We needed a new bed and saw their advertisements so we purchased a Sleep Number. We got pretty much the whole package - the bed, bedding, sheets and comforter. We spent a lot of money with it. Their sales rep was very nice and helpful. It was definitely a no-pressure sale for us. Their delivery team was great too. Their quality is good, but it definitely takes some getting used to.

My husband has back issues and we’ve tried every mattress that there is in the book. When nothing has changed, we kept telling him that he needed to try the Sleep Number and he finally decided to break down and do it. We’re a month and a half in and so far it's working. He’s not waking up in the middle of the night anymore with back issues. We love it and I love the sheets.
The only problem that I had was that we were supposed to get a phone call within a few days to schedule the delivery. Once I left the store, they told me they were going to call to come and deliver within two to three weeks. But nobody called me and I ended up having to call after two and a half weeks to find out what the deal was. But it was handled right then and there. I had my bed within a week.

I am very dissatisfied with my bed - have not had a good night's sleep yet the my back and neck still hurt while trying to sleep and when I get up in the morning when I get up. The bed and pillows are very hot. The only way I can get halfway comfortable is to put it on zero gravity and no one wants to sleep in that position all the time. The massage feature is extremely loud. Just not a very good experience in general.

My wife had a hip replacement so she sleeps on our Sleep Number and she likes the controls. Sleep Number's sales reps were all very helpful and the delivery team has set the bed up just fine, but moving the bed was a problem, since the moving company didn't know anything about it. The movers sent a guy out and he said that they couldn't move it, then when they arrived, the guy said they couldn't find and disconnect the hoses so I did it for them. The best way to have done it was to take it completely down or take the mattress off from being attached to the frame. It was just so awkward to package the bed and move it.

I had an issue with one my air chambers and cringed at getting a quote to replace it. To my surprise, it was free even though my bed was over a year old! Thank God since I didn't want to use my vacation spending money. All I have to do is send back my damaged one with their pre-paid shipping label they emailed me. So awesome! They also shipped the new one 2nd day air. :)

We had tried a number of the coil spring mattresses and because of my size and weight, the springs were always an issue, and I didn’t care for the memory foam type beds so I decided to buy a P5 Sleep Number mattress. The sales representative wrote the contract up and we paid over the phone. Delivery was on time and extremely efficient so everything went fine. However, I think the delivery charge is a little much for what it actually takes to deliver and set up the product. But with the limited time that we've had the bed, we've had no problems with it. So as far as I can tell, it's a quality company.

I'm trying to find a good bed for my bad back and hip, and Sleep Number seems to be a good product. Their salesman spent plenty of time with us and was respectful. The delivery team was courteous, on time and very helpful in explaining how to use the product. They were very knowledgeable, and they took caution when they were hauling in and out of the house.

My wife has always wanted a Sleep Number. So we went to one of their stores and tried out all the features of the bed. We got great customer service and the sales rep let us try different beds from the highest to the lowest and told us all different options, such as the option to add an application program to link the bed with the phone so that we're able to see the pressure points when we're sleeping. I didn't go for that option at the time but was wondering if that can be added on. We thought they always start at a high price one, but we were able to get a good deal on one of the beds. We ended up with the regular mattress and box spring.

The mattress cover and foam pad was coming apart allowing the side of the mattress to bow out. It will be replaced under the limited warranty.

Tried calling the 800 numbers and after almost 30 minutes waiting, gave up. Did try the chat and that wait was only 2 minutes. Had a remote issue and Alia was helpful in troubleshooting, to recycle pump and fresh set of batteries helped!

We had a Tempur-Pedic bed for a number of years but it’s too firm for me and too soft for my husband. We decided that we needed something else so we got a Sleep Number mattress and a base. Their sales rep was great. He got us up on the display bed and talked about it. He knew everything about what was going on. My husband and I lied down on it, adjusted it, and we were both comfortable. I also got a memory pillow that's got the weird curve to it, and sheets which I love. I'm completely satisfied and really happy with Sleep Number.

My wife and I had already owned a Sleep Number and it was pretty easy for us to go back to it. We've had our bed for 3 years now, and we've been really comfortable on it and we don't want to sleep on anything else. Our daughter has been having back problems and she's on a whole standard kind of mattress. When we went in to the store, they asked us what we're looking for and we told them. We had our daughter with us and they took her back to back and did the whole set up to get her Sleep Number. We picked out the right bed for her, something that's a little less expensive than what we've gotten. So, the sales professionals were really good, helpful and knowledgeable. They showed us several different models that they had. It was really great. I enjoyed the experience of going to them.

I love my sleep Sleep Number bed. I had a tube-type waterbed and I liked it, but the only way I could adjust the waterbed was by opening up the tubes and adding or subtracting water. But since the Sleep Number was a type that one could add or subtract the air with the remote, I thought I would try and see if I liked it. Sleep Number was an airbed that was the same type so I thought I will probably like it. My grandson purchased one six months ago. I went over to his place and laid down on it a couple of times. Even though he had his pumped up to a high number, I liked it too. I eventually got the top-of-the-line mattress that was on sale and I got the base that makes the bed go up and down.
Sleep Number's sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable. I went to their store and it was good that there were a lot of people coming in and out and looking at things because that way I got to lay on it for a long time and try out the different adjustments, but the sales rep kept coming back to me and asked me if I was okay and if I needed anything. He was very nice and courteous. I knew that I was gonna purchase it when I went in, but I still had a bunch of questions that I wanted to ask and he answered all of them. He was very knowledgeable about it and very helpful.
The delivery team did a good job. They came right when they said they were gonna be. They came in and they set the bed up. It was easy as one, two, three and they had it done right into my bed. I have a big four-poster antique bed and they were very careful about how they put it in. My daughter is building a new house and I told her that they need to get Sleep Number. She asked me a bunch of questions about mine. I told her that she and her husband need to go to my house and sleep on my bed one night.

We’ve had a Sleep Number bed for 22 years. The base was still good so we purchased the king-sized mattress and some covering. The quality is extremely good. Also, the sales lady that helped us was absolutely outstanding. Both the saleslady and the delivery folks were well-trained, timely and friendly.

This is our second Sleep Number purchase. We gave our old Sleep Number bed to my daughter-in-law who had some back surgery and it helped her greatly. Then we bought a new bedroom set and thought that we couldn’t put a Sleep Number bed inside it. So we bought a regular pillow top, but we were very unhappy with it. It’s always lumpy when I put a bed spread on it. So we got a new Sleep Number which fit perfectly and even looked better than the pillow top. It's perfect - smooth, flat and looks like it was made by a Marine. It makes the whole bed look really nice. Also, the delivery team was great and courteous. Everything went flawless. We’ve never had problems with it and we’re doing good.

I enjoy my Sleep Number bed very much, but I'm very annoyed with the cover that I bought for it. The cover makes noise and I had to take it off because it actually diminished the enjoyment of the bed. So I had to buy something else.

We like our Sleep Number mattress. We've got friends that have it so we decided to buy as well. Their salespeople were courteous and they were able to explain the products to me and answer my questions. And once it was shipped to us, setting it up was pretty easy though a little time consuming. But the only thing that we're kind of on the fence about is the two sides right in the middle where a little bit of the edge can be felt. And on the side of the bed, you just feel like you're falling into the middle. We thought about sending it back within the first 90 days but we decided against it. We kept it and just tried to live with it. It was a good experience as a whole.

We had an old mattress and we were looking for a new one. When we heard good recommendations that the Sleep Number bed was good for the back, we purchased the base and the mattress from them. We've now owned these for a couple of months and we like the bed a lot. However, they're misleading. If I had done a little more research about the linens and known the difficulty in finding sheets to fit, and if I had to do my purchase over again, I would have looked for something else and not chosen this bed. You can't tuck the sheet into the bed skirt and there's no way to tuck it under the mattress, so it just hangs over. I'm struggling to find sheets that fit and are like a top sheet.

We have a King size Sleep Number that we inherited from my wife’s father and we had a Queen that we had purchased. We just got a single for my son. We scheduled for home delivery so we had the experience of putting it together and it was easy to assemble. To date, they had been wonderful beds and my son is enjoying his thoroughly and we're very happy with the product. I find them a little pricey, but overall my experience has been very good with them. They're quality products and I enjoy sleeping on them.

