I had a very nice gentleman and ladies at Miracle-Ear that have been very good with checking my ears and my hearing aids, and I've been very pleased. The customer service team have been very obliging, right on the ball and nice. But like everything else, the hearing aids cost too much money.

The reps from Miracle-Ear that we had in Astoria were great. Then, a hearing aid needed to be cleaned and I took it into McMinnville, and the rep was a little bit abrupt. Other than that, it was fine dealing with the reps. My mother can hear when she uses the hearing aid and the only issue with her is she cannot work the battery, being 94 and doesn't see well. It was good working with Miracle-Ear although the hearing aids are overpriced. But I've paid for the insurance for lost or damaged, and then they send some batteries. So, I'm happy with that.

They tested my ears. But I didn't hear them when the guy said the hearing aids cost $9,000. When I went to the front desk, the rep wrote it up and she said, “It's $9,000.” I said, “Well, I don't remember hearing that.” She said, “Oh, I'm sure he told it to you.” I said, “Well, if he did, I didn’t hear it.” But I went ahead and signed up for them. I called back and asked if they had any additional hearing aids that would improve my hearing battery-operated, and they said it would cost $6,000 per ear, which was another $12,000, so I said, “Well, no. Thank you very much. I think I’m hearing enough with my hearing aids already, which was a total of 12,000 and change.” So I decided I’d rather go without all the hearing.

Miracle Ear was a good spot to go check and have them test my ears. They worked with me a little bit, and explained what was really happening more so than the other companies. I got the hearing aids that go in my ear and they fit in there real nice. They're not very big. They just slide right in there. The cost is way high but the benefits have been okay. The service has been good. The hearing aids have done pretty good. I don't have the TV up so loud. It makes my wife happier.

The guy at the office was very informative and patient. He walks you through any kind of questions you have. He's there for you whenever you need him or if you have a question or concern. The service is excellent. It was a very easy experience. I like that you really don't see the hearing aids as long as you have longer hair and your hair covers it. Also, if you're in a noisy setting, it's real easy to nonchalantly change the volume. I hear a lot more with it, especially in conversations.

My experience with the store reps has always been very good. The device is fitting very well. I like that I can actually listen to my wife's voice. Also, I have volume control and I can focus my hearing aids. I can adjust them to wipe out the background noise and be able to look at somebody and have everything else shut off. I can also have complete 360.

I haven't found them to be dishonest and I'm really pleased by that. I've tried a couple of different Miracle-Ears. One was a sleek rechargeable unit that went behind the ear. The fact that I wear the hearing aid from 7 o'clock in the morning until at least midnight, it did not maintain the charge. I got a little unit that hangs behind the ear with a little wire that goes inside the ear. I have the battery-operated ones and I come to change the batteries twice a week.
I don't like having to change the batteries. And I have been stuck where one ear will go out and I don't have a battery with me and that's kind of difficult. So I've learned to carry a package of batteries in my briefcase at all times. Other than that, I'm very happy with it and it has been 100% perfect. I go to my local Miracle-Ear and there's a lady there who would check it out, clean it and replace the little silicone ear things. I deal with people in Des Moines, Iowa all the way to Boca Raton and I get excellent service all the time no matter where I walk in.
My hearing aids are very expensive and I don't know how long they're gonna last. They're beginning to show signs of wear and tear outside the body of the unit. But I'm trusting that the Miracle-Ear company will stand behind it and do whatever they can to make sure that it's always maintained in its good functionality. While they're good, the hearing aids are a benefit. I stream through my phone and I use the app. I love the ability that works with my iPhone and I can change the sound and the direction. I recommend Miracle-Ear and tell others "You get what you pay for." I'm very satisfied.

The secretary that works in Syracuse is absolutely wonderful. She is super cheerful when it comes to the phone, and if I need something, she is amazing at getting me in when I needed to be in. She also remembers my name, which I appreciate every time I’ve gone in. The doctors are quieter, but I like the secretary. I really love my hearing aids too. It’s allowed me to be able to hear more. I have four boys, and it’s been really nice. I've not had one single problem at this point.
Miracle Ear has been phenomenal, and I've had a really great experience with them. I would really recommend others to talk to the people there. I didn't think that hearing aids, financially, were going to be an option, but their team worked with me. Even when I still didn't think it was going to be an option, they still kept working at it. They went above and beyond to help me to try and figure it out, and I really appreciated that point.

Miracle Ear is expensive, which is a shock to your system, but it's well worth buying the quality hearing aid with people that work with you. I am 80% deaf in my left ear and when I got hearing aids, Miracle Ear worked with me where I could try it. The sound coming in my left ear, I can hear it from my left side, but it would reverb over to my right side. It was confusing for me. We tried that, then I said when I'm in a crowd, it was just almost too much. They worked and worked with me. They switched the type to where I don't hear that well on my left ear but I'm not having the confusion on the sounds, and they didn't charge me extra.
Miracle Ear treats me like I'm family and they always called and confirmed my appointment. I've had two different people. There was a guy coming down from Springfield and you could only get an appointment on Wednesdays. Now, that's not the case. They've got somebody new in there and I can get in any time that fits my schedule. It's so convenient because my home is close, and they're always nice, cordial and helpful. It makes you feel like they're not just doing the task of doing it. They really are listening to what you're saying and trying to improve your situation. I've been real pleased with them. I'd definitely recommend them and I have before. I love Miracle Ear. In fact, I have an appointment at 1:00 today.

We've been with Miracle Ear for four years already, if not more. It took some time, but my mother was losing her hearing and it was really hard for us and for her. So, I bought something over a simple store and she couldn't wear them because there was a lot of background noise. We went to Miracle Ear and it helped her tremendously. I call anytime I need help and I get the appointment. I take my mother, then we go and get results.
Before, my mother couldn't hear her friends. She didn't even like to be somewhere out with a gathering because she felt left out. Knowing her problem and that sometimes she can't read the lips, I remember she was just standing. She wasn't completely deaf, but it was on a scale that she could not hear well unless you would speak loudly and face to face. Now, she can hear people, and she's engaging in conversations. She hears us, but not to 100%. If she's not facing us, sometimes she doesn't hear it right away. But the hearing aids do the job.
My mother has the ones that have the little wire inside so you don't see the actual mechanism. That goes behind the ear. She has her short haircut, and the hearing aids do not show that much. They're very comfortable, they're good, and they have cute cases that you carry them with. She recently purchased the new set, which doesn't have the batteries. She charges.

I have the one that hooks on the back side of the ear, and I just charge it up every night, which is handy. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. There's a world of difference now that I have them versus before.

Every time we go in the store, they're very professional, cheery, and happy-go-lucky, which is a good indicator that the management part of it is really good. My wife has both ears that are affected by hearing loss and Miracle Ear helped her out quite well. Since she had her stroke, she's had a hard time using anything that had a lot of gadgets on it. We had to go downward towards the ones that are just turn up and down, and it made it easier for her to use. We've gotten the high volume hearing aids, which go in the ear and fit really well. They're awesome quality, and we love them. They seem to be working really well too. She hears the conversations, and she's more happy.

Bre welcomes me to her office! She is very friendly and goes out of her way. Chris is always smiling and explains everything about the new hearing aids. He always cleans the hearing aids and answers any questions that I might have. I am very glad that Bre and Chris is running Miracle-Ear in Lakeland!!

My wife and I are snowbirds in the New Port Richey area and my hearing aids were adjusted to a very high level and needed adjustment. I called the Miracle Ear call center and scheduled a time to meet the audiologist at the Miracle Ear office on route 19. It was easy and the staff met my needs with a pleasant smile. I have a follow-up appointment in a month to ensure the adjustments are working out for me.

Had hearing aids cleaned and inspected, if all products had this level of care and service we would have a smaller footprint in this planet! I would recommend this he Miracle Ear service center to anyone who has a hearing loss which needs addressed. Easy to change appointments and reschedule all work and events. I was referred by a friend to Miracle Ear. I’ve had 2 pair of hearing aids in the last 20 years. I could not tolerate them. Background noise drove me crazy, my ears were always itching, couldn’t wait to take them out. I can not believe the difference with Miracle Ear, I am so comfortable in them. Sometimes I get in bed and forget I have them on. That to me is the most important thing, when you're not comfortable with Hearing Aids you don’t wear them, which means you’re missing out on social gatherings and also irritating your family because you are constantly asking them to repeat themselves. Miracle Ear also provides follow-ups for the first 3 months or so just to make sure you are comfortable or need adjustments. I am very pleased with my Hearing Aids and the professional service provided.

