The tech was very prompt and courteous. The only thing that I've noticed before was the little spiders and after the service, I haven't noticed that there are any more than there were before.

It was my first time having Hawx and it was a good experience. The only thing that I don't like with them is that I started seeing more spiders but the tech said, "You're gonna see those for the first couple of times, but then they'll be gone after two to three months." I said, "Okay. Well, summertime will be almost over by then, but anyway..." But as far as everything else, it's good to have.

The lady who came out was very thorough. She not only talked me through what she was gonna do in the areas that I pointed out that she was gonna treat, but she also showed me some additional areas that needed to be treated. Every step of the way and everything she did, she took photos. So I knew that she covered the areas that we had discussed. Then she had me do a walkthrough with her to point out even after that what she had done. She outlined also the time frame within which they'd be coming back, and if I needed anything in-between time, to reach out and let them know. So far, so good. We've seen a hornet or two, but it wasn't a swarm so much that we were scared about going into the yard. So the treatment so far has been very effective. She was on time and very professional. I was very pleased.

I had three different techs coming out and out of the three, I had two that I really liked when they came and did the preventative care because they explained things to me. They talked to me, asked me if I had seen any other insects, and explained it to me. With the other guy, he was looking at me like, “So, you just don't understand if you have this problem, that you’re gonna have this problem, it's gonna get better.” I don't like that kind of look because this is not my area of expertise. It's for him to explain it to me. But the other two did a good job. The very first technician I had, I really loved him coming out.

I have big water roaches, crickets and some spiders. They've done one treatment already and the tech was very nice. They told me that if I see something, I can call them. Yesterday, one big roach came in my garage, but I didn't see those for a month. There has been a humongous difference in insect activity since they treated. I've helped my neighbor get Hawx. I've recommended my auntie to get it as well.

Setting the appointment with Hawx was straightforward and to the point because I was at work so I was rushed. The technician understood that. He came in, did what he had to do, and he was gone. The pest activity has decreased since then.

I had my first service. The technician was fine. She was very positive.

They're supposed to come every three months. But if I have any issues in between times to call and they would come out. When they were here the first time, they sprayed all around the house. The guy that was here was very pleasant and informative. he didn't skulk around the house. He knocked on the door first and talked about what he was gonna do. So I do like that. They did a good job.

I signed and fulfilled a one year contract with Hawx. I did not wish to renew the contract and emailed them, per the contract, with 30 days' notice. I was told I had to speak to an account specialist. I responded that I did not want to speak to anyone. I just wanted to cancel the service. Repeatedly I said this. I was told my account was still active to which I again said I was not interested in their service and would not pay further invoices. Then they sent a crew to my property. I sent them away and again communicated by email that I did not want their services.

We signed a contract for pest control services, and never received them. When we called to cancel we were told there was no longer a service provider in our area and that they would not reimburse us for our unreceived services. We were then told that in order to get out of our contract we would need to pay over $700. Do not sign a contract with this company!!

The rep was quite knowledgeable and seemed to know what they were talking about. We have little rats because I have lots of trees around this area. The techs put traps outside for the rats and they put some stuff up in the attic. My attic's been difficult to access, but they managed to put some sticky traps in there. The little rats are smart though. They seem to avoid things. I know they're down in the damn walls scratching around in there, but we'll just keep doing the traps and see if we can take care of them. The techs spray the perimeter, too, for insects. All in all, Hawx Pest Control's price is right and the service is nice. The techs are very friendly and courteous as well. They come out if you want. You can call them up and they'll come out and take care of certain problems you may have encountered with rats or insects. They'll make a special trip too.

Hawx Pest Control's rep came to the door. He gave me his name, told me who he was with, gave me a business card, told me the services that they offered, and asked me if I would be interested. At first, I said, “I'm not sure because I know the lawn company that we use, they also do some type of basic spraying.” But after I spoke to my wife and she said, “Yeah. Go ahead and do it,” I was like, “Okay.” The rep told me what he would do on the iPad and that within the next couple of hours, he would have a technician out. An hour and 45 minutes later, a technician showed up. He went over everything with me verbally when he first arrived, told me what he would do, and told me what type of equipment he would have out and the stuff that would be in the yard. He started doing those things. I watched him for a few minutes and I let him go so he could take care of his business. Hawx is a great company, and they did what they said they would do.

When the rep gave us his spiel, we appreciated the time he took to explain what they offered, and we've been pleased thus far. We've not seen any evidence of their service not working, so I'm happy with that. The technician that was out there was amazing, kind, and all about business. He took pictures of his work, and then sent us a report. Overall, it was 100% satisfactory.

Our experience with Hawx Pest Control was great. They introduced themselves to us. They came knocking on the door. They explained what their process was. They do a lot more than what my previous pest control company does. So, I decided to go with them and they were thorough in doing stuff and investigating to look for any type of spiders. They went beyond and above the other pest control companies I've had. So, I was impressed. The rep showed me everything and was thorough. He was also courteous and professional. The techs inspected everything, laid traps, found where the spiders were possibly hiding. They took care of the issue. They were also thorough in their business as far as spraying. The techs were two brothers and both did different things. It took them a while to go through the house and spray the yards. They took their time and did everything that the company said they would do.

The technician, Austin, called me to let me know that he was on his way, and then he came to the door. He had great customer service. He asked me what I wanted and I told him and everything was done properly. So far, I haven't seen any fire ants, besides the first week. Like Austin said, these things from the outside are trying to get in. I saw about two things coming to the house. But after that, it's been quiet.

The salesman was nice. His offer seemed a good one. I get a notification that the tech is coming, but I don't see him. The first time, I saw the gentleman that came. He came to the door and told me what he would do. He was a nice guy.

Hawx helped me cancel my contract with my old pest control company, and then set up a contract with them. They were here the next day taking care of everything that I was unhappy with. My old pest control company was supposed to come inside and spray inside for bugs but they never did that. So Hawx went ahead and took care of it. The technician was very nice. He knocked on the door and said, “Hello,” and his name, and then came inside and treated it like it was his home. He said that if we had animals, we should make sure that they don't go licking the grass after a little bit because they had sprayed the grass for pests. So far, I'm having a great time with Hawx. They're one of the friendliest companies that I've had for pest control. They get their job taken care of. They take it very seriously in a very professional and friendly manner.

When the tech came in the house, he made sure he put booties on his boots. That way he didn't track anything in, he did his thing, and then went outside and did the yard. It was good and pretty quick.

I had a great experience with Hawx Pest Control. The tech came out and did the regular things, spray stuff around, and cleaned up all the cobwebs. The customer service was good. I rarely have spider situations now. You need to get with Hawx.

Hawx services my mother's home, and I called them for an unscheduled visit to follow up on a problem we had there, and they came right out. They were very professional and courteous. They took care of the issue that they were called for. I like that Hawx would have scheduled visits if you got a service for a year, but they would come out for an unlimited trips as needed despite the fact that the minimum was quarterly. But anything in between, I just call them and they will come out for anything, which they did. So that was the biggest selling point.

