I have never known a company that stands behind their product so emphatically. The mattresses are great. But their customer service is even better. Max P is one of the most dedicated customer service representatives I have ever encountered. Saatva is a company that should be the model for all businesses in the USA. You can relax when you buy a Saatva Mattress, and you can sleep!

I purchased a Saatva Classic Mattress, Queen: 11.5" Firm three years ago. I contacted Saatva due to experiencing back pain and problems with the mattress springs. I bought a Saatva mattress primarily because of the advertised 15-year warranty, but I found out that it’s not truly a 15-year warranty unless you’re ready to spend additional money. My choices are limited to paying $149 for a repair that might take 6 to 8 weeks, purchasing a mattress at half price plus shipping and taxes, or opting for a mattress topper. I find it completely outrageous that only after three years I have to pay more money to have a good night's rest.

I suffered with 5 mos of hell sleeping on a new defective mattress from Mattress Firm. They refunded me after I hadn't slept months and have osteoporosis. I found Lindsey ** Saatva Westport. I'm in NYC. She helped get me the Classic at the sales price..expedited the delivery. Followed thru..answered every question immediately..called me.. like having a friend. I'm getting my mattress June 2nd. I will place a new review. I have severe neck hip and low back pain. She was amazing to work with. They even offered you for free a mattress topper to help break mattress in. I'm only 115 lbs. Luxury Firm Classic.

Buying mattresses is a very tricky (headache inducing) experience. Your initial impression may not be the same as your actual impression over time. This is why customer service is SO important, and Saatva beats every company out there in terms of customer service! While I hated my mattress and ended up returning it, everyone at Saatva has been nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend the company for everyone... Just not for me and my bad back. :((((

After testing several mattresses in the Saatva showroom, we selected one that seemed to meet our needs. After it's arrival and sleeping on it nightly for about 7-8 weeks, the mattress was determined to be too soft for my wife. We subsequently returned to the showroom and switched to a firmer mattress with no hassle. The Saatva representative was very helpful explaining the exchange procedure and provided a written follow-up on what to expect.

I needed to call Saatva to return my mattress that was still under my warranty, the agent was spectacular. She was understanding and tried to help me resolve my problem. In the end she was more than happy to process my return. In my opinion Saatva is a wonderful company. No matter what you are calling them for every agent is better than the last.

Great product and sale on mattress topper which increased comfort of existing mattress tremendously! Awesome customer service! Highly recommend this company and products! Customer service answered all my questions and it did not take long to get a person on the phone. I ordered a mattress topper to give my existing bed additional comfort since my existing mattress does not have a pillow top and seemed a little firmer than what I wanted in a mattress. My mattress topper arrived not long after my purchase, free shipping, and I am very pleased with it! This is a spare bed for guests and my guests will have a great sleeping experience.

I purchased a Saatva mattress several months ago. It was delivered and set up as promised. It took a few weeks for it to "break in" and then I loved it. I am older but exercise regularly. Periodically I found that my hips were a bit sore in the morning but I knew I did not want to exchange the mattress for a softer one. I really liked the level of support. So I returned to Saatva store thinking I would like to purchase a topper. I wanted to purchase one there so it would fit. When I entered and explained what I wanted, the salesman said he would send one to me at no cost! I was thrilled. Such service. I have no hesitation recommending the company.

The mattress I chose and bought was not a good fit for me. So I wanted to send it back and get a refund. I had absolutely no problems figuring this out with the person to whom I spoke to on the phone. Hopefully all will work out well with the transport service who will be picking up the mattress.

We are 4 months into our third year with our Saavta Solaire mattresses. Stitching at corner of one of our Solaire mattress came out. I filed a claim on April 9, 2025. We received the replacement cover but no contact as far as an assembler to make the correction, which stated a 2 to 3 day response on the scheduling form. As I called to find out when the repair would be scheduled, I was told the order was cancelled. I asked why wasn't I notified and who cancelled it. My answer was, "I'll get back to you." I called another phone number and was told, "I'll get back to you." I have had no contact with anyone since and today is May 12. Very poor communication for warranty service and I will never promote the Saatva Mattress business.

