When we signed up, there was something where we get fogging for mosquitoes free for the first month, and the rep was good. The tech who came was fantastic too. He went above and beyond. He's just been out one time and he mainly did the outside, but he was also conscious enough to pick up the dog's water bowl so it wouldn't get poison in it.

I've had a good experience with Hawx. The sales rep was really nice and he explained everything really well. The techs were nice and polite, too. They did everything they said they were gonna do, and then gave me a copy afterward of what they did. The only thing we really had were the little ants that come in the spring. Now, we haven't seen one ant at all.

The Hawx rep explained everything really well and the attitude was really nice. The guy that went to do the service the next day called me a couple of times. He was really friendly and knowledgeable.

Hawx did a thorough and very efficient job. I had some areas that I was concerned with. The gentleman that came out found a lot more places and showed them to me. They knew what they were doing. If I need it done again, I'll be calling Hawx. What I was most impressed with was the gentleman called me the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory and asked if I needed anything else. That's a very good way to do business.

The pricing was offered monthly at a rate I could afford. Hawx Pest Control's sales guy came to the door and informed me about the company and what they offered. The technician was very knowledgeable, addressed my concerns with large spiders on the outside of the property, and took extra care to make sure to spray in all the access ways for the different bugs that were of concern to my spouse.

Come to Hawx Pest Control. My experience with them was good. They came in the neighborhood and said they were servicing a house. They asked a couple of people that live in the neighborhood if have they heard of them. I told them, "No, I have not." But the rep was excellent. They came out and did a treatment the other day because they left a text message on my phone and said everything was completed. I haven't seen scarabs since they sprayed.

Sales rep. for Hawx was very knowledgeable about area, bugs in area, their products, how it works and how it is applied and when. The technician all the same knowledge as the salesperson. He arrived on time, introduced himself and went to work. Both people I dealt with was very courteous. I would recommend Hawx to others.

Technician, Steve was courteous and professional. I appreciate the work he did. Hawx is lucky to have an employee like him. So far I am pleased with the outcome. Keep up the good work. I am requesting another spray due to spider webs that were observed in the garage area this week.

The sales people were real courteous so I went with them. We scheduled a service the next day and everything was great.

They came out and sprayed around my yard and house. The next morning I had several roaches dead on the floor and porch. Thank you!! Great job!! I haven’t seen another one in the house. I will continue with their service. Also, not as many mosquitoes are in the backyard so I can go out to feed my feral cat with no bites! So far I’m very happy with this company.

The Hawx rep was very informative, nice and talked plain English. He informed me about some of my neighbors that have got it done and how satisfied they were. I thought it was a good idea. The techs were also very polite and kind. Asked me plenty of questions about any problems that I was having. They were very thorough.

I've only had one service from Hawx, but we have seen a lot of the bugs coming out and dying. The techs were very professional and nice. The cost was also very reasonable. They're great service.

After the first visit, everything seem to be OK and then after that, they all the visits were not completed 100%. They would sit in their truck for 30 minutes. Walk around your house for a minute or two and that was it. They wouldn’t even do all around the house like they said they would. I watched them on my neighbor's house where they never just do part of the soffit, not all of it and I want some of my security cameras did the same thing making me think I was getting a full a good job so when I wanted to cancel, they would put me on hold and transfer me from one person to another and keep me waiting for 15 to 30 minutes. And then took money out of my account two different times when I canceled the services and they said they would refund my money and never did. They stole money from my account. So my experience with Hawx pest control is not good. I would not recommend them to nobody. They're a joke, they’re out to steal your money.

I have automatic payments set up monthly for quarterly service. I have not had service now for almost 5 months. The company experience has dropped consistently since I first started and have to contact them to get service. Sometimes they schedule a date and no show, no communications prior and afterwards. I have tried to close my account but they make it extremely difficult and I have spent hours on hold, only to get nowhere. I am unable to close my account and after reading other reviews this is a pervasive issue. I will try to reach out to the BBB to see if there is any assistance available in which I can use to close my account.

I have some wasps on the side of the house. The rep texted me information on what she was gonna do. When the tech was here, he explained where they were gonna spray. When they sprayed, the wasps were gone for a while. But they're starting to come back again. They told me that if I see an increase in bugs, I have to give them a call.

The reps gave me a lot of good information. I was able to have the tech come within the week and he was very knowledgeable. It took him less than 30 minutes and I'm very happy with the service. Since then I've found some dead scorpions in my house. They come out every quarter so I'm expecting them back in September.

The first time they came out, they only did the granules around the house. The pest activity got worse and fleas were crawling up my legs. I called and they said it was under warranty. They said they would send somebody out on June 30th but nobody showed up. I called and they said they didn't have me scheduled but they could schedule someone for July 8th. Somebody came out and did a deep yard cleaning. He pictured everything that he sprayed and thank the heavens that the pest activity has calmed down. There are still some fleas, but not like they were crawling all over my legs. The tech put a red flag on it to let them know I needed another in two weeks. He was more efficient and he told us exactly what he did and what we could get.

Hawx is very good. I had a problem with some ants and they came around and did some spraying. It didn't do the trick, so I called them back. They came back and were very thorough and went all over the house again and sprayed and did wonderfully. I haven't seen an ant since so I was very pleased. This was either my second or third service. They came to spray once. They didn't do the check and they did it again. They were very diligent. For this second or third spray, a different person came. It was a girl and she was wonderful.

Hawx had a good price, good salesmanship, and good product. We did their service and their tech came out and did the inside treatment. I like that all the stuff is natural. We didn't have to hide the dog for a couple of days. The tech was fantastic. We are still having a little bit of an issue with sugar ants. Other than that, no issues.

Hawx is great. I love them. I'm glad I signed up with them. They focus on the yard and the ants, plus I had 11 beds of ants out there and it was crawling up on the house to come in there. The tech told me that he had to spray there. The first experience was great. He told me what he was doing out there and how many ant nests I had out there. Every time he did something, he came in and let me know what he was getting ready to do. I haven't seen any ants in the yard. But they've been trying to come on the porch. But the other bugs have been dying.

Hawx came out last month, but I started seeing ants and little roaches. There was a guy here yesterday and I explained to him. He did spray inside for me, like I asked, and then he sprayed outside around the house. He put the things over his shoes. He was good. He did all the rooms, but when I told him about the little roaches, he was saying that a lot of the times, they would be behind the refrigerator. So, he said he needed to pull the refrigerator out. I didn't mind and I said, "Yeah." So, he pulled the refrigerator out and then he sprayed. Then he let me know it's not harmful to the pets or to the children. So, he was very informative.

