We had two Four Seasons reps come over. The first guy gave us a price that was too much for us and we couldn’t afford it. Then another guy came and he was more reasonable and helped us. He said that for the price that we wanted, they can make it a 10x10, which was not a bad size. He was amazing and convinced us to get it.

Four Seasons has this party room and that is what drew my husband to them. We have an outdoor space that needed screens replaced all around and that’s what this party room was, an outdoor thing. He talked to them and they said, “It’s not really what we do on a daily basis. But we could probably help you.” It turns out to be much greater than we anticipated. They had some great ideas and they replaced things that we hadn’t really plan on replacing, but for the better. The reps that came here to do the work were fabulous. They really were very knowledgeable and helpful. They inputted what they usually do into what we had, so it would work for both of us. We tell our friends about Four Seasons all the time, especially when they come to our house and they see it. We had a great experience with Four Seasons.

I had a Four Seasons sunroom added on to my house, and the overall quality was perfect. Their sales rep was great, he was on top of everything. He took his time out to explain everything and they worked with us on the pricing and what details we want and don’t want. The whole process was very easy and we got everything done very quickly. Four Seasons is great. Everyone loves it and eventually, everyone I know says they want to get one too.

I'm very unsatisfied. Four Seasons busted a window on top of the roof. It was all glass and they took two months to come and fix it. I asked why the thing broke by itself and the guy said that they put a screw too close to the glass. When it settled a little bit and with a bit of snow on top, it made the glass broke. Four Seasons also said that they'd give me $45 off, but they never did. They said one price, $25,000, but charged me $60,000. Their final contract excused it. I have to go to court and sue them. I'd never recommend Four Seasons to anybody.

I passed by Four Seasons’ building a lot in Bohemia. I visited the showroom and I also went to another company but I decided to use Four Seasons for a room at the back of my house. The sales representative visited the house a couple of times and went over stuff and kept me informed of when people were going to go there and install the product. The contractors were great and they knew very much what they were doing. Everything was very timely and I'm happy with the final result. To anyone who wants a very good quality sunroom added to their house, Four Seasons would be definitely somebody to get a number from to install it.

I live on Long Island and Four Seasons Sunrooms is a local company that did all my windows and added a sliding glass door. Their sales rep came when I was looking to redo my windows, and he put on a show. He filled me in on how good the windows are compared to the ones that I had in my house and showed me how they were constructed. The customer service was great and I could get in touch with the rep very easily.

Two gentlemen from Four Seasons Sunrooms came to the house and told us all about the windows including how they would install them and all the guarantees. We liked what they said and decided to go with them. They built an entire Florida room for us and their overall work quality was excellent. The contractor did a great job. They tore the existing one down and then built a new one with their windows. The whole project was done in a week and it was done in one go. Four Seasons Sunrooms is a reputable company and I would recommend them.

The sales rep from Four Seasons was friendly. I had one room renovated and they did a good job. Four Seasons were the only ones in the market that could do special types of porch windows so I hired them for the second room and did a fair job as well. However, there was a vent above the stove that went to the outside. And on the outside, there was a piece of a closed metal box sticking into the brickwork. It was hanging out and I’ve pushed it back in. I wanted to know if they could send someone out to brick up the hole but they haven’t gotten back to me. I made a complaint about it and I wasn’t sure if it was in the contract. This happened less than a year and I’ve contacted them once by email and once by phone. And quite frankly, I forgot about it but I’m at fault because I didn’t follow-up on it. Overall, Four Seasons was overpriced but the room was adequate. I had a good experience with them.

We have an existing Four Seasons fixture that we were doing some remodeling on. Four Seasons changed some windows and replaced some of the glasses that had water damage to them. Everything went without a hitch except for some excess glue that the workers left but were able to clean up.

I’ve known about Four Seasons for quite some time. I live in Long Island and they’re very pretty predominant here. I bought a sunroom or the LifeRoom from them. The LifeRoom itself was exactly what we are looking for because I had retractable screen, the power screens that come down. And the screens are not like a screen that you get on a window, they’re a white colored screen that filters out the UV rays and lets the light through. And that’s something we needed because my backyard faces the south. And in the summer months after 12:00 o’clock it was impossible to sit out there because it would be very hot. The quality, what they said it would do, it does.

Four Seasons Sunrooms did a good job on my friend’s house and I figured I'd give them a shot. It took a few months to finish since I had to wait for some requirements, but they did a good job of putting up the sunroom for me. They were very professional and helpful. Moreover, the sunroom's quality is very good. However, I had a slight leak when it rained and they said they are going to come with a shingle and fix it.

We didn’t like the way Four Seasons did our sunroom. They subbed that out and somebody that they recommended did it. He did a good job but the door never worked correctly. The lock on it broke after three weeks and Four Seasons said they would replace the doorknob but they would no longer cover anything else from the building because it was done outside the company. Yet the door had to be repaired on more than one occasion because it came off the track. The room was very little used though, so that didn’t even make any sense. My wife contacted them but she could not get anywhere with them. The reps had been sketchy too because they didn’t tell us everything and then when we found out, half of it was true and the other half wasn’t. Go someplace else.

Four Seasons Sunrooms sold us an exterior sun shades we were interested in and they were helpful when we had a few hiccups by the contractor we hired to install the product in the course of the installation. They got back to us or to the contractor in working out all the little quirks. Four Seasons seems okay as far as their service.

A customer that I worked for had Four Seasons windows in his house. I had an older sunroom that needed its window's curved glass to be repaired. They had to come back a second time since it was an older one and it took a little work to seal it properly. The sales rep was fine and the contractor was great. Four Seasons did good work but it was extremely expensive.

My in-laws have used Four Seasons Sunrooms so I got them too. I did a whole room with them. I enclosed it with Four Seasons windows and doors. The quality was good. Their reps were very informative and always got back to me. The contractor was very easy to reach and got back to me in a timely manner too. The whole work was completed in three weeks. It was a little longer than I thought but it was okay because I wasn't rushing it.

I started with Four Seasons Sunrooms about 30 years ago and they were popular at the time. Their windows seem to be made better and looked better. Their work was good. Every so often, I’ve had to replace my rounded windows as it had a seal and that would gas up. The last one was the best one so far but it took a lot longer to finish than it would. They got people over that looked at it, but other than that, once they got to work, everything was fine. I’m happy.

We did some backing up and we were looking for a special kind of thing for the deck. Four Seasons looked like the right idea. Their service department is excellent. They got back to us although it went through the red tape sometimes just like with any company. We did an extension on the back of the house like a deck. Then, we did a LifeRoom on the deck. They did it in the length of time and they had to come back a couple of times, but now it's all good. They started in February and they finished up in three weeks. Then, they had to add here and there as the weather got better. A couple of things had to be adjusted and fixed. They also had to lend us some stuff to help them hold up. The contractors are very good. I'd recommend Four Seasons if anybody asks me about them. The service is good and if I need anything, they take care of it.

We have a Four Seasons Sunroom of Buffalo and are having problems with ice build up on framework and windows, they said our wood heat was the problem, then we put on our gas heat same thing. Then we went to electric same thing. It is putting mold on our Oak trim, we don't get any answers from anyone. If this is a four season room, it shouldn't be doing this. Rich from Buffalo talked us to open our kitchen to make it one room, we are so unhappy the way we are being treated, we have sent tons of pictures and he just says we are the only one that this has happened to. Pictures don't lie... Guess lawyer is next step for us... What are we going to do.