Purchased the latex hybrid in December of 2024. My wife and I were quite satisfied. 5 months later, we noticed the mattress was significantly softer and our aches and pains were coming back. I contacted Saavta via email and Adam reached out to me by phone call midday. I was advised that there is a break in period for latex and it will soften and begin to mold to your body. Adam gave us several options. Measure the depth/sag of the mattress to make sure there isn’t a defect of more than 1.5”. If there was 1.5” or more sag, it’s considered a defect and would be replaced. Other option was to exchange it for different model, price adjusted accordingly.
I am unhappy that the sales representative in the showroom didn’t mention that the latex would break in so much and what we felt in the showroom was temporary. The mattress went from about a 7 firmness down to about a 4 or 5. For those who suffer from back pain, the firmer the better (at least that’s my opinion). I still give the company/product a 4. They had a quick response time with our concerns, and although we have the sag issue the construction and materials are better quality than most mattresses I’ve seen/used.

This company goes above and beyond with personal customer service. They have quality products, made in the USA. The instore viewing room is perfect for mattress shopping. The sales associate was helpful and didn't hover as was my experience in other stores. Overall this has been a very positive experience for mattress shopping and their bed frames are sleek and fit well into smaller spaces if necessary. I love the no charge delivery policy as well. This is great company that I will recommend to others.

We purchased our mattress and pad at the SAATVA showroom in Dallas area. The store support there was nothing less than incredible. They listened to our needs and made recommendations accordingly. Absolutely no pressure to purchase. We did before we left store because we were sold on their product and their support of it. Just today we were having some minor concerns and spoke to Customer Service, and that was again exceptional, with that individual listening and offering some options of which we're able to choose. As for sleeping, the bed is amazing. We purchased the 11.5" classic and overall it has over delivered in comfort.

I love my queen size Saatva so much that I bought a second full size mattress for my daughter. Overnight guests always comment on how well they slept. The white glove service was EXCELLENT. They arrived on time, set everything up and even took away my old mattress. I even wound up buying two Saatva pillows years later.

My husband and I decided to replace our Sleep Number bed and my husband heard the Saatva bed advertised on Howard Stern, so we decided to purchase the Solaire Mattress and adjustable bed. I was excited about the white glove delivery service and the fact that they would take our old sleep number bed. The online ordering process and financing through Affirm was very easy. Be sure to read the fine print. The tracking information you are given is vague and hard to get an update. Had to make a payment before I even received the bed.
The day the bed was delivered the delivery team showed up and both reeked of cigarette smoke. They knocked a picture off my wall and tracked mud through my house and into the bedroom, it took me a couple of days to get the cigarette smoke out of my bedroom. I am extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke. When I called Saatva to explain that I didn't receive white glove delivery I was offered $75 toward my Affirm loan. Which with the terms of the loan that went to the interest first and not principal.
After having slept on the mattress for over 30 days. My husband and I are waking up sore and tired. My hips hurt and my shoulders, then my neck started aching. The bladders in the mattress do not go all the way to the edge of the mattress and are very narrow. I called to return the mattress and was told that I would see a credit to my Affirm account.
I recommend not using the financing through Saatva, it is deceptive financing practices. We can return the mattress but not the adjustable base, which without a mattress is no use to us. I am guessing if we didn't buy the base they wouldn't have warranted the mattress. So know Saatva will still make money off of us, because we have paid $1200 and we still owe another $1300 after the return. If you are considering an adjustable bed purchase a sleep number you will get more bang for your buck and if after reading this you still decide to purchase a Saatva mattress I have an adjustable base I will sell you for a reasonable price.

We purchased the youth mattress for our special needs two-year-old when he transitioned out of his crib. We were initially very happy with the purchase and he transitioned into a regular bed very well. After about two years, a couple of the springs started to poke at the side of the mattress. It was only a few springs, so we didn’t report it right away (we’ve never had an issue with a mattress, so this was a new experience for us).
That was a huge mistake. Apparently their “lifetime” warranty is a little deceiving. We are now at 2 1/2 years of mattress ownership and the condition of the mattress has deteriorated significantly. It is no longer just a few springs, but about 8 springs that are pushing through the side of the mattress and are quite sharp. He’s a little kid, so the bed doesn’t have much weight sitting on it. They want $149 to repair it, per their “lifetime” warranty. We thought he would have this bed until his teen years. I can’t believe after two years, it’s already falling apart. Not only will it us $149 to repair it, it’s going to take six weeks. What are we supposed to do in the meantime? We don’t have extra mattresses laying around. This is the most ridiculous warranty I’ve ever seen. What a disappointment. I will never buy a mattress from this company again.

