My first experience with Four Seasons was horrible. The second one was better. The windows didn't live up to their promise. It was cheaply done and it didn't fit properly. Fortunately or unfortunately, I had a flood, and then the people who were restoring the rooms drilled holes in the walls and realized that they shouldn't have drilled holes in the walls of a sunroom. So, I had to have the whole sunroom replaced. That was when I had the second experience, which was much better.
It's been quite a while now, since 2012. It's in pretty good shape. I've had to replace the screen door and one of the other screens is coming apart, whether it's just wear and tear or not. The windows are still fine.
My experience has been excellent. Anthony is an excellent man. When he was putting in the door, he found behind my siding was rot. He could have just paneled that up and said nothing. But he told me that it was rotten and he replaced it. He didn't have to do that.
Great to hear! We love feedback like and we will be sure to let Anthony know!
Four Seasons was the only one that was able to do the custom job that we needed for our screened in porch. They were the only ones who were willing to take on the task of doing it. However, there was a major delay with completion because they ordered the wrong door. And because of all the supply chain issues, I had to wait another three months for final completion. We signed them off in October of last year and it was completed a few weeks ago. We gave them our full deposit, which was 50% down. It was a large sum of money that could have been getting interest in the bank instead of sitting with them while this thing got delayed. Also, I sometimes wish they cleaned up a bit better. Other than that, they're nice people and the job that they did was good. The windows are nice.
Hi Michael, Thank you! We take pride on our custom jobs. We apologize for the industry delay. We are happy to hear that your job was well done. If you need anything in the future, please reach out to us.
We got a full sunroom from Four Seasons. We're still waiting on a few pieces to come in to finish the install. But we’re very pleased with the crew and with the product that we have. Neighbors have commented that they love it as well.
Hi Mike! Great to hear you're satisfied with the crew. We will be sure to let them know. Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. We have a great customer referral program if any of your neighbors are interested :)
I'm not 100% happy with my experience with Four Seasons. I had a room and an awning built. One of the doors doesn't latch. I called them, they came but the guy couldn't fix it. He was supposed to tell his boss, but, so far, the boss hasn't gotten back to me. Also, the day that it was supposed to get built, nobody showed up. I called them, they said that they didn't give us that date. Then, they gave us a new date. Again, nobody showed up. I called up, they said that the truck broke down. They gave us a new date. Again, there was another reason. It just kept going on and on. I still didn't have electricity put in. They didn't give me a railing for my ceiling fans. That was part of the deal. There was a lot of little ** that I kept fighting back and forth. They said that they don't put the railings anymore, but it was on my contract.
So, I had to go out and get an electrician. That cost me a lot more money, because, now, we had to do a jury-rig to get ceiling fans in these two buildings. The manager has been here twice and he promised that this was gonna get done. So far, one person has come and it was a young kid that helped put this thing together and he couldn't fix the problem. Another thing that they did was they said that I bought a kit. They said it was in my contract. In little letters, at the top of my contract, they had “kit” written. But they never explained to me that I had to pay an additional $6,000 on top of the $39,000 that I paid them because they had to hire somebody to build it.
Dear Hans, Our goal is to provide each customer with the best experience possible. For Kit Agreements, Four Seasons only supplies the materials as per the specifications sheets. We are here to answer any other questions you may have. Feel free to reach out to us and we apologize if this was to explained or upfront during the time of contract.
Four Seasons tore down my screen deck and replaced it with a new sunroom in the back. They outsource to their subcontractor but Four Seasons was engaging and responded to my queries. I would still recommend.
We are glad to hear that you would recommend us, John! Thank you!
I was looking for an estimate for a screen in a patio and the rep was nice and very knowledgeable. The interaction was fine but Four Seasons' price was three times higher than all the other bids I got. So, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. The initial estimate was $30,000 and then, they kept contacting me saying they could do better. They came down a couple of thousand dollars but it was still $21,000, which I got several estimates that were half to a third of that for the same project.
The rep who came out was very good and professional. The price I got was a little much, though. The manager said he was gonna call back to see if there's anything he could do and I haven't heard from him. But it's not a big deal. I know prices are up.
Hi Michael, Thank you for letting us know. Our team will be reaching out to you as we would like to work with you and see how we can help.
Four Seasons replaced the windows in my enclosed porch and everything was good, except they left a glue-like substance on my window. I saw some smudges on the glass and I figured I could wipe it off. But when I did, weeks after they left, it didn't come off. I was very happy with Four Seasons but I saw that and I couldn't get it off and I'm not happy with that.
I went to Four Seasons, asked them for information and it was a good experience. The sales reps welcome visitors, and the quality of the product looks to be pretty good. The only negative part of them is they are so expensive.
I had a Four Seasons room and I needed to change the glass. But I was having difficulty figuring out how to do it. Then I call them up and they did a great job. The installation took two days. They got the glass in two weeks, which was amazing. That’s really quick these days. Everybody did a great job. They left the house clean. The room was perfect. It’s exactly what I wanted.
Excellent! Great to hear. We take pride on the work that we do and our amazing installation team. Thank you!
The sales reps were excellent, and installation was wonderful. The only problem we had was with our town, Huntington, to get all the permits going to this sunroom. Other than that, when Four Seasons took over, they did a great job. I would tell people to go with them.
Thank you! We appreciate feedback like this.
I had a sunroom put in a couple of years ago and Four Seasons did a pretty good job. They were very professional and on time. But since recently, I've had not too good of an experience with them. I have a glass roof on the structure and I wanted shade. I thought they could go over the roof with a solid sheet of metal, but they said no. The only way to change the roof was to take out all the panels and put in new panels that have a sheet metal top instead of glass. I was quoted a price of 7,600, and it was way higher than I thought it was going to be. I thought about it and reached out to them. I asked the rep, “Can you do better than that? Can you come down a little?” He said he would call me in a couple of days, but that was over a month ago and I haven't gotten a call back.
It's not like they ruined the experience for me, but I was on the fence about getting it done. The price shocked me a little. The rep told me there was no other solution to the problem than what he said. I don't know if that's true or not, but him not willing to come down a penny or not return my call, I really didn't like that. I should have gotten a call if that was the best they could do and that would have been the end of it. I spent over 40,000 for that structure. It was years ago, but they had no problems with me either. I paid them upfront before they even did the work. I still have the room and it's nice. I’m just not happy with the sun beating down on me when I sit in there.
I wanted a nice awning. My Four Seasons salesperson was nice, knowledgeable and very professional. The installation job is still not completed. I’m just waiting for the water feature to be hooked up. I've been waiting for a couple of weeks now. On the whole, my experience is okay but I advise you to find something cheaper. I found the awning in Lowe's for $5,000.
Four Seasons redid a whole sunroom. They replaced everything and sort of restructured it. Everybody was superb. People walk in the room and say, “Oh my God.” It really looks phenomenal. It brings all the outside in and it makes the room bright. There's something that makes the room serene. Somebody went in the other day and said, “My God, when I’m in here, I feel as if it just relaxes me.” It’s so beautiful. We love the room so much.
We love hearing feedback like this! We are so glad that you are enjoying your Four Seasons sunroom!
We went to the Four Seasons showroom and picked a product. Working with their representative was good. But because of COVID, the process took a year. It was supposed to be finished last year before summer but they finished a couple of weeks ago. Once they started, it took only a couple of days, which was really quick. The outcome is nice but we haven't tried to use it. I just worry about the model. I need to check with Four Seasons about the warranty, for how long, and the material.
The first window that they put in had the so-called floor. It’s a two-pane window where it is separated. The worker, Antonio, agreed there was something wrong, and he told Four Seasons. I told them to put in another one and we had put another one. It looked good, but it turns out it has the floor in it also. I’m trying to get them to do the right windows. I’m waiting for them to come back to me. I called this morning but the person that knows all about it, she’s not in till Wednesday, so I couldn’t solve anything yet. Before I gave them the final check, they were very helpful, trying to make sure. So, I gave them a check but I didn’t realize that they put another curved window in and it still would have a floor in it. Now, they’re holding off on doing anything for me. I’m not happy because they’re going over this for a long time.
Four Seasons was right on. They have a very quality product, and they're very professional. They did a sunroom for me. It's beautiful. Four Seasons is expensive, but it's worth the money.
We had an existing sunroom in the house that we bought. It started to leak and started to look a little old. I found the original plans and found that Four Seasons is the company that designed it back then. I talked to their salesperson and they sent a technician to verify that it is one of their products and it can be restored. Then, the subcontractor showed up and, immediately, he was having problems with taking out the panels. The technician who came to inspect the job should have noted it would be a difficult one. They might have solvents that might help them remove the older type of glue. The subcontractor said the job usually takes him five hours but he and his helpers were in my house for 12 and a half and they still weren't finished.
He told me he would be back the next day but he never showed up and then, he showed up the day after that, which was a Saturday, without any kind of warning or notice. And he thought it would take a couple of hours but it was five and a half hours on a Saturday and they left caulking, silicone fingerprints, and materials on the lawn.
The product didn't look bad but it was messy and dirty. They didn't clean 35 years of dirt out of the joints. I told the supervisor, Janice, when she called me and she sent someone who spent four and a half hours cleaning the glass, the panels, the joints, and whatever else was left. Other than that, the product itself is nice. It's one of the better-constructed sunrooms. Also, they were responsive, although it took a long time for the job to finally come about. We were told there were problems at the factory and it took at least six months. We signed the contract sometime last September and the job wasn't done until last month.
I liked Four Seasons' pricing and products. We bought the walls and windows to make a Four Season room. We're very happy with it. It was a good experience. Anything I needed and wanted looked at, they came back right away and fixed anything we asked. Overall, the company was very responsive. They were always available, and they went at our pace. Once we were 100% satisfied, then they asked for the final payment, which was great.
Four Seasons did a great job. I got some motorized screens for our sunroom. The installers were really nice guys. They're very clean, too. The sales rep was a great guy. Everything was nice.
Thankyou, Mike! We appreciate your feedback.
When I called Four Seasons, they sent me the designer in the next couple of days and we made the deal. Then, the engineers came and measured everything and they were all great and nice people. They told me I had to wait for the material to be made in two weeks but I needed it done fast so they delivered the material in less than a week and the contractors showed up right after. I was amazed and they were so clean and neat. The sunroom is beautiful. I sent images to all my friends because it’s so pretty.
Hi Janetta, thankyou for your feedback! We will be sure to share your experience over to our team. Please feel free to reach out with anything else we can help you with. Thank you, again!
