This may be great if you get one that works. I did not and the runaround from this company is crazy. I have only had a few decent nights sleep in the first 40 days I have this bed. Their support is useless with the suggestion to be to unplug the bed and and give it seven days. There is the problem. It will only work for 2 days so can't even get to the seven days. I have moved up multiple ladders of support with no help from any of them. Getting a Sleep Number has been one of the worst product decisions I have ever made.

I always wanted a Sleep Number but I didn't wanna pay that much money for it. I talked my friend into buying one 30 years ago, and she loved it. It took me 30 years to get one but I’m happy with the bed. I had a problem at the store, though. I went for the p5 and the sales rep gave me a price then rang it all up. I knew it was on sale the following week so I said I would come back. He told me he would be there on Wednesday so I said I would come back then. I went there and left the papers in the car, which was okay since the rep had given me the customer quote, so he knew exactly what I wanted. He told me not to get the papers and then added a couple of hundred dollars to the price. I said that it was the wrong price and that I have it in the car, but then he said it was the right price. So I said goodbye and left.
I then pulled it up online and had no trouble. I dealt with Hank, and he gave me the right price that I originally had. He was wonderful. I had the bed delivered, which worked fine, and the people did exactly what I said. They were very good. I also had put the app in and they set it up. So far, I think it’s a good quality bed. I sleep much better. I used to have a really hard time sleeping and would sleep for two hours, but now, I could sleep around eight hours.
I recommended Sleep Number to other people, and they bought the bed. The thing is, the reps told the people I recommended it to that I would get a check for it. They told the first one I was getting a check for $50 then the second one, it was $100. I told these people that if I get the check then we would split it. That way, everybody saves a little bit of money. Then yesterday, I got the reward thing in the mail. Now, I gotta use it and buy something from them. It’s terrible that they did that. They tell you that you’re getting a check for $100, but you just get a reward, that’s it. They shouldn’t say that. I’m really annoyed right now and I have people asking me if I got the check yet. I’m not even gonna mention this bed to anybody else because I don’t want more people to dislike me over 100 bucks. Though I’m really unhappy about this thing that they did, I’m satisfied with the bed.

We had a problem with our sheets from Sleep Number. They were a little over a year old and developed a big tear in them. They found our account and with no questions agreed to send us a replacement set at no charge. They were helpful and professional. We could not have been treated better.

We had a good experience with the delivery and setup. Jonathan and Vaughn the setup guys were very courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. They demonstrated all the different features to us and gave us any and all information that we were concerned about and reassured us that if we had any problems in the future that we could contact the office and that someone would get back with us.

We are previous Sleep Number owners we have purchased 2 in the last 20+ yrs. We knew we wanted to purchase another but had no idea of the options and technology. Our experience in the store was very relaxed with Tim, we got to the show room probably 30 to 40 minutes before closing on Sunday afternoon and Tim never appeared to be in a hurry to leave. He took time to show us several beds and all the options there was to go with the beds. Pleasant experience for my wife and I.

We've been always impressed with Sleep Number's quality to the point that when the old one was finally starting to wear out, we bought another Sleep Number. Our interactions with their reps have always been excellent. They're knowledgeable and friendly and they seem like they really care. We mainly purchased mattresses, but we also purchased mattress covers, sheets, and pillowcases. We had the mattresses delivered and the delivery team was very professional and good. They covered their feet so they didn't leave tracks. They also did a nice job of putting everything in place and setting everything up.

I bought an i8 bed a week ago and the sales woman implied during the sale that we would probably get the bed in a week but after the purchase we found out that it would take 3 weeks. The sales people need to be upfront on delivery times before someone purchases their product. I hope the bed is worth the wait.

I had a Sleep Number that I purchased some years ago, and I purchased another one to upgrade. I had a good experience dealing with the sales rep, who was very courteous and professional. The delivery went well too. My husband loves the bed. However, I like the old one better. That one was pillow top whereas this is just flat. It’s like laying on a board almost with cushion. It’s not fluffy enough. I need that wrapped around my body feel, like a bed of cotton. I'm reverting back to my old bed. Also, I thought this new one adjusts to your body all night long. The only time I feel it adjusting to my position is when I first get in the bed, but after that I don’t feel it anymore. Still, I like all the gadgets and how the bed tells me how I slept the night before.

New app just not convenient to use. Bed goes offline and intermittently does not record data. Would rather have the old app back. The only adjustment on this bed is the dip, or hole in the middle (head to foot).

My husband had an old Sleep Number bed and I liked the fact that I could pick it up so I could sleep up. We've owned the new bed for a couple of months and the sales representative who helped us purchase it was excellent. She was good at explaining the different thicknesses and the properties of the bed where you didn't need a backboard when you picked the bed up. Other companies had beds that also went up, but this was self so you don't need a backboard. There's also the fact that my husband and I sleep differently. His is firmer than mine, and I have my own button that I can play with. We also got a liner that protects the bed, and then we purchased two sets of sheets.
During the delivery, the bed was not set up properly, so that upset me. But Sleep Number was good about coming out, 'cause I had pictures and the sales rep said, "No, that's not how it should look" because mine was side-wards. When they came out, the guy was here for two seconds, snapped it in and that solved the problem. It was nice that it was an easy fix, but the people that delivered it in the first place should've completed the whole job. I had another problem when my thing went off and it wouldn't work. I called up and said, "I don't know what's wrong," and the rep was very sweet on the phone and walked me through it. My bed's been working perfect ever since.

Location of the store was SO convenient. We were at the Easton location. The facility was spotlessly clean and we were greeted with enthusiasm. Salesman was patient and thorough with his explanations of "so many things to learn"! I realized early on that this purchase was so much more than that! It was a life-changing experience and decision. I have no doubt we will experience a new lifestyle consisting of great, consistent sleep!

We've had a Sleep Number for over 10 years. We loved the first bed from them but it was getting old and my husband wanted to try a regular type of mattress again. We did that for a couple of years but decided that we liked the Sleep Number better because of our back problems. With Sleep Number, we could have whatever firmness that we liked. We got their mattress and base.
We had a very good experience with our salesperson. It was very professional. We pretty much went back to the same type of bed we had before. It's just that it has been upgraded since we purchased it 15 years ago. The delivery people were great too. They came on time. We purchased a new bed frame so we had that all set up and ready for them. They just came in, put the bed together, and were out of here in no time flat. Our Sleep Number is fantastic and we love it.

You go in with the best intentions to buying a comfortable bed system. You’re buying a bed which means base and mattress together with the promise of 90 days trial. So after the delivery you’re so excited to sleep in your new bed you paid over $7,000 and then you’re laying in the bed and start adjusting the bed and hear the base making a lot of noise you never heard inside their store with ambient noise, salesman talking, and other customers in the store.
Then the feel of the mattress is different but you think you're making a change and it takes time for your body to adjust right? That didn’t happen and the crazy part is when you make adjustments during the night the base makes so much noise it wakes up your partner in a separate king single! It’s crazy and you can’t believe it because you never noticed it in the store. Then the mattress and base is called a bed and you decide it’s not going to work. You call customer service to return and the real trouble begins with Sleep Number tell you the base is NOT returnable ever! You’re like, "Are you kidding me? You said we had a trial period to try the bed not just the mattress!" Would never ever bought paid $4,000 for base you can’t return. The sales people are trained to never talk about the base but in the purchasing stuff you're getting pillows and sheets and signing and initialing stuff while distracted they get you!
You go into the process with the retailer with what you think is a win win exchange. You're buying, they’re selling and making sure you're happy with 90 day trial period because it’s impossible to know if a $7,000 BED is right for you in the store. The salespeople are helping you and giving you confidence it’s the right choice and you have 90 days to try it in your home. They have a nice store and you think they’re creditable retailer until it’s time to return it. Never buy anything from Sleep Number. They don’t care if you unhappy. It’s a numbers game and I wish and think there should be a class action law suit against them with all the people they screw over and don’t tell about the base not being returnable.

I had a Sleep Number before for many years and I was downsizing so I decided to make the purchase. The second time I bought a Sleep Number, I got a mattress and frame. The rep was very patient. He explained things and helped me work things through to make a decision. Plus, the delivery was fine and really fast. The bed is extremely comfortable and I’m very pleased with it.

I've had several Select Comfort/Number beds for the past 20+ years. I just replaced a Cal King to a Queen and purchase the P5. It's taken a couple week to get used to the softness of the Memory Foam but have been sleeping quite well not. However, I am experiencing severe MOLD smell. My bedding and nightgown are reeking of MOLD. I am going to contact the Select Comfort as I've only had the bed for less than 30 days! NOT HAPPY! Don't buy if you have a choice. I have now seen several videos of mold growing in the beds. Really bad!

Hi Leslie, we think it is really important to know that while situations like this are rare, common household mold can occur in any mattress or piece of upholstered furniture under certain conditions. Mold spores are present in ALL outdoor and indoor environments.
Our testing revealed common household mold levels were in each case lower than mold levels typically found in normal outdoor air and were generally lower than or comparable to mold levels found within buildings with good air filtration systems. We have been advised by independent experts that for consumers with mold allergies to be affected, the mold spores must be airborne or otherwise come in direct contact with the consumer, and this does not appear to be caused by our product.

Split king I 10 360 smart bed. Love my Sleep Number bed. It's amazing, this is my second one, now I have one in my guest room. The salesperson Lathan ** was very helpful, he demonstrated the beds that I was interested in. The delivery was great, Marc did an amazing and was very knowledgeable and polite.

2- Modify SleepIQ app to include error message about single chamber. The error message 'order # and email address don't match' is inaccurate for single chamber buyers.

The FlexFit connection has been very "glitchy" from the start. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just sort of goes off into it's own little version of reality and does whatever it wants. I Stopped by to speak to the Salesperson at the store where I bought the bed. He was very a very smug little man. He seemed to get upset because I waited, (politely, I thought), for a customer to leave the store before I expressed my complaint about the bed. His only response to me was "What do you expect me to do about it"? I had to walk out of the store with my lips tightly pressed together rather that explicitly tell him exactly what I thought he "should do about it". So.. I thought well..that was a mistake, I'll just never purchase anything again from Sleep Number.
So...when I got home I figured I would call customer service, that was a wasted 20 mins, plus. No help at all, after being put on hold a couple times, I tried to speak with someone who was more interested in reading her script than listening to what I had to say. Every time I tried to speak, she would begin to "talk over me", then tell how impolite I was for not listening to what SHE had to say. UGH!!! Before I lost it I just hung up. Next I tried the "Chat" option. At least I felt like I was being treated like a customer here. Unfortunately, the only option this person had for me was to call "Customer Service"... NOPE, been there, done that, (remember the definition of insanity?... Not going there.)
So...after $9.000 for a bed and bedding, the Flex-Fit portion of this fancy bed I bought turns out to be pretty much worthless junk that nobody at Sleep Number seems to care about getting to work correctly. You got your money..right?! Oh ya, I almost forgot... If I give you ANOTHER $99, you'll send someone to my house, of course with no guarantees... You know, kind of like that 25 year warranty you all brag about?... Nope, I'm not THAT gullible. Well, my education is your gain I guess. I've lived long enough to know that sometimes you just get screwed and there's nothing you can do about it. Well, this is just one of those instances. (Although I will be telling this story to everyone I know at every opportunity I have for the rest of my life.)

