Hawx Pest Control Reviews

We have a yearly plan with Hawx. I like that they have a yearly plan and you don't have to call and schedule appointments every month. It's prescheduled. That's my favorite part. They did a good job the last time they were there. The techs did an outside check and set up some more rat traps.

Sometimes we have pest in-between treatments, but overall, the service has been pretty good.

Hawx has been nice. When I first signed up for the service, I didn't want huge lump payments. They kind of helped me with that. The people who come by reach out prior to, and then they also provide a summary afterward. Also, they are super respectful. They ask me what I need and what my concerns are, take action, and then they leave. I recently called Hawx because I felt like ants are coming. The service has been working enough for me to keep it. I don't want to go the opposite route. It just might be the season. Nevertheless, they'll be coming next week to service my property, which is perfect. They’re already on it.

The quality of the service was half-half at the very beginning. I have had issues. When the service provider came in and then the pest controller came in, the pest activity did not improve. The ants were not coming from outside of the house, it's actually inside of the house. But outside of the house, Hawx did a great job cleaning and then spraying.

I am very particular and I wanted to be treated well. When someone comes to my home, I want them to treat it just like it was their own. I always try to ask for the same technician and that has been a challenge. I don't like whatever Hawx system uses for scheduling but it is what it is. Also, some of the technicians have not done so well. That's why I like to stick with the person that I know who’s doing a good job, someone that I can trust. I shouldn't have to text the manager, “Hey, the guy that's here didn't spray around the house, didn't do that.” They immediately try to fix it, though.

I mostly get a text message saying that the services are due at a certain time, and that would be when Hawx Pest Control would be out. And to call them if I had any questions. The techs have been nice and always helpful when I talk to them.

I plan on canceling as soon as my contract is up. I felt like I wasn't given all the information when I signed up. One of my concerns was there is a mosquito problem in my area and they said that that would be taken care of but come to find out, it wasn't being taken care of the whole time. I asked if they could spray my bushes and they said that’s not on my contract. Also, they cost a lot more than other companies. They come out every three months but they charge every month, even on the months they don't come. But I'm satisfied with the techs. They get to the point and they take care of whatever.

The two technicians that I've had have been consistent and very respectful. They've been on time, professional, and very informative. Because it's summertime, I asked about what I needed to watch out for and sometimes, they'll beat me to the punch.

I liked the price of Hawx Pest Control. It was better than the service that I had before and it’s similar capabilities. They come out for the quarterly application.

I take care of several elderly family members and they like to get out in the yard. But they were getting bit by insects and bugs in our area. The gentleman from Hawx said that they provide a service that would spray the entire yard. I asked if they would spray the entire acre and a half yard and he said, "Yes, absolutely." I signed up but when the people came, they only did a perimeter right around the house -- 10 to 15 feet around the perimeter of the house. When I contacted them about that, they said they don't do the whole yard and I don't have any recourse because there's no recording of the first rep I talked to. I met my agreement and recently canceled. I had no issues with the people that come to my home to do the service, though. They did the service exactly as they are supposed to do it. I just felt like it was deceptive at the very beginning. It didn't work for me but I would recommend them to people.

I was having problems with roaches initially and it seems to be under control since having Hawx. Occasionally, I get problem ants, and they take care of that. Last year, I had them start doing mosquito control in the backyard. Part of that service is also for fleas and I haven't had any fleas, so that's good. They're always happy to take care of whatever I tell them about.

The service seems to be working okay. I don't see a lot of bugs, and I'm happy. The technicians let me know when they're coming, and they're here. I can talk with them if I want to or need to, or otherwise, they could just take care of it on their own. They do a good job. They take care of what they say they're taking care of.

Every experience with Hawx has been good. They will come and spray outside. If I need them to come inside, they have no problem with doing so. They always let me know when they're leaving, and then ask me if there was anything else they could do before they leave.

The techs are very professional. They came inside once when I requested because I had roaches. They sprayed and it was taken care of. Also, they come for mosquitoes but somehow the mosquitoes still survived. Hopefully, I see a decrease this July. The cost and the quality of the service are intertwined. It's good. I know there are a lot of pest control companies and I'm happy with mine.

Hawx was affordable. Also, their rep was personable and informative. Their techs come quarterly. If I have any issues with something before they come in, I just email them, and they would go ahead and treat for it. They let me know when they're coming in, and I could always change it if I needed to. The techs are friendly and attend to my concerns. They take care of any things that I need immediately.

Hawx Pest Control came out and helped clean up and spray everything inside and outside. They're very friendly. They always come out on time, and we have no problems getting them to come or schedule an appointment. They did the job, and we have no pest issues since they did. All the areas that I wanted, inside and outside, were covered. So, great service.

My experience with Hawx was horrible. I have two homes that I use with them. In one of my homes, I just realized that it had been almost a year and they hadn't been out there. They've been out there maybe twice when I first got with them and then almost seven months later when the reason why I called them got worse. When we found out, they told me that I never had the service. I said, “Well, the first time that I got with you, I paid $60 a month. And I wanted the same service as the other home and I paid $60 a month. Why would I pay the same for less service? So if I don't have the pest control that I have at my other home, why would I even agree to pay more for less?” If I didn't want that, I would have said, “Oh, okay. Well, I don't need that here.” Then I will be looking for a cheaper charge.

Hawx went for the first time to my condo and everything went great. The product works. The guy was very nice and did a very good job. He called me to confirm the appointment and let me know he was on his way. I like the reliability and good customer service.

I had some problems getting ahold of Hawx a couple of times. I wanted to get some bed bug treatment and I had to chase them down. When I didn't respond once, I had to reengage and there were two layers of support where I had to get rerouted a few times to the Cincinnati local office. Eventually, they got out there. I like they're able to take pictures real time and report everything. It's a nice system they have set up there. Also, the technician have been great and responsive.

I was getting bit by spiders. I called them and they came out. They sprayed and even de-webbed. The spiders went away. Then, I was selling my condo and I was out on the porch and saw saw dust on the floor. I thought I had carpenter ants or termites so I called them and they came out on the same day, swept it up, and treated it. The quality of their work is top-shelf and I'd recommend them.

Hawx was able to reasonably work the cost in a way that benefited the services that I needed. I’ve been with them for four months now and they’re good. I asked for an additional service that I thought was included in my plan and they said that they could send somebody out and do intermittent in between sessions. They went above and beyond as well as far as trying to assess my issues and me still not seeing results that I wanted, without even charging additional. So, it was great. They were wonderful.