Four Seasons installed windows for me and I had to have them come back several times since they didn’t do the right job. Their sales reps were good and they demonstrated the window and I got sucked into buying it, but the windows were still a little drafty. When the first contractor left, there was a lot of light coming in through the gaps and the shade. But at the second time, another contractor came and fixed the issues, which should’ve happened during the first time. I will never use their stuff again since they are over-priced. They were cheaper than others by not as much, but overall, the windows were not worth what I paid for it.

I have a greenhouse for over 20 years already and it was built by Four Seasons. It is attached to the house and it's a nice size. It has a walkway to my bedroom and my husband, who is very handy, made a round window in the dining room that looks into the greenhouse. I also have three big sliding doors that I could go into the greenhouse from my house. I had Four Seasons put in all new glass a year and a half ago and the people who did that were very nice. They did a beautiful job, and so far, everything is good. They said I needed this cabinet and my husband made me one with the sink in it so I have water. I have everything in my greenhouse and I have plants in there that are over 50 years old. I'm happy with what I have.

My aunt had a service with Four Seasons and she recommended it to me. Four Seasons replaced my windows. The way they installed my windows was very good. However, I feel that there are some cracks and they were not really fit tight. Also, if they could help more with the covering stuff, it would be nice. But it's okay and they're not that bad. Overall, Four Seasons has good prices and products.

I had a fine experience with Four Seasons. I had a real working greenhouse where the sunroom is now. It was very old and I was having a lot of trouble getting it repaired. So, Four Seasons was the first one that I contacted and they said that they would take care of it. They came to see it then they said that they build new sunrooms. They do not replace them and they do not fix existing ones. So, I told them to give me a price and they gave me a good price. The representative I spoke to was a very nice man. He seemed knowledgeable and worked out a price then it was finished. It was a breeze.

I bought a house about two years ago and it had a Four Seasons sunroom. The room seemed to be in good condition, however, I had to replace a few panes. I could no longer see out the window clearly and some of the gaskets on the double-paned glass were old or damaged. Four Seasons' rep told me the price and even wanted me to sign right then. I balked since I didn’t like the thought that I had no other choice.

We had Four Seasons put two regular windows upstairs and two sliding windows on the first floor. Their sales rep helped us a lot and showed us the different techniques they did with the windows and how they checked the heat and cold from coming in and out. He wasn’t pushy at all and he asked if we needed anything else. Plus they gave us the best price. Also, the installation team was here all day and they cleaned up perfectly. The quality of the windows is very good and I’m very happy with them. They know what they're doing and they do professional work.

4 yrs ago we wanted Four Seasons to build a sunroom thinking even it was over pricey we will get a quality room, we already had a small porch and deck and decided to extended. They promised will take a 3-4 wks, it took them 6 months to complete it after I filed a complaint with BBB. Problems with subfloor has bumps and floor is unlevel and uneven. We've couldn't find any flooring contractor to do it and warranty the floor installation, after a year and a half a gardenman installed it. One door stuck and roof leaked and fixed twice.

Four Seasons was the only builder available in our area and we purchased a window. Their sales team was good and professional. Four Seasons was great.

I looked at the Four Seasons' showroom and I was impressed with some of the styles they had. When I met with the salesman, he explained everything and gave me the price I was looking for. They built a glass sunroom for me 15 or 18 years ago. The quality of the sunroom was excellent and the workmanship was great. But two years after it was installed, two windows clouded up. Then two years ago, Four Seasons came back and supplied the labor to repair this issue, and they just charged me for the material.

Four Seasons did everything well. They fixed everything that I need. When we purchased the sunroom last November we've had five leaks and something with the windows. Four Seasons was nice enough to come down to resolve the problem. Each member of Four Seasons has been exceptional. I actually chose them because of their reputation, materials and supplies. I have them installed a sunroom on our porch and we had to get all the legal papers done by the town. I worked with whatever they requested. They said it wasn’t necessary for me to get an electrician or put in a heating and cooling system. But I said that’s what I wanted to do and I want to make it legal.

Four Seasons installed our windows. They have a showroom and it was nice to see a brick and mortar place upfront when you're dealing with them. Their reps showed us the brochure and the product. We were already familiar with it since we did our homework prior to that. Then, we went in and their reps gave us the usual spiel about their discount and financing. Their installers then came in and installed it. I'm happy with the work they did since everything looks fine. We're in the middle of winter right now and it has been really cold and the windows have no draft. I'm very happy with that. Stay away from their financing, however. They were trying to pitch us some financing but it turned out to be a very high rate. Just pay for the installation of the windows.

Our sunroom from Four Seasons is wonderful and we're very happy with it. I bring in a portable heater and I use it all winter. They subcontract out for certain things like electrical and I was very dissatisfied with what was done with the electrical, specifically on how they did their job and what they knew about doing their job. I had to get an electrician in here to fix it. But as far as their own people, they were wonderful as well as their own product.

It was either Four Seasons Sunrooms or another company that really belong to the same company. We had front and back windows installed and their quality of work was very good. The contractors did the work quickly and it was nice. It’s smooth work and I will recommend Four Seasons.

I got acquainted with a cousin’s friend who works with Four Seasons, and we went down the showroom and talked. Things worked out nicely. Their sales representative answered all our questions then I went back to my board of directors and gave them the information. We decided we wanted to use Four Seasons so went back and got an enclosure with the walls, doors and windows. The contractors were fast, efficient, and did a nice work.

The contractors sent by Four Seasons were very good. They installed windows recently and the quality of their work was good. I liked Four Seasons' price, too.

Four Seasons built a sunroom for us. They put on a presentation in my dining room with a heat lamp and all the different type of glass, and that sold me on the glass. There was a woman that I dealt with who was in charge of everything such as getting the financing, when the contractor was going to show up and when the permits were having a problem. She was also very easy to contact and if she didn't answer the phone, I'd leave a message and she'd call me back within a couple hours. Elvis, their contractor, assembled the sunroom. He was very good and knew exactly what to do. He's been building their rooms for years and it showed because he knew exactly what to do.

The Four Seasons sales rep was very good, and he answered all my questions. I had a friend of mine and her husband who used him as well and spoke to him. They came over when the rep came to talk to me, so if there were any questions that I had, they were there to help back me up. I ended up having a sunroom done by Four Seasons and they did a very good quality of work. They were very professional, and didn't upset the household. I was very happy with them.

We got five replacement windows in the front of our house provided by Four Seasons Sunrooms and the quality of their work was excellent. We are very happy because they did not only the windows but they did the outside trim and they replaced it all with brand new trim. It’s a very good product that they sold us. It reflects the heat and the cold from the outside. As a matter of fact, in a couple of years, we’re thinking about contacting them again to do the back of the house. We have about five or six windows left around the back and in the side as well. Our interaction with the rep was good and the installation was satisfactory. I highly recommend them.

We had a smashed window that we had to wait and go through the whole of last winter broken and I had to keep calling Four Seasons. It was in our son’s room which we don’t really use in the winter anyway and they did apologize. They kept saying they were way behind but that it should be in soon. I'm not sure why it took them forever though. Six months is an unacceptable amount of time passed away through something. It was ridiculous. But we were stuck because it was a $1,200 custom rounded window and there was nobody else that does it. Once they did the window though, it came out fine.

I had a sunroom that needed repair. It either had to be replaced or taken down and there was no one else who could do this particular job. The Four Seasons Sunrooms guy who came was very meticulously conscientious and very cordial. Plus, the quality of the product is excellent and it looks great. They jacked up the price though as they went along. Originally, I got one price and then when the work started, they said, “Oh well, we don’t have this particular glass in store. So, it has to be custom made". This went on. Overall, I’m happy with the result but not tremendously happy with the process.

I just saw Four Seasons and I’m glad I took the chance. I got a remote chair for the staircase in the COAPS where I live. The quality of the work done by them was very good and everything was fine.

