My friend works for Sleep Number and got me in there. I'm happy with all the Sleep Number products. But when it comes to the delivery, they had some issues with communication. I had changed the address a couple of weeks before the delivery people even showed up, but it didn't go through and the address never got changed, so the delivery team went to one of my old houses. Then the driver had to call me and it was all screwed up for about three hours. I also had to call customer service to try and get a new pillow. But other than that, the quality of the product has been good so far and I have recommended them. They probably sold like $20,000 in beds because all my buddies bought them.

We purchased a Sleep Number a long time ago and enjoyed it so much that we've purchased more than one so far. We purchased the FlexFit most recently and the sales reps were all very nice. The delivery guys were also very helpful and explained things very well. However, there are things that should be told to the customers before they buy. One is that we have a moist basement and Sleep Number beds gather moisture inside and this damages the mattress. That has damaged not only the queen mattress but also the full mattress. That was disappointing and we couldn't figure out what was going on at the time.

Our experience with Sleep Number has been gratifying and worthwhile. My parents recently bought a Sleep Number bed and they were really pleased with their experience and they also bought one for my grandparents, so we knew what we were looking for ourselves. Our sales representative was a really nice guy and he was very patient with us as we laid on all of the various mattresses. He figured out our exact cocktail of needs.

We've got two Sleep Number mattresses and we're very satisfied. We bought them because we could adjust the firmness. With our most recent purchase, we also got the adjustable base. We can adjust the height and prop it up on the back side.

My wife and I were looking at getting a different bed and my sister-in-law told us about Sleep Number and I bought a mattress, pillows, bedding sheets, and a comforter from there. The sales and delivery teams were awesome. We were at the store for probably three hours just talking and going through everything, looking at the different beds, seeing what we needed, and then picking out our accessories. The delivery team set everything up, showed us how everything worked, cleaned up all the trash that we had from everything, and took that with them. The quality of the bed is awesome and everything is great.

The Sleep Number bed was wonderful when I had it but the ex-wife took it. In the store they showed us the pressure points where you can see it go from different levels or firmness and that’s what sold me to it not including the adjustable bed. The sales reps were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I’ve never went and bought a bed like that and it was easy and relaxing. It took two weeks to get here but I was hoping that it would be quicker. The delivery men showed us everything. I loved it and I’ll be having another one real soon.

My wife and I needed something bigger than a queen bed. We found Sleep Number and it went up and down and all those good things so we bought it. And the manager of the store also took care of us. He answered all of our questions. It was a good experience.

We had a Sleep Number but it wasn't big enough for us. My husband and I sleep at two different numbers and it wasn’t comfortable for us so we got a bigger one. The installation team was excellent. They came on time and put the king size up. There was no problem and they even put up the other bed that they’d taken down into another room for us. I’m glad we did it and we really love our Sleep Number. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and it was reasonably priced.

My son bought a Sleep Number mattress and he was very happy with it, so we also purchased one. We bought pillows, too. The sales people were very informative. They certainly knew the different models very well and we got along very well. The only thing is that my wife and I have gone all over the board on the numbers, and we cannot get comfortable. My shoulders ache and I wake up in the middle of the night and I put that pillow both ways with the tall side and the short side.

We've been through four other mattresses in the last five years so we were trying something new. We bought the mattress and one pillow from Sleep Number's fantastic salespeople. We had the products delivered and set up in our home, and their delivery team was great. We have recommended Sleep Number to friends.

The Sleep Number sales rep was fantastic. They're really far away but he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery guys were also quick and efficient. I'd definitely recommend the bed, but not the little chip where it tells me how I slept with the graph since I don't use it.

I decided to buy Sleep Number for its versatility. Anytime I need a new bed, I can just change a number to it or if a part needed to be replaced, I could replace that individual part instead of the entire mattress. The sales rep tried to sell us different types of bedding and the styles of the beds versus the pillow top. The air mattress itself is pretty much all the same but there were some differences on the actual mattress cover. He let us go through and find the one that is best for us. We love the bed. It's better than what we expected. It's very good quality and worth the money that we spent on it. I would definitely recommend them.

The Sleep Number Bed is better than the previous bed we had which was good but a little soft. The difference with the Sleep Number bed is that we can change the softness. Their sales representatives were very helpful and the delivery team was very quick and efficient.

My partner wants a softer side and I want a harder side, so it was easier to buy a Sleep Number. However, lately, we are noticing that the bed is sinking on one side. Other than that, the quality is good. The sales reps were good and the delivery team was professional and fast.

The salesperson from Sleep Number was great and the delivery people were wonderful. The mattress slips too much but other than that, it's great.

I purchased a Sleep Number mattress and mattress cover and they're fine and doing what they're supposed to. I got what I asked for and we're sleeping well. The salesperson was excellent and the girl who was training with her did fine. The delivery team was very nice and professional.

They allowed me to pretty much lay down and test everything out before making a purchase. They wanted me to be completely satisfied even though it was not for me.

When purchasing a mattress a year ago, I took my time, went to see all the options, and read the reviews. I was siding towards an air mattress because I always find them comfortable when camping. I read that the two separate air mattresses that Sleep Number uses to make one whole mattress (two air chambers) had an inherent flaw, a gap in the middle. I was also concerned with soft edges air mattresses have. I asked the salesperson about this problem and I was told it was a problem of the past; it had been resolved with new designs.

I've had my Sleep Number for a little less than a year. I decided to purchase it because its head and feet go up. It is better than my previous bed.

I couldn't find a mattress that was comfortable so I got a Sleep Number but I'm not totally pleased with it. It's very difficult to clean. Their sales rep was professional and very polite. The delivery was on time and they did a good job. We bought the cheapest queen size model where two sides can inflate separately and the base. The fact that I can set how hard or soft I want the mattress to be is awesome. Sleep Number is a good company and I'd recommend them to my friends.

We visited the Sleep Number store several times before making a final decision. It was a referral from a friend referred. Their sales reps were good and informative and the installation team was excellent. However, they had a little difficult time getting in my house because it’s a winding staircase, but they handled it wonderfully. The quality of bed is excellent and we really enjoy it. Definitely the best rest I've had in a long time and I would highly recommend it.

We like Sleep Number's ability to adjust the firmness of the mattress. The mattress provides options and is of good quality. We met several people at the same store for weeks before buying one and everyone was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery team was friendly, efficient, and fast. They dropped a little corner of something but it was a minor damage so it was no big deal.

We bought a Sleep Number for my husband's back and he likes it.

I was having back problems and couldn’t sleep very well. My chiropractor suggested that I get a Sleep Number. I did and I’ve been very happy with it. I got the one with the king size split bed where both of them go up and down. Their sales reps answered all of my questions about what the positions of the bed should be and what number. The delivery team was very professional and told me what needed to be done. Now, I'm sleeping so much better and I wake up fully refreshed.

