I am totally happy with Bryan's service. Dependable and professional on the job. He inspects and applies the appropriate product to take care of the pests I have. Considerate with respect to the customer. I rate his service as A+.

Taylor, the pest specialist, was exceptional. He was quick, efficient and thorough. He asked if I had additional concerns and assured me Ehrlich would take care of any pest issues between treatments. I would give him a 5-star review. I gave a 3-star review for the overall experience. I never know in advance when Ehrlich is planning to visit us for a treatment. I used to get an advance email, but I don’t now. Taylor called when he was on his way, but Typically I wouldn’t be at home in a Monday. I would like to know in advance when quarterly service is scheduled in case I have any specific issues to discuss. Please resume sending advance notices. If you do and I delete them thinking they’re promo notices, I apologize. Please let me know. Thanks.

Aaron serviced our home. He was very polite and efficient. He called to see if it was alright to come at an earlier time and I said by all means. He conducted an efficient treatment around the upstairs, basement, and garage. Looking forward to seeing him again. Thanks.

The service is always excellent and the exterminator is courteous and thorough. I have never been disappointed with the service or allocations. I feel confident that I will have a better spring and summer free of invading insects. Thank you.

Very pleased with job done. Technician was very professional. I haven’t had any problems with past services rendered. I will need to set up an appointment to have inside of my home done. I forgot my appointment for today, but I am satisfied with what was done on the outside of my house.

I wish I could select 0 stars, but that was not an option. We went through our Erlich bills and noticed we had been double billed for at least 1 year. We've canceled their services, but they keep sending us bills. We've called three times to cancel their bills and each time we are routed to a very nice customer service person who is unable to help. The billing is very suspicious and unclear and we have recently received threatening notices about unpaid bills for services we stopped receiving months ago. STAY AWAY from this company and try and find a local resource where you can speak with someone who can actually help with billing issues if they arise.

I wasn’t home when they came. I am calling to cancel this service as I no longer need it. My problem has resolved itself. I will call if and when needed. It was k for summer but not winter. That’s all.

My technician is the greatest. His name is Jim. He has been taking care of us for years. He does excellent work! He always calls before he arrives and performs expert service. He told us about the mosquito treatment years ago and they have never been a problem and we live out in the country. If we do have a problem with pests in between treatments he is always prompt to take care of the problem.

Had a great experience.. Fatih ** has been doing my spraying for years and I just love this guy. He is so professional and upbeat and is always smiling.. He does a fantastic job.. He always asks if everything is going good and if any bugs show up just give us a call.. Thank you Fatih.

Great service - Finally I have found a company that has great customer service and a technician that is beyond wonderful. I’ve had many companies trade my house in the past and none of them have even compared. I’m very happy to have found them.

Expert went through inside and outside house to locate where mice were entering house. Found some possible entry spots and closed them up and put traps nearby. Also placed traps inside house where mice have been seen. Expert planning to return in a week to check traps which are enclosed in cardboard boxes.

Our technician arrived on time. He was pleasant & listened to what I had to say. He did a thorough inspection & reported his findings. He reminded me that I can call when I have issues & someone will come out to resolve the problem.

The rep was fine. However, ever since you switched me from Erie to Buffalo, communication has been inefficient. They used to get back to me within minutes. Now they hardly do. I was not told of a scheduled visit, when the rep appeared. Maybe I am not transferred in your computer system. Please correct.

Fast, friendly and efficient response time when needed. They really work hard with me to figure out the best way to resolve my issues, given my specific home needs and critters! From warm weather ants, crickets, stink bugs to fall and cold weather mice problems.

Gary ** had a Great personality and very knowledgeable. Was training someone today and did a great job. Very polite and courteous. His ability to work with people makes your company shine. We lost him as a tech for a period of time and finally got him back and are very happy.

Ben is very conscientious and helpful. We never have a bad experience and he let us know where our problem areas are. I really appreciate his attention to details. He takes the time to make sure we aren’t over run with pest.

The service rep is professional and thorough. Service requests are met quickly. I highly recommend. I have been with the company for more than 15 years and have had all of my issues dealt with promptly. Service reps take their time and explain what they are doing.

