    I have lower back problems and I thought that the Sleep Number bed might fix the problem, so I bought their mattress. One of the reasons I was intrigued about the mattress is that it last for 20 to 25 years because it's not spring, hence the quality is good. And it was easy to set up. But I don't know what's wrong because it hasn't fixed my back problems. I've been to a Chiropractor, pain specialist, acupuncturist, and physical therapist but I cannot get my lower back to stop hurting. What's funny is that when I go to bed, I don't feel great and actually wake up worse. It hurts when I roll over in the bed and when I get up - it was worse than my previous mattress. There's something about this Sleep Number mattress that my back does not like. I'd wanted to return the bed but I didn't do it on time.

    I have back problems and my husband has knee problems. We went into the Sleep Number store and their sales reps were very helpful. First, they put us on the one bed just to get our number and then once we received that number, we moved over to the different models of the bed and then put our numbers in to see which one was more comfortable. We ended up liking the adjustable one with the cool mattress. We also bought the railings and the pillows with it.

    We scheduled for delivery and the team that came in was great. They were on time and they set it up and showed us how to operate it. They even told us to ensure that we filled out our warranty cards and then told to just call if we have any problems. But the bed is a little noisy when it's doing the massage, but other than that, I'm very pleased with its overall quality and it takes away all the pain. I haven't been able to sleep with my back for years, and now I do. It gives me a good night's sleep. I have recommended it to several people.

    My in-laws have a couple of Sleep Number beds and my husband's been having a lot of back problems so we got our own. At that time, Sleep Number was promoting the store and it had a pretty set up so we walked in there and tried the beds. Their sales reps were amazing and very detailed.     My husband and I have back pains and aches. One day, he decided that we’re going to try Sleep Number out and he liked it. So we went up the next day and decided to go ahead and buy the queen size bed and two pillows. The sales agent was very personable on what we needed. Then, the delivery and set up team knocked on the door and introduced themselves. We had our bed broke down and they carried it out for me, put the other one up, and was done in no time. I love the bed but my husband says it vibrates too much because it vibrates his ears. So I have to wait till he wakes in the morning to turn the massager on.

    My wife has scoliosis and trouble sleeping. We decided to try Sleep Number as a last resort. We got the twin beds that rise and lower independently. The sales reps were pleasant to work with. The overall quality of the bed is good. However, it’s a little slow in its reaction time, and it needs a heavier pump on it. The hot and cold spongy mattress that my wife sleeps on doesn’t exactly work the way they said it would, but other than that, it’s okay. It's been a Godsend for my wife as she doesn’t wake up with the back problems she had before. It’s a little too expensive but good for people that have back problems and a little bit of money to burn.

    Sleep Number has more options as far as sleeping. We bought the bed, some sheets and pillowcases, too. The quality is excellent, it's much better than the bed we’ve had.     We fell in love with the Sleep Number mattresses and its comfort just trying them out. We bought the whole nine yards - the mattress, base, pillows and the cooling mat.     We were not happy with our prior mattress and Consumer Reports spoke very highly of Sleep Number. The sales rep was very helpful and answered all the questions we had.     I bought a Sleep Number 27 years ago and when it first came out, I was satisfied except for the noise on that pump. Then it started to loosen air in the mattress and we couldn't keep it aired up so we decided to get a new one. The new bed was shipped to us and it went together very good. It's really easy to set up and I like the overall quality. I don't wake up with a sore back in the morning. The only odd thing is the remote control not being attached to the mattress so as not to lose it because that control is easy to lose or misplace. But they made a good mattress.

    When we experienced the bed in store, we were absolutely amazed with the comfort level. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and bought the bed for pain relief, however, after delivery and much experimentation with the Sleep Number, it actually causes more pain. I have had to start sleeping in the guest room. We were told that there was a 100 day satisfaction guarantee only to find out that the 2,999.00 base is not returnable. Our salesman was very thorough -- highlighted and explained the 100 night in-home trial policy and had us initial the adjustable base return policy (without explaining that it was non returnable ) -- we thought we were initialing that it was returnable for 100 days. I will not be recommending the sleep number bed to my friends. In fact, I will be recommending the exact opposite.

    I bought a Sleep Number to relieve some of my shoulder pain. We went to the Sleep Number store and the sales reps were very helpful and knowledgeable, but it was busy that day so I had to wait for an hour before I was able to get help. Finally, I got to try out some of the different beds they had in the place. The bed was shipped to me and I set it up myself. It was fairly easy though there were a couple of glitches. I needed to call in so that I could get help on how to get something to reset, but it wasn't really hard.

    The part I liked the most was seeing how well or how not well my wife and I were sleeping in the bed. That was kind of informative and useful. When we switched to it, the bed was great for me but my wife had lower back pain. We adjusted the Sleep Number up and down several times, over the space of about three months, but she was unable to get comfortable which is partly why we wanted something that had two-sided controls. But I don’t blame it on the bed. It was maybe not the right bed for the two of us. But it meets its advertising for adjustability even though it didn't end up working for us. The bed has very good construction and quality as well.

    I had a Sleep Number a few years ago but my ex took it. I wanted to get a better one because my fiance and I have back problems so I went with the one that goes up and down. It was an $8,000 bed and I got it for $4,000. Their sales rep was cool and nice, and everything was simple and done quickly. Their delivery team was very efficient. They showed up a little bit early which was good and showed me how to use the bed. Its quality is excellent. The remote is different and they seem to be better constructed - it's simplistic and easier. I would recommend this bed to anyone. It's very comfortable and I like the adjustable feature.

    I had an old Sleep Number bed, which didn’t work anymore, so I recently purchased a queen sized Sleep Number mattress and frame. I really like the bed. I enjoy the nightlight underneath and I use all the features on it. The only thing was that their TV advertisement was misleading. It said that the bed was on sale for half price, and there wasn’t anything about a frame that was mentioned at all in the advertisement. It was my fault for assuming that it was the whole bed. And it wasn’t until I got up to the store and the rep added it all up that I've known that the mattress is the only thing that is half-priced. It’s just annoying. I would rather have it all upfront so that I know what’s going on and what to expect rather than I expect one thing and then I go in to get it or purchase the service, and it’s different than what I expected.

    Another thing is that when they set my bed up, they got the mattress crooked, so one side overhangs on the frame. It’s not a huge part but it’s definitely noticeable. When I make the bed, there’s a space on one side and then it overhangs on the other side. They’re bolted together so I can’t take them apart. In fact, I was told that if I want to move the bed, I have to move the whole thing. I can’t take it off the frame, so I have to move it as one unit. Also, it’s adjustable so it moves around, and if you don’t have it bolted together, it’s going to come apart and won’t work right. I never called and told them because I didn’t think it was going to be that noticeable, and it doesn’t prevent my bed from being comfortable.