Very disappointed, I never got to try out the bed. The site said they will take away the old bed which is a lie if it is not in perfect condition. My old mattress is 10 plus years old and my dog tore up the top cover and they refuse to haul it away. I offered to remove the top layer to remove the years of wear and tear, but they refused and was not allowed. Are they reusing old material to make the new ones ? Long story short I refused service and returned it. Was. Not a white glove service as promoted which make me wonder if a bait and switch. Would have love to try the bed but could not trust the return policy when they fail to deliver on white glove service. Would not recommend if you have a bed that needs to be hauled away that is not in perfect condition. Which is never.

I ordered a $300 Saatva Graphite Memory Foam Mattress Topper and Cover online directly from Saatva. Two days before end range of delivery date, I called because I was not able to see any tracking whatsoever. Customer service could not provide any updates whatsoever and needed 24-48 hours. I told them I would give them 24 hours to update me. Next day they called and told me they would need another 24-48 hours just for an update on how far the delay would extend. Horrible customer service, horrible communications, horrible experience. Cancelled the order and will never again work with a company so unprofessional they cannot even update their consumers on delays. Obviously a sign of bad management and communication!!! Buyer beware.

UPDATE: Saatva contacted us regarding our concerns expressed here. They apologized for the faulty mattress and claimed it was an aberration. As a measure of good faith and a desire to stand behind their product, they offered to replace the mattress for a $149 warranty exchange fee (even though we were well outside of the current warranty period). Further, to address the comfort issues they gave us a mattress topper at no additional cost. This again was generous on their part and rebuilds our trust in Saatva, as well as improved the comfort and quality of our sleep. While we don't know how well this new mattress will hold up, our experience with Saatva has become more of a positive experience in the end. Special shout out to Carl, the Saatva representative who worked with us.

While we could not test a Saatva mattress in person, it came with great reviews. My wife and I had high hopes, but unfortunately have not had a good experience and wake up every morning with neck and shoulder pain. The best thing about the mattress is the side wall construction that supports to the edge of the mattress. The worst things are the coils are painful to sleep on (and we tried the normal firmness as well as the extra firm mattresses - cost $179 to do that). After a couple years, the bed has noticeable sagging on each of our sides, and neither of us is overweight at all. Simply put, we are very disappointed and will not be purchasing a Saatva mattress in the future.

I purchased a Saatva Mattress and base quite a while ago; probably seven or eight years. The material that covers the bottom of the base began sagging about a year ago. In the interim it has begun shredding into pieces. I can literally reach underneath and pieces of the material fall off. So, I’ve got about 1/3 of the underneath lining missing. I called the store. They said I could pay to repair it; about $150, but shipping costs weren’t discussed. The other option was to purchase a new one with a discount, which totals over $200. I declined both offers, as I don’t feel that the lining of the base should shred and disintegrate after eight years. Actually, the entire situation should have been absorbed by the company without cost to me. I have no issues with the mattress, which is very comfortable, although I use a 3” topper for comfort.

The foam topper has a distinctive odor despite being listed as odor free. Before I ordered I even emailed customer service to confirm there was no odor because I am sensitive. I cannot sleep with this topper or even have it in my apartment. Beware that in order to return you have to find a box big enough to fit it in as it does not fit back in the box it came in (due to shrink wrapping). I was told to buy a bigger box at Home Depot by the customer service representative. There is no place to donate a mattress item in my area and Saatva could not suggest any either. Be sure you can deal with the odor or the hassle of buying a large box to return this item. I wish I had read other reviews re: odors.

We unfortunately purchased a Saatva mattress. At 6 months it was failing and Saatva didn't want to do anything about it. They were contacted again when it was sagging in badly again no response. Now it's been 2 years and the mattress is unusable. Saatva could care less. 1000 dollars spent on a junk product. It's in my basement and has a sag in it 6 to 10 inches deep, all in 2 years. Don't waste your money. This is a very poor inferior product.

