    Just before COVID hit we purchased a bed over 5k. Does not include the bedding and all that you basically have to have or the sheets will NOT stay on the bed (it will drive you insane!). Both of us have back issues and was hoping this would help us with that and better sleep. The bed has not lived up to all they claimed from the beginning. The sleep IQ stuff is crap. It is highly inaccurate and useless. Responsive air stuff does not really work to keep you at your desired pressure when you change positions. Had to have magnets replaced because the bed was sliding off the frame. It is still doing that and the magnets have come out totally. So every day we have to adjust the mattress back on the frame or it will be hanging off one side.

    A little over a year ago we started having issues with one side deflating some and the responsive air not working at all. Contacted them and they didn't want to do anything in our home due to COVID issues. So we sucked it up and dealt with it until things changed with the COVID stuff. Fast forward to now. The issue is MUCH worse. I can't lay on my side for a hour before it is deflated to the point my I am laying in a very wide V (For the record I usually have it as very firm like 70+). Needless to say not much sleeping there and I had enough. Contacted them, did the trouble shooting and they know the problem. And it will only cost me $200+ for them to fix it. WHAT? This bed is not even 2.5 yrs old and it is covered with a 15 year warranty? Oh that is WITH the warranty.

    Since the bed is "older" the "warranty" as they call it, is prorated to about 73% (if I recall what he said) and it does not cover any labor to fix it at all. So basically in a couple of more years the warranty will be worthless if it decreases in rate that quickly. Even car warranties are better than that. So I spend my nights constantly accessing the app to reinflate it so I can sleep a bit. So now I am stuck with paying that bill or no sleep. Needless to say not a happy customer here, and purchase with caution and read the fine print.

    Somehow three feet on one side got off-centered and the center one collapsed, allowing the side rail to split in half, rip, and one of the screws to punch through the rail. It is now ripped and warped. Since the rail is not available separately, the factory is sending me an entire platform assembly, at no cost, and I couldn't be more pleased with how they've serviced this purchase. They also replaced the air chambers about 7-8 years ago at no charge. I would recommend them to anyone.

    I want to commend both Dan and Josh, they deserve a raise lol, for their consideration and dedication to their job.     Sleep Number bed promotes the "100 Night Trial." I was led to believe that the trial would be free. When we purchased the mattress, we were told about the $200 (two hundred dollars) delivery fee. It seemed high for delivery, but we agreed to it. What we did NOT agree to, was the $249 (two hundred and forty-nine dollars) delivery fee for the return of the mattress. To my best knowledge, this is above the cost of any deliveries in our area. Deliveries for large items in our area are below $100, when there is a cost at all. High-priced items such as these (this mattress was almost $3000 (three thousand dollars) carry no shipping fees at all.

    I was also told I cannot return the mattress my own. I did speak with Veronica, the "case manager" who told me she did not care about my reporting their practices, and that she would not work with me. This amounts to deception. The "100 Night Trial" really costs $500 (five hundred dollars rounded up with taxes) for those of us who find the sleep number mattress impossible to sleep on.

    After 8 yrs of sleeping on our sleep # bedding the mattress pad started to split. I called the Allen Number Store in Sioux City Iowa and the lady gladly looked up when we bought it and gave me customer support number. On Monday during high volume calls customer support was very helpful and polite. They are sending me a new mattress pad at no cost. Their warranty is better than most I have dealt with.     I have a sleep number bed. I called and spoke with more than one of your parts sales people. They quoted me prices and told me the parts I would need. I placed the order also over the phone. There was not one mention of NO STOCK!!! I got my order confirmation stating 4-7 business days for usual shipping.     Purchased the split king ile360 with flex fit base. We were totally mislead by sales team. I specifically asked if the only difference between the 2 bases was the foot warming, to which the salesperson responded yes. We were also let to believe that the base was controlled via app, as the sales team repeatedly told us that everything was controlled via the app. When we took delivery of our mattress and base I noticed the remote controls but thought nothing of it. Assumed they were a back up. While going through manual that was left (SLEEP NUMBER 360 SMART BED USER GUIDE), there is a 4 bases listed, Flexfit 1, 2, 3 and integrated base. Sure enough, there is a Flexfit 2 base that has all the features we were sold by our salesman.

