Best customer service from start to finish, Oak Lawn, Ill. Nicole, PCC, warm welcome set the stage. Tom, hearing specialist, was exceptional. He was thorough, administered hearing exam, explained each test and results. Was very patient, listened, and answered all questions confidently. I have an inner ear hearing aid and have difficulties inserting it. Tom demonstrated the "how" to and functions of the hearing aid and made adjustments as needed. I left the office with a better understanding and better "Hearing" with my new hearing aids. We scheduled upcoming appointments. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend.

Staff was amazing. I had bought my husband a pair of "hearing aids" off computer for Christmas. All they done was whistle. I stopped by without and appointment to ask questions and make an appointment. They happened to have a cancelation and saw us then. We walked out with a pair same day. The staff were very helpful and very accommodating. Best purchase I have made.

I have been a customer at the Springfield, MO location for several years now and have been very pleased with the service and care that Justin and Mary have provided. They have managed to make me comfortable and confident in the product and make sure I'm informed of the product capability all while maintaining a professional attitude. To start with, I take the blame for not doing my research before signing up of the FREE hearing test offered by Miracle-Ear. The high pressure sales pitch should have been a red flag for me, but I was a sucker and thought I was spending $8500 to improve my hearing. However, what I ended up with is a pair of hearing aids that sit in the case and are not used at all. I have owned these hearing aids now for about 1 1/2 years and was going to give them another try. But when I went to use them, the left one was not working at all. Sent them out to be serviced and was given a BTE (behind-the-ear) loaner pair to use while mine ITE (in-the-ear) hearing aids were being serviced. I liked the BTE loaner pair much better than the ITE pair that I had purchased. The ITE pair that I purchased make it sound like I have a bucket over my head when I talk.

Macala and Alana helped me so much!!! I can hear now a lot better. Also, I teach and now I am able to hear students as they share and ask/answer questions.

I've had the Miracle Ear Avail MeEnergy 5 ITC hearing aids for a little over 3 years now and I can honestly say that I am not at all impressed. Forst off the technician that did the ear canal mold was obviously not familiar with the process and I had to return them for a refit. I (actually my insurance company) paid almost $9000 for them. I understood that they would automatically adjust to my environment and that there were several programs in the software including Normal, Crowd, Restaurant, and BT Streaming and the software would select which program to use. Not true. My misunderstanding? Maybe, but you need to manually (or in the app) switch programs to suit the environment you are in. The basic difference between a $5000 pair of Miracle Ear aids and a $9000 pair is how many of these programs they turn on for you.

Receiving unwanted postal mail from Miracle Ear for years for deceased parents. Finally decided enough was enough. Miracle Ear’s website will direct you to contact the local store listed in mailer. I did this several times - no avail. Only so nice till they find out your insurance can’t cover it, when I said I’m not going to commit to any payment plan before I discuss with my wife, dang near was shooed out the door. So nice in the beginning when they thought they’d get a nice commission out of me. Don’t care to remember his name, bald ** guy with the accent. Left so discouraged wasted a pto to be treated like crap. “Hearing loss is the invisible disability and I feel you” my butt.
