I was having trouble sleeping all night and thought it was time to change my old bed. I first bought a Casper mattress but I didn’t think that was any better than my old bed, so I gave it back. I've been watching the ads on TV, and I had a friend that had the Sleep Number and since they have a guarantee, I bought one and tried it out. It's better than what I had. I'm not a perfect sleeper yet but I'm satisfied with it. The sales rep was great, too. He gave me the service I needed. Although when the delivery team put the bed together, they weren't interested in my questions. They put them off to something else. For instance, I asked them, “Are you gonna put the sheets on?” They told me they would do it. But overall, I made a good deal for the price. And so I've already recommended it to a couple of friends and told them that it helped me.

Our mattress was old and neither my husband nor I were getting good sleep on it. When we were shopping for a new bed, we quickly discovered that our needs for firmness were very different. So, we got the Sleep Number bed that allows him the softer mattress and me the firmer mattress. We got the whole set -- the base, the mattress, and the pillows -- but we did not get the pad, though.

We've had a Sleep Number bed previously and we wanted to get a bigger bed so we got another mattress and a base. The sales rep was great and so was our experience. We love our new bed and would recommend Sleep Number.

I have some health issues and my Sleep Number is heaven. It's comfortable and I can sleep well on it. I've had it for three months now and I feel real good about it. Also, their salesperson was cordial enough and their delivery team was nice.

We went to Sleep Number store just to see a mattress and then spent three hours in the store. They were taking care of every single detail and the sales rep that we talked to was amazing and took care of us. My husband is a military pilot. He has cramps in his back and really needs great attention with his back. My husband told the rep about the back problem he has, and the rep was telling me how to set the mattress and how to do everything. He was so good.

The Sleep Number sales reps were great. They were helpful, showed the different types of mattresses, and allowed me to make a decision without pressuring me one way or the other. We also did the delivery because it was free and it went great, too. The only negative thing is sometimes the bed can get really warm.

I’ve been looking at Sleep Number for some time. And at the time, my wife had slipped on some ice and broke some ribs. We went into the Sleep Number store and were checking them out. We were lying on it and the sales guy was suggesting the pressure points. And I told her to roll over on that side where the broken ribs were. And she did and she said it doesn’t hurt. And at that point, we were sold. It has also helped me because I have arthritis in my lower back. We’ve had the bed now for four years. It’s a queen size and we love it. My mom also got the same bed, but when she downsized to the twin bed, we put the queen size she had into our motorhome.

I liked that the Sleep Number bed could be adjusted. I've gotten rid of my first Sleep Number so I bought another whole set. The sales reps were great and I didn't have any problems with them. They were very knowledgeable. The delivery team did their work very quickly and were great, too. I like my Sleep Number bed very much. It's very comfortable and I am very happy with my Sleep Number experience.

My son and I both needed a new mattress. We went to a Sleep Number store in Albuquerque and bought the mattresses the same day. We had an excellent service from the sales rep. He explained everything and he was very helpful when we have decided what we wanted. I love the quality of the mattress and it's the best I've ever slept on. I have a back problem and it's just what I needed. My son and I are both very pleased with the Sleep Number mattresses.

I got tired of my old bed so I bought a Sleep Number. The sales reps showed me various types of beds and went through the pros and cons of each one. They were going to bring that bed but when they found out that I had the wrong kind of bed frame, I had to go purchase another one so I had to wait a whole month before they would come to put it together. But it's good that I could purchase it locally. They were well on time and went pretty swift on it. Every now and then, I adjust its hardness and every night, I sleep well on it. I would recommend it to anybody especially to people that have back trouble.

We wanted to change and we preferred different things when it comes to mattresses. With the Sleep Number, we can adjust the base. Aside from that, we also got one of the foam pillows and the bed itself. Everything was positive as far as their reps was concerned and the products are real good. But I wonder how come they don't let people use the massaging part of the bed on the phone since we can use our phone as a remote as well.

We needed adjustable beds because we’re getting old and we purchased with Sleep Number because of the convenience. We went to two stores and customer service was very iffy. It was on both ends of the spectrum. The first store was in a mall and only had a few mattresses. The sales rep there was very busy and not super interested in helping or calling other stores to see if they had the mattresses we could try out. We did that part on our own and then went to another store where we had a completely different experience. The store was nice, bright, good, had everything, and had very helpful reps.

We have Sleep Number mattresses with two separate sides. I purchased a Sleep Number several years ago and we liked it enough we decided to upgrade to a bigger bed. It's a good bed.