    We went back to the store and the salesperson apologized and was going to reach out to district manager. I asked if we ever say/tried the base he sold us and his response was that they don't even have that base in the showroom, WHAT??? What kind of shady company is this? He did take responsibility for misleading us, but district manager will not do anything for us. This is a very poor way to run a business and we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as our State's Attorney General.

    This has been an ongoing issue since we purchased this bed and now the issue is getting worse. I spoke with a customer support agent who was extremely nice and helpful but when I wanted to ask why I must pay for a pump that has had issues since we purchased it I was transferred to a supervisor Akaiya who was so condescending and rude. Every time I asked her to stop talking to me with such a rude and condescending tone she just got worse. She would stretch out her words and say this is "my natural tone, I'm sooo sorrrry you don't like it." When polite words are used but drawn out to be insulting it's clearly deliberate.

    As for the number of times I have called about issues with the pump. Clearly they have NOT been recorded as you say. I kept getting told I only called one time. If that is the case how do I have 4 of your thumb drives to try to reset the pump? After called back to speak with someone different I was told I shouldn't have given up and I should have kept calling to get the problem resolved. Really? I didn't need anymore thumb drives so yes I gave up. Now I am having to pay to replace a pump that never worked right to begin with.

    Ordered a Sleep Number. They would not allow us to pick to the bed so we scheduled pickup for a week later on a Saturday the 3/19 so that someone would be home. The window was 3-6pm. Around 4pm we received a phone call saying that there was a delay and that our delivery would be closer to 7pm. Not a big deal as we had been home all day waiting anyways. At 7:30 we tried calling customer service to find them not open and would not be open till monday. So we called the shipping number that had originally called us. We are then informed that the driver had supposedly gone over their dot hours and could not make our delivery. We asked if we could go get the mattress and they could not tell us where it was.

    So here it is Monday and we have been on the phone with. Customer service since 8am. They transferred us thru to the recovery department. Seems this happens often since they need a entire department for it. Come to find out they don't know where the mattress is. This is now 10am. They request to call us back. Finally at 11am we receive a call back to be told our mattress cant be delivered till next month at the earliest. This is completely unacceptable. I have never had to deal with this kind of incompetents from such a large company. Maybe next month we will have a mattress to test.

    We were so disappointed with my new (2/19/22) California King Sleep Number P6 Smart Bed with the FlexFit Base. After paying $5,358 we found out the only way to control the FlexFit adjustable base is with the attached remotes. In the store when we were trying one out the sales lady controlled everything from an iPad. We were told we could also use our cellphone as well as the wireless remote to accomplish this. This was not the case however. I wish we would have waited until that feature was available to purchase.

    We were very happy with our older Sleep Number but wanted the Flex feature. Please don’t make the same mistake as we did!!!! I wish we could return this bed until they get this problem solved. Update 3/1/22 – After multiple complaints “Bret” called from sleep number and tried to Upsell me. She told us we could get the base that we wanted if we paid the difference in price. This is a perfect example of trying to upsell a customer. Beware… Don’t get scammed like we did….

    I am very happy with my new mattress. One concern is that the bed is set to high off the floor. I called and they say they will be here in a few days to lower it for me. Wonderful! They understood my problem, and they are very nice to correct this situation. They say the bed has adjustable legs, so it will be easy to lower it for me.     Your company needs to have a form of contact for someone that is deaf, mute or both. I have been told twice via your worthless online support that I have to call for a return. I was told to have someone speak on my behalf to which violates the ADA law to perform daily functions on my own. After making complaint on your FACEBOOK page, I have to wait 3-5 days to get a response to which I was told that I would be CALLED to resolve my issue, so what part of deaf-mute does your company not understand? I have provided all of my information and contact with your company to NAD (if you don't know it, look it up).