Hawx had a flexible contract and the prices seemed reasonable, and they could get started right away. Whereas for some other company, I had to wait or the payments were higher. The first time the techs came out, it was good. They explained to me what they were gonna do, asked if I had any questions and tried to do the treatment for getting rid of the drain flies. They said I should let them know if it persists and they would come back, and they did. They put in some product to try and get rid of it, and that was helpful. Currently, I don't have a drain fly issue. It was a positive experience with Hawx. Every time I noticed that there was an issue, they tried to send someone out under their services.

Hawx takes care of what we need them to take of. I'm not sure what they take care of justifies the entire cost but I'm happy with the service. They're always on time. The process does not take very long. They're not intrusive by any means.

Ever since we moved to Hawx, everything has been better than before. With our previous provider, we had a lot of black widows and beetles. Hawx's techs are great and they communicate. They ask if there is anything we want them to look at or if there was anything else that we didn't like about the previous service.

I had service for termites. They had to cancel twice because of the weather. That was a bummer. But their tech Kenny was right on the money. I called yesterday about my last bill. I thought I was charged for somebody coming out. The rep said they charge me $40 every month and that's for every 90 days. But he was short with me. We hung up and I said, "jerk" and he goes, "I heard that.". Other than that, Kenny is fine as is anybody else I've talked to. I've suggested Hawx to my sister and Kenny went over to her house and did what she needed.

I am happy with Hawx Pest Control. They got rid of the German cockroaches the neighbor brought over. I wasn't happy with their sales group, though. Their sales group led me to believe that it would be $50 four times a year, but it was $50 a month. The sales rep was trying to get a sale. He was evasive and kept talking about $50 once a quarter. All my neighbors said the same thing, and I'm the only one who stuck it out. But they apologized. They made me very happy about it. All of the guys who come over and do the spraying have been very kind, courteous and respectful. They don't mind that my house isn't clean.

We have two and a half acres and toward the back part is an acre that is a wooded area. There were some yellow jackets and my husband found out he was allergic. Since then, he needed pest control to come out there and take care of the yellow jackets. We got Hawx, signed up the contract, and we have them with the house now to spray the house. The techs have been excellent. They're professional and polite. They always have a smile on their face. If we have any questions, they answer them. If we see a bug three weeks later, within our time slot of the next spray, all I have to do is call, and they're out here the next day spraying again.

I had a wonderful experience with them. Al the techs are friendly and respectful. They provide good customer service. They are always on time and they spray well. I have not seen any water bugs or cockroaches since I've started using them. I got a good deal on them for the year and they were cheaper than everybody else.

Hawx came to my door and at that time, I didn't really need it. But I thought there's always gonna be bugs everywhere. I decided to hire them and I paid for a full year's service. It was just for spiders and whatnot. Hawx is professional. I like the fact that they take pictures of what they've done. One thing, however, was I noticed that I got charged the other day for 39. I called and spoke to a gentleman. I inquired why I was getting charged that 39. He had mentioned something following back up with me before the end of the week to cancel out everything, because I was in the middle of some billing cycle.

The whole thing is a scam. I had them spray for mosquitoes and it didn't work. When the tech first came to the door, it was the end of the season so there were only two sprays left. I had signed up for that but then they tried to say I had signed up for a whole year, and that they're gonna charge me. They wanted to come out and I said, "No, I don't want you guys to come out to my property ever again. And I'm not paying you for your services ever again."

Hawx Pest Control is a reliable company.

They offered me a summer special. They do service every couple of months. They send a text and if I need to reschedule, I can just reply or call. The techs have been professional and they get the job done pretty quickly. Since using the service, there have been less spiderwebs and tiny bugs.

Hawx Pest Control is treating my parents' home in North Carolina and the last time I was there, I didn't see any issues whatsoever. We have them coming out three times a month or whenever we see issues, they'll come. My parents wanted the same person to come out each time. They were comfortable with him. Hawx sends me a report each time. I'm not on the premises but they tell me that these are things that they're doing. My parents had issues with ants and wasps before. It's not summertime now, but they had spiders too. I don't see any of that. So, I'm happy with the service. Hawx has given me excellent service so far.

Hawx came out to check inside the house for termite droppings and the tech said that there were none there. Then, my husband and I did the walk through with the gentleman who was inspecting and we pulled bark off a tree to check. We couldn't find any external sign, which was a good thing. We tested for it and they said we probably didn't need the outside treatment. But when they explained where the termites can come from, we asked them to go ahead and insert the termite things into the ground. They didn't try to sell it to us. They were very thorough and after the guy put them in the ground, they sent a third person out to make sure it was done correctly. I'm very happy with them.

My tech Carl handled everything very quickly and efficiently. My service is once a month and they spray the exterior of the house. He does all kinds of stuff and I would go wherever he goes. He's really great. My biggest concern is during the summer with mosquitoes. Two years ago, it was really bad. Hopefully this year, it will be better. Also, I have a billing concern. I do billing through my bank and it seems to take a few days longer than everything else. I asked them when I first started doing it because I have always paid when Carl came. When the service started, he was coming the end of the month and they were sending the bill. They say, "You're supposed to pay on the 1st." So, that's what I do, but it usually doesn't get processed. It takes roughly a week when everything else goes through the same day or the next day. It shouldn't take that long.

Hawx has done pest control for me since July of last year. They spray during April to October, and there's no service during the winter. They let me know they schedule ahead of time when we signed the contract last year. They send me a text message a week prior to the service saying, "Hey, your next service is due. Someone will be there like 10:00 am or 9:00 am, and they'll do the service."

Hawx comes and takes care of my ants. So, the ants are moving away, finally. The technicians always seem to come when we're out. They have a time. They know what our appointments are and they come during those times. I think the cost is too much for what I get, but they'll come out extra when I call. I just wish they'd get closer to the road. I have a ditch and they seem to think that that's the end of my property, and it really is, but I have to take care of the rest of it. Sometimes, they don't get close to the street.

The reps are professional, and the preventative service is good. I moved into a new home, and so far, ever since we've been there, there hasn't been any pest going in.

Hawx came to the front door three years ago and went over their program, and I was having trouble with bugs then. Hawx was cheaper than the other people who had been by. They come out every three months and they spray the exterior of the house for all the different bugs, and they sometimes will sprinkle stuff into the landscape to kill the bugs out of it. The techs just text me when they're gonna be there. If I needed them to come inside to put any pest control down, then I would call and schedule an appointment. If you wanna get rid of most of your pests, Hawx does a good job of spraying around and they also clean your cobwebs in the corners of your house to help keep the spiders down from that.