    We've been looking at Sleep Number for years. We went in there 10 years ago to buy one but the salesman talked us into buying something else which turned out to cost more. We returned the mattress three times to get replaced because it was horrible. Then finally we bought a Sleep Number. The lady we talked to, Diane at Palm Coast, was excellent and nice. The bed was pretty easy to set up. We live in Palm Coast but I'm in Georgia working today and I wish I could spend more time with the bed.

    The Sleep Number's sales rep was very informative, asked us a lot of questions, and took us through the different options that they had. Also, the delivery guys were fantastic. They called me and they arrived exactly what time they said they would; not a minute before or after.     We purchased a Sleep Number mattress which came with the plastic framing and base. The sales agents were friendly and able to answer questions but they were understaffed for the volume in the store, so had we not been interested in the bed, we would have left. The delivery team came in, put the bed together, took out the old bed, and left, so it was very efficient. One man even tried to explain to me how to use the bed but he spoke very broken English and also they still had to do 3 more installations and because of the volume that he had that day, he really couldn’t explain the bed to me. Had I not been interested in the bed when they delivered it, I probably would have wanted more information at the installation so I just had to read the book. But I'm sleeping better and I’ve told everybody how much I enjoy it.

    We first got a Sleep Number 18 years ago and just replaced it. We decided we would like the kind with the base where we can press the button and sit up on it with the head and feet up. So we got one of those now and the old one has gone to the spare room. The sales rep was very good and professional. We were lucky we were the only ones in the store at the time.     My back finally gave out on my old mattress which was good and firm but it couldn't be adjusted. After hearing on the radio that the Sleep Number could be adjusted back and forth, I went to their store and tried their beds. The p5 was too soft which was disgusting though I could harden it up. The p4 was the same and I got the p3 which worked out really well. I was in there for a while and they took time with me. It was all well worth it. Before I even purchased, I spent a lot of time with Diane, the sales rep, who gave me the whole story about when the guys were putting it together. She also told me that it might take me a couple of nights to get adjusted to it. I'd put it on a certain setting, leave it there and if it's too hard, I could drop the firmness and then try it there.

    Their folks were very nice and even gave me a $100 coupon wherein if I knew somebody who had a Sleep Number bed, I'd give the company that person's name and address, have that somebody go over to the store and he/she could get $100 worth of Sleep Number accessories. The delivery guys came and set the bed up. They said they were going to be there a certain time, then they called and said they'd be early because their schedule was going well. They were there an hour early and told me if I have any other questions I could stop by or call the store. They showed me all the ins and outs as best as they could. I have the air mattress, the adjustable headrest and the attachments for it. Right now, the unit is working out greatly. I find myself sleeping really well. I have told my sister-in-law about the mattress and would recommend it to anybody and tell them to go to the store and try it. It'll do them good.

    I've had a Sleep Number bed for the last nine years and I've just purchased another one. I'm supposed to have the adjustable bed but I have one problem with it. The gap between the two top parts spreads out. I don't know how to lock that in when it's got separate tops. When I go flat, it does not stay together. It pushes out. If I put a pillow over it to try to keep that from happening and the pillow wedges, it makes it worse. We got a small dog that walks in between us and falls in the hole. But that's the only complaint I have. Everything else was great and I'd recommend them to everybody. Their sales reps made my purchasing experience easy and the delivery team set the bed up with the hydraulic lifts on it.

    The Sleep Number sales associates were fine and the delivery guys were professional and very quick. The only sad fact was that we already had a scheduled date for the bed to arrive, and next thing we knew, they told us that the people didn't take into consideration that when the items are shipped from one state to another, there had to be an extra man hour of rest in between for the driver. It was okay with me for safety purposes, but I found it inconvenient because my wife and I changed our entire schedule so we could ensure that the bed would arrive on the day that it was guaranteed. There was no communication between the California distributors and the factory and that may not just happen here - it could happen in another state. Unfortunately, that lack of communication put us in a situation where we had to take two days off our work in order for us to make this happen.

    The other thing that I am still questioning is I know that Sleep Number says if I refer a person, I'm supposed to get a $100 credit. But I don't know if it should be a credit that is going to be towards purchasing something at the store or that you receive a $100 discount. A friend of ours after seeing the bed went ahead and purchased the bed as well. I know that there was a $100 credit, but we've never seen any of it. But the minor things should not justify the bigger picture. I work in a customer service industry, and to have a great experience in something and to knock it down a few points over one mistake is ludicrous. In comparison to the previous bed that we had, it's like comparing apples and oranges. But it wasn't like what I expected, like the way it is advertised. It's nice but not as convincing as the commercial says so.

    My husband likes a really soft bed, but I like a firmer bed and we can't have a happy medium with a regular mattress so we thought we would try the Sleep Number. We got the adjustable base which is really nice because it helps with my husband's sleep apnea. My husband's back bothered him so much and he would wake up with headaches every morning, but with the Sleep Number, he no longer wakes up with a back hurting or headaches, which is wonderful.

    We also purchased the mattress pad protector and the cooling pad. Larry, the sales person, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was not pushy at all, answered any questions that we had and also gave us more insight than what we've thought would go into purchasing a Sleep Number bed. I'm very happy with the service that we've received. We scheduled it for delivery and the team that delivered it was delightful to deal with. They were in and out of my house in 45 minutes and took my old mattress and box-spring away, so I didn't have to deal with disposing of them myself. They were very helpful and knowledgeable on how the system works. Then they got our Sleep Number scheduled for us before they even left the home.

    I paid a lot for my comforter, dust ruffle, and pillows and didn't want to get rid of them because they were only just a few years old. Then one of the guys told me that her wife likes dust ruffles, but the Sleep Number was not kind to it when adjusting the base or the mattress. So he suggested that I cut out the middle of my bed skirt and then use upholstery tacks to put it back onto the base of my Sleep Number bed. I took it to my alterations lady who did it for me because I still want to have this on my bed. When I brought it home and pinned it on there, I did not have one bit of problem with my bed skirt moving and it worked perfectly well.

