Cannot say anything about the product at this time as it is still in manufacturing. However, customer service, thus far, has been exceptional with regular contact and confirming all aspects of my order to be sure Saatva and I are "talking the same language." If the product is as good as the customer service, I am sure I will be very satisfied.

I received a phone call Wednesday June 24th a few days after ordering to verify order and address. The representative, ** was friendly and fun to speak with. I'm excited to receive our new bed!