Hawx delivered on what they said they were gonna do and they are prompt. One of the techs they sent out was very helpful. She pointed out a lot of things that needed to be addressed and then they came out the next visit and addressed it.

Communicating with Hawx is really seamless. They're great at it. Hawx sends me a text a couple of days before to confirm my appointment and makes sure that the time is good. The date of my appointment, the technician called me when he was 10 minutes out. He was very professional and nice. He had all of his gear. I showed him what needed to be sprayed and he sprayed the whole patio and cleared things out. When he came back, he explained what he sprayed and why he sprayed it. He also let me know any issues he's gonna note to work on the next time he comes. The techs are really good about explaining things. I really like it and it makes me feel good about what they're doing. I've had little to no pest activity since they started. They're doing a wonderful job. I've already recommended them to my mom and to a couple of friends who need bug spraying. I'm happy with their service. Hawx is definitely the best company that I've used in the Phoenix area.

Hawx comes every quarter and their service has been valuable. They do what they have to do and provide an email with documents and photos of what they did. When they most recently came out, they notified me prior to their arrival. They performed the service and they were professional. It was a good experience. Also, when I had some type of a situation where I reached out to them, they scheduled to come out and took care of it.

We have a bunch of bees around our house over the summer. They've taken care of all of that and they've done a really nice job. There was another hive that came in and they came right away way and retouched up. The techs also come on a quarterly basis. They tell me when they're coming and I tell them if that works or doesn't work.

The tech was very helpful and he did a really good job. He talked to me. Hawx is set up to do service for me quarterly and that has worked out well. I tell them what I have issues with and then they do service. I've had them out for spiders and since then, I haven't seen a lot of them. Hawx is good and they're detailed. Also, they're comparable to Orkin. They're a few dollars less and that's the biggest difference between them.

The techs usually call and say they'll be in the area. We set it up because they wanna make sure someone's there. So, it works. The tech is friendly and seems to know what he's doing. He comes in, says what he's gonna do, does his work and leaves the sheet. He does the perimeter of the property. I used to have a thing with spiders and it seems a lot better. Education-wise, we talked about mice quite a bit because we get those here in the winter and wasp nest too. The techs said they use something that's as nice to nature as they can get away with.

I had to call Hawx a couple of times because I had some water bugs around the house that I noticed. Every time I called, the techs came down and all my interactions were good.

It’s been a good experience with Hawx. They do it themselves. They just notify me when they're gonna show up. Then if I need to change it, I have to call back and change them. The techs have all been very friendly and professional. They’d come and do their business and get out of your hair. However, I hope they can get their scheduling down to a two-hour window, like between 4:00 and 6:00. Between 4:00 and 6:00 was the latest slot they had. I said, “If you could please try to come at 6:00 or at the very end of the day because I won't be home and I won't get off work till 5:00.” But then they still showed up really early. I just totally missed them.

I like that they send pictures to show the work that they did. I also can reach out to them through email or call them. They're friendly. They follow up and ask if they did a good job and if there's anything that I need. For the price that I pay, it's worth it to me. I'm satisfied. I would recommend Hawx.

Hawx Pest Control comes out and sprays the yard for mosquitoes, no-see-ums, and ants, and the service is great. The tech and I talk for a bit before he starts doing the work, which is nice for me. We also got the termite protection with Hawx. They always notify us when they're coming and when they're done, and they tell us what they did. The guys are nice, and they are legit. They say what they were gonna do, follow through and communicate with us a lot. Anybody that's looking for some type of pest control, I always tell them, “Go with Hawx, they're a lot better and the prices are good.”

The gentleman who came by and talked to us was very nice. We thought we'd give Hawx Pest Control a try and signed up for preventative treatment. Their pricing is in line with what other places. The biggest thing has been the customer service. When they come, they're always so nice to find out if we have any issues and they always let me know what they've done. When we had an ant problem, the gentleman came out right away and he was great. He took care of it and gave me good suggestions to prevent it coming back and we've been ant-free ever since.

Hawx has great customer service. When the technicians come by, they knock on the door to see if anybody is home and most of the time either I or my wife is. They let us know that they're here and that they're gonna be spraying. They also ask if there are any trouble spots or anything extra that can be done. After they're done, they knock on the door and let us know that they're done. They put a placard on the door saying what they did. We've had a couple of times where either right before or right after they came, it rained, and I had to call and get them to reschedule because what they just sprayed got rinsed away. At some point their billing changed but that was communicated. Instead of it being once every two months, it was gonna be once a month. They also told us what would the price difference be between the two.

Hawx comes out and sprays the exterior and interior of the house. Also, I have termite services with them. It's $80 a month which is a lot of money. They come out every three months, and they also come out if you call them in between times. It's easy to schedule. You just make a call and they give you a date and a time. It's great service. At the time when I signed up, Hawx had the cheapest rate. But now they have the most expensive rate so I'm thinking about switching over.

I'm glad I decided to go with Hawx. They respond to you and the technicians are really customer service-friendly. They engage me and give a thorough breakdown of what's going on. I also get a follow-up email from the technician and the company. I have a yearly service and they've gotten everything under control, so I can't complain. I signed up for their add-on for my mosquitoes as well because down here in North Carolina you get a lot of mosquitoes.

The most recent visit we had was good. Hawx Pest Control came out, took care of my yard, and left. We have not had an ant problem inside the house since they started coming out to do the treatments. They normally come around and spray. They'll ring the bell, let me know that they're here, then they'll either ring the bell again when they're leaving or they'll send me a text. The reps are really good. In fact, we had a technician who was really honest with us and went a step above and beyond what I would normally expect. That really made a great impression on me. He was scheduled to be here and put down an application on a day that was pouring rain. He said he could come out here and do the application but it was just going to wash away. He also said, "We won't charge you for this visit. We'll just come back next week and we'll reschedule you. I'll take care of all that." That worked out really well.

Hawx Pest Control's deal was better than the other guy at the time. Also, the techs have been respectful. They would come and knock at the door. I try to greet them. If not, they would just do the job and send the email with photos that that we could send our inputs on. For the most part, it has been good. I find dead insects. We had some ants in the garage that made it into our bathroom. So, I had them spray inside the garage, and that took care of that. The hornets are persistent also. We’re a two-story house, so they have to reach up with a big long pole. There would be a nest or two throughout the summer. But they took care of all of it. And they always have the option to redo if we were unsatisfied with the initial attempt. I've done that twice.

I was an Orkin customer and I was not satisfied with Orkin’s service. Hawx does the same service at a lower rate. Not by a significant amount, but enough that made me switch over to Hawx. Hawx is better than Orkin. The techs of Hawx have been fine. They show up and stay outside of the house and spray and leave. So far, everything's been great. They also proactively call me when my quarterly time comes up.