The service person does a pretty good job but the cost of this service is unreasonable in my opinion. Plus you just sent me another notice that the rates are going up again. To the best of my knowledge you do not give any discounts for people on fixed income and you are just about to price yourself right out of this service location.

Ehrlich is great. I find them very reliable and very easy to work with. I have no limitations in recommending them to others. They are courteous, dependable and accommodating. The treatment they have done has also been effective. Pricing is fair.

Still waiting for someone to come pick up the insulation after a month of being done, made 3 phone calls to Jay ** and got no return calls, called Ehrlich 2 times, the 1st called said they will have someone come out to take care of the problem, it's still here.

First...I wish I could have the same person come to do my service more than once, it is easier to build rapport! (I really liked Brandon that came the last time). Also there are 2 recommendations on my invoice, both old and both no longer apply!!! They should be removed but every you come, nobody takes them off - so now I ignore any recommendations from you?!? Sad, because if it is important, now I am ignoring everything! Overall I am very happy with my service!

Awesome service and very friendly! Paul was very thorough as was our previous Ehrlich pest control agent. We were originally infested with ants but they were gone an hour after our first treatment! Thank God! After today’s visit we are confident that we will be rid of the mice as well.

Great service especially by my technician, Dennis. Always friendly and always lets me know when he will be arriving. Have never had any problem with pests since having this company. Can always count on someone answering the phone when you call.

Our service person, Mike **, performed what I thought to be a comprehensive treatment both inside and outside our residence. Mike also explained the process and informed me of some additional exterior devices that can be purchased and added to our service.

The two men who arrived promptly this morning both inspected under the house and outer environs for termite evidence or other abnormalities. They provided me with clear information as to the situation under the house. I was very pleased with their visit.

It took five phone calls to get to a manager who was insulting and disrespectful. I only renewed because of John my tech for 10 years. Before him Jim was my guy. Both of those men were respectful and did a great job. Don’t insult me when I question why the bill went up $60 in one year. You don’t deserve my business. Happy to talk to you. Call me if you give a darn. My social security didn’t go up 60 dollars. Catch my drift?

Christopher ** is a fantastic service tech. He is always providing fantastic service, always professional and just overall top notch. I never have any problems or issues. Anytime I’ve had issues with any type of pest, Christopher fixes the issue.

This contractor provided terrible service. No work was done. They came out to our home and left without doing any work. I tried calling but got no response. Please let people know this contractor is fake. I will never recommend them.

Your services are good and appreciated, but mostly due to the technicians that have service our property. I have referred others to your services, including our daughter and her husband.

Very professional business. Prompt and friendly. Concerns if they arise are dealt with in a timely manner. We use the 6 month plan for summer and are very pleased. If a call is needed after treatment, a service person comes quickly to take care of the issues at no additional cost. If you have this pest control business on your area, I would highly recommend them.

Most recently Scott was here because I had a yellow jacket nest in one of my boxwoods in the front of my house. Last week he was here to add an additional rat trap because I saw a rat on my birdfeeder. Scott is an excellent representative and an asset to your company. I have been a customer of Ehrlich for over 20 years. Over all that time, I have been trying hard to get the morons that schedule appointments to put the customer first. They still haven't figured out that it is the customer's schedule that counts, not theirs. I received an email late Thursday telling me that someone would be out on Saturday morning to perform the quarterly scheduled maintenance. No specific time. Just Saturday morning.

We have had Drew for years & he is the best!! He is informative, efficient & most of all friendly. He calls to set my spots because I never receive calls from the main office! If I need him to come he's there.

Our tech is excellent. The “new” scheduling notices leave your customers hanging. The older method of giving us an appointment time was much more considerate. When initiating new systems it might benefit the company to consider the customers you wish to keep!

Shane has always responded in a time timely manner for routine control and additional issues as they arise. The issue ranged from rats, cockroaches and spiders. I as a Facility Manager is please by Ehrlich and Shane. Shane would make time to address the issues in a timely manner.