We purchased a Sleep Number because of the quality of the product. We got the base, mattress, sheets and the pillows. The sales rep was awesome. We were there for 90 minutes and he gave us his complete, undivided attention and took us from mattress to mattress, style to style, and gave us our SleepIQ number. It was awesome. I was sold even before I went in, but he went the extra mile and helped sell us even more. The two delivery guys were great and informative with how the bed was set up and how all of the features worked - from the hand control to the feature on my iPhone.
I’ve never slept so well in my life. It's nice to actually track our sleep on our phone. However, my foot raise makes a clanking noise. We have two separate beds where both mine and my wife's go up and down. My wife's side has a smooth raising up and down with no noise. I haven’t had a chance to call Sleep Number to come look at it. It’s the only problem that I have with the bed.

We were looking at replacing our old mattress and my wife and I tend to have different opinions on what we were looking for in a new mattress. She wants something firmer while I want something a little softer. So we figured that one of our few options was the Sleep Number bed, and since we had access to one in Grand Forks, I went down there to check it out and we got the mattress with C2. So far, the product we got seems to be pretty good.
I was hoping for a little more knowledge from the salesperson, but they did enough to send a note to give us a base number to start with. I was pretty sure of the type of bed I was looking for when I went shopping so we want to go in high-end to start with. I want to start off with one of their lower number beds and see how it goes. We had to schedule home delivery for our Sleep Number purchase because it wasn't available to ship with us in Canada, so we had to get it shipped here. The delivery went fairly well. There were some holdups at the border. We encountered two problems in getting it through Customs, and it took a little longer than we anticipated, but we got it here quickly. Then we got a call from somebody on a follow-up, and we asked about a second remote. He gave us a pretty good deal and had it shipped for use quickly, so that worked out quite well.

Our daughter and son-in-law have Sleep Number and they love it. My wife and I have different sleep patterns so we decided to buy from them a mattress and a cooling pad. All of their sales reps were really good. Their delivery team brought it to the house and did a nice job but were unkempt - they were sloppily dressed. They had dirty t-shirts and shorts when I thought they would have Sleep Number shirts on. Their appearance was not professional. Other than that, everything was good and we really like the product.

My wife and I were visiting the Birmingham Home Show and we've been talking about Sleep Number for quite awhile because my wife has back problems and had trouble sleeping for a long time. Also, we had a decade old mattress that needed to get changed out, so we finally decided to buy from Sleep Number. Corey, the sales professional, was great and helpful. He helped us get to the whole purchasing process. It's pretty easy especially since he’s got the home show. In addition, the delivery crew was very fast, efficient and kind.
The bed is fine. It's not as revolutionary. It's not what I was hoping that it might be in terms of solving our problems and the biggest problem that we've had with it is my wife has decided she doesn’t like the split top. So we've been debating changing over to a different version of that mattress without the split top. That’s where we ran the problems with customer service trying to get that bill taken care of. I think we finally ironed out that particular issue. We have the 100 days in a trial period and we have until 22nd of June to make the decision. We're going to go ahead and make a change.
Overall, the sales and delivery process is fine. The bed itself is pricey and I'm not sure where it delivers what I hope it would deliver. But the problem with customer service in trying to make that change in our mattress has really ticked me off something bad and so that really hurts the whole process. We had some really great experiences with them and some really crappy ones.

My wife likes the mattress soft and I like it hard. I also wanted to raise the head up so we bought a Sleep Number bed that we could both be comfortable in. We purchased the base and the mattress, sheets, pillowcase, cover for the mattress, and a headboard mount for an existing headboard that we had. The Sleep Number sales professionals knew about their product. We scheduled for a home delivery and the delivery people knew exactly what to do, how to set it up, and calibrate the pressure on it, so it didn't take them long at all.
I had to order the headboard mount though. I have a heavy Mediterranean style solid wood headboard that we bought when we got married 45 years ago. The headboard mount needs to be a little bit stronger - it wasn't really made for a tall headboard like we have. That's the only complaint that I have. We've adjusted it to where we both like it, and I don't have any problems with it so far. We went back and bought another sheet and a pillowcase of the same color and the same style. We liked the heavy sheet set that we have so we bought another one. The Sleep Number products we bought have high quality. I spent four nights in a hotel that had Sleep Number beds, and I was sold on it myself. Our Sleep Number purchase has performed exactly as I expected.

I have a service-connected disability with my back 'cause I flew a lot in helicopters. And I thought, "Okay, you stop flying, it's gonna go away." It never did. Through my career I went through quite a few different mattresses trying to correct it, from soft to medium to firm. Quite a pricey deal. My partner had purchased a Sleep Number 15 years ago and he said it's beautiful. I should have listened to him because he had back problems, but I couldn't afford it at that time.
I was on another test mattress, and when I tried it out and laid down, it felt good. Then, over time it just wasn't cutting it. I would be waking up with a sore back and it was ridiculous. So I said to myself, "I don't care how you do it. You save enough and go check out the Sleep Number." My aunt had a Sleep Number bed. She passed away and I had gotten a divorce, and I was living at my father's and sleeping on her Sleep Number. I slept very well and I kept that at the back of my mind.
So, I purchased the Sleep Number P5. The sales lady that I dealt with was phenomenal with the knowledge that she had. The delivery guys were very professional, quick, and knew what they were doing. Very straightforward and understandable. I had a few questions on it and the guy knew the answer right away. So I was very happy with their delivery and the speed at which they did it was unbelievable. I thought they'd be there for hours, but they were Johnny-on-the-spot, in and out, done. The only thing was that when the guys took my old mattress out, they dragged it along the carpeting in the apartment all the way and it got messed up. They took it over to my ex's house and put it in the garage and it got a little dirty. I wish they would have put it in a plastic bag.
The very first night, I didn't have the time to experiment with number settings. But when I got up in the morning, I didn't have a sore back. I'm very satisfied with it. I've already told people, "Go right to Sleep Number. It's gonna cost you, but in the longer run, it's gonna save you money from having to try different mattresses." I bought a sheet set for the queen P5. For a thread count, I don't go anything below 500. These were 100, and for the 100 thread count, I couldn't believe the price. That was way out of the line. Also, the size was horrendously huge. It was way too big.

My dad has a Sleep Number bed so I bought one too. I got the mattress and the base. I already had a frame. I also got a pillow, pillowcase, and some of the cooling sheets. I made the sales rep's job easy. I went in and knew what I wanted and she was very informative as far as what she was trying to sell to me. I also knew what sheets I wanted and she just pointed me in the right direction then I bought what I was looking at. So far, so good with the quality of the products I got from them. The delivery went really well. They came in, set up the new bed and tore down the old bed easily. I'm pretty satisfied overall.

My husband deals with like sleep insomnia and I have major back issues, so we got a mattress, adjustable base, pillows, and bedding from Sleep Number. The sales rep was great. We had the items delivered to our house and it was good. The only thing that catches me off-guard, and I haven't had an opportunity to check why this is so, is that on my app it seems the timeline doesn't match the time that I'm getting in the bed, like it will tell me what time I'm in there but then on the bottom, it will say AM instead of PM. But it's just an easy, obvious AM/PM flip in my app. Other than that, we're pretty satisfied with it. It's the best purchase that we've made. We're most definitely very pleased with what we got. My husband can now fall asleep for seven hours straight.

My husband has sleep apnea so we purchased a Sleep Number bed however, we have not gotten the base yet. Their sales rep was fantastic and awesome. She had us check all the beds and had us try different pillows. She talked to us also about her experience as a Sleep Number owner. We then had the bed shipped to us. The only issue I’ve had with Sleep Number is the app. They set it up under my husband’s name and it won’t let me switch it to me being the primary name when I’m the only one who ever checks it because my husband never goes on it. So that’s a little confusing. But it’s no big deal because I can switch to my name and it’s fine.
My husband’s got a good Sleep Number and he really enjoys it. I’m still playing with mine a little bit. I haven’t figured out my Sleep Number yet. In fact this morning, I just lowered my Sleep Number because I think the problem is that I’m at a too high up a number. But I really haven’t figured out how to do that yet but I had very restful experience and it's definitely worth the time and money that we put into looking for and purchasing the bed.

