When we went to the Sleep Number Bed Store, we were caught up with Jeremy T. He did a very good sales pitch, which I told him lol. He went over everything thoroughly well. He not only sold us a bed iLE Limited Edition, he sold us a mattress pad and set of sheets! Tina and the other sales girl (I can’t remember her name, I didn’t talk to her that much) but they all three are Extremely NICE and HELPFUL people. They do their jobs well. I got quite unraveled over the delivery but it got taken care of about that and even got 500$ taken off my bill for that. Thank you very much Sleep Number. By the way, We Love Our Bed! We haven’t woke up being stiff in the mornings anymore. That is Fabulous as we’re old and have arthritis and bad backs and I’m absolutely astonished as to how this bed relieves pressure. I am definitely letting everyone know how wonderful this bed already is for us. Thank You, Annie ** & Randolph **.

Gentlemen were very professional, and took time to explain everything about the set up and use of bed, would definitely recommend them!! Answered all the questions we had, removed all packing materials and were very efficient! They called ahead of time to update us on the delivery time and were right on time.

Being 75 years young, I've tried many types of beds. Hands down, this is the best. The setup was awesome, the people every step of the way were just great. My neighbors/friends, recommended Sleep #, and I'm glad they did. I can't imagine ever going back to another brand. However, if Sleep Number comes out with a new one down the road, I'd look at that for sure!

I have the i8 smart bed and it is amazing. All the functionality I want in my second Sleep Number bed. Unfortunately, this bed has more memory foam on top than was explained to me. It has now broken down after 1.5 years, making a permanent indentation in the top of the bed. I wish the memory foam could be removed.

The delivery team arrived on time. They were courteous, pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. The whole delivery operation was fast and neat. They took the time to explain the operation of the bed functions. I would definitely recommend Sleep Number. From the sales team to the delivery team all five stars.

Just one side of our Sleep Number bed is losing air at night. After listening to my explanation, she knew what I needed to do, sent me emailed instructions with a video to make it simple and explained exactly what I needed to do. And, if that doesn't work, also went through next step instructions. Great to work with. Customer for life!

Love the bed. We bought the one with each side works by itself. Great for reading, sleeping, watching tv. Adjusts if I roll over. It lets we know how I'lI sleep that night. Took a little bit to learn the control easy after a bit. Bed is easy to make. Just raise the head of bed. We have a king. Easy to make.

Actually we were already Sleep Number owners. Our old bed was purchased in 2008 and it was time for a new bed. We discussed trying the new foam mattresses but without question we loved the sleep number bed so we stayed with it. NO REGRETS! Highly recommend the sleep number.

A Great Bed, good, courteous and professional people to deal with, Good set up, free delivery. My wife loves the bed. She is the reason I bought it, very satisfied. I would recommend it for anyone if you want to find comfort and smart. Means what it means. Smart bed. Monitors your sleep, your health, you can set different settings to make your sleep more comfortable and check your phone every day to see how you slept. That is why they call it a smart bed. I really didn’t know that until I bought the bed what smart bed really meant and I am not getting paid to say this. Just my opinion.

If you do not have a Sleep Number bed, you are missing out on your best sleep ever! The bed is a complete joy to own. So many functions and options to allow you the sleep you deserve. Had a wonderful experience in the delivery and setup!! Now the great experience of sleeping yet to come! Also the sheets and comforter were excellent! Still getting use to the Sleeping Number, but was a lot cooler sleep! The people at the Sleep Number Bead in St Augustine Florida are the bomb. I moved and the movers failed to successfully set up my Sleep Number bed. Had to call customer support and ask for a technician to come fix my bed! I was scheduled a time for a technician and I was also provided with the tech manual for the bed so as to problem solve on my own.

From the time of purchase the salesperson was very professional, delivery schedule and time was excellent. After using the bed in one day, my wife and I we noticed the different for a more satisfactory comfort of sleep. The sale price was excellent and the overall experience was GREAT with the purchase of the Split King iLE 360 Smart Bed. Sleep Number Bed is highly recommended for their comfort, quality and freedom from pain.

The 100 day trial is a SCAM!!! And don't finance with their bank (Synchrony Bank). They are part of the scam. I returned the bed and received late fees and had to pay an additional $586 including the agreement of delivery fees of $400.00. I disputed not once but twice, and now have late fees and a negative impact on my credit score. DON'T BUY, DON'T TRY and especially DON'T FINANCE. Worst customer service. Can't get information over the phone and the only way to get information is you have to sign up for the online account.

Horrible Bed and Sales people LIE! Will tell you anything for a sale! Beware on purchasing this bed! Not worth the $10,000.00!! Looks like a fly by night bed! DO NOT buy the COOLING SYSTEM. Feels like a plastic hospital bed. Fitted sheet can not go on appropriately. Would be nice of them to advise of such things ESPECIALLY asking such questions.

We love our bed, but after only ~3 months the adjustable base needed to be reset every time we changed the position. Sleep Number does not provide support for the base so we had to contact Leggett & Platt for help. We called and walked through troubleshooting which did not fix the problem. We requested further help, and after answering Covid related questions (like a technician would come in a day or 2) we were told parts were out of stock and we'd be contacted when they came in. Technician called over a month later and came to repair the bed. He left saying it was fixed, I adjusted the position and later that day discovered we still have the same errors. We are beyond frustrated.

