Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids Reviews

I've been wearing hearing aids for 5 years. I had a pair that whistled no matter what. Anyway I came to Miracle Ear, I’m very happy with them. And the aids I have the sound is so clear. The staff very helpful.

I have the one that goes behind the ear. The little tubes staying inside the ear canal is not comfortable to me. Also, the wires that comes from the hearing aid to inside the canal can be a little bit longer, and the fitting can be improved because they just don't stay in my ears. Robert, the guy that I've been working with for the past couple of years, understands my frustration. He has tried to work with me and he did all the adjustments that he could do, but they're limited on the sizes of the tube. He said they only come in three different sizes. People have different size ears and ear canals and Miracle Ear needs to have various different sizes for the low-end hearing aids. They need to make more adjustments to better accommodate each person to where those hearing aids can stay in the ear canal.

I like the hearing aids very much and I enjoy them. I can hear well and I can change the setting if I need to. Also, if I have any problems, I can go in so many times to get them cleaned. They check your hearing. I would rather go to Miracle-Ear than anywhere. It costs a little bit more, but it’s convenient. Their services are well worth it.

Miracle-Ear's hearing aids were slimmer. Also, they had Wi-Fi and I could hear better with them. I tried out a pair that was half the price. They were supposed to work as well, but they didn't. They were muffled. I had tinging in my ears. I had to return them. I went to my ENT and I tried a chargeable one. They were a bit bigger. The charge didn't last as long. They were a comparable price, but they were bulkier. And they just didn't meet my satisfaction. Also, every time I went in to have them checked, I would have to pay a fee. My insurance pays for my annual hearing tests, so that's not an issue. And I don't mind having to pay. But every three months to have them cleaned or blown out, I would have to pay that additional cost. So, I just said, “Even though Miracle-Ear's are a bit more expensive, maybe they're expensive 'cause they include this cost." Also, I can always make an appointment when I need it. They're right down the road.

Miracle-Ear was offering a free exam and so I went with them. I started in Sequim, Washington, and now I’m in Kenmore, and the follow-up of the team has been great. The hearing aids are very comfortable and I like them. I can hear better when I’m wearing them.

A friend of mine bought a set of Miracle-Ear hearing aids and said he couldn't live without them. So I went and bought a set even though they were pricey. Both the guy that runs the Miracle-Ear at Prescott and the guy before were very nice to deal with. I got the self-charge going. You put in the thing at night. So, they're convenient. And so far, they stay in my ears good because I live a rough-and-ready life. I hear birds. I didn’t get to hear birds because of the frequency. And mine are hooked up to my cellphone so I hear in my ears now, and people think, “What’s that fool talking to?” However, there are a lot of cheap hearing aids on the market. You go to Walmart and get one. And Miracle-Ear had me convinced that they scheduled my hearing aid for my hearing. Whereas the $600 Walmart variety is an amplifier rather than adjusted to your own person.

The reps are very professional and progressive. They take the time to talk to me and check my hearing. Every four months, they test my hearing. They got a computer that they hook up to my hearing aids to see how they're working and if my hearing has gotten worse or better. I listen to a lot of music, and I especially appreciate the hearing aids when I'm listening to music.

I went with the inexpensive Genius 2.0 Miracle-Ear hearing aid and it fits fine. The functionality of it is good. It helps me not to miss conversations. I'm satisfied with my experience with them but last year, they were charing 199. This year, it costs 399. I asked what happens if something goes wrong and I don't have it fixed. The rep said it was gonna be 250 an ear. I wouldn't do this again cause they're overpriced.

I love the man that introduced me to Miracle-Ear and hooked me up with my hearing aids. He was very knowledgable and happy to talk to me about anything. But he's not in the area in Burlington anymore. I spend a little bit of time with the man that runs the office now and he's not very personable. I'd rather have the man who introduced me to Miracle-Ear. Also, I still like the company I was with before I moved to them but Miracle-Ear is good. The hearing aids do what they're supposed to do and I'm happy with them. I love the product.

Miracle-Ear is more local. They give a little more service and Monica at where I go is excellent. She's just pleasant and she doesn't rush out. She would fix the hearing aid until you're happy. If I need it to be cleaned, they clean it then off I go. Before I had Miracle-Ear and I would be in a group of people, it was hard for me to hear. With the hearing aid, I can hear fine now in a crowd and if it's noisy, I put on the noise reduction and it's perfect. It's comfortable too. You don't even know they're there.

Miracle Ear is a lot better than the other ones I had. I had Beltone prior to that and they were horrible. I saw the Miracle Ear, and a friend of mine, Buddy, had gotten them. He said they work really well for him, so I went to see Vicki. She was the one we used in Warsaw and she's very good at what she does. She's really concerned, and I have no complaints. Also, my hearing aids are functional. They work well and I can hear a lot better than I could before. I still have some issues, but no matter whose you have, you're gonna have some problems.

Miracle-Ear's customer service has been great. They do a lot of follow-up. I didn't realize, even when I was making the purchase, that there would be adjustments and cleanings. They also have a retest coming up which was all part of the purchase. They have made adjustments as I needed them. I like my hearing aids a lot. The Bluetooth part of it is really the best. I've recommended Miracle-Ear to people based on my experience.

Their reps have been very helpful. The hearing aids I got are very nice. I enjoy them very much. The cost is above average from different providers I've talked to but it's fine. I'd go with Miracle Ear again.

The people in the office were very friendly. Very nice. My hearing loss is not that bad, but my hearing aids help if there are a lot of people sitting at a table and I want to hear the conversation. Miracle Ear is a good thing. I don't regret getting it because it has helped me. A lot of people say they can't hear very well, so they don't want to participate. That's a shame because you need to live and to be surrounded by things you can hear.

The only disappointment I have is that the ringing doesn't go away. I realize that Miracle-Ear can't fix the tinnitus on my one ear but the woman who has been waiting on me has been really good and she listened. She's done what she could. When I see her, she checks it, adjusts it, and does everything I expect her to do.

Somebody told me I needed to get the ones that go in the ear and behind the ear. I looked around and decided that Miracle-Ear is the way I wanted to go. The quality was very good. I put them in usually towards the evening and wear them all night. My hearing is not that horrible. I miss a lot of little detail stuff.

After I had my free evaluation and they put the machines on me, my wife and the doctor that did the analysis on me were down the hall talking to me and I could hear them like they were sitting right next door. I heard them saying, “Come find me.” I went out of the room, looked to my left, which was to the lobby of the office, and they weren't there. Then I looked down the hall to my right and they were 15 feet down the hall from the room that I was in. I literally came to tears and I couldn’t believe the difference with the hearing aids versus before. I was absolutely fascinated by the results.

I had a genetic predisposition to hearing loss. I was also having trouble hearing that's why I went to see Vicki. She wasn't with Miracle-Ear when I started with her. My mom went to this lady in Warsaw and got along well with her hearing aids so I went there. A few years later, Vicki bought the other lady out, she was ready to retire. Then the hearing aids I had before were sent in a couple of times to get repaired. I'd just take them up to Vicki and she'd send them in, and I'd get them back in a week. The service was pretty good and it was a lot cheaper than buying brand new ones. But then, I got to the point of having to do brand new ones.

When I first got the hearing aids, I had them checked every couple of weeks and I liked the maintenance on them. They function really well. Also, I have them programmed on my phone. I watch TV a lot and so doing that's a good one. When I get into crowds, there's that part of it and it works out great. The customer service reps are great. My appointments are always on time. They're very congenial, kind, and willing to listen. I like Miracle-Ear. They are fair and what they say, they will do.

We had a little bit of trouble in the very beginning, but they were patient and they listened to my husband. Miracle-Ear was a shock because it's expensive. But the quality is very good. They're well worth the money.

The reps were very courteous, helpful, and informative. I got a hearing aid that goes over my ear and though the cost is a little high, I understand that. I can hear and understand what people are saying better.

The hearing aids I got are good and the cost versus quality was top-notch. Now, I don't have to have people repeat themselves over and over. I can actually hear people and so Miracle-Ear has had a great impact on my life. I would definitely recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone that I know who needs hearing aids or a hearing test.

Miracle-Ear had everything. And once I bought the hearing aids, it felt forever. That's why I take it back a lot. I take it back when they're in my ears for a while. I start to get itchy. I take them out a bit because it gets sore in there. Maybe Miracle-Ear can do something with the hearing aids when they're in your ears. But they try to fix and make them right. It doesn't cost me anything. Where we go, the people are good. They do everything for me.