Kevin has done excellent work. He listens to your needs, details the procedure necessary, and follows up with preventative tips. We get a reminder of when he’ll be here, when he’s on his way, & when he’s completed the process. We definitely recommend Hawx Pest Control. Ask for Kevin **. Kevin ** is officially our ‘Nephew’.

A complete scam. The sales rep was going door to door telling everyone how much money they could save by switching to them. All done and signed I started getting billed $63 more than what I was already paying for good service. Don't trust them or do business with them. Complete lies.

I have called several times. I got thru twice and got disconnected when I told her I wanted to cancel my service. I have a no soliciting sign on my door and I was signed up under duress. I have left my phone number and no one ever calls me back. I don't know what is wrong with these people. BBB needs to look at them!

The guy that sold Hawx to us was excellent. However, I don't know if the girl that came and sprayed did my floor too much because I keep mopping it but the spots are coming back. Other than that, everything went fine. I told my neighbors about them.

Promised to cancel other provider by sales guy. Did not do so. I was charged by other provider. Tried to call Hawx support. No one answered our calls. When we finally reached someone and talked about switching, there were no inquiries. I got an email saying we were canceled. Again, no human support. We are going back to other provider. I will spread the word for sure!

I gave a great review to HAWX after the first application and still stand with my review. However, I had to call a week later when I found bees burrowing into my brick wall. The service person set up a time to come back and called at the last minute to reschedule. On his second scheduled appointment, he didn’t call or show up at all.

Tried to call for a redo. Was on hold over 30 min. FIND this unacceptable. Beginning to think I was taken on this contract. And calling attorney General to see if anything I can do. Very unhappy at moment. Ants on my front steps. All over patio. Would like to get in touch with someone about this.

This was an entirely good experience. Everyone was so helpful, professional and pleasant. I felt comfortable which is a good thing for an 86 year old woman living alone. Even my dog was taken into consideration. The main upshot is that the service was good and I am happy.

My most recent experience with Hawx was completely professional. They were on time. They completed the work thoroughly. I had an issue with carpenter bees, and I have not seen a single one since. I’m extremely satisfied with the service. I actually left another exterminator and joined them instead because they had better pricing and definitely, for the price that they were offering, it seemed like a pretty good deal. As far as getting set up, they walked me right through it. They did it over an iPad. The rep filled out most of the questions for me and let me know the steps along the way. So, it was less than 10 minutes.

A sales guy said they would come for treatments every quarter. Within the four times they would come, they would charge me $60. $60 four times a year is not bad. He also said that if I signed for the year, they would give me a discount for the initial fee which was 75 bucks. When the techs first came, I inquired whether the service includes mosquitoes. They said it doesn't. Then, it was another sales pitch where they said, Okay, well, but you can purchase these buckets of water and there's some type of treatment there to control the mosquitoes. The tech said that it was an initial $100 and then $ 60 a month up until October which is during mosquito season. I said, Well, $60 a month for two, one in the front, one in the back. I do have yard space. Mosquitoes love me. Sure, why not?" So, I agreed to $60 up until October. But then I call them and they said they're gonna charge me $60 a month for outside treatment.

There was one of the Hawx guys that came to the front door. He deals with a lot of the people in the subdivision. He was so thorough with his explanation of everything that would happen. It was a good experience. When the technician came out, he introduced himself, came in, and told me exactly what he was going to be doing. He let me know that he had his body camera on and would have everything uploaded for me to see when he was gone. It was really good. Their customer service is amazing. I enjoyed speaking with him. He was phenomenal. He told me if the issue I had, which is these millipedes that came back, to call them. I woke up this morning, and they're all over my kitchen again. The more it rains, the more they come.

The tech was awesome. He knows his stuff. We did a walk-through of the property and he noticed a couple of things. He told me what I needed and took care of everything. I was really happy with them. I called Hawx and asked that they send out him the next time I get treatment. The cost of service is really competitive and cheaper than other places I've contacted.

I usually treat the outside of my house twice a year. I've got some health issues and so I thought, "Let's just have someone else do that." I signed up with Hawx. The cost is great. The fellows who come out treat the house right. They come out quarterly.

A couple of years ago, my wife called Hawx because she was having a problem with ants and she didn't know if she wanted to keep doing it. We ended up going with Orkin for a little while and then I got rid of them and hadn't seen anything. I'd been treating the yard myself but I started traveling a lot again, so I wanted to get set up on something so that Hawx could come out quarterly and treat the yard. About a month and a half ago, I sent Hawx an email and scheduled a service, and I had a call the next morning. I had fleas outside and inside. The tech told me to use flea control for the pets and keep the stray cat away from our yard if we're not treating it because it's probably bringing the fleas from someone else's yard. We treated that cat as well as the dog but the stuff that we put on them didn't work like it should and we ended up breaking the cycle.

I had a constant pest problem. Hawx came out once last month and that was perfectly fine. The technician texted me and gave me the heads-up. He was very friendly. He sprayed down everything and he pointed out some problem areas that might result in issues with wasps. For the first couple of weeks, I saw a lot of dead bugs. About a month after, I started noticing the occasional cockroaches and more ants. Hawx said that they'll come out here if I start noticing bugs. But I don't have a contact over there. When I tried to talk through their main phone line, I was on hold for 45 minutes without anyone answering so I had to give up. Having a direct line contact instead of trying to go through customer service would be nice.

Hawx Pest Control does a good job and they're reasonably priced. They offered full service. It's once a month and they spray the entire exterior. And once a quarter, they come inside and take care of any pests that are inside. The tech that I have run into was very friendly. Pests have been minimal.

Hawx was really fast to reach out to me, which I appreciated, and they were really efficient with answering all my questions. They waived the initial fee because I signed up so quickly. They've been wonderful. They always give us a call ahead of time so we know when to expect them. They know we have several dogs so it's really helpful to know when someone's coming. We can prepare and get the dogs situated. Also, they told me exactly what product they use, which is dog safe. I expressed to them that I was anxious. They let me know that if I wait 30 minutes after the application and keep the dogs inside for 30 minutes, the product pretty much turns into something that they could lick and it's not gonna be harmful.

Hawx was knowledgeable about what to expect within the area and make sure that we're keeping the home protected. Our tech has been great. We have those mini, dark-looking black spiders, and since our first service, I don't see them as much. But I can't attest if it was because of that or it was just whatever season that was.