    Lastly, I had my brother call to initiate the return, everything is good, but he was not able to get more information as he was not on the account and that a Power of Attorney was needed....So, for a disabled American wanting to return your product, I have to get a Power of Attorney to accomplish it? I find it hard to believe that he was able to initiate the return, but to get all information about my account that a PoA was needed, in hindsight, you can not be wishy washy, either the PoA is needed to initiate the return and get all information, or not, there is no grey area.

    How can he initiate a return without a PoA? Doesn't make sense. I have sent email to your PR, but no response. I have sent message on Facebook and Twitter and only response I get is wait 3-5 days for someone to call. (HUH? Sure, I can answer the phone, but can't speak so you will just hang up on me.) How can a person with disability get any resolve with your company?

    The only disappointment about the delivery is we paid for our mattress to be taken away and they didn't. The delivery person said that because we were the first delivery, there was no room on the truck to take our mattress. He went on to say I would have to call and schedule a time for the mattress to be removed. Called customer service and we have to wait 2 weeks before they can come back.

    Bed arrived broken, called to have it fixed, appointment scheduled for tech (1 week after broken bed arrived), took off work, tech was 5 hours late, tech finally came out, stayed 5 minutes, said he ordered parts and left. Called to check on parts order and no parts were ever ordered! Tried to speak to a manager and no one is available and won't return a call. This is ridiculous - spent $8,000 to sleep on a broken bed! Can't return and get money back, little piece of information that no one mentioned when we purchased it was that the flex fit base is not refundable.

When we were in the Greenville, SC store our sales lady (Michele) told us we had a 100-day trial period for the bed (did not say mattress.... She said "Bed") besides your mattress will not work without your base.

    Michele sent us home with a nice little blue brochure with our sales receipt, on the last page of this brochure it has at the top of the page "Let's Review" and the page is broken into different categories. (First) You go over "Order Details" and Michele checked off *delivery address, *email address *account registration, etc., (Second) "Sleep Number 360 smart bed" - she checks off the *Limited Warranty and *100 Night In Home Trial (never mentioning any exceptions or anything that was not included). (Third) "FlexFit smart adjustable base" broken into 4 lines. *Furniture Specifications was checked. *Headboard Brackets was checked. *Decorative or Extended Legs was not checked (fine there was not any).

    Last one *No Returns or Exchanges (NOT CHECKED! Meaning it can be returned???). (Third category) *Upholstered Furniture broken into two items *No Returns or Exchanges (NOT CHECKED), *Delivery Timeliness (not checked) but not an issue. Michele "Reviewed" this with us at the end of the sale and personally checked the items off herself that we went over - why did she not review the "No Returns or Exchanges Policy" on these two items if it pertained to our sell? Upon calling the 800 number the representative says that we initialed the paperwork (it was electronically) at the store agreeing to the return policy - funny thing is we got our receipt but did not get a copy of the docs we signed in our nice blue folder.

    Also, let's talk about Sleepnumber.com - when you go on your website you have a page that says "More Reasons to Love Our BEDS" and under that it says "100-Night Trial" the page clearly states "BEDS"... Not "MATTRESS". And you have PLENTY of open space on that page to note any exceptions instead of a TINY mark beside "trial." Who knew if you spent $10,000-$11,000 on a bed under the "100 Night Trial" that you would only get approximately $6500 back. Also, let's talk about your "Reviews" on your website - it is broken out between 1 and 5 Stars. Why is it that by default ALL one star reviews appear on the last 150 (plus or minus) pages of all reviews - why are they not posted by Chronological order by default? I know that is marketing but your potential customers cannot get a feel of how your current customers are feeling about your product by doing this.

    I feel Sleepnumber employees are using a sales pitch to sell the product all while withholding pertinent information regarding the "fine print". Michele told us we had 100-day trial, and EVERYTHING was returnable and refundable, Now after requesting a return Sleepnumber are not providing a refund for the base or headboard. Classic SCAM and we fell for it. If this is your way of doing business I will not hesitate to share my experience with friends and family regarding my experience with Sleepnumber. I will be reaching out to local news, Better Business Bureau, and my attorney soon for further advice on what action we can take.