Somebody came to my door and said that they could get rid of ants. We tried different ways and couldn't get rid of them. So, I thought, "Talk to my brother and ask if we could try them" because they were more expensive. We did. And they got rid of the ants. So, I’m glad. The tech was very knowledgeable, polite and thorough. I'd tell more people about Hawx Pest Control, but they're too expensive for anybody. A monthly charge of $45 a month is a bit much. Most people charge a lot lower than that. I've told my friends about it, but when I talk about price, they say, “No way.” If Hawx lowered their price, I would get more people going their way. They shouldn't charge somebody on a monthly basis if they do not come out on a monthly basis. But the service and them getting rid of the bugs are A-plus.

The service has been great. They've been really responsive, especially Kenneth, the rep they sent out. He's been great to work with. It's been a great experience. Everybody's been friendly that I've talked to.

My experience with them has been very positive. They sent me an email saying who was coming out and it had a picture of the technician. He was very respectful and did a thorough job. Ke knocked on the door then stepped a good ways back and reintroduced himself. We walked around the house so I could show him where everything was. I also opened the garage door so he could spray in there as well.

Hawx reps were in the neighborhood because they have quite a few different houses in the area that they treat and they were doing a promotional deal because the more houses in the area they could treat, the lower the cost. They gave me the whole breakdown of their company, the history, their goals, and how they operate. I liked what I heard so I signed up with them.

They have a good price. They're also doing well. Not a mouse once since I called Hawx. Hallelujah. But I'm getting ants and they're working on that.

The level of pest activity has been a lot better since Hawx started treatments. Working with them has been great. They sent a tech to do a follow-up. They provide good service.

My experience with Hawx Pest Control has been very good. The initial contact was very professional and knowledgeable. They walk through everything step by step, and from what I can tell, they've done a great job.

The Hawx Pest Control reps were very professional, friendly, courteous and did a good job. This was the first visit, so it was scheduled over the phone and everything was fine. The gentleman who came was very nice, but I'm still seeing spiders. That's what Hawx was treating for, so I have to call and get them back out again. But I had sand that was brought into my yard, so they most likely came with the sand.

The company that we signed up with initially wasn't doing a good job, and Hawx Pest Control was gonna go more than what the other people were gonna do, so we switched. Hawx talked to the other company for us, so we didn't have to. They canceled that for us, and we've just been with them since. Right now, I'm paying 50 something, and it's an automatic withdraw.

The techs are supposed to come every 90 days and look around the area outside the house. If I need for them to come inside, they will spray. My tech is a nice and polite guy. He let me know what he was gonna do and asked me if I had any questions. He also asked if I needed for him to come inside and spray anything. Since the service, I don't see any bees or wasps like I used to. Try Hawx. The cost is reasonable so far and they're very nice.

Working with the techs was fine. They told me everything that they were doing and there were no issues. After the first time they sprayed, we haven't seen anything other than the pests that were dead. They've done well so far.

Hawx Pest Control provided extra services that my prior pest control people did not. Hawx was a bit more expensive, but when they went through everything that they do with the additional stuff, I thought, "I'll give them a try and see if it's worth it." They did a really good job. The technician came out and talked to me before he did his stuff and told me what he was gonna do. When he got done, he told me what he found and and everything looked good. He was really nice, as well as very friendly, thorough and impressive. Hawx Pest Control has only been out here once, but so far, the cost is very fair. They also said, "Just call and we'll be back out," if we notice anything, but I haven't noticed anything, so I haven't called them.

I gave Hawx Pest Control a call, and they came out and discussed how they do things. They lay out more spray, and they spray more of a width of an area than the other company. Also, I have a dog so I wanted to make sure that it was pet-friendly which it was. They come out every couple of months. They've done the initial and the second spray. The second time, I was at work, but my wife was there and she said they were thorough. So I trust what she says. The techs did the same thing as my last pest control, but they were doing for ants and bees also. They fogged for mosquitoes in the backyard for me too. They said if I'm not satisfied, just call and they'll come and re-spray for nothing, but I haven't had any problems. They put in mice traps in my garage as well, 'cause I get a lot of mice during the winter. The mice traps they brought in for me were the plastic big ones instead of those little paper things, and I like those better.

The Hawx techs are fabulous. Their answers are short and they're very thorough. The price seems okay too.

The salesperson was genuine. He wasn't overly pushy about trying to sell his product. I understand paying $10 extra a month. They told me I have unlimited calls if I see something. The technicians came in two different days to check up. We appreciated that. After they sprayed for wasps last week, a wasp got in. Whatever they sprayed worked. The wasp was very weak and couldn't sustain flight. It was laying on the floor for a little while and trying to fly but couldn't. Hawx could improve on their consistency though. When we first got there, they did this immaculate report. They emailed me with what they did. The second time, they did not. They performed the work, but they didn't document it like they initially did.

Hawx has done everything they said they would do well. We had rats in the house, and they helped us with that. They've set stuff in the house. They also put stuff outdoors because that's where most of the evidence was. We're in Florida and you have rats in Florida all the time no matter what you're doing. We've had a few dead ones lying in the yard and Hawx is gonna keep checking on it every month to make sure everything is working the way it's supposed to.

When a Hawx representative was driving through the subdivision I live in and trying to get people to sign up for the service, he knocked on my door and we had a really good conversation. He's about the age of one of my youngest one, and he played football. I coached football and my kids play football. We were looking to have the house sprayed anyway. So it kind of worked. They treated the outside of the house. They did a great job. The tech told me what he was gonna do and how long it was gonna take, which I like. He did exactly what he said he was gonna do. I was pretty happy with it.

Their tech Eric treated the house we bought and we had a few good results. When he back back, I did a different kind of treatment and it's showing improvement for us. Eric showed up in a timely manner and said what he needed to do. He gave us some advice and was very thorough. The first company we had didn't do the yard but Hawx did that too.

I was impressed by the door-to-door salesman's confidence in the product, and in 10 to 15 minutes we were sold. Hawx came out one time to treat the inside and outside of our home, and the guy walked us through what he was doing. He was nice and respectful. We've had some wasps come out, but it’s that time of the year. They weren't out when Hawx first came out. We're expecting Hawx to come out to do the second treatment, and I'm assuming when they come out the second time, it'll take care of that problem. It's been a great experience so far, and we're looking forward and continuing moving forward.

We had Hawx Pest Control a couple of years ago, and we thought it was a little expensive, but it was okay. In an area where we live, it's in the woods, one needs to have some kind of pest control. My husband thought he could take care of it, but he's died. I needed to have someone, so I called Hawx to get service again. The man I talked to said I'd be getting a $100 gift card for new customers and I was a new customer, but I haven't received it. Other than that, the tech who came treated what he could and did a good job, but there was predictions of rain, so he didn't do the granules around the foundation. I asked him if he could do the granules, and he said, “No. You'd probably have to call.” I'd like for him to come back and do that.