Hawx's initial spray was good. But I wasn't pleased with the termite inspection. The guy couldn't answer my question, so I wasn't pleased with that. He was very polite but he wasn't thorough. He said he went under there but I didn't see him physically. I asked him right out if he went on to the house? He said, “Yes.” I said, “Are there termites there?” He said, “I can't say whether there is or there isn't.” I asked him, “Why can’t you?” He told me that because it's a crawlspace, he was not going under there. That was really strange because the company I had years ago would always go up under the house.

We were having some issues with some ants here and there. We also have mice problems. I meant to call them because I don't think that's gotten rid of yet. It's been a month. But the tech who came out was cool, friendly and very informative.

The techs have been good. They have their schedule that they'll come out and check everything, and I've noticed some dead pests. If I see any though, they say to just call them and they'll come out again.

They come out every three months unless I need them to come out sooner. The first tech who came was great. I didn't know what to expect, and she took the time to walk me through everything and why she was doing it. She was very informative.

Hawx Pest Control was very prompt and efficient. The techs went around the property and were very unobtrusive. I got an email or a text saying they were on their way and that they were done.

Their customer service was so much easier to talk to than those of other companies. Also, the techs who have come over have been easy to deal with and very professional. They gave me photos after they were done with the inspection and treatment.

I like the salesman. The presentation was good. They treated the outside and I saw a lot of dead pests after they left.

I like what Hawx said. We were having a problem with ants all over the house and wasps, too. The rep told us how that works, and that was how we signed up for it. The guy offered the packages and I got the cheapest one that they had. He explained to me how that works and how often they're coming. When the person came out for the first time, the treatment took some time. It took probably 30 minutes. He came inside into all the rooms. Then he went outside and did the outside. He was really nice and very respectful. Hawx is excellent. I really like the service.

The Hawx technicians have been good. I was about to call Hawx to ask them if they could come more often because we're paying $49 a month. They told me that they're gonna come four times for the year, which I don't think that's enough. The first guy told me that the pests are migrating somewhere, but I have been seeing more. Initially, when the guy came door-to-door, he had said that the inside would have been treated, but the only thing that they did was to offer some traps for the inside. So, my interpretation of when he just came selling me the service was that they could have treated inside by also spraying inside. When the first person came, which was excellent, he told me that they only offer traps for the inside.

I got Hawx Pest Control for prevention. They spray the outside of the house for ants. The plan the rep sold me the plan where they come out every three months. But I can call and have them come out earlier. I was impressed with the young man who came out and did the initial spray. He's very professional. He got his stuff, went straight to work, and didn't do a lot of chit-chatting.

Hawx Pest Control put granulars on the outside 6 feet away. They do everything exterior-wise that most people weren't doing. I liked their honesty because I'm someone who has to know everything to understand how things work, what's the reason, why do they do this and that. I asked a lot of questions. The tech was honest with what he told me, which I loved. He was amazing.

The techs and customer service reps from Hawx have been good. So far, I still got flies and I killed about 20 of them yesterday. Hawx said I could call them if I'm having issues but I haven't called them yet because I'm trying to figure out where in the world the flies are coming from. Other than that, the cost of the service is pretty reasonable.

The gentleman that contracted with me, Chris, said that if I told him about a neighbor or a friend of someone and they took the service, then I would get a $50 credit. He was very nice and interesting. He was also a very good salesperson because as far as I know, he sold the ones I told him about. When I asked him about them, he said they were going to be customers too. But I was charged the full price and I can't figure out why. Also, when I asked him if it was alright if I just wait and add the $5 to next month, he said that'd be fine. But then, they charged me full price.

Hawx Pest Control was very thorough because they told me exactly what they would do. They did a great job for me. They came out here, did it the first time, and I'm very happy. I like the service. We had a conversation about the chemicals. They said it's all made from flowers. It worked great. And the people were super nice. The tech knocked and said he would be there, and if there was anything special I wanted him to do. There was a place out in my yard where there were many ants. He got that, had no problems. I haven't seen ants on my porch.

Sometimes, I see rats. I don't know where they're coming from all through the community. We have a fence in the backyard. That's what Hawx was for, and I'm seeing not as many now. The Hawx gentleman treated the backyard and the front yard. He was kind and pleasant and explained everything. Overall, I like that Hawx doesn't hound you. They had one set price, and I like that. This was in my budget.

The rep from Hawx gave me a discount. The tech did what he was supposed to do and sprayed the whole house. It was good. I have no ants now.

The rep was courteous and very informative. He explained everything in detail. I let him know that I had Hawx previously and I didn't have a good experience with them, which was why I left them. But he was able to get me back on which was pretty good. He got me a reasonable pricing, too.

I had a carpenter bee problem and needed to get rid of it. What I wanted them to do is do it one time but I wound up getting stuck with $50 a month for a year. But it's okay that I have it because I can call them at any time and they supposedly will come out, which is good. Also, they took care of the problem and did what they were supposed to do.

Signing up was very simple, easy, and quick. Then, they came out and treated for ants, bugs, and roaches. They treated the grass for my animal and they sprayed the inside of the house to get rid of anything. They did a really good job.

I have ants. I signed up with Hawx and so far, so good. They said they would be out four times a year, and they were here last month when I signed up. I won't see them for a while, but they said if I really needed them, if it didn't seem to be working, I could give them a call and they would be here. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She got right to work. Since then, I haven't seen ants. There used to be these big black ones all over the yard, and they're gone.

Hawx Pest Control has done a good job. They had a door-to-door guy come. He asked some questions. We needed a service, so it was good timing. The price Hawx quoted upfront for the monthly thing has been what it was. The flat rate is nice for the first few months. And good experience so far. It has been easy to schedule around our schedule.

Their quality of work is fine and I haven't had any pest activity. But it's too expensive and after this month, I'm discontinuing it.

The guy from Hawx Pest Control who came out to get us to sign up came on whatever day it was before because the very next day is when we got serviced. The way it was explained to me, they're supposed to come once every few months. The guy who came to do the service was inside and outside. Whatever Hawx did is working.

I signed with Hawx because they do way more than the company I was going through. They gave me incentive to end the contract with the other company and I used that. They came out once after we signed up and the tech was very gentle towards the family and very professional. I've already seen an improvement. I have a one-year-old and I don't have to worry about ticks or fleas from my dog that comes in and outside. It's very safe and I'm very happy with the service.

We liked that Hawx was able to do flies. Athens is like the fly capital of the world. So, we needed somebody to come through and do a broadcast spray for them. The Hawx techs were really nice. They came out, did an application and they said, "Well, if you got problems, call us back." I called them back a week or so later. They set us up for a couple of different appointments and then rescheduled. Then, finally, I started yelling. The guy who came was really nice. He's the supervisor for this area. Hawx is based out of Dallas. So, I understand that that's a long way for him to come but I was like, "Well, then you guys just should have told me." He gave us all our money back. He apologized.