    Placed an order for a bed Feb 12 to be delivered today Feb 25. I received a text message stating that the driver was nearby. An hour later I still have not seen or heard from anyone so I called customer service. The agent stated the driver arrived but did not have a apt. number. I then asked why I did not receive a call or any communication asking for it. She gave me the number that the driver called and it was not my number. I don't know where they got that number from nor is that the number that I have been receiving text messages from.

    Furthermore, every document that I have from Sleep Number has my apartment number on it. Also, the statement that I received from the finance company has my apartment number on it. The only paper that did not have my apartment number is the DELIVERY!!! I took the day off of work to be here for the delivery which ended up costing me approx. $500. I cannot afford to take another day off for a delivery that may or may not arrive depending on the competency of the delivery personnel!! This is totally unacceptable and I canceled my order.

    We placed an order on 11/7/21 for a Queen M7 mattress. We left the store with nothing even though we also purchased the mattress pad. After several scheduled deliveries that went wrong and the mattress not being on the delivery truck, etc., we received the mattress on 12/23/21. In the meantime we received our bill in November. We did not want to pay at that time since we did not have mattress or mattress pad so the payment was disputed. When the credit card company called the Rockwall store they said we left with the mattress pad on 11/7/21. They actually lied about giving us part of our order to cover their incompetence. We left with absolutely nothing but a piece of paper.     I am not even sure where to start when detailing my awful experience with The Sleep Number brand. I ordered a Queen Dual P5 360 Smart Bed with Queen Flexfit with attached remote on January 9, 2022 at the Buckhead/Lenox Road store in Atlanta. Total purchase was $3,885.84. Delivery was set for February 17, 2022. I was incredibly excited to experience the Sleep Number product - then my positive experience became one of incredible disappointment and frustration. The unprofessional, “could care less” delivery team arrived and asked to inspect the delivery area. I escorted them to the bedroom so he could inspect the existing bed frame. He then informed me the adjustable foundation base would not be usable with the installed slat system of my existing bed, even though the sales associate assured me that the slat system would NOT be an issue. The delivery rep said I could uninstall and remove the slats.

    I then asked him to measure the foundation to make sure it would even fit before I remove anything. Apparently the foundation would not even fit within the slat support of the bed frame. I refused the delivery then spoke with a Sleep Number delivery rep on the phone who said they would process my refund. I immediately attempted to reach the Buckhead sales associate and was told he was on vacation for the next 2 weeks. I then asked to speak to a manager, who was also unavailable. I then tried calling the customer service line, to which I was informed was a 1+ hour wait. It is unacceptable that a $4,000, luxury product purchase has such horrible customer service, and one of the most unprofessional delivery services I have ever experienced. UNACCEPTABLE and not one single Sleep Number representative gave a notion of care. Never again.

    This bed costs us almost $7000 ON SALE. The 1st 100 days beginning March 8. 2021 were good. Nothing failed. In August and September we started having major failures including: R side air chamber replaced, R side head actuator, wiring harness, control box, remote, and firmness control SleepIQ replaced. Now we have to unplug the bed everyday to sync the remote to the bed. If we don't unplug the bed to sync it everyday, when we press "down" on the remote, the bed goes up - it tells us we are "flat" when we are not.

    One of the main selling features is the automatic air adjustments the bed makes when you change positions. We have been told by Sleep Number to "turn that feature off permanently or your pump won't last a year and your bed will stop completely deflating during the night". REALLY?!!! It is also very squeaky now, wakes husband up at night and the bed constantly deflating on my side wakes me up - so off goes their main selling feature. NEVER had a bed to WAKE ME UP! Worse of all, when I call sleep number, they have me do their work for them: crawling under the bed to unplug this or that hose, put in stoppers, unplug the bed, crawl out from under the bed, press button on one side then the other side, crawl back under the bed etc.