I bought the best type of hearing aid Miracle Ear has... The price was$8000.00 just not happy with them.. Been in for tune ups multiple times, they just sound cheap and tinny and artificial.. Nothing they do helps at all... I don't know what to do anymore..

I go to the office in Hurst Texas. Camille the hearing specialist is awesome, she explains everything so well and is just a delightful person. I love the lifetime service you get with Miracle-ear. I seem to have a lot of ear wax which requires cleaning the hearing aids more often. They never have a problem doing it earlier than they’re supposed to. Overall a great experience.

I went for a hearing test at a Miracle Ear location in Lake Grove, NY. The test was quite complete, with results finding that my hearing loss was from moderate to severe. I had known this too before, because I had other hearing aids which broke the year before. After the test results we sat down to go over the hearing results and look at prices. Also to try on an adjusted pair that was adjusted to my hearing loss. The adjustment took about 5 minutes in time. Prices for the BTE hearing aids ranged from $4000 through $6000. At this time I could not afford this expense so I had looked elsewhere to get a fairly new used set of Miracle Ear Hearing aids. I purchased a $5000 used pair for $300.
Now that I had the test results, all I had to do was to get them programmed. Sounds easy enough because I had priced programing, and it should cost an average of $200 a pair of hearing aids. Not with Miracle Ear, they have proprietary software which no other hearing aid maker or store has. So no other hearing aid seller can program Miracle Ear products. Miracle Ear locations now have the opportunity to price gouge a person who did not buy Miracle Ear hearing aids from a Miracle Ear store. They want $1000 to program these hearing aids which entails 5 minutes of time. A real ripoff. Looks like they are out for themselves and not for the customer. Definitely would not recommend to anyone trying to save a dollar.

My Miracle Ear representative is in Fort Worth, Texas. Her name is Cindy **. When I bought my hearing aids we lived in Fort Worth. March of 2021 we moved to Oklahoma City. I have ovarian cancer diagnosed in 2013 and I am currently in my fourth reoccurrence. One of the chemo drugs I take has platinum in it. I have learned platinum damages the eardrum. That’s what happened to my hearing. My hearing has gotten worse since we moved to OKC because of my current chemo treatments so I contacted a Miracle Ear office there for help. My hearing aids are 5 years old. They were top of the line aids when I bought them.
When I went to my appointment with the Miracle Ear representative in OKC whose name is Jeff ** he was no help whatsoever. I needed him to adjust my aids so I could hear better. I sat and listened to him talk about himself and how great he was for Miracle Ear and how he had been in the business for 41 years. He gave me a very short hearing test and told me my hearing was at a severity level. He could turn my hearing aids up but it would not help me. I questioned him about adjusting my aids and was told my aids were 5 years old and that they had done all they could do for me. When I told him I didn’t come in that day to buy new hearing aids he pushed himself away from his desk and said he could not help me. I left his office totally depressed and confused about what had just happened. I had just wasted a hour and a half and left totally depressed.
I immediately called Miracle Ear in Fort Worth and wanted to talk to Cindy. I told her what had happened to me at the Miracle Ear in OKC. She was shocked to hear how I had been treated and what I was told. I told her I wanted to come and see her because I trusted her. She has always been very professional and kind.
We drove to Fort Worth which is 4 hours from OKC and met with her. She did an extensive hearing test and told me my hearing had not changed that much since she tested me a year and a half before. She told me I certainly did not fall in a severity level of hearing. She spent well over an hour with me. She adjusted my aids and helped get my hearing at a better and clearer level. I will never go to another Miracle Ear except the one in Fort Worth. I will make the four hour trip any time I need help with my hearing. That’s how GOOD she is. She is way better than a #10 or 5 stars. Mr. Jeff ** is doing a horrible job representing Miracle Ear and as we all know first impressions are lasting impressions!

After getting the new app, I find that it's really a pain. Whenever I need to change either the volume or switch from the TV steaming mode I have to wait for it to reconnect. When I need to answer the phone while using the TV streaming mode I usually have to turn the TV off because the app takes so long to reconnect. It's just a pain in the butt. The last app was much easier to use.

I had called my primary physician and asked him if he could recommend a hearing aid provider. He said the people that he had recommended Miracle-Ear to got positive results. So, I trusted his judgment. I've had my over-the-ear hearing aids for a couple of years. They’re driving me nuts because I wear glasses and I can hear them rubbing on the hearing aids and with masks. So now, I’m getting the in-ear one that fits in my ear. Overall, the hearing aids have been excellent. The batteries are easy to change.
The cost is a little high, but it’s understandable. I’m thinking the new ones that I’m getting are going to be more intricately manufactured and made specifically for my ears. In the long run, it is worth it, even though it is a lot of money. I have great grandchildren. So, from hearing them and everything, having the hearing aids has made my life more uplifting. As far as the Miracle-Ear reps, they are awesome people. They treat me like their grandmother. I am very pleased. They’re very patient and very knowledgeable. I love the gal in the office. It is a positive experience all the way around.

Richard has been with Miracle-Ear for a long time now. In fact, he turned in the old hearing aids and he got new ones and they gave him so much off for them. He was satisfied with that. He was with some other hearing aid company before, but then he decided to go with Miracle-Ear because they were better. He thought they were really good with them when they took the hearing test. He’s satisfied with them. He can hear real good with Miracle-Ear. He liked the way they said that he could come back and they clean the hearing aids for free. The people at the branch where we go to are really nice.

I like my Miracle-Ear hearing aids. I just really need to have it adjusted somehow because my hearing, for some reason, is not to my liking. But I have an appointment to go back and have them adjusted. I have to see exactly why I'm not getting the hearing that I am hoping to get. Also, I have a problem with the extended wire sitting properly on the inside of my ear. It just pops out all the time. I don't know if that can be adjusted, but that to me is annoying. Other than that, it is a very good product. As far as the people that work at Miracle-Ear, Mike who's in the Fairfield office, is a wonderful man. He's very helpful.

The reps from Miracle-Ear are very good, polite and efficient. I am satisfied with the service. When I got my hearing aids though, a manager came in and it was a high-pressure sale. I didn’t care for it. But with the hearing aid, I can hear better and I can hear a lot of things that I hadn't heard before. I have some difficulties in certain areas, but it’s good. I have something over my ear and then, it goes inside my ear. It seems to work best for me.

Staff was very helpful and walked me through the Intuitive Hearing Aid feature. Having Bluetooth for television is awesome and I use it nightly so I don’t wake anyone up. It took some time to navigate through when and when not to use different listening preferences but now that I have a handle on it I will say it was worth the extra $1000. My first pair of hearing aids 16 years ago was In the ear with no features other than I was able to adjust volume, my second pair Behind the ears came six years later and technology advanced to a remote control to go between normal noise and background noises, lowering or raising the volume.
My most recent pair has Intuitive Hearing and the hearing aids self adjust about every 12-13 minutes automatically, which is wonderful. I only need to adjust blue tooth manually on my cell while watching videos with someone or while using GPS on my cell so others can hear it. It is well worth investing the extra money to have all the added features I chose knowing that Miracle Ear stands behind their products.

I use the Miracle Ear very well. But, I have a habit of running some pretty loud equipment, so wearing the ear muffs with the hearing aids, it just doesn't work out too well. Also, the battery compartment that goes behind the ear is sometimes getting in the way of my glasses or face masks. I gotta be careful how you take the mask off or I’ll pull your hearing aid off. I almost lost one in the parking lot.Other than that, my hearing is much better with them.

I have had hearing aids since 1992. The latest pair are the best. They are Bluetooth capable. Once you get the right tech that takes time to make sure you have the best experience with your hearing aids. I’ve been using this latest pair and the last tech got my hearing aids spot on. He was very thoughtful and made sure I had no issues when I left his office. I love Miracle Ear hearing aids. Having the right tech to program the aids for you before leaving the office is so important. In all my years using miracle ear aids, I had three great techs that made all the difference in the world. They took the time to make sure the aids were working great before leaving the office. It may take a few visits to get everything right and it’s worth it all. I personally want to thank Doug **, who is wonderful.