I'm very pleased with my experience with Four Seasons. They cleaned up everything when they finished and the sunroom looks beautiful. I'm very happy with the product. It's really neat.
It took a while to get the product but the product is nice. My only hesitation with it is it’s not actual windows, it’s this very durable rubber type clear vinyl that they use for window panels. Everyone tells me that it doesn’t fade and it’s gonna last a long time but time will tell. But the gentleman who put it together, Anthony, was a real craftsman and he did a fine job.
The job took a really long time. There were a lot of stops. They would work for a few days and then not show for a few weeks. That was really frustrating. They started in the fall and we're still waiting on one piece. They were responsive when we reached out but they were not proactive always. They could be more open about delays. I would have rather waited longer for them to start the job if it meant they were going to finish it in a shorter period of time than to sit with a half-finished room for months.
The reps were very professional and I'm satisfied with Four Seasons except what they did didn’t work, and I got damage on my cabinets from the leak. I've had Four Seasons for the past 30 years so I called them for getting me sealed up for the winter and getting other things done. There were some windows that were fogged up. So, they came in and replaced everything. They supposedly did the resealing but it needs to be done again.
Four Seasons is rated very highly and the largest manufacturer in the world. Their presentation was extremely professional and they gave us an incentive to move forward sooner than later at the presentation. There were some issues with leaking for a few months and they were on top of it every time. They tell me they were coming, but they would come over to check on it without me asking them to come, so I was very impressed with that. The project manager would call me unsolicited to ask me if I had any issues. They were true to their word from the presentation to the final stage. I have a sunroom in the back of my house now and it's just a wonderful addition to the house. It was really well done and one of the best experiences I've had with any company's products. I would give them very high marks.
Four Seasons in an excellent company. Recently, we had to replace a couple of atrium windows. I've used them before so I'm a repeat customer and I'd highly recommend them. We've replaced a couple throughout the years due to damage or a break, and they were very fair on their pricing with having them come back. They were very efficient with getting the job done. In same timeframe that they told us it would be done, it was done.
We signed the contract last year on February 28th. They were supposed to come Mother's Day weekend but never showed up. Nobody confirmed or called. Then they were supposed to come in October but nobody showed up again. They called us in the end of November and said they were coming on December 6th. The windows were delivered and on December 6th, the contractor showed up. But he got covid and everything got postponed for 10 days. They returned 10 days later and started to build the sunroom.
They told me everything would be done before Christmas but they just finished last Friday. It took two and a half months. We were living through construction during Christmas. They cut off a heat pipe, so we had no heat for a week. They were pointing fingers and I ended up being general contractor because the contractor didn't want to deal with getting an electrician and a plumber. He recommended a plumber that cost us $1,000 because he was coming back million times. I thought he was taking advantage of us. Finally the heat got fixed and I got an electrician onboard. The electrician who they recommended is their friend but they would not call him and make the arrangement. There was no effort.
The sunroom is beautiful and it's a happy ending but the process was very stressful. We love the contractor, Ken. When he did another work for us, he always cleaned up and was very careful about nails. But the guys that were working for him left garbage all over the driveway. I had to clean up. The debris was supposed to be included to take away. They put it secretly underneath our new built deck. I cleaned up 22 bags of bricks out of there. They were not very careful too. They had to cut our baseboard to open up to go to the dining room. Because they were very sloppy, no one realized that the baseboard was leaking. Until last Friday, they realized there's a leak on our wood floor, which is now buckled. Now we have to pay for a plumber. They are pointing fingers at each other if the contractor did it or if the plumber didn't do it the right way.
The installation went okay. There were some problems with leaks but the installers came back and fixed it. But the salesman told me originally that I wouldn't need heat in my sunroom and it's freezing. That was misleading. Other than that, get a Four Seasons. The renovated sunroom is great. I love it.
I had a LifeRoom installed in my backyard. We originally contracted with Four Seasons in 2019 and it was stalled because of the pandemic. The customer service was terrible but I will be a little considerate that we were in the midst of a pandemic and in unprecedented times. However, coming out of the pandemic, they still weren't as on top of it as they should have been. So, maybe they were lacking staff. Four Seasons have to improve on their customer communication. It was very frustrating not having my calls returned. I was supposed to have the LifeRoom installed last April and it was by scratching and clawing that I got them to do it by July. Ultimately, I'm satisfied with the product. It's beautiful. But getting there was a little bit of a hassle.
I had three regular windows and four basement windows done. The reps were very courteous. We had some complications with COVID so we had to reschedule. And on two different occasions, we had to reschedule and they were able to. They came in a couple hours, and finished it up quick and did a good clean-up. Everything was great and everyone was cool. I spoke with someone yesterday and they said they were gonna call me in a month. I'm having them do more stuff this week and they're coming in for an estimate. They said that they will put it down so I won't have to do two services.
Four Seasons did an enclosure for the back of the house. We requested a later date to have it installed, concerned about the weather, and they insisted that they do it right away. It turned out to be an install delayment of at least a month. It would have been better to delay the drop-off because the only thing mentioned at the time of closing was that I didn't want the materials sitting in the yard for weeks on end, and that's exactly what happened. The factory made the product according to time but then it got delivered because they don't want to keep it. It sat in my yard for at least a month and we have high winds over here. By the time they came to install it, the wind practically unwrapped all the material. That was the only thing. Other than that, the installation, the skill level, everything was perfect.
We had the basic sunroom with retractable screens that go up and down installed and the installers were very efficient and knowledgeable. It works with the remote control and it's great. It's freezing in New York and the roof helps with the snow. It's a great option for people like myself that have a small house and want to extend the living space. The space is much more functional now that I can have the screens going up and down.
The interaction when we first spoke with our sales rep, Lee, was very good.
The original rep was very effective with me. He was very knowledgeable and I liked him. He was clear about everything. The quality of the work was alright. The techs knew what they were doing. They were personable, clean and efficient. But they had to come back because one of the panes was broken. I also took a good look around and saw a few things for them to correct which they did.
Subsequently, I have gone up and seen there are little fasteners that were not put back. They were left in the gutter on the roof. I just haven't called them back because it's easier for me to put those things back in. Other than that, I was happy wit them. So far, the roof doesn't leak.
We are currently under contract with Four Seasons Sunroom Dallas (850 N Dorothy Dr # 516, Richardson, TX 75081) and the owner J.P. is such a pain to deal with and constantly lies about everything. When we called him out on his lies, he became aggressive and rude to us every time. We signed the contract in August 2021. Owner JP promised an 8-10 week time frame for completion and nothing has been built yet. Right after signing the contract, we emailed him instructions on how to upload HOA documents online. JP didn't do it and sent a regular post letter instead without telling us.
Our HOA does not communicate through regular mail and they never received his letter and this caused a 4 week delay. Then JP lied and said he was waiting on the city’s permit approval and said he even checked the day before and it's still pending. We immediately called our city and the city clerk told us the permit was approved 2 weeks ago. 2 months passed by and JP lied and used the permit and HOA as an excuse for delays. At the same time, it was nearly impossible to get a hold of him. We had to show up to his office to speak to him, even though the receptionist claimed he wasn’t there.
At the end of October, JP sent 1 worker to make space for the sunroom and remove pergola. The worker left a large gap on our roof causing rain damage that flooded garage walls inside. The worker also spread clay all over the yard, destroying grass and soil, and drove his heavy duty pick up over the yard causing destruction of the property. After the storm damaged our interior wall (heavy rain water came through the hole where the worker left on our roof), JP showed up with the worst attitude 3 days after we contacted him and proceeded to spray the hole on our roof with a garden hose to "fix" the problem. We had a third party flood repair company there and they were speechless seeing the actions that JP has taken. In total JP's worker has only worked 5 days out of the last 4 months and that's the only job that we have gotten from JP. Our garage wall is still destroyed and the roof is still not repaired to this day.
Parts for the sunroom were dropped off at the end of November but were the wrong color (yellow instead of white) which did not match our home. JP lied and claimed we chose this color which we never did. We never received anything regarding the color besides the initial rendering provided by JP which shows white panels. To this day, JP cannot show us any proof on paper that we chose the yellow color. JP has been using the back yard as storage for incorrect parts for over a month, claiming he would be able to get white parts in a couple weeks which was untrue.
Last Monday he promised someone would build the sunroom this week, a week passed and we still haven’t gotten the correct color and nobody showed up. JP never called to inform us and we had to call him on Friday. He claimed that the delay was the warehouse's fault initially then moved to saying it's because he only has one worker and that worker is on other jobs this week. Then he said it was due to the warehouse having to fill out orders that were made by other companies first before getting to his order. Then he said he owns the warehouse and somebody is doing an audit this week so no parts can be shipped out. All of these ridiculous and contrary excuses were made on one 20 minute phone call. When we pressed him more about the inaction, he called my wife too demanding.
Contractor is now 9 weeks past the deadline for completion and hasn't even started building. The owner JP lies and has countless excuses and blames everything on COVID, workers, factory and warehouses, but all the delays we have experienced were caused by him directly. We have since read all complaints that were made on this local business on BBB and not to our surprise everyone seems to have the same problem we are experiencing with the owner JP.
Four Seasons did my sunroom about 20 years ago. This time around, they replaced everything, so it looks like a new sunroom. It was a good experience. After it was installed, I had a couple of leaks. But they were quick to come and take care of it. So, after that, it's been doing very well. They were very good and professional. They were always willing to do the work necessary to get it done.
Four Seasons sent a salesperson and she spoke to us and gave us all the information. We ordered a sunshade. It took a long time, but that was out of their control. It was the delivery of the item and it was fine. They installed it.
The company responded today with assurances the problems will be corrected. I did not receive a proposal for the work and they assumed I did not want to proceed.
I installed a Four Seasons Sunroom in 2002. Now I have a leaky roof and permanently streaked windows, with almost no seal from outside temperatures. I have tried multiple times over 2 YEARRS to get these fixed. JP, the franchise owner, comes out, looks, promises to get back to me. Then NOTHING. No word, no contact of any kind. OVER AND OVER AGAIN. DO NOT BUY IN DFW. Horrible follow up service.
We called Four Seasons for information and they were a little delayed getting back to us but they were okay. They knew their information and they knew their product. Where I struggled a little bit was when we ordered the LifeRoom, I had two picture windows where the project or the room was going. We had an existing aluminum sunroom. The two sales guys and John, the project manager, came back and John was very upfront with us and said that they couldn't install it. The windows needed to be changed out. They needed to be smaller because of the pitch of the roof. But that was not within my budget. They worked their magic and they said that the windows will be on them.
