Hawx Pest Control Reviews

I would highly recommend Hawx Pest Control. We have seen some bugs, cockroaches, and a beetle or two. But so far, we haven't experienced a heavy amount of insects in our home since the technician came out. He was very respectful, communicative and resourceful in information regarding bugs. I am grateful for him coming out.

My issue was drywall termites. There were some sandy droppings coming out of my wall. When Hawx came, there was this option of a tent, but I'm in an attached condo so that wouldn't work. The other option was to treat the areas where the droppings were already coming out. They drilled a few very small holes then they injected some liquid that would penetrate the part of the wood in the hopes that it would get to the colony and kill any termite infestation that I might have had. I saw that the liquid came out of the holes again. They provided treatment to the areas I needed for and they have a one-year warranty that they honor. My area of treatment extended to a 10-foot wall in case I would have any new treatment that I needed. That was nice to know that I'm fully covered and not just in that area but also 10 feet all around and in a new wall. Their level of service of educating me or walking me through the process was very informative. There was no pressure. Hawx is outstanding.

Hawx Pest Control had a better deal. And their tech was very nice and informative. Our situation has been better, but I need more visits. I had a bad infestation. I wanna see if Hawx could come out like they said they would in-between visits if I called them. Because part of the attraction is if I saw pests after they have been out, I could call any time and they would come out. But I would recommend them.

I've been using them since November with a "deal" offer that was a lie according to the rep that had been at the house offering their service. The lie being that it was going to be a quarterly service with a quarterly charge of $40. Turns out it is a monthly charge at $40. The quality of service isn't great for the pest control nor over the phone. The service for the pest control doesn't really get rid of many bugs because I still had wasp all over the house and bugs coming into the home after they would spray. The phone service is always a constant wait time that interrupts the work day which is concerning. Additionally, you always are waiting for a callback because they have no one working or few people working, I'm not sure. I mean a phone call early morning shouldn't have much of a wait time. Also, If I could give less than 1 star I probably would and I will not go with this company again.

I started renting a unit and unfortunately, the landlord was not very forthcoming. I had been there seven days and discovered that the unit had mice. I work from home. I was actually on camera and every time a mouse ran out, it was a natural reflex for me to begin screaming and yelling. The landlord did not want to do anything about it. The night that the mice were discovered, I slept on my couch on the phone with a friend because no one could get to me where I was at. I dozed for 5 or 10 minutes and just had my feet up. It was a very traumatic experience because of the landlord's whole aggressive demeanor behind the situation like it was nothing. I understand that sometimes it's just like some people may have issues with spiders, and some may not. For me, it was that little creature running around on four legs.

I have some rodents in my house that Hawx had to come to get rid of. Their technicians were nice and professional. Every time that they've been here, unfortunately, I've been at work. So, it's been my son that's been here but he's never had any kind of weird or off-putting interactions with them. They communicate greatly. So even if I'm not there, they'll be on the phone with me or texting and letting me know what's going on. I haven't had an issue with anything regarding them coming out to the house.

They also make it REALLY difficult to cancel, even once you fulfill your contract. They told me I had to call on the LAST DAY OF THE CONTRACT to cancel. I could not do anything beforehand. Then they make you stay on hold forever and then just end the call saying they will call you back. I called back and someone told me I may not even be able to get a hold of someone in the correct department until the next day. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Just let me cancel my contract. You suck!

I had wasps that were at the top of my house. My problem was 30 feet high in the air and some companies didn't deal with anything that high, but Hawx did. The technician sprayed the entire outside. He was helpful and informative. He explained what he was using and its effectiveness and whether there were any problems or cautions. I can call Hawx anytime that I see pest and they'll come out. So far, I was satisfied.

I have three accounts with Hawx. In my new house, they came in to do the regular spray. In my other house that we got from my father-in-law, they did the regular spray, and then they did for specialized cockroaches. They did a good job. Scheduling was pretty easy. I called them up, and they set a date and came. The service people have been very nice and very informative. They explained things well.

I love the technicians from Hawx. I told the guy that signed me up, “You can sell ice to Eskimos.” They're very pleasant people. They explained what they were doing, and they seem to have done a good job. They've done it twice. I don't have any mosquitoes biting me now, so I'm happy. The only thing is they tried to upsell every time they turn around. All of a sudden, what was costing me $70 was costing me $100 and some. I thought they were doing a one-time treatment. Once you do the one-time treatment, it's a whole year of treatment. Also, I am saving the email from them in its own file. I get so many of them that I can't figure out what it is they're asking me.

I have had ant problems in this house and I have got ant traps everywhere. I have been trying to think of somebody to call. If I call some of the well-named bug control people, they're gonna charge me an arm and a leg and I don't think I should get charged that when I rent. If I own my own home, it's a different story. Hawx showed up at the right time. They came knocking at the door. We were just gonna try them out and see what happens.

The people at Hawx Pest are very nice, but I have a problem with rats, they have been coming for over a year and I still have rats. We've done everything they ask but I still have them. I ask them to cancel my service because I feel I am throwing my money away, but they refuse to do. They are still charging me $50 per month and they have not been to my house in over 6 months and I still have rats. I called them and asked them to cancel since I have not seen one dead rat and I keep seeing live ones. I just want to cancel since this is not working for me, but they are still charging me. I guess we will have to take to it to small claims court. Any ideas?

I was using a previous provider, but they didn't offer as full a service as what Hawx provides. Their price was a little bit better, too. But when they sold me the contract, I thought they were including a mosquito abatement, then I got a call saying I needed to add this mosquito abatement at another higher price. So, I'm confused and I want them to check into what my contract actually says because mosquito abatement was one of the things I had checked off on there. I was thinking I was getting a better deal than I was getting with my other provider but if they will charge me extra for the mosquito abatement, it will be almost the same amount as the price of the other company.

Hawx Pest Control was cheaper in price. Our previous location was a condo complex where all the garages were tied together. So, all Hawx could do was treat the inner garage area and set traps. They sprayed for all the different bugs, knocked the spider webs down, which a lot of the other companies said that unless you treat all of them you wouldn't get rid of them and kept trying to sell me additional products. Alex was the guy that came out. He was straightforward. He suggested, "If you have any follow-up questions just shoot me a text, and I'll be happy to get back to you." So, he communicated after the fact with me.

I set up Hawx Pest Control on the phone. The tech was not my regular service guy. He said he was just out in the area and he handled the call for him. But he did a great job. You can use Hawx. It will be great.

