Our mattress is going bad and because of back problems, we went to the Sleep Number store and walked through the whole store. The sales professionals were very informative. They showed us everything and answered all our questions. We bought the mattress and the base, and we're glad that we did. The installers were very good and polite. They came in, did their thing very quickly, and took out the existing mattress. We are very pleased with our purchase and we recommend Sleep Number to anyone who would mention that they have a back problem or a bad mattress. We're all having a good night's sleep again for the first time in a long time. We are satisfied and informed, and that pretty much sums up the whole thing.

I recently contact the online chat for service on our bed. "Kyle" quickly identified our account, determined the percentage of coverage remaining on our original bed, and help me order necessary replacement parts. Kyle is very professional and efficient.

We already had a bed from Sleep Number for 17 years, and we recently got a new one with the works, along with pillows and bedding. The products we purchased were of good quality and the sales reps have all been helpful. The delivery team was also very good. However, we dislike the computerized SleepIQ thing. That was a waste of money and we wish we had not done that. Our overall experience with them was very good, but don't buy the SleepIQ.

We love our Sleep Number bed, have the queen C2. It's nice to be able to adjust to the 2 people who sleep in the bed... we have never slept any better. Husband is thrilled!! Definitely recommend trying one. You will not be disappointed.

We wanted a single chamber queen. We chatted and emailed and talked your reps. The confirmation order did not arrive until I called and asked for it. The rep said delivery was pending but I went online and found it was due the next day. So, I'm glad I checked for myself. The dual chamber arrived. I emailed both customer service and sales. By the end of the day, I had not received a reply - so I chatted. When asked for my order number, I asked the rep to wait. I had to find the order number. I came back with the order number and the rep had disconnected me. I called again and was told to voice call. I called voice and rep said for me to hold. After a few minutes the line was disconnected. I called again and the rep said she would ship the replacement. (Yeah!!) Searching the website to see where the order form would ask for single vs double chamber, I did not find a place to select the option.

I'm really sorry for the experience you've had when chatting in, calling, and with your most recent order, Henry. I'd like to have the chance to look into this for you to ensure the correct items are shipping out to you, and to make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible. My chiropractor recommended Sleep Number. The sales reps showed us different mattresses and demonstrated one that has sensors in it, then showed the change in pressure on pressure points in the body as the support went up and down on it. The delivery team did great as well as they also explained how to operate it. I don't really have back problems, just occasional aches and pains, but I am definitely getting a better sleep experience and I'm very pleased.

So part of my dissatisfaction is my own fault, and I completely admit that. That said, I spent a lot of money on my Sleep Number bed 3 years ago. After less than 6 months of use, one side started losing air. I switched the hose, and the other side lost air. I sleep alone so mostly I sleep on one side of the bed. I would completely forget to call during the day, and would only remember when I would climb back in bed at night. I'd just fill the one side back up again, make a note that I should call the next day. I swear I would only remember to call on Sundays and then they were closed. I was also super irritated because I didn't want to have to replace a part on my brand new bed that cost a couple thousand dollars.
Anyway, I FINALLY remembered to call today. I've now owned the bed for 3 years. I absolutely SHOULD have called sooner! I know that. But of course now the part is not covered 100%. Honestly I wish I had never purchased a bed that needed replacement parts in the first place. A regular mattress doesn't require a pump and tubes. So now I am putting more money into a bed I regret purchasing in the first place. And lastly I will say that I really don't see the point of a Sleep Number if you sleep alone. The middle of the bed has some strange ridge in it if you try to sleep in the middle. It really only makes sense if you share a bed.

Although the bed did not work for me as I have an extreme condition with my back, they honored the return. Zack did a great job of providing customers service. He is a supervisor in returns and provided exceptional customer service.

I sought information about replacing the foam pad on top of the air chambers on my mattress. I first talked with Katie, and she sent me instructions on checking the pad to see if it needs replacing. Later in the day I talked with Alia and she gave me the price of the pad and handled the purchase. Everything was done quickly and I am pleased with the transaction up to this point.

Sleep Number helps a lot. It's really durable and I like the quality of it. The remote is also user-friendly. It is for my travel trailer so I had it shipped to the location I was working. It's easy to get it in and set up. Aside from the mattress, I also bought some cool pillows.

I like the vibrating part of my Sleep Number mattress. I sometimes find it uncomfortable, but it might be the way I'm on it that I can move a little bit. Now I love it just the way I'm doing it. And the delivery team was pretty good.

I had a Sleep Number for 20 years and we recently replaced it because it wore out. This is my fourth one in 30 years since I started. The biggest problem I've seen is that the edges break away and that's usually where I get on and off. But it's nothing major. I expected things to go bad after so long. Nevertheless, it was an excellent experience.

I did everything online. Their website was easy enough to navigate to decide what I was looking for. Then I scheduled home delivery and they were in and out in about ten minutes, it was good. I'm sleeping through the night with Sleep Number. It's a little bit softer and I like that. My wife also likes it. It's a little bit heavier and it's kind of wide. It's got air chambers. That's expected but overall we're pleased. I think I have to get a second if ever I have to get another mattress.

I have friends who have issues which are the same as my lower back problems and they went with Sleep Number so I ended up going with it as well. It seemed like the right way to go. I did a bunch of research and knew what I wanted - the California King C2 mattress - when I went in there to purchase. I put the bed all together myself which wouldn't have been easy without instruction, but I found everything about installing it mostly through their website. I was very pleased with how everything has turned out. I definitely would recommend the Sleep Number for anyone that has back problems because while it doesn't solve everything, it definitely helps a lot - it has worked for me.

We got the king i8 Sleep Number bed which included the mattress, mattress top, the base and pillows. The rep explained everything during the purchase. The product is expensive but overall quality is good. Since using the bed, I'm sleeping more soundly and not waking up in the middle of the night. I purchased it to get good quality sleep and not have aches and pains. The bed has different resting positions and dual settings. If I wanted to make the bed more softer or harder, it takes a while to get the settings correct. Those were the things that helped me. The massage function was also an additional feature which was good.

I’ve been having so much back problems. My back was killing me. I wanted to get a better bed because the bed that I had was small. When I got the Sleep Number mattress, it's comfortable and my back doesn't hurt anymore like it used to. The salesperson was excellent and the delivery and installation team was perfect. I had been thinking about purchasing a Sleep Number bed for several years. I tried out multiple mattresses and sat on them, and the Sleep Number bed was the most comfortable. It was the bed that would be the best for my back and that would last the longest, so it was worth it to buy it. I have a back injury and being able to adjust the bed as needed to what would work for my back is going to be most beneficial for me. My doctor and I have talked about this at great length, and we've got the bed to where it's perfect for me. I absolutely love my bed. Nobody can pry it from me. I just got the mattress for now, but within the next couple of months, I'm going to go back and get the base.
The sales reps were wonderful. They were really knowledgeable and helpful. They've checked on me several times to make sure everything was working well, answered any questions I had, and said that whenever I decided to get the base, they'll be ready for me. I scheduled for home delivery and it was super, brilliant, and a good experience with the delivery team. They did a really good job. They were very professional and quick, and cleaned up after themselves. I've already recommended Sleep Number to everybody in my family.

I was temporarily sleeping on an air mattress and I've done a lot of camping without mattresses. I enjoyed the comfort that mattress gives me so I looked at a Sleep Number. Their rep was competent and knowledgeable about the products. I went in and tried them out, found the one I wanted and I was out of there in 10 minutes. I've owned the mattress for three months now and it's perfect and wonderful. I bought it on sale and it works as advertised. I'm very satisfied with Sleep Number.