One thing, though, is I asked for that extra piece to be in writing because I wanted to know what we were responsible for and what Four Seasons was responsible for. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and I never got that information in writing. We reached out to the sales guys and they said that it was John's responsibility. We called John but he said the sales guys were going to do that.
The installers that were here - the lead guy, Rich, and his two coworkers - were phenomenal. There's still some work that needs to be done. The spackling has not been completed yet and we're waiting to hear back to see when that could be finished. But Janet at their office was fantastic. She kept us in the loop and was apologetic because we were waiting for some windows to come in. Also, the product is great. I'm really looking forward to when we get the warmer weather in to really sit out there and kind of use it.
Four Seasons did a very good job. I love the sunroom. That's the best room in the house.
I like that Four Seasons is local. I bought a Victorian conservatory from them and the quality was excellent. The experience was good all the way around.
My den is old knotty pine, and Four Seasons was the only one that would replace the windows with the look of the pine. Everybody else wanted to put white in here, which will look ridiculous. But Four Seasons gave us what we wanted. Also, my husband thought the salesman was knowledgeable. The man that came to put in these windows the second time remembered being here the last time. So he was very accommodating also. Overall, everybody was great.
Four Seasons worked for me at another house before. This time, I got motorized screens from them. The contractors that did the labor were very conscientious, did their job, and cleaned up well after themselves. It's just that Four Seasons needs to be a little bit more on top of their bookkeeping and record-keeping on the finance side. Everything was done, everything was installed, and then somebody called me saying they didn't have financing on me and they didn't how I'd pay for it. Now, I'm lucky enough that if push came to shove, I have the cash. I could've just paid that outright. But the only reason why my husband and I decided to go with this was because they promised us that we could finance for 0%. Then, they never said and sent anything. So then, they put it all off. I asked how are we working on the payments and they said that they didn't have anything on record yet. That's not my fault. Other than that, it was an excellent experience.
We had the LifeRoom installed. The work was good and they were professional. The only thing is that the fans we had installed are not working correctly.
I have a problem with the installation. Four Seasons said they have the material already. They were supposed to be done in four to six weeks. But I didn't have any call from them that the material is ready to be delivered. Then I got a call saying that they would deliver the material. They were waiting for a couple of weeks to schedule this. But there was no truck to deliver. The day before the delivery, I was supposed to get a phone call stating the window hours of the delivery. But then I got a phone call saying that they didn’t have all the material and they didn’t know when it was gonna be delivered. So I had to wait another two or three weeks.
Finally, I got a phone call that said the materials would be delivered and I got a delivery date. When they bring the material in, I gotta wait another couple of weeks to schedule the installation. There was some material which is a different color. They’re supposed to come in and check the colors. Also, I found out that there are holes in the construction, which they didn’t cover. I sent the picture today to the saleslady who sold me this. She said she will tell her boss tomorrow about what’s going on and they’re supposed to call me about it.
There was another problem with the price for the installation. For example, I got a confirmation from everybody saying that the price will not exceed a certain amount. But the guy from Four Seasons said the price needed to be raised almost $1,000 more for the installation because everything was custom-made. When he came and measured, he said, “I cannot do it for this price. And if you will deal with me, I work with this stuff.” I said, “Okay. Thank you so much. If you don’t wanna do it for the price which we already agreed for it, I don’t want this. I’m gonna deal with somebody else.” But my wife said we should do it so I agreed to it.
It was a good experience with the rep from Four Seasons when we first met with him. But after that, it wasn’t so great. There were a lot of promises made and a lot of ways that they said things were going to happen and it did not happen. It was the same thing with the contractor. We had a lot of run around with it, where we were told one thing and then things would change. A big thing for us was being available and letting us know when things are happening as well as following through with what they said. They said they were going to take care of everything and we don't have to do stuff. But I had to tell them when to order the tiles and there were a lot of miscommunications. And even with us calling, it was the same thing. Part of it had to do with COVID and they said they were a little short-staffed but there were a few times where we were frustrated. They would say somebody was going to come and then, all of a sudden, nobody was coming.
It was supposed to be a six to eight-week job but it took about six months. If we knew it was gonna take as long as it took and the headache that it was gonna be, we probably wouldn't have done it because it was a lot of stress. The salesperson told us not to worry, it was not going to be stressful and everything was gonna be handled. The way that he spoke sounded great but it didn't follow through completely with it. But overall, we're happy. It took long to get where we are but the reps came back to make improvements on the stuff that needed to be fixed. A guy came and spoke to us and we were able to smooth things over. Four Seasons tried to be as accommodating as they could but it was the process that was extremely frustrating.
I had used Four Seasons at a previous house. Recently, we wanted to do a glass room but it wasn't gonna work for my location. So we ended up going with a new lightroom. We like the outcome a lot. We're happy with the room. However, if you hold the remote down too long, you could reset everything. It would be better if they had a custom remote control. It was also a little complicated because of the COVID. Delay problems. But once they got going, it was fine. It was a part that was installed, but it was damaged, and they were very reputable with following up and replacing it.
But they should be a little better, like more visibility about the scheduling and communication about that. Also, one suggestion will be for the footers of the room. They were very good at coming down and surveying the property, showing us where things needed to be. But it would help if they had a template like the cement guys would know exactly to check it. But the installers were fine. The fellow that came back to replace things was very good.
Four Seasons promised something and someone said these guys like to work fast. I was happy to pay for things up front in full and have the sunroom for the summer. I signed the contract around May 20th. It was not installed until towards the end of August. We missed the whole summer. I like the product but the installation was sloppy. It was put together with a couple of dings and some scratches on it. The tech had to come back to fill the caulking. I'm gonna have my own contractor redo it because I didn't want to deal with it anymore. Also, the tech left a ton of garbage all over the yard. Four Seasons sent someone to come back. But I had to keep following up.
My biggest issue was that, throughout the whole process, when I'm told it can be done in 30 days, and I'm waiting four months without even a simple phone call. Also, I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with someone when I would call. But, I'm really happy with it now and I enjoy it. We made it our own and put some nice furniture underneath. I also put a TV under it. I use it all the time. I have my friends come over and everybody loves it. The screen comes down. It's very cool, the sunlight and all that.
But I'm not fully comfortable because it's a reflection on me if I give a referral. It's a big deal if you give a referral and then someone goes through a stressful time with the experience like the one that I went through. I'm a pretty laid-back yoga instruction and it got me pretty worked up that no one was getting back to me and I was waiting that long. I understand being backed up because of all the COVID stuff, but I shouldn't have been trying every day to get through to someone. Someone should have been reaching out to me, give me a heads up. Additionally, I'm a little worried about how one of the screens is making a little bit of noise when it's coming down. It's not anything that I would bother anyone to come fix yet but I hope that the warranty is what they say it is.
Working with Four Seasons was great. They did a demonstration so I'm really happy with it. The rep was really easy to talk to. Although he was a sales guy, he was not stuffy like that. It's exactly what we need. We only did the screens on two posts outside and we're contemplating doing the sides, but we don't need them right now. However, the product didn't come with all the pieces so one of the techs who had to install it had to come back. But that wasn't an issue for us because we weren't using it at that point. It will all get hooked up and once that's done, I'm sure we're gonna get a lot of use out of it.
I had an enclosed screened-in porch and Four Seasons built a sunroom around it. So, we kept the same slab. The techs were all fine and everybody was responsive. They did what they had to do. The only problem with the install was that the materials were delivered into my driveway three weeks before the work started. In the meantime, we had two nor'easters and a hurricane. The boxes were melted all over the place. So, we had to call them as we were afraid to move anything. It was becoming a sodden mess in the driveway. Four Seasons came right away and they were able to store most of it in the garage and protect what was not being protected.
But the actual install was fine. We had a main guy and a helper and they were polite and courteous. They showed up at 9 o'clock, and cleaned up before they left. The work they did was perfect. The sunroom with a glass ceiling and walls have windows. It's beautiful. We love it. Four Seasons did a good job.
The Four Seasons sales rep was very informative. There was no pressure on anything and he got back with prices immediately. The installation wasn't great. They installed a three-season for us which was ordered in February but it didn't get installed until almost July. Due to everything that's going on with COVID, it was hard for them to get the material. But the install team was fine and they cleaned up after themselves. Overall, the project came out great. They did a great job.
David, the salesperson, showed me different layouts and pointed me towards the right direction. I didn’t even think twice about purchasing the full room. I love it. Four Seasons is very professional, the prices are right, and you can't go wrong.
We had a sunroom and Four Seasons replaced the glass in our ceiling there because it was leaking. Then it leaked the first time it rained. They came back and resealed it. It hasn't rained since, so we can't decipher whether or not it's going to not leak again. The company is good. I'm still leaning on whether or not I made the right decision on just replacing the glass and not reroofing the room.
The sales reps were good but the installation did not go well. The finished product, it was not good. There were gaps in the roof and water coming through the skylight and through the roof. We called and they sent somebody supposedly when we weren't there. Supposedly those people caulked something. Two weeks later, more rain came in. Also, the pillars that support the whole room, my daughter-in-law looked, and then she goes, "Why are those things crooked?" And I said, "Yeah. Why are they crooked?" So, we called the project manager. He came and said, "Oh, yeah, they didn't put in the bolts through it." Additionally, getting a hold of Four Seasons is a little difficult especially during the process. They probably didn't have another crew to finish up and they were just not answering. It took three months to finish the job. We wanted to enjoy our Four Seasons as it was summer but we didn't get the chance.
The end product from Four Seasons is beautiful. I've had inspectors from the village of Garden City come through and, unsolicited, they said, "This is really nice." It took a lot longer than we had expected though. It took close to three months to complete the job, which they were expecting would be done in four weeks. They got a lot done in the first couple of weeks, but then the project manager was out of town for 10 days, and the crew did some things while he was away that had to be undone and then done over again when the electrician got here. Then, the work that was done was like piecemeal. Somebody would show up for two hours, and then leave. It just dragged on for a long time. But the construction, the quality, and the electrical work from the electrician that Four Seasons recommended were really good. I am happy with the end product.
I was looking for a sunroom and when the guy from Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows came, he gave me options. The options happened to be what's called their LifeRoom, and we saw, for our budget and our needs the LifeRoom was the better way to go. They are quick to close the deal. I was told numerous things. The project was going to be completed by May. But there were various delays on their part. We would get everything to them right away. They claimed that the survey wasn't going to be good enough even though I went to the town and the town claimed that that was sufficient. I got a new survey, paid for a new survey and got that to them immediately.