When Hawx most recently came out, the guy was straight up with me and everything went well. Also, he let me know to give them a call if they need to come back out. I would refer him to anyone else.

It's an odd situation because I'm a tenant and the owner lives in California and I live in Atlanta. The appointments have to be arranged with me but the owner of the property is paying for it and Hawx seems to get that very straight very easily. Something another company didn't do for 12 years we used them. Hawx treated for rodents under the house, cockroaches in the house, and termite prevention outside. The technician was great. He was very friendly and thorough and he explained everything to me. I was very pleased.

The tech came out to sanitize and he took pictures of all the things he did. Also, I have roof rats and he took care of that. He did all around an excellent job. They're following up in three months’ time to see what it looks like. I signed an agreement with them that they're doing it on a quarterly basis. I'm glad I chose Hawx.

Hawx provides great service and it's easy to get ahold of them since we know somebody. He's always good at contacting us, making sure everything's good. He's a great worker and always on top of things.

Hawx has done treatments twice. I wanted same day service because it’s ants. They said they couldn't do it but got here within the next couple days of calling. I like the rep. Where he treated initially, the ants were gone. As soon as they left, we had no more activity. They came back up a couple weeks later in another bedroom so he had to come out and treat that bedroom. So far, they're staying at bay.

The gentleman who came out was very professional and he answered all my questions. I would recommend Hawx’s service. I get treatments quarterly, but I pay them monthly. I had Orkin before and so far, Hawx is much better. Customer-service-wise, my experience with them has been terrific.

I met the sales rep and the technician from Hawx, and they were both professional. I'd recommend them at this time. Since our first service, I've seen some dead bugs here and there, just the regular smaller bugs. I have also seen a decrease of spiders outside. But our home sits above the ground and we've never really had a big infestation of bugs inside the house.

I had been a customer a couple years ago, then didn't use them anymore, and two months ago, I started with them again. They have been fabulous this time because of the way that they're now caring for not only spiders, but also some mice problems. They're also doing a much better job of really trying to care for the root cause of the problem. The techs come out every quarter automatically and our experience with them has been wonderful. They seem to be a lot more knowledgeable about the different problems, so they're getting some good training from somewhere.

We were having a particular pest and Hawx Pest Control guaranteed that they could get rid of it. It's a clover mite. Hawx is a little expensive compared to what we were paying. But they worked with us and tried to give us a good deal to switch. We appreciate that. So far, they haven't been able to get rid of the mites, but they've only been out one time. One time is usually not enough. The tech was fantastic. He gave us his personal number because we were getting ready to have a baby. He has been so kind and let us just talk to him on a personal basis as we needed to. We're trying to have them every week to two weeks. But they come out quarterly and any time in between that we need them.

Their tech is very friendly and he listened. Working with him was a pleasant experience. We've only had one fumigation and since then, I've seen a few insects. But another spraying would deter them. Hawx has been very good. They're prompt and they try to accommodate me. They made me a better offer.

I thought I was being charged every three months because the tech comes out every three months. But I found out that it was every month. And if I need them, I could call them. Hawx seemed to be cheaper than the ones that I had checked. We had a few roaches when we first got here and that was unusual, and we also have a lot of spiders. We haven't seen those two things. I would recommend Hawx Pest Control. We are satisfied with them so far.

Hawx told me about their service over the phone. They were very friendly, informative, and I was able to contact them even when they weren't there. That was nice. We just moved in and we called for service. A tech came in, did what he needed to, and explained a few things about what he did. The first treatment was for the inside of the house. The one for this month will be outside. It was a really good experience.

I live in an apartment shack and a Hawx tech was on my neighbor's home. He told me what he could do so I gave him a job. Hawx calls me before they come out for service. They treated my attic and the whole perimeter of my home for termites and they treated for mosquitos as well. The tech sprayed all the grass on my perimeter. He left a card in the mailbox saying if I had any questions to give him a call. The guy who serviced the whole area and didn't miss an inch. He was great.

I had ants. Since Hawx started spraying, I can't see any in my house. The service is going very well. I'm pleased with it.

The reps were very professional, informative and friendly. They did preventative service. So far, doing business with Hawx has been good.

I had rats in the house. None of the traps caught the rats so I don't know where they went. Other than that, the techs were very helpful.

The Hawx tech came out for mice and rats. He told me what he was going to do and we went from there. It didn't take long and the service was fine.

Out of all the service industry people who we have coming through, from air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and so on, the techs from Hawx are, by far, the most professional. I can't say enough good things about them and I would recommend them over any pest control company. We called them out when we saw a couple of cockroaches and the first guy really took care of it. With the last girl that was out, we had seen one and we haven't had any issues since her service.

Hawx has been trying to help me get a rodent issue under control. So far, it's been pretty good. They do the outside and inside. The rodent issue is on the inside, but I have issues with insects outside. With the initial treatment, they said I would see an increase in pests, and then upon the second treatment, there should be a decrease. I haven't had the second treatment yet. I called them and scheduled the service over the phone. It was pretty easy. It’s very thorough. They asked what I was having issues with and if I had any other concerns. When they came out and did the evaluation, they took pictures of everything. They showed me where the issues were. They fixed what they could fix. They did the treatment, and they followed up the next day. They called and set up for the one-week follow-up and then the two-week follow-up.

Hawx is supposed to come every three months and spray for scorpions and knock down spider webs around the house. They were also supposed to put out a rodent trap, which they didn't do. The rep said he'd throw it in. It wasn't a huge deal, but it is something they did say they would do and they didn't. As far as the pests, I hadn't noticed too much stuff beforehand, but I have noticed a couple of dead scorpions since then. So, it's working because I wouldn't have seen them if they hadn't been sprayed and dead.

When I got in this house that I moved into, I saw a couple of dead roaches. Then after three weeks of being in the house, I saw two more roaches and some spiders. But since Hawx has been coming out, the roaches have decreased and I haven't seen any in a while. I still see a few spiders though, and that was why they came out yesterday to do another spray. The deal I have is they spray inside every three months, and they do the treatment outside once every month. But I can call them as many times as I want, so I just called them and asked them to come out because of the spiders.

I like the sales rep. He seemed good. We've had the first treatment and it was good. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable.

I had ant nests in my walls. I signed up with Hawx and since they've serviced my home, the ants have been coming out of the woodwork. So far, everybody at Hawx has been very helpful and pleasant. The last time the techs came out, they had both managers there and the service was pretty good.