The rep set up services and gave me a date. The tech sprayed to keep pests out. I recommend Hawx.

They gave me a really good rate and locked it in for me so it wouldn't go up or down. I schedule service through text message and they tell me when it's time for the new treatment and when to schedule. They ask what time and day works best for me. The techs did outside pest control. They did mosquito bombs and treated for fire ants and spiders. Pest activity has diminished since they've been out. Hawx is affordable, thorough and professional. Plus it's transferrable.

Scheduling was really easy and the techs were really informative. They came to treat for fire ants and the usual outside pests. We also had a small wasp nest. Our backyard was overgrown so I don't fault them for missing a spot but other than that, they did amazing. The tech was friendly. We also found out that we have termites and he showed me a video that was really informative about them. I really liked that. But they said that was a separate service and we have not signed up for that yet.

My tech is really nice. He spoke to me about everything they offered and the things he was gonna do that day. He asked a few questions like if I had kids and about the different things he could do. He asked me to not make my baby get out of his room for an hour because he was gonna spray. He explained everything well. Since the treatment, I haven't seen any spiders or ants.

Hawx is good. They've been spraying per month. The tech who came knocked some cobwebs and bee nest down. He was very professional and did really well. I was satisfied. He was really cooperative and he helped me a lot in what I wanted.

I canceled with Hawx Pest Control because they did not tell me the truth when I signed up with them. I had someone come to my door. They were going through our neighborhood, trying to get clients. And they told me that they were less money than everyone. But they were more expensive because they charge by the month. And they told me mosquito treatment was included. But it was not included, because I got sent something asking if I wanted to have that service. So, I called and asked about it, and they said they did not. And I said that I was told that it did, and that this was by a Mormon company and this person was a Mormon, which I checked and he was, but it was bad information.

I'm a satisfied Hawx customer. I like their pricing. They were very respectful, and they explained their services.

I had one person come out one time. I had a bad infestation of fruit flies. The man did an outstanding job. He got rid of the infestation. So, I was extremely pleased with Hawx Pest Control's services. I would strongly recommend them.

Our Hawx Pest Control door-to-door salesperson was amazing. He was on his third day, and he was kind and respectful. The technicians that came by were fantastic. They came in, did what they needed to do and got it done quickly, which was nice and helpful for us. They're perfectly priced, if not lower than competitors in this area. We noticed a huge difference in the outdoor area with bees and bugs.

Hawx Pest Control's salesperson came by and talked me into it. He showed me different areas that he noticed that being a new home, you wanna identify with the builder to, "Hey, they need to caulk on these areas." He also said, "I'm gonna spray here sort of prevent for anything getting in there." And he was efficient, friendly, and earlier than the time that they posted to me. So, it was good.

Hawx Pest Control is one of those that are able to spray sidewalk inward, which not all of them are licensed to do. Also, they were available for weekend scheduling, which made it much better. I was very happy with them. The lady was very detail-oriented.

Hawx came out to spray the yard for bugs, ants, and spiders and to spray the ceiling on the outside of the house. I called them to set up a schedule. Someone answered the phone after an automated caller answered. After that, we set up the schedule for them to arrive on the following Monday. They told me that they would call me half an hour before arrival. The technician was very friendly and very helpful. So, it was a good interaction. As far as the cost, the person who came by the house offered the service for $49 per month. Then when I called them, they wanted to offer it to me for $55. I said, “No, I wanna do just 49.” So, they said okay. But then, it was for a month. I didn't think I needed it every month because I just have a few ants outside. They're not inside being a bother. So I said, "I don't need it every month." They allowed me to set it up for every quarter instead. It's okay so far.

I liked that Hawx Pest Control could come out fast. However, I've been calling them for a long time trying to reach somebody as far as canceling my service. Every time I call, they transfer me over and I do not get anybody. I'm supposed to receive a call back. Nothing happened. Because I'm not able to use the service. The tech said it wasn't too much they could do because I live in an apartment. So, he put some traps and some ant stuff down and that was it.

I was looking for a new company, and I called Hawx and the gentleman was courteous and didn't seem to be very pushy in what he was doing. Had he not been courteous and if he had been pushy, I would not have selected them. We have a quarterly service. They're treating indoors and outdoors for normal pest control prevention as well as rodent prevention. I have many boxes that they refill. They've only been out one time so far. The technician was very nice, was on time, and I could tell he did a thorough job. I liked the fact they took pictures along the way during the work to make sure they did certain things. So far, the prevention has been effective.

Hawx Pest Control was the most affordable. The experience was swift. The tech was very informative. Hawx has only done one treatment. But I recently began to see pests again so I'm gonna call them back out because they come out any time that I call them. It's included in the yearly contract.

Hawx comes out every three months like they say they would. They spray the outside. They put the ant stuff down and all that good stuff. You ought to try them out. They'll work for you.

We recently just signed up for Hawx. Their price was good. They were very friendly and then within the next two days, they came out and swept down webs and put down stuff for spiders outside, and did the mosquito spray. They did pretty well from what I could see so far. I recommend Hawx.

We have pest control and termite services with Hawx, and it was no problem scheduling. They wanted to come out quicker than I could want them to come out. I had other plans, so I had to schedule them out a little bit further. But within days of me contacting them, they wanted to come out. They tech was really good. He explained what he was gonna be doing and how he was gonna do it, the process, and the chemicals that he used. He even explained how far out in the yard he treats and he explained, again, how they come out once a year for the Sentricon stations. He was very thorough with his explanation and knew what he was talking about.

The dude who came out did all the spraying and made sure that I understood and knew everything. He even went and made sure that my parents had got the referral because I forgot to say something about it when I first made the appointment. Hawx treated us for ants and removed some of the wasp nest that we had. They were not active but they were still there. He also sprayed for flies and mosquitoes. He said that I shouldn't have to do anything at this time, because it was about to rain. But the only thing that I really have to do next time he comes out if it's not looking like rain is to water the yard about six feet away from the house because there’s stuff that they put out there for the ants. After this one, he said to give them a call in three months or they would call back and just schedule an appointment, because they were every three months.

I had meadow bugs and Hawx reduced it. We still have one from time to time but that's very normal in South Carolina. The tech said that if there was still a problem, he would come back out at no charge. We've only had one tech come out so far because we're doing the quarterly treatment and he was great. I was originally signing up for mosquito spray as well and he didn't lead me in any direction. He gave me knowledge about where mosquitoes live and how they would just fly back in over the top of where he was able to spray out in my backyard. So, we would still have mosquito problems and I ended up not getting the mosquito spray. So, it was very beneficial because he was looking out for us. Hawx is a little bit more expensive than some of the other places that I priced out but because they broke it down into that monthly payment instead of $180 every quarter, it makes it a little bit easier to justify the cost.