The service has been great because the people are very accommodating, but this last technician has been super helpful, so I'm really grateful. In general, Miracle-Ear is working fine for me.

They are a professional business and they know how to take care of their customers. They were able to schedule me in three days after requesting a date to be tested. They take care of your hearing without questions and break down the hearing test for you. I totally appreciate them for providing such great service without charge.

I had a partial hearing loss starting 2017. Got Phonak hearing aids. Did not help. I saw Miracle-Ear ad on TV and thought I would try it. I found it to be awesome as to the product as well as the follow up service they provide. Their trained professionals are caring and professional and have complete knowledge of the product. I would like to recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone with hearing loss, mild or otherwise. It had changed my life. It is awesome and that is all I can say.

I had my hearing tested and found that I have significant loss in all ranges but specifically higher frequencies! The technician programmed a demo set and put them in my ears! The difference was so noticeable, especially when she took them out!! It sounded like she had put cotton in my ears!! I am excited to get my new set next week! I think it will change my life!!

I have been wearing hearing aids for several years, but was not hearing well and the clarity of voices were not the best. The day I got the Miracle-Ear hearing aids, the difference was from night and day. We had a group of young ladies at church to give a program, I could hear very well and the clarity was wonderful. Yes, they are expensive, but well worth the money. I’m so thankful that I have the Miracle-Ear hearing aids. Thank you Paul, they are great!

Miracle-Ear fits okay. Sometimes it falls out a lot. It doesn't fit all that well. The little wire piece that hangs out sometimes comes out. But it works very well. I can hear the TV better. It's more articulate. I'm able to listen to my wife when she talks because she talks very softly. So, I can hear her more coherently. I like it because I can hear. I can hear some of the responses I wasn't able to before at the lower level. I don't wear it outside a lot because with the wind, it whistles a bit and it makes things hard to hear. But other than that, most of the time I wear it at home. Because of the expense of it, I also hate to drop it or lose it somewhere.

The hearing aid is a little tricky with TV but it works pretty good. I like the fact that they are rechargeable and I don't have to mess with batteries. The customer service has been fine. When I had some trouble with one of the hearing aids, I took it into the office and they cleaned it up.

The hearing aids fit my husband comfortably and he can hear a lot better since he's had them. He can sit in a group of people and understand what everybody's saying. He's really happy about that.

I switched over to Miracle-Ear because of the crossover technology. I had significant hearing loss in my right ear but my left ear was fine. With the crossover, the sound comes to my left ear where I can understand it and now I can understand somebody talking to me on my right side. It has improved my quality of life.

The cost is expensive but the hearing aids are going to last me for a long time because they can be adjusted to my hearing as I go. I love the hearing aids. I hear things like the drop of the water or rain on my windshield that I didn't even realize I was missing.

I like my hearing aid very much. The agent, Jimmy, is about one of the nicest persons I've ever met. My wife got the hearing aids first then I got it. I had a different hearing aid company through the hospital but after I met Jimmy, I switched over to Miracle-Ear when I needed another hearing aid. He's so efficient and very thorough with cleaning.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased the hearing aids. The left one worked part of the time, and they were difficult to put in my ears. So when I returned them within the 30 days I was charged $300.00 restocking fee. Talk about a con operation. I will be looking elsewhere.

My hearing is almost completely gone. Unless I see the person I'm talking to, it’s bad. I've gotten a couple of kinds of hearing aids, and they helped for a while then I decided to try Miracle Ear. The cost is terrible. I see on TV where supposedly I can get these things through Walmart. They’re so much cheaper and work well. I don't know if that’s true or not though. Another thing is that I have the one that hooks around my ear and I have glasses. If I have glasses and hearing aids, it’s almost impossible to wear a mask.

I love my experience with Miracle-Ear. The big thing that's different with their hearing aid is everything sounds natural. The other two that I had for a while sounded really phony.

Everything about the Miracle Ear has been outstanding. The product works like a charm, and every problem (and there have not been many) has been attended to quickly, cheerfully, and successfully. Outside of one gutter cleaning service on the coast, I cannot think of another business that is so dependable on an on-going basis.

When I first contacted Miracle-Ear, I was having not just hearing, but I was also having ringing and air blowing, which I don't have anymore. I don't think it has anything to do with the hearing aid. It's just something that I was having for a little time in only one ear. My Miracle-Ear hearing aids help because I can hear better with the left ear than I usually could. The team at Miracle-Ear is great. Patrick is great. He is usually who I deal with.

Miracle-Ear is pretty close to me. It's within two miles so if I have any problems, I can always go over there. Everything's been excellent with their reps. Whenever I have a problem, I just stop in and they'll take care of it even without an appointment. I got the hearing aids that go over my ear and in my ear, and it fits very well. The only thing is it’s very expensive. I think they should not be as much money as what they're charging for. I have two hearing aids and they were $6,000. That's a lot of money. But the hearing aids are working very good. I can listen to the TV. I can mute the TV and I can hear very good.

The quality is pretty good and the reps treat me all right.

A friend of mine said that with Miracle-Ear, there's no static and you put them in your ear and they feel like your ears. And that's exactly what it feels like. Also, their reps are there whenever I want them and I could walk in. I don't need an appointment. They're very gracious. Both the receptionist and Matt, the person that handles my hearing, are aboveboard exceptional. I would recommend Miracle-Ear.

A friend of mine recommended Miracle-Ear and the doctor that handles my case is wonderful. She's met every one of my needs and exceeded everything that I could’ve expect. My hearing aids work wonders. My friend told me the biggest thing is I'll hear birds again and he was 100% correct. The cost was very expensive though. I wouldn't have bought them but my wife told me that I do so much for all the people that I should deserve myself the luxury of being able to afford these things and get a good product. I bought them on her advice and I don't regret it. The product is everything what it says it is.

I'm fine with the quality of the hearing aids and with the service. I'm satisfied.

I couldn't hear well so I contacted Miracle-Ear. It was recommended to me by a friend. With my Miracle-Ear hearing aids, my hearing is better. I got the ones where I don't have to buy batteries. They recharge every night.

My brother-in-law went to Miracle-Ear and he got good service out of them so I went. I almost fell over when they told me how much the hearing aids were going to be. But so far, cost-wise, they're fair. Also, they're pretty easy to use once you get used to them. The only thing is it would help a great deal if Miracle-Ear has a corporate phone number where customers can talk to somebody.

I like the team at Miracle-Ear. They’re always very helpful and they know what they're doing. I went in there as I needed the hearing aid to be cleaned. The guy said it won’t take but a second. He took it, cleaned it and came right out. I would recommend others to go there.

Charity's knowledge and the technology she uses is amazing. There is continuous servicing to make sure the hearing aids are working correctly for you and any concerns are promptly taken care of. I purchased behind the ear rechargeable hearing aids and I am very pleased with them. My grandchildren love that I can hear them clearly now! I HIGHLY Recommend Miracle Ear!

I had visited a couple of ear specialists. I went to Miracle-Ear and the hearing aids felt so good. They were the first ones the rep gave me to test. They happened to be the most expensive one at $8,000 but the sound is so much improved. I can hear a range of sounds that I was unable to hear before. I've had them now for about three years and I go everywhere with them. I love them so I'm gonna take good care of them. The service is also fantastic. If I ever have a problem, and I have had a couple of minor problems, I call Miracle-Ear for an adjustment and I get in in an hour. They also call me up to visit three, four times a year to check the hearing aids.

I purchased my hearing aids from the Zebulon Road office in Macon, Ga. Both Lyn at the front desk and Sharon are welcoming and upbeat. Sharon checked my hearing and fitted me with a great set of hearing aids. She has continued to tweak the programming and keep the units clean. Sharon takes the time to talk with me and explain what needs to be done to get the best outcome. My experience has been both pleasant and productive. Thanks, ladies.

Miracle Ear's customer service team has been excellent. Every time I need them, they help me out. About every three months, they clean my hearing aids. I deal with Rodney and even when he wasn’t in the office, I talked to him.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aids have been good. But they're very expensive and because I'm retired and I don't get that much, the cost is very high for me. I have to get some new ones but I can't afford them.