I've had mosquito, pest and rodent. All three was done by Hawx. Both of the technicians I've had have been good and professional. They send me a report whenever they're done. They tell me everything they've done.

My parents live just on the road and they have been using Hawx for quite a while. They recommended it to us. We used them for spiders and cockroaches. It was super easy to make a service appointment and their guy was absolutely amazing. I am expecting our first child and I really wanted to make sure. The guy went to every single nook and cranny. We have definitely noticed a decrease in pest activity. I did find a couple of little cockroaches and a little spider but it was just the first treatment. I recommend Hawx.

The tech, Scott, came out to get rid of the termites and he talked about everything and then started doing what he needed to do. He was a good guy and was professional. I like the work and I like the fact that they work with the customer as far as payments. Everybody doesn't have all that money upfront so it's a good thing that we can do payment plans.

I had my first service two weeks ago and the tech was very respectful of the home and explained everything that he was doing and using. I have pets and he gave me instructions on when I could let them outside. I was very happy with the service. I have not seen any pest activity since they treated it. For a while, we were having mosquitoes like crazy and I haven't seen those. And once in a while, we have spiders but I haven't seen those.

My service has been very fine so far. The first time they came out, they set up eight traps plus they put a bait trap outside. The eight traps were inside, in the basement and kitchen and one to the entry of the attic. Then they looked for places where the critters might be getting in. They dusted for any cobwebs or insect nests. And they will be coming out sometime after April 15th to do a three-foot spray up the foundation and into the yard three feet. I caught an animal so they are coming out on Saturday when I'll be home to take care of that and reset those two traps.

The tech from Hawx explained what he was gonna do, went around the house several times and did exactly what he said he was gonna do. He put down a granular for fire ants, sprayed around the house for cockroaches and went around and knocked down all the spiderwebs that was around the lower half of the house. He did a general assessment of the property and, if he saw anything unusual, he informed me.

The reps from Hawx were friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to get the service done right away. I haven't seen any ants or wasps and the techs told me, to call them if I do. They'll come out and take care of it right away.

They've been good for the times that they've come out. The tech that recently came out did a real good job. But we liked the first tech better. He knew more about his job and he likes his job. He was on point with everything. The problem that we have is dealing with rodents. We have the bait housing and the sticky traps. The tech put out some liquid poisoning. He covered everywhere where we asked for it.

Hawx Pest Control's service is affordable, and they take care of issues and it seems to be effective. They reach out to me for service calls. I saw some carpenter ants, and they came out last week. The tech went outside, put powder down and dusted for any pests. He was really nice and thorough.

Once we had gone through the whole description of everything that the service included, we went ahead with Hawx. We've used the service when they searched for evidence of mice, spiders and other insects. They put down some insecticide. The technician did a good job.

So far, so good. I haven't seen cockroaches in the kitchen so Hawx is working. It's a good price for the service.

Hawx has been very good. Now we don't have any mice or rats. The cost is a little bit expensive but it's okay because we see the results.

When Hawx Pest Control's tech comes out, he does other things too around the place. That helps with other issues, but we're still having issues with the mouse. They don't see where the mouse comes in. They have crawled underneath my home. They've done all kinds of stuff. They said everything is sealed up tight. They think it's in the air condition ducts because we could hear something scratching. We wouldn't hear anything for a week and a half. And out of the blue, we would hear something. But the tech is a very nice fellow.

Hawx was working in my neighbor's yard, and I was having some difficulties with some pest in my yard. So, I talked to him about hooking up with Hawx. I wanted to do it in the early spring. And so, that's what I did. After I got the contract signed, they came right out.

The tech comes out every two months and does the outside and the inside spraying for pest. He’s a friendly guy. The experience with Hawx has been good overall and I’d recommend them. The one time I called asking them to come out and spray because I had some pest inside, they were there in two days. So it was great.

I had a terrible experience with spiders for the last few years. They're huge and they're everywhere, so I thought Hawx would help. I had a guy come and he was extremely nice. I haven’t had the insects yet that I usually do at this time of the year. The only thing was I lost some plants as a result of the spray. It could be something else, but it happened immediately after. This week, I had an enormous amount of wasps. Before Hawx sprayed, I killed 10 on my screened porch in one day. I still have a few, but that's to be expected.

Hawx has amazing staff. Everybody has been super friendly, which is hard to come by. I've never really had a company that was so on the ball. I like everything such as their website, their professionalism, and the way they call me. They say, “Hey, Todd. We're coming down.” When they do, the guy is really super nice. They take pictures. An example is the eaves because they're cleaning that. Whatever they're doing, they just take a snapshot and let us know that they were there. I've never seen anything like that. It's cool and I like it. That's why I have Hawx with my other property as well. They’re supposed to come out tomorrow. I've noticed that we've had a lot of mosquitoes in our residence in Huntington Beach but with Hawx, not so much anymore. The difference is night and day.

The gentleman who came was very kind and efficient. He went around the house and sprayed some ant piles, around my garden and the walls. There were some rotten wood there and had some insects. The gentleman sprayed everything that needed to be sprayed, and he performed excellently. My son observed everything he did, and he was very pleased. Also, I had a lot of ants, and after he sprayed, they have been gone. So I'm very content. I will highly recommend Hawx Pest Control. My neighbors also said they’re really good.

Hawx comes out every three months and they usually contact us. They would email or text me or my wife. There were times where they schedule an appointment and cancel it but they inform us. They go through the property thoroughly. They spray the house and remove all the cobwebs. What they picked up on in the beginning was fire ants. We had a massive explosion of fire ants at the curb and they moved over to another section, so we had to have Hawx come back out for a revisit. But I'm gonna discontinue service predominantly because they misled us to some degree.

Hawx gave me a decent deal. They send me pictures of everything they do. The person that came out was very nice. He answered questions. He was informative and told me what I needed to know. I had already told somebody about Hawx. They're good.

A gentleman came to my door saying that he was doing services for a new neighbor of mine, and he told me about the services. I said I was looking for one. So, it was perfect timing. I signed the contract, and Hawx Pest Control came out the following day and treated our lawn and home for pest control. Reggie is a wonderful human being. He was very professional, informative, and respectful of the property that he was on, which is great whenever you have someone you don't know coming inside your home. He's everything I could have asked for and more. We tried the jugs of pesticide when we first moved in and it did not work. So, we have something that is made to work for exactly what our needs are.

