I had an issue with the products I had purchased, not a quality issue, just a snafu as to a couple of missing items beyond the items ordered. I dragged my feet about calling, but when someone inadvertently hit a button on the adjustable base remote I emailed to ask about the other items and mentioned that we had somehow messed up our remote. I received a call, a CALL, not 3 to 5 minutes after from Saatva customer service. On a Saturday night. From the NICEST man on the planet. Not only did he apologize for the snafu from over 3 months ago that I was too busy to email about and assured me he would send it right out AND someone to install the correct legs of the base. He fixed my remote. He fixed it. Over the phone. Not his job, not the company's job, but he did in 2 minutes tops. I asked what the heck he was doing still working on a Saturday night. He said they were there 24 hours to help. Yes, 24 hours.
I simply cannot say enough about this company. We purchased this bed for my 98 year old mother. She is a tiny thing and like the Princess and The Pea, she feels everything, so the topper we are getting will make what is already a marvelous mattress a divine one and her teeny, barely 5 foot frame will feel more secure with the shorter frame legs.
I do my research and this company had the most stellar reviews of all, particularly for our needs. If I ever, ever need another mattress or bed base, this company is who I am buying it from. Not only due to the great product but also the remarkably fabulous customer service. The lovely Barry, who I purchased from, was also a delight. But the man of the hour is the gent who saved us on Saturday night and swiftly made a 98 year old very happy and very comfy. Thank you, Frank and Saatva.

I called to exchange the mattress we purchased and the representative was very friendly, polite and considerate. He processed my request quickly and explained the next steps to me very patiently. I felt so good after getting off the phone with them, I highly recommend them as a company. The quality of their mattresses is excellent!

I love this mattress. So soft and comfy! I bought the plush soft online site unseen and it was worth it! I would recommend mattress protector just In case because you don’t want to mess up this good mattress.

Hello. After posting the review I contacted the company again to see what could be done to rectify the situation. Kristel of Saatva Company contacted me within an hour or two and provided a satisfactory resolution which fulfilled the White Glove service I was expecting. The mattress experience is still great and now I can add the service is great as well.

We took time to review many online mattresses and decided on Saatva due to the generally good reviews of the mattress and the "White Glove" service. How convenient to get a great mattress and the service around it. Well, the mattress is great but the "White Glove" service did not deliver. We are in Canada. At the time of delivery, the company that delivered the mattress said they had no instructions to pick up our old mattress and just left it at our home.
Followed through with an email to Saatva and over a couple of days connected with a support agent. The support agent mentioned that our order did not have the box checked off for taking the old mattress. Said it was an oversight - since the "White Glove" service we ordered included the removal of the old mattress. The support agent said they are not able, in any way, to get the old mattress picked up now and offered a very small rebate for us to take care of the issue ourselves. I could have pushed harder for sure but after dealing with companies for awhile, there is no point in getting upset at the person on the phone. So I did accept the small rebate and will take care of the mattress myself somehow - but am leaving this review as a suggestion to others to make sure you are getting all the services you ordered.

I just received the mattress today. After measuring, the mattress and box spring is way too tall. When I called Saatva, they told me they would exchange for a shorter box spring (4 inches) and would charge me $99 to do so. I haven't slept on it yet. Need a step ladder to get into it. I did notice upon delivery that the mattress is not double sided. I was disappointed in that. With it being custom made you would think they would double side it so you can flip it over. I'll let you know in a few weeks how it sleeps.

We have just replaced our top of the line Sterns and Foster mattress after 12 years of excellent sleeps! Having researched mattresses occasionally over the past 2 years we decided on the Saatva Luxury Firm as the replacement. Almost all previous reviews were very complimentary and having gone through the whole process we have to say there is good reason for that! The initial contact, ordering, pre-delivery follow-up, delivery and removal of the old mattress, and overall customer service is as good as we have ever had! And then there's the mattress - we thought our previous mattress was the best - it has now moved to 2nd place - this mattress is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING IN EVERY RESPECT - we are 2 extremely satisfied customers!!!

The first 3 months were the best. We got king firm for a platform style bed frame. Slowly over time the dips/dents in the mattress worsened. As many others have stated, we are average weight, etc., we rotate the mattress every 6 mo (as they tell you) but only prolongs the inevitable- have to now look for a new mattress after 3 yrs of use. You can’t flip the mattress, either. First year was fine and its ability to reduce movement was great. Delivery service was good as was customer service. Just did not last as long as we hoped. Back pain every morning now just getting out of bed is probably a clear sign it’s time for a new mattress. Will not purchase a Saatva again. Will probably invest in a higher end manufacturer - guess you get what you pay for.

I have a Tempur Pedic on a different bed and just purchased the Saatva Leaf and Loom. I actually like my new Leaf and Loom better and the price is much more attractive. I researched a lot of mattresses and am very happy with my Leaf and Loom purchase. Extremely comfortable while being supportive mattress. Sweet dreams!

The mattress I had for two years started to dip in the middle. They were very helpful in me getting a replacement. Excellent service. It was an easy and painless procedure to buy it. I haven't received the Classic Mattress yet, but after reading the reviews and knowing that my injured wife would need the old fashioned inner spring arrangement. I will keep you informed when she has tried it out.

I tried the mattress but because of bad hips and lower back (66 yr old ex soccer player) even the firm was not firm enough for my needs. My problem is actually restricted to the left hip (I used to kick with my right leg). Otherwise the mattress was excellent. I called and explained and CS refunded me immediately (they also answer the phone immediately) and could not have been nicer about it. I highly recommend doing business with Saatva.

Updated on 01/24/2020: Took a full 4 weeks (and numerous phone calls!) for the delivery company to pick up the mattress I wanted to return. I was not contacted by the delivery company within 4 to 7 days as the email promised and had no idea I would be responsible for storing the mattress so long. Nice to finally have it resolved, it was a long and frustrating experience.
Original review: Delivery took almost 3 weeks and drivers were late without contacting me, then when I called to find out where they were I was told "15 minutes away." 30 minutes later they called to say they were 20 minutes away, then 25 minutes later called to say 10 minutes away. Finally got the mattress but it was definitely NOT "white glove delivery". They didn't offer to wear booties and they got dirty handprints on the mattress they moved. I had to ask them to wash their hands so they didn't get the brand new mattress dirty.
Called to initiate the return process and received an email that I would hear from the delivery company in 4 to 7 days. On day 11 I still hadn't heard anything so I contacted Saatva. Saatva called me back after talking to the delivery company and said maybe next week. The road conditions got bad due to snow in the mountains yesterday, but that doesn't explain why I didn't hear from them any of the previous 11 days. Starting to get frustrated with trying to keep this mattress clean and somewhere out of the way until they can manage to come get it.

