The guy that owns Four Seasons went to high school together with our oldest son. We knew him, so we got our sunroom done by Four Seasons. We liked the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anybody.
Thanks for the great review, Francis! Be sure to let your son know that we appreciate him suggesting us to you. Let us know if you ever need anything.

This is the 30th year that I’ve done business with Four Seasons and this time they changed the glass in my sunroom. They told me that the glass would be self-cleaning. So far, it’s okay and it has been cleaning itself. It took them three days at the most to complete the job and for what they asked for, they did a good job.
Thank you for giving us the chance to install some new glass, Manuel! The technology we use means you should have little to no trouble keeping it all clean. Be sure to give us a call if you ever need assistance in the future.

There was a place not too far away that was selling sunrooms and I have admired the idea for some time. Then, a friend had a friend who installed them. The sales representative from Four Seasons put it up for me and he communicated. He was at a distance a lot over the phone, but when the time came to put it up, he did it very quickly and smoothly. The quality of work was excellent. The experience was great and I’m quite happy. It's one of the best things I did for myself and my house.
It's great that you decided to get a sunroom of your own, Darby! Thank you for writing us this review and complimenting our service and product. Your support means a lot, and if you ever need a hand with anything else, we'll be here for you.

The house that we bought already had a sunroom but it was kinda all messed up and didn't look good. I think it was because of time. I wanted to redo this and Four Seasons can make the same sunroom that we already have, so I decided to go with them. They tore off the old one and rebuilt another one, and they did good. When I have problems, the rep sends somebody back right away. I would recommend Four Seasons.
Thanks for choosing us when deciding to redo your sunroom, Mae! We're very happy to hear that the new one is worth all five stars. Give us a call if you ever run into any more issues -- we'll take care of it as soon as possible.

Four Seasons was always the best. They have a good product and I would recommend them to anybody. I had good luck with them myself and I don’t know what I would do without my room. My porch was an open area that's about 12x10 and I had them close it in. So it made a room and I had the hardwood floors put in. The quality of work was excellent. In fact, it’s the best I could have ever gotten. I made a Miami room out of the space and it's pretty. I spend an awful lot of time out there because it’s open. I can see out and see the sky. It’s a happy place because I have colors like you’ll find down on the island. I like things like down on the East Coast. The sales representatives I dealt with were also very nice.
We're happy that we got to help turn your open porch into a sunroom, Karen! It's great to hear that the quality of our work is still shining through. If you ever need anything at all, please let us know and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Four Seasons was awesome and we were very pleased with the experience. We had insulation done up in our attic and in our walls, and the quality of their work was excellent. My husband very much liked the contractors. The sales rep we had dealt with was very good and professional too.
We appreciate the kind words here, Jeanie! Sounds like your insulation is holding up well. If you or your husband ever need a hand with anything else, feel free to let us know.

Four Seasons had installed a sunroom into a private home in Chester and I wanted a sunroom as an addition put on my home. I wouldn’t have had anybody that was any more professional and do a better job than what they did. I could have gone to someone else that was doing sunrooms at the time. I had been involved in another transaction that I got out of because they were not up to the quality and the standards that they should have been as a business. I changed and withdrew my contract from that company and I went to the Four Seasons Sunrooms. The reps were very helpful and their price was competitive. They came out and did everything.
They were very considerate and they showed their appreciation for the business I have given them. I’ve had the sunroom for a couple years now and I love it. Everybody that came along says they love what I’ve done to my home and that it is so cozy. This is like a little sunroom dining room for me. I was very, very appreciative of Four Seasons' work. I'm satisfied with the price that they charged and their quality of work.
It means a lot to hear that you've been enjoying your sunroom so much over the past few years, Bonita! We love hearing how impressed your guests are with the addition, too. Don't hesitate to give us a call if you ever need anything else.

Four Seasons Sunrooms provided a glass front, and then, we closed our back porch to make a sunroom out of it. The sales guy came out and checked on it. It took him a day to do it. He seemed to have a pretty good knowledge of their product. The installation team was all right and they answered my questions. We had a couple of places that needed to be adjusted, so we worked that out as well. The work they did seemed to be pretty high quality.
Thank you for letting us help with your sunroom on your back porch, Howard! We hope you're still completely satisfied with our product. If you ever need any assistance or want to have something checked, you can contact us and we'll make sure it's taken care of.

My husband and I were coming through Hickory. We had talked about a sunroom. We had a screened-in porch and I liked it, so I really wasn’t interested. But that particular day, we came through Hickory, North Carolina, and we saw Four Seasons there. We went in and we met them. They were super nice people and got me interested. We made an appointment and they came out and we were sold. The contractors did a good job, they were efficient and quick. Everything was fine and the room looked good.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with our sunroom and we’ve recommended it. A couple of other people have had sunrooms done. But we are having a problem right now. The plastic that’s down next to the floor is beginning to break and crack in several places around the room. And we don’t know exactly what to do about it. But we’ve certainly enjoyed the sunroom. It’s been wonderful and we were glad that we did it. We’ve been quite satisfied. We changed from a screened-in porch to a sunroom. I liked the screened-in porch, but I like the sunroom better. So, we were really pleased with the whole experience.
Thanks for deciding to give us a try, Johnnie! A screened-in porch is always great, and we do everything we can to enhance what's already great about your home and make it even better. As far as the issues you're experiencing with the plastic, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure the problem is resolved -- we want to make sure you're taken care of. Four Seasons came out on a Saturday because that was the only time I could meet them. Most of the other companies didn’t wanna talk to me but Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 5:00. The rep from Four Seasons did an outstanding job. He had his tablet and showed us what the covered patio was gonna look like after it’s completed, even adding a patio and pergola. He gave us a few options and he was very helpful. Two walls were already in the covered patio, so they just had to do two walls with sliding doors going out to the patio that we added later. The quality of work is excellent. I would recommend them.

Four Seasons put on the sunroom, and the quality of their work was good. The workmen were nice, too. However, I was not really pleased with the quality of the materials they used from the windows down. It was bumpy. It was a plastic or whatever it was. I have been thinking I need to recover it or do something. The sales representative was fine. The only problem is when he was describing how the sunroom was going to be, and he said the roof will be really slanted, but it is not. He even used the motion of being really slanted and going down, but it is not all that slanted. So, water accumulates overnight.

We’ve had a very good experience with Four Seasons. I had them build a glass sunroom on the back of my house and then several years later, I had them come back and enlarge it. The only issue we had was I had them put a skylight in one half of the sunroom, and they have since started leaking. Four Seasons came out uncountable times and re-caulked them, and just can’t stop the leak. Then this last visit, he finally decided it was where the roof was attached to the house and had my husband caulk that. That did cure the worst of the leak, but it did not cure the entire leak.
This weekend, we just had 3 inches of rain on Thursday and Friday and it did not leak one bit in here, and I was tickled. One day later after the rain stopped, the sun was out, blue skies, in here it starts dripping. So, what’s happening is there’s Styrofoam inside the roof, and we think that it is leaking somewhere, and water is getting into that Styrofoam, and it doesn’t drip down out of the skylight until the Styrofoam gets completely saturated. Other than that one issue, which it’s still not solved, they are very professional, nice and they do excellent work. They have a really good quality product and that I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
Thank you so much for all the kind words, Pat. We've tried our best to get that leak fixed, but it sounds like it's still giving you trouble, and we're dedicated to finding a solution for you. Please contact us if you still need help -- we want to make sure you're taken care of.

I went in Four Seasons with a friend of mine who was buying a sunroom. I saw the kitchen makeup in the offices there and I decided to get that done. In fact, my friend and I talked about getting things done together. Four Seasons' people were very nice and very helpful. They were attentive and they got back to us when they said they would. The guys who did the countertop for me also did a beautiful job. The electrician was okay but he had a little bit of a problem because he got the wrong switch, but he was able to fix it. The mess was kept to a minimum, too.
I was satisfied with the way the sunroom looked and the way it acts. But it took almost seven months to complete. I was expecting it to be done in three to four months but the supplier of cabinets sent in damaged stuff that couldn’t be used and he did it twice. Four Seasons was dealing with somebody in Alabama and long distance sometimes doesn’t work. They need to check suppliers and put pressure on them to be attentive to the needs of the job. I would advise them as well to lock in a time situation with the providers that the project has to be finished by. There is also a need for a better selection of vendors.
Joe, thank you very much for complimenting our company. It's frustrating to hear about the issues with the supplier, though, and we apologize if that affected your overall experience. While we have faith in all of our vendors, we're not always able to control every aspect of their shipments. We got the whole sunroom from Four Seasons added on to the house. The sales reps were really good. They talked to us about every step and how much it would cost to do the sunroom. If we asked them about anything, they sat down with us and talked to us about everything that what was gonna go on with the product. We wanted to go with them since the price was decent and we wanted to get the sunroom as soon as possible because we had the kids we were adopting. It also worked out very well with the contractor. I was home at the time and I watched every step that they did. The quality of the work they did was good. I will recommend Four Seasons to people if they wanna have a sunroom added on.

We have had a wonderful experience and are very satisfied with everything that we’ve had done through Four Seasons. We had new windows put in the whole house to replace the very old aluminum windows that were put in in the 50’s. We also put on the sunroom, which we’ve really enjoyed, and then the gutter helmets because we don’t have to clean them. I had a very good experience dealing with Four Seasons' reps as well and their installation crew did great. We are done remodeling now, but if something would arise that we would do additionally, we would definitely call them.

I researched different companies that would be able to install and create a really beautiful sunroom for us. Price is always important to us and Four Seasons was able to negotiate down to a comfortable price. Also, I received communication from other people who used them that were very satisfied with their work. Moreover, the type of windows and doors that they offered were very helpful. They were gonna put in high-end glass and it is very high quality. Their people came, measured and refitted the entire sunroom in the house. After the installation, we had a couple of issues with the door not closing correctly. Because we live on the East Coast where it can be hot and then cold, it is not a big deal during the summertime. But during wintertime, we recognize that we have air coming through the door.
It took a few times for them to come out and when they finally came the fourth time, the technician readjusted the entire door. I asked the guy why he was moving the door and I was told that it was not put correctly. I asked a few questions and he answered them which I understood exactly. However, I was surprised as I was charged for the labor and for him coming out and doing all that work. I do not think I should have been charged because the job was not done right the first time. Nevertheless, the sunroom is beautiful and the contractor did a fantastic job.
Luis, thanks for letting us know about your satisfaction with our product. It's disappointing that you were having issues with your door, but we're happy that we could get that repaired so that no more cold winter air comes through. Please give us a call if you ever need a hand with anything else.

I have always been told that Four Seasons' sunrooms are top of the line. And, I also knew of their quality. So, I went over to where they were. The sales representatives from Four Seasons were very nice and informative. They came and helped me pick out a little sunroom. The contractors came and built the sunroom, and I stayed away. The whole process took five days, and they were fast. The sunroom was very nicely done. I liked it. Its overall quality is excellent. Also, when they left, it was clean. I would recommend Four Seasons. I have another sunroom that was a different company, and you could see the difference in the two. Four Seasons' quality and product is definitely better.

We have this condo complex and some of the condos have Atrium windows. One of my neighbors used Four Seasons to replace her Atrium window and she was satisfied with them. So, I got them. The sales rep was very helpful and told me what I would need. But he was in training and should've had an assistant with him and he didn't have one. He measured incorrectly and someone else had to come back and re-measure. But the first sales rep gave me a less price because of what he measured and Four Seasons honored that price.
They put three big windows and I have the silhouettes that I needed to be taken down. The installer told me he would take them down for me and not to worry about it. And he did take them down, but when he put them up, they haven't been right since. I should have had someone else do it. Also, they didn't clean up after themselves. I have been noticing a little bit like my paint is chipped where they put the windows in and I'm getting a little bit of a draft coming in. So, I have to call them. They're gonna have to check to see whether it's the breeze that's coming through and hopefully, they won't give me a hard time. Other than that, I was satisfied. I have no problems with the quality of the windows and the company itself was great.

We had the Wright Brothers come out and give us a bid. We were looking for a sunroom at our place. Since the Wright Brothers do sunrooms and other construction stuff, they have used Four Seasons Sunrooms for us. The people sent out by Wright Brothers were fabulous. They followed through with everything they said they were gonna do. They were there on time to do the work. They even worked all day long in the dead of winter, no less. They just have a strong work ethic.
And then we had an interesting situation where they had to make it fit. We’ve got a window where they kind of had to work around with some bricks and stuff. But they weren't happy with how it came out. Rob, the owner of the Wright Brothers called and he told me that they're not happy with that, so they're gonna come out, and they're gonna make it where it’s acceptable for them. And so they came back out and did whatever they needed to do to make it even better than it was before. We didn’t even ask for them. They just did it on their own. Overall, I highly recommend Four Seasons and the Wright Brothers.
We appreciate your review, Kye! Every Four Seasons contractor holds themselves to a high standard, and we're happy to know how hard this team worked to make sure that your window looked as good as possible. Your recommendation means a lot, and if you ever require more assistance, just let us know.

