Saatva has gone above and beyond to meet our requested delivery date. Their staff is very professional. Before purchasing I spoke with a customer service person who did all they could do to make sure our bed would be delivered when we needed it. I would recommend to anybody who wants a quality product at a great price. No BS just the facts!
We placed our order online, then later realized we had chosen the wrong firmness for us. We emailed our new request, and within minutes our error was corrected. Very impressed.
From time of order to delivery everything went exactly as stated. My husband was coming out of in-patient rehab & we needed the new bed as soon as possible in a temporary rental place -- the bed was made, delivered & set-up in 8 days, instead of the 7-15 day window that Saatva had given me! What a wonderful surprise. We've only had the bed for a few days but it seems to be as good as the excellent service. Thanks to all who had a hand in the ordering, producing & delivering of our new bed!! AND, a huge PLUS, it's made in the USA!!
All reps with Saatva have been fantastic. I have experienced no transition time with my new mattress. I have several issues with my back; one being bulging disk. I am getting a good nights sleep. The description was a little off for me. Expected it to be softer but am glad it is the way it is.
Really loving my new mattress. When I ordered, I had based the measurement on a new bed frame I had purchased through Amazon. In the interim, I learned that the frame would not be delivered till Dec. So, I canceled and ordered a different frame, which I like very much. Bottom line is I have a 4" queen base that I am not using. I realize it was my bad. I don't want a refund or anything. But next time the guys come out to Hemet, you can have it back. It's brand new. Just delivered Tuesday, 10/18. Free, Thanks. Craig Mattress is great BTW!

I was skeptical about ordering a mattress online, without seeing it/sitting on it/lying down on it... But the thought of running around town and doing all that was not appealing - so I saw an ad and checked out the website for Saatva. Very informative website - showing how to measure the height of your bed, which was good to know. Also, CHAT online with three different reps who were quick to respond and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I received the call back after my order was placed, as promised, and very friendly service. Looking forward to getting my new mattress before the Holiday busy season!
First of all, I have no problems with the mattress or foundation that we received. It was packaged well and so far, the mattress (Luxury Firm) is supportive but not rock solid. The delivery process was great up until the actual delivery day. I had asked for a 30 minute call ahead so I knew when to be home. I didn't want to wait around during the 4 hour window, so we went somewhere nearby. We got a call from the delivery guy which I missed and when I tried to call back, the delivery guy was inaudible and he hung up. The delivery guy called back shortly afterwards to tell me that they made a mistake in their route and are actually in front of my home. Luckily, I was only about 15 minutes away and I asked them to wait for me until I got home.
Unknowingly, my in laws were home and took the opportunity to tell the delivery guy to bring the mattress up to the room. I soon got a phone call that someone needed to sign off on the delivery. I arrived just in time to see the delivery guys get in the truck and have the opportunity to ask if everything was ok. They said yes and just drove off. I discovered that the mattress was indeed placed in the room upright, but nothing was set up. I understand there was confusion with my in laws providing different direction, but the delivery guy should have called me to confirmed it was OK to start and waited for me to come home to make sure set up was done properly. If I had gotten my 30 minute call ahead or if they had just waited for me to be home, my delivery experience could have been much different.
The young lady who called me today was polite and professional. She thanked me for my order, explained the order process and what to expect next. So, so far so good. Just a little nervous as I have never made a purchase this large online.
Have enjoyed my experience so far. Website easy to use to place order. Follow up email/phone call confirmation good. Ability to real-time text and communicate with your advisors was very impressive and helpful.
After 3 orders of totally different mattresses such as ZenHaven 100% organic latex, top of the line Novaform, the Saatva Plus Soft was the winner. Body pains aggravated with ZenHaven as it felt too hard and the NovaForm which was way too hot, due to the no air circulating. The Saatva Plus Soft had everything in one, old fashioned coils that contours and responds perfectly to your body, plus a pillow top offering more cushioning for comfort. It's the best!!! Ordering another one for a guest bedroom. Thank you Saatva.
After quite a bit of research and asking a couple of questions on Saatva's online chat, we finally placed our order for a Saatva king size mattress! Placing the order online was very simple, and the site is easy to navigate through to find answers to most any question you might have. As stated, they called within 72 hours to confirm our order, tell us what to expect next and thank us. Looking forward to our first nights sleep on a Saatva mattress! Sure hope it fits up the stairs!
So far the process has been easy and pleasant. Online research along with return policy sounded good and comparable to the competitors mattresses we were looking at. We are more familiar with competitors in local stores. Wanted to try for ourselves and see after looking at website. No one we know has purchased or heard of Saatva. We will be the first in family and among coworkers to try Saatva.