My husband & I have at least 4 Sleep Number beds and this is the worst experience I have had with the company. Now you are getting my money & I am having sleepless nights. The bed I thought I ordered is NOT the bed I received. I spoke with the salesperson on the phone & expressed how I wanted a cooling pad with my order. I requested this item at least 3 times. When the bed was delivered, I had to call the delivery men to get them to come to my address that I have been at for 10 years. The salesperson was sending them to our old residence.
The delivery personnel is another whole issue. I was not able to watch the delivery men install the bed because I was on the phone with the salesperson considering another problem. As the nights went by I was not sleeping well and I checked the bed to removed the cooling pad, thinking that could be the problem, and to my surprise there was NOT a cooling pad. So, yes I am Very Disappointed.

Our bed wasn't set up properly. The right side of the bed is further down than the left side. That makes it hard to make the bed because my hand won't fit in between the mattress and footboard. Items fall through the head of the bed because there is a huge gap between it and the mattress.

I went mattress shopping with my sister winter 2019 and she got a SleepNumber. We went to SleepNumber first, followed by a couple other mattress stores and NOTHING CAME CLOSE to the beds we tested. Early 2020, my husband and I went all out and got theeee SleepNumber bed: i10 King Size Flex Top, temp controlled, with feet warmers and under bed lighting. It wasn’t cheap and the price tag made me sick, but “sleep is the most important thing we do”, so I rolled with it. Then COVID hit the US. Man.. We bought our bed at the perfect time! My husband and I were both furloughed for 3 months. As the world was literally shutting down outside, we bunkered down in our apartment and enjoyed every moment with our SleepNumber. Everyday was Groundhog’s Day, but our SleepNumber got us through. I truuuly love my bed (maybe more than my husband? LOL JK ..kinda) and recommend it to everyone!!

We tried another mattress. After the first 6 months it was apparent that it wasn't as good. We went six years before we finally gave in and went back to Sleep number. Life is too short to wait any longer.

Customer service was great, twice! Great warranty replacement. Waiting on delivery of the new air mattress to be delivered. I would recommend to friends and family. There was a pro-rated cost, but it was half the price of a new baffle.

My salesperson was an expert on all items for sale at Sleep Number, beds, frames, sheets, etc. He showed me all available beds and knew all about them. Before I tried the beds out, he carefully placed pillow coverings and foot coverings for health and safety during Covid-19. Most importantly, he successfully sold me a bed.

The primary reason for the 10 can be summed up in two words: Elishia (in the Spokane store) and Cheryl, (who called from customer service). Elishia responded to my email within 10 min of it being sent and has been a solid gold asset to Sleep Number for her helping with an issue with a bed and a breakdown in the chat line contact. Her customer service is beyond reproach and well above what I expected or deserved. She has gone the "Extra mile" for me and deserves recognition for her efforts. There have been numerous emails back and forth and her professionalism abounds. She is a real credit to sleep number and represents the company in most positive way.
Cheryl also deserves recognition for the way she dealt with my disability during our phone conversation. I am profoundly hearing impaired. She understood that and made a wonderful effort to speak slowly and very clearly so I had no problem understanding her. I don't know where you found these folks, but if you were smart, you would go back there and find a dozen more just like them. Employees like them are a priceless asset to any company. We bought the bed with the understanding we could control the bed with our iPhone or iPad, it doesn’t. I have called the help line and done everything they asked me to. This is brand new, I should not have to do all this troubleshooting on the phone crawling on the floor looking for led lights etc...reconfiguring our WiFi, etc. It is suppose to work and doesn’t. The bed has been flat since it was set up. We are not happy with your product and are considering returning it.

Honestly, I am blown away by the results I have gotten from my bed. Sleep Number has made sleeping an art! I recommend that everybody use the Sleep 30 Challenge and the Sleep IQ app on your phone. They are helpful tools.

We've only had the bed for 4 nights, but the difference in our sleep for the better is remarkable. It's great to be able to adjust the bed to reduce snoring! Both my husband and I have had improved sleep in the 4 nights we've had the bed!

I purchased my Sleep Number bed in June of 2020 and immediately had problems with the accuracy of the Sleep IQ software that is inside of the bed's air pump. Then software would say that I am in bed when I am not, I am out of bed when I am in bed fast asleep and consequently give crazy, inaccurate "Sleep Scores" that are so far off you can't believe anything it is telling you! I have had Sleep Number replace the air pump several times and I am still having the same gross inaccuracy problems.
At this point I can't believe anything the Sleep IQ software is telling me so I am going to turn it off and ignore it forever!! Even though I have had this problem since I bought the bed and I did report it to Sleep Number immediately, I am past the100 days Sleep Number gives you return their faulty bed so I am stuck with it!! If you are checking Sleep Number beds to purchase one, I would look somewhere else. Their beds cost twice as much as other comparable premium beds. I regret buying this bed!!

Since getting the Sleep Number bed I find I sleep much better and I am comfortable throughout the night. I would recommend the Sleep Number bed to everyone. My husband loves the bed and also sleeps much better. When you get up as we do in the middle of the night and get back in too bad we're immediately comfortable.

Our salesperson, Kendall **, did an excellent job. My wife and I would share our experience with her with anyone. She explained all the features on all the models. She answered all our questions. We bought 2 pillows, a complete set of sheets, the cooling cover for my pillow and opened an account. Everything was made very easy by Kendall.