Spouse and I both spoke with Max in customer service. Completely appreciate their expertise and professionalism. Max was very knowledgeable about our needs for comfort since we are both side sleepers and of normal weight. We opted for Plush Soft. Very satisfied at this point.

I made an online order and there was a discount that should have showed up before I paid. However it did not and I had already clicked to pay. I called the customer service number and they said they would apply the discount. I received an email the very next day showing the discount and the refund to my bank account!

We have never ordered a bed system online before and we were a bit nervous about the process. The Saatva team was knowledgable, patient, incredibly supportive during my research phase of this process. We decided on the Zenhaven mattress system~ all latex, and we are so very happy with our purchase. The bed arrived on time and the set up (complimentary!!) was great. The dual side mattress gave us a chance to find which side we preferred (gentle firm) and with the latex topper the combination is so very comfortable.
The mattress is heavy, but the two of us were able to flip the mattress without much of an issue to determine which side we preferred. I will note that this full latex mattress does have motion transfer, so if one of us moves at night we can feel the movement, but it really hasn't been a problem. I am a side sleeper and my husband is a back sleeper and we are both extremely comfortable. We appreciate the organic nature of this product, this factor was very important to us. I am so very impressed with this product and the incredible customer service and support. Enjoy!! Thank you!

Saatva contacted me regarding the issues I experienced and have resolved the matter. The issue was with the local delivery company used. Saatva's Rep. was very professional in addressing the issue and stayed on it until I was satisfied. The only reason I'm not going all in with a 5 star review is because of the delivery company involved and their lack of follow through. The mattress is great so far and appears to be of high quality. My faith is restored in this seller!

I ordered and paid for the Solean mattress on December 15, 2019. Delivery as stated is "9-18 days". After not hearing anything from the manufacturer concerning delivery, I emailed Saatva on January 2nd and they called me back and informed me that I should be getting a call back in the next day concerning delivery. It's now January 6th end of day and still no call. I realize that we had X-Mas and New Year's within that time period but 22 - 23 days following payment and order is not acceptable. At the very least Saatva should communicate an anticipated delivery date and stay in touch with the customer throughout the process...especially when the customer is buying a $3,000 mattress online.

We compared Saatva with many other online mattress companies and decided that saatva was what we were looking for in a mattress. We love our new king size saatva luxury firm mattress. The quality is excellent and we have had the best night sleep in a long time. We got the adjustable bed also and really love it. I highly recommend saatva for their quality and reasonable pricing.

I bought this mattress after reading reviews. It’s a latex mattress that replaced my old latex mattress. I’ve had it 5 months now and get up with back and hip pain. I’ve ordered a mattress topper in hopes that it will help. If not, then I suppose I will purchase another mattress. This was an almost $3000 purchase that I regret.

Brenda V was a delight to work with. My purchasing experience can only be exceeded by how wonderful I anticipate our new Classic Saatva mattress will be. I’ve been researching beds for quite a while and I am hoping for all that I anticipate from what I’ve studied and read about In this company and this mattress! As for yesterday in my purchase transaction, I am so drawn to the customer service of personalization and quality thorough attentiveness I experienced! As advertised, quality customer service, was probably the biggest influence for me to try and trust this mattress company!
As an only parent for 16 years, I’ve still slept on my childhood bed all these years because there is always a greater need, BUT NOW I’m investing in what I long for: a luxurious quality night’s sleep! I researched a number of mattresses before landing upon the Saatva site. I was seeking a new mattress for myself and one for my wife. My needs were very specific as I have had major back surgery one year ago and have recently been diagnosed with herniated discs in the L4 and L5 area. (Too much golf I guess.) I was looking for a supportive mattress and Saatva had a top of the line innerspring mattress with additional support in the lumbar region. The site itself was very informative and descriptive and I looked at all of their offerings, both innerspring and memory foam, before settling on the Classic (innerspring) Mattress, Queen, 11.5" Luxury Firm for myself and my wife chose the Classic (innerspring) California King, 11.5" Luxury Firm for herself. The purchase process was smooth and they have a chat area available with any additional questions you may have.
I like the fact that Saatva offers a white glove delivery service that sets up your new mattress and takes away your old mattress. This is especially important since I am now suffering with severe back pain and sciatica and cannot lug around mattresses by myself. I am looking forward to our custom made mattresses being delivered and set up. I will report on that aspect of the process when it is completed and I have had a chance to sleep on the new mattress for awhile. I will also report on how my wife responds to her mattress.

This mattress did not last long before it sank in the middle just like the one I bought before it. The Saatva was great for around 4-6 months before I had this problem. I did not take advantage of the “warranty” because I was not going to pay more money for another one just like it. It now sits in my guest room unused. If need any kind of back support, do not get this mattress.

While my experience purchasing my mattress has been great, I would like to make a couple comments of concern and the reason I didn't give 5 stars. I tried to order the mattress online. Right before I confirmed the order I notice the sales tax seemed a little high. I called the company and placed the order on the phone and they corrected the sales tax. If I had not called I would have overpaid by almost $100. The website didn't calculate the sale tax correctly.
One last thing the company lets you try the mattress out for 120 nights. If you don't like it they will refund you all your money, but you do have to pay $99. I think this is great!!! The thing is there is nowhere you can go to touch, feel, sit and lay on this mattress. So you are taking a $99 risk. It is like a mattress store charging you $99 to enter the store, but if you buy something they will apply the $99 to the purchase. Most people would find that outrageous. I will know more when I get the mattress. So far I am excited about it being delivered in the next couple weeks.

This company is fantastic! Tom took care of me and I even have his direct extension. Rare to have this kind of personal attention. Buying a mattress is tedious and no fun. Saatva really understands their customer and how important this decision is. Definitely call them, to see for yourself the difference in the kind of experience you have vs. the "regular" online companies. I am so happy with the first part of this process, and I think I'm going to be just as happy with the mattress. If I'm not, they won't ignore me like other companies like to do. Great service!

I purchased the 14.5" Luxury Firm Cal King a few months ago. It already has some indentations where we sleep and sit up in bed. It feels softer in those areas. Lying near the side of the mattress gives me the feeling I'm rolling or falling out of the bed. It's also too high. I laid on the bed of a friend who ordered the Luxury Firm, I thought we would be OK. But both my husband and I think the bed is too high and we can feel the indentations already.
Since we are in our 80s it's probably not a good idea to jump up on the bed. So I called Saatva yesterday and changed to the Firm mattress in 11.5" with the Saatva foundation thinking that might make a difference in protecting the integrity of the mattress. So now I'm waiting for a new mattress and foundation. Brian at Saatva was very nice about exchanging the mattress but they do charge $99 plus tax for the exchange. Part of the reason I'm exchanging is the indentations. But I guess that doesn't matter. Anyway, let's see what happens.

