and 6'4, and it's easier to get in and out of. The installers were very neat and they cleaned up after themselves.

I’d seen Independent Home advertised and I called them. They came out and I liked what they had to say. The installers took about a week, and they were great when they came in. When they left, it was clean as a whistle.

We had a paper with Independent Home's name, address and information on it, and we used that as a guide. The man who came to install it had his son with him and was teaching him how to do it too. They were very neat and tidy. They spent some of the afternoon with us and had it all ready to go by the time they left. And they took away a big old bathtub that was in the space where it is now. We mostly enjoy the fact that we’re not gonna struggle to get my husband back out of a normal bathtub, which we had done. It was an hour-long that we spent because it was slippery and he simply could not get himself back out of the normal bathtub that we had here. The new tub is ever so much better, and we’re enjoying it.

I like the quality of Independent Home's tubs. I like how they're made in the United States. I went with them and had a very good experience with their reps. In about a week, their installation team got the tub in place. They were very knowledgeable. Currently, my husband uses it and it confines him. So, I don't have to worry about him in the shower.

The Independent Home representative got in and did his job, and got out in record time. Things are going great with my tub. I like the bubble bath and everything else in it.

Independent Home came here and they seemed to be the one to buy from. Purchasing from them was very nice and easy. The installers had to postpone one time, but then they came in the next two days and installed it. I was impressed with the way they’ve dressed it off and made it look like it’d been there all the time. They did a good job. I like the tub because my wife can get in and out without falling. She was not able to get in the tub and sit down and then get out before, so this makes it easier for her.

The installation was good. As soon as the got there and was showed where it was going and where the plumbing was in the basement, the old tub shower was removed and the new tub went in. The new one is great. It is very relaxing.