Miracle Ear's reps were very accommodating and they explained everything I was very happy while I was talking to them. The hearing aid is pretty good but I'd like the tube that goes down to the hearing aid from the earpiece that goes behind the ear to be a bit longer so the earpiece sits back further on my ear. Other than that, my Miracle-Ear has really made a big difference with my hearing.

We got my dad the hearing aids that are behind the ear. He's 91 and could hear minimally. Communication was extremely difficult. We worked with a gal and we were comfortable with her. The cost of the Miracle-Ear aids is a little over $6,000. But his improvement is quite great so we are really happy with that as well as the performance of the product. He can hear now. If I have to spend $6,000 to have him hear, it's worth it to me.

I love Miracle-Ear hearing aids as well as the people working with me. They're so nice and so good. I had Beltone hearings aids before and they were always falling off. My Miracle-Ear ones have never fallen off and have never given me one bit of trouble. The aids are $1,000 which is still high for anything but these were worth it.

Miracle-Ear seemed reputable. Their people are nice, professional, and easy to deal with. They do their job. I have their little hearing aid that fits behind my ear. This has made my life better.

I got a postcard in the mail offering a free hearing test for me and a friend. That test was very satisfactory for me because I had been experiencing some hearing loss. I was told “You’ve lost 40% of your hearing in your left ear. When are you going to get hearing aids? If you keep delaying this, it's going to get worse at a faster rate because the little hairs in your ears won’t be stimulated.” My medical doctor had never given me advice that I felt was as good as what I got from Miracle-Ear.

My hearing was very poor. I’m on low income, and I had to go with somebody that could help me with the price. I went with Miracle-Ear. Their reps were excellent. The only thing is I'm not going to them anymore. I had to change to HearingLife because I lost one of my hearing aids, and my insurance won't cover it. It wouldn’t pay for it when it's Miracle-Ear. It would pay for a set at HearingLife, so I had to switch over to them. But the experience I had with Miracle-Ear was great. I’d recommend them to anybody that can afford to buy them. I'm satisfied with them.

I've heard good things about Miracle-Ear from different people and it seemed like it was top-of-the-line. My only negative with them is they don't always have a technician on to get the problem taken care of right away. I needed a part one time and I couldn't get it for two or three days because their technician went from office to office. They tried to send me over to another office and it didn't have a technician there either. I was disappointed with the service. Thank God I haven't needed it a lot.

There are numerous Miracle Aid locations closer to my home (one is actually within walking distance) and I continue to drive an hour and a half to the Flint, MI location because of the staff. Dave (now retired) I followed to two different locations when he left the Troy, MI location. Bethany and Cody in Flint are top notch, treat you like one of your own family and remember details that you would think they would forget because it was just in "general conversation" I cannot be more of a cheerleader for this team than what I am - I have and would recommend anyone that needs their services to this location. To coin a lyric from Tina Turner's song: SIMPLY THE BEST.

I got the behind-the-ear hearing aids and compared to what I had before, these are very good. I like the fact that they don't require batteries. The woman who worked in the Miracle Ear shop up there was knowledgeable and very nice. If I call there to speak with her, she’s very willing. I like her. She schedules the hearing aids to be checked every three months. She gives me a card that tells me when I'm due back again and I just go back.

A friend of mine goes to church with the lady that works at the Miracle-Ear I went to. I need a hearing aid so I went to her and she was a great lady. When I first went to the store, she was not there. There was a man that waited on me. He was very good. I had tried other places like Costco and tried their devices, and they hadn't worked for me. When I went to Miracle-Ear, the guy put the things on me, he went out of the room, he went down the hall, and I could still hear him for quite a distance. I thought, “This works. If I can hear that far, then they must be working pretty good.” So, I got them.

I tried hearing aids from another company before, and I didn't like it. I like my Miracle-Ear hearing aids. The quality is good, but the cost is still expensive. Other than that, the reps took care of me, and that's all I care about.

Everything with Miracle-Ear was perfect. I got the hearing aids that recharge. I love them. One ear was very bad and that was the difference in my case. I haven't adjusted to anywhere there's a lot of background noise like a bowling alley or out eating. But that's minor compared to me.

Miracle Ear in Rice Lake, WI is EXCEPTIONAL!! Very thorough and informative, and GREAT customer service and experience!! I was thoroughly examined for hearing and ordered hearing aids the same day! Very Impressive!

Miracle-Ear is a good hearing aid, but there were times I felt like I could hear better and times that I couldn't. My issue to get it adjusted is the acoustics in the room where they would do the adjustments was terrible. The ceilings were high and seemed like everything was bouncing off the wall. Starting out, I don't think my hearing aids were adjusted high enough for that reason. I would turn it back down because the sound was so great. In other rooms, it might have been different.

The Miracle-Ear product itself is fine and it works well. The last appointment that I had was very helpful. The gentleman was excellent. I’m using them now more than I did for the previous six months. I was having issues with the hearing aids but I wasn't able to get ahold of anybody. The experience has been better. It's just that Miracle-Ear seems like a fly-by-night operation. It doesn't feel like it's a real established company that I’m working with.

I've been a substitute teacher for nine years and before my retirement, I worked as an officer in a maximum prison for five years and a half. Age had to do with my hearing loss. But it went downhill so badly from working in that prison because of the noise level. When I was subbing, I was amazed at how much I had learned to read lips. The clincher was I became a grandfather. My daughter told me, “Dad, you've got to do something about your hearing. Honestly, I’m afraid to leave Allison with you alone. And you're gonna miss out on so much with her when she starts talking.”

Before I got Miracle-Ear, I had another hearing aid and I wasn't happy with the clarity of what I was getting. It wasn't the kind of reception that I needed. But since I had the Miracle-Ear, the clarity has improved significantly. The one thing that I am not totally satisfied with is the range. It seems that the high frequency range is not coming through clearly enough so that when I'm watching television, I can’t understand hardy a thing they’re saying.

I took up the offer on a deal for a hearing loss check which was quite extensive and I went from there. It took a while to get used to the hearing aids. They're extremely noticeable but most people say they don't realize I have them. It looks like the typical hearing aid, a little pear-shaped item that goes behind the ear and rests on the ear with that little wire that goes into the ear canal. The functionality is top-notch. I can now hear the television without upsetting my wife when I turn it up. You hear things that you didn't realize you didn't hear anymore. It's incredible. My wife and I take quite a few nature walks every week. The sounds like the rustling of the leaves and the birds in the distance are wonderful. I expected a tinny sound and everything you hear about grandpa's old hearing aids and the squeal when somebody gets near you but I've had none of that.

Miracle-Ear is half a mile from my house. I live in La Vista and they are right off 72nd and Giles. I made an appointment and it went fine. I got a behind-the-ear model and it's very good. And I really like the people I worked with. They were very nice. The rep who I come in contact with is very knowledgeable and congenial, and answered all my questions. If I had an issue, he fixed it. I like it. I hope he stays there a long time because I'll send people to him.

Miracle-Ear's customer service is excellent. I lost one, so I ordered another one. So, I'm just using one hearing aid and it's difficult to hear. Things aren't sharp. I'm not thrilled with it. But I doubt at my age I'll change again. We'll keep this. I had the hearing-aids readjusted plenty of times. But now I blame it on the fact that I'm wearing one hearing aid. So, when my second one comes in, we will try again to adjust. Keep hoping we can adjust it to the right place.

I was at Puget Sound Hearing and I wanted to try something different. I heard about Miracle Ear, tried it and so far, I've been happy with them. One of my ears is 100% deaf, while the other is 50% going. Nothing can help me that much, but this hearing aid is a little better than before. This place also cares about the customer. The customer quality is good and they always call up and set up an appointment.

I have the Bluetooth and it's great. I don't have to say, "What?" all the time. Crowd are always a problem because everybody wants to talk at once. It doesn't matter whether you have a hearing aid or not. You can't understand everybody because they all talk over each other. Apart from that, I would recommend Miracle Ear. It's an expensive piece of equipment, but what isn't? Patrick is wonderful too.

My Miracle Ear is the one that goes in the ear. The issue I have with it is the contraption that's supposed to hold it in your ear. The little support wires keep popping out of the channels in my ear and it looks like I got an antenna sticking out. Other than that, it seemed to be the most comfortable and the quality is good. When I'm in a crowd, I can hear better, so it makes conversing with people easier. I don't have to act like I heard the conversation and sometimes, it was embarrassing to keep asking people, “What did you say?” The reps have been good as well.

