The salesperson Piper was professional and friendly. She helped pick out the perfect bed for my specific health concerns. The store manager Chris helped make me feel at home with the Sleep Number brand. Obviously he is very passionate about the product and company and assured me that the sleep number bed would have a positive outcome for my family. The delivery team was exactly on time, quick, and we're very concerned about my property. They clearly explained how to use the bed. I would highly recommend to everybody. The I8 bed has already been amazing. It has been a game changer for my family's health issues. Thanks so much!!

Great job and courteous staff. Covid compliant. Very knowledgeable. Sleep Number bed is a great bed. Great quality. Staff explained the phone app and remote functions very clearly. Love the under bed lighting, it comes in very handy. No stubbed toes for late night trips.

This is my 3rd Sleep Number bed. Love the beds. My husband and I loved the 1st 2 beds. This 3rd one is for me. Lost my husband 3 years ago so went from split king to queen. The new controls for my bed is easy to use and love the good night sleep.

District, regional managers and leadership team. My mother is bedridden and you have failed on product support. I need a phone call to discuss solutions. Appointment is set for 12/14 from an original call of 11/18/20 to schedule service on Sleep Number. I have been in retail management for 30 years and am blown away at the level of urgency.

From the moment my wife and I entered the store to the delivery and set up of our purchase was nothing short of the most outstanding customer service experience I’ve had while making a major purchase. The salesperson Shanna, was phenomenal. She answered all of our questions, gave us multiple demonstrations, and helped us make the decisions that would be best for us. Upon delivery, the team was timely, courteous, friendly and professional. During and after set up answered all questions, and gave demonstrations on how to operate. Awesome experience! I would highly recommend Sleep Number with SleepIQ!

We've owned our Sleep Number bed about 18-20 years now and still love it. I've had several surgeries and this bed has helped my recovery immensely. I would recommend it for anyone at any age. With the adjustable settings it's great.

We purchased an adjustable bed frame and mattress in July 2020. After sleeping on the bed, we were not satisfied - felt like it was more of an air mattress, so we requested a refund. We then found out only the mattress was part of the refund - they do not allow the adjustable frame to be returned. Our salesman did NOT mention that when he raved about how they allow you to return for a refund within a certain amount of days. No way would we have spent that much on a bed frame knowing it was not able to be returned if we were not happy with it.
Moving on to when the delivery guy came to pick up the mattress. We originally purchased 2 remotes as we didn't want to use the app and he said he would return them for us and we would get a refund. 2 months later we still haven't received a refund and every time I call to inquire they say it wasn't processed and they would process it right then. After another call tonight, I was told the same thing and now told it will take 1 - 2 billing cycles to get the refund for the remotes. What a nightmare this whole process has been!

Great new i10 bed. Only one nite use so far. Love it!! Set up crew was on time and did a great job. Showed us how to use cell phone app controls and set up our profiles etc. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Left us no mess at all. Would recommend to anyone.

ABSOLUTE WORST POST PURCHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! We spent $6,658 and have absolutely nothing to show for it!!!! We ordered our bed on Halloween and Sleep Number called to let us know it was in and would be delivered on Wednesday, November 25th between 1pm and 4pm. We received a call early that morning confirming the delivery and another call mid day to let us know that the delivery team was in route with our new bed. They never showed up. We received a call later saying one of the delivery people were sick and they would not be able to deliver.
My husband offered to help unload and carry in the bed even though we paid $199 for delivery and setup. We had disassembled our old bed and placed it outside on the porch as they were supposed to haul it away. It had rained all day and our old bed got damp. We ended up having to drag our old, damp top mattress back inside the house and laid it on the floor so we would have something to sleep on that night. We didn’t see any point in putting our bed back together and moving all of our furniture back into the room since they were supposedly coming back on Saturday to deliver or new bed.
My husband offered to help with the bed if they would just bring it, but they never showed up. We received an email the next day (Thanksgiving Day) stating our bed would be delivered the following Saturday (November 28th between 4pm-7pm). We never received a confirmation call so we called them that morning and they confirmed our delivery time. Sadly, they never showed up. We tried to call the store repeatedly and were put on hold. I asked to speak with Andrew (salesperson that sold us the bed). He was too busy making sales to speak with me or call me back. I'm sure he collected his commission from the bed he sold us. I called multiple times to speak with the store manager and was put on hold multiple times for long periods of time only to give up, hang up and try to call back again. I finally spoke the manager (wish I would have gotten her name) and she said she would contact the delivery supervisor and call me back. She never did.
We reached out to corporate customer service via phone and they were no help. I contacted corporate customer service via chat 3 - 4 times and got nowhere. It is now past 10pm and I still have no bed. Again, we spent $6,658 and $199 of it was for delivery and setup. You would think that the customer service would be A+ considering the amount of money I paid for a product I have been billed for, but have yet to receive, but it is piss poor at best!!!! I will be contacting corporate again on Monday (today is Saturday) higher up the chain (if it’s even possible to reach anyone) to inform them about our experience and cancel our order and ask that they refund the money that we spent. It's really sad, because I really loved the bed, but in the end, we got screwed. BUYER BEWARE!!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A SLEEP NUMBER BED, ESPECIALLY FROM THE PEORIA, ILLINOIS SLEEP NUMBER STORE.