My chiropractor told me a few years ago to get a Sleep Number and then when my husband's chiropractor told him he would benefit from it then we finally got the Sleep Number bed. We got a mattress and they threw in a couple of pillows. The sales professionals were wonderful. We scheduled a home delivery and that went very well. The delivery team explained a lot. We're very satisfied with the bed. It's a matter of finding our right numbers and, depending on how we feel after a hard day's work, we might need to adjust it. We get a good night's sleep now and feel better the next day.

I've been wanting a Sleep Number bed for a while and I finally bought one. I got the mattress and it came with the base. I did all the research on my own and I talked to their polite sales professional briefly for the financing. I got the bed delivered and set it up myself. The bed was easy to install but not so much with the little box spring that came with it. I really enjoy the bed and I get great sleep now.

So I purchased my Sleep Number I8 a little over a year ago. After paying a bit over $4,000 for my mattress I am highly upset about the service that I have received today, when in need. I am a 24 year old female, I have never had major medical issues in my life up until now. Since getting the mattress I have had several issues, which are slowly progressing. It started with a pain in my wrist that sent me to the emergency room last year in the middle of the night and is now alarmingly a numbness and tingling in my leg when I wake up. My doctor advised that we should monitor it for a while when it all started, as the only thing different was in fact my mattress. And after staying out of town recently and waking up with no pain or tingles, it is even more evident that the issue is my mattress.
My doctor suggested that I start off by contacting Sleep Number, so I did just that today. I was advised by Tina, a supervisor there, that she would not consider refunding or changing my mattress due to the amount of time that we have had it (again, a little over a year) and that there was no one that I could talk to other than herself. She even suggested that I purchase a memory foam mattress either from their company or another company and that there was no way I could prove the mattress was causing the issue.
I am advising now, as I did then, that I cannot fathom why anyone should have to pay $4,000 for a mattress and after a year need to turn around and invest even more into said mattress. I was also highly offended by the fact that she tried to act like my issue was no big deal and explained that she herself has a similar issue and the Sleep Number helps her but she had to add the memory foam. I reminded her again that my issues were not present until sleeping on this mattress. It just seems like they would care a little more about their customers and realize that while the Sleep Number may be great for some, it will not necessarily be that way for everyone and that not everyone will experience issues within the 90 day trial window. It's not like I called and said I don't like the mattress after a year, rather this mattress is significantly impacting my well-being. I feel that Sleep Number should consider making some exceptions in extreme situations, such as my own.

My girlfriend had problems with heartburn and she slept on the upper level and always had to put a bunch of pillows. Our old mattress also had a sink on it so we were looking for something else that doesn't make us feel numb in the morning or make us toss and turn. Therefore, I bought a split version Sleep Number bed - I got the mattress and the base. The sales representative, Doug at Geensboro on Wendover, was professional and helpful. I arranged for the delivery guys to come when I got off work - about 2 or 3 o'clock. We don't know where we could do it, so the delivery team ended up getting here around 5:30. They put the bed up and got everything squared away. The overall quality of the mattress is pretty good. I sleep better on it sometimes and the mattress has done us both some good. I would buy from them again. I have also referred Sleep Number to a couple of people.

My back starts aching at night and I was having a hard time. I bought a bed and a bedding from Sleep Number recently thinking it would help my back and it would probably work better than any other. My mom and dad had a bed from Sleep Number before so I already knew about them for quite a while. The lady from the store in Layton was very knowledgeable and super nice which just made it a great store visit. I was really pleased with the customer representation. I also went in the Layton Mall before Christmas for shopping and browsing. At both times, the people in the store were great and helpful. The bed was then shipped by UPS because we live about 120 miles from the store. It cost extra shipping through UPS but it was very simple to put together. I didn't have a bit of problem.
For the price, it's a good bed and I really like the bed and the bedding. These are quality products. I'm a firm believer in you pay for what you get. If you don't want to pay for the quality, you're certainly not gonna get it. On the whole, I'm very satisfied. I've experimented a bit on making sure that I have the correct air pressure on the bed - one thing I really like about the bed is you can adjust it. It was also one of the things that drew me to the Sleep Number bed. With other beds, you have no option and you just sleep on the bed. With Sleep number, I'm sleeping better. Except that there's not a lot of Sleep Number stores from where we live so I was limited on that.

I bought a new Sleep Number bed for my guest bedroom but we've had one for at least 20 years. The latter bed was a king size bed. It developed a slow leak maybe due to moving it frequently, so that one section was replaced. Nevertheless, it was of good quality to have lasted that long. I have recommended Sleep Number many times to my friends.

We have a total of two Sleep Number beds in this house. The other one, we gave to our younger son. We had originally purchased our first mattress about six to eight years ago. The product is top-notch. It's better than having a spring mattress which we had before. The only thing we did to the original was we bought a new padding to insert into the mattress. Other than that, it's worked perfectly fine ever since. We never had a problem with it.
The gentleman I talked to had absolutely terrific personality with regards to customer service. He could possibly sell water to me. That's how great of a salesperson he is. Anytime there was a question if we'd pop by into the store, he'd be there, greet us with a smile and answer any questions we had. It was amazing.
The bed is great. I'm loving it every night. It's fantastic. I have some back pain but every time I sleep on a Sleep Number bed, I feel nothing. But if I go to a relative's house and they have a spring mattress, I'll feel the pain the next day. With Sleep Number, it's like sleeping on a cloud. Everything else was great. I'm impressed with the overall product and service they provided to us. It has been comfortable and pain-free with them.

My chiropractor recommended one of the mattresses from Sleep Number. We got the base with the mattress. The sales reps were very friendly and helpful and I'm happy. It was easy to pick the right mattress and finish the purchase. The delivery team did a good job. It was raining very hard and I went to prepare for them. The bedroom is upstairs and I didn’t want them to drag the mud from outside. I gave them special booties I bought from Home Depot but I had to remind them over and over when they were walking back and forth. They should be more considerate. Overall, it’s a great product and the quality is beautiful. Wherever we move, we bring our mattress with us.

I've had two back operations. Our previous mattress was too soft for me, but it was comfortable for my husband. So we went to Sleep Number and we got a queen size bed and base. The guys that came to set up the bed did a wonderful job. They walked us through every bit of the bed, showed us where to set it and what sides, and offered to move the bed if I wanted it moved. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. In the next two weeks, they will bring the other part of the bed and make the queen headboard lift up so I can sit up to watch TV. I felt better than I had in years since using the Sleep Number. I wouldn't give it up.

I didn't like the iComfort I bought three years ago and did not have a good night's sleep the whole time I owned it. I got the Sleep Number bed now, and I love it. The Sleep Number installers and salespeople were great. It's been a good experience. Now, I had a problem - it said that there was no connectivity on the remote and it wouldn't go up or down, and the person that was trying to give me technical support kept having me reboot it for four times and I waited for 20 seconds every time. Then, my wife got it working. We bought an expensive bed, and to me, it's worth it. There are other models that are cheaper but what we got is a good bed. Everybody should have a Sleep Number bed.

We went to Nebraska Furniture Mart, Omaha, bought a bed with a Simmons Mattress on it so we could raise the head. They delivered it and they needed a step-ladder to get it into the darn thing. So we sent it back and we ordered the Sleep Number ‘cause that’s what we’ve been sleeping on and the wife really liked the Sleep Number a lot better than the mattress. Then afterward, the last person I talked to about picking up the mattress says, “Did they tell you anything about putting on a lower leg so it wouldn’t have been so high?” I said, “No.” So we ordered the Sleep Number beds. We didn’t order the frame because we kept the frame from that other mattress and it’s working out just great. Everything went well. I had shoulder surgery and I had to put it together with one hand. It was easy and we got it done.