I was having serious back and neck issues. My husband loved our hard bed and I couldn't sleep on it. So we knew that both of us could sleep differently and that's why we considered the Sleep Number bed. It was the only one that I knew of and my brother is a Sleep Number user. Their reps were great and everything was there on-time during delivery. I'll never buy a different bed and I recommend it.

I like a softer bed and my husband likes a harder bed so we bought our mattress and the frame from Sleep Number. The sales professionals at Sleep Number were very helpful and friendly. The delivery team were also helpful and answered any questions we had. The new bed is much more comfortable than our old bed and I can adjust it based on how my back is feeling. My husband had rheumatoid arthritis, then he was diagnosed with kidney failure and was on dialysis, and we were looking for the most comfortable bed for him. We ended up buying our first Sleep Number bed. And it was very comfortable for my husband. We only got the bed on our first purchase. On the second purchase, I got some sheets and they were too expensive. The sales reps at both times were all very nice. We had some trouble keeping the king-size bed when we would fill it, and we got the second motor even, but it seemed like it never did hold where we would set the number to. After my husband passed away, I gave the bed to my grandson and I think he sold it for $100. And then I bought a standard size bed just for me. I like it because I don't sleep on the same number. I change it whatever my mood is practically every night. That way, I can change stuff. And so far, I've been satisfied.

My mother had a Sleep Number bed so I got one, too. Both I and my husband love the bed. We like that we are able to have the different firmness and softness of it. Also, the sales rep was wonderful, very informative, and easy to talk to.

I purchased the Sleep Number bed with the flip mattress. We also got two sets of sheets and four sets of pillowcases. Then, we also got an additional set of sheets from the store and the staff was very helpful. We set up home delivery and they were very efficient and knowledgeable. Because we had a split mattress, the delivery guys told us an easier way of changing the sheets. In addition, we have an app for Sleep Number that we can check to see how well we slept that night and we also like that.

We used our daughter’s Sleep Number bed at her house and got one too. I have a couple of issues with it though. We went to the Sleep Number store and we were looking at the bed that elevated both the head and the feet. There was a full split king and there was one where it splits only on top. I asked if there was going to be an issue in the middle of the split king because we have a dog and I also like to sleep in the middle of the bed. They said that wasn't going to be an issue and we relied on word of mouth because we assumed they were knowledgeable about it. We got the full split king and it is definitely an issue. You can't sleep on the middle. It does come about an inch apart, though. Had I known about that, I would have gotten one where you could elevate your leg and feet, but I wouldn’t have gotten it split. Now the dog sleeps in the middle because she doesn’t care about falling in the middle.

I like the adjustability of the Sleep Number bed. The first one I had I lost in the divorce. It's been 13 years since I had it then I went back to it. I purchased my second Sleep Number and the sales rep was very friendly and helpful. The girlfriend that I have went in there with me and she didn't really know anything about the Sleep Number so they walked her through the whole process, the pros and cons of it and how it can adjust to her body. They sold her on it without pressure sell and just letting the product sell itself. So it was easy to get her to buy in on the purchase.

I am a physical therapist. I recommend this bed to improve rest and decrease pain. I have been using the bed for about 18 years. I especially like the new dual adjustability and I affords sleepers individualized Comfort and pain relief.

I went to the Sleep Number store in Boca and a lady came up to wait on me. At this point, my back was excruciatingly bad. I had two posts in my back so it's not easy to get up and lay down. She insisted that I had to go through her routine which was to lie on the beds and I said "I know exactly that I want one of these and it's just a matter of telling me what they are and what price." But she absolutely wouldn't do it. I said, "Either you show me what I want or I'm about one minute away from walking out of this store." Finally, one of the other men came over and he was very rude to me. He said, "I'm not getting any commission on this," so the experience went from bad to worse. He was so nasty that I finally left the store and canceled it right then and there.

I had known several people before that had Sleep Number and they had good things to say about it, so I checked it out and found out that it was what I wanted. The Sleep Number sales people were very easy to talk to. I told them what I was looking for, what I didn’t like and things that I like, and they pointed me in the right direction and gave me a couple of choices. I purchased a Sleep Number mattress and a base. The overall quality is great. The whole process was easy and people were nice to deal with. It was an enjoyable experience for buying a mattress.

We've had Sleep Number products in our home for about five years. The Sleep Number bed felt good and we got the whole bed and everything except the headboard. This was the third time we purchased from them. Their salespeople were great and we're very satisfied with our Sleep Number bed.

I've had a Sleep Number for 20 years and I'm pleased with them so far. I wanted a better bed in my motor home. Then they had a sale and we bought a mattress. I had it delivered and when the delivery team came, they put it in the motor home. They were great. I got what I needed and they gave me what I needed and everything is fine.

The sales lady was very good at what she did. It was not as a sales type person. She was very kind and professional. I even wrote an email to the store manager because she was great. The delivery guys were also professional and had the bed installed really quickly and then showed me how it worked. We like the Sleep Number because of the different firmness which my husband and I both needed. However it has issues keeping firmness like we’re having to go in and fix the little box in the back frequently. I had to fix it three or four times since we got the bed. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the process. The quality is not exactly as I would have hoped but I can live with it. I can fix it every time but I'd rather not have to fix it.

I have the basic model of Sleep Number and I like it. The delivery team was very professional when they dropped the bed off and assembled it. I put a pillowtop on top of it and it's been great since then. It works well and I haven't had to replace the battery on the remote.

We had used a knockoff brand previous to Sleep Number and decided that Sleep Number was better than a regular or traditional mattress. We bought the mattress itself and so far, so good. Also, the sales reps were all very nice.

We've had Sleep Number in our home for over 10 years. We purchased a queen-size bed before and I purchased a single bed recently, and the sales reps were very good at both times. They took the time to answer all our questions and see that we understood what we were buying. We got the sheets this time and I love the bottom sheet but they come out of the dryer looking terrible, so I use a regular top sheet. I ought to be able to purchase some without purchasing a whole set. The contour sheets always wear out faster than the top sheets so I don't always need a whole set. Overall I was satisfied in every respect and I've already recommended them to a friend.

I like different stiffnesses of a bed so Sleep Number having this feature was a good thing. I also tried the Sleep Number at my son's house and it was nice. I decided to buy one and the sales professionals were very nice. I had the manager of the store and she was great and helped me through the whole thing. The delivery went smooth as heck too so there was no problem at all and the delivery team got my old mattress out. I like the mattress a lot but I’m just wondering, because I’m going to be moving shortly, if I don’t have to deflate the mattress to move it. Other than that, Sleep Number was professional and has an excellent product.

