This is my first time experiencing the Sleep Number beds and I’m very impressed by the technology, comfort and service. I think everyone should have one of these beds. I Can not wait to my bed is delivered. We’re ready to enjoy new sleep.

The Delivery men were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I was very satisfied with the entire process. They arrive at the designated time and took great care of my property. When the set-up was complete, they demonstrated the product both on my cell phone and the remote control carefully being certain I had a clear understanding.

Very knowledgeable and a great bed buying experience. Would definitely recommend a friend to head to Longview and check out the Sleep number store and will go back for a few accessories later to go with our new bed. Even though it is a bit of a trip from Atlanta Texas it is worth the experience to get a bed.

My box spring was left at my garbage, I live in a senior home, any big furniture left out by the garbage has to get pre approval. I was under the impression that my mattress and box spring would be taken. Only my mattress was.

The delivery guys were very polite, and knowledgeable of product. They cleaned up after themselves, and listened to my concerns. I would highly refer to friends and family. From Dylan in the store to the delivery guys arriving on time. Had an Great experience.

Best overall bed buying experience in my 67 years. Paul, the salesperson was friendly knowledgeable and encouraged me to try all the beds. After picking a mid priced bed, there was no pressure to buy a more expensive one. I'm really looking forward to the last bed I will ever buy.

I had bought a head board with my bed and I am not happy that they did not take the old head board and frame away when I was assured when I bought the head board they they would take away all my old head board and frame. They didn’t even want to help me bring it downstairs to my garage. Not a happy camper.

The delivery team called and let me know they were on their way EARLIER than I expected them and I was actually DELIGHTED! It did not take them the allotted 3 hour window to arrive, set-up and complete the process. I LOVE my bed :-).

The whole process from store viewing, purchasing to delivery and set up was very good. Everyone was very polite, courteous, respectful. Noah, the lead delivery person, was not only professional, but also mature, gentlemanly, thoughtful, and kind in his manner. His assistant Chris was also well-mannered and a hard worker. Sleep Number is awesome! I love the variety in the mattress tops and the subtle differences of each. There is a lot of variability which makes it seem like it's customized just for me. We picked a classic series bed but it still has the smart technology, however it's in our price range. I can't wait until my bed is delivered.

Not remotely happy with policies regarding change in order, refund and return policies which is making my rethink my entire order. First it is ridiculous that I can't change my order at the store level and had to call customer service and be on hold forever. Customer service rep was very polite and tried to be helpful but his hands seemed tied also.
Changed mattress order from split top king to one piece with resulting refund of $912.66. Why in the world can't it go back on my Discover Card which charges interest? I used a combination of the 4 year interest free Synchrony Account which I opened specifically for this purchase and my Discover Card. Makes NO SENSE that you only credit the interest free account rather than a credit card which is charging interest. In addition I purchased sheets and a mattress pad that I no longer need/want for the split top mattress. They are unopened and I would like to return them - not exchange them. Yet again, I can't return them to the store where they were purchased or even return them at all??? I am forced to exchange them for a mattress pad and sheets that I no longer want. And to make matters worse I now have to find some way to print labels - I don't have a printer!
Lastly - the headboard is the item determining the delivery date. In the 20 minutes that I was on the phone with the customer service rep the delivery date moved out by over a week. Why in the world did my delivery date need to change - I did NOT change the headboard! All in all a terrible customer service experience so far and I am seriously considering cancelling my entire order. Kim **.

Sleep Number bed Flextop King i8360 smart bed, and Flextop King 360 FlexFit2. 360 Remote FlexFit 2 and 3, 12 button. We like the remote control because it works on the iPhone as well as the remote. We also the light feature under the bed.

Our Sleep Number setup went very smooth. The two man crew arrived right on time and kept us updated during their arrival time to our house. When they arrived they were very professional and set up the bed in no time at all. They made sure to go through every step to make sure all our questions were answered. They were very thorough. They were sure to clean up everything. Our first night sleep was amazing and we would recommend this bed to anyone.

I will say I was truly excited about getting our i8 from Sleep Number. The sales team at the store was tremendous. Things went sharply downhill from there. Non-existent communication - broken equipment when delivered - changes in dates without communicating (and the date changed to is not acceptable). The bed is being returned, and I'm even having an extremely difficult time doing that, resulting in refund delays. Never before have I been as dissatisfied after receiving a product, and not merely because of the product, but because of the company behind the product.