    My husband is going to be 60 and I'm turning 57 in October, so changing a bed can be a little daunting. What sold me permanently on this bed is that because I don't have to lift the mattress anymore to change beds, I don't have to fight with the fitted sheet. I put the four ends on, lay it flat, and it makes itself. It is the coolest thing ever. We just happened to walk in the store at the right time because the mattresses were 50 percent off. I was able to get the adjustable base with the amount of money that I saved on the mattress. We liked what we saw, heard, and felt when we laid on the mattress, so we purchased right there on the spot. We weren't pressured. It was just the right time, situation, and salesperson for us to purchase that bed. It was a very good experience.

The delivery guys who set the items up for us were great and it looked easy when we watched them do it. I feel physically great and the bed's quality is really good though it doesn't feel like the same one I tried in the store. Once in a while, it feels like I'm on an air mattress which feels weird but I really enjoy the bed and would definitely buy it again. I've recommended Sleep Number multiple times.

    We thought Sleep Number could provide us with a better night sleep. We had been in their store before and were waiting for the best time to get the bed for the best price that fit into our budget. We were testing the bed out and Erin was very informative. She has been in the store for a long time. She knew her stuff and made us feel welcome. I had my young son with us and she was patient through that as well. The delivery went well but the team threw my California King over my bathroom and broke my security camera off my wall, which they haven't fixed since February. The bed is good because it has other accessories and it's great for now. But if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't purchase it.

    My remote has already broken, and when my husband and I sleep on the adjustable base where only half of it is split open, we only have the head that raises. Unbeknownst to us, the bed separates from the base. We call it "the canyon." It's between me and my husband that we have to stuff it so we don't fall into it. We have to lay on one side of the bed every morning and heave it over to the other to make them come together. But even when they come together, there's still a three-inch gap, so that the bases can raise and lower. That sucks because the bed itself is hanging off the base. It didn't meet my expectations. Also, I don't see it lasting the 25 years that Erin claimed. I'm upset about paying $7,000 for it. If I would have paid $4,000 for it, I'd be fine. A lot of improvements could be made in terms of technology before the cost would meet the product.

    I had Sleep Number for a couple of years. I was not having good luck finding a bed that was comfortable and I was having back troubles so I thought if I'm going to buy another bed then at least with Sleep Number I know I can change it around to try to get a comfortable fit. My first purchase was c2 with the flex base and my second purchase which is the most recent one was the i8. With my first one, I don't know why it felt it wasn't as comfortable as the one I tried in the store. It felt like I was sleeping on cardboard but the second one was much more to what I expected it felt like from my experience testing them out in the store. I talked to several different reps and they're usually friendly and willing to show me around the store.

    Our children have made fun of us that all of our lives we have never had a king size bed and our friends recommended Sleep Number so we got one. It took me a while to get comfortable with it.     I have a sciatica problem which was so bad I'd have terrible pain and I couldn’t even lie down. So we went ahead to buy a Sleep Number. I had a good time with their sales rep and although he seemed new, he knew everything about the bed. What was nice was we were able to go in there and lie down and feel it ourselves. There was another bed that was more expensive and not as comfortable when we laid on it, and he wasn’t trying to push that on us so he could make more money. He let try something else. We went with the base model, the c4, which is simply a normal bed, but it's a lot more comfortable to us.

    The delivery guys came and installed the bed and were polite, efficient, fast, knowledgeable. They showed me how to do the Sleep Number IQ on the setup. The one thing that was misunderstood was that I was told I didn’t need a bed base but a headboard. But with a headboard, I'd have a huge gap in between if there's a pump. So when they came, they thought it would be weird without the base. I went immediately and bought one at a local home furniture.

    We really love the bed. After we got it, I didn’t have any sciatica problems for six months and then something happened, I could cough or move the wrong way but then I could adjust my bed to a little bit firmer and it helps that out. I’m not as young as I used to be so my bed is my savior and it’s awesome. When we have to go out of town, we get concerned that we’re not going to sleep on our bed.

    I was constantly telling people about Sleep Number and I’ve recommended it to 10 people and to our grandparents too. His granddad had crushed his back and they recently bought the adjustable bed - a higher up one. I would’ve never imagined he’d pay $3,500 for a bed but when someone has suffered as much, they really don’t care and would want relief. The bed is used every single day, so it’s worth it. He says he doesn’t have to wake up early an hour before he goes to work and ice his back now so he has really benefited from it too.

    We were thinking about buying a Sleep Number bed for quite a while. A king-size bed is ideal but we didn't have room in our bedroom for it. We bought the queen split mattress so we can adjust the hardness of each side separately but we didn't get the elevators in them.     I needed a mattress that would enable me to change its hardness back and forth and so I got a Sleep Number. The purchasing experience was really good but I was supposed to get a coupon sent to my brother-in-law for $100. They never sent it, so I’m not happy with that. My brother-in-law went to the Sleep Number store over there and asked them about it but they said that they never got it. Also, there was a little bit of misinformation during delivery. The store told me that the delivery team would put the mattress in the frame, and then when they got there, they said that they don’t put it in the frame. Instead, they only set it up, but they’ll do it for me because I was told that. So, they need to get their policy right. They have an excellent bed but not as excellent service. I really like the bed and I sleep better. My wife had an operation so she had to prop herself up and move her leg up, and that went really well for us.

The delivery team They came on time and showed us how to use the bed after setting it up. They put their little slipper things on even though I told them they didn't have to.     I'm very impressed with Sleep Number's product. I can adjust the mattress and everything works like it said. But the first issue was the salesperson did not tell me that I had to buy legs for my bed to get them elevated. So we had the bed at least six inches lower than it should've been. I thought I was buying a complete bed and found out I didn't. Now had the salesperson told me about that, then I would have bitten the bullet and I would have bought the legs at that time. The legs should've been included to begin with. The second strike was the cost of the pieces of plastic to elevate the bed. Six legs are well over $100 and then they also charged me an exorbitant amount of money to have them shipped.

    Moreover, I had to wait three weeks to get the legs and when I finally got those, I had to figure out how to put the bed together when it was already made on the floor, so that entered another challenge. When I filled out an inquiry they sent, I suggested they should reimburse me a lot of that money I had to pay for these legs and the frustration that I went through for it but they never did.

    I had a spinal fusion in '09 and it was from my lower lumbar, so I was dealing with that and chronic pain. About three years after that, I got a spinal cord stimulator just to control the chronic pain. It was agonizing dealing with that all the time and not sleeping, and I wanted to do something to get through life drug-free. The only thing that ever helped me not hurt was water therapy. The first time we walked into the mall, Sleep Number was giving free demos and so I laid down while the guy was explaining everything. When he adjusted the air bags and it got to my number, I was sold because it melted it away like I didn't hurt. It took about a month or two for us to do what we had to do and then we went in and we picked the one out, and I love it.