Two months ago, a young man from Hawx came to spray the inside and the outside. I need to call because I need them to come out again. To schedule our services, I have to call in. They have an automated system. Then the young lady picks up and they look at the schedule, and then they give me a date. When it's confirmed, they send me another text confirming that the person is on their way or that they're here. The technician that normally comes out is awesome. He is very friendly, very helpful, and gives me information as to what he's doing. He wears little blue shoes. I'm kind of OCD. So, I always ask them to come in the house first before they go out in the yard. He will come in first and go out. Sometimes, I'll tell him there were more spiders than what I expected. He'll say, “Okay, okay. I'll try.” We've been having ant problems and he's like, “Well, I'm gonna put these baits here, here and there.” He explains the product.

The last experience that I had with Hawx was phenomenal. The tech's name was Jackie. I explained to her that I had seen a mouse in our garage and she took the extra steps to walk around and make sure everything looked like it was taken care of. She planted some traps and not only that, but she also gave us some information we didn't even know about like where they may have been coming into the garage. I was blown away by how precise and knowledgeable she was and her professionalism throughout the whole thing.

Hawx told me what they offer, what kind of bugs they spray for, how often they come out, and then the price. They also let me know that if I ever need them to spray inside, they're willing to come back out if I'm not home, or if I am home to just let them know and they'll come inside and spray. I would recommend Hawx and I would tell others that the pricing is reasonable and that they have good customer service.

The only thing that I don't like is because I didn't cancel a week before, I was hooked up to a year contract. I don't see any roaches, and the spiderwebs are less than before. But Hawx is a good company and they have a good product. They're professional. They take care of the property well. When they go to the house, almost every time it's a different person. They know what to do and do their job properly.

I liked the price of Hawx and also neighbors in the area used the service. The technicians are professional.

The last time Hawx came out, my husband had some concerns. My husband was asking about something that he saw in the yard. The guy was like, “Okay.” He went out and did it. However, we asked them to call us or to let us know if they're going to come, and not just bill me. We don't see them.

The scheduling service was good. They were really flexible. The technicians were always fantastic.

Everyone from Hawx that I have met and that has confronted me when they came had always been very nice and professional. The people are great, but I do not like not being notified ahead of time that they're coming. The last couple of times, the only way that I knew that they were here was because I saw that I was charged, and I'm not sure if they were even here. I do believe that they are on my property, but they couldn't prove it. I couldn't prove that they were. Other than that, I am totally satisfied. It's expensive for me on a limited income, but getting rid of the ants just one time is worth it.

Hawx is great. Every time they're here, there's never a problem. They're super quick about it. We have a monthly service, and in the summer, they come twice a month. Their people are super professional and nice. We have chicken, so they take that into consideration a lot, too. I'm happy with Hawx.

Hawx was out in our neighborhood and their guy approached me. I was hesitant at first and I was trying to get him out of my hair. But in the end, I agreed to it and I'm glad I did. It was a good experience. Their technician was great. I sat here and talked to him for about two hours while he worked and I got to know him. He was really personable and knowledgeable. He didn't try to oversell me on anything. There are those rare people that you're glad that they're out there. He is an asset to the company. Hawx contacts me on a quarterly basis. They would text and email me about a month out. They emailed me last week and told me that they will be in the area doing their termite assessment and prevention. They let me set the day and time. It was convenient. So far so good. I haven't had any infestations.

Most recently, the tech from Hawx did the ductwork for the hives and the bees like the top of the shingles and the screens. I had a mouse problem, and he checked the bait boxes. Then he went around, and he came in the house, and he checked all the glue traps and put down some more traps. Hawx is pretty reasonable for the price. It's good because my mouse problem has really decreased. I still have probably one or two in the house, but I got mousetraps there. I don't hear all that noise anymore.

The techs seem to have been very professional. I had a recent visit from them because I had cockroaches. I live in a mobile home and they did a very thorough job on that except I had a strange roommate who wouldn't let them go into his quarters. So, that left me with a cockroach problem because there were some in there, and they started venturing out of his room when the service was completed. I called Hawx and told them about it and they're going to reschedule me for another round. I served my roommate with an eviction notice and I wanna wait till he leaves before I do another one because he messed up everything. I had the techs come out and help me with an ant problem I had. They eliminated the ants and I haven't seen an ant around here since. So, I was very impressed with that. And all in all, I've been very happy with Hawx.

The tech from Hawx did all the normal stuff that they're supposed to do. He sprayed the ant beds in my yard. He sprayed around my fence because he said a lot ants are coming from neighbor's yards. He did a good job. I have an automatic scheduling service and they'll call me when I'm due an inspection and a treatment. Usually, a few days prior, they'll call me and see if it's okay for that day. When we first got here, we had a lot of little roaches in the house coming in from outside because they were still doing construction on other lots. Hawx got rid of them. It took about a week or so, but they put down different chemicals and the roaches were gone.

We've had a great experience with Hawx. I usually get a notification from them if they're coming. The young lady that came by did a fantastic job. She was very professional and we enjoyed her company.

Hawx comes regularly. I don't even have to schedule. It's always been done when they say it's going to. I never had any issues with them showing up. They handle everything on their own. But a couple of times, I specifically requested if we had a wasp nest, they would fix it, and I would let them know in advance. They took care of it when they showed up. Occasionally, during weather changes, we'll see an uptick. But overall, since we moved, the pest activity has been significantly less. One thing that's weird is they always call from a not secure number. So, it always comes as spam. Then I get a lot of sales calls from them. And I don't love that. But the service itself is really good.

I’ve been with Hawx for two years now. I’m happy with them. The techs have been very kind and knowledgeable. They always ask me if there's something else that I need. They use a very good product. They take care of what I need for my house to be protected from pests.

Last year was not that good with the technicians of Hawx. Only the first month was good, after that, the response was not good. Every two months, they have to come and do the pest control. But sometimes, they do it after four months. But the technician I got assigned starting of this year has been quite responsive. I had a call with that technician and almost thought of canceling, but she talked me into continuing the service with them. She gave me the promise, "Whatever issues you have, I'm ready to resolve them." I said, "Okay, I'll give it a try this year. If I'm not satisfied, then I'll discontinue at the end of the year." Their customer service has also been very good.

It's been very easy to schedule service with Hawx and their technicians have been very good. Since using their service, we still have a little pest activity every once in a while, but it's not much.