My wife pushed me to purchase a sunroom from Four Seasons, and I had a very good experience with them. We got a well-built sunroom and double windows. It's not heated so you can't be there on a winter but the double windows more or less keep the cold out and the heat in. During summer, it keeps the humidity out. I just open up to the other room and the air conditioning is enough as a fan. During the winter it could get to 17 degrees outside, so you don't want to be out there. But on the other hand, if you really want it heated, you can put an electric space heater but that's not worth it. It's mostly to enjoy during fall, spring and summer. It's a three-season room. But during the winter, we just use it like a foyer entry to the house, and it adds a lot of light.

I had a house built in 1989 and we also got a sunroom with all the glass and windows. A couple of the windows got broken and the edge wasn't sealed good. Water had gotten in between it, and it was foggy looking as well. So we had Four Seasons replace all the glass and windows two years ago. The contractor came and he was a nice guy. I gave him the order and he did it. The glasses were different from the way it used to be, and whatever he put in the glass, it is not as hot as it used to be when the sun came in. Everything looked nice and he did a nice job. However, I noticed the windows are beginning to get a little fog around the edge, and I'll have to call Four Seasons to check it out for me.

We had front and back windows installed by Four Seasons and the quality of work was very good. The contractors did the work quickly and it was nice. It’s smooth work and I will recommend Four Seasons.

I was renewing a house and I bought kitchen cabinets from Four Seasons and installed it myself. I’ve been with a construction company for over 25 years. I used Four Seasons once and they were the worst company I have dealt with because we had issues with the lady changing the cabinets. Also, they didn’t fulfill whatever they promised. We got the wrong cabinets and we had problems but one of the guys delivered it. I said that we’re not paying them, but it seems that I needed to get the thing over so I ended up paying them the money I owed them after they delivered the cabinet. It was not a good experience.

When we bought the house there was a sunroom that was installed by Four Seasons years ago. We were looking to do some repairs and we went back to them. Their sales reps that came presenting the project were very knowledgeable and the people that worked did a good job with the installation. They replaced the roof in our sunroom, mainly the glass roof. However, when they were using the sealants to come in and seal the sunroom glass, there was a lot of sealant lost and cleaned. My husband had to go back on the roof and clean the sealant properly and it's still not that well-cleaned.

We live near the Four Seasons’ showroom. They built the hybrid sunroom and the quality of the work was very good. However, the interaction I had with the sales reps was not good. They were very hard-pitched when they first came and they did not deliver in the end. We argued with them back and forth about things that they had promised to give us, and we weren’t happy with that at all. The project manager was okay but when we had a problem, she would take her time getting back to us. They didn’t coordinate with the town building inspector and they were not professional. The assistant would come in every day and use my bathroom for 15 minutes, which really annoyed me. Also, we had a dumpster in the driveway for six weeks. They promised they’d be in and out in four weeks, and the job took about three months to complete. We were satisfied with the end-product but getting there was very difficult.

In 1982, we had a Four Seasons greenhouse installed by a private contractor. We never ever had a leak. But last year, when we had all the windows replaced by Four Seasons, we had leaks. They forgot to send some part that needed to be sent. They sent someone here to correct it, but it wasn’t corrected and we’re still waiting for some pieces that needed to be sent to us. Nonetheless, everyone’s really very pleasant. The man who came and tried to fix what needed to be fixed was really nice. But I just don’t feel he did what needed to be done. We called Four Seasons again and the woman we spoke to was lovely, and we did get some pieces that we needed and our contractor put it in. However, there are still some pieces missing. We photographed them, we sent them, and we’re still waiting. They really need to instruct better whoever they'll send out or train more the man who came out because whatever his remedy was wasn’t sufficient.

The people from Four Seasons were very pleasant. The sales rep knew what he was talking about and the contractors knew what they were doing. They did a nice job on the trim work for the aluminum siding that they replaced. They replaced our bay windows and I had ten windows put in all together. My son had windows done from them, too. The windows were of very good quality.

I had the interior windows done by Four Seasons. The quality of work was poor. They cut all the security alarms that were through the windows. That required me to have the security company come in and rewire. Four Seasons also had to come back twice because of the seals on the house. All the caulking was cracking and they claimed it was weather-related. But I’ve had to do it myself again more than once. They didn’t address the wiring either. That’s a lesson learned and I probably wouldn’t hire them again.

My in-laws had used Four Seasons Sunrooms for something many years ago and we're very happy with their work and the people. They were knowledgeable and friendly and addressed our concerns if we had any. We knew going into it that it was going to be expensive. It was a lot since it was less expensive than moving. However, the salespeople were very eager to close the deal and the sunroom was something that we didn't know that we wanted to do. It wasn't a small investment and they just wanted to get the deal.

I installed a greenhouse and extended the back of my house and closed it in with Four Seasons windows 20 years ago. The product is good but about a year ago, I had some panes replaced, and the supposed lifespan of the window before it stops losing its seal isn’t as long as they say. Other than that my experience with Four Seasons Sunrooms was adequate. The guy who did the work was fine and did a good job replacing the windows.

I wanted to do a sunroom and I liked some of what I saw when I went in the Four Seasons store on Northern Boulevard in Little Neck. But whoever ran that store was absolutely dreadful. Their mailbox was full and they didn't return phone calls. So I got a hold of Four Seasons at the home office on Long Island and they did a big job for me. I had the sunroom built on my back porch which included the entire framing, the windows, the skylight, etcetera. They also did some front windows for me that had to be custom-made because they were unique and it turned out to be a good job. They did leaders and gutters for me as well.

I wanted a very well-insulated window for my garage and I’m satisfied with the window installed by Four Seasons. Everyone we worked with was very professional. The price that we agreed on was the price that it wound up to be. Four Seasons performed what I expected them to.

Four Seasons did some windows in my house about eight years ago and they were responsive. So I decided to go back to them when I needed some more. They did my windows last year and the installers who came were efficient. They did what they told me they were going to do. I called them one time when I had a problem and they came back to address it.

I like the windows that were installed by Four Seasons in our home. They are very good and I save a lot of money for electricity because it has become much warmer in the house.

Overall, we like the sunroom and the extension made by Four Seasons. This is our second winter and we're enjoying it. We moved into the area that my wife liked and so the next logical thing to do is to extend the house a bit more. There was some ceiling, so we opened up the floor a little which worked out perfectly. The crew that was working on this was good, in terms of their job. They knew what they were doing and were accommodating. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the actual design, whether it would put up with the winter. There are some areas that have stood up to the elements. And then, there's one corner that would ice over in the winter. The only thing that needs to be looked at a little closer is the heating option for this type of weather. That's something that the marketing or the architecture, whoever that works for Four Seasons, can take a look into.

I had my family room, windows, and skylight completed by Four Seasons. And their work quality was above average. But we were not satisfied with the sales crew we started out with so we went over directly and spoke to a manager. Everything went smoothly and agreeable.

We live close to a Four Seasons factory and it was easy to go look at a showroom. We like the quality of the stuff and we also know a few people that also had some sunrooms. We had a whole sunroom installed and everything fits nice. It’s airtight and I was surprised that it retains the heat. Also, I’m a bird lover and I’ve installed bird feeders all around it. It’s nice to see the birds especially in a snowy weather.

The Four Seasons sales representative was fine but the installer was nasty and very arrogant. I was trying to tell him what I expected but he said he knew what he was doing and that it was his job. I reported it to the company as I was not happy and I didn’t want him back in my house. When they put the frame up in the kitchen, they tacked it in but they didn’t fill in the holes. To me, it was not a finished product. I paid over $5000 dollars for this window and I wanted it to look perfect when they walked out but it doesn’t.