During the summer months, it gets a little crazy with the bugs and Hawx explained to me what they do and asked if I wanted to be part of the program. My experience has been great, so far. They come every three months and they just did their routine maintenance.

The salesman was a really nice guy and was good to talk to. He was well-mannered. He explained everything well to us. He let us do it month to month, which made it a lot easier for us. Recently, we had Hawx come out and spray around the house for bug control. The tech sprayed Friday and we haven't seen any bugs since.

Hawx Pest Control's techs let me know ahead of time that they were coming. They also let me know after they treated my home. I didn't even realize they were there.

Get a quote and Hawx Pest Control will come through, take a look around your area, and will provide you with information that you may need to make a sound judgment regarding the services. The rep was thoughtful in his approach regarding the service that I needed. He asked all the right questions just to see what type of services I needed versus trying to just sell me something. He listened to my concerns and wanted to address the things that I needed for my children and their safety. At the time, we had a pet, so he took that into consideration and mentioned those things to me as well as additional service that may be needed but weren't required. Also, the technician was adequate in his performance. He provided additional information regarding additional service that could be requested or needed. That was very helpful. He was also training someone, so that was a good point of reference to get an indication of how thorough his job was.

When the gentleman came out to do the house, he sent videos or pictures of what he had done. He did some things inside and outside and he got the cobwebs. There was one wasp nest that he did not get, though. It's at the peak of the roof and it was pretty far away. But he got all the others and he was very thorough.

The bees were trying to nest and they were all behind my shutters. I'm allergic to them so when the guy started telling me Hawx had stuff for bees, I was in. I've only been with them now for two months and the first time the techs came out, they did the ant piles and did stuff for the wasp. After they left, I saw drippings of a mouse so there must be a mouse in here somewhere. I went to the store and bought traps and food for the mice, and all kinds of stuff to try to get rid of them. Then all of a sudden, I thought about Hawx. When I called, the guy immediately sent a gentleman by the name of Justin out that next morning and he handled everything. He set traps up and told me what to do. I have never seen the mice yet and I haven't smelled anything dead. And I kept wondering why I would have a mouse in here, as clean as I keep this home. Justin said it doesn't matter how clean you keep your home and what you do. They can work their self in.

The techs only did the outside because I didn't need the inside done and I still have wasps right where I had them before. And the ants are still around. The people were nice but I'm not pleased with Hawx. I was with Orkin before and the way the guy from Hawx presented it, this sounded so much more thorough. But I don't see a difference if I just get stuff and do it myself except I'm paying $50 a month now.

The technician said he was gonna be here between 3:00 and 5:00, and he called me. I'm a local driver and I had to come off the road to meet him because he was three hours ahead of schedule. He gave me only 10 minutes to get here and meet him. And then, he sat in his truck for probably 30 minutes. He was chatting on the cellphone, texting and doing whatever he was doing.

We were still seeing the spiders and the bugs right after Hawx serviced it. So, the techs had to come out and service us again. They sent an email that they resprayed the outside to take care of the issue but nothing changed. I called them not that long ago. It's still the same issue that we had with the spiders and the bugs, especially the inside. I had at least 12 to 18 spiders on the floor boards all around. I told them I'm not sure what was going on but the service wasn't doing anything. They said they sprayed for the ants, the bugs, the larva, the spiders, the bee and the hornets. They informed me that spiders are a lot harder to get rid of. So, they have to make multiple trips out to spray, that it's not gonna just be one and done.

The representative who came to our home was very convincing and knowledgeable on what the company was gonna do so I signed up with Hawx. The tech went around my home and sprayed. He also put out mosquito traps. Since then, the pest activity has greatly diminished. Hawx is good and people should use them.

Hawx is a great service. The tech put those things in the ground for ants all the way around the house. He was a nice dude. We talked about different things and he talked about different services and plans. He gave me a lot of information. But I haven't called him to come back though because it hasn’t even been a month since I got the service.

When I signed up with Hawx, the gentleman that signed me up was very polite and courteous. I've received some phone calls that followed up and they were very accommodating, courteous and respectful as well. I've had one treatment outside. Coming up shortly would be a termite spray.

They've done a fine job. I've seen some spiders running about. Since their service, I haven't seen any in a while. However, I'm curious when they come, how they get in the backyard, because I have not noticed them ringing my doorbell asking for a gate key. I'm not really sure how they're getting in the backyard. If they're just jumping over the fence, I don't care as long as they don't damage the fence. But they don't really let me know when they're here.

Working with their techs was great. The techs were very knowledgeable and respectful. They sprayed around the house for bugs and different types of creatures in that area. I appreciate everything they've done for us.

They were very professional. They showed up on time and the associate that they had come out and do the spraying for the bugs was extremely thorough. She was friendly. She took pictures of all the things that she did as far as taking the wasp nest down, getting rid of the spider webs and sprinkling for the ants. What was nice about it was that I got all of those pictures in an email after she left. They were also super quick to respond to all my messages. They gave me all the breakdown and gave me almost a spreadsheet of what it consisted of as far as the chemicals that were used and that they were safe for pets and kids. The pest activity definitely died down. The ant problem that I had inside the house was completely eliminated.

I wanted to do Hawx because it looks good for termites for a homeowner in the area. I got set up right away. The tech did a great job. Their program worked well for me.

I have quarterly maintenance with Hawx Pest Control. Outside, they did the ant nests but I still see the ants in the ground. I was trying to reach out to them, but I never got the right person to reach out to. I also hope that there are discounts that they can apply. But I had a good experience with the tech. He explained to me all the details of what he was doing exactly.

The rep from Hawx came out at the beginning of May and we decided to try the service. The guy came out not too long after that and did just the outside of the house because my old exterminators were there not too long before. But he said if we need them to come in the house, they could. The tech came out a week ago but it was raining so he told me he couldn't do it. I tried to call today to see if they were gonna come now that the rain has passed, but I couldn't get through. I was on hold for 10 minutes but I gotta hang up and go to sleep because I just got off the last shift. But I was gonna try it again once I woke up. I wanna be able to get through the line a little easier.