I had a fire and needed to replace my bed so I decided to go with Sleep Number and it's been very good.

We purchased from Sleep Number due to their reputation. The sales rep ran us through everything, set us up on the computer bed, and got our base Sleep Number. She was a great salesperson. My wife said that the delivery people were very quick. All in all, it's a great bed and we're happy with the product.

We have 2 Sleep Number beds. We had one about a year and a half and then prior to that was eight years. Those beds were better. The ones we had before were cheap and they were breaking down. The first bed was installed by the Sleep Number installation team and they did it fine. We installed the second one ourselves since we knew how to do it.

Somebody that I know bought a Sleep Number bed and said that it was good. Then they happened to have a sale on so I bought two twins. I also bought pillows which I didn't like because they're too big. But the girlfriend liked them. Everything seems to be working well and I have recommended Sleep Number to a number of people. The only thing is at the time, I had to go to Sarasota and drive to get to the store but they got one closer now.

My wife and I both have a different idea of how firm we want the mattress. She wants hers as soft as possible and I want mine a hard mattress. We have the split bed from Sleep Number. I sleep with mine propped up slightly and my wife sleeps with it flat. Now we can both have what we like for better sleeping. We're happy with their sales professionals, they are very nice, courteous and helpful. We live out in the country and the delivery guys it was delivered to our home and set it up for us. It was great.

Finally did get a call from Corporate Select Comfort in Minneapolis and she wanted to address the issues I have been having with our Select Comfort Bed, the mold issue, she called it mildew issue, but it was an issue. After sending her the pictures I had she then again immediately contacted me and said that they would replace the center foam, the mattress air chambers, and the 3" foam topper. After discussing the issue that we had for the second time on this bed she also went over some helpful things we could do to prevent this in the future, her suggestions were to leave the top covers of our bed open when we get out of bed in the morning to let the bed breathe and to also periodically open the bed up if we are going to be gone for an extended wk end or period of time. It all makes sense to do this and hopefully this will be the resolve we need, we have to make different adjustments to maybe get the results we want with this type of bed, I believe it is the rubber in the mattress chambers that are the culprits on this bed, so any of you out there that have a sleep number bed be forewarned to open your beds and let them air out, rubber and moisture from body heat do not go well for extended periods of time. My parents had a Sleep Number bed for over 20 years and it felt as good new, so I decided to get the new version of the same bed. My mother and I bought two mattresses. We both are having the same problem; the bed is not made of the same quality padding. Yes, the bed felt great right out of the box, but now the mattress padding is dead and my shoulder hurts badly. The padding in the bed is flat from use from where I sleep and needs to be replaced. My mother weighs 110 lbs. and I weigh 170 lbs. The issue is not due to being overweight. The cheviot with Sleep Number is the padding is only under warranty for 2 years, not a lifetime, and my bed is 3 years old. The padding lasts about 1 year, and then needs to be replaced.

I purchased an i8 split king mattress about a year ago with the SleepIQ. I was hoping that the SleepIQ would help to find the best sleep number for me, but I'm sadly mistaken. From what I have been able to figure out it only tells you how well you slept and can track if certain activities throughout your day help you to sleep better, i.e. working out, jogging, etc. I was under the impression that it would recommend changing your sleep number, but I have yet to get any type of recommendation from the SleepIQ. All in all it is a decent mattress, but in my opinion not worth the money I paid for it. My wife is happy though so I will continue to put up with it and the back pain that has come from it.

Purchased this bed and it has been a complete nightmare; in less than 3 years it has needed about 5 replacement parts. Causing a lot of downtime. Yet again the bed is leaking air after being on hold for over 45 minutes. The girl on the phone was rude and not helpful. Tells me swap the hoses and call back that there is nothing she can do for us at this time.

We were very excited about our new Sleep Number mattress. It was finally delivered last Friday 12/23. In less than a week this mattress has caused pain in my lower back. This is the FIRST TIME in my life I have experience back pain. I have played with the numbers and Sleep IQ but it does not seem to get better. NO MATTRESS should cause back pain. Needless to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed because it is not even close to what I thought it would be and also because this was the Christmas gift to myself. I will monitor this for two more nights (until Friday, a week of delivery) and likely start the return procedure. I already miss my old mattress. Should I call Sleep Number "The Sleep Number Grinch" because it has totally stole My Christmas.:-(

My husband and I had decided to purchase a Sleep Number bed, however, we were extremely busy and didn't have time to go in to a store to determine which bed we would need. After filling out a credit application online, a representative called us and informed us that if we had time to answer a few questions he could help us determine which bed we would need. He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and provided us with a no pressure sales experience right over the phone. I was extremely impressed with the process and would recommend Jon ** to anyone who is considering a Sleep Number bed. He saved us a trip to the store and allowed us to shop in the convenience of our own home and worked with us within our budget. We look forward to the arrival of our new bed!