    I have repeatedly told them I bought this bed as I had a double disc surgery in March and this is why I purchased the bed. That makes 5 of my 7 discs fused in my neck. I have repeated told them all this HURTS me yet they do not care. If I were not a size 4, I could not even get under the bed. Now that I refuse to do their work for them, I get emails stating I saved $99 for their repair person to come out and run their "checks". I suppose they are letting me know what it will costs me this year. So far I have "saved" (please read in my sarcastic tone here) at least about 2k in less than a year. WORSE of all, the repair person they sent on 2/10/22 showed up at my house bringing his fiancé for a tour of my house AND told me again, just to keep the automatic air function off - no attempt to FIX IT. Unfricking believable.

    Summary: Nearly every major part of this bed has been replaced; can't use the active air function as my side of the bed as it will deflate my side and sleep number will not fix this problem; so, this coming year will costs us at a lot of money to sleep on this miserable bed that has not improved our sleep and YOU might get fiancé's tagging along with a repair person for a tour of YOUR house.

    My bed is losing air on one side and I can't perform the diagnostics. If the bed has a warranty why must I pay $90 for someone to come have a look?? I am moving 30 minutes away which I told the store back when I bought the bed. They assured me someone would disassemble, move and reassemble the bed in the new location. Of course for this there would be a charge.

    I called CS today and obviously the person on the phone had just woken up or was just disinterested. She said someone would come disassemble the bed, I would have to move it and then on a separate ticket and likely on a different day they would come and reassemble the bed. What would I sleep on in the meantime?? I spent a lot of money for the king 360 and was promised stellar customer service. I wouldn't even rate this as poor, it is beneath that. Rather than try to help me work these issues out my customer service person just said sorry and left it there. I purchased this bed in Nanuet and was promised they would move and reassemble the bed. I am beyond upset about this.

    My husband and I ordered your Sleep Number bed on 1/2/2022. We had a CONFIRMED delivery date of 2/5/2022. We received a notice (NO PHONE CALL) that the bed would not be delivered until 2/16/2022, which is a week day and one of us will have to take PTO for that day. Paying for delivery and having to take PTO is absolutely ridiculous! You had over a month to get our bed here and when I tried to call I was on the phone for over an hour and 1/2 on hold. When FINALLY someone picked up, I was told first "Well they hand make all our beds, then secondly that the deliver could not happen due to inclement weather"....SERIOUSLY!!!     In store was a great experience but The cancellation process was an absolute nightmare and I understand your company doesn’t want people to cancel when you want to talk them into things but to purposely make it a slow and painful process is actually going to drive someone further away from your company. There should be a direct line that someone at the store can call or a direct line a customer after waiting on hold for hours after already talking to someone in queue for 20 minutes should be able to call. I have dealt with many companies in my years of business in this ranks is some of the worst along with AOL and Comcast for canceling anything. I called the new customer sign up and got through within seconds but then was told there is no direct line for canceling so it’s obviously planned that way. 2 days in a row over one hour waiting periods to cancel. I get a callback which was fine but then I was put on hold again for almost 2 hours.

    I absolutely HATE this bed system and when I think about what my husband and I paid for it, in a year with multiple emergency purchases during a lockdown pandemic, it makes me want to cry. The majority reviews are so positive my expectations were high. The responsive air technology is a joke. It "responds to your movements and automatically adjusts firmness on each side". Oh? You rolled on your back, let's firm this up! Nope. What it REALLY means is "sit here while you put on your socks and I'll deflate so much you can't get out of the valley created!" Add in the regular adjustability and you may as well stick with your regular mattress. I wake up every morning just as tired as when I went to bed. What can I do to improve that? Sleep in a certain position? Adjust the firmness? No. Take a half hour nap. Really? I was in bed for 10:15 hours it took me 2:00 hours to fall asleep, had 6:30 hours restless sleep and an hour or so of restful sleep and my bed is telling me to take a half hour nap. Should I eat my veggietables too mommy?