The tech came and did an inspection. He laid out some paper traps for mice about a month ago but I saw more activity so I called in about two days ago and Hawx sent two more technicians today. They saw the activity and set up traps downstairs here and some up in the attic. They also went around the foundation and noticed some gaps so they filled it in with steel wool and moved the big box mouse trap from one side of the house to the other. There was no activity in the box for a month so they figured they'd try a different location. They also went upstairs on the first floor and they did a visual on that, and they're gonna come back in two weeks and see how it worked out. The first guy didn't do as much of an investigation as these two gentlemen did. So, I'm very happy with these two guys.

Hawx recently came for a general first treatment. I had some ant beds that they treated. The technician was very courteous. It's been a pleasant experience thus far and I would recommend the service.

When the guy with Hawx came and made a deal with us, he made it sound that it was only gonna be a one 50-time charge. He also said we could cancel whenever we wanted. But I noticed that Hawx charged me again for it. I thought it was gonna be a $50 deal, and if I need it again, it would be another $50. I'm getting ready to cancel my credit card because of that. If they're gonna be taking $50 at a time, it doesn't sound such a good deal after all.

Hawx came out to do a routine pest control at my house. They called ahead to let me know where the technician was. They give you a two-hour window of time that they may arrive. The technician let me know that he was about 20 minutes away. We were able to meet at the house. He let me know who he was and what he had on the order sheet as far as what was planned to be done that day. He asked if I had any questions since it was my first visit and I told him no, but I would like the inside and outside done for the first couple of visits to make sure that we were good.

The tech knocked on the door, and told me who he was and who he was working for. He told me that he was coming to spray. He was supposed to be spraying for wasps. The first couple of days after the service, I didn’t see them. But now, they look like they came back.

I have every confidence in Hawx. They've been excellent from the beginning.

The guy that came out was top of the time, and did what he was supposed to do, and gave recommendations for the future. He knew what he was talking about.

I liked Hawx Pest Control's cost, and that they take pictures of everything. And they seem like they would do the job right. Making sure that they sprayed where they're supposed to. I would recommend them.

I liked Hawx Pest Control's price and the granules that they used in the yard instead of just going around and spraying the grass. I also liked the guy that came. Hawx said I may see more pests because they would come out to eat the bait. But it has only been two weeks. I have seen less.

Hawx Pest Control was nice and considerate. They’re getting the spiders and bugs.

I have a major problem with ticks, which is probably one of the main reasons I did the signup but it was more of a special that Hawx was offering. They said they were gonna treat my other neighbors' yards and it was a one-time deal. If I would sign up today, it would be $89. But it wasn't explained to me until the person came and did the treatment that it was a contract that I had to sign up with and it was a monthly service. I wish that I knew it was a membership for a whole year. I don't know if I would have told her no. If I would have not signed up, I don't know if she would have still done just a one-time treatment.

When the Hawx rep came to my door and sold me their package, we set up the time for them to come out. When the tech came, he introduced himself and explained what he was gonna do.

They're treating for a wasp nest that I had in my backyard and they give some extra services too. They down some mosquito repellent around the yard and sprayed along the sides to get rid of any usual Georgia bugs that we have around here. The cost was reasonable and the tech was very nice, courteous, and helpful. The only reason I stopped paying was because I didn't know it was a monthly service. I thought it was a one-time pay. When the guy comes to sell the service, they should make sure that he's very clear with what the exact costs are gonna be and how often the service is -- not just brush over it. But other than that, it was pretty smooth.

They were doing door-to-door and they provided me with a great deal to do a one-time service. The service went well but they didn't to that good of a job and I ended up calling them back. The second person that came down was great and went above and beyond and took care of my property. We were super happy. But the cost is pretty high. Also, I want them to be able to cover a few more areas and not just come in and spray everywhere. I want them to come in and take care of some of my walls or some of the corners on the ceilings.

The reps were very friendly people and knowledgeable of their work. I'm satisfied.

I like the guy who came to the house. I don't like a lot of people who come to my door but he was professional and dressed nicely.

We had just been discussing the need for an exterminator and a Hawx salesman showed up. The sales pitch was good and we signed. They came out the first time and they were supposed to spray the whole yard. The guy told us if we have any issues or we need them to come back out, they would do that. We definitely need them to come back out because the treatment seemed to have made the situation worse with the fleas and ants. It brought them out of hiding. Also, they didn't mention until later on about you have to have a special package for the German cockroaches for some reason. Another thing is there was a price difference between what we were quoted and what I was charged. We were quoted $60 and we were charged $79.

A guy walked up to our door wearing a Hawx shirt and was offering to spray for bugs. He was a nice guy with a decent build. We had issues with cockroaches, sugar ants, spiders, and smaller critters. The techs sprayed the outside of the house. They also leave stuff out for the mosquitoes to help keep the mosquito level down because we live by the water. They said to only give the chemicals two hours to settle in and not have children or dogs around it. We don't have either. We haven't seen a single roach since, so I assume that whatever they did worked. There are no sugar ants too. We keep the doors closed in this hot Texas heat wave going on with the humidity driving like crazy.

The techs came to the door and sold me on trying Hawx out. That was my introduction to them and in my most recent experience, I got a charge on my credit card the other day for a treatment I didn't hear. I was here all day but I didn't see anybody. There was no text, no phone and no knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. I don't understand why I wasn't alerted somehow that they supposedly were doing a service call and I've been meaning to call Hawx.

They told me that if, by the month, after they came, I've been still seeing things, I should call to schedule a new service. But other than that, everything else has been great with Hawx. I don't see that many things around the house. The rep was also very nice. She explained everything. She was very patient and absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.

Hawx had very high ratings and their reputation was riding on more than just local information. So, that gave them a greater position as far as having a broader customer market. Both the inspector and the account coordinator that set up the account for us were very professional, polite, nice and respectful. Hawx is great.

Orkin was spraying all of the inside, wherever we wanted them to, but they would just automatically spray. The tech from Hawx explained how it's mostly the outside that you're supposed to spray because that's where the bugs are. But I asked him if he could still spray the inside for me. He said if that's what I wanted him to do, then yes. And that's literally what he did. I wanted all the rooms sprayed because the spiders were bad. He sprayed exactly what we needed him to spray. The cost was good. I told Hawx what we were paying for Orkin and it's the same price. I don't know what Hawx sprayed but it worked better than what the other people sprayed and I just stuck with this and we just canceled Orkin when they came.

I had a pest control but they concentrate on termites and on the inside. Hawx offered what I needed which is something on the perimeter on the outside, like ants, bugs, cobwebs, etc. I'm not the kind of person who cares who you are and what you're selling at my front door. If I didn't call for you, I don't sign up for anything. What Parker presented and the way it was presented was enough for me. He was extremely thorough. He was by the book and not in a rush. He explained everything in great detail and showed me step-by-step everything that he did which are some of the things that normal extermination people do not do when they get more into more nooks and crannies. So far, so good.