I purchased a king size Sleep Number iLe right at 30 days ago, and it is just a terrible bed! I previously owned a queen size C2 and don't remember it having the poor quality that my new iLe has. PICTURE THIS: take 2 twin sized blow-up mattresses and push them up against each other... You know that dip you get in the middle of them where they meet? Yeah, this is no different. You will slide into that like the bed is a bowl and you are grapes. THEN surround that with 4 stiff and thick pieces of foam to create a border/support for the outside of the casing. Now you have a section of the bed that you will never want to sleep on, forcing you more to slide into that center gap. The bowl-shaping of this bed is so bad that it is visible to the naked eye when being looked at. Just a complete dip in the center of the bed.

The products were ordered and paid for in late November 2016. Delivery was due in late December 2016. The ancillary products were delivered as scheduled. When the California King mattress arrived, no box springs accompanied it. The order was taken minus the items I told the store Manager I needed. A store Rep tried to resolve the matter and referred me to Customer Service. A District Manager told the Rep he would contact me. That never happened. Customer Service kept me on hold for 25 minutes only to say I needed to pay for the twin box springs before a delivery date could be given.

Our experience with Sleep Number has been gratifying and worthwhile. My parents recently bought a Sleep Number bed and they were really pleased with their experience and they also bought one for my grandparents, so we knew what we were looking for ourselves. Our sales representative was a really nice guy and he was very patient with us as we laid on all of the various mattresses. He figured out our exact cocktail of needs.

We've had Sleep Number for 10 years now. The bedrooms are upstairs in an old house and the convenience of that style of bed, not dealing with a full-size mattress, started it. It's been great sleeping on them every night so we purchased with them again. We recommend the mattress to anyone. We tell people all the time how much we enjoy it. So far, everything was satisfactory. When a remote control went out, they express-shipped us one right away. So, we didn't suffer for that. It feels like they do back up their product very well.

We've got two Sleep Number mattresses and we're very satisfied. We bought them because we could adjust the firmness. With our most recent purchase, we also got the adjustable base. We can adjust the height and prop it up on the back side.

The Sleep Number sales rep was fantastic. They're really far away but he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery guys were also quick and efficient. I'd definitely recommend the bed, but not the little chip where it tells me how I slept with the graph since I don't use it.

We had a Sleep Number but it wasn't big enough for us. My husband and I sleep at two different numbers and it wasn’t comfortable for us so we got a bigger one. The installation team was excellent. They came on time and put the king size up. There was no problem and they even put up the other bed that they’d taken down into another room for us. I’m glad we did it and we really love our Sleep Number. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and it was reasonably priced.

My son bought a Sleep Number mattress and he was very happy with it, so we also purchased one. We bought pillows, too. The sales people were very informative. They certainly knew the different models very well and we got along very well. The only thing is that my wife and I have gone all over the board on the numbers, and we cannot get comfortable. My shoulders ache and I wake up in the middle of the night and I put that pillow both ways with the tall side and the short side.

I purchased a Sleep Number mattress and mattress cover and they're fine and doing what they're supposed to. I got what I asked for and we're sleeping well. The salesperson was excellent and the girl who was training with her did fine. The delivery team was very nice and professional.

We've been through four other mattresses in the last five years so we were trying something new. We bought the mattress and one pillow from Sleep Number's fantastic salespeople. We had the products delivered and set up in our home, and their delivery team was great. We have recommended Sleep Number to friends.

The Sleep Number Bed is better than the previous bed we had which was good but a little soft. The difference with the Sleep Number bed is that we can change the softness. Their sales representatives were very helpful and the delivery team was very quick and efficient.

I had Sleep Number products for 15 years and I like them very much. Recently, I bought their mattress, base, bedding, and pillows. The salespeople were knowledgeable and helpful. It was an easy sale since I knew exactly what I wanted. I walked in and just bought them. I moved out of town and had the items delivered. And since we're familiar with the Sleep Number, we put it together. We've done it many times before. The quality of the Sleep Number items were good and their people were efficient. I got what I asked for.

