Alyssa was very patient and extremely helpful and enjoyable to work with. We did not have the best line - there seemed to be at times, long pauses on the line, but we were were able to work around it. Alyssa clearly answered all my questions and quickly confirmed all the details of how my exchange would work, including how my current Affirm payments would now work. I found this exchange to be exceptionally easy. If I had taken Saatva's FIRMNESS QUIZ initially, I most likely would not even had to make the exchange.

Ramir was awesome! It was so refreshing to have amazing, professional, and kind customer service. Lately that seems to be lacking in our society however, with Remar he made my exchange so simple. No questions asked. Just wanted the customer to be happy and this customer is happy!! We already own a Saatva mattress, plan on replacing it very soon. Ps: my new mattress was being delivered tomorrow and I realized I wanted/need the 14.5 taller version so Samir was able to stop the delivery and update my order accordingly.

We purchased our first Saatva Classic Luxury Firm (Queen) in August 2025 and were so impressed with both the mattress and the overall experience that we came back in March 2026 for a Saatva Classic Luxury Firm King. Fast forward to now: life has changed quite a bit since those purchases. We moved, I had back surgery, and we added a Sleep8 to our bed setup—all of which meant our original mattresses no longer fit our needs. We needed to downgrade the Queen to a Saatva Murphy Bed Queen Mattress and exchange the King for a Saatva Classic Firm.

After months of mattress shopping online and offline, I finally settled in on latex, then a couple of brands. I decided, after looking at the Saatva website, to call and speak to a person. Christine was who I got and I really felt good about her understanding of what my husband and I needed in a mattress. It was a fairly quick call and I felt confident with the choices I was making. I took a few bedroom measurements and called Christine back and we completed my order. I am waiting to receive my new bed set up; I really can't wait! I will update with after set up details when it arrives and is set up for us.

Premium quality mattress for a premium price. You get what you pay for, plus 365 day trial and $100 to return, which is very reasonable considering the original delivery and white glove service are free. The company's communication and service were exceptional. The company they used for the white glove delivery was also first rate. Just note, they will not take a metal frame, so you’ll have to deal with that yourself. My wife changed her mind after the basic frame and 2” boxspring were out for delivery. Alexandra (customer service) was amazing and the exchange is costing us nothing, other than the difference in price. Still free white glove on the exchange.

Very easy and stress free return. Love the mattress but it was too soft for my back. Will try get a firmer one.

I was pleased with the customer service agent that I spoke with about my complaint but very unhappy with my purchase. I bought the down alternative featherbed topper and it was advertised as having 4 elastic anchors for a secure fit. It does not. Also Saatva claims that the return process is "stress free". It is not.

Wendy ** was very kind and understanding of my situation, and she was also professional and courteous. She followed up with an email confirming my request.

I have had a Saatva Classic for two months, and I cannot sleep in it for another night. My right lower back, a chronic problem, now feels like a nail was driven in it. This morning, I awoke in great pain, in my left leg, so numb and in spasm I could not put weight on it. I have been sitting in a chair for many hours, and it is still numb, though now I can limp, with some pain, using my walker. My neck was stiff again, and I cannot raise my left arm.

Javier was great. Persistent in tracking down my order (which was several years back), knowledgeable about the product, sent me a helpful email and answered a couple of specific questions about the diagram attached to the email. This experience reinforces for me, why our next mattress will be from Saatva. Thank you Javier!

The Saatva sleep experts I have dealt with, mainly Teresa for the Bunkie Board purchase I made today, and in April of 2026 for our previous purchase of mattress toppers, could not have been better informed or helpful.

Beautiful neighborhood and store. The sales associate simply showed me the bed I was interested in, applied sanitary covering, and left me alone. There was no pressure in terms of time in the bed or hovering. I approached her with my questions and concerns and even then there was no feeling of pressure or sales pitch for other options. The bed was as I hoped from internet descriptions.

Just disappointed in Saatva that they dropped the line of toppers and bedding to support the Cal/Split bed. I spend a lot of $’s just 3 years ago only to find out you are not supporting this line. Not sure I could recommend others to buy from Saatva considering you drop supporting products less than 3 years after I spend just under $6k for the Cal/Split bed. Would think you would carry supporting products at a min of 5 years to 10 years. My order Order #** ordered June 2023

Lavie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. She followed up with me throughout the day and did everything she could to make the experience dealing with the delivery company less stressful.

My comforter came with a stain on it even though it was very well wrapped. I called customer support and they sent me a new one. For some reason I never received this package so I called again and they’re sending me a replacement - no problem. They were very nice, understanding and helpful in a quick manner. I appreciate both interactions I’ve had with customer support. This surely will increase my chances of making future purchases with Saatva.

Jayla was above and beyond wonderful. I'm very discouraged because of the trouble I'm having finding the right mattress and the resulting hip and back pain I'm experiencing. When I first came into the store, I asked to talk with a manager, and there was none on-site...but the customer experience Jayla gave me--her listening and really hearing me, her compassion AND helping me get to a solution I'm hopeful about--it was exceptional. She was exceptional. So much so I hugged her as I left! (And this is all in addition to the luxury experience of the Saatva store in general.)

I ordered a pillow to be delivered to my sister. The shipping address was auto changed after I placed the order so I emailed customer service but never received a response. I called the next day and the customer service rep. said she changed the shipping back to my sister's name. Today, I recevied a item shipped notice (1 week later for a single pillow) with my name with my sister's address. My billing address was also incorrectly changed. The service rep I spoke with today hung up on me when I asked him to let me finish my sentence. I will NEVER recommend or buy from this company again!

I researched which Latex mattress to buy when I wanted to downsize to a queen size. I had loved my previous latex one after 15 years. After an extended search, I decided on Saatva and was pleased it is made in the US. I also bought the frame and headboard from them. The wait time was great and I had an excellent experience with Aaron who helped me all the way. I’m pleased with their product, customer service and follow-up, plus an amazing warranty!

Every part of our experience was superlative. Ordering was easy. They were in touch with us along the way, and scheduling the delivery was easy too. The delivery was quick and very smooth. The best part though is the actual mattress. Ahhh. So comfortable. Soft enough that I feel cradled; firm enough that my body feels supported. My husband and I are very pleased with our lovely Saatva mattress.

I would like to express my gratitude to Zach **, the person who assisted me with a problem we had with the Saatva mattresses. We bought these about two years ago, and for some odd reason, the fabric at the bottom of the mattress was torn by the massage vibrator from the base of the bed. I called Saatva when I noticed the damage, and to my luck, I was transferred to Zach. He helped me figure out what to do and how to do it. He moved all the bells and whistles to solve my problem. I had bought the extended warranty, and the company replaced both the bases and the mattresses. He was very kind, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the issue. We've bought mattresses before and have been disappointed with their comfort. My back was hurting and stiff when I got up in the morning. I never had back discomfort before. My pilates teacher told me "you need a new mattress". It was 15 years old! Two friends had Saatva mattresses and loved them. We went to a showroom and tried them out. The salesperson was friendly and did not pressure us to buy. We bought a classic Saatva mattress, a mattress pad and a beautiful (simple) bed frame.

I had a great experience with Saatva, especially thanks to their outstanding customer service.