    We've had just such great experience from the very beginning with customer service and with the guys who came and set the bed up. It's really hard to find those good experiences with companies. And even if I had a question I could call and it's been good. I work in the kitchen for a school district and we're on our feet running and doing all kinds back and forth. I've told the ladies about the bed and they could see a difference in me, because when I get a good night's sleep, my day is better. I don't like going anywhere traveling 'cause I wish I could take my bed. If I need another one, Sleep Number will be the first one that we come to.

    My husband thought it might be a good idea to try one of these Sleep Number beds because he's had a lot of joint problems. I didn't like the fact that I had to travel all the way to Tallahassee for it because that's two hours away from where I'm at and the other one was two hours away the other way at Pensacola, but we were really interested in looking at the mattress and to find out more about it. The sales professionals seemed like nice people and if we had any questions, they were there to answer them.

    I have the Flex Split where both sides raise up and down. My husband feels much better and a bit more comfortable. He doesn't have to worry about trying to stack pillows behind his back because the bed raises up. So it's more convenient for him too. The problem that I see is that when a pillow gets in between that little split area, it pushes the mattresses apart so that the gap there is very large and I don't know what to do with it.

    We used to have water beds and I always wondered why doesn’t somebody just put air in them. It would be the same but a lot easier and wouldn’t be so heavy if you want to move it. I was looking for a mattress that's adjustable to what's comfortable to my hips and Sleep Number is the only one I know that makes it. It took two months to get my order delivered. The delivery guy got in at 8:30 at night and showed me how the bed worked. People said the bed leaks air but mine hasn't so far. It’s still 40 and 35. The bed's quality is very good and highly-rated.     I ended up making my New Year's resolution about my body needing to be corrected by the way I'm sleeping. We went to Sleep Number and the sales rep was friendly and personable. She knew I was looking more for a pillow top versus a memory foam because I told her if I slept too warm, I can't sleep. She recommended the pillow top then brought me over to something that would be comparable to what I would be getting. I laid on it and got the whole unit.

    The delivery guys were quick, efficient and seemed like they knew what they were doing. They initially grabbed the wrong box out of the truck, but they ran downstairs and grabbed the correct one.     I had been wanting to get a new bed for awhile and I haven’t been sleeping the greatest in the one we had, so I had looked at Sleep Number as an alternative. We purchased the full bed and we've lost the base, but we didn’t buy it back. Then we bought our own headboard. The sales representative is a young kid who was new, only 3 weeks in, yet overall we were happy and it was really good in the beginning. However, we had a situation at the end where we thought we were getting the bed with both the headrest lift and the leg lift and when it got delivered we learned it was just the headrest lift. He had made a mistake partly because he was new and partly he wasn’t clear with me. He told us he just bought the exact same bed as the model we were sitting on which had the leg lift. But the clarity in the conversation wasn’t there

    I was a little frustrated when it got delivered and if that mistake would have been made in my business, we’d have made it right and replaced the bed with what we thought we were getting. But that’s not what ended up happening and the sales rep even gave me a price to upgrade but we decided not to. Although I was a little frustrated because of the miscommunication, it was overall a good experience. The bed seems really nice. I'm not as happy with how our un-sleeping as I was hoping to be, but it's better. I was thinking it was going to be magic gateball to sleeping well and it hasn’t been quite that.

    We had friends that had some Sleep Number beds at their lake house, and we spent the weekend there and my wife loved it. The young lady that sold us the bed seemed to be very knowledgeable about their product line and was very patient with us to try what she had on display. The delivery people who delivered it was great. The quality of the bed seems to be holding up quite well.

    However, the scheduling at Sleep Number was very disappointing and downright annoying. We were the last stop of the day and they had to reschedule. They didn’t come totally prepared to put the thing in and were extremely late in coming by a few hours. We were preparing for them to come the first time and had been ready for them and moved everything that needed to be moved so they wouldn’t have any problem. We had to put our bed back together in order for us to sleep on it. In the time frame that they said they were coming out, they gave me a four to six hour period. For some reason, they seemed to want to always stick us at the very end, so it was late in the evening by the time they actually got here.

    Whatever we ordered had to come from New Jersey, and the things that they were missing had to be reordered from there which was time-consuming. From the very time we bought it to the time we actually started sleeping on it was three weeks. But the gentlemen who came in the second time had everything that needed to be done and they were very competent. They actually moved my old mattress. The Sleep Number sales person finally called after we had it and they have stopped on to verify that things were still going okay and there weren’t any problems. The followup on her part was very good. Everybody has been very pleasant, but there seems to be confusion between dispatching and the people who do the work. Other than that, my wife loves the bed and it’s hard to get her out of it. She won’t even get up to go to work and works while in bed. She truly enjoys the bed and so do I.

    Our experience with Sleep Number has been wonderful. There were two things that helped us decide to make a purchase with them. For one, we got great guidance from the salesperson that was there, and secondly, we wanted to buy an item that would not have any kind of "expiration period." It doesn't get worn out and it's an item that we'll be able to carry on and use for the rest of our lives. The purchase had been on our minds, but it wasn't something that we were going to look at that night, but we came upon the store and decided to go in. We spent about an hour there and the salesperson was very helpful in dealing with the different models and characteristics of each one, and what each one has to offer. It became very simple for us to determine which ones best fit our needs. Also, we laid on the bed and she was able to gauge our comfort level separately and attached a number to that. In fact, it was very accurate.

    And then, I gave the cost more thought and came to the conclusion that I'd spend $3,500 now and really not have to buy another mattress. Also, it travels well. If we move, it packs well and we will be able to take it with us to our next location. That night, we left with all of the information we needed to make a decision. And then, a week later, we called back to the store. The salesperson that helped us wasn't working then, but somebody else helped us, and since we knew exactly what we wanted, we placed the order at that time.

    We bought a queen-sized Sleep Number bed with dual remotes, so we can adjust each side separately. The quality is great. Also, I've never really spent any time thinking about what kind of a night's sleep I had. We downloaded the app and became a little obsessed looking at it every day to see how we slept but we don't do that much now. We look at it only every three weeks and it can chart out where our sleep and rating has been each night. I was pleasantly surprised to see how accurate it was that if I was to get out of bed at 4:00 in the morning, the next day, I look at the chart and it shows that I was out of bed, and for a 10-minute period. It has been really nice. It has made us more aware of how much and what kind of sleep we're getting and I've made a conscious effort to try and score it at a particular level. It has helped me for my activities during the day then.

