Miracle Ear is a great place to get hearing aids. The receptionist and consultant are very friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this place if you are looking for perfect hearing aids for yourself or a loved one.

Went to have my ears tested and Barry from Maui Office said I needed this so called fabulous hearing device. Took it home and there was an irritating background sound so took it back on my next scheduled visit. Told him I did not want it that it was uncomfortable. He insisted that I try it again with an adjustment that he would do. So took it home and there still was a background sound that I could not deal with. I called him and took it back on my next visit. He said, "Too late"...Time limit was over. I gave him $1000.00 Good Faith down payment and returned item. Now I am getting harassed with Collectors!! He did not have a front desk clerk and he comes to Maui Once a month. Last time I called his Honolulu Office they told me he was in a Foreign Country. Deal with Collectors. He has the Hearing aid and my $1,000.00.

Worthless company! No response to my Cease-and-Desist letters via certified mail/return receipt from the local office or Corporate. Continuous harassment via Direct Mail wanting me to purchase their hearing aids. Have sent numerous emails/letters to them and their CEO. No one wants to remove me from their contact list. No one will reply to me. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) on 8/25/2023 against Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center. The BBB made two attempts to contact the business regarding my complaint. The BBB did not receive a response and the case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. Businesses like this are like hemorrhoids; nothing more than a pain with no immediate relief in sight. Why one would do business with Miracle-Ear is beyond me. The BBB has informed me to contact the Oklahoma Attorney General.

I am extremely happy with both the Miracle-Ear professional and office staff where I receive my care. My serious hearing deficit has been effectively corrected with their sophisticated, but user-friendly devices. Just as critical, however, are the competency and interpersonal skills of the audiologist; in my case, that individual is Mr. Dan **. He listens and educates, regularly re-testing and evaluating my hearing acuity to assure I'm getting maximum benefits. In my opinion, given the consistent quality and thoroughness of and access to the on-site care I've received over the years, Miracle Ear is a tremendous value.

Joanne is always upbeat and runs a great office. I had annual exam last week and the adjustments she made made a big difference. She is also very helpful if a problem comes up or I need to adjust or change my appointment.

While they are the quite pricey, my 90 year old dad says that they are the best hearing aids that he has had so far. Nicole in the Roseville, California office, always goes above and beyond to take care of any needs that my father may have. Great service is very rare and hard to find in this day and age. That is what we have found at the Roseville Miracle Ear office.

I’ve had my hearing aid for over a year now. I go in every 3 months for a hearing aid cleaning. They always ask how everything is going and if the hearing aid is functioning properly. Very professional. In and out of the office within 20 minutes or less. Great service.

I have tinnitus and was able to be fitted with devices that play ocean waves that takes away the ringing while wearing them. I have better concentration and no more headaches. These are the best things out.

The service I received from Mac in the Danville/Harrodsburg, KY store was great. From the screening to the initial fitting was excellent. Mac was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and got the product I needed to improve my hearing.

I was recently at my vacation home in South Carolina, when my hearing aid malfunctioned. It would not pair with the phone app or Bluetooth. I made an appointment with the Miracle Ear office in Murrells Inlet, SC. Unfortunately the audiologist there could not rectify the problem, telling me that there appeared to be a battery problem (rechargeable) with my hearing aid and that I would have to make an appointment with my home office in Middletown, NJ. On August 17th, 2023, I had the appointment and the problem with my hearing aid was corrected in no time. A new receiver wire and ear piece was installed and now it works fine. Couldn't be happier with Middletown, NJ Miracle Ear office. Thank you!

Was told insurance would cover, they didn’t. Miracle Ear app did not work. The customer support was terrible. Lost one hearing aid (easy to do) in first 6 months. Warranty covers replacement under warranty at an additional cost. Then lost another one a few months later. Would cover at another additional cost. If lost another, would cost $2500 each for replacements. Cut my $5000 loss before paying any more. Went to another hearing center that my insurance recommended. They turned me on to a Lost my Hearing Aid app. Recommended hearing aids I can use with wind block so I can use them even in my motorcycle. Totally different experience. Stay away from Miracle Ear. Check with your insurance first. Do lots of research before investing.

Very professional staff who worked hard to make sure I was happy with my hearing aids. No pressure to buy the most expensive style. Very grateful to learn about my hearing loss. I share my experience with my family and friends. I highly recommend everyone get tested (it’s free!) no matter your age.

Lorrana and her team on Semoran Blvd are extremely professional and friendly. You walk in, they greet you immediately and offer drink or snack. They explain everything in a way everyone can understand and take all the time you need to get you up and running.

The Miracle Ear on IH 35 in Austin is great, Jennifer is very knowledgeable and pleasant, Rachel is great. They explain everything so you know exactly what's going on. They answer any and all questions and truly care about your hearing. I will not go anywhere else.

Technician tested both ears. When testing was done, technician explained in details about test and map out in details where test resulted. I did not need hearing aid at this time. Was informed every year to have ear checked.