    When you pay over 6,000 for a bed, you expect a certain degree of excellence. My husband and I originally purchased our first Sleep Number bed 30 years ago, when the company was named Select Comfort. That bed lasted over 20 years. When it was time to replace that bed, we decided to purchase another Sleep Number bed.

    We purchased a new, split top adjustable King sized bed as advertised on TV. In the ad, TWO remotes are pictured with the happy couple sleeping in their bed. THAT is MISLEADING. Only ONE remote is provided with the bed. Good luck trying to argue with customer service that a remote is missing... you only get ONE remote.

    We opted not to get the tempur-pedic mattress topping because they are very hot. MIDDLE AGED AND MENOPAUSAL WOMEN, BEWARE..THIS MATTRESS RETAINS BODY HEAT! When we called customer service about the mattress being so hot, we were told we could buy an additional mattress cooler for $1800. to help regulate the mattress temperature. Keep in mind this is a $6,000 bed., we were also sold a supposedly cooling mattress pad for over $200 and temperature regulating sheets for over $80. A set.

    Since it is a split top bed, sheets have to be ordered specially from Sleep Number and can not be purchased anywhere else. So After a $6,000 + investment in the bed and over $400 for additional temperature controlled mattress pads and sheets, we could not rationalize spending an additional $1800 for a product that may or may not regulate the temperature of the mattress.

    After a few months of ownership, the remote began to give us problems. It costs $40+ for a replacement. Four years into the purchase, the bed began losing air to the point where my husband was sleeping on a flat mattress by the middle of the night, waking up in pain and having to fumble for the remote to re-inflate the flat mattress! Customer service determined the air chamber was no longer holding air and would need replacement. So on a bed that is four years old, we have to replace an air chamber AND the foam lining inside the mattress, which is cracked, to the tune of $187. Keep in mind, this is a $6,000 bed!

    BUYER BEWARE. This bed's warranty is very limited. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS. If you have a problem with the bed, additional products are marketed for your comfort....spending more money is the solution to whatever problems you have with this bed. For $6,000, I think you have a certain expectation of comfort and customer service. All I can say is, I wish I had invested that $6000 elsewhere.

    I have no issue with the bed itself. I have an issue with how things went with the sale and set up of the Sleep Number app. The issue. I got a bed right before my divorce. The bed was part of the settlement, and my ex would purchase it for me. We told the sales rep and the people who brought the bed to my home that it was my bed and all the information should be set up in my name. This is not what happened. Everything was set up in my ex's name. This means he can check in on me from his app set up on his phone. He can see when I lay down in bed and when I get up in the morning. He can check my stats.

    I have called customer service and they say there is no way to fix this because he was listed as the primary by the sales rep and it cannot be transferred to me. This is incredibly upsetting for a woman to be able to be watched in such a manner. Sleep number needs to fix this issue! This is a safety concern that needs to be addressed with their app!

    Purchased a i10 Cali Split with FlexFit frame. Sales associate provided 2 quotes, 1 with and 1 without foot warmers. I was not informed that by decided to go without the foot warmer, I was going to a FlexFit, not FlexFit 1-3. This FlexFit frame is garbage, lacking any sort of app integration or memory for adjustments. Now here is where it gets sketchy. The frame is not returnable. This is their way of making their customers reluctant to return the mattress if not satisfied since they need to eat the cost of the overpriced frame.

    When I contacted customer service it felt like I was at a car dealership with a salesman needing to ask a finance manager to get the deal done. This is when requesting to get the product represented by the salesperson. We ended with 2 options. The first of which was paying for the foot warmer I did not want because the one represented is out of stock or pay $700 in labor and restocking fees to return the frame.

    Please, keep in mind that one can purchase a nicer frame for about as much. I have yet to spend a night on the mattress which may be amazing, but can't help but have a sour taste based on this initial interaction. Seriously, the tactic of making the frames nonrefundable is misleading when offering a guarantee and the response to my situation is less than desirable. TroyLynn at customer service was very nice but unable to help in any way.