We ordered the mattress off the website. They have had the mattress complete over a week. They changed our scheduled delivery date twice. We have called multiple times and have been promised a callback. We are now 3 days after the second delivery window they gave us has closed and we still haven't heard anything. Not sure what the mattress is like. but the customer service and ordering and delivery process has been a failure.

This is the worst mattress I have ever had. Feels like I have been beaten by a tire iron every morning! My shoulders ache, my back aches, My hips ache. Bones ache all over. This is not a good mattress. I toss & turn all night long.

Saatva participates in spam advertising email. You can block sender but they just come up with another spam email address. Terrible business practice and a huge inconvenience to the recipient of these spam emails.
We do not randomly choose or solicit information. Anyone who receives our emails has provided their information through us or third-party affiliates agreeing to receive marketing emails.
A consumer can opt out at any time to stop receiving our emails. We have also unsubscribed this reviewer from our emails as well. We wish them well.

This company is nice and they have great customer service. But the quality of their mattress only last a few months before you start sinking into it and getting back pain! I am 130lbs, I have a king mattress and sleep alone. I have bought different options from them because they keep picking up the old and sending a new one and they are all very bad quality. My father also purchased from them the most expensive mattress and had the same issues with back pain and had to get a refund. I don't recommend any of their mattresses, they don't last on firmness and you will sink!! No matter how much you weigh.

It was time for a new mattress. I scoured the internet and talked to friends and family about their current and past mattresses looking for recommendations. My husband and I have several mattress throughout our 40 years together but none that would make us a repeat customer. I heard the same from most of those I spoke with.
My son and daughter-in-law purchased a Saatva several years ago and invited us to test it out. We did. I ordered ours that night. The site was easy to navigate, the Saatva quiz helped me select the perfect mattress for us. Placing the order could not have been easier. I immediately received confirmation and soon thereafter an email with the expected delivery date.
I mentioned my experience to a friend who had just returned from NYC. She said she had a better night's sleep at her hotel than she had at home for years. She said she would check it out. Later that same night I received a message that she went to the Saatva site and placed her order! The mattress delivery crew contacted us with the date and time we could expect delivery. 1/2 hour prior to delivery they messaged me to say they were on their way. White glove service INDEED! They were in and out of our house quickly. They were great people to work with too!
We could not wait to go to bed.... and we did at 9:00 p.m. We are not typically back sleepers, but we both laid there for a very long time talking about how comfortable and supportive and downright wonderful the new mattress felt. I called Saatva with a question. They were easy to reach and answered my questions quickly. First-rate Customer Service! I could not be happier with my decision to purchase Saatva. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone!

Original: The delivery service selected by Saatva underwhelmed me. Upon opening the delivery truck, I noticed that our mattress had been folded over instead of being kept in a straight position during transport. The plastic cover was damaged, and there was dirt on one corner. The delivery personnel proceeded to place the mattress on my bed, and I only discovered these issues when I turned the mattress 180 degrees.
To my surprise, I encountered a challenge when attempting to fit my existing sheets onto the new mattress. Unlike my previous mattress, the sheets did not fit snugly. Intrigued by this discrepancy, I decided to measure the dimensions of my new Saatva hybrid latex king mattress. Surprisingly, I found that the length from corner to corner was 78 inches. It is generally understood that a king mattress should measure 80 inches in length. Given the reputation of Saatva as an "exclusive" company, I had anticipated that the measurements of their mattresses would be accurate.

The quality of the mattress, the 365 day review period and their customer service is top notch! It’s a very well made mattress made to order on the USA. Unfortunately, I purchased the luxury firm and it was just too hard. I called customer service and they offered a topper at no charge. It did make a difference but not enough. I gave it 8 months, but I couldn’t sleep on this hard of a mattress. It didn’t work out for me, but that doesn’t diminish my elevated opinion of this company and its product.