First, the salesperson at the Sleep Number Store was very helpful as soon as we walked in the door. She showed us how the sleep number bed could help with our back pain issues. Then helped us determine the best one for us. She was very professional and personable throughout the experience. The communication for delivery was excellent. I knew when to expect it up to the minute with the tracker. The delivery men were completely professional, courteous and helpful. The set up was completed quickly and they demonstrated the use of the remote control before leaving. We are very happy with this experience.

Just reporting that your pillows are by far worth every penny! Best night sleep ever! A definite “must have”! I’ve tried other pricey pillows and they were never supportive enough. Sleep Number pillows are just like their beds- excellent and adjustable- the 3 layer pillow.

My bed is at least 13 years old. I purchased $116 worth of parts last week and made it like new. Unbelievable, I will never do without a Sleep Number bed. It changed my wife and my sleep and have had no pain or aches since the purchased. The representatives are extremely knowledgable and treat you like royalty. I can't say enough GREAT about Sleep number.

Our bed was delivered approximately 3 weeks after it was promised and rescheduled. While it was set up in a timely manner and the technicians were nice enough (even though they reeked of cigarette smoke) and set the bed up much more quickly than we anticipated. The gentleman went over the bed operating instructions and helped us set the firmness. All was good and we were excited for a good night's rest... Approximately 3:00 PM I went upstairs to fold laundry and thought I'd take a quick lie down in my bed. I was SHOCKED to find that I sank into the "mattress" as I had set it quite firm. I looked on my phone app and it said my Sleep Number was at 100--definitely not the case. I attempted to change the sleep number and heard a clicking but no change in the air pressure. My husband's side was doing the same.
I called customer service and after some troubleshooting my call was escalated to a supervisor. The supervisor I spoke with, Kim, was ridiculously awful. She kept insisting our bed have two plugs and it only has one. She also insisted that the pump box should have a black face (it doesn't) and had me unplug an air hose from my side of the bed and then put me on hold to "check some other things out" while I was holding this hose. After about 30 minutes with her, I asked to be transferred to her supervisor and she informed me she was as high as I could go! HA. She gave me a phone number for a voicemail box that I could call and my call would be returned "sometime" but that's all she could do.
At this point, I called my salesperson, a good friend and she had me call the store. A rep at the store attempted to help me but no luck. My husband was doing his own troubleshooting on our BRAND NEW multi-thousand dollar bed and I spent time circling around customer service reps. Finally, after an hour and a half of this, I spoke with an agent that offered to send a new pump out overnight--except it is Thursday, nearly 5PM so it will not be shipped until Friday for Monday delivery. Since we had them remove our old bed, that leaves myself and my DISABLED VETERAN husband with no place to sleep.
The nice agent that offered to send me a pump escalated my call to another supervisor whom offered us a $200 credit to allow us to find a temporary bedding solution (ha--an air mattress, how ironic) until we can get the new pump that we have to install OURSELVES because the wait for a tech is 2-3 weeks. So here we are, with no bed to sleep in for at least the next 4 nights with HOPES that the pump they send us to install ourselves (last time I checked we were not on the Sleep Number's payroll for tech) and if that doesn't remedy the problem I was told, "We'll start over with the checklist." None of this bodes well for their "Better night of sleep" promise. In fact, the stress and reality of this experience has me wanting to return the bed and seek out a Tempurpedic--as so many of my friends suggested.

This is my third Sleep Number bed. I was disappointed to be charged so much for delivery. First off I wasn't told of the fee until I questioned it. Second I should have an option to pay for set up or to pickup. My other two were just shipped to me. I spent over $6,000. and do not feel I should of paid for delivery. This is a class act company and that was not cool.

Really appreciate your feedback, Mary! While we've previously offered UPS Shipping on all our beds, our 360 Smart Beds are only available with Home Delivery, they cannot be shipped with UPS. We do offer our Value Series that will ship with UPS, and we occasionally have promotions where we cover the cost of Home Delivery.

Having the ability to set my side of the bed to my sleep number gives us both a much better nights sleep. My husband has back issues with the sleep number bed he can change his number to help take the presser presser off his back when he changes positions.

The heater is not comfy. It is hard, solid. We put a towel over one side to help out. Is there another item we can buy to help? Will go to store and attempt to use some of our coupons, but might still be too expensive.

I love the bed, it’s extremely comfortable! Very easy and quick set up. Love the split top that allows us to be independent but then still comfortable together. My number is 35 and his is 95 so it allows us both to sleep the way we want. There’s no argument over getting a firm or soft mattress. Only downside is the noise it makes during night when adjusting, but you can turn that feature off. Best investment we’ve made for sure!

We absolutely love our king bed. It is comfortable because we can each adjust the firmness on our side of the bed. It's adjustable for sitting up to read in bed. Highly recommend them. The foot raises to lift your tired feet after a long day at work.