I was having headaches when I wake up, so I decided to get a Sleep Number mattress. I had a lot of interaction with the professionals at Sleep Number, we touched on every single thing there was. They were very helpful. We set it up ourselves because we only got the mattress (no base). We're really enjoying it, but are we always supposed to have to refill it every couple of weeks?

Our previous bed broke and we were trying to decide what we wanted to replace it with. Then we walked past a Sleep Number store in the mall and they had a sale going, so we got a bed from them because it was the least expensive of what we found for the quality and was the best deal at the time. We've had it since February. We sleep good on the bed and it's fine so far. The mattress is good, but I like that the base pieces together, and it's pretty sturdy and better than a box spring. The sales reps were all really nice, helpful, and informative. I dealt mostly with the manager there and she answered all of our questions. They did a good job.

I received an email saying there is an update to our bed. It did not state how or where to get the update. The person on the talk support did not really even read my question. I suppose that finally according to that person it will update auto but not sure how that will happen since I don't have an iPhone and use a home computer and nowhere is there a place to update.

I've been through every type of bed there is and I said that the last bed that I will buy will be a Sleep Number bed. I purchased a split king with the adjustable feature. I like it but I'm still trying to find the number that I'm totally comfortable with. And the sheets are pain in the butt. I can't find anything that fits the bed unless I go to Sleep Number, and they're $60 a sheet. I've been to Bed Bath and Beyond and found some that fits and stays on. Now I buy complete twin set and then each one of us has our own individual cover sheet. The total thing over the whole two parts of the bed just doesn't work so we're buying separate.
As for the sales team of Sleep Number, they were very helpful. The staff treated us like family when we went to the store, so it was fun. I had a great time. The delivery people were very friendly and informative. One of them was very quiet and the other one was the boss. They showed me everything that I needed to know and picked up after themselves.

I love my Sleep Number Bed (this is my second purchase). The salesperson talked my husband into adding the SleepIQ module for $299 with the promise that we had 90 days trial and could get a refund if we did not find it helpful. I received my bed 3/2/16 and installed the SleepIQ app. We tried it out for a few weeks and found it useless and inaccurate. I called the SleepIQ customer service number and requested a return/refund 4/4/16. They talked me through removing the module from my bed and they were supposed to email me the shipping label within 24 hours. The label did not show up in my email (or SPAM). I called back on 5/2/16 after checking for a month for the label and my package collecting dust. They mailed me a label that should arrive by 5/6/16. That label never showed up. I went online and chatted with someone on 5/9/16 and finally got a return label emailed to me that day. I went to UPS the following day and shipped the module.
I was concerned about getting my refund and the person online assured me that I'd receive it because it was still within the trial period and it showed that I called for original return on 4/4/16. I checked and Sleep Number received the module 5/12/16. I checked my account to see if I had received my refund, which I had not, so I decided to use the chat option to inquire 5/25/16. I spoke to Max and he said that they did receive the module but I was not going to be issued a refund because it came after the trial period ended (what happened to 90 days?). After I complained, he had me call a 888# and I spoke to Aubrey. After a long explanation and being put on hold, she came back and stated that since it was not my fault that I did not receive the numerous shipping labels, they agreed to override the system decline of my refund and it should be issued within 3 weeks on my financing account. She also stated that the trial for the SleepIQ is 30 days.
I'm writing this as dissatisfied because of all the hurdles I'm having to go through in order to receive a refund. 4 calls or chats and two failed attempts to send me a return label and then the shock of finding out that the refund was rejected due to it being out of the trial date (which was inaccurately described by my salesperson). At this point, they already have my $300 module and I'm still out the $300. I'm going on what Aubrey stated today. I sure hope that that was true. If not, I guess I'm out $300 and a stupid SleepIQ module. I'll update when I receive my refund (fingers crossed).

I wanted a comfortable bed than any of the beds that I've tried so I got myself a Sleep Number bed. The Sleep Number store I went to in Springfield, I was completely unsatisfied with the rep. I'm not going to go out on a limb and say that he lied to me but he misled me which caused me some issues on the financial end. I went to Peoria and the folks there were wonderful. I'd recommend them to anybody. It's a wonderful product and I'm really happy with Sleep Number. I have no complaints about it yet. Another buddy that I have that sells mattresses said, "You might wanna be aware of the black mold that they produce inside air chambers after so long." So, I'm keeping an eye on that.

I ordered sheets in the store for my bed and they told me it would take two weeks to get them! I thought it was a long time to get an order but we needed new sheets! I received my new sheets and went to put them on the bed and discovered that they put the wrong size in the package! I understand it happens. I contacted Sleep Number and they were willing to exchange the sheets but told me it was going to take another two weeks to get them! After complaining about the turnaround time they told me they would ship them out two day air and I should have them within a week. They still haven't shipped out and when I contacted customer service to find out what was going on with the order the person at the other end was rude about it. I will be getting my bedding from somewhere else from now on!

It was time for a change in my bed and I'm a big advocate of Consumer Reports and it had an excellent rating there. That's what prompted me to come and buy the Sleep Number. I had a base and I just got the mattress. The lady from Sleep Number was really outstanding as a salesperson and I had a very pleasant experience. The delivery team also showed up on time. Everything was handled very professionally. I haven't had my Sleep Number too long yet. I've had it about three months but I settled in on my number. It took me a while to find my setting but once I found it, I'm extremely happy with it. I'm not tossing and turning anymore.

Our backs were hurting on the old mattress that we had so it was time to get a new one. We decided to get a bed where my husband and I could both adjust the comfort on each side that’s why we purchased Sleep Number. The sales representatives were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure it's what we wanted. We went to the store in Baton Rouge and tried the bed out and we ended up ordering over the phone from them. The delivery team was good. The bed has good quality, too. We wanted to check Sleep Number out and didn’t get interested at getting one. We were planning on getting something else, however, the sales rep was phenomenal. It was because of that experience that we purchased the bed. The quality is also fantastic. We got the mattress and a few months after, I purchased the cooling technology pillows and mattress pad. I had an old mattress and it was very uncomfortable. I had it for many, many years and it was time to look for a new mattress. I had heard about Sleep Number and I went into the store and decided I like it and I bought the mattress, pillow, as well as the cover. Their sales professionals were excellent. I needed a new mattress, so I had Sleep Number ship one to me. The sales professional made sure we got what we want and helped us find our settings, he even answered any questions that I had. Setting up the mattress was fairly easy. The instructions in the box are self-explanatory. The mattress was of good quality and it's exactly what we were expecting. But when you first get it, the bed is extremely squeaky. Just getting in and out of the bed makes a lot of noise. We live in a small house with a bunch of people, so our baby was in the same room as us. Several times, the bed almost woke up the baby. It made enough noise that we almost considered returning it. After about four weeks it slowed down and kind of stopped now. The bed is comfortable and easy to adjust.

I heard about Sleep Number years ago and I always wanted one. Now I have a mattress and it's great. I got the FlexFit and the app. Their reps were excellent because the manager of the store is the one who ended up helping me just because I walked in and it was his turn up. He's a great guy. I had a back operation back in '91 and other mattresses bothered me. I even had a waterbed for many years. I liked it but it was starting to have problems so I just decided to get rid of it because it was old. So we purchased the Sleep Number C2 bed where we can adjust both sides. I worked in the paper room for years. We used air for everything to lift our presses and with all the air we were using, I figured the air was the only thing that would really support our body the whole time and never break down because it's quite a formula. And knowing what I know about air systems and reading about the bed in Consumer Reports, I figured Sleep Number did a good job. I purchased it over the phone and they told me what day it was going to come in. It was delivered through postal truck, UPS truck, which I put together myself. I like its quality and I sleep really good on it. It's all about getting a good night sleep and waking up feeling really good.