Billy had some back issues and he kept complaining that his mattress with springs was hurting his back. As his case manager, I started looking for different alternatives and we all kind of brainstormed and came up with Sleep Number. By looking over SN Videos online, I said this might be a good solution for him. I got him the bed and the base. Their sales reps have been professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They allowed me to pretty much lay down and test everything out before making a purchase. They wanted me to be completely satisfied even though it was not for me.

My wife and I were looking at getting a different bed and my sister-in-law told us about Sleep Number and I bought a mattress, pillows, bedding sheets, and a comforter from there. The sales and delivery teams were awesome. We were at the store for probably three hours just talking and going through everything, looking at the different beds, seeing what we needed, and then picking out our accessories. The delivery team set everything up, showed us how everything worked, cleaned up all the trash that we had from everything, and took that with them. The quality of the bed is awesome and everything is great.

My wife and I needed something bigger than a queen bed. We found Sleep Number and it went up and down and all those good things so we bought it. And the manager of the store also took care of us. He answered all of our questions. It was a good experience.

My partner wants a softer side and I want a harder side, so it was easier to buy a Sleep Number. However, lately, we are noticing that the bed is sinking on one side. Other than that, the quality is good. The sales reps were good and the delivery team was professional and fast.

The Sleep Number bed was wonderful when I had it but the ex-wife took it. In the store they showed us the pressure points where you can see it go from different levels or firmness and that’s what sold me to it not including the adjustable bed. The sales reps were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I’ve never went and bought a bed like that and it was easy and relaxing. It took two weeks to get here but I was hoping that it would be quicker. The delivery men showed us everything. I loved it and I’ll be having another one real soon.

The salesperson from Sleep Number was great and the delivery people were wonderful. The mattress slips too much but other than that, it's great.

I had a good experience and bad experience with my Sleep Number. I've had three and the most recent one I got is half a Sleep Number. Their sales rep and delivery team were good. Since that delivery, I made a move and the Sleep Number has not been installed properly. And I can't seem to get it installed properly. I reached out to them and they said to call the 800-number and talk to them. I already called them on that and they said, “Well, if you had it done right the first time, we can't do anything about the second time because we weren’t involved.” I like the Sleep Number process and hope that I can get it resolved rather than having to change mattresses.

My friend works for Sleep Number and got me in there. I'm happy with all the Sleep Number products. But when it comes to the delivery, they had some issues with communication. I had changed the address a couple of weeks before the delivery people even showed up, but it didn't go through and the address never got changed, so the delivery team went to one of my old houses. Then the driver had to call me and it was all screwed up for about three hours. I also had to call customer service to try and get a new pillow. But other than that, the quality of the product has been good so far and I have recommended them. They probably sold like $20,000 in beds because all my buddies bought them.

I decided to buy Sleep Number for its versatility. Anytime I need a new bed, I can just change a number to it or if a part needed to be replaced, I could replace that individual part instead of the entire mattress. The sales rep tried to sell us different types of bedding and the styles of the beds versus the pillow top. The air mattress itself is pretty much all the same but there were some differences on the actual mattress cover. He let us go through and find the one that is best for us. We love the bed. It's better than what we expected. It's very good quality and worth the money that we spent on it. I would definitely recommend them.

We purchased a Sleep Number a long time ago and enjoyed it so much that we've purchased more than one so far. We purchased the FlexFit most recently and the sales reps were all very nice. The delivery guys were also very helpful and explained things very well. However, there are things that should be told to the customers before they buy. One is that we have a moist basement and Sleep Number beds gather moisture inside and this damages the mattress. That has damaged not only the queen mattress but also the full mattress. That was disappointing and we couldn't figure out what was going on at the time.

When purchasing a mattress a year ago, I took my time, went to see all the options, and read the reviews. I was siding towards an air mattress because I always find them comfortable when camping. I read that the two separate air mattresses that Sleep Number uses to make one whole mattress (two air chambers) had an inherent flaw, a gap in the middle. I was also concerned with soft edges air mattresses have. I asked the salesperson about this problem and I was told it was a problem of the past; it had been resolved with new designs.

We use our Sleep Number every night and we love it. The first night, it took a little getting used to. The second night, it was fine. I sleep so well on it that I hate to have to get up in the morning. The folks down in Bend, Oregon where we bought the mattress were very courteous and nice, and they helped us pick the right one.