When I went to Miracle-Ear, I liked them so I've stayed with them. They are very good. I have their over the ear hearing aids and it fits well. It's good too. I'm able to communicate better and understand people with it. It's kinda expensive but it's worth it. I would recommend them.

My hearing aids are charging wirelessly. They're pretty expensive but they've improved my hearing quite a bit. The reps are great.

We tried one other place and we weren’t happy with that one at all. Then we made appointment with Miracle-Ear which was right down the road. Having the experiences that I’ve had with hearing aids, I kinda knew what I needed and what I would be most comfortable with. They were very accommodating to me. They were very kind too. The rep even complimented me on the fact that it’s nice to have somebody that knows how to put one in your ear. When she gave them to me to try, she wanted me to try the ones that went way down in the ear but I was not real comfortable with that. I told her I was used to the ones that I have right now which are molded in my ears.

Miracle Ear was close by and it was easy to do. Their team is excellent. They recommended the over-the-ear hearing aids and I like it. It's good. Miracle Ear is a good place 'cause they do pay attention to me and helped me quite a bit. They're personable people.

Miracle-Ear does a fantastic job. I’d keep them around. They’re very conscientious about what they do. They’re very smart on what they're trying to sell and how they sell them. I’m satisfied with my hearing aids. It's great. I can hear. I can tell what people are saying and I can do all kinds of things now. Yesterday, I went to the hospital and forgot my hearing aids. I couldn't hear anything on what was being said.

My ears itch a lot and the hearing aid makes my ears itch. I got some cream at the Miracle-Ear, but it didn't help. Also, when I watch TV, the sound is not real clear.

The customer service is fabulous. Pat is a very good customer service person. I like the personalized service and the fact that I can hear much better. I have two above-the-ear hearing aids now and I had one inner-ear one before. I'm noticing a big difference in comfort.

I went through the Miracle-Ear Foundation. When I set the third appointment, they called me to verify. I told them I couldn't afford the hearing aids and the fellow on the phone asked if I knew about the Miracle-Ear Foundation. For people that have a low income at a certain level, they can get the hearing aids. I got the application and I filled it out, and I qualified. All I had to pay was 150. They call that the application fee. That's steep but that money goes back into the foundation so they can keep giving people hearing aids. The hearing aids that I have aren't cheap. They don't give you just the cheapo. They're about $7,000 for the pair.

The team at Miracle Ear is excellent. Every time I call, they are always there to answer my questions. My hearing aids weren't cheap though. They were like $5,000 and I'm still getting used to them even though it's been a year. But I'm not working anymore so I just wear them more or less when I go out.

My hearing aid was comfortable to wear. It's a small unit that fits inside the ear then hooked over the backside. It was okay until I got into certain situations like when I went into a local grocery store into the deli department. All of a sudden, everybody around me sounded like they were in The Wizard of Oz in the lollipop gang.

Miracle-Ear has really good service. We called them when we had an issue and they did a deep cleaning on the hearing aids and fixed them up right away. Their reps have always been really polite and accommodating. We'll be glad when they're at their new location because it's going to be closer to us.

Miracle Ear has been wonderful for me. I have the one that's in the ear and the cost is fair. The reps are very nice as well. They've been good when I needed them. I had to send my unit off last week, and they repaired it. They just called me that it was back. I'm almost 93 years old and I'm very happy with Miracle Ear so I stayed with them.

My Miracle-Ear fits good. It goes behind the ear and sits in my ear. I can hear better. I’m very satisfied with Miracle-Ear because of the persons working in the office.

I've had Miracle Ear for six years. This is my second set and though it's a little expensive, it's still working pretty well. I've had it for 3 years now and it's helpful. Their reps are excellent too. They clean my hearing aids, check my ears and ask me if I got any problems.

I love the performance of my hearing aid and I love the ways I can use them. The thing I like about them is I can now use them to talk through my phone. And very few people even notice I have them even though they're behind the ear. Also, Miracle-Ear's service was good. When I went over there, they treated me okay. The cost could be a bit cheaper, though.

Getting a hearing aid device and adjusting to it raises a lot of questions and concerns. The devices are set to overcome hearing loss at various frequencies with testing AND follow up appointments. I tried other providers first but none of them could offer the quality of sound I was getting with Miracle Ear. It's very good. The original batteries worked well then I got the new ones from Amazon. They didn't work as well as the ones from Costco. My biggest gripe has been music. It's hard to get the music to sound the way it's supposed to sound. I went back several times trying to get that corrected. The one guy that I deal with, Doug, has been very patient with me coming back repeated times to get it to where it is. It's still not perfect but it's better. The hearing aids are not perfect replacement for sound, but it's probably as good as I can get. I can distinguish individual speeches better. It's a little pricey and it's not fully covered by insurance which bothered me but it's a good value for money.

Before contacting Miracle-Ear, my hearing was very bad. I couldn't hardly hear at all. I did not like the first hearing aids that I got. They didn't last long. They were the type you had to carry a little container in your pocket to control the volume. But the ones I got now are fine. They have batteries and all I do is change batteries when they go down. These are very good. I've had a little problem with them, but the specialist was gonna send them back and get them repaired. Anytime I had a problem and I went to the specialist right away, if she couldn't correct it, she would send them off and get them repaired.

Miracle-Ear is a very good company. The reps are friendly, efficient, very professional and helpful. Every time my appointment was made, it was on time. The follow-up has always been good. The hearing aids are very good too.

I liked Miracle-Ear's price and location. I went with the least expensive style. I'm satisfied with the overall value performance and cost.

The first two gentlemen I had were pretty good. But this lady I go and see now is not as helpful. The fit of the hearing aid is fine. Sometimes, I can hear fine. Other times, it sounds muffled. Sometimes, it's way too loud. There are days I don't mind it, and it seems very good. But there are days that I think it's a total piece of crap.

The customer service representatives are good. The hearing aids are very expensive, but they're worth it.

I like Miracle-Ear. It's made a difference. They're expensive, but they're worth it. I got the ones with the Bluetooth. I like being able to control the sound that when I go to a meeting, I can aim the sound towards the front where I don't have all the people around me, hearing too much. Especially the Bluetooth part, I use it a lot, like when I'm driving and I have directions on my phone, everybody else doesn't have to listen to them. I just hear them on my hearing aids. The representatives are nice as well. I go to New Albany, Indiana and any little thing that I've had, they've taken good care of me.

I had a couple of friends that told me I should go in and see about Miracle-Ear and that they were happy with what they did. I got the behind the ear hearing aids, and I'm happy with it. I can hear my wife when she tells me to do something. The customer service team is very easy to talk to. I'm very satisfied. When I call in there, I get results right away. I did already talk to a couple of friends, and I told them they had to at least go in and try it and see what they think.

A friend mentioned Miracle-Ear. They had used their product and were happy with it. There's a Miracle-Ear in Katy, Texas. We were interviewed and we tested the hearing aids at that shop. And the insurance I had at the time covered them. The reps handled the questions. And if I've had an issue with the hearing aids, they've been happy to fit me in. Except with the COVID, there was a bit of a delay with this last testing. But that was understandable under the circumstances. The hearing aid is very simple to use. I have an app on my phone to adjust things if I needed it at the time, whether I'm eating dinner, or at a restaurant, at a movie, or out bike riding, and it's very simple to do.

I find Miracle-Ear hearing aids to be expensive. But I'm pleased with their service person. He’s very good. I especially like that he has this little machine that can get the wax out of the ears. He can see it on a screen. That's very helpful to me. Also, my hearing aids have good functions. The only problem we've had is my husband has lost three hearing aids. He does construction. Now, he has to go to another place that’s less money. That's not a problem at Miracle-Ear and it's not Jim's fault either. He was the fellow that fit my husband's ears and he did that correctly. But an insurance policy would be good.

My mom has used Miracle-Ear so we just went there. We have very good service with our place in Bismarck. We have our hearing-aids so that they run through the TV. Our TV-watching has improved greatly.

I've been wearing hearing aids for 12 to 15 years. I prefer Miracle-Ear to the other ones I had before. These hearing aids are in my ear and half the time, I forget that they are there. They don't bother me and they work just fine. The only problem I have with them now is because of these masks we have to wear. When I take the mask off, half the time, I pull the hearing aid out. Other than that, I like them very much. They do what they're supposed to do and they're very comfortable.