Visited the Peachtree City Sleep Number store twice. Our saleswoman was excellent! She showed us our options and gave us our Sleep Number. She was wonderful to deal with! I went with my son and daughter-in-law first and then convinced my husband to get evaluated and look at these beds! I can't wait for our Sleep Number bed to arrive so we can try it out! We are awaiting a good night's sleep!

Called because my pump stopped working a few weeks ago and this was the first chance I have had to call. Pump was checked and found to be faulty. New pump has been ordered and I have received a confirmation email. Customer service representative was fantastic. I also really love my bed. Sooo comfortable even when I have really painful days.

The Sleep Number staff at the store were friendly, professional and knowledgeable as were the delivery team. They explained how to operate all of the controls and safety features. Since we received our ILE 360 Smart bed in mid Sept, we have had nothing but issues with raising/lowering the bed. Consistently getting errors. Errors with iPhone app: unable to connect to bed. So I bought a remote...now I'm getting E3 errors. I've called support 3 different times. The bed will work then stop again. I finally told them I wanted someone to come to the house. They can't come until Dec. 4th. So I'm paying $7k for a bed that isn't working.

The E3 error indicates that the adjustable base isn't communicating, which can be caused by using a Surge Protector or by not having the remote synced correctly. I asked about services for a bed leaking air. I was asked about the caps to seal the air bladder. I could not find mine. I was mailed replacements. I will now cap the bladder to determine the source of the leak.

A few weeks ago I purchased a very expensive bed from Mattress Firm. Within 4 days, the mattress failed (developed a large lump with divots on both sides). I could not sleep on it, so I paid the $600 to have it returned and drove to Killeen to a Sleep Number store. After 45 minutes of discussion and trial, I ordered a Sleep Number mattress. I look forward to delivery. That is the only downside so far -- delivery takes three weeks.

I was incredibly overwhelmed with the choices of mattresses on the market. I had researched the best rated mattress and found it depends on the reviewer. After asking for recommendations from friends on FB, I was advised to try Sleep Number. After testing multiple other mattresses, Sleep Number met all our wants and wishes. Our salesman was so knowledgeable and helped us pick the right mattress for us.

My boyfriend and I worked with Je'Cole when we came to the store. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, and she explained more than I could have dug up myself on the website. She definitely pushed us over the edge to buy when we move in the next month without actually being pushy.

We purchased what turned out to be a defective, glorified, and seriously overpriced air mattress on an equally overpriced and totally broken adjustable base. You have to hold for 45 minutes minimum to get anyone in customer service. They took their terrible mattress back after the trial period was over (we complained right away but they INSIST you try it for the full 30 nights and it was the WORST 30 nights of sleep we have ever had). They left us with an un-useable, broken bed base. We were yo-yo-ed back and forth between Sleep Number & Leggitt & Platt customer service (the makers of the base) FOR WEEKS! They both blamed the other company stating that the problems were the other companies and we waisted countless HOURS on the phone with no resolve.
We have since issued a change back with the financing company in the hopes of resolving this. SleepNumber finally picked the broken base up and is now refusing to give us a refund. They claim that the return is "unauthorized" because they want us to accept another base as an exchange. All we want is to be refunded and to BE DONE with this terrible company. Please, if you are even thinking about purchasing a bed from from SleepNumber, DON'T!

We bought a $5000 bed and in less than 4 years the mattress slopes of the side of the bed. I called support and they knew the issue saying it was the outer mattress cover and they are $1000. But I would get the discounted price of $350. Are you kidding me! I spent $5000 dollars on this junk. Never again. Heading to the bbb and every place I can review.

Every time I am given coupons they NEVER work when applied... I have had to call the 877 number and wait forever or use the online chat. The customer service is terrible... I spent over 40 minutes with a rep yet to not have the referral coupon code work. They are a bait and switch company... I have spent over $15,000 on beds...was going to buy another but I will find another company.

A few years ago we bought our Sleep Number bed and have enjoyed it and had a good experience when we purchased the bed. Recently one side started losing air, we did all of the troubleshooting tips and it was still losing air. One of the driving factors to purchasing the bed was the warranty, today I chatted in with support and they let me know that for a new chamber it would be $105 plus shipping and tax. I have had the bed less than 4 years so I thought it would be less than that. When you spend that much on a mattress you don't expect to have to put more money into it for many years or at least that was my expectation.
My biggest compliant is that when asked how long it would take for the replacement part to get to me I was told 5-7 business days... So my bed isn't working and I have to wait 5-7 business days before I can sleep on my bed again? I guess it is a good thing I have a couch so my wife can sleep on the good side while I sleep on the couch. The other thing that surprised me and disappointed me was that when you get a replacement part it is no longer covered under the warranty you got when you purchased the bed.
They give you a 30 day warranty but after that if something were to happen I would then have to pay the full price to have it replaced... I assumed that it would either be wrapped back into the normal warranty but apparently not which was very disappointing to me because of how much money we spent on the bed. The customer service agent I had didn't seem to overly value me as a customer and seemed to downplay the questions and concerns I had.