We apologize for the trouble you've been experiencing with your FlexFit adjustable base, D M. Can you send us a private response with more information about the issue that's occurring and your order number so we can take a further look into your concerns?

Very happy overall. Very good quality and the bedding is amazing as well. I've been sleeping extremely well. My daughter loves the flex bed part as well. App is easy to use too. Nice bed overall. Very glad I made this purchase.

I have been a satisfied customer for 11 years until today. I have referred my family members and friends to company. The zipper on the casing of my mattress, in my opinion was not properly sewn. The "warranty" is for a year and then is on a scale and goes down. Bottom line - charging $500.00 + for replacement. Absolutely, no support from customer service to discuss any options. (I was willing to pay, but hoping to get some support in a discount.) No discussion. How unfortunate. Supervisor "Trellis" was not even willing to discuss. My bed is in perfect condition other than the broken zipper. I even inquired about an incentive to purchasing a new bed and using some of the replacement cost to put towards it. Answer - NO.

We're sorry you've had trouble with your bed, Amy. While defects in our beds are rare, the ones that do occur are most often found and reported in the first two years of use, which is why we fully cover any replacements due to defects during that period. After those first two years begins the prorated portion of our warranty, where we're still covering a portion of the cost for your replacement, but no longer the full 100%. Applause to our two delivery people who endured a hot day delivering our new bed. They kept in contact with me and arrived within the stated window. They are professional in appearance and behavior. They spent time explaining the bed operation as well as the remote and phone app. They suggested certain settings that we might find of value. Our experience has been great from start to finish. We can not say anything bad about it. The staff at the St. Peters, MO store was most helpful all the way through the process; from finding our sleep numbers, to assistance with bedding and pillows. So much so, after our second night in the bed, we woke up not tired. The delivery staff was also exceptional. They had to work during a terrible storm and not having electricity for about an hour. Very professional men. They did not bring anything in our home that did not belong there. No trash or debris of any kind was left behind. They instructed us in how to use the remotes and the IQ app. Thanks to all the staff that made this great. What a wonderful experience!!!!

My Sleep Number Bed was my best investment ever. My bed changed my life. I am not in near as much pain every morning as I used to be. I strongly recommend at least trying a bed yourself. The pillows are amazing also.

I had slept on a Sleep Number when I had gone to a hotel years ago. I needed a new bed and I looked at other mattresses. And I enjoyed the Sleep Number that one time and the price was good, and so I went with them. I bought the bed and then a layer of foam that is a cooling thing that goes on top of it because I had purchased the lowest end of the bed, and I wanted a little bit more cushion to it. They had given me the choice. If I wanted to, I could upgrade the bed or I could try this pad. And I tried the pad and it’s perfect. Since using Sleep Number, my back doesn’t hurt anymore. The other mattress I had was 15 to 18 years old. But it was a big pillow-top one. And since I’ve had this Sleep Number, my neck doesn’t hurt when I get up. I’m not tired when I get up. I wake up and I feel good.
The Sleep Number sales reps were wonderful. My son and I were at the Victoria Gardens, and we were there for his friend’s wedding meeting. And we had about 30 minutes. So I walked in to find out some information. And I talked to Taylor and told him I got 25 minutes that we could talk. He just sat down and talked to me really quickly. Then he asked if he could email me information, and he did. And then when I decided to purchase the bed, he wasn’t there that day. But the girl who was there said, “I’ve got all of Taylor’s information, and we will make sure he gets the credit for it.” And they’ve called me about four times since I purchased it to see if I’m happy with the bed. I have stopped by because I had a couple of questions, and they were all helpful. I enjoyed my bed so much. My brother-in-law who needed a new bed went in there, and he purchased one too. He loves his bed.
The guys who delivered my items were fabulous. They took the old bed away and they had their booties on their shoes. And when I said, “Guys, you don’t have to wear them. It’s okay.” They said, “Oh, we care, and we don’t wanna get people upset.” They talked to me about what to do when they set the bed up, and how they were doing it. They cleaned everything up. You wouldn’t even know that they were here. They hauled all the boxes away.
They’re so helpful at the store. They have been marvelous. You could call them. They’re friendly. And they were really cute. I had earned points answering some things. And they called me up and said, “Mary, you got this much money on you. So when you’re ready, come in and purchase something.” I went in and that was when I bought the pad. I walked out paying $50 for the pad of points that I had earned on the 300-dollar product.

I love the girl whom I worked with at Sleep Number. I had a fabulous experience there. She was very friendly and went overboard to help me with a couple of issues that I had. With my purchase, there was moving involved and I was trying to rearrange the times and everything. I scheduled a home delivery with them and though their delivery team was very late, it went fine. I didn’t get a lot of training but since I've already had several of them over a period of 20 years, I didn't really need training. I love the new bed thus far and I've gotten a relative and a friend to buy one too.

Queen dual i8 360 Smart Bed with queen 360 Flex Fit 2 with mattress pad total protection queen. Pillow comfort fit curved standard with pillow protector cotton classic standard. The mattress is 6” thick and obeys my every need while I’m awake or asleep. It’s the best sleep I’ve ever had.

We’ve had Sleep Number bed since the 90s. It was time to get another one and we got the split king size which was next to their top number. We were pretty much sure what we wanted but after going down to the Lake Charles store and talking to their rep, we were sure that this was the bed we needed. His recommendation helped us make that decision. He was a great person. He knew the merchandise well and explained what would work for me.
I visited the Lake Charles store a couple of times before we bought. The employees there are great. They don’t push anything. They just give you what their best advice is. Then the bed was delivered on time and the crew that came was very good and efficient. They were from the Lafayette office. They were very concerned about how they got it in the house and the old one out. They cleaned up and gave us full instructions on how to use the bed. They did a great job. We had an older couple who wanted a Sleep Number bed, so they took the one we had. And, they're enjoying it greatly.

The guys were very professional and knowledgeable about their job and very nice guys. They were here on time and did their job very well. They explained how the bed worked and how it went together and how to change the height of the matters. They carried off their trash and cleaned up the bedroom after the job was finished.

Upon arrival at the store, we were immediately greeted by the staff on hand. I can't recall his name at the moment, but took his explaining and demonstrating the beds and how they worked. Very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. He was engaging and even helped another customer while working with us. We were impressed because he kept us interested the whole time, even with the pricing.

We wanted a mattress that the head would go up as well as the seat. My husband broke his hip and he could not get comfortable anymore on our regular mattress. So, we thought we would try the Sleep Number bed and see if it helped him, and it did. We love that bed. We have already decided that when we get that bed paid for, we're gonna buy another one because we have a vacation home. So, we're gonna buy one for that too. We have even bought the sheet.
Kurt, the sales professional, was very knowledgeable. He is at the Concord Mills store in North Carolina. We referred my father to go down there and he ended up selling my father the same bed. My father did not like the bed at first and he was gonna take it back. But we kept telling him to wait a little bit because it took us about a month to get used to that mattress. After we got used to it, we loved it. He gave it some time and now, he likes it. It's kinda hard to refer people because the bed cost so much money so we didn't know anybody else to tell it to that could afford the bed. I was not gonna pay $10,000 for a bed. If they did not have the zero percent financing for 24 months, we would not have bought it.

We had the expanding queen from Sleep Number and it was great. We loved it. We were in the process of moving and deciding where we were going. We were gonna change beds, and we were deciding if we would go with a queen or a king. We decided to have a king size bed frame so we had to get a new Sleep Number. But we still own our first bed. We took it up to our cabin so that we would have our Sleep Number Comfort up there, so that we didn't have to sleep in a regular mattress. We're still enjoying it. But the second one, the comfort is even better, and I think it's because I have more space unlike before. So, I don't have to worry about an elbow on top of the head.
We opted for the adjustable sides on the king so that way, when my husband is watching football in the living room, I can go to my bedroom and be able to lift up the head and I don't have to prop a bunch of pillows behind me. I wanted to be able to adjust the bed. And then also, as years go by, not that we're old, but I like that we can adjust our leg height so the blood in the legs is flowing -- you can lift it up or if you need to get comfortable, you can. My husband and I get a really good night's rest and I love it. also I love the night lights underneath it so that you can't stub your toes. I like that it tells us how good of a night's rest we had or we didn't. I love all the features about it. It's just amazing.
We have recommended Sleep Number and we've had three other people that bought it after we bought our first one. My father-in-law bought one. A few friends at church bought one because we just kinda raved about our bed. And we've even said, "Hey, you know, what about the fact that if you buy a regular mattress, whenever it wears out, you have throw out the whole thing. There's no keeping it and salvaging it. Whereas Sleep Number, you just buy more parts for it." So that's how we justified the amount that we paid for it. If you want that extra padding or your padding starts wearing out on the top, just buy a new padding. You don't have to buy a new bed, just buy the new padding. If your chamber starts leaking, buy a new chamber. The guys that come and set it up were also amazing. They were polite, courteous, well-dressed, well-mannered, and did a fantastic job.

