    We bought a king size split mattress from Sleep Number. The sales rep was very nice and very informative while the two delivery men were very helpful. They came when they said they were coming, and they did everything they said they were gonna do. The bed's fine but I would never pay that much for another one. That was our mistake, but it’s still a very nice mattress. I can raise the foot and the head.

    I thought I'd give Sleep Number a try because of all the advertisement around. It's my first purchase from them and I'm very underwhelmed with the mattress that I got so I'm probably going to be switching it.     We had a Sleep Number bed before and we wanted to upgrade to the tilt back. We went to their store and the sales representative was very personable, professional, and showed us all the different options. We chose one of the beds and bought it and we also purchased all the sheets, blankets, and stuff with it. The delivery team did a great job as well. They were on time, were in and out in about 45 minutes, and showed us how everything worked. We like our bed and its quality is excellent. We're Sleep Number fans and try to tell other people about it.

    I was having surgery and I needed a bed which changes positions so I got Sleep Number. The bed is good but I was just a bit disappointed with it because it is warmer than I thought it would be. Also, the twin extra long does not have the furniture surround for the bottom which I was not aware of when I purchased it.

    We were moving to Hawaii and needed a new bed. We liked our first Sleep Number which we already have for years so we bought a second one which is a king size bed. It was better to have the bed in boxes so they mailed it to us. We did the setup and it took two and a half hours to finish it while we were told it was going to take 45 minutes.

    My wife and I got a good demonstration of Sleep Number where we were shown how to put our own sleep number, how it elevates, etc. The sales rep was very cordial, upfront, and engaged. He told us what we would expect and we got what we were told. We bought the adjustable base with the tilt head and foot and some pillow cases. We also got the sheets because the bed is split. The delivery crew was very efficient, friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. They got the bed up and running. The bed is nice and comfortable and the Zero Gravity is great. The only thing that's complicated is trying to stay upright because I'm a side sleeper. But other than that, everything was good and I'm very well pleased with it.

    Went to the Sleep Number store in Tulsa and paid over $4,000 for a king size bed on 6/18/16. It was to be delivered on 6/29. Received a recorded message on 6/28 stating that our bed would be delivered on 6/29. Preparing for our new bed, we got rid of our old bed. On the morning of the 29th instead of receiving a call from the delivery men I received a call from a customer service (I use the term loosely) rep who told me that our bed "did not make freight" and that the soonest we can expect to receive it is on July 13th, and would that date work for me?

    I said "no it won't work, we are currently without a bed," and after a lengthy and frustrating conversation w/ this customer service rep that could not even muster the energy to pretend to care, I asked if there was someone else I could speak with. She responded "not that will get your bed delivered before July 13th." My husband called the store and tried to reach the salesman that had sold us the bed, the same salesman that had said to call him if we had any problems, he just got voice mail. Finally someone, not our salesman, returned the call and promised that our bed would be delivered today, 6/30 and that the delivery people would contact us this morning.

    At noon a customer rep called to say our bed would not be delivered today. My husband spent 2 more hours on the phone with the store manager this afternoon, only to be told that we might get it by July 5th. We've been lied to and treated with such disregard and indifference. No one seems to be concerned, no one seems to be sorry, no rebates have been offered, they really don't care, they have their $. Next step will be getting our money back, because at this point I don't want the bed. Lord forbid we ever have an issue with it and need customer service! I'm a registered nurse, and have spent my career dealing with, often times, difficult people who are in difficult situations and the manner in which you treat them is as important as the treatment you can offer.

    I have an older sleep number bed, and want to buy one for my son... But the deals aren't what I was seeing a couple months ago and could have swung it if it were $200 off instead of $100. But the person CLEARLY did not want to assist me in any way. The short response was "the current promotions are on the website and started today, have a good night". Literally. Based on what I was seeing on the FB page comments maybe I need to see what else is out there, because I'm so not impressed at this moment.     I had Sleep Number for a long time now and have always had a good experience with them. I got my first one in 2005 and it's the only bed I want to buy. I was swapping out a larger bed so I got the frame with the stuff on the end to attach a headboard. I've been in their store several times and their sales reps were excellent every time I deal with them. I've had them delivered and it went fantastic. Their service is great, but the bed itself made all the difference in the world because I have some back issues. Nothing can beat their mattresses.

    My sister got a mattress from Sleep Number and she liked the variability of the firmness and everything that she could change. She was able to finally find the exact one. We were extremely surprised at how fast the delivery was because we were expecting the bed in a week or two, but it came within three days and we weren’t ready for it at all. The delivery guys were good and they got it in quickly and it was ready to go. My sister loves her Sleep Number bed and likes how it's not super hot but she can still stay warm. She’s the kind of person who has a million blankets on her bed, but she feels better with this one. And although I don't personally sleep on the bed every night, I like it too and my sister makes me go through it to find my number, which is interesting. If I have people over and I'm switching out beds, people can find their number so they get a comfortable sleep. It’s a cool idea.