    This is the worst bed I’ve ever purchased. We for a bed that doesn’t roll to the middle, this is not that bed. When I called about the problem, I was willing to try a different bed, but was told I needed to sleep on it for 30 days before any exchange could be done. I explained how bad it made my back hurt due to the sinking in the middle, so they sent out something to correct it. It is nothing more than a foam pad to place under one side. So far I’m very dissatisfied with this company and would not recommend it to anyone.

    Let me start by saying we are very happy with the delivery, the base, and the bed. The sheets and pillows are wonderful. The headboard is hideous - it extends out 6.5" from either side of the bed and looks absolutely terrible. Hardware to mount it to the bed frame WAS NOT included with the $1700 Headboard!! We were not informed of either of these things when purchasing the bed at the store. A first in my experience on both. When we called customer service, we were told "too bad - you'll just have to live with that". Now, I hate to think what service will be like if something goes wrong with the bed. I guess my only consolation now will be to tell all of my friends, and leave other reviews to warn people - DO NOT go to Sleep Number, and to SHOW THEM WHY in our bedroom!

    I have tried to leave this review on the Sleep Number web site many times, but it doesn't submit. I guess they don't allow truthful and critical reviews. I bought a VariaCool pillow, the one with custom inserts. When it arrived, it stunk to high heaven! I took it apart hoping that it would air out, and it did get somewhat better. However, the first night I slept on it, I woke up with a headache. This continued every morning until I went on a trip - and no more headaches! But they resumed as soon as I got home and slept on the VariaCool pillow again! Because I was out of town for several weeks, the 30 day return window already passed, so I am just out of luck, and a $180 goes into the garbage. Also, the cover is so slippery, pillow cases just slide right off. This pillow isn't worth the money, it doesn't even help with staying cool - it was just as hot as any other memory foam pillow. Just a huge disappointment!

    I originally ordered a Queen size i8 and adjustable base. I was never told to measure to make sure it would fit into my house. After waiting over a month for delivery, I found out upon delivery that the base wouldn't fit in my house. My salesman, who was very friendly before NEVER ONCE called me back after I called him 4 times for help and swearing he would call back and get me help. I finally was able to arrange getting a double mattress and base through customer service. I was then told it would take over a month to get it. The management team did step in then and was able to get it to me in about 2 weeks. I do very much appreciate this. It's the only positive experience I've had.

    When this bed was delivered I found out that the mattress cover that I had used with my old bed wouldn't work with my new one because there needs to be holes for the wires running to it. My salesman had told me mine would work. So I called and ordered one, which it said was for a single chamber bed, but the customer service representative assured me that it would work with my double chamber bed. When I received the cover and went to put it on the mattress I found that the holes for the wires were at the top, not on the sides, as mine are. Then it took over a week to be able to get through to someone to arrange to return it.

    Now that I finally got that set up, they tell me that they don't make a total encasement cover for the double size i8. Why in the world wouldn't you make a cover to fit every mattress you make? I just can't believe the mess that has come from this company. I thought they were professionals that knew their business. I am so disappointed with this purchase. I am considering returning the whole thing. Most upsetting is how much incorrect information I was given by the people who shoud've known, and the total drop by the salesman. I don't feel that this is the reputable company I thought it was and I'm very disappointed.

    We bought an i8 from the Paducah store in Dec 2020 from Walt, the salesperson. He did the initial sales pitch by having us lay on the bed with the sleep setting at 100 then lowered the number while we watched a computer screen for each of us to show how our pressure points got better as he lowered it, finally reaching 40 for my wife and myself. I thought that was odd and even more today since I weigh 60# more than my wife. We can go to a nice hotel chain and I can wake up in no pain on a flat bed, which we have done at least 12 times in 2020. We paid $7400 for a bed I can't sleep normal in.

    I finally called customer support to see if they could help. First guy I explained everything to said, "Call back tomorrow and ask for the 'comfort department' and they can help you." I did. The gentleman that answered had no clue about any comfort dept?? So I started waiting to talk to somebody in person, left my phone number, never called or if they did and I called them right back, same scenario, nobody to talk to, "we are very busy"!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT YOUR CALL CENTER!

