In placing the order I entered the cc info incorrectly. I called the customer service line and got it straightened out. No problem. After I hung up I received a phone call on my home phone at 9:45 PM to see if I needed help with my payment. While I appreciate following up on a lead, 9:45 is far too late to make a business call at any time. Ever. Disappointing.

We purchased a 14.5 inch Saatva luxury mattress and 8.75 inch foundation in April 2016. WE LOVE it. We should have purchased the 4.5 inch low profile foundation. Just too high. So we called the Saatva company and they stood behind their word. They are replacing my foundation just as they said they would. They were as nice and friendly with our conversation on the return as they were on our original purchase order. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a new mattress and foundation.

So far with my introductive experience with Saatva I'm very happy. The Ordering process was a breeze. I received a confirmation call regarding my order which was very professional and the Team Member Erica made sure that my order was correct by confirming all measurements and sizes that I ordered. She also explained to me the process of delivery to make sure I was aware and knowledgeable of the timeframes that I will experience prior to delivery. I'm hoping I will enjoy my mattress as much as I enjoyed the experience with Saatva so far.

Let me start out by stating how reluctant I am about buying anything especially something so important as a mattress without seeing it first! I researched for days and kept on going back to Saatva! I finally took the plunge and picked up the phone and left a message and they promptly returned my phone call. An extremely pleasant knowledgeable woman by the name of Darlene helped me decide on which mattress would be best for me. I never expected how easy my purchase would be so far. I feel very comfortable knowing that I can always pick up the phone and have this friendly voice to assist me... Darlene is a gem!!! I can hardly wait to receive my mattress and I will update everyone on my progress. Looking forward on writing my review on cloud 9!!! Keeping my fingers crossed...

After posting this review, I was contacted by Reuben, a general manager from Saatva. He assured me that he wanted me to be satisfied with my experience, and he walked me through the steps it would take to get my mattress delivered. I've since been in touch with the delivery company, and am awaiting a call back to schedule my delivery. If everything goes according to plan, I will be a happy customer. I will update this review again once I actually have the mattress.

For a company that claims "Your happiness is our mission" Saatva is failing. Before ordering a mattress, I used the Live Chat option to ask whether, instead of hauling away my old bed, the delivery people could move it to my spare bedroom. I was told that wasn't possible - they'll move it to the dump, but not to another room. So, I contacted a moving company, who I'll have to pay to move the old bed before the new one is delivered. I can't give the moving company a date, though, until I know when the new mattress will arrive because I do not want to have to sleep in the spare room (which borders the street) for more than one night. When I ordered my Saatva mattress, I received an email that stated, "You will receive a personal phone call within 72 hours from the date of your purchase to review your order and discuss our delivery process." After two days, I did receive a phone message, but only to confirm that the size I ordered was correct.
I called back to ask about delivery, explaining my situation with the movers. The customer service representative assured me that someone would contact me the following day to arrange delivery. No one did. On the fourth day (today) I called again. This time, the customer service representative said that delivery couldn't be arranged until after the mattress was manufactured, which would take 9-18 days. Now, I knew up front about the 9-18 day window, but I was led to believe that was the TOTAL amount of time I'd have to wait.
I did NOT know that I'd have to wait 9-18 days before someone would even be willing to discuss possible delivery dates with me. I have an out-of-town trip coming up. Then I have an out-of-town guest arriving. And, because the Saatva delivery people are not willing to move the old bed, I also have to have time to schedule movers. When I tried to explain this to the customer service representative, I can only describe her tone as "snippy." I am NOT a satisfied customer.

We received the King Size Luxury Firm Mattress yesterday. I made it about 2 hours and ended up on the couch. My hips were burning and my feet went numb. If you have any issues with your hips while you are sleeping and are having difficulty finding the right mattress because of it, this is NOT the mattress for you. I contacted Saatva Customer Service and they offered to send a topper at no charge to help with the break-in period. I declined due to being a hot sleeper but thought it was worth mentioning. I wish I could give the mattress a better review. It is well-made but my couch which causes me to have back pain is more comfortable. All that said, Saatva Customer Service is amazing.

