I have lower back problems and I thought that the Sleep Number bed might fix the problem, so I bought their mattress. One of the reasons I was intrigued about the mattress is that it last for 20 to 25 years because it's not spring, hence the quality is good. And it was easy to set up. But I don't know what's wrong because it hasn't fixed my back problems. I've been to a Chiropractor, pain specialist, acupuncturist, and physical therapist but I cannot get my lower back to stop hurting. What's funny is that when I go to bed, I don't feel great and actually wake up worse. It hurts when I roll over in the bed and when I get up - it was worse than my previous mattress. There's something about this Sleep Number mattress that my back does not like. I'd wanted to return the bed but I didn't do it on time.

I have back problems and my husband has knee problems. We went into the Sleep Number store and their sales reps were very helpful. First, they put us on the one bed just to get our number and then once we received that number, we moved over to the different models of the bed and then put our numbers in to see which one was more comfortable. We ended up liking the adjustable one with the cool mattress. We also bought the railings and the pillows with it.

My in-laws have a couple of Sleep Number beds and my husband's been having a lot of back problems so we got our own. At that time, Sleep Number was promoting the store and it had a pretty set up so we walked in there and tried the beds. Their sales reps were amazing and very detailed. They explained every bed that was set up during the display. They were very friendly. The bed is amazing and I love it.

I liked that Sleep Number had a warranty and that I can adjust the bed. Their sales reps were great. They answered every question I had and were friendly. The delivery team was quick and professional. They taught me through on how to work the Sleep Number. I'm satisfied and happy with my new mattress.

My husband has back problems so we decided to purchase a Sleep Number bed. We got the bedding and adjustable base. The quality of the bed is good and my husband likes it. It was an easy and good experience.

My husband and I have back pains and aches. One day, he decided that we’re going to try Sleep Number out and he liked it. So we went up the next day and decided to go ahead and buy the queen size bed and two pillows. The sales agent was very personable on what we needed. Then, the delivery and set up team knocked on the door and introduced themselves. We had our bed broke down and they carried it out for me, put the other one up, and was done in no time. I love the bed but my husband says it vibrates too much because it vibrates his ears. So I have to wait till he wakes in the morning to turn the massager on.

I have the adjustable base from Sleep Number. The sales rep wasn't that helpful as I already knew what I wanted but the delivery guys were very nice. I think the bed is overpriced as I could have slept just as well on a cheaper bed.

We've owned a Sleep Number for about 10 years and my husband wanted a bigger one. They delivered it but we set it up which wasn't too bad. We just had to take our other one down so it took a little bit for the set up to do because we did both in one day. Nonetheless, we feel good about our bed and we really enjoy it.

We love the Sleep Number bed. We got the bed and the mattress and I haven’t had any problems out of them. The sales guy was good. The delivery team was top-notch because they were there when they said they were gonna be, very professional and knew exactly what they were doing, and knew a lot about the products.

My wife has scoliosis and trouble sleeping. We decided to try Sleep Number as a last resort. We got the twin beds that rise and lower independently. The sales reps were pleasant to work with. The overall quality of the bed is good. However, it’s a little slow in its reaction time, and it needs a heavier pump on it. The hot and cold spongy mattress that my wife sleeps on doesn’t exactly work the way they said it would, but other than that, it’s okay. It's been a Godsend for my wife as she doesn’t wake up with the back problems she had before. It’s a little too expensive but good for people that have back problems and a little bit of money to burn.

Sleep Number has more options as far as sleeping. We bought the bed, some sheets and pillowcases, too. The quality is excellent, it's much better than the bed we’ve had. We love it and it's definitely worth it. Their sales rep was also fantastic and the delivery team was wonderful and made sure everything worked. We got excellent customer service from them.

I love the adjustable base and the mattress we got from Sleep Number. Everything was wonderful during our purchase. The sales rep was very helpful and very informative. It was also perfect with the delivery team. They were very respectful of my property, of me, and of my time.

We fell in love with the Sleep Number mattresses and its comfort just trying them out. We bought the whole nine yards - the mattress, base, pillows and the cooling mat. The sales reps were all great. They worked with us ‘cause we were trying to keep prices down. It was still pricey but everything is. My husband and I are both close to 60 so we figured with the guarantee that they have on it, it would probably be our last mattress that we’d be buying. Also, the delivery guys were wonderful. I've had my Sleep Number bed for 12 years, and I love it. Last February however, I bought one for my daughter and we're having issues with it. My husband set it up wrong and my daughter's complaining again. We should have someone set it up.

I love my Sleep Number. My boss has one, and it was comfortable, so I got myself their mattress, base, and a cover. The rep helped me with everything. The team that did the delivery was good. They helped me with any questions I had, and set it up where I wanted it. I had a great experience.

I had heard about Sleep Number for years and I knew I wanted one. I actually turned my brother towards Sleep Number, so he bought one a couple of years ago and absolutely loved it. When I decided to get one, their sales rep showed me around and showed me a bunch of beds. She was very nice and helpful, answered all my questions and showed me everything there was to see. Their delivery guys were also quick and cleaned up their mess. They were in and out pretty quickly. This bed is fabulous and I wish I had bought one sooner. In fact, I have recommended Sleep Number to friends.

We were not happy with our prior mattress and Consumer Reports spoke very highly of Sleep Number. The sales rep was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. We didn’t feel pressured into buying something. The delivery team was very efficient. The two of them came in, moved the old bed out and just started opening packages and assembling the base. They put the pump on the floor and the two mattresses in there. They were very good. I'm glad we had them set the bed up. I like the quality of the bed. It’s very good. I have no problems with it and I would recommend it.

We had the traditional mattresses and a Tempur-Pedic. Then we heard that Sleep Number was a good option for us, because we both wanted this type of mattress. We already had an adjustable base so we got the mattress, the cooling pad and the sheets from them, and we love it.

It was time to get a new bed so looked into Sleep Number and bought the mattress and the base. I feel very confident with the quality and the product has been really helpful as far as our sleep goes. It's nice to be able to adjust the cushion on the bed and make it comfortable. Their staff's very professional, quick and on time. I'm very happy with the customer service that I received and so I had recommended several people. I would be glad to go to that store again.

I bought a Sleep Number 27 years ago and when it first came out, I was satisfied except for the noise on that pump. Then it started to loosen air in the mattress and we couldn't keep it aired up so we decided to get a new one. The new bed was shipped to us and it went together very good. It's really easy to set up and I like the overall quality. I don't wake up with a sore back in the morning. The only odd thing is the remote control not being attached to the mattress so as not to lose it because that control is easy to lose or misplace. But they made a good mattress.