    My father has had a Sleep Number bed for couple of years and he loves it so I decided I want to get one. I bought the mattress and their sales rep was very helpful, level-headed and easy talk to, just not about beds, but about life in general and hobbies. It was an excellent interaction. We were very pleased with the mattress and the upgraded base that we got with it. They were excellent. The only thing that we're not happy with is the protection cover that went on top. After two washes in the washing machine, it has started to unravel. We've also had some trouble with the communication of the sleep right tube and the controller. It deflates the mattress without us telling it to. Nonetheless, I highly recommended it.

    Since my husband's level of firmness and my level of firmness were so diametrically opposed, we bought the Sleep Number. We went to a home show and that turned out not to be the best experience because they told us that the pricing was such and such. We got much better pricing by calling the store the next day. Our delivery experience was absolutely hard and the delivery team was in a big hurry. One guy was trying to help me, the other guy was a newbie and was moving my old mattress, and at the same time, I was trying to get an explanation from the other guy about how to operate the bed. And he was in the hallway, knocking into the ceiling lights, and I kept saying, "Hold on." He made me terribly uncomfortable and even now, I don't want to talk about it. So we called the store, complained and they were very nice about it and took the charge off. We also kept our old mattress just in case but ended up getting rid of it. We're sleeping better now and we've made a commitment to this mattress. I'm happy with it.

    We went to the store and the their sales reps explained what the bed was and what it did. My wife and I lied down on one of the mattresses and got a chance to adjust it and it seemed like it was comfortable. We purchased the Sleep Number mattress with the SleepIQ and it's pretty good. Though it’s hard to quantify how much benefit there was, I’m hoping that over a while, I’d be able to crack how my sleep patterns are improving. But it’s not as good of a difference as I was thinking. I was hoping for a dramatic change, but it wasn’t as dramatic as what I had hoped.

    It was time to get a new mattress and the warranty people said that Sleep Numbers are pretty good. The salesperson was really nice and ended up keeping the store open a little later because of my work schedule to accommodate me when I made the purchase.     We have 3 different Sleep Numbers... the 1st we bought in Scottsdale, Az along time ago. It is a Cal King. We don't buy all the added foam - i8 is what we buy. We add 2-3 inches of foam and put atop of our beds. Then the mattress pad so on and so on. We were so impressed with the bed we bought a queen short for our 5th wheel.

    When our home in Paradise became vacant we decided to remodel it. Again we bought Select Comfort i8 King. Love it. We again added the foam. Cut it in half just about to the middle of the bed. Bought your mattress pad and 2 sheet sets as the top of the bed splits to go up or down without your partner. Love it when he starts to snore. I just grab the remote and put his upper body up, elevate... no more snoring. We highly recommend these beds. Our 36-year-old son and wife bought one also. Last bed you will ever have to buy. NO HUMP IN THE MIDDLE.

    Ok I know how important the difference between 4 and 5 stars can be. If it were based on the website I would have went with a 2 or 3 however I went with 5 for everyone on FB and Adrian on the Sleep Number chat. I was very frustrated/ upset with the site. I was placing a order on 6/28 and the site went down for work/upgrades. I tried again 6/29 and the site went down every time I went to check out.     We've owned our bed for almost two years and, unfortunately, have not found it to provide an enjoyable sleeping experience. When we purchased our mattress in La Jolla, CA, we believed the advertising that was running at the time. We visited the store twice prior to our purchase and eventually made the decision to change to this type of mattress. At the time, we had a foam mattress that was old and no longer provided the sleeping comfort we looked for. The salespeople assured us that the adjustable nature of this type of mattress would surpass the foam mattress we were replacing. However, we have had very poor sleep and awaken with sore backs and sore joints. We initially worked with customer service reps who were helpful and provided items that we added to our bed to improve the performance but after some time there was little more than could be offered.

    The most significant issue we have found with the bed is that because of the sealed air chambers that are used to inflate and deflate the mattresses, the bed offers no give and is constantly pushing against the body. A more traditional mattress, either spring or foam, offers some movement, or give, when one lies down.

    The Sleep Number bed offers none. In fact, because of the sealed mattress chambers, when one lies down, the air in the mattress has nowhere to move causing the mattress to push against the body. The air in the mattress may move from one area of the chamber to another based on the sleep setting but the mattress is constantly filled with air and is pushing against the body. The best analogy we can offer is that of a balloon. When a balloon is squeezed, the air within the balloon moves but the amount of air in the balloon doesn't change. Similarly, the air in the sealed chambers simply moves from one area of the chamber to another. Because no air ever leaves the mattress, some part of the mattress is constantly pushing against the body.

    We have tried making adjustments to the settings and find that even a change of five increments can cause the mattress to either push against the body in a harder fashion or not provide enough support (and still push against the body). If the setting is set low to adjust for the firmness, there isn't enough support, and if it is set higher, the mattress becomes too firm and exacerbates the problem of the mattress pushing against the body. We imagine that this mattress may work for some. It simply has not worked for us and we cannot recommend it. We find it difficult to get a restful night's sleep and awaken tired and not refreshed. We will soon purchase a different type of bed as we believe it the lack of sleep is affecting our health. We strongly suggest that anyone considering this type of mattress make multiple trips to a store to try the mattress under different settings and conditions before making a decision.