We have had a Sleep Number bed for 6 years now. We are extremely pleased with it and highly recommend it, especially for couples who want opposite firmness of the bed. I like it soft and he wants it very firm. This bed was the answer to our sleeping happiness. We have had to replace the air chambers a few times due to leaks. It is prorated to replace. We do have pets and don't know if that is what is causing the leaks. We know that one of them was due to a cat claw. Otherwise great product.

I enjoy our Sleep Number. It was a recommendation to me. Their sales reps were knowledgeable and very polite. Plus, directions to set up the bed were clear and concise. It didn’t take me long at all. I got the mattress, beddings and the pads - the whole works except for the frame, and I’m quite pleased with the product. I haven’t had any problems. I finally figured out which setting was ideal for me and so did my better half. We’re quite happy with our purchase. I also bought an extra heated quilt and as small as it is, it’s really efficient. I’m glad I bought it, the feather down comforter. It's of high quality and I enjoy it. All in all, I’m glad I went to Sleep Number and shopped. I came away with exactly what I needed.

My brother has a Sleep Number bed and recommended it, so I got one too. I got all of it -- the mattress, base, and bedding. Our dealings with the sales rep were pretty good except when he applied for the financing. He used my name and my wife's Social Security Number, so we didn't get it. We had to schedule home delivery for our purchase because we got to adjust the whole base.
Our experience with the delivery crew is the worst I've ever seen. I own a construction company, and if I run a business like that, I'd be out of business in a month. They scheduled three different times when they were going to deliver my bed. The first one, I understand because there was a snowstorm. The second time, they said that the bed wasn't in yet. And then the third time, they said that in the second time, they didn't even tell me that. I said, "I just got it off the recording. You guys called me and rescheduled the delivery date." They said, "We can't deliver it at that time because it's not in Casper yet," and so they set up another date for delivery.
The salesman put in the wrong address when we bought the bed. Our address is hyphenated and they won't let us have a hyphenated address. So just to get a delivery price, I used my old address. For some reason, when we told them how to straighten out our address and the salesman did it, he still left in our old address. They tried to deliver the sheets and stuff to our old address. Then they got it straightened out and sent the items to me.
The third time they rescheduled my appointment, they said that they didn't even know if they could get it on the original delivery date, because we have the wrong address in. And I said, "We had the right address in. We have all our bedroom furniture out because we put new carpet in. We needed our bed when you guys said you were going to deliver it," and they denied what they told us that time. They denied that they set up another delivery date, but it's on my answering machine, so I don't know how they could deny it.
I talked to three different people and the last one was supposedly a supervisor. I talked to two people first and then I said, "I need to talk to a supervisor because I don't want to be sleeping on the couch for a week." I don't know if it really was a supervisor or if they transferred me to somebody else who gave me the same song and dance number. I was on the phone for close to an hour at that time, trying to get this straightened out. Then they finally said that they would do the original date and to make up for all our hassles, they were going to send us a check for $150. Lo and behold, there's no check yet. I never did get the $150 they promised me for my inconvenience.
I called the delivery people in Casper before I called the Sleep Number number. I didn't know that they weren't open on Mondays, and the guy called me back and said that they had our Sleep Number purchase sitting there. It's been sitting here since right after the first appointment, which was over a month ago. He said, "If we can work it in, we'll deliver it." And so he called me up and said, "We can go to the second delivery date that they gave you because I've got another delivery in Gillette and that's where I live. I'll make sure that I put the bed in and I'll set it up for you." The guy delivered it on his own.
Then the Sleep Number guys called me again and said that they're going to deliver my purchase on a later date. But it's already been set up, sitting in my bedroom. It's another chunk of BS that they said to me. They kept saying that they couldn't deliver it because the bed wasn't in Casper, but the guy said that they've had the bed for a month. Then they came to Gillette and still didn't schedule it to be delivered. So it seems like there's a lot of lack of communication. More than that, there were outright lies. When they told me that they can't deliver because the bed is still in Denver or wherever their shipping center is and it's not in Casper, all the while it was in Casper. For me, that's a lie and not a miscommunication. They also lied to me about the money they were going to send to me. I would recommend the bed since I really like the bed. But I would not recommend Sleep Number. I'm really dissatisfied with them and the experience.

I've had Sleep Number in my home for six years. I had the basic mattress and I upgraded it to a different model. I was moving the other one to another room and putting the new one in the main bedroom. I purchased it at the Cleveland Home and Garden Show. I spoke to an individual at the Sleep Number booth and did everything at their display there. It was a smooth and positive experience. I like the products that I purchased. I'd recommend Sleep Number.

My parents needed a new bed and I figured Sleep Number would be the best bed for them, they could quite sleep comfortably in it. I got it for them and they love the daylights out of it. I got the base where it got the stand, with just the head raised up then I also got the standard mattress, the Sleep Number with SleepIQ. The delivery team were cool. They came in and set it up real quick and walked me through everything. They were real nice. Their reps also helped me out. Any questions that I had, they answered. My parents love sleeping with Sleep Number and I have recommended it, as a matter of fact.

This truly was the worst buying experience my wife and I have ever had. I'm a 52-year-old male, 5 foot 8 inches tall and I weigh 175. My wife is 47 years old, 5 foot 4 inch tall and weighs 130, college educated with a master's degree. We went in for a Sleep Number bed and a sales staff was more than willing to sell us anything we wanted of course, they're salespeople. We received the bed in the amount of time they said we would get it. They sold us on the Sleep IQ but reviews generally said it was a farce. The day of installation the workers were excellent. When asked about the Sleep IQ the delivery setup guy said the same thing it's a joke. It took us six months to get our refund for the Sleep IQ. This is when all the trouble started.
Trying to get through the customer service was absolutely ridiculous. On average it took us 40 minutes on hold just to get a human on the phone. They're obviously overworked because none of them were very nice. In fact one ** woman had such a strong dialect I could not understand her ( I grew up in the inner city of Milwaukee, 95% ** neighbors, so I know the culture and the dialect well) and when I asked to be transferred to a different operator because I could not understand her, she called me racist and hung up on me. I wanted to change my mattress baffle from 2 separate chambers to a single queen chamber within the allotted time frame. They wanted to charge me an astronomical price.
I reminded them of the sales pitch that we could change your mattress within a certain amount of time. After a 1 hour and 58 minutes conversation, they agreed to change the mattress at no charge. I waited 6 months for the new mattress to show up. This was after three different attempts to get ahold of customer service and I was given the runaround. Each one of those calls were no less than an hour long. So good luck with customer service if you're going to need it. As far as the bed itself the one-star I have given it is for the operation of the head and feet that's the only positive note is that it can change positions otherwise the mattress is not great
I wish there was a 120 setting for firmness. When I sleep I use a 55 setting but getting in and out of the bed is a chore. Overall when I stick with my one-star rating. I will recommend to anyone to purchase a Sleep Number bed. If you do, my advice is live with it for 6 months before you place your review. Only five nights of sleeping on it you will still have all the sales pitch swimming in your head.

I purchased a Sleep Number mattress along with the cover to go over it. I was tired of buying mattresses that wore out within a couple of years. The experience was very pleasant with the sales reps. They even had a place for my two small children to play because they were pretty fidgety, and it helped a lot. The delivery team was in and out of here very quick. They were very polite and showed us how to use the remote. I had no problems with anybody.
I was glad that we went with a different route and didn't go with all the pedestal that came with the bed. I wish that there were more options with the pedestals for different bed other than what they have. There weren't a lot of bed styles there to choose from and these were very pricey. But everything else has been well. The mattress did what it was promised to do and so far it has held out very well. I'd recommend Sleep Number to a friend.