My mom had gotten a Sleep Number and she said that it helps her back so I bought one because I got a really bad back pain. The bed is really good and my back is way better now. Their sales reps were really helpful. They ran me through with finding my Sleep Number and let me try out different ones. They were all really nice and didn't pressure me into anything. I have recommended them.

I discovered black mold in the inside baffling area of the bed. I have been very sick and the doctors have been stumped as to what has been causing my illness up until now.

When we experienced the bed in store, we were absolutely amazed with the comfort level. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and bought the bed for pain relief, however, after delivery and much experimentation with the Sleep Number, it actually causes more pain. I have had to start sleeping in the guest room. We were told that there was a 100 day satisfaction guarantee only to find out that the 2,999.00 base is not returnable. Our salesman was very thorough -- highlighted and explained the 100 night in-home trial policy and had us initial the adjustable base return policy (without explaining that it was non returnable ) -- we thought we were initialing that it was returnable for 100 days. I will not be recommending the sleep number bed to my friends. In fact, I will be recommending the exact opposite.

I bought a Sleep Number to relieve some of my shoulder pain. We went to the Sleep Number store and the sales reps were very helpful and knowledgeable, but it was busy that day so I had to wait for an hour before I was able to get help. Finally, I got to try out some of the different beds they had in the place. The bed was shipped to me and I set it up myself. It was fairly easy though there were a couple of glitches. I needed to call in so that I could get help on how to get something to reset, but it wasn't really hard.

We love our Sleep Number experience. We purchased a mattress and their reps were all professional and very helpful. The delivery team was in and out in about 15 minutes and were very knowledgeable, too. The mattress has a very good quality.

I had a Sleep Number a few years ago but my ex took it. I wanted to get a better one because my fiance and I have back problems so I went with the one that goes up and down. It was an $8,000 bed and I got it for $4,000. Their sales rep was cool and nice, and everything was simple and done quickly. Their delivery team was very efficient. They showed up a little bit early which was good and showed me how to use the bed. Its quality is excellent. The remote is different and they seem to be better constructed - it's simplistic and easier. I would recommend this bed to anyone. It's very comfortable and I like the adjustable feature.

My wife was influenced by TV commercials so we went to the store, laid down on a few beds and decided from there. It was a good experience with Sleep Number. The bed seems fine but it’s expensive. It was six grand for the bed, but that’s what my wife wanted.

I had an old Sleep Number bed, which didn’t work anymore, so I recently purchased a queen sized Sleep Number mattress and frame. I really like the bed. I enjoy the nightlight underneath and I use all the features on it. The only thing was that their TV advertisement was misleading. It said that the bed was on sale for half price, and there wasn’t anything about a frame that was mentioned at all in the advertisement. It was my fault for assuming that it was the whole bed. And it wasn’t until I got up to the store and the rep added it all up that I've known that the mattress is the only thing that is half-priced. It’s just annoying. I would rather have it all upfront so that I know what’s going on and what to expect rather than I expect one thing and then I go in to get it or purchase the service, and it’s different than what I expected.

We had a number of friends tell us that they slept better after having Sleep Number and we finally bit the bullet and used income tax money and got one. It seems to be of good quality. Once we determined what number we wanted to stay at, we had been happy. I like it a little firmer than my husband does and it's a good thing since I am able to do that with the bed.

We've been looking at Sleep Number for years. We went in there 10 years ago to buy one but the salesman talked us into buying something else which turned out to cost more. We returned the mattress three times to get replaced because it was horrible. Then finally we bought a Sleep Number. The lady we talked to, Diane at Palm Coast, was excellent and nice. The bed was pretty easy to set up. We live in Palm Coast but I'm in Georgia working today and I wish I could spend more time with the bed.

We wanted a bed that will give us the ability to adjust the firmness of it so we got a Sleep Number. Their sales reps were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered our questions and told us what we needed to know. Their delivery team set the bed up and put it together. They were very efficient and did their job well. They were in and out very quickly. The bed is very good so far and it’s doing what I expected it to do.

The Sleep Number's sales rep was very informative, asked us a lot of questions, and took us through the different options that they had. Also, the delivery guys were fantastic. They called me and they arrived exactly what time they said they would; not a minute before or after. I was pregnant at the time and I had a one-year-old who was asleep and they were so quiet and very respectful of the fact he was sleeping. They were in and out and didn’t wake him up. But no matter what kind of bed we bought, my husband still woke up with back problems. The Sleep Number bed is helping, but he said he is struggling to figure out what number works best for him. Also, my old pillow doesn’t seem to go so well with the bed and I might look into getting one. I've heard good things about their pillows. I’ve recommended the bed to some friends.

I knew what I wanted when I went to the Sleep Number store and their rep sold me what I was looking for. I don't have any issues with the quality of the bed. It just didn't meet my expectations as far as sleeping. My wife loves it though.

We purchased a Sleep Number mattress which came with the plastic framing and base. The sales agents were friendly and able to answer questions but they were understaffed for the volume in the store, so had we not been interested in the bed, we would have left. The delivery team came in, put the bed together, took out the old bed, and left, so it was very efficient. One man even tried to explain to me how to use the bed but he spoke very broken English and also they still had to do 3 more installations and because of the volume that he had that day, he really couldn’t explain the bed to me. Had I not been interested in the bed when they delivered it, I probably would have wanted more information at the installation so I just had to read the book. But I'm sleeping better and I’ve told everybody how much I enjoy it.

We first got a Sleep Number 18 years ago and just replaced it. We decided we would like the kind with the base where we can press the button and sit up on it with the head and feet up. So we got one of those now and the old one has gone to the spare room. The sales rep was very good and professional. We were lucky we were the only ones in the store at the time. We went knowing what we wanted so it was an easy sell. The delivery team had a bit of a surprise time-wise in that we wanted them to move the old bed into the other room. They had to take the other one apart and move it, which we had understood they would do but there might have been miscommunication. They didn't allocate that much time to do it, but it worked out.

I've had two Sleep Number beds previously. I was going through a divorce and had to give up one of my Sleep Numbers to my ex. So I replaced the one I had to give up with another one and got a queen-sized. I love my Sleep Number beds and I recommend them to everyone.