We purchased the C2 at the beginning of January. We liked the idea that each side could be adjusted to our preference and the Responsive Air Technology meant we could be combo sleepers (stomach and side) and the bed would simply adjust for us. But we received a glorified air mattress with a noisy machine that kept waking us up.
Our first frustration is that we had to wait over a week to have the bed delivered and were forced to pay $200 in delivery fees, when we would've preferred to pick it up at a location. When I called after a couple weeks of sleeping on the bed to complain about it, they offered a free pillowtop and free underlayment pad that should help with both sagging in the middle and feeling like it's an air mattress. We had to wait nearly a month for that to be installed for us, even though the products themselves shipped within days. If we tried installing them ourselves and failed, we would void the warranty, so we figured we would wait.
Even with the extra layers, though, it wasn't enough. The app sometimes had errors. The tracking isn't nearly accurate enough for someone who takes a solid 1-1.5 hour to fall asleep, but the bed thinks you fall asleep quickly. Sometimes, when adjusting the bed to a higher number, the mattress would deflate instead of add air, the complete opposite of what we would expect for the requested adjustment. When this happens often enough, it makes you wonder if the bed is even working properly and there's no way to actually check to make sure your setting is where the bed is at. In addition, we thought the Responsive Air Technology would be great, but it was so loud, even with soft materials packing it in to muffle the sound, it woke both of us up (and I normally sleep through anything).
And my biggest frustration of the whole experience: We have to pay ANOTHER $212 to have them come get the mattress for our return. So after paying $900 for a brand new mattress, we were charged an additional $400+ just to receive and then return the mattress, money we will never get back. That's almost HALF the cost of the mattress!
It's also worth noting they say they won't promise good sleep, but they can prove it. But they claim a sleep score of 60-85 as "good sleep," out of a possible 100. Sorry, but I don't consider a grade B, C, or D as "good sleep." That doesn't fly well in school. It shouldn't be my goals for sleep. I'll take a company that can promise good sleep. The proof will be in how I feel in the morning, rather than a numerical score.
With all these other mattress companies offering free shipping of their mattresses AND free returns if you aren't getting a good night's sleep within their 100-365 days, we will not recommend Sleep Number to any of our family or friends (or enemies) and will be looking elsewhere for a new mattress. Thanks for nothing but trouble.

Sylvester B was very knowledgeable on the products that we encountered. We basically was checking on price and by the time we sat and talked with Sylvester I ended up testing the ILE out again and he explained the bed out even further. Also showed us on his phone how it works so he was definitely talking from experience. I just thought he was very professional and knew what he was talking about. His knowledge is what ended up us buying the bed at that moment. I must say I’ve dealt with plenty of salesman and by far he is good at what he is doing.

Very pleased with the bed we have. We would highly recommend the purchase of Sleep Number beds. Love the fact my wife and I can pick and choose our own numbers for sleep. This makes sleeping much more comfortable. Also allows movement at night without waking your partner.

Delivery was canceled by you two different times only after the delivery windows were passed. We were told we would get an update in 24 hours of when the next delivery appointment would be, but were never notified. I tried calling the store that we purchased it from, and the store staff was unwilling to help the situation and not willing to provide contact information to speak with a manager. In response to my inquiry, the store rep, Clay, said "It's not a good system, but it's the only system we have."

Thought we had an issue with the air pump after TWO different support reps told us it was that. Ordered replacement part, and paid $175 for it, despite the fact that the previous rep said it would be covered completely. Part shows up, turns out the noise wasn't related to the pump at all. No problem, haven't even taken the part out of the packaging, I will just return it. Wrong. After another 2 hours of time on calls, they deemed that they would not refund the cost, so now I have to dispute it with the credit card company. Not so mad about the $175, but out of principle they will never get that money. I would have never expected such terrible service. Sales process was great, as was the product itself, but this support strategy is circa 1982 and total **.

Sleep Number Buyer beware of the 100 Night Trial Period, it is NOT free!! Hopefully this review will help you make a better and not so expensive decision. Recently I bought an i8 360 Smart Bed and FlexFit frame and honestly regret it. In the showroom they make you test the king size bed which makes a big difference in feel and comfort from a Queen size. In a king size bed you will not feel much movement when your partner exits the bed or moves around, in a queen size bed it is an entirely different experience and you will feel all movement. Also, since you are closer together in a queen size bed there is a "trench effect" in the middle of the bed and whoever has the higher number will slowly slip into the other side.
I called support and they said they have a fix for the "trench" effect and that should also help with the movement issue. Their fix was to put an additional 2 in foam pad under the persons side with the lower number to lift that side so that both sides are even, believe me it does not solve the issue it just makes it worst and more noticeable. They also sent a mattress pad to see if that helps with the issues, nice pad but it did not solve the issue.
Needles to say, I am returning the bed and got stuck with the FlexFit frame which is non-returnable and will not work with other mattresses since it does not have a mattress stop at the end of the bed, it was made specifically for Sleep Number mattresses. Returning back to my TempurPedic, it has a superior product with similar technology. This makes my “100 Night in Home Trial” a very expensive $2,500.00 test. By the way, you have to pay a stocking/return fee of approximately $200 for the mattress. Do your research and go to the Better Business Bureau BBB website and find out for yourself.

I have only slept in my bed 2 nights. I love it! It tells me how well I slept. I imagine it will only get better the more I sleep on it and more data it collects. I am 6’3” and this size bed is almost too short for me, but it works. It fits best in my room rather than a queen or king. My delivery/install was rescheduled due to the Winter Freeze and they accommodated me quickly! Great product and great company.

The bed is great. Expensive. But best bed I've ever slept in for about 2 years. Then I realized the magnets hold the mattress to the base are made out of that paper material they make MRI shorts at hospitals out of... We have shelled out something like 12k and they now want us to pay $473 to replace both paper material covers to hold the bed back together and charge us $99 to install it. Bed isn't even 3 years old. Don't do it.