Selection online was easy to understand and evaluate, was well organized and easy to understand. Buying decision with Lavie on fon was excellent. Credit experience was not. Got a instant denial, called, rep could not provide any info or solution. Was not unpleasant but of no help. Solved problem myself and received approval (was a computer glitch!).

It takes a little longer to receive your mattress from Saatva, but it is well worth the wait. I have back problems, and thought I would give this mattress a try after having tried Puffy and Tuft and Needle. This mattress was the perfect firmness, and I liked it so much. My wife tried it and immediately demanded I buy her one also. So here we are buying our second mattress from Saatva.

Saatva provides excellent quality, competitive prices and outstanding customer service. The only area they do not excel in is product financing. Their financing offers are significantly below the competition. If you don't need financing, Saatva is the choice. If you do, you are better off elsewhere.

I went online and was reviewing my options. A chat window popped up and "Melissa" asked me if I had any questions she could help me with. I had many many questions about the entire process involved in buying a bed. She really knew her product and had infinite patience in explaining all the different options. She was extremely knowledgeable about their beds. Her assistance is the major factor that made me decide to buy the bed then and there. The whole process was a total breeze. I can't recommend this company any higher. I love the fact that they don't charge for set up as well as removal of the old bed.

I did a thorough internet search on mattress types, construction, warranty, trial period and customer reviews. I narrowed my choices to Puffy, Tempur, Purple and Saatva. Because I felt the Construction of Saatva better met my expectations for longevity and comfort, I chose Saatva. My buying expectations was fully met by speaking to sales consultant Francis. Everyone was knowledgeable & answered all questions easily & efficiently. The delivery people actually arrived early & were very nice. So far the mattress seems comfortable, as does the pillow. The only thing, there is a slight smell for the first day or so w/the mattress, but it goes away quickly. And I was rather disappointed w/ the pillow. Even though it is comfortable, I felt it was rather "flat." For $145.00 I expected much more. I have had to fold it in half OR put another pillow underneath it. Do not feel one should have to do that w/ a pillow at that price. I like that the pillow is cool, but it does warm up fast & find myself turning & flipping the pillow every few minutes until I fall asleep.

After much deliberating and trepidation...I ordered a mattress from an online company. I went the traditional route and bought a well known brand mattress from a well known department store. Spent a few minutes laying on the mattress in the store and tried to translate that into a decade of sleeping pleasure. It was a dream that didn't come true. Woke up for the next month with terrible back and neck ache. I read about Saatva prior to this purchase but still took what I thought was the safe path to sleeping success. So we're giving the mattress to my daughter and we ordered a Saatva. Kevin, our sales rep, couldn't have been nicer and more assuring. He answered every question and gave us all the details we needed. Now we just sit and wait a few weeks for delivery. Have a vacation home in Florida and have bought from SAATVA before. Our beds get heavy use by a serious numbers of guests. Always found SAATVA to extremely helpful from the point of ordering to when the mattresses are delivered. Nothing is too much trouble. I am from the U.K. and generally find U.S. mattresses to be overpriced rubbish, but NOT SAATVA. I consider them to be one of the best. Try them for your next replacement mattress, you won't be disappointed!!

Saatva Classic Mattress Plush Soft. After weeks of research I chose the Plush Soft, my wife prefers a softer mattress and I was in need of one for good back support. I have had nerve problems in my back and got to the point where I could not get a complete night's sleep without waking up with horrible pain in my back. My wife was also having shoulder problems but was unaware that our mattress was the cause till we got our new Saatva mattress.
We ordered our mattress on Tuesday and were surprised to receive a call Saturday telling us that they would be delivering the mattress on Monday morning. We live in the DFW area. The movers that delivered it were on time and so nice. They made sure everything was to our liking and hauled off the old mattress. I noticed that the mattress felt very firm so I contacted customer service. They verified that I had received the plush soft, explaining that it could take 2 or 3 weeks for it to "break in". They were right. In less than a week we noticed that it was getting softer. After about 3 weeks it was just perfect, soft but supportive.
It has been about 2 months since getting the mattress and I have no more pain when I wake. I also find that I am sleeping not only better but longer as well. My wife's shoulder pain is also gone, which is a bonus. We had no idea it was caused by the old bedding. I know there are cheaper mattresses out there and some have rave reviews. I like most like to save money but I think this mattress is a bargain every night I go to bed. The excellent customer service and warranty is a bonus.

Your product started sagging after three years. I rotated it as suggested and it continued to sag in the fourth. I referred your product to my sister and she bought a coil on coil. That version seemed to retain its structure better. I slept on her mattress and it was better. I now need to buy another mattress and would like to continue being your customer. I do not want another sagging mattress, however.

After purchasing a luxury firm 11 1/2" mattress primarily in the hope it will be cooler than our current mattress, I started thinking I should probably get a new mattress pad as well. I called to ask if they offer a waterproof mattress pad and was told no. The customer service rep told me that if I feel like I need a waterproof mattress pad then I need to take care of that because any dirt or stain on the mattress would invalidate the 120 trial period and I would be obligated to keep the mattress.
Since I am using my Tempurpedic brand waterproof mattress pad on the new mattress, I can't tell if I am still too hot at night due to the mattress pad or the new mattress. I am so glad I called to ask! I really feel like the information about dirt and spots or stains voiding the trial period should be on the website somewhere. Overall, disappointed that the mattress doesn't sleep cooler, but there's no way I am risking getting anything on the mattress until the trial period is over and we decide if we are keeping it or not.

I bought the mattress recommended for heavy people, according to the website, more than 300 lbs. In less than 3 months the edge is already flattening down or collapsing, called customer service and they say I bought the wrong mattress because I did not speak to a sales person??? So they direct me to another mattress that cost 3 times more, my experience dont buy this if you are a heavy set person, hopefully this last at least a year, waste of money.

After some research and recommendations by friends, I decided to get a Saatva mattress (king size; firm). My sleep quality immediately improved. This might be one of the best customer service departments I have ever dealt with. My wife and I ordered our second mattress for another bedroom as we loved the first one. In doing so, I accidentally clicked on the wrong type of mattress. I clicked on the firm vs. the relaxed firm. I called the customer service department and explained this was 100% my error and nothing they did wrong on their end. We came to a resolution that is simply amazing. We have been sleeping on our queen size mattress for 2 1/2 years and it is as nice as it was the first day. We are upgrading to a king and putting our queen in the guest room and can't wait for the new mattress to arrive! Our queen is the 14.5 thickness and we are going to the 11.5 inch this time so the sheets fit a little easier. We are hoping it will feel the same. I had been experiencing quite a bit of hip pain prior to getting our mattress and was shocked to find the pain disappeared after a couple nights. This mattress is well made, durable and wears very well. A very comfortable mattress.