They come out every other month. They do mosquito abatement. They also do regular bug treatment, and they'll treat ants. They make sure I don't get any bugs in my house. Every technician we've had and talked to has been fantastic. They text and call before they get here. If we're not here, they text and send an email after they're done.

I had a bad experience from another control company on the first visit. Hawx was actually in the neighborhood doing door to door checks on pest control, and I had talked to them at my door, and then I gave them a chance. They addressed things I needed. Scheduling our service was pretty easy. I just call in and let them know I need to have an appointment scheduled. As far as the technicians, I haven't had any issues dealing with them. They always address what I've asked for.

Since we've been using Hawx, we have lesser bugs in the house. It keeps fire ants knocked down around the outside of the house. Communication with the technicians is good when they come here and I talk to them, but we've had six different technicians at different times. It was very seldom we get the same guy four times in a row. It's more often than I would like to see. I asked for the guy that came last time, but I didn't know because I was leaving when he came.

The Hawx technician has always been professional. I love him. I'm so glad that he takes care of my problems. The techs also let me know when they're coming out and they're always on time. They also dress nice. They’re always in uniform.

Hawx is the most detailed pest control company I've ever worked with. And I've been in this house for almost 25 years. Before they came to the door, I was expecting them because I received a text the day before that they were coming and an approximate window of time so that I could make sure to be here although they don't come inside the house unless I asked them to. They do most of it from the outside. I have a cinder block home with steel and there's no wood inside the walls. So, it makes it a little bit easier for them.

My experience with Hawx was satisfactory. They came out and sprayed. They did what they were supposed to do. They always leave a report as far as what they did.

I have not liked Hawx's service at all. It's terrible. All their techs are super nice, but whatever chemical they use does not appear to have any effect on bugs. As a matter of fact, I saw a bug this morning in my windowsill. They treat at least once a quarter, but I always have to have them come back and re-treat. I've done that several times. They're always giving an excuse. They say that the chemical they have cannot control everything and is not a pest removal, it is just a pest control. I understand that, but I would expect more from it, especially paying the kind of money I've been paying. It's not worth my time and effort to mess with them. I told them I'm canceling as soon as the contract is up.

At first, I was leery about Hawx. There were two guys that showed up. They talked a good game and explained to me how they treat stuff. We had Batzner at the time. Batzner would come inside the house to treat. Hawx has not done that. If I would call Batzner and tell them I got a gazillion spiders in my house, they may not be out for six weeks. With Hawx, I had to call them once, and they came out here in a day or two. I’ve referred my friends to them.

The techs come out on a quarterly basis. They’re on time and I have an excellent experience with them. I highly recommend Hawx.

Hawx has been fantastic. They do an outside treatment of my yard. They text me and let me know the day that they're gonna be there. Then they send me a text saying that they're at the house. Sometimes they ring the doorbell to say they're there taking care of the yard. After they finish, they take pictures, send them to send me and tell me the the job is complete.

We used to have another company. We lasted for four months. They just came in, sprayed then left. Sometimes we didn't know that they even came. Hawx has better communication with us. They let us know when they get here and when they leave. They tell us what they do. The spray that they use tend to go off 2 ft off the ground from the house, so it's a lot more than what the old team did. I'm paying the same price for something that's better quality and better service, so I'm happy for that. I also love that I could just call whenever I want them to do that free spray. If anything pops up, they're willing to show up, just make an appointment.

We have a five-acre property and we got quoted. With what we were paying, everything was supposed to be treated and it wasn't. All they did was go around my house and replace traps. And we have a whole shop that never got done. We have a pond and they never sprayed for mosquitoes throughout our whole yard, which was the whole reason we called them. The guys who came out were great but everything wasn't getting done that I got promised and that we were paying for. We moved and now, they won't cancel my service. They want copies of my new mortgage and sale of my house, and they don't need that information. There's a lot of personal information there.

I'm impressed when the last guy was here. He was very nice. He took a picture and showed me everything he did. The other guy comes in and sometimes I don't even know the exact time until later and find out and they came that day. They are supposed to be coming every month. They charge every month but they're not coming when they're supposed to be. They're coming every three months. I had a lot of ants and told them about it. They put something but there's still problem on the ants. Next month, I'm going to cancel the account for the spiders and mosquitos but I'm going to keep the other account that I signed up for last month for the termites. Last time, when I was trying to cancel the contract, they said, "No, you need to call in May to cancel the contract." Last time they were here, they found out I had a problem with the termites so I signed up another contract to take care of that.

It's been easy with Hawx. They give me a heads-up before coming. It's been different technicians a couple times, but everybody's been good.

Hawx does a thorough job. Then they send me the photos, what they do and how they do it. We're very satisfied with the service. They have a schedule, and if we need something done, they'll do it. I would recommend others to try Hawx up if they needed it.

I like the pricing of Hawx. Scheduling service has also been very easy. The techs have been knowledgeable. They go over and beyond to do the regular services. They make sure that they take care of any of our concerns.

I enjoy the service of Hawx. I can call them any time. Customer service is good. The techs are also really good guys. They're courteous and professional.

They contacted me to let me know that they would be coming out to service the yard and they did. They've been very clear about what they did and what areas they addressed. It's been a positive experience with Hawx. It's a good value for your money.

They come every three months. If I need them to come anytime within that time, I just have to give them a call and they will come out. It's been pleasant. I had no issues with the guys who came out a couple of times. The pests outside have been fine. I don't really get that many bugs, but there are still the roaches inside. Because the last time the person was there was sometime this year.

Hawx had the best deal. They were less than half of anybody else. The guys that come here are always the best. They're always cheerful and they send a full-text version of the whole report with pictures. It's a lot more than I could ever ask for.

My husband has metastatic cancer. We do work as much as possible anyway in life, and I needed some extra help. They said they would sweep down the walls. I know they're not going to be white, but it helps us with the spiders and the bugs. We had carpenter ants at the time and we have had no more carpenter ants since Hawx started with us. We've been very pleased. They come out every three months. They wipe down the soffits. They also do around the basement of the home. Because we have animals, they're very careful about making sure the gate's closed and letting us know when they'll be here. They're also here when they say they are.

Hawx is good. They give you the guarantee that, “If we come out and spray, and then you see bugs, we'll come back out and spray free of charge.” We've used that a couple of times and they've given us no flack. They can't control bugs, but they can come out to re-apply. We're getting more than what we're paying for. They've always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They always make sure to call and give us plenty of heads up that they're coming so they're not coming unannounced. They always follow instructions.