Hawx Pest Control was knowledgeable and they helped me out. They found the things I needed them to find. They tried something different this time, but it was to attract the pest to see if that was their entry point. They found the entry point, so now I gotta wait on them to figure out what we're going to do. The tech didn't have the mesh guard so he put these trap baits down to attract them, and on both points under my cabinet is where we caught them. This is the holiday, so I will wait until Monday to call them so they would know that was the point.

There was a special going on. So, Haws Pest Control pushed us to go ahead and get it done sooner than later. But the price was good, the program, setting it up, and the quarterly visit. We got our money's worth. We haven't seen another bug. But there was a bit of a mix-up. Even after we had service, we had a couple extra people contacting us to schedule service. So, Hawx Pest Control didn't realize we had already scheduled service. But we were able to get a technician out the same day.

The last experience that we had with Hawx was the best. The tech came and went all the way around my home. It was two days after the original visit that I received from them. He helped out tremendously. He removed two mice that were found. Then he decided to go around and recheck all of the traps. He put new traps down. He was very informative on what measures I could take around my home. The basic services do not allow their employees to go in the attic. But if we had not found anything, that I only have a one-level ranch without a basement, he had advised me that I could call the corporate office to see if that was something that they could do in order for me to maintain my membership with them. It was helpful to know what could happen or what measures could be taken if the basic options didn't help my situation. So they did a good job in that regard.

So far, my experience with them has been good. They would spray the yard once a year and treat for anything around the house that crawls. The techs are very kind and they explain what they're gonna do. I'm very pleased with them. I'm okay with the cost of the service but they went from every two months to every three months servicing. Also, they lowered the price per month. So, it feels like I'm getting less service for the same amount.

Hawx Pest Control comes every three months. I don't have to schedule anything. But I pay them per month and if I call them, they come here. So, I'm happy with their service. The contractor did a good job. They put up mouse traps on two sides of the house outside and sprayed all around the house. When I first called Hawx Pest Control, I had ground hornets in my backyard. They came and sprayed my backyard about three times for ground hornets. They've been with me ever since.

Hawx sprays the perimeter of the house, removes the pests or cobwebs and spiders from any eaves or any areas where they're hanging. And if they see ants, they would treat that area. The technicians usually come in, do their job. No issues. Hawx Pest Control's service seemed to be environmentally safe. And I hoped it would be effective, but it may not necessarily be the case. The pests are still here, so, I don't know if their products are working or if I just got some resistant pests. Investigate well to determine whether the products they use are very effective. It may be better off being a DIY, if you wanna make sure you get rid of the pests.

On the first visit, we did a full spray on the inside. But Hawx has mostly been doing the outside service because I'm not home when the service date is. So, they made it very easy. They have been doing the perimeter sprays and the front and back lawn with some type of pellet thing. I am aware that Hawx can send folks out again if there is an issue. They've been wonderful. Pest activity has gone down a bit. Hawx was the first to call when I was getting a couple of quotes intitally. They were very aggressive on the pricing as it was so inexpensive.

Hawx came to my door and at that time, I didn't really need it. A rep told me it would an initial fee of $60 and be $40 quarterly to help get rid of pests. Then, my card gets charged monthly. I called the company to cancel the service but they said it was a yearly service. I was changing the brakes on my car at the time and the rep said just sign the document and he could start right away. I asked for a manager to call me back and they said it would be 48 to 72 hours later. It has been a week and a half.

When we moved to the new house, Hawx services went down. I had some conversations with their customer service and it has improved since then. I'm one of those ones that when I pay for services like pest control, I like to schedule them on the days that I'm off to make sure that everything's done. At times in advance, Hawx has been flexible. I've asked them to put notes in there to do Friday services but I still get some text messages and emails that the service has been scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday. I would usually call them, cancel, and tell them to schedule me for a Friday.

Hawx has been coming out and I didn’t even realize it until I got my text saying that they came over. I have noticed some droppings for mice inside the house. They have traps around the house and I wanted to ask if they checked them since they've been around as well, and I haven't had an opportunity to get to that. I've only called Hawx one time because when I first signed up for services, I was under the impression that they'd be coming out monthly as I previously have been with other pest control companies. When I noticed that they didn't come in, I called them and they said they only come out every three months. I have the opportunity to call Hawx for in between but it is inconvenient. I'd rather get service monthly.

The techs text before they get here to let me know they're on their way and they always knock on the door when they're done and let me know that they've completed everything. They've always listened to any issues that we've been having. We had a problem with crickets getting into our house somehow so they upped whatever it is that they use to help prevent that. We noticed that the crickets were being stopped before they got into our house. With our most recent service, the tech was very professional, very detailed, and thorough in explaining what it was that he did for our service that day.

I have termite control and pest control. They come once a month and if I need them, they’ll come. They service my property and I'm happy with that. I like the fact that they send pictures of what they've done.

I've had three different techs and they've all been very respectful and considerate. When I have questions, they were patient to ask and explain things to me. That's very rare and I appreciate that. Romeo came out for my most recent service and he was very helpful. He went through everywhere and did a thorough job. Hawx has been so great and my plan is to continue working with them in my new home if I can switch addresses.

I've had a good experience with Hawx. They come in and do what they're supposed to do, and everything happens well.

They come here every three months and they do what I want to do. They've been great. I give them feedback, and if there is something wrong, they're gonna change it. I recommend Hawx Pest Control.

I've been satisfied with Hawx. After they do the spray and if I continue to see bugs, they would come out and respray. They do everything I ask, plus more. They go out and check the outside of my house also and take down my cobwebs or whatever they see. One guy even knocked down a wasp nest one time. I'm very pleased with them or I would change.

The technicians come in and do what they need to do. I had recommended Hawx to other people. They do a great job.

Because we're out in nowhere land, they come when they would be out this way. But the servers are very polite and do their job. If we see anything inside, we let Hawx know, and they would do inside again. We had ants, and we have not had that problem since Hawx Pest Control came out and sprayed. I just wouldn't recommend doing the contract. When the guy came in, I thought we could stop the service any time we wanted, but we have to do the whole year is what I've been told now. So, I will stop it after the year. I'm not big on the chemicals. So, if we would go a couple of years without it, that's my idea of a good time. But they are doing the job. The pests are taken care of.

Hawx comes out once a month, does their thing, and I make the payment. They would ring the doorbell to let me know that they were on the premises. But usually, no one has to be there. They're good and efficient at what they do. After putting their equipment in, they come out, service the equipment, do a couple of things. They might not even be there for 10 minutes. They do what they say they would do, as far as getting rid of the pests. I used to have a major problem with ants because I live next to a wooded lot. Ants and the roaches were horrible. But since I've had the service, I haven't seen any ants and roaches. So, I'm well-pleased. They put something out which is supposed to help with mosquitoes. We from time to time have the occasional mosquitoes comes out. But I have noticed they're not as bad since I had Hawx' service.