My mattress is supposed to be delivered some time this week and I have not to be contacted by anyone regarding rescheduling a drop off time. I fully anticipate the delivery partner showing up unannounced when no one is home and having my delivery sent back to the warehouse. I plan on calling Saatva today. We will see if I get help, or have to endure the "we don't deal with this, you will have to talk to our delivery partner." If that's that case a phone number of the delivery partner at the time of purchase would be helpful.

My wife got the luxury firm and I got the plush soft. I'm not sure if I'll be keeping the mattress because it is currently A LOT MORE FIRM than the website and reviews lead you to believe. There's no way the plush soft is a 3. I'd say the plush soft is a 6.5 to 7 on the 1-10 scale and the luxury firm is a 8-9. I've only slept on it for 3 nights so maybe it will soften up in a month, I'm not sure.? My wife feels the same about the luxury firm. Quite a bit on the firm side.
(We got Lucid L300 adjustable bases that are super awesome and highly recommended.) Thing is, when I raise the head of the bed the mattress head area becomes SUPER firm, like the pillow top slides down and my head is resting on just the super firm solid dual perimeter edge support system. I really want to love this mattress. The craftsmanship is high quality and very luxurious and the customer service has been great so far. I just wish they made an even softer mattress. If they did I'd trade in the plush soft tomorrow. But they don't so now what? I'll try to keep an open mind and see where we are in a month.

We clearly need a new mattress, so we've been doing some research. Both of us are elderly and have back and hip pain when we are trying to sleep. I researched those that had the highest ratings. When I was looking at the Saatva website I did have some questions and a chat person was right there and quickly answered those questions. We live fairly remotely, so just going downtown and trying out mattresses wasn't really an option and doesn't necessarily help you know if you'll have a good actual sleep experience. The 120 Day satisfaction guarantee was really attractive to us. I also liked that you take away the old mattress. Again, we are retired and having to wrestle with a king size mattress is pretty much out of the question.
It was very easy to place my order and the amount of feedback that I have already gotten is amazing. The e-mail telling us to be sure we have good center support for the king size mattress was great. We'll definitely make sure we are good to go there. I also like the fact that you accepted PayPal. I really hate giving my credit card number out and being able to use PayPal for most of my purchases is important to me. Thanks for a great buying experience.

The mattress is a little too firm for me. I am a small woman and have arthritis in my right hip and right shoulder. However, I added a 2" memory foam topper to it and now I love it. The height is perfect. My small dogs can jump right on up. The lineal base is great in that it is a wall hugger. My only only negative things to say would be that I would like the remote to have a constant little light so I can see the under bed light button in the dark.I like my room to be dark. And the massage feature? It just feels like a vibration. My hairdresser, manicure, pedicure lady has a great massage chair. I was hoping this would be like that but still it is good just not great.

The delivery was on time, much care to the walls and other furniture during the set up and removal of the old mattress. We used the warranty after 5 years of wear. It was refreshing that Saatva stands by their product not many companies can attest to that. I called they spike to customer service representative who was empathetic, and eager to help solve my concern giving me options to replace or fix. After researching mattresses Ad nauseam, we decided to try the Saatva Luxury Firm as a compromise on our softer vs firmer preferences. Was seeking to find relief from nightly lower back pain, and immediately the next morning after our first night it was gone. It does take time as they say for your body to adjust and after about a week noticed a slight twinge in the middle of my back but is now gone at week three. I was concerned it may not be soft enough for pressure points as a side sleeper, but so far so good. It seems nicely made and motion transfer is much better than previous mattress.
Ended up choosing the inner spring hybrid because while the sink in feeling of most straight memory foam is appealing to a bed princess like me it seems like it would not wear as well. The purchase process was simple and other than a small snag with an incorrect phone number painless. They delivered the new mattress and removed the old one quickly. Overall an excellent experience.

Researched throughly the mattress before purchase. Saatva stood out among the many Mattress companies on the internet. The decision was easy to buy one. The problems arose when my wife and I went to purchase. We decided on the classic mattress in soft plush, king size at 14.5 inch thick. We were interested in financing at 0% interest for 6 months. Here is where the difficulties arose. With the recent data breaches, my wife and I both have credit freezes on all our accounts. Whenever we purchase an item using 6, 12, or 24 cash month no interest the selling company will contact the credit bureau to check our credit history. Whereupon the credit bureau contacts us by phone to make sure the sale s legit. This has worked perfectly up to now.
Evidently Saatva uses a finance company that uses an automated system to contact the credit bureau. The automated system sees the locked credit file and denies the financing. Both my wife and I tried to do the financing to no avail. We even went to the credit bureau to unfreeze our files. In my case I would have to send a letter via snail mail. This became too big of a hassle. We eventually paid by credit card. I appreciate Saatva giving my wife a $100 discount for being a teacher. This whole problem was not Saatvas fault. It was the financing company. We do look forward to getting our mattress.

I suppose that I was somewhat reluctant to buy a mattress online without first giving it a try. I made the purchase based upon the reviews that were posted and thought that I would give it a chance. After plenty of online research and searching reviews I decided to purchase the Saatva Luxury model queen bed. I was afraid the extra firm would be too hard but I made a mistake. Most people comment the luxury firm model is harder than expected but for me the opposite. Not firm enough and after just a couple months the area I sleep in is actually extremely soft and no firmness at all. That is why I am so disappointed. Too late now but still wish I had a more firm mattress with no sinking at all.

I just opened the boxes with the sheets, pillows and mattress toppers. I was blown away by the packaging. My husband actually stopped opening the first Saatva box and handed it to me because he knows how much I appreciate an amazing product packaging experience. May sound like no big deal, but I promise you IT IS! My sheets arrived in such gorgeous packaging that each step of the opening process was pure joy. So well done! I don't want to ruin the surprise for anyone else but I had to share. The unique thing about this review is that it's just for the bedding and sleep accessories I bought to go with the new beds - meaning I'm thrilled and I haven't even gotten the mattresses and foundations yet.

I found a lot of helpful information on the website. There are a few design flaws in that it is hard to compare the different types of mattresses side by side and I couldn't find a direct link to their blog which has a lot of good information. The other problem I had was with checkout. I received errors about using PayPal. I tried that twice before entering payment information directly. Then I received 3 order confirmation emails, one for each attempt. It looked like all attempts had been successful.
Now, the good part... I called the support number. They were friendly and pleasant to talk with. They checked and confirmed that only one charge had been made and only one order successfully placed. They confirmed the order number which was valid. Then they answered any of my curiosity questions before the call ended. Good experience, except for the scary, extra, invalid order confirmation emails.