I had a positive experience with Hawx. However, they had missed some times that they should have come out. They didn't explain that when we signed up. We thought they were gonna come out every month. I found out that it was only a seasonal thing. But that was the only issue I had with them. As far as the service, I saw a decrease in the pests and bugs.

Hawx comes out once a month. They do full pest control plus we have mosquito and flea spray service. The technicians are fine but I'm not happy with the customer service aspect of them. I'm trying to reevaluate if I'm gonna stay with them. Last month, they were supposed to come out after not doing service a month before because they said they don't do it in December. I needed a service and they scheduled an appointment with us on a specific day. They, at 4:00 p.m., after me sitting there all day waiting for them, texted me saying that the technician would not be able to come and they would not be able to come for another 10 days after that.

Hawx has done what they said they're gonna do. They generally send me a text and an email the day or two before they're coming. The experience went as planned. I don't talk with the technician but I did this time. We discussed some things and all went well. However, Hawx has gone up in the last year or two and I have been offered a lower price by another provider. Other than that, they do good work.

Hawx comes out once every three months. They do whatever is necessary for that time of year and an inspection. The technicians are fine. They give us a heads up the day before they come out and do their service. Usually, after the service, I get a text message to reply how things went.

The technicians, Miguel and Marvin, were excellent and very polite. They took the time to spray the house and the property. But I've had several treatments from Hawx and I’m just not getting rid of the bugs. I'm still buying stuff to kill bugs and it doesn't make any sense for me to keep buying products and keep paying them to come out and spray. My husband has made the last payment and canceled the service.

The experience with Hawx has been good. At one point, the guy that they sent out was fairly new and was not good. He only did half the job. But it was rectified when his boss came out and did the rest. This last time, the guy who came was okay.

Dealing with the tech has gone very well and I'm happy with the experience. We had an ant problem and they’re gone. It’s been great. Hawx has done a good job.

Hawx is great. The techs are very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, helpful and detailed. I'm very satisfied with what they did and what they are doing. They are trustworthy as well. Since having their service, the pest has disappeared. I will highly recommend Hawx.

I had just signed with another pest control company and Hawx came to the neighborhood and knocked on my door. Their pest control combined with the termite protection was way cheaper than what I was currently with, that I immediately cancelled my contract, paid the penalty fees and went with Hawx. I’ve only had to call them once to make an extra trip. They email or text me when they're coming, and I'll let the family know. The techs have been very nice. We have Ring cameras all over the house so we get the alarms if we're not home that they're there. And they're always doing their job.

Hawx has always been great and professional. If I'm home, they'd stop and let me know they're here. They're doing a follow-up now. They seem to have taken care of the bug infestation on a porch attached to the house that needed controlling. They also went after a few wasp nests, and they treated the whole house originally and checked for ongoing wasp growth or nest. Hawx did the job, and I was perfectly satisfied.

Every time the techs from Hawx come to the door, they are very courteous and professional. They're doing a good job because I don't see any critters. Everybody thinks the cost could be less but it's okay.

In the past, we had an ant problem on the first floor, and the techs came out and treated. And if it wasn't remedied, they would come out and do it free of charge, which is great. Dealing with them had all been positive. I scheduled just the initial set up and then, they sent me an email or a text saying that they were gonna be out. I don't have to call them every time they come out. Since I started the service, the pest activity has been minimal. If people had any pest issues, I'd recommend them reaching out to Hawx.

The techs from Hawx come out monthly, and I am amazed because they take pictures and send when they're done, and with a full report of everything that was completed. They even knocked down all the spider webs around the house, which I could just kiss them for. I'm very pleased. They have been very communicative and professional. I know ahead of time when they're coming. They let me know when they’re here because I'm often not home. Each of the professionals are incredibly polite and professional. They're an outstanding team and I never feel uncomfortable with them here. It's been a good experience. I would recommend them to anybody. I have never had a pest control company this good.

The techs have been wonderful. They come out every three months and then come back as needed. They spray for bugs, mostly ants around the outside. We live on an open field, and they have a mousetrap out back. Hawx’s service is good for a little bit and then all of a sudden, I'll have ants in the bathroom and the laundry room. Still, I'll recommend them.

My most recent experience was a couple of months ago. A newer person came out and he was super nice. When I talked to him at the end, he told me what he did and then I asked for some of the big bait traps and he had them. Also, they always offer to come in if I need anything inside. They've been friendly, thorough, and they seem to be educated.

Hawx Pest Control has helped a lot.

I got notification when Hawx techs were coming. They came that day, so on time. Hawx called me recently to see if I wanted to add mosquito protection, and I said I wasn't interested. They didn't try to push it. That was nice. I like it when companies are understanding. I called one time to make sure they did the inside of the home as well as the outside, and no problems with that either. I would recommend Hawx.

Hawx Pest Control sprays the front and back yards, and checks the hornet's nest. They knocked everything down, they spray for mosquitoes and bugs like ants. They would come back out again and spray to get them to stop trying to come in the house. All of them have been very friendly. Sometimes, I forgot that they were coming and I had my gate locked. And they would leave me a message saying, "We were not able to get into the back. Whenever you're available, let us know. We'll come back out to finish the job." All their staff have been amazing. The service has been great and the bugs have slowed down as far as coming into the home. I would recommend Hawx Pest Control because they do everything.

I had a good experience with Hawx. The people that came out were very polite and congenial. They delivered better service than my previous provider. They did a more thorough job and had good customer communication. I'd run into a couple little problems from time to time, and they responded quickly. I didn't have many issues with them until I realized that there were other services that offered slightly more for a similar value. I'm canceling service going forward.

They come every quarter and then they come once a month for the mosquitoes. Their technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous.

Technicians come once a month or once every other month and interactions have been good. Compared to the other company that I was using, Hawx is fairly good and it's not that expensive. It's just that even after they service my backyard, sometimes there are some mosquitoes. They serviced my backyard and we were still uncomfortable being in the backyard. The treatment can be a little bit better in terms of the mosquito issue. That is something I have to address with Hawx.

My recent experience with them was excellent. I called back the company I used before. It feels comfortable when I know somebody. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He did everything. I was very happy.

Please do not use this company if you want success in treating your home. I am an honest person, and this review is not for my unhappiness or anger alone. This company dropped the ball several times and now we have a termite infestation that has been at our house for several years affecting not only our crawlspace but the first and second floors.

