Alissa explained what she was doing and was not shy about getting to every square foot of the house to investigate - attic and crawl space included. She spent a good amount of time tracking down the problem and suggested a modification to the initial service to better meet my needs after investigating the situation.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Bulwark Pest Control. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. They show up on time, listen to concerns, and take real pride in their work. After their treatments, my home has stayed consistently pest‑free, and it’s such a relief knowing I can count on them. Bulwark takes care of our bugs in and out of the home, we have service with termites with them and just this summer we started with mosquito season that was unbearable so we are having Bulwark take care of that. Nasir came to see us yesterday to check our mosquito pods and spray our area. They say it takes months before this kicks in but we have already seen a 60% improvement in one month alone so we are confident that come next summer we will not have the issues with mosquitos we had this year, for a few years now. Nasir explained a couple of things we did not know about mosquitoes and how they breed, etc. Thanks again for an amazing service Nasir and Bulwark.

Once again, Dave ** to the rescue! He received my text on a Wednesday morning and called right away to let me know that those pesky yellow jackets would rule the day. Dave is a rare combination of knowledge, competency, AND he loves his job! You can count on Dave!

He arrived and did an outstanding job insured that we were satisfied, and he hit all of our troubled areas and even identified a couple of new issues and dressed. Highly recommended.

We had a spray for spiders today. We had a serious spider infestation and Christian K was great. Friendly and professional. He is tall and easily sprayed high places like above kitchen cabinets. We had so many Webs and thousands of baby spiders covering everything your skin crawled just looking at it, he got rid of it all. My 4-year-old niece showed him the spider we squished in the living room today, just before he arrived, and he listened patiently to her tell him where she saw spiders and he sprayed those locations for her. She felt much safer from the spiders after he left. He did well listening to a child’s concerns. He also took care of several wasp nests he found while spraying outside. Thanks, Bulwark! Christian K is awesome, my niece calls him the Spider-Man.

I am very impressed! Getting individuals that care about you and helping you the best they can is rare nowadays. Today we had Christian K. Come out and he went over and above to do a great job. We live by open fields/farms and trees, etc. It’s beautiful but comes with many friends - namely spiders. We have been here a few months and noticed we were being overrun by spiders. So today Christian came out and did a great job inside and out. I am so thankful because he also got rid of a few wasp/hornet nests!!!! I didn’t even know we had them. I watch my young grandchildren and he may have saved them from a horrible encounter. In the world today this kind or service and dedication is rare. Everyone at this company is very concerned about your well being and it’s nice to know we are in good hands!

Live in a mobile home community and they come every three months to keep things under control for me. Alissa does a fantastic job.

I have been using Bulwark for a couple years now and have been very happy with them. They are very prompt in getting someone to come quick with the ant issues we have had. To day Leah ** came out because I had some issues with them again in my kitchen. She was extremely thorough and even took the dishes out of a few of my cabinets. She also found an area just leading into my garage and was so helpful in moving things to get to the issues and then cleaning up afterwards. Five stars for Leah for sure.

Scheduling with Bulwark was initially easy and accommodating. I had to reschedule 2 times this visit. The technician was on time. Leah **, my tech, was very efficient and friendly. Leah was attentive to my input and very thorough to address my concerns. Our specific issue is spiders, and we hardly see any since using the seasonal service. When we do, Bulwark comes right out to treat the problem. I highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Leah did a great job communicating with me and worked on the service very efficiently. I appreciate her help today with the quarterly service to keep the wasps away. Hope to see her continue taking care of the house each season to keep away from the wasps.

We have been customers of Bulwark for almost 10 years; to say that we are satisfied is an understatement. We get treated for mice, wasps, hobo spiders, and other insects. Over the course of 10 years, each quarterly service gets modified based on our needs. What we specifically appreciate is that if there is a need between services, we are supported without the additional expense.