"Caveat emptor." Buyer beware. I would think twice before buying anything from Sleep Number. If you buy - have them put everything they say in writing before you leave the store. Most of all do not trust the management at the store located on 1025 Woodruff Rd in Greenville SC. Once you leave the store - rest assured - you will be screwed in the long run. You have been warned!
Very sad that a company that most of your employees that are "DECEITFUL" and MISLEAD people who are looking for a reputable company to do business with. John, the corporate rep that called me said "This could be learning opportunity for the salesperson that sold me your product". Pretty sad, this at at my expense, your salesperson is re-trained (if that even happens which btw I don't believe will happen). True enough - Y'all got me! Now, my goal is to WARN ANY and EVERYONE considering doing business with Sleep Number is EXACTLY what has happened to me and for them to RECONSIDER and RE-THINK doing business with a more reputable company because I don't want anyone else to go through the HELL I have experienced with SLEEP NUMBER.
The 100 day trial is a JOKE! The sales rep said if I was happy with the bed within the first 100 days, I could return it - no questions asked. What they don't say is your stuck paying the $1899 for the FlexFit base and then you pay the company $199 to pick up the MATTRESS only (which BTW just folds up and fits in a box). Then JOHN, your corporate representative says to me - "The contract you signed stated the terms," which the salesperson did not EXPLAIN at the time of purchase. The important information that is MOST IMPORTANT and VITAL when before buying from your company isn't clear and therefore is quite misleading!
As long as I have this bed I will post on the Internet, and tell ANYBODY I CAN so they don't go through the HELL I've been through! Another thing I have since learned about the 25 year warranty is pro-rated. It's not a warranty that is explained by the sale rep, who makes you think that if anything happens to the bed that it's covered and will be take care of - NOT TRUE. When my bed was delivered and set-up day 1 - the favorite button on the Bed doesn't work (yes they sent me a replacement button) and taking another day of my time and inconvenience to me, to come back out to my house and replace that button and I have owned this bed now for 8 days. The thoughts of having to go through this for 25 years and expected to have to pay out more money for something that should already be covered. Very ** way of doing business!
** Day of Delivery ** A FREAKIN NIGHTMARE - Mexicans/Hispanics (most likely illegals) Set the bed up in less than 15 mins. I asked politely if they would put the Total Mattress protector on the bed and the delivery guy said NO (I bought the mattress protector from the store for $219, along with 5 pillow protectors for around $12-$15 each). So I called the store and spoke with Jodi (BTW very polite employee at the store). She asked if they would do a favor (since the Mattress Protector and Bed was purchased at the Sleep Number store) if they would put it on as a favor, the guy said they had already done enough favors for this company and they were not going to do it.
Long story cut short, they never hauled off the mattress and box spring (that I was told by the sales rep that they would haul off). They never told me ** about the bed or how to work the remote for the bed, they got in their truck and pulled off without saying anything to me at all. IMMEDIATELY, I called Corporate for Sleep Number (which was a waste of time). The guy I spoke with didn't care about what had happened to me, all he said he was 'sorry' that I went through that and that he could tell me anything I needed to know about the bed or how to work the remote. He would tell me over the phone. I said, "No you will not." I was told by the sales rep the day I bought the bed that when they came out, I would have a thorough explanation of how to work the bed and any questions I had about the bed would be answered. That never happened!
I asked for the store manager to call me regarding my experience, by 4 o'clock the next day I still had not heard anything from the store manager (**) - so I called the store and I'll be damn - same attitude that I got from the guy I spoke with at the Corporate office. Really didn't care what I had experienced, same ole "I can tell you everything you need to know about the bed 'over the phone'" which wasn't what I was told be the sales rep in the store the day I bought the bed so I just hung up the phone! How can this company do their customers like this and get by with it?

We already had a Sleep Number bed for 12 years, and we just wanted to upgrade. The product has been wonderful I can't say enough about it. Aside from the mattress we bought a pillow, blanket, sheets and we love them all. Their customer service has also been very good. They’ve called, checked and are always very friendly when we go in and helpful. The delivery team was also very kind and very informational. They told us and directed us how to operate the bed. And it was very good.

I used to have trouble sleeping, so owning my Sleep Number has really helped. More recently, we bought one for our little boy. Their reps were really helpful. Their delivery team set it up at our home. This new one we have is a little different because it requires an app instead of a remote. However, I wish it had a remote instead 'cause I don't know how apps work and with the app, connectivity can be a little difficult. Still, for this version, we're able to track our little boy's sleep and control the bed with the app. We've been really pleased with the bed.

The lady that we talked to seemed to be very knowledgeable, and they had very nice customer service. Sleep Number also seems to have a really good product.

We've had a Sleep Number for 9 1/2 years old and then we upgraded because it was leaking air and the sides were drooping. And we’re seniors, so my husband and I didn’t want to spend the money and the energy to fix it. We liked our first bed so well so we wanted to get a second one. Plus, my daughter and her husband bought one because of us.
We have a little bit of a problem because there was a miscommunication. When we were ordering sheets, we were told that the king-sized sheets only came with a standard pillow case, so we ordered standard pillows. And then when the sheets came, they were king sized. So, I called and complained about that because I said, “I would’ve gotten king size, but she assured us that they were standard.” And so, they let us exchange and send back the old pillows and get the new pillows, so I was quite happy with that. The customer service and everything has been good.
The delivery came and they took the old one out and they put the new one in, set it up, put it on our cell phone, showed us how to do stuff. So, all in all, we’ve been very happy. The only complaint I have is the sheets. We have the sheets and I have pictures in my cell phone. They are so baggy and not tight on the bed. I can pull it up close to a foot. So, I’m going to take the pictures back into the store to ask them why because I don’t understand that. I have a marine for a husband and the bottom sheets aren’t supposed to be wrinkled. But all in all, it went well. They fixed what the situation was and I really can’t complain. I would still recommend them. I just need to find out what’s going on with these sheets.

Sleep Number Mattress and Leggitt and Platt platform base. We had two very intelligent, courteous young men, Christian and Brian, delivered the items mentioned in the subject. They then proceeded to place the items together despite the frame for our bed. At first Christian found the frame to be a challenge. My husband being an engineer helped Christian to realize it was possible. Christian listened, observed and went forward in order for us to have a pleasant night's sleep on our new bed. We purchased our first Sleep Number in 2016. I liked their name and reputation. I had a Tempur-Pedic before and I switched to Sleep Number. And when I bought my new bed, I stayed with Sleep Number. My experience with their reps has been very good. Their online service is really good and easy, and they’re always super helpful. And when you call, it's the same thing. With our most recent purchase, the product was shipped to my house and everything was on time. I installed it myself and it was very easy.

Sleep Number was recommended to us by a friend when we weren't having luck finding a comfortable mattress or a reliable store. We went with them and their salesman was pretty helpful. My husband likes the bed really firm and I like it really soft. We knew that that would work for us and he helped us a lot to get what we wanted. We got a frame, pillows, and bedding from them. We also got a connection so we could get a headboard and a duvet cover. The delivery was so much faster than I thought it was gonna be. I didn't know how to set the bed up but then their team explained things. It was quick and I understood what they were talking about. Thus far, we love our bed and we've recommended it to other friends.

Had outstanding and patient service from the delivery team... Was so grateful for their calling ahead, and for their patience in dealing with my elder parents including mom who has dementia. They were clearly experienced, very considerate... a pleasure to have in our house. Can't say enough. Previously, we got a regular Sleep Number bed with springs for our bedroom. Purchasing that bed was a very good experience. More recently, we purchased a Sleep Number Mattress online for our recreational vehicle. They delivered it and put it in our RV. However, Sleep Number sent us a king-sized foam pad instead of a queen-sized one. We contacted them and they corrected the problem right away. The first bed we had, we used for 10, 15 years. We liked how we could have it the way we want it. Now, our son and his wife are using it and they love it. Sleep Number has been excellent for us overall.

We purchased a top-of-the line Sleep Number bed with a delivery date scheduled a week from purchase. The day of delivery, two hours before it was to arrive, we were informed that the bed did not make it on the truck. My wife was 37 weeks pregnant at the time. A new delivery date was established. The time frame confirmed, twice. On the day of delivery, after we called to see when the approximate delivery time was, we were told the truck was en route and they would call in 10 minutes. I disassembled our current bed and had the charitable organization we donated it to start en route to come pick it up. 30 minutes later, after we contacted Sleep Number again, we were told that the bed never made it on the truck that morning. They didn't have room for it, so they left it. Mind you, this is the 2nd time and my wife is now 38 weeks pregnant and now we have no bed.
Customer service was not helpful at all and did not even seem phased by the situation. When we asked to speak to a supervisor, the response was that there was no supervisor available and that there really isn't a supervisor authorized to do anything. So, not only does the company have poor customer relations, it also has poor communication within the company. We are scheduled to have our bed delivered in another week. This is just not acceptable for a bed that costs thousands of dollars.

We've had a Sleep Number bed for 20 years. It was very good and we didn't even consider another option when we bought a mattress and an adjustable frame. The woman at the store that helped us was fantastic. The service was great, but the delivery was not as good as the bed. We don't live in the same place where the bed was being delivered, but we drove four hours to be there. I was following the app and doing everything I was supposed to do to see when the delivery people were gonna show up. We were there the whole time and they didn't show up.
To get the reschedule was very challenging too. We had to wait another three weeks, and when the delivery people got here, I asked them to make sure to do the highest one, but when they were setting up the frame, I noticed that it wasn’t as high. I reminded them about it and they weren’t very excited. My husband is 6’6, so I wanted to make sure the bed was as high as it could be so he could get in and out comfortably. Still, we love the product.

We were very excited to buy our Sleep Number bed and loved it in the store. On our delivery date my husband received an e-mail stating a new delivery date (two weeks later than our current date). There was no explanation of why the date was changed and we were never called. After a phone call to Sleep Number they agreed to refund our delivery fee and rescheduled for another date that was a little bit sooner. They didn't have any explanation of why the delivery was changed at the last minute.
Today we were finally supposed to receive our bed, and when the delivery drivers arrived they notified us that there were pieces missing from the bed and they would have to reschedule. Of course, with this type of customer service and attention to detail, we are cancelling our order. This is really a disappointment, because we were looking forward to this bed! Back to shopping for a regular mattress. We won't be recommending or shopping with this company again!

We've had Sleep Number for about 15 years and then we recently got another mattress with a lot of bedding to go with it. The sales professionals had good demonstrations, good interaction, and good follow-up. The delivery team was very efficient as well. The product is comfortable. It has good quality and good features. It also has good warranty support. We did a warranty claim on our older bed and Sleep Number stood behind it so we were satisfied with that. We are definitely customers and would refer Sleep Number to other people.

We had a queen-size Sleep Number and we used it for about 10 years. But it wasn't adjustable. It didn't raise up. It was the 5000 series. Then we tried to move it in a spare bedroom and bought a memory foam one. We had that for about nine years but we didn't really care for it too much. We also had problems with our first Sleep Number bed but hopefully, they've cured those.
We got a new Sleep Number bed and the only thing that I don't really care for with it is the way they set up to attach a headboard to it. You've got to go through the plastic frame in about a foot to the metal frame to bolt anything to it. I have to custom-make a steel mount for it. Also, with the old one, we could adjust in one pound intervals for the pressure. This new one is in five pound intervals and the wife's comfort zone is in the middle of a five pound adjustment. But in terms of our interactions with them, the sales representatives and the delivery guys were good. The guys who came for the delivery knew what they were doing.

The men who delivered our bed were very professional and courteous. First they moved our bed out, then they set up our new sleep number bed. They demonstrated all the features on the remote and with our phones. They were very fast and efficient. Both men were very pleasant. The sales person at the store was also real informative. Toni showed us all the benefits of the Sleep Number bed. We had a pleasant experience with all the people at this company.