We used our daughter’s Sleep Number bed at her house and got one too. I have a couple of issues with it though. We went to the Sleep Number store and we were looking at the bed that elevated both the head and the feet. There was a full split king and there was one where it splits only on top. I asked if there was going to be an issue in the middle of the split king because we have a dog and I also like to sleep in the middle of the bed. They said that wasn't going to be an issue and we relied on word of mouth because we assumed they were knowledgeable about it. We got the full split king and it is definitely an issue. You can't sleep on the middle. It does come about an inch apart, though. Had I known about that, I would have gotten one where you could elevate your leg and feet, but I wouldn’t have gotten it split. Now the dog sleeps in the middle because she doesn’t care about falling in the middle.

Our old mattress was not good anymore. We heard good things about Sleep Number so we've done some research. We went to their store and knew what we wanted. Their sales rep was professional and very polite. The delivery was on time and they did a good job. We bought the cheapest queen size model where two sides can inflate separately and the base. The fact that I can set how hard or soft I want the mattress to be is awesome. Sleep Number is a good company and I'd recommend them to my friends.

This is our first Sleep Number and I got it because of my husband. We purchased the mattress and the base. Their sales rep was awesome. I like the quality of the product even if I'm still getting used to it.

I like a softer bed and my husband likes a harder bed so we bought our mattress and the frame from Sleep Number. The sales professionals at Sleep Number were very helpful and friendly. The delivery team were also helpful and answered any questions we had. The new bed is much more comfortable than our old bed and I can adjust it based on how my back is feeling. It's well worth the money.

We bought a Sleep Number for my husband's back and he likes it.

My mother had a Sleep Number bed so I got one, too. Both I and my husband love the bed. We like that we are able to have the different firmness and softness of it. Also, the sales rep was wonderful, very informative, and easy to talk to.

We visited the Sleep Number store several times before making a final decision. It was a referral from a friend referred. Their sales reps were good and informative and the installation team was excellent. However, they had a little difficult time getting in my house because it’s a winding staircase, but they handled it wonderfully. The quality of bed is excellent and we really enjoy it. Definitely the best rest I've had in a long time and I would highly recommend it.

I was having back problems and couldn’t sleep very well. My chiropractor suggested that I get a Sleep Number. I did and I’ve been very happy with it. I got the one with the king size split bed where both of them go up and down. Their sales reps answered all of my questions about what the positions of the bed should be and what number. The delivery team was very professional and told me what needed to be done. Now, I'm sleeping so much better and I wake up fully refreshed.

We purchased a Sleep Number bed about six months ago. It's a little better than our old bed. To add, working with their sales rep was good and their delivery team did a great job. I'm happy dealing with Sleep Number.

I couldn't find a mattress that was comfortable so I got a Sleep Number but I'm not totally pleased with it. It's very difficult to clean. The whole mattress seeking project was an extremely unpleasant one. I don't feel like I ended up with where I wanted to be. I spent a lot more money than I wanted to and the product was certainly more expensive than other things. The delivery team did just fine though.

We were in the market for a new bed so we thought we’d try Sleep Number. Everybody there was knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery guys came in and put it together. We seem to be happy with the bed's quality and the bed is better than our previous mattress. Overall, it was a good experience with Sleep Number.

We like Sleep Number's ability to adjust the firmness of the mattress. The mattress provides options and is of good quality. We met several people at the same store for weeks before buying one and everyone was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery team was friendly, efficient, and fast. They dropped a little corner of something but it was a minor damage so it was no big deal.

I purchased the Sleep Number bed with the flip mattress. We also got two sets of sheets and four sets of pillowcases. Then, we also got an additional set of sheets from the store and the staff was very helpful. We set up home delivery and they were very efficient and knowledgeable. Because we had a split mattress, the delivery guys told us an easier way of changing the sheets. In addition, we have an app for Sleep Number that we can check to see how well we slept that night and we also like that.

I was having serious back and neck issues. My husband loved our hard bed and I couldn't sleep on it. So we knew that both of us could sleep differently and that's why we considered the Sleep Number bed. It was the only one that I knew of and my brother is a Sleep Number user. Their reps were great and everything was there on-time during delivery. I'll never buy a different bed and I recommend it.

I've had my Sleep Number for a little less than a year. I decided to purchase it because its head and feet go up. It is better than my previous bed.

Our Sleep Number beds are much better than the ones we had before. The sales people were very professional, helpful and quick. The same folks delivered to set up and put the beds together which was great.