When everything was said and done, everybody kept on blaming each other. Four Seasons blamed Expedited. Expedited blamed Four Seasons. They blamed the town. I was in constant contact with the town. The town said it was Four Seasons. Then when finally I had a complaint online because nobody was getting back to me, the project manager wasn't getting back to me, the salesman wasn't getting back to me, the Four Seasons rep that was dealing with that Four Seasons wasn't getting back to me, I finally went online on multiple social media sites and did an email campaign trying to get somebody to get back to me.
When they got back to me, they promised me that they were going to get it done. Now we were in August. August came around and the day they were supposed to start, there were issues with their employees calling out sick, so it got delayed further. The town that came to do the inspection wasn’t inspecting the footers. They came in and they got into an argument with Four Seasons, refusing to sign off the footers for my project because they continuously didn’t listen to their recommendations that their pictures of the footers were not acceptable. They had to see the holes for the footers. So things got delayed there. This thing that I paid for in January didn't get completed till 18 months later and signed off until 18 months later.
Clear and constant communication, is the way for them to go because that is to keep their customers abreast as to where they are in the process. Any mistakes that happen with the town, it's their business, not ours. I should not be in the middle of a fight between the town and them over other jobs and them utilizing my job as an example to use, because this is going on there. I paid a premium so I don't have to deal with that. They're not a very good company. But the end product is a beautiful product. But the process was an excruciating process no one should have to go through.
We had windows and we're in the process of getting a sunroom done. The quality was wonderful. Four Seasons got my windows in and they were spectacular. The two guys who installed them were professional and courteous. They came on time and they were clean.
The sales rep that I dealt with was great. He was really knowledgeable and friendly. You could tell that he was in the business for a bit because he knew a bunch of different products and how these evolved over the years. The contractor was great and really knowledgeable too. They have been in the business for many years and you can tell just by how quickly they built everything. The quality of the sunroom definitely meets expectations. It's a big wow factor and it adds a bunch of living space for us, which we need, so it's great.
It took about three weeks from the time I called, then the person came here to check the job, made an offer and we accepted, and then they came down. It was a fast request because we were moving. They ordered the windows and everything was fine. They arrived on time. They did their job and it was done right. But it was really expensive. We paid $2,000 to change four windows.
They installed the sunroom glasses and they did a good job. It was a pretty good experience.
The previous owner for the house had Four Seasons put in the sunroom and I went back to them when I had to replace the windows. The representatives were good. The people that installed were phenomenal. They cleaned up every single little piece of mess. They were quick. It was quite a pleasant experience. I love the sunroof windows that were redone. We were extremely happy with everything. We're in the process of debating on whether or not to do the rest of windows because we only did those ceiling part.
The sunroom windows that were originally installed were defective. I purchased the house from the previous owner who had this installed about 13 years ago, and all the windows started to lose their seal and get moisture between the panes of glass. When I contacted Four Seasons, they said it was out of warranty. I was kind of surprised by that because most manufacturer's warranty is 20 years. One of the people in the Four Seasons office said that they had a lot of problems with the previous supplier of the glass and that they switched over.
When I spoke with the manager there, I told him that I knew it was not in the warranty, but could they at least supply me the windows at some kind of cost being that these things are all breaking. I had to buy five of them and he sold me the windows at a ridiculous cost. I paid $1,100 for a curved window. They all weren't that expensive, but it was over two grand for the five windows. I was pretty disgusted by it. They should have backed their product better, especially if someone tells me they had a defective glass supplier. So my experience with Four Season Sunroom is, and continues to be, horrible. I was very dissatisfied with everything.
We had Four Seasons to the house for two installations. We purchased 18 windows. Everything went well. The mechanics knew the trade well. The latch on one of the casement windows failed twice in March 2020. A rep removed the latch from the property and I have not heard from Four Seasons since. I have called and been promised a call back. At this point there is no response. Just the usual lip service. Please fix my window latch.
The delivery took a long time and I had a permit expire. I ordered in September and I got the delivery in February. It was hard to follow up because I had to keep on tracking them down in order to get my answers as to when it was going to be delivered. No one was reaching out to me. I had to reach out to them. These were windows for a sunroom. Four Seasons should offer to install for free.
I have a situation which needs to be addressed. I was going to put a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I have a situation where the project leaks. Four Seasons has come here a couple of times already. They're very nice people. Every time I call them, they come. It takes a couple of days, but they do come to attempt to fix the issue, but the issue never gets fixed.
The sunroom is a cover fort. It's over 10-deck with these walls that are like screens and they go up and down. The thing visually looks fine. But somewhere down the line, when Four Seasons attached this to the house, there is something that was not done properly. Maybe they didn't put something where that roof of the structure attaches to the wall. Maybe there was some sort of thing that they were supposed to put there to make sure that the water doesn't seep in. They do band-aid solutions. They are not thinking about, "Okay, we have to resolve this." If it stops raining for two weeks, it's fine. But then, we had a rain last night and the problem came back.
When they caulked, they went on top of the roof and said, "Okay, maybe this needs to be caulked." They caulked it but it wasn't done correctly, then another guy came. He built on the side with the caulking, which looks a bit unsightly. My wife looked at it after he left and she was very upset because he built these on the side like a retaining wall of an inch of that caulking. It's on top of the roof. But still, she was a bit upset because she was like, "This shouldn't be like that because we pay all this money." But the problem never gets fixed, so the leaking continues. And then, if it stops raining for two weeks, it's fine. But then, as soon as it rains, it goes back to that interior leak within the roof.
They've been out here five times and I'm fed up with it. They come, and it's usually after a rainfall, and then they do something, and because there's no way until the next rainfall for us to see if the leak is going to persist. But once we have moisture on top of that, it comes back. After December, we've had a couple of snow days. And as soon as there's snow there and it stays there for a couple of days, then the interior leak starts. And I would be like, "Man, maybe I should have never built this."
The other issue is Four Seasons hires day laborers. I understand that companies try to economize any way they can. But if you hire a day laborer, he's got to know what he's doing. This project that Four Seasons has is a very good one and it addressed the issues that I needed as far as I didn't want a solid structure because the back of the house, it would have made it very dark. But Four Seasons hired these journeymen, and these guys are fly-by-night guys. It's like luck of the draw on whether you get a good guy or a bad guy. And by bad, they don't know what they're doing. Because now, anybody can say, "Well, I'm a construction person."
Hiring journeymen defeats the purpose as far as it being something good that people want because they don't have the vested interest that a regular worker would have because they go in there every day, they see these people every day, they are like, "You have to do your job." These guys are like if they will build it, whether if it comes out right or not, they don't care.
We had three different crews and I could tell that those weren't Four Seasons people. They were a separate entity that was hired to do this project. They might have been trained for three weeks, but that's not enough. The guy that built this had his own construction company. He was somebody that Four Seasons just hired to do the job. I saw it from day one, and I called it to the attention of our local Four Seasons people that, "I don't think these guys know what they're doing." They were very nice people, but they were not knowledgeable in the project.
And when the guys came out here, they made a couple of mistakes that I called to their attention. I'm not a construction guy. I'm just a regular guy that likes to read and look up, and I called it to their attention. And then one day, when the project manager was here, I told him about that issue and he got a bit upset with me because he seemed to think that I was being like a bigoted person. "Oh, no, all of the companies now, we do the same thing." And I was like, "I don't have an issue with the person as a human being, I just have an issue that I'm paying this money and I want him to do it correctly." I got the feeling that he felt offended because I told him that.
I said, "Well, why didn't you send me the regular guys that work for your company? Why did you subcontract these guys and send me these guys?" It took the guy four hours before he started doing anything. He was looking around outside and kept looking at the plans. And I could tell he was confused and didn't know what he was doing. And he kept calling somebody on the phone. I was like, "It shouldn't take you four hours." And then, when they started doing it, the original inspector from my town came in and looked at everything. I said, "Man, what do you think of this?" And he said, "These guys, they're doing the lazy way out. So, don't worry, because I'm going to fail them." The guys weren't doing the footings correctly. And sure enough, they came in and fixed the problem. Then, when he came back out to re-inspect it, he said, "Okay, they did a better job now than it's required."
The last time that the guy came out here was two weeks ago. And this guy is part of Four Seasons. He left this glob on top of the roof. He made a canal for the water to flow. And then, he bent where the gutter is, because it's got an interior gutter. So then, there is covering over it so no leaves come in. He said, "I'm going to fix it this way." But, originally, the problem was that this wasn't fixed right so the water ponds. And then, when water ponds, it finds a way in. It wasn't probably sealed correctly where it meets the wall of the house with the ceiling of that new structure that was built. So, when the water ponds, then water starts finding a way, "Okay, how do I get out of here? 'Cause I need to flow." And then after a couple of days, you start seeing drops. And the interior has watermarks. The other day, the temperature dropped, and I had an icicle from the structure coming down.
I'm on my wit's end. My wife is upset. She couldn't believe that this was done in this manner. But that's what the situation is and we don't know how this is going to be fixed. Four Seasons should make sure that people that actually work for them do this instead of journeymen or subcontractors because that's where the problem lies.
Everything was great with Four Seasons, including price, customer service, and even the guy who came out and measured that didn't have a sense of humor. We got the solarium. I wish they would have bought plants for me to put in there. I had to buy my own plants.
The sales rep was very good. She knew what she was selling and we're very impressed with her. Four Seasons had a much more substantial product than the other ones I was looking at. We got the three seasons room and unfortunately, the installation of the room was pushed back a while. We spoke to Four Seasons in August and we wanted to have the room up and done by Thanksgiving due to COVID and some other delays. We were willing to take a cut in price in order to be more flexible on the installation date, but it wasn't done until after New Year's. Once it wasn't good for Thanksgiving, it didn't matter that much because it's a three seasons room, not a four seasons room. Winter is winter.
The gentlemen who did the installation came around New Year's and they put it together within a couple of days. They said they had manufacturing delays due to COVID. The warehouse doing the manufacturing got hit with COVID, so people were not coming in to work. I also think that a lot of people who didn't go on vacation this year spent money on home improvement products, and that pushed them back a little. Still, we're very happy with the installation. The quality of work is very good. It's a very sturdy room.
We had to take down part of my deck ‘cause they had to put a different foundation in. The guy who came to do the installation said that it's very difficult to get pressure-treated lumber right now because people are adding one to their houses or doing rooms or doing whatever they wouldn't normally do because they're not going out, they're not going on vacation and they're not taking weekend trips.
Four Seasons Sunrooms was very professional. Their reps were good, the material was original and whatever I saw was excellent. Everything was done okay.