    My husband and I prefer different types of mattresses. We've had a Sleep Number before and we kind of knew what we wanted. We love the bed, but the application that we bought, SleepIQ, was pointless. It is hard to read and not user-friendly. If you've finished sleeping and you went back in bed to work, which I sometimes do, you should be able to adjust the application easily to say that you are not sleeping. I tried it for a couple of weeks and gave up. A lot of times the remote controls have a long delay, which is aggravating. Why does it have to connect to the internet in order to change my position or my setting?

    Both my sisters have a Sleep Number and they were very happy with them. My girlfriend has problems with her back and she likes a soft bed while I like a firmer bed. The Sleep Number rep was very informative and knew what she was talking about. She pointed us in the direction after we explained to her what we were looking for. We went and looked at it and then we waited about a week before we went back and make a purchase. We had it delivered to us and the delivery team was in and out of there in 45 minutes, were very professional and also explained how everything worked.

    The bed is comfortable and it is nice that it has the adjustability feature. I usually keep mine way up at 70, and my girlfriend likes hers at 40. We’re happy with ours except for one reason. The bed is very hot. I wake up in the morning feeling uncomfortably warm. We even went with that cooling fitted sheet (because my girlfriend was concerned about that) and still, for some reason, we do get warm at night. I’m contemplating of buying the next step up and buy that mattress that you can control the hotness and coldness but it’s about $1,600 bucks which is a little steep.

    My wife is particular about what kind of bed we want to get. She looked at Tempur-Pedic and different Sleep Numbers and similar Tempur-Pedics, etc. She researched for three weeks before she finally decided which one and it was her decision to go with Sleep Number. We have the base with a plastic framework and a pad that came with it, in addition to the mattress. We set it up ourselves and I was really surprised how simple it went together. It was lightweight and the mattress itself was easy to put together. I just unroll it and use the pump that came with it. However, there's a little bit lack of quality control as far as making sure the bolts and the nuts are both coarse-thread. We had to go to the local hardware store and get the long enough coarse-thread bolts because the bolts that came with it are fine-thread.

    I don't have a problem with our Sleep Number bed because I can sleep on anything, but my wife has mixed views. Some days, she would sleep pretty good,and other days she doesn't. She's adjusting the air mattress firmness up and down every once in a while. We have recommended the bed to our friends and have mentioned it to my sister too.

    When I was pregnant, I could not get comfortable in any way, and I had back surgery as well and I thought that the Sleep Number would be good, so I went to the store and tried it out. The salespeople were good. They explained the benefits and there was a deal going on at the time. I work in sales, too, so I know how that goes. In fact, I had no intention of buying a mattress that day. I had every intention of shopping around and trying out other mattresses, and the rep sold me on “If I don’t buy this today, I’m not gonna get this good deal because it’s going away.”

    I purchased the mattress and the adjustable frame. I did the home delivery, and the delivery guys banged up part of my wall in my staircase and chipped my wood staircase railing. They said that they would file a claim for it on my behalf so I’ll get it fixed. They never did. I was pregnant at the time, almost due to have a baby, and I had so much other stuff going on that I didn’t follow through on it. I forgot about it. They were not careful with my home when they brought in the mattress. They damaged it and didn’t really seem to care. When the time comes to buy a new mattress, I probably wouldn’t buy a Sleep Number again. It’s not as comfortable as I thought it would be. It’s not bad, but it's not amazing like we thought it would be. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience.

    Purchasing a Sleep Number bed for me falls under the category of worst experience with a company involving a bed. The M7 didn't work from day one. It took multiple phones calls to customer service and long troubleshooting sessions to get the bed to work intermittently. Often times it would fill up entirely and refuse to let air out and it would rarely cooperate with the supplied remote. Many times the remote would give one reading and the bed would be the opposite. Other times the remote would show the bed adjusting, but the bed would not be following the remote's signal and the remote would just instantly go back the to original setting. The whole process would leave us confused and unable to get a comfortable setting. The bed is difficult to tear down and troubleshoot for someone like me suffering from chronic pain and mobility issues and even without my issues it is time consuming.

    After the troubleshooting calls and the complaining they finally offered to replace the bed, but by that point my wife and I were entirely too frustrated in our dealings with Sleep Number's lack of a swift and effective response. We would have been happy if they had offered to replace the bed on the second troubleshooting call or even offered to send a tech to help, but it wasn't until I was in excruciating pain a few nights later from the lack of a comfortable sleep that I came to a realization they were just going to keep having us do the troubleshooting even if they replaced the bed with one that did in fact work and it ended up breaking down as well in the future. I would be suffering again, troubleshooting again, complaining again, and not sleeping again.

    When you have the kind of pain I do every day even the slightest glimmer of hope of relief or a better night's sleep can be quite enticing as sleep is usually when I can find a small amount of relief. They offered a bit of hope through the bed and the dual temp layer touting I could have a sleep experience exactly the way I liked and I was unable to experience such an extraordinary sleep experience with their products. I left a similar review on their website and shortly thereafter they responded with their prefabricated response to contact them on their customer service number as my satisfaction was their primary concern. I called the number and was told that I would be required to pay to return the bed regardless of its faulty nature and there wasn't anywhere I could drop the bed off myself.

    The only other option was to pay to ship the bed in a large multitude of boxes to wherever they desired, but I wasn't allowed to return it myself to any of their facilities and avoid a costly return fee. I continued to complain and they offered to remove half of the return cost. The only other option was to accept another bed and hope it worked without any problems otherwise I would be required to pay the almost $200 to return the replacement if I was actually unhappy with a bed that did work and it just didn't live up to its advertised hype. The bed could have been good if it worked, but the headache and terrible customer service experience.

    I love my Sleep Number bed. However, I am disturbed that SleepIQ does not register my heart rate most of the time. Customer service says it's probably because I sleep on my side. I feel I am not getting accurate readings of my sleep, as heart rate enters into the calculation. I am sure I am not the only side sleeper. When I was sold the system, I was not warned it would not work properly for me. I think a fix is needed.

    I would tell everyone to be aware of this company! I wish we did more research! We spent over 10K on this bed. We have had mildew smell twice, ripped sheets 4 times, ripped mattress once, pump not working twice and entire bed replacement twice. It is basically a overpriced smelly air mattress. We are so upset that we purchased this bed. We are now going to have to eat the 10K and just buy a "real" bed. We are telling everyone in hopes that they don't get in the terrible situation we are. STAY AWAY!!!