I go to Miracle Ear in Toms River and I have to say how very good the staff is. My hearing specialist is a beautiful young lady that is so very helpful and very patient. Always a joy to go to the office! The hearing aids are very comfortable and easy to navigate. If I have any problems I just have to call Amber and she takes care of it. Can not say anything bad about Miracle Ear or the staff. Thanks ME.

Offered many extras and 3000 dollars for trade in of my old hearing aids. Awesome hearing test checked more than ever before. Bone conduction, loudness levels and tones. Very thorough and informative visit.

One of my aids just plain quits every now and then. I put in a new battery, and reset the program, but to no avail. Dorothy tries to adjust settings, but if they are dead, what's the use? My 30 day return policy had just expired, and I was refused a refund. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR $$$, YOU'LL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!! The agent knew the state's consumer rights, so this isn't new.

My hearing loss is not as severe as I had thought which is great news. However, the ability to filter out background noise so I can hear better in a noisy environment is excellent. I can feel confidence in having conversations in a restaurant again.

They explained everything that was happening with me, and explained why. Very detailed and they really want you to have a better life. Was very satisfied. When I got my hearing aids I could hear more things I couldn't hear.

I went to a specialist to start. I was convinced I needed hearing aids, which I did. After getting the hearing aids, they were not interested in following up or adjusting them. Not happy. I then ordered Bose hearing aids…they were better, but not good. I went to Miracle Ear because that is where my Mom had gotten hers. Hands down, best decision ever made! I went in to have Asa tweak them and he was/is awesome! They were really concerned to get my hearing aids perfect! I only recommend Miracle Ear now. They truly care.❤️

I have worn my hearing aid for 3 years and have been so happy with the tremendous support and followup with the audiologist, routine hearing tests, as well as routine cleaning of the hearing aid. My tinnitus is so much less severe now!

I came into Miracle-Ear store thinking this is the best place to purchase hearing aids, the person doing the hearing aid test was ok and once I got them, I was so surprised to be able to hear everything again. But as time went on, their customer service was great, she gave me her cell # and said call anytime if you have problems, of I said this is great. Well I had problems, thinking these 7,000 $ hearing aids should not be giving me problems, it was not long before one just shut down.

My audiologist Jacqueline ** was wonderful! I had an appt. later in the day so I'm sure she had many customers before me, yet her greeting and attitude was still so bright and welcoming. But most importantly, I got such a detailed breakdown of the diagnosis after testing that I could completely understand, and which I was not aware of before I walked into Miracle Ear. I was completely stunned by what I didn't know about hearing loss. And I never for one minute felt like she was trying to sell me on something. Everything she informed me about was not about trying to sell a product but about what my choices were in terms of what products are actually available to me for the type of hearing loss I was experiencing.

I had tried two other hearing appliances prior to going to Miracle-Ear. On my first visit, the audiologist tested my hearing and asked relevant questions. After reviewing the results, he discussed with me what the tests showed. He asked me what I thought my deficiency was with regards to my hearing and I indicated the center range on the test results which shows more than average hearing loss. He said he was pleased that I was being realistic and would be happy to fit me with hearing aids on a two week trial. I was more that excited, and felt as if I was going to be helped and my needs would be viewed individually.. so I would get aids that were specific to my needs. I went back after the two week trial, and there was no hesitation, these hearing aids are the ones for me. Thank you Larry, you were so kind and helpful!!

Have worn hearing aid over 20 years. This experience was amazing. I have never had such a complete test as I received. From checking in to the hearing test. The test and following explanations and complete explanation of use, adjustments. A Wow factor of 10.

Stopped by the Willow Glen location in San Jose for a routine cleaning. In and out in 5 minutes. Sweet! As always the staff are pleasant and efficient. And of course the cleaning was no charge, covered in the original purchase.

I go to the Miracle Ear in Cherry Hill NJ and my audiologist is Antoinette, she is absolutely great! She explained everything in language you can easily understand and makes all the adjustments you need as many times as you may need and this is always done with a smile on her face. I never feel as though I am being rushed along. This is my second pair of hearing aids and they are so comfortable that sometimes I actually forget to take them out at night and wake up in the middle of the night and realize I still have them in.

I love NOREEN in Fort Wayne, IN! She really knows her stuff. I always learn something new when I'm there and she's right on with my hearing adjustments. I now realize exactly which sounds I have difficulty recognizing. The hearing aids are wonderful.

I recently purchased my first set of hearing aids from Miracle-Ear in Redondo Beach. I could not be happier with the whole experience. Tracy, the audiologist, conducted the very thorough hearing tests and helped me pick out the perfect hearing aids for my specific hearing deficiencies. Going in I was convinced that my Medicare supplemental plan did not cover hearing aids, however, Tracy went out of her way to call my insurance company and indeed my policy included a hearing aid allowance. Thanks to her extra effort, my out-of-pocket cost ended up being half of what I expected. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear, Redondo Beach.

