My wife and I used Hawx for a house we bought 10 years ago and then we rented for a long time. We started using them again in the last seven months. We had some crazy rain a few months ago and after the rain, big cockroaches started coming into the shed and the back door. So, we reached out to them. The last time I had Hawx, I called and told them I was moving some stuff in my shed and thought I had found a termite, and asked if they could send somebody to take care of it. They called me back and said they didn’t think it was termites, but after I sent a picture, the guy said it was termites and that they would be there the next day. I told them what was there, and they came and did the service.

Hawx has done almost all of the service in our home and scheduling a service is easy. You can do it online or just make a phone call. I've had to call into the office a couple of times, just because it was convenient, to let them know we had roaches. We had one in the bathroom, and then one came through, I assume, under the garage door because we found it in the laundry. We also had ants a handful of times in 10 years.

I went with Hawx ‘cause they were cheaper compared to other companies at the time. However, I have mixed feelings about them. They follow up, but it's always something that I have to write them about or get on their case about for follow-up. I had a bad experience as it relates to them trying to take care of my termite control. I thought I had a service based on one of their agents quoting me one price. Turned out that when the guy came out to do the service, the price was completely different. Then I got a completely different response from the supervisor. And I never even got the service taken care of through them. So, that was pretty frustrating. But it’s just a typical pest control.

I started with Hawx many years ago when we lived in California and we just had the typical pests at the time. I just wanted more control of that so we didn't experience so much of it in the house or in the garage or anywhere else. We had another company before then, but they charged quite a bit more money. Hawx came in at a much lower price and provided comparable service. So we switched to them.

Hawx is the only pest control company we've used since we've been in a home for the past five years now. When they were going door-to-door, soliciting customers, we started out with a one-year contract. At first, we were paying a certain amount of money, and it got to be too expensive for us, then they were able to negotiate. There are lots of companies out there and when they get big, their pricing is off the charts. I don't want to pay a lot of money to look for mosquitoes and spiders or keep the ants down.

I've been a little bit disappointed with Hawx because in the winter, they came when there was two feet of snow around the house, and I told them not to come, but they came anyway and did it. I felt like that was a wasted trip and money. In the spring, it was kind of the same way. There were torrential rains. I haven't actually heard from them. Usually, they'll call me. They used to call me the day before and let me know they were coming. Lately, it's an hour. I don't get to really have a whole lot of input in it, what they do or don't do. So, I haven’t been super happy with them in this year.

I use Hawx for preventive reasons and they’ve been great, so I’ve never had an issue. I’ve been with them for four years and they've been A1.

We're happy with their service. They do a good job. We have ants, and I'm happy with how Hawx takes care of our situation. They're very thorough in what they do. As far as cost-effective, they're very affordable. They'll even modify their service. They do it four times a year, and they'll modify it. We had them modify it three times a year 'cause we didn't really feel we needed it in the wintertime. And if I have a special case, they'll come back out after they've treated, if I feel I need something more, without a cost to it.

We got pest control services from Hawx to keep the bugs and insects out of the house. They came to my door and had a good price. They are a good company and we’ve been using them for seven years. The techs come once every quarter and are very friendly.

We had mosquitoes, which was why we needed pest control services. Hawx has been treating our house for years, and my experience has been great. Their staff is fantastic, and everybody is always nice. We still have bad mosquitoes, but I understand. Hawx treats it once a month and every time somebody comes out, they’re always super friendly.

Hawx came around the neighborhood offering their services. I went with them, and they’re a very pleasant company. They’re very customer-friendly, and they seem to be very organic.

I've had Hawx for a while. I have an ant problem now. The tech came in, and he sprayed some stuff in my house and put some stuff outside. And then he's coming back for a follow-up. I've had no problem scheduling the service. I can call them and tell them if I'm having a problem, and then they will come out and take care of it. The techs have been friendly, as well. They listen to me, and if I need them to do something, they're glad to do it, and they take care of it.

Did you ever hear the term "value for money"? Hawx prefer "take your money and provide little value". A young man came to my door selling the Hawx pest control story. They will take care of insects and Mosquitos. He had some type of contract on his I pad. I never got a copy of the contract. I had one visit for bugs and mosquitoes. I have not seen a representative since the first visit. His application was worthless. I still have bugs inside and outside. The short mosquito spray was worthless. In any case, I was billed $418. I protested with my credit card company, but they ruled in Hawx's favor. I called Hawx up and protested. They responded with, "too bad you want to cancel another$199". I cancelled. Recently, I got another charge from them for $240. I still have never received a receipt or copy of the contract. I would not go with this company for your insect control.

