The tech that come to my house Cory is very polite and personable. He explains everything he is doing and answers all my questions. He's a true asset to your company. He's always on time. And is willing to give me suggestions to prevent things from continuing.
First...I wish I could have the same person come to do my service more than once, it is easier to build rapport! (I really liked Brandon that came the last time). Also there are 2 recommendations on my invoice, both old and both no longer apply!!! They should be removed but every you come, nobody takes them off - so now I ignore any recommendations from you?!? Sad, because if it is important, now I am ignoring everything! Overall I am very happy with my service!

Awesome service and very friendly! Paul was very thorough as was our previous Ehrlich pest control agent. We were originally infested with ants but they were gone an hour after our first treatment! Thank God! After today’s visit we are confident that we will be rid of the mice as well.

It took five phone calls to get to a manager who was insulting and disrespectful. I only renewed because of John my tech for 10 years. Before him Jim was my guy. Both of those men were respectful and did a great job. Don’t insult me when I question why the bill went up $60 in one year. You don’t deserve my business. Happy to talk to you. Call me if you give a darn. My social security didn’t go up 60 dollars. Catch my drift?

This contractor provided terrible service. No work was done. They came out to our home and left without doing any work. I tried calling but got no response. Please let people know this contractor is fake. I will never recommend them.

Very professional business. Prompt and friendly. Concerns if they arise are dealt with in a timely manner. We use the 6 month plan for summer and are very pleased. If a call is needed after treatment, a service person comes quickly to take care of the issues at no additional cost. Most recently Scott was here because I had a yellow jacket nest in one of my boxwoods in the front of my house. Last week he was here to add an additional rat trap because I saw a rat on my birdfeeder. Scott is an excellent representative and an asset to your company. I told them the back of the house near the air conditioner unit with the yellow marked and the front of the house picture was on the receipt email. I want them to come back and complete the job as soon as possible.
During my recent Ehrlich pest visit, the technician was extremely thorough. This was a new technician and he was very interested in knowing exactly what needed to be tended to. He took his time inspecting my home and the exterior portion. He was kind, respectful, he listened and performed an excellent service.

I have been a customer of Ehrlich for over 20 years. Over all that time, I have been trying hard to get the morons that schedule appointments to put the customer first. They still haven't figured out that it is the customer's schedule that counts, not theirs. I received an email late Thursday telling me that someone would be out on Saturday morning to perform the quarterly scheduled maintenance. No specific time. Just Saturday morning.
How many people would schedule something for "Saturday morning" without knowing when, exactly, that activity would occur? How many people would schedule something on a Saturday morning if they work Monday-Friday? I was lucky. I got up early enough to receive a 7:50 phone call from the technician alerting me to the fact he would be there in ten minutes. Normally, I would have still been sleeping at that time.
When is Ehrlich finally going to realize it is the customer's schedule that counts and not theirs? I can tell you that I'm done putting up with this crap. Far too many times I've had to change an appointment set up by Ehrlich without any input from me. They even have a note in their files from prior conversations telling them what days of the week I can be available and they still screw it up.
Ehrlich is a service company yet they don't listen to their customers. The only redeeming quality they have is their technicians, who are, for the most part, nice people and competent. Having said that, I can tell you that they are fed up as well with having to take crap from their customers because of management's scheduling decisions. This is in no way a reflection on the technicians. They have to deal with the same frustrations the customers do. FIX THE PROBLEM.