Hello, when our bed was delivered a couple weeks ago our home was not yet finished, so it was delivered to our garage. We have been sleeping on it for about a week and a half and truly enjoy it! Such a great mattress. Since we did not have the delivery guys put the mattress in the house at the time of delivery we did not notice until later that they had exposed a handle on each side of the bed to carry it and tore a portion of each handle. We are ok with this but I think maybe reinforcing the stitching and making the handles longer into the mattress will prevent this from happening in the future. Again, thank you for such a wonderful mattress and giving my husband and I a good night's sleep we have needed for so long!

I would never, until now, buy site unseen, but the reviews are hard to dismiss. I even went on other sites to see if they had bad reviews. Couldn't find any pertaining to their product! We just ordered our California King Soft Plush Mattress yesterday. The on-line assistance and the call back thanking us for our order have been very friendly and helpful. We are hoping that the Saatva will be the mattress we keep as we have tried 2 others before and the mattresses were too hard.

We're super excited to try out new mattress and with such fabulous reviews, we're looking forward to experiencing a good nights sleep and waking up pain free!! I did get a call on Monday afternoon, but, at that time my husband was sick and I was at the grocery store. It was a hard time to talk. The young lady said we'd get a callback. I told her that afternoons work best, and she said "ok, we'll call tomorrow." We have not heard back in 2 days now. I did get an e-mail confirming our order though, should we be getting a callback or not? We can't wait for our new bed. We had to flip our mattress, because it was that bad!! The other side shouldn't be slept on, but we had no choice. The mattress side was bad and Sears won't warranty it. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

11.5" Queen Size Luxury Firm Mattress - Most satisfied with the patient and calmness exhibited to those questions I posed to your staff. I did research both Canadian American mattress manufacturers finally deciding on your product. I do believe my choice is correct. Wish I could have purchased this in Quebec instead of having to transport this home to Montreal from Ottawa to add to cost of product.

I was a little scared to order a bed online, unseen. Ordered it for our second home. We just returned from a visit there. This bed is soooo comfortable. I am a side sleeper and have to turn over often on my regular bed. Not on this one. I love this bed.

Customer service & delivery was great, but I'm not 100% on the mattress. I expected the luxury firm to be a little more body hugging. If I were to go to a brick & mortar store & try this mattress out I would call it firm. Knowing what I know now, I would have gotten the plush soft.

I just received my mattress and can only say "awesome" and thank you! After a very rare disease resulting in 52 broken bones and a lot of arthritis, I never thought I'd find a mattress that would let me wake up and not feel exhausted and achy! But with my new mattress? Relief! So thrilled I ordered it! Your service was great and delivery so quick! My sister is ordering one too! Thank you again! Sleeping peacefully in St Augustine! Very easy to order. Was called back a day later to verify. Can't wait to get this mattress. Wasn't sure about Helix or Bear brand's being all foam combos. Wanted something with traditional innersprings as well as foam. All roads pointed toward Saatva.

We recently purchased a mattress from Saatva after a series of failed high-end mattress attempts which left my wife and I questioning if we would ever find a mattress we could both sleep on. We are still days away from receiving our mattress however, the engagement and follow-through by this company with phone calls and emails are unprecedented and are consistent with their stellar reviews online. Before I placed order, contacted Saatva, had several questions prior to placing an order. Service rep was extremely helpful & patient in assisting me. Pointed out a few things I didn't think about re: total height of mattress & foundation. (Would have ordered wrong measurements.) He did not pressure me to place order. Said they are there 24/7 everyday if I decide to place order. Later that day 6/3 placed my order on the website. Sunday 6/5, received call to confirmed my order. Great customer service. Each time I went to the Saatva site I was offered an opportunity to speak with a representative. Up until I decided to order, I felt no need to actually do so, as the content of the site including the photos and written descriptions of the construction and performance levels of the mattress absolutely had me sold! I did speak with a representative regarding time frame from ordering to delivery as I am currently residing in Texas but will be moving to Missouri and I wanted the new mattress delivered to my new residence to arrive just about the same time I do. I received the information I needed to coordinate that as best as can be foreseen. I am looking forward to many restful years on my new Saatva mattress set.