Updated on 08/20/2024: Negative issues with a two year old Saatva mattress led me to render a one-star review. A Saatva representative responded to the negative review and advised a new, replacement mattress would be shipped to us within two to three weeks. We're still in the "wait for delivery" phase of the cycle. When the new mattress is delivered an updated review will be posted. The timeliness of the initial Saatva response to the negative review is the basis for the current three star review.
Original Review: My wife and I are nearly two years into our Saatva king mattress. By about the one-year mark...too late to contact the company, the mattress had sunk and not recovered (at all) on both sides. My wife and I are each sleeping in a valley separated by a mountain range in the middle. Back and hip pains have increasing been experienced by both of us since purchasing our Saatva. Would be either return to Saatva to purchase another mattress OR recommend the brand to others? NO!!

Hello. I would highly recommend that you do not buy a Saatva mattress! Here's our experience. After 15 years with a Serta I Comfort mattress, we had to get a new one; husband and I were waking up with back pain. Did our research and looked at the best innerspring mattress-it was Saatva on all forums. Ordered the King size Classic Firm. The delivery company delivered the first mattress-yes FIRST. It looked a bit shorter in thickness than 11.5 inches and it wasn't until we put the sheets on did we notice that there were what looked like 2 body impressions on the mattress and there was a smell of wet dog! The edges had no support and the delivery tag on the mattress was red. No original tags on the mattress. Did we just receive a used mattress?!!
Called Saatva within the week and they offered to replace it. We opted to replace, giving them the benefit of the doubt. The new mattress arrives from the same delivery company and the delivery guy makes sure to put up his hoodie-it's 80 degrees at time of delivery-thought this was strange. The new mattress arrives with a green delivery tag and new mattress tags on the mattress. It still looks saggy and floppy when the delivery is made. It measures 10-inches, not 11.5 and there are four large shaped sunken in bowls in the mattress-2 by the head, 2 by the foot of the bed. Called Saatva immediately; they are taking it up with management. I will be returning and highly recommend that you do not buy a Saatva mattress. I really wanted to love the mattress but sadly they are poorly made.

After a great deal of online research, reading reviews on mattresses as well as articles on sleep positions, I decided to purchase a Saatva. Two factors I considered early on: 1) Saatva arranged for the delivery and set-up of the bed; 2) Saatva permitted an exchange within a year if the customer were not happy. I had never purchased a mattress before without physically trying it out, but both of these policies suggested to me their faith in the quality of their mattress, and a genuine, thoughtful desire to satisfy customers. My five-star rating, in fact, is based on superb customer service, delivering a mattress that sets the standard for luxury, elegance and comfort. Even more, Saatva has demonstrated to me the integrity of their company – based on a smooth, professional, highly organized process that exceeded my expectations at every turn.
My intent initially was to order a hybrid, Saatva’s Classic Firm mattress, which was reviewed to be very firm, and perfect for people who sleep on their stomachs. But, perhaps too much research had caused me to second-guess myself. I let myself be swayed by testimonials, and the popularity of their Luxury Firm mattress. On its arrival, I felt like the Lexus of all beds had arrived – it was thick, elegant, and luxurious, softly, gently firm. It had a plush feeling. I will never forget when my puppy jumped on it and laid down. He looked at me like he had arrived in heaven. Over a year would elapse, before I confronted my possible mistake. Much to my astonishment, Saatva permitted an exchange.
From the first night of having the Firm mattress, and for the past three months, I have never slept so soundly, comfortably and consistently. This felt miraculous to me. For some inexplicable reason, I had routinely struggled to fall asleep on the Luxury Firm mattress. My delay in contacting Saatva was because I really could not understand why. The Luxury Firm mattress was clearly the nicest mattress I had ever had, well-named, "Luxury Firm". I loved it; my dog loved it. But at 70 years old, night after night, as I lay awake, searching for a comfortable position, every injury I have had let me know it ached — a rotator cuff tear, and a broken femur that had left a rod and two screws in my right knee and hip.

After reading several online reviews of top mattresses, we decided to order from Saatva but unfortunately ordered the wrong size! The customer service team was so kind and understanding. I had read about their white-glove service, but didn't realize the top notch service extended to user errors! They cancelled our order that had already shipped and quickly reordered the proper size. I was so impressed with their quality service, reminded me of the old days when customers were treated as assets not as annoying. More companies should run their customer service department like Saatva does. Kudos to you!