My sister and her husband have a Sleep Number and my chiropractor has one as well. So with those two recommendations, I purchased it, too. I got the mattress, the base, a mattress cover and one pillow. However, I did not know that I could purchase just the mattress. The sales reps did fine and brought up good information. I couldn’t have asked for anything better, except explaining that I didn’t have to buy the base. But they were very good sales people. And the delivery men were also polite, knowledgeable, quick and efficient, as well. I was pleased with everything, from walking in the door to when the delivery men left.

The reason we bought a Sleep Number bed originally in 2004 was I had two lower back surgeries and couldn't find anything that I could sleep on comfortably, and Sleep Number was a savior for us. When that bed finally wore out, we got another one plus some beddings. The sales lady was great and helped us choose what to purchase. We found out that we didn't need the base since we already had that and the mattress had just super stretched out. I'm over 250 pounds so it's got a good reason to stretch. They delivered our new bed to us and it was simple to put it together. It was a great experience with Sleep Number. They were really courteous and good to us. We love the bed and I'd definitely recommend it to anybody who's got a bad back.

I've tried other mattresses and things weren't working out with some of them, so we decided to try the Sleep Number and it's way better. Everything, from their sales rep to their delivery team, was fine. I'd recommend them to a friend.

My wife and I wanted to have a Sleep Number for a long time. We went in the store and just wanted to get an idea of which mattress we liked the most. The sales representatives were informative and accommodating. We weren’t anticipating on buying anything that day and they weren’t trying to push us into making a purchase. We eventually came back the very next day and went ahead and made our purchase anyway. The bed is very expensive. I was trying to talk my own family into getting it and getting past the whole cost of it was a hard hurdle, but the bed satisfied the price. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a normal bed.

I’d heard about Sleep Number from other people that have the bed. I got a mattress and a base from them. Their sales reps were very knowledgeable and interactions with their delivery guys were excellent. I sleep better on the bed and I'm very satisfied. The only thing that I'm a little bit disappointed in is in the fact that it’s a queen size mattress with an air chamber on both sides and there’s a solid piece down the center and I have to stay on my side of the bed. But that's part of the way the bed has to be made.

I purchased my first Sleep Number product and I hope I bought the last bed of my life. I went with Sleep Number for the comfort and I got the mattress, the base, a mattress cover, and the pillow. The salesperson helped me pick out what was best because there was a number of different grades. She was very good, very knowledgeable, attentive, professional, pleasant, and easy to talk with. I was the only one in the store, so that made it easier. Then I got a delivery and I love the bed. I love going to bed, I sleep well on it and my dog likes it, too. I like the fact that when I move at some point, it's not going to be wicked heavy or cumbersome. It’s going to deflate and not be a big deal about moving. It’s a good value for the long term.

It's not fantastic but it's better and very good compared to my old bed. The sales rep was very good and the delivery team was fine as well.

I love my Sleep Number. However, I can't stand the financing company. I set up a mobile bill through my bank and it takes three weeks for them to cash the checks that my bank sends them, and then they try to nail me with a late fee. So then I wanted to come in and make a payment at Sleep Number, but they don't accept payment. I asked where I could make a payment, and the only place to make a payment because they're located in Florida is nowhere. It's difficult, but that's my only complaint. Otherwise, everything else is wonderful.

We had no mattress and were ready for something new. Our friends had Sleep Number which they really liked, so we went and tried it out. So far we're very pleased with the bed's quality. I broke my back a few years back and I was waking up in pain. I kept hearing about Sleep Number on the radio so I went and checked it out and I was sold on it. It's been helping my back from day one and for the first time in 30 plus years, I woke up without pain. The salespeople were very friendly and they answered all my questions. They set me up lying on both sides to make sure that my Sleep Number was the same. It was very professional. The young men who did the delivery were very courteous, clean and informative. They went over a little booklet with me and went through the process of making sure that I understood the remote. I recommended Sleep Number to other people and they bought them.

We needed a new mattress and we saw Sleep Number on television. We got their top of the line mattress which raises up and down, vibrates, and has lights under it. It's very nice and I sleep wonderfully. I would only have a bad night in it if I had the wrong number on it. We’ve been enjoying it for as long as we’ve had it and hope to enjoy it for many more years.

My wife wanted to get the Sleep Number mattress that her friends bought. We got the c2 model and their sales rep was very good. He was fine in giving all the information and seemed to be knowledgeable about the product. The mattress is like any other mattress but we can increase or decrease the air pressure. Based on that however, I think that Sleep Number is very expensive. We paid about $1200 all in but I didn't find it being very distinctive compared to the other mattresses we have.

My wife and I wanted a new mattress. Our backs hurt, so we wanted a Sleep Number because we could both adjust it. We went into the store and walked around, looked, sat, and laid on a variety of beds and determined what we wanted and bought it. We had the mattress delivered to our home and we had an amazing experience with the team who brought it. However, the store's system that supposedly helped us find our Sleep Number was broken. It would have been a benefit to have an expert go through that with us. But other than that, everything was great and I'm happy with the product.

We had bought three other beds and they didn't work, and we thought that with Sleep Number we'd be able to get the right pressure for our backs and stuff. Sleep Number's sales professionals were very good and helpful. We got the bed in a good amount of time. However, I'm having trouble sleeping on the bed. He had us try a number of different mattresses, which was a good idea because we learned some things which narrowed us down to the one we really wanted. It was helpful because we could've made a less informed decision and not done as well. Initially, they said that it would take a couple of weeks before they could deliver it then they exceeded that original estimate. But the guy that installed it was real helpful, he explained a bunch of stuff, helped my wife set up the SleepIQ on the phone, and gave us some tips on different things about the bed. So far, it seems great.

I needed a new mattress because my old one was sagging. I had some extra cash and bought a Sleep Number mattress for $1,300. I was treated well at the store and the reps were courteous. They also delivered the mattress and put it together and that was good. However the mattress is not worth what I paid. I air it at 45 but it keeps sagging.

My Sleep Number bed is not working out so great. It isn't equalizing the numbers very well. I can put air on one side and go to a certain number and then the other side won't inflate or deflate properly. I like the bed but I bought the lowest priced that I could. I would have bought the different one which has a little bit more padding on to it. Overall, it's a different kind of bed and I'm trying to get used to it but I'm not dissatisfied with it.

I had a Sleep Number bed for 20 years and recently bought a twin size from them. I was looking for one of those q4 but when I called, they said they don't make it anymore. I love the bed and it's very comfortable. However, I don't know if I'd buy another one again. It seems we got bed bugs when we got the bed because we had never had them before and we had them after the bed was delivered. I brought my Sleep Number bed into the bedroom and that was the only place they were. My husband who is sleeping in a hospital mattress four feet away from me did not have any bed bug on that bed at all. And that's the reason I can pinpoint that's where it came from and that was incredibly frustrating. Something also has to be done to fix the delivery method. If they're picking up old bedding, they did not pick up anything old here to take it away. I don't know what the general practice is, but it was pretty bad.