    We had some family members who had a Sleep Number bed and that's how we bought ours two years ago. Then we also bought one for the son and another one for our spare room, and we're very happy with the bed. We got it all -- mattress, base, bedding, and pillows. When we bought the son's bed, its delivery was all wrong. We had selected king flex, but a split king was delivered instead. There was a little frustration between the delivery people and their office the day this was all going down, and people didn't seem to know what was going on.

    We had a few problems with having to make several phone calls to get the delivery right. At that time, I told them that they needed to improve their training because we kept falling through the crack. Everybody there would say that they've taken care of our issue, but we'd call back the next day and it would still be all wrong. But they eventually made everything right, and everything worked out very well, so we're very happy with that.

    We love the bed and the pillows. I like the sheets because of the way they stay on the bed. But I don't like that the sheets don't last, and everybody says the same thing online. All the sheets have worn out before the year is up. They've all developed holes or tears, which is very frustrating when you've had other sheets that last a long time. But at the end of the day, they're what works best on the bed. So, unfortunately, we're paying a lot of money every six to eight months for new sheets, and now I'm on my third set of sheets. But, we did very well with the Sleep Number bed and highly recommend it to everybody we talk to.

    We were moving to Florida and wanted to get a new bed that we could customize the comfort level of the mattress, so we narrowed it down to a couple of different products. We lived in Champaign where there happened to be a Sleep Number store, so we went there and tried out the bed, and decided that was the way we wanted to go. We got a mattress, an adjustable base, and some bedding, pillowcases and sheets.

    We happened to visit the store in February and the price alone would've gotten us to buy, but on top of that, the sales reps were terrific. They didn't really try to sell us, but just gave us advice on how to take best advantage of the offer. They did a great job. We had home delivery and setup, and the delivery guys were terrific and their service was good, too. They were in and out of our house and had our bed up to working.

    Although the website tries to do lots of good things, it's not well-organized, so the customers end up not being able to find things when they need it. But it’s good that they got the online chat and the phone services as alternatives. The website for customer service is a long way from being where the customer would want it to be.

    Our Sleep Number bed is much more comfortable than the previous bed we were on. It certainly does what it's supposed to do. My wife and I have different settings. The data it generates is good. We had a very small problem where one side of the bed didn't stop registering with the SleepIQ, but the people on the text service helped us out and it was fine. We've gotten good sleep and it's been very restful with Sleep Number, and we’re very happy with them.

    The sales rep explained everything about the Sleep Number to me and was good. The delivery team was a little late. They quickly put up everything and the remote wasn't working. One of the guys kept shaking it while the other guys were already out in the truck. They were in a big rush and I didn't even get to ask questions. Additionally, the bed was too high for us. I was sitting on the edge and the top of the mattress is now slid over. I don't know how to get it back on top. Then, they sent us the shorter legs and a new remote. We haven't got the new legs on yet but it's much easier now for us to get in the bed with the four-inch legs. However, we still don't know how to get the new remote going. It works sometimes but not all the time. We're a little frustrated with the delivery as it would be $150 to have somebody come out here to program anything. But we've been very happy with the bed and we sleep well on it.

    My back is messed up and this Sleep Number bed is hard for me to get comfortable in. I prop pillows on it but it doesn't help me so I've been sleeping in my basement on a chair. When I was at the place, 35 on the bed was good but at home, it's not. It feels like I'm lying on the ground so I tried different numbers on it. The button is also broken and the numbers go all over the place. It's the worst bed I ever bought, I'm not happy with it and my wife is not either. However, a buddy of mine bought a different mattress and he's happy with his Sleep Number. It worked for him. As for me, I wish I haven't bought the bed and they'd come and get it so I wouldn't have to pay them.

    My husband and I have back issues and we can’t sleep on the same firmness, so I purchased a Sleep Number. I only purchased the mattress and the reason is because I spent so much money on mattresses that didn’t work out that I just thought I’m just going to get rid of the one I have and put this one on. I really like it. I thought it was the answer, and so far it is. It’s great that the settings can be different on both sides and you don’t have all that foam with the toxins. It’s light and easy to move. I put it through 0% financing, and I was able to contact the finance company directly and change my payment dates so it was more comfortable for my budget. Everything’s been really smooth. As far as I did my part, I feel like everybody else did theirs.

    I assembled it myself. The only thing that is hard to understand is the setting, like my husband's and mine can both be on a 50 and they’re completely different. There are no leaks or anything like that so I had him calibrate it, push it up to 100 and drop it right down to 50. It seemed to level it off but it’s unclear on how to set the numbers. Also, the bed could be a little more cost-effective and competitive price-wise. But other than that, it’s a really good product and the support system is really good.

    I started talking to customer service concerning our refund in May. I was told by the supervisor Brian, that they would credit account ending in **, NO Problem. So what happens they credit account ending in **, starting on June 6th. Talking to Lashawn, she told me she has seen this before and could reverse it, never heard back from her. June 13th now Jennifer tells me she can get it done, never heard back from her. June 21st - Marie, still nothing, June 22 Ted ** - he actually did return my call and was working on it.