We purchased a Queen mattress and foundation, that we love. 2 months later, I decided it was time to upgrade to a King. My husband was not happy with me for insisting on a King when I had just purchased a Queen that was not inexpensive for us. I reached out to Saatva to see what they would do for us. I am convinced that the inherent quality of your products exceeds that of any other manufacturer. Price was no consideration, however, I believe it is very competitive among the top manufacturers. Another example of the quality of your service is the free delivery and removal of my existing mattress and not one that comes to me in a box. Your free trial period is exceptional and ability to return one that, for whatever reason, is unacceptable, is more evidence of the quality and integrity of your firm. I was doing some research on mattresses because I suffer from back pain and sciatica and I came across this product and wanted to purchase it. I saw that they offered financing and I figured it was going to be a hassle and take forever but I still gave it a shot and it immediately approved me and processed my purchase for delivery. The whole thing took 10 minutes and that including me reading extensively about their product. It was so simple and they offer 0% interest if you pay it off within the first six months. Awful experience. Not only was the mattress uncomfortable, but my partner and I both had negative reactions that were concerning. Attempted to return, explained our experience, but were met with dishonesty and evasion, in combination with negative rhetoric from the “company VP”. In short, they did everything but accept responsibility for the mattress return. Tried to run out the clock so that our trial period expired. Don’t understand the positive reviews.

I ordered my firm mattress and delivery was fine. The mattress has not stopped off-gassing and I cannot figure out how to have the bad smell go away. In addition, the mattress has odd bumps and sags. I am 5'2" and 140 so the divots should not have appeared in just 9 months. I wake up in pain if I end up near the bumps. I consider this a loss and will need to buy another mattress from a more established company. I do not recommend.

How is very anxious about buying a mattress on online. My representative Kat that I spoke to was amazing and answered every single one of my questions and made me feel very at ease about purchasing this mattress. I asked that it could be expedited, and this morning I got a phone call from her stating that it would be delivered early. I can't tell you how it feels yet, because it hasn't arrived but I'm sure it's going to be wonderful. If the mattress is just half as good as a sales experience I'm sure I'll sleep like a baby.

Having just had a hip replacement, I was also swayed by the statement that it relieves back pain (which I don't want returning) and it will serve the sleeping position of both my husband and me which are different.

I received my king Saatva 14 1/2“ Luxury Firm mattress two weeks ago, and it is bliss. We love it. However, my new beautiful (and expensive!) bed frame arrived today, two weeks later, from another company, and it’s four inches higher than the dimensions I was given. I need a step stool to get into bed. Feeling like an idiot, I called Saatva and asked what to do. With no questions at all, I was offered a replacement 11 1/2 inch deep mattress for only. $99 fee. I am ecstatic, not only is the bed the most comfortable I have ever owned, their customer service is astounding! Thank you!

I must admit, I hesitated to purchase a mattress online; however, the reviews I read for the Saatva line were so positive I decided to take the plunge and place an order. I chatted with a customer rep regarding some questions I had. He was polite, gave me the information I requested and did not attempt to push a "hard sell" on me. I was interested in the edging on the mattress. I was assured that Saatva had very sturdy edges (I didn't want to roll off the bed). I ordered loom and leaf firm Saatva Mattress. It started to bunch up on top. I called to return. They said they never heard of this but I have picture. Plus it is extremely uncomfortable. The top part of mattress was not. One part of top was 3 inches less. Extremely uncomfortable. Made me dizzy.

Having just placed the order, we do not have any true experience yet from a sleep perspective. However, my interaction on the phone was an excellent experience. The people I interacted with (Shadia and others) were both helpful and knowledgeable. I have never bought any major purchases before from the internet alone. However, the videos on product presentations were good but could be more individualized by feature etc. to help with education and final choice between ALL other brands, mattress and/or bed vendors.

Customer service has not met expectations thus far. Didn’t receive a confirmation number for over 24 hours after having been told to expect one in a few minutes. This prompted me to call back again, and my order couldn’t be promptly found. Now upon reviewing my order number, I noticed that my last name has been misspelled. These early actions by Saatva do not give a positive impression of the company. I’m hoping the rest of my interactions and the product itself will meet my expectations.

My buying experience with the Saatva Mattress Online company was unsurpassed! I researched a lot of mattresses before deciding to zero in on Saatva, hands down. Over the past few months, I talked with many of the Saatva associates before deciding on the perfect mattress for me. Each person gave me more guidance to my needs. Plus, not one of them made me feel pressured or inadequate asking questions. One thing I remember inquiring about, at the beginning, was whether or not I needed a new box spring, and I felt like my old one would be alright. Guess after 26 years of sleeping on this old set I think it’s time for me to enjoy a beautiful new soft plush queen mattress with a new matching foundation!??. After 11 months, my husband and I both notice that our mattress is sagging, with a bulge in the center. I called to inquire about the warranty and a polite sales rep assured me that this is 'normal.' He recommended that I lie in the middle of the bed while reading to even it out. I asked how long the warranty is good for and was told 15 years, but that only covers visible product defects. The good, bed arrived in great condition and delivery drivers were very courteous. Ordered our bed in 2016, so we have had it for at least 3 years now. First week it took us to break it in some. After that, first month went good, not great. Guessing maybe more break in time. After first year it went downhill fast. Started getting stiff joints as we woke up every morning. Still doable, but disappointed with all of the great reviews, it wasn't working that well for us.
Second year, we started feeling the springs poking us through the mattress. Now if you rolled just right, you might not feel the springs or whatever metal part that pretty much dug into you as you slept. Then it got worse, now we got to the point we couldn't sleep on the mattress anymore. It caused every joint in our body to pulsate in pain. Especially the lower back region, sore shoulders, aching neck, and the dreaded dead arm. It would take us a good 30 minutes or so to get over the stiffness after waking up. Some days it would not even go away.
After we dreaded more about going to bed, we bought other mattresses. On that note, maybe we needed a soft mattress instead of a luxury firm. But it still doesn't explain the sag in the middle of the bed after 1 year or the metal spring digging into your body. The sagging we could live with, but them metal springs and the severe pain it caused us every morning, it's a no go for us. Too bad, because we all just want that great bed to sleep like a baby.