Signup was a quick process. The Hawx Pest Control guys rolled up on those hoverboard things going door to door, and they contacted me. The guy I dealt with used a tablet to go through what I was signing up for, and within two weeks, somebody came out to assess the house and to begin treatment. Prior to them coming, I was doing something similar to what they're doing. I'd mix up the stuff, spray it on the outside of the house with soap in it to get it to stick, and then spread pellets. It wasn't that effective. Living in the south, we've got the palmetto bugs, which would be called a cockroach anywhere else. There are these big ones that tend to show up and I haven't seen a big one since they started. What they're doing is more effective than what I was doing.

I only have a one-year contract with Hawx Pest Control. And they came out whenever we first moved in. We had a bunch of wasps, spiders and ants. They would get the wasps down, but for some reason, our house is not infested with wasps, but our house always has wasps. Even when they came out, there would still be wasps. It would be a couple of weeks, and I wouldn't see them. And for some reason, there would still be more.

I have some mixed emotions about Hawx Pest Control. I've always had a great experience with the technicians that come out. They help out. On the other hand, I feel like the way that it is set up is a little bit different from other pest controls that I've had with them coming out only three months. At the time of sign-up, things weren't explained as well as I feel they should be concerning how you're paying and how many times they're going to come out. There were a couple of months where they didn't come out at all, but I was paying $100 a month. I had to call in and they said, "Oh, we only come out every three months to do the inside." If they would have explained that a little bit better, I wouldn't have had to call and waste my time doing that.

Technicians come out once a month and they spray the house. They spray the yard for ants and they also do mosquitoes. They've been controlling everything well. The only thing is I've been trying to reach out to Hawx to come back to do some stuff, but they don't even come out and they don't even contact me about it. They just do their thing. That aside, I would refer them.

Hawx Pest Control is a great service. Their techs are very professional. I like a lot that they call me, send me pictures, tell me what's going on, and what I need. I told Hawx that the cost was a bit higher to what I saw on the competition. But because of the service, I'm happy to pay that difference.

Hawx comes out for normal pest control once a quarter unless I have something going on, which is very seldom. Their techs have been fine. They come and do their job and they're professional. I haven't had any pests and I'm quite pleased. Hawx is a good pest service. I referred my daughter and she uses them.

The technicians have always been very nice. They came in the house and checked and did things. When the technician was here the last time, he never came in the house. He did leave a rolled-up thing in the door there. But I would have liked it if he would have taken away my one drawer that was covered all the time where the mice came in. I also have a sticky tablet. So the next time Hawx comes, I would like them to take away that tablet and the other mouse trap.

We have Hawx for preventative reasons. We started using Hawx right in the middle of summer. I called them one time because I had an issue and they scheduled me for an appointment. A tech came right out and took care of the issue. We've had the same technician for the most part and he is wonderful. He is always super-duper polite and very attentive. He always follows up and wants to know if everything is okay. At the beginning he was like, "Hey, if I don't see any issues, I won't bother you anymore. I will just send you the report. If we see something, I'll come back and talk to you." That works for me because I have a two year old and a 10 month old so I don't really have the time. All in all, I'm very satisfied and I would recommend Hawx. It has been great and easy.

Hawx comes out every other month to spray for bugs and refill the bait boxes for the mice. So far, the techs have been out here twice since I signed up for it. They came one time and they couldn't get in. I have a lot of dogs and they're scared of them. I'm busy so I have to make arrangements for them to come out. I have a lot of animals and a lot of dog food and critter food out. But that doesn't seem to draw the bugs where the techs spray for the bugs. The pest activity has been a lot less. I don't have any bugs and don't have mice in the house now. If I do, they're hidden.

The gentleman called for an appointment and he showed up on time and was very accommodating. He took care of business with a minimal amount of interaction necessary from me. I was pleased with that. I've had Hawx out here about three times and each time had been very good. That's why I keep them. Everything is great with them. Hawx is a good service provider for pest control.

Hawx found us right after we moved into the neighborhood and we've been using them ever since. A guy knocked on the door. He was polite, professional, and wasn't pushy. I have no time for salesmen that are one of those, "This deal would only last 10 minutes, sign up now." It'll just rub people off. I asked for whatever paperwork he had and said I would look at it and get back with him. I did that and gave him a call directly. He was still in our neighborhood that next day and came back by. We talked a little bit. The first factor was the price. Hawx was cheaper than who we had in our previous house by 20%.

When they came out, I had a couple of questions and they walked with me through the yard. I showed them the problem and they put stuff out. Three weeks ago, the tech made sure he cleaned out the wasp nest. He sprayed around the house and so many yards up into the grass. They do not hesitate to do anything. I'm glad I got them. Also, if I need to, I can call them anytime and they would come and take care of my problem.

We had a problem with ants. They came in and sprayed around and it helped. We had two different technicians come at one time and one another. Both of them were very pleasant and did a good job. However, they wanna have me sign up for long periods of time and continually leave money out of me. I don't think that's a good business plan.

We've had really good service as far as when we call, they come right out. Sometimes, they come out even in bad weather. But my husband doesn't like them to spray with the weather bad. But other than that, the people have been great. We don't have any bugs now. The only thing is with the mosquito treatment. Sometimes we get the mosquitoes before the techs come back out. But that's understandable, especially in Texas.

Scheduling a service with Hawx Pest Control is easy, and the service is good. When you call and ask for something, they do it really fast. They only do the outside of my house because I have a baby. At the beginning, when I got the service, they came, then two days later, it rained. I was afraid that the chemical that they used was gonna go away, so I told them that and they said, "Don't worry, we're gonna go again."

The techs who come out have been professional and on time. If I have questions, they're available. At one point, we had a beehive that got into the house. A Hawx tech was coming to spray and check the area, so I told him to spray the crap out of that. I'm completely satisfied with their service. The last time Hawx was here, I explained to their tech that it has been two times now in the dead winter that I had flies in the basement. I put one of those fly sticks and within an hour, I had 20.

We have field mice and the Hawx techs would leave us traps for that. Hawx has limited them down, but there are still one or two remaining. One day, we caught six on the sticky pad, but they were babies. The cost of the service is good and I would recommend Hawx to family and friends.

Hawx Pest Control reps were going through the neighborhood, and they came to my house, which is how I got signed up. It's been good. Sometimes I get ants on my grass, and they have been taking care of that as soon as I call in. I recommended a lot of my friends, but they believe that Hawx Pest Control is a little expensive.

I called Hawx and they came out pretty quickly. They treated the inside and outside a few times and I like the price of the service. The first technician I had was Brian and he was a really cool dude. He was down to earth, very informative and educational about everything that he was doing. The next guy who came out was George and he was really good, too. So far, everybody who I have had an interaction with at Hawx Pest Control has given me wonderful customer service and great communications.