I do want to clarify that while your replacement part does have a 30 Day 100% warranty, after that point, it would revert back to the prorated portion of the warranty. It was time to replace the 17y/o Grand King SleepNumber. My wife and I went to the SleepNumber store in Eden Prairie and Shane was very helpful balancing explaining the differences between the bed types and giving the privacy to discuss our thoughts. When we came back after a couple of days later to purchase the bed, we had our young kids with us and the staff was very friendly and patient and even put a show on TV for the kids to watch. The delivery crew was prompt and professional, arrived on time and gave us adequate updates on estimated arrival. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves and went to work immediately, and upon completion they took the time to explain the features before departing.

Our salesperson Gary was fantastic and we felt very comfortable in all the advice he gave us. The delivery men were phenomenal — not only did they deliver the bed the first time but my husband was the only one home at the time and it was placed incorrectly Per my husband’s instructions. Larry and The other delivery person with him were kind enough to come back after the wife saw the Mistake and reposition the bed. They saved what could’ve been a nasty fight and I thank you. Oh, and by the way, the bed is simply terrific.

I have had Select Comfort beds since early 90s. Can't say enough good about them. I have referred many family members and friends who still have their beds and or have bought new ones. I love the new design and that I could get my bed at 50% off. So glad to have the new foundation; no more sealing with pieces to got together. I liked having a crew to set up the bed. This was the first time I've had that. First night on my new bed was excellent!

I bought a bed in January 2017 and spent nearly $4K. Our bed rolls into the middle and upon looking, the foam mattress topper is tearing which is a defect. I contacted customer service to use my warranty and it's just what I thought - they want me to pay $200 to receive a replacement part. So 3 years and the foam mattress topper is tearing. Customer service said I have a "prorated warranty" and it's something I agreed to. However, I was never given a copy of this said agreement and when we bought the bed they made us sign on an iPad. Please do not waste your money on this!!

We purchased a P5 mattress and received the mattress on September 11, 2020. We had no power when the mattress was delivered so they dropped it and told us when our power came back on to call customer service. That's a joke. Left on hold for hours, customer service was supposed to call us back and never did. Same thing again the next day. Someone came 2 weeks ago to look at the mattress and confirmed the mattress was defective. He looked us in the eyes and said they would replace this mattress with a new one. Two minutes later he said I misunderstood him, that they would replace the top foam only. We paid over $2,000 for the mattress and they're going to replace parts of it.
A box came in the mail a few days later and today they came to install the new foam. The service man opened the box, only to find the replacement foam was defective. He also confirmed that our original mattress was defective. Left saying someone would call us back regarding another replacement within an hour. When they finally called, they told us they would replace the foam again. We asked to speak to a supervisor and were put on hold. After a long wait we left a message. At this time, this is completely unacceptable. Our salesperson said his hands were tied and he is not able to help us. I feel like we are getting a run around. Someone needs to contact us with a resolution.☹️

The delivery Team delivered my bed at a wonderful time, early in the morning, which I really appreciate. Normally when I get deliveries they come late in the evening and I wind up spending my entire day waiting on it, so this was a grave improvement on deliveries. I had previously owned a Sleep Number for almost 30 years with no issues. I had to replace the pump once and finally after 30 years of use things started to brake down. I tried another popular brand mattress but was dissatisfied, sent it back and bought a new Select Comfort bed.

I believe one side is already collapsing and the sheets @ $250 a set are falling apart. Very concerned after only having this for a few weeks. I feel as though I am falling out of bed leaving me with an uncomfortable nights sleep. I’m not sure if it’s the base or air chambers. We were not showed how this was assembled.

Wow, my technicians called before coming, used ppe and shoe coverings, were polite and knowledgeable and fast! My tech explained my phone and remote directions and showed me how to get around on the sites. Thank you. They made my first night on my new bed easy and relaxing. I really did sleep better! I slept all night, even a restless dog didn't wake me. The zero gravity position was so comfortable. I tried the watch tv position also. We always get information and then discuss and sleep on it before making a decision especially on such a big purchase. Then, the delivery was seamless. The men delivering the bed were great. I had such great exceptions for this mattress. It's given me nothing but problems. I have now had to order a pickup since this mattress is absolutely horrible. To add to it I have to be out $400 for delivery and pick up fees. I had agreed to the delivery fees but not once was I told about a pick up fee. The sales lady said, "If you aren't satisfied we will come pick it up no questions asked." Yet when I called customer service I had to argue to even get my mattress to be picked up. Customer service only wanted to sell me more stuff to get me to like the mattress. As far as telling me to turn off the Responsive Air since it wakes me up when I hear the motor. Isn't that a major part of the system?! The mattress is extremely hot. When my husband sat on the bed one day it completely deflated. Then I find out I have to pay a $200 fee. Absolutely ridiculous! Would never recommend a Sleep Number to anyone!

I purchased 2 pillows during the Buy One Get One Free promo. I received the pillows I purchased but never received my two free. When I contacted the company about this, they said they cannot honor the order because the promo is over. The promo being over should not be an issue since I purchased DURING the promo. Fact is, that's the only reason I ordered. Never would have otherwise. It's not my fault they didn't honor the promo in the first place. This is false advertising and a very poor way of doing business. Do not order from this unethical business.

