Prices were great based on my research. I hesitated using this company based on the negative reviews...but...happy to report the products came as ordered and on time. Great experience all around and I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I have ordered from Puritan's Pride for several years with no problems. Back in December 2025 my credit card and email was hacked and someone ordered from puritan's with my credit card. I try several times to resolve the issue but they didn’t help me. I cancel my subscription and will never order from again.

The only company I have seen that makes a round pill. Sometimes an extra pill comes out and since they are round they go everywhere. My dog got one and is now on life support. What college genius thought that a round pill was a good idea. No reason for it except to maybe save money. Also there should be a warning that this is deadly poison for your pets.

I started shopping with Puritan's Pride about 25 years ago before the Nestlé take over, and at that time the company was worth supporting. They could be trusted. The quality was very high and the prices were phenomenal. Now making profit is their priority so the quality is suspect at best, the inventory shrunk and the prices are through the roof. You should not trust any health company that puts profits first, Puritan's Pride is at the top of the list. I remember when they were great! But money changes everything. Can't trust these products anymore. It's not wise.

A very good company to buy from. Free shipping if over $50. I will always continue to use this company. And it was shipped on a timely manner.... I will advise friends and family to buy this brand...!

I purchased vitamins but they upset my stomach. I followed instructions and returned them. There were several unopened bottles. They received them back but never gave me my money back. I contacted customer service but they just put me off and then went silent.

On 8/27/24 I paid $4.16 for a bottle of 031643 (Probiotic). On 11/26/24 the price is $38.49 almost 10 times as high less 70% off which equals $11.54. With 70% off the special price is almost three times now of what I paid 3 months ago. I have experienced this kind of price gauging many times in the past.

Great products! Great value if you take advantage of all the incentives. Also, you need to plan ahead because some items could be out of stock. High quality products. Love the fact these are made in the USA.

Puritan's Pride is terrible, anyone that outsources customer service to offshore concerns is not legit. They don’t live up to promises or my expectations. I was a customer for many years, but will never spend another cent there!

I was a long-time loyal customer up until 2022. The Customer Service became horrible, not understandable, delivery was lacking and not as described, and they were "always" out of products. Products also arrived with the plastic lid sealers/protection not present, cracked lid, lids that appeared to be tampered with/opened. When I called CS regarding these issues I was told, "We are using a new co-packer now"?? Never a real answer that made sense, just excuses.