I first went to a ear, nose, and throat doctor who specializes in hearing. Paid him 150.00 for a office visit. He did an initial Assessment and then tried to sell me a pair of hearings aids for 11,000. I was very uncomfortable with the whole thing. So I made an appointment with Miracle Ear. They did an Assessment for free. Incidentally, the results were almost identical to those of the medical doctor. They briefed me on my options and worked with my Insurance company to get me the best deal. I ended up going with the Meenergy RIC R AX. I have been very pleased with the hearing aid overall. I have now been wearing them for about 3 months. For their intended purpose of helping you hear better, they are fantastic and I couldn’t be happier although they have taken some getting used to.

Following my discussion about watching television she made minor adjustments to enhance the TV Streamer capability. Kathryn is a top notch Hearing Instrument Specialist. Always heard about hearing aids and thanks to Miracle Ear (Kurt in Albuquerque, NM USA) had many options and helped me to find the match for me. The VA is free; but limited options and uncomfortable hearing aids were a deal-breaker! Kurt walked me through the process of selection and financing at my pace of understanding! Tinnitus has really diminished and I’m hearing everything I’ve been missing for (40)+ years! No more “Haaah!” for me. A recent office visit with stormy at the Lebanon office I found the agent to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. But I think the best thing I liked about her was the fact that she could give me very simple and easily understood explanations for very complicated hearing aid problems. Great service.

Larry tested my hearing capability and then explained the results. He recommended a great set of hearing aids and let me demo them. Very impressed with Larry and the hearing aids. Larry reviewed the results of my demonstration usage and then ordered my own set of hearing aids. The entire staff was great to work with and took their time with me every step of the way.

I thought the hearing test I received was extremely thorough. The word recognition test was extremely revealing as to how poor my hearing is. After fitting me with the hearing aid that they felt was best for me the word recognition test improved by 90%. They weren’t cheap but for the quality of the product and the professional service I received and continue to receive I think it was worth the cost, and I can hear now!

We have purchased Miracle Ear hearing aids for my 99 year old mother. After wasting her money on 3 or 4 pair previously, we were skeptical. The devices delivers and Craig give excellent customer service. We could not be happier.

Doug ** is our local Miracle Ear hearing specialist. He is an outstanding representative for the brand. I went with my husband five years ago for his first visit here in Maryland. We had recently relocated here. He has worn hearing aids for many years, just never Miracle Ear. He decided to give them a try as my mom had a great experience with hers. Doug asked if I would like my hearing tested. I agreed and he found the hearing loss in my left ear was significant. He suggested I get a hearing aid to slow the loss of hearing in that ear. I did, and what an amazing result. Until the hearing aid improved my hearing in that ear I had not realized the hearing loss.

Excellent service on short notice. Had a situation I could not resolve with my hearing aids, called my local store and they gave me an immediate time to come in. The problem was resolved while I waited and everything is working fine again. I Like that there is a place to go when I need help with very knowledgeable people.

I receive my care in the Myrtle Beach office. I can’t express my gratitude to the staff. Both Don and Linda are great. They welcome you. They explain and totally treat you as a valued person. I recommend this office to anyone.

I got my MIRACLE EAR HEARING AIDS about five years ago. I saw an ad and went with it. It seemed TOO GOOD to be true. They let me try it for one month and it seemed ok. They put me on a payment plan since they were too expensive at the time and I felt I was overdue, DON'T REMEMBER EXACTLY like 1300 for two a coupon. Right from the get go I had trouble but they were helpful at time I believe I had them for a few years until I upgraded. That's where they really got me but again I needed them. The second pair was 4900.00. Trouble all began. Anyway they gave me the royal shaft.

My first pair died after 6 months. I had to go 2 weeks without any hearing aids until a working pair was returned. The bluetooth frequently dies and you have to go back and shut the hearing aid off and then repair. Miracle-Ear's technicians vary in their knowledge and the person I am now dealing with knows little or nothing. I would not recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone. If I could get my money back I would buy some other provider's hearing aid.

I’ve used Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids for over 4 years and upgraded recently to take advantage of Bluetooth with my iPhone. Unfortunately, the connection distance is just 2 or 3 feet when streaming music or podcasts. Since the hearing aids are premium priced (at least double other brands) I expected them to work. The audiologist tried several times to help and even sent them in for exchange, but nothing worked - the sound is choppy. Store staff is great and always professional. I’d give them 4 stars if the Bluetooth worked better. Can’t go 5 stars with their pricing. Too expensive compared to same products on the market.

Any time I have a problem with my hearing aid app, (usually due to phone updating) I contact my specialist, Tony, who always finds time in his schedule to see me within 24/48 hrs. He then not only finds and fixes the glitch, but does so in a friendly yet professional manner. I never realized how much I was missing out on with my grandchildren, before visiting Miracle-Ear 3 years ago and being tested and fitted with “my ears” as I jokingly call them. Went to Miracle-Ear couple of months back to be tested after retiring in New Mexico. My hearing loss is significant, so… always count on them being the most expensive. I have had a couple of sets of Resound because of the tinnitus. The Miracle-Ear hearing aids are by far the best performing set I have ever had. When the right side of my last Resound set failed last week, the local Miracle-Ear facility was able to have me back in a few days, and gave me a set of loaners in the meantime. Very comfortable office setting and professional staff.