Our mattress was really old. We were walking through the mall and Sleep Number had a nice setup. Their sales reps were very helpful but the delivery team was not as good. They were supposed to be here at a certain time but they were four and a half hours late. But other than that, they were good once they got to the house and got the bed all setup. I'd recommend them.

My back finally gave out on my old mattress which was good and firm but it couldn't be adjusted. After hearing on the radio that the Sleep Number could be adjusted back and forth, I went to their store and tried their beds. The p5 was too soft which was disgusting though I could harden it up. The p4 was the same and I got the p3 which worked out really well. I was in there for a while and they took time with me. It was all well worth it. Before I even purchased, I spent a lot of time with Diane, the sales rep, who gave me the whole story about when the guys were putting it together. She also told me that it might take me a couple of nights to get adjusted to it. I'd put it on a certain setting, leave it there and if it's too hard, I could drop the firmness and then try it there.

My wife and I like different settings on our bed and be able to adjust it. My in-laws have two Sleep Numbers, one in their guestroom and another in their bedroom. We stayed with them for a week and once we slept on their Sleep Number, we wanted one. We got one and their sales reps were nice and very informative. Their delivery team was very quick. Our bed is really nice and I really like it. It's been a good experience with Sleep Number.

I have had people that I knew who have used Sleep Number before and enjoyed them. We tried them out and liked them. Their sales reps were very informative, friendly, and not pushy at all. We were taken around and tried different versions of what they had. The delivery team showed up on time and the products were actually delivered much quicker than I expected. I'm very happy with the quality of the bed as well. I was impressed with their customer service. They've called us a couple of times to see how things were going. I'm sure the concept is to try and see whether there's any other product line we need, but there's no push. They're always very polite in wanting to know how things are.

We've had a Sleep Number in our home for 20 years. I love it and my wife likes it a lot. It's the best mattress we've had over the years. We just purchased a winter home done in Mesa and we went for a Sleep Number mattress. The store delivered it in a box and we put it together. We've only used the for a short time and the quality is very good.

The Sleep Number sales rep was very helpful when we got our mattress. Setting the bed up was easy and the quality is good but I wish I had upgraded a little bit more. I wouldn't want it as my primary mattress all the time without making it a little bit plusher. We just use it in an overnight house for the weekends so it isn't used a lot. But it's fine for what it does.

I got the whole nine yards - $5,000 worth from Sleep Number and I'm pretty pleased with what I've purchased. I'm 81 years old and the bed feels really good.

I have a lot of problems with my neck and my back and I wanted to be more comfortable so I went with Sleep Number. Their sales professionals were great. We spent almost an hour at the store and we tried out every single bed. We had the mattress delivered, the delivery team set it up, and they were very nice. They walked us through everything on how to use the remote. We could have gone with a cheaper mattress and been fine, but overall, we still like Sleep Number.

We needed a new bed so we got a Sleep Number mattress and a base. The quality is okay and I'm satisfied but if I was gonna spend 3,000 more dollars, I wouldn’t do it with Sleep Number.

We had an excellent in-store experience. The sales person was prompt in greeting us. She was friendly and courteous. She was extremely knowledgeable of each bed and their capabilities. We visited the store on Saturday, August 20th and our bed was delivered on Friday, August 26th. Our first night's rest was unbelievable. This was the first time in weeks that I awakened refreshed without any back pain. This was the first time in a while that my wife was able to get a full night's rest IN bed. She usually has to go sit in our recliner because of body pain. Thank you Sleep Number!!!

We got a second Sleep Number bed because my husband is on treatment and he sat up to do it and he wanted a mattress that was more comfortable. His side of the bed raises and mine does not in order to not wake me up. The first one we had didn’t raise and we had it flat. The salesperson was very nice, cooperative and we liked him a lot. The delivery crew was very cordial and helpful too. We’re happy with our second bed and enjoying it, although we had trouble with trying to get the controls to work like we wanted them. Sometimes one control would raise both of the heads, but we worked around it and got it to where it worked right.

We bought a Sleep Number mattress and there were a couple of pillows that were thrown in for free. It's a good product, and it costs a lot of money, but the quality is great for how much money we paid and how long it will last. The delivery was quick. The delivery people were professional and knew what they were doing. We're new into the ownership experience at this point, but so far it's been fine. It's a good product.

I've had a Sleep Number bed for the last nine years and I've just purchased another one. I'm supposed to have the adjustable bed but I have one problem with it. The gap between the two top parts spreads out. I don't know how to lock that in when it's got separate tops. When I go flat, it does not stay together. It pushes out. If I put a pillow over it to try to keep that from happening and the pillow wedges, it makes it worse. We got a small dog that walks in between us and falls in the hole. But that's the only complaint I have. Everything else was great and I'd recommend them to everybody. Their sales reps made my purchasing experience easy and the delivery team set the bed up with the hydraulic lifts on it.

I’m not very pleased with Sleep Number. I thought it was going to be a good bed but I can’t find anything that’s comfortable. The sales professionals were courteous but they were not able to answer my questions. I’d like for the bed to be taken back.

I have Sleep Number products in my home for 10 years now. Recently, I purchased the mattress and the base form them. Their sales professionals at the store and the delivery team were excellent. Their sales reps were very friendly, nice, informative, answered all my questions. The delivery team arrived on time. The quality of the bed is excellent that is why I like them.

The Sleep Number sales associates were fine and the delivery guys were professional and very quick. The only sad fact was that we already had a scheduled date for the bed to arrive, and next thing we knew, they told us that the people didn't take into consideration that when the items are shipped from one state to another, there had to be an extra man hour of rest in between for the driver. It was okay with me for safety purposes, but I found it inconvenient because my wife and I changed our entire schedule so we could ensure that the bed would arrive on the day that it was guaranteed. There was no communication between the California distributors and the factory and that may not just happen here - it could happen in another state. Unfortunately, that lack of communication put us in a situation where we had to take two days off our work in order for us to make this happen.

We bought two IQ mattresses from Sleep Number for our kids. Their sales rep was nice and quick. We knew what we wanted and didn’t have much time when we walked in, so he was cooperative with that and quickly rang them up. The delivery team was good as well. They came in and set them up. The kids love their beds and sleep good so that makes us happy.

Our experience with Sleep Number has been pretty good. We wanted to try something different so we got a mattress and a base from them. Their delivery team was knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing and did it fast. We’ve only had the bed for less than a year but so far, we’re satisfied.