So helpful with app on my phone & how to use this. Helpful with cleaning my hearing aids & adjusting accordingly. One time when I was there for hearing test, I didn't even have to take my hearing aids out. She could do test in situ. She explained things each & every time I'm there. The reps at Miracle-Ear are professional and they do a good job. Normally, they are very forthcoming with information and what's new out there, and they take good care of me. Before I had the hearing aids, I couldn't hear conversation when there was a lot of people in the room. And now I can. The communication was good and the cost was worthwhile.

The reps always take care of me whenever I go over to have a change of the buds and they’re very helpful. I bought the most expensive hearing aid and the quality is very good. It is behind-the-ear with the rechargeable battery, which was the selling point. I had a previous hearing aid when I lived in New Mexico, which I had to change the batteries when they went low and I didn't want to do that anymore. With the hearing aid, I don't miss words like I used to miss them, especially at dining tables and in a restaurant. I referred a party to Miracle-Ear and I got a $100 gift certificate. I liked that. Also, I got a happy birthday card one time from them and I liked that too.

I've been going to Miracle-Ear for a long time now and I like their team. The hearing aids also improve my hearing quite a bit. As far as watching TV or just listening to people, I can hear more. The cost is pretty high. But along with that, I get the service. I'm pretty satisfied.

The hearing aids are okay. It's different, though. Sometimes I have problems with understanding people, especially with them wearing a mask. I've had the lady make some adjustments at that point. It's just something I gotta live with. Their service has been fine.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aids are working. It’s an adventure every day. The cost is just way too much. It would be nice if they can make them more waterproof, too. Overall, I've had some trouble with them, but it's always been taken care of. Sandy is great. Their whole crew is great.

It's been over a year now since I purchased my hearing aid from Miracle Ear, and I've had a very good experience. The customer service is excellent. I like the audiologist. She is very helpful and very, very nice. She appears to know exactly what she's doing and she's willing to answer questions if you have them. She adjusted the program to hopefully reflect the issue that I told her I was having and then I will be able to give her some feedback on that within the next week and a half.

They're still moving me around a little bit on everything. I seem to fluctuate on my hearing so every visit is a challenge. One time, I could hear fine when I leave the office, but a month or so later, it changed. I have constant, loud tinnitus so it's really hard. But the hearing aids are comfortable. I make an appointment when I go for a visit. Then I make the next appointment at that time and that works out fine.

I started with behind-the-ear hearing aids. But since then, I've gone to the one you just stick into your ear. The quality is very good. But one of the little plastic things that stick out so you can pull the hearing aid out of your ear lost the bulb on the end. So that makes it hard to pull out. But I'm going to go down to Miracle-Ear and see if it can be replaced or what could be done about it. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied.

I love the hearing aids. They're very nice in the ear, and you can get in whenever you need to. Everybody at Miracle-Ear are very nice. Crystal is the receptionist and she's always nice. Bryan is the one that did my hearing test and my hearing aid. So everything's great. I'm very satisfied with them.

The appointments are convenient. You get them when you want or need them. They always treat you very nicely. If my next appointment is supposed to be in three or six months, they just do it right then and there and it's fine. The service is great, but the prices are too high. I wear the hearing aids when I have time. But I'm afraid of losing them because they've come off a couple of times. You cannot wear them with a mask and glasses because it just doesn't work. They slip off all the time. It's totally ridiculous.

They're lovely people. They're very helpful and kind and interesting. They take good care of me. I took my hearing aids back in because the little box that I put them in where they charged went on the fret. So I had to get another one. But they didn't have any more of those little boxes. They had to find one that they were using in the office and give it to me. So I’m a little worried about the support. I also noticed that the technology has changed drastically since I got these hearing aids about three years ago. So that worries me some that it changes so fast that maybe I missed out on something.

Miracle-Ear's customer service has been super to me. They give me a call beforehand and remind me of a thing. And if I have a problem and I can't make it, I give them a call and we reschedule. It's always been very pleasant. They are very knowledgeable. They check the hearing aid and clean it up. If I need a hearing test, I'd sit very comfortably. I'm not too crazy about wearing the hearing aids but they're helping my hearing. I hear better, sometimes, with them, and other times, it's a little difficult as everybody's trying to talk to me at once.
When I go in the office, I might have to wait. But that's everywhere. But once I'm in there with the gentleman, his whole attention is on me. And that's so important. They don't make me feel rushed. Get somebody that you trust, that they're knowledgeable in giving you directions on how to use the hearing aids and how to take care of them. That's the most important, having trust in the people that you deal with. I'm pleased that I gave Miracle-Ear a shot. I highly recommend them.

Their team is very helpful. I've been back in because one of the hearing aids wasn't working. The tech took one glance at it and said there was a broken wire and fixed it. Another time, the battery wouldn't go back in and the tech worked on it as he had time through the day. Before the day was over, they called me and said they found the problem and I was able to get it back right away. It was very good service. I've had a very good experience with the product. They have worked perfectly for me right from the beginning. They're comfortable and I hear very well with them.

I have Tinnitus and for years have had trouble hearing when people speak softly or on low tones. Lately my Tinnitus has been much worse and it seemed like my ears were stuffed with cotton. I decided it was time to get another hearing test. Ashley was fantastic and explained everything she was doing and why. I was shocked that my hearing had gotten so bad. I got the over the ear hearing aids and it is amazing. I am hearing things I haven't been able to hear for years, including my grandson. I wish I had gone in sooner.

I bought it because it's one of the more established products and I like the idea that I can adjust everything from the phone. Their reps were professional and courteous. I got the hearing aid that goes in the ear, and it seems to be functioning adequately. They're Bluetooth-able. It's a good feature. It's nice that it's on there and then you can control it from the phone.

The hearing aids seem something so small but cost so damn much. But it's been great. It has Bluetooth so I can have it my ear and answer the call and talk to it with my phone down on the side. But I gotta hold the phone up to my mouth, so it's not hands-free.

Miracle Ear's prices for hearing aids were better than the prices that my ENT doctor gave me. I've been going to Miracle Ear ever since and they give me excellent service. The guy that I deal with is very good. He is close to home and he'll arrange to see you if it's an emergency. I've been dealing with him for a number of years. My hearing aids help a lot, but I still have a problem understanding people with accents. I wish there was something that would give more clarity.

Five years ago, Miracle-Ear looked to be the most complete service. They looked to be a one-and-done type thing. They're great. We paid about $4,000, but their continuous cleaning and rechecking your hearing every year are great. I had the hearing aid that's inside my ear. It does pretty well in the volume. It doesn't seem to help a whole lot with low diction sounds in a normal conversation, but that's about as good as you're gonna get. There's been a lot of improvements in hearing aids since we got these and we've learned a lot about hearing and hearing aids. Overall, I didn't go without the hearing aids but it's maintained a pretty good lifestyle.

Miracle-Ear was great. Since we didn't know what we were doing, it was refreshing to know that my hearing could get better and they've been very supportive and there were lots of appointments. I've got the nicer hearing aids now that have the rechargeable batteries and lots of bells and whistles that attach to my phone. It's really very good. I appreciate it very much. About four days ago, I accidentally didn't put them in and I drove away from home and there was no chance to go get them right away and I struggled quite a bit during that day without them. So, I'm glad I have them. I'm having a much more professional experience now that Miracle-Ear got a new location. That's much appreciated. The physical building and office are much nicer than when we started. The people I've worked with through the years have all been very proficient in what they do.

I knew that Miracle-Ear's service would be better and it would be a lifetime commitment. I got the behind the ear hearing aid and initially, I got it because it was the one available to me at the time. Later on, I found that I was not using it when I went places because it could be seen. So, I tried the one that goes entirely into the ear, but it looked like a potato with an antenna. So, I ended up going back to the behind-the-ear one. The costs are coming down now but even with the discount that I got, $7,000 is a lot of money. Despite that, my hearing is more clear since I got Miracle-Ear. Their reps have always been lovely and I have not found fault with any one of them. They're always accommodating, warm, and friendly.

Miracle-Ear's hearing aids are fantastic. However, they have the Essentials program on the hearing aids and they tried billing my credit company without notifying me. I didn't realize what it was so we refused to pay it. Until they get a letter from the credit card company saying this has been resolved, I can't get insurance on the hearing aids.
I've contacted them several times and they tell me they cannot charge another credit card company 'til the first issue is resolved which ended up going on my wife's credit card, which got canceled and a new one reissued because of it. So, to me, that was resolved. They won't charge the insurance to another credit card, which is total **. So, I would not recommend Miracle-Ear to anyone after that.