We went over to Four Seasons' store and looked at what they had. Their salesperson there was really good at keeping all kinds of information. We thought about it, then we went back there and ordered. Their reps were really good at explaining everything and they had good salespeople there. We had the sunroom done and we haven’t had any problems whatsoever. It’s perfect for us because it’s exactly what we wanted. It’s at the back of the house and the roof is really good. We don’t worry about the insulation out there because the windows are really good at keeping the heat in.
The quality of work was perfect and the construction went great. We had a little bit of a problem at the very beginning in the way that we wanted it, its layout, and the plans that were done. The city had changed how you could build and how close it is to the road. It was out by an inch or so, so we ended up redoing them. Then the city called us back and said that we can do it the way we wanted it to do the first time. All we had to do was to show up at the city meeting and if any of your neighbors contest with it, then we can’t. But if they don’t, we can go right ahead. I knew none of my neighbors would show up because they don’t really care for it being half an inch closer towards the road. It was a little bit of a pain at the beginning, but we had to go to those meetings. But it worked in the long run.
If Four Seasons would have told their people about the zoning things, then we wouldn’t have the first blueprints done up that way. But it worked out not too bad because we had them, and they did a new one, and we went back to the original anyway. We got what we wanted in the end. We have animals, so the room makes it really convenient when you let them out in the morning to do their thing in the backyard. If it’s a lousy weather, the floor that’s on the bottom of the sunroom is easy to clean up. The room is positioned in the right spot, where most of the breeze goes through during the hot weather in summer. The screens and windows were perfectly placed on one side and you can open them and you get a nice breeze all summer and fall.
In the wintertime, the windows are really good as it doesn't get that cold. Even though the sunroom is not heated, it’s still quite comfortable out there. However, we noticed when the snow gets really high, it slides off the roof and there’s nothing to protect us from it coming down. We had a near-miss one time. We’re letting the dogs out, then one of the snow came off the roof. Now that we know all about it, we know how to keep the snow off that roof. But that’s the only concern we have. We’re outside of the backyard all the time. We can see if snow is collecting up there and we have a thing that can pull the snow off the roof. Other than that, we love the sunroom and it works perfectly.
Thank you for the detailed review, Vincent! We're really pleased to know that our entire team, from sales to our reps and installation crew, took great care of you during the process. It sounds like your sunroom has been serving you well throughout all four seasons, and if you ever need anything from us, we're just a phone call away!

We signed up at the trade show and then somebody from Four Seasons contacted us. The salespeople were very pleasant and on time. They explained everything and came with a good price. They subcontracted the work out and I was so-so with them. The contractor was nice and the first day he came, I thought he was gonna install because I was off the whole weekend. However, he said he gotta see what he gotta do and they were gonna ship everything. Then, he would look at the stuff when he gets there on Monday, make sure it’s there and then, he would come back. We had company out that weekend and we had a pile of garbage in the back. We had sharp metals and I had young kids running around. He was nice enough to put the top over it and cover it with some ladders but there were still shards of the aluminum stuff around that I was worried about the kids stepping on, though nobody ever did.
He was there on the first day of the installation by himself and he did as much as he could. He put a temporary wall up, and the back room was quite open but I had a plywood wall there. I was hoping it wasn't gonna rain. Everything was installed and then, they all came back the next day. They had to come back a third day which was kinda okay but the communication aspect was missing.
While I was on vacation for two weeks, I got the sunroom guy banging in the backyard. He came back for one day to install the gutter. It was also kinda weird because he left around 3 o'clock each afternoon and I thought about his work ethic. People travel but if you work, you work until work time and then your travel time is extra. It's the way I was brought up. When he came back on Monday, he was here for an hour or two and he could've stayed on Friday and finished stuff. Nevertheless, the quality has been good so far although I was a little disappointed in the construction of the roof. When it rains, it's hard to hear back there.

And then we said yes, and we would go and follow with the project. Then he had gotten it all wrong, and they wouldn’t honor the 20-year guarantee even though we had it in an email. We were very disappointed with the customer service aspect of it. And we’ve already decided that if and when we’re doing a remodel and there will be more atriums put in, we will not be using Four Seasons.
We had met with other atrium companies, and we even had told them we were not gonna go ahead because we had agreed with Four Seasons. Four Seasons gave us a small discount, which honestly did nothing because that’s not what was promised to us. We were looking to make sure of the durability of the product. We are very dissatisfied with Four Seasons Sunrooms.

I filled out an online form to request information from a few window vendors locally and Four Seasons was the first one to call me back. We talked to a few different companies and we had a few different people come and give us an estimate. In the case of Four Seasons, we kind of connected with the salesperson. David gave us some new ideas that the other vendors didn’t and they were better ideas. Overall, we kind of liked what he had to say and what he brought to the table. Also, they would do new construction while a lot of places would only do replacement windows. We got a set of new windows, including a custom-made window, and they did some construction to widen the space where we could put in a bigger window than we previously had. The installation crew did wonderfully and we're very happy with the work.
Dave is grateful for your trust in moving forward with us and the kind feedback of your experience. We are so happy that you choose to be a part of the Four Seasons Sunroom and Window family and look forward to have the opportunity again any future projects for your home.

I have seen Four Seasons on an ad but they were not that far from my house and I pass it all the time. I called a few other companies and most of them hadn’t even called me back so, I figured that I would go with the first person I spoke to. Four Seasons responded right away. The first rep I spoke to was a nice guy but he was a little bit of an oddball. We had the order all set and I just had a question because I originally said that I was gonna get the grids but I decided I didn’t want them. He was supposed to give me a new price but he was ignoring me, so I called the company and canceled the order. One of the higher-ups in the sales department contacted me. He came over, apologized and offered me a little bit of a discount. So, I ended up keeping the order.
The contractor who came to do the work was very professional and he did the job quickly. He was by himself but he did great and he knew what he was doing. Although Four Seasons is a little pricey, the quality is there and you get what you pay for. Windows are not something that you get every year but I love them. They’re beautiful.
Lisa, thank you for writing us a review regarding your experience. It seems like it might've been a little uneven at first, but we appreciate you sticking with us and giving us the opportunity to complete the job and do some high-quality work. We'll be here if you ever need a hand with anything.

I purchased from Four Seasons a long time ago but I wasn’t happy so I didn't bother with them. But for a few years, I kept looking at certain things that I wanted. Four Seasons is pricey but I've always wanted their product. I wound up having someone come years later and he was more of a top manager. So he took care of me and was a little bit more accommodating to me for my needs. That was how I decided to go with it. He also made some suggestions that made sense. He has been doing it for years and he was very knowledgeable.
When the contractor came in, he was very nice. But his work ethic could have been a little bit better performance. The process was a bit lengthy and laid-back. Being a former contractor, I was watching and I thought it was gonna take long even though they were getting paid by the job. I think they could be better. There’s also not a lot of information online for winterizing, should the springs be down. There was one point that the piece came off so the screen was going back and forth and I wound up fixing it myself. But everything else is great and I loved it. Everyone who came to see it loved the patio too.

The Four Seasons sales rep didn't really have to do much selling. We knew we wanted the LifeRoom. However, they called eight times the day of our initial appointment and confirmed the appointment. I kept telling them to stop calling and that I was gonna be home and to please show up. They said okay but they didn't show up for the initial appointment. I never called them back and then they called back a couple of days later asking what happened and I explained. Then they said the last person who called said that I said I didn't want the appointment. I said I wanted them to stop calling. There was a big difference. That was not very good at all.
We tried to cancel it with them and tried to find someone else who would do it and couldn't. Four Seasons is the only company on Long Island who does the room, so I was stuck with them. But the work and everything else was fine. The installers were great, professional, and courteous throughout. It seems to do what it says but they were saying 30 degrees cooler than outside. There are fans and misters to bring the room to that and it does not that much of a difference. Also, I don't like the fact that everything in the room gets soaking wet pretty quickly, especially if the misters on. I would've gone with somebody else if someone else did it after the initial experience. There wasn't a lot of communication. It was frustrating and made me wanna jump out. They need to better train the people that we initially spoke to on the phone and also listen to what the customer is saying.
Thank you, it is only with feed back like yours that we can correct the issues with communication. Our Supervisors here at Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows are reaching out to you, so that we can correct the misting problem you mentioned. Based on your discription it seems to be a simple adjustment and you will be enjoying the Life Room with ease moving forward.

Four Seasons put up a new patio cover, and then they came back and put the top on it for me because I didn't like that much sunlight. The guy who worked on it was very neat and then, with his helper, they cleaned up everything. Also, the reps that got me set up were very nice, understanding and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. I like the work quality. In fact, my son-in-law had them do some work over at their home for them, and he likes it too. Four Seasons does a wonderful job. They’re accurate and they listen to you at what you want.

We’re in a fairly remote area and Four Seasons helped me with a greenhouse off the edge of our house. It has a glass roof, two glass walls and a concrete path. Their reps were very responsive. They drew us a plan and explained everything that we were gonna get. They also oversaw the build of it and it was all as we expected it should be. It took them a week to build it and their work was of very good quality. However, I have a great deal of trouble though taking the bug screens off in the winter. I have called the number on the Four Seasons website for customer service and asked for some help with it but I have never had any response back. I still do not know how to get the door screens off. I have managed to get them off once, but they were very difficult to put back in and I couldn’t find any written information about how to do that easily or effectively. I’m happy with the product, but their customer service callback needs some work.
Thank you for choosing us when installing your greenhouse, Sue! As far as the bug screen problems, we apologize for any support issues on our end. The current house that we live in had a Four Seasons room that needed replacing. Four Seasons offers 12 months no payment, no interest. The contract states the first payment will be done upon starting of the job and the last payment would be on completion of the job. I gave a deposit, then they put in the first payment a couple of days after we signed up for the job. They were supposed to come at the end of September, but they didn’t come until October 1st. According to the contract, October 1st is when they should’ve put the first payment in. And the minute the first payment is put in is when the 12 months would start. I just noticed yesterday that they put in for the last payment two weeks ago at the end of October when I’ve been telling them the job was not complete. By doing that, I have one less month to pay than originally stated.
Four Seasons subcontracted the job out to somebody else and the guys who has been doing it are incompetent. It’s been going on for a month and a half and they’re still not done. Initially, the contractor called me up to let me know that they weren’t coming on the day they were originally supposed to, which wasn’t their fault since there were concerns about the weather. Then they called back to let me know they were coming the following week and they came to do what they were supposed to do. They had to rebuild the baseboard because it was rotted out. They replaced the base wall, all the windows, all the hardware, doors and all the glass. All that remained was the metal structure. When they were done, they needed the electric put back in. They told me when that needed to be done so they could finish the job.
The week before, when they came and dropped off all the glass, I noticed that they were missing two pieces. I contacted them immediately and they told me they were aware of it. When the contractor came out, they realized that they were aware that one piece was missing but not the other one. They put a piece of plywood in the place of a glass window for a few weeks until they got that piece in. During that time, I brought up issues that I noticed with the room and I was told it was a work in progress and that when they put the glass in, they’d resolve all those. When they came and put the window in, I communicated to them the list of the issues that still haven’t been resolved. A week later, the gentleman came out again, went over the issues and said that windows are supposed to leak and the water should be coming in through the tracks of the windows and the door, and that it was the way it was designed.
Any time there have been an issue with leaking, they try to cover things instead of fixing it properly. I also told the store we were supposed to have the nude beauty strips and not the new ones. They said no one ever told them that. The contractor came the next day and only puts the beauty strips on the lower section, thinking that I can’t look above the thing to see that he only replaced them at eye level. When I told the man, he said no one was trying to pull something over on me. I said that he was. He said that was all they gave him. I said he was the contractor and when given a certain amount, he should know if it was not enough. I’m not a nitpicking consumer. I'm paying big money to have a room replaced and I want it done properly per the contract and what they said.
Any issue that I found, I took pictures, documented it, and sent it back to the office and the installer himself. For multiple weeks, I’ve been telling the Four Seasons headquarters to have Joe, the technical vice president, give me a call. I’ll see what happens when he comes out here today at 4 o’clock to try to resolve issues.
We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed, Anthony. The experience you've described here isn't indicative of our business as a whole. We strive for top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. My son and daughter-in-law put an addition on their house from and I thought it was nifty. I contacted Four Seasons Sunrooms and the sales reps were very helpful, were anxious to make things work, and they were agreeable people. When the contractors came, I asked one of them to leave a little clump of a thing that had to be taken out so I could plant it later. He knew where I wanted it and without even asking, he just went ahead and planted it for me. Another nice thing about them is that they cleaned up their work spot very nicely.
I just need to contact them about a small leak where the room joined onto the main house and it only happens when I had severe weather although I felt like the roofing material might settle in place and take care of itself. Then I have five of my window screens that don’t fit well enough and some spiders get in. They have a little spring thing at the top that compresses when putting the screen in and then expands to hold the wind in firmly. I have to take the screen out then clean the spiders and put the screen back in. They would probably try to correct that. But most of the window screens are fine. I had Four Seasons come back and enlarge the original room that I had them build. Then I had them enclose my porch on the other side of the house and I was happy. I would recommend them.
Thank you for the strong recommendaiton, Kathleen! We enjoyed working on both yours and your son's homes. I was looking at getting some kind of gazebo or pergola. I went to Four Seasons not too far from where I live to see what they had as far as the pergola that could’ve had sides and they showed me the LifeRoom. It’s like a regular awning with the sides come down. The sales reps walked us through the different options. One guy was good but the other guy was a little pushy. The contractors who came out were good. However, I had a little issue afterwards because one guy pulled the siding off of the house where there’s a tiny piece that goes up by the gutters. Now, I had to go and find my piece, my siding, because there was a specialty color. When he did that, I had brickwork all done on the back of my house. He didn’t know he had to lift the brick up and put the post in and put the brick on top. I had to go and pick the brick up. Thank God my buddy didn’t charge me. But I took 10 or 12 bricks and they used only six or seven bricks.
The contractor set everything up and he had to come back to do a little more work. I was told not to worry about anything but I’m doing the legwork. I told the contractor about the sides and he said, “Well, if you want, we can pull it off the back of your garage.” But I don't want to. So, he said he’ll try to look. But it doesn’t matter whether he did or not because I tried calling places. One of the woman at my job at the school whose husband is a contractor told me to try out a certain place to find the parts. I was able to go there and buy two pieces which costed me $20 out of my pocket. The contractor came and put the parts but I had my electrician come to run wires so he could hook up the stuff right through the wire thing. The contractor had a death in the family, which I understand. We also had a crappy bit of weather. It took him two months to put the plug in and to put up the sidings but it’s all done now.