Hawx Pest Control was more cost-efficient. They recently did a routine maintenance checkup. They were pleasant. My experience is a good one. I highly recommend Hawx.

I was seeing ants. I signed up with Hawx and when I called them for a service, they sent out a tech fairly quickly. They were trying their best to come when I was there, but it was hard for me to coordinate time because of my work schedule. So I had to wait a couple of days when I was off. Once the technicians got out there, they were very informative on what I should be doing and what they were going to do as far as what products they were going to use and where they were going to be putting the spray. Then they asked me if I had any other concerns with any other type of pest that I wanted them to look into. So they were giving me some insight on things about my area and what has come around a little bit more.

They call and schedule the service themselves. I call them if I see any bugs and I schedule it by phone and never had an issue. The technicians were friendly and professional. They came and did their job. They were very thorough. I was happy with them.

The techs from Hawx come out once a month, and in the summer months, they come out more just for the mosquitoes. They're pretty good at scheduling the service and if I'm not going to be there, they could reschedule. The techs I've had have been nice guys. They've been informative and let you know when they’re going to be there. When I would see mosquitoes, I’d call them and they would come out and spray again.

Hawx does a good job. They come when they say they're coming. If I need extra service, I just call them and they take care of it. They always answer. They're good and very professional. They always take care of everything outside. One time, we saw a couple of ants and they took care of it right away. We haven't seen any since.

I was preparing for the spring because I have a lot of mosquitoes and I always get bit a lot by mosquitoes every time I step outside. I signed up with Hawx and they set up a schedule. They contacted me last week and let me know they were coming out on April 1st and I got a reminder text this morning that they will be here on April 1st for my next spray. The technicians have been fine. They're very professional but friendly, and they let me know what they're doing. After they finish, they leave a pamphlet on my door that explains what they did. Sometimes, I don't even have to be here, but they let me know that they're coming.

Hawx Pest Control's stuff is not poisonous to my dog and I like that I don't have to be home when they come out unless I want them to come in the home. I've used other pest control companies with spiders and they just do the treatments. Hawx does that as well but they also sweep the house of cobwebs. Plus, their techs are very nice. They tell me when they're going to be there and they check in with me. Their price point is good, too.

Hawx Pest Control has done a really good job. They spray for bugs and knock down any spider webs along the gutters. They call me and see if the dates they have planned work for me, and the techs who come are really professional. Even the end results of emailing me pictures and explaining what was done is a great thing. I get a visual on what service was performed. The first time they came, they sprayed the basement. After that, they've mostly sprayed the outside perimeter. They said they spray outside to keep the bugs a few feet away from the house so it should reduce any outside activity that get into the house. The spiders aren't nonexistent, but the amount has decreased.

My service got activated in July, and the technicians have been really good. They come in every month and send me a message that they're doing some of the services. Once, I had some spiders in my garage, and they helped get rid of that. Another service they do is take care of any of the insects outside, in the lawn or the backyard. They spray something to get rid of them. They also clean around the outer walls of my house.

Hawx does a really good job and I love everything they do. But the mice aren't completely under control. I still have some and I don't know what else to do. Other than that, the techs are very nice and professional. They gave me some extra strips to put around the house but not even one has been caught on those. What worked best was the poison that they put in the washer room which the mice would eat. I recommend Hawx to someone who can afford it. They controlled the ant problem I had and I really enjoy that part because I'm able to work on my yard more comfortably now.

My experience with them was fine. The rep was very nice and he discussed what they would do. I called and they did a treatment. I noticed we still had mosquitoes and so I called and they came back to treat again. Give Hawx a try. They've been great the couple of times we had them.

I got my grandkids some gingerbread house kits and we were gonna see who decorated the best gingerbread houses. After that was all concluded, I saved the gingerbread houses until next year. About three quarters of the way through the year, I found that I had a little company with these little wings. I went in the closet, got my box and opened it up and the creatures had a picnic in there. From then on, it was very difficult for me to even get a handle on it. I waited two years or so before I gave up. I went over our regular hardware store and they gave me Hawx' number to call. The first time that a person came here to look things over, I was very pleased with what they can handle and I felt very comfortable in giving them the job.

Sometimes we have pest in-between treatments, but overall, the service has been pretty good.

We have a yearly plan with Hawx. I like that they have a yearly plan and you don't have to call and schedule appointments every month. It's prescheduled. That's my favorite part. They did a good job the last time they were there. The techs did an outside check and set up some more rat traps.

Hawx has been nice. When I first signed up for the service, I didn't want huge lump payments. They kind of helped me with that. The people who come by reach out prior to, and then they also provide a summary afterward. Also, they are super respectful. They ask me what I need and what my concerns are, take action, and then they leave. I recently called Hawx because I felt like ants are coming. The service has been working enough for me to keep it. I don't want to go the opposite route. It just might be the season. Nevertheless, they'll be coming next week to service my property, which is perfect. They’re already on it.

I am very particular and I wanted to be treated well. When someone comes to my home, I want them to treat it just like it was their own. I always try to ask for the same technician and that has been a challenge. I don't like whatever Hawx system uses for scheduling but it is what it is. Also, some of the technicians have not done so well. That's why I like to stick with the person that I know who’s doing a good job, someone that I can trust. I shouldn't have to text the manager, “Hey, the guy that's here didn't spray around the house, didn't do that.” They immediately try to fix it, though.

The quality of the service was half-half at the very beginning. I have had issues. When the service provider came in and then the pest controller came in, the pest activity did not improve. The ants were not coming from outside of the house, it's actually inside of the house. But outside of the house, Hawx did a great job cleaning and then spraying.

The two technicians that I've had have been consistent and very respectful. They've been on time, professional, and very informative. Because it's summertime, I asked about what I needed to watch out for and sometimes, they'll beat me to the punch.

I plan on canceling as soon as my contract is up. I felt like I wasn't given all the information when I signed up. One of my concerns was there is a mosquito problem in my area and they said that that would be taken care of but come to find out, it wasn't being taken care of the whole time. I asked if they could spray my bushes and they said that’s not on my contract. Also, they cost a lot more than other companies. They come out every three months but they charge every month, even on the months they don't come. But I'm satisfied with the techs. They get to the point and they take care of whatever.