I got a quote from Four Seasons Sunroom Rep (DFW AREA) and had discussions with him clearly on what I need and had multiple emails discussing the work and type of glass/floor etc. I explained the rep clearly since I already have a concrete floor I do not need a new concrete floor but the sunroom Foundation should accommodate the new tiles which I will be planning later. He said yes and took the advance of $6000. After one week the subcontractor came and said since the contract is saying no concrete, He twisted it as No foundation/no beam etc and started to increase the cost (At this point the Rep is nowhere seen and disappeared completely). To avoid more issues I agreed to pay $2400 for a concrete layover with beams etc and asked subcontractor to apply for permits with the city which was not applied till now even after 8 weeks.
Since the Rep with whom I discussed the type of glass/roof etc and he disappeared after taking the initial deposit Money, I had to go through again all the discussions with the subcontractor. In the initial discussions with Rep he mentioned a type of glass which 90% of Four Seasons customers prefer and after getting satisfied with his email I said ok to that glass and again with the Subcontractor I had to go through with all the discussions. (I hope at the end the Glass quality will be good as they will be manufactured by Four Seasons as per contract.)
I am hoping that this complaint will help me getting the quality of work I expected from four seasons sunrooms. (For me I entered into a contract by seeing name Fourseasons name, not subcontractors name.)
My experience with Four Seasons has been good. I like it. It’s good.
I did a lot of research over the past six months and I really took into account the reviews of Four Seasons' workmanship, their experience, and their background as compared to some of the other places that are out there. My final decision based on what I saw online and what I found was to go with Four Seasons. I wish that the demo happened a little quicker than it did, but I realized due to COVID and everything that's been happening, it takes a little longer. I'm the type of person that once I decide on something, I want it done right away, but things don't happen like that nowadays. They're still in the building process and so far, I’m very pleased. The people that they had coming to my home were professional and they answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend.
I went back to Four Seasons to replace and upgrade the patio I've had it for 22 years. There was an issue here and there, but in general, it was okay. They did a good job. My sunroom patio with the sliding door is good too.
There is a Four Seasons room in the house I bought, and the glass was broken. One day, I saw Four Seasons on Facebook, so I decided to call to see how much it is. I never checked before. Unfortunately, the person who came to me was a total crook who priced me something that we weren't even considering, and we were thinking to take it off. Three months later, I got a call from Clinton. He's the sweetest, nicest person that you can ever imagine. He asked us why we didn't move ahead with the project. I told him that I could not afford it. The price was ridiculous. He asked me, “What was the price?” When I told him, he was shocked. He couldn't believe that somebody in the company would give me such a price.
Clinton worked with me and he said, “If I'll tell you that this is what you're going to pay, would you consider it?” I said, "I am." I was very skeptical because it was a third of the price that he quote me, so we went to the showroom and met with Clinton. We went ahead with the project and from that point, everything was an amazing experience. The people were wonderful and the installer was a sweetheart. Everything went well. The quality of work is amazing too. It's beautiful room. There is no question about it. It's a great room, especially in the coronavirus time that you have to be indoors. However, I know that the new glass is supposed to keep the heat, but it's only if you do the whole thing
In the summer, it’s hot and in the winter, it’s cold, so I don't think it's four seasons. I think it's two seasons but we put heat in the room, and we'll figure out what to do with the summer. The only problem is to get shades is almost as much as the room. Right now, I'm opening the windows and the doors to air it out. Overall, this experience didn’t start well, but it ended up very well. The first person who came here was from the company. Because of the coronavirus, people were looking for indoor solutions and Four Seasons hired people who are not competent. I don't think they checked their background well because I felt that this was not legit for a while. Based on my experience with the real salesperson though, I definitely will recommend Four Seasons.
The sales people were super nice and we loved the installers. We ordered a hybrid sunroom, so the roof is wood and the bottom half is metal. The installers were fantastic for the most part. The Four Seasons team that put together the sunroom itself was phenomenal. We had one issue where we wanted stonework done on the base of the sunroom exterior. The estimates that they gave at the beginning for that stonework were way off from what they ended up costing.
The reason for that is we chose an unusual material. It was a lot more for the price of the material, plus it was also a lot more for the labor because it was fieldstone. It required a lot more artistry to put it together. They also said we put it together in a slightly unusual way instead, but it's exactly what we wanted. It came out gorgeous. I'm sitting in it right now and the overall quality is excellent. I'd tell people to ask for Omar to install it because he was great.
We did a lot of research and we decided to go with Four Seasons because of how long they've been in business. Everybody was wonderful. The sunroom is great too. I only have one complaint and it's not the sunroom. It's about how there was trash left behind. Right now on my property, I still have pieces of gutters and wood left. I'm unhappy with that. Everything else, I am completely satisfied with.
Four Seasons installed our previous sunroom and we recently had them redo our windows. We were satisfied on the windows but when it came to the sunroom, there were a lot of delays. Instead of finishing in one go, they came three times. Also, I wish the finish was a bit cleaner and more detailed. But the rep was great and very detailed. The people who physically came and did the installation were nice and very accommodating.
Four Seasons did a replacement of all the windows and it was perfect. It was very convenient and educational with the sales rep. The installers were quick considering it was cold outside.
Four Seasons put up a 3 Seasons room. The sales rep was good but I noticed some things that I was aware of that they didn't point out. I also felt they rushed it because of covid. The workmanship was a little shoddy. There are a couple spots here and there. I have to contact them again ‘cause there are other things that I'm noticing now.
I ordered the sunroom in September. I didn't hear from Four Seasons so I called them and they said they would contact me. Finally, I got news of the man who was going to pour the cement. He did that on December 1st. They should have probably let me know it wasn't going to happen in a few weeks. The next guy called me to install the sunroom. They came about a week apart. There was a little gruff but he was good.
The room is beautiful. I'm very pleased with the room and the quality. I had to pay them for the installation which was the agreed-upon price of $2600. It was well worth it because that was a whole day's work. The only thing that was a little disappointment was that they had to take out a window to make the opening to adjoin it to my dining room. The guy said they wouldn't finish it and that somebody else was going to have to come and finish it. He was already there for seven or eight hours at that point. I asked if he couldn't do it and he said he had to charge me with it. He put up the trim pieces of molding and a few inches of sheetrock. It was just the wood trim, not the door jamb. He said he didn't have that. But 45 minutes later, he was leaving and I went in there. He didn't stain it. He didn't paint it too. He said that was extra and left. I felt like I got ripped off. I felt very down.
The room was messy looking and the receptacle was hanging there. He said he didn't remove that so I had to get an electrician to remove it. I had to get somebody to come in, put the flooring down and do the door jamb. I still have to paint the wood. Janet's my contact person there and she's always been very nice and very helpful. I told her there was very little communication and that I would like someone to get back to me but nobody's called me yet.
I had a good experience with Four Seasons. They came and they put four windows in for me. All went well. I was very happy.
They never called back. They gave you a date they were gonna start but they didn’t start. When they wrapped the windows, they didn’t even change the rotted pieces. I had to go out and buy all the rotted piece parts. If it’s got to be replaced, replace it. You don’t just cover it with aluminum. The rep said, “You'll never see it. Don't worry about it.” It was a very unprofessional job. I'm not very happy with them. I would never recommend Four Seasons.
We purchased a system 8 sunroom (wood) from Four Seasons 20 years ago. Within ten years, we had to replace a rotted window (at our cost) as well as have significant work done to repair leaking damage as well as recaulking. Even with those challenges, this has been one of the best purchases we've made. Our room is large and serves as a great room, so it has become the focal point of our home.
Recently we needed to contact Four Seasons again for repairs on two additional windows (completely rotted at the bottom) as well as water damage on sills and a main beam. Although we are choosing to not go with them for the repairs (we felt the cost for this was higher than we would have expected), we do plan on purchasing the windows from them and managing the replacement ourselves (we're fairly proficient at carpentry). Considering these challenges, which actually are quite minor considering that we've had 20 years of pleasure in the room, my very positive review is because we have consistently found the reps at Four Seasons to be a pleasure to work with. Janet is extremely helpful and responded promptly to my message, and Simone and David were extremely courteous and professional. For anyone interested in creating a truly unique space in their home, I would highly recommend Four Seasons.
Four Seasons is very good. The purchasing process moved pretty quickly for me. But the timeframe could be a little less and I would also suggest that they should have some standard sizes already made up. That would eliminate the timeframe. The sunroom is in construction right now. The gentleman is a very nice guy doing a wonderful job. But one of the motors is defective so it's gonna have to be replaced.
We ordered a sunroom in May. It is now November and still not delivered. Promises, promises, Promises but no delivery. Excuse, after excuse, after excuse. No satisfaction. Company rep hard to get hold of. I may need to spend money on a lawyer soon.
It took a week to do 90% of the work and it went very smoothly. Then it took about 20 emails, phone calls, and a complaint to the salesman to finish the other 10%. There was a defective screen, and the installer was told that he couldn't fix it and the project manager had to come. He was coming this day, then was coming that day, and he was coming another day. It took two to three weeks for everything to be done and a lot of aggravation.
I spent way too much time that next three weeks on the phone, on emails, and text messages. They need a lot of work on that. Angus kept sending me emails asking if I liked this and that, and I kept saying no. Then he never got back to me. There were a lot of other things like little covers on screws and little odds and ends that could have been done in under an hour. To get them to come here took me weeks. Even though it was only that small part of it, just all that aggravation, I'm not gonna recommend Four Seasons to anybody.
When I got the The LifeRoom from Four Seasons, it was very rocky at first. The salesman that originally came out was extremely disrespectful. I gave them a check for the initial deposit. The salesman had a wasp attack in transition from my house to the office and lost the check. It's kind of a big deal because it was a business check. He said I'm an accountant so I should know that that's not such a big deal. I told him he was being extremely arrogant and he hung up the phone on me. So, I called back Four Seasons and got the president of the company in Long Island involved. He came to my house. I ripped up the contract in front of his face and threw it at him. I said, “We don't have a deal anymore because your salesman is completely rude and unprofessional.” We renegotiated the contract right there.
The president that I worked with, Angus, was extremely professional and very nice. He understood. He apologized up and down for what the salesman had done. He said, “We want you to have the room. We want you to have what you want. What can we do for you?” I said, “If you want me to get the room, this is the price I wanna pay.” We were within a few hundred dollars or so and he ended up doing it for me. It was $400 or $500 more than what I told him after I ripped up the contract. The LifeRoom is very good. When I first had it, I was using it daily. But I got a little bit busy with work so now it’s just on a weekly basis.