We like our Sleep Number bed. It's a nice bed. But sometimes it seems like it takes a little too quick to hear it air up or deflate so numbers are not really accurate. There's not much of a difference if it's between one number from 100 to 95 but definitely there is from 100 to 40. But overall, I like it. We decided to purchase it because of the adjustability of the back and headrest. The sales professionals were very friendly. They told us that we're not gonna figure out if we're gonna like it or not unless we sleep on it. So they let us sleep on it. They didn't mind us going around the store and playing with and touching them. Then, setting it up in our home was beyond easy.

I already had a Sleep Number bed since the '90s. When I moved into my new home, I didn't comparison shop and just bought a queen size Sleep Number bed that I wanted where the foot and the head could be lifted. I looked at the headboard and the side pieces but it was too expensive so I just got the base with the mattress. I also got a wrap-around bed skirt. In addition, my bed arrived on time. I've recommended Sleep Number to people over the years because I think it's a terrific bed. Its quality is wonderful. Now that I have my new Sleep Number bed, I sleep so much better. I had one of my cousins who has a breathing problem sleep in my new bed while I sleep in the old one and there was a huge difference. I was anxious to get back to my new Sleep Number bed.

We bought a Sleep Number bed about eight years ago. We loved it but my arthritis got to the point that I couldn’t sleep lying on the flat anymore. So we gave our fairly new Sleep Number bed to my mother and then we got the adjustable split King so that I could sleep at a different angle. We dealt with Jonathan, and when we got towards the end of the purchase, some other customers came in and we told him that he can try to talk to them and we would finish up with the manager. And they were all great. They delivered it and had it up and going in less than an hour. They were excellent as far as customer service. They took our old bed down and folded it up for us, and put the new one in. It was easy and beneficial.

We got our Sleep Number about a month ago. Maybe a little longer. At first I wasn't sure if I liked it. I also thought was struggling to find my Sleep Number. But now I wouldn't trade it for anything and glad the other half talked me into it. We been together for just about 2 years now and mixed 2 adult cats. These 2 would NEVER share the bed on a traditional mattress. Get a Sleep Number and they both will sleep with us. So the joke around the house is we didn't get for us or our issues. We got it for the cats so we all could be a happy family.

Sleep Number is good but it didn't solve my back problem. But back problem is very widely so it didn't help me much on that. However, it helped my wife with her GERD because of the bed's adjustability. We decided to buy a Sleep Number because of a friend's good experience with it. Also, we've experienced memory foams. They only worked for a while and they don't necessarily solve the problem plus we get hot with them. So, we decided to try Sleep Number. Moreover, based on people who have had it for years, it sounded like something they keep buying over and over again. The sales professionals were all great. We met four different people at the stores and they were all very knowledgeable and good with the information on the bed.
We had it shipped to our home because it didn't sound like it was too complicated. When I looked on YouTube, it looked like a village idiot could put it together. So, we saved some on that because I'm a dubious shopper and to pay for an extra $150 for a guy to do that didn't seem to justify it. But I'm sure there are some people that might get squeamish about doing anything. And then also, our daughter got one. We bought one for them too and they love it. She got pregnant so she was having to sleep on the sofa because she was having problems with their bed. This was a welcome surprise when we got it for them.
Furthermore, it was very easy to assemble. It took me more time to get it out of the boxes than to put it together. The quality of the bed is okay so far. Time will tell. There's a bit of an issue with the space between the split version. It's better than it used to be a couple of years ago. They removed some foam from between them but it's okay. As long as we tie the bottoms together, it keeps them fairly snug. Now, when we adjust it - one person puts their head up and the other one stays flat, it's obviously not perfect there, but that was not a major issue.
The bed was good. The only thing that's a bit annoying on them is that they changed the design. I like the design better than the original one because bottom line is we insert a metal like a horseshoe-shape piece goes at the end. That way, we won't slide down out of the bed. But if I sleep on my stomach and I put my feet to the end of the bed, while I used to be able to hang them up to the edge with my face down, hang my feet up the edge of the mattress because I have that metal bar across there and after a while, it starts irritating the top of my foot. But then again, not everybody has a problem with the bed. It's how they wanna sleep. But I get around it. I just sleep in a scissor position when the leg is on either side of that bar. It's a minor thing and the bed is good enough.

Sleep Number sounded like a good mattress. Some people I know have one and they really love it. I got their bed with the base and the c5 which I like. The delivery team was fine although they only brought half of the stuff the first time around. Sleep Number works good because I don't have any back pain when I get up.

I was looking for a new bed and I was actually leaning towards a Tempur-Pedic. I went to a home show in Peoria, Illinois and right across the aisle from the booth I was working at the home show was a Sleep Number booth. And so I went across there, talked to them, looked at it and decided to go that way. I bought a queen size bed, a couple of pillows, some sheets, adjustable frame and the base. The sales professionals were very good, competent and helpful. Furthermore, the delivery team was very good as well. They showed up on time. They were very efficient and helpful as far as understanding the bed.
I’m liking the bed. I was gone for about a week recently and came back and it was nice to get back to that bed. So far, I’m pleased with it. I also like the moving frame - being able to sit up in the bed rather than sticking pillows behind me to do it. That was one of my main reasons for looking at a new bed, is I read and watch TV in bed. I really like that system and it works really well. But I worry how long it’s gonna hold up. I assume it’s gonna hold up long. I have recommended it to a friend. It was a pleasurable experience all in all.

My mother-in-law has a Sleep Number bed and we decided to get one too. We went inside the store and the lady there was very helpful. We were going to go back but then they were closed so I ended up calling and doing the purchase over the phone. The bed was delivered to us. The team arrived early and the whole process didn't take very long at all. We like the Sleep Number bed so far and would recommend it.

I have shoulder pains and so I decided to purchase Sleep Number bed and got the base and mattress. Their sales professionals were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions, explained all the products, and had to spend a little extra time on me because I'm blind. Then I was scared that the delivery team left the bed on the carport in our neighborhood but nothing happened so I got them. I was shocked to find out though that the bed came in three boxes.
My friend and her son came in to set it up for me as well as my daughter. They read out the instructions and it took them about an hour and 15 minutes to do the whole bed. My grandson lives on my bed halfway as much as I am and we both say that it has good quality. The only thing that I'm worried and wondering about is how long it's gonna last 'cause I sit on my bed with the TV next to my bed since I can't see TV unless I'm two feet away from it. But the people at Sleep Number told me that I could order the side border instead of the whole bed to replace it if it goes out. So that made a difference. They were great and I already recommended it to friends.

I've had one of Sleep Number's beds in the past and absolutely loved it. So when the time came to buy again, it was no doubt in our mind we were gonna wait until we could get a Sleep Number. Recently, we bought a mattress from them. The salesperson was definitely knowledgeable. There was a time he didn't have the answer but they had someone there on their staff that did. He was newer but he was extremely helpful and didn't try to act like he knew it when he didn't. He took us through the way that they present the products and then once I let him know that I was looking for a specific product, he jumped right into what I wanted. He was very attentive to what I wanted.
Furthermore, I had an awesome experience with the delivery team. We actually had the bed and we knew we were gonna be moving, not too long after the bed was set up. They were extremely helpful in making sure we understood how all the pieces went together so that when we moved, we could take it apart and then be able to put it back together at our new location. The bed was of excellent quality. It's an amazing product and I'd recommend it. In fact, I and my son have purchased one as well. Buying a Sleep Number is a no-brainer.

We originally bought a Sleep Number for our house and now, purchased the mattress to put into our 18-wheelers. It's working great and we love it. The sales reps were pretty good. Since this is our third time to buy from them, they know us by now so when we go in there, what we’re in there for, and so we got it down to a science. I’m out of there usually fairly quickly.
The only problem we're having right now is the way the bed area in the truck has screws. So even though they’re counter-sunk in, we’re still getting a little bit of rub from the mattress which is starting to come through the mattress casing. It’s starting to break through and we’re starting to get holes. So eventually we’re going to have to buy a new mattress cover - not the topper but the one that holds the airbag. And then I’m finding that they don’t hold because we do have drivers and we don’t buy new Sleep Numbers for every driver. We’re washing them and they shrink. If they can make the covers more durable, that would be great.