I needed something because of my back and hip, and we were unsure of exactly what we needed. But the Sleep Number sales rep was very courteous and knowledgeable about everything, so we got the mattress and the quality was good. There was a piece on one of the sheets that tore not long after I got it but it was probably a bad pair. Also, I can’t seem to get my number right on it, so I ended up buying a memory foam to go on top of it and that helped a lot. Overall, we’re satisfied with Sleep Number. I’ve recommended it to my mom and as soon as she gets ready in a few months, we’re going get her one, too.

My husband likes a really soft bed, but I like a firmer bed and we can't have a happy medium with a regular mattress so we thought we would try the Sleep Number. We got the adjustable base which is really nice because it helps with my husband's sleep apnea. My husband's back bothered him so much and he would wake up with headaches every morning, but with the Sleep Number, he no longer wakes up with a back hurting or headaches, which is wonderful.

My wife and I are always having back and neck pains and tired of taking medicine so we tried a different mattress. We got the p5, a k2 for my son and the SleepIQ from Sleep Number. The night light in my son's bed doesn't work and I emailed them about it on the first feedback request I got but I never got a response. It would have been nice if somebody asked me earlier if everything was working well - I probably would have had the issue with my son's bed already resolved.

We thought Sleep Number could provide us with a better night sleep. We had been in their store before and were waiting for the best time to get the bed for the best price that fit into our budget. We were testing the bed out and Erin was very informative. She has been in the store for a long time. She knew her stuff and made us feel welcome. I had my young son with us and she was patient through that as well. The delivery went well but the team threw my California King over my bathroom and broke my security camera off my wall, which they haven't fixed since February. The bed is good because it has other accessories and it's great for now. But if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't purchase it.

We had a waterbed for years and found we couldn’t get parts for it. So Sleep Number seemed the next best option because we could determine the hardness or the softness of it by the air we put in it which is what sold us on it. We didn’t get the sleep technology because when I get up in the morning I know how well I slept. We’re happy with it. We bought two and if we live long enough, we may have to buy another one.

I had a friend that recommended Sleep Number so we went to the store and saw it. The sales reps did a great job. We told them that we were looking and they showed us everywhere and did a sleep study on us. They priced out the different things for us and we thought about it and made a commitment. So far, Sleep Number is so good. We like it. We just probably wish we would’ve gotten the single top, instead of the split top. But, I'm happy with the overall experience.

Our friends who came in had Sleep Number so we got a mattress and base from them, too. We knew exactly what we wanted and just went to the store, told them what we wanted and their team got it for us. The item was delivered and we set it up ourselves which was easy. The bed has very good quality.

I had Sleep Number for a couple of years. I was not having good luck finding a bed that was comfortable and I was having back troubles so I thought if I'm going to buy another bed then at least with Sleep Number I know I can change it around to try to get a comfortable fit. My first purchase was c2 with the flex base and my second purchase which is the most recent one was the i8. With my first one, I don't know why it felt it wasn't as comfortable as the one I tried in the store. It felt like I was sleeping on cardboard but the second one was much more to what I expected it felt like from my experience testing them out in the store. I talked to several different reps and they're usually friendly and willing to show me around the store.

We purchased the base and the mattress from Sleep Number. The bed has a good quality and enjoy it. It makes me sleep well whenever I get to. I also like the app that tells me my sleep for the night. It's pretty cool.

Our children have made fun of us that all of our lives we have never had a king size bed and our friends recommended Sleep Number so we got one. It took me a while to get comfortable with it. In the beginning I had a hard time and I really missed my old mattress. But now, I couldn't wait to get back to my own Sleep Number bed after visiting friends out of town for a week. The elevation of the legs is my number one top thing. I have some leg issues which is why I can’t stand to be away from the bed. We are really liking it including our cats and they slept on it while we were gone because it was full of cat hair. The only thing I don't like is that I still don’t have a bedspread for it or a skirt. It’s not gonna be easy for me to find what I need.

I have a sciatica problem which was so bad I'd have terrible pain and I couldn’t even lie down. So we went ahead to buy a Sleep Number. I had a good time with their sales rep and although he seemed new, he knew everything about the bed. What was nice was we were able to go in there and lie down and feel it ourselves. There was another bed that was more expensive and not as comfortable when we laid on it, and he wasn’t trying to push that on us so he could make more money. He let try something else. We went with the base model, the c4, which is simply a normal bed, but it's a lot more comfortable to us.

I had been sleeping on a Sleep Number for a number of years, and I got divorced and the bed went the other way and so I needed another one. The sales people, delivery guys and the quality of the product are all great.

We were thinking about buying a Sleep Number bed for quite a while. A king-size bed is ideal but we didn't have room in our bedroom for it. We bought the queen split mattress so we can adjust the hardness of each side separately but we didn't get the elevators in them. The bed doesn't seem to be all that we expected, but it's nice to be able to have that option of making it firmer or less firm. The delivery team was very professional. They left some of their equipment at our house and we didn't even realize it until about half an hour went by. They called and were all the way in Everett and they had to turn around and come back to Stanwood. It was bad on them, but it was no big deal for us.

The purchasing experience was really good but I was supposed to get a coupon sent to my brother-in-law for $100. They never sent it, so I’m not happy with that. My brother-in-law went to the Sleep Number store over there and asked them about it but they said that they never got it. Also, there was a little bit of misinformation during delivery. The store told me that the delivery team would put the mattress in the frame, and then when they got there, they said that they don’t put it in the frame. Instead, they only set it up, but they’ll do it for me because I was told that. So, they need to get their policy right. They have an excellent bed but not as excellent service. I really like the bed and I sleep better. My wife had an operation so she had to prop herself up and move her leg up, and that went really well for us.

It said that it would help with your aches and pains, and since we needed a new bed, we went ahead and purchased the Sleep Number. The delivery team They came on time and showed us how to use the bed after setting it up. They put their little slipper things on even though I told them they didn't have to. We got the bed that goes up and down, where the head and the feet move but it hasn't helped with my husband's aches and pains. Actually, he doesn't like the Sleep Number bed. It seems all right but it doesn't cure everything. And it's too expensive.

My 89-year old mother-in-law needed a new bed. She had always slept on a rock hard bed and was always uncomfortable sleeping. We shopped around and I talked to the Sleep Number salesperson and told him how difficult my mother-in-law was about buying things. I told him if he could convince her that Sleep Number was a good thing, then he would be doing a lot. He was able to convince her that this was worth giving it a try. She decided to try it and she's just sold on it. He did a great job. My mother-in-law has been enjoying the bed a lot and seems very satisfied with it. Right now, we have just moved from Alabama to Idaho and she's been sleeping on a borrowed bed until her furniture gets here. She's really looking forward to her bed arriving today and getting set up.