I have a lot of pain in my hips, knees and back. I have a mattress that is 14 yrs old and figured it was time for new. I got a 360 smarter P5 in queen size. I cannot wait to see if it helps my pain. Our new bed was to be delivered today between 9 am and 1 pm. I received a confirmation email and a voice mail stating that our delivery was on schedule, but if anything changes, I’ll be notified. We spent the last few days rearranging and cleaning, and preparing for our new $7,000 bed!!! We both took the day off work without pay in anticipation of a good nights sleep, because we no longer have a bed, and we still had no new updates from Sleep Number that anything about our delivery had changed. After 1pm came and went without hearing anything, I called the store. I explained to the sales guy what was going on and asked if they are running late, and can I still expect it because we wanted to get our grocery shopping in today as well, after the bed got here. He told me that in the computer, it said that it was in transit, meaning that they were just running late. Ok. We’ll wait....
2pm, nothing. 3pm, nothing.4 pm, I call the store.. No one will answer, I try over and over for 20 min with no answer and finally send a text message to Sleep Numbers system that sends me a reply text saying I will be contacted by a rep soon. 5pm no call... So I find a 1-800 number on the internet and call it, and after another 20 min on hold a nice woman answers and tells me that.... My delivery was canceled by someone at the store! Without notifying me! They pushed my plan out 2 week till Nov 11, and the first delivery date is in 2 week! We have no bed... She transfers me to a supervisor line, but after another 30 min on hold it’s clear that no one will answer. So here we are. We wasted a full day for nothing, lost pay, don’t have a bed and might not for another 2 weeks, didn’t get groceries and ordered out, and still have not had one call back from anyone at Sleep Number. To say that we are quite angry would be an understatement.

The sales staff and manager could not have been more helpful while I was in the store to purchase their "top of the line" bed. However, as soon as the delivery went sideways, they could not have given me a bigger FU! Refused to communicate to me the district manager's contact information nor attempted to resolve the issue. All because the salesperson put in the incorrect delivery address. Go somewhere else to make your purchase and avoid this nightmare of a retail operation. The corporate customer service could not be bothered to help in this situation either.

Extremely disappointed in the communication regarding the Home Delivery service. Due to weather, my delivery today was canceled, which is perfectly acceptable. The problem lies in the fact that the delivery was not canceled until 1 hour into my delivery window (I received the call at noon). The weather situation is not new (been here for 2 days now), so a call in advance could have and should have taken place. At minimum, at least an hour or so prior to the delivery window. I made several phone calls to attempt to determine if delivery was still happening, which I was told over and over, "Your delivery is still scheduled and on track." So I proceeded to breakdown my old bed and move all of the furniture.
Now after the cancelation, my delivery won't take place for another 2 weeks, for a total of 4 weeks since the day I ordered the bed. (My parents who purchased on the same day as I has the same situation, yet their bed is not scheduled for 3 additional weeks, which means they will wait 5 weeks for their bed). After spending the kind of money involved, I would have thought a better communication as well as some amount of consideration and respect for your customer would be in place.

When we worked with Jessica at the store (the sales associate) she was great! We thought we were going to have a wonderful experience getting our bed to us, but that was not the case. Sleep Number bed has the worst customer service I have very experienced (AT THE HOME OFFICE). We ordered our bed 3 weeks ago at the Fredericksburg office and they advised that we would be able to receive our bed within 3 weeks. We set up a delivery date for 2/14/2021. We received notification that we would have bad weather in the area that weekend. We called the Wednesday before and the Thursday before to reconfirm that there were not going to be any delays in regards to our shipment or if we should schedule another date. They told us no that they still planned on delivering.
On Saturday 2/14, we called them at 10:30AM when it was icing and asked them if they planned on still delivering today because we did not want to take our bed apart if they were unable to make it for delivery because I am pregnant and wanted to make sure we still had a proper bed to sleep in. They told us that the driver would still be here between 2-6PM. We took our bed apart (which is homemade so we were unable to put it back together due to the wood). They called us at 1:30 to cancel the delivery date.
I asked when the next available date would be thinking maybe Monday (we understood that the weather was bad) BUT they told us they couldn’t deliver the bed until 3/9/2021!!! Another 3 weeks after EXPLAINING to them that I was pregnant and now having to sleep on the floor. I told them I didn’t understand if the bed was in Richmond why would they have to wait another 3 weeks. They explained to me that they SHIP THE BEDS back to SC!!!! We are in VA!! I told them that it makes no sense that they would ship it all the way back to SC and that we needed a sooner date and that we would need the bed this week. That it is not our problem they do not have a warehouse here in VA. They told me that there was nothing else that they could do for me.
After constantly calling and speaking with MULTIPLE different people they are now saying the earliest they can get a bed to me is 2/27. I explained to them that I am not even available that date and they told me, "Sorry. We can understand if you want to cancel”. Never in my life, working in logistics and customer service myself have I EVER seen anyone operate this way. It is a terrible service and BUYERS BEWARE! They refuse to help and they offer a PREGNANT woman an air mattress to sleep on for the next 3 weeks. It is unbelievable. You cannot even get in touch with a manager at the home office.
There is still no solution at this time. When I spoke with one of the customer service reps and explained to them that we are considering cancelling our order because of the terrible service that they are providing they just "understood". They do not care about their customers! We were paying $9,000 for this bed and they treat you like crap. Their competitor is HALF the price and offer more. We will most likely cancel our order with sleep number bed and reach out to their competitor iSense.