I love my Sleep Number bed, BUT, I am not happy with the fact that one is compelled to purchase an entire sheet set vs. "separate" fitted, flat or pillow cases. We have a king size half split mattress and really only need your fitted sheets. I'm also pretty frustrated with the fact that you do not have any bedskirts available for my size bed on your site.

The young men who delivered and set up our bed were very professional and friendly. They were just a little inexperienced when they found our bed frame was an 1/2 inch to narrow. I got my driver to remove the screws to a cleat which would allow the new bed frame to fit. The one young man who offered to remove the screws for me was not familiar with holding the driver up against the screw at the proper angle. He said I needed a better Phillips head bit. I put a new bit on but he held it at the wrong angle again and he couldn't were the screw. I had to show him how to use the tool. I believe the delivery and set up personal should be more mechanical to complete setup of new beds and frames and that the sales person should have also confirmed the bed frame clearances

The worst support ever. All they care for is to make a sale. They "hide" info to make you sign. We were verbally told we have full 15 year warranty and we don't pay a dime, yet the fine print indicates otherwise. We trusted the salesman (South Austin Branch) and shortly after signing we realized the warranty is a diminishing discount. AND the diminishing discount is ONLY on parts. Labor is EXTRA for any call - even during the first year.. $99 for any visit visit and 2-3 weeks wait to schedule.
Phone line support is over 1 hour wait to get a reply. I tried to call several times to get support - over one hour wait. Email support is useless as they do not reply (not sure if they read my emails). I have emails I sent - no replies. Online support is useless. They say power cycle and baseline - does not work. I have copies of the online transcript - two attempts. useless. And they confirmed the warrantee does not cover labor even for new beds. My bed is new 3 months old and they want $99 and 2-3 weeks wait to schedule a visit. Don't know what to do next? I spent thousands for a good sleep, and I am extremely disappointed. BE CAREFUL.

The delivery men took the order away and rescheduled it for 9-25 with a different frame. 9-25 rolled around only to find out that somebody cancelled the 9-25 delivery for reasons unknown. Now, it's rescheduled for 10-9-20. Still without a bed. (bummer)

We bought 2 Sleep Number beds on 8/24/2020 at our local Sleep Number store. The beds are great, we both love them. Our complaint is that we were illegally charged Florida sales tax on them ($329.81). We had prescriptions from our orthopedic doctor for us to get adjustable beds so we can sleep with our heads elevated. This qualifies as medical equipment here in Florida and is not taxable. We have taken the prescriptions to the store and we have emailed them two times to the main office in Minneapolis. The store processed our order without removing the sales tax and the supervisor at the main office claims they can not refund us the money since our order has been processed. This is illegal taxation.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, Russ. Per our Tax Policy, the Prescriptions must be presented at the time of purchase, and it sounds like you may have provided that after completing the order. We were supposed to get our bed delivered yesterday and gave a window of 4pm-7pm. 7 p.m. comes and we have not heard anything from anyone about the delivery. We called customer support and they put us on a 10+ minute hold and came back saying that the delivery would be there in the next hour, and that they had fallen behind and was running late. This would have been nice to know. 8p.m. comes and there is still not a word from anyone. We called customer support and they had us on hold again for even longer this time. We received an email while on hold saying "Due to complications your new delivery will be OCTOBER 2, 2020."
We already have waited two weeks at this point for the bed. Called and was transferred 6 times and every time the answer was the same. Tyler (last person we talked to) said it got shipped back to Minnesota to the manufacturer to be remade and that was the reason it would be October 2nd. This is unacceptable considering what we are paying for the bed and for already having to wait 2 weeks for it. Now it will be a month and that is if they actually will deliver the bed.

I purchaed the Sleep Number bed back in April/May. I ordered it from information I read online and from the advertisements on the TV. I called and was given the $1,000.00 discount leaving me with a balance of over $2,000.00. When I finally received the bed and it was put up in my room I realized that I did not get what I was shown on TV. It was simply a oversimplified bag of air. I did not receive the item to have the mattress change to what and how you are sleeping. I did not receive the feet warmer. I knew I did not have the rising of the head or foot. But $2,000 for what I got is nuts.
I have no problem telling others that the advertising is not clear as to what you get when you call for a sleep number bed. I am totally not happy and told the lady in your Southpoint, Mall after she told me that each of these other items were not included. She also told me I could change the bed out if I called within 30 days. Did not know that. Was not told that the pressure was made by only one remote so I ordered two. One for each side. An additional $80.00 some dollars. I am totally disappointed.

Extremely disappointed in Sleep Number. We've had two delivery dates since June 12th for our order. The morning of our first delivery date, we were called and told the furniture was damaged. Delivery was rescheduled for today, 09/16/2020. We were provided a delivery window of 1 - 4 pm in an email received on 09/14/2020. Yesterday evening, we received an email stating our delivery was scheduled for 10/30/2020. We called to confirm that we were still scheduled for today and they confirmed we were. Our delivery window came and went, we called and were told there was an issue with the "freight" and they were now scheduling our delivery for 11/04/2020.
We've now been on the phone for over an hour, trying to speak to someone who can help us but CS puts us on hold and we are eventually disconnected. We've tried multiple numbers, I've chatted with support online and we have not been able to speak to anyone that would be able to help us with our order. As we are repeat customers, I am extremely disappointed with the entire process, complete lack of concern and the entire level of customer service.