Four Seasons did our porch, and it was done fine however there were a lot of noises coming from the roof part of it. Also, their agent explained to me about taking two loans, and she lied to me. She twisted everything around and made me sign things that I read but did not understand. She was horrible and wasn't clear enough about explaining things. I spoke to the main guy who came out to take the measurements, and he said I already signed the contract and there was nothing they could do. Then I had to come up with $9,000 that they never told me I had to come up with, and I'm stuck with two loans. It was a horrible experience. I will never recommend them to anybody else.

We had a room attached to a house that was in need of repair. We decided to hire Four Seasons because they have a good reputation. We went over there and had a sunroom put on. All of the personnel that worked on the building were very good at their job. Their workmanship is very good and the building went up without any major catastrophes. Everything was fine and all the work done passed the inspection on the building codes. We were well-satisfied with the job and would recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows.

Four Seasons enclosed our porch with screens and we were very satisfied with the job. Their ad was good and they were local. The price was right, too, and we were impressed with them.

We found that the company we chose for a project were scams and the thing fell through. During our online search, Four Seasons Sunrooms came up. Theresa was our sales rep and she was excellent. We called her, she came out and took care of everything. Everything was really good. Everybody was polite and whatever we needed, they did it. It's been a couple of years now since we had Four Seasons do our storm windows.

We live around the corner from the Four Seasons Sunrooms showroom and their sales guy convinced me that their stuff would be warmer and better insulated than what Home Depot would have. They replaced a glass sliding door and they expanded. Also, I had the regular windows and they put in place of it a bay window. So they did some construction and made a bigger opening. They did a decent job. The slider was fine but the window was more drafty than I anticipated. Also, I thought at first that some of the drywall works but they came back twice and corked it. I was happy with that. They were quick and they did the whole thing in a day.

Knowing they had enough experience, I got Four Seasons to help me with my sunroom. The sales rep came and explained everything to me. Everything was clear and it was easy to reach them. The rep I had left the company so the job was handed over to a different guy but still that was good. It was a seamless transition. The contractors were good as well. They explained everything that I needed to know and the quality of the work they did was good. Four Seasons has been reliable and it's been a good experience with them.

Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows' installers worked really well and everything was very smooth. They were very polite too. They came in the morning and they left in the afternoon at about 3:00. I'm happy with the windows because they made the noise go down so we don't hear the noise like we used to. Also, it doesn't get as cold or as warm in here. I would recommend them.

The porch we had was a half porch at the back. It was wide open and it had some screening, but it was crappy. So, we wanted a porch that we could live with and we looked at several different porch people to see if we could get somebody to come in. Four Seasons Sunrooms people were the only ones who would do it and we liked the idea of it being totally glass. The sales rep came and he gave us a number that was much higher than we thought, but we decided to go ahead. Four Seasons brought electricians in and they did some engineering stuff to meet Coney codes but we had to take care of flooring and railings and other things like that. We love the porch and it's great.

I had Four Seasons do our sunroom and there were some problems but overall it was okay. The contractor they sent out was nice. But they have very aggressive sales techniques that made me feel pressured.

I saw Four Seasons Sunrooms on the internet and I liked their price and look. They helped me with my windows and their work was very good. There were no flaws and they were installed properly. Plus their sales agents were friendly and informative and knew their stuff and the contractor was efficient. It was a good experience with Four Seasons Sunrooms and they’re a good deal.

I bought a home and I needed to replace windows. Four Seasons Sunrooms’ sales pitch was really good and I was naive because I was in a hurry. I decided to purchase windows from them and the overall quality of the work that I received from them was terrible. First of all, I found out that the sales pitch was misleading about everything. The quality of the windows was okay but the installation crew was very disrespectful to the rest of my property. They installed the windows but it didn't look good. I had to redo the framing. They stepped on the seals and broke the window seal. There were a lot of damages around installing the windows that happened. The major problem was that I needed to replace a few windows that weren't working properly and it took almost a year of phone calls, escalating phone calls and letters to get them to finally send somebody out.

My experience with Four Seasons was okay but it’s not worth what I’m paying. The product itself is a switch and bait. They will show you models but the actual product is from a different manufacturer and what you have is a dirt quality manufacture. I wouldn’t recommend anybody with them.

I was remodelling the house and needed windows. Four Seasons came and did demonstrations at our house so I got them to do the windows.The contractors who installed the windows did great. They didn't mess anything up and it looked perfect so I liked their work. They leveled the windows and kept them clean as they were being installed. I love the windows and the experience has been great.

We had an existing sunroom that we wanted to refurbish. I called Four Seasons and they came and they confirmed that they had done the original one. The sunroom got a glass filling in two sides and it's attached to the house on two sides. They replaced all the glass and changed the configuration a little bit with the screens. The sales representative we spoke was great. He did an incredible job of just telling the products. My husband and I talked about it to quite a few other people. We were so impressed with the effectiveness of the insulation of the glass. The contractor was good as well. They were in and out in one day.

We were pleased with Four Seasons’ demonstration of their windows and what they would do for us. We decided we’d have them replace our windows, and we’ve been very happy with them. We really liked our sales rep too. He was great. He was very personable and knowledgeable about what he was demonstrating. We were willing to sit and listen. It didn’t feel so much like a sales pitch. However, they forgot we're living on the Gulf Coast when they gave us an estimate. And so the rep had to come back and add specifics as they had to meet the code down here as far as the wind and all. We had to do a little bit more expensive windows. But Four Seasons still ended up giving us the windows for the price they quoted so I was very pleased with that.

Four Seasons installed our windows three years ago. Their salesperson, Theresa, was very good but she could have been a little bit clearer on explaining the installation of the window. I thought they were doing both the inside and outside frame but they just did the outside frame of the house. The interpretation of that should have been a little bit better. Other than that, they did the job and it was a great experience.

The sales rep from Four Seasons came out and put together the plan for how they were going to construct the sunroom and what size panels needed to go where. We liked what they put together. The contractor came out and the installation got done quickly. We’ve been fairly pleased so far. Four Seasons did a good job and we haven’t had any problems.

We just wanted to get the windows at that time and the Four Seasons salesperson was nice and respectful. He wasn't pushy but persistent. We were going to say, "Forget about it." And then, he made a call and they brought the price down to $2000 more, but I still thought it was too high. The quality was very good. I just felt we could have negotiated for less. I would tell others to shop around for prices before making a decision. Maybe they could price match. But one of the things that the Four Seasons sales rep plugged was that they do everything with windows because they have different contracts that were meant for windows. In addition, their warranty was good.

I liked the options Four Seasons offered the best, so I had them build our sunroom. Their contractor was on time and professional. They knew what they were doing, came back when there were problems and kept me in the loop when I was having issues. The whole project took about a month and the quality was good. But we had an issue with leaking at the roofline where our sunroom and the chimney are. The sales rep was not really knowledgeable enough to speak about it and there was a disconnect between him and the contractor. But the contractor came out several times and worked on fixing that.

I called Four Seasons for the one big window that I have. The reps came, took an interview and measured. They told me what was going to be on file and how long it was going to take. Also, they told me approximately how much it was going to be. Then, they followed up right with an install date and I was completely alerted to the whole process of everything. The contractor ran into a couple of issues and took a lot longer than he thought because there was a problem with getting the other window out but the work didn’t cost anything. He did everything perfectly and everything went very well.

