I placed an order and was charged 3 times for the same order. They claimed they had new software that caused this to happen. They said they would refund two of the charges. They did not. They only refunded 1 of the charges. I have been a customer for several years but will not do business with thieves. My advice to you is check and make sure you are not being overcharged.
Although at one time a reliable company claiming to manufacture their vitamins and supplements in the USA, things seem to have changed. They were sold to Nestle (WEF) in 2021. This time my order didn't arrive in the time frame stated on the confirmation and I got no tracking information, no "order shipped" notification and got no notification of problems with the order. When I called their customer service number several days ago, I got a person whose English was very difficult to understand and who is using the same excuse that they all seem to be using: "System Migration Problem"....as though they believe that most customers should know what this is and accept repeated delays and no updates.
I've spent time emailing them also, and specified that I wanted the order canceled and my card refunded, since at this date, the order won't arrive by the SECOND/revised/delayed date. When got no help via email, I called again today and find, after waiting through menus and then for a representative to be available, that the order may not be here until after the second (delayed) date of expected arrival. They say they can't cancel the order because - surprise - they claim it was recently sent, even though their usual "your order has shipped" email never went out. "But call us back if your order doesn't arrive by.... " (another delayed date). I won't be using this company again.

Paid for expedited shipping. On delivery due date UPS still does not have it. UPS Tracking shows the label was just created. Contacted Puritan Pride who replied that it "just shipped today". That's a lie: creating a label is not shipping. They refunded my expedited ship costs, and that was the end of any compensation, despite the fact that the product won't even be here by the standard delivery date. No emails were sent about delays. Just me flapping in the breeze, ready to leave for vacation before the package will be here.
PP for many years was my source for vitamins. It used to be easy able to order my list by product number. I don’t know if the company was bought out but they seem to have moved to India and have dropped my favorite products. Their new trends seem to include a few organics (good) but everything is “mega” or “ultimate” – the more-is-better sales tactic, but none of the multi-vitamins have normal levels, often 300 to 1000% the recommended amount. All of the choices had toxic levels of some things for me. Sadly, as a person who gets at least half his vitamins from a good diet, I can no longer trust Puritan’s Pride.
I have been a Puritan Pride customer for over 12 years. After a 'trial' for their personalized vitamin packs, I was forced into a subscription program that I did not sign up for, or was made aware of. I purchased additional vitamins and noticed my CC bill had an additional charge. When calling customer service, I called 4 days in a row. Each call was over 30 mins and had at least 3-4 transfers to additional people. The first call resulted in the lady 'promising' to call back... never did.
The last call, finally they said they'd refund my money, then they called back 30 mins later saying that they can't, they need to call the manager in New York. I even logged into my customer dashboard and checked the 'active subscriptions' tab and nothing was active. I was completely taken by surprise for this. To put things into perspective, we're talking about a $61.01 purchase. I didn't ask for any discounts, no free product request... I even wanted to keep my other purchase of $65. No Good... They would do nothing for a 12 year customer who spent over $5,000 and sent 4 paying customers to them.
Please do yourself a favor and go to Costco for your vitamins. This company cares nothing about loyalty, or their mistakes. Tip for consumers: Please be careful! They will not give a refund no matter what. Please do yourself a favor and go to Costco, Sam's Club or BJ's... Let my experience be your warning story! Good luck,
It is a company that respects its customers. I had a small problem with the products bought from them, I opened a case on Friday at 10pm, they immediately asked me for some information, I sent them immediately all the information they ask for and on Saturday morning when I woke up my problem was already solved. All representatives were professional, nice and ready to help and satisfy the customer. Congratulations on the way you do business.
I have been purchasing products directly from Puritan's Pride for years. I have appreciated their buy 1 get 1 or buy 2 get 3 sales. Recently, I need a product quickly. I went to Amazon and found that the Puritan product I needed was priced less than the buy 1 price, even when I considered the free product. Thus it appears that Puritan's Pride is not charging you the real price for the first item and giving you an item free. The product at Amazon was: Puritan's Pride CoQ10 100mg, Supports Heart Health, 240 Rapid Release Softgels - Price: $24.83$24.83 ($0.10$0.10 / Count). At Puritan's Pride: Puritan's Pride Q-SORB™ Co Q-10 100 mg - Buy 1 Get 1 Free 2 for $63.49. Thus their sales appear to be deceptive advertising. I did a check for two other products and found similar results.
I ordered over a hundred dollars in products which never arrived. I finally called to see where my order was. The company shipped it to Albania (my address is in the US). I asked for my money back (or the product re-shipped). Was informed by 'Jason' that he had to find out from New York what he should do. Is it rocket science? I paid for a product that I didn't receive. He should know what to do; he works in customer service. I asked to speak to his supervisor; he told me that she was 'unavailable'. He told me that he would find a different supervisor. I've been o the line for over a half hour waiting for 'a different supervisor'. So I'm out over a hundred bucks, I have no product and the company has ** around with a morning of my time on the phone and I am no closer to getting a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.
Used their multivitamin with 2000 D for 2 years. After first year my lab showed I was at 20 and above 30 to 100 is normal. Second year I added 2000 D with it. My lab now says I am at 24. Not sure if their is any vitamin D in their
I had ordered some vitamins twice, after 2 weeks of placing each order, I called customer service and they mentioned that it was delivered. Both time I got different answers, so I asked for my money back. The lady that answered mentioned to me that the refund was not process. So the new lady did it again, so I am waiting for my refund again. Very disappointed with their responses. I will not order from them anymore.