Everybody from Sleep Number is very cooperative, wanting to make sure we're happy with the product. It’s one of the best investments we ever made. I had a lot of trouble sleeping because of arthritis pain so I purchased Sleep Number. It seems like I couldn’t change the position of our regular bed or the firmness of it. I've got the split king from Sleep Number. I did buy bedding too and the flexible base where the head goes up. Having Sleep Number has been life-changing. I had total knee replacement last week, and I don’t know what I would have done without Sleep Number.

My niece and her husband highly recommended Sleep Number. We purchased a Sleep Number adjustable bed a couple of months ago. The sales lady was very informative, not pushy, and was very pleasant to deal with. The quality of the bed is very good and I'm sleeping a lot better. But I'm not wild about the sheets because they seem to bunch up and the bed is extremely hard to make. You have to be a contortionist to get the sheet in the middle of the bed because it splits, but it's right next to the other one. So it's kind of a pain and you get a workout every time you change the bedding.

I had been sleeping on an air mattress. I bought a soft bed and it was too soft. I then bought a hard bed and it was too hard. So I just figured, why don't I get one that I can adjust when I need it? I heard that with a Sleep Number, you can adjust the firmness of the mattress. I bought a Sleep Number with an adjustable head and I also got a pillow. The sales professionals were wonderful and answered all my questions. We had the items delivered. Sleep Number said it would take long but it was like two days. I was called faster than what they said. The bed has been fine and I got a good night’s sleep.

We got our purchase through the mail and the delivery was fine, but I didn't like paying for shipping. I thought, you go to the store and pick up your purchase, but that wasn't the case. Everything else came in a timely manner though and everything was fine that way.
It took us a while to decide that we really liked it because it was so different. I started feeling better, so that made up my mind even though it's weird because I'm looking at it as I made the bed and I'm thinking, "Hey, it's got dips in it. It looks a little interesting there." Once we finally got the setting right, which took a while, the mattress seemed to be good, so we decided to keep it.

We've had our old Sleep Number bed for 20 years and it was getting old so we replaced it with another one. We also got the box springs, mattress, and some sheets and pillow case. The sales rep was very professional. We knew what we wanted when we walked in and we were shown what we wanted to see. We signed up papers and we were out of there. The delivery team took down the old bed, carted it off, put the new one in, and we were in business.

I like the fact that Sleep Number is adjustable, so I purchased a regular king size straight mattress and the base that came with it. The sales guy was nice. He showed us all the different options that are available and let us try out one of the beds to pick a number. They delivered my purchased items on time. They set it up, cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was a good purchase, good experience. Nothing bad.

I was having a few back problems and I needed a firm mattress. My husband on the other hand doesn’t like firm and wanted something more soft. For this reason, we bought a Sleep Number. My husband got the soft side and I got the firm side of the bed. We purchased the mattress, two pillows and a mattress pad. The salesperson was good and professional. However, I find the quality of their product average because my side doesn’t get firm enough. It’s already on its highest firmness but it’s not firm enough for me. I need it a lot more firmer than the one I’ve got. Nevertheless, my husband is satisfied with his side.

My brother and my mom both highly recommended Sleep Number because they both have Sleep Number beds and so I also purchased my own Sleep Number mattress with two pillows. Brandon, who I primarily worked with, was very helpful when I was there. There was another sales associate who also helped me out as well. The delivery team was very efficient, down and to-the-point. They asked if they needed to explain the remote, and when I said no, they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was quick. I also highly doubt I'll have issues with the quality. It's guaranteed to last 20 years. My mom had hers since 2008 and hers is just as good as the day she got it.

My wife wanted to try something new. We both exercise strenuously and we weren’t getting restoration from our previous mattress. So she’s the one that pushed it and said, “Let’s get something different.” When the Sleep Number bed was put together, we were a little skeptical because it looks very simple. It looks like an air mattress. But once we utilized it, we realized how well-built and durable it is. Since day one, we’ve experienced nothing but positive feedback. It’s a great product that definitely restores sleep. I didn’t have that with my previous conventional mattress.
The Sleep Number sales rep was very professional, informative and patient. She did a good job. She knew the product well, and when she presented it, she knew all the options and mechanisms. She answered all of our questions and wasn’t rushing the sell. We were pretty impressed with her approach. We had to reschedule because we weren’t available for the time frame that we set it up initially. And I wasn’t there when they initially came and set it up, so it was pretty much like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. It wasn’t that difficult. The mattress is marked but none of the tubing is marked, so we struggled there for a bit.
I was calling Sleep Number's customer service because I moved recently. I unplugged my unit and I’m having issues getting it back to where it needs to be. Right now I’m also getting error messages. I can’t turn on the lights because it has a light feature. I can’t get the head to go up or down. I had to do a couple of things to inflate it because it wasn’t inflating either. I had to literally blow it up like a balloon myself, so it was a little troublesome. But I got it to work after trial and error. Hopefully, I can get technicians to give me a hand with support and get it up to speed again.
The Sleep Number is a little overpriced but it’s a great product. It competes with all the conventional mattresses. It’s an air mattress with cushioning around it. It holds up nice and the texture is great, but I don’t know if it’s worth $5,200. There’s a lot of people on the fence that do not know if they should purchase it or not, and they don’t purchase it because it’s very pricey. Sleep Number gives the option of doing the payment plan, which is very nice. But it’s a huge investment granted that it’s an air mattress. In terms of performance and overall delivery of service, I would definitely recommend it.

I have now purchase my second Sleep Number bed. If you have aches and pains, sleeping on a Sleep Number bed makes it so much more comfortable. One night I may desire a firm mattress and the next a softer mattress depending on what I have been doing all day. That is why I find a Sleep Number bed to be perfect because as a woman I can never make up my mind how soft or how firm I want my number to be for the night.

We have the Sleep Number bed with mattress and the box. I used to have back problems and now it's incredible since using the bed. Also, I couldn't find a mattress that wouldn't over time, give out where I'd end up sleeping in a dip -- where the mattress would give out. I sit on the Sleep Number bed and I don't sag. I love it. We knew that if we invested in this bed, it would be forever, in a sense. As for their staff, the sales people taught us how to use the bed and do the numbers. The delivery crew put the bed together and showed us how to use it. They were in and out. The quality of the product and the experience were great. I'm happy that we bought the bed.

We've always had a Sleep Number bed for the last 20-something years. I needed to have an adjustable bed because of my back, so we ended up going back to Sleep Number because that's what we like. We bought a full bed about three or four months ago. Their sales professionals were great. The girl that spoke to us was good and she explained the different options that we had, what we needed, what we could do, and the pricing. We scheduled delivery the same day. The delivery team hardly spoke English and it was tough to understand them. As I didn't know what they were doing, I would ask questions and they'd look at each other thinking, "What is she talking about?" It was a little difficult but we got through it and they were alright. I love that the bed has good quality. Overall, our experience was great.