As most people I haven't bought a mattress online. Came here through Wirecutter so that already built the image of the brand for me. Then I was not disappointed in the site. It explained all aspects of a mattress in depth, what one should look for and videos for critical things like firmness etc so you can see what it's like. I feel this was better than a real store cause you don't get this level of detail in a store where it's mainly a lie down test and just push push from salespeople. I was that disappointed by my last store experience that I was putting off my purchase, cause I didn't wanna go through that. Saatva changed that. Firstly it's amazing to see an online mattress made out of coils and not memory foam. I don't like memory foam and didn't know such an option existed. I think it's priced perfectly. I haven't received the mattress yet - If it's as expected I think I'm going to be a customer for life.

I've had my mattress for 2 weeks now and I'm in love. My back pain has been eliminated and I've been sleeping more soundly. The entire ordering process was easy, from ordering the mattress on the website, then getting a call from the delivery company 2 days later, and finally the delivery. The people who delivered the mattress and setup the bed frame were quick and good. The bed frame is good and sturdy and the frame/base is made of quality materials. After the 2 weeks the bed seems like it's becoming more amazing every day. I fall asleep quicker, I no longer have lower back pain, I don't wake up in the middle of the night, and wow is it comfortable. 10/10!

I called the service line because I had several questions regarding a possible purchase. The representative I spoke to knew the products extremely well. I worked with Christina and Chanel. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. Yet they were also personable and listen to what I had to say in order to make the best recommendation for the mattress I eventually ordered. They were also very patient as I had several questions. Additionally they both worked with me to try to set up a delivery time at a specific time as I am trying to have another bed picked up and returned on the same day. Buying a bed without testing it first is a scary proposition for me. Just after ordering a Saatva mattress online, my father changed his mind about the firmness he preferred. I buy a lot of products and services online, and assumed that late in the evening, I would get an order-taker on the phone when I called in, but not a knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous service person. I was so surprised and happy that the person on the other end of the line genuinely wanted to help us change the order, and even made some recommendations and offered some details to improve the delivery and set-up experience as well.
Saatva customer service made me feel good about our choice, considering that I had spent many hours already wading through the quagmire of mattress companies' web sites and dozens of review sites. After researching many options and weeding through way too much information regarding different types of mattresses, I decided that Saatva was a product that would definitively work for me. As a Holistic Health Coach, I am quite educated with regard to toxins in our home environments, and the bedroom is not a good place to be toxic!
I called Saatva customer service and spoke with a man by the name of Tom who was helpful, informative and even honored my request of which day would be best for delivery of the new mattress. He gave me his personal number at the company and told me to call if I had any questions between placing the order and when he said he would call me back to confirm the date of delivery. I did receive a call the following day letting me know I would receive my new mattress within a week and that I would be receiving emails with all information. I would say after placing many orders for items for a second home either online or with a a company that ships, this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to sleep on my new bed next week and am grateful for such an easy and pleasant customer service experience!

Haven't received the mattress yet- just ordered so a little perplexed as to why they are already asking for a review about the buying process. So far, their customer service has been great. I had used a promo code to purchase the mattress, financed it through Klarna but after completing the order realized that the $100 was not taken off. I immediately contacted customer service and by the next day the money had already been refunded to Klarna. That's the way customer service should be- no arguments, just doing the right thing. Buying from Saatva was a pleasure. The size of the mattress was changed after the purchase and the vendor was very accommodating with the change. We have been sleeping on our classic firm mattress for a few weeks and have noticed an absence of back pain in the morning and also have not had episodes of waking and moving around to find a comfortable position. We absolutely love our Saatva bed and so do our dogs, they go to bed in the middle of the day. As an older woman with significant arthritis and severe spinal disease, my sleep was very poor. Since getting the Saatva my sleep has improved considerably and so has my husband's even though he doesn’t have the issues that I do. I spent almost as much on a bed that we replaced after less than 5 years. We definitely received Saatva.

Never thought I would ever be looking online for a mattress much less ordering one, but I did and here I am. Researched a lot of companies online and even ventured into a mattress store to look around before hitting the order button. Saatva had some great reviews and I knew I wanted an innerspring. Saatva delivered.... literally. I selected the king, 14.5 height, luxury firm and it was delivered Wednesday 7/24/19. Have slept on it only 8 nights and so far it’s a keeper. I love it! I didn’t order a frame as we have a very good one, nor did I order a foundation as I thought I would try out the old foundation and if it isn’t working, I would just order one from Saatva.
Another great perk is the free mattress removal and white glove delivery service. Our delivery guys were super and I must give kudos to them and their employer, Glass City Movers in Toledo, Ohio. Saatva is wayyyy less expensive by the way. Over $1000.00 less expensive depending on your comparison criteria and most likely the savings are over the $1000.00 mark. Would I buy from Saatva again? Absolutely. The price, the delivery, the comfort, the quality, fast service, the multiple positive reviews are all factors I used in selecting the right company/product for our needs. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Saatva!

This company is fantastic. Their customer service is US people who are "right on it". They responded within hours of my contacting them and they were so understanding of my problem not to mention their 15 year warranty is great. As a widow, on a fixed income, I research everything before I buy and Saatva had the best mattress for the money and a great warranty (that I never thought I would use). Their warranty is better than what many other companies offer. When I bought this mattress 3 years ago I bought the semi-firm as that is what we thought I should have. I have 3 herniated discs in my back and the proper mattress is essential. Because I sleep alone I rotate which side of the bed I sleep on so the mattress is getting used equally. And every 6 months have the heavy mattress rotated head to foot (a 180 rotation). Lately however I found myself sleeping in the center because it was firmer and better on my back.
Then I saw my chiropractor. He said my mattress was "not helping" my back condition and suggested I get a firmer mattress. So I dug out my warranty and was surprised to see they would exchange it for a firmer one at a fair replacement cost to me. I called Saatva and asked about the warranty and they explained they had a "Fairness Replacement Option" which meant I could pay 25% of original cost + tax to replace the mattress (3-5 yrs at 25% and 6-10 yrs at 50% + tax). They had other options but this was the best for me to get the firmer mattress. So now I am looking forward to the firmer mattress being delivered. And it was a win/win all around, there is a family in my church who will come and take this mattress and be able to use it, as Saatva did not want it back... She does not have a bad back so my "semi firm" will work great for her... Yeahhh two people will sleep better on a Saatva mattress. Thank you Saatva.