I had my mother at Miracle-Ear and they checked her ears. While I was there, they checked mine too. Customer service was good. With the model I have, I got hooks over my ear and sticks inside. I don't have to use batteries anymore in the pair I've got right now. This model is pretty good except that I have trouble with itchy ears. Also, the hearing aids are overpriced but that's the way everything is nowadays.

I heard about Miracle-Ear from a friend who has hearing aids from them. The reps were very helpful and generous with their information. This is the second set I have. The first set, I had a little problem with the adjustment on them and returned them. But they talked me into another set, which was quite expensive. That was $8,000. But the difference between the gain and the price wasn't warranted. I'm still having trouble with them. They charge themselves. It's my lifestyle that doesn't allow me to charge it at the right time all the time. Also, the self-charging battery doesn't last long enough. I always sleep late at night. They start shutting down an hour before I go to bed. Otherwise, the quality of the products is good.

Miracle-Ear isn't helping me at all. I bought the one that was $3,000 and I don't really notice much difference in that and without it, especially watching TV. The service was all right, but for $3,000, I haven't been happy with it at all. Another thing is I wear them, and when I take my mask off, I need to be very careful. The first time I took it off, the hearing aid went flying across the car. I found it. But I don't really have anything good to say about Miracle-Ear. I would never recommend it to a friend.

Miracle-Ear was the first one that Roy felt comfortable with. They've been really good about helping us with whatever we need. The hearing aids are working good. He seems to be hearing pretty good. I can usually tell when he can't really hear me when his voice raises. The only problem he's having is the batteries go dead on him pretty often, but they're pretty good about helping us with those. When they go dead, he just takes out the old ones and puts the new ones in, and wait for a little while before he puts them back in his ear.

I couldn’t hear anymore. My wife called it selective hearing, but it wasn’t. It was just my hearing level is way, way down. There’s a Miracle-Ear in Lafayette, Louisiana, where I live at and I saw the sign. I went in there and I saw what I wanted. I thought they were a little pricey, but I decided to buy them, and they showed them to me and I was thoroughly impressed.

Miracle-Ear had an offer that sounded pretty good in terms of price so I took it. Customer service was good. Miracle-Ear does a fine job. I can hear ladies talk now. When women talked before, I couldn't understand them.

I was watching TV and saw publicity about Miracle-Ear. They said that the visit is free, that I don't have to get any hearing aid, and that they're going to clean if I have ear wax. I called and set an appointment. I went and that day, the doctor told me the cleaning thing has not been done at that time. He could tell that with the way I was talking, I needed aids. I said I didn't have any problem hearing. He said that I talked louder than normal. Every time someone talks like that, it means he talks loudly according to what he hears.

The hearing aids from Miracle-Ear are fine. I enjoy having them close by here in Holland so that I can get them adjusted if I need that. The reps there are very friendly and very helpful. It just seems that I don't enjoy hearing everything, especially when I get the clanking of the dishes. Sometimes, I'll take them out when I'm cooking and put them back in later. I just had an appointment, and the rep said my hearing had decreased. There have been some weeks that I forget even to put them in. I've been really trying to be diligent to put them in every day because I know that's important. I tell everybody about Miracle-Ear.

I've had Miracle-Ear for several years and they're fine. I'm able to do all the things that I want to be able to do. The quality is good. I'm very satisfied with the performance of the hearing aids and extremely satisfied with the follow-up. I'm able to go into the office and get it checked out periodically.

The one that was over at Miracle-Ear here in Douglasville is a church member named Jake. His office was near. After I had an ear doctor evaluate my hearing and I showed it to Jake, he fixed me up and my insurance took over. My insurance company seemed to like Miracle-Ear so I went that way. I have the aid that goes over the ear then it comes down into the ear. That one worked for me so I just stick with it. My hearing aid is very good. Customer service is also always there when I need them. I just call and they tell me to go there. They were very knowledgeable and they did everything they could to treat me right so it was a pleasant experience.

It's great to be able to hear since having Miracle-Ear. I can hear the birds when I'm outside. I just don't recommend them because a lot of my friends could not afford them. They're awfully high. But the customer service representatives do a good job.

The agents tested my ears and made a recommendation. I thought about it, came back, and talked some more, and bought the hearing aids. My original ones were just over the top of that ear and with a little plug inside the ear as I didn't want the one that’s stuck in my ear all the time. It was good. It improved my relationship with my wife. I could hear people and understand what they were saying. Now, the new ones are even nicer. I can listen to the TV and my wife doesn't have to turn it way up. I can talk on the phone and hear it through my hearing aids. I can hear music better. I can also hear birds. It’s great.

The people I dealt with at Miracle-Ear were wonderful. I had gotten to the place where I couldn't make out what people were saying, and I knew I needed some help. I mostly use the one that drowns out background noise and it works great. The only one that is not really great is the TV. I don't hear really good with the hearing aids and I use the TV Ears for television. But other than that, everything is good. I have recommended other people that have also gotten hearing aids from Miracle-Ear.

I had tried another hearing aid and I wasn't real happy with it. It was an over-the-ear type and it was so awkward with my glasses. I also like to wear a hat once in a while and I was having all kinds of problems. I went to Miracle-Ear to see what they offered and I was real happy with that. I like the hearing aid itself better and it seems like I could even hear better.

The sales representatives were friendly and very helpful. I got the over-the-ear style primarily because of the cost. Also, I felt more comfortable not losing it if it’s that style. I can hear better since having it. It's helpful and less bothersome to the wife. It makes her happy.

Miracle-Ear has been wonderful. They’re 100% on the money. I went somewhere else first but I didn't get the kind of service that I got from Miracle-Ear. When I went in for my check-up, we were in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. They were immaculately clean in there. They were very careful about wearing masks, the kinds of masks that you're supposed to wear and about distancing. You had to wait in your car until it was your turn to go in. I felt very secure in doing that.

Miracle-Ear had an offer and I thought, “Well, let's have a look. Let's see if we can improve on what we have.” And we improved on what we had. They did a mold of my ear, and a mold of Janice’s ear. And then, they delivered, stuck them in the ears and hung that little blob across the ear. Miracle-Ear has done me a lot of good. I can hear.

Miracle-Ear is average and the customer service team was very good.

I got in the ear style hearing aids from Miracle-Ear and they're working very well. My life is much better.

Miracle-Ear's reps are always good when I go in there. The only problem I have is I wear glasses so I have to take my glasses on and off all the time to read. Every time I do that, it pulled the earpieces out. Other than that, the hearing aids are good.

They did very well. They were very gracious and explained everything to me. I knew what I was doing and what they were doing as well. My hearing aids help. The first time I put on a mask, my hearing aids fell out and I lost them. Luckily, I had insurance and they replaced them.

The customer service team has been very nice. When I've had to go for any reason, I've never had any problems. I just go mostly for my checkup and they're very polite and quick to get my needs taken care of. It was just that the aids were very expensive, no matter what the quality was. But then I could hear my TV with it. I also have members of my family who are very soft spoken so it helped. I'm happy and very satisfied with it.

My hearing aids are expensive, but you have to hear. Also, the virus put a dent around some of the services but the reps are very nice and helpful.

Doug, the guy that owned the shop, made it very simple. He was wonderful, friendly, professional, had the expertise, and answered all my questions. I got the aids that go in the canal and then a little wire where the battery goes, that goes behind my ear. It seemed to be the most practical selection for the amount of money that I was paying, and at the time, my insurance didn't cover them. It's not only impacted my life, but everybody around me. I would recommend Miracle-Ear to anybody.

I got a behind-the-ear model and it works okay. However, $7,000 for a pair of hearing aids is a lot of money for a pair of hearing aids when you can get something comparable for much less. A friend of mine has to only give $500 for his, and they're comparable. Back when I got mine, they didn't have that. But now, they do. Other than that, Miracle-Ear has been good to work with me. The lady's son took over and he does a good job.

Miracle-Ear is excellent. I like them a lot. They're all happy to see you and willing to accommodate you for your times, making appointments, and even try to squeeze you in if you have something going on with your hearing aids. The Miracle-Ear hearing aids is a good product but there are so many other products out there that compete against the Miracle-Ear, and the Miracle-Ear is quite expensive. I had to pay $8,000 for my hearing aids but I went with them because they were the best. They have all the things that you need for it. In the car, you can hook it up to your speaker and it comes to your hearing aids. They have Bluetooth and very few other ones have Bluetooth capabilities.