I'm very impressed with Sleep Number's product. I can adjust the mattress and everything works like it said. But the first issue was the salesperson did not tell me that I had to buy legs for my bed to get them elevated. So we had the bed at least six inches lower than it should've been. I thought I was buying a complete bed and found out I didn't. Now had the salesperson told me about that, then I would have bitten the bullet and I would have bought the legs at that time. The legs should've been included to begin with. The second strike was the cost of the pieces of plastic to elevate the bed. Six legs are well over $100 and then they also charged me an exorbitant amount of money to have them shipped.

My son has special needs and needed a kind of bed like the Sleep Number. Their team took care of the sale professionally and handled everything like they should. I was very pleased. The delivery team was courteous, too. So far, I've been satisfied with the quality of the mattress.

We wanted a different mattress and heard good things about Sleep Number so we got the mattress and pillows. The sales reps and delivery guys were all nice. We like the bed's quality. All in all, our experience was very pleasant. We would definitely recommend the bed.

I enjoy my Sleep Number bed and am glad about the overall quality. The reps answered all the questions I could come up with truthfully. I scheduled home delivery for my mattress and base and their team was careful and did a fantastic job. After I got my bed, I started sleeping better at night and that’s a big deal when one has a bad back. That’s the reason I bought it. I've had two back surgeries and I need all the help I can get.

My Sleep Number bed is great and comfortable. However, I've been trying to call Sleep Number about my bill all day and I keep getting hung up on.

I had a spinal fusion in '09 and it was from my lower lumbar, so I was dealing with that and chronic pain. About three years after that, I got a spinal cord stimulator just to control the chronic pain. It was agonizing dealing with that all the time and not sleeping, and I wanted to do something to get through life drug-free. The only thing that ever helped me not hurt was water therapy. The first time we walked into the mall, Sleep Number was giving free demos and so I laid down while the guy was explaining everything. When he adjusted the air bags and it got to my number, I was sold because it melted it away like I didn't hurt. It took about a month or two for us to do what we had to do and then we went in and we picked the one out, and I love it.

My son has a bad back and his chiropractor recommended Sleep Number. Their sales reps were great and the bed wasn't hard to set-up which we did ourselves. My son is very comfortable with the bed and it seems to be helping his back. We're very satisfied. When it's time to replace the other mattress, I'll get a Sleep Number again.

The sales reps at Sleep Number did a pretty good job when I bought a mattress and a base. However, I think Sleep Number charged me more than they should have. I also have a problem with the bed. It gets hot and I bought this thing that’s not supposed to get hot.

The people at Sleep Number have been very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their product. The experience wasn't bad by all means, but I'm disappointed in getting the queen-sized bed. My wife and I wish that we had gotten the king-size instead. I'll do that if I had to do it again, but the bed has been fairly decent. I've had the Tempur-Pedic and it wasn't as comfortable as the Sleep Number because I can adjust the Sleep Number a bit better. I can do things a lot easier with it than with any other bed.

My Sleep Number bed will last longer because it's adjustable. I like its firmness and unlike our traditional foam and spring mattress, it won't wear out. On the other hand, it is expensive - a couple of airbags on the mattress. But other than that, I'm still happy with the bed.

The Sleep Number bed that we have is a good bed but there's something wrong with the mattress because every time my wife pumps on one side, it gets filled on my side too.

He then showed me the video with the different pressure points. The bed is excellent - I've had plenty of rest with it. I haven't had any problems with it at all.

We used to have water beds and I always wondered why doesn’t somebody just put air in them. It would be the same but a lot easier and wouldn’t be so heavy if you want to move it. The delivery guy got in at 8:30 at night and showed me how the bed worked. People said the bed leaks air but mine hasn't so far. It’s still 40 and 35. The bed's quality is very good and highly-rated. I like it and I get rested during the night. When I get up, my arthritis is not bothering me so much. We’re very comfortable with it and would buy it all over again.

They showed up earlier than when they said they would and were in and out in 20 or 30 minutes. We are satisfied with our Sleep Number bed.

I was tired of my beds wearing out so quickly. My wife also needs a bit stiffer of a bed than I do, so we were trying to find a compromise. I had heard good things about the Sleep Number. Their sales professionals were very helpful. They tried to find out what we were interested in and told us different options. The bed happens to be on sale, too. I thoroughly enjoy the bed. I wish I would’ve gotten the four-chamber, but we took on the financial burden of the one we got, and it is just about paid off. Having adjustability wasn't soothing budget-wise, so we went with the best option for our budget and it worked out for us. I’m still sleeping great. We're going to wind up getting a quad eventually. We'll definitely continue to purchase from Sleep Number for the kids after they get a little more grown. The Sleep Number bed is a great product and investment.

I owned a Sleep Number before but lost it in the divorce so I bought a new base mattress online. I had it delivered but set it up myself. Everything was cool and I would recommend them.

We've been wanting a Sleep Number for a long time. My friend posted on Facebook that there was a special going on and when I got to the store, I found out he was working there. He was very nice, really good with words and knew how to sell. It is very comfortable. We like the bed and the functions it offered. The delivery guys were really great, professional, courteous of my stuff and my time. The only thing that went wrong was before the guys got there, they asked me to set up the app but it wouldn’t set up correctly. I called the store but my sales guy wasn’t there. The other girl said that maybe she can answer, so I told her what was going on, but she fluffed me off. But when my sales guy found out I called, he immediately called me the day after then fixed the issue.

I was dissatisfied with my other mattress. It was in good shape but was too hard and I wanted a bed wherein I could adjust its firmness. So far, the Sleep Number bed has been working out well. The sales rep at the store was very nice and explained stuff about the mattress. The delivery guys did a great job when they delivered and set the product up. I've had fine service from the company.

I ended up making my New Year's resolution about my body needing to be corrected by the way I'm sleeping. We went to Sleep Number and the sales rep was friendly and personable. She knew I was looking more for a pillow top versus a memory foam because I told her if I slept too warm, I can't sleep. She recommended the pillow top then brought me over to something that would be comparable to what I would be getting. I laid on it and got the whole unit.