Hawx was able to schedule me in a week after I contacted them and the tech who came out was great, and I asked to keep him. He wanted to do a good job and he was likable. I trusted him. I've told several people Hawx is the best. But they're a little expensive. I let Hawx go for a while because they didn't come inside the house. It was too much money for them to just do the outside. They’ve only been here once. We don't have any bugs. This time was just an all-purpose start.

The rep was professional and knew the ins and outs of the business. He was willing to help and work something out for me to have a deal. He was a good person to work with. And so far, I'm happy with the service. Hawx has 360 days warranty, which means that whenever I have a problem, I can call them and they will come and fix it. The experience has been great.

The tech came out for pest, bugs and termites. He sprayed around the house as well as inside. He was professional. It was more like a prevention thing and he didn’t discover anything. I’m satisfied with my experience with Hawx.

I am a returning Hawx customer. I had to cancel my service before because I sold my house. Hawx gave me $100 off the new start-up and an Amazon gift card for being a returning customer. They came out a few days later and sprayed, and it seemed to work as it always had in the past. The technicians usually just let me know they're there. I personally check the cameras afterwards to make sure they did what they said they were gonna do, and they did. They're professional at their job. I have recurring service and they let me know a few days beforehand in case I need to reschedule. They also send text reminders. I can reschedule or move if something's come up. If you want your bugs to go away for a decent price, Hawx is the place to go.

The tech from Hawx came in and it was quick. It was nice that the gentleman was respectful to everybody. He also used the brushes and cleaned out the exteriors. He did an excellent job. He did the web that I was seeing in the garage. It was taken care of. But I get these fruit flies type of bug.

The sales rep of Hawx was friendly and knowledgeable. They came and did the outside treatment last week. So far, so good. I would see spiders. But since the house and outside had been sprayed, I haven't seen any.

I like the services that Hawx offers. Their tech came in, did what he needed to do and left. I have not had the problems I had before since then. They have very friendly people that come out and do the job. They're very informative, too and their price is also great, for what they do.

When I signed up with Hawx, it was great. I have the quarterly service. If I ever want anything additional, we can just call. The techs were thorough. We saw them walking around the house. After they were done, they took pictures.

Hawx' prices were decent. So, we decided to give them a try, and it's been good so far. We signed up for the monthly plan. Chris was great. I was able to get his direct line so that I could call him if we needed them to come back sooner than next month. We have three dogs and two cats and we are worried about fleas and ticks. We also have young kids so we didn't really want mosquitoes and bees. We did have carpenter bees in our wood. We specifically called them to get the bees removed. You can't get rid of all the mosquitoes and all the bees because they are transient beings. So, we've seen them here and there, but it was not as bad as before. As far as the cost, Hawx is competitive. We had another service come knock on our door not too long ago and Hawx beat them in price, especially since we had the flea and pest control wrapped in with our monthly stuff. The other company was gonna charge us almost $100 more for just fleas and ticks.

The customer service from Hawx was very good. We had some concerns about the chemicals, and the person listened, and then guided us through the ins and outs, so we were assured that everything was safe. They also knew that I had some issues with being able to have chemicals in the house, so they're working with me so we can put it in when it's a good time. The tech who came to do the outside showed us what he was gonna do and how he was gonna spray the eaves. We had some extra concerns about spraying places where wasps were getting into. He told us how he would make sure he sprayed those spaces. It was very hands-on, and then, he answered any of our questions. If you're looking for some dependable bug service to deal with your pest problem, these guys are professional, they show up, and they're affordable. There are a lot of services that may try to upcharge you, and they didn't try to do that.

Hawx has been good. They come out every three months. They put out traps for mice and spray for bees, ants and spiders. Within a week of them coming out, the mice were gone. We gotta call them back because the pest control guy that was here the last time said that if we've seen any more ants, to call them because it might be in our walls. They would come back and re-spray to make sure that they're gone. Out of all the people that I've had come to spray a house, they're the best one because they go over everything. They tell you exactly what they're doing and what to do about it if you don't understand what to do.

Hawx has been very professional throughout. They came out when they said they were gonna come out. They were super respectful of the property. They came to the door and told us exactly what they were gonna do. They wiped down any type spider webs in the eaves of the house. They went all the way around the perimeter with their spray and did a full yard treatment as well. At the end, the guy came back to the door and told us exactly what he had done. He let us know that if we saw anything crazy happen or if bugs started showing up somewhere, to just have them come out and they would take care of it.

We started working with Hawx a month ago. They are very pleasant. They didn't push. They've been over twice and they seem to be doing a good job. The tech is honest. He gives me very detailed information on what we're doing and he leaves me some literature about it. I'm very well-informed even slightly more than I'm capable of absorbing. They are concerned too. They want to make sure that the stuff they are using are okay for pets. They use something organic that goes into the wasp nest. That is important to us. We have two dogs who are outside a lot. We want to make sure that whatever they use, particularly around the house, isn't gonna hurt the dogs.

Hawx is more expensive than what I had but I like what was detailed to me in terms of the package and what they are going to do. The tech was extremely thorough and helpful. Outside, we haven't seen bees and wasps.

The guy who came didn't spray inside because he ran out and said he was gonna come back the next day. But he didn't come back the next day. He also didn't spray under the house. He only sprayed around the house. The ants are still here. It seems like their products don't work. Besides not coming out the next day when they said they were going to, they're nice.

It's been great with Hawx. Everybody is very helpful and informative. The services work. It's worth the cost.

When I signed up, Hawx asked me some qualifying questions about what I needed the service for. When they sent the guy over to do the initial walk-through, he discovered I was telling the truth. I like the fact they got rid of a wasp nest. They went through and cleaned the outside as well. They've come back but Hawx kept the warranty. That's what I like. They said they'll come back until they get it figured out. So far, I'm very happy with Hawx. They follow through.

Hawx did a great job and I have no complaints. Our interaction with their tech was flawless as well.

The last rep that we had was awesome. He was very friendly and if I had questions, he answered them. Also, Hawx usually sends somebody out within the next couple of days after we contact them for a service and everything has been wonderful since we used them.

I signed up to get service from Hawx every other month and the girl out here last time was great. They also said that if I've seen something they would come out.

I had a good salesman. He was a young man that I talked to and I was pleased with him. He was very personable, very friendly, and actually talked me into getting Hawx. We have a landscape company and I do my own spraying. I have my own circumstance right now and I have limited time to be home. I happened to be there the day that the young man came and he just impressed me with his bedside manner. I would need some help because I'm not able to be there all the time like I usually am. I took him up on it. If he had been more business instead of neighborly, I probably would have said no.

I had some ants in my yard and they took care of it. They were so professional and kind. They were good. Their price is good. I liked how they did the service. I'm so glad I got them. I'm a happy customer.

