Working with my coach has been such an inspiration for me to stay on my healthy journey. Sam is a wealth of information and such a day brightener. The coaching, Sam's positive attitude has allowed me to learn things about myself and my bad habits. I feel like I have a new lease on life.

Got to my goal and then started to slowly creep up and up and unable to get back down - and very frustrated with why I can not get back to my goal.My coach and I have tried numerous ideas and the weight will not come off - very disappointed.

Searching for recipes is frustrating. The sort features by Category/Plan/Meal do not work properly. The pinterest feature doesn't work on most because a picture doesn't populate. After you click on a recipe and "go back", it takes me back to page 1 even though I may be on page 6. I am paying WAY TOO much money for features that do not work!

I have tried numerous "diet" plans over the years and this is the first one that I have done that works - and I've been able to keep it off! Having my coach to help keep me accountable every week is just what I needed. The food is good - and it's easy to stay on plan.

All of the coaching has been remarkable. Any little issue that comes up they have a solution and everything so far has worked out great! I am so very close to my goal and I am still very much motivated.

I haven’t heard a word from you since I achieved my goal weight. Thanks for taking my years worth of money, and not living up to your promises. I feel as though I was ripped off, and lied to. Thank you.

My team is kind, inspiring, always checking in on me, always uplifting me. They always have good advice and are always cheering me on. They celebrate my victories and hold my hand through my struggles. I appreciate them and love when it's time to check in. They are always confident even when I'm not and they are continually supportive no matter what I go through.

Those Peanut Butter Wafer Bars are the Bees Knees! Yum!!! My coach Lona is AMAZING. I adore her! The Styku scans are so motivating! I love seeing the progress with measurements. It’s totally stunning because I don’t see the difference day to day. I am loving the plan.

Zach is always so helpful and encouraging. As a nurse working in a very short staffed clinic, it’s been very challenging to keep the drive and remain accountable. He’s been extremely understanding. Even more so when I was suffering with a cold and only wanted comfort foods. He offered substitutes to keep me on track.

I love meeting with my coach and the attention she pays to my special situation. I have had multiple surgeries and my body is different. After months on not losing we found out that I increased my exercise a lot and not my calories so we came up with a plan for the days I workout vs the days I don't.

When I had my 1st consult appointment I made it clear I was gluten intolerant and on a FODMAP diet and asked if Profile was applicable. I was told yes. After I got home I saw the foods sold to me and diet plan did not follow FODMAP. I went to a 2nd appt. and they adjusted my foods and plan but it was not user friendly at all. I went to the 3rd appointment and canceled as I became aware the staff was not familiar with FODMAP. I was very disappointed.

Using Profile Plan, I dropped over 45 pounds and kept it off for two years. Then, COVID and a knee replacement hit, and a gallbladder had to come out. Now, I'm starting all over again. But I had a very good experience with their team. I've been lucky to have two great coaches. Everybody in the store is very positive.

Profile Plan has been very good and I’m very pleased. I was telling someone that a little bit ago. What's been good about it is consistency and accountability. So, knowing exactly what I'm supposed to eat each day helps. I’ve gone into it for three months and I'm down 30 pounds. I’m more confident now without a doubt. My coach is helpful. She’s my age so it’s fun to have some banter back and forth as well.

I was on Profile Plan quite a few years ago and I decided to give it another shot. I got down to my goal weight, which is what I wanted to do. Everybody’s been friendly, helpful, courteous and supportive. They did a great job.

Profile Plan is amazing. It was like magic. My coach is brilliant though I was skeptical at first because she was young. But she knew the science of nutrition versus saying not to eat too many calories. It was more of a scientific breakdown of when you do this, this happens. And so, when she explained that to me, it made a lot of sense. She gave me a diet plan and I started on it. Within a month, I must have been down 25 pounds in 30 days and from there, I was hooked because I knew it worked.