We received our bed on May 5th, 2016. First off we ordered the 11" risers so our bed would be as high as our old bed was. The delivery people told us that we would not need the risers and should return them. They said our bed will be as high as our old bed was. The delivery team left before we checked out our bed (we should have check it!). The bed was not near as high as our old bed was and they had the foot of the bed right up against the foot board which made it very hard to make the bed. We had to put up with this for two weeks before someone could come out to make the change. The first night we tried to set our bed setting the remotes did not work properly. Eventually we were able to get one remote to change the air setting and the head and foot base moved part of the time. I called customer service about the and they said they would replace the remote. We received the remote within a couple of days.
After trying 4 different remotes we are unable to adjust the base of our bed. We have had this bed for 3 weeks and have been forced to sleep in positions that are not comfortable. I have had to sleep on our guest bed because of being uncomfortable because the base will not adjust to a comfortable position. At this point it does not move at all. We keep going over and over the recommended troubleshooting instructions to correct the problem with the remotes and nothing works. I am convinced it is not the remotes, it is the base. I would like to return the base and just keep the bed, if it will work properly for more than 30 days. When I called customer service this morning about the base I was told that I would have to be home so I could go over the troubleshooting steps to see if the box for the base is bad.
Mind you we work and will have to take time off to be able to call the manager back that I spoke with to go over the steps. I was told that the base typically will be replaced but sometimes they will make exceptions and the customer can return the base. I hope they will make and exception and return our base. I do not want to deal with this for the next 25 years.

I had hurt my back at work and it seemed like everything I slept on I woke up bent over and could barely walk. I bought two mattresses. I got rid of mine and tried two different ones and it was getting to be quite costly, not to mention the frustration with my boyfriend. I was in pain and agony and I was like, "There's got to be a better quality of life". I heard about the Sleep Number bed from a coworker, bought one, and never went back. I get up every morning standing straight up and tall. That's the best part about it.
I had to replace it because it got damaged but I don't think I'll ever own another type of bed. My boyfriend and I bought a newer model and it's got the dual sides. The sales people up at the store are great. They delivered it, set it up, took away the old one and everything went perfect. It's the best bed for me and I tell everybody who's looking for a bed, "You should get a Sleep Number bed, you'll never go back and you'll never regret it."

I got the base, the I8, and mattress pads or cover from Sleep Number since I was hoping to get a better night's sleep and I'm never comfortable. Everybody was really good at Sleep Number, real friendly, and very informative. The delivery team was very fast and efficient. They showed up early, got it done and let me move on with my day. I'm still trying to get used to my Sleep Number though. Some days I feel like I'm sleeping better and some days, no. But the product is good, I haven't had any issues.

I love the Sleep Number bed and I highly recommend it. My brother had one, and he has a bad back and had back surgery. The regular beds just weren’t doing it. I also had two disks removed, and if I lie on my right side, my sciatica would start burning. With Sleep Number, I could adjust it that it doesn’t bother me. I bought it in Yonkers and the sales professional was very good and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and explained everything very well. Plus the delivery was on time. First thing in the morning, it was even better. They were very quick and professional at what they were doing. Two of my bedrooms are on the third floor, so they huffed it up there with no problem at all. So far I enjoy the bed very much. It’s the best thing I ever bought.

The previous bed my wife and I had was terrible. We have a few family members that have Sleep Number and we heard nothing but good things. We purchased a Sleep Number mattress, frame, a mattress cover and two little knee pillows. However, the pillows weren't what we were expecting because we were told they were full sized pillows. But I enjoy my Sleep Number and I can change the setting anytime I want. I started sleeping through the night again which is pretty awesome. It was a very nice transition.

We bought a Sleep Number a couple of years ago and it was a fantastic experience. We absolutely love our bed, so we decided to do the same for our teenage son and buy him a mattress. The recent purchase was not so much fantastic. The sales professional was fine and he explained the product. It was more about the customer service part when I had questions about the bed not working. Also, I should have gotten a referral from a friend, which was supposed to have been a $100 credit to my account and we never saw that. We tried to reach out to someone regarding this but we never got a phone call back. I've called customer service and I get the same runaround, so I'm not calling anymore.
We also have an issue with the bed where one of the sides was sinking. I called customer service and they told us to switch the pump from one side to the other. We did that and it worked. So we just left it at that since it's working fine at this point. The delivery was also great. The two gentlemen that came and set everything up were great as well. As far as the product, we love it and would definitely recommend it to somebody else.

Although both sides of my queen bed had the same Sleep Number, after a period of time the level of the mattresses were mismatched. The customer support rep was very nice and knowledgeable and gave me the resolution I needed. Additionally I had questions about monitoring my Sleep Number over time and how to use that to improve my sleep. Lastly, they showed me how to edit out the times I was in my bed but not sleeping to have a more accurate reading of my overall sleep.

We did a bunch of research and I went into the Sleep Number store at Alderwood Mall and talked to them a little bit about it. The person in the store was super happy to answer my questions. I also read a bunch of reviews online and everyone was very courteous. The feedback that I read online also showed me the different options that I was looking at. It was great and then I ordered it online. Their sales rep told me when they were gonna be on sale. Because the bedroom we are redoing was under construction I didn't need it immediately and they were really helpful.
I bought a pretty low end bed. I love it and that's what the reviews that I read said to do. The only thing is it's hard to find out about the lower end ones. They don't have them on display in some of the stores. I know Sleep Number's trying to sell more expensive beds and my mother-in-law bought a pretty high end bed but mine is great. I'm really happy with it. I would highly recommend it to a friend. Great experience, high priced bed.

I tried a Reverie and liked it, but when I saw the differences that Sleep Number had for the same price, I decided to give it back and get a Sleep Number instead. The salesperson was awesome and the delivery team was good. I got the mattress and the base. I love the functionality of it. However, I am having a problem with it now but I haven't contacted them yet for it. But overall, they were very professional, passionate of their product, and I'm pleased with the purchase. It was worth it.

My side keeps going down. My old bed would automatically blow back up. New bed - will not have to find control and do it manually almost every night. No response from customer service. Don't waste your money unless you like sleeping on bed frame.

My mother had her last bed for 20 years and she wanted a better one. She got a Sleep Number mattress along with the frame and the bendable parts with the lights and everything. She got a pillow too. My mother likes the bed very much. The only thing is the massage is loud. She has the bed upstairs and I can hear it downstairs. Overall, the bed is good. Keep up the good work.

I had problems with my back before I bought a Sleep Number years ago. That’s the reason why I wanted to get a newer one and upgrade. Their sales reps were very nice and helpful. My credit and my wife’s credit aren’t that great, and they worked with us and got us the financing so that we could buy it. The delivery guys were in and out and they were very good. They cleaned up everything and didn’t leave a mess. I would recommend Sleep Number to anybody who has problems with their back. It's excellent quality and we love it.

Back problems were the reason why I got a Sleep Number bed. I've had this bed now for six to eight months. I didn't buy any bedding but I got a base along with the mattress. It's fine with the sales reps. No problem there. It was very good as well with the delivery team. My Sleep Number bed is fine so far. It's not helping with my back problems like I wanted it to, so obviously my mattress wasn't my problem. But it seems like a really nice bed, other than the expensive price which seems higher than it should be.

My Sleep Number didn't give me the results I wanted but I don't think it was its fault. I've been sleeping very well in it and have been satisfied, but I was having some bad back pains and I think it was my old bed. My old mattress is 27 years old, so I got the Sleep Number and I thought that would immediately take care of it, but it didn't. However, it is a very comfortable bed and I'm not sorry I bought it.
I really enjoyed talking to the salespeople. They were really helpful. I knew what I wanted so they didn't have to sell me anything as I was already sold. I just wanted to pick it up, so to speak, but they went over it with me and explained a lot of facts, benefits of it, and got everything going in a very efficient way. However, I thought that I'd get it the next day, so I was surprised when I had to wait three weeks before it was delivered and that's the only thing I was a little unhappy about. But that's how it went to pass. It worked out fine and there's no problem now. I've already recommended it to a few people and I talk about it quite often to others.