I had been wanting to get a new bed for awhile and I haven’t been sleeping the greatest in the one we had, so I had looked at Sleep Number as an alternative. We purchased the full bed and we've lost the base, but we didn’t buy it back. Then we bought our own headboard. The sales representative is a young kid who was new, only 3 weeks in, yet overall we were happy and it was really good in the beginning. However, we had a situation at the end where we thought we were getting the bed with both the headrest lift and the leg lift and when it got delivered we learned it was just the headrest lift. He had made a mistake partly because he was new and partly he wasn’t clear with me. He told us he just bought the exact same bed as the model we were sitting on which had the leg lift. But the clarity in the conversation wasn’t there

The young lady that sold us the bed seemed to be very knowledgeable about their product line and was very patient with us to try what she had on display. The delivery people who delivered it was great. The quality of the bed seems to be holding up quite well.

We live about 100 miles away from the nearest shopping mall, so I did everything over the phone. I told the reps the price range, what I needed and what I was looking for, and what functions I wanted. In fact, they said it was going to be delivered in three weeks and it wound up only two weeks. They called and let me know when they were in the area and how long it would be. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to. Two guys came in. They didn’t talk a lot but they were very good in explaining how to operate the bed. They did their job and within 45 minutes, I had the bed all up and ready to go. They were very courteous and they didn’t make a mess. I love the quality of my Sleep Number bed. It’s very good.

I was trying to find something that didn’t hurt my wife’s back. We got the split king from Sleep Number and it's more comfortable for her. The sales rep was very good and the delivery guys came and set up the bed for us. So far, we’ve been real happy with it.

I told them how much I wanted to spend and they were able to help me to stay within that frame and answer any questions I had. The delivery team was helpful. They called the day before and on the day of the delivery to make sure everybody knew what was going on. The bed is nice and I like that I can move without feeling anything moving on the other side of the bed. I don’t have any backaches anymore when I wake up.

I’ve been recently diagnosed with COPD and my husband has back issues. After doing research, we decided that Sleep Number would be the best purchase for both of us at our age. We were at Sleep Number's store for three hours and their team answered all our questions and took time with us. The sales rep was quite knowledgeable, respectful and wasn't looking over his shoulder to see if he had to go anywhere or do anything else. We walked out of there thinking that it was really a learning experience. The guys who delivered were absolutely professional, helpful and funny. We’re still getting used to the bed and being able to fluctuate the softness and the hardness but it's a fun experience. I just had my neck surgery and being abe to raise and lower the bed has been very helpful. It’s been a wonderful aspect in my recovery.

Our experience with Sleep Number has been wonderful. There were two things that helped us decide to make a purchase with them. For one, we got great guidance from the salesperson that was there, and secondly, we wanted to buy an item that would not have any kind of "expiration period." It doesn't get worn out and it's an item that we'll be able to carry on and use for the rest of our lives. The purchase had been on our minds, but it wasn't something that we were going to look at that night, but we came upon the store and decided to go in. We spent about an hour there and the salesperson was very helpful in dealing with the different models and characteristics of each one, and what each one has to offer. It became very simple for us to determine which ones best fit our needs. Also, we laid on the bed and she was able to gauge our comfort level separately and attached a number to that. In fact, it was very accurate.

My husband and I prefer different types of mattresses. We've had a Sleep Number before and we kind of knew what we wanted. We love the bed, but the application that we bought, SleepIQ, was pointless. It is hard to read and not user-friendly. If you've finished sleeping and you went back in bed to work, which I sometimes do, you should be able to adjust the application easily to say that you are not sleeping. I tried it for a couple of weeks and gave up. A lot of times the remote controls have a long delay, which is aggravating. Why does it have to connect to the internet in order to change my position or my setting?

My sister had purchased a Sleep Number, then she bragged about it so much that we went to go try it out. It allowed my wife to go up and down, and pick up her feet. She was pregnant, so we knew it would really help her out. The sales rep was very professional, formidable, and knew his product. However, Sleep Number had asked me who recommended me, and I said it was my sister. We got a gift card or some type of reward for her for referring me. My sister already called me 20 times, asking if I gave them her correct address and correct name. I said I did, and I don't know what's taking too long. She never got whatever she was supposed to get. Also about two months ago, we referred Sleep Number to my wife's cousin and she just got one. We haven't received anything. We were really wondering because we're needing another protector cover for the mattress, but we never heard anything.

We got the bed, base and a cool touch pillow from Sleep Number who had really nice and friendly sales reps at a trade show. They also had professional and quick delivery guys who got set it up for us. The quality of the bed is good and wonderful.

The Sleep Number rep was very informative and knew what she was talking about. She pointed us in the direction after we explained to her what we were looking for. We went and looked at it and then we waited about a week before we went back and make a purchase. We had it delivered to us and the delivery team was in and out of there in 45 minutes, were very professional and also explained how everything worked.

My wife is particular about what kind of bed we want to get. She looked at Tempur-Pedic and different Sleep Numbers and similar Tempur-Pedics, etc. She researched for three weeks before she finally decided which one and it was her decision to go with Sleep Number. We have the base with a plastic framework and a pad that came with it, in addition to the mattress. We set it up ourselves and I was really surprised how simple it went together. It was lightweight and the mattress itself was easy to put together. I just unroll it and use the pump that came with it. However, there's a little bit lack of quality control as far as making sure the bolts and the nuts are both coarse-thread. We had to go to the local hardware store and get the long enough coarse-thread bolts because the bolts that came with it are fine-thread.

When I was pregnant, I could not get comfortable in any way, and I had back surgery as well and I thought that the Sleep Number would be good, so I went to the store and tried it out. The salespeople were good. They explained the benefits and there was a deal going on at the time. I work in sales, too, so I know how that goes. In fact, I had no intention of buying a mattress that day. I had every intention of shopping around and trying out other mattresses, and the rep sold me on “If I don’t buy this today, I’m not gonna get this good deal because it’s going away.”

Purchasing a Sleep Number bed for me falls under the category of worst experience with a company involving a bed. The M7 didn't work from day one. It took multiple phones calls to customer service and long troubleshooting sessions to get the bed to work intermittently. Often times it would fill up entirely and refuse to let air out and it would rarely cooperate with the supplied remote. Many times the remote would give one reading and the bed would be the opposite. Other times the remote would show the bed adjusting, but the bed would not be following the remote's signal and the remote would just instantly go back the to original setting. The whole process would leave us confused and unable to get a comfortable setting. The bed is difficult to tear down and troubleshoot for someone like me suffering from chronic pain and mobility issues and even without my issues it is time consuming.