I had seen Sleep Number advertised a lot and different people had them and liked them, so I talked my husband into getting one. Their sales reps were very nice and informative and weren't pushy. The team that did the delivery was very accommodating to do what I wanted them to, as far as setting the bed up. The bed has been working good. I usually get a good night's sleep as I can adjust it to make myself comfortable. It's a great product and I'm glad I bought it.

My parents recommended Sleep Number, my wife and I visited the store and then we ordered it. The sales reps were helpful, and when we had to return part of it, the process was very straightforward. The assembly people were also very good.

The best part I like is they look for coupons. If I don't have any on my account, they'll look for coupons in other places and see what they can do for me. Sleep Number beds are specially made right when ordered. Our bed came in a big box and it was totally easy to set up. My husband and I did it ourselves. We love our bed.

My husband can't sleep on just any mattress so if we're gonna spend that much money every year on a mattress, we thought of doing it right once with Sleep Number. The delivery team showed us how to do everything and how they put it together was pretty cool because I watched. They also told me to try my Sleep Number again because the technology of the bed from the store is different and pretty much getting better. We did but there was no big difference on the number. When I looked into it, there’s the longevity of the mattress. The Sleep Number can last up to 25 years instead of 8 to 12 years. I also looked at other people’s reviews of it online and it was pretty well-reviewed.

Sleep Number is great. They hold up better than regular mattresses. I bought a queen size bed with the head and foot can be raised up and go down. I have a good experience with their team. Their sales professionals were nice and courteous and the delivery guys came out here and did all the good stuff for me.

My wife and I purchased a Sleep Number based on the fact that we could have one bed that has a different firmness on both sides. The service at the store was good and we were really happy with the delivery and the installation. However, the bed has the SleepIQ functionality which we paid for and we ultimately decided we didn't want it so we returned it within their return window and we went through their whole process. We mailed the bed back to them with their return and that was all fine. Then they said they never got it so they never credited us our money. That was a very terrible experience because even though we gave them the USPS tracking number and everything on the package, they claimed that they never got it. We couldn't get anywhere with their customer service. We had to file a dispute with the credit card company who worked it out and we got our refund back.

The overall quality of the bed has been good other than the fact that we had a problem with our base. We called them and had it switched out. So, it's been great.

We bought a Sleep Number mattress as we wanted something that was adjustable instead of a regular spring mattress and the woman who sold it to us was lovely. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and she answered a few questions. UPS delivered and we put the bed together ourselves. We love the bed.

My girlfriend and I very much like the Sleep Number. We weren't happy with most of the beds we tried and the comfort of it when we lay down on it. I have chronic back problems and my girlfriend works on her feet all day so we weren't getting the restful sleep that we get now with our Sleep Number. It feels so good to lay down on a bed when it doesn't push back at you. A lot of times if my back is sore, I lay down on it for a few minutes to ease my back a bit before it goes bad.

I thought Sleep Number was made adjustable for different body styles but I fell for the gimmickry and I'm not really happy with it. It's not really well-constructed and I don't have any real side support in it at all. The baffles on the inside are pretty small compared to the oversized queen. The whole number thing is not a good science. There's no calibration on the thing to make sure that a 50 now is a 50 next year. We went down to 25 and then up to 90 and then reset it so it stays consistent. We noticed that it gets a little bit softer after a couple of months, so we calibrate it ourselves.

My Sleep Number bed was delivered on time and the assembly was easy, too. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is my back pain which was the reason I got a Sleep Number didn't go away a lot. It's 70% better, rather than 100% to heal my pain.

I was having a lot of back pain and I needed a new bed, so I got a Sleep Number. I'm satisfied with it, and I expect it to last a longer than my last one. The last one was half the price but the years was well shut.

The delivery team came and dumped the Sleep Number off on the back driveway. I didn't even realize it arrived because no one knocked on the door. I just went out to do something, and there, the big box was. I was about ready to send my Sleep Number back for the first month because one side was leaking, and no matter what I did, I could never get comfortable on it. Finally, I went down to Walmart and bought one of those fluffy things that goes on top of the bed, and now it's more comfortable to sleep on.

I and my husband were getting back problems and our mattress was old that’s why we picked Sleep Number. Their sales representatives really went through the whole procedure. They told us everything about it and were very nice. The delivery team was excellent. They did a good job and cleaned up everything afterward. However, when they installed the bed, there’s a very big gap between my head and the headboard so my pillow keeps falling at the back. They set it up very differently in the sense that the big gap should not be there and even the way the mattress ends on the leg part, that’s too much on that side, so I can’t even tuck in the comforter.

We like Sleep Number and it's our second purchase. The sales reps are courteous and the quality of the bed is good.

The Sleep Number is a thousand times better than the bed we had before. The first person we talked to was really cool. He seemed really honest and upfront about everything. He recommended to us to come back at a later time because of the President's Day Sale that will be going on because there'll be way better deals during that time and he definitely was right. My wife said that the delivery guys were quick about it. She said they went in there, brought the stuff in, then said everything's all set up and were done. We’ve recommended Sleep Number to plenty of people.

When I called Sleep Number on the phone to exchanged the standard size pillows that were shipped to me for King sized that should have been shipped to me, the Manager was very helpful and very easy to deal with. Thanks Sleep Number.

I like a different mattress from what my husband does. I like a softer one, so we purchased from Sleep Number. Our experience with the sales rep was okay, however, he didn’t explain a lot. He ended up calling me later and telling me of a different one that was the same as what we were ordering, and it's much cheaper, but I don’t really know now whether that was the right thing for me to do or not because I am not sure what the real difference is. But I like the bed better than my old one.

We were in the market for a new bed and my wife and I are different sleepers so we bought a mattress and a base from Sleep Number. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. They have a very helpful and knowledgeable staff and at this point in time, it's still a very good quality product.

We got the bed with the back spring setup plus a couple of pillows and from day one my wife and I noticed a huge difference from our old bed. However, we don't like how the mattress doesn't stay up and slides down six or eight inches when we're lying on it. I haven't called Sleep Number about it but I was trying to find a way on Google to stop the mattress from sliding. Somebody said I should get a piece of carpet mat and lay it underneath the mattress. It's supposed to add friction, while another said to put Velcro.

My husband and I both suffer from back pain and the bed we had was like a Sleep Number. I slept on a waveless waterbed for years then I went through a divorce and bought a hard mattress, in which I fought with it every night. I decided that I didn't want another waterbed so I got a Sleep Number bed and I love it. It's doing good. The delivery team was great and they carried off my old mattress, which was very heavy.

We went through two of these that we didn't like, then we went back to Sleep Number. My boyfriend and I have gone through three beds in a span of three years. It's because I like really firm beds and he likes the soft ones. We figured the Sleep Number would be better. That way, we can adjust the bed. The few times we bought our previous beds, the reps were very pushy. Whatever they wanted to sell us, that's what I had to get and they make me get it. The sales reps at Sleep Number weren't pushy and were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also made us try everything. As much as they would like to sell maybe the more expensive bed, but we were more comfortable with the cheaper ones, they were happy that we were making a purchase. Also, my boyfriend said that the delivery went smoothly. The guys from Sleep Number did it very quickly and were very efficient.