Customer Service is Horrible, I ordered and i10 with the Flex 3 Base and over $1000 in bedding back in the month of July for a total of over $12K for the whole deal. I received an install date for August 11 and received emails and text messages confirming the install date on August 11 between 12-4PM. So, I scheduled a vacation day at work which is tough to get right now, but it was given to me. On August 10 I received a call from the home installation team say that they would be arriving the next day between 4:30-8:30PM to deliver and install the bed. This really infuriated me considering I took the day off for the install.
The next morning, I spend two hours on the phone trying to get someone with a pulse on the phone and even when I did, I got the “we don’t care attitude” or transferred back into the queue. I finally gave up and settled with the fact I will receive my bed later that evening. At 1:00pm I received a call from a very rude customer service person who said I will not be getting my bed that day and I was rescheduled for September 1. I kept asking for the reason which this person refused give. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was placed back into the queue again. I called the number of the delivery people who called me the night before and asked what was going on and got the same tough crap attitude and when I became angry the person was laughing at me.
After hanging up on this extremely rude individual I called back and canceled my entire order. The person I spoke to seemed to be completely unfazed by the fact I was canceling a $12,000 order. Don’t bother with Sleep Number. Everyone I interacted with was completely unprofessional and didn’t seem to care one bit and didn’t have the common courtesy to tell me the truth. They have now lost me as a customer FOREVER and you can be well rest assured, I will be posting this story everywhere online and telling everyone I know how useless this company and their people are.

I purchased from the Waterford, CT store in February 2021. The pump is not working correctly so I was given a troubleshoot number. My bed was fully deflated and the person on the other line said your account shows it is 100% inflated. After going through with her and checking hoses which I had already done she determined I need a new pump. The pump won't arrive for 2 weeks and I then have to wait until Sept. 7th for someone to come here to plug in new pump. I have to now wait 1 month for my bed to be fixed. Luckily I have another bed. When the person on the line knew I wasn't happy and I wanted to return my bed, she explained I was past my 100 days and if I wasn't happy I could sell my bed.
I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to let people know they should be prepared to be without their bed if something should go wrong. I also read some reviews about delivery crew, I agree the people that delivered the bed were not very professional regarding booties during covid and not being prepared. Missing my old bed....

I needed help sinc the remote with the pump. The remote hadn’t been used in several years. After an illness and weight gain I needed to adjust the right side of the bed. I’m so comfortable now with my new settings. I love my Sleep Number bed! Thank you for all your help!

My wife and I bought a P5 in June with a delivery date of July 30th between 10-2. On the day of delivery the bed did not come by 2, so I called Sleep Number. I was told the delivery company was running late and will be at my property by 2:45 (this was not conveyed to me via the app or the text messaging service). 2:45 came and went, so I called back...I was told the delivery company will be out by 3:15 PM. At 3:45 PM I called back and was sent over to the SleepNumber "recovery team," where I was bounced around and on hold off and one until 4:30 PM, at which point I was told the bed would arrive at 6 PM...Guess what happened at 6 PM? Needless to say, if you are expecting a competent logistical experience from SleepNumber....don't. If you live in Philadelphia, I recommend staying away from SleepNumber, you'll waste a day waiting for an overpriced air mattress, that may or may not come.

I wanted to buy a Sleep Number bed but there wasn't enough on my card to get mattress and base. Karen ** told me to get the mattress first and then get the base after I pay that down. That way I can still enjoy a good night sleep. She was kind, informative and likeable. I ordered the mattress and I'm waiting on its arrival.

STAY AWAY FROM THE BED, STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY!
Pro: Adjustable Firmness.
Cons:1> First off if you think you can try before you buy, their policy which is NOT clearly outlined is. You will pay $400 to try out their bed. $199 for delivery and $199 to return.
2> The bed is ONLY adjustable in increments of 5! If you are looking for a sleep setting of 68, good luck.
3> The SleepiQ is a joke! There are no sensors in the bed and the bladder system one chamber per side on a king. *They will not even let you try SleepiQ in the stores. It's a gimmick and false advertisement!
4> We got our bed and it was busted on day one and took around a month to get repaired. That's right. Day one broken bed!
5> The bed bulges from the air chamber getting filled - like sleeping on an egg.
6> After only five days (after the bed finally was repaired) we slept in the guest room because of how bad the mattress was.
7> Noise of Pump.
8> Remotes clunky.
* Don't worry Sleep Number still charged us $400 to take the mattress back! **I Will NEVER walk into another Sleep Number again and I will be posting and re-posting this on multiple social media platforms.

I have escalated this order multiple times and I have left another message today for someone to escalate. I have been without a bed for 3+ weeks because you have not been able to deliver to me a replacement air chamber. I received the replacement pump but I cannot test to see if it works without an air chamber so the 30 day warranty is expiring on the pump. I can't believe I am paying for these parts. Bad, bad customer support. I have asked today to either have the chamber shipped to me ASAP or what I need to do to get you to buy this bed back. This is one of your most expensive specialty beds and I cannot believe this is the treatment I am receiving.