Called for one day only spray. Spoke with an arrogant agent which sent me an email to sign. Trusting her words while on my cellphone email I signed it, not explained right that I was signing a 6 months service for them. I called and asked to cancel but was told that I signed a contract to keep paying them for 6 months $50 a month. I told them that I do not want their service and they can keep charging but If I see anyone in my property I will call the police and charge them with trespassing. Even after "the contract" ended they kept charging for the 7th month!!?? I called my financial institution to cancel my payment and change my credit card. Even after this unpleasant unwanted monthly charge they wanted to charge some more reminding me that I have forgotten to call their service. This is a bloodsucking "pest" company!

I was impressed with the salesperson that came into my neighborhood and solicited business. He had knowledge of what needed to be done, he showed me where certain areas needed attention and other areas didn't, what they could do and how they were going to do it. There was also the efficiency with which they were going to perform their work and the cost was extremely reasonable.

The nice young man from Hawx Pest Control was here a month ago, and he told us everything he was doing. He sprayed for us and so far, so good. I haven't seen the centipedes like we did before he came. He will come every three months, and he's only been here once when we first got started.

Hawx gave me pointers on keeping my dumpster lids closed. The technician was a very nice man. He did an excellent job. I don't see any big roaches in the yard anymore. I still have fruit flies, though. There are just too many fruit trees around me.

Knowing nothing about service companies in Georgia I trusted Hawx Pest Control's salesman who had the “Monthly service agreement “as he called it, on his tablet which could be signed electronically. After doing so, he sent me the Contract. Foolish me, I didn’t read the fine print. It wasn’t until we started having countless problems with them, which started at the onset, did I find out the contract I signed was a binding contract which would cost us $500 to cancel. I’ve spoken to several local companies here in Georgia as well and they do not require a contract. When I read all of the negative reviews from all over the country about how they’re a very dishonest and disreputable company I stopped beating myself up for being hoodwinked. Do not trust Hawx.

Hawx was on time and communicated very well. It was good to have the guy here and for him to explain what we have to look out for. I asked him to come to the area where we keep some of the bug sprays. I came across a bug spray product which I've never seen in my life before. He explained to me what it contained. He said it was safe to use against flies and flying insects. I'm from South Africa, and we have quite a different product availability in South Africa than in the United States. Still, it's the same type of chemicals. But these are differently packaged and with different applications. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do. That was good, especially the thing about mosquito control. It's early days but I'm impressed by the fact that we have very few bugs flying around. In fact, I haven't seen them for the past two weeks after having the control done.

Hawx had a salesman come to my door. That was actually convenient because we had an ant problem and I was getting ready to try to shop around. I just went with them. The technician that came out was nice and he followed up with us a week later. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The ants have gone down significantly. The problem was from what they said, it would completely go away in three days but we still have ants. I don't know if what they did was sufficient. The technician checked some other things that weren't scheduled for us to do. He didn't treat it because it wasn't part of the plan that we signed up for. But he looked at it to tell us if we needed it or not. It’s just that I'm not sure that the service was good.

I just happened to be outside when a Hawx guy was walking through. He was cool and we were just talking then he just told me what he did. I was already looking for that service. I was gonna go with Terminix at first because I had it in my old house. But he just happened to be there. For the inspection process, he asked me if I had dogs. I put my dogs up and they did their thing. They sent me pictures of things and let me know they were leaving and I closed my garage. He said if I saw anything after they treated it to let them know and they'll come out free of charge.

I got a knock on my door and there was someone from Hawx who told me they had some pest control services. I got some information from them and asked them to give me a day or two to figure out if I wanted to do it. The person was nice and chill, and wasn't super pushy. I looked over what he gave me with my husband, and he came back the next day because he was in my neighborhood. He stopped by and I said, "Hey, let's do it. This is good." So, he walked me through the whole payment process. He was polite about it and let me know when they would come and that if I saw any bugs that were on the list of things that they were spraying for, to give them a call back so they could schedule me for another follow-up service.

Hawx did a consultation around my home for termite and pest control. Both of the gentlemen who came in were college-aged gentlemen and they were very professional. They asked us if we had had any issues before and they were very knowledgeable about the services that Hawx provided. In addition, they assisted with drafting up a letter to Terminix to have the services from Terminix cut without having any type of payback or repercussion for early termination..

They're good, dependable and very economic. The pest activity has been good since they've come out to do their service.

I am not a fan of their policy or service. There are several things I do not like about their service. They come out when they want to. This is a problem since we have animals that walk the yard and potentially they are exposed to pesticides that could and have made them sick. We have not had any animals die but I really do not like them showing up unannounced. They do not consult you before they spray your yard. This is a problem because they may put on more pesticides than what is needed. Yards change with the application of the pesticides and insects move. If they consulted with the owner then they could find out what they need to look for or what to change in the application of pesticides.

It's been a good experience with Hawx. It started off with some tiny sugar ants. I saw the difference right away since their service, but then I started getting big ants. They just appeared after. The techs came, sprayed for that, and it worked too. However, it's not 100% pest-free, because I still see big roaches coming out and little roaches, too. But their techs have been nice and professional.

I was with Hawx and it was really helpful. However, nothing was being done by order. They call the guy to get my house done and I keep saying not to come unless I was there. I'm supposed to be in the house to see what he was doing. But he never did that. For an entire year last year, I never met or saw the guy. I was just paying the money. The guy left a receipt at the front door when he finished and it stated that everything was done. There was no text.

I had Terminix for nine years but their prices kept going up. I was paying 79 bucks then it was up to 145. A Hawx guy did a 1-on-1 where we can sit and talk out here. He then had a guy come the next day to do a free inspection of the house. He sprayed for bugs. I ended up getting their service. They've really been good to me and I've really been pleased with them.

We're having spiders and ants. They got out really quick. But I need another spray because I saw a roach the other day when I was in my bathroom. Other than that, I like their work and I'm gonna continue to do what they're supposed to do.

I'm pleased with Hawx. I liked what they had and their description of their job, so I called them. Setting up my service was smooth. The techs were very nice. They came and knocked on the door, and explained what they were doing. Whenever there's any problem, they come out and redo it free of charge.

We're new to the area and we were getting eaten alive by the bugs. Our neighbor suggested Hawx and since Hawx came out, we're not covered in bug bites. Also, the tech was very nice.

The service with Hawx is prescheduled and if I hear of pests of any kind, I can just call or go online and schedule. They worked around my schedule and fit me in as quickly as possible, and that was what was important to me, to get the pest under control. It's been two different technicians and I've gotten text messages when they’ve said that they’re on their way or they're close by. I called the first one on a Friday and the technician was out there Saturday afternoon. On the second one, the techs were willing to come out the next day but I needed them to come a few days after that because we had reservations. So it's been quick and easy.

I've had a really good experience with Hawx. I had treatment for the small sugar ants that come out a lot during the summer. Scheduling service with them was easy. They came out the next day and went ahead and handled it. The tech also listened to my concerns and addressed them. The tech came back out because I was still having an issue in one place. He addressed it, and I haven't had a problem since.