It is one of the worst companies in the world for customer service and to work for. Holly and Cory are one of the worst big shots for a company.. The consultants just want to take advantage of elderly people and take your money... Every employee has a brown nose stuck up bosses... They are rude for appointments and sitting in lobby waiting.. They can't fit your hearing aids right and send you on your way so you complain later.

I have a superb Miracle-Ear audiologist … Testing facilities are adequate, but not any better than competitors. I would be too embarrassed to recommend to a family member due to atrocious pricing 2-3 times the competitive market for comparable hearing evaluation and recommended products. Like many on a fixed income, I am very embarrassed to admit that I paid well over double very comparable product costs, and ALL of their accessories are quadruple what an affordable cost should be! Great products and technology, but they rely heavily on consumer ignorance of competitive pricing for comparable products! Buyer beware!!!

Great staff. They take the time to get to know you. They fit your hearing aids to your lifestyle. Great follow up to make certain everything is still working correctly. Annual audiogram to make sure your hearing aids still match any changes.

Christian at the Gaylord Michigan store was very knowledgeable and friendly. He not only cleaned my hearing aids but checked to see if there were any software updates that should be installed. I didn’t ask him to do that, he simply offered.

I had tried other doctors and hearing devices but none like Miracle-Ear. Dr. ** discussed all options and explained everything to us. When I came in for my aids, I cried because I was hearing things that I hadn’t heard in years. Oh Happy Day!

Very disappointed at my last hearing check to find out that the software that programs my hearing aids each year for the best hearing experience is becoming obsolete. When I purchased my hearing aids I upgraded to an aid that had lots of "room to grow", meaning, they could be adjusted to be quite a lot louder as time passed. Hearing aids cost several thousand dollars, so my attitude was that buying a better aid was an investment. I've had them for 8 years, never had a problem, in fact, they work beautifully, and yet the tech told me that this would probably be the last time they could be adjusted because they would not be able to support the technology in the next year.

These people answered all my questions. They explained everything to me so I can understand it. They were very professional and very helpful. They are affordable also. They showed me how to clean my hearing aids and everything.

My mother start going to Miracle Ear location on 427 Main St, Hellertown PA 18055, she was sold a hearing aid about one year ago and start going in for it to be cleaned, periodically. She went in a few months ago and came back w/ a new hearing aid and a new loan, I asked where her old hearing aid was, (in which nothing was wrong and did not need to be replace). She stated the manager asked her to give it back to him. My mother has the original bill and the new bill. Per the supervisor or what? He told my sister he gave my mom some type of discount, I do not see it and her bill is larger. (My mom is in the early-stage dementia). This is not ethical, selling produce not needed and taking her first hearing aid back and she has both loans to pay still. She is on a fix income... Either the first hearing aid should be issued back, or the first loan adjusted down by that location.

The hearing aids I purchased are exactly what I need. They were low cost but high quality. Dr ** did an excellent job providing the aids that significantly improved my hearing. She also took great care to ensure they fit perfectly in my ears. I also want to give kudos to the office manager, Nikki **. She’s very knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. Her extremely pleasant outgoing personality makes for a wonderful office visit experience. My entire experience has been amazing!

I like my hearing aids as well as the service from Miracle-Ear. The reps know when you walk in and they get right to you. They are always courteous. I couldn't hear in a crowd and talk very good on the telephone but my hearing is good now. I've sent several people that needed hearing aids to Miracle-Ear and they have purchased their hearing aids.

My specialist was Reagan and boy howdy was she knowledgeable…I learned so much about my ears, hearing and especially the care of my hearing…The VA never took the time to explain anything! Highly recommend Miracle Ear and lady Reagan!

This is the first time I have had my hearing checked. Everyone I met was very nice. Brittany is very knowledgeable and explained clearly. I learned a lot. Though a hearing aid is not needed, we agreed that an annual check up is a good idea. Very glad I did this.

Finally found the best place in service and care for my hearing needs,, a place that you get to test all the different hearing aids available in the market with the most advance features and technology out there. I have partial loss of hearing. Sometimes, I would think people are mumbling when they are actually just talking softly. I used to be able to hear that. Now, I couldn't make out anything they were saying. My Miracle-Ear hearing aid corrected that quite a bit. My hearing aids have the charger and it's the one that goes over the ear with the little wire that has the actual earpiece. I had to get those because of my work. I’m a medical assistant. If I had gotten the regular hearing aids where the full thing goes into the ear, I would never be able to work as I wouldn't be able to use my stethoscope.

I’ve had my hearing aids for a year and a half now. I have the ones where I have to put batteries on, and I don't like that some nights I'll have to wear them to bed so I can hear the alarm in the morning. I also don't the price. Still, I love my hearing aids, and I wish I'd have done it years ago. I took them in one time. I pulled a spring out of them and pushed the panic button, but the reps told me it was no problem. They fixed them. Miracle Ear has been very good to me, and I've been very pleased with them. I received a gift card to get donuts when I first went went in, but I didn’t bother using it.