I did my research and I read the reviews. Then, I decided to go with Four Season Sunrooms. They constructed a 12 x 18 feet full sunroom on the front of my house and the quality of their work is excellent. It's perfect. I liked the personalized attention to detail and some fine tuning things that they came back and did. I felt like I could talk to them anytime. The guy who installed it who was so involved in my project all the way through and helpful. He was the same guy who sold the product to me and he was really amazing.
My sunroom is the highlight of the neighborhood. In it, you're just in the trees but with a lot of light and from floor to ceiling, it's all glass. And the floor has interesting tiles where you just wanna sit in there and do yoga. I'm an artist and I do a lot of mosaics. So, I had a kind of fancy Heath tiles from a local manufacturer that sells nationally. But I did my own tile design floor and it went viral on Instagram with the art world and people who are curators. My daughter is an artist in LA so the curators from the major museums got excited and saw it. Also, Northbay Sunspace, the one that put my Four Seasons sunroom in, featured it on their site for some competition. People talk about and wanna come and see this room.
I've also recommended Four Seasons and told others that they'll love the product. It makes an addition not just to the value of your house to have something like that, but to the quality of your life because you've added a really wonderful space that makes you feel different when you're in it. I go in there and it's like a sanctuary. I do my art there and it's my studio.
Thanks for choosing us when deciding on a sunroom, Liz! We couldn't be happier to know how pleased you are with the finished product, and to know that your sunroom sticks out as a bright spot in the neighborhood and online really makes our day. We hope you're able to create lots of incredible and inspiring art in your new room!

My wife’s father died and we incurred a big inheritance, enough to go do all of our windows. We did it but my wife overlooked one which is in the utility room but that's not a big deal. I liked what Four Seasons was offering and had the LifeRoom put in. However, at the time of signing the contract, there were some things that they did not disclose to me. When they started to get the measurements together, they indicated that I needed to pay for the awning to be dismantled. I was getting my patio done and my patio guy asked who was going to do the footing with him not being knowledgeable about everything. I said to tell his guys to cut the cedar patio but to give me a call so I can give them the measurements to where the footings have to go.
Four Seasons gave me all the figures that I should anticipate. They put no footing on the contract though. I signed it but nothing indicated that they were gonna have upholstery put in in the footing. When the time came and they spoke with my patio guy, my patio guy said to me he had to place the footings. I asked where the cost was for the dismantling the awning because they never mentioned these things. They needed to be transparent and they weren’t.
I signed the contract on September 8th and it is now November 16 and my LifeRoom is still not done. They haven’t even begun to do it. Yet, they took the money. I financed it and they took half the money for it already. I’ve given them my business, and I’m not happy. I’m having guests at my home for the holiday and they’re going to be doing work while I have guests. I also found that they are a franchise and the job is subbed out. It was a horrible experience, overall.

The foundation part that they did was done extremely well. The actual raising of the room was done by a different group and they were also very professional. After asking around, I learned that Four Seasons was the best so I had them put a sunroom on my house that I sold. And now I'm in a different house, I've had another glass sunroom built. Four Seasons' installation team was very professional and I had a great experience with them. They told me that the job would take two weeks and they were on top of getting it done during that time frame. They lost two and a half days because it rained, but it was still done in two weeks.
Then, we thought it was solid cement that we had under the deck that they took off, but it wasn't. The team ended up having to go down four feet, put sonotubes, and float the floor. They had to add a little bit more on the price for that extra work but that was fine. I also had trouble with one of the doors in my other sunroom and they kept coming back every year to make it right with no charge. Overall, the quality of their work has been perfect and the product itself is excellent. I'd recommend that to anybody.

They were not very communicative about when they would be there and they didn't stay on schedule. We've also had problems with leaks. The sunroom was completed and we had to pay extra just to have the colored concrete, sealed concrete. The contractor didn't do proper prep so we ended up having the floor over it. The sunroom itself is good but I would not recommend Cox as the construction person. We've had Cox back twice to try to reseal where the sunroom meets the house. And the last time it rained, it leaked again. Their reps were personable and the initial construction of the sunroom went okay although their finished work was not up to par.

The Four Seasons product that I got is better than what I’d seen with another company with the same product. It's called a LifeRoom. It’s basically an over hang roof off the back of our house. The quality of the work of the item is very good but I had some issues with the installers and I still have things that I have to get taken care of that aren’t taken care of yet. When they were installing, they didn’t do a nice job on the finishing work for the existing siding that I had, for the gutter that I had. And if they have a gutter installed on their piece, it only had one downspout. The water would go down the one side and the other side would stay on.
I informed Four Seasons of the problem and their reps came in and repaired it. They added a downspout on the other side. But instead of doing it the right way like they did the one side, they used an aluminum and put it in. They shoved in just a plastic hose in there. And now, when it rains, it sounds like there are drumrolls going off of my LifeRoom that I have to listen to. I told them about it and the guy came and said, “Yeah, that’s pretty annoying,” and I haven’t heard back from him. It’s been two months since they came to the house to check it out and I’m just waiting for them. Right now, I’m not satisfied because it has not been completed and there are a couple of things that had to be taken care of.
Thank you for your feedback, Steve. Everyone at Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows is engaged in our mission to create happy customers and when something goes wrong, we like to think we are quick to correct it. Sometimes there are things beyond our control but we believe we are working diligently to resolve the gutter issue. I had to have him come back and do a different door and it was nothing that he enjoyed doing. He said lots of people do doors that swing out. I said that the wind catches it and it hits the side of the house. I said that if they were all glass, I couldn't have it. He said that I should have said that was how I wanted it.
My old door swung out but it was down to the ground and it was a different kind of a sunroom. He should've noticed that. I had to pay for it and it was over $1,000 for another door to correct it. Then, when he got the door in and he came to put it, he had ordered the wrong door. He had to strung the cost of the wrong door the second time. Then, the ceiling leaked and damped the house. The installer came out and said he fixed it but he never really did. There was a little bit of a leak. Even the insurance guy that hired him came out and looked, but couldn’t find anything. I paid one other guy who cleaned up some of the steps up on the roof. He said he saw one there. He charged me another $300, but it still it didn’t work.

We were looking around for putting an addition into our house. Then, we searched around the Internet and it was Four Seasons and somebody else. But the other people, there was nobody who really did a four-season sunroom. The sales manager from Four Seasons, Peter, was easy going. I could ask questions and there was no pressure. He was very accommodating, that was important then. I could have it inflated by somebody else but they were willing to do whatever I needed to do.
We didn't want a sunroom that looks like a bunch of aluminum channels and just glass. We wanted something that was a room that you wanted to go into all the time and we had the ones with all the wood beams and everything else. Also, somebody mentioned digging out a bit more at the back of the basement and put and extend that and when I talked to Four Seasons, they said they could do that. So, we added space to our basement and then top. It worked out really good and made a big difference.
What was really good was, even though the whole thing was sort of planned out, the town said I got too much glass because of how close I was. But it was easy to change things around without additional cost. It was good and it went out very fast. The people who did the foundation knew what they were doing. They got it done and it was timely. It was not one of those jobs where you see the crew and then a week later, you see them again. They were out there and it was nothing where you keep on standing there and kind of figure it out. Also, the sunroom is top quality. It's so strong that we had a snow storm one time and a maple tree came down on our sunroom but didn't make a dent. Anyone who's interested should go for the Four Seasons. It's a good quality product, adds value to your home, and you'd be happy with it.
Thank you for choosing us when adding on to your house, Rob! It sounds like Peter made sure you had a great experience throughout the entire process. We're glad that you ended up with exactly what you were looking for, even if there were some hiccups along the way regarding the amount of glass. I have been trying to get some help from Four Seasons Sunrooms to have the doors fixed on my parents' conservatory and getting no help from their Headquarters in Long Island (local office seems to have closed down). Four Seasons set up an appointment and when no one showed up I called and they said they have no one in the area anymore and they shouldn't have made an appointment. Subsequently, I have had three separate calls all promising help with the service and also promising return calls and have received nothing. The sunroom is nice, but Four Seasons Sunrooms doesn't seem to be there for after-purchase service.

I searched the internet and a designer at Four Seasons gave me an estimate. I called one other company and compared to them, Four Seasons' price was good. Plus someone I trusted came to our house to do the estimate, and he said that Four Seasons' product is very reliable and efficient. However, I’m not that excited with their service. They did some work at the end of August and they finished more than one month later. They put a window that was too loose for the function it did. So, I can’t keep the window open until they come back to order some parts and replace it. I also had trouble ‘cause I couldn't find the person that I could communicate with. They postponed a couple of times when they said what time they were coming back, but they didn’t keep their promise.

Read it well and have an attorney read it —you have no rights as the arbitration clause put the burden on you to pay for fees and stop you from suing them, and if you read carefully they don’t give you any timeline and they’re not responsible for permitting or any other items and they’re not responsible for mistakes or accidents...THE LUCKY thing for us is that the KENTUCKY DISTRICT judge ruled in our favor to invalidate arbitration agreement. This means a precedence is there and those of you who suffer from them you can sue and I’ve been contacted by a few people about the same experience of delays and delays and delays and problems and considering a class action lawsuit.

We had a Sunroom installed a few years ago and time tells the truth. Our Anderson windows were installed 40 years earlier and there are no defects or disappointment. Can't say the same for the Four Season Sunroom having decades of research and technology over the decades. Now it's about correcting wrongs due to poor workmanship and poor design by Four Seasons Sunrooms.
At the time of following the poor install, Four Seasons Corp was contacted but would do little to nothing to assist with the faulty & poor workmanship of the local operator. The best they did was swap out another drain system to replace the defected one. But again, a faulty install with another is like installing a new tire having bad belts to replace a tire that was defective. A few years back (5) our glass was compromised leaving it foggy. Contacted Corp which referred us to the local dealer. Contacted the local dealer but they never responded or provided warranty support.
Be careful not to get caught up in their brochure and your visions of the sitting in a sunroom during season change or while snow covers the ground. After the fact, If there is no support down the road or bad workmanship discovered at a later, you will be looking at a big problem for many years. Ours was in the Cleveland Ohio area. Due to the empty results and hiding from Four Seasons, we plan to reach out to Patio Enclosures to assist. Maybe ours before and after can be the marketing brochure for their competition? Picture speak a thousand words. We have many, many install defects with poor design. Four Seasons Sunrooms appears to accept no responsibility or accountability for their licensed operators or Corp design. Images can be provided to support this rating. Be careful. We were very happy with our room for many years, but now the room has become NON usable. The installation that was performed by a Four Seasons contractor setup from the Four Seasons franchise we purchase the room through. They had flashing installed around the raised flooring. The flashing was installed improperly to prevent moisture from getting into the sunroom Styrofoam filled flooring. Water has gone into the flooring like a sponge. The floor is now rotting from the inside out. 3 different contractors have verified the flashing was installed wrong. Four Seasons Sunrooms should stand by their engineering and installation to replace this flooring.
But... the room now has to be dismantled before replacing the flooring, so they should stand by this disassembly and reassembly as well. Very disappointed in trying to get a hold of someone at Four Seasons for weeks to discuss this and get this resolved. We had contacted a Four Seasons installer over a month ago and they could finally come and take a look and are now trying to get a hold of someone higher up to resolve this issue and take care of this problem so we can then begin enjoying our Sunroom again as the floor is not safe to walk on. We’ve seen a lot of ads and after bringing Four Seasons Sunrooms and two other companies in to estimate the project, we felt that Four Seasons was the most knowledgeable to go with. They measured out an area to knock down an old porch, then put up a sunroom. The person I dealt with on the inside there, Janet, was amazing. It was easy to get a hold of anybody for the most part. The salesperson measured incorrectly though and we missed out on a little bit more length but I’m not gonna worry about it so much because what’s done is done. The people that did the installation were very accommodating and the installation took about a couple of weeks. We had to bring an electrician in on it and come back and forth on a few things. The electrical guy could have spent time a little bit on when he was doing his work. But in the end, the work done by Four Seasons Sunrooms was amazing.

I was very not pleased with Four Seasons Sunrooms. When they sold me the kit, they told me that the glass was supposed to be 8 feet high, but it came out to be 7 feet. They should have told me in the beginning if they cannot do it. I have a brick home and I have all the windows coming to the backyard. It’s supposed to be the sliding window with the little glass on top, then the roof and the glass comes down. It wasn’t like that. The roof comes out straight to the windows. Then on the left and the right sides on top of the window, they’re supposed to put glass, and they put a wide panel instead. Moreover, the screen door and the sliding door pop out every two seconds and I gotta put it in.
They said that it wasn't the kit I ordered. I said that they showed me a picture and it was gonna look like that, which is why I wanted it. They told me that it was gonna cost me more. They were supposed to get back to me but they haven't. I spoke to this guy Joe and another Joe and they haven’t gotten back to me either. When there is a problem like that, they could reverse some money back. They took $45,000 and I’m not happy at all.