I have problems with my leg and I was told that a Sleep Number bed would help. There was one lady that I worked with and we emailed back and forth three different times before I went into the store to talk with her. Then, the delivery guys came in, put the bed up, and were out in no time. They were all very professional and nice. I really like Sleep Number's quality. I’m only having a problem with one of the mattresses, but I’m now waiting for someone to call me about it. I like my bed so much and I like the people that I worked with. I work with the public every day and I was very pleased with the way that I was treated and the service that I got from the Sleep Number professionals. In fact, my daughter and her husband ended up buying one.

I was looking for a new mattress and was attracted to the adjustable firmness feature of Sleep Number beds. I purchased the c2 and the SleepIQ. The saleswoman was great and informative. She was one of the most pleasant sales reps I've worked with. It didn't feel like she was trying to upsell us on anything. We bought an additional foam topper because we had one without it. I really like the SleepIQ. It's really neat and useful to be able to track your sleep and the restless hours. It's cool. Another hidden feature that I thought is fun and great is I can deflate the mattress from another state.
The only one thing that was slightly inconvenient was I did the financing option and I felt like it could have been streamlined a little bit better. I had to go through the Synchrony Bank thing, which wasn't the hardest thing ever, but it definitely could be improved upon. It's just me being a lazy consumer who wants to get giant things like, “Push here to set up automatic payments” kind of things.

Sleep Number's sales reps were at a home show and we looked at their bed. I heard a lot of good comments about it so I figured I’d give it a try. The installation team was great, nice, neat, hauled off the old stuff and set up the new stuff, answered my questions, got it all turned on and the computer set up. I'm still working on figuring the bed out as I had been in my other bed for over 30 years. But the overall quality's all right and I don’t have any problems yet. I'm satisfied.

My husband has back problems and Sleep Number was recommended by his chiropractor. The sales reps were really helpful and not pushy, which was great. The delivery was also pretty good. One of the delivery guys was new and the other guy was much more experienced. So, there was nothing major other than a few learning things for the newer driver. But they were both very polite and it went well. The experience was easy, beneficial and has overall improved our quality of life. It's definitely a good quality bed for the money.

My fiancée has back issues and she has a lot of trouble sleeping on my waterbed so we looked around for a conventional bed. We first looked at Sleep Number a year ago in July but some things came up for me and we didn’t get back to it until February of this year. We had looked at a few other beds on the market and decided to go with Sleep Number because of the individual numbers that they do. We got the tilt up the back and the lift leg. I'm slowly getting used to it although it’s a big adjustment for me because I had slept on a waterbed for 42 years. Some nights are better than others but I know that there are other factors that enter into your sleep. I got to where I can keep the setting on one. I found it most comfortable to be at a lower setting.

I'm happy with my experience with Sleep Number. I have the bed and also ended up getting a Tuff Guard. The sales professionals were really nice and very knowledgeable. It was a super busy day the day we were in their store, so we didn’t quite get the full treatment as we were going through there, but the salesman was very kind and apologetic about not being able to spend more time with us. But we were happy with the mattress, so we ended up going with it. It was a very nice in-store experience. The delivery team was very quick and friendly. They got the bed in and set up very nicely.
So far, the quality is good. However, I've noticed that one side seems to be losing air a little bit more than I would expect. It might be a hose issue, but I'm not sure if it's that or if there's a tiny leak in the mattress. So maybe once a week, I have to re-inflate that side and get it going back up a little bit. But overall, I'm happy with the bed and I would definitely tell people to check out Sleep Number.

We had a Sleep Number bed before for at least ten years. We're pleased with that so we got another twin bed from them which is of good quality. However, Sleep Number has taken a step backwards with the control. The old control system was very simple and very intuitive. The new one is much more able to make small changes. But overall, we've been pleased with it.

I got a California king mattress from Sleep Number to replace a water mattress in a waterbed years ago. The sale was no pressure at all. I had it dropped off so I put it together. Although there were four of us who worked on the bed, it went together quickly. I like the quality of the bed, however, the top of the mattress is awfully stiff and the fabric didn't give even if the bladder is set to what I normally would have. But I assume it will have more give with use like any fabric. Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience with them and I would only get Sleep Number products later.

I am not sure exactly when we bought this bed but it was after we bought this house in October of 2007, I am thinking sometime in 2008. We were going from a regular full size to queen size. So after some product review and research we decided to go with Sleep Number. It seemed ideal as my husband and I had different tastes in firmness. Since we bought it we have had to have both the pump and platform replaced. It was under warranty but for $2,000 you would figure they would last longer. But now the entire mattress is well broke down uncomfortable, doesn't keep air and basically I am waking yet again with sore back.
3 years ago I put memory foam pad on top seemed to help. I guess I need to replace that. I also tried a feather bed on top of the memory foam... I should have gone for the expensive feather bed as that was the best ever. But looking at spending $500 to $600 for quality down bedding is making me pause thinking of going back to my old fashioned pillow top... The one we upgraded from was a Serta. It is still being used as it has been every night and I would trade back if I could find my son a nice wife and he would leave the nest. Beware, all that glitters is not gold. 5 days from buying this bed I thought I had found nirvana. I know that now not quite. I am used to a bed getting daily use to at least be good for most of the warranty... The old bed was bought in the year 2000. 16 years old now, slept two people nightly for 7/8 years and now sleeps a 200 lb man and his 100 lb dog and in great shape.

I'm sorry this experience hasn't been what you'd hoped for, Sandra. It's important for our customers to know that defects in our beds are rare, but the ones that do occur most often pop up within the first two years of use. That's why we fully cover the cost of any replacement parts due to defects during the first two years of your 25 year limited warranty, and provide prorated coverage thereafter. Some friends of ours had a Sleep Number and told us how comfortable they were, so we purchased one. It took a week or two to narrow it down to what I figured my Sleep Number was and how high I wanted the head up, but I'm satisfied with it. I'm getting a comfortable good night's sleep with it. The delivery guys knew what they were doing and got it done in a remarkable amount of time. However, I'm not real thrilled with the pillows. Matter of fact, we're not using the pillows anymore. And they were expensive. It aggravated me that they weren't as comfortable as I thought they were gonna be. And we couldn’t get rid of the odor from when we first got them.

I have slept on these beds in hotels and feel it will be a good choice for me. However, I have concerns with the taking of the consumer complaints offline with the same scripted response. I would feel much more comfortable with dropping two grand on a Sleep # if I saw what the final resolution was with these consumer complaints. I'd really like to know how the leaky hose issue with the three year old mattress was resolved. In any case, there is no final resolutions being offered to make me comfortable with spending this money.

We had a Sleep Number before and recently purchased another. The ordering went fine. However, delivery was totally messed up. We were told we’d get a phone call to set up a time for delivery and these guys just appeared out of nowhere. We got no call. The phone number they were given was totally wrong. Fortunately, I was home and was able to run upstairs and get stuff out of the way in the bedroom so that they could take down the old bed and put the new one in.
When we also set up the financing, I never got any paperwork from the finance company. Then the finance company called and told us we were late on the payments. When we finally got that straightened out, they had the wrong address. So for some reason, their sales people could not get the stuff straight. We double-checked the information before we left the day we ordered it. The product itself is great, but the information and the follow-up were very poor.

I have purchased a Sleep Number many years ago. Although with my recent purchase, I noticed that the sheets don’t seem to stay on the bed. But it still was a great and flawless experience. Their sales and delivery teams did a great job. I’ve asked their delivery team to call before they arrived and they did. Then instead of walking in the house with their shoes, they put a covering on before they came in. They were very courteous. They took the old Sleep Number out and didn’t leave a mess. They also explained the bed and the controls to me and my wife.

I was having some hip issues and our mattress was very old. We got the c4 split king mattress from Sleep Number. Their sales rep was really knowledgeable. He gave us our own space when we were figuring out what we wanted to do. The delivery team was good, too. We thought they were going to deliver at 4:00 but they came at 8:00 in the morning. Something got messed up but it worked out. One of the guys was really knowledgeable. He taught me about the whole bed, answered all my questions, and went through everything with me. We sleep well with the bed and we're comfortable when we wake up, which is huge. Now, we're thinking about getting the waterproof mattress cover. We're happy with the bed, we love it.