I was in the market for a new traditional spring mattress that was also constructed with less toxic materials, natural latex, cotton, etc. I found Saatva online and their mattresses had everything I was looking for and the reviews were all five star! However, I was skeptical about actually buying a mattress online... How would I know if it was comfortable before making my purchase? What if, after a month or so, I found it wasn't what I wanted then what do I do??
Buying a mattress isn't like buying a pair of pants, if they're uncomfortable to wear you can give them away or just not wear them. A mattress is an investment in your well being and something you spend a significant amount of time using. So, after reading about their 120 day return policy I thought why not? If I don't like it I can return it, no fuss, no hassle, just call or email and done! Well, it is that easy purchasing from Saatva! I got the 14" Luxury Firm mattress on sale, it was delivered and after about a month I came to the conclusion it was too soft for my sleeping needs. I got online, was immediately engaged in an online chat, asked if I could exchange the Luxury Firm for a Firm and Voila! within a week I had the mattress and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! The customer service was outstanding, as is the product and company. I would highly recommend Saatva to everyone!! IT WAS A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!!

This is the third mattress we have purchased from Saatva and we couldn't be happier!!! All the employees are wonderful. They are kind, knowledgeable and assist the customer in any way possible. Unlike another company that I have dealt with :( Saatva will allow you to try all their products and if you are not completely satisfied, they will allow you to return their products. I would recommend the SAATVA company to everyone. Their prices are better than those who constantly advertise that they have the lowest prices. I would give SAATVA "10" STARS if that was allowable!

Yasmine was very professional, very knowledgeable about the product, and answered all of my questions and concerns, giving great guidance in my mattress selection. I went to a independent research team and came across Saatva. They gave it a 9.5 out of 10 stars. I was considering another online memory foam mattress but really wanted a hybrid. After clicking on their website and reading about the product I was impressed with the care and construction and the return policy if not satisfied. The welcome email listed the phone number and email address if there was any problems with the delivery and set up. Should be receiving mattress 9-18 days as they build as order which is a fresh off factory to home. So I will be giving a review after I receive and sleep on the product. D. **

This is the first time we have purchased a mattress online, but I could not believe the prices in stores. I first purchased a Saatva classic twin mattress to try it out. I put this mattress in our RV and loved it, so we just purchased the Classic King Size mattress for our home. Both mattresses are the plush soft, which to me is still quite firm. I slept on the twin mattress for two weeks before ordering the king size mattress. Can't wait to get it! Fairly quick shipping. The only complaint was the delivery of the twin mattress was somewhat haphazard. They changed the delivery time 3 times after confirming the delivery time of between 1-2 pm. It was finally delivered about 7:30 pm that day.

My previous 5yo Serta mattress broke down. I was disappointed that a firm mattress would breakdown that quick. I have an old hip injury from powerlifting that I thought healed. I ordered my Saatva mattress because I had developed severe hip pain and I couldn't sleep at night for a week. I figured out it was my mattress because my pain was worse when I lied down. My Saatva mattress was a Godsend. In less than a week, my hip pain has decreased from severe to almost nothing. I was able to get a good night sleep and I can function again without hip pain. First I would like to say that I did a LOT of research before deciding on purchasing a Saatva. I did have some questions while I was online ordering and the live chat session made it very easy to get those answers. I spoke with Francis via chat live and she was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. I was immediately emailed a receipt for my purchase and within a day received another email letting me know that my order has been processed. So far it has been a very pleasant experience.

I will preface this by saying I have not received my mattress yet but I am excited sheerly because of the wonderful customer service I was provided during my search. I researched a lot of other mattresses but ultimately decided Saatva was the best fit for me. I was hesitant about pulling the trigger on such an important investment but the security of the "$99" restocking fee made the decision easier. A coupon I was trying to use didn't work but the representative quickly rectified the matter and did not try to upsell me when I asked questions. I will follow up when I receive the mattress!

I don't often give a company an "exceeded expectations" rating, however, in this case I MUST. The experience in researching the website, using their chat service and speaking directly with customer service has definitely exceeded expectations. After our research, the ordering process has been seamless and the ongoing follow up contact from Saatva goes beyond anything I have experienced...thus far. When I placed my order I failed to enter the info for a discount. I sent an email hoping I could still get it. I instantly received a very courteous phone call, and the discount was applied. A day or two later, before my mattress had shipped, I found out my car needs an expensive repair, so I emailed to ask them to cancel my order. Again, I instantly received a very courteous phone call, and my order was cancelled without a moment's hesitation. Once I get my finances in order again, I will DEFINITELY place that order again. Any company that places such a high priority on customer service intends to have happy customers, and I have no doubt their products will be superior.

It was easy to talk to a live person on the phone. He took my order and answered all of my questions. They will deliver the mattress to my home free of charge and dispose of the old mattress at no cost to me. In Wyoming that just doesn’t happen all the time.

Had misgivings about ordering a mattress online despite the excellent reviews Saatva had received. Called initially with a number of questions... Coil numbers and strength, wrapped or not, degree of firmness, delivery, trial period, returns, etc., etc. Young man we spoke with was patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and reassuring. After additional thought, called back and ordered. Lest, the representative with whom we spoke, again was highly professional and most helpful. So far, the experience has been excellent. Now, we await the delivery, and will see if the mattress lives up to its promise.

I spoke to Frank in great depth about buying a mattress. He never rushed to get off the phone, he listened to my questions and gave a genuine answer. I am a HUGE researcher before buying really anything. I went to several websites and Saatva was either number 1 or 2 on all of them. I am 6'4". 240 lbs and ordered a king mattress in firm, mainly due to my size and weight. I have a really bad back and need good support. I am confident after speaking to Frank that I am getting a quality bed. I await delivery in 9-18 days.

This is customer service. We have been contacted immediately in regards to the measurements to make sure we knew how high each would sit in our bed. We were given suggestions on supports to give more life to our mattress. (This was all before the order went through final processing). I have been able to respond via text or email. You can tell a person is handling your order from the very beginning.

After an attempt to order online thru Saatva failed, I telephoned Saatva customer service. This experience was made painful by the Saatva representative repeatedly pushing to sell Saatva sheets he said were needed for the bed I wanted. I also did not appreciate his repeated questioning me on whether I was sure on the size of the bed, even when I asked him more than once to "move forward to finalize the purchase" - this was all recorded.
When I finally had enough of his talking down to me as if I was not intelligent, I told him he had made this a painful experience. There was a pause where at first I thought he had disconnected the call but then he came back on (unapologetically) and wrapped it up. I really want this mattress but I almost hung up on this guy. I hope the bed is worth all this hassle, and hope Saatva holds up the 120 guarantee as their representative almost made it sound that purchasing their sheets somehow was connected to the warranty, which of course it should not be. I can only assume that management endorses this process in efforts to sell their products. Dont know if I will ever buy from them again based on the hassle they created.