Four Seasons rebuilt a sunroom that I had. They took down an old sunroom and put up a new one from scratch. Their sales rep is phenomenal and very attentive. The contractors were very professional and accommodating. They did beyond what they were supposed to. When they came in, they were very quick to get the job started and very diligent to get it finished without rushing through it. They took their time to make sure that everything was done 110%. I highly recommend Four Seasons. They deliver a superb product, beyond what I've seen other companies do for friends of mine. I'm extremely happy with the results of the room. The quality is excellent and it looks beautiful. It was more than what I expected.
We used Four Seasons for a sunroom. Their work is acceptable except they broke it into many days because of weather. They had to take in and out. It was postponed because of weather backlog. So, when they started doing ours, we had rain and wind. It broke into a span of few weeks instead of few days. The actual sunroom is good though.
When we bought the place, a sunroom was in place and we replaced it. We moved in about 20 years ago. Shortly after we moved in, we replaced it with Four Seasons. They didn't do a good job then because the foundation of it rotted. It was supposed to last about 40 years. But after less than 18 years, we had to replace it. We still picked Four Seasons because of the style is what we liked. Previously, we dealt with outside contractors. It was like a franchise and not the manufacturer itself. This time, we have the manufacturer to install it so that they can stand behind it.
Bill was very good. Even though he's a Four Seasons employee, it seems like Four Seasons still contracted it out to their own people. It doesn't seem to be well put together as a team because we have different people coming in. But Bill is a person that stands behind the whole project and was there every day that the work was being done. His people keep changing though.
We liked the product that Four Seasons offered compared to the other competitors. We got the LifeRoom. The Four Seasons representatives were fine up until the point of sale. After the sale, there was very little contact follow up. When I would call the main office in Holbrook, they wouldn't return my calls. So it ended up being a disappointing process. The installation is still ongoing and so far, it's not so good. They started three weeks ago. They did come when they said they were coming. But the communication was terrible, as far as what parts were coming in, what was going on and who was doing what. They're supposed to get the parts this week and they're scheduled to come back on the 22nd. So it has been quite the chore.
My original sunroom is Four Seasons and I've had it for 14 years since we've moved in. We had some panes replaced and everything went great. The representative was very good and the installers were fabulous. The quality of the panes is good. We did have some panes replaced a few years ago, but these panes did not have the same finish on them. But I understand that they upgrade their products so there's not really much they can do about that.
Four Seasons had a good presentation. We liked the way their windows were constructed and we thought they were priced fairly. The sales representative was very knowledgeable. He was a young man, but he knew his product. He came to the house and showed us everything. He also brought samples in. We placed our order and it took a little bit longer than usual because of COVID, but they did schedule an appointment for installation. They arrived on time and the installation took a day and a half. They were very neat and polite. They spread out stuff inside the house to catch anything that might fall and they cleaned up after themselves outside. The window installation went smoothly.
Four Seasons was nice to deal with. They followed up on things and called afterwards to make sure everything was okay. They sent us a gift card too. We live in a condo, and we replaced all the windows and two sliders. They were the original windows from 1987 and weren't very energy efficient anymore. The windows from Four Seasons have made quite a bit of difference in cooling. Last summer, we couldn't get this place cool when we first bought it. This summer, it's been nice and comfortable in here.
Four Seasons bid my project. Accepted my deposit (made in order to put me in their queue). Months past start date, phone calls not being returned. Finally sent a person to begin work in Late October 2019 and left saying the project was under bid. Owner came in person and made original bid in March 2019! Long story short, now six months after that and I have had to take them to small claims court to get my deposit back. No resolution to date.
I purchased my patio in January of 2008. The sales pitch at the time was this “fantastic warranty” that was good for 10 years on certain things, but overall covered the patio for 20 years. A “Great Company” that “Stood Behind its Product." When I asked if they had problems with leaks, I was told, if installed right, these things will NEVER LEAK. I asked if they ever had to install flashing, and I was told no, these things NEVER LEAK! Well guess what, THEY DO LEAK! I have had a never ending leak problem until the installer actually came and installed some flashing, that eventually came off because IT wasn’t installed right.
The installer is saying “You should have said something before the warranty expired”, and I did. They came out to address it twice....TWICE! And it still failed. So, I fixed the doggone thing myself. Now, the seems are not holding, and panels are rotting, and the leaks have caused damage to some other parts of my house. Oh yeah, they brought up the 10 Year Warranty, but couldn’t explain what the 20 Year Warranty meant. Apparently it takes a lawyer to understand that. So if a lawyer needs to read the warranty, guess what that means DONT TRUST THEM. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I am not saying that they don’t have successful products, but mine has failed, and they are absent. Their “This will bring extra value to your home” pitch, didn’t work here.
The people from Four Seasons came and gave us a nice presentation, and we went from there. They gave me all the technical knowledge about their products and I liked the price as well as the quality of the window that they showed me. The staff were very courteous and did the right job. I had a good experience and I would recommend Four Seasons.
I have a 19 year old Four Seasons built sunroom and we have had some minor/mod leaks in the room especially where it joins the house. Local branch went out of business and contacted the closer branch in St Louis (2 hrs away) and sent pics etc to get service and was told they couldn't help. I have reached out the another independent dealer in the hopes of getting some help solving the problem. No roofing companies or local contract companies will even look at the project to help and I have called several. Very frustrating to try and get an issue addressed.
I live on Long Island and Four Seasons is very popular here. We got a sunroom from them but they are not done yet. Their crew could do better with their productivity. They don't work in the rain, they don't work in the cold. They put this metal, like a siding on the inside which doesn't look good and we had to have that sheet wrap and everything seem to build up and now, they're finally doing the siding on the outside. The work is taking forever. The job was supposed to be done in December and we are now in April.
I've used Four Seasons in the past. And they were also the manufacturer of the greenhouse windows that were in my house that I bought. There were issues with the greenhouse windows, so I brought them in to do a reglazing. Everyone that I talked to and worked with has been great. David, the head of sales, came to us to talk to us. He was very straightforward and honest. I have a very old greenhouse system and they change all the windows out. But there are still a few issues here and there. They’ve been very accommodating, coming back and trying to figure out where the issue exactly lies to remedy it.
Four Seasons is local to where I am, and I knew of a couple of other people that used their product and they were happy with it. I went and talked to them. I talked to one other company, but there’s nothing on Long Island that has a reputation like Four Seasons. So, I went with them and everything went well. They’re a little pricey but they did good. I did a 13 x 18 sunroom. I'm working on connecting it into my house, but Four Seasons' part of it is totally done. It was done well. It seems like a good product. They did everything properly, and they refinished the outside of the house nicely.
The only thing I didn’t feel was done 100% right was when they tied in the vinyl siding with the new stuff. A piece of the vinyl siding was broken. The carpenter that did that type of work for them said, “Oh, you know, when we come back to do blah, blah, blah, I was gonna fix that.” I kinda let it slip away. So, he didn’t change that one piece out for me. I didn’t even call them back and tell them, so it’s not really anybody’s fault but my own. But I'm sure it’s not too late if I choose to.
We had windows done by Four Seasons and the interactions and quality we received were okay. Communication, when they were doing things, could be improved but other than that, everything went fine.
I've known Four Seasons for a long time. I have my own business and they were one of my customers. I retired and I remembered them. I had them come over here and give me an estimate on what I needed. Everything seemed to be okay and it was reasonable. I had them install a three-sided life room. We attached it to the back of my house and it has three curtains that come down via remote. It has two skylights in it and has mood lighting. It gives shade and it's nice. I wish the price was half of it. But other than that, I was very satisfied with using Four Seasons. I’d use them again and I’d recommend them.
Four Seasons has to look at their marketing because two days after I signed, I got an email saying 40% off. I overpaid but I could have gotten the service for less money. The room looks great and it’s beautiful but there are several hiccups along the way that they had to come back and fix. The room is leaking so they said that’s the seal and they're coming to fix that tomorrow. In the beginning, when they said the room was all done, it was leaking on the ground because the people who put it up forgot to put something in. The doors weren’t sitting on the track right, and locking and sliding correctly. They had to come back four times to get it right. When they took down the original room, they broke the light that was in there.
The people who laid the concrete did an amazing job and the tiles that they gave us were beautiful but then, they recommended to do something to the wall such as keeping our siding or if we wanted to do shiplap or sheetrock. They recommended that we ask the workers that are setting up the room. There’s obviously an additional fee if they wanna do it. So, I did that, and the workers that they hired to put up the room did a horrible job. They never fixed them. Now, the room is painted and I have to pay someone else now to fix it because the guys that worked for Four Seasons said it’s fine. I assume they didn't work for Four Seasons, but this is who they contracted to put the stuff up and recommended to do the exterior wall, and I was very unhappy with that.
Four Seasons is very forthcoming when you have an issue and coming to fix it. They didn’t do too much with the wall but with the racks, the leaks and the things not sealed as well as the doors, they are at least coming back and making it right. But I shouldn’t be having these kinda issues and for what I paid, they should be hiring workers who are getting paid enough that do a nice job.
I’m happy with the product itself. It’s what we saw in their showroom. However, the installation was a nightmare. They don’t do their own installation. They do a subcontractor and the guy that they used did a real lousy job. He put the vinyl siding on the outside. He didn’t line it up with the existing vinyl on the house. I had to say something and he corrected it. He put the gutters on wrong where he cut into my house. Nobody does that. He gummed it up with caulking and it looked terrible. He was gonna leave it if I didn’t say anything. I also had to straighten a few things out. He rocked my chimney on the inside and it was all curvy. He also left a mess.
They told me the installation would be 7 to 10 days but the guy was here for a month and a half. It was ridiculous. He would show up one day and come back three days later for two days and then disappear. We have a little bit of rain but we had a couple of days that was just cloudy and he never showed up. He was doing another job. Once Four Seasons got my money for the kit, they kinda washed their hands off it. I had the one foreman call me up because something was missing out of the kit and he did help me out. When I complained to him about the installation, he did say something to the installer. I paid a stupid amount of money for this thing so I shouldn’t have had these issues.
We used Four Seasons to convert an enclosed porch into a sunroom and it took them one day. It cost 20 grand and we got what I paid for. We didn’t use that space at all before, but now it's completely different.
My boss told me about Four Seasons because we were ordering glass for the greenhouse for the first time. It has not been installed yet since the owner of the building is in Europe but the communication with the person from Four Seasons was great. Everything is perfect.