    Today June 28th - Jason, he got a answer that it could not be reversed. I asked to speak to a supervisor Jessica ** who now tells me because of the TIME FRAME since the refund, they could not reverse the credit to the right account. We are in the process of buying home and wanted this off my husband credit and only on mine which now has nothing on it. We sick about this. A whole month has passed by and now the end of the month I am told there is nothing they can do, REALLY.

    My family has terrible back problems. My dad said that he was able to get a much better sleep comparatively on a Sleep Number than on any of his previous types of mattresses. So in an attempt to fix my lower back problems, I bought a Sleep Number too. The sales reps were very talkative and helpful. We were at the store for about two hours trying out lots of different beds and they were with us the whole way through. I got a good experience and felt like I had a good idea with what I was purchasing when I walked out of there.

    I scheduled home delivery and the delivery people were good with what they did. I had to purchase a bed frame that was to be delivered separately and it has not arrived yet. So basically, they just put the bed together right on the floor in my bedroom, which is kind of sad-looking, but there wasn't anything they could have done about it. Then I had to deal with putting the bed back together when I got the other people delivering the furniture. I was given instructions about what I needed to do and where I needed to position everything, so I felt competent enough to be able to put the bed back together without any problems, and I did.

    I'd recommend the Sleep Number bed. It's of excellent quality and I loved it. It isn't a magic bullet for fixing my back problems, which is kind of sad. I'm pondering about purchasing the adjustable base to see if there are different positions I could try that would have any effect on my back. The only caveat I would have is that the bed is definitely overpriced for basically being a rafting material kind of inner tube. It is still an air bed and so it's hard to say that it was a good price for what I got. When I went into the store, there was only one particular model that was on sale for half the price, which is the only reason why I bought the bed since 50% off is hard to beat.

    I have a Sleep Number bed already in my home in Cleveland, and I needed a bed for my place in Florida. The sales rep was professional, quick, and we were able to get it done quickly. However, the delivery team was terrible. They were supposed to call and tell us when it was going to be delivered, but they never did. And they sent us a message that said to call that number and said, "It will be delivered next week." It was already sitting out in front of my property in Florida for a week. My neighbors down there called and told me that there were boxes sitting on the front stoop. It was delivered over a period of days with no notification and was a waste of time.     We looked at different beds, and my wife likes her side of the bed a little bit different than I do, so we chose a Sleep Number bed. We got the mattress and the boxspring. The sales reps were great and I'm very satisfied with them. The delivery guys showed up when they said they were going to. They set up the bed surprisingly fast, cleaned up after themselves, and were done and gone. They were very professional.

    I like the bed. My wife's not completely satisfied with it, but you'd never make her completely happy. I wish I had gone with the king-size bed, instead of the queen-size, because if I set my settings and my wife sets her settings a lot lower than mine, when I roll over, I end up falling down her hole. So, if I had gotten a bigger bed, there would have been more space between my wife's side of the bed and mine, and I'd have been happier.

    I always had a bad back. We’ve been thinking about getting Sleep Number for 10 years but then we always went to different mattresses. With Sleep Number, my back seems to be doing better.     My parents had a Sleep Number bed and they really liked it. I tried one too and it seemed like it would be a more durable bed. It uses air instead of a foam that’s going to eventually collapse.     We decided to go with something that had a constant feel and constant pressure as opposed to a spring which over time starts to give in. We got a Sleep Number and their reps were all very professional and seemed to be able to provide all the information and everything that we asked about.     I was very excited about just being able to sleep easily and be comfortable with my Sleep Number bed. I bought the FlexFit 3 mattress and their sheets. Their sales rep was really wonderful and helpful. She gave me an opportunity to try different types of the Sleep Number and it was really good. It was quick because we had talked previously and told her I'd be back, which I did, and they were having a special sale then and I took advantage of it. She also got me quickly approved for the financing, and I've been happy ever since.

    I also had a really good experience with their delivery team. They were very professional and were really quick. The only thing I hate is that I was busy trying to stay out of their way and he told me that I should have stayed with them so that I could see how it's done so that I'd know how to move the bed in case I moved. Nonetheless, I feel really good about the quality of the bed. I'm still getting used to it though. Every night is not a perfect night but that has a lot to do with me because I have a knee issue, so it hinders my comfort sometimes. But I think the bed is really wonderful.

    We had a Tempur-Pedic and we liked it but it was old and it had gotten floppy, so it wasn’t giving us very good support. We decided that the offer from the Sleep Number people, the different firmnesses for the individual was something that we were very interested in. So we got a mattress, split frame, linen set, sheets and the mattress cover.

    The salesperson at the store was excellent and the guys who delivered the items knew what they’re doing. I would’ve done it in two days, but they just put it together in like an hour and a half and they were done and out of here. They were very helpful in making sure that we knew how to use the controls and were comfortable with that. I thought was very valuable is the little tip that the delivery guy gave me. There's a little switch underneath the bed and because we have a cat, he said, “You know, before you call for service, make sure this switch didn’t get knocked by the kitty or something because it turns it off.” So I thought that troubleshooting in advance was really good.