Our new Queen Dual P 5 360 Smart Bed convinced us that it was the one to purchase along with the 360 integrated Base because of its potentially long life as attested to by our son who let us try out their 25 year old Sleep Number Queen. The 100 day “in home trial time” is generous. The app that controls it is user friendly and impressive. The $699 discount was generous.

My only issue was they forgot to remove a portion of the previous air pump and I had to dispose of it on my own.. Sorta and if they weren't paying a lot of attention and explaining the remote to me was rather Weak and Undetailed... Otherwise all was good.

Everything went great! On time professional. They said it would take up to 2 hours to install. It took probably 45 minutes or less. I am enjoying my new mattress very much. Sleeping a lot better now. I found my sleep number to be 45.

On time and courteous! I couldn't have asked for more! My delivery team answered all of my questions, and gave me the time to vacuum where my old bed had been. After they set up my lovely new bed, my remote was explained in detail. I certainly appreciate their service and would recommend Sleep Number to everyone! Plus they took all the packaging with them! I purchased a bed, sheet set and mattress protector back in May. Was initially advised that the sheets would arrive within 2 weeks and the bed would be delivered at the end of June. Although I have received the bed, I have yet to get the sheets/mattress topper despite my multiple calls and emails to get this resolved. I am purely just trying to return the bed because I have run out of patience purchasing a $8,500 bed I cannot use (it is a split top so I have to use the SN sheets). Now SN is trying to bag me for pick up fees and the cost of the base highlighting that was in the contract I signed. As far as I am concerned, SN did not fulfill the contract I signed so the entire thing becomes null and void. I would not recommend, the cost alone is not worth this level of hassle.

Very knowledgeable, efficient, considerate, helpful delivery people. They called to advise of delivery time twice and texted me. They anticipated my needed questions for use of product. They helped with the Sleep Number app. Also explained the warranty and the two ways to register it. Delivery people were very neat, did great cleanup, wore masks and footies.

Buyer beware. My order was placed and paid for on 5/1/2021, delivery scheduled 5/20/2021. Delivery was rescheduled at my request for 6/4/2021. Text was received on 6/2 reminding me of 6/4 delivery between noon and 4 pm. Email received at 10:00 am on 6/4 telling me delivery was now scheduled for 7/27/2021. No explanation provided. A call to customer service resulted in a representative saying there was an inventory problem and item is not available for 54 days.

I spent about 5 hours researching bed frames, for a bed frame we didn't need. We had some miscommunication with Ian, leading us to believe that the Sleep number bed fits into our existing frame. So, we spent time getting a new frame. putting it together, moving our old bed into another room. When the installers got here, they took apart our old headboard, and moved the old bedframe to another room, which was super nice of them. Then, we had to take apart the new bedframe we bought, repackage it, and send it back. All of this could have been avoided if we knew the sleep number bed stands on its own. Now, if we want our old headboard attached to the sleep number bed, we have to buy brackets?? I just spent 200+ on sheets. Not really happy with how this all panned out.

Paid over $8,000 for this amazing bed and it deflated, they sent a new mattress right away, however the WARRANTY WORK IS TERRIBLE, SLEEP NUMBER IS MAKING ME WAIT 30 DAYS BEFORE THEY CAN GET ANYONE OUT TO ME, even spoke with management that apparently has no pull, however they must of said over 10 times, they were very sorry, ugh - super disappointed in Sleep Number - CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I am a very satisfied customer. I was not able to be present when my mattress was delivered because I was in the hospital having surgery. I asked if someone could come to my home and show me how to work the remote and check out the size of the mattress because I have an electric bed. The the mattress that was delivered was shorter in length than my bed. The customer service person was very nice and told me that they will send someone over to help me with the remote and the size of my bed on June 29th.

Very professional and personable during his introduction and Mike thoroughly explained how we would determine which mattress would be the best for me and I tried several by laying on each one and the one I really liked was P5 as I had 2 hips replaced in 2017 and I needed a lot of support for my hips and back and got that with a setting of 30. So that is what I will use for now.