I bought a bed for $9,000, it showed up broken. You tried to re deliver the fixed portion. However you called when I was in the shower and didn't answer when I called back on top of attempting to deliver to my billing address as opposed to shipping address. I had taken the day off work and needed the delivery added to end of route. You could only offer a rescheduled delivery 10 days later. I was able to speak to Josh in returns and got the money refunded and was trying to setup a pickup of broken bed and got disconnected. I have tried calling back in 10+ times and using online chat.
Calling into returns just tells me all phone lines are busy and to call back and your chat folks cant do anything but chat. I get better service with my $5 hamburger than I do for a $9K bed. I have been trying to give you back this hunk of junk bed for over a week. None of the customer service folks ever call back and or are available upon call in. The SERVICE SUCKS for how expensive your beds are.

I used a bogus email because I did not want it posted on the site. Would give no stars if that was an option. Terrible customer service. No consideration for customer's time or schedule or satisfaction level. Happy to take your money at sale - great customer service then. None once you have purchased the bed. Management will not even speak to customers, the best you can hope for is a "case manager" who is probably reading off a script. Needed a repair, sent the wrong part, so took a day off and no repair, requested weekend or evening follow up quickly, best I got was Tuesday in two weeks. Sleeping a bed that goes flat.
I do not recommend Sleep Number to anyone. Any management staff above the case manager, I am told, do not speak to customers, so you have to leave a message on the CEO line and hope they call you back and if so, you are able to take the call when/if they return the call. I left a message, we will see if I get a call back.

We bought Sleep Number's $10,000 IQ 360 bed, and 2 years later the foot warmer, which is under warranty, stopped working. We've been dealing with Sleep Number Customer Support since May on this issue, with no resolution. I understand things go wrong, but at this point, we're getting the runaround - if Sleep Number just fixed the issue, I'd be thrilled, but instead they've ignored a customer under warranty. I would recommend steering clear of this company - they do not honor their warranty.

Melissa **, I had a problem with my P6. Needed a couple of replacement parts. Went to the store in Oxnard, where your sales team were very helpful (at 1st). We got on the phone where he and I waited >60 mins to get a live person. We ordered the parts. I received 1 correct, 1 wrong part. Went back to the store, with the wrong part. They took care of me. Took the part, got the return authorization. We waited 45 mins to get a live person. Repeat. When I got the 4th wrong part, I called from my house. I went on the chat, where they told me to call. Which I did. I waited almost 50 mins. Spoke to the representative for a while, when I was hung up on. I had to call 3 times, went on the chat 4 times.
Finally I got what I needed. Put it all together. Mind you, all of the boxes said to find the instructions. None of the boxes had instructions. This took over 4 weeks to get right. All I got were empty apologies and lame excuses. I love your product. This is the 3rd time I've needed parts for my bed in the last 4 years. Each time customer service has gotten worse and worse. Thank you for your time.

My air pump was not pumping air in the bed. I noticed one tube was loose. The man from Sleep Number said someone had to come and fix it or order a new pump...I told him my son will try and fix it..He said it was still under warranty....My husband was due to come home from rehab in a couple of days so I paid for 2 day del then he told me it's $145 and I had 60 or 90 days to return (I can't remember). My son fixed the tube. I tried to return the motor and they said I could not...like we can afford this useless pump now...To me this was a sales rip off.. .play us like fools, wont happen again with your company..and just think we were going to buy a queen size for my mother...NOPE, not going to happen..I will never recommend this company to anybody..

I don’t remember how many years ago, maybe 15 or 20 that my, then, boss told me to get a Sleep Number bed that Him and his wife loved it. We did and for many years my husband and I enjoyed it and my children and then my grandchildren when they stayed (we had a Cal King), my many dogs and cats we’ve had through the years. Well it was time and now we have one that we have enjoyed for 2 days! It lifts my head and feet, I feel young again! My back and my husband's hip replacement don’t hurt anymore (this time is a King). (My dogs and cats love it too).

The bed has been awesome, the delivery was prompt & 30 minutes later it was done. The bed is expensive but you get what you pay for. And dealing with customer service has been very easy to deal with, and very helpful. Overall from dealing with the salesperson in the store to delivery the entire experience has been a great experience, and we'd recommend Sleep Number to anyone and everyone. Take it from someone who has two bad knees, arthritis in one hip and just finished almost 3 years of reconstruction surgery for a complete rotator cuff, this bed is now giving me a comfortable night's sleep and rest that I haven't had in years. My sleep number is 45.