Four Seasons Sunrooms have good quality windows and I like the ones I got. But I would not get them again because of the installers in the area I'm in. I was not impressed with them and they didn't look professional. I had window replacement done and when they came to put the windows in, one of the windows was wrong. So, they took that one away and it took at least a month for them to get the new window. Then one of the windows was broken when they delivered it and it took them a while to get that replaced. And when they replaced the broken part of the window, they messed up the screen and denied it. So I would recommend Four Seasons' windows, but if you're getting them in the area I live in and it’d be the same installers, I would not recommend them.

Our area has a bad reputation for vendors not calling back and Four Seasons was one of the only people to call back. The sales rep was excellent and the contractors were very nice gentlemen. They seemed well-educated and were fast and prompt. They cleaned up after themselves well and it was a really great experience. We did a patio cover and the quality is exceptional. I'm very satisfied. They were overall wonderful and I would definitely suggest others to at least reach out to them and find out a quote or talk to them about the projects in mind because. We actually called on Four Seasons recently to get a quote for doing some work for our new house as well.

Four Seasons installed our sunroom and it’s still holding up well. And I used them because of the quality of what they build.

Four Seasons put thermal windows in the whole 100-year-old house we got, but the windows all sagged within two weeks and we couldn’t open and close them. Once we got the two of them opened, we couldn’t latch them back together so we got Four Seasons to fix it and they shimmed it up. Also, the bottom edge of one of the bathroom windows that you pull down or lift up was all bent. They came back and put another bottom piece, but it is now fallen off so they didn’t do a very good job on it. On the other hand, their rep who set up the appointment the next day after I clicked on an ad was knowledgeable and friendly. They also had a fair price, treated us fairly and gave us an opportunity to save money where we could. The contractors were great as well. The quality was great overall and I’ve been happy with Four Seasons ever since I got them.

Four Seasons handled everything from picking the size of the unit we chose and getting the building permit to finishing it up. The only thing we had to do was finish the interior on it. Although the sales representative who started the transaction did not finish it, I had a very good project manager and the ladies in customer service were very helpful too.

We negotiated a price with Four Seasons Sunrooms and WIndows for a 19-foot by 13-foot greenhouse. However, I wasn't happy with the cost of the delay. They had agreed to do the greenhouse by a certain time and that never happened. I waited for a month and it took them twice as long to do the work that we originally agreed upon.

When I went to one of the home shows locally, I talked to a guy from Four Seasons and it sounded like it was a great financing deal. I knew Four Seasons from being around and I heard that they did a good job so I had them redo my kitchen and I was happy because I thought that I was going to get a quality kitchen. However, I don't think the cabinets that they did were of good quality as they told me it was going to be. The guy who did the designing and measuring the cabinets was horrible. His design was flawed, and because he mismeasured, it messed up my counter. They had to rip out cabinets in the middle of the process and get new ones.

I love Four Seasons’ window and it’s great but I wouldn’t recommend them. When the guys were installing it, I had to keep a laser-focus since I saw light around the windows when they were about to seal up a wall. I freaked out and got one of the owners of Four Seasons or the general manager to come. They sealed everything up and did it to my liking. I wanted to make sure they get a good seal around the window. Also, the installer was supposed to finish off a windowsill which they promised to fix but they left. I still have one bathroom windowsill which is not on up to this day. I suggest that Four Seasons get their contractors a little better since the installer they selected was questionable.

Four Seasons Sunrooms has a quality product. They constructed a custom-made skylight for us and they had to cover a large area. So far, it held out through a couple of tropical storms and we didn't have any leaks or issues. We hired them initially since we liked their website and they were able to come out to the house and we were able to talk to them. But we never heard from their salesperson again and he never called to check how the project went. Other than that, their people were really good and very professional. We would go with the same people if we were getting any other external remodel or skylight again.

Two and a half years ago, we had Four Seasons install a sunroom. The salesperson was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The room itself is wonderful and it’s the best addition we have made to the house. The materials they used are all very good. However, the small details are sorely lacking. There was a sealing problem at the beginning. They came back and fixed that, however, over the last two years, I have noticed that the sealant they used has discolored. The material they used as a sealant around the bottom might not be the best material for a sealer. The contractors were happy to do what they had to do to get everything sorted out. The owner, less so, but in the end, they fixed everything that needed to be fixed. I would rate Four Seasons Sunrooms very highly and I would recommend them. However, the contractor is a different story.

I work half a mile from Four Seasons and go by the showroom every day on my way to work. One weekend, we decided we would visit the showroom. We signed in and then we had an appointment with a salesperson who then came out, and we talked about what we wanted. And then, we had a contract and had them install my sunroom. The installers were great and everything has met our satisfaction. We have a blizzard and while my sunroom has been covered with snow, everything's fine. I'm very happy with the quality, and it has made a big difference to our home.

Four Seasons Sunrooms is not good. They don’t return calls even though I went with the most expensive window provider. When the salesman came, he convinced me that the people that did Home Depot installations were felons and that they would be dangerous to have in my home, and also that Four Seasons Sunrooms’ windows were better and triple paned. The windows themselves are great. They keep the house warmer in the winter, but the unfortunate thing when they did the installation was when we had a custom window in my bedroom. Because our houses are side by side next to our neighbors, I asked that it could be frosted glass, but they brought clear. Mistakes happen, but when they replaced the clear with the frosted, the window has never locked. I called monthly for a year straight and they weren’t willing to come to fix the lock, so my bedroom window still does not lock four years later.

We had a project with Four Seasons two years ago where they helped us with windows, sliding patio doors and a sunroom. We liked their reputation and price, and their overall quality of work was excellent, which includes the product, the installation and the complete service. The sales rep was knowledgeable and explained everything, while the contractor was pleasant to talk to on the phone. He had to come back and re-adjust part of the framing of the window since it’s a 15-foot structure, but he knew what he was doing.

I was doing research on the internet on window companies and Four Seasons came across as recommended. I made a few calls and had different companies come to my house. The Four Seasons salesman was great and he really sold the product. But after agreeing to get the windows it was hard to get a hold of him. And we had already invested a lot of money and signed to get financed for the windows.

Four Seasons Sunrooms has been in business for a while and they have a decent reputation. I used them for the kitchen south of the county, in the secondary home. I ordered $45,000 to $50,000 worth of cabinets from them and I had my own contractor do the work. The salesperson was very decent, but Four Seasons' workmanship was subpar and they did not finish on time. I had a lot of callbacks regarding the things that went wrong. The kitchen has to be outfitted very specifically. Whoever they had on the field wasn’t very accurate and things came in wrong. The cabinets were inaccurately sized and inaccurately drawn on paper. Also, something that had to have a windowpane in it came in solid. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong.

We had a hands-on meeting with the salesperson from Four Seasons. He showed us a demo of how the windows work. We were impressed with his knowledge as well as the quality of the windows and how well it was built. They're very easy to contact as well. The subcontractors came out and the order was correct the first time. There were 13 windows and everything fit perfectly. They stayed after dark to finish the job and were friendly. We’re very satisfied with the work and everything we were told came through. It was a pleasant experience.

We used to live in Long Island and Four Seasons is very popular up there. One of our neighbors used them and we figured Four Seasons has been around for so many years. If they had been lousy they would've been out of business by then. So we hired them for our windows and those windows are going on three years now and so far the quality is good. The workers were also polite and they worked from the time they got here until the time they left, rather than doing two hours then disappearing for a couple of days and coming back. If we had a need for services that they supply and that they do we would certainly recontact them. Everything went smoothly.

I had Four Seasons install a screened-in porch in my house. The rep that I dealt with was a good guy. During the installation, they subbed out the installer to another person, who then subbed out half the work to somebody else but they were all good. The experience was quick, easy and affordable.