I am anxiously awaiting delivery... so far the customer experience has been top notch. I did plenty of research and went with Saatva based on great prices and great reviews. I called with questions and they were very helpful and friendly. I ordered easily online. And today I got an update call from them. So far so good. I will review more once I have slept on it!
The customer service was great. The communication was a little off as far as on delivery but was handled. We got the first bed and tried it for a while and it was very hard to us and hurting our backs. So contacted customer service and she sent me a mattress pad to try. We did try it and still was uncomfortable. I contacted you guys again and got the mattress exchanged for your softer one. The mattress was delivered and the old one picked up. I have not heard from you guys since that. You would call to ask about satisfaction, but not a word by phone or email since I asked to get a different mattress. Anyway, we even put on the mattress pad and the bed is hurting both our backs and shoulders. I am a chiropractor and this bed is way too firm for proper spinal alignment. I guess we are stuck with the bed and cannot get our money back. I cannot recommend your mattress to others.
Order process was simple and initial correspondence was good. Email received 9/27 saying delivery team would contact me week of Oct. 2. Did not happen. Called Oct. 11. Sales rep was a bit snippy and said I was only in the middle of my "window."

Just like many of the reviews, I was skeptical about buying online. I had purchased a queen size Saatva prior to this king size, so I had a very good idea of the quality. I loved the queen and I love the king as well. The quality is as described on the website. The delivery of the queen did not go smoothly, but after a call to Saatva, assurances and apologies were made and I felt as though moving forward with the king purchase was the right thing to do. The experience with the delivery of the king went very smoothly. The sleep quality for me and my wife is excellent and I cannot imagine a better sleep. Very pleased.
I received a phone call today, at work, telling me to go measure my mattress to make sure I ordered the right one. This was frustrating. I already did that – then ordered what I wanted. I don't need to be told to go take measurements. This call was unnecessary. I was told exactly what I read after I placed the order on the website.
So far the entire process has been great. I originally ordered one type of bed and needed to change my order and it was so easy. My representative was wonderful. I am looking forward to receiving my bed.
Saatva clearly places great emphasis on customer service. Was great to always have a person (instead of a computer) to guide me through the process. It's also nice that you clearly state that customer satisfaction is paramount. The one area of constructive feedback I'd give is that in my several interactions with customer support (twice through chat on the website and once with my phone call after I purchased), the Saatva reps were incredibly scripted. In the chat, the rep really just restated what was already available online, which made me feel like my individual questions weren't as important. And with the phone call, the rep literally just read a bunch of information and then said "have a nice day." It was awkward, and I think she could have asked if I had any questions before ending the call. These certainly aren't negative experiences, but they kept me from rating the experience at five stars.
I am awaiting construction and delivery of my new King mattress. The online ordering experience was straightforward, informative and relevant. I received a follow-up call from a customer rep to confirm my order and delivery address. The rep assured me I'd receive another call to schedule delivery when the mattress was ready. So far everything is worthy of a five-star rating. I'm looking forward to delivery of my new mattress and praying this mattress is everything it is advertised to be. This is my first experience purchasing a mattress without first visiting a traditional showroom. The company did a great job in their online presentation if they were able to convince me go forward and make this purchase.
We are less than a month in and already enjoying the comfort of the new bed. My wife has had two lower back surgeries and this mattress has allowed her to finally sleep through the night. Delivery was within two weeks after order and we were kept inform of any status updates. I paid for the old mattress and foundation removal; however, was not informed that this didn't include the existing bed frame.
The delivery company about left until the frame was taken apart and moved out of the way and they did not take with them. We had the understanding that the existing bed frame was considered part of "foundation" so I feel it should be made known if you purchase that service that you are expected to remove the bed frame. As I mentioned my wife had back surgeries so performing this activity isn't very conducive when trying to move a California King Mattress and Box Springs.
Excellent customer service and made in USA with eco-friendly materials. Fast service. Ordered Sept 28 and made at Greensboro facility. Will be delivered today Oct 3rd. Order was confirmed before production.

I found the message board on your site very helpful. My first question to the lady Angel was to find out if you deliver to my area. It was confirmed, "Yes." So my husband and I completed our order and it would not process our visa. So, we called your number and a gentlemen told us that it did not through because you don't deliver in our area. I was confused because I now had two different answers. My husband closed the site and walked away. After a few minutes I decided to try again.. and texted the lady from the message board who again confirmed that it was deliverable to our area. I called one more time and this time the visa went through. I was flustered by this experience and almost walked away without purchasing our mattress and frame as I was misinformed by your call person.
I just ordered yesterday so I haven't received the merchandise yet. So far, the customer service experience has been amazing. I received an email from Saatva after placing my order, a follow up call this morning and after that... another confirmation email letting me know they had called me and that my order is going into production! Pretty attentive service for an online purchase. I think I'm falling in love...