Mike is a personable and thoroughly professional pest control specialist. He meticulously checks every inch of the boundaries of the outside of the house and every room and space inside. We are very pleased with his services and ask specifically for him each time.

Matt from Ehrlich is friendly and organized. He checks in with me on how things are going and discusses options. I would recommend the company. The spiders which are a common problem on shoreline homes, are so much better! Ehrlich has done a good job for us for over a year. Pretty much do a very good job. Unfortunately we were dropped for month because the tech assigned to us left and we were not picked up until we called to ask why. They did get another tech to us approximately 2 weeks later.

Just wanted to let you know that Simon is excellent and fantastic technician and person. There should be more Simons at your company. He has also given me an invaluable resource of someone who I deeply trust and can count on to be helpful and honest.

Prompt reply to requests. Considerate of property during service. Dan responds to text requests with service within a week or less. Weather permitting, he treats outside each time to keep ahead of wasps, ants, mainly. He leaves small extra glue traps for garage, porch, deck, and tries to reach the high spots inside and out.

We are most satisfied with the pest control home service that we receive from Ehrlich. Trent S has been our pest technician for many years, & we are very pleased with his quarterly service to our home. When we occasionally have an ant or yellow jack issue, he promptly comes & addresses the problem.

If I could give this "business" zero stars I would. I was given the name of this operation by someone who thought they were moth specialists. I wish I had done due diligence but alas... Called on a Monday morning, made an appointment for an inspection to be done next day between 8am & 12pm, expecting they would contact me with an estimate thereafter. I heard nothing by 3:30 so I call to follow up. Rep says he'll reach out to the inspector for an update and get back to me. Then, nothing. No return call that afternoon or all day Wednesday.

We have signed up for their 365 pest free program and have been with Ehrlich for about 3 years now. They provide excellent service and our serviceman Mike does an excellent job and always answers all our questions. We feel very confident with them and the care they give us and will be with them for along time. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to prevent or eliminate problems they may have.

I have used this company for several years for pest control and have always been very pleased. They tell you approximately what time they will arrive and always arrive within the window they cite. I have had the same person (Charlie) throughout this time and he always does a wonderful job.

Dan does a great job! He always ask if there is anything else he can do! He shows up with a smile and does whatever he can to keep us clean and pest free! He always prints his form and puts it in our office.

Ehrlich Pest control has terrible customer care and will lie every time. I have had service for several years. When they show up it's great. The bugs get their due. Problem is they call to set up appointment. We stay home to meet them. They don't show. We call the next day or two. They tell us yes they came out and just sprayed outside because you weren't home. I was home and I have security cameras to prove otherwise. So I canceled my monthly service for being lied to. Now the issue is I have paid four months and they won't refund it. I have call four times and told every time a supervisor will call back, guess what they LIED again. No callbacks and yet to receive a refund for expensive service that was not done. Say NO to EHRLICH.

Do not hire Ehrlich! They are dishonest scammers. Long story short, we had to cancel an appointment, we called twice to make sure it had been cancelled and were assured that it had. They sent the guy anyway. When I saw on my security camera that their truck was pulling up to my house, I called their office and told them to get in touch with the guy and tell him not to spray my shed because I was not paying for a service that I had cancelled. I was assured (very rudely) by a person who was supposed to be a manager that I would not be billed. Surprise, surprise, I am being billed. I left a message for the person whose name is on the bill, but nobody has gotten back to me. They are the worst. You don't get to send a guy to a CANCELLED appointment and then bill me for it. Save yourself the headache and find an honest company to work with.

I made the mistake of signing up for Their monthly service. I was talked into it when I called them to help with a wasp infestation. It was implied that they would come out and make sure the wasps wouldn’t return, something specific to wasps. But it was just standard pest control, spraying and laying traps, which I don’t want spraying anyway. So I was mislead from the start. Then, I got a new credit card and didn’t update it with them right away due to extenuating circumstances. They didn’t come out to my house because they couldn’t charge me. But they expect me to pay for the 2 months they didn’t do anything. I called and cancelled, but they won’t do anything about the charges. If they had any integrity, they wouldn’t be charging me for doing absolutely nothing.