I got a postcard from Miracle-Ear that said, “We'll give you 25 bucks toward the mail if you come in and check us out.” So, I did. And they’re just right here in town where we live. They’re seven miles away and one of the closer places. I talked with Tim. He's a guy that's a technician there. He comes out a couple of times a week. He tested my ears and told me I wasn't hearing real well in my upper areas. And one thing led to the other, and I bought a pair of Miracle-Ears. I hear the TV and people a little better. It’s what I expected for it to do, to help me hear better, and I do.

Miracle-Ear has been great. The location is convenient for me. The person that I only go to is Victoria, and she's wonderful. I get free checkups, and with insurance, I have free repairs. I lost one years ago and I was able to replace it for free.

A cousin of mine had first got the Miracle-Ear hearing aids and she referred it to me. I went and checked it out then I sat and spoke with them. It came out to be so wonderful to know that I could get one so I thank God for them. I've had hearing aids for a long time and there were other companies that I went with. I had a little issue with them and I started to doubt hearing aids. But thank God that Miracle-Ear had changed my thinking, doubt and emotions about hearing aids. I appreciate them. I still have the same hearing aids and if I have any issues, they take care of it. Their customer service is always wonderful. They are kind. Their service is complete and any questions I ask, they always give me satisfying answers. I try to get some of my family members with them. Maybe one day they might make a decision to go to Miracle-Ear.

I received a card in the mail offering me a $100 free restaurant ticket and 50% off the hearing aids. At that time, I was on my second round of hearing aids. I had them for a year and they were working poorly. I thought I would just go and see what it was like with another type. My interactions with the reps have been excellent when I got the original evaluation, and when I then decided to purchase them and had them set up and adjust the hearing aids. And then, the subsequent individuals whom I worked with were both highly knowledgeable about hearing, not just in the technical aspect of the hearing aid function, but how it's necessary to work, interacting with the physiology of sound between the ear and the brain and how the brain perceives and deals with it.

Ear piece attracts too much noise and not enough sound. Don't want an over the ear yet. Maybe when I'm 70. Hoping for a clearer style insert ear piece that has quality sound.

I'm 150% satisfied with Miracle-Ear. I went with them for their service and knowledge of hearing loss and I appreciate the service. I tried several other in-the-ears and my Miracle-ear hearing aids are far better. The defining factor was I could hear my turn signals clicking. I put the Miracle-Ears on, got up the car, headed up the road, turned my turn signal on and heard them. The first set I got was behind-the-ear. I lost one then I replaced it with the latest behind-the-ear model. They were very helpful working with me to get it replaced but it was a shot.

I already had hearing aids from somebody in Baytown but they weren't serving me good. A person that we know had gotten hearing aids from Miracle-Ear, and was all set up, and bragging how well it worked. So my sons and my husband insisted that I go. I did that and now I have the hearing aids. I charge them every night while I’m sleeping, and they work just fine. I am so pleased with Miracle-Ear. They are so good about keeping them up, and they're much better than the first company that I had hearing aids with. Miracle-Ear checks the hearing aids often and I don’t have to pay more for it. I like having the charger to put them on at night, because I was having to buy so many batteries, and then it going off in my ear all the time. But as long as I keep these on the charger at night, I have no issues.

Back in the 70s, because of the safety feature, we weren’t allowed to wear hearing protection when we were around vibrators. Over a period of years of using heavy equipment and working around very loud vibrators and Caterpillars, my hearing loss was slowly getting worse. We did some checking around, and my wife saw an ad for Miracle Ear in one of the papers. We read through it, discussed it, and set up an appointment with them. Within a short time, they did a hearing exam, and I got my first set of hearing aids. When it came time to replace them, I went back to Miracle Ear because I got such good service. I’ve continued working with them, and I've always been very pleased with the service I've got with the Idaho Falls and the Rexburg office.

My hearing aids are comfortable and they're doing really well. I change my batteries once a week, sometimes a bit less. When I go to the office, the lady that does my fitting is super good.

The entire staff is very helpful and caring, always checking how my hearing aids are working. Hearing tests are provided on a regular schedule and the results are explained. They are very good providing followups.

I had the in-ear and they weren't great. So I went with the behind-the-ear. It's better than I've had before.

I couldn't afford my hearing aids at that time, but I didn't know I could get financed. I had gone to private doctors and they wanted cash upfront. I went several years where I really needed my hearing aids. When I went to Miracle-Ear, the woman, Mary, was in charge. She told me to see if I could get financed. She put in my application, and I did. It was like a miracle when I got my hearing aids and I was able to work another 15 years.

I've had very good service in Oregon, although, the new location is rather inconvenient for me. But otherwise, everything's okay. I've got the hearing aid that is over-the-ear. I had to pay 6000 bucks for my pair. But as soon as you get that paid off, they come up with something that's half the cost and that's kind of disconcerting. But that's life. I understand. I'm very satisfied with them overall.

My husband had Miracle-Ear and it was good so I went with them too. I have the one that goes over my ear and inside. So far, everything has been good. Miracle-Ear has impacted my life quite a bit as far as talking to people. I can hear much better.

They were very understanding and genuine. Close to home. They were helpful in lots of ways especially explaining my profound hearing loss. The hearing test was so much nicer than sitting in booth long old days ago.

I was told I’ve got the best hearing aids that you can buy. They don't make them any better. I’m happy with them. I can hear better with the hearing aids. Because without them, I can hardly hear anything. Miracle-Ear is a good outfit.

The hearing aids are very comfortable. I wear them all day long, every day. I put them on in the morning after showering or washing up. And I keep them on until at night and it's time to go to bed. I have a brother that has Miracle-Ear. When we talked, sometimes, he would go up and he has to adjust the hearing aids. Once I put them in, I'm done. Sometimes I'm in an area and I have a feedback, I just click it and it’s done.

Gage was the gentleman that took care of me on the hearing aid. He's one awesome guy. Above and beyond the call of duty with this gentleman. He spent more time with me going over everything. It was well worth it. I got two hearing aids from Miracle-Ear, one for each ear and they're awesome. I don't even know they're there. I'm blown away. The company is fantastic. They exceeded my expectations.

When I had hearing problems, one of my friends recommended to check with Miracle-Ear. So I phoned the nearest Miracle-Ear center. I went in, and then I took the audiology test and tried a couple of hearing aids. I felt better so I bought it. I was able to hear better. The team that I worked with was excellent in their customer service. They followed up if I have any other additional questions, and they did an awesome job. The unit that I have has an option to customize the hearing aids where it just focuses on the front or on the side. This option helped me listen better in a noisy situation like restaurants.

One of my friends mentioned Miracle-Ear and then, I found that they were open not too far from where I live. So I went in and there were two lovely ladies waiting on me. It went great. I feel very comfortable when I go in, and they treat me really well. They treat all their patients really well. It's been a while but I still go to them. It's a very good office. They work hard. My hearing has been very clear. I don't have static. I'm very happy with Miracle-Ear. I really like them. They're so nice, and they're there to help you. It isn't like somebody waiting on you and you should leave already. I find it wonderful.

My life has improved with Miracle-Ear. I knew I had problems when I couldn't understand my granddaughter when she was small-talking. Once I got the hearing aids, I was able to understand what she was trying to tell me. I have hearing aids that go over the back of my ear then the wire comes around and goes into my ear. They fit fine. The performance is fine too and I like it. Vance was the gentleman that I first met and he was with me up until this past year. He's was very nice.

The hearing aids are doing well. My husband, John, has seen the same people and done Miracle-Ear for 5,000 years or so. He's most happy when he can see Todd. He's been seeing him for a long time and he's sympathetic towards my husband. Todd works with him real well. Lisa is a lady there and she's very friendly. They treat John like family and I love them.

I had been to four different companies and audiologists and no one was able to fit me. My left ear canal is only 25% of the size of an adult ear canal. I met a gentleman, Ron, at Miracle-Ear who was wonderful. When he passed away, Kelly took over for him and she is phenomenal. She should be recognized. I've never seen anybody work so hard to make things perfect. My hearing aids are wonderful and I love them. I have recommended Miracle-Ear over and over especially the two locations that I used, the one in Maryland and the one in Port Charlotte.