I needed a mole exterminated. I was given a quote for $299.00 plus tax for a service call. I specifically asked that I not be enrolled in their auto-billing. Why would I sign up until I know they are capable of doing the work of exterminating? I told the representative from Bulwark, through Yelp, I did not want to sign up. I will pay for the one-time 60-day warranty plan.

Bulwark Exterminating is the best for all your pest control issues. I’ve had them for many years. They service my house quarterly and the latest tech that came to the house, Torrey ** was great. He sprayed for ants in one of our rooms & followed up to look all that was done outside the house and around the yard when his work was complete.

Alissa S. came and did a thorough job of spraying for bugs, clearing cobwebs and checking the baits. She always does an excellent job in going around the property and making sure nothing is overlooked during her inspection.

Alyssa was here bright and early this morning spraying all the cobwebs down spraying all around the house for bugs. The last owners of this house obviously had bug issues because they had bug spray everywhere so I immediately called this company and they came out. This is the second time they’ve been here since I’ve own the house. I’ve seen a total of one aunt since September. I’m happy. I’m so happy.

Alissa serviced our condo in Seattle today and was very thorough. She texted me throughout the service providing photos and offering suggestions for additional services. I contract with Bulwark Exterminators quarterly. They performed the quarterly service today, and Alissa our Service Rep. did an excellent job. Alissa is both professional and personable communicating her assigned tasks.

Moles were ruining my sidewalks and sprinkler system. Everything was sinking!! Bulwarks came out and got started right away! In only 4 weeks, I already see a huge decline in my mole activity. Jeremy has came out a couple times and always does a very thorough job. In all, It saves me a lot of time now that I don’t have to fight the moles alone….

Torrey was great with making sure our house was well sprayed. He documents well and accommodates requests and concerns we have on our house treatment, definitely a hard worker that's an asset for Bulwark.

ABSOLUTELY do not use Bulwark! Their door to door people are liars and will tell you anything to get you to sign. Their customer service is nasty and their "spray" left yellow marks all over our walls and window sills that cannot be removed.

Alissa communicates clearly and effectively. She is thorough & very professional. She has been the tech for 2 very large properties & we have seen great improvement with ant and spider reduction. Also rodent.

I’ve been with Bulwark a long time now and they have outstanding service. Zach normally has my route. However Joey stepped in and took care of everything. Great staff. I had to get retreated at the peak of ant season but the staff send someone right over for another dose. No long waits. No extra charges, no hassle. We’re very happy with our service.

I’ve been a termite plan customer with this company for almost 10 years. I paid for long-term protection and trusted them to stand by their service. Out of nowhere, they canceled my account, told me they “can’t treat the property anymore,” and refused to give me MY FULL REFUND. No detailed explanation, no help, no accountability. This is NOT how you treat a loyal customer. I’m shocked at the lack of professionalism and the way they completely walked away from a long-standing service agreement. If you’re considering using them, be warned: long-term loyalty seems to mean nothing to this company once they decide they don’t want to service you anymore. I expected better — and I paid for better. STILL HAVE TERMITES IN MY HOUSE.

Torrey did a great job protecting us from annoying pests. Not only did he spray the perimeter thoroughly, but he checked for yellow jacket nests and sent a photo of one he destroyed. Thanks to Bulwark, we rarely have to be concerned about pests - and we’ve been using their service for years.

Zackary ** was helpful and knowledgeable, gave us great tips to help keep pests away and told us the best solution for varying bugs/pests that also find our vehicles, in addition to our home exterior. Comes on time regularly.

Leah showed up today to deal with hornets near our front porch. Not only did she expertly deal with the hornets, but she also treated tent caterpillars outside my house. She was prompt, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended.

Zackary ** came out to my home and did a great job getting webs and found a wasp nest and got rid of it. We have been a customer of Bulwark for years and Zackary is a great part of the business. We had mice gone, we had spiders, they don’t come into the house now. We are extremely happy with their service.