I've been with Hawx for five years now. We liked what they offered and signed up with them. It's always been a very smooth experience. They text ahead of time, let us know they're coming, let us know when they're here, and let us know when they're done. They're kind and considerate. We've been very happy with our experience with Hawx.

Hawx Pest Control's technician has a regular time to come to my home. But I also called and asked for a ant treatment because I had swarms of ants in my backyard. The people who come to the house are very polite and efficient. They're always done anything I've asked, whether they're going to come in the house, or if I'm going to open up the garage so they can treat in there. All in all, I've been with them for a number of years and I've been satisfied.

If I could write less than 1 star I would. Horrible product that never worked requiring multiple return/warranty services, which also never worked. Half the time they wouldn’t show up when they were supposed to. Charged me $400 to cancel my contract when our sales representative told us we wouldn’t be liable if we decided to cancel due to multiple return visits. Their customer service representative would not allow me to speak with a manager or anyone else and was very rude.

A Hawx representative was knocking on the door and promoting their services. I had the need and they had a product, so it was good timing. They do very good work and their reps are extremely professional. With the techs who have come out, 90% of my experience with them was good then I've had a few minor things with some of them.

Hawx showed up at my door right after I found ants in my house. My experience with them has been fine. They text me when they're coming. I make sure my dogs are put away. They also text me when they're done with a full report. I like it. The pest activity has gone down since using their service. However, their billing could be better. Before I went to automatic payments, I would sometimes get bills. Sometimes, not get bills. Then they wouldn't perform a service because they didn't get paid when I hadn't received a bill. I didn't know they needed to be paid.

Hawx Pest Control has been very responsive and if I needed any additional help, I've never had any issues with them. As a matter of fact, I reached out to them because my mom lives in Arizona, and I pay for her pest control. I asked if they could work something out with me and they worked with me with the price. My mom's neighbor had a roach infestation and they started coming into her house, so Hawx took care of that for me as well. So, I've been nothing but happy with them and I've been with them for a few years. Their price is very reasonable, too.

I had been seeing some spiders. My experience with Hawx went fine. They were very kind, and they came out right away and cleared up the problem. They even got my cobwebs out of the ceiling of the front door, where the front door opens out, out there in the porch area. They even had a tool that they used to clean the cobwebs out of there. They did a good job. They also always send pictures of their work.

We used Hawx a few years ago when we first moved into our new home. Techs were always nice when I was home. However, if I wasn’t home, they didn’t even get out of their vehicle (check my security cameras) or didn’t come at all, so we ended up cancelling the service. Fast forward to 7/2026, a door-to-door salesman (Kyler) came by and said they have changed a lot since then and if we gave them another shot, he insured we would be happy (he even paid our 1st month fee himself out of “good faith”). 1st treatment was great, tech was great!

Most of the time, the techs from Hawx work outside while I’m not home. But twice a year, they go inside and do a thorough job. The last couple of times, my husband was there instead of me. We don’t have any problems, because if we did, we wouldn’t use Hawx. The service is on an auto schedule and if I have problems, I can call. But I never see bugs coming out. Hawx is great. When we moved here, Hawx was the most convenient and more reasonably priced, which was why we went with them and stayed. I've been happy with their service, whether it's the price or what they do.

They've been very responsive. I haven't really had any issues with Hawx. But on one or two occasions when I did need to talk with them, they've been quite responsive. I've been satisfied with my experience with them. My only reservation is that the cost has increased considerably since I started with them. At the time I started with them, I knew it was comparable to another company that I was using on another property. Since then, the price has increased significantly. And I realize there's inflation. But compared to what I am paying with a different company on the other property, as well as what I was quoted by somebody coming door to door a month back, it's higher than either of those.

We were using a different pest control company, and somebody came to the door and it seemed like a better deal. The pricing was better, so we switched to Hawx. I use their services for general maintenance of bugs and I’ve been with them for at least 6 years. Online scheduling is not difficult, but sometimes it can seem like there aren’t a lot of openings available. The last time I called them was not our regularly scheduled time, and I couldn't get an appointment. But they squeezed me in. Somebody was at our house within a couple of days.

After a door-to-door sales visit from Hawx, we decided to sign up because we were having pest issues. They took care of those issues and we've been with them for eight years now. They've been good, very responsive, and easy to get ahold of. Also, they always show up when they say they'll be there.

Hawx's price has been inching up a lot. I may either drop it or look for another one, just ‘cause it started out very affordable, and now it's becoming less affordable for me. But customer service-wise, I've been very pleased with their responsiveness.

My experience with Hawx has been okay and I have recommended them. I've been using them for a long time and I'm still working with them. They have come out whenever have I called them. However, I have thought about stopping the service with them because they went up on their price pretty high. That made me think I can go ahead and get my own stuff and spray and put traps.