They're supposed to come out every three months. They put down traps and spray outside. They came out at least four times already. It’s been good. The tech has been very understandable. The pest activity quit for a while, but it came back I think because the season’s changing. I tried, but they wouldn't let me schedule the appointment. They wanted the tech to do it but he hasn't had the time to. He should be doing it this week, hopefully. But they're a good company. They're doing really well.

They were wonderful. They came when they said they were gonna come. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. Their representative was the best. She always came clothed correctly. She always had what she needed to use in the truck with her. She came back as often as we needed her to.

I get service from Hawx every other month and whatever concerns I have, their tech will spray for it and do whatever they're supposed to do. So far, he has done one service for me. I had a bunch of spiders and he came right back out a couple of weeks later. I would recommend Hawx to anybody because they're easy to work with.

The customer service is nice, but the chemicals Hawx is using are not working. February was when they first came for service. I had to call them again in March and in April. They keep spraying, but I still have spiders in my house. I just had to kill two spiders in the living room, and they were the black furry looking ones. I still got ants out in the yard. When they came last time, they knocked the beehives down, but they keep building in the same spot. Sometimes I can't even sit on my front porch because it's warming with bees. I'm afraid to open my front door because I don't want them be all flying in my house. In order for them to come the first time, I had to sign up for a year of service. Now I'm stuck with a year of service for a service that doesn't even work, and I have to keep paying for it.

Hawx is great. They have the same day service, and they come out right. When they come out, they let me know what areas need to be sprayed. They make me feel comfortable to let them in my house. They take time to inform people of the problem and what is the cause. They go in all the cracks and seals, and I like that. They take time to make sure that your need is being met. I talked about Hawx last night to my neighbor. I told her to call Hawx instead of setting traps out. They are way cheaper.

There was a gentleman from Hawx who came to do an inspection to give me an idea of what I needed. He was very pleasant and helpful in showing me things that I didn't even know was here. He was very good. I had some big water bugs mainly in the back porch and kitchen, and he let me know that the company would spray inside and out. He also said that he would go beyond and the treatment wouldn't just be inside the house. He sprayed the borderline, too so that insects, including spiders, wouldn't even come inside. He did his work and I let him have his way. When he finished, he told me what he had done, how far out he went, and when someone would return to spray the second time.

Hawx is a decent company. The employees are courteous. They show up when they say they're gonna be here. They do a good job. They do outside unless I need them to come in.

I would highly recommend Hawx Pest Control. We have seen some bugs, cockroaches, and a beetle or two. But so far, we haven't experienced a heavy amount of insects in our home since the technician came out. He was very respectful, communicative and resourceful in information regarding bugs. I am grateful for him coming out.

My issue was drywall termites. There were some sandy droppings coming out of my wall. When Hawx came, there was this option of a tent, but I'm in an attached condo so that wouldn't work. The other option was to treat the areas where the droppings were already coming out. They drilled a few very small holes then they injected some liquid that would penetrate the part of the wood in the hopes that it would get to the colony and kill any termite infestation that I might have had. I saw that the liquid came out of the holes again. They provided treatment to the areas I needed for and they have a one-year warranty that they honor. My area of treatment extended to a 10-foot wall in case I would have any new treatment that I needed. That was nice to know that I'm fully covered and not just in that area but also 10 feet all around and in a new wall. Their level of service of educating me or walking me through the process was very informative. There was no pressure. Hawx is outstanding.

Hawx Pest Control had a better deal. And their tech was very nice and informative. Our situation has been better, but I need more visits. I had a bad infestation. I wanna see if Hawx could come out like they said they would in-between visits if I called them. Because part of the attraction is if I saw pests after they have been out, I could call any time and they would come out. But I would recommend them.

I've been using them since November with a "deal" offer that was a lie according to the rep that had been at the house offering their service. The lie being that it was going to be a quarterly service with a quarterly charge of $40. Turns out it is a monthly charge at $40. The quality of service isn't great for the pest control nor over the phone. The service for the pest control doesn't really get rid of many bugs because I still had wasp all over the house and bugs coming into the home after they would spray. The phone service is always a constant wait time that interrupts the work day which is concerning. Additionally, you always are waiting for a callback because they have no one working or few people working, I'm not sure. I mean a phone call early morning shouldn't have much of a wait time. Also, If I could give less than 1 star I probably would and I will not go with this company again.

I started renting a unit and unfortunately, the landlord was not very forthcoming. I had been there seven days and discovered that the unit had mice. I work from home. I was actually on camera and every time a mouse ran out, it was a natural reflex for me to begin screaming and yelling. The landlord did not want to do anything about it. The night that the mice were discovered, I slept on my couch on the phone with a friend because no one could get to me where I was at. I dozed for 5 or 10 minutes and just had my feet up. It was a very traumatic experience because of the landlord's whole aggressive demeanor behind the situation like it was nothing. I understand that sometimes it's just like some people may have issues with spiders, and some may not. For me, it was that little creature running around on four legs.

I have some rodents in my house that Hawx had to come to get rid of. Their technicians were nice and professional. Every time that they've been here, unfortunately, I've been at work. So, it's been my son that's been here but he's never had any kind of weird or off-putting interactions with them. They communicate greatly. So even if I'm not there, they'll be on the phone with me or texting and letting me know what's going on. I haven't had an issue with anything regarding them coming out to the house.

They also make it REALLY difficult to cancel, even once you fulfill your contract. They told me I had to call on the LAST DAY OF THE CONTRACT to cancel. I could not do anything beforehand. Then they make you stay on hold forever and then just end the call saying they will call you back. I called back and someone told me I may not even be able to get a hold of someone in the correct department until the next day. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Just let me cancel my contract. You suck!

I had wasps that were at the top of my house. My problem was 30 feet high in the air and some companies didn't deal with anything that high, but Hawx did. The technician sprayed the entire outside. He was helpful and informative. He explained what he was using and its effectiveness and whether there were any problems or cautions. I can call Hawx anytime that I see pest and they'll come out. So far, I was satisfied.

I have three accounts with Hawx. In my new house, they came in to do the regular spray. In my other house that we got from my father-in-law, they did the regular spray, and then they did for specialized cockroaches. They did a good job. Scheduling was pretty easy. I called them up, and they set a date and came. The service people have been very nice and very informative. They explained things well.

I love the technicians from Hawx. I told the guy that signed me up, “You can sell ice to Eskimos.” They're very pleasant people. They explained what they were doing, and they seem to have done a good job. They've done it twice. I don't have any mosquitoes biting me now, so I'm happy. The only thing is they tried to upsell every time they turn around. All of a sudden, what was costing me $70 was costing me $100 and some. I thought they were doing a one-time treatment. Once you do the one-time treatment, it's a whole year of treatment. Also, I am saving the email from them in its own file. I get so many of them that I can't figure out what it is they're asking me.

I have had ant problems in this house and I have got ant traps everywhere. I have been trying to think of somebody to call. If I call some of the well-named bug control people, they're gonna charge me an arm and a leg and I don't think I should get charged that when I rent. If I own my own home, it's a different story. Hawx showed up at the right time. They came knocking at the door. We were just gonna try them out and see what happens.