    So I then called the local store in Paducah, spoke to Amber, explained it to her and asked if had a number for customer support, "oh yeah, this is a direct line" and gave me a number, same thing, went directly to an automated phone, so I called her and said it's not a direct line as I get the same **!! I then called her back after we got home from vacation as she said she would enter a support ticket, called her and she wasn't there, left a message with Walt so she would call me, never did. I then called Walt, he said, "They will call you within 18-36 hours, if they don't call you in 3 days call me back." They didn't call, I called and Amber answered, asked for Walt, "He's not here but you can call back tomorrow from 10-4"....and she also got snotty with me and said it's 36-72 hrs they will call not 18-36, I said, "Well I am telling you what Walt said." No, how can I help you or let me look into it, "just call back tomorrow!"

    I called the next day like she said, Walt was not there, so I asked for the store mgr John...he took all my info down and said he would look into it and call me back that day...guess what, nope he didn't either! I am so fed up with customer service on a $8000 bed and customer service at the local store. I would like you to buy my bed back. It has been less than a year. Thanks.

    I ordered 4 mattress from Sleep Number and I have to return because of the horrible delivery and customer services. The delivery suppose to contact me 30 min prior but called me when they arrive. I told them I will be there in 10min, but they just left when I arrive there within 5 min but they left already. I call their customer service and they refuse to return only few min away. I feel like if I have all these trouble for a simple delivery, I would experience even more issue in the future if there is issue with my mattresses. So I cancelled my entire order.     Bought a 360i10 bed and base for $8,800 on 8/29/20. The motor stopped working on 9/14/21. I ordered and paid for a new motor but they can’t install it for two weeks. The head of the bed is in the up position which essentially means I can’t use my bed for two weeks. I’ve spoken to several people at Select Comfort and have only received a “too bad” response.     I went to return some pillows that I will never use and they told me I could return them but I wouldn’t get my money back. I’d have to buy something in the store. Which there is nothing in the store I would get. Also I bought a mattress pad and I would’ve never bought it if I knew it was so thin. I was not very happy when I left the store. Also the two guys that came to my house to set up the bed I don’t think that they got along together. Something happened in the bedroom I don’t know if the one guy stopped short and the other guy got hurt. I’m not sure but after that they were both kind of mad at each other.

    And then when they were gonna show me how the remote was going to work I kind of argued on who was going to do it. I don’t think that was very professional. Other than that they were nice to me but not to each other. Also I did get a credit card there my mistake. I should’ve asked what the interest rate was. 29.9% is crazy. Even though you can pay it within 48 months I don’t think I ever would’ve gotten it. Once it’s paid off I’m gonna call and cancel the card. Not very happy.

    We are old and have never had a king sized bed, much less a split King sized bed, so figuring out how to put on the sheets was difficult. To put the sheets on the corners in the middle was a physical feat. We were unable to figure out how to put the duvet on the quilts. The two sides of the quilts were different and I have never used a duvet before. I think the set up should include how to make the bed.

    Delivery was excellent. They arrived 30 minutes early but call to let us know. Set up was very fast and they explained the bed and adjustable base very well. We have only slept on it for 1 night and the motion transfer seems really bad. I can feel our two chihuahuas moving around through the night. Will try a 2 inch memory foam topper to see if that lessons the motion transfer.

    Had a Flex Top King ILE 360 delivered and set up. Delivery persons were very nice and professional. The only issue we had was we received a confirmation email 2 days prior confirming our delivery date. The following day we received a notice they were monitoring a possible delivery disruption. Called Customer Service the night before scheduled date and they could not tell us if the bed would be delivered. Said they would call us back so we could plan our day. Never heard back leaving us in limbo.

    Was told I could try Sleep Number for 100 days for free. It did not suit me, so I returned within 100 days. They still charged me $600 for delivery, mattress pad (returned but not refunded), and pillows (which I was told were free with the mattress). Will not trust a company that thinks free means $600 worth of nothing.