I love my Sleep Number bed. However, I am disturbed that SleepIQ does not register my heart rate most of the time. Customer service says it's probably because I sleep on my side. I feel I am not getting accurate readings of my sleep, as heart rate enters into the calculation. I am sure I am not the only side sleeper. When I was sold the system, I was not warned it would not work properly for me. I think a fix is needed.

This is my experience with recent purchase. Please do not order anything from Sleep Number. I recently purchased a quilt set online since the store did not have it on display. Was told that it could be returned if not satisfied. Now I am told that they do exchanges only. What a SCAM. I will not be spending any more money with them. I will go to a retailer that has normal return policy.

I would tell everyone to be aware of this company! I wish we did more research! We spent over 10K on this bed. We have had mildew smell twice, ripped sheets 4 times, ripped mattress once, pump not working twice and entire bed replacement twice. It is basically a overpriced smelly air mattress. We are so upset that we purchased this bed. We are now going to have to eat the 10K and just buy a "real" bed. We are telling everyone in hopes that they don't get in the terrible situation we are. STAY AWAY!!!

The sales reps were very helpful and friendly. I got the mattress and it raises the head and foot separately from each side. I also bought some sheets and the frame to put around it. So far, I've been sleeping on the bed, and I'm happy with it.

I bought a Sleep Number because of a couple of people I know that had them. I had it shipped through and I set it up myself. Sleep Number is everything they advertised. I can select the firmness which is a plus because I don’t have to try 27 mattresses. I just get that one and figure out that it's Sleep Number.

We ordered a Sleep Number mattress and then it came via FedEx. I set it up myself and everything was fine. I've had the bed for almost six months now and I haven’t had a problem at all with it. I like that I can change the stiffness as I need it, plus my parents had one and they enjoyed it as well. I was really impressed with the fact that the bed comes in different pieces. Should a piece break or wear out, you just replace it. I liked that you don’t have to end up replacing the whole bed. That was really interesting. In addition, it’s good to do business with Sleep Number - no high-pressure tactics. Working with their reps was great. They worked with me. I was able to get plenty of things and everything worked.

I have a lot of back problems so bought a Sleep Number. We got the i8 with the bed frame that lifts up and down, also got the cooling pad, the protecting pad, pillows, cases and sheet. The delivery guys were careful and courteous. I had a lot of problems trying to find the right number and Sleep Number had to make some adjustments and send us some stuff to add to the bed to get a softer feel. We're still playing around with it, and for the last few nights I've been on 60 and it's been good. The bed is exactly what I thought it would be, but it doesn't work out. I was looking for something a little bit different from the way it shows on TV, like how it forms around the body, and the one I got doesn't do that.

He stuck with the budget, and then he gave us the stocking number. They didn’t have the mattress in the store at that time, so it had to be delivered to our place. I make everybody who comes over to my house to go in and lay down on it. A friend of mine who had sold her home and just moved said she'll get herself a Sleep Number bed.

My ex-wife and I bought a Sleep Number bed in 1996 and when we divorced I went and got another one. The sales representative that I had was very good. He showed me all the different models, explained the pricing formats and the difference between them and was really patient getting me to the one that I both wanted and could afford. I was a little disappointed not with the delivery team, but with the set up. Whoever does the appointments scheduled a set up time and didn’t bother to confirm it with me. They just called and said they're on their way with my bed and it wasn’t a good time for me, so I had to wait another week until they were able to bring it. But once the delivery team was here, they did a fantastic job.

I'm a happy Sleep Number customer. I can lower or raise the bed and adjust its pressure. I like the overall quality but my wife is still on the fence about it. Their sales reps were attentive. They showed us a few products to test them out and explained to us about how they worked. The delivery team was great.

I’ve had good luck with my Sleep Number bed. I’ve been sleeping through most of the night. I like the idea of being able to try it and if you didn't like it, within 100 days you can send it back. We went back about three times. One was late one evening when we're on our way somewhere else and stopped in for a few minutes and then go back another night and looked again and tried some other ones and decided to settle on the one we got. I'm just very happy with our bed. If anything happens to it, I'd probably try another one.

My back was killing me. Now that we have Sleep Number, it's killing me less now and my wife loves the bed. The representative that helped us with our purchase was polite, friendly, informative, and made sure to ask questions that were relevant to what we wanted to get. My wife also says that while he did sell us the product, he also left us alone to make our own decision, which is a big thing for us. We scheduled a home delivery and the delivery guy knew what he was doing. He was quick and polite and clean about it, got everything set up and made sure that we understood the adjustments before he left.

We bought a Nautilus bed about 20 years ago, but they are no longer in business. When we thought that we have gotten all that we could get out of that bed and were afraid that it was going to start leaking, we decided to get the Sleep Number bed. The quality of the mattress is excellent. Our old bed has the same concept where we can adjust the sides of the bed for comfort. The biggest difference was that with Sleep Number, it takes a while to inflate or deflate when we decide on a setting. It was immediate with my old bed. But I've gotten used to it and it's all made up.Then my husband took it back to 100 the other night and I was lying in bed and didn't see him with the remote in his hand. So I was lying there watching TV and all of a sudden it starts deflating. It's just funny that someone can do that and I would not even realize it. We've enjoyed it overall and if a friends asks, I would tell them to go for it.

After hearing some reviews over the radio about Sleep Number over the years and then needing a good mattress that would last a while, we decided to buy a Sleep Number. We got a queen-sized mattress with a box spring and a couple of pillows. We enjoyed working with the sales professionals. Everything was simple and straightforward. The delivery guys did the setup for me. There was a little bit of difficulty in scheduling the delivery, but we finally got that worked out. We’re satisfied with our purchase. We’re getting better and more consistent sleep and sometimes, we can adjust the bed when we need to. If we’re sore from some activity, we can go down on the bed. If we’re normally fine, we’ll adjust it back up about mid-range. So we’re enjoying it quite a bit. However, it is a bit warmer to sleep on than usual. I don’t know if there’s a remedy for that, or if there’s a mattress pad that would help.

I like soft bed and my partner likes more of a firmer one so Sleep Number seemed like the better choice. We got sheets, a mattress, and an adjustable base from them. Chandler, the salesrep at the Seaport store, was amazing. We've had the purchased items delivered and the delivery team was very professional even though it’s bad weather down here. They showed up a little early. A couple of deliveries got canceled so they called to see if it was okay to get here early and it was fine. We’ve had our bed for a while and so far, we’ve had no problems. It’s been great and we love it.