My most recent negative experience with you (as there have been so many!): Sleep Number mails me a voucher for $150 in free bedding as an apology. Only problem is that when I went into a Sleep Number store to redeem it, I was charged THE FULL AMOUNT for the product AFTER I left the store. My sales receipt shows that I should have been charged $4.76 and that amount is what I signed for. My bank account, however, had the full amount deducted from it. So tell me, how can a company LEGALLY charge you for a purchase that you did not approve and/or sign for? This company truly has major issues with their customer service and integrity. I have zero positive experiences to speak of.

We've had a king size Sleep Number since 2003 and we changed to twins. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful and things went very well. The deliverers came when they said they'd be here and they set them up. It didn't take them very long. The one thing that did happen was we bought different beds. My husband got one that had more cushion on it and they didn't point out to us that they would be different heights. So we have a papa bear bed and a mama bear bed. That might have changed what I would have gotten, but I've gotten used to it so no problem.

The bed is sub par in our opinion because, being a young couple, we like to move and change positions and even cuddle. This bed does not allow for this to happen. Once you get into the bed and you set your sleep number, you cannot moved without changing the entire mechanics of the bed. This is because of the air chambers being adjusted to your starting position when falling asleep. What they don't tell you is that if you move or change positions, the chambers aren't going to adjust with your body. We have now suffered over 15 consecutive days of no sleep and are now having back problems due to the Sleep Number. We bought our bed in store and the buying experience was made very pleasant. We were told that Sleep Number had a 100 night period where if you are not completely satisfied with the bed it could be returned for FREE, no questioned asked.
About 10 days in with the bed, and not any better sleep, my fiance and I decided to return the bed. Calling customer service was the worst idea possible. They were rude, not understanding at all, and refused to help. We called back multiple times, and when we asked for a manager, the representative had the audacity to ask me WHY?! I explained that I just wanted my problem resolved and I didn't feel that she was the person to talk to about our issues. The manager flat out told me that it was my word against the salesman's and that he couldn't help either. We didn't receive a solution for our return problem; are still out over $300 due to shipping and return. Overall, worst experience I have had with customer service ever; and I've worked in the service industry a long time. If I could give this a no star review, I would.

I was talking to friends and family who had Sleep Number and they highly recommended it. I purchased a king-size bed but without the platform that raises and lowers. The saleswoman was helpful. The people who delivered the bed were friendly and extremely professional. They took my old mattress, set everything up, explained how the remote works and took us through all the steps. It was an easy experience. I love the bed. I told everyone I'd spoken to that ever since I got my Sleep Number, I sleep so much better. It's amazing and it has made a big difference. We've had Sleep Number for about 7 years and we recently bought the Split King 25. We did a little research online before going to the store so we pretty much had in mind what we wanted and everything went well with the purchase. I thought the delivery went well. But since we went out of town on vacation the next day, when we got back, we realized that the two sides don't line up exactly right since there's about an inch difference in between. So, we called Sleep Number about the problem and evidently they don't send maintenance people back out if there's an issue or at least that's what I was told. I think that their guarantee should cover something like that for at least a year or so.

When shopping for a new mattress it became evident my husband and I weren't on the same page regarding soft or hard. Our Sleep Number bed fixed that concern. He's a 65. I'm a 75. Both of us are happy. Plus neither can tell if the other is getting in or out of the bed. No rebound!!!

Our experience with Sleep Number was okay so far. I want to have my bed elevated and either the thickness or the softness of the cushion would be fit for my body so we purchased their mattress and a pillow. Their sales reps were very good and very helpful. Their delivery team were professional and they installed it properly. So far, the quality is okay. However, when I sleep I always perspire. I don’t know if it’s the bed or me. Nevertheless, it was an excellent experience.

The sales people seemed to know what they were talking about. They put me in the bed to see how it felt, set up some numbers and let me play with it, and explained everything to me. It was good and I liked it. At first, the Sleep Number felt like a narrow bed but we put another foam and it feels better. It takes a lot of getting used to but I already set it up to a number that I like so I have no issues. I would recommend it.

A friend of ours had a Sleep Number bed and they said it was super comfortable. I like the ability to lift it up because I have acid reflux, so I need that little bit of an incline. They had a great sale. We went in and talked to the guy. The sales rep was awesome. He did a good job of describing all the benefits of the mattress, all the cool things about it, and what you could do with it. He measured our Sleep Number and showed us the other products. He was awesome and did a good job. He didn't do high-pressure selling, but just explained the differences and let me make up my own mind. I ordered sheets along with the bed. The delivery crew, two young guys, were very nice.
I've had the Sleep Number for about two and a half months. I love my bed. So far, so good. I've been very happy with the bed since I got it. I have a little Yorkie puppy who's still in the chewing phase, so we had to modify our bed frame to keep the dog out from underneath to keep it from chewing the cords. But other than that, it's been great.

When they brought the bed, it was not up to standard with the quality of the bed. They had us figure it out all the time. I really wanted sleep and was tired of hurting whenever I get up. My chiropractor recommended Sleep Number to be the best bed. It is my first Sleep Number and we went big. Everybody I dealt with was great. Since having the bed, I don't hurt in the morning when I get up. The only thing we use is the number and the adjusting, so we sit to watch TV. It also has all kinds of extra features like monitoring the sleep but I haven't got into it. I love the Sleep Number. Best bed ever. I can't believe I held out so long.

Our Sleep Number has got to be the most expensive bed we've ever owned, and it's not that satisfactory. It's complicated to operate it. It's more trouble than a bed, it's worse. I was happy with the bed we had before. The sales professional was all right but I didn't find their people very accommodating. They wouldn't tell me what they were gonna do. They call and say two weeks, then say, "We'll be there in such and such time", and that's not the best customer relations. They scheduled the delivery and I had to work around it. They didn't ask me what time I wanted it. They just told me they were coming.

My wife and I decided to purchase a Sleep Number because she wanted a real soft pillow top and I wanted something firmer, and it's funny since she thought I was going with something cheaper and I said it was real and I just want my type of bed. So we both decided to get what we wanted and it worked out good. They were able to get us a mattress that's firmer on my side and softer for hers and we also bought the bed box. The sales professional we dealt with was really nice and did a good job. He was filling in at our local Sleep Number store when we went there in October and we ended up going back to his home store which is 30 minutes away when we made the purchase in March or April.
The delivery experience is good but we had an issue with tracking the purchase because it took a while and they made it seem like once I get home I can track it. Yet, it took about two weeks for it to get into the system and start tracking. Even so, I'm extremely happy with the quality when it was delivered. We got the additional app where I can use my smartphone as a device and I read the reviews for the app. Those reviews are really, really bad and slanted since I think the app is excellent and I've really enjoyed it. My wife and I have sleep issues where I sleepwalk and sleep-eat and she gets up, so I can look at that thing the next day and actually see what I did in the middle of the night. Sleep Number is really good and I’m recommending it.

My husband and I had been thinking about Sleep Number for a very long time but it was a little expensive. However, I had some tests done and we found out that I had really bad arthritis, bad discs in my back and four in my neck. I was having a hard time sleeping and I wound up every night sleeping in a lounge chair. It was awful. We decided that we had to do something, so we went and bought it. Now I sleep all night long in my bed, not roaming around through the night. I'm very happy with it and so is my husband. It's wonderful and I'm glad we made the plunge.
The salespeople and the delivery team were wonderful. In fact, at first, we only bought the mattress and put it inside my old bed frame. However, I realized I would rather have the Sleep Number bed that goes with it, so we went back a month later and bought the bed. They actually came twice, one time to deliver the mattress and then another to put the furniture around it. They were very professional and did a nice job, so it was a good experience both times.