The people at Hawx Pest are very nice, but I have a problem with rats, they have been coming for over a year and I still have rats. We've done everything they ask but I still have them. I ask them to cancel my service because I feel I am throwing my money away, but they refuse to do. They are still charging me $50 per month and they have not been to my house in over 6 months and I still have rats. I called them and asked them to cancel since I have not seen one dead rat and I keep seeing live ones. I just want to cancel since this is not working for me, but they are still charging me. I guess we will have to take to it to small claims court. Any ideas?

I was using a previous provider, but they didn't offer as full a service as what Hawx provides. Their price was a little bit better, too. But when they sold me the contract, I thought they were including a mosquito abatement, then I got a call saying I needed to add this mosquito abatement at another higher price. So, I'm confused and I want them to check into what my contract actually says because mosquito abatement was one of the things I had checked off on there. I was thinking I was getting a better deal than I was getting with my other provider but if they will charge me extra for the mosquito abatement, it will be almost the same amount as the price of the other company.

Hawx Pest Control was cheaper in price. Our previous location was a condo complex where all the garages were tied together. So, all Hawx could do was treat the inner garage area and set traps. They sprayed for all the different bugs, knocked the spider webs down, which a lot of the other companies said that unless you treat all of them you wouldn't get rid of them and kept trying to sell me additional products. Alex was the guy that came out. He was straightforward. He suggested, "If you have any follow-up questions just shoot me a text, and I'll be happy to get back to you." So, he communicated after the fact with me.

I set up Hawx Pest Control on the phone. The tech was not my regular service guy. He said he was just out in the area and he handled the call for him. But he did a great job. You can use Hawx. It will be great.

When Hawx most recently came out, the guy was straight up with me and everything went well. Also, he let me know to give them a call if they need to come back out. I would refer him to anyone else.

It's an odd situation because I'm a tenant and the owner lives in California and I live in Atlanta. The appointments have to be arranged with me but the owner of the property is paying for it and Hawx seems to get that very straight very easily. Something another company didn't do for 12 years we used them. Hawx treated for rodents under the house, cockroaches in the house, and termite prevention outside. The technician was great. He was very friendly and thorough and he explained everything to me. I was very pleased.

The tech came out to sanitize and he took pictures of all the things he did. Also, I have roof rats and he took care of that. He did all around an excellent job. They're following up in three months’ time to see what it looks like. I signed an agreement with them that they're doing it on a quarterly basis. I'm glad I chose Hawx.

Hawx provides great service and it's easy to get ahold of them since we know somebody. He's always good at contacting us, making sure everything's good. He's a great worker and always on top of things.

Hawx has done treatments twice. I wanted same day service because it’s ants. They said they couldn't do it but got here within the next couple days of calling. I like the rep. Where he treated initially, the ants were gone. As soon as they left, we had no more activity. They came back up a couple weeks later in another bedroom so he had to come out and treat that bedroom. So far, they're staying at bay.

The gentleman who came out was very professional and he answered all my questions. I would recommend Hawx’s service. I get treatments quarterly, but I pay them monthly. I had Orkin before and so far, Hawx is much better. Customer-service-wise, my experience with them has been terrific.

I met the sales rep and the technician from Hawx, and they were both professional. I'd recommend them at this time. Since our first service, I've seen some dead bugs here and there, just the regular smaller bugs. I have also seen a decrease of spiders outside. But our home sits above the ground and we've never really had a big infestation of bugs inside the house.

I had been a customer a couple years ago, then didn't use them anymore, and two months ago, I started with them again. They have been fabulous this time because of the way that they're now caring for not only spiders, but also some mice problems. They're also doing a much better job of really trying to care for the root cause of the problem. The techs come out every quarter automatically and our experience with them has been wonderful. They seem to be a lot more knowledgeable about the different problems, so they're getting some good training from somewhere.

We were having a particular pest and Hawx Pest Control guaranteed that they could get rid of it. It's a clover mite. Hawx is a little expensive compared to what we were paying. But they worked with us and tried to give us a good deal to switch. We appreciate that. So far, they haven't been able to get rid of the mites, but they've only been out one time. One time is usually not enough. The tech was fantastic. He gave us his personal number because we were getting ready to have a baby. He has been so kind and let us just talk to him on a personal basis as we needed to. We're trying to have them every week to two weeks. But they come out quarterly and any time in between that we need them.

Their tech is very friendly and he listened. Working with him was a pleasant experience. We've only had one fumigation and since then, I've seen a few insects. But another spraying would deter them. Hawx has been very good. They're prompt and they try to accommodate me. They made me a better offer.

I thought I was being charged every three months because the tech comes out every three months. But I found out that it was every month. And if I need them, I could call them. Hawx seemed to be cheaper than the ones that I had checked. We had a few roaches when we first got here and that was unusual, and we also have a lot of spiders. We haven't seen those two things. I would recommend Hawx Pest Control. We are satisfied with them so far.

Hawx told me about their service over the phone. They were very friendly, informative, and I was able to contact them even when they weren't there. That was nice. We just moved in and we called for service. A tech came in, did what he needed to, and explained a few things about what he did. The first treatment was for the inside of the house. The one for this month will be outside. It was a really good experience.

I live in an apartment shack and a Hawx tech was on my neighbor's home. He told me what he could do so I gave him a job. Hawx calls me before they come out for service. They treated my attic and the whole perimeter of my home for termites and they treated for mosquitos as well. The tech sprayed all the grass on my perimeter. He left a card in the mailbox saying if I had any questions to give him a call. The guy who serviced the whole area and didn't miss an inch. He was great.

I had ants. Since Hawx started spraying, I can't see any in my house. The service is going very well. I'm pleased with it.

The reps were very professional, informative and friendly. They did preventative service. So far, doing business with Hawx has been good.

I had rats in the house. None of the traps caught the rats so I don't know where they went. Other than that, the techs were very helpful.

The Hawx tech came out for mice and rats. He told me what he was going to do and we went from there. It didn't take long and the service was fine.

Out of all the service industry people who we have coming through, from air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and so on, the techs from Hawx are, by far, the most professional. I can't say enough good things about them and I would recommend them over any pest control company. We called them out when we saw a couple of cockroaches and the first guy really took care of it. With the last girl that was out, we had seen one and we haven't had any issues since her service.

Hawx has been trying to help me get a rodent issue under control. So far, it's been pretty good. They do the outside and inside. The rodent issue is on the inside, but I have issues with insects outside. With the initial treatment, they said I would see an increase in pests, and then upon the second treatment, there should be a decrease. I haven't had the second treatment yet. I called them and scheduled the service over the phone. It was pretty easy. It’s very thorough. They asked what I was having issues with and if I had any other concerns. When they came out and did the evaluation, they took pictures of everything. They showed me where the issues were. They fixed what they could fix. They did the treatment, and they followed up the next day. They called and set up for the one-week follow-up and then the two-week follow-up.