I had a lot of back and neck pain with the therapeutic mattress that we had so I got a Sleep Number mattress and a base. It was all positive with their sales rep. He went over the features and all that good stuff about the bed. I had to go pretty firm but at least I had that option. Sleep Number is very good and it's probably the best mattress I've ever had.

My brother and his wife have had a Sleep Number for 25 years and they liked it, so my wife thought that it sounded like it would be something we'd like to have. I like the bed because it's adjustable. Sometimes my shoulder hurts when it's too hard so I soften it and it works fine. Also, it does all the reclining and stuff which is really nice. The only thing would be we wish we would have gotten one that was split so we could adjust each child individually. But other than that, it's good. The delivery team came in and quickly set it up where we liked it, how we liked it, along with our bedframe. I'd recommend Sleep Number to a friend.

I'd had my old bed over 20 years and it got bad. My wife and I both have a bad back, so we decided to try the king size half-split mattress from Sleep Number. We liked it. We can adjust it to where we want. I put the pad on because we bought the cheaper model but I keep it on a higher number as I like a harder bed and it does me really well. And by having a half-split, it doesn't slip off the bed and doesn't split apart and have this big hole in the middle.

I've had Sleep Number beds for at least 15 years and I recently bought the basic unit with a queen size mattress. I upgraded from the old and my new one's doing well. I had a cord connected before and now it’s cordless. I've tried a couple of other beds in store and they feel as comfortable but I selected this one because the ones that have too much foam have too much warmth. My bed gives a comfortable night of sleep which is what I expected and bought it for. The sales reps were cordial and warm. I went from a standard size double to a queen and I had to buy other equipment because of the size of the bed but everything went well.

We've had our Sleep Number bed for two years now and we have the base, mattress, and pillows. The service was good at the store and the salesman was super and explained everything to us and we were very happy. However, the people who did the delivery broke the light in the ceiling over the bed. They said sorry but that wasn't a very good experience. It cost me $2.50 to replace the bulb. Other than that, we love our bed and we've very satisfied.

My parents have a Sleep Number bed and they rant and rave about it. I was not sleeping well at all so I decided to get one. I bought the mattress and then the mattress cover. I purchased a pillow as well but I don’t use it much anymore because it’s not as comfortable as I had hoped it would be. The people in the store have been amazing but I haven’t had great experience calling customer service. I have both sides of my set at the same number but the one side had no air in it. I got off in tears two times I called customer service because their rep didn’t believe me. She told me that that couldn’t be possible and I was like, “I sleep on this bed every night. There is something wrong.” Finally, they sent me a new chamber and I'm still having the same problem.

We bought the Sleep Number mattress, base and the SleepIQ for my wife's back. Their sales reps answered any questions we had and put up with us trying every bed in the store. The delivery team were on time and had it set up within 20 minutes. My wife sleeps better in it. We have different zones, so the bed helps out a lot, for different comforts.

You were a no-call, no-show for our bed delivery on 12/19. Then you promised to deliver it by 12/22. We got a call this morning to confirm delivery on 12/22, followed by another call saying there was a problem and we would not be getting our bed tomorrow. We've canceled the order. Personally, I think we dodged a bullet. If your product is as bad as your customer service, we've just avoided a disaster. We will NEVER attempt to buy a bed from Sleep Number again. You're disorganized, sloppy, inconsistent, and completely devoid of concern for your customers.

The sales rep was awesome when we made our first Sleep Number purchase. He knew what he was talking about and he had a great personality. The delivery went perfectly and we're happy with the quality of our bed.

We've been looking at Sleep Number beds for a while. I’ve checked them out in the past so I knew what I was looking at. We didn't have Sleep Number store in our area so I had to order the bed over the phone, with one of the reps at Albuquerque. They were very helpful and got us going. The delivery team was good too. They showed us how to work on the bed and put it all together. Also, we like the overall quality of the bed we purchased.

I had a Tempur-Pedic and those are very firm and I was having hip issues because I’m a side sleeper. I tried all different positions when sleeping and I didn’t get any sleep for two months. So I decided to go over to Sleep Number. The c2 or the c4 are too thin of a mattress for me. Even with the air pockets, it would still hurt me a little bit, so I needed something thicker. They had iLE on clearance for 50% off, but I have a memory foam on top of mine to make it thicker. It’s the greatest bed that I’ve ever owned that I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning.

My mattress was uncomfortable and I had a backache, so we recently bought a Sleep Number mattress. We also have the Sleep Number pad we put on top that heats and cools. The Sleep Number sales representative was wonderful. He was very informative and helpful, and he did the Sleep test thing. The delivery team was very efficient and quick. They set up and were out in less than an hour. My experience was very positive overall. Sleep Number has very good products and there were several items to choose from. I’m glad because I no longer have a backache. That's the most important thing to me.

The Sleep Number delivery team was excellent and friendly. It's been about six months since they delivered the bed and so far so good in terms of overall quality. It is a lot better and more comfortable than my old bed. My grandparents had a Sleep Number too.

I had knee surgery and also sleep disorder. I got a nice deal with Sleep Number, that's why I bought the one with the legs and can raise the back and feet, that has the base under it. When I got this bed, I got over my sleep disorder as it helped quite a bit so I am happy. I also thought that the delivery team was really good. Two young guys came in and they knew what they were doing. They saw that I was missing some brackets and I have to order those extra. They set it up and did a real good job. I've only had it for 10 months and I haven't had any problems with it. The bases are pretty solid and the brackets are really good. What I liked was the cover for the mattresses and that was real nice.

My mom has a Sleep Number and she’s had it for 20 years and loved it. So, we decided to get one too. We also purchased the bed and pillows. Their sales reps were really good. One of the guys even had us try every bed and pillow. He made sure we got one that we really liked. The delivery team was also professional and polite. They came in, took the old mattress out, and set the bed up. They installed everything and showed us how to work everything. I love the quality of Sleep Number. I have a good sleep every night now. The only downfall was we did buy the pillow protector covers and they didn’t seem to protect the pillows. The pillows do have slight stains on them. But overall, it was a very good experience with Sleep Number.

I had back pain and I heard Sleep Number was good for that. I got the c2 queen mattress, two pillows and a mattress protector from them. And my experience with their reps was all positive. The overall quality of the bed has been good so far, and I'm really satisfied.

We got a whole bed from Sleep Number - we had a bed of a similar type when we used a motor home. The salespeople told us about the Sleep Number bed and we tested it. They did different numbers and decided what number was good for us. All the boxes were there when they delivered it and we put the bed together ourselves. Everything came all together. My husband and I are both very satisfied.