    As for the bed, we’re still getting used to it. We were out of town for three months right after we bought it and we just got back home. The mattress we were sleeping on for the last three months is nothing like this so we’re still getting adjusted to it a little bit. My husband has been complaining about some neck issues, but I think it’s probably the pillow he’s using and not necessarily the bed.

    I used to do a lot of traveling and slept in hotels with Sleep Number beds. This was the reason I decided to buy a bed with a Sleep Number brand.     We already have a Sleep Number bed in our guest bedroom and since we were looking for another one, we recently bought a Sleep king, along with the pillows and the bedding. The Sleep Number sales reps were very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. We scheduled for home delivery, and the guys who delivered were very pleasant and nice. It seemed like they were in a hurry for they had other things that they said they were behind, but they were good.

It was absolutely phenomenal, and I wouldn't sleep on anything else. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience and I would do it again.

My first purchase was a pain because they were going through a computer upgrade and it took almost three months for me to get my bed.     I heard from a friend that Sleep Number was a good mattress and so we ended up getting one and I really like it. It's awesome. The sales representative was great, there wasn't any pressure, and she just let me make my decision. The delivery team was quick to set it up, courteous at my home, and was great. I haven't had the mattress too long but everything seems to work fine and the pump works great. I suffer from chronic back trouble on my lower back and it usually cramps up. I can't even sometimes get out of a chair. I've had some expensive mattresses before, but since I've got the Sleep Number mattress, I haven't had an issue with my back and I've been sleeping good.     My wife likes a very soft mattress while I like a very firm mattress, and Sleep Number was the only way of seeking compromise. Setting up the bed was a very simple process, especially with the type of configuration that we have. We have a custom built-in wall unit, so we had to do some modification to the wall unit to get the compressor in the back. But it all worked out really well. It's a great bed and we really enjoy it. It took us about a month and a half to get used to it in the right setting, but once we got that down, it was quite nice.

    We bought a mattress and a topper from Sleep Number. Their sales rep worked with us for a while, found what we liked and got us on our way. We had it delivered through UPS and set it up ourselves which was absolutely easy. My wife and I don’t have the same setting. Her side of the bed is great, but mine seems to have a leak. I will set it on 50 when I go to sleep and if I turn it to 50 when I wake up, it inflates for about two minutes. I spoke to somebody and he said that he couldn’t send anybody out for a minor leak which was odd. Other than that, I love the bed.

    We had a friend that had Sleep Number which has done a lot to help him with his sleep problems, so I purchased one too. The first time we went into the store, they were in the process of moving to a new location so they didn't have a whole lot in the store at the time but they made sure they let us know when the new store was opening. We went back out and talked to the same guy. He was not pushy and he let us wander around to try things out. If we had any questions or any problems, he made sure to take care of them. The delivery people were on time and pretty careful. They got everything set up and they took our old stuff away. The only issue that we found is that we don't have the same Sleep Number. So on the king-sized bed that we have, we tend to sleep quite a bit apart from each other each night. But other than that, we both are sleeping better than we were before. My wife and I really like the bed a lot.

    My neighbor purchased a Sleep Number and was talking about it, so I got one. The sales rep was great. He called me up and told me that they had another $100 off and that sounded good to me.     I've always been interested in Sleep Number ever since they first came out. We purchased a split bed which controls the feet and the back with separate his and her sides. Their sales representative was awesome. However, I was very disappointed with that whole delivery scenario. First of all, they said that they would give me a call and schedule me a couple of days in advance. When they called and scheduled, there was a scheduling conflict and I got bumped a week. Since I have a job, I needed to know if delivery will be in the morning or in the afternoon so that I can schedule my stuff and make appointments. I had to go to the store and have my sales rep call and throw a fit to get that information and that's just not right. He was able to get that figured out eventually. So far, I'm happy with the bed.

    We had a Sleep Number for about 16 years and never had a problem. We loved it which is why we recently went back to get another one. This time, we bought the one with the ability to raise and lower the head and foot. I am slightly handicapped so for me to get into or out of my clothes, I normally would sit on the bed. However, with the new bed, I kept feeling like I was in a hole. The bed is a flat board with five-inch thick pads around the outside and rubber bladders in the inside that blow up. These pads that were used for the frame wear with time and were not a thick heavy quality. Every time I sat on the side of the bed, it was moving the bladder over so it would hump up in the middle then I didn't have the support on the side.

    One day I asked my husband to look at the way I'm laying. He went and looked from the bottom of the bed up toward me and one side was higher than the other of my body. So when I roll towards the wall, I'm going to roll right out of bed. When I roll towards him, I have to pull myself uphill! I kept asking myself if I was actually feeling it or was it just in my head and I'm not used to this new mattress. But Dan felt the same way so it was not me.