My husband had rheumatoid arthritis, then he was diagnosed with kidney failure and was on dialysis, and we were looking for the most comfortable bed for him. We ended up buying our first Sleep Number bed. And it was very comfortable for my husband. We only got the bed on our first purchase. On the second purchase, I got some sheets and they were too expensive. The sales reps at both times were all very nice. We had some trouble keeping the king-size bed when we would fill it, and we got the second motor even, but it seemed like it never did hold where we would set the number to. After my husband passed away, I gave the bed to my grandson and I think he sold it for $100. And then I bought a standard size bed just for me. I like it because I don't sleep on the same number. I change it whatever my mood is practically every night. That way, I can change stuff. And so far, I've been satisfied.

I like the adjustability of the Sleep Number bed. The first one I had I lost in the divorce. It's been 13 years since I had it then I went back to it. I purchased my second Sleep Number and the sales rep was very friendly and helpful. The girlfriend that I have went in there with me and she didn't really know anything about the Sleep Number so they walked her through the whole process, the pros and cons of it and how it can adjust to her body. They sold her on it without pressure sell and just letting the product sell itself. So it was easy to get her to buy in on the purchase.

We had our old mattress for about six years and it was starting to hurt my husband's back. It was hard so we started to look for other mattresses. We went into a Sleep Number store and had no idea what we were looking for, but the staff helped us a lot. They knew what they were talking about and what they were explaining to us. We laid on every bed and spent about three hours in there before we decided what we wanted. We got the mattress and we really liked it. They delivered it to our house and then we set it up. It's really a good quality bed.

I am a physical therapist. I recommend this bed to improve rest and decrease pain. I have been using the bed for about 18 years. I especially like the new dual adjustability and I affords sleepers individualized Comfort and pain relief.

I like different stiffnesses of a bed so Sleep Number having this feature was a good thing. I also tried the Sleep Number at my son's house and it was nice. I decided to buy one and the sales professionals were very nice. I had the manager of the store and she was great and helped me through the whole thing. The delivery went smooth as heck too so there was no problem at all and the delivery team got my old mattress out. I like the mattress a lot but I’m just wondering, because I’m going to be moving shortly, if I don’t have to deflate the mattress to move it. Other than that, Sleep Number was professional and has an excellent product.

I had known several people before that had Sleep Number and they had good things to say about it, so I checked it out and found out that it was what I wanted. The Sleep Number sales people were very easy to talk to. I told them what I was looking for, what I didn’t like and things that I like, and they pointed me in the right direction and gave me a couple of choices. I purchased a Sleep Number mattress and a base. The overall quality is great. The whole process was easy and people were nice to deal with. It was an enjoyable experience for buying a mattress.

The sales lady was very good at what she did. It was not as a sales type person. She was very kind and professional. I even wrote an email to the store manager because she was great. The delivery guys were also professional and had the bed installed really quickly and then showed me how it worked. We like the Sleep Number because of the different firmness which my husband and I both needed. However it has issues keeping firmness like we’re having to go in and fix the little box in the back frequently. I had to fix it three or four times since we got the bed. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the process. The quality is not exactly as I would have hoped but I can live with it. I can fix it every time but I'd rather not have to fix it.

However, it was pricey and I was a little worried if it's a wise investment since it is a couple of thousand bucks. But if it helps with back problems that’s priceless.

We've had Sleep Number in our home for over 10 years. We purchased a queen-size bed before and I purchased a single bed recently, and the sales reps were very good at both times. They took the time to answer all our questions and see that we understood what we were buying. We got the sheets this time and I love the bottom sheet but they come out of the dryer looking terrible, so I use a regular top sheet. I ought to be able to purchase some without purchasing a whole set. The contour sheets always wear out faster than the top sheets so I don't always need a whole set. Overall I was satisfied in every respect and I've already recommended them to a friend.

I went to the Sleep Number store in Boca and a lady came up to wait on me. At this point, my back was excruciatingly bad. I had two posts in my back so it's not easy to get up and lay down. She insisted that I had to go through her routine which was to lie on the beds and I said "I know exactly that I want one of these and it's just a matter of telling me what they are and what price." But she absolutely wouldn't do it. I said, "Either you show me what I want or I'm about one minute away from walking out of this store." Finally, one of the other men came over and he was very rude to me. He said, "I'm not getting any commission on this," so the experience went from bad to worse. He was so nasty that I finally left the store and canceled it right then and there.