The customer service is excellent and the quality of the Miracle-Ear hearing aids is amazing. It has made a huge difference. It changes your life to be able to hear again. The cost is a little high, but if you think about it, you're paying for your hearing, and it's worth it to be able to hear. I was constantly saying, “What? What? What?” And missing out on a lot. It was no fun. You get tired of saying what and then you just start agreeing, and you don’t know what you're agreeing to.

I got behind-the-ear hearing aids and I’ve noticed quite a bit of difference in my hearing since using them. Sometimes, I don't want to hear. The cost was a little more than I wanted to pay. But I was gonna pay that and then some at other places. So, it didn't matter. Miracle-Ear’s customer service has been absolutely excellent. I never have to wait. I stop in unannounced every three months to get them to clean the hearing aids and they'll take me right away. 15 minutes later, I’m out the door.

We went to Miracle-Ear to see about getting hearing aids. I was the first one because I couldn't hear in a crowded room or at church. About a year later, my husband got the hearing aids also. My husband and I both have hearing aids and we enjoy going to the Miracle-Ear office. It's a good place and the ladies are awesome. Wendy is the receptionist there and she's very professional and friendly. My husband and I enjoy working with her.

The rep was efficient and was always informative. There were no long waiting periods. We’ll go back to Miracle-Ear.

I've had good luck with Miracle-Ear. They've been very good. I had to send one hearing aid back. Something about the battery wasn't charging. So, I had an appointment yesterday and they gave me a new one. I've had a very good experience.

My aunt has Miracle-Ear hearing aids and she has the top of the line. They're good hearing aids. The representatives are fabulous and the services are very good.

Miracle-Ear works for me. If I didn't have them, I'd be trying to do more lip-reading. I'd also be blaring out the TV speakers. This last time, I upgraded and got the behind the ears. I went with the rechargeable type because I was getting tired with the batteries and I was having working problems with the hearing aids with the batteries. But I still like the inserts rather than the ones behind the ears. Also, during my last visit, I was disappointed because I was called and asked to come in earlier then I ended up waiting for my original appointment. I was told that the girl had to go to a funeral.

I’ve had Miracle-Ear hearing aids for about 18 years. The cost is high but the quality is very good. They’re working well just the way I expect them to do. A year and a half ago, I upgraded to new ones. So far, they've been good. Miracle-Ear checks my hearing aids every so often and cleans them up and puts new batteries. They're very accommodating.

I have an almost full hearing loss in my left ear and a partial in my right. I had other hearing aids before, but I wasn't happy with them. I'm happy with the Miracle-Ear. Mary was my rep and it seemed like she cares and knows what she's doing. My hearing aids are too expensive, but compared to everything else I checked into, they're as good as I found.

Miracle Ear has been great. The reps are excellent, and I'm happy with my hearing aids. The other ones I had cost $2,000 more, and they were not as good as the ones I have now.

The hearing aids are good. I go to a store in Clifton Park and the rep is nice. When I go, she always checks my hearing aids and makes sure that they're clean. Other times, she'll give me a hearing test to see my hearing and she programs the hearing aids to my ear. One day, the hearing aid quit. All she did was put a new tube in. I didn't have to wait for it. She fixed it right there. I'm happy with their service.

Mr. ** did a very good job testing my hearing. Was careful to explain in detail the results. Explained the problems and the best aid to help in my case. Promised to work with me to learn to use device.

Miracle-Ear is more personable than the others. Every time I’ve gone in the store for cleaning the hearing aids, the service has been great. I’ve met the owner and three other technicians, and I’ve had good experience with them.

My mother does pretty well with her Miracle-Ear hearing aids. She has a little tiny piece that goes in her ear and one that rests on top. She claims it doesn't make much difference, but everyone else around her knows it makes a huge difference when she wears them or she doesn't. It's a big help when she's on the phone. The hearing aids help significantly though they'll never make her hear perfectly.

The customer service at Miracle-Ear was awesome when I initially called. But the guy that sent it put my prescription in backwards on my hearing aids. He's no longer with the company and it took them a while to figure out why it wasn't working. But they worked with me really hard on it. I have a right ear that closes off when I chew and Amy has tried everything in the world to get it to quit squealing. She's done an awesome job trying to get me going. A lot of times, I just walk into the store and they fit me in and take care of me. Now that I've had the hearing aids for a little bit, I now can hear very well. I like the three different channels I have on them. The cost is a little much, but the quality has made up for it.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Miracle-Ear. I've had in-the-ear models, and now I've got behind-the-ear hearing aids which work best for me. They're expensive, but the hearing aids are good so I've been happy with them over the years. I've had numerous reps and I've also been satisfied with all of them.

The Miracle-Ear attendant showed me the type where a section of it is behind the ear and there's a wire with a little rubber that goes into the ear. It was the top of the line at the time. She recommended that and I liked it. Miracle-Ear has been extremely responsive and prompt to any needs I've had in the couple of years that I've had these hearing aids. I feel happy to have used Miracle-Ear. It's a good company. The hearing aids are expensive though. These were $7,600.