This is my first experience ordering a mattress site unseen and untried. But most recently 6 years ago I bought one--seen AND tried out and it was a mistake I am still sleeping on. We bought our original mattress about three years ago. My husband had back surgery last year and had a lot of difficulty getting in and out of bed which resulted in the side being weakened. I sent Saatva an email on Memorial Day and they actually called me back a couple of hours later. After explaining my options, I chose to replace the mattress for 25% of the original cost. Since then I've been contacted regarding the delivery and to see if I have any questions. Normally, getting anything done concerning a warranty is a long and painful process, but this could not have been easier. I have been extremely impressed with Saatva, both with their product and with their service. Highly recommend.

We were hesitant to buy a mattress online believing we had to have the mattress in front of us to see if it was the feel we wanted. Once we to past this mental hurdle, we decided the Saatva mattress was the type of mattress we were looking for; it was made with environmentally friendly materials, it didn't have a load of chemicals and its customer service is very highly rated by people who have actually dealt with them. It was extremely easy to order what we wanted online. Now, we will wait for the mattress to be manufactured and delivered and are especially interested in how it will feel. The good news is we will have 75 days to see if it meets our wishes. That's much better than 5 minutes in a mattress store.

This fabric is rough and makes the quilting pop up! I am very disappointed in the quality of the material used for this and because it is so nasty it is difficult to say how the mattress feels. I would like to return it for a full refund and not get another one from you. I am using a comforter for a mattress pad as it is so unpleasant.

My husband and I were looking for another mattress after having a Sleep Number for the past 12 years. When I Googled the top 10 mattresses, Saatva (USA-made) was on the list. I was sooo excited to read about the Company. We have made a conscience effort to buy American-made products. We were a little apprehensive about not having the ability to see or try out the mattress prior to purchase. The 75 day trial period alleviated that concern. We accessed the chat option on the website which was extremely helpful, Henry answered all my questions.
48 hours after placing the order, I received a phone call to confirm the order. I was told 9-18 days for manufacturing and delivery. I, then, received a call 11 days after my order. They arranged for delivery on Saturday. It came today. The delivery guys, Christian, gave me a timeframe for arrival but were ahead of schedule. They were extremely professional. Great quality of the mattress and softness of the fabric. I am sooo excited to have a good night sleep tonight. Thanks Saatva.

The reason I write this review is simple, I am satisfied with my bed buying experience thus far; I am usually the person who buys something, gets really good service and never writes a review, but today is not one of those days. Kanella ** (if that's who called me) was very professional and curious during the phone call I received confirming the order I had placed for my first bed. A random number whom I assumed was another recorded message call, instead I was pleasantly greeted by a Saatva Team Member who handled my short and "to-the-point" response very professionally; I didn't have much time to talk, I was in the middle of a delivery for work. With that I now hand the screen over and this paragraph over to the people who make this whole thing possible, Saatva Mattress.

We placed our order on a Monday and it is now approaching noon on Friday with no phone call. It stated you would receive a call within 72 hours and being that my credit card was billed immediately and not when the mattress was shipped I would've appreciated a call within the time stated. I had to go to the website and chat with someone to find out if I was going to receive a phone call at all and they weren't very customer service oriented to say the least... There wasn't any "Hello" or "How are you today?" They asked for my order number and said I would receive a call today and they were sorry...that was the extent of the conversation.
With the reviews that have been given by this company so far my experience hasn't even hit close to expectations. I received a call very shortly after my chat experience and that person was nice and courteous but now I have to wait for yet another phone call to discuss delivery dates. I thought that was going to be taken care of once I received my first call.

We had already paid for another mattress at a "brand name" store and were awaiting delivery when we came across Saatva in our online research. After reading nearly every review and contacting Saatva directly (I interrogated them well!) we cancelled our order and ordered a Saatva. The online ordering process was very easy and we received a call a couple of days later to confirm our order. I expect that we will be very happy with our Saatva mattress once it arrives.