We've had Sleep Number products in our home for about five years. The Sleep Number bed felt good and we got the whole bed and everything except the headboard. This was the third time we purchased from them. Their salespeople were great and we're very satisfied with our Sleep Number bed.

So far, it seems great.

I’d heard about Sleep Number from other people that have the bed. I got a mattress and a base from them. Their sales reps were very knowledgeable and interactions with their delivery guys were excellent. I sleep better on the bed and I'm very satisfied. The only thing that I'm a little bit disappointed in is in the fact that it’s a queen size mattress with an air chamber on both sides and there’s a solid piece down the center and I have to stay on my side of the bed. But that's part of the way the bed has to be made.

We had bought three other beds and they didn't work, and we thought that with Sleep Number we'd be able to get the right pressure for our backs and stuff. Sleep Number's sales professionals were very good and helpful. We got the bed in a good amount of time. However, I'm having trouble sleeping on the bed. My sister and her husband have a Sleep Number and my chiropractor has one as well. So with those two recommendations, I purchased it, too. I couldn’t have asked for anything better, except explaining that I didn’t have to buy the base. But they were very good sales people. And the delivery men were also polite, knowledgeable, quick and efficient, as well. I was pleased with everything, from walking in the door to when the delivery men left.

My Sleep Number bed is not working out so great. It isn't equalizing the numbers very well. I can put air on one side and go to a certain number and then the other side won't inflate or deflate properly. I like the bed but I bought the lowest priced that I could. I would have bought the different one which has a little bit more padding on to it. Overall, it's a different kind of bed and I'm trying to get used to it but I'm not dissatisfied with it.

I love my Sleep Number. However, I can't stand the financing company. I set up a mobile bill through my bank and it takes three weeks for them to cash the checks that my bank sends them, and then they try to nail me with a late fee. Years ago I was listening to Rush Limbaugh talk about Sleep Number. On April 9th of last year I got one delivered to my home and it's been comfortable so far. It's an adjustable queen-sized bed and I'm happy with it. The delivery people were real good.

We needed a new mattress and we saw Sleep Number on television. We got their top of the line mattress which raises up and down, vibrates, and has lights under it. It's very nice and I sleep wonderfully. I would only have a bad night in it if I had the wrong number on it. My wife wanted to get the Sleep Number mattress that her friends bought. We got the c2 model and their sales rep was very good. He was fine in giving all the information and seemed to be knowledgeable about the product. The mattress is like any other mattress but we can increase or decrease the air pressure. Based on that however, I think that Sleep Number is very expensive. We paid about $1200 all in but I didn't find it being very distinctive compared to the other mattresses we have.

The reason we bought a Sleep Number bed originally in 2004 was I had two lower back surgeries and couldn't find anything that I could sleep on comfortably, and Sleep Number was a savior for us. I had a Sleep Number bed for 20 years and recently bought a twin size from them. I was looking for one of those q4 but when I called, they said they don't make it anymore. I love the bed and it's very comfortable. However, I don't know if I'd buy another one again. It seems we got bed bugs when we got the bed because we had never had them before and we had them after the bed was delivered. I brought my Sleep Number bed into the bedroom and that was the only place they were. My husband who is sleeping in a hospital mattress four feet away from me did not have any bed bug on that bed at all. And that's the reason I can pinpoint that's where it came from and that was incredibly frustrating. Something also has to be done to fix the delivery method. If they're picking up old bedding, they did not pick up anything old here to take it away. I don't know what the general practice is, but it was pretty bad.

However, they don't have enough people at the store, It's usually one person, which is not so great. When you go in and you don't time it right, you wait. The best part I like is they look for coupons. If I don't have any on my account, they'll look for coupons in other places and see what they can do for me. Sleep Number beds are specially made right when ordered. Our bed came in a big box and it was totally easy to set up. My husband and I did it ourselves. We love our bed.

I thought Sleep Number was made adjustable for different body styles but I fell for the gimmickry and I'm not really happy with it. It's not really well-constructed and I don't have any real side support in it at all. The baffles on the inside are pretty small compared to the oversized queen. The whole number thing is not a good science. There's no calibration on the thing to make sure that a 50 now is a 50 next year. We went down to 25 and then up to 90 and then reset it so it stays consistent. We noticed that it gets a little bit softer after a couple of months, so we calibrate it ourselves.