Sub par product with terrible customer service. Since I received my bed it worked for 14 days, and then has been broken for 16 days with no resolution in sight. The leg position of my bed was stuck in the upright position. I spent over 8 grand in order to sleep on the couch until their repairman forced the legs down, and now the adjustable base is still not adjustable until parts arrive. A summary of the issues I've encountered since I purchased my bed:
- Contacted customer support via chat, which couldn't help me on a call because it was night time (when most people sleep) so I couldn't sleep in my bed.
- Was bounced between 2 separate companies 4 times over 2 days with them passing the blame to each other over whose problem my base not working was. Sleep Number uses an adjustable bed company but their systems cannot talk to each other so had to do twice the work to attempt a resolve.
- Was told my order would be "rush shipped as fast as possible". Currently have waited over 2 weeks with no receiving date communicated.
- Contacted customer support, was given a supervisor number because they couldn't check on my repair order.
- Supervisor transferred me to a closed office in the middle of our conversation while I'm trying to figure out timeline for repair or how I get a refund.
I have spent DAYS of my time trying to resolve this issue and received zero help from any avenue that they have. They have zero empathy for customers and terrible system for attempting to provide support.

SleepIQ App LOCKS out any sleep goal less than 6.5 hours - unacceptable and unfair. My sleepIQ score will never be decent then. The APP should not have control over what MY average sleep is. This lock on sleep average needs to be removed from the app.

The salesperson never said that the sale will go on a credit card. Also the bed is not 100% refundable, I tried to send it back and was told that I have to pay 200 dollars. Also if I send back the bed I have to keep the base. None of this was expressed when I bought the bed. Terrible customer service. I will definitely not be recommending this product to anyone.

The gentlemen who installed and took away my old mattress were very patient and we'll mannered. They took the time to explain everything to me and helped me get on the app for my new mattress. I have had my old one for over 16 years and would recommend Sleep Number beds to everyone. Unlike regular ones who tend to need replaced every ten years. Not only can you adjust to your level of comfort, but now they have new technology to help you to achieve the best in sleep comfort.

I have tried to find an email for customer service but cant so I will leave a review here. My husband and I bought a bed from the Nashville Tn store on Dec 19, 2020. We thought long and hard about making a purchase this large. We decided to go with Sleep Number bc of the great things we had heard about the beds. We made our purchase and chose Jan 23 for our delivery day. A Saturday so we would not have to take a day off work. Also pushed it out to Jan 23 bc we knew we needed to replace the floor in our room. The Thursday before our scheduled delivery we received a confirmation text for saturday between 3-6pm. Saturday came we waited for our delivery. At 5:30pm My husband checked his email only to find one from 8:40 am that our delivery had been rescheduled for Feb 19.
I called and spoke with a lady and she confirmed it was changed. It said they tried to call that morning. Someone did call from an unknown number, my husband answered, no response so he hung up assuming it was a telemarketer. Instead of calling back and saying this is sleep number they just chose to reschedule. The lady I spoke with said a pallet didnt show up and some parts were broken. She said they had dropped the ball and when that happens they try to make it right quickly and try to make our order a priority. She was going to reach out to her lead and call me back. That was Saturday Jan 23. I waited till about midweek and called back after I had not received a call.
The lady I spoke with said she would send the previous lady I spoke with an email to touch base with me since she knew what was going on. This is person #2 Ive spoke with. I heard nothing. That Saturday I go to a local sleep number store hoping they could help since our bed was to delivered from there. I spoke with the store manager and told him our issue, he tooks notes and after telling me how long he has been there, who trained him, how many beds he's owned and what a great company this was he gave me a customer service card and told me I needed to call them. Person #3 Ive spoke with. I called customer service and explained the issue was and she told me that they could not change the date and if I wanted I could speak to the supervisor dept. Person #4 I spoke with. I was transferred to that dept. I was on hold for about 15 minutes until I decided to leave a message for someone. #5 of trying to get this issue resolved.
We did not receive a response until 2 or 3 days later when the message said we would receive a call back within 4 hours. They told my husband they could not get our bed any sooner than Feb 19 unless someone canceled. It was not our problem that a pallet did not show up or that parts were damaged. It was and is sleep numbers responsibility to correct the problem as quickly as possibly. It is sleep number's problem that I had to speak with 5 different people and got no answers to try and fix this issue quickly. Since we had to redo the floors in our room we have been sharing a room with our 18 yr old daughter. The way you have handled this is absolutely unacceptable!
We spent almost $9,000 on a bed and this is what we have had to deal with. We were very excited to make this purchase for ourselves and we are already regretting it and we havent even got the bed yet. I have made it known to friends how terrible your customer service is and I will continue to do so bc this is unacceptable. We are paying $9,000 for this? We are paying $200 for delivery for this? I hope that this bed is amazing bc I can only imagine the nightmare we will have if there are issues once we actually receive the bed. Very disappointed in sleep number and we havent even received our purchase yet. I would not recommend sleep number based solely on your customer service. This company does not make customer satisfaction a priority.

We purchased our 360 split king bed because we were tired of buying mattresses that didn't work for both of us. My husband like a firmer mattress and I prefer soft. We felt like this was the perfect fit! The salesman explained that the bed should last 20+ years and even had a 10 year warranty. So, we opted for the more expensive model thinking we would have this bed for a long time and didn't want to regret not getting the nicer one. Well, less than a year of owning the bed, the remote broke. We called the store and they said we'd have to call to get a replacement. No big deal.
Then, about 6 months later, my husband's side of the bed kept deflating in the middle of the night. We called and they said we had to "test" the bed with the little white caps that the delivery people left. There were no caps left. So, they shipped them. (it took 7 days) Then, we had to test the bed. We found out that it was the air chamber. Called back and they shipped the air chamber. Much to my surprise, it wasn't covered under the warranty so we were asked to pay. The item comes in a box and you have to take the entire bed apart by yourself! We got everything hooked back up and the bed was back to normal! Thankfully, because my husband had lost over 3 weeks of sleep and eventually moved to the couch during the wait.
Well, about a week later, the foot warming stopped working. I call and they want another $200+ to fix it. The girl on the phone told me that the foot warming pad was outdated and needed to be updated. How is this my fault? This company does not stand behind their products!! We are afraid to move too hard on the bed now in fear of breaking it. You shouldn't feel that way about something so expensive. I'm very disappointed and even more upset that I have sent 3 of my family members to the store to purchase beds. I hope all of the beds aren't like this LEMON that we got!