    We ordered a Sleep Number mattress and then it came via FedEx. I set it up myself and everything was fine. I've had the bed for almost six months now and I haven’t had a problem at all with it. I like that I can change the stiffness as I need it, plus my parents had one and they enjoyed it as well. I was really impressed with the fact that the bed comes in different pieces. Should a piece break or wear out, you just replace it. I liked that you don’t have to end up replacing the whole bed. That was really interesting. In addition, it’s good to do business with Sleep Number - no high-pressure tactics. Working with their reps was great. They worked with me. I was able to get plenty of things and everything worked.

    I have a lot of back problems so bought a Sleep Number. We got the i8 with the bed frame that lifts up and down, also got the cooling pad, the protecting pad, pillows, cases and sheet. The delivery guys were careful and courteous. I had a lot of problems trying to find the right number and Sleep Number had to make some adjustments and send us some stuff to add to the bed to get a softer feel. We're still playing around with it, and for the last few nights I've been on 60 and it's been good. The bed is exactly what I thought it would be, but it doesn't work out. I was looking for something a little bit different from the way it shows on TV, like how it forms around the body, and the one I got doesn't do that.

    My ex-wife and I bought a Sleep Number bed in 1996 and when we divorced I went and got another one. The sales representative that I had was very good. He showed me all the different models, explained the pricing formats and the difference between them and was really patient getting me to the one that I both wanted and could afford. I was a little disappointed not with the delivery team, but with the set up. Whoever does the appointments scheduled a set up time and didn’t bother to confirm it with me. They just called and said they're on their way with my bed and it wasn’t a good time for me, so I had to wait another week until they were able to bring it. But once the delivery team was here, they did a fantastic job.

    I have one complaint and I was getting ready to go back to the Sleep Number store to discuss it. There's a very strong chemical smell that was with the bed when it was first set up and they said it would fade after a couple of weeks and it hasn’t. I travel a good bit for my work so I haven’t been home all that much, but now that I've been home a little bit more lately, it's causing some headaches and some discomfort for me. I'm not sure if there's anything that they know of as far as getting rid of the odor.

    I’ve had good luck with my Sleep Number bed. I’ve been sleeping through most of the night. I like the idea of being able to try it and if you didn't like it, within 100 days you can send it back. We went back about three times. One was late one evening when we're on our way somewhere else and stopped in for a few minutes and then go back another night and looked again and tried some other ones and decided to settle on the one we got. I'm just very happy with our bed. If anything happens to it, I'd probably try another one.

    My back was killing me. Now that we have Sleep Number, it's killing me less now and my wife loves the bed. The representative that helped us with our purchase was polite, friendly, informative, and made sure to ask questions that were relevant to what we wanted to get. My wife also says that while he did sell us the product, he also left us alone to make our own decision, which is a big thing for us. We scheduled a home delivery and the delivery guy knew what he was doing. He was quick and polite and clean about it, got everything set up and made sure that we understood the adjustments before he left.

    The bed is great, comfy, gives good support, and each of us gets to have the bed that we want. But I do have one issue. The remote died within a month of getting it. It's not the batteries. We're not sure what is wrong with it but it won't turn on. So, I've been using the app in order to make adjustments to the bed so it's not a big deal for us. But it is something that Sleep Number might want to look at as a quality control issue. Other than that, I have recommended the bed to my aunt who already picked up one. She's delighted with it as well.

    We bought a Nautilus bed about 20 years ago, but they are no longer in business. When we thought that we have gotten all that we could get out of that bed and were afraid that it was going to start leaking, we decided to get the Sleep Number bed. The quality of the mattress is excellent. Our old bed has the same concept where we can adjust the sides of the bed for comfort. The biggest difference was that with Sleep Number, it takes a while to inflate or deflate when we decide on a setting. It was immediate with my old bed. But I've gotten used to it and it's all made up.Then my husband took it back to 100 the other night and I was lying in bed and didn't see him with the remote in his hand. So I was lying there watching TV and all of a sudden it starts deflating. It's just funny that someone can do that and I would not even realize it. We've enjoyed it overall and if a friends asks, I would tell them to go for it.

    After hearing some reviews over the radio about Sleep Number over the years and then needing a good mattress that would last a while, we decided to buy a Sleep Number. We got a queen-sized mattress with a box spring and a couple of pillows. We enjoyed working with the sales professionals. Everything was simple and straightforward. The delivery guys did the setup for me. There was a little bit of difficulty in scheduling the delivery, but we finally got that worked out. We’re satisfied with our purchase. We’re getting better and more consistent sleep and sometimes, we can adjust the bed when we need to. If we’re sore from some activity, we can go down on the bed. If we’re normally fine, we’ll adjust it back up about mid-range. So we’re enjoying it quite a bit. However, it is a bit warmer to sleep on than usual. I don’t know if there’s a remedy for that, or if there’s a mattress pad that would help.

    I like soft bed and my partner likes more of a firmer one so Sleep Number seemed like the better choice. We got sheets, a mattress, and an adjustable base from them. Chandler, the salesrep at the Seaport store, was amazing. We've had the purchased items delivered and the delivery team was very professional even though it’s bad weather down here. They showed up a little early. A couple of deliveries got canceled so they called to see if it was okay to get here early and it was fine.     The salesman was awesome and knew exactly what he was doing. All I bought was the bed and then I got the thing where the head lifts up. This is my second Sleep Number bed. The old one started smelling of plastic. Delivery was good but I need them to come back to move the mattress toward the headboard so that it will slide down once I put the top-up but it will still be free of the foot board. It's so close toward the foot board that it slides just enough, that I'm having to pick this mattress up and move it in order to make the bed and get the spreads and sheets down between the foot board and the bed.

    I decided to buy a mattress from Sleep Number as a secondary bed to sleep on. We went to our local store and the salesperson there was very accommodating. The only thing that I had an issue with was how long it took for our purchase to get here. The reps told us that they would call and tell us when the delivery was. They did that, but it took a month for them to get it here.

    We had a Sleep Number bed since 1998, we've bought three. One my sister has, one we have, and now this one. For the last one that we bought, we were in Minnesota and picked it up at the factory north of Saint Paul. For this one, I had no idea that it would take that long to deliver. But the installers were very good at their job, were very professional and went over everything with me on how to run the new one because it is slightly different from the old one. We also tried their pillows but didn’t like them. Other than the delivery time, we had a very good experience and have recommended Sleep Number to our family.