I've had Sleep Number for 10 years. Recently, I bought a king-size for the master then I bought a kid’s bed for my older kid. I also bought the adjustable base on the king-size one. The kid’s one has the wedge in it that kind of adjusts at the base. The king had to delivered because it had an adjustable base. Sleep Number did that. They delivered the kid's bed too and I just put it together. The delivery people were great.
Everything has been really good. Customer service has always been helpful and got me what I need. Typically, I go to the store here in town. When I had to go from a partial split to a full split, they replaced that half one under their 30-day replacement policy. That went well and I appreciated that. The beds have been excellent.

I'd recommend Sleep Number all the time. I own three Sleep Number beds. My first one is a 7,000 which I had for 14 years. I bought my second at least 3 years ago and the most recent purchase was for a new property. With Sleep Number, I like the fact that I get up in the morning and my back doesn't hurt. However, the sales reps are probably not as totally up on the product as they could be. I was asking what's the difference between this one and the one that I own, and they couldn't really tell why this one is better or what's changed. Also, the website could be more intuitive so you could kinda figure out what you were trying to put up together. I had questions about the base and the feet on the last one that I bought. On the website, it shows an individual foot setup and bed frame, and the bed actually comes with one. I didn't think the explanation was real clear.
The guys were very good about putting the bed together but they could be a little more explanative of how it works.They could also make sure that the bed does not do something else 'cause I couldn't get the feet to go up on my second one after the guy left. They had to come back and do something to it. I think that's becoming common with delivery and setup people, and that's not just Sleep Number. They're not really interested in doing the sales job and the explanation that they could. They just wanna get it in and get it out.

The Sleep Number bed is perfect. I purchased my bed 12 years ago. Haven’t had any problems with my back. I had three back surgeries. If I sleep on any other bed when I get up in the mornings I hurt real bad. My number on my sleep number bed is 100. I keep it as hard as possible. I have a king size bed. My wife keeps her side between 80 to 100 and the good thing about a sleep number bed you don’t have to turn it flip it all you have to do is push a button. I tell everybody about the bed my neighbors went out and bought one some of the people where I work at one out and bought one. If I can afford to buy one of the newer models I would but I am so happy with the one I got. You do have a rating for 10 I give it 100.

Beau at the Sleep Number store in Farmington, UT, was marvelous in preparing things for our arrival to the store and then in his total and friendly attention and help when we arrived, tried the bed, and proceeded with the purchase. He was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. He even stayed beyond his end-of-shift time to take care of us. In fact, he was so helpful over the phone before we drove to the store (over an hour’s drive), that we decided to go to this store rather than even contacting a store that would have been 20-30 minutes shorter to drive to. The delivery people, TJ and Derek were similarly very polite, friendly, and helpful. (We scored them 10 on everything on the delivery questionnaire.)

When we were purchasing a Sleep Number mattress at the store, we specifically were asking if the mattress has any smell to it. And we were told that their products don't smell at all. To our disappointment when we received the mattress it was smelled rubber, and our nights turned into a nightmare, like we were sleeping in the gas chamber. I developed immediately an eczema on my hands and body and we couldn't sleep at all at night. We had 2 bamboos as well as 2 orchids in the room which turned black in a week from the moment we received the mattress. I have never seen anything like this in my life! It's a poison for the environment and your health.
After few days of having this mattress, we called customer service to request a return. First of all they wanted us to keep the mattress for 30 days before we would be able to return it. Are you kidding me? We are suffocating, developed an eczema, can't sleep or breath, and you're telling people to keep this poison in a small apartment for 30 days? Finally they agreed to pick it up 2 weeks after but the damage to my health has been done. A month later and I am still suffering from an eczema! I don't understand how this type of product was able to get to the market! If you have any health problems or trying to get pregnant, DO NOT buy this product!!!

It's important to know that some foam pieces can arrive with a strong smell, just like a new car can have that “new car smell.” This odor will fluctuate with the freshness of the foam. There is nothing harmful in the odor, and this is not uncommon for foam products. We do understand that some people may be more sensitive to this than others.
We typically recommend placing a fan by the bed to help dissipate the smell, or use a few dryer sheets between your mattress & fitted sheet as that can help to absorb some of the odor as well.

I've had my Sleep Number bed since 2005. Now the mattress is leaking. I have talked to three customer service men through chat and over the phone to resolve the problem. I was very specific about the type of bed I have and the air chamber that I need - full size bed with one single air chamber (NOT a dual chamber). So what did they send me? One dual chamber, which is half the size of the one I need. Since I've already explained to three people what I needed and they didn't listen I took both mattresses into the Sleep Number store in the mall. The woman in the store listened to my story, looked at the air chambers and said "they sent you the wrong one". Thank you Captain Obvious!
Store employees are not actually empowered to fix problems. She said she would call customer service tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon and tell them what I need. Why couldn't she just give me a replacement air chamber? Don't they have extra ones in the store in case one of the floor samples fails? And she could send the wrong one back. Simplest fix in the world. But no, she can't do that. So now I have to sleep on the couch tonight and wait however long it takes for them to ship me the correct one. I will not buy another Sleep Number bed.

I would highly recommend going into a store to really experience the beds before you buy! And I hope your expert will be half as awesome as ours was: Taylor was a completely awesome and patient guide to the Sleep Number beds and letting us make our decision without feeling completely pressured. He was ready to spend two or three hours with us and still walk away to let us discuss our options. He was kind and never once did we feel disparaged or mocked for anything from preferences to questions to making silly comments or asking the same question over if we forgot.
We felt supported and reassured through the whole process and that is what led us to go for the max. When we would have made a lesser purchase to fit our budget better, Taylor made sure we felt comfortable not only doing so, but changing our minds about it. He made sure that we were well informed about our choices and that we were actually comfortable with the investment we made in going for it and spending $8,000+ on a bed(!) On the same day we just came in to look and test.
Our experience with Taylor was so great we are even thinking about getting our brother down to the store to buy just from him because we know he won't be pressured or duped and he won't regret his decision if he speaks with someone as knowledgeable, professional, and patient as Taylor. Taylor is a stellar customer service and sales agent and definitely deserves a promotion, raise or at least bonus!

Around 15 yrs ago my wife and I purchased what was then Sleep Number's one step below their top of the line for $2500. After about three months of restless sleep we returned to the place of purchase and told them that we just couldn’t get comfortable. Their response was not let’s figure this out. It was, "Oh you need to buy a memory foam topper." I argued that why do I need to purchase a topper if their $2500 bed was supposedly to be one of their best. Their response was they had done some upgrades to comfort and this was one of them. We bought a topper but things were still not right so with a constant refrain on their part and not once offering to replace or solve the problem we just moved on. Three years ago now 12 years of ownership I thought I’d try again. Called customer service which now seemed to be outsourced and the same runaround.
The lady had no answers but instead wanted sell me a new air pump which I bought a refurbished one at a discount. She mentioned something about the foam barrier that maybe it was broken down but didn’t offer to warranty it. Instead said I had to take a measurement of all of it, call them back and and they’d decide. I will never purchase another bed from this company. They are not interested in taking care of you but in making money. This bed had a 25 year warranty which puts it still under warranty. We have used it. Still can’t get comfortable. My wife sleeps on a $400 bed and gets sleep. Me I refuse to throw it out. Stubborn I guess after spending $2500. Their customer support is horrible m. Beware!

I broke a small plastic piece off the hose to the bed while changing the bedding. Customer support says the hose is part of the pump. It will cost over $200 to replace pump and hoses. It will take 1 week to get it to me. Or I can wait 2 weeks for a technician. I have a $10,000 deflated bed and no place to sleep for 2 weeks. Do not let this happen to you!

My experience with Sleep Number has been the worst. We went into the store and they gave us an exception demo of how it works and it is nowhere closer to what they demoed. We bought it, and paid 200$ shipping fee for delivery and installation. They recommended/ordered the wrong size in spite of us discussing the dimensions in store due to which we had to reorder a new size bed and ended up paying $200 again for delivery and installation. So just for shipping, so far we spent approx. 400$.
Now we got the new bed with right size. TECHNICAL PROBLEM. When they installed the new bed, they did not set up the remote or help with the app. The remote was down with no connection for 2 weeks and app always had issue connecting. I had to restart the box every time I want the app up and running. It does not end here. MORE PROBLEMS... Every time we sleep on it, the air stayed in it for 24-30 hours and after which air leaks out of the bed. Sometimes air leaks out while we are in bed sleeping.... soooo annoying. We have to reset it / pump it back to whatever we want it to be every 24 - 30 hours.
I called their support to send the technician and now they asked me to pay $99, after arguing for a while they confirmed that the first technician visit is free. They sent the technician, all they did is check and changed the pump from one side to other and asked us to monitor and call them back. We NOW just decided to return it after all this and guess what. We need to PAY 200$ again for no return feed. We ended up paying approx. $600 for nothing. IT'S PAINFUL! We paid $600 to this bed, hardly used it, always defective and glitch piece. NEVER GOING BACK TO SLEEP NUMBER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY SLEEP NUMBER.

I bought this bed 7 months ago and am experiencing leaking on one side of the bed. The 25 year warranty is for you to diagnose the problem, specifically what part is broken not just what the problem is, then they will send the part for you to install but that is not what is represented at the store. It is not a warranty where they diagnose the issue and then fix it, for that you have to pay extra. Fine, $199 for them to come out on top of the $7000 for a glorified air mattress. You are better off buying 100 - $70 dollar air mattresses from a discount chain and dressing them up with a 4"-7" memory foam mattress topper for $100. Same concept but saves you the disappointment of having a $7000 mattress fail and no support from customer service. I loved the bed until I had to deal with problems and their customer service, now I wouldn't buy another one with someone else's money.

Your warranty covers any replacements due to defects, but we handle troubleshooting over the phone or online because it lets us find out what needs to be replaced and order the new part while we’re talking with you rather than waiting for a technician to come out and look at the bed. That means the replacement arrives much faster than it would if we had to wait to hear from a technician and it makes sure the situation is taken care of and our owners start sleeping well again as soon as possible. We had an older Sleep Number mattress for years and we’re very happy with it. When the time came that we needed an adjustable for health reasons, we went back to them. We went with the i8 California King because my husband needs to elevate his head but I do not. This bed is not even two years old and the upper portion on my husband’s side is now canting out leaving a wide split between the two halves at the upper end of the bed. It is very uncomfortable and one of us ends up in the widening crevasse between the mattresses. In addition, my side has become very lumpy and depressed. Mind you, this is less than two years in. What is it going to be like in 10 years? I have called and no one has a fix for these problems. I also understand this particular model has been discontinued due to many consumer complaints and issues with it.

