    They are awful! Our company has a contract with them to come the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, they show up whenever they feel like it, IF they show up at all. Still bill the same whether they show up or not. Call for a manager and get told they will call back the next day or within 24 hours and never get a call. When you finally get ahold of a manager they tell you everything will be fixed and the tech will come as supposed to and same thing happens. They don't go in attics, they now don't deal with stinging insects, they don't deal with mice except for throwing a few blocks of poison around. They don't deal with any sort of critters that are in your attics or walls. Pretty much only deal with ants. Would not recommend them at all!

    Their pest control was okay. But we had a mouse problem in the attic. The sales rep talked me into removing all the insulation in my attic and sanitizing the attic before blowing in the TAP insulation R 60 which contain boric acid for rodent & pests. They subbed this out. The crew only removed a small portion of insulation before getting ready to spray foam. When I told them that wasn't what I was paying for. They needed to sanitize they walked off the job.

    We spent over a week in a heat wave with no insulation over our bedrooms. Finally the management staff arrived to do the job. I thought ok it's finally right. No it's not. They displaced the ac ducts while working. I have insulation in my return vents. (Wonder why I was itching in bed). The return we half open downstairs and disconnected, same for the intake vents. They were also full of insulation. Big mistake... FYI: I also just found out that all those bait stations they put around your house will actually attract rodents. I am not rodent company FREE. We fixed the entry (around the base of the chimney ourselves with cement).

    A couple of days ago I called Ehrlich for their Vegetation Management Services & the lady I talked to checked on her computer to make sure they serviced my area etc & told me they did. So she scheduled an appt for them to come out (today) to look over the area at 1:00. At 1:20 PM I get a call from them & the guy asked my "what kind of vegetation service" I need. I told him the exact same thing I told the lady the other day & he told me that they don't provide Vegetation Management Services to my area (I live in New England). They only provide Vegetation Services down south.

    So other customers be aware...if you live in the Northern states, they do NOT provide Vegetation Management Services to anyone in the Northern states. They only provide Vegetation services in the southern states! Don't understand how the lady I talked to could be so wrong after she checked her computer to make sure the service was available in my area!! I feel like I've been blown off!! I don't have a "receipt" because they cancelled after they were supposed to be at my house!

    Wish I could give them 0 stars. Didn't show up when they said they would, there are never any appointments available when you call them, and they are not responsive to phone calls or complaints. Didn't solve the problem, but told us they had done more than their job. Stay away!

    DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE HIRE EHRLICH. PLEASE DO NOT. They were the cheapest option for me. I ran into an issue with bed bugs three months after hiring them. For more than two weeks they have completely ignored me. The earliest they offered to come out for an initial inspection was two months after my first phone call. I thought this was unacceptable since I pay a monthly fee for their Pest365+. It's been more than two weeks and I've called 8 times. My request has been escalated 5 times. I've talked to 3 supervisors who say all they can do is escalate my request. I have received zero call backs, zero updates on these escalations and I still do not have an appointment scheduled. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH EHRLICH. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

    Find another service. I had repeated problems with Ehrlich and finally cancelled. The service to our house was for resolve and maintain a mouse problem inside the house. The service was never scheduled in advance and instead, the individual assigned to our house would call 30 minutes before arriving at our house. When my husband worked at home, this was merely irritating. But when on vacation in August 2023, the exterminator showed up and supposedly provided service (which was for mice on the inside of the house). I called to reschedule, which Ehrlich would not do because we'd already been serviced. I eventually cancelled in October and they billed me for Sept and Oct even though the last service was in May. Then they sent to collections to get the $110 from me.

    We received a phone call about our house inspection. We assumed this was our annual pest control house inspection and agreed to the appointment. We also had my husband take the day off so he could meet with the inspector to discuss our 365 pest control. Much to our dismay the house inspection was to discuss roofing and insulation. We consider this a bait and switch tactic. We are extremely disappointed that Ehrlich did this to us and are so disgruntled that we are looking for another pest control service.

    So discouraging when you just email a time and it’s the next day without even checking. Folks need more than a day’s notice. Always end up cancelling, tell them and guess what they just keep doing. Never had a problem when I set up with my technician 3 months in advance. So discouraged after it continues to happen. I’m considering a different pest company. I’ve been with you folks 45 yrs and never had this issue till you merged.

    Of all the pest controls companies I chose the wrong one. Service technician showed up on Friday 8/26. Treated the house for fleas. Next day noticed no effect at all, I think the technician feed the fleas. Contacted Ehrlich Pest Control on Monday at 8:30 am, scheduler said she would get back to me, never did, I called again at 1:50pm, got a service call scheduled for Wednesday 8/31 from Noon - 5. Called Ehrlich Pest Control on 8/31 at 3pm, they said they have no service call scheduled. Asked to speak to a supervisor, one not available. What a poorly run company.