My wife and I have been loyal Sleep Number customers over the years. We purchased our first 7000 model back in 2006 and loved it. After 15 years, we were due for an upgrade. So we purchased their ILE mattress for half off on Black Friday 2020. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out as it slept really hot with all of the memory foam it was made of. So we ended up exchanging it for an S3 model mattress as it most closely resembled our old 7000 model mattress with a pillow top.
The mattress is falsely advertised on their website (https://www.sleepnumber.com/products/s3-bed) for being 11 inches high. It is not. Ours measures approximately 8.5 - 9 inches high giving about a half inch variance in the uneven surface of the pillow top. Don’t let the imagery on their website fool you. They use the same material on the base as the side of the mattress. The bottom of the mattress is where the thin lined seam is and the portion beneath is the base. This makes the mattress look thicker than it really is. Very deceiving!
This is nothing but a glorified air mattress that I wouldn’t put a value of more than $500-$700 on. The air bladders sit on the bottom of the encasement cover without any foam support beneath. So if you want to sit up in bed and have it set on a low number such as 30, you will feel the hard base as all of your body weight is in one area rather than being evenly dispersed when laying down.
Giving it the benefit of the doubt, we exchanged the S3 for another one to rule out if the height issue was the result of a manufacturing defect. They sent us another S3 and it was exactly the same. So Sleep Number’s resolution was to provide us with two 1 inch thick layers of memory foam to put beneath the air bladders a ComfortFit Mattress layer (https://www.sleepnumber.com/products/comfortfit-mattress-layer) to put on top of the mattress. This brought the total height of the mattress up to 11.5 inches. While this resolved the height issue, we should not have had to add these extra items to bring it to a height that it is advertised at in the first place. The two inches of foam should come standard with the mattress, but it doesn’t.
As a result of adding the ComfortFit Mattress layer on top, the mattress now sleeps extremely hot, which is the reason we returned the ILE. We’ve reached out to a rep in corporate that has somewhat been working with us on these issues, in regards to the increased temperature. Instead of providing a solution, we were offered a refund on the mattress and future email communication has gone ignored which is why I am now writing this review. We have since had to remove the ComfortFit layer and they refuse to work with us on finding a solution to the temperature issue.
This mattress also has a strong off gassing chemical odor. Another thing to take into consideration if you have a high sensitivity to odors, allergies, or asthma. Furthermore, we have encountered an issue on both S3 mattresses we have had where the pillow top tends to lump up in certain areas. So this lump also shows through the bedding when the bed is made.
In addition, this mattress used to contain an S3 label on the side so that you know for sure that you are receiving the exact mattress that you purchased. This is how it was portrayed in the imagery on their website. After bringing the issue up to this same rep in corporate, we were told that they use this mattress cover as a generic replacement for other mattresses and had it removed. I didn’t buy a generic mattress. I bought an S3 and expect to have some info labeled on the product reflecting that. They even went as far as Photoshopping the label out of the image shown on their website after we brought this to their attention. You can tell where it was touched up if you refer to the blotchy shadowing on the left side of the mattress near the head of the bed in the 2nd image down. I have a screenshot of what it used to look like.
Makes you wonder if they are using this same mattress cover for the S1 model that is advertised at 10 inches in height. After all, our S3 is only about 8.5 - 9 inches high. The only supposed differences between the two are one inch in overall height, and the 2 inch grey egg crate foam piece that lays on top of the air bladders being 1.5 inches on the S1 and having 5 comfort zones, versus 2 inches of thickness and 7 zones on the S3. The comfort zones are all a gimmick for marketing purposes and to get you to spend more money on the S3. All the comfort zones are, are different patterns in foam. You cannot even feel the difference on where those comfort zones are through the mattress cover.
I have attempted to post this review on the Sleep Number website. The review has been submitted, but I have yet to see it live on their site. So Sleep Number is obviously filtering their reviews and choosing which ones to post. This is why I am now sharing this on third party review sites. While submitting a review on the Sleep Number site, they provide you with an option to upload photos, however, it does not work. I’ve tried different browsers, computers, and mobile devices, along with different file formats and sizes. There are several reviews on their site and not one contains any images. What are they hiding? What do they not want you to see? The bottom line is that Sleep Number has really cheapened the quality of their products over the years. They are no longer what they used to be. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a higher quality mattress for less money.

After nearly four years of peaceful sleep, I awoke to lying in the Marianna Trench. My mattress was apparently exhausted in more ways than one, one also being my new sleep number. It took two weeks for what I thought would be a repair team to come to the house. Nope. For $99 (not covered under warranty), they just diagnose the problem. Except they didn’t, explaining it could be one of several problems and I was to call the next day with the results of the experiment they left me to do. After being passed through three customer service representatives I was informed I needed a new air chamber (68% covered by warranty; credit card please) plus, yes, that will be another $99 service call. The repair part is shipped to your house. Then you get to wait, again, for a service team to arrive to install it.
As for repair service, my first call was disconnected. My second call I was informed you do not find out until two days before the service exactly what time they will arrive. So if you schedule your life more than two days in advance, be prepared to take the entire day off. In my case, they called at 7AM the day of the appointment to reschedule the arrival time. I will say that all their service representatives were very polite. If you are considering a Sleep Number mattress, here is my advice. Understand the 15-year warranty depreciates faster than a new car and the service call is not included. If and when the bed breaks, bring your patience, your checkbook, and acquire a spare mattress to sleep on for a month.