Our old bed was a king-size Sleep Number and we had it for 25 years and more. It was perfect after all those years, however, it was getting a bump in the bottom. When my husband passed away, I decided that I want a queen. Also, I had a hip replacement in one leg and a rod in the other so I wanted a softer bed. I wanted comfort and bought another Sleep Number. I went to the store in Crossgates to buy it and the sales rep was fabulous. Then the fellows who came to put the bed in were great and wonderful. I like the bed. However, I had trouble trying to figure what number to put it on because it was a real soft one. We always had the first one on 30 but this one I had on 60 and I wasn't happy. I called them about it and the store told me to put it up more and that some people sleep on 100.

Our mattress was old and broken down so we thought we would try a Sleep Number mattress. I should have bought the split bed that goes into a recliner position but it wouldn't work in our current bedroom set so we went with the mattress. And my wife loves it. My problem is my wife likes a soft bed so she sleeps on a 25. I still have some back and shoulder problems and I can't find comfort with it. If it's too soft, it hurts my back and my right leg goes numb. And if it's too hard, my shoulders hurt. It's easier for me to sleep in a reclining position so I sleep in an Easy Chair. But Sleep Number is a good product and we've never had any trouble with it.

So, when we could afford it, we went into the store and picked out the right one for us, and we have been happy with it ever since. There was only one sales rep at the store and she did a great job, and explained everything to us. She ended up actually working with two different customers, or another customer besides us, but she gave us her full attention when she was able to and all our questions were answered. My husband was there during the delivery and he was happy with it. We're really satisfied with Sleep Number.

The sales professionals listened to what we wanted and we came up with the perfect bed. The delivery team came early and the guys were great. The mattress is extraordinary. My back pain and hip problem are now gone.

Their sales representatives were knowledgeable about their products, we had no issues getting the information that we needed. With the instructions they provided, it was fairly easy to put the bed together myself. We're really happy with the quality. Sleep Number is better than any of the other beds we bought over the years. They're one of the better bed brands right now in terms of how long they last. I weigh 205 pounds so I end up wearing out a bed fairly quickly, then end up sleeping in a crater. But the Sleep Number bed is really good. Having an adjustable bed, we don't have the issue that we had with the memory foam or the foam beds that we bought in the past and also since it's adjustable, you can do whatever you want with it. You can set it at any level. We have made three purchases with Sleep Number and so far, the original bed I bought back in 2008 is still holding up really well.

I have a friend that has a Sleep Number and she told me how she loved it. Once I also had an air mattress and I really liked sleeping on it. So I thought I would try Sleep Number. I got the sheets, the mattress cover and the pillows. The sales rep was very good. She took her time with me. Everything went fine with the delivery as well. I was very pleased with them. It was a very good experience. So far, I’ve been happy with Sleep Number. And I would recommend them to anyone.

My brother sleeps on a Sleep Number and it looked like he feels good, so I decided to try it. The sales reps sold me what I was supposed to be sold and I didn't have any trouble with the delivery guys. They came in to set it up, did their job and left. I haven't had any problem with the bed. I'm satisfied.

My wife always had problems sleeping and she always likes to sit up in bed and read. We’ve had pretty much no problems with anything on the Sleep Number bed. However, the sales reps really pushed their stuff and I didn't like that. They almost didn't want us out of the store unless we wanted to buy their product. Also, we didn't like the choices of the bed frames presented to us. We bought a different bed frame but the one we got and the height of the bed were slightly off. I wanted to lower the Sleep Number bed so it looked more normal in the bed frame that we had and I ended up making my own legs because the price that Sleep Number wanted for lower legs was ungodly expensive. I ordered some parts for 420, lowered it all by myself, and it's fine.

We've had Sleep Number products for twelve years already. My husband and I like the different levels of firmness of their mattress. Their sales reps have always been really nice and not pushy. Their delivery crews set the beds up and have always been good as well.

We experienced the Sleep Number with a timeshare in Lake Tahoe. We bought for ourselves a mattress, base, pillow, and cover and we've had them for about six months now and we really like it. The sales reps were excellent as well as the delivery team. The only negative in our experience is that it's too expensive. But other than that, I'm satisfied.

I couldn’t find a mattress that did not have gel in it so I got a Sleep Number. I use gel knee pads in my line of work and the gel breaks down with wear and body heat. So when sleeping on a bed, there's heat since blankets are on top of it and maybe a heated pad which brings additional heat. Also, there's weight since I'm laying on it.

I had a Sleep Number bed for years which I enjoyed and I was ready to upgrade to something that moved so I got the mattress and the hydraulics. I happened to have been out of town at the time they delivered and my neighbors graciously sat here with them while they brought it in and set it up. My neighbors told me they didn’t want to set it up but they did. I bought the Sleep Number at a craft fair and I went into a local store because I still am not as comfortable as I was and I can’t seem to get it situated. And the saleswoman that I spoke with helped me. It’s been fine since I got myself adjusted. It’s also of good quality.

I am having migraine headaches and I wasn’t able to lay flat so I’d been sleeping in a recliner for seven months. I needed a bed that I could sleep and raise the head up. I then purchased a standard Sleep Number bed and base and I like it really well. It’s a good product that exactly suited my needs. The rep was highly professional. I had done a lot of research so I knew exactly what I wanted, and she didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. She asked all the right questions. I walked out getting stuff that I wouldn’t have known I needed without her telling me about. I was really satisfied with how she helped me.

My husband had a restless leg and he can't sleep on anything so he wanted to try out the Sleep Number. We tried regular mattresses and no matter if these were top brand names, it didn't make any difference. By the time that we had done that 2 or 3 times, everybody that I know of that's had a Sleep Number bed said that we might as well get one. Furthermore, people repeatedly rave about the Sleep Number bed on the radio. Even my kid had gotten one and said it was really good. My daughter had back problems and said that it really helped her out. So, we thought, "We'll go ahead and make the plunge, and see what comes out of it and if it does everything they say it does."

I love my new Sleep Number bed - C6, with the adjustable base. I love to have the ability to raise the head of my bed, raise the foot of my bed, or both!! I was able to find my Sleep Number within a couple of days of getting the bed. I originally thought I was a 35, but actually found that I am a 50. It is great to be able to change my Sleep Number as circumstances change.

I heard so many great things about Sleep Number and my husband’s back was killing him on our regular mattress so we just took the jump and made the purchase from them. Their sales reps were amazing. Before we did the purchase, we went twice and they were perfectly great and very accommodating at both times. I had Sleep Number for 19 years before this last purchase which includes a mattress, a base and some bedding. Because we're a previous user and customer, we were able to select what we needed with a special deal on it. Our bed is adjustable to both sides and so my wife has a different number than I do. We're very satisfied overall.

