I researched which Latex mattress to buy when I wanted to downsize to a queen size. I had loved my previous latex one after 15 years. After an extended search, I decided on Saatva and was pleased it is made in the US. I also bought the frame and headboard from them. The wait time was great and I had an excellent experience with Aaron who helped me all the way. I’m pleased with their product, customer service and follow-up, plus an amazing warranty!

I would like to express my gratitude to Zach **, the person who assisted me with a problem we had with the Saatva mattresses. We bought these about two years ago, and for some odd reason, the fabric at the bottom of the mattress was torn by the massage vibrator from the base of the bed. I called Saatva when I noticed the damage, and to my luck, I was transferred to Zach. He helped me figure out what to do and how to do it. He moved all the bells and whistles to solve my problem. I had bought the extended warranty, and the company replaced both the bases and the mattresses. He was very kind, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the issue. We've bought mattresses before and have been disappointed with their comfort. My back was hurting and stiff when I got up in the morning. I never had back discomfort before. My pilates teacher told me "you need a new mattress". It was 15 years old! Two friends had Saatva mattresses and loved them. We went to a showroom and tried them out. The salesperson was friendly and did not pressure us to buy. We bought a classic Saatva mattress, a mattress pad and a beautiful (simple) bed frame.

The first mattress I received turned out to be too soft for my preference, but the process of resolving the issue was smooth and stress-free. Tamika G., the representative who assisted me, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable right away and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. True to her word, Saatva arranged a replacement, and I received my new mattress within just three weeks. It’s rare to come across such attentive and reliable customer service these days. I truly appreciate the support and would definitely recommend Saatva—not just for their quality products, but for their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent experience all around!!! From the reviews we read before purchasing to the actual buying process, everything with Saatva was outstanding. Customer service during the purchase was extremely helpful and professional. The mattress delivery arrived exactly within the timeframe they promised—actually on the early side of the range.

Every part of our experience was superlative. Ordering was easy. They were in touch with us along the way, and scheduling the delivery was easy too. The delivery was quick and very smooth. The best part though is the actual mattress. Ahhh. So comfortable. Soft enough that I feel cradled; firm enough that my body feels supported. My husband and I are very pleased with our lovely Saatva mattress.

My husband and I tried our first Saatva mattress. It was easy to order. Both of us have medical problems that are related to a good night sleep. My husband had a better night sleep for his back the first night. My sleep is affected by sleep apnea and I use CPAP. I am having much longer sleep time. And the delivery people worked magic getting the queen size mattress up our challenges of our stair case. Really appreciate that!

I recently ordered one of their mattresses and the day after I ordered it, I realized that I had ordered the wrong thickness. So, I called their customer service to see if I could change the order. Fortunately, their customer service agent (Ramir) answered the phone and within a few minutes, he had made the change. I seldom get that kind of response from customer service departments and I am truly thankful for his professionalism and the help he provided.

Be careful dealing with Saatva. Just received a check in the mail from some Legal firm...I had no idea what it was. After doing some research, I found out it was a payment from Saatva for overcharging me on the taxes they charged me. Somebody must of sued these lowlifes and they had to return the money they overcharged. Watch out!!! Smells like a scam.

My wife and I purchased a Saatva "Loom & Leaf" King Mattress set in March 2023. We were initially extremely pleased with the mattress. In the last few months, I developed a rut on my side, and it became uncomfortable. I called and spoke with Saatva customer service rep. named Keyanna. She took charge of the situation. Put me on hold for a few moments, and came back on to tell me they were replacing the mattress at no charge. We just received it and are extremely pleased again.