Not all employees at the store were well trained. Have had this mattress two years--My sleep is good but I cannot get the "perfect" hardness. They make it sound so easy and it is not. Plus if you sit on the side with feet hanging over the edge it does not go back to the original position. Think it was definitely overpriced.

The bed is good at first, but it does not hold up. We had two. Both waste. The top padding fail. The air pump has went bad on both. Both randomly set the hardness level. I've owned it over 20 years. Still as comfortable as when I bought it. I've had 2 issues with it. A leaky air chamber and a remote that went bad. Both times called their service line and received replacements free of charge. With the remote they told me they came out with an updated remote and pump system and sent me the entire new system.

I purchased the ESSENTIAL DOWN ALTERNATIVE COMFORTER SET, for my Sleep Number queen bed and, as expected, it’s the most comfortable comforter that I own. It’s warm, keeps me feeling snug at night, while also being breathable. I’ll be replacing all of the comforters in my home over the next couple years as my old comforters become unusable. The only reason I bought the comforter was because I had a $50 reward that was expiring, so I saved some money while finding a great new product. The sales team at the store where I bought my bed specifically called me to alert me that it was expiring, which was much appreciated. Since there wasn’t much in the store that was close to $50, I almost let it expire without using it, but I’m really happy that I took a chance on the comforter.

Very happy with the purchase of Sleep Number bed. While expensive, the flexibility of being able to set firmness to your comfort is a very desirable quality. Also, the ability to raise the head and feet, with set positions on the control for reading and watching TV is a great feature. Can be controlled through a handheld controller or through your cell phone with the addition of a free app.

For a 3 year old bed my air response quit. Warranty cost me $160 for the pump, and $100 for the service call. Spent $8k and would never buy one again. My mom has a different model and she too would never buy another. Customer service stinks and became hostile on my assistance to fully cover the pump after 3 years. There is no doubt after speaking with the service guy Sleep Number has defective pumps and circuit boards (many). I would join a class action lawsuit to put this company in compliance to fix every pump under warranty. Also, to be reimbursed any expenses involved in past replacements and service calls. This is a huge cover up and needs to be addressed.

I returned the item associated with the noted order number. The return was delivered to the Sleep Number location in Minneapolis MN on May 15, 2021. I did not receive a refund for the return. I called Customer Service on June 8, 2021 and was placed on hold for 18 minutes. I was told that while I was on hold the return was finally checked in and I could expect my refund in 7-10 days. This return process appears to be significantly flawed.

I had a Sleep Number before and sleep best on air. After trying other hybrid beds and memory foam mattresses, I am running back to sleep number. The in store saleswoman was informative and patient. I cancelled the order number above and have a new order #**. I called corporate and they made everything right. Gave me an extra discount and threw in some sheets. I still have to wait until July for delivery but at least they gave great customer service. I told them that the 2 people I spoke with did need some training but some things come with life experience and that would come with time so don't be too hard on them. I believe the person I spoke with in corporate name was Keisha and she was absolutely fabulous. She was considerate and compassionate. I had to call back and got someone else and she was amazing also. I'm grateful they do have some not so young caring people in their company. Not saying being young is a bad thing they just don't have the life experience to know what to do in some escalated situations.

Purchasing the bed was great and the customer service up until the day before deliver was wonderful. The day before delivery I received a call by Jasmin not even identifying herself as working for the company telling me my delivery would be changed from today (the wrong day) to more than a month off. I asked her who she was calling from and once she identified herself I advised her that my delivery date was for 6/2. She then put me on hold to check and said I was correct and she would still need to change my date. I advised her that I'm not available in July and I received silence. I then said I guess I'll have to cancel and she politely said, "Ok I can help you with that," and did. She did not try to offer any other options just a friendly let me help you cancel.
The bed was the cost of a small car and a gift for my husband. If they couldn't deliver I wish they would have said that in the beginning. When I called the store the young man just said, "You should have called us first." Again customer service was not at its best. What about let me try to keep the customer and the customer's money. I guess they are doing so well they don't need my coins.

My husband had been talking about Sleep Number beds for some time which made me decide to do research on Sleep Number beds compared to other similar beds. I found that Sleep Number is in a class of its own. When I got to the store to experience it in person, I was a little hesitant until Monica helped me to understand the difference in each type of mattress. I tested 4 different types before settling on the Flextop King 360 FlexFit 1. I liked the cooling features of it. We can't wait until it is delivered!!