I'm a small business owner and my wife always complains that I missed a lot in meetings. Since I've had my hearing aids, it's been a lot better. Miracle-Ear’s hearing aids have outstanding quality. My wife's voice frequency doesn't pick up with my hearing aids but all husbands say that. When I was in Rome, Italy, my hearing aid stopped and I panicked. So, I called my hearing aid person here in Las Vegas and she told me that she would call me back. About three minutes later, she called me back and asked me to go to this address and that they would look after me. I went there, and they fixed my hearing aid, gave me a trip supply of batteries and it cost me nothing. That was amazing. Because my wife was saying that if she had to go on this two-week trip and I couldn’t hear her, she would be in trouble. When I have an incident with my hearing aids, I get looked after immediately. Their service is impeccable and I would highly recommend them.

I like the customer service at Miracle Ear. The people there are nice. However, I've been having a lot of problems with the hearing aids. The Bluetooth does not easily to connect to my iPhone. Before this other one, I had to get it adjusted. The right one wasn't connected. It was fully charged but it just died. I kept on charging it but it didn't work. The hearing aids also make my ears itchy. A little plastic thing is sticking out and it bothers my ears sometimes. The hearing aids also stink because I could hear out of it sometimes, but I can't sometimes. The little steamy thing breaks easily. I call and and lady comes down and sees what's wrong with them. Most of the time, the tubes are disconnected from the earpiece but she didn't tell me why that happens.

I didn't realize how I couldn't hear. I had my TV up on 80 and I kept thinking the speaker was going out. But when I got the hearing aids, it was almost like I had been blind and didn't realize it because of the hearing. I've had them for six years now. Any little problem I have, all I do is call their rep and usually, he would try to get me in that day, if at all possible.

The people at Miracle-Ear are very nice, wonderful to work with, and they do a great job. Lindsey here in the League City office was exceptionally good. She was extremely thorough in the beginning and showed me the prices of everything so I could get an idea and she told me what would and would not really work well for me. I also really like that I can go in every three months and they will clean and change out the tips of my hearing aids and I'm good to go again. When I had dryness in my ear, they recommended the ProEar and it's an awesome product. It's oil that keeps your ear from itching and drying.
The only thing is the hearing aids were pricey, so I stayed middle of the line. The biggest negative that I had was with their phone app. It doesn't work well on Android. Maybe other people might be more encouraged to try it if it worked. I upgraded my phone and even with that, the app doesn't work on it. I was really disappointed. Customer service was extremely helpful and they put an older app on my phone. I was able to at least make two adjustments quickly, especially when I'm in a restaurant or someplace that's really noisy.
Other than that, Miracle-Ear has helped and has mostly amplified my hearing. I'm enjoying the product relatively well. Check them out and give them a try. I've already referred someone there. She went and her big deterrent was the price. She went somewhere else and got hearing aids for half the price of what Miracle-Ear was asking for.

The audiologist is thorough with testing and I felt very comfortable with him. I chose this out-of-network specialist over in-network based on location and customer care. When I would send in my hearing aids for a repair, they would give me loaners and they would take care of the problems. Everything went fine. I'm on my third pair and I like that they got Bluetooth and they're working pretty good. One thing I'm not crazy about is with the Bluetooth, my batteries only last about half as long. My battery life used to be like seven to 10 days and now, it's about three days.

Miracle-Ear’s office was clean, which I liked, and the people were polite and professional. Plus, the doctor seemed to care. I can hear well with my hearing aids and they're the best that I've had so far. I've had two additional pairs from other doctors but they don't seem to function as well as my Miracle-Ear hearing aids. I lost my right hearing aid though and I called Miracle-Ear. They told me that I was no longer a lifetime member so they couldn't replace the hearing aid for me. I thought lifetime means until you die but to them, lifetime only meant a year or two. And I didn't like that they wouldn't replace my hearing aids for me. So, I went somewhere and got two more hearing aids because, at the time, they didn't take Medicaid or my insurance at Miracle-Ear.
I couldn't get my hearing aid replaced because my income is not high enough where I could replace it myself with Miracle-Ear. So, it was a no-win situation all the way around. I hope one day Miracle-Ear accepts the type of insurance I have so I can replace that one hearing aid because I still have my one hearing aid, which operates better than both of the hearing aids that I got from the other people.

I had severe hearing loss. I got behind my ears hearing aids that have a molded thing that goes in my ears. They fit fine and the performance is excellent. I like being able to hear. Before, I was about to the point that I didn't go out anywhere because I couldn't hear what was going on around me. Miracle-Ear completely changed that. There are things that you can get from Miracle-Ear associated with them. They have this special streamer. I just press a button and it comes right in. The TV goes right into my ear. It's so great, especially at night when my wife's fast asleep. She doesn't like the TV loud. I did a lot of shopping and got positive feelings from the local outlet for Miracle-Ear. Customer service was excellent. They were some of the best and most caring professional people I've ever encountered. I got their behind-the-ear aids with disposable batteries. I chose this for the combination of price and features. Hearing aids are outrageously overpriced and border on robbery. There’s $30 worth of technology in each device. I recognize that professionals deserve to be compensated fairly for the services they provide in their profession, but the whole industry is bloated. There is very little, if any, insurance benefit to senior citizens who make up a huge portion of the population.
Another thing is the smartphone application was okay before but Miracle-Ear discontinued it and I'm forced to use a new one that is terrible. I used the new app last night and it kept losing its connection between my phone and the hearing aids. In order to re-establish the connection, I had to shut the phone down and reboot it in order to get the Bluetooth connection. That's a huge step backward. Overall, many of the other positives outweigh this one glitch with Miracle-Ear. I had a partial hearing loss and before contacting Miracle-Ear, it was annoying.

I had a major hearing loss and I could barely hear anything. I got Miracle-Ear and I'm very satisfied. My hearing aid fits well. It’s over the back of the ear then it has an earbud that goes in. I can use my cellphone to make adjustments on it so I don't have to try to figure out which ear I'm pressing which button for volume and for what noise level. That's a lot easier for me. Miracle-Ear has made it easier for me to understand what people are saying. It's just hard now because people wear masks on their faces.

I like my Miracle-Ear. It's my third one. I like their service. They're always polite. The one that I have now, the battery is rechargeable and they made sure I had batteries. If I ever had any questions, I could call. Debbie used to be the manager of the office that I went to and she was great. She retired because of COVID. But the new staff is wonderful and they've always been very fair, nice and I have a lot of confidence.

Everything has been wonderful. But I had an instance where a piece of the hearing aid fell off in my ear and I had to go to urgent care because there was nobody at the office. It was expensive and it was disappointing. Also, it's ridiculously expensive not being covered by my insurance but Miracle-Ear has been very good.

I was planning to try a number of different hearing aids and I put the Miracle-Ear one in and it was so transformative that I made an immediate decision. I have one with a plastic piece that goes in the ear and then the thing that goes behind the ear and it's battery-operated. The performance has been excellent. My only drawback is that I don't tend to wear it places like hiking because I'm so afraid of losing it. One of them feels more stable than the other in terms of being in my ears. I use it most days, but my main thing is professionally so I can hear on the telephone.
It's made a huge difference. I just wish they felt a little bit more secure. I have tried to go in and have this refitted and I've mentioned it to them. But it doesn't feel like anything has made that big a difference. I try to be careful. It's also very hard with masks too. I wear the mask all the way around my head and I don't try anything around my ears because of too much going on. But the hearing aids have helped accentuate the sounds of the world that contribute to functioning in the world. It's excellent. However, I have not yet downloaded the new program and the old program doesn't work on my phone. I tend to just do it manually to increase the sound, but I don't have the forward side that I had for a while on the app.

My experience with Miracle-Ear has been very good. It was very easy to get an appointment. The girl on the phone was very pleasant. I've seen a couple of different hearing specialists and they've been very thorough and pleasant. They make sure that all my questions are answered and any problems are taken care of right away. My Miracle-Ear is a behind-the-ear hearing aid with a little rubber plug that goes in the ear. They work well. I only had one minor problem and they sent it back and got it fixed right away. Otherwise, they've been great. The hearing aids made me feel more part of life. I can understand things better and I don't lose conversations. I can socialize better.