Audiologist (Monica) was pleasant and genuinely cared. She spent ample time testing and explaining the results. Afterwards, she spent a lot of time reviewing the types of devices with the pros and cons of each. I was not rushed and appreciated the time spent with me. Vivian (front desk) set up follow-up appointments at my convenience and called before each to be sure they were still convenient. I felt like this was for me and not just to sell hearing aids.

I'm doing pretty well with my Miracle-Ear hearing aids. It sits behind the ear and the wire and the little plastic head sit in my ear canal. It's the best I've had. The volume is fine, but I cannot discern a lot of words. In most conversations, I can’t understand the words. Other than that, they’ve worked with me. I had a pair, and something went wrong. They gave me a new pair under warranty.

I would definitely give a 5 star rating for their service.

Miracle-Ear gives me good service, good product. I have in the canal hearing aids and they're comfortable. I walk in to Miracle-Ear. And they do what they need to, clean them, give me batteries. I tell them what it's doing and they take care of it. But every so often, they have me coming in other than if I need something. I like it. I could hear a lot better. That’s the best I can hear. I can turn the TV down.

It's easy to get in. Miracle-Ear works hard to solve the problem that I have. I'm very happy with the service.

My hearing aid goes behind the ear and it's been wonderful. My rep Tim is a very nice person. He was generally concerned about hearing loss and he wasn't overbearing at all. I am very comfortable with my hearing aids and the people who helped me. I have recommended it to my friends. It's the greatest thing that happened to me.

My experience with them has been very nice. I've worked with several reps and each one has been most charming. I've enjoyed them all. The hearing aids are fine. My rep Darlene is always willing to lean them.

The girl who took care of me was nice. I still go to her. Very informative. Any questions, have answers for it. I go to the receptionist in Rockaway, New Jersey who takes care of me, and I had someone else when she was out or I had to go in like to have the hearing-aid looked at. They were always helpful. Got it fixed. Told me what she could do. She said, "That should solve it." Usually, it did. Once she couldn't fix it and had to send it out.

Miracle-Ear is a famous place and after the initial visit, we were very impressed with their professionalism. They sent Mary birthday wishes, and I could call them at any time. They know me by name. Everything is perfect. Sherry, the rep, is great and very personable. We're happy with Miracle-Ear.

The team at Miracle-Ear was always very good. They've been very aware of what I need and when I need my appointments. They're excellent. I had one issue with the quality of the hearing aids but they corrected it. I'm on fixed income, so it's tough to spend $6,000 on hearing aids. But in the long run, they're worth it. Having them makes my wife happy that I can hear her better.

I've had Miracle-Ear for quite a while and they're very good. For what I paid for them, they do very well for me. My husband told me to get the best hearing aids. I just put them on the charger and they charge every night. The reps are wonderful and when anybody says they have a problem, I tell them to go where I go at, in Washington Township. Outstanding service from both the Doctor and the receptionist. It turns out that my hearing loss was not enough to justify the expense of hear aid. I was told that after the test was over. Zero pressure to buy something I didn’t at this time. The level of honesty and integrity is priceless. The rep was very thorough in the exam. He was very friendly and personable. I ended up visiting quite a bit whenever I go for adjustments and I've gone in hoping to get one of the in-ear ones that fit in the canal. He ended up recommending behind the ear kind instead, said that they function better. He was pretty thorough in his explanations why. My hearing aids work pretty well and they fit fine. The functionality is somewhat better. I had to wear an external device to have the hearing aids interface with my mobile phone with the other ones. With the Miracle-Ear, I don't have to do that. That makes it a little more user-friendly.

I've been with Miracle-Ear a long time. Their prices are good. Their reps were also very nice. Right now, I'm just having a little problem. But it's the mold and they're making a new mold for me.

I'd recommend the MIracle-Ear but I've found that the hearing aid itches, tickles, and bothers me more than my hearing loss. So, I wear them on occasions where I need to hear something. Other than that, customer service has done well.

The rep was very professional and friendly. So far, the hearing aids have been going very well and I'm happy with mine. I go regularly to Miracle-Ear when I'm scheduled to clean up and make sure the hearing aids are okay to go. So it's a very brief visit and it works out really well for me.

I've had a great time with Miracle-Ear. They give the hearing test to adjust. They're all very informative and they take good care of me. They answered all my questions and they have quality hearing aids. I got the behind-the-ear model. They're adjustable for my needs. It's got a little wire that goes in to the speaker. It has some good extras to go with it where you hook it up to your TV and you can hear it through your hearing aids. I hear a lot better with the hearing aids. I have very good sound and quality in conversations. I've been in multiple conversations with six different people and I never missed a beat. I'm pretty satisfied.

I'm very, very happy with Miracle Ear. I could stop in the store and get the hearing aids cleaned. I do that every so often. I had my hearing aids adjusted not too long ago and that seems to be helping quite a bit. So I'm pretty happy with what I've got. It's very comfortable to wear. I would definitely recommend Miracle Ear in St. Cloud. We're very happy with the team that's working now.