The rep gave us a call and advised they’d be here in a half hour or less. They showed up slightly ahead of schedule and went right to work. They disassembled our old bed and carried it down the stairs and outside with no problem. They then brought in the new mattress and assembled everything perfectly. They walked us through the pairing and made sure everything was functioning. They were friendly and informative making sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions. A long time ago, my wife and I were at a hotel that had a Sleep Number bed. We thought that they were pretty awesome and that’s why we bought one when we needed a new mattress. Our sales guy’s name was Matt and he was awesome. He helped us out even afterwards, when the bed arrived. It was great working with him. We also had our kids with us in the store and it was a little chaotic. But he was too cool about everything going on. He kept the kids entertained a little bit as well as working with us the whole time.
We had a queen-sized bed so we just went with another queen size. The one we chose was based mostly on price and because of the model, we set it up ourselves. But Matt actually showed us how to set the bed up in the store before we left. He also told us to call if we’re having any issues but we didn’t. It was pretty simple. The best thing about the bed is being able to set both sides. That’s what stands out the most and one of the big reasons we bought it. The wife likes sleeping on a much softer mattress than I do. It’s great and when one of us moves in bed, it doesn’t seem to move a whole lot either. We would recommend Sleep Number.

I called to see about having my dead remote replaced and was told they no longer have replacements and I would need to pay $75 + shipping for a new remote and pump. Still have about 5 years left on the warranty and have no way to adjust the air pressure.

I had a very pleasant experience at Sleep Number in Denton TX due to the expertise of Charley. He is very personable and knowledgeable of the products. For anything he was unsure of, he found the answer for us. My husband and I took a full 2 hours to decide on a bed but Charley stayed with us the entire time. He is awesome!

Eric, the delivery guy and his assistant Eric, were exceptionally prompt, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Both gentlemen demonstrated and reviewed every aspect of the bed set up and use. They cleaned up all material after set up and were professional the entire time. Would highly recommend them for delivery services. Now, to spend the next month testing out out new and expensive bed.

We had a Sleep Number in the past and we were happy with it. Recently, we bought the mattress, the frame, the sheets, and a weighted blanket from them. We bought a lot and we had some pretty big discounts, but it seems like that kinda money for a bed is awful expensive. There’s technology and stuff built in there but if you buy a bed, it should at least come with free sheets and mattress pads. But the rep was very informative and very knowledgeable. On top of that, he wasn’t pressuring us. He told us to take some time and think about it. He knew that we had a Sleep Number in the past and that we knew what they were about.
We gave them a date for the delivery and they told us what time would work for them. The guys who delivered the mattress were highly impressive and it’s hard for one to impress me on a delivery. They did a lot of work in a very short amount of time. They were very polite and very clean. They wanted to make sure that I didn't have any questions. They were topnotch.
The problem that I have is I’m a firefighter so I’m gone a third of my life and I sleep at work. As I get comfortable, things change for me. I spend a few days away and then I come back. I still am working to find the sweet spot. I’m anywhere between a 35 and a 50 for a number depending on what I need. I feel that sometimes, I wake up and my hips hurt. I wake up at my bed in work and my hips hurt there too. So, I’ve got some age going on, and just some things you wake up and you're like, “That hurts.”

My i10 mattress has separated from the adjustable base, the base on one side extends about 6" past the top of the bed. CS will send someone out for $200. I've sent photos twice, unzipped every zipper to find the problem. Then I found the 2 1/2 in foam pads are disintegrating, no wonder the bed has been getting less and less comfortable. The bad foam pads have to be replaced, warranty for 50% of the value.
Reaching and working with the CS department has been miserable. No response from the first agent for over a week, 2nd agent said she would have the first one call me. The 3rd call was disconnected from cs agent, the 4th cs agent said I had to take the bed completely apart and never seemed to understand what I was explaining to her. More photos have been sent. I am angry and frustrated. DON'T SPEND YOUR $$$$ ON THIS BED!!!!

Your installers DID NOT install, nor leave, the straps to connect the 2 box springs for the California King. This caused bed to separate and issues with the memory foam topper AND the mattress cover. We are, conveniently, outside the 2 year window, and you want us to pay to correct an issue that was likely caused by the inadequate and improper installation. Great business model you have there. Lets install wrong, then with the error in install causes a problem, we will make the CUSTOMER pay! Nice! On top of that, you have cut off comments on your FB page so that the truth can't be known. I bet I NEVER see this review online ANYWHERE.

My husband and I have had a Sleep Number bed since 2007 before we got married. My husband suffers from very bad back issues that cannot be fixed, and I have a bulged disk in my back as well. We however, just got a new sleep number bed and gave our daughter our old one (as they are good for 20 years!). We LOVE sleep number beds and will never go to anything else! (This is Not an ad!). We also feel so great knowing every night our daughter is sleeping comfortable but better yet on a mattress that will never hurt her back, but only help it! Thank You Sleep Number!!

We have three sets of the Sleep Number mattress. The first one that I got was the adjustable one because a friend of mine told me how much easier it was for her husband to stop snoring with it. Then my husband got the mattress and the bed at the same time for his room. Then I bought another one in 97 and it has been with me for 22 years. I also have the mattress pad and it's still good. There are places on the stretchy part that I have mended but the mattress pad has no spots or holes in it. My daughter, my granddaughter and my great grandson like it and they think it's their bed when I'm not home. As a matter of fact, my great grandson needs to sleep on my bed to take a nap. Then that mattress went bad and I replaced it in October. The new mattress is comfortable and I sleep good in it. My husband has been happy with all of the mattresses too.

We originally had the Sleep Number bed some time ago. We thought it was good but we wanted to try something else for a while. We did that for a few years and decided that that didn't work out for us, so we came back to Sleep Number. We bought it from a store here in the local mall. The manager worked with us there and it was very good. He showed us all of the ins and outs and everything on the bed. We got a chance to test everything out. He was very knowledgeable about what Sleep Number was able to do for us. Because of the prior experience with Sleep Number, we didn't have anything bad about it. We liked the new experience. It seemed like it was a lot better than what we had before. We liked all the additional stuff.
Everything went fine with the delivery. It was about a week or so later when we got the bed. They called and arranged it. There were two guys that were out here. They set it up in a relatively short period of time - about two hours. We were pleased with how they got it all set up. However, we had one minor issue on the application. Apparently, something didn't get read correctly from the bed to the application, and we just had to unplug the system and turn it back on again. And that was no problem.
We were very pleased with the Sleep Number bed. The fact that we've got the split bed is good. The one that goes partially down or all the way down is helpful for me when I wanna watch things briefly late at night on TV. I fall asleep faster at night than I did before on the other bed that we had which is sometimes good and bad. If I wanna watch TV, I find that I can't always stay up as late as I want to. But that's okay. Compared to the quality in the other bed that we had prior to the Sleep Number, I would wake up with some minor aches. But right now, I get restful sleep every night. I don't wake up with any aches or anything. So, that's a nice thing.

Our 2nd Sleep Number bed. The product is top of the line and so is their delivery setup dept. Wakima/Christian very prompt professional and thorough. Took great care to not bump or disturb any of my furniture or flooring. Wore shoe covers. Great info on using product. Love them and our new i10.

The reps at Sleep Number were always personable and very helpful. They answered all our questions, and made sure that we had a number that was right for each of us. When we first bought our very first Sleep Number, they had a machine in the store where you lay on the bed and they could see your pressure points. We got our third Sleep Number this year and the I had a very bad experience with the delivery. I told the people at the store where I got the bed that I was not happy with it.
I like to watch how the bed is put together in case I ever have to take it apart. The time schedule was an hour or so that it would take. So, the delivery team called and they said they were on their way. They had a little delay, but that was okay. I wasn't upset about that. They were timely enough coming. Two guys came and they were so fast. They had to do a connection with your cellphone and they were supposed to get on and do all that, but the guy did not wanna wait for it to connect.
He knew I wasn't happy and he even told me that there was gonna be a survey and asked if I'm gonna put in a good report. I told him no and then he asked what I was unhappy about. I told him that they were supposed to be here up to an hour, and I wanted to see how that bed was put together. I also wanted to connect it before they leave. And he was kinda huffy and finally stayed for it to get connected, but he did not explain anything. He was just out the door. Also, we haven’t been real happy with the pillows that we've purchased. They were supposed to be guaranteed for five years. They don't seem to hold their form. But overall, I've always been happy with Sleep Number. We’ve always been happy with their quality, and the night’s sleep we get.

Mattress deflated was still under warranty. I contacted the company and was advise to troubleshoot the issue and use plugs issued with the purchase. Mattress still leaked. Made contact with Sleep Number and they said they would ship another mattress and it has been ten days and I still don't have an mattress. That is a long time to not have a bed to sleep on. I call on the tenth day and was told the order had been cancelled and I would have to wait seven days for the to be shipped. That would total 17 days with out a bed. The conversation was identical to the first follow up call "we will try to expedite the shipment and it should take long". I would not recommend this bed to anyone. The experience has been difficult for me to stay kind and respectful. I wish those who deal with this company better luck than I had.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had, Max. This definitely isn't the level of service we aim to provide and we will make sure this is brought to the attention of our leadership for further review.

I purchased a P5 after visiting the store. I was due to have surgery in the coming weeks and wanted to have some good nights sleep afterwards. Unfortunately despite me confirming my delivery date 2 days prior, it never came. Not even a phone call. I had to call the next day. Because they were not able to redeliver until right after my surgery, I canceled the entire order. I think I was more disappointed with the lack of empathy of how badly I was inconvenienced by the delivery debacle is what upset me the most. A simple “we’ll waive the delivery fee” would have certainly lessen the blow. Almost 6 months later, I am revisiting purchasing another bed.

I purchased a split king and was lied to by representative. I spent over $6000 on this bed and was told it would not separate. I asked this question several times and was told no it would not. Now here a little over a year and the bed separates every night. Customer service William (sleep#75) was all he would give me was no helpful at all if not very rude. I tried to be nice but they will not stand behind what they sell.

The previous bed we had was pretty old and I wasn’t sleeping very well. We tried a few different beds and we liked the idea that with a Sleep Number, we can get a split bed and control it to a size differently. We also liked the representative very much. We got the bases and the mattress. Then we actually recommended to some friends and they bought one so we had a $100 certificate and we bought a pillow.
When we scheduled the date for the delivery, they gave us a time, between a few hours. We had gotten rid of the bed previously and they took the old mattress. They put the Sleep Number mattress, set up the whole thing and set it up on my phone. We had issues with the phone when they tell you how your sleep was though. That was pretty screwy for a while. We finally had somebody tell us that when you get up in the morning, you should put the thing on privacy because otherwise, it could start another session during the day. But we had spoken to about three different people who never mentioned that. They just said they would reset it. I feel like the tech people need a little more training. But other than that, we’re happy with the bed. We had it at 45 then we upped it last week to 50.