I was "wintering" in Florida and visited the Winter Park showroom where Andrea, a super knowledgeable, courteous and patient sales specialist made me feel confident with my selection. Shipped to my home in NY, along with their pillows and mattress cover. All amazing quality - and with a 1 year exchange policy - how can you go wrong? I'm very pleased with the entire experience and the quality of the products I purchased.

Initially, we were super excited about receiving our Loom & Leaf mattress! We had tried it in-store and loved the experience. All staff at the store were super helpful and answered all the questions we had. However, this is when almost all pleasantries end. We received another customer's Saatva Classic mattress two weeks after placing our order.
When we called in to raise the issue, the customer representative Theresa informed us that she had to take some time to investigate the issue and determine where our actual mattress ended up. If our mattress entered another customer's home, a new mattress would need to be created for us entirely (a lead time of 2 weeks) before delivering it to us. However, if our mattress was still with their Delivery partner, then we can reschedule a delivery drop off. In the mean time, we were encouraged to use the mattress we received until our mattress was delivered. No compensation was offered until we requested; and even then, it was only $200 (for context, just the tax for the mattress was $300+). Theresa ends the call by letting us know that she'll provide us a callback within 24 - 48 hours.
After 3 business days, we received no call and so we called back. Our next representative, Shenia, informs us that they still haven't found where our mattress was. We then bring up that we would like more compensation for the delay + the lack of proactive communication regarding this issue. Shenia agrees that the initial concession of $100 was not fair for us but informs us that it would be better to have the discussion after we receive our mattress. She informed us that next steps would be provided soon through a callback. When we asked when this callback would be received, she said that she doesn't know and could not give a timeline (which is interesting because spoiler alert: our final customer representative mentioned that it was company policy for all reps to provide a follow-up of any kind within 24 hours).
Another 2 business days go by and it was radio silent. So we called back and were serviced by representative, Sharon. Ms. Sharon informs us that our mattress was found with the Delivery partner and they had attempted to call us to reschedule but we did not answer the phone. We then informed her that we received no calls from anyone in the past few days. She also noticed that all the tickets related to our case were all in a resolved status and was also confused because our issue was not resolved. She told us that she would reach out to the Delivery partner personally and request for a status update and an expedited delivery. She ends the conversation with a promise to personally call us back by the following business day to follow up on the delivery status as well as compensation, and provided her name and personal line.
One whole week passes. NO FOLLOW UP. By this time, we already received our mattress; however, we were still expecting a follow up about compensation. We called Sharon's personal line and reached voicemail, so we called Saatva's customer support number for the fourth time. Our final representative, Ina, mentioned that Sharon had gone on vacation and requested for someone to follow up with us on her behalf (which we obviously did not receive). We requested to speak to a manager to discuss additional compensation. Ina was unable to transfer us directly to the manager, but acted as a middleman on our live call. Poor Ina had to type all our responses on our behalf while reading us the manager's responses for the following conversation:
The manager asks if another $100 was acceptable (Again, this does not even cover TAX). We respond that this was unacceptable due to the extremely disappointing customer service experience we've received in addition to the original mistake itself. The manager then asks what we Would find acceptable to which we respond - a 30% discount. The manager then says that this would not be possible - the maximum discount can only be an additional $100 off. We then ask the manager why they even bothered asking us what we would find acceptable if there was no other option than what they suggested. She responds with an insincere apology and gives us the ultimatum of taking the discount or starting a mattress return.
We decided we were done with the headache of having to deal with Saatva ever again so we took the minuscule discount. However, we wanted to share our experience for future buyers out there - what is marketed to you as a "premium" product does NOT equal premium service. We will not be purchasing from this brand ever again - what a traumatizing, mental nightmare.