The purchase process was easy and the woman was great. The only flaw was the delivery. I am moving to Texas from Indiana. I will be arriving in Texas on or about the 15th. My bed won't be delivered until the 22nd. A full week after my arrival. I will have to stay in a motel/hotel until my bed is delivered as there isn't one at the residence. I ordered it on the 5th of the month. I feel the delivery is a costly inconvenience to me. I'm told there is no earlier date. I'm 65 and I can't camp out on the floor or the couch. Nearly $ 3,200 for the bed and now roughly $1000 for accommodations while I wait when it was ordered well in advance. Not acceptable. Not at all.

We were excited to get a Sleep Number because our family members highly recommended it. Unfortunately, either our bed has a faulty part or it was installed improperly because the light comes on and off on its own for no reason and the left side of the bed doesn't register that a person is in it consistently. This is a brand new bed. When we called for service and waited 24 minutes to talk to someone, we were told we had to wait and talk with a supervisor. After an hour on the phone, I was told I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for tech support to come. The bed doesn't work. The light keeps me up at night since it comes on while I am in bed and stays on. It may be a nice bed but if you have a faulty part or poor installation, it will be hard to get any help. Customer Service if you need it, is not available.

The wait on the phone was a little long and I was about to hang up. I didn't, knowing the circumstances of the times and he answered. My present bed is many years old and I purchased it because of a recommendation of a friend. Since then I have told everyone about my back being okay. I am going to retire my old Select Comfort and use it in a guest room. It is still wonderful, I just think I need an adjustable and in my conversation I was told of the ILE which got my interest. I will say the person that helped me was unbelievable. He has a personality that is in short supply in these days and times.

The connection on the hose to the mattress broke. I called to order a new hose from the pump to the mattress and was told I had to buy a new pump, they don't sell the hose, my pump works very well. Why do I have to buy a new pump? They are just out for the big bucks. Beware of buying from this company, never again will I buy anything with the name Sleep Number.

I have called numerous times about my sleep IQ not working properly. They replaced the "brains" once and now tell me the system was not designed to work properly every time. This came from a supervisor. I questions why consumers are not told that when we spend the money to purchase the mattress with the sleep IQ? I am sitting on hold again for 44 minutes trying to speak to a supervisor. I want my money back for this bed. I did not a premium price for a system that works some of the time. It is very frustrating for both my wife and I.

I am truly disappointed in your delivery service. Our 3-hour delivery window turned out to be a no call/no show with absolutely zero communication. My wife called the 800 number and was on hold for 30 minutes only to be told that an email would be sent to the warehouse. This is not a solution. I logged on to the app to see that our delivery date was pushed back to Friday.... 4 days later. Mind you, this order was placed 3 weeks ago. I followed up with another operator and a service recovery specialist (on hold for 10 minutes for each department) only to find that there was nothing they could do. You call this customer service? My wife and I spent thousands of dollars on what we hope is a top of the line bed and we're getting bottom of the barrel service.

Last night was our very first night sleeping on our sleep number mattress. My husband and I have six children all under the age of eight. Needless to say, we are rather exhausted most of the time. My husband has been having some back problems lately so we decided it was time to get a new mattress. Once we set everything up and found our individual numbers, which right now just so happens to be the same number, we got ready to settle in for the night. My husband said that he slept pretty good overall. I, on the other hand, slept pretty decent myself except for the fact that I have a four-month-old and that makes it difficult to sleep. But I would say that so far night one was a success! I very much look forward to nights two and beyond. Both my husband and I currently are at 65 and that may end up changing as time goes on.
I very much like the fact that you can adjust to your own preferences on your own side of the mattress. This is very helpful considering that we are a couple that has different sleep needs at any given time. We also purchased some sheets and a pillow/pillow protector those have not come in yet. I very much look forward to when those come in so that I can sleep even better.

One detail of this nightmare is that TWICE, when I asked for a supervisor because the sleep number employee obviously had no idea what to do, the "supervisor's" voicemail said "we are now closed. Not once, twice. Call back during business hours. Infuriating and unacceptable for an $800 bed, let alone an $8,081.75 bed!
Original review: have spent at least 8 hours on the phone with Sleep Number and my bed is non-functional. One side of bed is completely deflated. Wrong parts delivered. Needed to provide mask for one of the delivery people. Unprofessional and not safe. Giving a technician one more shot on Monday before I ask my credit card company to reverse charge and ask sleep number to come get this unusable and extremely expensive bed out of my home and life!

My wife and I finally decided to buy a new bed. My daughter got herself a Sleep Number and raved about it. My wife doesn’t like car shopping or any shopping that requires interaction with a sales person. I decided to do it online. We went to Sleepnumber.com. I browsed all the selections and took my time. When I was ready to get serious I had a live chat with Christopher. He took over my shopping cart and took care of all the particulars including financing which we decided not to do for private reasons. The bed arrived on schedule and was very professionally delivered. We love our bed.

Comparison shopping kept taking us back to Sleep Number as the best choice for a replacement bed. The selection of features and styles was to our liking. Removing our old bed and setup will be extremely helpful. Wait time was reasonable.

After the installation was done and the technicians left everything apparently well; but after they left the bed stopped working. It took me approximately five hours of my time (mostly telephone hold time waiting for help) in order to be able to get the bed to work again. The first three people who answered my call, between 40 and 50 minute waits were completely unhelpful.