I bought a P5 from Sleep Number. Their sales professionals are extremely knowledgeable. They explained all the differences between the models. They did the pressure point test and did a different test on the pillow fitting. They also went one day and they took out the notes and everything from our visit. Then, they went back the next day and they knew exactly what we wanted – what we discussed the prior day. It was great. Moreover, our experience with the delivery team was easy. They showed up within the timeframe and they called ahead of time. It took about 30 minutes for them to explain everything to me. The bed is great. I haven't slept better in my life. The people are friendly, interactive and timely.

I love the quality of the Sleep Number bed. We camp and I don’t have a Sleep Number at the camper, so I notice the difference when I'm not in the bed. I have sleep issues and we keep the bed slightly elevated (the legs and the upper body), and it's helped with my shoulder pain and my hip issues. However, my app is no longer working, so it's not finding my bed. They updated their app and I haven't had the time to call. I wish they had more hours where they're available.

It's fantastic to hear how much you enjoy your Sleep Number bed! I love being able to adjust the head and feet to get me comfortable too, it adds a whole new dimension to sleeping. We were in need of a new bed, so we went in, tested the Sleep Number out, and thought it would be a good idea to purchase it because my wife likes a soft bed and I like it a little bit more firmer. The sales guy showed us a couple of different models and told us the differences between them. He aided in the purchase a little bit but he didn't sway us one way or another. The delivery guys were awesome. They came in and had the thing set up in under 20 minutes. They showed up on time, gave me a phone call when they were gonna be there, and they had the old one out in no time. But I wish Sleep Number told us that it was breaking down as simple as what it does because I probably would've got a king size. I assumed it was something traditional and not like Lego pieces that was put together. Had I known that, we probably would've got a king size.

We had been thinking about getting another bed for quite a while and my husband's mom had purchased a Sleep Number so we ended up deciding that that was probably going to be the bed that we wanted to get. So, we went to the store just to try it out and see how we felt about it. And then, because it had the ability to recline and bend, which is what I liked about it, we ended up getting it. The guy who sold us our Sleep Number bed was very knowledgeable about the bed. But it was almost as though I didn't even exist like he was telling it to my man and he kept referring to my man. Sleep Number should make sure that their sales people don't just assume that the man makes all the decisions and that he should be referred to at all costs.
The delivery team was great. They put it together and my husband watched as they did it so we could figure out how to do it since we're going to need to repack it up the next day. We only had it for one night, then we repacked it for shipping. So, it was great for the one night and, hopefully, we'll have the same opinion about it when we get to where our assignment location is.

Mrs. Creason, we can't apologize enough for the experience you had at our Marlton store. I couldn’t make up my mind because I have back issues. Sometimes I need a firmer mattress and sometimes I need something with soft cushioning. Sleep Number has it all and that really got to me. Their sales rep was very nice. I went to bed with Dad and I took my time. It was nice to have people like Karen, and they did their job the way they were supposed to do it. However, I got kicked off on my phone for the Sleep Number’s sign in thing and I forgot my password, so I reset my password and then it's like a day behind. I don’t understand what's going on with it. But overall, I'm enjoying it.

I saw the commercials and then I went in and checked the Sleep Number out. The rep was real good and knowledgeable and gave me all the information. I sat and tested the bed. I purchased the basic queen size bed and I’m enjoying it. It was a very good experience.

My wife and I couldn't agree on one specific firmness of the bed, so we went with a Sleep Number. We also purchased some of the cooling system pad and the stain-resistant pad. Scott was a great guy to work with and was very helpful. He was straightforward and honest and told us what the price would be. We love the bed. It's an overall good product and I'd recommend it.

Sleep Number was my wife's choice and it seemed to have worked out pretty good. I have no problem at all yet with the products we purchased. All working out well. I'd highly recommend Sleep Number. We enjoyed our conversation with the sales rep and the delivery team was very good.

I had a Sleep Number bed with my husband and I had it for 10 years. Then we got divorced so I decided to buy myself a new one. I kept the base and so I just got a new mattress for it. The sales reps didn’t try to upsell me because I knew which one I wanted. My experience with the delivery team was amazing because they were so quick. It was ridiculous how fast they put the thing together.
I absolutely love Sleep Number that’s why I went back and spent another $1,600 to get another one. The only thing is that I thought since I had purchased one in the past, that I would get the $50 incentive referral program. I do recommend Sleep Number to my friends.

I got a Sleep Number because of being able to change the different settings on the same bed. I also bought pillows and one of the stain-proof covers. We went to different stores, and all of the sales reps were good. They provided good information and helped us out. The people who delivered the bed put the bed in quickly and answered any questions I had. I've enjoyed my Sleep Number.

We had a Sleep Number for 20 years and have enjoyed it that well, so we got another one and we like it a lot. When I went on the website, we looked in to see what was available and the closest thing we wanted was the model that was discontinued, so we talked to a guy at the 800 number and he said we can put that in. The only problem we had with it was we were having it shipped to our cottage in North Carolina and they were supposed to take three weeks and then another week for delivery and we weren't going to be over there again for several weeks.
So it was delivered within three days of the order and sat on the front porch of the cottage for three weeks before we got there. Fortunately, it was still there, but it was a little iffy. The guy told me we would be notified when it's shipping and he said we could probably have them hold it for a period of time if we aren't there, but we never got any kind of communication until about a week and a half later where they basically said from those follow-ups, "hi, are you liking your new mattress?" And that was the clue I had that something was going on and we ended up finding out that it was sitting on the front porch. I spoke to a rep on the phone and he was very helpful and really nice to deal with. He explained everything very well and I appreciated that.

I'm so glad that when it became time to purchase another bed you came back to Sleep Number. Your loyalty means so much to us. I am definitely glad that our customer service team was able to jump to your rescue when we got the delivery wrong. Let us know if anything else ever comes up!

I've done some other beds and I wanted to see how the Sleep Number bed was for myself. Their salesperson was awesome and really knowledgeable. In fact, there was another couple that was also buying their bed and I sat there as he was explaining to them, then he would include me for any information or questions that I had. It was a real good experience. I couldn't afford the adjustable base, though, so that'll be for another purchase. The two delivery guys were awesome too. They were spot on, courteous, quick and explained how to set everything up. They gave me all the information. Now I have the Sleep Number bed and I get to adjust it up or down. If I had a rough day like before when my back broke, I can dial it back or up if I want it a little bit firmer. It's a pretty good bed and I'm real happy with it.

My old mattress was about 14 years old. I've got a bad back and have screws in it, so I like a firm mattress but my wife likes it soft. I figured the best way to go would be to check out the Sleep Number. So I checked it out, got the information about it, and we wound up purchasing. I bought the mattress and two memory foam pillows. The sales staff that we talked to was very polite. Not very knowledgeable because she was new, and unfortunately, she was the only one in the store, but she gave it her best shot so I had no complaints against her. I wish she was a little more informative, but she told me enough about the bed that I decided to go ahead and get one. So far, we like it and I'm very happy with the product. Very nice experience.

We purchased a Sleep Number King with Flex Fit 1 base and it is terrible. We have not been comfortable on it since day one. When we purchased the bed, we the salesperson added features we did not ask for, and told us just to call within 100 days and we will be refunded. He told us that we had 100 night for 100% refund on our entire purchase. When the bed was delivered, the delivery guys told us we had 100 nights for 100% refund on our purchase. When we called to return the bed, the lady said we had to keep the bed a minimum of 30 days and our purchase was 100% refundable.
All of these people saw our purchase and knew what we had bought. I called today and am now being told the Flex Fit bases are not refundable. I was mislead when purchasing this bed and am extremely upset. Everyone I speak to with the Sleep Number company is extremely rude. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and he was not any more polite. I WOULD NEVER purchase from this company again.