This is my second Sleep Number mattress. It lasted fifteen years. The technology in the newer models far exceeds my expectations. They have developed technology for heat control using gel foam and granite to allow your body to be at comfortable temperatures. Purchase of new bed to replace our old Sleep Numer bed was a smooth and painless experience. Sales Assoc. Was professional, knowledgeable and polite. Delivery team was also professional. They kept me informed on day of delivery and arrived ahead of schedule. Upon arrival they immediately went to work removing my old Sleep Number bed and broken frame and didn't stop until the new unit was completely set up and operating. Team was polite, professional, hard working and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. They demonstrated the features of the bed and cleaned up all boxes and packaging material before leaving. Excellent customer service by the Sales Rep. And the Delivery Team. The delivery team was very polite and professional. Getting right to work and not wasting time. Taking the time to show us how to navigate the controls. I walked into the Riverdale UT Sleep Number just looking. I ended up coming back the next day to purchase the I8 and adjustable frame. The store manager happened to help me with my order and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The order process was smooth and they offered 0% interest financing on the spot. I received email notifications for delivery and on the day of delivery I received two different phone calls from the actual crew keeping me updated. They were respectful of my home, set everything up, and took the garbage away. The bed took some adjusting to find the right number setting, but that's the whole purpose of the sleep number. Now I can't wait to get back to bed. My aches and pains have been cut down and I don't wake up sore anymore. I would highly recommend sleep number to anyone looking for a quality mattress and adjustable frame.

Excellent bed which was assembled on site by professional team. Highly recommend. Much more comfortable than our Tempurpedic bed. The Sleep Number allows one to sleep much cooler than Tempurpedic. Controller was not as simple as advertised but not impossible to acquire some skill with review.

Our delivery guys were awesome. The only problem was the removal of our old bed. Our pillow top from our old Sleep Number mattress was sweat stained and we were told they could not take it. We were stuck with hanging onto the item. Sales did not mention this to us.

The Technicians were GREAT; however the fact that Sleep Number does not have a direct number for technicians to call when they are out in the field is unfortunate. Please provide them with a streamlined number that can be used when they are out in the field with customers, and need to contact customer service for whatever reason. In my case the network was down and my bed could not be configured. The wait time for a customer service rep should not be the reason technicians cannot get in and out of people's home in a reasonable time. My technician was on hold for almost 15 minutes. They should be able to call and the hold time should be no longer than a few minutes and they should not have to compete with customers calling in as well.

We are great fans of the Sleep Number beds. Our original is still alive and well! We bought a new one so the old one can retire in the camper and we can sleep well wherever we go! The driver forgot to give me a 30 min pre-delivery call and he said his wait time was 15 minutes max. He would not wait an extra 15 minutes for me to get home from work, so he left. I immediately call Sleep Number for someone, anyone, to call and tell the driver to wait but after talking to 7 people and being on the phone for one and a half hours, no one could help! Everyone was kind and courteous but of NO help! They rescheduled my delivery without asking for 19 days later... NO WAY...because their driver made an error, not me! I loudly voiced my displeasure and demanded that my bed be delivered this week and it was delivered this morning. It should be a requirement that every homeowner is called 30 minutes to one hour before delivery time because most of us work and can't sit around home for your 4 hour delivery window waiting.
I'm Very Disappointed in the entire staff that I talked to for NOT requiring the driver to wait or to turn around and deliver my bed. The young men that delivered my bed this morning were in and out of my house with my new sleep number in less than 45 minutes. "I'm so sorry" only goes so far when seven people say it to you and you still don't get results when they are in error. I was inconvenienced twice, by having to leave work early on Monday in hopes that the driver was still at my house (and he was not) and again this morning, I got to work at 10AM after the bed was delivered. On another note, this is our second sleep number and I'm sure we will love it as much as we did our first sleep number.