Four Seasons put windows on the second floor of the house, but it's not exactly what we ordered. It's not what we agreed to in the conversation with their guy. I made a mistake to not check the papers right away but I seated the guy and pointed to him that I wanted my windows on the second floor look like the same as the other new house. He showed me what they got. I told him I need my windows with the lining strip. And he told me it's gonna be exactly the same but they came in with a plain window. When they came in to install it and started taking the windows out, I was not home. We were in the hospital doing something. When I came, they already took the old windows back, and I told them the windows are not what we ordered.
I called the seller but there was nothing we could do because they already took the old windows. They've taken everything down. We're gonna pay because they already did what they did, but that's not what I ordered and that's not what I want. I expect what I paid for. My experience was the worst. On the same day that I called in, they could have told me the seller made a mistake and that they can change the window but they're gonna cost me $300 more. That's my decision to say, "Okay, go ahead and do it," but they never gave me any excuses and they never said anything about it.
I don't like the service they provided to me. I paid them because I got a balance open and they already took the windows out. I wanted to tell them to install my old windows, but it was gonna be a total disaster. So, I told them to leave them the way it is. I don't feel happy with what they did. I paid what we agreed because they took my money, but more than that, I can't recommend them for what they're doing to me. Maybe they do a good job with somebody else, but it wasn't good to me.
I paid for a $78,500 all glass sunroom with 21 ceiling double pane windows. It was completed approximately on August 8, 2019. Three months later, on October 13, 2019, approximately 12pm noon, one of the ceiling windows' inner pane was broken for no reason on a mild 70 degrees F. Sunny Autumn day with no one in the room. We heard the sound from the adjoining family room. What a tragedy if it felt on our heads! Four Seasons installer/vendor charged us $500 to install the replacement window 3 months later. One man job for 3 hours.
In the process of replacement, the worker broke the second ceiling window next to it. I sent the paid receipt to Four Seasons for reimbursement. Carrie ** wrote back and admitted that they offered "a 20-year limited lifetime warranty for glass breakage-for any reason". However, she claimed that the replacement labor and shipping charge would not be covered. She claimed the glass can break for all sorts of reason including expansion and contracting. Can you imagine the glass ceiling window broken and come down from the airport ceiling or from a hotel foyer? I call their glass window is a safety hazard. Besides, $500 a pop is a ripoff. I'm contemplating write to U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. So please don't buy glass sunroom from Four Seasons.
I purchased sunroom from Four Seasons dealer in Fullerton, California. Products was delivered on January 20, 2000. One of the glass panels broke and I send the picture of it to the dealer Ambiance Additions on September 5, 2019. Four Seasons Web shows the warranty on glass products are 20 years. The dealer told me that Four Seasons rejected to accept this damage as the warranty. Isn’t this a false representation on your warranty policy?
We are so sorry to hear about your negative experience, in replacing the glass. Thank you for your understanding in this process.
We bought a house that had a sunroom in the back. The glass there needed to be replaced and it was curved, special glass. There was a little stamp on the glass that says Sunroom on it and I tracked Four Seasons down. Their installers were great and their work was of excellent quality.
Thank you so much for this amazing review! We are so happy to hear that your replacement service went well. At Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows, our goal is to exceed your expectations. Please feel free to share pictures with us at reviews@fourseasonssunrooms.com

The installation was fine and the quality of output is so far, so good. It looks great. People and my wife like it. If they could move as quick as possible though. They were still supposed to come back 'cause they shipped a couple of punchless items, but we got quite a delay, so I'm waiting to hear back from them. They are to add another piece of trim molding and then do a little more cleaning and add some of the silicone.
Chris, we are so thankful for the 5 stars even though you were waiting for the final touches! It's always a delight when happy customers share their experiences. We would love to see pictures of you enjoying your space at reviews@fourseasonssunrooms.com
Four Seasons Sunrooms looked better. We had them do a replacement to a sunroom. The sales agent was accommodating. The installation people, the people who did came out and measured the site and gave us all the information we needed did a very good job, overall. I wasn’t expecting a great deal. I thought the old sunroom was fine, but my wife thought it wasn’t. I didn’t anticipate being bowled over by anything. I just figured I was gonna have to do it, so I might as well do it and get it over and done with. But it turned out that it’s actually very nice and I’m quite happy we did it. It was nicely done. We were out there the other day and it was cold outside. The windows are very nice, turnover.
Thank you so much for this wonderful feedback. We loved working on your home, and we are so happy to hear that you loved the way it came out. At Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows, our goal is to exceed your expectations. Please feel free to share pictures with us at reviews@fourseasonssunrooms.com
I was in the market shopping around for some kind of covering for my patio and I looked at the cheaper options. Then I happened to get on the website of Four Seasons and I called them for a quote and to come and see what the options were. They sent a sales guy over, so we sat and talked. He didn't know much, but their manager came and we agreed to go along with this.
I needed financing in order to go ahead with the deal and part of the reason why I went with them was the financing option. Also, they told me that once I installed my LifeRoom, I would be able to get one year with no interest. Then, from the second year on to the total of 10 years, I'd pay the low interest rate. But when I called up the financing company the other day, they were telling me something totally different and that every payment I'm making so far is paying for all the interest. If I had known that, I would've reconsidered and I wouldn't have gone through with the deal. So they are charging me and this was not what they sold me on. At this point, I'm very unhappy and upset with Four Seasons. I had to call them and sort it out, but it was the weekend, so I'm planning to call them again today. I left them a message, so I'm hoping somebody reaches out to me.
Other than that, we're happy with the product. It's just that their service and the way they go about things are not very consistent. When you call, there's only one woman in the office there and there's not much follow-up from their end. They need more people to handle cases. And when I called the sales guy back, it was like he was done with it and it was now over to the manager and that woman who works in the office. It sounds to me like they need somebody who's got a little bit more patience, knows how to talk to customers and handle them, and not make them feel rushed. Also, they took some time to install because they were saying it was a busy season. Originally, they told me they would install on the early part of August, but it ended up being early September. So it was running into an event that I had planned in my backyard.
We apologize for any lack of communication on our part, thank you for bringing this financing issue to our attention, It has been sent in for review and someone will be contacting you soon to discuss the situation in further detail. When an issue arises we at Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows strive to deliver exceptional customer service and do our best to work with you on addressing it. In the mean-time we hope that you are enjoying the Liferoom and there are no other issues.
Went on website to schedule a review and estimate for my sunroom. Was contacted directly and agreed Saturday at 9am and would receive a confirmation call.
Never received a call, never received a follow up to reschedule. Did receive an email stating that the matter would be looked in to. Over a week later- still nothing. Time to move on and notify other people that I don't know if they are good or bad- but they are incompetent in communicating.

I've known about Four Seasons for many years. I used to be a real estate appraiser and have seen their structures on other buildings. They helped me with a sunroom. The installation went very well and took one week, which was better than my expectations. Moreover, the quality of the product is excellent and I've not seen anything equivalent to it anywhere else.
Thank you so much for this review! We appreciate that you took the time to give us this amazing feedback. Here at Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows, we recognize just how important this is. We love to hear than you are sharing the good news with your family and friends.
We had a big storm and had stuff come in the back. We had somebody fixing it and they gave us Four Seasons' name. The sales rep was very nice and friendly. We have a tree growing through the house so it was a very tough job. They gave us this big sell, which I didn’t like, about how wonderful the windows are. Then they gave us a ridiculous price. We kept saying no and they came down to half the price. I was told they were the best, but with them, one has to consider. The contractors were okay but not great. We had a couple of leaks and I'm waiting for them to get back to me about it because it has a lifetime warranty. I called them, but the one I always talked to hasn’t gotten back to me yet.
Thank you for your Feed Back Fran Everyone at Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows is engaged in our mission to create happy customers and when something goes wrong, we like to think we are quick to correct it. Four Seasons Sunrooms installed the Four Track window/screen system on my covered porch. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helped with my design and were a pleasure to work with. The windows are of heavy plastic and can be stacked at top or bottom or removed completely to show only the screens. This system allows us to use room early spring, summer and late fall, no bugs. The installers were very professional and enclosure, including doors and some extra trim work, was completed in one day. This room has become a super addition to home. Thank you Four Seasons.
Thank you so much for this review!
This review is a follow up to one entered on September 27, 2019 which at this point remains in the system. It involved repair of leaking glass ceiling windows in a 13+ year old sunroom installed in Delaware by Eastern Home Improvement (EHI). I have waited a substantial amount of time to file this report to be certain the leak repair has remained effective. Following are my final comments regarding the repair and repair process. Interested parties may read detailed comments in the initial review about the original problem and difficulties getting the repair work done.
The Consumer Affairs process was effective in obtaining a response from EHI. Several repair sessions were completed in the month of October to address leaks. Subsequent rainstorms revealed continuing leaks and it required several attempts to correct them. The room for now is leak free. Thank You. EHI also replaced a broken sliding door lock.
Comments about the nature of the work:
* The resealing of glass panes did not involve anything unexpected, i.e., removal of old sealant, cleaning of these areas, and reapplication of new sealant. No panes needed to be replaced. Glass edges parallel to the ceiling support beams did not get resealed, only the lateral cross support edges were redone with some wrap around at the corners. All panes on the entire roof were resealed in this way. Inside the room decorative covers (muttons) were removed and hidden fasteners were retightened.
* Clearly the leak repair is not rocket science. It seems Four Seasons might actually provide instructions to homeowners or contractors on how to do it, especially since they don't seem to want to do it.
Purchased a sunroom from Four Seasons in Delaware (Eastern Home Improvement, EHI) in 2006. We have greatly enjoyed the room, but encountered serious quality and service issues from the beginning. During construction they failed to properly install flashing where the sunroom roof butts against the house resulting in water leakage and damage to interior walls. EHI claimed leak and damage was caused by a pre-existing condition and refused to fix the problem. We hired a professional roofer who diagnosed, documented and repaired the leak. Costs were submitted to EHI for resolution.
In a separate incident during construction, EHI failed to prevent rain water from entering our home. Water made its way into both the crawl space and utility room area of our basement narrowly missing the finished area. It is now 13 years later and we now have water leaking in around several of the glass roof panels. This started about a year ago; leakage is intermittent and seems to be affected by outdoor temperature and wind direction. We began contacting EHI immediately, but it took months to get a response. In early 2019 we signed a contract with EHI to repair the leaks with cost based on an hourly rate. No guarantee of success was provided and we were told the employee who normally does repairs was off work for an undetermined time due to injury.
It will be October in a few days and we still have not been contacted to schedule the work. My calls to EHI have been met with deception. Their secretary once told me they contacted us to schedule the work, but we were not available. We received no such call and no messages were left with such information. I attempted to contact Four Seasons corporate offices. I was forced to leave voice messages during normal business hours and received no return calls. Calls to other Four Seasons offices in neighboring states confirmed that some Four Seasons businesses claim to actually repair leaks, but not in my area.