We were looking for a bed and almost bought a memory foam, but people told us not to. We went with the Sleep Number instead and it's been great. The sales reps were friendly, helpful, and answered our questions. The delivery team came earlier than what they said and I had to take time off from work. It was like panic mode because they were there before they said they were going to be. It was not a horrible problem, but we weren't prepared. But other than that, I'm sleeping better and that's what matters. I hope it's the last bed I buy. It was a positive experience, and as long as people can afford them, I would recommend it.

I love my p6 bed from Sleep Number. Out of the all the beds I've purchased, it's been my favorite. Their sales professionals were kind of weird but they got the job done. I had my bed delivered in my home and the delivery team was good. They got in and installed it. We had some questions on the power box and asked if we really needed a surge protector and they answered it all. I had an excellent experience with them. My bed is good but I think it could use a little bit of improvement. I think having a button both sides for pumping is a big help.

One of my friends used to work at Sleep Number so she bought a Sleep Number bed. And she said it was the best. I wasn't looking to purchase one but she definitely sold me on it. I love it and it has great quality. It helps me sleep better at night. And now, I have a really great product that I get to use for the rest of my life. Their sales rep was also amazing. She called me and even sent me out the “Thank You” card afterwards. And I could call her anytime if I had questions and she would answer them. It was a really good experience.

Sleep Number was running a special and we had it down between them and another company that was local in our area. We would have gone with that other company if it hadn’t been for the discount, and the warranty was also a huge factor. We had interactions with two different reps because we went and checked out the bed then we left and then we came back to make the purchase. They were informative but not too pushy and I appreciated that. They both personally really liked the product or acted like they did so they seemed personally invested in it.

We're happy with our Sleep Number bed and I'd recommend it. My wife had a bad back and it's been better since we've had the bed. The delivery team was great.

We had stayed at a hotel that had therapeutic beds and we decided that we didn't like these ones, so we went out to Sleep Number to get adjustable beds that were more like mattresses and not rubber things. We bought two separate Sleep Number beds that had different numbers. We also purchased the base for both beds. The salesman we dealt with was awesome, then we dealt with the guy who owns the franchise. We scheduled home delivery for both of our Sleep Number purchases.

We were looking for a new mattress. We decided to check Sleep Number out and see how it was, and we enjoyed it so we went ahead and purchased it. We absolutely love the bed. We've had it for a couple of months now and it's been great. It has worked out so far and we haven't had any issues with it.

I had always been curious about Sleep Number and I hadn't been having a lot of luck with other mattresses, so I gave it a shot. It was really good when we initially went in and purchased the bed, but they didn't include the box spring in the shipment. We called and talked to the salesperson and he said we didn't order that, but I specifically remember doing so. There was a bit of a mix-up there and he just passed the phone off. We were able to straighten it all out, though, until a couple of weeks later, that portion came. The delivery staff was very informative and courteous. However, I'm having so many problems with the bed. When I set it for a certain number, it feels like the air comes out and it doesn't stay where it's at. Then if I pump it up too much, it gets this bow in it. I've been battling with it and I'm not liking it.

I love the quality of the Sleep Number products we got. Our mattress is separated in the top half and I thought it would be positive but the gap has gotten wider. Otherwise, it's wonderful. As far apart as the gap made me feel, this type of bed and Sleep Number has helped us to feel held at a time where the world was overwhelming for us. It was a very soothing experience to be able to sleep in this bed. My husband would vouch for this, too.

I wanted to love my new Sleep Number bed - everyone else I know seems to. But it didn't work for me. I felt like I was camping out on a glorified air mattress. I didn't hate it, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. So I began the return process. I called a week prior to the 30th day of the trial and said I would be returning. The gal told me it would be processed and I would be sent return shipping labels on the 30th day. I didn't receive anything so I called the next day (today). Good thing - since they neglected to tell me I would need to call again to start the process. After again waiting on hold for 37 minutes I was able to speak to Mike #**. He was polite at first and then began quickly rattling off how the process worked and what my refund would be.

We were very excited to get our new bed. We purchased a split King Bed with the temp control pads for both sides and the frame that allows you to adjust foot and head. We received it within about a week of purchase and was set up on the evening of the Dec 7th. That night, after we fell asleep between the hours of 10:00 pm and 2:00 am, the bed malfunctioned. It showed an error on the controller for the foot and head adjustment. The Head and foot adjustment control quit working. My husband spent at least two hours on the phone with customer support trying to fix it. Customer Service finally decided that it was the cables to the control box and said they would have to order it. Well, we are still waiting.

I had looked at Sleep Number for years and always thought they were too expensive. I bought the adjustable base and I can only sleep on it for about four hours. I can't sleep in it for eight hours. I wake up and I'm miserable. I go to the other bedroom and finish out the night in a regular mattress. There are nights when I don't sleep on it at all. I got arthritis and I have it on my shoulders and back and I don't sleep well no matter where I'm at. I thought Sleep Number would take care of a lot of them but it hasn't done it. We went out and got a topper and put on it and that has made it worse. I paid a $200 for that and they won't take it back. However, my wife seems to get along well with Sleep Number.

I purchased a mattress and the frame and the box spring from Sleep Number. The guy at Sleep Number store was wonderful and very attentive. He said that he would be contacting us as soon as the bed was delivered and then again within three months, before the option to return the bed was up, just to make sure we were satisfied. The face-to-face interaction was great, but since then, we've never heard from him and I am not satisfied with it. I've spent my life in sales and follow-up is important especially with that size of purchase. Other than that, I'm happy and very satisfied with the product. UPS delivered the bed to the house and my husband assembled it.

My husband and I had been discussing getting a bed. And when I went in their store, there was a very good deal running and we were able to be financed for the three years. And the bed was very comfortable. So everything together made it so that we went ahead and got the Sleep Number. The lady that took care of us was very kind and helpful. And she walked through it with us and it was definitely a positive experience. And I love my Sleep Number bed. We got the one that elevates the head and the knees and it also has a memory foam on top. It’s definitely much more comfortable than my previous bed. And I've recommended it to two or three people.

We've had our Sleep Number bed for 15 years, then we gave it to our son and bought a new one. We had our purchases delivered and set up. The team that did that was very efficient. The quality of the bed is good and we've recommended it to other people.

I was looking for a bed and Sleep Number was close to home. The bed is okay but the pillow top is going flat. Overall, it's not a good experience. I overpaid for something that I just want and spent too much for what it is.

I have chronic back pains and my husband has hip problems, so we got a Sleep Number. I’m still paying for it but it's been fantastic. Their store reps were all very nice. They weren’t pushy at all and answered all of our questions and showed us how to work the bed. If we didn’t like it, we could give it back. I bought sheets at the time and I want a pillow now. They have something that you put on to protect your pad, which is a good thing. The bed is of good quality. We haven’t had any problems with it. It does what it’s supposed to do. It’s pretty simple. We had to take it apart to put down wood floors and it went back together really easy. We’ve been really happy with it and I have recommended it numerous times. It’s the most wonderful bed we’ve ever owned.