We desperately needed pest control and this young man from Hawx came to the front door. He was friendly, nice and explained clearly what they were gonna do. He told us how much it was a month and they were gonna waive the initial fee. If I cancel before the service period is over, I don't have to pay that. We need bugs dead anyway and we decided to see what happens. They weren't able to come out the first night because of the rain but they came out the next day. The problem was already getting a lot better. I had to call out for a second service but that's more the lawn was hiding the bugs than the actual company not doing a good job. The grass was overgrown is what it is.

The salesperson was very pleasant and informed. The technician treated everything I wanted and so far, I haven't seen any bugs. When he came to the door, he pointed out a problem that I had that I wasn't aware of. Some wasps were outside above my front door. It made me aware that I needed some treatment. I'd be happy to recommend Hawx. If I run into some problem, I know I can call them, and they'll come right away and take care of it. However, I just got charged but was thinking I'm not supposed to pay monthly. I need to double-check to make sure that I'm being billed according to the way I understand the contract. The contract automatically renews after a year but I'm going to cancel the service if they try to renew me at a higher price.

I had regular treatment done and the service man did a good job. There were some bugs, and after the treatment, they were gone. Overall, the service was good. Unfortunately, I don't wanna spend much money and enroll in the yearly plan, so I came out.

Pest activity has significantly decreased since the tech came out. He was pretty nice. Give Hawx a try. It may work for you.

The rep and I walked in the backyard, front yard and a little through the house. He gave me the game plan. The tech did the treatment fairly quickly. He told me to call him if I had any needs or questions. Since then, it's been better inside my home. But out side there are still a lot of mosquitoes and ant beds.

Hawx Pest Control's techs are polite. And they would usually do a little summary of what happened afterwards, so I knew what happened and what was going on. The cost is on par with other services. It could always be lower. But it's not too far off of its competitors for it to be an issue.

I was very pleased with Hawx. The price was better than anywhere else. They were pretty thorough. They did everything that they said they were gonna do. The one guy that came out was really polite. I liked the sales rep that I originally spoke to. He was knowledgeable and also friendly and helpful. He scheduled our service, but I did have to call and change the appointment date. It went smoothly. They gave me a day that I needed.

Hawx came out once. They'll come for spiders and special cockroaches. I just don't have an idea that I have to pay monthly. I thought that I only pay when they come over. For this month, they took another $99 out on my account. They gave me a discount. So, I'm gonna pay 50 bucks monthly but I'm not the owner of the house, so I'm gonna call tomorrow to cancel it. Other than that, I'd recommend Hawx because it's good.

Go with Hawx Pest Control and get the services. They did a very good job and they checked up on us. The guy was professional, friendly and informative of what was going on with the yard. He went into detail about what he saw within our yard to educate us about what we could see that could come in the house. Our focal point in getting our big yard treated was the anthill. So, he took his time to get as many ants as he could. And he went far back. We appreciate that. He also came in our house and garage and removed the spiders.

Hawx came out, tried to squeeze in an extra service, and they were able to accommodate my time. They took photos of what they did, and I am very appreciative. The tech was well-communicative and cordial. Everything was great.

I'm happy with everything that I've gotten, so far. They've been very courteous and very nice. We had a tech named Denzel and he was awesome and did a good job. My whole yard used to be infested with ants but right now, I'm not seeing any ants so it's been working out really well. Also, I can call them whenever something pops up, which is pretty cool and I appreciate that.

Hawx came around here towards the middle of our spring season when ants are starting to become an issue. They gave a reasonable price to get started so we gave it a try. They came out and did the outside perimeter of my house and my garage. They also went around and removed any cobwebs or any webbing from spiders that were on the premise. The guy was very polite. They were a little late getting here but he apologized for everything. That was the immediate thing he did, which to me speaks volumes.

Someone from Hawx came to the door and mentioned that they were offering services and had a promotion. He set up someone to come out the next day and when the techs came out, they sprayed and explained all the different things that they covered. They also sprayed for the mosquitoes for free. And they said that they would come out every 69 days and do another follow-up spray. They also said that if I needed anything, I could just reach out and they'd send someone out. Since having their service, the pests activity in our place has been minimized significantly. All in all, my experience with Hawx was pretty seamless and they were easy to get in touch with.

Their service was good, for the most part. I haven't noticed any pests inside the house now.

The rep was a good conversationalist and had a good price when we signed up. The tech comes out once a month or if I call. He is kind, clean, neat and fast. He sprays the front yard, backyard, and inside the home to maintain any type of bug control. He sprays the lawn too to prevent fire ants and snakes. Hawx is a solid team with good pricing and they know what they're doing. They’re a good group of people. There is a lot less pest activity and you could see the bugs on the outside that die because of the chemicals they put down. The chemicals are pet-friendly. I have two dogs so they worked out very well.

We just signed up with Hawx for one time and they were awesome. They went around the yard. They sprayed and they left a couple of rat traps. They were super knowledgeable and they helped us. We have three dogs and we're really concerned with the safety of the pets, and they were reassuring about that. They were great. The sales rep was terrific. They followed up again. They're due any day to check that rat thing. I was pleased with the cost. My sister has a similar service and doesn't seem quite as inclusive. She's paying a little bit more.

Hawx came at my house and explained their services. It was very affordable. I got a bit of a hefty discount because this is the first time they came out around this neighborhood. It was like over 50% of a discount. They are treating the exterior of my home for pests like bugs. They did a great job. They explained what they do and what their product is and how often they'll come out. There's only been one session but so far, everything's been going well.

Hawx comes by to service the yard and outside our house edges. They said they spray some stuff that will make the bad things go away. They say they'll pay particular attention around the foundation area, and will make contact with the termites and slowly suffocate them because it'll block their pores. The service worked. So far, I didn't see an increase in pests. So far, so good.

Hawx Pest Control's tech went along the fence and eves and sprayed, and he sent me a video of everything that was done. I needed to get rid of wood bees. He did a good job. I saw a lot less.

Hawx Pest Control sent pictures of the work. They were very professional. It was quick, easy, and painless. After a few days, I stopped seeing spiders. I would have to call them again soon. I would probably end up having to call them every two months because we have a lot of bugs.

Hawx Pest Control came out the first time, and they had to come out again. We haven't caught a mouse. I had them come spray my garage. And the tech put down some sticky paper. But I still got spiders. And I still see mice there often. I don't know if that stuff works. Another mouse got in. If it's not working, the cost ain't good. I'm thinking about cutting the service because I'm paying 50 bucks for no reason.