My husband was looking online and found different beds. Then we went to a bunch of stores, tried different beds out, and Sleep Number seemed really comfortable so we got one. Their sales pros were really nice. They helped us, answered any questions we wanted answered, and let us lay on the beds. We like our experience with them, it was great. And now I get a better night’s sleep with the new bed.

I was dissatisfied with my sleep situation,so I talked to my son and other people about Sleep Number. Since they were satisfied with it, we decided to look at the bed and give it a try. I like that its hardness and softness are adjustable. However, the sales professional sold us something a little bit overpriced. We could’ve gotten the same quality for a lesser price. Nonetheless, our delivery experience was beautiful. The crew did a good job. We’ve had the bed for three months now and so far I’m satisfied with what’s going on with it.

After lots of nights of waking up with back pain and poor sleep and after careful research and trying a variety of higher-end beds, we opted to go with the Sleep Number. The previous beds we've gotten had canoed in the middle. When we first went to check it out, the sales professional, Anthony, in Portland was very good. He knew his stuff and was very accommodating. He gave us a call a few weeks later to see how things were going. And when we were back at the mall, we stopped in just to to talk to him and let him know we were happy with it.
We were told the delivery was gonna be about three weeks, and the Sleep Number bed showed up in a week. So far, all is well. My wife wishes it had a little bit more cushion, but I got no complaints with it. Having the flexibility to change the firmness or softness of the mattress is awesome. All the other products don’t offer that. There are some that have a soft side and a hard side but that really didn’t help. All in all, it's what we were looking for.

I've had a similar type bed before and I liked it, so I just got the real Sleep Number. I've owned it for five months now. Their sales rep helped me. I was ready to walk out the store, and we just had another conversation. I didn't figure I could get what I wanted there and he started understanding what I was really looking for, and then we put it together. It was shipped to my home and I put it all together. It's real good and I like it.

I had spoken to two friends who have purchased Sleep Number. We then went over to the store in the mall that had the beds and my wife and I tried some out. The sales rep was good, however, the delivery team wasn't. They were very late and didn’t show up to our house till about 8:30 at night. They didn’t take all of the trash with them and left about three large boxes full of trash. They also didn’t want to take our old bed with them. When we set up to get the bed delivered, we told them we wanted our old bed removed and that was all set up. They kept saying they couldn’t take it with them as they didn’t have room on the truck and kept wanting to leave it. I told them that wasn’t part of the deal and they're supposed to take the bed with them. There were several phone calls made and they ended up taking it with them very reluctantly.
But they were courteous while they set the bed up like they were supposed to and it didn’t take them that long once they got started. It took them about 45 minutes and went through everything like they were supposed to. The bed was fine and we’re very satisfied with the product. I would recommend it but I would not recommend the delivery company.

I already have a Sleep number for several years. We bought another one because my brother was dying and he needed the Sleep Number bed to be able to sit farther up than most hospital beds. I took my brother and sister-in-law down to the Sleep Number store so he could check it out and pick one according to his taste. He is used to sleeping in a king-sized bed so we got a king-sized Sleep Number bed for him.
My brother died before it's delivered though. So now, I've had to get adjusted to that king-sized bed. My husband and I both. It took us several weeks. I'm used to sleeping so close to him and he's all the way out here on the side of the bed. We just recently gotten adjusted to the numbers because we have two different Sleep Numbers and our numbers changed from the other bed. They are not the same on the one bed. Our sleep Number bed is nice, but it doesn't help me with my snoring.
Another complaint that I have is for the sheets. We should be able to buy the sheets separate, instead of having to buy the set. Instead of just buying the flat sheet or the bottom sheet, you have to buy the whole set and those are very costly. For a flex one like ours, Sleep Number is the only one that makes those kind of sheets and you can get them on sale for $200. That's the cheapest. So, if you have a flex bed they're costly. But overall, they do have excellent customer service.

I wanted a bed with a lifetime warranty. A bed that I don’t have to replace in 2-3 years. So I got the whole line of Sleep Number products including the base, pillows and bedding. Their sales rep was super helpful and nice. She helped me stay within my price range, although I may have gone a little bit over but not very much. The way she handled the situation was very professional. Also, the delivery went smooth, and overall, it was a great experience. They were helpful, expedient and professional.

My significant other has a Sleep Number and it was really comfortable. But now he has ALS and spends a good deal of time with me. He was not comfortable with the bed I had, so I bought a Sleep Number. I got the base and it has the part of the base that moves it up and down. It also has a vibrator and everything in it. But then we had trouble with the bed as it kept leaking. The salesperson came out and brought a new pump and we tried several different things, but it didn’t work so he brought another and hooked up a new pump, and it solved the problem. He was very good. Sleep Number's an incredibly good bed and it’s really comfortable for all the people who have a lot of aches and pains. It's quite expensive but it’s a very nice bed. We also have a support system with the salesperson where we got it. I am happy with it.

It was time for a new bed, and we hear all the ratings and praise about Sleep Number so we thought we’d give it a shot. The sales rep was good. The delivery crew was very quick about it as well and we haven’t had any issues. They gave us a little of bit of an instruction period of how to use the remote and things like that. My wife said I've slept better since using the bed, and there are some things that no longer bother her.

The Sleep Number is overpriced, but it's certainly satisfying the need that we had considering that we were on a 15-year old mattress. My wife and I sleep using different numbers on each side of the bed, and that's probably the biggest benefit. The sales guy did a great job, and he was obviously very well-trained and understood what our needs were. It's a quality product, obviously, top tier pricing but provides the flexibility necessary to satisfy the needs.

We've been using Sleep Number products for 15 years. I love my first purchase and my second purchase is an iLE mattress with an adjustable base. They had a special over the leap year weekend and it was a special that was on sale that they don't always carry. I had a wonderful experience with one of the girls named Jenny and she was at the store at Southlands for a long, long time. She helped me for a couple of years because I've been looking at this bed and wanting to get a new bed for a couple of years. And then when I was finally ready to purchase the bed, she had left the store and I was really sad. She gave so much help over the few years but she has left the company so some other kids got the sale.
The delivery team was great, on time, called me and let me know when they were coming, and knew exactly what they are doing. They were real friendly and they liked my dog. We're really happy with the bed and it's been a good experience overall as always. Sleep number is a great product for an excellent price and excellent sales representatives to take care of me.

We had to replace our mattress, and I've known a couple people that have had a Sleep Number and their experience. So we decided to give it a try. We liked what we saw on the store and the ability to adjust the firmness of the mattress. I like my side a bit harder than my wife does so that worked out well. The sales team answered our questions. I've done a lot of homework so I had a lot of information going in and we had a very positive interaction and no pressure.
I had the mattress delivered to our home and the delivery men were very good. They arrived right on time, called me as they were coming, and were very quick in getting the job done. They explained, as they put the bed together, what they were doing and how everything worked. We ended up feeling that the bed was a little warm so we've put a cooling topper on it and it has taken care of the problem for us. I would definitely recommend the mattress to a friend and also would probably buy another one in the future.

I have a bad back which brought me to getting a Sleep Number bed frame and mattress. Their sales rep was very nice. I had it delivered and my son did not have trouble setting it up as he's been through it once before. I like my Sleep Number a lot and noticed there's a big difference in my back problems. I would recommend them to anybody if they can afford it. It's an expensive experience. However, I don't like some sheets and pillowcases that I bought as they wrinkle and it's hard to put the sheets on. I'm sorry I spent money on those.

The Sleep Number sales reps were patient. They demonstrated the product and answered all my questions. I'm very pleased with what I got which included an adjustable base and mattress. It did not get rid my back pain, but helped my husband's back pain and he's sleeping better on it. We have very different Sleep Number setting so that's interesting. We had a Tempur-Pedic and it finally wasn't that comfortable. In our motorhome, we had a Sleep Number that we bought it with and we liked it, so we bought one for the house. We purchased the Sleep Number mattress, pillows, and bedding and used the adjustable base from our Tempur-Pedic. The sales professional at Sleep Number was very thorough. He had us try everything there, and left the decision to us in the end and did not force us either way. My husband was in the hospital when it was delivered, so I wasn't at home either. When we got home, it was all set up and we could use it. We love the bed. It was represented well and it's been everything we expected.