I purchased a Sleep Number mattress and a cooling pad. We got a wedge, a knee pillow, and a travel pillow as well. Their reps were good at educating us about the products. They were knowledgeable regarding their products and were able to help us figure out which item was a good fit for us. Their delivery team was very friendly too.
Though we've been somewhat disappointed with the cooling mats, we love the mattress. The mats don't seem to cool as much we were hoping. We've noticed and other folks who've gotten to sleep in our beds have also commented that the beds tend to run warm. Also, my wife who is much of a cooler person, even she gets warm in the bed. Despite this issue, everything has been great and we love our Sleep Number products. The SleepIQ app is fantastic and I really like that I can control the bed from my phone and get an idea of how well I slept. I like the usability of the app and that it gives me an idea on how well I was zoned in on my right sleep number.

I am somewhat happy with my bed. It is comfortable most of the time but it's not working as it is supposed to which is horrendous for the amount of money we spent on it. Besides the fact the it was a nightmare getting a bed delivered that worked properly, when we finally got one that worked "out of the box" it doesn't even recognize that I'm in bed at least 1/3 of the nights I am in it. I turned off the Responsive Sleep feature because if the 360 Smart Bed thinks I got out of bed in the middle of the night, how responsive can it be. The base light will come on when no one gets out of bed as well.
I called and spoke with IT troubleshooting MULTIPLE time and was told "but the nights you are registering, it looks like you are getting real high numbers" and "This is not a medical product therefore we can't guarantee that it's going to work all the time". Both of those statements may be true, but I bought a product that said it had a 25 year warranty for the bed and a 2 year warranty for the SleepIQ system. We were told that the product would work properly if we didn't adjust the base...this was not told to us during the purchase process and why would you have a product not work for the system you sell and promote it for. I have not even had the bed a year and this has been happening for months. 14 days into May and the bed hasn't recognized me in it for 5 of them. I will never buy another Sleep Number Bed and regret my purchase of the one I have.

We didn't like our Tempur-Pedic anymore and when we tried Sleep Number out, we fell in love with them. We got the adjustable frame, independent split king and the mattress. I also wanted two or four inches of the fluff on the top and sheets. Mountain, the sales rep we dealt with, was very knowledgeable. He was very good and it was a fantastic experience. The delivery also went really well. The team got it all set up and then told us all about it. We do have a couple of hiccups with our Sleep Number sometimes though. It won't record one of the sides of the bed. It will do the other but it won't do the one, and this has happened three times. But baselining it seems to fix it so far and other than that, I really love the bed.

I purchased a Sleep Number bed back in 2016 from the Sleep Number store on Clybourn in Chicago. I'm very dissatisfied with the service starting with the installation all the way through today. The installers were supposed to be able to install the automated system on my cell phone to adjust the bed and track my sleeping patterns but they were unable to even after they returned twice. They also installed the bed incorrectly on the frame so that it is off center and they want to charge me $200 to come back and make it right. I would never do business with this company again. I suggest that no one else does the salesman's name was Dorna. the person I spoke to in service just now is Shanna.

Friends of ours bought a Sleep Number and they told us about it. And so, we went and looked at them, and we purchased one. We've had a Sleep Number for about 15 years, and we wanted a new one. We went and laid on all of the beds at the Sleep Number store, and we got the one that my husband liked the best. The people at the Sleep Number store were very pleasant. They were professional, very courteous and took time. They didn’t run between customers, and they told us about each bed and had somebody that stayed with us when we tried all of them.
The delivery went really smooth. The delivery guys came and they even carried our old Sleep Number bed downstairs because we were keeping it for a spare bed. They were going to give us a demonstration, but we had had the demonstration at the store. But after they set it up, they showed us how to do it too. The quality of our Sleep Number is super. And especially, we’re getting older, but it’s great for not waking up with little pains everywhere. We feel really good. We tell all of our friends about it. We’ve had two friends that purchased Sleep Number beds also. Both times that we’ve purchased Sleep Number beds, we’ve had a good experience with the salespeople and the people who delivered, so we would recommend Sleep Number highly. It’s worth every penny.

We purchased this bed from a friend that needed to get rid of assets due to a move, it is a fairly new bed, however I just found out we cannot use the main features as your beds are not transferable. It seems odd that I can buy and sell iPhones with very personal information, which I can reset, however I was told I could not reset a bed with "sleep" information on it. This bed was originally $8000 with all the options and could not be sold.

We purchased the i10 SN Bed less than five years ago at a considerable cost and anticipated it would last us a good number of years. We recently noticed that the zipper on the upper portion of the mattress pad was broken. We contacted customer service and was told that we would have to pay $418.00 plus tax and shipping in order to replace the pad—given the defect is a manufacturer’s defect and our warranty was prorated based on the age of the bed. We expect the manufacturer to use more reliable and durable materials, including zippers that hold up. We’ve had many other issues with the bed since we purchased it—all dealing with achieving a decent comfort level. We regret purchasing the bed.

My bed was wearing out and needed an upgrade. I got a queen-sized Sleep Number bed and it had been good so far. The sales reps were also good and helped me make the decision. The bed was delivered and the crew set it up quickly. It was done in 30 minutes. Overall, the bed is a high-quality and good product. I recommend it to others and in fact, I've had others purchase after me. I'm looking forward to many years with it.

We bought a queen size Sleep Number seven years ago and we really enjoyed it. Then, we recently purchased a new home. It has a bigger bedroom so we wanted a king size and I wanted the one where I can elevate the head and the foot. My husband wasn't sure he would like it but after the first night, he said it was wonderful. I also purchased a comforter and pillows. I haven't been really happy with the pillows but I love the comforter. It looks down but it's a down alternative. Still, it's absolutely beautiful on the bed.
The Sleep Number sales guy, Trevor, was absolutely wonderful too. If we had any question at all, he would be right there to answer them for us. If he happened to be off that day, any of the ladies working were more than happy to help us. They have also called from the local office on several occasions to see if we were satisfied and if we had any questions or problems. We could not have had a better sales experience. The fellas who brought the bed were absolutely phenomenal too. They were extremely polite and pleasant to have around. The bed was in a million pieces when it came but they carried the pieces in and started to work and in no time, they had it put together. Everything worked beautifully. The bed is of great quality and I'm extremely pleased with it.
We have also referred a few of our friends to Sleep Number and one purchased recently. I'm also trying to get my sister and brother-in-law to buy one. Actually, around three years after we bought our first Sleep Number, my son and his wife also bought one. They still have it and are very pleased with it. We're kind of a Sleep Number family.

Within 20 days we hated our mattress. Called today to return it. We are now stuck with $698 in fees to pay between the delivery and return. Don’t be fooled, this is not a money back guarantee. This is a scam. Like others, our mattress sags in the middle and we were told it could be fixed with different accessories. Why should such an expensive bed need to be fixed with accessories?! We had such high hopes for this bed and it’s been nothing but disappointment.

We had purchased a Sleep Number bed a number of years ago and we were happy with it so we purchased another one. Also, my wife and I have completely different requirements for the degree of firmness in our mattress so Sleep Number worked pretty good for us. Now, we can sleep independently. We're very pleased with the quality of the bed. Overall, it was a good buying experience. It was pretty flawless. Everybody that we dealt with was very professional and very knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with everybody that we spoke with in the course of the purchase. The delivery team was topnotch too. They were terrific.

The bed is what I expected as I have several friends with Sleep Number beds. My only problem is that I was told by sales staff that my current headboard could be used with the new bed if I just purchased additional hardware. On install day I learned that wasn’t true of my headboard. So now I have none and am facing another install charge if I purchase one from the Sleep Store. The install team was great. They came when expected, were courteous and professional and took time to explain the bed’s features.

Purchased this bed in 2017, it broke 3 times, corporate replaced the whole bed, and it's broken again.. Worst bed, don't buy.. I will be looking into legal action. Spoken to customer service many times, the drivers came to my house with no tools, scraped my walls.. 3 days gone by and no return call back from corporate.. Not trustworthy..

We have had our Sleep Number bed for over 20 years. Recently a leak developed so I dropped by the store in the Clakamas Town Center mall to relate my problem. Ian helped me with information, even our old account number. He gave me a business card with the customer service number and our account number. No pressure, no sales talk, just honest help. The customer service person was just as helpful. Recommend? YES!!

RUN RUN RUN!!! Yes it IS that bad. (1) Sleep Number is SOMEHOW ALLOWED to get away with blatant FALSE ADVERTISING. This is in NO WAY risk free. The base is THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and NON-REFUNDABLE because I guess it’s “too hard” to take it back. My suggestion? Stop selling people trash. (2) This is nothing more than a ridiculously overpriced, glorified air mattress. (3) The full split is fine if you’re one of those people who can’t be touched while you sleep. If you like cuddling, however, prepare to end up in a HUGE MATTRESS CANYON every night and wake up feeling like you’ve been through a war.
(4) We got our garbage full split replaced with a half split. Our sheets that cost HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS keep tearing and, oh! How interesting that they no longer make these sheets and try to sucker you into buying a new set. (5) When they replaced our mattress, they stuck us with the old bed frame which was built for a full split. Raising the foot is impossible without tearing up the mattress and raising the head shifts the bed to one side then the other, which broke the cheap plastic trash they used to sloppily attempt to hold a couple of extremely heavy metal bases together. I have the pieces.
(6) When our mattress was FINALLY replaced, they somehow screwed it up so that my side was losing air constantly. When I decided to try and resolve this, they brushed me off. For MONTHS I was sleeping on a deflated bed and am now in extreme pain constantly. How do I know for sure it’s the bed? On vacation when I slept on an actual mattress my pain stopped almost immediately. Upon finally demanding that they replace the air chamber, I’m still in constant pain.
(7) When we took apart the bed to replace the mattress, we learned that their horrible makeshift base replacement for a $9000 bed was tearing the mattress - there was a HUGE hole in the bottom in the same area the sheets were constantly torn. (8) Their insanely priced mattress “protector” lets stuff pass, specifically tea. All I got from buying this garbage was extreme neck pain, back pain, and a whole lot of debt. The ONLY ok thing about buying this trash was that it built mine and my s/o’s credit. Don’t walk away, RUN away. SPRINT away. Just don’t buy one.

We love our new I8 360 Smart Bed. It is sooo comfortable. I have been experiencing lower back pain since 12/18/18 and I believe our old mattress was one of the causes of this pain as we purchased it new in February 2018 and it never felt right. (Too Firm). After receiving our New I8 360 Smart Bed I started noticing my pain started to turn into an ache, and now I am not feeling it at all. I believe the Smart Number I8 360 Bed is the reason for my imporvement.