I've had my Miracle-Ear for three years now and it works for me. What I have is easily chargeable and I don’t have to replace batteries. It fits pretty good in my ears and it's not that visible. One thing is that when I have something go bad, I have to send them off so I'm without them for several days up to a week. It's very hard to hear while they're gone. Other than that, Heather at my local office is very professional and friendly. No matter what kind of problems I have, she acts real quick.

My Miracle Ear hearing aids are very good and my experience with Miracle-Ear's sales and customer service teams are very positive. The initial guy who did the assessment left then there were a couple people that were involved. But the last few times I've been there, it's nice that it's been the same person. I prefer consistency. The hearing aids are more functional with an iPhone than my Samsung, but I like it a lot. I'm able to control some things. The hearing aids are very expensive and I see a lot of ads and literature on hearing aids that are not as expensive but I'm assuming a lot of those are more basic models then they always try to upsell you.

Claire at Miracle Ear is wonderful. My husband went to her first and he was so pleased. I wanted to do business with them, but I wanted to make sure. I visited three different providers, and I was very impressed with Miracle Ear. They have an office that has equipment in it. It's not mail order. They were real upfront about pricing. They could have sold me more expensive hearing aids and I wouldn't have known the difference. But their recommendation to me was what I bought. Claire said, “If you were still working and in meetings, these are some features that you would probably appreciate. But from what you’re telling me about your lifestyle, I don't think that you need to spend the extra money, unless you want to.” I appreciated her. She was not pushing her agenda at all. She laid it out and let me decide. She let me ask questions and was very gracious about answering even probably the dumbest question she's ever heard.
I had gone to another place and asked if they could give me some prices. The rep asked how much I wanted to spend. I asked what was the difference between product A, B, and C and she said it depended on how much I wanted to spend which didn't even make sense to me. I would never do business with someone who talked to me that way. I used to be in sales and I always felt like I had to prove to them why they needed what I was selling. If I could prove to them what they needed, they would buy what I was selling.
The reps at Miracle Ear are very patient. They will get it right no matter what it takes. They allow plenty of time for us to talk to them and tell them everything that's going on. When I've had a problem, they've gone over and above to make sure that I got my hearing aids back real quickly. When I first got my hearing aids, I can hear the birds sing. I could hear me going through my hair full of hairspray. The sound of you running your fingers across your clothes or your counter is amazing. I had forgotten those sounds because I hadn’t heard them in so long. The cost is too high for what they are but if I needed hearing aids, I would do it again. We made the very best choice for us and we've recommended Claire several times to friends of ours.

My mom went to Miracle Ear for years, and she liked them. I met with them and connected well with Marlene. I trusted her because she took care of my mom so well. I've been with them since and this is my second set. When I bought them last week, they were the best ones that she had to offer. The only thing that I'm not thrilled about is they are rechargeable and I'm a little concerned about the dependency of having to get them charged again within the day.
We go camping and sometimes we're gone for a couple of days. I would have no way of recharging them. Unless at the last second I would remember to grab a charger, I have no way of continuing to have my hearing aid available. The cost for an additional charger is quite expensive. That's the only part I'm not happy with. Had I known that, I would have paid off my first ones and kept them rather than trade them in so I would have the ability to have my hearing available to me at all times. There could also be a portable charger like one has for a cellphone that will hold a charge. With the battery hearing aids, I was able to put them in a waterproof container, and when we were done canoeing, I could put them back in.

Miracle Ear has an excellent reputation. I've seen all these other ads of these $200 and $300 ones but I'm not wasting my money on those because they'll probably give out after a short while or are not effective. Also, the staff at Miracle Ear is extremely friendly. The guy that did the test was very efficient. However, wearing these masks sometimes rips my hearing aids out of my ear and I have to make sure they don't get lost in the parking lot.

The hearing aids I got now are rechargeable. I'm a very early riser and they will quit working before I'm ready to go to bed. With my others that had batteries, they’d go several days then all I had to do was pop a new battery in. But I like being hooked up to the Bluetooth. That part is good. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with them. The reps at Miracle Ear treated me very good. Sam in the Kearney office is a sweetheart. She fixed every problem I've had. I’ve only had one bad experience with customer service up there. I wanted a whole bunch of filters and cones, and the mean lady was dealing them out a couple at a time and it was like, “I can’t come up here every few days and get new filters.” She was a little short with me.

If you wanna go and have a hearing test, I would recommend Miracle Ear. They've done a thorough job with me with every time I’ve been in. My Miracle Ear hearing aids helped me. I can hear a little bit better. However, they were very costly.

Miracle-Ear gives good service. I worked with Israel and he understood how the systems work and won't work. The important thing is the guys in the office you're dealing with understand what your problems are and help with the solutions for them, which is what Israel did.

The help when I first got my hearing aids was spot-on and they told me what to expect. I also like it that I get very good warranty with them in case something went wrong with them. I like it that if I have an issue, I can get right in. I don't have to wait a month or two months. The ease of accessibility is super for me. Sometimes, the rep is a little hurried. Otherwise, I have no complaint. I love my hearing aids. I can tell a difference. I couldn't hear water running in the house. I couldn't hear rain, birds, and different pitches. Having Miracle Ear, it's like I had to get used to hearing certain things. Even driving down the road and cars passing me or how the tires react, I can hear all that now. That took quite a lot to get used to. I would do it for an hour or two at a time and after a while, I got used to it. Now, I'm to the point where I wear them all day, every day. If I take them out at night, it took all my hearing away.

The hearing aids helped some but not like my mother thought it would. At her age, there's probably not any kind of hearing aid that's gonna help her but she's had some issues with the hearing aids. She's going to have it fitted again. The reps have been great especially the guy that's been there lately. He's helped my mother a lot.

I'm happy with the service and the quality of the device. It works for me. At the time that I got mine, they didn't have rechargeable batteries or the type that was all in the ear. That was a big factor for me. I'm 65 years old and I have pretty big hands and fingers. I didn't want to be bothered changing batteries on a daily basis.

Miracle Ear had what I needed. Their technology seemed a little more advanced than a few other ones. However, there are some things I don’t like about Miracle Ear. You cannot connect your hearing aids and can’t hear anything. I gotta bring back the one that I have now because the wire broke off. I also had problems with the first set I had. They said, “No. We never had that before. It doesn’t happen.” These things happened. It caused a problem and a lot of time for me trying to figure out what was going on. But my local people are very nice. They did their best to handle my account. It’s the engineers at Miracle Ear or the management that are not too great.

My wife is doing very well with her Miracle Ear hearing aids. It's worked out very well with the adjustments on the phone. When she wears them, it's wonderful. When she doesn't wear them, it's a different experience. You have to look her right in the eye. Through our experiences, we've been very pleased with the Miracle Ear hearing aids. It's a wonderful product. There are some companies out there that are a lot cheaper but you get what you pay for. Every time we call Miracle Ear, we get a response. We have an appointment coming up very soon to go have them adjusted and cleaned. We were in Miami and now we're in the Pensacola area. The representatives in both places are wonderful and most helpful. They know what they're doing as far as adjusting and cleaning.

The hearing loss I was having was in noisy areas, restaurants, churches, or gatherings of some sort. I had difficulty understanding women and children too. I had difficulty with high-pitched voices and a high frequency, and I can hear better with my Miracle Ear. I can't say it's good for outdoor activities though. I don't have them on when I'm out in the yard working with loud equipment and sweating.
I have a traditional Miracle Ear that has batteries in it. It is not a rechargeable, and it's the type that has the loop around the ear. When I had an iPhone, it was great because I was able to use my iPhone independently. For example, I could be listening to music while my wife is watching tv or reading a book, and she couldn't listen to what I was hearing and it wouldn't disturb her. That doesn't happen with an Android though. I don't have an iPhone anymore and I can't link my hearing aids to an Android, which is disappointing. Apart from that, the service Miracle Ear has provided is 10 out of 10.

Outstanding in every way. The hearing aids took a little bit of getting used to, but all in all, the quality was very good as well as the comfort. The app on the phone isn’t as great as I thought it would be but it’s functional. Dexter, the rep, has been very helpful in many ways in helping me resolve that. So, that’s good also. We’re happy with Miracle-Ear.

The quality of the Miracle-Ear hearing aid is okay. It’s just I’m not used to wearing the earpiece. Sometimes, it feels like I got a finger in each ear stuck in there. I try to keep it there all day and Sometimes, I can. But sometimes, I can’t. Other times, I'm not sure if it's working right. I gotta take it back and talk to Miracle-Ear because I broke my phone and we reset everything. It seemed to work but it doesn't seem to work that good right now.