I purchased the LifeRoom from Four Seasons. Compared to what my contractor’s price was and what I was getting, for a few thousand dollars more, Four Seasons' product was far superior. The sales rep did a good job but they failed to disclose to me that they knew I was going to need a variance to get the sunroom done. In the township in which I live, there’s a percentage of what your structure is to how much land you have, like 30 x 60. Because I live on a beach, it’s worth $220,000. So, my neighbors are within two feet of me because everybody wants to live on a beach. I just wished my salesman had said upfront, “Hey, you are going to need a variance." Because that led to some problems for a permit. That extended the process for about nine months. As a result to try to satisfy me, they paid for the expeditor for me to get the variance and the permit. So, they did the right thing.
On the other hand, their contractors were highly professional. We had some bad weather and they were afraid that I wanted the thing done. And I told them, “No. I will wait until the weather is better to pour the concrete and let it cure properly.” They were in constant contact with me. So far, I’m ecstatic with what I have and I’m completely satisfied with Four Seasons.
This is excellent, Bill! Thank you for your trust, support, and kind words. Your patience is very much appreciated as well. We’re confident that you’re going to absolutely adore your LifeRoom. Keep us posted if you need anything else!

I saw the commercial of Four Seasons on TV. I looked at some other companies online as well. I leaned towards Four Seasons based on their reputation, and also because some other friends of mine had sunrooms built by Four Seasons. We purchased the Victorian model and the quality of work that I received was excellent. The room in itself meets all of my expectations and more. It's a very good product. I can’t say enough about the particular sunroom that I have. It is well worth the money that I spent for it.
The project coordinator, Janet, was an asset to her company as well. She really helped meet all expectations that I needed to get the project completed. And she represented her company in a very professional manner. The contractor, Elvis, was also excellent. He built the sunroom and he kept me in a loop and extended himself every kinda way he could to make sure that the project was moving on. We had a few rainy days and we had snow too. So, the project got extended a little bit but it was still done in a timely manner.

The salesperson from Four Seasons told me that their windows were made like sunroom with glass, so that the heat stays out and the cool stays in. But I was told later on that they don't make windows like that, and that it's only for sunroom windows. As a matter of fact, more than one salesperson was here because the original price was higher than what I wanted to spend. And when I told them I was not gonna get it, they sent another salesperson to close the deal and gave us the price we wanted. That salesperson told me the exact same thing the first person told me, which was that the windows are special because they are built like sunroom windows. And because we've discovered that midway through, the person who was installing the windows just did a patch job in the end just to finish up because he knew we were returning them. But he was friendly.
At the end I got a refund, which was fair. But it wasn't a full refund and there was a lot of back and forth to try to figure out what type of refund I should be allocated. Until everything was resolved, I didn't know what was going to happen. There were moments when I felt like I was very ripped off. I expressed that to them and on Facebook and that intimidated them a bit. They started noticing, that they actually cared what I was saying because there was a lot of waiting for them to respond, which was months. It was very stressful. So at the end of the day I got windows and not from them, but from Home Depot.
We sincerely apologize for this miscommunication. It's good to hear that you ultimately received a refund, which is the best we can do in a situation like this. We're going to use this as a learning experience to make sure all salespeople are on the same page with our products. Apologies again. Wishing you only the best.

While I’m satisfied with the results done by Four Seasons Sunrooms, the operation was affected because when it rained, the water was channeled to the inside from the corner where the gutter is and it’s building up. What has to happen is that we have to raise that panel up so that the water doesn’t back up. Instead, it runs out. When it first happened, we thought that maybe the porch was too flat. So we had the whole pavement redone and left that end with a little tilt so the water would run off. But with that, the water is still coming down like it passes inside of that corner and into the enclosure.
Additionally, after the thing was built, one of the panels looked like it was stuck so it stopped. So we did not continue pushing the button. The second try, it never wanted to come. It was trying to, but it looked like it was stuck somewhere - almost all the way to the half and then it stops. Then the third time we tried, it chained over, like a loop was formed and it came down with a big opening. It looks like a zipper that was torn out of your garment but it's only torn out in the middle. We told Four Seasons Sunrooms and also call the person that did the actual installment. This installer said what is happening with that particular panel is that it’s too small. So the company will gonna be making another panel for that size which is considered too small. For this reason, I have given them time to do as they said they would and that’s one of the reasons why I’m being patient and I wouldn’t complain. Other than that, the people sent out by Four Seasons were professional.
Thank you for your patience, Sonia. We apologize for any frustration you've experienced and promise to do our best to make the necessary improvements. You'll have the sunroom of your dreams before you know it!

We were looking into Four Seasons Sunrooms and we got an upgrade for a nice deal. The rep, Janet, was very good. The contractors were also very good, but they insisted on pouring the foundation when the ground was frozen right after we had snow back in the beginning of March. My husband wasn't happy that they couldn't wait until the snow was gone. But the guy who put the flooring in was wonderful.
The room is a completely southern exposure and we've had a few days where the temperature had gotten up into the mid to upper 80s and the room was like a steam bath. I was so disappointed. It's not really a four-season room for us. It's more like a three-season room. I even asked the contractor if there were any issues with heating. And he said, "No." I put the fan on. I and opened all the windows just to circulate everything. With the room getting too hot, you you couldn't even have the door that goes from my dining room out open.
There's also a leak somewhere in there. This morning I was in there and the ledge underneath the window was wet. And then when my husband had gotten home, he touched the sheetrock and it started bubbling where he was touching it. It's coming in from behind the sheetrock from the roof area and Four Seasons have to look at that.

Four Seasons Sunrooms did one of our LifeRooms. Their salesman came out, we discussed everything and he took measurements and priced it out. The manager came and verified the dimensions and structural information. They then sent the kit and they came to install it. The only issue I had was the way it was finished off at the roofline. It was left open to the elements which would cause snow build up. It would be sucked into the roof underlayment which would have been a problem over the next few years. So, they came back later and sealed that up. Other than that, they did all that they said and I like what they've done.

First started with a 25x15’ sunroom attach to our house and that sound so excited to us. Few weeks later; they come back to tell us that we have to reduced its 15’x13’ due to NYC of Queens Dept of building’s regulation. They offer us a $70000 full financing + interest of 6.99%? Their salesperson mention to us this project we only responsible with the DOB and home inspections fee only; if the Four Seasons can’t get any approval. There aren’t any fees or penalty beside this.
After over 17 months of frustrating back and forwards, they came up with a 15’x6’ plan, from 375 Square feets down to 90 Square feet’s only. The price only drop from the original $70,000 15 by 13 sunroom to $63,400 15 by 6 sunroom. It’s over $700 per Square foot! That is totally unacceptable and unexpectable. We finally decided to cancel the project!
Now, Four Seasons company told us to pay for the 10% penalty if we want to cancel the project. They can't just simply asking us to paid for cancellation if Four Seasons did not fulfill my request on my project. I can’t accept the price at all if they reduce my project size into half. I only can pay half (35,000) for not the full size. Furthermore; I did not sign any policy to pay Four Seasons my share for not being able to complete the requirements, besides the contract!
As a salesperson, he representing a big company “Four Seasons“. He told us what he knew and understood and there is nothing to hide from consumer, The sales representative did not mention any unsuccessful fee or any kind of penalty if things don’t work out right. There isn’t any penalty stated in the contract that we sign!
At this point, Four Seasons can’t just wanting us to pay the 10% for not doing any project. Four Seasons and its engineering supposed to know all rules and regulations and building codes to-accept the project. We are very disappointed with Four Seasons' actions. The case not being close, while we still paying high interest to the bank for nothing! Our Dreamed home become nightmare! I am hoping Four Seasons can fully refund our 1st payment of $ 22500. At this point, we are considering a small claims lawsuit against Four Seasons Sunrooms and their apparent Virginia distributor, Total Remodeling Systems. Here is our story. In January 2018, we purchased a LifeRoom. The sell was very much like buying a car. We didn't think this was terribly odd because it was a modular product. But maybe this should have been our first warning sign. It also was apparent from the beginning that they didn't seem to know what they were selling - they couldn't explain options nor really basic aspects of the product itself. We checked this up to their claim which seemed to be true that this was a new product.
Maybe a month or so passed before we heard anything more. This was what we expected. We also went in with the understanding that our project might take 2 weeks. We were told 3 days was typical construction. But the back of our house was not straight - they would need to build up our garage roof to remedy this. They created plans reflecting this which we approved. Everyone was very responsive during that early process. On April 4th, they came and dug 5 massive (2x2 feet wide 3-4 deep) holes in our patio asked for about $10-11K for starting and left. Our patio was left like that for a week. We had been told by the project manager that they'd come and dig one and fill it with concrete the next. While this upset us, we did also realize it had been below freezing and rainy - perhaps that's why they could not pour concrete. It wasn't really explained to us regardless.
On April 13th, a team showed up at our house unannounced and filled the holes with concrete. As a result of the hole digging, 3 massive piles of dirt were left only one of which was ever moved at my insistence. The other 2 we finally ended up moving a month later. Around April 16th work commenced on the patio, several people showed up and were very busy working for about 4 days. This also included an electrician who was subcontracted - we have zero issues with the electrician's work - he introduced himself, he explained what he was there to do, he explained what he had done before he left. Similar the individuals who traveled in to construct the actual LifeRoom were fine. By the end of that week, the additional roof that needed to be built was not completed, and certainly understand that things need to perhaps be left open to allow for inspection.
The week ended with the project manager explaining to use that about 2 more days were needed to complete the work. We ended that week paying the company another $10-11K - between the down payments and prior payments this amounted to the bulk of the fee. I believe the next week it rained all but Tuesday and Thursday. We did not see anyone from the company at all or receive any updates. We called toward the end of the week and the project manager told us that "he needed 2 days." Two good days that had to be in a row we guess? This was a new one to us. With their work done the prior week requiring them to cut into our roof they have left a 2 inch wide gaping hole in our roof that spanned about 8 feet wide and they did not cover it with anything.
It was completely exposed to the elements. I explained that rain was leaking into our garage, damaging the inside of our garage and our possessions. They also left gutters cut in half just creating waterfalls in our backyard. The project manager came to cover the roof with a tarp and said that they would be out first thing the next week to complete work. With every promise like this I thought to myself - oh ok, just another few days of this. However, never would I have imagined that this would now become something I would have to deal with for a month and counting. I called the headquarters of Total Remodeling System to complain to some unknown manager (?) who never returned my call with some sort of plan for resolution. We were just dumbfounded that anyone would just leave us with gaping holes in our roof and cut gutters.
The week of April 30th, my husband called the project manager to get an update on the project. The project manager indicated that he needed 2-3 more days - but that waste days of work. There were also inspections. He was also told that the replacement window would arrive in a week and be installed. In checking the county website, we then learned the company had repeatedly failed inspection for the roof they were construction for some reason not explained. We believe some work was done on the roof – maybe part of that day. The workers just tend to show up unannounced at about 11am and start banging on our roof and then leave with no communication by the project manager. The electrical was finished, and the electrician met with us to wrap up the work. Again, we have no issues with the electrical work.
We have pavers on our patio. On May 4th our patio stones were put back and one of the cut gutters was given a downspout. After the patio stones were put back on May 4th as was the missing downspout. After the patio stones were put back one of the screens would not go down – maybe push of kilter by the stones. We immediately advised the company of this but they have not responded. The screen worked before the stones were put back because we had tested them just the week before with the electrician. On May 7th a team of 2 guys showed up to do maybe 6 hours of work on the roof. We were not told that they were coming, and they did not knock on our door. They closed off parts of the roof and resolved most but not all of the leaks. They pulled siding off and left flashing exposed. A cut gutter and cut into our soffit remained.
On May 8th – debris was hauled away. However, the missing skylight window was not installed and our 2 written requests to the company about it have gone unresponded. Our continued inquiries as to what - in general - is going on with the roof have gone unresponded. Our roof continues to leak into our garage because one side is still open and who knows what else. Our continued inquiries about the screen that won't go down have gone unresponded. This is a project that we expected best case scenario to expected to be completed on April 27th. Let’s say worst case May 4th. This is in alignment with the last timeline we were given by the project manager. We have not received any further timelines or updates from the project manager giving us any more information about what is going on. Our most recent communications have included the company owner, and he has not responded either.
As this point, we are sick of being told that they just need 2 more days. They have gotten their money, and as near as we can tell never intend to complete this work. Any reputable company, upon contacting the central management, would have a team out pronto to fix the issues. We are reasonable people who have honored our part of the contract, and we are clearly dealing with jerks or worse. For all we know this thing is going to fall in our heads at any time and that's why the county won't approve the roof - we just have no idea and frankly don't care anymore. We will be seeking refund and claims for damages.
Flashing has been left exposed on the side of our house for a week. We've got a half finished roof again without a tarp and water getting into our garage. We have a patio cover that is useless as advertised because a screen won't descend and we're missing part of a skylight. Total Remodeling Systems of Winchester, Virginia can perhaps build pre-fab sunrooms but should not be trusted to do anything else. All we can hope is perhaps there is another contractor in Virginia that can service this product.