I ordered my mattress and when I got the news it was being delivered, I was ecstatic! Then I was just given a delivery date and time and wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone to change the date of delivery. I was told they only deliver to my area two days a week and I was also told if those days didn’t work out, I would have to wait another week! I am not extremely upset and ready to cancel my whole order. Terrible customer service and terrible delivery service. If I go through with this purchase, I will never buy from them again. If I get my mattress soon, I will be happy to edit my review.

We just got our bed. We had plush bed before and how it ended up hurting me every day in the morning. I wanted a perfect bed that is hard and plush at the same time. Saatva Mattress delivers just that. It’s been two days. I wake up fresh, and with no pain or whatsoever. I will recommend this to anyone and I love it already. Can’t wait to sleep in it every day. I had been exploring the website to research what Saatva has to offer in the way of mattresses, and the prices. My desired product was a Split King mattress, which I was able to price on the website. Then the next day my brother, who as a satisfied customer had originally recommended Saatva mattresses to me, sent me a link to his referral, which would reward us each with a $75 Visa gift card if I placed an order. But when I used his referral link, the Split King size was not listed among the offerings (only King and Cal King, as well as all the others - Twin, Long Twin, Queen, etc.). I don't know if this was a quirk just of my brother's referral link, or a glitch for everyone who tries to use a referral link to order a mattress. Either way, I hope you look into it and fix it.
In the end I was still able to place an order for what I wanted, because I realized that a Split King is the same as 2 Long Twins, but that took getting advice from your very helpful help desk via the online chat option and then "engineering" an order for those 2 Long Twins but still with the King foundation and frame. Otherwise my ordering experience was very pleasant. However, your website is so easy to use, I didn't expect to face a glitch like this, so I hope you can identify the problem and rectify it.

We purchase a Saatva Ultra Plush in Aug. 2018. It arrived and was set up on time. Young guys did a great job. About ten months later we noticed a sagging on both sides of our mattress. We turned it 180 degrees and it didn't appear to help. I called Saatva and the young man who helped me didn't wait to order us another mattress. I couldn't believe that this was happening. So far I’ve only received the mattress protector. It’s very soft and I’m glad they sent it before the mattress so I can have a chance to wash it. The only negative so far, is I had no idea the mattress pad was coming. It would of been nice to have gotten communication about that before it arrived. Still not an unhappy customer. :)

The order is 80% complete. Yet, I have received many pertinent updates, none overwhelming, and just enough to message me in the process. I have had to contact customer service due to an incorrect delivery addy on my part. This was responded to within minutes, adjusted and completed the same day. This to me is an exceptional customer response time. It's a wonderful as well as professional approach to online purchasing. The last couple of steps are delivery and set-up. Looking forward to those. Even the Delivery company has been ultra professional. Would I recommend Saatva? ABSOLUTELY, EVERY TIME! Don't waste your time, energy and money on subpar workmanship and businesses, there are way too many to choose from out there.

I had a few issues with the mattress. The third mattress we received was the one we should have purchase to begin with. We ordered the Luxury Firm because the Saatva website kept referring it was like sleeping on top hotel mattresses. We travel a bit and love the luxury firm hotel mattresses. When we received our first mattress, it was not what we expected. Actually, there was a large hump in the middle of the mattress. It was returned and another was delivered. My husband’s back began to bother him and it got progressively worse. I called again and we decided with the customer service reps recommendations to get a firm this time.
I must say Customer Service for Saatva is fabulous. We like our new firm mattress but I cannot rate it a five. We are sleeping better but not the best we have ever slept. The firm works much better for us. I gave a four rating because I don’t think I would buy a mattress online again not sure. That is only me. Again customer service is fabulous. I think buying online is an individual preference. The firm mattress works for us. Thank you Saatva for being so dedicated to your customers.

I ordered a Saatva mattress a few months ago. I've been having back and neck issues. The mattress did not work out but the customer service has been amazing. They called and followed up with me via email when it was delivered on time. They provided advice and suggestions when I reported that the mattress I had was uncomfortable and sent a pillow top for the softer mattress when the harder one was not working out. And, they, scheduled the pick up of the mattress (for a small fee that was disclosed up front) that is not working out with a thank you for being our customer. I wish the mattress had worked out as I really want to support and reward this type of company.

My experience started with the moving company assigned to my order. The moving company TCMS was originally contracted and contacted me via automated text to set up a delivery day. I went thru the prompts and the closest delivery day was 3 weeks out, and I’m 15 minutes from their warehouse. So I contacted CS for a possible switch in delivery day and got no answer over the phone so I sent an email and receive one back promptly stating that the only available days were the ones through the automated machine. So I bit the bullet and went thru with set up a say 3 weeks out expecting a 3-4 hour window for delivery which is the usual, "I’m a dispatcher and CSR and we don’t do any windows greater or lesser unless it’s special circumstances."
So when I got the automated email back stating the window would be from 8AM to 8PM I was ticked and looked into the company only to find atrocious reviews from almost every customer that had dealt with them. So I reached out to Saatva just to give them a heads up about this company and the poor reviews and professional of the company. Johnathan emailed me back before I even checked my email for the night so I woke up and saw it. He had given me his direct line and his main office line to get ahold of him and chat about the issue. So I called and left a message first thing when I woke up.
Johnathan called me back within minutes and was very apologetic about the mix up with the moving company provided. He said my zip code was off in the database and that’s why the company with poor reviews was given the contract. He went ahead and forwarded the order to the primary contractor they use in my area and set in motion a delivery day within the coming week.
All in all the headache caused by the window of delivery and expected date after being quoted from Saatva personally was swiftly and correctly taken care of by Johnathan the CSR and he bent over backwards to make sure the quoted date would be as close to or even before potentially depending on when I receive confirmation from that Contractor on Monday. I’ll send another review after my bed arrives and I sleep a couple nights in it, but for now I’d give Saatva a 5 star review for the handling of this situation and the gracious hospitality from the CSR Johnathan.

I purchased a mattress on their site, but upon delivery it was too large to fit up my stairwell. I explained the situation to Carl with Saatva customer service, and he offered to exchange the mattress for one with a lower profile or for a "split design" mattress. I was not interested in either option, and he did not press the issue or try to upsell me further. He immediately agreed to process a full refund, and within 10 minutes I received a notice from PayPal that he had done so. He was courteous and attentive, and this was an incredibly easy process to get a full refund. 100% satisfied.

I’m going to review the order process I experienced. From my online order to delivery notification, everything went smoothly from phone calls to emails. I was kept updated from start to finish even letting me know when my order had come out of production and when to expect a delivery phone call. The delivery call was stated for 3-5 days after coming out of production and I received the call on day two with delivery confirmed for the next day. I also received a follow up email confirming the delivery date with a four hour window. I can’t say enough about how well this company conducts their business and customer service. I’ve had a very positive experience with SAATVA.