I made the investment in myself by buying my sleep number king size bed 4 1/2 yrs ago. Best investment ever--don't keep replacing your bed or waking up with backaches every day. I am able to raise my legs and my head and set the comfort to my level. I have not had a bad night since and will never give up my bed unless I buy a new sleep number with the cool pad on it!!

I have purchased 3 sheets of the Sleep Number sheets because the fit is great. Every single set I have had has ripped after 6 months. When I say 6 months keep in mind I do alternate the sheet sets so basically 3 months of use. I have contacted Sleep Number and have just been told 'Sorry, there is nothing we can do for you.' I have searched reviews on the sheets and it seems I am not the only one with the same problem. Buyer Beware!!!

The sales representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable, straightforward and good, overall. The delivery team is excellent and on time. They set it up right away and gave me a breakdown how it works. Everything was excellent. Since I've started using Sleep Number, the experience has been nothing but terrific and great. We've had our bed for 3 years and love it. I keep mine soft to the point of feeling cuddled and my hubby likes his firm since he sleeps on his back. One of the best items we went out and bought together. Plus there was no push to buy and to try many of them. It was already a given though since we first experienced one while we were on vacation and the hotel had one. A week sleeping on one made us sure to get one of our own.

We've been talking about buying a Sleep Number for a few years. I'm pregnant again and when I'm pregnant I get sick. I cough a lot and I can't sleep on a flat surface and when I try to prop myself up with pillows my neck hurts so this time around I wanted to be able to sleep in comfort, so I purchased a Sleep Number. We purchased the p5. We did the base, but we got the one that has the two adjustable heads. We also got a sheet set with it as well. My husband loves reading in bed so it's nice to be able to move the head up and sit upright while reading in bed. We also have different tastes in beds in terms of the firmness. I like firmer and he likes a little bit softer, so it meets both of our needs.
The salesperson was very professional, very nice, and very helpful. He was very great to work with. The delivery team were great as well, very knowledgeable about the product. The guy who delivered said he has one of his own. He gave us some tips and tricks on what to do and what not to do like don't wash the sheets in really hot water because he found out himself that it ruins the elastic that goes around the bed. He made sure that we knew exactly how to use it and how to take care of it. We're very pleased with Sleep Number's quality so far.

My wife and I have very different thoughts and requirements when it comes to sleeping and we couldn’t think of something that would meet both her request for a softer bed and my request for a harder bed. We didn’t see anything that would really make it work and that’s why we went to Sleep Number. Aside from the mattress, we each got a pillow and also got the base, headboard, mounts, extra legs, and a mattress tent.
We walked into a store and the salesman was very professional. He did not give us the feeling of a high pressure sales pitch at all. That was always my concern. I walk into a place like that, I'm afraid I won't be able to get out of there without chewing my arm off, but the salesman is a very nice guy. We had more or less determined we were buying something, which helps on his end too. It was like, “Oh, come on in. You want to try it out? Here, we can adjust it for you and what else can we do for you?” and it never got any worse than that. The delivery crew during the day of the delivery was on time and very courteous. They made sure they were careful with the house. They did a good job putting the bed together, left me with the instructions, and answered any questions I had.
So far, in the three months we’ve had the bed, I haven’t had any issues at all. It has worked, did everything I wanted it to do, and hasn’t done anything I haven’t expected it. With all its components, after it’s all together and functioning, I forget it’s just a bed. It's a good thing. I have nothing bad to say about the company. It’s all been a great experience.

The only problem that we had with Sleep Number was when we did the credit and we did the 0% financing. The rep accidentally ran it through my husband's social security number instead of mine. I wasn't mad about it. It was the fact that it came back denied and we had to re-run it. But as far as sales, they were wonderful. They answered all of our questions and followed up with a couple of postcards making sure that we're enjoying our bed. The delivery people were also wonderful. They came on time, were in and out very quickly, and were efficient and clean. One was training the other and they both were very professional and polite.
I really like my Sleep Number. The only thing I don't like is the mattress cover. It's not taut if I have my TV setting. I find it bunching down around my lumbar area. I'm very impressed with the bed but not so much with the mattress cover. I would recommend Sleep Number to a friend.

We had a Sleep Number bed that was dated so it's time for a new one and we've got it now for about 8 years. We bought some additional beddings recently and their sales professionals were wonderful. My wife received the delivery and told me everything was fine. Our Sleep Number purchase has been a good product.

I was hoping to find a lighter insert to convert my winter perfect comforter (currently full size, half extra weight down, half lightweight down alternative) into a summer comforter by getting an extra light insert in down alternative (and possibly a light down)... I learned that there are only Queen and King sizes now and that ultra-light is no longer available. We had another Sleep Number bed that we'd had for 12 or 13 years and we really liked it. So we wanted to have another one and we got the adjustable base, the headboard where the top of the bed that goes up and the mattress. The sales professional was very attentive to all of our questions, gave us an opportunity to try out several different things, was there to show us how the adjustable part of the frame worked and was all around great. The delivery team was timely, very respectful, and took care of everything so the delivery was great. I really appreciated that the store manager herself did follow up to be sure that we were very happy, and if there were any problems, what she could do to correct them. And there were no problems but it was nice to have that follow-up. So far, we love our purchase and are very happy with the experience. Should we need a bed in the future, we would absolutely go back to the same Sleep Number store.

Sleep Number sounded like something my husband and I needed for our backs so we purchased the bed, a set of sheets and a mattress cover. We like the quality of the bed. The people from Sleep Number were all great. We scheduled delivery, and they came and set up the bed. However, I was not happy with the bank that we went to for the credit. I have a 2-year no-interest credit card with the bank and I've made a payment with them but they keep calling me everyday telling me that I need to pay. It's horrible.

I suffer from severe degenerative disc disease and Fibromyalgia and Lupus. For far too MANY years I dreaded bedtime because I was sleeping on the couch because our bed was worse than the couch! I orders Sleep Number Bed from QVC and finally look forward to bedtime! I suffer from very bad insomnia and the sleep I do get is so VERY important! My Sleep Number Bed assures me that I can get quality sleep even if I don't get many hours of sleep! I'll never sleep on anything else! I've become quite the BED SNOB! LOL.

We've had our Sleep Number bed for one year and for the most part, we are happy with the Sleep Comfort. We have a split top king and we are very unhappy about the gap where the split is. It is a huge gap - looks much larger than we observed in the store. The other great disappointment is the quality of the sheets. We purchased 2 sets of split top sheets. The first pair started tearing within a couple days of owning the bed. In addition, the pillow case was coming apart at the seam. We called and they happily sent us a new pair of sheets and even told us to keep the set that was "defective". Unfortunately DEFECTIVE is the word for Sleep Number Sheets. All 3 sets of sheets AND the mattress pad have started to tear apart at the location where the split top ends. There is no excuse for this.
Sleep Number must know this is an issue because I've seen enough complaints online. Why can't Sleep Number reinforce this area? I asked this question last year and nobody answered me. An explanation from Sleep Number would be appreciated. It isn't like the sheets are cheap. I'm optimistic because I found a website that will make the split top sheets and I'm going to purchase a pair and see if they are any better than what Sleep Number sells.

My boyfriend had a Sleep Number and then we split up. I couldn’t go away from it and I was too spoiled by it so I bought one. I went to the South County store. I’m only 22 years old so I look young and they look at me like I'm young so I can’t afford it. The sales rep was extremely rude so I didn’t purchase it from that store. I went to the store in West County and I purchased the Sleep Number mattress from there. The sales rep there was great - as soon as I came in there was a Hi and a smile on his face. However, I literally paid $60 more in taxes. The previous rep was horrible and I will never ever go back to that store in South County, which sucks because I pay higher taxes in a different county, and it’s not fair to me. But the product is really great.