We bought a Sleep Number i10 King with a flex fit base. Immediately, we knew that it seemed hard on our heels where the foot warmer was. Next, at Sleep Number 25 for both of us, the bed sagged into a big pit in the middle. Each morning, one of us would wake up with our head in the crack which resulted in neck pain. After sleeping in it for a while, we concluded that we just couldn't deal with it. It was very firm and hard overall and I agree with the guy who said that the Sleep Numbers are glorified air mattresses.
Quite often the bed did not record that I had sleep in it at all, but would record my husband's sleep. We are now also stuck with the base and pump. I am wondering who makes the base because maybe I could sell it back to them, since we only used it for less than 60 days. I would not recommend anyone to buy this Sleep Number bed. Our backs hurt and we spent most nights flipping and flopping around unable to sleep. We tried 30, 35, 40, and then it was just really time to call it quits. I am out about $5000 for the experience with the base, pillows, mattress cover, and sheets.

Great experience. Love this bed. The salesman was completely knowledgeable when we purchased it from front to back. When we got the delivery they were on time. They called ahead. They installed it. Couple little problems in the beginning but they resolve them before they left. I’m enjoying my new bed and my wife loves it. Taking advantage of their promo. No payments for two years. That’s a great deal and it was very easy.

I've been seeing many negative comments lately about the Sleep Number bed and your customer service and now I'm very concerned about getting another one. I had a Sleep Number for almost 20 years. Loved it, never had a problem. I moved and didn't move it with me. I went to the Sleep Number store yesterday all set to buy the c4 on sale until I saw I was going to be charged $39 for the remote and a $199 + tax delivery charge. I walked out. That high a delivery charge makes no sense to me and I refuse to pay that much for something I could put in my car and set up myself. Sleep Number lost a sale and a loyal customer.

We purchased a Sleep Number bed for the comfort. We had an older model, the i7, and it was not even close to how good the 8 is now. I like the Responsive Air feature. It's a sleep sensitivity feature where the bed pressure changes and readjusts. I'm also so glad we got rid of the 7. We had it for about 15 years and there was mold under that pillow top. I don't know how that happened but that really concerned me. It was really gross. But other than that, our experience with Sleep Number has been good. I would recommend it. The sales rep we dealt with was really good too. We scheduled a home delivery at the time of purchase and the team was quick. They were in and out.

Our testing revealed common household mold levels were in each case lower than mold levels typically found in normal outdoor air and were generally lower than or comparable to mold levels found within buildings with good air filtration systems. We have been advised by independent experts that for consumers with mold allergies to be affected, the mold spores must be airborne or otherwise come in direct contact with the consumer, and this does not appear to be caused by our product.

We were able to compromise and I only had to pay 1/2 the delivery fee. I would like to add that Sleep Number should reconsider their return policy - it's not on par with the rest of the industry. If they stand behind their products, their return policy should reflect that.

Bought this bed for my 83 year old mother-in-law who just lost her husband. The mattress wouldn't hold air. Sleep Number sent another pump, which I had to self install. Still not working. So we want to return it and move on to another mattress. So, they won't refund the $200 original home delivery fee (the box spring weighs about 10 pounds and the mattress is...well...an air mattress that weighs close to nothing) - so a delivery fee that should've been $25 since the techs didn't set the bed up correctly OR test it. Anyway, I could see saying that they won't refund that, they even state that one their website. HOWEVER, now I'm having to pay $200 to have them pick it up. Currently working with one of the CEO's underlings, I'll update this review if they do the right thing. $400 for a bed that never worked and never gave a restful night's sleep. Funny part - I was considering buying a king for my wife and I, but that will never happen now.

Sleep Number delivered a used mattress to me that had stains on it. They would only agree to replace the cover not the mattress...I'm very disappointed in spending a lot of money to be given a used mattress. This is horrible treatment.

I was reluctant at first because of the "car lot mentality" type of shopping experience in your store. I like to browse and know what I'm buying and how much it costs without being forced to speak to a salesman. That said, the salesman was very friendly and not pushy at all. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. The delivery of my bed was also an amazing experience. The setup guys were super friendly and explained how everything on my bed worked even though the salesman had already done the same thing. The bed is amazing. I've gained so much by getting full, restful nights. This mattress is amazing!

Buy at your own risk. We purchased two adjustable base beds, now the remote is not available. Never was told at store that down the road. I would not be able to obtain a remote. In short: Un-acceptable. Period!! Great. Disabled veteran, now have to go out and buy another bed that works. Remotes are useless, last only short period of time to make you go out and buy another. If you are lucky enough to find one. What kind of company sells beds and then does not have replacement parts. Just another way to obtain more money from the customer and make them upgrade. Hope your customers read this review to see if they like the way, you are handling your business. Need a bed? Look elsewhere.

I purchased a Split King P5 in 2015 in Ohio. I have now purchased a C4 in December/January 2019 in Bonita Springs, Florida 34135. I am trying to upgrade this C4 to a P5 King but am having a terrible time getting it delivered because the Order number keeps going to the Ohio Address... Please help! This makes no sense... I have a neuromuscular disease and have rods in my neck. I was having a lot of pain when I am sleeping. I’ve tried multiple beds but I couldn’t get comfortable. I bought the whole set from Sleep Number and I've had it for a couple of months now. The reps at Sleep Number were helpful. They had us try the very basic model to find out what Sleep Number my husband and I were, and we are very different. He likes his bed firmer, and I was sleeping on a firmer bed, and ended up being needing a really soft bed. So, we’re very different which was interesting to find out. They let me try out all the beds and I knew exactly which one felt best for me.
We scheduled a home delivery and the team that did that was excellent. They set the bed up and showed me how to use it. They also took away my old bed. Since using the Sleep Number bed, I don’t have pain in my shoulder, neck, hips and I’m able to sleep better. I'm happy with the bed's quality. My parents bought a Sleep Number bed too and a friend of mine bought one as well.

They arrived promptly at 3pm, were very professional, polite and courteous and went above and beyond to ensure no property was damaged during the delivery. Very satisfied with the delivery. Purchased a P6 bed and was told that we had a 100 nights. We were told it was just cost us the price of a delivery. Now trying to return due to sagging. Being told that it’s $400 total to return. I called customer service and explained that the sales person admitted that he told me the wrong price. They didn’t care and said that he needed to be trained. He is the Store Manager. Who would spend $400 and get nothing in return? Absolutely unacceptable.

Do not purchase from this company! They are borderline illegal scam artists. Sleep Number does not allow refund or returns, if you purchase anything they will NOT allow for any refund only exchange, and in the exchange they will charge you the full MSRP mark-up price (no discounts, coupons, sales, mark-downs etc. allowed) for the exchange items, and they will try to charge you shipping fees on the original shipped item and the exchange item. They will publish some nonsense about their refund/exchange policy T&Cs which is all BS until you try to navigate through the gauntlet process which they designed to make sure you get cheated at the end.

We had a Sleep Number 5000 for 14 years and found it was showing its age. We wanted to replace it with another, but found the prices to be way more than we would like to spend. We opted for a Tempur-Pedic & were not happy at all. We were able to get a refund and decided to bite the bullet & get a new Sleep Number. We kept our adj. base we got with the Tempur-pedic and just got a Sleep Number ILE 360 Smart Bed mattress. Been loving it for the past month and a half. $199 for delivery plus an extra $50 because we are outside their area (?) was a downer, especially since nothing to haul away & set-up was a breeze.

We bought a queen ILE on 11/22/2017. We started noticing the bed being uncomfortable within the first 6 months. We went to the store where we got it from, the Flatirons Mall, and was met with lukewarm response and told to call customer service. We’ve called and worked with customer service 3x now. We’ve been sent replacement foams and there is still a big dip in the middle of the bed. The foam itself is cheap and has no density to it. We don’t understand how cheap foam can fix the problem we are experiencing.
We find it incredibly disappointing that such an expensive mattress would start to show sagging after such a short time. We really thought long and hard before deciding to purchase this mattress because we believe our health and sleep is an important priority. We are now waking up with hip pain and low back pain, problems we didn’t have before. We worry that we would have to replace this bed and lose all of our money. We don’t recommend buying this bed. Buyer beware.

We already have a king-size Sleep Number and when we redid the guest room, I wanted to get a queen-size Sleep Number that has the raised head part. We got the base as well as the frame that raises and the the legs that go along with the frame. We also got a different sheet set. However, there’s a couple things I really don’t like about this new bed. First of all, we’re on our third or fourth remote on the way in the mail because the remotes keep going bad. The rep gave me a song and dance the last time about it took some update that runs the batteries out. I've tried about 10 pairs of all good batteries and I don't know whether it’s the bed sending signal to the remote that burns it out or just fries it. Then when the remote dies, it’s just dead. And this is only in the 6 weeks that we've had the bed so far.
The other thing about the bed that I really don’t like is how the skirt fits on the frame. It doesn't look right and it hits the ground. It’s also hard to put on there and difficult to attach. I finally figured out the way the straps work and everything. Still, it looks like a real afterthought and the sheets are difficult to tuck in between the board that raises up and the mattress itself. When one's sleeping on the bed, the bottom sheet really comes undone and gets loose. The other bed isn’t the one with the raised head and it’s the older, original model, and everything fits fine on that so it has worked great. So other than the 2 issues, our new Sleep Number holds up well. Also, the sales representatives who helped us were great.

I was really happy with my bed change. For two years Sleep Number provided great comfort and sleep. However, after two years the mattress starting malfunctioning, call to customer service required multiple troubleshooting tests before they could help and many callbacks. At the end we need to buy repair parts for the bed at over $200. I expect a mattress I spend $2000+ on would last me more than two years (my last mattress lasted me 10). Customer service was unhelpful and rude at times. I would not recommend unless you agree with spending money in a mattress every few years while dealing with unsatisfactory customer service.

Your return policy is complete **. Your stores trick consumers into purchasing the bed based on them being able to return it; however they do fail to mention that the base is not returnable until after the contract and purchase is completed. So you either purchase a $10k bed or a $4k base. One way or the other you will get a sale! Unfair practices and I will dispute all the way to corporate, BBB and will be writing poor reviews every place I am able to. I wish I had never entered that store.