I ordered my bed on 3/27 and was told the soonest delivery date was 4/24. The next day I decided to upgrade so the delivery date moved to 4/26. I understand I made a change so there was no problem with that. I was given a window of 3pm-7pm first so I made arrangements for someone to pick up my child from school and took off work to be there for the delivery. Then I received a call around noon stating that the delivery team had a delay and got started late so it would be more like 5pm-7:30pm...ok, no problem. At 7pm, I received a call stating the delivery driver had and injury and would not be delivering my bed today. I was told the soonest they would deliver my bed now was May 18th. I ordered the bed March 27th! Also, as instructed by the many emails I have received from Sleep Number, I got up at 6 am and disassembled and removed my old bed before work.
When I told Kim (Sleep number 25-? Manager??) that May 18th was not acceptable, she placed me on hold many many times and told me that she would need to email the logistics team tomorrow. I told her that I wanted a resolution today and the best she could manage was May 14th. I again told her this was unacceptable and was told that she would only be able to follow up with me tomorrow around 3:30pm because she is only allowed to make calls to customers during specific hours. After 40 minutes of getting nowhere with Kim, I gave up. If my bed was on a truck and in the vicinity of my home, why will it take until May 18th to get it to me? Customer service is really lacking in this situation.
When I mentioned to Kim that my bed has been removed, she informed me that I can go purchase an air mattress and they will reimburse me. Apparently after spending thousands of dollars on a bed, I am expect to sleep on an air mattress for 3 weeks. I will attempt to get some actual service at the store tomorrow. I think it is really interesting that they waited until 5 minutes after the store closed to call me and tell me the bed would not be delivered for another 3 weeks. If this cannot be resolved I will be cancelling the order.

I purchased this bed on Mar 28th. A delivery was scheduled for Apr 24th. 1.5 hrs before delivery it was rescheduled due to a "missing/damaged part". Now we are pushed out to 5/10? Really? I was offered free sheets to compensate but requested refunding the shipping charge of $199.00. It's still ridiculous to make someone wait 7 weeks for a bed, to insist a delivery tech set up the bed. I'm seriously considering just cancelling the order. I am sure this is an overbooking issue and not a damage issue.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. She (after the basic names, address and such) ask me what was the problem with our 17 year old Sleep Number. The problem was complex (at least for me) Druscella, ask if I could send her some pictures and I did so. She said she would call me back after she reviewed the pictures. She called later and gave me a logical, clear explanation of what happen. She explained that our existing container could not be repaired and worked with me to order a new container. She also pointed out that the container would have new O rings and blank caps. The fine and complete information she provided will serve us well in getting our Sleep Number back in operation. I recommend you really work to hang on to her as the business world is hunting for skilled, sharp and customer minded staff. YOU HAVE A GOOD ONE, HANG ON TO HER!!!!

Installers need to come equipped with tools to meet the need of bedframes. We have a sleigh bed and it required having tools to alter the bedframe to accommodate the i8 Series bed. It took considerable time to make adjustments which delayed their commitment to other waiting customers. If they had the basic of tools, hammer, an assortment of screwdrivers, a set of rachets would have made to job go smoother and less time-consuming. Blyne & Dennis were top of the line installers. They get the highest marks, but the situation didn't.

Everything about Sleep Number is great except the delivery confirmation. They claim there is no way to confirm all your bed parts ordered are at the hub warehouse when the delivery team goes to pick up your items until the day of delivery, yet you get several "delivery confirmation emails and texts...one of which you confirm you will be home...weeks before your delivery date. Our bed was delayed five weeks from original confirmation date because of this poor system of communication until I researched and found a way to speak by phone to an assistant to a CEO and voice my disappointment and hardships over the matter. They then were able to get us a delivery date three weeks later without a real guarantee it would even be delivered on that date. They promised to report the issue at the next staff meeting and I was reimbursed $200 + for accessories I had purchased to go with my bed.
The delivery crew said the issue had not been solved and that their system did not work in such a way that the warehouse could confirm all items were there until the delivery team arrived to pick them up. That in my opinion is bad for their business especially in this day of cell phones and computers and especially for high priced items. They never said this was due to Covid.
They also have communication issues between sales training and e-mail instructions that is in conflict with what the consumer is responsible to do before the bed arrives. We did what was in writing which left us without an assembled bed for a night, and we are senior citizens. We disassembled and removed our old bed from the room hours before the new one was expected to arrive. When it didn't arrive my 76 year old husband had to sleep on the floor until I figured out how to reassemble our old sleep number bed without instructions. It was 17 years old I believe. Our original delivery confirmation said it could arrive as late as 11 P.M.

We were fooled by the sales pitch and the hype. Beware that their return policy covers only the mattress, and not the base which is sold as an integral part of the experience. If you buy a mattress and base like us, you'll be out about half your investment (about $4000) if you don't like it. Now, onto the mattress. It's a 5" air mattress under 2" of foam. It feels exactly like that. I didn't have back and neck pain until I started trying to sleep on this thing. I don't know what they did to the bed in the showroom to make it feel like something different, but we could never duplicate that. The app is cool and all but you could probably cobble this setup sans app together from a retail store for maybe $200.
Go to return it and the fun begins. They'll keep about $500 for your trouble, and you're stuck with the non refundable base. The non refundable base that doesn't work after they take the "brain" (pump) with as part of the bed. Choose to try literally anything else. You'll have more fun lighting your money on fire. Buy the base at the warehouse members only store because they will accept returns. Buy a mattress from a place that doesn't charge $500 to return it after two months.