I ordered a Luxury Firm Saatva mattress for my daughter. The buying and delivery process were a breeze! The delivery men were very polite and helpful! The mattress is extremely comfortable and we both are very happy with it!

Having been through two mattresses in four years, the last one being a $2000 hit, I was hesitant about ordering online in spite of all the rave reviews. One day I spent a long time combing the site, looking for reviews of substance that were older and provided useful information. I found one from 2012 that gave enough info that I was able to contact the buyer.
He convinced me to make the purchase, which I did in mid-April 2016. A month in I am sleeping better and better. First I slept well through the night. Then my low back started feeling better in the mornings. Next I noticed that during the day my body felt more rested. And now my always tight mid-back is more relaxed than it has been in a couple of years.
In all honesty, I don't think a review after only a month is overly helpful, but it is a start. My recent experience with well-rated and expensive mattresses has been disappointing over time. I plan to do a couple more updates as the mattress settles and sees more use. The way things are now, I anticipate these future reviews will be good, but I want people to have useful information that stands the test of time.
Right now I am VERY happy with this purchase - a full-sized luxury firm. I'd like to thank Saatva for providing a good product at a fair price. Also the delivery guys, who were prompt and efficient. And for sure - Don in New Hampshire, for his review, conversation, and input. I enjoyed talking to you and you were the deciding factor for me. May you and your wife continue to sleep well.

I needed a king size mattress for my Airbnb studio apartment. I did not have a lot of time to spend on this, so wanted to complete the purchase online. I researched the top brands, and I must say that Saatva does a great job with marketing, as their name appeared everywhere once I had been on their site. I finally gave in to the "pressure" after researching other brands and pricing. So far, the experience has been very professional and ever so convenient!

I have found everyone very helpful and eager to please during this process. I placed my order by phone 5/19 with Allessia at lunch time. I received an order confirmation by email within minutes. I had second thoughts about the foundation and changed the depth from standard to low profile. First I phoned and left a VM for Roger ** the team lead and within minutes another team member email me and phoned with the foundation change confirmation. Saturday, today I received a VM message from Erica, reviewing all the order details and the manufacturing and delivery process to come in the next two weeks. There are only two other national companies that I do business with that come to mind when I think about outstanding customer service: Apple and Lexus. I'd say Saatva is in good company! Congratulations on a great team effort to provide customer satisfaction.

It took me a long time and lots of research to make the leap of faith into internet mattresses. As a handicapped non-driver, I found the idea of multi-store mattress-shopping a daunting prospect. Saatva personnel have been very helpful in explaining the product and process and gave me a high level of pre-order service that makes me feel optimistic about my soon-to-delivered mattress.

We purchased our mattress in September 2015. We found it to be well made and the sales process and delivery were professional and well handled. We ordered the Luxury Firm. As seniors, we assumed it was the correct one for us, but it proved to be too soft as it broke in and morning pain became a problem. I contacted Saatva. Not sure how they would react... Diana was wonderful. She understood the issue and we were able to make accommodations that were suitable to all. I'm so glad we chose Saatva. I spent weeks researching mattresses to get the best combination of quality and price. This company has not disappointed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I needed a new mattress. Tried the latex trendy mattress over the last couple years, and developed terrible back issues. After going into a few mattress stores, and being completely turned off by the pushy salespeople, who had more ego than information, and being completely disgusted and confused, I stumbled upon the Saatva website. So far, so good. Couldn't possibly be more satisfied with my experience. Extremely easy to order online with "chat" available to answer any questions I had. Never heard of Saatva prior to reading an article on Huffington Post, so I went into various other review websites to read other opinions. Of course there were some negatives but it looked to be mostly with the delivery companies and apparently Saatva made them all good. They called two days after I ordered to go over it with me to ensure I ordered the correct item. I've got high expectations that it will continue to be a positive experience.

My LUXURY FIRM queen mattress was delivered yesterday and after a night's sleep, it was obvious the mattress is way too firm for me. I have arthritis in my back and I awoke with more pain than usual. I should have ordered the PLUSH SOFT model. Can I exchange and what would be the additional cost (if any)?