I had a Four Seasons Life Room added to my house last fall. It has never worked properly and we have not been able to enjoy it. The company has repaired it many times and it still does not work properly. The latest is the remote control, which is necessary and the only way to operate the screens stopped working. The room also continues to leak. The product should not be on the market and since it is now a part of my home cannot be easily removed. Consumers need to know that this product does not work as advertised.
Updated on 05/01/2018: April 30, 2018 Four Seasons arrived and repaired the remote with tape! And claimed that they will order a new one. As the engineer was testing the taped remote the main screen broke AGAIN when descending and will need to be replaced. Anything short of a full refund and removal of this eyesore will be unacceptable. I will also be filing a formal complaint against the company with the Suffolk County Department of Consumer Affairs. Four Seasons should not be permitted to market this product. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
Kevin, we hope you'll accept our sincere apologies for what is certainly not a normal situation. Yours is an isolated incident that we want very much to fix as soon as possible. We had our Four Seasons Sunroom installed in 2010. I give it 2 stars because it is a beautiful room. On the plus side it has withstood heavy snowfalls as well as downpours and hurricane winds. Our problem is and always has been that the Four Seasons approved installer went out of business as soon as our room was finished and we now have no recourse. We tried the Better Business Bureau but they kept ignoring, yes you heard that right, ignoring our complaints and siding with Ridgewood Sales. I even went directly to Four Seasons Corporate and they were great until I said I feared a lawsuit because of the slipshod way the room was built (the installer sat crossed legged in our living room watching a video on how to install it and then the inspector failed it 6 times before he got it right.)
But once it was up we noticed there were pieces missing. There were areas that were never caulked. They sent an independent contractor out who walked the glass roof shaking his head the whole time and he caulked the roof but not the rest of the structure. My husband has a serious back injury and cannot do it himself so we tried local contractors including another Four Seasons dealer but since they didn’t put it up they don’t want to touch it. So we spend thousands of dollars on exterminators just so we can somewhat control the flies and wasps. We can’t afford to take it down and we’re going broke keeping it up. Had we to do it again we would never have put up a Four Seasons room. It’s been nothing but a heartache. All we wanted and paid for was for it to be installed completely and correctly. As I said... nothing but a heartache.
Mary, yours is certainly a unique situation, and we apologize for your frustration. Unfortunately, your installer's going out of business is out of our control, and as you said, it's definitely thrown a wrench into things. We're confident that you'll soon have all the repairs you need to fully enjoy your sunroom. Apologies again as we work through the situation at hand. After spending nearly $80,000 and purchasing the top level glass for energy efficiency, this company refuses to stand behind their product and provide plans that show the town that the room passes energy code. Because of this we cannot obtain a CO for this room. Just get bounced around between employees, none of whom will "officially" stand behind their company's product. Was even told that "just because something is stated in their literature doesn't mean it is true"!!!

I purchased a condo that has a sunroom. However, the glass needed to be replaced and most of the panels were either fogged up, aged or broken. I was either going to replace the ones that needed replacement or do the whole thing. One of my brothers then told me that I needed to go to Four Seasons' showroom and walk through the glass where they have the heat element, to see the difference because it was a special glass that doesn't allow the heat or the cold in. I did that and I decided to go with that type of glass. When I told the sales reps the size, they knew the complex I was living in and gave me the estimate over the phone. They were very nice and very good. The installation only took one day and they came back another day for the little things. They took the other panel down and took the usable glass and put it in one of my friend's unit who needed glass replacement, which was nice.
I love the room as it's nice to have the sunlight come in. Also, the glass doesn't fog up and stays well. However, it had a bit of leak, but they came right away and repaired it. It's guaranteed for 20 years and so far, I'm very happy. If anyone would want to upgrade to the same type of glass, I would recommend Four Seasons. They're definitely more expensive, but they're definitely well worth it as people could use the glass more of the year because it has that damp infusion.
It's so great to hear that everything went smoothly and you're enjoying the new glass in your sunroom, Denise! Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We're here for you anytime. - Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows

Four Seasons made my sunroom and they've done an exceptionally good job. Janet has been handling everything and she's been extremely good. However, there were some little things that they came back for repeatedly to take care of. For the most part, I wouldn't even know about it until someone came and said, "Oh, this needs to be screwed here, this needs to be done here." At the same time, they failed the inspection once already. We're waiting for an inspection but since winter came, we can't get that because they need to dig the earth to see the foundations. Also, they had to put some hurricane brackets but all of that has not come back for re-inspection because of winter.

Our house came with a Four Seasons room that was probably almost original to the house. It was 25 years old and the glass was in need of replacing. The sales rep turned out to be a neighbor of ours and he was very nice. He came in, explained what they would do, and how much it would cost. Four Seasons replaced the windows and the sliding doors because we wanted them to match and I was very pleased. The guys who came in to work were pleasant and a lot of fun. They knew what they were doing and got the job done in two days. They did exactly what the sales rep said they would do.
Four Seasons Sunrooms was a bit more than what we had anticipated, but it's done. It has the curved glass and the best thing is when my three-year-old grandson comes over, he goes, "Is it going to rain today, grams? Can we go out in the sunroom? It's like sitting under a waterfall." He loves sitting out there and just watching the rain come down and feeling like he's inside of it, but he's not getting wet. I'm very pleased with Four Seasons Sunrooms. I had a very positive experience with them and they did a very nice job. I had one little leak and I called them. They came back, fixed it, and we were good.

We had a beautiful Four Seasons sunroom installed this summer and the person that did the work was supposedly one of their best guys. However, it was obvious from the beginning that he was not doing it right and I complained multiple times. When the manager finally came out, he agreed that there were six or seven things that were done incorrectly. It still leaks and I'm waiting for them to come and follow up on the latest leak but snow has been on the roof. So, it has not been an enjoyable experience at all. Even though the sunroom is beautiful, the fact that I have this very expensive sunroom that leaks, it's a continuous problem and it shouldn't be that way. We have a contract with the Roslyn School District. And as part of the contract, I had to install a new window and a door at a library over there. And it involved having some curved glass that Four Seasons does. And not too many other people do that, so we contacted Four Seasons and we hired them to supply and install that particular window. I have passed their manufacturing facility and showroom 600 times over the last 15 years. I knew of them and the kind of work they did. So when I had the particular window that was drawn up by the architect, I knew I could contact them and have what the architect drew actually put into production and installed.
Four Seasons has a fine product, and it was installed well and I appreciate what they did. Everybody is raving about the installation and it really looks good. We had a few little obstacles that we had to overcome, but nothing terribly major. They primarily do residential and commercial work and this is a public works project. So the rules and regulations are a little bit different. But for somebody who's not particularly geared up to that type of work, they managed to get it done and get the paperwork we needed. Their customer service was good, too. I'd recommend them.

We saw Four Seasons Sunrooms at a home show in Suffolk Community College two years ago. We were thinking of getting a regular overhang, like a porch type. I thought that would be nice because we could have covered more of our patio but there were steps and windows so we had to work within that. However, what really sold us were the screens. With those, we could have it closed in from the bugs.
My husband ended up getting a kit from Four Seasons. Their sales rep came to our house. He was great and we liked him a lot. He was really helpful. He also had us come to the showroom to show us more. He also came back to us a couple of times. Since I wasn't sure about what I wanted, I worked with him until I could figure out what was best. Their installers were great as well. They were early and they cleaned up so I couldn't complain. Four Seasons is definitely a good company.

Four Seasons was the only company I knew of that builds glass-enclosed atriums. I visited their showroom and chose materials. Then, they built the sunroom for me. Over time, we had leaks and problems that ultimately resulted in mold. We live elsewhere and some of these problems were exacerbated because we weren't there. When the time came to make repairs and renovate, we tried to contact other contractors. However, we had difficulty finding a contractor who could with the glass that we had, all of which needed replacement.
So, we wound up calling Four Seasons again. My interactions with their representative were excellent. We negotiated a price and they tried to be fair. They did a complete makeover on our sunroom. They also managed to be a little creative and so we salvaged a fair amount of the material other than the glass. So, that kept the price down. It still cost us a good amount of money but Four Seasons did a lovely job. We're very pleased with their contractors. They were very skilled, came ahead of schedule and completed the job several days before the date that they promised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Getting a sunroom was my mother's dream since I was a little girl. A local Home Improvement magazine sent out coupons a while back. I saw Four Seasons Sunrooms on one of those. Even though they were more expensive than other companies we had looked at, Four Seasons had a much longer and more extensive warranty than other companies. Also, we were not 100% confident in the materials that other companies were using. Four Seasons seemed to use the materials with the most longevity. By getting Four Seasons, we didn't have to worry about anything in 16 years from now. We worked with Jeff initially. He was a manager who happened to be in the area. He was very thorough and informative. We also worked with another lady and so far she has been great. We still got a ways to go but the people we have spoken with have been wonderful.
However, one little uh-hmm thing was that Four Seasons was charging us to help us get the variance. But, we did a lot of legwork ourselves already. We had to go to town and get the documentation as well as go out to Riverhead. Four Seasons responded by saying that they have to fight the town to get us a variance if we were going to get denied. They claimed that they knew who to talk to and schmooze. I find that answer valid since we wouldn't be able to do that on our own. Still I felt that $600 charge was exorbitant.
At the moment, we are waiting for our survey to be approved and then we have to get our variance for the sunroom. Still, we did get the architect in to do the rendering. He made the drawing which was approved. However, we got our first denial from the town. We will go back with the survey and hopefully, we will be able to break ground. Nevertheless, everything has been great thus far.
It's good to hear that things are going well so far, Jessica! We can't wait to hear all about your sunroom once it's done, and it's so exciting to be able to help realize your mother's dream. He really did a good sales pitch that we thought of buying it. Then the contractors who came out and built the sunroom for us were excellent and the quality of their work is very good. My house needed to be completed and I needed to get it done as fast as possible. Four Seasons helped me with windows for my solarium and I got the new windows that can control the temperature and not make the room as hot. They also did some new doors for the solarium. The sales representative who initially sold my stuff, David, was fine. However, Barbara who is the logistical person is terrible.
The windows got here in a timely manner and they were done for five weeks. But the door held up the project and it took an extra eight weeks. I put the order in December and I was told it would take four weeks. That should be January and I can understand that there was a snow storm but by mid-February, I was asking where my stuff was and Barbara kept saying it was on its way. I knew that because when I signed the contract, it was Winter and then it was about to be Spring. And after I hounded her down, she was like, "Hey, by the way, I've made a mistake with the holiday season. I forgot that." At that point, it wasn’t even an excuse. She should have told me that in the beginning. Plus the holidays come every year. So that made me perturbed. She was not getting back in time and on the day that she finally called me, the door was already here.
On top of that, they didn’t do the work either, which is why I'm also perturbed because I thought they were going to do it. That was something that Barbara and I had an issue with because David told us that they would install it and do everything. They installed the windows but when the doors finally came, they never came to install. They just dropped it off and left. But besides the miscommunication, customer service and maybe the scheduling, the product is good and I'm happy. I love the doors and the windows are great. Outside, the windows look like I'm looking through a high-def TV. I'm probably going to use Four Seasons Sunrooms again for life but when I do call them, I don’t want to deal with Barbara. I would also tell others to use Four Seasons but to be cautious about the schedule.

The salesman and the price of Four Seasons were better than other companies. The salesman was knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to push the product. And he told me everything I needed to know. But I felt like the contractors need more experience. I got automatic roll down screens and they’ve had to come back about eight times just to make adjustments. I don’t know if it’s them or the product. But they’re very nice guys. They were quick, clean and courteous.
It sounds like everything ultimately turned out well, Mark, but we apologize if the process didn't go as smoothly as hoped. Another company had come to the house and gave me an estimate and explained what they do and I did not like that. And then we heard about Four Seasons from a family member then we contacted them. I was very impressed with them. We’re having the sunroom installed. The salesman was very professional as opposed to this other person and knew exactly all his information and all his products. And the same with the architect that came out.

Four Seasons Sunrooms had a great product and they did a great job for the most part. But there were a lot callbacks for little problems. They’ve been great with their response, but the same problem keeps recurring. Nevertheless, I am very happy with what I got and I would tell my friends to go with Four Season Sunrooms. There were issues, but it's not like these were not addressed.

I completely understand why they are out of business. All I need is two replacement curved windows and have to pay a fortune to have them custom made because I can't get them from the manufacturer. I would never recommend Four Seasons to anyone. Sad service.

Four Seasons is very big in Suffolk County where I am in and they have a showroom here. Their sales representative had a very good presentation, but since he's a salesman, when he sells the product to the person, that's about it. And so when I've had issues, he told me that it was no longer his jurisdiction and to contact a branch manager. I had Four Seasons install a small sunroom that's 12 x 12, but it's not fully completed yet and I am disappointed. Since day 1, I already have issues with them. We signed the contract late August and we were promised the extension to be completed by Thanksgiving. However, they only started the actual groundbreaking on December 11 and that was a really cold day.
Although the product is okay, I saw some quality issues. I told them that I'm an engineer and I'm in a construction business so I know what's happening. Our sunroom has a leak and Four Seasons deviated from the approved shop drawing. I have already asked them to talk to the engineer who designed it. In addition to that, the contractors who were sent do not care about us now. Last Monday, they were supposed to come over to my house to check where the leak is coming from. They didn't come and I didn't receive any phone call. So the next day, I called them up and I was told that they were sent to another project.
I've been also in contact with Four Seasons and I received an email from them that said they wanted to get paid for a month. I told them we still have some issues here. I'm working with the bank and I didn't sign the loan. I have yet to release the whole amount since I didn't want to release the whole thing. It would be unfair to me because now Four Seasons don't even want to come back to my house and they still have half of the payment. I'm not one hundred percent satisfied with Four Seasons.
John, we hope you'll accept our apologies for the miscommunication. Thank you for speaking up and taking the initiative to get things fixed. We hope to resolve the issue soon. We're confident that everything will work out and you'll be left with a magnificent sunroom. Apologies again -- we'll be in touch. - Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows

I really like the sunroom my mom had them put in 25 years ago. I've enjoyed it for years but I had leaking problems around the windows. I would also get snow and an ice buildup on it. I didn't expect to have an issue with it because we haven't had the type of weather which creates these problems to begin with. They then sent out a guy and he was really nice. In trying to solve the issue, however, he put a sticky tape on a portion of the window, but he didn’t have enough to put on the entire roofline where the roof met the down portion. It was, to me, not a professional approach to solving the problem. I was a little disappointed that the person who came out didn't know exactly what to do to fix the problem, despite him saying he has seen that kind of problem before. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Four Seasons but I'm disappointed that when my first problem arose, the person didn’t have the solution to it.