Hawx is supposed to come every three months and spray for scorpions and knock down spider webs around the house. They were also supposed to put out a rodent trap, which they didn't do. The rep said he'd throw it in. It wasn't a huge deal, but it is something they did say they would do and they didn't. As far as the pests, I hadn't noticed too much stuff beforehand, but I have noticed a couple of dead scorpions since then. So, it's working because I wouldn't have seen them if they hadn't been sprayed and dead.

When I got in this house that I moved into, I saw a couple of dead roaches. Then after three weeks of being in the house, I saw two more roaches and some spiders. But since Hawx has been coming out, the roaches have decreased and I haven't seen any in a while. I still see a few spiders though, and that was why they came out yesterday to do another spray. The deal I have is they spray inside every three months, and they do the treatment outside once every month. But I can call them as many times as I want, so I just called them and asked them to come out because of the spiders.

I like the sales rep. He seemed good. We've had the first treatment and it was good. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable.

I had ant nests in my walls. I signed up with Hawx and since they've serviced my home, the ants have been coming out of the woodwork. So far, everybody at Hawx has been very helpful and pleasant. The last time the techs came out, they had both managers there and the service was pretty good.

I've had mosquito, pest and rodent. All three was done by Hawx. Both of the technicians I've had have been good and professional. They send me a report whenever they're done. They tell me everything they've done.

My parents live just on the road and they have been using Hawx for quite a while. They recommended it to us. We used them for spiders and cockroaches. It was super easy to make a service appointment and their guy was absolutely amazing. I am expecting our first child and I really wanted to make sure. The guy went to every single nook and cranny. We have definitely noticed a decrease in pest activity. I did find a couple of little cockroaches and a little spider but it was just the first treatment. I recommend Hawx.

The tech, Scott, came out to get rid of the termites and he talked about everything and then started doing what he needed to do. He was a good guy and was professional. I like the work and I like the fact that they work with the customer as far as payments. Everybody doesn't have all that money upfront so it's a good thing that we can do payment plans.

I had my first service two weeks ago and the tech was very respectful of the home and explained everything that he was doing and using. I have pets and he gave me instructions on when I could let them outside. I was very happy with the service. I have not seen any pest activity since they treated it. For a while, we were having mosquitoes like crazy and I haven't seen those. And once in a while, we have spiders but I haven't seen those.

My service has been very fine so far. The first time they came out, they set up eight traps plus they put a bait trap outside. The eight traps were inside, in the basement and kitchen and one to the entry of the attic. Then they looked for places where the critters might be getting in. They dusted for any cobwebs or insect nests. And they will be coming out sometime after April 15th to do a three-foot spray up the foundation and into the yard three feet. I caught an animal so they are coming out on Saturday when I'll be home to take care of that and reset those two traps.

The tech from Hawx explained what he was gonna do, went around the house several times and did exactly what he said he was gonna do. He put down a granular for fire ants, sprayed around the house for cockroaches and went around and knocked down all the spiderwebs that was around the lower half of the house. He did a general assessment of the property and, if he saw anything unusual, he informed me.

The reps from Hawx were friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to get the service done right away. I haven't seen any ants or wasps and the techs told me, to call them if I do. They'll come out and take care of it right away.

They've been good for the times that they've come out. The tech that recently came out did a real good job. But we liked the first tech better. He knew more about his job and he likes his job. He was on point with everything. The problem that we have is dealing with rodents. We have the bait housing and the sticky traps. The tech put out some liquid poisoning. He covered everywhere where we asked for it.

Hawx Pest Control's service is affordable, and they take care of issues and it seems to be effective. They reach out to me for service calls. I saw some carpenter ants, and they came out last week. The tech went outside, put powder down and dusted for any pests. He was really nice and thorough.

Once we had gone through the whole description of everything that the service included, we went ahead with Hawx. We've used the service when they searched for evidence of mice, spiders and other insects. They put down some insecticide. The technician did a good job.

So far, so good. I haven't seen cockroaches in the kitchen so Hawx is working. It's a good price for the service.

Hawx has been very good. Now we don't have any mice or rats. The cost is a little bit expensive but it's okay because we see the results.

Hawx was working in my neighbor's yard, and I was having some difficulties with some pest in my yard. So, I talked to him about hooking up with Hawx. I wanted to do it in the early spring. And so, that's what I did. After I got the contract signed, they came right out.

When Hawx Pest Control's tech comes out, he does other things too around the place. That helps with other issues, but we're still having issues with the mouse. They don't see where the mouse comes in. They have crawled underneath my home. They've done all kinds of stuff. They said everything is sealed up tight. They think it's in the air condition ducts because we could hear something scratching. We wouldn't hear anything for a week and a half. And out of the blue, we would hear something. But the tech is a very nice fellow.

The tech comes out every two months and does the outside and the inside spraying for pest. He’s a friendly guy. The experience with Hawx has been good overall and I’d recommend them. The one time I called asking them to come out and spray because I had some pest inside, they were there in two days. So it was great.

I had a terrible experience with spiders for the last few years. They're huge and they're everywhere, so I thought Hawx would help. I had a guy come and he was extremely nice. I haven’t had the insects yet that I usually do at this time of the year. The only thing was I lost some plants as a result of the spray. It could be something else, but it happened immediately after. This week, I had an enormous amount of wasps. Before Hawx sprayed, I killed 10 on my screened porch in one day. I still have a few, but that's to be expected.

Hawx has amazing staff. Everybody has been super friendly, which is hard to come by. I've never really had a company that was so on the ball. I like everything such as their website, their professionalism, and the way they call me. They say, “Hey, Todd. We're coming down.” When they do, the guy is really super nice. They take pictures. An example is the eaves because they're cleaning that. Whatever they're doing, they just take a snapshot and let us know that they were there. I've never seen anything like that. It's cool and I like it. That's why I have Hawx with my other property as well. They’re supposed to come out tomorrow. I've noticed that we've had a lot of mosquitoes in our residence in Huntington Beach but with Hawx, not so much anymore. The difference is night and day.

The gentleman who came was very kind and efficient. He went around the house and sprayed some ant piles, around my garden and the walls. There were some rotten wood there and had some insects. The gentleman sprayed everything that needed to be sprayed, and he performed excellently. My son observed everything he did, and he was very pleased. Also, I had a lot of ants, and after he sprayed, they have been gone. So I'm very content. I will highly recommend Hawx Pest Control. My neighbors also said they’re really good.

Hawx comes out every three months and they usually contact us. They would email or text me or my wife. There were times where they schedule an appointment and cancel it but they inform us. They go through the property thoroughly. They spray the house and remove all the cobwebs. What they picked up on in the beginning was fire ants. We had a massive explosion of fire ants at the curb and they moved over to another section, so we had to have Hawx come back out for a revisit. But I'm gonna discontinue service predominantly because they misled us to some degree.