    Sleep Number came to fix the slippage and I explained it to them. One guy said we can’t sit on the side of these beds because they aren’t supported well enough. The guy showed Dan how to fix it if we ever have to fix it again. But I’m thinking, we paid all this money for this? They also realigned the mattress with the base the way it should have been. It was off by about three or four inches and it caused my pad to go over the edge of the base. They had to re-drill the holes and put the bolts in. I could feel the difference since they did that.

    Now I've been sitting on the bottom of the bed, which is higher than the rest of the bed except for the very top, and it hasn't been moving like it did the first time. I don't feel like I'm falling or climbing as much because it's not moving. I love the bed mattress-wise and Dan's quite comfortable on his side because he doesn't sit on the side of the bed as much as I do. We both would recommend Sleep Number because we've had no problem with the first bed. This one has been fine so far since it's been fixed and, hopefully, it'll stay that way. Dan knows how to put everything back if he needs to.

    We need a firm bed and we decided to buy at Sleep Number. We like that we can make it softer or harder. I looked at the bed online and then I checked with somebody who recommended the c4. We got all kind of stuff from Sleep Number. First, we got the bed online because they have some promotion going on, and then we bought the Sleep Number pillow a couple of weeks ago. I’m happy with our Sleep Number bed, however, one thing that I dislike about it is that a queen size bed doesn’t have the separate thing. The guy who sold us the bed said that only king size beds have the feature where you can put it up or down.     We bought the bed in Seattle Home Show and the sales rep was patient, informative and a good listener. The people who came out to deliver the bed came a little earlier than they had planned. Somehow their schedule had gotten slightly jumbled and they came out at the time frame that we had originally agreed upon so they stayed in that window. They were polite, clean and did a good job of installing the bed. I'm sleeping better in Sleep Number than I've slept in quite awhile. I have some arthritic issues and it has aided in pain while sleeping quite a bit.

    I have back and muscle-joint problems, and I bought a Sleep Number bed for the vibration and to have a comfortable position to sleep. I got the i10 with the articulating bed base. The delivery team was on time. They were very careful and very nice guys. However, maybe they didn’t get the set up right because it makes all kinds of noise which drives me crazy. The bed is comfortable but when it vibrates, it makes noise. When I move it around, it also makes noise like it's gonna fall apart. It also takes a while for the controls to activate.

    I was sick of buying mattresses every five years so I got the cheapest Sleep Number bed I could get. Their sales reps answered all my questions and also called me to tell me about price sales that Sleep Number has going on. They were helpful like the guy from the delivery team. He went over all of the bed's good stuff with me. The bed is not bad but it feels lopsided. It doesn't feel flat when I lie in it. I told the guy that sold it to me about it and he said to unzip it and try to level it out. If it still continues, then it might be a manufacturer’s defect.     I needed to have an adjustable bed because I've got degenerative disc disease in my back, hiatal hernia, GERD, and my shoulders were hurting too.     I've been looking at Sleep Number for a number of years and it's replacing an older air mattress. Their sales reps were courteous and prompt. They answered all of our questions in a way that both my partner and I could understand. The delivery guys were efficient and nice. I was very impressed with them, but I wish they would have worn little booties. I have wood floors and sometimes the bottom of men's shoes leave little black marks.

    I purchased the mattress and the DualTemp Layer and we love it! The DualTemp should be pushed more. The price point is too high, but it should be a featured product because it is a significant difference to the whole sleeping experience.     Delivery was horrid. We got multiple calls where we had to rearrange our schedule saying they were going to be here. First, we were told that Sleep Number would take care of it. When we called the actual Sleep Number location in Southlake, they said they would figure it out but they never did anything. My sales rep was not there that day, so they couldn't give me any real answers to why the stuff hadn't been delivered. This happened three times and they didn't make it in all of those times. It took us multiple times of communicating the issue to get anything resolved.

    The delivery people finally showed up at my home at 12:00 midnight on a school night. They told us that they have eight beds to deliver that day from 10:00 and that wasn't very reasonable. It sounded like someone was trying to be cheap and put too much on these guys' plate. It would've been almost impossible for anybody to fulfill that workload in that amount of time. It should have been scheduled onto two different trucks to not have this issue instead of dumping it all on one. Then when I was told I would be compensated for the delivery, it took almost two months for it to happen. It didn't make me feel very appreciated. On top of that, we referred another family and they had about the same situation with the delivery. Certain parts of the bed were forgotten.

    I'm moderately pleased with the quality of the bed. For $3,000, I expected it to comfort my body a little bit more. All of us tend to sleep a little warm but this one is a lot hotter because it's made out of some sort of plastic and makes the body sweat which a normal cloth mattress doesn't do to this extent. The concept is fine but there needs to be some more insulation between the bed and the individual, and using plastic foam isn't the answer.

