My brother and I were trying to get a walk-in tub for my dad. I am working in Atlanta and my brother and parents are in Florida. My brother was getting information from several companies in Florida but we could not find a company who we felt we could trust. I called Independent Home and immediately felt comfortable and at ease with everyone I spoke with. Their prices were reasonable and their customer service was fantastic. My mom and brother mentioned that representative handling the installation was also extremely professional, courteous and enjoyable to work with.

On the scale of 1 to 10 we give this purchase and service since a 10. It has been a pleasure and the Cube walk in tub is a beautiful addition to our bathroom. ** and the crew were very thoughtful of us and the completed job was excellent. We had problems with the air jets but they were corrected in a timely manner. Thank you for the beautiful product.

Installation was completed in a timely fashion. Installers were very careful to keep everything clean. A complete run through of operation was done. Documentation was provided.

I live with my youngest son and he wanted to get me something like the walk-in bathtub because I have problems with my legs and it's difficult getting in and out of the tub. My walk in tub from Independent Home is exactly what I wanted. My back and my knees make it increasingly difficult for me to take a regular bath. It's not so much the getting into a tub as the getting out of a tub that is a challenge for me. I love an occasional soak in the tub. It relaxes me and helps me to sleep. Not only is the walk in tub easy to enter and exit, it is also very easy to use. I use bath salts, take in a good book, light a candle and relax. After a good long soak using both the air and water jets, I leave the bath relaxed and ready to slip into bed. I highly recommend Independent Home. Everything from sales to install went very smoothly. **, in the sales office is great and the installer did a great job and left the bathroom clean and nearly ready to use.

I had a Deluxe Walk-in tub 30x50x40 installed in May 2015. The whole experience was great. The installer ** arranged everything - picking up the tub, getting county permits etc. The existing tub was removed, new plumbing, new electric line, and new tub install - all went great. ** was wonderful and the install job was great, he also put in an IR Heat lamp/fan combo. I would highly recommend him and Independent Home tub to anyone.

I have looked at many tubs, for my Mom. I found Independent Home Walk-In Tubs online. They had lots of good reviews and were highly recommended by one of Mom's friends. Although they offer a nice, fully loaded tub with all the possible bells and whistles, I like how they do not force seniors to get this tub (like some of the other companies). Since not everyone wants all the air and water jets, aromatherapy, light therapy, etc., Independent Home allows the user to customize the tub, as they choose. I found this approach refreshing and I highly recommend this company for all your walk-in tub needs. Thanks for allowing my Mom to choose only the spa features she enjoys.

After doing a lot of research on the internet and having meet with Safe-Step walk-in bath and premier walk-in bath, we decided on Independent Home because they could custom build the bathtub for my dad's hip and knee problems. They were able to add a jet on each hip and on his bad knee which made my dad's pain a lot more manageable and the price was almost 7000 dollars less than the other two companies we met with and the quality was better in my opinion, and they had more models to chose from. The salesman ** was great, he understood what we needed. And it only took them a day to install. The installers were very good about keeping the bathroom free of debris. I absolutely have found the perfect walk-in tub from Independent Home. The walk-in tub is under 3 inches to get in and out of, and with the built-in seat, water jets and air jets, I am able to take a nice, safe bath that always takes my pains away. The best feature is that with the rapid drain. When I am done it drains at under a minute! I would recommend this to just about anyone, and I can't go wrong with my lifetime warranty.

Independent Home provided the installation of a walk-in tub. Their installers were professional and did not smoke on the job site. The installers were well-equipped, using a portable workshop with all the tools needed to complete the job. The installer was on time and provided assistance as I was in the processes of removing the outside bathroom window for the tub egress. The installer was flexible in adapting a rectangle tub in a room that was not uniformly square, by using the extension material to fill in the space gaps that was caused by a wall that was not squared.

I am just writing to let you know of my wonderful experience with Independent home regarding full turnkey installation of my mothers new walk in bath tub. I originally called the company after much research and pricing quotes that were so high they made my head spin. My elderly mother has been having a difficult time getting in and out of a traditional tub for some time now and I knew we needed something safer and more comfortable for her. I immediately reached a helpful associate at IHOME and within 24 hours, a representative was at my door walking me through every aspect of both the tub and the installation process. Installation went great. Unit went in no problem no extra (costs). Cleanup terrific. Unit work well. Problem HOT WATER ran out before tub was filled. Talked to ** and he said that would be taken care of. ** came (great worker) and made the adjustment... NOW hot water is GREAT. TUB WORKS GREAT. WILL and WOULD RECOMMEND INDEPENDENT.

I found Independent Home on the Internet. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. I sent them an inquiry about the walk-in tubs. Unlike the others who insisted on seeing your place first, Independent Home got a salesman on the phone. I told him what I wanted. He gave me a price and everything I needed to know about the add-ons. Nothing was like we’re gonna pretend we’re in some kind of a flea market and see how we can bargain, which is really the impression all these other companies give me when they can’t tell me what an X-sized tub costs before installation. We started in the fall and we had reasons to postpone the installation, but the salesman kept in touch. He was also very quick to respond whenever I had a question.

I called a couple of other companies and they make appointments with you, but then they don't show up and they don't call. I assumed they didn't have the guts to call me or even tell me their reason why they can't make it, so I don't want to deal with them. But when I first spoke to someone from Independent Home and he said that he's coming out to see me, he was there. Any questions I had, he answered them promptly. What the man said he was going to do, he did. There was no substituting this for this. The model that we went with is a 52-inch, one of their bigger models, and it has the massaging jets in it.

I was very pleased with his presentation. Two weeks later I had the tub installed. The gentlemen did a wonderful installation job. We got the walk-in tub from Independent Home because I have a bad back. I'm a veteran and I found out about walk-in tubs from the VA. With my condition, they decided that they would give me the tub. I use the tub but my wife uses it more than me since she sometimes takes two baths a day because she has arthritis. My wife also liked the way it operated when she saw it on TV and heard about it from Premier Care. So she called the salesman in for me. We got the model that has the spray, the jets.