The reps have been very good. I have the rechargeable hearing aid and it's been good. I can get the same quality service no matter where I'm at. But there are some issues that nobody can put a handle on like squeaking sounds or higher-pitch sounds. Other than that, it has BlueTooth so I have it connected with my phone and it works in my car. I try not to go without the hearing aids. I lost one and that was inconvenient. Miracle-Ear sold me a new one but I didn't like the price. It was $1,500. Also, like anything else that's not normal, I wish I don't have to wear them. But it's a help.

We cancelled an appointment due to my mother's health and the reps continued to call and check on her to see if there was anything they can do to help out. Our rep Robert is doing a very good job. He's a very caring and considerate young man. The hearing aids are of a good quality and whatever problems we've had have always been corrected. My mother has the model that fits into the ear and she feels like she’s in a well. If Miracle-Ear can do something to accommodate those that are on oxygen without plugging the whole ear, it might be beneficial.

The doctor at Miracle-Ear was really exclusive. He explained what happened and he helped me to get the right hearing aid. I got the ones that go over the ear and I love the features. My job is sales and I can connect my phone to my hearing aids because they are Bluetooth. I can talk clearly with my customers. I have the surround sound feature as well and that is really cool. I had some kind of issues with the cables when using it and the doctor showed me how to change the thing inside where the sound goes. Once I understood how it works, it was good for me. I am really satisfied.

My husband has a pretty bad hearing deficiency, and Miracle Ear's hearing aids seem to be working better than his other hearing aids. But they need to be a little louder. The rep is going to adjust them when we go back. We paid for the hearing aids and we have a month to try these before we accept them. The reps were pretty helpful. The rep that we are working with right now took over for another fellow and she's doing pretty well so far.

I have recommended Miracle-Ear to a couple of my relatives. They have good customer service. Every six months, I have an appointment and they check out the hearing aids.

I love Miracle-Ear hearing aids and I haven't lost one of them either. I had a wire over my ear and I lost one because it caught on my glasses and I didn't realize it came out of my ear. But with these, I don't have a wire over my ear. The cost is a little high but you get what you pay for. I'm doing fine with the hearing aids. I like them very much and I would recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone.

I had a good experience with the rep at Miracle-Ear. She was nice. The quality of the hearing aids is good, too. I can hear well with them. The only thing I don't like is they say the batteries last a week, but they only last four days. Then they send you one set of batteries every month. There’s enough in there to last 20 days, and then you got to do it off for a little bit and then wait till the next batch comes in.

The Miracle-Ear hearing aids are excellent. I'm hearing everything again. It's amazing what I could hear, like birds. I feel alive. Also, everybody I've dealt with has always been really nice and helpful in every way possible.

I went to the Brick. NJ office for an initial evaluation. I met with a woman by the name of Marie **. Marie was very knowledgeable and courteous. She answered all my questions in easily understandable language. It was a very enjoyable experience.

The Miracle Ear location I go to on Fletcher Ave and Dale Mabry in Tampa is always a pleasant experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and courteous. I have had hearing from another company but never received the type of service I get at this location. Monthly support and cleaning and immediate assistance if a problem arises makes this an outstanding company and the staff makes each visit a pleasant experience.

Miracle-Ear has been very good. I have very severe hearing loss in my left ear and I am going through some tinnitus problems. We just went last Friday to Miracle-Ear and Lynn was very good at listening and answering questions. I'm very happy. I've got the battery-operated ones. They're working great.

I like Miracle-Ear. I’d had a set of Beltone but Beltone moved and left here. I didn’t really like the Beltone. So, I just chose Miracle-Ear. I spent over $10,000 with Miracle-Ear on two sets of hearing aids. One of them was about a month out of warranty. I called and they didn't seem like they really wanted to talk to me and told me that I'd have to send the thing in to get it repaired. I couldn't afford to do that at that time and still can’t. So, while I had them and they were working, I was real pleased with them but the last set that I had had not been used that much because most of the time, I only used them when I was going out among the crowd or I was going to church. The rest of the time, they stayed in the charger because I was always out working and I really didn’t wear them. I'm just not a happy camper now. I felt like they could have been a little bit more ready to help me considering the fact that I'd spent $10,000 within just a short period of time for hearing aids.

The hearing aids I have are the over the ear. These I bought last year uses no batteries. I have a charger I use at night which eliminates the use of batteries. I had previously used in the ear canal type with another company. The ones I got at Miracle Ear are more comfortable than any I have ever owned. I keep them in from the time I get up until I go to bed at night. Miracle Ear will clean them for free and adjust volume as needed. Great product & great service.

When my brother-in-law originally got the hearing aids, which was over a year ago, he had an aid for each ear. They were not helping so a few months ago, Miracle-Ear changed the model. He only is able to wear one now because of the nerve damage in the other ear. It has helped his hearing somewhat but it's never going to be good. The customer service reps tried to help us as much as we can. My brother-in-law is at the age where he's not able to even change the batteries himself and the little implement that you use to take the wax out of the hearing aid. We had been having to go back every couple of weeks and have them cleaned at Miracle-Ear. The reps were very nice to give me a supply of those so I can do that. The people in the Greensburg location have been great to work with.