A review of customer complaints on the internet reveals many unhappy customers who have encountered similar problems getting leaky sunrooms repaired. I have identified very few other companies that are willing to repair Four Seasons sunroom leaks. None so far is located in my area. I recommend anyone interested in purchasing a sunroom think carefully before selecting Four Seasons as their contractor especially here in Delaware.

My husband and I decided to do business with Four Seasons. So I registered on the website with my contact information. About 30 minutes later a guy named Al ** contacted me to set up a consultation. After putting down a 7500 deposit in December and being told they would start in April the second week in April I was told the company was filing bankruptcy. At this point, I realized Four Seasons contracted us out to another vendor. I think it is very unprofessional because if I wanted to do business with someone else I would have contacted them. It's amazing now that the other company has filed bankruptcy. Four Season has nothing to do with anything. However, I feel you hold some responsibility because you had a relationship with this company.
Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows supplies to independently owned and operated dealers/installers. Yes, Herrmann Bros did file for bankruptcy a few months back, and Four Seasons is too, like you, a creditor as well. We put a nearby dealer (who has been with FS for 30 years) in the former Herrmann Bros territory to assist with finishing the builds (wherever possible) for customers left behind by this former dealer. We hope the assistance from our Consumer Affairs Department has helped ease some frustration in this situation. You can always contact us

We purchased 10 windows and now have issues with some of them, the installation was substandard and when the wind blows you can see the curtains move but they informed us that labor was not covered under the warranty. On some of the windows the silicone seal at the frame is coming off and for months now they have done nothing. What happened to my lifetime warranty? We spent lots of money thinking that we would not have to worry about windows and being on Social Security that was important. You can read all the reviews but just remember not all are true.
One of our windows has lost its seal. We were told the window was under warranty and would cost us nothing. Nine months and dozens of phone calls and still no window. We have even offered to pay for the window but no one will help us. There are too many reputable window companies out there. Avoid this one!
Thank you for your feedback Ted. Everyone at Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows is engaged in our mission to create happy customers and when something goes wrong, we like to think we are quick to correct it. Sometimes there are things beyond our control and we are working diligently with our independently owned and operated Dealer to help get that window fixed.
I went and checked online and Four Seasons was a 5-star company. Then, when they came in to do the appraisal of what I wanted done, the guy was professional, so I went with them. Everything was fine with the sales rep. I got screens that are motorized and during installation, the guy who was organizing the rest of the workers, John, was really good. They were working on a hot day and they started in the morning.

When I went down and I saw Four Seasons displays, they encouraged me to check out different ones in my neighborhood. They didn't give me peoples' names or addresses but I knew a couple of acquaintances who have had things put up. One of the four friends I went to had Four Seasons and they loved it. I had a Four Seasons room put on. I also had a 50-year-old patio enclosure that I had put up which had a fiberglass top and with lattice. Fire hazard-wise, it was by my insurance company. It was not a good structure to keep up. Considering that I was looking into Four Seasons, they were able to come up with the configuration to fit the flap that it was on so there would be no increase in taxes and configure it to my needs.
Being a senior, it was important that there would be no tripping or falling, so Four Seasons addressed everything. They raised the height so that I have access from my kitchen without a high step. It was the same thing for sliding doors and windows because I am an artist. Now I can see the whole backyard. Also, this house was built in 1856 and they took into consideration the age of the house so that it did not stick out like a sore thumb. That's a big thing if at a point I decide to sell. I wanted to make sure that it increases the value and not the opposite. That was something that I was surprised at.
The financing was a big plus too. That is one year without interest or payment. At the end of the year, which will be April, I would pay the balance owed and there would be no interest. In the meantime, that money stays in my account earning interest for May so that's a good thing. In terms of quality, the work met my expectation and 100 times more. Every time I had an issue, they came and fixed it. When I had a leak, all I had to do was call and they were here within two days. They kept coming until I was satisfied. I would recommend Four Seasons.
I live within two miles from the Four Seasons showroom and they are very popular. I just walked in there and they took care of me. Everything went very well. Their rep helped me out quite a bit when he came to the house. Then there were so many different stages of people that came before the actual workers. But their workers have been excellent and it was very good dealing with them.
The quality of work was very good. I had to have the glass changed but the basic structure was the same. There were four bases that had a curved piece and I never noticed it in the showroom, but all of my curved glass is wavy. There's nothing wrong with the clarity or anything else with the glass, but it's not as clean as just looking at a regular pane. But that might be inherent on the glass having to be curved rather than a straight piece. I was gonna go into the showroom and look at the ones that they have there to see if there were any difference. Other than that, my experience with Four Seasons was wonderful.
Hi John, thank you for your review. Glad to hear you had a great experience. In reference to what you mentioned about the curved glass seeming wavy the glass will not be as clear due to the nature of glass that is curved, it will cause a distortion or light haze, this is an indication that the glass is performing as it should. I hope with that information it puts your uncertainties at ease. Thank you for being a great customer.
From Lee, the salesman, to Janet, the operations girl up in the office, everything was beautiful with Four Seasons Sunrooms. I was gonna cancel but I opted to choose another room. At the time, I was in the showroom and they upgraded us with nominal cost. I was surprised and from that point in time, everything was really good. I had them install a sunroom with screens and windows on top of my deck, and Four Seasons did a fantastic job from the start to the finish.
We loved working on your home, and we are so happy to hear that you loved the way it came out. At Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows, our goal is to exceed your expectations. Please feel free to share pictures with us at reviews@fourseasonssunrooms.com
Four Seasons was the only one who had what I was looking for in a sliding door. So, I purchased from them. Their sales rep was great then I had the door delivered and installed it myself. It was a little difficult and the drawing could’ve been better to explain what has to be done. But overall, it was manageable. I would recommend them.

Four Seasons have been in business for a long time and they've had a good reputation. We had them do a screened-in sunroom and their sales representative was very professional and knowledgeable. The contractors who came for the installation were also very knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking. It took them eight hours to get everything settled and finished, and the quality of everything is very good. Using Four Seasons was a good decision all around.

My in-laws did some work with Four Seasons many years ago and they built a sunroom. And when we had some issues, we decided to go back to them since they were the original builders. Our sales rep was Armando and he was very nice. He told us what to expect and what we were going to get. He also told us the amount, so that we knew beforehand, and he told us what prep was going to be done. He even told us how much time the work would take. In the end, it wasn't very far off of from what he talked to us about the amount of time that it would take to install. Unfortunately, the installers came out for the installation in early June and it was a period where there was rain almost every day, and they can't work when it's raining. So we had to cancel for two days because the weather wasn't working for us. But that was the only snafu and it was beyond their control.
Other than that, it was a very good experience. We have a sunroom and there are three sections of panes. They replaced the top section because it was over 30 years and one of the glasses was beginning to leak. We're satisfied so far and there had been no problems since they installed the new glass. Their work was excellent and I don't have any complaints. I would also recommend that others use Four Seasons as well if that’s the type of work that they needed done.
Thank you so much for sharing. We here at Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows strive to make every customer 100 % satisfied. Rain can be a total bummer when it comes to construction delays and we appreciate your support and understanding. We hope you continue to enjoy your room and please feel free

This is a terrible company. I have had to replace three glass windows that they installed because the glass fogged over. I am now on my fourth and last window that I am having to replace because it fogged over also. All four windows have been replaced and they have not stood behind any of their products. TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Carl. We apologize for your recent purchase experience and would like to assist you. Be on the lookout for additional correspondence from our team.
I purchased my sunroom in full in November 2015, it took 9 months, several phone calls, many lies and unfulfilled promises and a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General office for them to finish the job. The design I chose required them to attach to my home and my biggest concern was future leaks in my roof. The project manager Chris constantly reassured me that they would seal any openings to prevent water from getting in and damaging my roof. Well that was a lie. I now have leaks in my roof and am being told by the roofing company that the sunroom caused the problem and that it was not properly constructed. Now I have to repair a roof.
Hi Elaine. All feedback is important to us and we appreciate the time you took to tell us about your experience. We strive to provide excellent customer service and regret the experience you’ve had. We’ll schedule someone from our customer service team to contact you to form a solution.
Dealer just told us that Four Seasons stopped giving him rooms on credit and he can only obtain them with cash only. We've paid over 60 percent of the contract cost and all we have is a foundation. He's obviously used our money for something other than buying the materials and is now asking us to float the final payment to him so he can get the room. WTAF. I've tried to call Four Seasons corporate headquarters and get told to work it out with the dealer.
Hi Lisa, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you had with our dealer. We’ll schedule someone from our customer service team to contact you to form a solution.
I have a Four Seasons Sunroom Conservatory that started growing mushrooms out of the decking at only 5 years old. I have written proof that I contacted them and their response was to get an herbicide. Can you believe it? Mushrooms mean moisture. I have continued to contact them while my sunroom was still under warranty. This company warrants nothing. Don't be fooled. They will blame everything on your installer and take responsibility for nothing. In the meantime your installer will go out of business because they warrant nothing. They have even hired a service to answer their calls and take down your information but no one will ever call you back from Four Seasons. Not ever. You might get an email. I have almost $70,000 tied up in this room that is only now 10 years old and has become unsafe to walk in because of the rot not to mention the leaks from the ceiling.
From photos they are saying the whole room needs to come down and the floor repaired/replaced but at my expense. They blame the problem on the installer but these installers have to be certified by them to install. I am not the only one with this problem. I had to pay $250 last year for another Four Seasons installer to look at the problem. Said the room needs to come down to make the repair at a tune of $18,000!!! But even he couldn't verify it was installer error. More money wasted as that installer no longer deals with Four Seasons either because they warrant nothing. And the glass warranty? Ha. Don't be fooled by that either. They may provide the glass but you will pay hundreds to have it installed. More than what the glass costs.
Anyone that gives this company a high rating is a new owner. Wait until the problems start and they will start. Nothing will be warranted. They now want me to spend $275 for another installer to come out and look at it. They should cover this fee and cover the repair. But the fact of the matter is this installer wants nothing to do with this situation either as per his email. He was already in my town for another repair and was going to stop by and take a look at it. Guess what? Never did. Terrible company and the worst investment I have ever made. There are no warranties.
Patricia, we’re sorry to hear about your recent experience. We sincerely apologize and would like to make it up to you. Someone from our Customer Care team will be reaching out with a resolution.