Hawx did an amazing job. I've just seen a bunch of dead bugs on my sidewalk and around the perimeter of the house. Whatever they did worked. It's a great value.

Hawx Pest Control is a great service. Initially, they sprayed outside as well as inside. They give one free service, and I got the one for mosquitoes. After they came, I got the one where they come out every month. Whatever they're using is really good, but if I see a bug in between visits, then I can call them out and they'll come back and spray again before the next month. They're very professional. When I was running a little late, they waited on me to get there. The tech was very friendly.

We've only just started with Hawx, but they've been very good. If I need them, I'll call them.

I had preventative treatment done to keep the bugs out, and I had a positive experience. The person who came in and presented the packet to me was very polite and courteous. I was not home when the treatment was done, but I received a notification on my door and a text message from both the salesperson and the technician who was doing the treatment. I'm very happy with the service, and I'm a satisfied customer. The salesperson was wonderful, and the technician did the follow-up. I definitely appreciated that.

Both the salesperson and the tech that came out the next day were friendly. They came for pest control. They said that they were doing a wasp thing. They treated both the inside and the outside. Everything’s good so far. The cost is pretty good.

Paying 39.99 a month, Hawx Pest Control was supposed to come out every three months. I felt a bit pressured to sign the contract. That's why I freaked out and panicked and backed out of it within the time that was allotted for me to do so. And I have since considering going back, but, "No." But the techs were kind and did a great job. I initially didn't think that the issue was resolved, but after a few days, I realized that it was declining.

The tech was good and he followed the instructions as to where to provide the products. He sprayed and after, I saw a couple of small cockroaches dead. Also, their reps were responsive. One time, I was not at home and the tech said he did the things. But I didn't feel like he did it. He said he did outside the home, not the inside and mentioned that he did spray around the perimeter. I called the rep and they rescheduled to do it again.

I've had one initial service with Hawx. They arrived on a Saturday. I showed the tech where everything was and how to use the gates, and they sprayed. I talked to him beforehand and he texted afterward saying he was done. I found a huge ant hill two days after they sprayed. So, I was kind of concerned that that wasn't taken care of on the initial service and no one noticed it. Our original schedule is pretty easy. I'm having them come back out this weekend because I want them to service something, and that was a bit of a pain because it was like a good half-hour wait to even talk to somebody. That was kind of annoying. So, I just had to do it online through a chat. They're local, but I gotta call Arizona to do anything. I didn't have a local number.

I like the representatives that I've dealt with. They were very nice people and tried very much to help me. Hawx found termites and put about 20 bait boxes in. I told them I want them to check more frequently than they initially said they would, and they agreed to that. They’ve come out at least twice and it's been good. I will be displeased if I've still got a load of fire ants and termites. But so far, I don't see that.

Hawx offered a good deal. I've been looking into it for a while and I decided to pull the trigger. I signed up for a preventative service and I had a good experience having my home treated for the first time. They went all through the house and sprayed outside the yard. I'd tell others to try Hawx out.

Updated on 06/21/2023: This is a follow-up on my complaint and review on Consumer Affairs website regarding Hawx Pest Control on June 6th. On June 11th Natalie from Hawx customer care responded and told me to write to her directly and that she would investigate the matter. On June 11th, I responded to her response on Consumer Affairs which is public as well as emailed her directly, and since then there has been no response from Natalie. Why am I not surprised!!! This company is money hungry and will go to any extent to cheat and rip you off. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

I was a little confused when I hired Hawx. I didn't realize it was a subscription service and that I have to pay that price every month. They could improve on communicating what the contract is more clearly and making sure the person understands what they are signing up for. They gave me a paper form of it and I tried to scan it, but it was long. Other than that, they did a wonderful job. They took care of everything I was having a problem with. They were friendly and informative. They spent extra time on things I was concerned about. When there was something they didn't understand, they called back to make sure they were handling it correctly. They took lots of pictures of what they were doing and sent them to me also so I could see. They took all the cobwebs down out of my garage and sprayed around the house. I had a kid home who was annoying them, and they were very polite to him, too.

The gentleman had great customer service. He was very nice and explained things to me that they Hawx is more organic. They go in detail about what needs to be done and what I should do. If I still see something, they said to call them. Two things I didn't like was it's very pricey and you're not able to cancel within a year. They tell you you have to pay upfront.

I've been with Terminix ever since I lived here, but they kept jacking the price up. Hawx said it’s $50 a month, and I said, “Well, okay. I'll try it and see how it goes.” Their guy came and he sprayed the yard and did the outside stuff. He did a good job. He asked me about the yard and I told him, “Be careful around my little fish pond out here.” When he sprayed in the backyard, I told him, “Now, how long will that be until it's dry where I can let my two dogs out?” He said, “Oh, give it a couple of hours or less.”

Lewis was the guy that came out and sprayed the lawn. He was amazing. But anybody else that I dealt with was horrible. I have not had a good experience with Hawx recently. I can't get somebody to come to my house. I still get charged but nobody comes to my house. Matthew was the sales guy that came up here. I talked to him the first time and he helped me out. After that, I've gotten no communication. I called his phone and it went straight to voicemail. I call customer service but nobody picks up the phone. Nobody can direct me anywhere. I don't want the service anymore.

Hawx is good about reminding us and showing up. They'd send pictures about what they did and a detailed report of what they sprayed. I have seen good results. With the inflation, I'm sure it was out of their hand but their prices went up since when I first got them. They only charged me on a quarterly basis. Now they charge me every month. I am trying to cancel because I’m moving out of this as my current residence. It's a pain, like canceling a gym membership.

I signed up with Hawx for preventative service. My experience in scheduling a service went very well. Their customer service rep was very nice, generous, and very understanding of the products. The technician who came was very good. He explained what he was doing and went about his business. I would tell people to go with Hawx because they're very knowledgeable and very detail oriented.

I re-contracted Hawx for a new one year pest service. They come quarterly to the home and do their pest thing. I've had good experiences with the actual folks that come out and do the service. I tell them where I may have a larger concern and they're very good about addressing that issue and providing evidence via camera.

I like the way Hawx does the actual cleaning. I had two technicians. The first one was to do the actual work, and he was good. I enjoyed him. He was very detailed. The second one came in for a termite inspection. He was very informative. I have to call because they did not come inside. I didn’t have them come inside the house. Everything else on the outside seems fine.