    I had a Sleep Number bed before and I wanted another one. We've had Sleep Number products at home for 20 years and their overall quality is good. I recently purchased the split king. I like it because one can go up higher than the other. The only thing I don't really like about it is the split in the middle. If I wanna get closer, the hole in the middle is a big problem. The sales professionals were nice but they could have been a little bit more helpful. When I first bought mine, they were more than would go out of their way to help but they weren't this time. They were mostly looking at and playing with their phones. I'm thinking, "You know, that's not cool," and it felt like I wasn't very important. But the woman made me feel important when she came to my attention. On the other hand, the experience with the delivery team was excellent and they were great.     On the surface the split top bed features a much desirable independent height adjustment for the upper body. That is great if a gap between the flex mattress at the head portion of the bed would stay constant. As the mattress is used, a gap that was about 2 inches is now about 7 inches and spreading. The result is a very uncomfortable sleep experience when your hand or head is caught in the middle. Just the other day I had to assist my wife by helping to pull her arm out of the gap after being stuck. We have resulted to placing a pillow in the gap which is not comfortable at all. Calls to Sleep Number have resulted in no satisfaction and being told there is nothing they can do. How nice of them. My recommendation is to stay away from the flex style mattress.

    The gentleman at Sleep Number that worked with us was very good. He knew how to sell because the minute I laid down, he did a little adjustment and the pains I felt for years weren't there. We didn't intend to buy a bed right then, but we did and got a Sleep Number twin king. We got the articulated bases, the feature to raise the head and feet, and the SleepIQ as well. They delivered and set it up for us, and the delivery guys were very good. It has very high quality and it's worth the money. I wish we got the king instead of the twin king though because the center parts are difficult to deal with. The edges of the individual beds are hard. If the sides where they both meet were softer like a memory foam, it would be much better.

    We went to Sleep Number, checked everything out, and liked the 10-year warranty on the mattress compared others. Also, my mom had one for years and she loved it. Then when my dad died, she downsized because they had a king. So it went to my sister and she still sleeps on it. I know that Sleep Number beds last and I’ve heard good reviews on them.

    The sales rep at Duluth, Minnesota was excellent. He showed us all the different options, high and low, and was very open about everything. He answered all of our questions so I definitely want to give a thumbs-up to him. My husband and I didn’t decide right then and there. We went home and talked about it a little bit. I wanted to make sure he got the sale so we ended up ordering online. We bought the bed with the base and the mattress with the base, too. We got our purchase shipped to us and my husband put it together.

    The only faux pas was we didn't get the bottom part that folds together. We just got the top part. So for the first week, we thought something was wrong because it’s too low to the ground and we don’t have the full panel. My husband ended up calling and they said it was on back order. We ended up getting the rest of the pieces within a few days after my husband had talked to them. I like the quality of the bed. I work really hard physically and so I struggle with back pain anyway. I can’t say that it has taken all my back pain because if I sleep too long anyway I have issues. But as far as getting my number adjusted, it does help. I think it’s much better than our old mattress.

    We had a bed in a pickup slide-in camper and we didn't like it. It was too thick and it is less headroom that we have to sleep up above. So, we were in a Sleep Number mattress store and came across one that was eight inches. As it turns out, we had one that was already eight inches. But, we decided to go ahead and put one in the camper. We like that Sleep Number stays up and it doesn't change. If I set it on a 50, it stays on 50 forever. Normally, a cheap air mattress will get leaks and go down after a while. But the Sleep Number bed seems to hold its setting real well. We're extremely happy with the bed because it's comfortable and it doesn't take up near as much room as some thicker mattresses. It works out real well in the camper.

    We were having a lot of sleep troubles following an accident that our family was in.     My parents had my old mattress so Sleep Number was the best option for me because it has adjustable comfort. Their sales reps were very helpful. There was a President’s Day sale that was coming, so they said, “If I were you, I would wait a couple of weeks and this mattress will be a lot cheaper.” I was very pleased. They worked with me and we came back and it was great.

    The delivery team showed up and they went over all the features and the buttons. The only issue in it is unrelated to Sleep Number. We have the adjustable base on our other mattress and we wanted to figure out if we could pay some extra money and have those flip-flopped so that I would get the adjustable base on my new mattress and it didn’t work out, but that’s not the responsibility of Sleep Number. That’s something we were trying to have done and we're definitely 100% satisfied with Sleep Number.

    We were out shopping when we stopped in a store, laid on a couple of Sleep Number beds, and decided that we would go ahead and get one. We went to the store in Champaign, Illinois and the salespeople there were great. It was a guy and a girl who answered any questions we had. They were more than helpful, let us lay on everything and try them all out. Also, the delivery crew was careful. They showed me how to set it all up and described if we needed to tear it down and moved. They also showed us the application on a phone and how to use it by connecting to the internet. However, I thought that based on my nightly sleep, it was going to suggest things to me and that I could put in different things like being pregnant. I saw that on the little pamphlets but they could not figure out how to do it. But other than that, the Sleep Number is very good. Our experience of buying it was very pleasant and we've recommended it to a few people.

    We bought a Sleep Number when they first went into business and have owned the bed for 25 years. It was uncomfortable when it was 20 years old. I called customer service expecting I would get nothing, but they sent out a new pad. It was very impressive because I had no idea that they were going to be so helpful with a bed that was 20 years old and it's what made me purchase another one. My doctor also suggested that I change my mattress because I had a fractured sacrum.