The sales associate at the store was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. He worked hard to put a package together that would save me the most money. The ordering process was quick and the time to receive the bed was too. On delivery day, the installers arrived on time. They introduced themselves and were very friendly and polite. They informed me about the installation process and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. When done, they answered my questions, walked me through a brief tutorial on using the remote, details of the warranty, and how to contact customer service. I was extremely please with their professionalism and respect for my home and my time. If the bed is half as good as the Sleep Number representatives I've encountered, it will be the smartest purchase I've made in a long time.

I would have loved to give the delivery team a five star rating. I thought that they were professional, knowledgeable and treated my home with care. The thing that bothers me the most was that the delivery team didn’t have on shoe booties that would’ve protected my floors and carpet in my master bathroom. In the days of Covid it would have been assuring that the delivery was not tracking in dirt and germs, in to my house from every house they delivered to that day. If this is not a company policy, it should be. You’re bringing something into the most private room in their house.

I love the bed except for the off-gassing. It is awful. The company should do something about it. Perhaps air out the foam prior to manufacturing. Or air it out prior to shipping the product to the customer? Don't know what the solution should be but they need to figure it out.

It's important to know that some pieces can arrive with a strong smell, just like a new car can have that “new car smell.” There is nothing harmful in the odor, and this is not uncommon, but we do understand that some people may be more sensitive to this than others.
We recommend placing a fan by your bed to help dissipate any smell, or use a few dryer sheets between your fitted sheet & mattress, as that can help to absorb the odor as well.

Our Sleep Number delivery team, Sal and Noah, was the best we have ever had. They were professional and respectful of our home. Of course, they fully demonstrated our bed functions, and went so far as to ensure our headboard was perfectly lined up to the bracket so our installation was easy. Bought 2 beds. A full for my daughter and a king for me, when they came to deliver the full they tried saying they couldn't make it up the steps until I talked with the supervisor and then they made up in less than 5 minutes. My king bed has been canceled 3 times. As of today, I have been on hold for hours and hung up on once.. My bed was over 9000 alone and if I don't have it before the end of the week I will be canceling both beds.

I upgraded to a full size bed from a single bed. Needless to say I am very happy with the extra room I have on it. Sleeping on the single was hard for me. I am 74 years old and have had numerous surgeries since age 72 and finally my husband and I agreed to the upgrade. I am very happy with it and it serves my every need at present.

We had a Sleep Number for about 14 years, it was definitely time for an upgrade. We looked at other mattresses, but none had the ability to change from night to night if needed. I love my Sleep number bed because I'm bed ridden and the adjustability helps me with my pains! I can make it firmer or softer every day or night according to how I'm feeling! I love it! I would recommend this bed to anyone with back problems or leg problems or just want a good night's rest and sleep! I got my bed delivered by Fed ex and my son in law put it together for me and it took him about 2 hours to put it together! It saved me 200.00 and it was so simple to put together! I love it has two sides to it and if someone sleeps with me like my granddaughter she loved having her own side so she could adjust it to suit herself!!! She woke up in the middle of the night and adjusted it to a little softer than where she had it at the beginning of the night!!! I think she just really wanted to check out the different settings. Lol.

They do not tell you that your bed will suck up data usage when you are not using it. Love my bed except for the hidden evils. While you are awake and at work your bed is sucking up bandwidth. Why if you are awake does your bed need to be communicating with the Sleep Number Mothership? I have never had my ISP contact me in the 20 years I have used them to tell me I was running out of data and would have to start paying overages. The only thing that changed was my 360 bed. So the next month I would manually turn off the data collecting each morning and on before bed to see what happened. Well my data went back to what it was before the bed, so that tells me it's the bed right?
So I now have a smart outlet hooked up to the bed and each morning at a set time it turns the bed completely off and then back on before bed without me doing anything. If I want to go to bed early I just tell Google to turn on the bed. Or off the bed if I get up early, easy as pie. Still the question why are they collecting my data when I am not in bed. They can collect data to tell when you are not home and in bed. Not to mention in bed and sound asleep and the patterns when you are asleep and home. Do not believe me check for yourself, I have attached a image with my data records. Why do they not offer to schedule this stuff in the app, after all it is a SMART phone right?

The in store service in Greenfield was very recommendable. It was professional and knowledgeable. We were able to test multiple mattresses and talked about price points during the first mattress to guide next steps. Questions about sleep patterns and the fissure were discussed to make the best choice. I would rate delivery and in-store experiences differently but purchasing was relaxing. ;)

I am now going on hour 2 of being on the phone with customer service. I am about to speak to my 5th person. No one can help and pass me around. This is unacceptable. Never again will I purchase any products from your company. The most recent person insisted on transferring me to a supervisor (second time today) and said there was no one else waiting in the queue. Guess what? That was 10 minutes ago. I just want my bed to be fixed and for your company to deliver on its promise. Utter garbage.

Tamia, the Customer Service Representative who helped me, talked me through checking if the pump for my bed was working. She had me unplug it from the wall, wait 20 seconds and then plug it back in. When that didn't resolve it, she talked me through checking out the pump and she was able to ascertain that the pump wasn't working and took care of ordering me a new one.

