The original Profile Plan (before 2023) was amazing and the members came first. Since the start of 2023, Profile Plan has gone downhill by discontinuing many products, and now are closing permanently. But they are calling it a merger. Firing more than half of the employees, they are now discontinuing the Profile foods, and in-person coaching by end of year. Gaslighting members with half truths and vague information to transfer them to HMR. This wellness plan was amazing, now it's headed for plans that use sugar substitutes that are worse for you (aspartame). Profile was actually designed and created by Medical professionals not just clinical researchers. I lost 50 lbs in my 1st year because of the amazing 1:1 coaching with one main coach who has a Masters in Nutrition, and the doctor created products. Now it's virtual coaching and no Profile products by end of year.

Food is okay - counselor was condescending and more concerned about selling services than client needs. Communication between app and counselor is poor and messages o unread. Counselor had to use personal phone as app is poorly designed.

I like their shakes. It also works when you do it. But I'm not a big bar person. I'd like to see something in white chocolate, strawberry or raspberry in the bars. I'm not a chocolate person and all their bars mostly are chocolate based. They need to have something different.

My wife and I started Profile Plan together. She dropped off on it but I kept doing it for a while. I had signed up for a year but stopped after that year. They shut down the physical location that was here so it went to where everything was virtual. Everything got mailed. That lost that personal touch. Doing it through the mail was harder. But when I followed the plan and did what I was supposed to do on the plan, it worked. I was always full. If I tried to change up too much or cheat a little bit, I might have gotten too hungry or wouldn't see the results. I even lost weight during Thanksgiving with it. I was shocked. But I got covid halfway through. I had some bad side effects with it and couldn't go to the gym anymore and workout. I have put all my weight back on that I had lost. But it's no fault of Profile's. It's my own and side effects of covid.

Profile Plan is a simple program. It was easy to order the bars and the shakes but I didn't care for the fiber drinks that we were supposed to drink once a day. There was a coach that I spoke with every week who was very helpful. But we didn't finish the program. It got a little monotonous as it went along. The fact that you couldn't eat fruit, much of it was a deterrent especially in the summertime. It was also expensive due to the whole program with the coach. We tried to do it without the coach but that was not as successful. The coach part was an important element.

I gave Profile Plan a try in the beginning of 2019 and I've had some good success. They've always had somebody available if I couldn't see my regular coach. Even during covid, we did the virtual counselling. I find them very helpful. They're always willing to look up something for me if I've got questions and readjust my program as needed. When I’m not very happy where the scale’s at, they're very motivational. They let me see that these things happen and it's part of the program. I have to accept that this is a lifelong journey. It's not just something I'm gonna do then go back to all my bad habits.

I like that the program is tailored more towards nutrition and meeting your body's needs over anything. It's encouraging the healthy lifestyle, not just the lose weight fast and then you're done. Also, the coaches are great. Everybody at the Deer Park location that I've interacted with has been super kind, very non-judgmental, no shame kind of thing and also challenging at the same time.

Got close!. Basically felt good about the 70 lb loss and ran out of steam (and money) to take off that last 10 lbs to goal. Have since gained back about 20 lbs, but still down 55 from my 'high' about three years after starting the program. Thanks.

It was a very positive experience with Profile Plan. Overall, the team has been good. They're keeping me on my path.

I can’t say enough great things about Profile. I had tried so many other programs and products and I can honestly say this is the best and it really works. I have lost 40lbs and have the skills to keep it off. I also did their MOM program when I was pregnant and was able to have a healthy pregnancy and lose all my baby weight within a month of giving birth. The coaches are amazing and the food is so good I actually miss some of it!