I have the small hearing aid that goes just behind the ear. It's not as large as the old traditional ones and it's very slick. It's very savvy and go along with today's fashion as well. The quality is amazing to me. I did not anticipate it to be the way it actually turned out to be. So the quality definitely has improved, and I'm appreciative of that. The reps were very professional. The best staff that I've encountered, and they very well represented the company and the products at its highest level. They did a wonderful job.

I liked Miracle-Ear's reputation. I went with the hearing aid that goes behind the ear, and then the tube with the thing fits in the ear. It's very good and it has made my life better. I'm able to understand more conversations.

I've had the second set of hearing aids from Miracle-Ear, so I’ve been satisfied with them. I've worked with two of their reps because I live down in Florida in the winter and then up north in the summer. I’ve had good luck with both of them. They’re efficient and accommodating. When I first got this second set, I had to give them back in a heartbeat. But the guy worked at it and worked at it, and we finally got them squared away. The only thing that I'm not satisfied with so far is the TV adapters that you can hook up to the TV. When I've got that on, I cannot hear my wife or anybody else in the room. So I very seldom ever use it because of the fact that if I've got that on, I can't hear the other people in the room talking. It was explained originally that if somebody else talked, that would override the TV, but it doesn’t.

We saw an advertisement that Miracle-Ear was running. My wife and my daughters all said that they would excommunicate me if I did not get my ears checked out and get some hearing aids. My dad never got any hearing aids. He served on a battleship during World War II on a gun turret where the big bombs were being sent out. He lost a lot of his hearing at that point. There was total frustration to have to say something to my dad, and he would just look at you and just grin and shake his head but he could not hear us. Finally, my wife and my kids said, “Do you want to be just like he was?” So I went. What Miracle-Ear had advertised was not what I needed but the person who did my testing and everything was so thorough and so good.

I always have a good experience with Miracle-Ear. My hearing is much better now.

My mom is 91 and a half and Miracle-Ear has been working with her for a while. She absolutely could not hear. Even though her hearing loss has gotten worse, she has done so much better with the hearing aids. My experience with Miracle-Ear has always been wonderful. Their team is amazing, from the gal that works at the front desk to the two women that do testing. They're always available and always make time. My hearing aids have been very helpful. I have recommended Miracle-Ear to anybody I run across that needs something.

I went to several places for hearing aids and at the time, I went to my location in Pearland. Elizabeth, the rep, was personable and friendly. I liked her and I had a good rapport with her that I decided to go with Miracle-Ear. The person that's there now is terrific and nice. He explains everything well and spends time with you. The hearing aids are behind the ear and they’re with a charger. One of my hearing aids had to be sent into the factory 10 days ago and I was with only one hearing aid all that time while I waited on the repair. I missed it. So, I know I need them and I can't do without them. I’m completely satisfied with Miracle-Ear. I enjoy my life a lot more with it.

I couldn't hear high-pitched sounds and some of the stuff. Also, it sounded like people were mumbling. I've seen Miracle-Ear advertised and I came up to see what they had, and it seemed to satisfy me. I got the one behind the ear and it was very good. It helped me hear better. Now I can go someplace and I don't have to strain and ask my wife what everybody else is saying.

I found a coupon in the paper for Miracle-Ear and the hearing aids were two for 895. It's probably the cheapest one that you could get. I'm going to have my new hearing aids. I had some two years ago but after a year, they both quit working. I had the appointment in summer to get them done but my hearing guy submitted the claim wrong. So, it took a couple months for him and my insurance to figure it out. My insurance company paid the claim so, I'm now waiting for a call from Miracle-Ear telling me I can go pick it up. I may have to contact customer service to inquire on the status. This is just a two-man operation down there and normally, when I call Todd, he's the only ear doctor. He is usually on the phone and I get transferred to a helper and they can't tell me any kind of update on what's going on with my hearing aids. They’ll tell me to send him a message and he’ll get back to me as soon as he can. Todd gets back with me within one or two days.

Miracle-Ear had a promotion. I went and we scheduled an appointment for me to have my ears checked and stuff. I bought the smaller one that fits inside the ear and they seemed to be durable. I just had a little trouble at the beginning to get them tuned to my ears. But I was satisfied with them. At first, I thought the aids were kind of expensive. But because of the ones that I have on now, I'll probably have them in four or five years, and they seem to be working pretty good. Now, I can watch TV and not have the TV blaring. Also, my wife and I can still have a conversation and not having one of us screaming. Then before, I couldn’t even hear the birds singing outside. Now, I hear those. I can also hear rustling of paper when moving the paper or stuff around. Before, I couldn’t even hear that.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aids are of good quality. I hear a lot better since having them. The volume of my TV is not nearly as loud. I don't go anywhere without my hearing aids. I'm very satisfied with them and I'm happy with Miracle-Ear.

I liked Miracle-Ear's pricing. I was also able to get it serviced locally. I have regular-schedule checkups where I go in, and they see if there's anything wrong. They clean them out and replace the buds. They also do an annual hearing test. I had a minor amount of water in there one time. I forgot to take them out during a shower. They had me come in right away and they cleaned them out and it worked fine. The aids help somewhat in hearing things. Sometimes, I get background noise. But other than that, it works better in a group setting without ambient noise around.

I’ve been using my Miracle-Ear hearing aids for two and a half years but I’m trading them in for new ones on Tuesday. I have the behind-the-ear style and the quality has been okay so far. What made it difficult is wearing masks. But the person at Miracle-Ear has given me a little black strip with punch outs in it and I can hook it behind my head. It has been great dealing with customer service.

Miracle-Ear's customer service team is great. When I had to cancel, they were really good about rescheduling me. With my hearing aids, I hear stuff so much better. Everything's clearer even when I'm watching TV. They've been a blessing to me.

Marleen was really thorough. She laid out the pictures and gave me information as I needed, and that's the same way with the follow-up. Also, the aids were the right price for the time. They are really comfortable. I don't even know they're on. Sometimes, I go to bed with them in. I have to get up and go through the process. However, they're rechargeable and they only last about eight to nine hours. I get up at 8:30 in the morning then by the time I get around 4:30 and 6 o'clock in the afternoon, they're already done, and I still have a couple of hours to go before I go to bed. So usually, I watch the TV in the evening with them not being in. But I don't have to turn the TV up. I'm getting along all right that way. I just thought they'd last longer but maybe that's to be expected and probably because I'm using them more.

I’m a little bit frustrated with the fit. The hearing aids seem to not want to stay in the ear. The little piece that fits inside the ear seem to kind of work their way out and I'm pushing them back in quite a bit. They seemed to have a little bit of difficulty with trying to figure out how to take care of that. It’s not terrible, but I would like that to be checked. Otherwise, it’s been fine. I’ve been very, very pleased with the people that I dealt with and felt like they paid attention and have tried to work with things. They were very helpful. I appreciate what they’ve been doing.

I have tried a few different brands but Miracle-Ear has out performed all others. They cost more but are well worth it. Their hearing aid technology includes GENIUS noise reduction and speech recognition and blue tooth technology. The only hearing aids that I can hear from behind. Miracle-Ear also provides lifetime service for its hearing aids, including free programming, free quarterly check-ups and cleanings, free annual hearing tests to determine if your hearing aid needs to be adjusted, and free cleaning and adjustments when needed. That's why they are worth the extra money.

The people at the Miracle-Ear Office have been very hospitable and friendly. I'm always pleased with my visit there. The hearing aids I have currently are more updated. I make a few trips to the office now and then to get them adjusted and I've gotten better service. They're expensive but I'm happy.

I found an ad in the paper for Miracle-Ear and there was one right here in my town. So, I went and had a hearing test. I got the behind-the-ear style hearing aid and it’s good. I’m very pleased. I'd recommend people to go there because they’d get excellent care and they’ll get the hearing aids that they need.

I had tried another product in the past and it didn't work very well. I went to a local provider of Miracle-Ear and talked with Doug. He seemed to be pretty good and he knew what he was doing. I wound up getting them from him. I was going back there for three months and have them checked. I've got a high frequency hearing loss, and a lot of times, I don't wear them because it's only half frequencies that I don't hear. I wear those, I can hear noises. Not wear them, that I haven't been hearing before. So, it’s something with the high frequency. But they seem to work a little better than the previous ones did.

I have the hearing aids that go behind the ear and the overall functionality and performance is excellent. It's been a positive experience with Miracle Ear. I can hear conversations now that I couldn't hear before. I can understand my grandchildren and I can understand when people talk to me rather than, in many cases in the past, making out like I was hearing them.