We bought a Sleep Number mattress as we wanted something that was adjustable instead of a regular spring mattress and the woman who sold it to us was lovely. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and she answered a few questions. UPS delivered and we put the bed together ourselves. We love the bed.

Finally, I went down to Walmart and bought one of those fluffy things that goes on top of the bed, and now it's more comfortable to sleep on.

When I looked into it, there’s the longevity of the mattress. The Sleep Number can last up to 25 years instead of 8 to 12 years. I also looked at other people’s reviews of it online and it was pretty well-reviewed.

I had a really old bed so I shopped around a bit and I liked the Sleep Number bed. The lady I talked to was really nice and knew what she was talking about. She was busy the day I went in there but she did her best to help us and the other people who were looking at the beds and she did a great job. I had Sleep Number set the bed up and I wasn't there but my girlfriend was and she said that they were nice, quick, and helpful. They told her how to do it in case she ever needed to do it again. The overall quality of the bed has been good other than the fact that we had a problem with our base. We called them and had it switched out. So, it's been great.

My Sleep Number bed was delivered on time and the assembly was easy, too. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is my back pain which was the reason I got a Sleep Number didn't go away a lot. It's 70% better, rather than 100% to heal my pain.

I and my husband were getting back problems and our mattress was old that’s why we picked Sleep Number. Their sales representatives really went through the whole procedure. They told us everything about it and were very nice. The delivery team was excellent. They did a good job and cleaned up everything afterward. However, when they installed the bed, there’s a very big gap between my head and the headboard so my pillow keeps falling at the back. They set it up very differently in the sense that the big gap should not be there and even the way the mattress ends on the leg part, that’s too much on that side, so I can’t even tuck in the comforter.

My girlfriend and I very much like the Sleep Number. We weren't happy with most of the beds we tried and the comfort of it when we lay down on it. I have chronic back problems and my girlfriend works on her feet all day so we weren't getting the restful sleep that we get now with our Sleep Number. It feels so good to lay down on a bed when it doesn't push back at you. A lot of times if my back is sore, I lay down on it for a few minutes to ease my back a bit before it goes bad.

The Sleep Number is a thousand times better than the bed we had before. The first person we talked to was really cool. He seemed really honest and upfront about everything. He recommended to us to come back at a later time because of the President's Day Sale that will be going on because there'll be way better deals during that time and he definitely was right. My wife said that the delivery guys were quick about it. She said they went in there, brought the stuff in, then said everything's all set up and were done. We’ve recommended Sleep Number to plenty of people.

My wife and I purchased a Sleep Number based on the fact that we could have one bed that has a different firmness on both sides. The service at the store was good and we were really happy with the delivery and the installation. However, the bed has the SleepIQ functionality which we paid for and we ultimately decided we didn't want it so we returned it within their return window and we went through their whole process. We mailed the bed back to them with their return and that was all fine. Then they said they never got it so they never credited us our money. That was a very terrible experience because even though we gave them the USPS tracking number and everything on the package, they claimed that they never got it. We couldn't get anywhere with their customer service. We had to file a dispute with the credit card company who worked it out and we got our refund back.

When I called Sleep Number on the phone to exchanged the standard size pillows that were shipped to me for King sized that should have been shipped to me, the Manager was very helpful and very easy to deal with. Thanks Sleep Number.

We recently purchased our first Sleep Number... From the salesman to the delivery team- we received quality service and after our first week in our new bed we have definitely got ourselves a quality product! Will never go back to a regular bed!

We got the bed with the back spring setup plus a couple of pillows and from day one my wife and I noticed a huge difference from our old bed. The sales reps were also very nice, courteous and not too pushy. Everybody from the delivery team was professional. They came in, got the old bed out and put the new one in quickly. However, we don't like how the mattress doesn't stay up and slides down six or eight inches when we're lying on it. I haven't called Sleep Number about it but I was trying to find a way on Google to stop the mattress from sliding. Somebody said I should get a piece of carpet mat and lay it underneath the mattress. It's supposed to add friction, while another said to put Velcro.

I was looking for a bed and my daughter-in-law suggested Sleep Number. I looked it up at Consumer Reports and it looked good. They also recommended Sleep Number. We bought our mattress at the San Francisco store and there was a guy there who was very sharp and helped us. We live in Sea Ranch which is three and a half hours away from the city and delivery is often a problem but there were no problems with Sleep Number. The people who came in to set up the bed were very nice and helped us move another bed that was being replaced out of the room and helped us set that one up, too. We had a great and very enjoyable experience with Sleep Number.