My neighbor was very pleased with how Hawx did their service. I talked to the guy that was there, and I was impressed with how they did things. Scheduling my service was very easy. I just bought this house in August, and I was looking for a company to do routine extermination. They were there at the right time. Since having them in our home, I haven't seen any bugs. The technician that came out was very professional. He explained everything well and then he went about his business and did it. He was great, too. Hawx is the best value for your money and it's less expensive. The other companies want to keep adding on 50 million services and pressuring you.

Hawx said they treat pests outside of the house like roaches and they treat other stuff like wasps and bees nests. They come every three months and I call them if I need them. The cost is reasonable and they did a good job.

The techs did alright. They had a good price. I want that same technician to come out every time they come out to do service.

The gentleman from Hawx came out and introduced himself because my wife was the one who originally set up the pest control. He was treating for pests outside the home. He explained what was going to happen, and then he went ahead and treated the property. When he was done, he let me know some of the things that he found such as a bird nest up on our downspout. He said they couldn't do anything with the wildlife per se. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I needed pest control and Hawx came at the right time. I have their regular pest control and techs come out every quarter. They go around the house and they clean up any cobwebs. If there is any wasp nest, they clean all of that off. That's around the house. So far, so good. We haven't run into any of the little earwigs in the house. There have not been any ants running around the windows and front door.

The rep was a really nice guy. They tech sprayed and did a good job. But we found some cockroaches on the back deck the other night. Other than that, the rest of the bugs have been down. Hawx is professional.

The Hawx salesman came out and we talked about the pest control and what was needed around the house, and I agreed to have it done. I've only done one service but I haven't noticed any problems. I've seen a few dead bugs around the house, whereas I haven't before. Overall, Hawx has been pretty good.

I just built a brand-new house and we had a guy who was walking around, explaining what Hawx does and why pest control is important in a brand-new home. He knew his stuff, which really intrigued me. I didn't plan on doing it but the way he explained it and the need for it sold me. My wife and I are both glad we did. We just had it done three weeks ago but I don't see a lot of mosquitoes. They did a good job. The guy who did the work explained what he was gonna do and how long it was gonna take him, which was very important. He was very careful in doing what he did. If you have a brand-new home, you're afraid of anything happening to it and I instructed these guys, and they did well. It was very good experience with Hawx. My neighbor stepped out and the Hawx guy was coming back through, and I told him he should buy from this guy.

Hawx Pest Control came to the door, soliciting for service, and when I talked to the guy, it seemed like a reasonable deal. He seemed like a nice guy as well, so I signed up for it, and while he was describing what they do, we set up our first appointment verbally. After that, I did text. They texted when the technician was going to be in the area. I've only had one application so far, and the technician that came out seemed to do a thorough job. It seems to be working. The pest activity has gone down in the house. I still see spiders out in the yard, but I've seen some dead ones in the house, which is good. I like the service so far. Hawx seems reasonably priced, and they were very friendly and professional.

We've just started with Hawx, but we've had great service with them. I'm waiting for one of the technicians now for a regular service. It's gonna be the second visit. They came in to see us on a day that they were in the neighborhood and they were gonna have people servicing houses that following week. They usually do the inside and the outside and I couldn't be home to do the inside that day. So, they're coming to do the inside today.

The guy showed up late in the evening and did what he gotta do. He apparently got hung up on some other appointments. Other than being about four hours late, everything was fine. We kinda planned around the service, but it is what it is. At first, there were some dead spiders and things like that started to show up again. Hawx is supposed to come back in June, so I'm hoping it's gonna be soon. Any time I've ever bought a home, I always try to get a pest control company because the pests will show up, especially with a new construction.

They gave me the first treatment for $50. They did spider treatment and mosquito fogging. I could cancel within three days which I did. But everybody I dealt with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was all a really good experience. I'd still consider taking their service up again. It's just out of the budget. The service we have now is a quarter of the price.

Hawx treated for ants and spiders and they did a spray around the house and the shed. They put stuff in the crevices and the shingles on the siding of the house. They cleaned up any webbing and bees' nests around the house. Then, they did a six-foot barrier out into the yard of a spray. I noticed that there's a big difference in what's come inside. It seems like nothing's been coming inside and the few places on the front of the house that I did notice before had trails of ants, they don't anymore. The cost was better than who we were using before, but everything changes after your first time. But so far, since we're with them just for the year, their pricing seems to be pretty good.

The service with Hawx has been great. So far, I've seen a lot of dead bugs and I contact them because of the same reason. I had a lot of bugs and spiders in my house. Cost is reasonable. As of now, everything's great. Customer service is okay.

I've had a good experience with the techs. So far, Hawx has been good with me. But saw some fire ants on the front so I'm gonna call them tomorrow.

Hawx Pest Control did an excellent job. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me suggestions on what to look out for and to be cautious about different things that he saw around the house that could attract critters. He told me he was new on the job, but with the way he conducted himself, I said I hope to see him again. We were able to strike up a conversation about the kids and critters. I enjoyed talking with him. I wanted him to do a good spraying around the house as well as come in to the garage area. Unfortunately, I haven't had my garage clean and orderly, so I wasn't able to get him to come in or spray as well as I wanted. But I told him, by the time he comes back in July, I should have everything organized so he could do a good spraying there.

When Hawx Pest Control came around, the rep talked about all of the services that they provide. They were the most inexpensive for what I was looking for. I've only received one treatment but according to what the guy said, they come out every three months, but they could come out as much as I need them to. The guy who came out he was excellent in his job. He has a good passion for it. He was very nice and professional.

The sales rep was very informative and told me about the different services that they use. At that particular time, I was looking to do some fertilization on my lawn and he stated that they mainly focus on pest control. We started talking about that and I decided to go ahead and give it a try. The technician they sent out was great. He was very professional, courteous, and punctual. He did exactly what he stated he was gonna do and gave me a write-up of everything that he did once he left.

They came to my door and the guy was nice. He explained and showed me the difference between the company I used to have and what they do. Price-wise, Hawx is a little bit cheaper, although it probably comes out to around what the other company was because Hawx itemizes like scorpions and ants. I switched to them because of the technique and that they take pictures of what they do. Before they treat, they'll take a picture of what they're treating with. He gave me $10 off the first application.

I'm a little disappointed with Hawx. The person who sold me the services did not mention that they did not give me mosquito control, they only gave me pest control. They said that they will cover more -- from my front lawn all the way down to the sidewalk, and I let myself be fooled by them. I live in Florida and mosquito control is a must. So thank God, I didn't cancel with the other company I have. Also, the other company is on time all the time and Hawx is not on time at all.