We wanted to find a bed that was comfortable for both of us. Others we know had Sleep Numbers and generally liked them. We felt the P5 was the most comfortable for us. I didn’t like the visible sag when set at my ideal number but was willing to overlook that because my wife was getting pain sleeping and we needed to get rid of our mattress for something that would help. We ordered it and it was taking over two weeks to arrive, which was fine. A couple days later we decided to spend a couple more thousand and get an adjustable base. The date was moved back just over a week which wasn’t ideal, but still ok. We made arrangements and had our mattress picked up in coordination with the delivery date. The issue was, like others have experienced, they sent us the confirmation email with the date but cancelled it with no communication or with setting a new date.
I called and now was put at the end of the delivery list, another two weeks for an error that was clearly on their side. Only now, our old mattress was picked up and we’re left with nothing more than “sorry, we can give you $200 off” but a refusal to move the date up at all. We told them if we don’t have that bed by the end of the week we are canceling the order. (This was Tuesday) and they wouldn’t move it from the two weeks out so we promptly cancelled the order and are now looking at Saatva Solaire and Personal Comfort instead. The follow up customer service has been nothing more than dismissive and when you really research customer reviews, you easily find people with the same issue I had as well as a lot of others with less than good experiences.
A bunch are because they don’t refund delivery and charge $200 for pickup if you don’t like it with the 100 sleep guarantee or that the bases are not returnable. That is known and in the fine print, so I am more tolerant of that. Cancelling deliveries, leaving customers in a bind is where I have a problem and several others have as well. We did contact the CEO to share our experience and got an email back a couple days ago for a number to call. I gave them my wife’s because I’m done trying to have this addressed through customer service. My wife still hasn’t gotten a call.

Our visit at the Sleep Number store in St Petersburg, Fl. was amazing. The sales lady helped us decide which mattress would seemingly best suit us. The delivery was perfect too. On delivery day, the team called and said they would arrive in 20 minutes. They were one minute early! They worked together so well, treated us and our home with the highest respect. The foot warmer was delivered defective. They noticed and made a phone call for a replacement. It will be delivered within two weeks and a team will be here to install it. We had to do nothing to make it happen! All taken care of it for us.
Note: we have a manufactured wood floor and it was scratched during set-up. That scratch is under the bed and cannot be seen until the time the bed is moved. We did not file a complaint. The steel frame sits directly on the floor and is strongly supported by metal pillars. Our new Sleep Number 360 Smart Bed is so comfortable. It is a wonderful upgrade. Each of us has a remote and it is very user friendly.

I made an online purchase on 12/23 of 2020. Never even sat on a Sleep Number bed. My wife actually had questions about the bed and I called the closest store to me which is in Columbus, Ohio. I called the store and asked the female that answered the phone that if my wife and I would come down if she would explain more about the bed that we have already ordered one but have so many questions. She advised yes, come to the store and she could explain more and would be happy to answer any questions. We so traveled to store 11036 store in Columbus, Ohio and met Rachel M. As we entered she was already working with a customer, I had paperwork in my hand which had the sleep number logo on it and she must have seen that because she greeted us as "I will be right with you, thank you for be a returning customer."
Visit started great from there. As she finished up with her existing customer. She asked how she could help us. I advised her that I have called and that we were the ones that purchased a bed online and had questions. She advised, "Not a problem, let's get started over here." Put us on the p5 and showed us how the bed worked and the results we can get from the bed by finding your level. She found my wife and I level and she answered all other questions from there. Was so happy with the service and product returned to next day with my parents which also purchased a bed. Rachel M. Is a 5 star sales person in my opinion.

The first night sleep was great for both of us. We both fell asleep quickly and lasted all night. My wife had get up during the night and really liked the night light. In the morning we both felt like we had a refreshing night sleep. I also like the report I got in the morning.

I ordered our bed at the local Sleep Number store. The personnel there were very helpful in my selection and worked hard to get the numbers where I wanted them. We received our sleep number bed yesterday. The delivery team was very professional and informative. They arrived when promised and treated us and our home with respect.

So first off, the store was fabulous and the service was great. So nothing against them. We set up a delivery for our new bed. Originally they said the soonest was last week of Dec. The rep called back a day later and told us that because of the holidays, they were going to be able to schedule the delivery for Dec 28 between 10a-1p. It was perfect since my husband was off of work because of vacation and I was on my day off from work. We got a text message confirming the date and time the previous week. We got very excited and got up early on our vacation/day off to tear down our old bed. Then by 1p we decided to call and find out why our bed hadn't arrived. Apparently my husband received a call from Spamrisk at approx 9:15a. We thought nothing off it because it was Spamrisk. After making some calls, we found the voicemail stating that our bed had been delayed because of the weather. Ok, no problem.
Rescheduling the delivery has been a nightmare. We've been bounced around with Sleep Number customer service for over an hour. Been told that it can't be delivered on a Monday and that the first available delivery isn't until Jan 6. So now my husband is back at work from his vacation and now I'm going to be forced to be awake on the 6th. I work overnights at a long term care facility and need to be rested. The only words we got were "sorry for the inconvenience." So not only do we have to suffer the disappointment of being delayed, now my health and the health of the clients I work with will be affected. If we knew our day would be this horrible and the experience would have been this much of a headache, we never would have purchased.

Bad customer service. Wish I would had went somewhere else. Order bed on 11/16/2020 was scheduled for 12/16/20. They confirmed appt the day before then called me the day of to reschedule for 12/30/20. So now I am going to miss work again in case they decide to deliver. I think I am going to see if I can cancel order since they haven't delivered yet.