    We needed a king-sized bed and wanted to be able to elevate it, and the Sleep Number seemed nice. They have friendly and knowledgeable sales reps. One of my complaints is that they didn’t give any sort of training in terms of checking the connections. They showed me the remote and how to use it, but right now our remotes aren’t working at all and we don't know what to check because we were never shown how it works. Also, we bought the i8 because it was supposed to have better cooling technology but I feel like it’s the hottest bed I ever slept in. But it's comfortable when it's working. Later I purchased a twin for my mother who was in the nursing home, she loved her new bed, she had it for several years, and someone with the cleaning crew at the nursing home ruined it. I called Select Comfort and the got me a new one at a fraction of the cost. When she passed away in 2010, I told them that she had passed and the zipper had broken on it, I couldn't believe it, they gave me a new mattress at no charge.     Our old mattress which was not that old but we did not have the paperwork for had a big divot in it at way too early of a stage in the mattress which we were very frustrated with.     I was trying to find a bed that was comfortable for me since I have arthritis. The Sleep Number sales rep, Laura, was great. She remembers us every time we go to the store. I got a queen-sized bed, a full-sized guest bed, pillows and sheets. The first time they tried to deliver the bed, the truck got stolen so we had to wait to schedule for another delivery of another bed and they were apologetic about that. The next delivery, I was missing the screws and legs for the bed so we had to wait for the legs, and then we had to wait for the screws to be screwed on the backboard.     We love the quality of our Sleep Number bed but we'll need to call customer service because we need them to come out and check it. We got the adjustable king size bed and it seemed like it was split too far. When we sleep and every time one of us rolls over, our arm keeps falling through the center, and we weren’t expecting that. So we went back to the store to look at the sample that they had. We were talking to the sales person, and I showed him the picture that I took with my phone. He said that it shouldn’t be that far split and maybe the base hadn’t quite got put together right. So, they advised us to call the customer service and have somebody come out and re-look at it.

    We’re very pleased with the unit we bought from Sleep Number. I knew a relative who had a Sleep Number, and I had passed their store on the way up to a medical appointment so I figured I’d stop in because we desperately needed another bed. I brought my wife back, and we happened to be in the right place at the right time, so we didn’t hesitate. We got the bed at a one-day once a year sale. The people at the store up in Johnson City, Tennessee are excellent professionals. John was one of them, and then there was a girl who we did business with. They were very thorough. We had a good comfort level with them. That’s why we bought the bed. Besides it, we heard a lot about Sleep Number, and we needed it.

    I don’t know all the particulars about the model of what we got. We just sat and laid on it and then decided it’s the one we want. It would’ve cost us around $5,500 and we got it for a lot less. We also got some bedding and the base. They shipped our items and had an installer set the unit up for us. The delivery people came in a marked vehicle so we knew who it was. They were very courteous and knew what they were doing. They took the old bed away. For the amount they charged, we figured it was worth getting it set up correctly, and it worked out good.

    So far, the items we got are excellent. The girl said it will last for a long time, so time will tell, but the controller and unit work fine. Now when we sleep and get up the next morning, we feel well-rested. It’s a good product. It’s firm, and in fact, whatever firmness we want, we can get to it. Sleep Number is pricey, but if people can afford the bed, we'd recommend it. Our experience has been good.

    We had a Sleep Number bed years ago and for some reason it just didn't work for us. It makes us go down when raised up plus the feet went up and down, so it wasn't very conducive to us. But then we checked out Sleep Number again at the Home & Garden Show this year. The sales rep there was very nice. He showed us a bed that's half split, the full split and some other features as well and what we could get on our bed. He let us decide which one we wanted, and then helped us get it all set up.

    We got the king size split all the way down the center. We just got the base and bed this time since we already had the pillows and it's doing very well for us. We can change our settings so my wife can raise up and I can stay lowered. I especially like the lighting underneath the bed at night because my wife goes to bed early and I go to bed a little later in the night time. And I’ve used the vibrator on my side twice so far. The bed is very comfortable and we've told people about Sleep Number. We also bought a set of sheets, but their sheets don't work as well as we thought they were. But we've got our own anyway. The delivery team brought the bed right on time. They took away the old mattress and set it all up, and were gone in about an hour and a half.

    My husband had back surgery and continually had issues sleeping so we got the Sleep Number mattress. The sales rep answered all our questions and their delivery team was very professional. They got the mattress up and running quick. I was told that regular sheets wouldn't fit it so I bought a set but they were just way too big. There's so much extra fabric that just bunch up and that drives me crazy. The sheets suck but we really like the mattress.

    I purchased my Sleep Number bed 2 years ago. I have some level of warranty left permitting discounts on replacement parts. The number indicates 100 but there is a significant lack of air. I called Sleep Number. They recommended the replacement of the foam. I paid the money. This did not work. I requested a person come out and fix it. I paid 180.00 for this. 3 weeks later someone came and told me they believed there was an air pump issue. They had no parts with them and said they would order me an air pump. 1 month later I found out they started the order and did not finish it. I requested, they send someone out with this pump to install and they said I would have to pay another 180.00 for a service call plus the air pump which costs 150.00. This is insane. I could have nearly bought another mattress and I'm not so sure it really is the air pump. People beware. This product is great for 2 years. After that forget it.

    We shopped around and liked that the Sleep Number contains pressure in the bed. With other mattresses, you're stuck with it if you don't like it. Their sales reps were good and we got the king-size mattress. Their delivery team was on time and at home for only about 40 minutes. The mattress seems to be holding up though and I don’t have to adjust the pressure that much. I like it so far and don't think the bed was too hot in the summertime even if there were a lot of complaints that it was. My only complaint is the price which I get a bill every month although the price is comparable to other companies. Other than that, my experience so far has been great.

We bought the bed because one side of it could be a different softness than the other, which is kind of important because my wife and I have different needs sleep-wise.     I'm an older person and if I got sick, I wanted to have a bed that would raise the feet and the back and be comfortable. I looked at numerous beds and I found one that I liked elsewhere. But I kept telling my daughter I wanted to look at a Sleep Number bed and check it out, and I fell in love with it. The delivery team that set it up was great, and the salesperson that sold it to me when I went in to look at it the first time wasn't pushy. He told us everything about it and let us try different beds out. Then when I went in to purchase it, it was a different salesperson and they both worked with us real well on it. They were both wonderful.

    My bed is really comfortable. I went on vacation and I couldn't wait to get back to my own bed. Once a month Sleep Number says that I'm supposed to put it back up to 100% on both sides. I got the queen-size mattress and whenever I would go on vacation I would set it for 100 and then when I came back, I would put it back down to my own setting. Also, I can be watching TV at night and I can put it in a certain position, and then an hour later, I can set it for another position. I don't even know that I'd go back down in that position when I fall asleep sitting up. I would suggest it to anybody. In fact, I've told my daughter-in-law about it when I went to see her this weekend 'cause she just bought a bed and paid quite a bit for her mattresses and she was telling me how comfortable it was. It was comfortable but it didn't do the stuff that mine can do.