If your hearing starts to deteriorate, it gets worse. So, I got the hearing aids so my hearing doesn’t get worse. My hearing loss is mostly the high and low range, and I had no trouble contacting Miracle-Ear. They've always treated me very well. They showed me different styles of hearing aids but I preferred that it’s not as invasive in the ear. I have the over-the-ear type. I have very small ear canals so, I don't have a big thing stuck in my ear. They used a very small head on the hearing aids for me to hear. It's very easy to operate and it does the job. It helps if I'm in church. If I want to hear the sermon, I can hear it better. It also helps if I'm in a crowded restaurant or someplace where there's a lot of noise going on. It'll eliminate the background noise so I can hear better. My day hearing is fine without that though. If I'm just in the house, I can hear when people talk to me.

The experience with Miracle-Ear has been excellent. My father has the little, tiny hearing aid discreetly inside the ear. He didn't want to have an earpiece, which was why he never wanted to get hearing aids. He did not want to have something hanging around his ear. So, he loves that it's inside. It’s working and he can hear so it’s perfect. Before, he just nodded and had a smile on his face. He didn't know what was going on but now, he participates in conversations. He has more of a social life with it. He goes out with his friends and they eat once a week. He didn't do any of that stuff before and was just in the house.

I got a flyer in the mail and it said that I could get a free hearing check. My hearing was going bad. I got some percentage off for going to them too if I decide to get hearing aids. I'm very pleased with Miracle-Ear. If I have trouble with them, I take them in and they clean them. They make an appointment for me. My husband went somewhere else. He got hearing aids over 10 years ago and he had nothing but trouble with them. That's another reason I went to Miracle-Ear. I know the name and it's been around a long time. I tried to get my husband to go to Miracle-Ear and they did a free hearing test to make sure because he was having so much trouble with his hearing aids and couldn't hear stuff. They made sure that he had the right hearing aid. Miracle-Ear could have done better for him but he wouldn't change.

Miracle-Ear is a good product but my husband's hearing is deteriorating anyway so it's kind of expensive. But he wears his hearing aids and he uses them. I love their service. They're very kind people as far as getting appointments and getting things done. His service has never slowed down. We had to wear masks and wait outside and stuff, but they took care of him excellently.

Miracle-Ear was close to home and when I first went in, there was an agent from the main store and they had a special going on. They explained everything in detail. The agents that work at Miracle-Ear were all very good. I started out with the hearing aid that went inside the ear but I couldn't get it adjusted. Now, I have the one that is over the ear and goes inside. I would have preferred the hearing aid that went inside the ear because it's less noticeable. But the one I have now is working just fine for me. I'm able to adjust the hearing aid myself or I go to Miracle-Ear and the agents take care of me. I can understand the words much better than I could before.

I had a hearing aid before and I didn't like it. It hurt my ears. I now have the battery ones from Miracle-Ear and I'm very happy with them. They can run for a little over a week or so. Their rep takes his time, cleans the hearing aids, and checks them out. I would recommend others to Miracle-Ear. they're really nice and I get treated well there.

My hearing aids are really good and I like them. When I watch TV, I don't have to turn the volume all the way up like I did before. Now, I can turn them way down. When I go to a restaurant, I can turn down the music and loud noise in there. I go to Miracle-Ear every four months and they clean the hearing aids and they don't charge me anything. They're really nice.

Miracle-Ear has made it easier for me to hear certain things at certain times. I still have some issues with certain tones and environments. I see their guys every three months and that's part of their service. The customer service I get at the location that I go to is excellent. They're always very attentive, they listen to my questions, and answer them. As the device goes, I'm happy with them. When looking to purchase hearing aids, look at all your options and do what's best for you. What comes with the service with Miracle-Ear for me was a better option. They do follow up appointments to check your hearing aids, clean them, and address any issues that you may have.

I recently took my mother March 21 2022 to the Odessa Texas location. I was hesitant because my mom is difficult to deal with, however, Ruby Moreno was so patient and really cared enough to really explain what was going on with her hearing loss. Wow! My Mom was so pleased and so was I!! We can’t wait till the hearing aids are in!!! She fit my mom perfectly and she will be able to hear us clearly! Thank you Ruby and Dylan!!

Women's voices were really hard for me to hear. I worked in a main control room at a prison and consonants were really bad. Someone would call and say, "Hey, can you find me G-15 key or C-50?" And I had a hard time with consonants. So, that was my main hearing loss. Using the Miracle-Ear hearing aid has been amazing. The lady that did the test said, "You can't expect miracles. You have to have realistic expectations." So, I never thought they were going to be perfect, but it is amazing how much better I hear. I can hardly hear birds without them because my higher register is pretty much gone.

I'm using Miracle-Ear hearing aid devices that are inside the canal and they have these little pieces that hang over the back of the ear. Every so often, I have to go back and get it tuned in and the batteries don't last very long. It lasts about three days and I got to replace them if they start going bad. I'm very impressed with Amber, the Miracle-Ear tech. She takes care of me. Every time I need a problem, she gets right on it. I'm very happy about that. If I didn't have my Miracle-Ear, I couldn't communicate with people. My hearing's that bad.