I believe the original survey asked if the delivery people wore booties on their shoes (I said they did). My friend who received it told me they did not. I believe you also asked if they wore gloves (I said they did), they did not. My friend also told me they parked on the street, not in the driveway near the door and walked in from the street. They also did not wipe their feet. I asked my friend because I just had 5 rooms of oak floors refinished the following week. This is not a reflection on Saatva, but on the delivery company. Why my friend didn't ask them to wipe their feet, I'll never know. Just not programmed that way. I'm not high maintenance, I haven't purchased a mattress since 2003 and it was a Simmons. I hope I've given you appropriate feedback on the delivery.

I share the responsibility in choosing the right mattress softness/hardness but I think the phone representative could have been more thorough in discussing this choice. I am reaching out to ask you if there is anything you can do to help me as I understand I have passed the deadline for exchange. At first the mattress was great, but for the past 2 weeks I cannot sleep! I wake up to my arms and shoulder numb and killing. I have tried different extra pads etc nothing seems to help. Last night I slept at a friend's house and the sleep was great - no pain no numb arms!!! I am sorry to say but I am sure it is the bed. I appreciate the great reviews and the consideration for the environment of this product - I spent months researching now I am now so sad... Ordering our yet-to-be-manufactured mattress was very different than previous mattress purchases we've made. Different in a nice way. Like most folks, we had previously done the "lay on several mattresses in a store" thing with an anxious salesperson hovering nearby silently dreaming how to spend the commission they felt they were close to earning. Saatva instead gives a nice presentation of their product via the website and then presents a sincere-sounding guarantee that we, as customers, can return the mattress within 48 days if we don't like it after sleeping on it for 6 weeks. Hopefully, we won't see any need to return the mattress but I really like the idea that I can actually sleep on it several nights before needing to make a decision about it. Lastly, the sales rep that called to confirm our internet order was very well-informed, helpful, and brimming with confidence that we will love our mattress.

I can't believe they did it... About a month after buying a Loom & Leaf Queen size mattress and box springs, which I love, I decided I was going to get married. I thought about it for a month or so, and I wished I had bought a King size bed. On a whim, I called to ask if they would give me some sort of credit on the bed I had bought or maybe a discount if I decided to buy the King size bed. After explaining my predicament to the customer service agent on the phone, he replied, "Sir, you don't understand... you have a 75-day unconditional return policy on your bed. If you don't like it or want to exchange it for a different bed, we will give you a full refund." I couldn't believe it. After I kept the bed for 2 months, they gave me full credit towards a different bed. I don't know if I will ever need another bed, but I can assure you that I will buy it from Saatva. What a great company.

We received our mattress and foundation one week ago and although we are loving our much needed good night's sleep we just lifted the mattress up to put a new skirt on and are very concerned about our foundation. There are, what appear to be, large metal staples poking through the material and will no doubt be tearing it soon and begin to tear the bottom of our mattress. Please call us or email us. Erikka was the lady with and after answering my questions she asked me if I wanted her to place the order and I told her that I had already filled out the electronic form and she assured me it would be no problem and that she could do it rather easily. I have rarely done one of these reviews, but I am so impressed with my experience so far, that I felt compelled to submit this review. I had conducted a very extensive search on mattresses and the one constant that kept showing up, not only on the mattress, but the company as well, was Saatva. After much hesitation I ordered my mattress and foundation... and true to their word, I was contacted within 72 hours (and I ordered it on a weekend... was contacted Monday). I received both a voicemail and an email. I replied to the email with a couple of questions about the delivery and received a phone call within 5 minutes.
Not only did they answer my questions, it was apparent that Stephanie had read my email, done her research on my questions and had precise answers for me. She also gave me her direct phone line and was going to try to set up the delivery for the date which was best for me and said she would keep me posted. I am extremely impressed with this company... and by the way... my sister manages a high end mattress store, could have sold me a name brand at cost, but was also impressed with the company and product. So I bought mine from Saatva. The USA needs more innovative, honest and dependable companies like this one.