    The sales rep was very good. He kept on trying to sell us an attachment that would pump air to keep the mattress cool and said we'd get a discount since we were a previous owner, and that discount may not apply after the sale. He was trying to be helpful because he said that it could become a little warm. He also pointed that with the lower vibrator, I can set it 20 minutes before I go to sleep and he was absolutely right. I sleep through the night now and I've never done that before. He also directed me to some sheets that were on sale so we bought three. I would have never known that so it was a very good experience.

    The delivery process was perfect. The 2 guys who delivered the bed were very nice and on time. We're moving very soon and the guy said that instead of me having to call them to take the bed apart, he showed me how to do it. It's a couple of screws that need to be put back in. That was really helpful and saved us a service call. He also said that I could give them a call when we move and they'd move the bed and set it up. I am extremely pleased with the bed other than the sleep app that we're having trouble with. But we just haven't taken the time to research why we can't get on and so forth. I would recommend Sleep Number to anybody.

    I got a hand-me-down Sleep Number which I had for about 4 years. It was getting old as it was about 15 years old and I wanted to get a new one. There was a special a few months ago for the iLE and I bought it. The sales professionals were all very good, knowledgeable, helpful, and had excellent customer service. Delivery went well.     Chamber c2 no longer retained air and replacement is needed. This has been handled and is in route along with a ultra light comforter I also ordered. I would like to suggest Sleep Number make the the temperature cool gel top for the double/full size mattress as well. I would have ordered this if it were available in the size needed. Excellent assistance was provided!

    I was scheduled to have my bed delivered between 8am-noon. The driver called at 10am and said he had six more beds to deliver and that he would be late in arriving - by many hours. Given that Sleep Number says that it takes up to two hours to set up a bed, no delivery person should be scheduled for seven (or more) beds in a four hour period. Doing so simply guarantees that the delivery will be late. When I called Customer Service I was told there is nothing they could do, beyond rescheduling the delivery for another day. All of this is after receiving a confirmation phone call of the delivery time.

    If Sleep Number schedules seven home deliveries in a four hour period, they will always leave some customers waiting. This is incredibly poor customer service and the fact that the customer service department can do nothing, and just kept assuring me that it is "unusual" does not help. If there are going to be too many deliveries scheduled during any given period, the very least that should be done is to notify the customers in ADVANCE of the day of the delivery so we can adjust our schedules accordingly. I would advise any future customers to not trust the delivery schedule and to make sure that they do not make the mistake that I did of relying on it and relying on Sleep Number delivering as promised.

    I have to say that purchasing a Sleep Number bed has been such a disappointing experience. My partner and I saved to buy a "great" mattress! I have back problems and he wanted me to have a nice bed, to have some relief, and to be able to sleep well. However, I have not slept well and am caused more pain from sleeping on the mattress. I am sad to say we are sleeping on the couch these days.

    As a young adult, this is one of the few larger purchases we have made and made as a couple. We saved and thought we were making a smart purchase just to feel scammed. After a couple weeks of trying the mattress, we were calling into customer service with our concerns. We thought maybe we just needed some time to get used to it. After a bit we did call customer service again looking to return it. I now feel like we were scammed out of returning multiple times. When we would call to ask for a return we were just instructed to try different things or adjust settings and talked to like we were incompetent. One one occasion of calling we were told we just needed more padding so we were sent more foam pad to put inside.

    We had a great purchasing experience, but we are just disappointed with our purchase. I think it's sad that we now sleep on our IKEA sectional sofa most nights. My back is worse when I sleep in the bed and I feel better rested from sleeping on the couch. My partner, who had no history of back problems or pains does not like sleeping in our bed either, due to not sleeping well or waking up not feeling good. We are just very upset about our purchase. It is only a year later and I would say we have been sleeping in our living room off and on the whole time, and every night since before the new year.

    To us, this is a lemon of a mattress and we are just very upset. We feel scammed and hopeless. TO spend a lot of money on something that you hope will improve your quality of life and for it to make things worse it just horrible. We gave up a while back with customer service because that was just exhausting and we didn't have the time to be on the phone with them all the time.

    My wife and my parents had used Sleep Number before so they highly recommend it. Their sales rep was very nice and cordial and they said that it would be here in two weeks and a half. They also said that it would be coming in two packages - one for the aircon chambers and another for the rails that go around it. We got the rails delivered to our house, but the actual air mattress portion had our neighbor's address on it so it was delivered to their house. But apart from that, the bed has good quality and it has been very beneficial for us.

    We needed a new bed so we looked at a variety of different makes and models and we decided that Sleep Number would be the best for us. I purchased the mattress and a support for it that it would raise the head and the foot of the bed. Their rep at the Clybourn store in Chicago did a great job of showing us the various models that were there and allowed us to make a reasonable choice. We had a home delivery and their delivery team was terrific. They were in and out within an hour. So they did a great job. We’re very happy with the bed. We're very comfortable and we get a good night’s rest every time. This bed has been working quite well for us.