I got some windows from Four Seasons and their products have good quality. The sales representative was good. But the one who installed the window was rude. He kind of damaged one of my aluminum molding and said he didn’t do it but he did. I spoke to somebody from Four Seasons about it before. But I didn’t get an answer. But I’m satisfied with the construction. The guy who installed was the only problem I had. I’m happy with the company.

I saw Four Seasons in a trade show and though there were many other providers, I was impressed with what Four Seasons showed me and we pulled the trigger. My experience was okay, but it was very choppy in the beginning. They promised us a certain amount of time until they’d install the windows, and they were a bit late. We were in the blind. I don’t mind being delayed but they should inform me. I don’t want to drive the process, they should be driving it. Also, the communication between them and us was pretty weak and lacking.
We have the LifeRoom and the work we received from Four Seasons was good. However, part of the screen area is pulling away, and the contractor broke a small, plastic piece on my deck. I took pictures of both of them after I was told to send images of them. The contractor knew of one of the problems, but two problems had occurred. We sent them the imagery of where the problem was, and it has been crickets since. I understand that it’s the winter season, but it still wouldn’t be too bad if they reached out. I’ve already called them two more times on Monday, and I called them today and still no callback, which bothers me and I don’t like that. We got the windows installed in the fall and I haven’t used the product yet, and that’s part of the problem. But once we start using it and it does all the things that we want, we forget the experience of the problem. Although the issues are minor, they still should be fixed as this is brand new.

My brother had used Four Seasons a couple of years ago. He had them put a Hampton room, which is a sunroom, on the back of his home and redo his kitchen. He was very satisfied and his experience was invaluable, and I just did the same thing. I had them do a Hampton room at the back of the house and a completely laminated kitchen, and also take down some load-bearing walls.
Because I'm a retired engineer, I had a lot of time to plan the job and I did about 75% of the planning on my computer. So by the time the sales guy got here, he said, “Oh, you got this all figured out already. You’re not giving me much to do.” The project manager for all the construction, Joe, was very good and did an excellent job. He was the guy I talked to when I had problems. He ran right out here, helped figure it out and worked with me. He was here at least once a week to check and make sure I was happy. If I wanted to change something with what I had planned, he was very accommodating. He also had two ladies back at Four Seasons who stayed on the job and kept the other end of the contractors. They would call me every day and ask how we were doing. It was good follow up and project management.
The contractors sent to do the demolition did a very good job. They didn’t break anything that they weren’t supposed to break and cleaned up after themselves. Then the major construction of taking out load-bearing walls and putting in new overhead beams was done excellently and in a very short period of time as well. The contractors didn't also break anything and crack any walls or ceiling. But with the kitchen, I had to put some new flooring in and I had to increase the width of the beam in the floor. And they did that but incorrectly. My village inspector disapproved it, so they had to do it over again. This was no cost to me but it delayed the project about a week. The kitchen cabinets I ordered through them and the installation came out really nice, though. There was a very little plumbing that had to be done but I had no problems with it.
Four Seasons had sent good contractors over the course of time, however, the electricians who had a license in my village to do work was just a horror show. The experience was terrible. The two people didn't show up on time and every time that somebody would show up, I'd never see them again. When you don’t have the same person doing the work, everything’s got to start all over again, so it was a different person who didn’t know where the person before them left off a running wire. A guy came in and said, “Oh, he did this all wrong. I got to pull this out and redo.” He asked me, “Why’d he do this?” And I answered, “I don’t know. I’m not the electrician here.” I had submitted a very detailed electrical plan to them, right down to where I wanted the sockets, switches, and lights but they completely ignored that. I made a big stink about that and told them, "Oh, that’s not in the original plan."
I also found out later on from one of them that the electrical company owner wasn’t paying them on time. Some of them were owed four or five weeks worth of pay they hadn’t gotten. The company owner was over his head and his little electrical company was heading to a go out of business position since he was having financial issues. I also got into a huge pissing contest with him. The job didn’t get finished until he showed up and did the work himself. We finally got the job done but unfortunately, it cost me a thousand dollars more to finish it.
On the other hand, the man who Four Seasons contracted the construction of the Hampton room has unbelievable class. He just did a beautiful job including all the plasterwork, the fitting of all windows, and the flooring. The Hampton room is a little more of a permanent structure and the one I selected has a traditional look. The windows are two-thirds of the way and then the bottom third is a solid wall. You can put furniture in there as well. But the real beauty of the room is that it comes with a pyramid-shaped glass ceiling that goes up from the floor to center which is about 14 feet. It gives the room a very open feel. The sun also comes through and it’s lovely.
The whole project was completed for a year and a half, but the marketing guy who saw me on the job told me that it would be a six-month job. Four Seasons grossly underestimated the time to complete the job and it was three times the amount of time. Some of the delays, though, was due to my village. I live in an incorporated village and they have a whole list of codes that most other villages don’t have. Also, they have three inspectors, one for electrical, one for plumbing and one for construction who were volunteers. They'd only come in one day a week, so if you miss them on a Friday, you have to wait the next Friday. It shut the whole job down and Four Seasons got to pull their people out. You can't put the sheetrock up until the inspectors looked and liked it. You have to be very careful with the plumbing or the floor so the guys can approve of the plumbing too. And that definitely added time.
The project could have been done in six months, though, if every day, somebody showed up to work. There were many times where they would finish installing the kitchen cabinet and three weeks would go by before the next phase of the job would start. I was actually tethered to the house for a year and a half and I couldn’t do anything because I had to open the doors, make sure they were doing what I wanted them to do, and etc.
But overall, I’m very pleased with Four Seasons and the quality of their work. It's exactly what I want. The windows, the construction materials, the beautiful skylight, the plasterboard, and molding were all top-shelf. We have a very heavy wind right now and in the sunroom, there’s not even a faint breeze or even a hint of a wind whispering through the place. It’s rock solid. It’s a lot of money but I didn’t mind paying for it. If I had another project like this, I would certainly give my pal Joe a call and tell him. I highly recommend Four Seasons to someone else but I'd recommend them with a few caveats.
It's excellent to hear that you're happy with your new sunroom, Andy! Thank you for taking the time to share this thorough account of your experience. There's so much we can learn from your feedback. I purchased a home that had a Four Seasons sunroom in it. And I’ve had it repaired and I’ve had a few of the panels replaced from time to time. The roof was an absolute abortion and I’ve had people come back three times and reseal it. And it’s leaking again, which is something that I have to deal with. But the guy who did the six panels did a beautiful job. I recently had those six panels replaced since it was all I could afford. I just spent a lot of money redoing my home and I needed a new roof. Four Seasons quoted me a price of $17,500 to do my roof, but I just had it done by someone else for $7,000. I would not use Four Seasons to do my roof.
The customer service rep that I dealt with when I purchase the roller for the door was absolutely wonderful. And she set me up with a salesperson, who was very nice. However, the pricing was very expensive. We decided not to go with it, but the manager called and negotiated a better price. The manager was very strange, though. The way that he was wording his questions led us to believe that he was finding fault with the salesperson for us not consummating the deal. And we let him know a 100 times over that the salesperson did a fine job. And the reason that we did not agree to the deal was solely upon the pricing. I love my Four Seasons sunroom. It’s beautiful although it’s expensive to maintain and to purchase. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to friends if they have the money to put one in. Four Seasons does a very nice work. I wouldn’t recommend them for a roof job, though.

I've seen Four Seasons' building for the 30+ years I lived not too far from there. My friends spoke very highly of them and they recommended the company as their experience went well for them. However, mine was not the same and I'm not sure how Four Seasons stayed in business for 40 years. I had a Pella sunroom at the back of my house that was around 30 years old. It had old wood windows and it needed to be replaced because it rotted. I went somewhere else but ended up with Four Seasons figuring that they would do the best for me. But from day 1 of them doing demolition, it was nothing but trouble. They started August 9th and was supposed to take a maximum of five days, but they finished August 30th.
Their general problem was poor communication between them and the customer. I never knew when they were coming and what time they were going to show up. And when they did show up, their start time was 9:30. Then there was one whole week that was lost because the installer had a tragedy in his family. I totally understood this, but no one came and picked up the pieces. The installer was also subcontracted by Four Seasons, didn't work directly for them all the time, and had his own business. So, they would sub-out people at work which was not too smart because that was a problem.
They also ordered the wrong doors. Then they ruined my tiled floor, too, when they took down the other building. They said, "Oh, yes. We'll replace the floor." So, they had their installer come and replaced the floor but I had to buy a new floor which should not be my responsibility since I didn't ruin it. The contractor didn't protect it enough that when the glass dropped on the tile floor, it chipped all the tiles.
Four Seasons liked to do their own package. Since mine was a replacement sunroom and more of a custom one, it was very expensive and cost $38,000. With this, they should have paid more attention to the details. At one point, I had to go out and stop them. They put in a set of windows which looked absolutely ridiculous and affected the trapezoid glass on the top that didn't fit anyway. It was about a foot difference between a window and the ceiling. So they had to have the guy come and measure. He sat there for half an hour going, "But I'm the one that measured this." I told him, "I don't really care. You're a foot off. What are we going to do about this?"
Having that mismeasured was a major issue because the project would've been completed in a week if everything was measured properly. Because of that, they had to remake everything. I left an $8,000 balance just that they would come back and deal with it. I was also calling them all the time. I spoke with one woman and when she told me she had no idea any of the issues I had was going on, I asked her, "Isn't your office right next to the person who's involved in this?"
This ruined the whole month of August that summer. I have a pool in the backyard and I couldn't go in and out of that room. I also had a piece of plywood between my kitchen and that room for a month. In the end, everything came out right and they gave me a $300 off. But I would never recommend Four Seasons in a million years.
While it's good to hear that everything ultimately turned out correct and enjoyable, we're sorry for any frustration you experienced, Carol. Please know that we'll be keeping this feedback on our radar so that we can learn from it and improve going forward. I called the number on the commercial from Renewal by Andersen and every window contractor in Long Island started calling me, and one of them was Four Seasons. David and Erick, the two Four Seasons' salesmen who came were very good and very honest. I had signed a contract previously with Power Remodeling, which gave me a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. They went out of their way to email me the details of how the item was warrantied to get the sale, which was also very helpful because I found out how it was warrantied is a load of crap. It’s an insurance policy and not a warranty.
David and Erick came back a day after, gave me some nice incentives, showed me the product, talked to me about financing and what my APR would be. And since I got good credit, they told me I’d get the lowest rate that they offer. I like them. They stand behind their work and they are just 5-10 minutes away from me. And, I got a good feeling when I signed the contract. They gave me a maple window, sliding patio doors, and free kitchen windows.
Furthermore, the quality of work I received was professional. I love Tri-Pane. It is the contractor who does the install for Four Seasons. I had met their reps before the install when I stopped for lunch at a deli and they were all literally next door. I came to their office and talked to them and they said, “Listen, you wanna set up an appointment? We could do it Friday. We’ll be there all day.” They came out and the job was impeccable, it was done professionally. The trim that they put up was much better than what I had, and I’m really impressed with that trim. It was really nice around the sliding glass patio door.
Richie, Junior, Steve from Tri-Pane were fantastic. I have a huge cat condo for my cat. They covered that so the cat wouldn’t step on or lick any dust and get sick. I gave them the trashcan, they took stuff and debris out and there was nothing left in every nook and cranny. They answered every question too. Four Seasons is going to cost a couple of dollars more but it is money well-spent. I'd tell others to go with them. They stand behind their product. And if you call their office and you speak to a customer service rep, she's a doll. I called up to find out about the manufacturing. She said, "It’s kind of late. I might not get back to you today. I'll get back to you sometime tomorrow." "Okay, that’s acceptable." She called me up at 10:00 in the morning and said, "I just got off the phone with them. Your windows will be ready in four days."
This was such a delight to read, David! Thanks for taking the time to share such a thorough account of your experience. We strive for satisfaction like yours. We would love to work with you again if ever you need us! Thanks again. - Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows

We had Four Seasons do the original work 30 years ago when the house was built, so when we needed a window replaced, we were forced to use them as they were also the only ones who could replace the window. Otherwise, I should've just taken the window out and went for the cheapest solution. It was extremely expensive with them. It was $16,000 for a very small window with 10 pieces of glass which cost me more than my daughter's car. I just don't understand because one salesman was telling me that he could do a room for $25,000.
I also had poor interactions with their sales reps. Four Seasons was over by about 50 days in manufacturing this window and upon many complaints, they had stated that they were having a problem with the glass. Then they called us in to look at some of the windows that they had made for us that had imperfection in the glass. I was offered a solution of taking the glass with the imperfection and I would be given a very minimal discount equivalent to about 15% of the cost. However, I was also told that I'd void out the lifetime warranty that the windows had. They did that and we wound up waiting. We had a wedding planned and I was trying to get the window replaced before it. Luckily, they did get it in before the wedding.
The contractor was fine. He seemed like he knew what he was doing, but the end result was not we were hoping to achieve. Four Seasons just replaced the glass so the framing was all still there. They didn't assure me that by the time it would be done, it would look brand new. Now, I appeared to have what it looks like a new glass in an old frame and it doesn't look like it's 16,000-dollar window.
I wouldn't go back to Four Seasons. We were thinking about doing a room, but unfortunately, there's not a lot of places that do what they do so we just decided not to go with a room. I would also tell my friends to be very wary of them. I have walked into their showroom and they have a nice product. But, from beginning to end with us, it wasn't a good experience.
We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed, Cliff. The experience you've described here isn't indicative of our business as a whole. We strive for top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. I’m a repeat customer of Four Seasons. They did my prior sunroom seven years ago and we were satisfied with its construction. The sales representative who came to the house was a very nice young man. The engineer was also very knowledgeable and both were informed and did a good job. However, I wasn’t happy with the contractor that they subcontracted it out to this time. They were very late. They made promises to do it before Labor Day so that my wife could be home while they were constructing it before she went off to school. And it got pushed off for a considerable period of time.
The contractor who didn’t speak English very well would make promises to come to the house and would not appear there. So, we had significant difficulties with his credibility of coming to the house on schedule. Ultimately, he did a nice job and he and his staff were pleasant people to work with but it was his lack of diligence that was bothersome. I'd tell others to get the commitment dates for completion and for start dates in writing and that they have to stay on top of it. They need to interview the subcontractor who’s doing the work too. So far, we’re enjoying the second structure. The product is good. They just need to work on customer service.
Thanks for your honesty here, Donald. The contractor can really make or break a project, and we can understand why you'd be frustrated. We got a 23 x 11 extension and had the automated screen that went up and down when in use, then it retracts. It's a really nice feature. There were a couple of things that were misunderstood, like where the screens were put and what color the screens were, but they were very willing to exchange it and make sure it was exactly what we wanted. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work of Four Seasons. The installation happened on the day that it was agreed on and they came early. They worked hard until late until they finished what they had to do in different stages that they had to do. First, to bring the things and then to build the base with the cement and the walls with the material. Everything was done on time. And I think that they took a lot of care. They pay attention even to the little details, to come and clean everything after. They did a very professional work.
And after we called for a couple of things they came immediately and they fixed it. Now we have no difficulties at all. We are very happy with the product. I will recommend them to anybody who wants to do it. I feel that it's a good quality product. The explained the different kinds of glass. We had tremendous weather and the glass really keeps the inside a little warmer. And there were no problems with these tremendous storms that we had.
Your review brightened our day, Mariella! It sounds like your sunroom is an absolute dream, and we couldn't be happier to hear it. My project with Four Seasons has been going on for almost a month and a half and it just stopped all of a sudden. The process has been horrible. There’s people coming in and they have no clue what was going to be happening next. And it was on hold because apparently one of the electrician who was supposed to come cannot make it and I tried to reach out to them and they said they don’t know when the electrician will be able to come and do the work. So it’s just hanging there.
Whatever they said, nothing is true. I tried to get in touch with the person who’s supporting this project. And the project manager just said that the project’s been on hold. They just sold us the sunroom and they don’t deal with anything else. Hopefully, they’re gonna get back to me and sort out this issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not go with them.
Samira, we hope you'll accept our sincere apologies for the delay. This is in no way a reflective experience of Four Seasons. Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows was awesome. I went with Andersen Windows and Doors, but the problem was that their prices were way too high. I would've spent double, which was not reasonable for a first time homebuyer. So, I ended up going with Four Seasons and their quality wasn’t compromised due to the reasonable price. The sales rep was thorough in explaining everything, such as what had to be done. The installers were good. They replaced most of my windows and their work was good. Everything was great. They were quality windows and I'm willing to do one more window with them.
Congratulations on your first home, Fritz, and thanks for letting us be part of it! We're happy to hear that everything went well from start to finish. Enjoy your windows, and feel free to reach out if you need us for anything else. -Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows

We went to Four Seasons' showroom that was local to where we live. The showed us their line of sunrooms and then we ended up going with a screen room, which they branded as a LifeRoom because of its retractable screens. Checking out the showroom was very helpful. The first sales representative who came out was trying to install us the sunroom and he was okay. But then when we discussed more details, he was trying to be flexible and we ended up asking more about the screen rooms based on his response and then they sent a screen room salesman who was very good and answered all of our questions.
The purchasing process was fairly straightforward in terms of signing up and getting financing. Everything was done well and they didn’t require me to be home. But there were a lot of ambiguities in terms of the installation and I felt like I had to get involved on a lot of things because sometimes they just said, “It’ll be fine,” and it wasn’t very reassuring. I understand it was an outdoor install and the guy was working on top of the lawn. But they should have taken more precautions especially when there were sharp pieces of metal. They left pieces of metal on the lawn and the lawn wasn’t cleaned up well.
Also, I had to figure out on my own what I was supposed to do with the building permit that I had. I had to figure out whether or not they offered that as a finishing at the beginning to end but I ended up needing to get a survey in order to get it completed. They didn’t make these things very clear to me upfront which could have been helpful. I paid for the building permit and I’m still having problems. It is still open and the building inspectors were getting grief and said that it needs special types of inspections to be done. And although I cannot entirely fault them, that part of the closing out process has been very unsatisfactory. Other than that, I will tell a friend of mine that Four Seasons got a good product, but they just have to be willing to put the legwork in to make sure it gets done.
This is excellent feedback, Andrew. We're happy to hear that you had a nice overall experience, but there's always room for improvement. We'll be sure to pass this on to the right people so that we can do an even better job in the future. Thank you for your honesty, and we're glad that you're enjoying the LifeRoom! I had a good experience with Four Seasons Sunrooms. A friend of mine recommended them to us. I went with them for their name and aside from that, I had a need for the sunroom to be safe and they have a reputation for that. Their sales rep, Kurt, was very patient and knowledgeable about the job. It took him a while to get to the point but he was good. And while it took some time to get a permit, everything else was done on time. The guys they sent showed up on time, did their job by putting the life room, the one with the automatic mesh, and cleaned up after they were done. They did a Grade-A quality of work. They were fast too. Additionally, while there was a delay, their rep Barbara held everything together and handled everything beautifully. Overall, the installation took a week from start to finish.

Four Seasons said they would give an estimate and we went to the showroom. I liked the pictures in the newspaper and I knew they were licensed. They were very respectful and nice. I did my research, gave them a call and we took it from there. Their reps were excellent people and helped us get a line of credit. We built a whole three season sunroom, an add-on to the house. It was 14x12x10 feet high, with skylights, windows all around, French doors and tiles on the floor. It was a really beautiful job.
The contractor was amazing. New York City is different from Long Island and they had to put special 4-foot footings into the concrete. While they were doing it, the inspector came and checked the cement to make sure it was good. They did the footings with the firewall and then they started building the sunroom over the course four weeks. It was a big job. Afterwards we had a problem with one of the windows. I called them up and they came the next day. They looked at it, ordered the parts, and then later, they fixed it. We have recommended Four Seasons to others already. Others have come and looked at our sunroom. They know how amazing it is.

I went online and was looking for windows. Four Seasons Sunrooms was one of the locations that came up so I got a quote from them, as well as from Gotham, Andersen Windows, and Pella Windows. I ended up going with Four Seasons because the representative had good things to say about it, although I never had any experience beforehand about the windows and didn't know how expensive they could be going firsthand. My interaction with the sales team was good and the guy who came to install the windows was very decent and worked very fast. I saw a couple of things the way he was doing it and then pointed them out but he didn't care much. He was like, "Oh, you know. This is how we do it." The bay window is being held by a couple of nails. I don't know why the guy replaced the panel that goes up and down and it would have been a lot better.
The only problem was it wasn't locking properly so I ended up replacing the whole thing. I found out later on that the window that I had was a lot better than the one they put in because I don't have anything good to say about the bay window right now. There are multiple air leaks into it and it had a lot of draft so someone came out after a long time to try to fix it. They put some more glue on it and I don't know if it's still leaking or not because I haven't really got the chance and it's not that windy anymore to be a pain.
I had almost 18 windows done and I had a problem with one window from the beginning of it. That problem hasn't been addressed properly yet and they haven’t replaced it. I don't even know if there's a couple of other windows that are leaking or not. For the one that I noticed, I kept calling them about it and they're working on the Union Time so it's very slow. Had I known anything more about the windows before, maybe there would be a cheaper option to go with and maybe it wouldn't be that bad.
Ehtasham, we're sorry to hear about your frustration. You're right to expect top-notch work from anyone who's affiliated with us. It sounds like you've been back in touch with them, though, so that's good. We're confident that this will be taken care of effectively and wish you only the best. I purchased a house that had a Four Seasons sunroom and I spent time at the Four Seasons to renew the glass. I renewed all of the glass and the doors and everything of that existing sunroom. I wanted to keep with the same what it had so I continued with the same material. It wasn't very good at the beginning but we fixed the problem so it's all good. When they installed it, the installer didn't do the setting on the outside too good so they came back and redid it. The one that came to do the job did a sloppy job. Then everything was sealed well but after a year, it started to condense inside. So, they had to come and fix another thing. The two gentlemen that they sent first out here were really bad. Then the manager had to step in and he corrected it. He had knowledge that what we were saying was right.
He came back, they redid everything and then it was to our satisfaction, but the way they treated us at first was very disrespectful and offensive. They were making fun of us. Another comment given was that we were wasting their time. It was really a bad experience at the beginning but since we really wanted to do it because it was going to help other areas of the house, then we went ahead and did it. Barbara helped me a whole bunch. She was very understanding, cooperative, and always made everything easy for me. She was the one who coordinated the appointments when they needed to go and filed the first report, when I had the condensation problem.
She was the one who really interacted with me directly after the supervisor's coming to check that the job was poorly done at the beginning. I'm satisfied but not happy with the whole outcome. I'm satisfied with the outcome that it was resolved but I had to struggle a little to get to that, and I shouldn't. It should've been done the right way from the beginning. The quality of their material is really good. It’s fine for others to use Four Seasons but I would give them heads up on being careful with this or being careful with that.

We went to Four Seasons’ main showroom on Vets Highway first, and then we set up an appointment for someone to come to the house. We sat down with a couple of gentlemen and went over what we wanted, and we decided to do a sunroom with them right then and there. The room is beautiful, and we love it. However, we’ve had leaking issues ever since it was built. We’ve had the room for about a year and a half, and we have had one of the Four Seasons’ contractors come to the house for seven or eight times. The last time was around Christmas, and they said they were going to send out the project manager to look it over because it sounded like they were going to do something structurally.
They told me that the receptionist would contact me when they had availability and when the weather cooperated. So, we are still in limbo, and that part of it is very frustrating because we spent a lot of money on it, and every time it rains, the first thing we think of is to go and check the sunroom and see if it's leaking. I might follow up and contact them again because it has been a while and the weather has been pretty good.

I called the manager and he said we had to do something else. I got to pay extra money and the work was delayed. I called and nobody picked up. I want to have a bigger room, but it's so hard to get a permit so they just resized. Four Seasons kept changing the layout and it's really bad. And some of the windows are leaking. They said they can only come on Monday, but I got to go to work. Their schedule is not flexible. Then they change after one month. I’ve known about Four Seasons for quite some time. I live in Long Island and they’re very pretty predominant here. I bought a sunroom or the LifeRoom from them. The LifeRoom itself was exactly what we are looking for because I had retractable screen, the power screens that come down. And the screens are not like a screen that you get on a window, they’re a white colored screen that filters out the UV rays and lets the light through. And that’s something we needed because my backyard faces the south. And in the summer months after 12:00 o’clock it was impossible to sit out there because it would be very hot. The quality, what they said it would do, it does.
These misters come down and cool off the ambient temperature for about 10 to 12 degree. The LifeRoom is the only product like that. The sales rep was very congenial and seemed very knowledgeable. Four Seasons delivered on everything that the rep said. The quality of the LifeRoom was excellent. We stood a 17-inch snow storm so it doesn’t come down. Four Seasons is very good indeed. I even used their contractor for another project in my house.
The filter that feeds the water that goes to the misting system burst on me. I guess there’s water in it and when it got cold it froze and burst. Even though I had gone through the right procedure they have in their manual for winterizing it apparently there’s still a bit of some water caught in there. So it was about a $50 part that they replaced under warranty. The second year I’ve owned it and everything has worked through two seasons. I think it’s a good product. The engineer who designed it actually came out and we did a little testimonial for him on the sunroom.

I also have three big sliding doors that I could go into the greenhouse from my house. I had Four Seasons put in all new glass a year and a half ago and the people who did that were very nice. They did a beautiful job, and so far, everything is good. They said I needed this cabinet and my husband made me one with the sink in it so I have water. I have everything in my greenhouse and I have plants in there that are over 50 years old. I'm happy with what I have.

My aunt had a service with Four Seasons and she recommended it to me. Four Seasons replaced my windows. The way they installed my windows was very good. However, I feel that there are some cracks and they were not really fit tight. Also, if they could help more with the covering stuff, it would be nice. But it's okay and they're not that bad. Overall, Four Seasons has good prices and products.