When I occasionally see spiders or anything that warrants attention, and if I see something persistent, I just call Hawx and have them come out and do a treatment. I just do it as needed and scheduling has been very well done. They're more than happy to service my residence. Whenever they come out, I always ask them to spray lightly around the rooms on the inside so it doesn't leave a big mess. I don't want a lot of excess chemicals running down the walls because we had new hardwood floors put in. Hawx is very reliable and proficient in what they do. I've used them for a number of years now, and I like the idea that I'm not tied down to a contract.

I've been pleased with Hawx Pest Control and I don't have anything against them. I would recommend them to others. I pay 50-some dollars quarterly for the program that I signed up for and I've been with them 12 years. They always let me know when they're coming and when they do their service. They also send me pictures of where they've been, where they sprayed, and the places they brushed. They keep me from having pests in my home. I know a lot of people treat their own yards and homes, but we don't. We stopped doing that years ago and decided to go this route.

My experience with Hawx has been fine. They come regularly. They do their job whether we're home or not.

Hawx Pest Control has great people. I looked them up online and I've been with them for more than five years. I contacted them twice for special issues and they took care of my concerns in a timely manner. The guys that they have been sending out have been very friendly and cooperative. I have no problem with them. The service gets expensive, but I would recommend them because they got rid of all the ant problems we had. They found out where they were coming in from outside, and the whole neighborhood had a horrible infestation, but they kept it down.

We live in Texas and there are bugs, and we sought pest control services. We never had pest control service before we came to Texas. We had a service prior to Hawx, and they didn't do what Hawx offered us. So, it was a logical thing to go with them. We've had service with Hawx for probably 10 years and we’ve been happy. The techs are always super positive, informative when they come out and have a good report in both face-to-face and on the follow-up texts. So, we always know what they did. The biggest thing for me is that if we see something, I can call Hawx and they have somebody out right away. We've been relatively bug-free in the long-term.

We have pets, and we found out that Hawx's products would not harm pets within moments of their application to kill spiders and mosquitoes. I went with Hawx because we have these little sugar or pavement ants that get in the house periodically. They come now four times a year. They ring the bell to say, “Do you have any problems? Is there an area we should look at specifically?” Once in a while, they don't ring the bell. But some of the techs are so thorough. And what they've added in the last year is they will submit photographs of your property and what they found. For example, the occasional wasp nest. They take care of all of that other stuff as they discover it as well, for whatever I'm paying a year. If I have problems, I can call them back and say, "We have another problem. Can you come back?” And even if it's not the time of their regular appointment, they show up.

A Hawx door-to-door salesman came by. At the time, I was having major issues with Japanese beetles. And so, my thinking was that it might help with that problem. At first, I think it was really good. But now, it seems like whenever you call, they have a central scheduling or a call center, and you never really get to the person you want.

I would recommend Hawx. I've been very satisfied with their service.

I've been with Hawx for three years now. I have a lot of problems with wasps lately. So they did my preventative, and then, a few weeks later, I had another problem. They came back last week. The guy said he was going to add extra powder. But if there was another problem, to let them know and they would immediately come. So whenever I have a problem, they come right away. They schedule me. Customer service is always good. I've had a good experience with Hawx. What they offer me is pretty close to what I'm paying now.

We use Hawx, and we see good results. We have ants and stink bugs. They were everywhere and trying to get into our house from the backyard. They came in and sprayed some extra stuff on the back area. Their communication has been excellent. I get text messages beforehand and after, with pictures of what they've done.

We were with another pest control provider. But Hawx came by, and they offered a better deal to start with. And we stayed with them. And I wasn't that convinced that the previous supplier was doing all that much good. The service I got was okay. Hawx worked with us on the mouse control. And the gentleman that I worked with was very outstanding and very conscientious. I felt good about that part. The mouse control got better, but we never completely eliminated the mice.

Some Hawx sales guy came up to our house on a Segway and approached us. I liked their price, $79 per visit, and that I could choose when they would come. I could choose how often they would come and when they would come, and it was a good deal. We have brown recluse spiders. They sprinkle stuff outside around the foundation. Now, it's reduced- almost no pests. However, Hawx has changed their process where they tell me I'm gonna pay every month, and then they just come when they feel like it. But when they come, they've been polite and professional. They'll also send a notification email and text beforehand, and then they'll send an email and a text after they leave.

Hawx Pest Control’s price and professionalism made me decide to go with them. I knew about them from a door-to-door campaign and we had a lot of spiders that we wanted to try to get away from the house. They were able to help resolve that issue. The reps are always kind, professional and very thorough when I have questions. Their time working is efficient. So, it’s a good experience all around. We like what Hawx does. The quality of service is good and we like it.