I mostly get a text message saying that the services are due at a certain time, and that would be when Hawx Pest Control would be out. And to call them if I had any questions. The techs have been nice and always helpful when I talk to them.

I liked the price of Hawx Pest Control. It was better than the service that I had before and it’s similar capabilities. They come out for the quarterly application.

I take care of several elderly family members and they like to get out in the yard. But they were getting bit by insects and bugs in our area. The gentleman from Hawx said that they provide a service that would spray the entire yard. I asked if they would spray the entire acre and a half yard and he said, "Yes, absolutely." I signed up but when the people came, they only did a perimeter right around the house -- 10 to 15 feet around the perimeter of the house. When I contacted them about that, they said they don't do the whole yard and I don't have any recourse because there's no recording of the first rep I talked to. I met my agreement and recently canceled. I had no issues with the people that come to my home to do the service, though. They did the service exactly as they are supposed to do it. I just felt like it was deceptive at the very beginning. It didn't work for me but I would recommend them to people.

I was having problems with roaches initially and it seems to be under control since having Hawx. Occasionally, I get problem ants, and they take care of that. Last year, I had them start doing mosquito control in the backyard. Part of that service is also for fleas and I haven't had any fleas, so that's good. They're always happy to take care of whatever I tell them about.

The techs are very professional. They came inside once when I requested because I had roaches. They sprayed and it was taken care of. Also, they come for mosquitoes but somehow the mosquitoes still survived. Hopefully, I see a decrease this July. The cost and the quality of the service are intertwined. It's good. I know there are a lot of pest control companies and I'm happy with mine.

Every experience with Hawx has been good. They will come and spray outside. If I need them to come inside, they have no problem with doing so. They always let me know when they're leaving, and then ask me if there was anything else they could do before they leave.

The service seems to be working okay. I don't see a lot of bugs, and I'm happy. The technicians let me know when they're coming, and they're here. I can talk with them if I want to or need to, or otherwise, they could just take care of it on their own. They do a good job. They take care of what they say they're taking care of.

Hawx was affordable. Also, their rep was personable and informative. Their techs come quarterly. If I have any issues with something before they come in, I just email them, and they would go ahead and treat for it. They let me know when they're coming in, and I could always change it if I needed to. The techs are friendly and attend to my concerns. They take care of any things that I need immediately.

Hawx Pest Control came out and helped clean up and spray everything inside and outside. They're very friendly. They always come out on time, and we have no problems getting them to come or schedule an appointment. They did the job, and we have no pest issues since they did. All the areas that I wanted, inside and outside, were covered. So, great service.

My experience with Hawx was horrible. I have two homes that I use with them. In one of my homes, I just realized that it had been almost a year and they hadn't been out there. They've been out there maybe twice when I first got with them and then almost seven months later when the reason why I called them got worse. When we found out, they told me that I never had the service. I said, “Well, the first time that I got with you, I paid $60 a month. And I wanted the same service as the other home and I paid $60 a month. Why would I pay the same for less service? So if I don't have the pest control that I have at my other home, why would I even agree to pay more for less?” If I didn't want that, I would have said, “Oh, okay. Well, I don't need that here.” Then I will be looking for a cheaper charge.

Hawx went for the first time to my condo and everything went great. The product works. The guy was very nice and did a very good job. He called me to confirm the appointment and let me know he was on his way. I like the reliability and good customer service.

I had some problems getting ahold of Hawx a couple of times. I wanted to get some bed bug treatment and I had to chase them down. When I didn't respond once, I had to reengage and there were two layers of support where I had to get rerouted a few times to the Cincinnati local office. Eventually, they got out there. I like they're able to take pictures real time and report everything. It's a nice system they have set up there. Also, the technician have been great and responsive.

I was getting bit by spiders. I called them and they came out. They sprayed and even de-webbed. The spiders went away. Then, I was selling my condo and I was out on the porch and saw saw dust on the floor. I thought I had carpenter ants or termites so I called them and they came out on the same day, swept it up, and treated it. The quality of their work is top-shelf and I'd recommend them.

Hawx was able to reasonably work the cost in a way that benefited the services that I needed. I’ve been with them for four months now and they’re good. I asked for an additional service that I thought was included in my plan and they said that they could send somebody out and do intermittent in between sessions. They went above and beyond as well as far as trying to assess my issues and me still not seeing results that I wanted, without even charging additional. So, it was great. They were wonderful.

Hawx had a flexible contract and the prices seemed reasonable, and they could get started right away. Whereas for some other company, I had to wait or the payments were higher. The first time the techs came out, it was good. They explained to me what they were gonna do, asked if I had any questions and tried to do the treatment for getting rid of the drain flies. They said I should let them know if it persists and they would come back, and they did. They put in some product to try and get rid of it, and that was helpful. Currently, I don't have a drain fly issue. It was a positive experience with Hawx. Every time I noticed that there was an issue, they tried to send someone out under their services.

Hawx takes care of what we need them to take of. I'm not sure what they take care of justifies the entire cost but I'm happy with the service. They're always on time. The process does not take very long. They're not intrusive by any means.

Ever since we moved to Hawx, everything has been better than before. With our previous provider, we had a lot of black widows and beetles. Hawx's techs are great and they communicate. They ask if there is anything we want them to look at or if there was anything else that we didn't like about the previous service.

I had service for termites. They had to cancel twice because of the weather. That was a bummer. But their tech Kenny was right on the money. I called yesterday about my last bill. I thought I was charged for somebody coming out. The rep said they charge me $40 every month and that's for every 90 days. But he was short with me. We hung up and I said, "jerk" and he goes, "I heard that.". Other than that, Kenny is fine as is anybody else I've talked to. I've suggested Hawx to my sister and Kenny went over to her house and did what she needed.

I am happy with Hawx Pest Control. They got rid of the German cockroaches the neighbor brought over. I wasn't happy with their sales group, though. Their sales group led me to believe that it would be $50 four times a year, but it was $50 a month. The sales rep was trying to get a sale. He was evasive and kept talking about $50 once a quarter. All my neighbors said the same thing, and I'm the only one who stuck it out. But they apologized. They made me very happy about it. All of the guys who come over and do the spraying have been very kind, courteous and respectful. They don't mind that my house isn't clean.