Recently, we bought a king size Sleep Number mattress that was on sale and the quality is good, like the previous one we owned. Its workmanship is good and it does what it's designed to do. Their delivery team was very professional and did exactly what they were supposed to do. Overall, we have a good experience. It was everything that it was advertised to be. I can adjust my sleep patterns and it's very good. My wife has fibromyalgia so she's still experimenting with a different settings and pillows to help her sleep. She has some good nights and some bad nights because of the fibromyalgia.

We really like the Sleep Number so far which we bought on a whim. The sales reps were absolutely polite and knowledgeable. They were busy at that time we got our M7 but still spent a good amount of time with us. They had us test the beds to lay on wherein sensors pop-up, so that was nice. My husband was there during the delivery and the bed was already set up. It's very comfortable, we love it and would definitely buy another one if we needed another. Sleep Number has great and professional service.

I heard about Sleep Number and it had good reviews on it. We had been looking for a bed and figured we'd invest the money in something that was top-notch. There was a little miscommunication with the sales rep 'cause I did it all over the phone, but it all worked out in the long run. I had delivery and setup, and the two young men that came were fantastic and did an outstanding job. They were also early for their delivery. I really enjoy our bed. My wife's pregnant and she really likes it too.

We had it delivered, I set it up myself, and it couldn't have been any easier to do. Overall, the bed is fantastic. It was an absolutely fabulous experience.

The salesman was awesome and knew exactly what he was doing. All I bought was the bed and then I got the thing where the head lifts up. This is my second Sleep Number bed. The old one started smelling of plastic. Delivery was good but I need them to come back to move the mattress toward the headboard so that it will slide down once I put the top-up but it will still be free of the foot board. It's so close toward the foot board that it slides just enough, that I'm having to pick this mattress up and move it in order to make the bed and get the spreads and sheets down between the foot board and the bed.

I decided to buy a mattress from Sleep Number as a secondary bed to sleep on. We went to our local store and the salesperson there was very accommodating. The only thing that I had an issue with was how long it took for our purchase to get here. The reps told us that they would call and tell us when the delivery was. They did that, but it took a month for them to get it here.

We needed a king-sized bed and wanted to be able to elevate it, and the Sleep Number seemed nice. They have friendly and knowledgeable sales reps. One of my complaints is that they didn’t give any sort of training in terms of checking the connections. They showed me the remote and how to use it, but right now our remotes aren’t working at all and we don't know what to check because we were never shown how it works. Also, we bought the i8 because it was supposed to have better cooling technology but I feel like it’s the hottest bed I ever slept in. But it's comfortable when it's working. Apart from those, we're happy with the Sleep Number bed and would definitely keep it.

We had a son and needed a bigger bed, and Sleep Number was having a sale so I bought a king mattress. My husband really loves it but I don't. If we had one of those little memory foam-like sheet on top of it, maybe I would like it better. It feels like I’m just sleeping on an air mattress.

We purchased our first Sleep Number in 2003 after our house burned. Later I purchased a twin for my mother who was in the nursing home, she loved her new bed, she had it for several years, and someone with the cleaning crew at the nursing home ruined it. I called Select Comfort and the got me a new one at a fraction of the cost. When she passed away in 2010, I told them that she had passed and the zipper had broken on it, I couldn't believe it, they gave me a new mattress at no charge. So, when they came out with the M7 we purchased one to upgrade ours. In 2013 we surprised our son and daughter in law with a new queen for Christmas, then last year our daughter received a queen for Christmas also. So, as you can tell we think the Sleep Number product is an awesome company.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Sleep Number store in Summerlin, Nevada. I say the word pleasure because the customer service was absolutely great! Our salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. My child was at ease trying out the bed and the salesperson actually asked her questions about what would make her comfortable while she slept. I thought that this was key to our visit because my child was the actual customer.

Our old mattress which was not that old but we did not have the paperwork for had a big divot in it at way too early of a stage in the mattress which we were very frustrated with. My parents and another couple that we’re good friends with both had gotten Sleep Number beds in the past five years and absolutely love them. We also purchased a Sleep Number mattress and the base, a king-size unit wherein the head can elevate which we chose specifically because we were starting a family and that would be really nice for nursing in bed.

I was trying to find a bed that was comfortable for me since I have arthritis. The Sleep Number sales rep, Laura, was great. She remembers us every time we go to the store. I got a queen-sized bed, a full-sized guest bed, pillows and sheets. The first time they tried to deliver the bed, the truck got stolen so we had to wait to schedule for another delivery of another bed and they were apologetic about that. The next delivery, I was missing the screws and legs for the bed so we had to wait for the legs, and then we had to wait for the screws to be screwed on the backboard. But other than that, we love our Sleep Number bed.

We love the quality of our Sleep Number bed but we'll need to call customer service because we need them to come out and check it. We got the adjustable king size bed and it seemed like it was split too far. When we sleep and every time one of us rolls over, our arm keeps falling through the center, and we weren’t expecting that. So we went back to the store to look at the sample that they had. We were talking to the sales person, and I showed him the picture that I took with my phone. He said that it shouldn’t be that far split and maybe the base hadn’t quite got put together right. So, they advised us to call the customer service and have somebody come out and re-look at it.

I've had a Sleep Number bed before and when I got another mattress, base, bedding and pillows, the sales rep was very helpful and friendly. The bed's quality is excellent. I would recommend Sleep Number.

We knew we were due for a new bed and I like the concept that I could have my bed firm or soft and that we could have a different setting on each side. That’s what attracted me to it. One of the only downsides I had was there was a ridiculous amount of time before we can get the bed, but it came a lot sooner than they said it was going to. The delivery team did a great job. They were nice and pleasant people and seemed to really enjoy their job. It didn’t take them long at all to set the bed up and then they walked me through everything and showed me how everything works. We absolutely love our bed. It's been a life changer. I used to wake up and toss and turn all night long and my hips and back would hurt and now I'm sleeping through the night, so it's fantastic.

Their sales professionals were very informative and professional. We had the items scheduled for delivery and they set it up. We like Sleep Number very much. We have already recommended it to others.

My wife researched online and decided Sleep Number was the best bed available. We had professional and positive talks with their sales reps and my son, who's sleeping on the mattress, has been pleased.