I put in a query online and Four Seasons was the first to call me back. They came here and showed me things, and I decided to go with them for my kitchen renovation. There was back and forth coordination during the work. The maintenance people from the co-op where I live in came and looked and said that it was not going to work so Four Seasons had to re-arrange some things, but everything went fine. They did a good job and I'm pleased with it.

I have dealt with Four Seasons in the past and had very good experience with them. I’ve used them three times and had the same guys come out to install the products. They were efficient, worked smart and would back up their product with service. I recently bought windows from them band since I got them, the house has been warmer and quieter. But when the windows came in, they didn't come correctly the way they were ordered and their representative said that if I didn't want them, he'd lower my bill by a thousand. I told him that I had to have them so, we made a provision to wait for the windows and I held back some extra money to make sure that they'd come in. It could have turned ugly, but he actually volunteered.

I just moved to North Carolina, and my wife passed away. I had a porch, but it didn’t have any windows in it. There was a lot of pollen in the spring and I got all these green stuff all over the place, so I’ve got to get some windows in here. It’s a little cool here, so I can use it in the springtime and work in the fall also. I did a bit of research and looked at the comments everybody else had said about Four Seasons Sunrooms. Their pricing was a little bit more, but I got what I paid for, and the overall quality of work is great. The sales rep was good but there were some issues with a pane not fitting in there, and he came right on out within a couple of days with a new piece of glass.

We were planning to redo the kitchen and we wanted good people to come and do it. I had other people who had done some bathroom and they did a pretty good job. Unfortunately, we went on the internet and found Four Seasons. My daughter was the one who planned everything. Four Seasons have a very good reputation designing for sunrooms and good write-ups about them. They said that they're launching into kitchen remodeling too. In the beginning, Four Seasons were nice and fantastic. They did the layout of the kitchen and decided to go with that. But eventually, we found them to be a drag. We were putting a new floor for the kitchen and they messed it up. They wanted a shortcut and the floor's was not even. Then we had another guy who's a specialist from the internet. When he came in, he said that it wasn't done right.

The windows installed by Four Seasons Sunrooms was a great idea and I really liked it. There were four windows that were replaced and the ones installed are very nice. On the other hand, I was trying to tell the installers that there should be some insulation in the hollow places all around the windows but they wouldn't go for that. They said it would void the warranty which I don't quite believe. As good as the windows are, if you don't insulate around it, then it takes away from effects. So, it was disappointing. They were rough on the edges and difficult to deal with. I wouldn't recommend the contractors. Afterwards, I had some problem getting the windows to close once they're open. I called the manager and he came out. He showed me and said that that was normal and I would have to be forceful. He was very nice and he said that I can call him if I have problems. I would recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms.

Four Seasons helped me with a sunroom. The sales rep sold me on the windows but they were not as well as I desired. The installation team did okay but I’m not happy because part of the foundation have access for the termites. I told them that there were some separators that they needed to fill in. I didn't notice at the time that they're not filled in so I’m having some termite damage and still working to get it done.

The rep I talked to from Four Seasons was very attentive. He showed me everything and displayed the different types of windows. I went with Four Seasons since he had a good presentation about the windows. I liked the way he explained it to me versus other companies. I love the windows they've installed. The contractors came and did what they had to do. It took them several hours to do the job. They cleaned up and took the old windows with them. I would totally have Four Seasons come out and display their different types of windows for other people and have one of their reps give them a presentation before they go with any other companies.

Four Seasons Sunrooms got some good references and seemed like they have an overall good window compared to some of the others. Their sales rep was very cordial and professional. However, they came in with a really high price and I wouldn't have bought it for the price they initially offered me. After the sales rep found out I was serious, the price came in at a reasonable amount. It takes away from the integrity of the salesperson. But I know that his job's to get as much money as he can.

My experience with Four Seasons Sunrooms was really bad. I would not ever want to even go and have anything to do with Four Seasons anymore from my last experience. It was a kitchenette I have installed for an apartment. The previous owner had a kitchenette there and they removed everything down. But I had to go through the application to get a CO for it so I entered a deal with Four Seasons. Somebody recommended because they said it's good. They talk a lot about this company so I thought, "Okay, let me try and use them." And from the beginning to the end, it was not a good experience for me. I just wanted it to be finished and get it over with. Even the subcontractors that were working with Four Seasons were annoyed with all they communicate because they, themselves, told me that it was their first time they worked with Four Seasons and they will never want to work with them again.

I was looking for windows so I Googled and found Four Seasons. They sounded like they were good and I saw them around the neighborhood too. Their sales representative was on top of things. And their contractors were good too. They replaced about 17 windows, got the job done, they cleaned up and were gone. Their service was good and I liked their windows. I was very satisfied and I would recommend them.

I hated Four Seasons Sunrooms. I got them to do the second floor and I hated the screens they gave me. They didn't do it right and the way they installed it was really terrible. You can tell that there are still leaks inside since there's water damage. It really wasn't what I was expecting. Also, I spent more money doing it with them than somebody else.

I had Four Seasons tore out an existing room and put in a new one. Their salesman seemed very knowledgeable. He did a good job and made me feel confident to decide to go with them over other providers. When the work was performed the first time, the person who was doing it did a horrible job and Four Seasons ended up firing him. They tore out what he had started and brought in someone higher up in the company who usually oversees jobs. Jason was very professional and very, very knowledgeable. He reassured us that everything was going to work out wonderfully, which it did. They did a good job and held up to what they were supposed to do.

I hunted Four Seasons down because I know they had made sunrooms for a long time. I included them in the people I allowed to do bids on replacing my windows because we were upgrading them. However, I had to do a lot of complaining once the windows were in and it was a month before I had someone to install them. They sent people down from another state to finally get the windows in. They were supposed to have a lifetime warranty but I don't have any contact with them. Four Seasons never let on. I would call them and they wouldn't respond. They were going out of business but they never said that so I ended up calling the national office and the concern eventually got squared away.

Everybody knows about Four Seasons and I thought that was the best place to call but I made a mistake. They pushed me off and waited for the contractor they wanted to do the job, which wasn’t the greatest one. I’m not happy with the outcome and I contacted them right away. I called them three times to tell them that the roof was leaking and they kept saying someone would get to me but nobody ever did. I was very disappointed.

We were looking to put together a sunroom and Four Seasons Sunrooms was one of the guys on our island advertised quite a bit. They came up through advertising and some of the research that we did. We installed a sunroom and I was very happy with it. There were a couple of disagreements on outcomes, which they glossed over a bit. The design was such that I had expected larger windows or more glass in the room, and while the glass amount that I had is exactly what the plans called for, it was not made clear that I was going to have a sort of boards or solid wall on top of the glass.

My father had a sunroom from Four Seasons and I liked its quality. I also had them put windows and screens in my house and even though they were a bit more expensive, I was willing to pay for that based on the reputation of their company and their lifetime warranty. Their sales representatives were very attentive. They came to the house, gave me an estimate, and showed me various products and the features of everything. I was very pleased with my experience and I would look at Four Seasons again if I had a similar need in the future.

I saw the Four Seasons display at a home show at Canada Blooms. I liked the display and I thought that it would be nice to have a sunroom. However, we were misled by the salesperson. They exaggerated their features and didn’t really give us an impression of how warm or cold it'd get. It was all windows so it gets cold and we had to do other things to upgrade the heating. The quality of the construction was good but I was overcharged for what I got because of the amount that I had to spend on the heating and drywalling. I wish I had a friend that could have given me the advice to negotiate a lot harder and to insist on certain things.