Both my wife and I are light sleepers. So we were looking for any remedy to assist in better sleep. We had a couple of friends that had Sleep Number, saying praises, so we decided to buy a California king-sized "Innovation Series." We did it at a home show in Denver. They were having a home and garden show and there was a Sleep Number booth there. The girl that took care of us was very knowledgeable and helped us out. The whole buying process was an hour, start to finish at that home show. We got it ahead of time when she said we would get it and it was all good. The delivery guys took an hour from knockout to construction from start to finish. They gave us a rundown on how it all worked. The quality of the product was very good, we seem to be sleeping better, which is a good thing.

I found the Sleep Number to be exactly what it says. It's been very helpful for my bad back. Their sales reps were very helpful and knowledgeable. I heard some really good things about Sleep Number and my other bed which is close to 30 years old started getting torn up so I bought the P5 Sleep Number bed in March. The sales guy was very nice and friendly. He answered right off the bat any questions that I had. It was mailed to my house and I put it together within an hour. The bed is amazing and a really good one. A 10 over 10. They have good product and really nice people that worked for them.

We were looking for another bed and my wife has some back issues, and we thought that a Sleep Number would be a good way to go. We like the bed and we're happy with it. The delivery guys set it up and they were friendly and courteous. The sales rep was also good.

A girlfriend of mine said she had gotten a Sleep Number and she'd had it for a couple of months by that time, and she really, really liked hers. So, we went over and checked it out, and decided to get it. The sales reps were all awesome. The delivery guys were also really good. They were very efficient, just came in here and took care of it. They were way ahead of time which was really good because I had plans for that afternoon. So, they were out of here about the time they were supposed to have gotten here, which worked out super good for me. We got the base, the mattress, and sheets, and so far so good. My back is doing better. My biggest problem is trying to find a pillow. I have a pillow that works right now but I was buying just a regular pillow. I have to order one of those seed hull-filled pillows which you can't get at a regular store. I have such a problem with my back and that's the only thing that seems to have worked.

The comfort and quality in regards to the ability to inflate the bed as needed led me to buy a Sleep Number. The rep went through all of the tutorials and procedures. He also talked about all the different products and the angled bed frames so he was quite knowledgeable. The delivery team was amazing, clean and courteous. They moved the old mattress out, set up everything, and went over the remote control, product and all the documentation for the bed. It's been a great experience all around.

I wasn't sleeping in our bed at all. I wasn't sure if I wanted a soft bed or a hard bed. I wasn't sure what type of bed I wanted so we purchased a Sleep Number mattress. They have very knowledgeable and courteous staff. It was delivered but we put it together. I really enjoy the bed. My husband and I have to sleep separately and we're going to get another one too. Overall, our experience was very good. We're impressed with the quality of the product.

We had a queen size Sleep Number for 20 years and we recently bought a new one which is a king size with the split in the top so it's adjustable. The sales rep was great but the delivery team screwed up. Someone called and said that they were going to deliver the bed in the afternoon. So we slept in and since we don't keep our cell phones anywhere near us when we're sleeping, we didn't get their call at 10 in the morning saying they were here. Our phones were on silent and we were still waiting. Then my husband got up, saw a message on his phone, listened to it, tried to call them back and when we finally got a hold of them, it didn't work out really well.
I wouldn't have bought a Sleep Number again if we didn't like the bed. However, the problem was getting the thing delivered and cutting Minneapolis out of the whole thing. They go through local people but the communication between the local people in Minneapolis stunk. They were giving us Minneapolis or Seattle time. If they had more communication between the delivery team and the people who scheduled it who weren't even anywhere near us, then it would work better.

My son had a Sleep Number before and he really liked it, and soon I decided that I'm gonna get one. He had a back problem which was why he got it, and he had it for three years. I got the adjustable base and the SleepIQ in there, but that might be messed up. I was gonna call but I haven't had time. 'Cause one morning, I didn't get up until 9:00 and I'm like, "Yeah, right. I'm up by 6:00, 6:30." But I enjoy the bed 'cause I was not sleeping very well before. It took me a while to figure out my number, but I finally figured out the one that's good for me and I was really satisfied with it.

Determining compatible devices with SleepIQ. First time, the chat box timed out before I could find the necessary information and cursor. On the second attempt everything went smoothly. Found out quickly that Microsoft Windows-compatible computers were OK.

Adrian assisted me today. He provided me with instructions for troubleshooting. Unfortunately, neither worked and he determined it is my remote. I had ordered a new one before Christmas last year so he looked it up and ordered me a new one under the warranty. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been for y'all to replace the remote free since it's less than a year old. But... Adrian was great. Thanks!

We just got back from an RV camping trip and both slept great on our RV's Sleep Number bed. We've had it now for four years and love it. I wanted a better bed because I'm getting lots of aches and pains and I finally went with Sleep Number because I could change it. This is my first Sleep Number and the first couple of months I wasn't sure if I want to keep it or not. But right now, I'm sold on it and I'm getting used to it in my Number. I got the basic model that raises. The sales professionals were all good. They told me everything I needed and that's when I decided to buy it. Moreover, the delivery team was good as well. They came right on time and took no time to put it up. Everything's working good. My body is still so screwy, but the bed is very comfortable and flexible. Overall quality is perfect.

We've had a Sleep Number for 20 years which started breaking down. We then bought another Sleep Number and got it delivered in a very reasonable period of time. We didn't replace the base, only the bed. We love the bed - it works well for me and my husband and it met our needs. My husband has bad back and I have health problems, and it's important for me to have a soft, cushiony support but no pressure on my body. I couldn't sleep on anything else.

I looked at Sleep Number and I thought it might be good for my wife because she has problems with her back. The salesperson was very nice. They mailed the bed since they don't go as far as where we live. Everything was great. I enjoy the mattress and base that I bought.

Our old mattress was worn out and my husband did some research and found that for the money, Sleep Number was probably the best deal. We had two different reps and both were excellent, helpful, professional and knew what they were talking about. They even had us try out several different mattresses before we settled on the one that we purchased. When we got our gift card, we purchased a pillow as well. We put the Sleep Number up ourselves which was absolutely easy. One thing we figured out was the instructions said something about having corner prices and ours did not have any corner pieces with it. I called and asked if the queen model was supposed to come with the corner pieces but they told me that normally those would have to be bought extra. The book said it's supposed to have those with it, but that's okay because it's not gonna be moved and it's now in our bedroom, so it's pretty much put together and we're happy with it.

We've had Sleep Number in our home for 37 years. We love it and we look forward to another 25 years. The only one thing is that the center of the bed twitches upward. When you make the bed up in the morning, you got a ridge line going down the center. That doesn't look right, so if Sleep Number's designers or engineers could come up with a better product, that'd be super. We've definitely recommended it to other folks. In fact, some of our friends went down to buy one.

I work a labor job and my back is a little messed up so I bought my first Sleep Number in 2008. It helped a lot and the bed is still great until now. I just purchased an RV and I put another Sleep Number in there. I bought a full-size mattress, the protective mattress cover for stains, the pillow that has cooling stuff and pillow cases. When I was measuring the motorhome, I had a tight base to fit it in and I didn't really know what I needed at that time. Their salesman was really good with helping me with the measurements and it fit perfectly.
On the other hand, when they said they were going to deliver, I gave them my email and said they were going to send me an email before it's shipped. So one day, I was working on my motorhome out at my body shop and when I came home, I saw my box sitting out there and it's winter. I never got the email that it's shipped and I didn't like that. But other than that, their bed is of good quality and if I ever decide to replace the big one that I got, I'll buy another Sleep Number.

I like the idea of being able to vary the support of the bed and Sleep Number's reputation has been good so I decided to buy a mattress from them. Interactions with their sales professionals have been very good. I had my order delivered to my home, and the delivery team was very professional, they set it up and explained the remote feature. They did a good job and I'm happy with them. Overall, it's been good, but the surface may be already denting where the pressure points in your body are. I may have to look into that and contact Sleep Number about that because I'm a little bit concerned especially if the bed's only six months old.