My mother-in-law is 89 years old and she couldn't hear anything. She misunderstood anything she heard so we had a very hard time communicating with her. Everybody was very frustrated. She already tried a couple of other haring aids and it didn’t seem to work. We came across a gentleman who was volunteering with my husband and he swore by Miracle-Ear. He showed us the new technology, gave us his name and number, and we went by his recommendation.
We're very happy with the quality of the hearing aids. My mother-in-law is almost deaf so they’re not going to bring her hearing back 100% but they're enough for us to communicate and she's able to hear well. Anytime we have a question or a problem, the reps have us come right in and we've been happy with everybody there at the office. They explained everything well as far as what was going on and what kind of things she could do to improve communication, and what we can do to improve communication. So, it's been a good experience and I'm very happy.

I'm enjoying my Miracle-Ear. It takes a while to get adjusted to it and there are times when it's a real pain like when I'm watching TV and I have to take them out if you're eating anything crunchy ‘cause I can't hear the TV over the crunch. Miracle-Ear's officers are good. My rep Anna is very knowledgeable. She's really good with me and she's really helpful. That's always a plus because hearing aids are hearing aids, no matter where you get them from. It's about the person you're talking to and how well they interact with you. Miracle-Ear's customer service is great. I just wish my husband would wear the hearing aids. The box he has can hear perfectly well. I have a very loud voice and it's just my nature to speak loudly. Even when he has the hearing aids in, I have a tendency to speak loud and he has to tell me, "Quiet." Without them, I can be facing him, in the same room, three feet away from him, and he still doesn't hear me.

I like the ability of the hearing aid to connect with the around-the-neck receiver and the opportunity to get different settings depending on the crowd I’m in. I’m very satisfied with Miracle-Ear. The hearing aids are good. I like them. I had problems one time, they sent it back and they got me another one. They’re very professional. Anything I need, I just call them up and they take care of me right away. They go out of their way to help just to make sure you’re satisfied and you have what you need. Sarah is the office manager. If I have problems with it, she stops by my house to make sure it’s set up with TV because I couldn't do it. She went out of her way when she didn’t have to. The guy that works there, Mark, is the same way. He's also very friendly and outgoing.

My experience with Miracle-Ear has been great, so far. I've had one of them go wacky on me and I had to send them in. I got another pair back within a couple of weeks. I've had them for a year and a half now. I like the fact that they link up to an Android app to control them. You can change the profile, of how your hearing for noisy environments, reverberating rooms. These are also rechargeable, which was another plus. I don't have to worry about batteries and trying to keep them. Wearable all day. They will last about 15 hours to recharge them and they're good to go for the next day. They also seem to be fairly comfortable. Didn't take a lot for me to get used to them. I thought it would, but it didn't.

I’m well satisfied with my Miracle-Ear. I had a little trouble at times with hearing if I don't turn it up though. On the telephone, I was having problems too if they didn't speak right into the speaker. But now, they put a new program in there and I just turn the program on and I do well. But I'm sure satisfied with the people over there at the hearing aid place. They have been very courteous, kind, and attentive. They also follow up real well. They help and they always tell me to call them over there at their local office if I have any problem.

Miracle-Ear was the first one that was able to get me some financing at the time I got my hearing aids. The only complaint I've ever had about it is how much it cost. The reps have good attitude and help any way they can. They know what they're doing. My hearing improved, but I still don't get it perfect every time. When I had to start wearing glasses, I had to work really hard to get used to wearing my hearing aids and glasses at the same time out of necessity.

When I am driving down the road, trying to listen to music and I have the air conditioning on, all I could hear is this roar. Plus, I've got bad ringing in the ears. Miracle-Ear tried to adjust my hearing aids so that might be relieved but I never could tell much difference.

My Miracle-Ear hearing aids are fantastic. They just slip in and out. The team in Rockford is so friendly. I’ve never had problems getting an appointment or getting in to see them. If it’s an emergency, I know I can get in and get something done. Miracle-Ear would be the number one recommendation.

I'm happy with Miracle-Ear's service. Every time I go, the reps are always very nice and they clean my hearing aids out. Two weeks ago, my hearing aid was not working right. Five minutes later I was done. I like that the hearing aid has the Bluetooth in there. What I had before, it was no Bluetooth so less convenience. My Miracle-Ear is also much easier to listen on the phone with. Additionally, it's clearer to listen to other people talking. I like the ability to have more frequencies versus what I have before.
But I wish the unit would be slimmer because when I wear glasses and my unit is too thick, it's a problem and it's much harder to put the hearing aids on. I have to take the glasses off. It's always a problem especially now with masks. Plus, it's also very easy to slide out. A slimmer look that sticks behind my ear is much easier. Other than that, I'm very happy with my unit.

I liked the reputation and the quality of service that I received at the Miracle-Ear location I went to. I explained to them that I had a twofold problem stemming from my ears. I have a vestibular migraine and part of that is a balance issue. When I had a test done in California, it was discovered that I had hearing loss and that was considered both mechanical and nerves. I gave Miracle-Ear a copy of my tests. They did their own testing and agreed with the conclusion that hearing aids would help. I was missing words and unless you were speaking directly at me, I was really having trouble picking up the conversation. With the hearing aids, I'm able to accomplish that and it’s much better.
I have the behind the ear model and it has Bluetooth. I still go in for tweaks on frequencies. James at the Miracle-Ear location explained to me, “It's part of your brain learning. Because your hearing has decreased over the years. And so, your brain is used to that decrease, so it's a matter of teaching it, retraining it, to be able to hear different sounds again and sequences.” The only drawback with the whole thing is because of COVID and wearing the mask, trying to get the mask off without having your hearing aids pop off is a real challenge. James showed me a way of doing it and it works sometimes. But sometimes, it doesn’t. I also wear glasses so I got all that extra stuff behind my ears.

I am a virtual teacher, so I do a lot on Zoom on the phone. Miracle-Ear had a hearing aid that had Wi-Fi and that would be a good fit for me. The reps were very welcoming. One rambled a bit, but that was okay. He took good care of me. I got a good price for the hearing aid that I have and I'm enjoying it.

The two ladies that work there at Miracle-Ear are fantastic. Gabby is the receptionist, and Gina, the one who works on the ears, are both very good. I'm very pleased with the hearing aids. They're very easy and comfortable. I have to check twice before I go in the shower to make sure I don't have them on. The last test that I had showed a bit of improvement.

The single biggest frustration is that if you get sweaty, you can't wear the hearing aids because it will ruin them. So in the summer months, they're not as useful as I would like them to be. Also, I understand that the controls that you could do with your phone are connected to the hearing aids through Bluetooth. There are a lot of features available for iPhones, but those are not available for Android phones. So, none of those features are available to me, and that has been very disappointing. My mother can control hers all she wants with her phone. I tried to do that and learned that only if I had an iPhone would that work well. Other than that, the quality is good. They met my needs. The people over here at the local Miracle-Ear office are awesome.

I used to have a little ringing in my right ear. Miracle-Ear hearing aids are the only ones that have that ringing in the ear type of equipment. Also, their reps are always very friendly and answer any questions that I have. Anytime the hearing aid is blocked, we just call them and they go and clean it, and very good servicing on our hearing aids. We're very pleased with them. I recommended them, and my friend got two hearing aids.

I had Audibel on for a couple of years, but I wasn't satisfied with them. I decided to try Miracle-Ear and I've been there about three years now. So far, I'm happy. I went there about a month ago and I had them re-check my hearing. The hearing aids worked and they've been working ever since I had them. I can hear a lot better. Miracle-Ear cleans them every time I go in there. The reps are very courteous and efficient. They know what they're doing.
When we bought these hearing aids, they were very expensive but Miracle-Ear told us that we would be able to have them fixed forever. The last time we went, they told us that the next time we go, it's going to cost us hundreds of dollars because our warranty ran out. We didn't know that would ever happen. We thought that would be a minimal charge to have them fixed, but they didn't make us understand that. So now, I'm hoping nothing goes wrong with it.
When one of the hearing aid conked out and I went Miracle-Ear, they did something and fixed it. It lasted all our whole time for 2020. But when I went this last time, one of the hearing aids was acting up and giving me static. They did something and that's when the rep told me that I'd have pay any repairs the next time. I asked him how much and he said, "It depends." But it could be around 200 dollars to fix one of them. So that kind of set me back. But so far, it's gone along good. I'm happy with them right now and I've been happy ever since I had them because Miracle-Ear fixed it a couple of times and I was satisfied with their service and the maintenance that they did on the hearing aids.