I had a very bad experience with Four Seasons. I only wanted one room done but they convinced us to get more windows done than what we had and could afford, and we fell for it. Then we had a problem with cleaning the windows and the guy showed me again how to do it. Six months later, we were decorating and washing windows, and it fell out of the track. I called them if someone could come and they said yes because it was the first time. The following year, that same window fell out of the track again and I asked them to come but they were going to charge me $200. The price that they charged me wasn't cheap and to hear them say it's going to cost me $200 to put it in track was insane. The rep apologized and said I've already had one courtesy call. I said, "Don’t ever call this number again. I don’t ever want to buy a product from you ever again.” They called again and I asked them to take my number out of their system.

I was looking around for a reputable dealer in the area and I went with Four Seasons mainly for the cost and quality. They did some window replacement and I’ve had them for about four years. The contractors were a little sloppy with their work, but it is what it is. I checked everybody out and Four Seasons did an all right job. I would tell friends to check out Four Seasons when they’re in the market.

Four Seasons Buildings put more windows in my sunroom three years ago. My wife took care of setting up the work with their representatives and when their contractor came, he did exactly what I wanted. The overall quality of the work we got from them was excellent. It’s holding up very well and I’m happy with it. They were a very good company and I would recommend them.

I liked the saleswoman from Four Seasons Sunrooms. She's thorough and able to distinguish Four Seasons' product from something else. She did a very good job. The quality of their work was excellent as well. I had 10 windows from Window World and I knew one of them had some rot issues which they told me that they're going to cover up. But when a gentleman from Four Seasons came and looked at it, he said that they would take that out and fix it. So, that type of thing is what got me. It's like I'm paying more but I'm getting good work. Plus, it was done in one day and everything was cleaned up nice and neat. I had a wonderful experience and everything looked great.

I always see Four Seasons as one of the top-notch names. I've heard from other people that use them too and there’s a level of frustration when you actually deal with the company. The product is excellent but the service is a bit of a surprise. They said it was going to take five days over a four-month period and they’re expected to be done when they start but the timing took so long. They did something in February, something in March and something in April and just dragged on which was a little weird. And at the end of the day, they wind up doing something and they didn't follow the original plan while not working to my benefit, but they got lucky that the window looked fantastic.

I’ve had major problems with the sunroom since Four Seasons installed it. I went with them for their cheaper price and I got what I paid for. Their work was of poor quality. I had leaks in the roof and in the skylight several times, and I had a torrential rainstorm inside my house, so they had to change the roof. The contractor was very nice but he had to come out several times to work on the leaks. Then I had to pay $10,000 for the replacement of the roof even though the installation was under 10 years. That should’ve been paid for by Four Seasons but because it was installed by a local, which Four Seasons said was out of business, they wouldn’t honor the fact that it was done by one of their franchisees.

I bought a house with a Four Seasons room on it. I contacted them for repair and I had all the glass replaced. Everything was fine and the interactions with the sales rep and contractors were very good. They were friendly, professional and they explained all the products thoroughly.

Four Seasons' products seemed similar to somebody else but the financing that could get me approved for was a little better so I had them install new windows in my house. Their sales rep gave plenty of information and tried to work with us up to financing. The installation team did good and I had fun even though I didn't interact with them a whole lot. I was working nights, so I slept the majority of the time they were working. But everything was done properly the first time. There were a few small damages around one of the windows but overall, it was a good install. The windows are good because it has made a big difference in sound from outside while I'm sleeping so I'm happy with the change.

I went online and I saw some examples of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows. They came out to give me a demonstration and I felt Four Seasons would be of good quality. I'm in Houston and from where I live, I'm close to a highway. It was constantly dirty so I wanted to enclose my sunroom, but I want to be able to have the room cool, so they put the double glass, cross windows so I can get some nice cross-breezes and it came out very nice. It matched my house exactly so it looked like it was always there. The room is beautiful. The glass and the trim and everything was high-quality.

We had several estimates from other companies, and Four Seasons discounted the build enough that we chose them. The sales rep was fine, but the contractor who came wanted the money before he was done. He got mad when I said no. I usually pay when the job is done and not before, and that was the agreement in the beginning anyway. Then we had some problems and he did not want to address them. We still have a problem with some leakage from the skylight. Also, the AC was too noisy, and it was found to be an illegitimate complaint because the air conditioning coils were too close and they were beating on the back and making this big pounding noise. I took care of that myself and I had to go directly to Friedrich Air Conditioning. We had to jump through a lot of hoops.

Four Seasons was terrible. They sent people out here that didn’t know what they were doing and did shoddy work. One of them was mouthy and a smart aleck who didn’t put shingles right on my awning that matched the house. They were supposed to do it to match the rest of the subdivision and get it approved, and it wouldn't move with just the metal awning put up. Also, I was promised and even had it in the contract that I would get insurance on the awning. For my insurance company to get it insured, they had to get my wedding certificate to prove everything was verified, but Four Seasons never gave me that. It cost me $500 to get another one. I also got a leak in it right now but I wouldn't even consider letting them come back out and patch it.

I was very impressed with the presentation of Four Seasons and the equipment they were using. They replaced 90% of the windows and did a good-sized Euro sunroom. The salespeople were awesome and the contractors they hired were very good. One local guy took a bit to get around in getting him to come back out and look at a couple of things. But once I tapped his supervisor, he was Johnny-on-the-spot. The cost was a little higher than everybody else but the overall quality is good and I’ve been very pleased with Four Seasons.

We were looking around and saw that Four Seasons was starting kitchens, so we went in. I bought my cabinets from them, and then my husband worked on it in the kitchen. The people that we spoke with there were friendly and the experience with them was fine. Everything went well and I like the cabinets.

I wanted a company who had been around a while so I wouldn't have to worry about any real problems coming up that were left unresolved so I went with Four Seasons. They built me a room with a glass roof and glass walls. I liked everything about it except for the sliding doors which were heavy and hard to move. The construction didn't take any time at all. Their contractors were nice, friendly and very good at putting everything together. The only problem that I ever had was the leakage, and that the room wasn't filled, and water kept getting in. I had to keep calling them back and it took a while but they resolved that. I'm completely happy with everything now.

I spent about $10,000 having my patio done by Four Seasons. However, they did a horrible job and it looked like an eighth-grade woodshop class had done it. So, I called them and they fired the guy who did it. They brought in a woodworking expert from California who promised that he would redo it correctly. But once he talked to his boss, they asked why would they want to do anything if we already paid for everything. So, he stopped answering calls and never came back.

We had Four Seasons install a sunroom and the quality of the products was great as well as their sales rep. It was like a father and two sons who came out and put it together and they were professional and very nice. But the workmanship was not so great because it would leak every time it rained. A tech came out several times but he couldn't fix it and when my warranty expired, they won't come out anymore. It's disappointing but what bothers me is that is seems that they should still honor the warranty since it's not yet fixed.

Somebody in the neighborhood told my wife that they have used Four Seasons so we went with their recommendation and had them install glass with two doors in our sunroom. It was beautiful and I love it. They did a good job and I was very pleased with it. We used it for a couple of years and we sold our house.

Four Seasons is one of the best experiences I've had buying anything. I'm pleased with all the work that they did. I have a big house that has a lot of windows, and all the new ones I got from Four Seasons. I liked their deal and it's one of the best experiences I've had buying anything. The contractors came out right away. The men were wonderful and friendly and did an excellent job on it. Even my son was pleased with them. At that time, I had a granddaughter, her husband and little kids living here but the contractors were good working around the kids. It took them three days to put the windows in. I’ve recommended Four Seasons to several people talking about getting new windows. I’d use them again if I need them.