We bought our first bed 20 years ago. I have loved it everyday and have never slept well without it. But I wanted a bed that I could raise my head up. So when I started looking, I didn't go anywhere else but Sleep Number. Now I am sleeping on a cloud. Also James was just amazing at the store, very patient and pleasant.

I was told to expect the crew between 3 PM and 6 PM, EDT. Unknown to the crew, the stop before mine did not require installation, so they were able to be at my home 2 hours early. The team called immediately and let me know of the earlier time of arrival. Fortunately, I was home and got the call. Also fortunately, I am retired so could rearrange my schedule with minimal frustration. All ended well and probably resulted in the team having more time to answer my questions.

I had my first night sleep on my bed, and I actually could tell a somewhat difference in my sleep. I wasn't as fatigued as I have been. I would definitely recommend trying a Sleep Number bed. It really comforts what you really need. You can find the bed that fits you.

Jessica was great. Very knowledgeable about the various products. We can't wait for delivery and set up. This is our second Sleep Number Bed. We have had the original bed for 19 years. I would highly recommend a sleep number bed to anyone looking for a new bed.

We were very pleased with everyone we dealt with when we bought the bed and the delivery people. The setup was fast and explanations were very good. This is our fourth Sleep Number bed and have been very pleased with all of them.

I really enjoyed the time at the store. She really represented and explain it very clear to us. I would tell others about how good of an experience I had there. I would definitely buy a bed from that store. We laid on the beds on the showroom floor.

Bought a Sleep number king bed. Love it. Slept wonderful the first night in it and expect many more of the same. Very comfortable. The whole team of employees from the sales person to the delivery people were very professional and knowledgeable on their product. Very happy with our bed and will gladly recommend sleep number to others. Have absolutely nothing bad to say. It is worth the money.

This is my second Sleep Number mattress I purchase. I bought the first original Sleep Number 18 years ago and now, I'm updating to the new version. The delivery staff was so professional and cater to my needs when delivering and set up my mattress. Hope to get 25 years or more.

The delivery was exactly on time. I received two calls before they arrived advising me of their ETA. Both people were extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. The set up took no time and they answered all my questions. Everything was cleaned up and they were gone. Would definitely recommend.

Sales person (Adam) was very knowledgeable. He misrepresented the sale. He said that delivery would be free (over the phone) even with our distance from any warehouse (store). He said that he would issue a $50 coupon for the surcharge of delivery. I have NOT YET received the credit. He also indicated on the sales document that I had gotten the mattress pad at the store. NOT TRUE. Had I not called in advance to check on the mattress pad, I would never have gotten it, I had to play games with three phone numbers to settle the issue. The delivery and set up team were super!!! Professional, courteous, and efficient. ALSO was promised that Adam would contact me Friday am (4/9/21) as soon as he got into the showroom. I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM. I EXPECT AT LEAST AN APOLOGY FROM HIM.

I'm very disappointed with your customer service and delivery departments. We ordered a bed Jan. 30th. It was to be delivered in March. Didn't get it. Was rescheduled for Apr. 9th. Didn't get it. They tried to reschedule it for May. How many days do I have to take off to get my order? Was my bed ever on a delivery truck? When you mess up on your end, why do I have to pay with waiting another month for delivery?

We just purchase a Sleep Number bed. We have not received it yet but can't wait. Our salesman "Bob" was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have already recommended this product and many of our friends have said they already have a sleep number bed and love it! There was a bit of a sticker shock, but it is an investment in our health and well being. The 0% financing definitely helped seal the deal!

If I could give a zero star review I would. Sales person failed to tell us that the size bed we wanted wouldn't be able to be delivered to our walk-up apartment (which took over a month to come BTW). Customer service? Trash. They delete reviews on their website, and block people on facebook when people give their honest review of their experience. I can't wait to see them go out of business. They overcharge for their beds and then they don't stand by their warranty. PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I never write bad reviews unless a company really deserves it, and this is the case for this company. I will be reporting them to the BBB. They should not be able to do what they do to people. Please save yourself the time, money, and headache from making a purchase with them. You will thank me later!

Although expensive, my sleep number bed purchase was impeccable, from employees (sales, customer service, delivery, setup) to the beautiful bed I now own. It was a very pleasant (and unusual) experience to buy something and have absolutely everything go right.

The representative was extremely helpful and answered my questions promptly. When I told her I was a long-time owner of a Sleep Number bed and was very disappointed about the overnight increase in price, she managed to get me a better deal than the one I originally was going to get. The 3-week wait for delivery is a bit longer than I'd like, but quite understandable given the covid delays.