We have two and a half acres and toward the back part is an acre that is a wooded area. There were some yellow jackets and my husband found out he was allergic. Since then, he needed pest control to come out there and take care of the yellow jackets. We got Hawx, signed up the contract, and we have them with the house now to spray the house. The techs have been excellent. They're professional and polite. They always have a smile on their face. If we have any questions, they answer them. If we see a bug three weeks later, within our time slot of the next spray, all I have to do is call, and they're out here the next day spraying again.

I had a wonderful experience with them. Al the techs are friendly and respectful. They provide good customer service. They are always on time and they spray well. I have not seen any water bugs or cockroaches since I've started using them. I got a good deal on them for the year and they were cheaper than everybody else.

Hawx came to my door and at that time, I didn't really need it. But I thought there's always gonna be bugs everywhere. I decided to hire them and I paid for a full year's service. It was just for spiders and whatnot. Hawx is professional. I like the fact that they take pictures of what they've done. One thing, however, was I noticed that I got charged the other day for 39. I called and spoke to a gentleman. I inquired why I was getting charged that 39. He had mentioned something following back up with me before the end of the week to cancel out everything, because I was in the middle of some billing cycle.

The whole thing is a scam. I had them spray for mosquitoes and it didn't work. When the tech first came to the door, it was the end of the season so there were only two sprays left. I had signed up for that but then they tried to say I had signed up for a whole year, and that they're gonna charge me. They wanted to come out and I said, "No, I don't want you guys to come out to my property ever again. And I'm not paying you for your services ever again."

Hawx Pest Control is a reliable company.

They offered me a summer special. They do service every couple of months. They send a text and if I need to reschedule, I can just reply or call. The techs have been professional and they get the job done pretty quickly. Since using the service, there have been less spiderwebs and tiny bugs.

Hawx Pest Control is treating my parents' home in North Carolina and the last time I was there, I didn't see any issues whatsoever. We have them coming out three times a month or whenever we see issues, they'll come. My parents wanted the same person to come out each time. They were comfortable with him. Hawx sends me a report each time. I'm not on the premises but they tell me that these are things that they're doing. My parents had issues with ants and wasps before. It's not summertime now, but they had spiders too. I don't see any of that. So, I'm happy with the service. Hawx has given me excellent service so far.

Hawx came out to check inside the house for termite droppings and the tech said that there were none there. Then, my husband and I did the walk through with the gentleman who was inspecting and we pulled bark off a tree to check. We couldn't find any external sign, which was a good thing. We tested for it and they said we probably didn't need the outside treatment. But when they explained where the termites can come from, we asked them to go ahead and insert the termite things into the ground. They didn't try to sell it to us. They were very thorough and after the guy put them in the ground, they sent a third person out to make sure it was done correctly. I'm very happy with them.

My tech Carl handled everything very quickly and efficiently. My service is once a month and they spray the exterior of the house. He does all kinds of stuff and I would go wherever he goes. He's really great. My biggest concern is during the summer with mosquitoes. Two years ago, it was really bad. Hopefully this year, it will be better. Also, I have a billing concern. I do billing through my bank and it seems to take a few days longer than everything else. I asked them when I first started doing it because I have always paid when Carl came. When the service started, he was coming the end of the month and they were sending the bill. They say, "You're supposed to pay on the 1st." So, that's what I do, but it usually doesn't get processed. It takes roughly a week when everything else goes through the same day or the next day. It shouldn't take that long.

Hawx has done pest control for me since July of last year. They spray during April to October, and there's no service during the winter. They let me know they schedule ahead of time when we signed the contract last year. They send me a text message a week prior to the service saying, "Hey, your next service is due. Someone will be there like 10:00 am or 9:00 am, and they'll do the service."

Hawx comes and takes care of my ants. So, the ants are moving away, finally. The technicians always seem to come when we're out. They have a time. They know what our appointments are and they come during those times. I think the cost is too much for what I get, but they'll come out extra when I call. I just wish they'd get closer to the road. I have a ditch and they seem to think that that's the end of my property, and it really is, but I have to take care of the rest of it. Sometimes, they don't get close to the street.

The reps are professional, and the preventative service is good. I moved into a new home, and so far, ever since we've been there, there hasn't been any pest going in.

Hawx came to the front door three years ago and went over their program, and I was having trouble with bugs then. Hawx was cheaper than the other people who had been by. They come out every three months and they spray the exterior of the house for all the different bugs, and they sometimes will sprinkle stuff into the landscape to kill the bugs out of it. The techs just text me when they're gonna be there. If I needed them to come inside to put any pest control down, then I would call and schedule an appointment. If you wanna get rid of most of your pests, Hawx does a good job of spraying around and they also clean your cobwebs in the corners of your house to help keep the spiders down from that.

Hawx delivered on what they said they were gonna do and they are prompt. One of the techs they sent out was very helpful. She pointed out a lot of things that needed to be addressed and then they came out the next visit and addressed it.

Communicating with Hawx is really seamless. They're great at it. Hawx sends me a text a couple of days before to confirm my appointment and makes sure that the time is good. The date of my appointment, the technician called me when he was 10 minutes out. He was very professional and nice. He had all of his gear. I showed him what needed to be sprayed and he sprayed the whole patio and cleared things out. When he came back, he explained what he sprayed and why he sprayed it. He also let me know any issues he's gonna note to work on the next time he comes. The techs are really good about explaining things. I really like it and it makes me feel good about what they're doing. I've had little to no pest activity since they started. They're doing a wonderful job. I've already recommended them to my mom and to a couple of friends who need bug spraying. I'm happy with their service. Hawx is definitely the best company that I've used in the Phoenix area.

Hawx comes every quarter and their service has been valuable. They do what they have to do and provide an email with documents and photos of what they did. When they most recently came out, they notified me prior to their arrival. They performed the service and they were professional. It was a good experience. Also, when I had some type of a situation where I reached out to them, they scheduled to come out and took care of it.

We have a bunch of bees around our house over the summer. They've taken care of all of that and they've done a really nice job. There was another hive that came in and they came right away way and retouched up. The techs also come on a quarterly basis. They tell me when they're coming and I tell them if that works or doesn't work.

The tech was very helpful and he did a really good job. He talked to me. Hawx is set up to do service for me quarterly and that has worked out well. I tell them what I have issues with and then they do service. I've had them out for spiders and since then, I haven't seen a lot of them. Hawx is good and they're detailed. Also, they're comparable to Orkin. They're a few dollars less and that's the biggest difference between them.