Best BED on the market today. We own two one king for home and one for our RV. Not only are the beds terrific the customer service is even better. Everyone should have one of these beds to sleep on every night. This is our second bed we bought for our RV. Our First bed was bought 25 years ago and still doing great.

Waited a month to get our bed. On the day of delivery we were told we would have to wait 2 more weeks due to a delivery persons emergency. Had to pitch a storm to get Sleep Comfort to move it up but still had to wait another week and four days. Not impressed.

My salesman, who I believe is a manager, was very attentive to my needs. He stated us on not the cheapest nor most expensive bed, but in the middle. Then we went more expensive and then we tried the cheapest. I ended up in the middle. I'm not sure why the interest free financing was mentioned so many times, but that's what I ended up doing.

Do not trust the 100 night trial unless you want to pay $400. They charge $199 for a delivery fee and $199 for the pick-up fee that is not reimbursed if you do not like the bed. I want to make everyone aware of this 100 night trial scam. This mattress is a glorified air mattress. This mattress has one piece of foam that sits on top of an air mattress. This mattress is not worth the money $$$$.

Purchased a $9500 bed (yes that's a lot of money for a mattress) and while there is a 100 day trial to return that bad...that is not true. The base can't be returned and that is like $2,000. Additionally they cancelled my delivery with no notice leaving me with a cleaned out bedroom and no bed to sleep in and no future delivery date. They claim they gave me courtesy credits which was really price adjustments because the bed went on sale after we bought it and my husband received a $100 military discount for serving our country. To convince us not to cancel the bed they gave us 2 courtesy credits and the offer of sheet set and mattress protector. We receive 1 courtesy credits and only the sheets.
After the bed was delivered (and not put together correctly -we had to get help from friends to help with the heavy bed to correct how it was installed on the frame)..we were told they gave us too much and no longer honoring the credit and mattress protector. While we enjoy the bed, not worth the hassle and time. They use bait and switch tactics so you don't cancel your order. It's a shame as the company is willing to behave this way in exchange for a poor review. I hope anyone who reads this proceeds with extreme caution and remember the point of sale is a highly trained salesperson not authorized to promise you much but you won't know that until your bed is set up and you're unable to return.

My husband and I purchased this bed due to him having a life altering surgery where he needs to sleep at a 30 degree angle for the rest of your life. Our delivery date was scheduled already 4 weeks after we bought our bed. We did not think it would take that long to get delivered, but we had to adjust when he got home from the hospital. When we finally were supposed to get our bed installed they were unable to install it due to our bedframe. We were told when we bought it that they are able to adjust the beds into our current bedframe and their technicians are the best as they do this all the time. So, they gave us a date 5 days after our original date, the best that they could do to come back.
On the day we finally were supposed to have this bed installed no one called us and then my husband (who is still recovering) was on the phone for over an hour after we reached out. We both got confirmation calls prior to this that they were coming. Apparently all deliveries were cancelled for that day and that they will be out the following Monday. So, I work in customer service and understand things happen, but to make your customers happy you go above and beyond. I feel this did not happen in our case. This bed is not cheap and we are already dealing with the stresses of medical bills. We are ready to return this bed and get a bed at half the price and deal with better customer service to get a bed that can help my husband sleep at night. If I could give 0 stars I would. We are both very unhappy with how this has happened and would take your business where someone can help you in a very important time of need!

Extremely pleased with our King 360 I10 mattress with Flexfit 2 base. Very first night our tossing and turning ceased. Less pain and stiffness in the morning. On October 30, 2020, my wife and I visited a Sleep Number store and was greeted by the store manager (Tim). We were immediately impressed with the steps the store had taken for Covid-19 precautions and Tim began to educate us on the available Sleep Number mattresses and questioned us about our sleep preferences. After spending some time trying out the mattresses, we made a decision and placed an order. Tim gave us a few available delivery and installation dates and we choose one that matched our schedule and we left the store feeling really good about the decision we made.
Ok, so here is where we began to regret the decision we made. On the morning of December 5, which was the scheduled delivery date, I get a call from a Sleep Number representative who says my delivery date would need to be rescheduled because the bed was still in Jackson, Ms. Now keep in mind, I had received two text messages confirming my delivery during the week and now 2 hours before it was supposed to be delivered to me, they realized it was in Jackson, Ms. The next available date would be on December 29.
I advised the representative that the date he was given me would not work for us because we had family coming in on December 19 for the holidays and we needed the bed that we were told would be there on December 5. He advised me that they would do their best to work us in before that, but he was told to put us down for December 29. How is it fair that a mistake that was made on their part caused us to go to the bottom of the list? You would think that special attention would be given to this situation to ensure the customer was happy even if it meant working after hours.
We have already donated our bed and we are currently sleeping in our spare room. I called Tim on December 5 and he had already read the notes on my account and he said, “I really do not have a good answer for you of why this happened”. I asked if there was anything he could do to expedite my delivery and he said he had emailed his boss to see if he could do anything because he worked in the retail section and they would not listen to him. So be aware, it appears that once the sale has been made, delivery and service after the sale is totally out of the control of the personnel in the retail store. I will be updating my review as we progress through the process, but at this time I am not confident in the delivery process or on any service that may be required after delivery. I had to order a $300 mattress so that I could accommodate my family for the holidays.

My old foam topper became indented with my body, so there was a depression were I was laying, needed replacement. Great service. l was treated well by both people who helped me with where I needed to get, and what I need to get. Great experience. Thanks. Loved the gentleman that delivered bed. Also the salesman at the store was great to work with. Explained things really well. First night on bed was great sleep.