I had some issues with the windows I got from Four Seasons and when I made phone calls, no one called me back. The process took longer than it was supposed to take, which held up my construction and cost me more money. They were supposed to compensate me for that, and they never did. I'm not willing to purchase from them again and I would not recommend them to somebody either.

Based on what we'd seen, we thought Four Seasons was going to do more quality windows as some of the other ones we looked at were more plasticky-looking. When the Four Seasons team first arrived, the screens were very loose and they were flapping, and they took months to replace them. But when they came back, the next ones were still loose. They escalated to the regional manager who came and looked, and he said that there was a problem in the factory. The issue went on back and forth and we kept phoning customer service and the warranty. The people from Four Seasons said that the guy that did the installation said they were correct and that they weren't going to do anything else. Also, they put on the door backwards and it opened the wrong way into the room. There was also a problem with the seal and the door lock doesn't always work correctly.

I was interested in a specific sunroom, the unique conservatory. I'm very satisfied with the sunroom Four Seasons put together but there's a little caveat. They had a deal where you buy the sunroom and they give you a limited option of styles, ceramic floor tiles. The whole structure from the ground up is all there and everything is supportive. But there is a subfloor issue where the grout keeps cracking which I just accepted it. Besides, they were attentive in doing the permits and being timely in construction. The basic construction and the unit itself are very nice too.

We had heard Four Seasons had a good reputation, plus they were responsive to our request for information. We also like their product. We had an awning installed over our back patio and its quality was excellent, but while the product was being installed, we had a little confusion. We had to ask for an accessory kit that would make it appear to be a pergola. There was a package that you could add to the roof to make it look like one, and it had extensions sticking off that looked like the end of a pergola board. The salesman had included it for us. He drew it in a little hand-drawn picture with the pergola attachments and gave us the quote. When the time to install it came, it wasn't included in the cost nor in the materials delivered.

When Four Seasons had gone away from a franchise to being company stores, they flat out sucked. We signed a contract on Valentine's Day, and it should have been a four-week project. The sales guy made a lot of promises. He was the nephew of the vice president of sales and I'm convinced he was on something. But when Jason showed up to ask to look at the project, he told me that they do windows and loom rooms, and not two by four construction, grills, and exhaust systems. I had to find somebody to do the two by four wall construction and we brought in a guy with no teeth and his three kids to do it. They were a disaster. The guy with no teeth sat in his chair and barked orders to his three kids who had never swung a hammer in their life.

We worked with Four Seasons three years ago and the job they did has been working fine. We had an issue but it got resolved so we have no complaints. I recommend them.

I worked at my job with the wife of the guy from Four Seasons who came to my house, so we had a connection which was good. They did a screen door and the overall quality is good. I had to come back a couple of times and adjust the door but other than that, I had no problem with the screen and there were no leaks. I would recommend Four Seasons.

I chose Four Seasons because their windows have a gap between the glasses. Their rep also demonstrated it very decently. The overall quality of the work was very good and we've been enjoying it since it was finished. The only concern I had was the way the post was installed, but it was fixed. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to people who can afford it since it was really expensive!

I got storm windows from Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows. The representative was very informative and they had visual aids and actual windows to show. The installation went great and they did it all in one day. The only thing that hurt me was the cost. The storm windows have good quality since I made it through Hurricane Harvey. Four Seasons is reputable, honorable and has good products.

I researched Four Seasons and I didn’t want any other one. They did my windows and the quality is excellent. I love their sales reps. I like their rapport, they talked to me, they understood me and they worked with my timing. Also, my husband didn't have any issues with the contractors that did the installation. If I have anything to do, I would use them again.

Four Seasons seemed like a reputable company online. They came out here and sold me on how better their product was than the windows that I had here. The house was 12 years old but it would be upgraded and these fancy windows would make it look prettier because they fold in and open out. I paid right around 12 grand for the windows and if you paid that kind of money, you expected the product would be what they claimed it to be.

I needed some windows but there was one thing that Four Seasons did that annoyed me until I had it fixed myself. I had a double window that was two separate window sills. They left me with a window sill and a half type of thing. It wasn't set up right. We had a carpenter come in and do it the right way with the sill. I also had a couple of double windows that we made into one great big window because to make them two small windows wasn't really good. But they turned out to be extremely heavy. They're extremely hard to get up and down, to lock, to deal with.

It was 2014 when I connected with Four Seasons by finding out sources of different window manufacturers. Their selling point was they make their windows better than anybody else, their final windows in this case. The glass is insulated and it has half an inch more airspace. To that end, it is sort of a self-cleaning feature, which I’m not so sure because it almost sounds like the king’s new clothes for the glass. I also like its lifetime warranty. The salesman also did a nice job. But in hindsight, I’d like to get a price comparison just to see how other ones would do.

I have a sunroom and all the glass needed to be replaced. Since Four Seasons has the monopoly on curved glass, that's the only company I was able to use. My existing sunroom was done by Sun Systems and they are the only pre-existing sunroom that Four Seasons will replace because it is identical to their product. I have been complaining for years and every person that comes here says that somebody needs to come back here and fix it. But then I don't hear from them. They're really not good people. They told me lifetime guarantee but why aren’t they coming and following up?

We had a pull up sunroom that was installed in our house 30 years ago. It needed a replacement so I was contacting suppliers to find out what the options might be. Four Seasons could provide what we wanted. Their salesperson was fine. He provided the information we wanted. However, the installation was a long convoluted process. The installer was slow and we ran into a problem with leakage in our house during the installation because of the storms that went through. There wasn't adequate coverage in the sunroom and we also found out after the installation was complete that there were some issues with leakage and we went back to Four Seasons to discuss it. They did resolve it in due course, but it took a while.

We went to Four Seasons Sunrooms' showroom area and we liked what we saw. The main reason we picked them was because of the type of glass they use for the roof. So far, everything is good. There was only a few minor things and nothing severe. Although my son cracked one of the windows after he hit one of the painted glass with a soccer ball, I would just be putting silicone on it.

I bought a house that has a Four Seasons sunroom and when I had to change a couple of glasses two years ago, I went to them. Their reps came here, did the assessment and presented a proposal. We had a negotiation and they delivered the fix. They had to change two rows consisting of fourteen glasses. The work was fine but they said that they'd have to come back because when you repair something and you open all the frames, something else moves. And when it rained, there was a leak somewhere so I called them and they came to fix it. They tried to upsell me to change all the sealants but I said to just fix whatever was leaking. That aside, I had a fantastic experience and I recommended Four Seasons to a couple of friends, however, a new sunroom is really out of budget for many people as it's kind of expensive. It’s a lot of investment because if you have to build a deck plus all the glasses and everything, that can go around 50 grand.

We had our house built and then we added the sunroom about two years later. My experience with the Four Seasons sales rep was excellent and everybody was wonderful. They came over and we went over the plans, what we could do, and what we could afford. The installation crew that came and put it up was also excellent and there are no leaks in the room. I've been very happy with all the facets of the whole construction. I'm a horticulturist and the room is my man cave. It's a nice sitting room. We have dinner out there all the time and it's been wonderful. There was once somebody who came and filmed the room. It’s perfect and I love it.

I got Four Seasons to install one huge window in our house which replaced our double French doors that went through a courtyard. The window is insulated, double paned and no heat transfers in. I contacted them about it and their sales person came out. He was very good but I felt a bit of pressure because he told me that if I didn't get the unit that day, the price would rise. So I went ahead and did it and put it on a credit card, which cost me $2,100. The contractor who came to install it was awesome. They were very polite, didn’t make a mess and cleaned up after themselves. I sat there and watched them the whole time. I had an alarm system, so I told them what to do to disconnect the wires, which they did. They then put the window in and did a good job.