    We had a house fire back in February and lost everything. My girl's mom and I looked at Sleep Number one time and that was the bed we wanted to buy. We got the Sleep Number limited edition mattress with a base. We also bought the thing that goes on the top of the mattress that got a cooling effect to it.     I had been in different mattresses for all my life and I never found anything that was really comfortable for my size and weight. My uncle, Jay, had been sleeping on a Sleep Number bed for years. So when he came up here to visit us one time, he rented a room with it for $200 a night for two nights because he can't sleep on a regular bed. Then one morning, I just woke up with our hard bed and though that there's gotta be a better way. I got tired of all the beds that I've been sleeping in all my life and I thought to try Sleep Number to see how it works.

    It was also my birthday, so I went to the Sleep Number store in Springfield to buy the bed as a birthday present for myself. I pulled up in my pickup truck, but the lady at the store told me that their beds aren't the ones that I could take home after because they make the bed after ordering them. I bought it and I really like it. It seems to sleep me really well and it will take care of whatever issue I may have if I up or down it a notch. I also purchased some pillows and cover, and then I got the mattress cover pad and a cover that went over it.

    I have sleep apnea and I wake up anywhere from six to eight times in a night and get up and down. I'm a very light sleeper and with Sleep Number bed I was waking up anywhere from three to five times a night, so that's a big difference for me. I'm not as restless in my sleep as I usually am and I don't move around in my bed as much as I did. I'm more comfortable and I sleep better in my Sleep Number bed. However, it is a little hard to find one for my wife because she's not as comfortable with it as I am. I do sleep better through the night with it. Sometimes we'll go the one under my Sleep Number or one over depending on how my lower back or my knees feel.

    We need a new bed. We had a no name memory foam bed for about 20 years. We're getting older so we thought to do Sleep Number. We looked very seriously at the Tempur-Pedic, but the attraction with Sleep Number was we didn't have to choose soft or hard. We could adjust it as we went, so we bought the top of the line king at the local mall where there is a showroom. We also took advantage of the zero interest and that was a big factor in our decision and it went pretty well. However, it was a long wait for the bed - around six weeks at that time. That is an advantage that Tempur-Pedic would have had 'cause they're pre-made, but again, the advantage of having infinite flexibility and adjustment made this.

    The delivery team came and set it up and that went very smoothly, too. We got the software attached to it as well, so we've been getting reports on one of the sides. We've never had a split bed before, so that's a bit weird having a casement and there's quite a bit of cold air that comes up. The remotes are also very fragile. Both have broken and are being replaced, however we haven't received them yet. So, I'm worried about the functionality of the mechanical bed. I don't see the mechanism lasting 20 years. And I don't know what we're gonna do when that is shut. But, it's a good product. It does exactly what they did and they don't oversell it.

    I wanted to control what my bed felt like if it was firm or soft. So we bought a mattress and a sheet cover from Sleep Number. I like how I can add or take away from the air inside the bed as my body changes or needs something different which definitely helps my body. They just shipped the bed to us and it was really simple. However, my husband doesn’t like the ledge that they put in between the two beds.

    Also, the sheet cover that we bought doesn’t cover the whole mattress. They said that this $200 thing will be amazing, but the elastic part that goes around the sides doesn’t hold. So it is constantly sliding up and creating bunching in the sheets on top of it. Then it’s a really thin layer so it doesn’t add any kind of softness to it. I would never spend that money on that again, ever. We bought one for our queen sized before at the same price, but it was stain resistant and had a nice, thick, foamy topper to it. It was noticeably different and is softer to lay on.

    Then we had to purchase a 3-inch foam padding to put on top of so it will be comfortable for us. For the price that we paid, I wish they had a little more padding, even for the lower end beds. We wanted something with a little more memory foam and a little thicker so it could be comforting to my body because the one we got is just a really thin layer of material that goes over the top and it feels like a glorified mattress rather than an actual bed. I have a frustration with the thickness on the bedding and then having to put a makeshift memory foam mattress on it and the constant fighting with it.

    My wife and I were looking for a standard bed. She wanted a soft bed and I wanted a harder bed, so we were trying to split it down the middle, which is what a Sleep Number is. The sales rep was awesome. There were only us when we went into the actual store so it was a very personalized type of experience. We had our kids there with us so they were running around, jumping on beds and doing what they do, but the sales rep was very professional. He showed us everything and answered all of our questions and then we were able to get what we wanted. The delivery crew was awesome as well. They wore the little covers on their boots and everything else even when I told them it wasn’t a big deal. I have three dogs and two kids, so they were all trying to get the delivery crew's attention and the crew was still very courteous about everything.

    Overall, we're very pleased with the purchase. Our Sleep Number bed lets us move our feet up and then it's a split top, so I can have my side higher or lower depending on how I like to sleep and then my wife can do the same. It's pretty awesome to be able to have two separate mattresses. I also love the fact that we can pick and choose how we want to sleep that night. If we had to change anything, we probably would have gotten the deluxe under whatever adjustment deal, but it's not all that serious to us.

    I couldn't stay on my previous bed for more than two hours. My back would just kill me so I start sleeping on the couch, in a chair, anywhere except on my bed. I heard about Sleep Number for a long time so I got one. The sales professionals at Sleep Number were great. Everybody had been so helpful and answered all my questions. I've never been to a bed store like that before. Most have it showing me and then try high pressure sales and end up getting something you don't really want. I think that it don't matter what you buy from Sleep Number, any bed, you're gonna be happy with it. It's expensive but I needed a change and try something that would work and it came with great features.

    I bought the mattress, the pillows and the pillow covers. It was like the step up than the base model. They got a little bit thicker pad but I can't be upset about it because for me it's just been wonderful. It took me a little while to get the right number and get adjusted to it. But once I got dialed in I lay down because I work a lot of hours being a truck driver. I need to get good quality sleep which now I get. I fall faster and stay asleep longer. Trying to wake up is a pain and now I can't get my whole family off my bed.

    Apparently during the delivery there was a huge backlog on the bed because it took three weeks to a month before I got it. It was fine because I thought it's worth the wait. They called me when they were on their way which gave us the time and the guys were polite. The guy that installed it told me a lot. He showed me, I watched him do it. It was an awesome experience. They had it up real quick. It's fantastic. I can't live without my Sleep Number bed. My wife and I love this bed. I'm happy with it because it's a bed I'll have for a long time. The bed is so light. I've told everybody to buy one as it is worth it.
