I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Have been ordering from them for years and have never had an issue. The items I've purchased have always arrived in a reasonable time frame, even during the tough times at the beginning of the covid pandemic.

I would love to shop more often at Lucky Vitamin but the website is so slow…impossibly slow. It takes forever for products to download and I lose my patience after this happens time and again. I would probably shop on the website if the issue were to be corrected.

They have excellent products and shipping is fast. Even if there is a mistake with the order they work with you to help resolve the issue. I had an issue recently for my order however I did not notice it well after the return period. I honestly was not expecting much when I contacted them but they still went above and beyond to help me resolve the matter.

I can rest assured that my orders will be the highest quality, and if I do experience any issues with my orders, they are quick to respond and rectify the situation.

I have placed a few orders with LuckyVitamin, and have been pleased with everything so far. They have a great selection of products, the quality is good, and their prices are very reasonable. Plus, they run some good sales which is definitely helpful! Everything was shipped quickly and packaged well. I received my items within a week of purchase (sometimes it only took a few days!) I'm glad to have a go-to company for all my healthy pantry staples and vitamins.

These are the perfect pills to treat my mother's menopause. These pills are a working miracle and it has helped my mother function normally day to day. I also use the probiotics to treat my PCOS and it works wonderfully.

The first two bottles were great but the 3rd was a different color and after a couple weeks smelled moldy, in spite of the fact that it was supposed to be good until the October and it was still September.

This company is a scam. It is unacceptable that the LuckyVitamin.com company does not have a sector to take care of products that have not been delivered, because they have already received the money for the products, and we customers who care about us? LuckyVitamin, the company that hires the transponder company, the LuckyVitamin company has to solve the problem. I made a purchase through LuckyVitamin on 31/05/2022. Until today (20/09/2022) I have not received the products. I contacted the company several times, however they did nothing. I did some investigating myself and found out that someone got the invoice wrong so the products were returned to Lucky Vitamin. However, on return, the products are stopped in Germany.

I strongly advise against this site. I made an order at the beginning of July, which I followed regularly on the site with the tools provided, seeing nothing coming, after two weeks, I contacted them to learn that my order had been returned. She was waiting for me at a relay point without my being informed!! I was reimbursed, after 1 month, but their incompetence costs me 30€ which I am not reimbursed! Do not take the risk of doing online commerce abroad with such interlocutors: unreliable, not commercial, do not recognize their mistakes... And as a bonus make you pay for them.