I bought a house about two years ago and it had a Four Seasons sunroom. The room seemed to be in good condition, however, I had to replace a few panes. I could no longer see out the window clearly and some of the gaskets on the double-paned glass were old or damaged. Four Seasons' rep told me the price and even wanted me to sign right then. I balked since I didn’t like the thought that I had no other choice.
I had people from other companies come over because Four Seasons was expensive, but they were unable to help me. Two salesmen came within an hour of each other on the same day and said, "You're stuck with Four Seasons. We can't get that kind of glass." I went back to Four Seasons and I spoke to the rep's manager. He came over here and we did business. The job was done by a Four Seasons technician. It was a rather simple installation and he was able to replace the glass. Their product is second to none and once you have a Four Seasons sunroom, you can't just start putting other people's glass in it. You need to stay with their size frames.
We also have a sliding glass door from the sunroom out onto our deck. The screen door didn’t function properly and there was a good deal of cold air coming in through the sliding door. I dealt with a young lady in their service department and a project manager. I signed an agreement with them in November and I only received the parts just now. It wasn’t fun to deal with the young lady in their office. She put me off to the project manager and he put me off to her. For two months, I got nowhere. Now, I found out they were responsible for the glass but not the sliding glass door because they subcontracted that work for someone to furnish and install.
They were able to get the rollers for the screen door for me, but not the weather stripping. They told me to go to Home Depot and that there wasn’t anything they could do about it. The man that came over here that day to assess the problem was originally one of their subcontractors but he joined their team. Now, he's an in-house guy that can go out. With a sunroom already there, you need a person experienced on sunrooms in order to determine what's wrong and how to fix it. He was excellent when he came here. But then he put me on to that lady in the inner office and the project manager. I'm just settling up with them now. It has taken me about three months to get them to come and repair that door.

I had a fine experience with Four Seasons. I had a real working greenhouse where the sunroom is now. It was very old and I was having a lot of trouble getting it repaired. So, Four Seasons was the first one that I contacted and they said that they would take care of it. They came to see it then they said that they build new sunrooms. They do not replace them and they do not fix existing ones. So, I told them to give me a price and they gave me a good price. The representative I spoke to was a very nice man. He seemed knowledgeable and worked out a price then it was finished. It was a breeze.
Four Seasons sent out excellent contractors. There were two different people. The contractor knew what he was doing. They said they were going to do it on a certain day but there had been a problem with a snow storm so they came the second day. They said it was going to take one or two days and that was what it took then they left. There was also a problem with a lock. They came and fixed it. Although that wasn’t the only thing since the lock is still a little tight. But now, I'm going to call them because I heard they are giving out these heaters that go in it and see what they will do about that.

Their sales rep helped us a lot and showed us the different techniques they did with the windows and how they checked the heat and cold from coming in and out. He wasn’t pushy at all and he asked if we needed anything else. Plus they gave us the best price. Also, the installation team was here all day and they cleaned up perfectly. The quality of the windows is very good and I’m very happy with them. They know what they're doing and they do professional work.

4 yrs ago we wanted Four Seasons to build a sunroom thinking even it was over pricey we will get a quality room, we already had a small porch and deck and decided to extended. They promised will take a 3-4 wks, it took them 6 months to complete it after I filed a complaint with BBB. Problems with subfloor has bumps and floor is unlevel and uneven. We've couldn't find any flooring contractor to do it and warranty the floor installation, after a year and a half a gardenman installed it. One door stuck and roof leaked and fixed twice.
Now sunroom is shifting to one side and sinking where Four Seasons extended it, contractor came and said has no warranty 'cause was built on an existing deck. Now they dont remember Four Seasons extended the deck, I have my contract and pics of before and after and states new and existing foundation. After 4 yrs of calls and now room is sinking I can't tell it's not worth the over 40k we've paid, no call from branch, corporate only supplies parts and can do much. I'm stuck with a sunroom that has been a nightmare since the beginning. Giving last chance to take responsibility. If not will seek legal advice. Find other sunroom company. I believe Home Depot would do a better job than Four Seasons Sunrooms with much less money. Very very disappointed.

I looked at the Four Seasons' showroom and I was impressed with some of the styles they had. When I met with the salesman, he explained everything and gave me the price I was looking for. They built a glass sunroom for me 15 or 18 years ago. The quality of the sunroom was excellent and the workmanship was great. But two years after it was installed, two windows clouded up. Then two years ago, Four Seasons came back and supplied the labor to repair this issue, and they just charged me for the material.
The original contractor, a young gentleman, did a great job and the installers definitely knew what they were doing. The original contractor and the gentleman that did the repair were both excellent and very professional. I would highly recommend Four Seasons to anybody looking for glass rooms and partitions type of stuff and, as a matter of fact, I've already recommended them to two people. The quality is good, their pricing is fair, and their installers are really good.

Four Seasons did everything well. They fixed everything that I need. When we purchased the sunroom last November we've had five leaks and something with the windows. Four Seasons was nice enough to come down to resolve the problem. Each member of Four Seasons has been exceptional. I actually chose them because of their reputation, materials and supplies. I have them installed a sunroom on our porch and we had to get all the legal papers done by the town. I worked with whatever they requested. They said it wasn’t necessary for me to get an electrician or put in a heating and cooling system. But I said that’s what I wanted to do and I want to make it legal.
It took a long time for all that to get resolved but I stuck to my principles and waited for all the legal work to be done and everything was completed correctly. Then I insured everything with my insurance company. I’m happy and I can’t complain. It was stressful to get these things done but all in all Four Seasons has been very professional and extremely exceptional.
Their staff at the office is the greatest. Janet who works in the office was always responsive every time I contacted her. Also the gentleman who came over was very nice. I also asked the engineer to come over so if the leak was still there he would be able to guide the staff because he knew the product and the construction of it. I have no complaints because Four Seasons resolved anything that came up. Four Seasons was very terrific. I highly recommend anyone to use them.

Our sunroom from Four Seasons is wonderful and we're very happy with it. I bring in a portable heater and I use it all winter. They subcontract out for certain things like electrical and I was very dissatisfied with what was done with the electrical, specifically on how they did their job and what they knew about doing their job. I had to get an electrician in here to fix it. But as far as their own people, they were wonderful as well as their own product.
The sales rep was fine. The person I dealt with in their office was terrific as far as getting me to the appropriate people to do whatever had to be done. The guy who was overall in charge of the project was good. Four Seasons' own installers were very respectful of my property and to us. They were very clean and cleaned up after themselves. It was all good. I'd recommend Four Seasons and the sunroom has really expanded our house even though it's just one room but it's made a huge difference.

We were already familiar with it since we did our homework prior to that. Then, we went in and their reps gave us the usual spiel about their discount and financing. Their installers then came in and installed it. I'm happy with the work they did since everything looks fine. We're in the middle of winter right now and it has been really cold and the windows have no draft. I'm very happy with that. Stay away from their financing, however. They were trying to pitch us some financing but it turned out to be a very high rate. Just pay for the installation of the windows.

She was also very easy to contact and if she didn't answer the phone, I'd leave a message and she'd call me back within a couple hours. Elvis, their contractor, assembled the sunroom. He was very good and knew exactly what to do. He's been building their rooms for years and it showed because he knew exactly what to do.
The work they did for us required more money than I thought it should have been but it's a wide room and it's very nice. Getting the permits took forever but it was not their fault, it was the town regulation. My wife pushed me to purchase a sunroom from Four Seasons, and I had a very good experience with them. We got a well-built sunroom and double windows. It's not heated so you can't be there on a winter but the double windows more or less keep the cold out and the heat in. During summer, it keeps the humidity out. I just open up to the other room and the air conditioning is enough as a fan. During the winter it could get to 17 degrees outside, so you don't want to be out there. But on the other hand, if you really want it heated, you can put an electric space heater but that's not worth it. It's mostly to enjoy during fall, spring and summer. It's a three-season room. But during the winter, we just use it like a foyer entry to the house, and it adds a lot of light.
It's not cheap but it's worth the money. Our sales representative wrote up the contract at the beginning. But you have to make sure what's in the contract and that you are getting what you want in the order, otherwise you'll be disappointed. I ended up revising those things because they were going to give me a one-panel window instead of two-panel windows. But there was no problem once I made it clear what I wanted. You can also negotiate the price if you're not happy.
The contractor was somebody from their facility. I usually just had one guy there, but there were two guys at the beginning. Then a guy came to inspect and everything was done with a permit. And they provided the facilitator who walked through the permit process. When the independent contractor poured the concrete, the guy was there to inspect and everything was off the board. Everything was pretty much pre-fabricated. They got two people put it up together and then one person did the finishing. All in all, Four Seasons didn't misrepresent anything and their product is good.

Their sales reps that came presenting the project were very knowledgeable and the people that worked did a good job with the installation. They replaced the roof in our sunroom, mainly the glass roof. However, when they were using the sealants to come in and seal the sunroom glass, there was a lot of sealant lost and cleaned. My husband had to go back on the roof and clean the sealant properly and it's still not that well-cleaned.
They were rushing to complete that and now, we noticed that we have a few leaks and they were installing a gutter system from the roof, which we have to repair since it's leaking and the water's not properly being drained down. We just noticed it and we also noticed occasional leaks with the sealant. We had to call them once more to come back and fix the issue and they sent a guy. The quality of their products are good, but they need to improve their workmanship. Overall, we like the sunroom and the extension made by Four Seasons. This is our second winter and we're enjoying it. We moved into the area that my wife liked and so the next logical thing to do is to extend the house a bit more. There was some ceiling, so we opened up the floor a little which worked out perfectly. The crew that was working on this was good, in terms of their job. They knew what they were doing and were accommodating. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the actual design, whether it would put up with the winter. There are some areas that have stood up to the elements. And then, there's one corner that would ice over in the winter. The only thing that needs to be looked at a little closer is the heating option for this type of weather. That's something that the marketing or the architecture, whoever that works for Four Seasons, can take a look into.
And then, we needed an extension and a minor variant adjustment. We also needed to use a bit more extension in the backyard. I paid extra to have somebody represent me at that particular meeting, show up, talk about it to the committee and get the approval. However, the person who was supposed to be representing us had a stroke. As a result, he couldn't make it to the meeting, and they were supposed to send somebody else to come to the meeting but that did not work out too. I ended up representing myself, so the fee that we paid to have somebody represent us should have been a consideration in terms refund. If I pay $900 for somebody to represent me, I should get that money back if that person ended up not showing up. I think that's the only thing that I would also like not feel good about.
We’re happy with the services that we’re getting, however, there are also services that we're supposed to be getting, which we didn't. Someone at the management level should look at that a little closer. The other thing that was not too clear was the stairs outside leading to the backyard. I wanted to have a similar type of quality in terms of the steps leading to the backyard. But that was my mistake by assuming that it was going to be a good quality. They said that it is made out of pressure-treated lumber. I was expecting something similar to the outside, like the brick finish. It would be 99% on the top and then cheaper on the stairs like I’m finishing up. We paid extra to have the brick veneer on our exterior rather than vinyl. That was the only thing that came short with the steps leading to the backyard. We tried to discuss it but it went nowhere. It's something that would make or break the recommendation for other customers.
After service, I haven't really heard from anybody else. That phone call is very important to see how things are. The money invested was a decent amount. It doesn't take much to pick up the phone and give somebody a call and ask how everything is and say that if anything started falling apart, they’ll help me. It is their responsibility to look and make sure that everything is covered under the contract before moving forward.
There were a lot of details that we never considered catching in a contract. Had I known, I would make sure that everything is there before spending that amount of money. If people want certain things to be done a certain way, they should make sure it's in the contract and not based on what the salesperson said. There was a section in the contract where it covers the fee for any type of permit, applications and any drawings. Those were all included in the overall charge. However, they charged those differently under the overall contract. Nevertheless, it's a good product and is designed well.

I had my family room, windows, and skylight completed by Four Seasons. And their work quality was above average. But we were not satisfied with the sales crew we started out with so we went over directly and spoke to a manager. Everything went smoothly and agreeable.

The Four Seasons sales representative was fine but the installer was nasty and very arrogant. I was trying to tell him what I expected but he said he knew what he was doing and that it was his job. I reported it to the company as I was not happy and I didn’t want him back in my house. When they put the frame up in the kitchen, they tacked it in but they didn’t fill in the holes. To me, it was not a finished product. I paid over $5000 dollars for this window and I wanted it to look perfect when they walked out but it doesn’t.
I picked the garden window for the kitchen because I have cats and they like to sit in the window. A garden window is not very popular though, and they tried to sell me a different one but that was what was in my mind. But when I look out, the frame for the bottom window is right in my eyesight. Also, the top is slanted and when it rains, it always gets dirty. Now, I’m sorry that I picked the garden window but it’s here and I have to deal with it. The quality of the window itself is good though.

Four Seasons did our porch, and it was done fine however there were a lot of noises coming from the roof part of it. Also, their agent explained to me about taking two loans, and she lied to me. She twisted everything around and made me sign things that I read but did not understand. She was horrible and wasn't clear enough about explaining things. I spoke to the main guy who came out to take the measurements, and he said I already signed the contract and there was nothing they could do. Then I had to come up with $9,000 that they never told me I had to come up with, and I'm stuck with two loans. It was a horrible experience. I will never recommend them to anybody else.

We had a room attached to a house that was in need of repair. We decided to hire Four Seasons because they have a good reputation. We went over there and had a sunroom put on. All of the personnel that worked on the building were very good at their job. Their workmanship is very good and the building went up without any major catastrophes. Everything was fine and all the work done passed the inspection on the building codes. We were well-satisfied with the job and would recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows.

Four Seasons enclosed our porch with screens and we were very satisfied with the job. Their ad was good and they were local. The price was right, too, and we were impressed with them.

We found that the company we chose for a project were scams and the thing fell through. During our online search, Four Seasons Sunrooms came up. Theresa was our sales rep and she was excellent. We called her, she came out and took care of everything. Everything was really good. Everybody was polite and whatever we needed, they did it. It's been a couple of years now since we had Four Seasons do our storm windows.