I started with Miracle-Ear years ago because they were recommended. I love the office that I go to. Their staff, Ellie, provides a great personal service. Anna, the technician, is great, too. They both have great personalities and customer service attitudes. Before, most people said I was deaf. I’ve had Miracle-Ears for about 10 years now and my hearing improved quite a little bit. The cost of the hearing aids is up there but the quality’s good. The new ones are very interesting. I just got a new pair not long ago. They're different and I hear everything with them.

People told me they were happy they got the Miracle-Ear hearing aids. I thought I'd try them. My daughter took me in, I got a hearing evaluation and I was happy with it. Pam restored my hearing that I never had before, and I'm very happy about it. I’m happy with the hearing aids. I’d be lost without them. I can hear everybody else talking in the restaurant. When I walk out of the house in the yard in the morning, I can hear the birds singing now. I can also finally hear my kids when they talk to me. It made my life a lot better.

Jessica, over here in Wilbraham, is the best as well as her assistant, Lisa. They're both wonderful, very accommodating and good. I had trouble with my last set that I bought with the financing and Miracle-Ear is probably not gonna use that company again because they were absolutely terrible. Miracle-Ear is a tad expensive but it cost me nothing for my quarterly checkups. Still, I would love to be able to afford the one that you put in your ear and you can recharge the batteries and not have wires hanging out. With this mask mandate, I have almost lost my hearing aids a couple of times. I wear glasses and the mask and hearing aids, and you have to be constantly aware that they're there when you're taking off and putting on your mask. But my experience is fine. The rep put in some new things in there and they're working fine. They look like cones instead of little mushrooms on the end of the hearing part.

I bought the best one Miracle-Ear had. I got a battery type. It's a better find than my old ones because of the new technology. Once they got them set up, they were decent. The lady I bought them from was very good. I bought an extended warranty when I bought them. I paid for the warranty for a year, but I haven't heard anything from any warranty people.

Th reps were all terrific and we like that they scheduled appointments to keep checking on everything. The Miracle-Ear hearing aid cost $3,000 so we weren’t too happy with that but the quality seemed to be good. My husband’s hearing loss wasn't severe but it was starting to get worse as the months went by. It has improved and when he doesn’t wear the hearing aids, I get annoyed.

It's not a very good item that we've got and the return as far as getting the other one repaired and getting it back has not been very good too. We're on our second week now with this loaner. I made an appointment, did the hearing test and the rep went over the different options of Miracle-Ear hearing aids I could get. I said okay right away and I signed up, and I had the hearing aid in a couple of days. It’s been good and if I have any problems, such as with wax build-up, I make an appointment and I go in and get the hearing aid cleaned out and repaired. I had the insurance on the hearing aids when I lost them. So I got them replaced for free. So, it was well with it.

My late father acquainted me with Miracle Ear when I began needing assistance with my hearing several years ago. I feel badly for those who have had negative experiences with Miracle Ear. It is obvious they have never met Jim. I was introduced to Jim ** at his Beaverton Oregon office. Jim excels in his knowledge of the product he represents. What makes him unique is his ability to understand different types of hearing loss. This coupled with his 'know-how' in pairing that knowledge with the individual need makes a winning combination.
This product has made an enormous difference in my life: especially in my social activities. Jim is a caring person. The response to this is friendship. Jim has become my friend. He is a forthright person and one I can trust. We have moved to Vancouver. The traffic is impossible and now requires at least an hour of time to reach the Beaverton office. There is a Miracle Ear office right around the corner but we continue to make the trip to see Jim. I have total confidence in Jim **. I would recommend him and the product to anyone.

I feel absolutely good about Miracle Ear. My mom feels good about it too. They're awesome at the local office. They work with me with the timing to get there. During covid, I don't have to go in with my mom. She's comfortable going in and she feels safe with them. I'm happy for the covid precaution that they are taking. The hearing aid is expensive but for you to get the quality, you got to pay for it. I'm comfortable with it 'cause that's the only one my mom was comfortable with the size of it.

The lady in charge over at Miracle-Ear, Laurie, is very respectful and helpful. The hearing aids are great. At first, I had a problem because they were so complicated for somebody my age. But she sold me the most expensive pair. I'm still paying them off. So it was a good experience and I've been able to hear a lot better than I was hearing before with other hearing aids. I just upgraded to a new pair. But the previous pair that I had are still working. It has lasted 10 years. It was just that the warranty on them has run out so I upgraded.
I like my new hearing aids with my phone and I can then control the volume for different things that I do, like when I'm in the car or when I'm watching television. The old pair wouldn't do that. So, I have an app for my hearing aid. I also have that little thing that I can wear around my neck. If I'm hospitalized, I could use it to my advantage because I could hear better with it. So the new hearing aids has a lot of bells and whistles. It has been very helpful.

I heard good things about Miracle-Ear from other people so I checked them out. Customer service was great. My first interaction customer service was because I broke my non-Miracle-Ear hearing aids and they were repaired that for me free of charge. I visited with them a couple more times after that and I saw a salesperson when I came around.
My first pair of hearing aids were just average. But switching to Miracle-Ear is like going from a Volkswagen to a Cadillac. The ability to control the treble and bass was better. The app that they have for my cell phone is indispensable for using my hearing aids. They're excellent and so is their service. There is a huge amount of difference mostly in one-on-one interactions. My hearing aids are expensive but you get what you pay for.

If I haven't saved some money before I retired, I'd never been able to afford the hearing aids. It's ridiculous that it costs that much money. I'm waiting for them to break them down. But I recommend Miracle-Ear and I also bought my brother a pair.

I've noticed a difference since I've had my Miracle Ear hearing aids. The cost was a little high but the service is good and the hearing aids function the way they advertised. I’m very satisfied with them. They work well with the glasses but a year and a half ago when we started putting on masks, it was a beehive sometimes getting the mask off from my ears because the hearing aid would come with it.

My wife has had hearing issues for many years now and getting quality hearing aids that actually fit comfortably is difficult with her. On our first visit with Eileen ** from the San Diego Miracle Ear store, was able to assess my wife’s hearing level take molds of her ears, and assisted us in choosing the prefect hearing aids for my wife’s needs. Eileen then noticed that my wife’s current hearing aids were not working properly and actually loaned my wife a temporary pair of hearing aids until she receives her own. I thought this was a incredibly sweet gesture that is not often seen in businesses anymore. THANK YOU VERY MUCH EILEEN ** FROM MIRACLE EAR SAN DIEGO.

The store has great people and my device works good. I run the soundboard for a church and I can pinpoint the music more. Sometimes I'll wear them going out, but when I'm outside or down the garage working (I've been a mechanic for 50 years), I don't wear them 'cause I don't need them down there. I'm so comfortable with my Miracle-Ear, I forget about it. I go in the shower with them on till I hear it make a sound. I take them off, blow them out, take the batteries out, then air dry it.

The hearing aids are great. They're comfortable. Wearing a mask is an annoyance that causes me to accidentally pull the hearing aids off my ear all the time. But I've been fortunate and I haven't accidentally damaged them by dropping them on the ground. They're easy to insert and clean. I notice the difference in clarity of sounds around me when I wear them. It is so cool to have Bluetooth connected. I’m very pleased. I have to learn to stay near my phone if I’m having a conversation when I'm wearing my hearing aids because I forget that even though I have the freedom to not have my phone in hand, it becomes weaker as I get further away from it. That’s a wonderful piece. If I wanna listen to a program on my phone, I can listen via my hearing aids while moseying around outside and doing my gardening.
I love Dina, the specialist at the Miracle-Ear office in Salem, Oregon. She is so personable and friendly and warm and knowledgeable. I'm privileged to get acquainted with her. Shortly after I got the hearing aids, I lost them, and so I had to get a loaner pair. But that loaner pair was wonky. The day I went and got them and she put them in and I left the office, I could tell right away that something was wrong. But even though my appointment was finished, I turned around and went right back. They were very gracious and helped me get everything working properly. I have had difficulty getting my health plan batteries delivered by mail. They haven't been coming. But they've been collecting my premium, which is understandable. So when I had my last hearing aid adjustment a couple weeks ago, Dina gave me a couple of packages of batteries.