My back is well-shot and I'm gonna have to have a seed pack so we figured that we could raise our feet and head and it'll probably help. That's one of the reasons we got Sleep Number. We hadn't had a new mattress in 16 years. It seems to do the job. We also had a good experience with their delivery team. They were courteous. I got the base and the mattress-- the one that's hooked up on the feet and head.
The soft bedding is great and I also like our Sleep Number because we use it on our iPhones. We check it out every day for our sleeping habits and our steps. I've got it on the computer if I wanna check it out. Like my wife pulled a muscle in her buttocks and been seeing a chiropractor. So, we put the bed flat and it seems to be helping her better. You just have to work at it yourself to find the right setting for you. That's the only thing you have to engage in.

My back has been bothering me, so I bought a Sleep Number mattress with a base. I also got the mattress covers and sheets. The sales rep was a sweet lady who has been sleeping on the bed for 20 years, and she helped us out. Delivery took a little long, as far as the time it took from the day the bed was purchased until it came to the house, but that's understandable. The delivery went well and was pretty quick. The delivery team was polite and very nice guys. They had gloves and little boot covers, and showed us how to use everything. They gave us the number to call if we had any questions, and gave us our pamphlet.
The bed is put together pretty good. My dogs like it, I can't get them off the bed. My husband's sleeping well. He's not snoring anymore. The bed has not helped my back yet, but like I told my husband, I've just got to find the setting that would work. I appreciate everything they did. It was a nice experience with the bed and the reps, from start to stop.

I had been looking at a Sleep Number for a long time. My daughter up in Walla Walla, Washington has one, and once a year I go up there and I babysit her kids while they go on a marriage retreat. The first time I went up there, I had a lot of back problems and I needed surgery. So she showed me how to work the control and I said, “Okay. We’ll try this out.” She showed me where her number was and then I just kept going until I found mine, which wasn’t that far from hers. I slept better that whole week that I was there than I ever had in that home.
I bought one for me and one for my other daughter at the same time because they were on sale. The Sleep Number sales rep was very knowledgeable. She was very good and sweet, and there was no pressure at all. She let me lay down on it and told me all about it. It was very comfortable. However, I couldn't afford the base and my daughter in Walla Walla told me she wished that they had gotten the base because the mattress does slip around without one. I told the sales rep I wanted to pick up the base, but I said right now I can’t. And she says, “Honey, they’re here all the time. When you can afford it, you just come on back here.” I had the bed shipped to me. My daughter and I put both of our beds together and the directions were so easy. The Easy Rest bed is of very high quality and better than anything I’ve tried before. It’s the best bed I’ve ever had.

My son has a Sleep Number bed. He had back pains and I had the same pains, he recommended the bed to us and it seemed to be working fine. The sales representatives were very good and nice, as well as the guys that came and set it up. The delivery team did a nice job. They knew what they were doing and they explained things to us. It took a little while to figure out the Sleep Number but I think we got that one so it seems to be good. Our whole experience has been excellent and very professionally done.

I've had back surgery and I thought buying Sleep Number mattress and pillows would help me. But so far, it hasn't. However, the sales representative answered all my questions and delivery team did fine. I was changing the level trying to get that thing work for me. So far, I like the whole experience.

I completely love my Sleep Number mattress. I bought one because of the ability to adjust its firmness -- some nights you want to a firm bed, some nights you want a softer bed. That's the flexibility that's offered. Their sales reps were very nice and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions right there upfront. I was a little skeptical first, but they let me try out a couple of the different models to see which model worked for me. Also, the delivery guys were very careful. They were early, which is kind of a rare occasion when it comes to home delivery things. Really nice couple of guys that came, set it up and showed me the remote because I didn't see the remote at the store. They did a quick overview of using the different settings because it's a single remote, and they made sure I had everything before they took off.
I was telling one of my colleagues about it because he was looking at buying a new mattress, and I told him every couple of days I put my air pressure to full all the way up to 100 and then drop it back down to my Sleep Number and it doesn't let that air out. You just melt into the mattress. Everybody I've talked to that mentioned they were looking for a bed, I told them to go to Sleep Number.

I purchased a Sleep Number because I like that I could do hard or soft, whichever one I felt I needed at any given time. The salespeople were fantastic. I talked to two of them and they were very helpful. I really love the mattress and I've liked not having box springs. I hope it holds up well because that would be very disappointing if it didn't. Plus, the sheets are luscious and wonderful. Overall, it was a very good experience and I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

I read if you are waking up with pain, maybe it's the mattress, not your body. And right now I'm not happy w/ the mattress. Maybe it's not adjusted right. I'm a 120 pound older woman. What should the setting be? And with the rubber/vinyl underneath, does it cause one to sweat more?

A friend of ours has a Sleep Number bed and she bragged about it so much. I purchased two twins that work independently and the quality is 100%. I've got a certain condition that we thought it could take care of. I have to sleep sitting up and I tilt the bed and the knees all the way up and I still slide down. But it's not the bed's fault. I'll get used to it. It's working fine and and my wife loves it. It is a lot better than sleeping in a recliner. Their sales rep was very nice. We went up the street to another mattress place and they looked pretty junky and the price was just about the same so we went back down to Sleep Number that same day. The delivery was right on the money the day they said that they were going to come and the time was right. They also did a very good job setting it up. It's a great bed and we have already recommended it.

I like the adjustability and flexibility of the Sleep Number bed for two different types of sleepers. I got an adjustable bed, mattress and the SleepIQ from them. Their reps were very professional, informative, knowledgeable and helpful. I really love the quality of the products I purchased. However, I don’t use SleepIQ as much as I thought I would. But I still enjoy having the ability to look at that data if I want to.

Their sales professionals were very helpful. I would talk to about four different people and John was one that I spoke with the most and he's a nice young man. It took me a while to be persuaded because I couldn't really afford this. I was going in to tell him, "John, I just could not afford this," and they came out with a 48-month interest rate. That's what closed it because other than that, I'm a fixed income senior citizen. I wouldn't have been able to afford it.
The delivery team were excellent. They arrived when they said they were gonna arrive. They called about an hour beforehand. I was just so impressed with the whole operation and they came in and they just worked so hard. I sat in the bedroom with them and I took pictures when they came and it was just so interesting to me to see how they put the bed together.
However, when it comes to the quality of the bed, my husband still has a lot of back problems. I bought one of the pillows and he has a little problem with that. I am seeing that I have my Number at a 35 and I'm seeing a little hollow in my side of the bed, a little indentation that I'm not seeing on his side and it has it at 45 and I don't know if that's a problem or not.
Moreover, I bought the sheets and tried to wash them very carefully and I'm just not really convinced of the quality for the money that I paid. I see that they're starting to peel a little bit and I try to use environmental friendly detergent on them, and trying to put through the washer when I can. But I just thought that they would look a little bit better after four or five washings that I've done. But still, I was very satisfied and impressed with the people who have called me and have worked with me and the two gentlemen that came in and put the stuff together. Everything was very professional and that's so hard to get these days.

I like my Sleep Number mattress very much. The people who delivered the mattress were careful and they came on time. Sleep Number is a very good company.

My husband had a Sleep Number first. When I moved in, we had it for about two years and then we went to Tempur-Pedic. Then we just got new Sleep Number base and mattress. Their sales professionals were interactive and informative. The quality of the products has been great so far and we're very satisfied. It's overall comfort and satisfaction.

We got the Sleep Number mattress and the foam that goes on top. It was shipped to us on time and we set it up ourselves. I'm still getting used to it, but we're getting better rest.

I could not find a good mattress that my husband and I were both satisfied with, so we figured that to be able to pick our own settings with Sleep Number should probably work, and it works pretty good. The sales reps were very helpful. They spent a lot of time with us, explaining every little detail, and offering us all of the best benefits. I like the mattress, however, it's a bit hot and I know that they have something for cooling it, so I might look into that. But other than that, the whole experience was very informative and helpful and I would definitely recommend them to someone else.