The techs usually call and say they'll be in the area. We set it up because they wanna make sure someone's there. So, it works. The tech is friendly and seems to know what he's doing. He comes in, says what he's gonna do, does his work and leaves the sheet. He does the perimeter of the property. I used to have a thing with spiders and it seems a lot better. Education-wise, we talked about mice quite a bit because we get those here in the winter and wasp nest too. The techs said they use something that's as nice to nature as they can get away with.

I had to call Hawx a couple of times because I had some water bugs around the house that I noticed. Every time I called, the techs came down and all my interactions were good.

It’s been a good experience with Hawx. They do it themselves. They just notify me when they're gonna show up. Then if I need to change it, I have to call back and change them. The techs have all been very friendly and professional. They’d come and do their business and get out of your hair. However, I hope they can get their scheduling down to a two-hour window, like between 4:00 and 6:00. Between 4:00 and 6:00 was the latest slot they had. I said, “If you could please try to come at 6:00 or at the very end of the day because I won't be home and I won't get off work till 5:00.” But then they still showed up really early. I just totally missed them.

I like that they send pictures to show the work that they did. I also can reach out to them through email or call them. They're friendly. They follow up and ask if they did a good job and if there's anything that I need. For the price that I pay, it's worth it to me. I'm satisfied. I would recommend Hawx.

Hawx Pest Control comes out and sprays the yard for mosquitoes, no-see-ums, and ants, and the service is great. The tech and I talk for a bit before he starts doing the work, which is nice for me. We also got the termite protection with Hawx. They always notify us when they're coming and when they're done, and they tell us what they did. The guys are nice, and they are legit. They say what they were gonna do, follow through and communicate with us a lot. Anybody that's looking for some type of pest control, I always tell them, “Go with Hawx, they're a lot better and the prices are good.”

The gentleman who came by and talked to us was very nice. We thought we'd give Hawx Pest Control a try and signed up for preventative treatment. Their pricing is in line with what other places. The biggest thing has been the customer service. When they come, they're always so nice to find out if we have any issues and they always let me know what they've done. When we had an ant problem, the gentleman came out right away and he was great. He took care of it and gave me good suggestions to prevent it coming back and we've been ant-free ever since.

Hawx has great customer service. When the technicians come by, they knock on the door to see if anybody is home and most of the time either I or my wife is. They let us know that they're here and that they're gonna be spraying. They also ask if there are any trouble spots or anything extra that can be done. After they're done, they knock on the door and let us know that they're done. They put a placard on the door saying what they did. We've had a couple of times where either right before or right after they came, it rained, and I had to call and get them to reschedule because what they just sprayed got rinsed away. At some point their billing changed but that was communicated. Instead of it being once every two months, it was gonna be once a month. They also told us what would the price difference be between the two.

Hawx comes out and sprays the exterior and interior of the house. Also, I have termite services with them. It's $80 a month which is a lot of money. They come out every three months, and they also come out if you call them in between times. It's easy to schedule. You just make a call and they give you a date and a time. It's great service. At the time when I signed up, Hawx had the cheapest rate. But now they have the most expensive rate so I'm thinking about switching over.

I'm glad I decided to go with Hawx. They respond to you and the technicians are really customer service-friendly. They engage me and give a thorough breakdown of what's going on. I also get a follow-up email from the technician and the company. I have a yearly service and they've gotten everything under control, so I can't complain. I signed up for their add-on for my mosquitoes as well because down here in North Carolina you get a lot of mosquitoes.

The most recent visit we had was good. Hawx Pest Control came out, took care of my yard, and left. We have not had an ant problem inside the house since they started coming out to do the treatments. They normally come around and spray. They'll ring the bell, let me know that they're here, then they'll either ring the bell again when they're leaving or they'll send me a text. The reps are really good. In fact, we had a technician who was really honest with us and went a step above and beyond what I would normally expect. That really made a great impression on me. He was scheduled to be here and put down an application on a day that was pouring rain. He said he could come out here and do the application but it was just going to wash away. He also said, "We won't charge you for this visit. We'll just come back next week and we'll reschedule you. I'll take care of all that." That worked out really well.

I was an Orkin customer and I was not satisfied with Orkin’s service. Hawx does the same service at a lower rate. Not by a significant amount, but enough that made me switch over to Hawx. Hawx is better than Orkin. The techs of Hawx have been fine. They show up and stay outside of the house and spray and leave. So far, everything's been great. They also proactively call me when my quarterly time comes up.

Two months ago, a young man from Hawx came to spray the inside and the outside. I need to call because I need them to come out again. To schedule our services, I have to call in. They have an automated system. Then the young lady picks up and they look at the schedule, and then they give me a date. When it's confirmed, they send me another text confirming that the person is on their way or that they're here. The technician that normally comes out is awesome. He is very friendly, very helpful, and gives me information as to what he's doing. He wears little blue shoes. I'm kind of OCD. So, I always ask them to come in the house first before they go out in the yard. He will come in first and go out. Sometimes, I'll tell him there were more spiders than what I expected. He'll say, “Okay, okay. I'll try.” We've been having ant problems and he's like, “Well, I'm gonna put these baits here, here and there.” He explains the product.

Hawx Pest Control's deal was better than the other guy at the time. Also, the techs have been respectful. They would come and knock at the door. I try to greet them. If not, they would just do the job and send the email with photos that that we could send our inputs on. For the most part, it has been good. I find dead insects. We had some ants in the garage that made it into our bathroom. So, I had them spray inside the garage, and that took care of that. The hornets are persistent also. We’re a two-story house, so they have to reach up with a big long pole. There would be a nest or two throughout the summer. But they took care of all of it. And they always have the option to redo if we were unsatisfied with the initial attempt. I've done that twice.

The last experience that I had with Hawx was phenomenal. The tech's name was Jackie. I explained to her that I had seen a mouse in our garage and she took the extra steps to walk around and make sure everything looked like it was taken care of. She planted some traps and not only that, but she also gave us some information we didn't even know about like where they may have been coming into the garage. I was blown away by how precise and knowledgeable she was and her professionalism throughout the whole thing.

Hawx told me what they offer, what kind of bugs they spray for, how often they come out, and then the price. They also let me know that if I ever need them to spray inside, they're willing to come back out if I'm not home, or if I am home to just let them know and they'll come inside and spray. I would recommend Hawx and I would tell others that the pricing is reasonable and that they have good customer service.

The only thing that I don't like is because I didn't cancel a week before, I was hooked up to a year contract. I don't see any roaches, and the spiderwebs are less than before. But Hawx is a good company and they have a good product. They're professional. They take care of the property well. When they go to the house, almost every time it's a different person. They know what to do and do their job properly.