The process of ordering a mattress set from Saatva could not have been easier or more pleasant. Ordering something like a mattress set without actually trying it first was a conceptual challenge for my wife and me. We compiled a list of questions after researching the internet and spoke to Saatva representative. I think someone (from San Jose) is calling to confirm the order or delivery. It's been 8 days since the order was placed. When I answer, there are noises in the background, but no one speaks, and then it disconnects. When I try to redial, the number doesn't work. I bought the firm mattress in February of 2016 after my old mattress was giving me a less than desirable night's sleep. It was with some hesitation that I bought without seeing or lying on it. The 75 day trial period helped to allay my fears. It was delivered promptly and I was pleased with the comfort level of the mattress. Firm enough but not too firm. Cushiony enough but not too squishy. It is a good transition from my ultra-firm Sterns and Foster mattress. If most hotel beds are too soft for you, go with the firm. I am glad that I made this purchase.

My buying experience was excellent. However I have been sleeping on the mattress for 3-4 weeks now and after several washing of the deepest pocket sheets I could find, the extra thick mattress is just too high. I should have gotten the regular size mattress so the sheets don't slide up on the sides of the mattress. They fit at first but have (expectedly) shrunk some after washing. I am now left with the dilemma of trying to find deeper sheets (which I haven't been able to) or exchange the mattress for regular size one. Both eat some additional cost. I think they should give a more accurate measurement for the mattress which is more like 16" deep and not 14" as stated on the website.

The online ordering was very simple. I chatted with Adam concerning dimensions and he answered my questions directly. The confirmation of my order was checked and rechecked for accuracy. I was impressed so far with the customer service. I am a very impatient person and the only downside I see is the wait time for my new bed! I'm anxious for a great night sleep!

I am getting ready to have lower back surgery next month and I began researching for beds online since going to multiple stores is too hard. Between reading multiple articles by orthopedic surgeons, reviews by Consumer Reports and some other reviewers, Saatva kept coming out on top. I then went to your website and was tremendously pleased to see that chat was available (but not pushy) and after reviewing the site had all my questions answered. So far so good! I received both written confirmation and then a phone confirmation of my order. Waiting now with great excitement as the bed gets built and will be here between 9 and 18 days. Excellent service so far!!!

The chat feature was very useful in helping me find out a few things about the bed, like weight, which wasn't easily found on the site. It was also useful and clarifying the in-home test period and return fees. Overall, it was very easy. The same is true for the online ordering. It was straightforward, fast, and worked well.

Our Saatva king sized mattress and box springs were delivered this morning by Blue Truck or Blue Trunk of Little Rock and they did a superb job. The two delivery men were very polite and worked hard. The mattress looks well made and we are now anxious to try it out. The firmness is what we had hoped for.

Received order today. Upon inspecting found sizeable hole in the top of the box spring. Took multiple pictures as well as did the delivery people. Accepted the order as is with comments made on invoice about the tear/hole. Will contact you via phone next. While I am disappointed that the items were damaged, I cannot find fault with the maker at this time. I do expect to be taken care of and have this replaced asap.

Our mattress was to be delivered today, however we were informed early this morning, by delivery man Phil, that instead of the king size mattress as ordered they had a queen tagged with our name. He had no idea what happened to our king mattress/box. He had a copy of the correct order as placed on March 31, 2016. I was later contacted by your customer service department. I was told that it would take approximately another week to place another order. I have little faith in this process and, to date, am very disappointed with our Saatva experience.

I enjoyed being contacted by Paul. From what I've read, there seem to be two main problems. The first is the delivery people that you can't control. The second seems to be that the mattress forms to the body in a very short time which would be uncomfortable. Hope neither of these happens with my order.

We are loving our new mattress! It is exactly what you promised. Also, I spoke with a man on the phone after we ordered (Paul I think? - sorry I was not able to write it down at the time). I told him that my wife was pregnant and our current mattress was making her miserable. I asked if he could do anything to speed up the order. He said he can't promise anything but would personally walk the order through. He did. He followed up with me once and got the order to us in about half the time. You have no idea how much we appreciate this. She has had her first couple good nights of sleep in a month or so. Thanks again!
