Honest, reliable, straight-forward. THESE are definitions of the word Ehrlich. If only these words were true. The dude who was filling in for someone else, arrived almost half an hour late and seemed to know NOTHING about what was going to be done. He then got flustered, refused to do ANYTHING and LEFT when asked questions. He labeled the actual client "confrontational", for apparently not sucking in his attitude when asked basic questions. It must be nice to be related to the owner (because who but a relative would be able to act this way) and be able to walk off the job and still keep it. BTW, this was the client's SECOND experience with said company, a different individual, spent 20 minutes applying treatment, then returned THREE weeks later when he said he would return in two weeks. This obviously was NOT effective since a second treatment was needed a mere few months later.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They took my money, thousands of dollars for a home exclusion service and then did almost nothing. They patched up some siding and set a trap, and never came back. They never baited the trap or caught anything. I tried to call over and over but they never showed. Absolutely useless.

Cancelled service in August 2025 over the phone and by mail. Did not renew. Company continues to bill and sent to collections. They have never even treated house since August 2025. Horrible company.

We used Erlich for 28 years with no problems until this year. We have had a mouse problem as we have in the past once the weather turns colder. Erlich has always handled the problem without issue. This year, despite several visits, the problem continued. We told them we were willing to pay any fee needed to solve the problem. That's when Erlich turned uncommunicative.

Ehrlich's collections called me yesterday to tell me I need to pay but they never completed the service! Billed for inside and outside spraying but even the service technician wrote on work order he was unable to complete the inside part of the job. Ehrlich still says I owe them $300+. Sorry, but I will not pay until the job that they quoted has been completed! What happened to the business ethics found in TC? The fellow would not give me his full name nor his location. Seems like the company is owned outside of Michigan or even the US. I am unable to upload technician comments but I will be willing to share in another format.

My local pest control company was bought by Erlich several years ago. Since then there has been a total lack of response to my requests. I wanted to meet a pest control inspector to let him onto my house and I was told repeatedly that they would be in touch. Crickets. The Inspectors ignore request made by customer services. Many promises made and none kept. Go elsewhere.

With repeated conflicting info from different team members and three technicians bring a NO CALL, NO SHOW for confirmed appointments; I'm not willing to waste anymore time or money with them. Not at all close to what their charming salesman presented.

If I could give them zero or 1/2 a star I would. I canceled as I moved away. They did not record it and kept charging me for 5 months! Now they have me in collections with TWO different companies for TWO different amounts! Where is the consumer watchdog to protect people from scam companies like this. Just look at all of their reviews, they are terrible. What is my recourse? I'm so upset.

Paul ** (sp?) was to quote both our home and my Mother in Law's (next door). Both my husband and my Mother in Law were home. Paul called me (was at work) and asked if anyone was home. I said MIL and husband should be. He said he was in my driveway. Asked for email to send quote. Said he sent quote. Didn't get it, asked him to text. He texted an amount of $2,288.00. Now the funny thing is, he never went inside. Either home. HE WASN'T EVEN ON OUR PROPERTY!!!! Paul was sent out by Ehrlich, but he is with Griffin Pest Control.

Their monthly service charge creeps ever upward. For us it is now $80 a month. Their claim of least invasive service actually means they do less, just the minimum. Their service description fails to mention the “when” of when it may be delivered. Today, 07/20/2024, we called for service to treat an ant infestation in our kitchen and dining area to be told they couldn’t get to us for around TWO WEEKS; what a downward creep (cheaper for them).