We purchased the split king ILE 360 smart bed mattress with split E King 360 Flexfit 2 bases on February 13, 2019 at the 1018 Buckhead Atlanta Ga store. Our purchase was predicated, in large part, on the “100 night in home trial.” The delivery and set up on February 21, 2019 was far less than professional or satisfactory with much LOUD yelling at each other, damage to our existing bed and initially delivering a queen size mattress which does not resemble two splits.
We are not comfortable on the bed and the split gap is very uncomfortable for which there is no apparent fix. We also have doubts about the quality of the installation by the same delivery people. After an email request for an on site visit on March 28, 2019 was ignored for several weeks we met with the manager of the Lenox store. We indicated our dissatisfaction and the need to return the bed and he said the bases which cost about $3,200 were not refundable.
Neither my wife or myself had heard this and anyone would be crazy to not be able to return such an expensive part of the bed, with no practical use, with full disclosure. The manager said other customers CLAIMED they had not been informed of this exclusion but he is certain he states this policy. It was only when we were paying that we signed several parts of the contract that I signed the exclusion of the base portion along with many things to fill out for the bank transaction. This signing was also done in good faith since we had not been made aware of this exclusion. We would have been gone from the store with prospects of forfeiting $3,200 possible.
I do notice the form entitled LETS REVIEW that the statement is made: SLEEP NUMBER 360 SMART BED - 100 NIGHT IN HOME TRIAL with no indication the bases are excluded. So, I am scheduled to have the mattress returned at a MY cost approximating $300 and am unable to return or have a use for the bases totaling $3,200. I see now why customers have to be satisfied since they can’t afford to be stuck with a $3,200 non-returnable base.
I find this approach of excluding an integral part of the bed, which in fact, cost me more than the mattress deceptive, especially when this fact is disclosed only once the customer has decided to purchase. I’m also concerned that the manager indicated other customers had stated that they were not informed of the base exclusion. Since this is not a rare occasion for him to hear this you would think he would make it a point to make sure the potential customer has this fact upon which to make a decision up front. The loss of such a large amount makes for compromise. Also, my wife never got the right number, heard periodic sounds and the bank charged my bank account the monthly amount the first month and the entire balance the second month.

This is our second Sleep Number. We had our first one for 10 years and loved it and we didn't want to rethink changing brands. For health reasons, mainly my husband Rudy's back, we needed to make a change because our 10-year old bed had kinda begun to sink in a little bit. And our representative, Robert, at the Galleria, was excellent and explained that to us how that can happen. We probably could have upgraded before 10 years. But our old bed was well worth it for 10 years. We upgraded and went to an i8 360, Split King. I couldn't understand how we could have two different beds and it would still be one bed. But Robert was able to show that to us and help me understand. We absolutely made the right choice.
That was not the first bed that we looked at. But once he understood our sleeping needs he stirred us toward the bed that was the best bed and that was very helpful. My husband was afraid that if we didn't get the Split King, then he would disturb me if he was moving the whole bed. That was a very, very good point that Robert brought out. So, if Rudy puts his in the snore position, I don't even know it. It never disturbs me because my bed is completely separate.
After we went to the store the first time we went home and thought about it and Robert waited a couple of weeks and told us about a promotion. I told him I was sorry we hadn't called him back. I was glad he did that because then we made the extra effort to go in, talk with him again and by then, we made up our mind of which one to get. He helped us with our pillows and was very patient. We appreciated that.
Robert had assured us that the delivery team would give us a couple-hour window, and then before-they're-coming window. We live in the rural area and I wanted to make sure that they would get here. Robert said they deliver all over and they were here on time. The delivery team called me that morning. We moved our bed out and put it into the living room. We passed it on to one of our sons because it was steel and still in good shape.
When the men got here, they had just the bed frame, and they were ready to put it together. They were very nice. I was having a senior moment. I didn't move the tools on my furniture, without something under it and they were very understanding about that. He let me lay something down, so he could put his phone and other stuff. The youngest man explained he synced our phone with the Sleep Number control. Robert did that too in the store initially, and then this man followed through with whatever else needed to be done. By then the bed was in place and he could finish up. We read all the instructions but it was still helpful that he did it. They cleaned up and they were on their way in an hour and 15 minutes.
I have found, the best way to make the sheets is to put each side on the mode for "read." Do it one at a time, in that way, you can tuck the fitted sheets under there real good. I can manipulate the sheets better. I love the sheets and it has good pillows. It's really been a good experience. We're in our 70's and I'm assuming this would be the last bed we buy. We had to consider too that they stand behind their product. Rudy said we have have 30 days to bring back the first pillow that we brought home. We did have to take his pillow back because it wasn't comfortable for Rudy's neck. That went really well. I also know that if there's an error, if something happen under that bed that was electrical, or whatever, Sleep Number is gonna respond. So that's a good feeling too. Several years ago we gave a coupon to friends of ours at church. And they used the coupon to buy a Sleep Number bed. We tried to pass on the good effects of it.

We had had our Sleep Number bed for seven and a half years so we went back and got another one. We did it at both places in Lubbock, Texas. The first place was there in the mall then they moved it out of the mall to a shop of their own. I had already printed the mattress that I was wanting off of my computer and when we went to the store, I just walked in and handed it to the guy. The salespeople were really nice, whereas the delivery was not the best part. Two guys came but apparently, the guy who usually came with the main guy had some appointment and wasn't able to come. I don't know where the main guy got the other person who came with him but he looked like he was homeless.
I was expecting somebody who looked a little bit more professional and didn't look like a thug. But that kid looked like he was on drugs. I could never even decide what his face looked like because his hair was in his face all the time. I'm glad I wasn't home by myself and that we live an hour and a half away from Lubbock, Texas. I hoped the kid wouldn't ever wanna come back and rob me. It was really sad too, because the other guy did all the work. This kid was just there to help bring things in and then take things back out to the truck. He was spending all his time on his cellphone. But that aside, we love the mattress and I keep telling my other kids they all need to go buy one of those Sleep Number beds as well.

This company is a bunch of scam artists. The store told us we could get 48 months no interest on our purchase, but put it in for 12 months. They won't change is so we had to return the bed, but they won't refund the bedding, the delivery fee or the pickup fee to us. So we are out almost $900 for something we not longer have. I am horrified how you can do this to families.

A friend recommended Sleep Number the first time and we bought a twin bed. And then when we were ready to get a new bigger bed, we got the Sleep Number again. The delivery crew came in, set it up and showed us how to use everything. They set up the internet for us and everything. The bed is a queen size and has the internet connected to it. It also has pressure relief. We like it. It's better than our previous one.

I had a Sleep Number before for 18 years and I thought it was a very good bed so I wanted to purchase another one. The saleslady I had was very good and helpful. Then there were two gentlemen who came in for the delivery. They came in the winter time and they didn’t protect their shoes. But I had told them they didn’t have to put on their plastic bags because my carpets were bad enough. When they went upstairs and set the bed up there, one of the gentlemen bumped something off the wall. But he didn’t damage it. We put it off to the side and I had to put it up later. That was the only thing that went wrong. Otherwise, everything went good. The gentleman that was in charge also showed me and got my phone set up with the app. So he was very helpful. After I got the bed and the mattress and we got it set up, I also bought two sets of sheets online.
The bed I had before didn’t have the numbers though. It was just a simple bed back then but now I've got those. Otherwise, I really like it. I've had this bed for about three months now and I’ve been messing around with the numbers, going up and down a little bit, trying this and trying that. I think I got it where I like it now. The bed is worth what I paid and I would recommend it.

This mattress has dual chambers with two controls. That's one for me and one for him so we can have our own settings as to how firm or soft we want it to be. I sometimes plow it up to very firm and then let out just enough to where I'm falling a sleep and that's where I leave it.

We put an order in on Friday the 12th and it was wonderful. It was supposed to be overnighted. Well it didn’t come Saturday so I called today and was told it is back ordered and they have no idea when it will be in stock again because it is a 4 year old pump. Very disappointing we could have pumped up the bed for temporary use on Friday instead of 4 miserable nights sleep waiting for the nonexistent pump. Thank you for listening.

I have only been sleeping on this bed for two nights. It’s 8:19 pm and I CANNOT WAIT to go to bed tonight. To be direct; I used to sit in the living room vs going to bed in our room because the “quality mattress” we had there was just that. It was a decent mattress but no sleep number bed! I’m so incredibly happy. I have your pillow, sheets, weighted blanket and now the adjustable bed base with an i8 mattress. I don’t think there’s anything else I could ask for. I had such a pleasant experience with both the delivery team and my sales manager Andrena. We are quite happy. As long as this bed continues to be this amazing you’ll have a customer for life!

My mattress is about 12 years old. Lots of improvements since then. Still extremely durable & completely comfortable. Have experienced no problems whatsoever. Easy to assemble and disassemble. Dual control. Relatively simple and easy to use. Surprisingly simplistic in construction and set up. Customer support only utilized once within a short time after initial purchase. Very responsive.

We purchase our I8 360 bed 8 months ago and paid $5,000 for this bed. From the week we got it home we have had nothing but problems with this supposedly great product. First we had connectivity issues which they said was due to being plugged into a surge protector (???), and the remote needed new batteries, they were new. Next the under bed night light would just come and go off randomly all night - they said computer issues. (Still not fixed) Then we started to sink in the middle of the bed, so once again I called and asked them to come take a look at it since it still under "warranty".
Well for a mere $200.00 they would, only the parts are covered. Oh and it also takes at least 2-3 weeks for them to send someone. (Not what we were told when we bought it.) So we "troubleshot" over phone and they decided it was the pump and not the chambers that is leaking air. Set a time to replace pump for a MONTH later - on day of service they called and said something happen and parts are not in. Will have to be 15 more days before they can come fix. I just want to return this piece of junk and get money back, but it is out of trial period. Just want others to know before buying one. Bambi **.

I have been happy with my purchase. I have enjoyed the FlexFit Base but I believe there are improvements to be made with the SleepIQ in the Responsive Air feature as well as certain features (underbed Light) that detect when you get out of bed.

We have had a king Sleep Number bed for about 6 years and we were very satisfied. Because of some health issues we need an adjustable bed. We bought a 360 Dual Flex King Sleep Number bed. We’ve had it for about 6 weeks and love it! It is expensive but it gives the comfort and flexibility that we need. It is a great bed!

I wanted to replace my old Sleep Number pillow. The store manager, who was our sales person, did a wonderful job presenting appropriate replacement choices. She also explained the differences between the pillows, including the technological advances. She gave a thorough presentation. I was impressed and bought a new pillow!

Delivery went very smoothly and the technician was very helpful and accommodating! I could not wait for night to come so I could use my bed! I was like a little child with a new toy! I will keep you posted as to how my first night went!

We had the greatest experience with purchasing, delivery and set up. Professional and friendly staff start to finish. Our first night on our mattress was exceptional. No back pain at all. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts we believe in I10 Sleep Number bed!

It's great to be able to adjust the softness and/or firmness when having back problems. Well worth the price and lasts for many years. Can't go wrong and the newer models come with feet warmers and body warmers. Great to have to warm your bed up before you get in it. Nice and toasty and has a timer you can set.

Not worth the money and not necessary to pay more for a Sleep Number bed especially for one sleeper. If you have two sleepers with different sleep needs, then it may be a good option. I had it two years and although I haven't had any problems with it, I wouldn't buy it again.

It’s a good sleeping platform but sometimes technology can get in the way. Between the Wifi and Bluetooth at times connectivity can be a problem. The adjustability of the bed and mattress to my needs any night make it worthwhile.