Hawx Pest Control beat me out $300. They had a guy come over here, and I told him that I had fleas in the house and I wanted him to spray the house. First, he agreed to it. He said they had that and that he could do that. So he came in, just sprayed my carpets and left. I told the company that that was all he did, and that wasn't worth $300. They had a lady from accounting talk to me, and she said she looked at the ticket and it was legit, then she hung up in my face.

The techs from Hawx came in a good time of day. They did everything I asked them and I never had any problem with it. They're programmed now not to ask me. They know exactly what I want. I like them.

The rep's presentation was professional but it was a bit misleading. He indicated that they would spray underneath the house crawl spaces. But when the exterminator came, he realized he couldn't stand up in the crawl space. Other than that, I'm satisfied with my experience with them. They're credible.

We always had an ant problem and I wanted to see if by having Hawx, the treatment would work. They come once every few months to do what they do. They text me, so I let my mom know a guy is going to be coming, so he'll be in the front yard and the backyard. But she doesn't even know when they're there. The men that I have come in contact with were very nice and if I called and had questions, they were very helpful. So far, we don't have any more ants.

It was easy to sign up with Hawx Pest Control. Everybody I've talked to has been good. The guys that came out have been good as well. I call if I have a question. That's why they're coming out on Wednesday because I have a few bugs.

Hawx Pest Control does the perimeter once a quarter. They usually do it during the day and I'm out working. I have an assistant that's here sometimes. And she said that she told them that we saw ants. They asked where it was and they handled it. If I had any problem, I could give them a call. And they would come out and handle them. If they're looking for somebody that’s good, Hawx is it.

We had a mouse infestation and did not know about it. I reached out to Hawx and they told me that the office is closed and would be reaching back out to me the next day. Sure enough, the next morning, at 8:00 AM, I got a phone call. They went over everything that was available and they said, "If you happen to wait, we can send somebody today." Within three hours, there was someone here at the house. They went ahead and took care of everything that one time. Closed up everything, gave us different tips, showed us where possible entry points would have been if they were getting in, and what to do to prevent certain things. They were great. I'm very satisfied with Hawx. I like them and the fact that they follow up. Also, as soon as they're done with the service, you get a picture around your home or where they did and what they did.

Techs usually come out every four months and they spray and check the traps around the yard. They have been really good. On the four-month schedule we have with Hawx, they text me about four or five days before the techs come out. If I need them in between, I can just contact them and they'll send somebody out within the week. I had to call them a couple of times in between the normal visits and they came out quickly. The pest activity is now a lot better. We had a mouse infestation and they pretty well took care of it.

Hawx Pest Control does a good job. The cost is a reasonable one. Also, the techs seem very pleasant and ready to work. They're good people. If I had questions, they explain what they do before they get started, and they're very knowledgeable of what they do.

Hawx comes out not very often, and they do everything it needs around here. The technicians are very good.

In the summertime, I would see some ants. So, I got the service for my house first. And I decided right around the same time to sign my mom up because someone had told me about it. So, I've been getting the service on two different properties. Hawx Pest Control set me up for a 12-month commitment, so I'm stuck. So, sometimes it's easier to just pay for something than to deal with canceling yet. If I could cancel it, I would.

I have two packages with Hawx. I have an outdoor bundle where they come quarterly and do mosquitoes, ants, and outdoor pests and I have them do a indoor German roach problem that I have. Then, if I need them in-between treatments, I'd call them. Scheduling a service with them is easy.

Their rep showed me some of the options for termite treatments and some of the monthly options. I signed up for a year and I won't go through with it again because it's a little bit costly. Also, in the previous years, I didn't have ants pop up and once they started being in charge of it, I've seen a lot of ant mounds. But it's not a bad service for what they offer. They do come around and ask you if you had any issues in particular. In my most recent experience, they pulled out some cobwebs and sprayed around the property.

Anytime we've had problems with bugs and called them out, they’ve come and got rid of the problem. We're in a new build home and we had noticed bugs and stuff. The tech said that I may see an increase in pest activity for a day or two but they should disappear. Sure enough, it did. Also, every time the tech comes by, he explains the service simply and does what he has to do as quickly and efficiently. He always gives a good little report that's easy to read and he's always friendly, helpful, and answers any question I ask on the spot. It's been an overall good experience. The cost hasn't been bad, as well. It's manageable on our budget and it's a nice relief that we don't have to worry about it.

Hawx Pest Control techs have all been friendly and nice. The guy came to the house and was spraying outside. He asked my husband if we wanted to get the inside sprayed, my husband told him, "No." But after I found out that he had told the guy no, "No, I wanted him to spray in the house because I had seen a few spiders." The guy came in and sprayed the house very good. And he left when he finished the yard. The last guy that came out here seemed professional. He got right in the conversation with us. A great experience, and I would recommend Hawx for anybody.

Hawx has been great. They communicate well, they take care of business, and they are very flexible. I'd tell others to get on with them.

They came out to spray but they were only able to do the inside because it was raining. Then, they told me to call whenever I wanted them back. I'd recommend others to use Hawx.

I like what Hawx does. The thing that I like about it is I have it set. Also, they're reliable. They send me a text when they're gonna come out so I know and I keep the animals inside. Most recently, they came by and they sprayed the yard. The tech came to my door and let me know that he was there and that he was gonna do different stuff. Then, he did his stuff and then came to my door again when he was done.

Hawx gave me their best deal. I called four different people. The techs from Hawx come out once every two months, and they do the same thing. They do outside. Then they ask me if they will do it inside, too. It's been pretty good, so I haven't told them that they have to. The techs are all super nice. They're in and out really quick and get things done. Then they'd text me what they did and tell me to have a good day.

The tech was supposed to be spraying. But he walked around the house for about 15 minutes, sat in front of my house for 45 minutes, and then left. So, I'm not really happy with him. The tech has been out here before and I'm not tickled with their service.

Hawx usually comes out once a quarter, and they typically will call before and ask if I need any treatment inside. If not, then they just treat the exterior. They do the yard and knock down pests that have made homes in the eaves. The technicians are cordial and professional. Hawx is worth considering depending on what the pricing is.

We had a really bad German roach infestation. I have been with Hawx for eight months now. The first time they came out, it knocked half of them out. Since we've been continually doing it, I rarely see them anymore. Their service has been very good.

I really like the tech from Hawx. He was really different. Other guys were also very friendly, but he was very knowledgeable. He was very thorough with the application of the pesticides inside the house because the main issue was inside the house. He really did a good job. I had ants and cockroaches. They also treat the cobwebs. They spray the foundation for small different insects. I like their service. They provide good service.