The people that I've worked with at Miracle-Ear are excellent. They're nice people and not pushy. Everything's clearer now that I'm using my hearing aids. I hear better. I have a little bit of trouble with outside noises like the air conditioner. But otherwise, I'm very satisfied with it. I would recommend Miracle-Ear. They were the best.

My mother can hardly hear anything without her Miracle-Ear hearing aids. They're good because she can pretty much hear with them. I take her to all her appointments. I love the local office. They're wonderful. The team is very courteous, respectful and helpful. They try to explain everything the best they can. And with my mother, that's not always the easiest, but they will take time and explain and make sure she understands what's going on and what they're doing. They always check and follow up and make sure that everything's going good and that they're working well. If it's time for cleaning, they always make sure they keep a schedule for cleanings and follow-ups.
A while back, my mother was like, "I can't hear anything." The hearing aid was just clogged up. I called Miracle-Ear and they got me in the same day. They're trying to schedule people where there's no more than one person in the waiting room and one in the back. That way, you're not on top of each other. They're keeping everything clean and they wear a mask. They're doing a great job. I love the way they've treated momma. I referred several people to them.

Miracle-Ear was close. Some of the people at the retirement center had used them, and someone there said to go to Miracle-Ear. So, I did. My mother's hearing was getting progressively worse, and she was getting really frustrated. We were yelling and frustrated. We did get hearing aids, and they work fine. She has a significant loss. So, it's hard for her still sometimes to distinguish words. She has to have a hearing aid to hear much of anything. She's 101. So, if she can hear anything, we're happy.
The audiologist came over to the house to help us when we first got the connection that connects the TV to the hearing aid. I was having trouble with that. He helped me set that up here at home. The customer service is excellent. I like their office, too. As far as the price, I was gonna pay whatever they said, so it didn't really matter. We did get a discount because it was a discount time it was running. We like Miracle-Ear. It's a good hearing aid. It works for us.

My Miracle-Ear device makes things easier when I'm in a group of people and a lot of different people are talking. I like the Bluetooth thing, that when my cell phone rings, it'll ring in my ear, and I can talk to people in my ear. But, it can also be a feature I don't like. we've had instances when we were having to have a conference call, and I forget that I have it on my ears, and I can hear it so loudly. I go with it and I forget that other people can't hear what the people are saying and only I can. I start talking and then I go, "Oh, I'm sorry. You can't hear." So then I push the speaker.
The people that are in the office here are very professional. They go out of their way to do whatever they can for you. I can't say enough nice things about them. My husband just got new hearing aids a couple of weeks ago and he has very bad hearing. We were having some trouble with the whistling but we didn't have an appointment 'cause we were gone on vacation. We came home and just stopped at Miracle-Ear. They looked at his ear and they knew what was going on. There was impacted wax and we got all that taken care of. We had to buy the best hearing aids that Miracle-Ear had, so it was expensive. But my husband made the choice to buy the Miracle-Ear rather than get them for free from the VA. That says a lot. Give Miracle-Ear a try. You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

I know that Miracle Ear hearing aids are very expensive when compared to other brands. But what You don't know is that you get an incredible customer service where they clean your hearing aids, give you free batteries, even replace parts all for free and with a smile. If you added all the extras you get from Miracle Ear, you would easily see that you would end up paying much much more with other brands. I suggest that you visit a ME store and ask them of all the services that they offer for free and how long your hearing aid would last, then compare with other hearing aid brands. DO THE MATH! You will see that you come out way ahead with Miracle Ear! Take this from a tight wad. I've done the math!

I've had some problems with the Miracle-Ear hearing aid but I've gone back in and the representative was able to help me out with it. I've had good service with the people here in Vancouver, Washington and they've always been very cordial and prepared to answer any questions that I might have had. So, I'm happy with them.

I had a few minor problems but Miracle-Ear got it straightened up. They were a little expensive though. I paid $3,000 for the one I had and I could have gotten something a little better for that much money. But everything is good and I’m not complaining.

I'm well-pleased with the hearing aids. It allowed me to participate and hear things much better. But there was a recent change in the software that I've not been happy with. I used to be able to alter the volume and the program by pushing a button on one hearing aid. Now, I have to either use my iPhone to set it or do it on both. But I like the Bluetooth feature, where the audio from my phone goes directly to my hearing aids. If my phone is linked to the car, then the sound comes through the car audio system. If my phone is not the one that's linked, it goes directly to my hearing aids.

I couldn't hear people talking to me and that has changed since I've gotten hearing aids. Me being a senior citizen, you chat at the table. And since I can hear, it's a lot better. The reps have been very helpful and the customer service has been very good. They've been very open to anything that I've had problems with. So everything has been fine. Miracle-Ear has good service and they work.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Miracle-Ear in West Pembroke Pines. The customer service and dedication from their Technician Sandy and Coordinator Diana are outstanding! I have taken my Mom's hearing aids there several times and all repairs and maintenance was done impeccably! I highly recommend Miracle Ear!!!

These are great hearing aids. Work well. Great service. Free cleanings. A free hearing test yearly. You also receive free adjustments. Another thing I like is how easy it is to get an appointment. I highly recommend them.

Both Destiny and Betty worked hard to research my insurance coverage, made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision and answered all my questions. From the time I've purchased Miracle-Ear, they have kept up with me. They call me and set up appointments for having the hearing aids checked on a regular basis and make sure they're cleaned properly. They're on time for the appointments. There's no sitting and waiting. They've been great with service and I'm totally satisfied.

I had been playing the game of deciding on getting hearing aids for about seven years. Part of the reason was the cost. I kept putting it off. Two years ago, we went out to California and visited my grandson and my stepson. They speak quietly in their home so I had a hard time hearing what they were saying. I figured I should get my hearing taken care of.
Miracle-Ear is close by to where my house is. They’re really good. They would call me a day before and say, “You have an appointment tomorrow at 4:00, just making sure you’re okay.” Everything has been worked out fine as far as getting back to me and being patient with me. I ended up getting a refurbished pair before when I did the model changes and it worked out fine. I actually had two different audio people. In the location I went to, there was a guy that was running the Gahanna store. He ended up coming to help out the Broad Street store. On the whole, there has been an improvement in my hearing as far as being able to understand things that are going on around me.

It was easy for me to go to their location. I knew there was something not quite right with my hearing and they offered to test it. The cost of the hearing aids is a little bit high but I appreciate that the sound is very good.

I'm a five-year customer and my quality of life has gone up. My hearing improved slightly once I started using the hearing aids regularly. My biggest problem was the female range. Every time, I'd have to come back into the room and ask what my wife said. That's improved dramatically. Also, when I wear my hearing aids, especially in restaurants and in crowded or noisy areas, even in the car, it acts like it's noise cancelling.
My biggest benefit when I bought my new set of hearing aids was iPhone connectivity and one of the new noise canceling modes, theater mode and restaurant mode. I use those most settings the most and it'd be nice if I can be able to access those modes from the little switch on the left ear when I change modes. It's not super inconvenient, but I have to whip up my phone and go into the app if I want to get into that mode.
Another improvement that would be great is, if they can find a way to not have the hearing aids amplify fan or refrigerator motor sounds. Those things get picked up well, which is not good. Not the desired sound you want to constantly hear. I put the device in that noise canceling mode and then it can take out the sound. I have recommended Miracle Ear, and I've already got two friends who also got them.

The team has been great. If I’ve had issues, they take care of it. They’re very courteous and professional. The device I got goes behind the ear and a little white thing comes down. It was about six grand and it felt like it worked well. It’s comfortable to wear. It’s not overly plain, but it's well-hidden. A lot of people don't really know that I’m wearing them. It's done what I wanted it to do too. I am satisfied. I've recommended Miracle Ear and they've gotten a couple of sales from people I've recommended.

The person with whom I dealt originally was very professional and very helpful, but she is no longer with Miracle Ear and I have since moved to a new location. The gentleman that I talked to here in Santa Cruz is very capable and very helpful. However, I became eligible for a set of hearing aids from the Veteran Administration, which I like better. They are better than the Miracle Ear ones. Still, I liked my Miracle Ear hearing aids when I had them and I’m keeping them as a backup second set.