I'm not really happy with my Miracle-Ear hearing aids, especially in the age of masks behind the ears and glasses. I should have gotten the ones that just poke inside the ear and don't put anything behind the ear. I do wish now that I had gone somewhere else. I moved back to the Midwest to be with my mom and dad to help them. They both passed on now. Dad had Beltone and mom had Miracle-Ear. I live closer to where Miracle-Ear was located, and so, that was the main reason I went with Miracle-Ear. I didn't realize there were other options in the town where they are until after I had purchased.

I've received wonderful customer service so far from Miracle-Ear. Even though the office where I go to has had a turnover of receptionists lately, the rep whom I work with now sees that I'm taken care of. Miracle-Ear keeps on top of things and they've gone out of their way whenever there was a problem. There was a time when I had trouble. I have their insurance where I can get free batteries and for some reason, wherever they have the battery sent from couldn't get them to me like they should. So, Miracle-Ear took care of getting me my batteries. Getting my Miracle-Ear was like opening a new world. I can hear tones that I would have had a hard time hearing.

I’ve had great experience visiting Miracle-Ear and the only drawback to wearing those hearing aids is wearing a mask at the same time. As soon as I take a mask off, the hearing aid pops out but I'm aware of that. Other than that, I’m super happy. They're so comfortable that I forget I'm even wearing them. Joanne, the rep, is terrific and Dorothy is the one who checks the hearing aids and looks in my ears. They are wonderful people. I would recommend Miracle-Ear.

I've had a very good experience with Miracle-Ear. I got around-the-ear hearing aids from them. They're very expensive but they have helped my hearing a lot.

The person that did the hearing aid test for my mother was wonderful. My mother has hearing aids where if you're in a wheelchair, you can hear the person that's behind you. These hearing aids have made a big difference in my mother's life. She's had them for a few years now. But she's been having trouble with them so the aids just got mailed in to have them repaired. This is the second time they've out for repair. My husband went and got hearing aids from a different place and he was not very pleased. He said that when he needs to change his hearing aids, he is going to go to Miracle-Ear because my mom's experience was so much better.

I moved and Miracle-Ear was fairly close to where I was living at the time. The only reason why I got new hearing aids was because at the time, I was driving for a foreigner and I needed new hearing aids. The ones I had weren’t very good. I got a behind-the-ear hearing aid. They're expensive but I understand why. So, at the same time, I’m horribly broke. But now, I can hear things a whole lot better with them than without them.

My Miracle-Ear rep was very accommodating in answering my questions and supplying details. I got the hearing aid that sits in the ear. The inner ear hearing aid seems to be more efficient and manageable than the one that hangs over there. It seems to pick up most sounds relatively undistorted. The cost is one of the hurdles but I just went ahead and did it.

I'm not really happy with my Miracle-Ear hearing aids. I have a wonderful person who tries to help me and he fixes as much as he can fix. But come night time, all I hear is buzzing. I have so much ringing and I lose the sound a lot. The hearing aids have definitely helped me but as the day goes, they almost pop out of my ear. I would still recommend Miracle-Ear as they have been very nice but I probably would never buy this middle bracket model of hearing aid again that I was getting a deal on.

I have trouble hearing I started looking into hearing aids. The quality of Miracle-Ear aids is acceptable. But the accumulation of wax in them causes problems. I go back to the person who I went to initially and he takes care of it. That's the biggest issue. Customer service is very good. The local person I went through was very good. The product is expensive and it doesn't resolve the issue, but it helps a little.

The hearing aid I got is expensive. I should go for a hearing aid check but I can't afford it. Plus, I have trouble hearing the guys that I golf with. At least I can hear my kids now.

The people at the office of Miracle-Ear have been really good. They're very professional. I went with the one that's inside the canal because I had talked with several people that told me that they had had the ones that are over-the-ear and they said that whenever they would brush their hair or do something, sometimes, the over-the-ear one would get caught and pulled out of their ear. Having Miracle-Ear makes it easier to communicate if I can hear people that are on the left side of me talking.

My brother likes his Miracle-Ear hearing aids a whole lot. He hears a whole lot better. He goes down there about once a year and they redo his hearing thing and adjust them. He goes every so often because I take him there a lot. He hasn't cleaned and they clean them for him. So, he has no complaints at all.

The reps at Miracle-Ear are very caring and they always wanna do the follow-ups. It’s excellent dealing with them and the service is good. John’s hearing kept going down. He had 60% and it was down lower than that when a test was done. So, the hearing aid made a significant difference in him being able to hear. He uses the behind the ear style which was the one that Miracle-Ear recommended. He wanted the top of the line when he got them and it wasn’t cheap. It doesn't completely make him able to hear and there are certain sounds he still doesn't pick up but that's because his loss is much more severe. He picks up certain sounds differently. If you are looking away from him, he doesn't pick up the sounds as well as if you're looking at him. There are times I wish he had the other kind because when he puts on these masks, it gets pulled off all the time. It also keeps getting knocked off when he tries to take it off or put it on.

I loved my Miracle-Ear. I no longer have it. I wanted to see if I could get another one. One was stolen on a cruise ship. Then I had to replace one. When I replaced it, I got it for like half off. COVID hit and I didn’t do it properly. I wasn’t leaving the house. I wasn't putting on makeup. So, I wasn't putting it in all the time. Then, they started bringing us back into work, so I started wearing it. My brain is getting used to it all over again.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aids are of outstanding quality and they are very cost-effective. Their technicians are great and their exam was very thorough and supported by my insurance. I liked that they provide free batteries when many of the other companies want to charge me for those. But two years ago, I was sent a notification that if I went and got my hearing checked, I would be given a $25 gift certificate. I went to the place in Memorial Road to get my hearing checked and the technician there did a great job. He also informed me that I had extra wax in my left ear that had to be evaluated and I got that treated. They never gave the gift certificate to me this day. The Miracle-Ear people where I went to said that they would tell the company to send the gift certificate but that didn't happen. It was false advertising.

I was riverboat captain and the Coast Guard said my hearing did not make Coast Guard standards. So I spent $6,000 and bought these little bitty hearing aids and everything else. They work fine but my biggest problem with the device and everything else is the astronomical cost. If mine quits working, I will not replace it on account of the cost. Then I come to find out the Coast Guard didn't have any standards, and I didn't really need the hearing aids. So, I've wasted $6,000. They're sitting in the drawer. I haven't put one on in six months.

Miracle-Ear aids are pretty expensive but they're worth it. I have the silver behind-the-ear hearing aids that plug in. These were recommended for me after my ears were tested. The customer service people are really nice and I enjoy seeing them. Their guy does all the maintenance of my hearing aids and cleans them. They’re tip-top.

The rep in Port Richey advised me to get them and they’re wonderful. I can hear my television without even raising the volume. I just have to hit a button on the ear. The hearing aids are very expensive but they’re worth it. They're much better than any that I've had.

A good friend got a Miracle-Ear hearing aid and she was extremely satisfied. I liked the fact that with Miracle Ear, I didn't have to worry about anything for quite some time. I was also very impressed with the sale and the person representing them. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He gave me several options if I didn't want to go with the one I bought. I really enjoyed my time with him. The hearing aid I got is extremely comfortable. But, the pandemic has created a bit of a problem. Masks, sunglasses, hearing aids and earrings do not all go well. The other option would be to fit my ear with a battery and I don't want that.

The reps at Miracle-Ear were terrific and very good people. A behind the ear hearing aid was the one that I could afford and it was great. With all these things coming out now over the counter, I have to wonder what the difference is. But I'm very pleased with Miracle-Ear's product and the service.

I got behind-the-ear hearing aids and they're great. It has the Bluetooth effect on it, and that's great for TV. The Miracle-Ear reps have all been great and really knowledgeable. The service is good, and the aids have been reliable, and have worked fine for me.

Miracle-Ear was the only reputable source to go to. I have tried other kinds of hearing assistance and they are not reliable or comfortable at all. Every time I have a problem, Miracle-Ear's customer service team is willing to look into it and deal with it. They find out the source of how to solve the difficulties. They were a little high in cost but I can understand as I was a special case and they specially designed a hearing aid just for me. I got really professional service.

Since I moved up to the GENIUS, it's very good. I can hear again. Miracle-Ear was a very good product. It worked fine. There were no quality problems.