We have purchased a total of 5 Sleep Number beds, but will buy no more. We cannot get help from support, long waits on the phone, store has to email support and chat is not helping. The heat is not working in the foot of the bed and we have had it for a short period of time. We moved and have tried for days to get some sort of help. The absolute worst customer support I have ever seen. Please come and get the bed and refund our money.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We purchased a bed from this company. Salesperson claimed that we could return our purchase if not satisfied within 30 days which apparently is a bold face lie. This bed is UNDERWHELMING! After trying to return our purchase we are told that we cannot. YOU ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!! I will continue to give negative feedback whenever possible and tell every person I know about this experience and to not even consider purchasing. Why spend $6000 on a bed when you could sleep on the floor more comfortably? THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

I have had two sets of split top king sheet rip after very little use. My mom had purchased one as a gift and when she had called to get a replacement because we were told they had an amazing no hassle guarantee the woman said that we should buy the more expensive ones because she knows these rip easily... These sheets were over 200 dollars. I would never recommend a split top to anyone because they are stuck buying your sheets which even your employees admit are not good. She also gave my mom a hard time about replacing them because we already needed a replacement. Extremely disappointed. The bed itself is also not great as we can feel each other move so much. It almost feels like a water bed. This is not how it was in the showroom and we had someone come out to look at it and he unzipped the beds and it still is the same. Not impressed at all but the sheets and customer service really put me over the edge.

We have had Sleep Number bed for many years. It has helped so much for our back problems. Being able to adjust the support of the bed is wonderful! We just ordered an upgrade in the sleep number bed with adjustable base. My husband has had neck and back surgeries and I have arthritis in lower back. We look forward to being able to put bed in zero gravity position for further relief.

I'm a current Sleep Number owner, last purchased an ILE in 2014. Have loved the brand until our recent experience. We purchased the i10 with ALL the bells and whistles, BIG $$$. Aside from sleeping uncomfortably, the full split mattress is a horrible design (pieces slide apart resulting in a huge void, magnets meant to hold do not work) and the salesman told us the *final sale* adjustable base would do things that is absolutely does NOT do. We were also told very exaggerated mattress specifications that were untrue .We are extremely unhappy and angry. Customer service reps have had a "too bad, so sad" type of response when calling for help. I actually got so sick of the new bed that I brought our old ILE from the basement and put it on top of the now useless adjustable base just to find some comfort.

Justin, the Sleep Professional, was extremely helpful & patient. Delivery was quicker than anticipated. Received a call saying they finished the previous delivery & could come earlier. The men were extremely polite, wore masks, & booties over their shoes. They were quick, efficient, & knowledgeable. I had a Sleep Number bed for over 14 years. This new 360 Smart Bed is incredible. I went with Justin's recommendation & really couldn't be happier! I feel like this bed was made just for me!!

This is the 2nd Select Comfort air bed that I've purchased in the last 30 years. The price for this adjustable mattress was a little high, but it was worth it. This one has an adjustable headrest and footrest. I will never purchase another type of mattress.

Have had a Sleep Number bed for 20 years and it's still good. Don't have to worry about the fibers breaking down because it's basically an air mattress with a LOT of padding, and is adjustable. An air pump had to be replaced and it was covered, I think that was at the 15 year mark out of a 20 year warranty.

The bed is fantastic and comfortable. Being able to drastically change the hardness/softness for each side is phenomenal. Buying the bed and getting it delivered was a “horror show”. Numerous delivery changes. The service was so bad it was a miracle that I did not cancel. I’ve had no problems whatsoever but I dread the day I need any service or consumer support/service.

I have sent a message, but the short version is we purchased a Sleep Number bed from your Ann Arbor location on 07/17/2020. Was supposed to be delivered on 07/29/2020, between 5 - 8 p.m. At 5:05, a sleep number representative called and said there was an emergency, and they couldn't deliver until 08/19/2020. I contacted our sales rep - Piper ** - who got it rescheduled for 08/01/2020 between 3 - 6 p.m. At around 5:10 p.m. when I hadn't heard anything I called Piper, she checked and said they were on their way - 45 - 50 minutes. They never called, text or showed up. I contacted Piper on 08/02, and she said she'd do what she could. My husband called this morning at 9:00, spoke to Brian a mgr. in customer service who said he would call back by noon at the latest.
At 12:15 central, we called again, could not speak to Brian but Ryan, another cs mgr said Brian hadn't called because he can't get hold of the delivery service. After being on hold and on the phone with SN for 2 hours we said cancel and we want a full refund. Ryan said he could authorize that and would send an email immediately, which as of right now almost an hour later has not come through. This has been the worst experience we've ever had with an organization - mass confusion, promises made freely but never kept. The Ann Arbor manager, Chris, has never contacted us even though Piper said she told him about the situation. I just want to make sure that we get our full refund immediately $6467.02. Don't hesitate to call me with any input or questions.

Very pleased with our experience at the Sleep Number store in Liberty Township, OH. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to sleeping on our new bed when it arrives. It was very helpful being able to try out several beds during the same visit.