We were looking for a better alternative to what we had and decided to purchase that initial bad kind of low entry $800 bed mattress from Sleep Number. Working with their sales professionals was very good. We had a good exposure of the products and so we've made a pretty sound decision. The mattress was delivered to us by a shipping company and we had to put it in ourselves, which was not a problem. Overall, it was as advertised and we really enjoy our mattress.

My husband has back problems and needed a different mattress than I do so we chose to purchase Sleep Number. The Sleep Number staff were very, very nice, knowledgeable of their product, not overbearing, and just really listened to what we needed and tried to make things happen. When we went into their store, we told the sales professional what we were looking for and our timeframe of our purchase. She gave us different options. She called us a couple of times, not excessively, just to touch base with us to make sure we were still on target with our purchase. We actually went back in and bought from the same salesperson we had been talking to all along.

The Sleep Number representative knew his product and was a very helpful person. It was excellent interacting with him. The delivery was fine as well. I purchased a mattress only and it does what it says it does. I could make it harder or softer and it does that very well. There’s one problem that still persists though. Between my side and my wife’s side, the bed is higher or there’s a bump in the center. We had that problem with the regular mattress before and Sleep Number was claiming I wouldn't have that problem and it was the main reason we bought their bed. But, it still does happen so it's a bit of a dissatisfaction. Also, the bed is a bit too expensive for what it is. However, the quality is good and I'm satisfied with the product.

We went with a traditional mattress from Mattress Warehouse and then we went with a foam one and that was uncomfortable. We kept hearing about Sleep Number beds and went into a store and my wife and I really liked it. It's far better than any other mattress. We're able to set its firmness and incline the bed which I like. I sleep better slightly inclined. The sales rep was very kind, nice and quiet. He helped us get through the whole thing and figure out what we needed. Overall, our experience with Sleep Number has been great.

Our first Select Comfort lasted fifteen years. When we ordered a new one over the phone there was no pressure about trying to upgrade us to a more expensive model. I am a physical therapist and I have suggested this mattress to many because you can adjust the firmness to what feels comfortable for your body on a hourly basis if necessary.

On or about December 8th, my bed deflated. I contacted Sleep Number, and after a little while (preceded by a long telephone wait) - I was told that I needed a new pump and that it would cost me over $200, which was better than the full $300+ price for the pump had I not been under some part of the warranty. (Side Note, I can get the same pump on eBay for just under $300 and on Amazon for less than $200!) I requested expedited delivery and was told, it was not an option (despite the fact I was paying for it)! I made the order. After 2 days I called (again waited for over 20 minutes) and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred TWICE to someone other than a supervisor and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time. After that I was informed that you would refund the purchase price of the pump and the shipping charges.

I was having trouble sleeping on my bed and I thought of buying a Sleep Number bed. The sales professionals I dealt with were very helpful and seemed to know what they were talking about. They did a very good job. The delivery team did a very good job as well in a very short period of time. My husband and I have been very happy with the quality of the mattress. Before, we slept in different rooms and now, we can sleep together since having Sleep Number. It's a very good bed and I'm very pleased with it.

One can change the firmness setting when sleep is not as refreshing as needed. These beds are expensive, but I do not believe it will have to be replaced in the next 20 years.

Our other mattress was only six years old and it was killing our backs. We decided to try the Sleep Number and went to their store right before they closed and purchased the king bed. The rep at the store did an excellent job. I was very comfortable with his sales technique. Their team also did a fine job in terms of delivery. The bed, however, likes to push away from our head support because I don't have a foot board. It's not like a normal mattress that would stay there and I need to push it back up towards the headboard a little bit every other night. I see Sleep Number as a high-priced air mattress. It has a lot of profit built into it, but it sleeps fine, works well, and I'm satisfied with it.

The Sleep Number rep answered all of our questions and demonstrated everything we wanted to see. The bed took a little getting used to but we're happy with it to date. It's a quality product and everybody we met in relation to it was very good.

The sales professionals at Sleep Number were interesting. For a product that costs that much, they were a little bit less professional than we expected. The two ladies we interacted with were like in a training mode and they were floundering a little bit when we asked questions, but they were polite. The bed was almost a $4000, a not cheap purchase and the manager got us comfortable with the purchase we were planning. She was the only one who had a firm grasp on what she was doing. The delivery team was very polite too and were super quick. They took their shoes off when they came in the house. We got the king size air mattress, which came in several parts and it was surprising watching them put it all together, so we joked that it's a glorified air mattress.

My husband liked a bed a certain way and I liked one a certain way so we figured the Sleep Number bed would be the best because we can each have what we want on firmness. The salespeople were friendly, informative, and had experience with their own beds. They were easy to talk to. We’ve had the Sleep Number bed for a while now and I don't like it. The way the bed is designed, it doesn’t work for me because when it changes firmness, it either gets harder or softer only where I am. It creates a hole and I feel like I'm sleeping in one. I have to get out of the bed, put it at a number I might like then get on the bed and test it.

My brother and sister-in-law and my sister and her husband have Sleep Number so I got one for myself, too. Their sales professional was helpful and friendly. He contacted me a month later to see how I liked the bed or if I had any questions. The bed is very comfortable. I'm not experiencing any back problems anymore. I could almost buy a car for what I spent on the bed, but then it’s an investment if it lasts as long as it is supposed to.

From the start to finish we are very impressed with the Sleep Number's team. Athena from sales was very professional and helpful. She is a great team member for the Sleep Number bed company. The install team were very professional and explained every little detail of the install of the new bed, explained how to use the remote control, how to use every button on the remote control. We are very impressed with Sleep Number team. We will let our friends and family know about Sleep Number bed. Thank you very much.

Sleep number did refund us the price difference with the sale in the end. I had to be persistent and make many calls but they made it work for me. That was very much appreciated. Thank you :)

It was expensive but my husband has back problems and it has helped. They delivered our mattress on time and did the setup. Our sales person was well informed and knew the product. My husband and I like the bed. We gets a good night sleep and we like the adjustable base. We added the warming and cooling pad just this year and it is great. I would purchase another Sleep Number bed if we needed one. Great customer service.

I believe we got ripped off. We were charged $8000 for our bed and it didn't even come with the headboard and upholstered frame for around the bed. I have not met anyone else who has ever paid as much as we had. I think the sale rep ripped us off terribly. Aside from this, we have had the bed 6+ years and my lower back is very painful each morning. I have tried adjusting it many times over for more than 60 days at a time just to see if any of the setting will alleviate the back pain and stiffness. I would not and have NOT recommended this rip off to any of our friends and relatives and have encouraged them to purchase other adjustable beds, far less expensive and are quite happy with. This was a terrible purchase and rip off.