I am writing this review based on the excellent customer service that I’ve been getting from this company. I bought multiple beds from this company and I did have a couple of issues but they were resolved expeditiously. I have some issues with my back and I had a hard time finding the correct mattresses, and I must say this company lives up to it's standard and switched out my mattresses so I will be able to get a good night's sleep, and it’s been very difficult for me finding the the proper mattress and they really helped me through these difficult times to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I must say I am deeply impressed with the level of excellence that I received. They really care about their customers and their customers' experiences.
I’ve seen so much less from other companies but this company they’re on top of everything. I’ve had managers called me. Everybody wants to make sure that I’m happy and I thank them for being that type of company and helping me through my difficult times. I recently had a little issue with my bedframe. Spoke to Shawn B. I, immediately received an email a few minutes later and they corrected the problem for me. If you’re looking for a mattress and bed, this is the place to be looking. I save lots of money from going to the street stores, but the level of Customer Service is Worth its weight in gold. I want to personally thank all the representatives that I’ve spoken to and thank you for resolving my issues expeditiously. Again I cannot say how impressed I am with the level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thanks for being there for me.

This is my second Saatva mattress. The first was purchased about 12 years ago and was still in excellent condition. I bought this second one because I needed changes to my mattress as my body changed with age. I know I will have the excellent sleep on this new mattress as I did on my first. I also want to say the customer service is excellent, and the delivery was on time and very professional. The only problem from some might be that this company tends to be an "online" mattress company, although there are some locations that can be visited. I was skeptical at first ordering a mattress online. Sight unseen, and not "tested" but this company has put those fears aside. I highly recommend this company and any of the mattress available.

Bought mattress when Saatva only offered three models - superior quality w lush topper - loved it! Over years it sagged in middle; still under warranty, rep convinced me to replace mattress instead sending mine back to be rebuilt…for a fee. I gave my money…After 5 weeks, finally received mattress, the lush topper was non existent; it was hard as a rock, causing pain in shoulders, side and legs…My sofa bed was more comfortable! I called Saatva to complain, get my old mattress or money back, and was told mattress was disposed of, and they would not pick up their awful mattress and refund my money! After numerous calls with reps (Rusty was fabulous, but his hands were tied) they sent replacement mattress, again without topper! I finally gave up when they sent me a mattress topper for free. I bought a gel foam from Amazon to layer between the mattress and topper…It’s bearable now. Saatva has lost me as a customer!

I have had this mattress for a couple of years now. I had to get it replaced within the first year because it sagged on the side that I sleep. The woman I spoke to about it told me I should sleep in the center of the bed instead of the side!! Well, a year or so later it is sagging again and I awake with body aches….back, shoulders, neck. You no longer can flip mattresses. Just turn them. Now both sides sag! It’s also firmer than I would like (due to the recommendation of the spokesman when purchased). I am disappointed since I thought I was buying a great mattress for a great night sleep.

On Jan 4th I purchased a SAATVA Solaire air mattress and frame for almost $8,600. At the time, I was told the mattress would be delivered and set up with White Glove Service between Jan 13 and Jan 22. I checked online for order status, including today, to see this date range has not changed, and I have not been contacted by SAATVA to advise of any issues with the order or delivery, or when the delivery will be accomplished. They did, however, take my money without any delay.
Yesterday, I finally got a person on online chat, which explained, blah blah, they were sorry, but there have been delays in the manufacture of the mattress, and delivery is delayed. However, they cannot provide any additional information concerning delivery and setup at this time - just that it may be the week of Feb 5th - two additional weeks' delay. At this point without any promise of eventual delivery, it seems more FRAUDULENT than promising.

Let me clarify that while this company's mattresses appear to be a wonderful product, I cannot confirm this because I never received the Solaire mattress and adjustable frame I purchased on December 2, 2023. Great customer service, horrendous logistics. I placed an order for a SAATVA Solaire mattress and adjustable base on Dec 2, 2023. I was given an initial delivery of between December 10 through December 19. After numerous communications with customer service and conflicting information, I was advised the hold up was that while the base had reached the distribution center, the mattress would not be delivered there until January 2nd. I was contacted by SAATVA's logistics company handling my delivery Massiano Logistics in Orlando with a scheduled delivery date of 1/12 and advised I'd be contacted with a delivery window 24 hours prior to delivery. This text message was dated 1/2.
I never got contacted 24 hours prior and then on the day of delivery I got a text message at 7:06 a.m. stating due to an unexpected event, they'd be unable to meet the delivery date for today. They'd be in touch with a new date. Because I was irate, SAATVA customer service issued me 2 $100 dollar credits for my inconvenience. Original charge was 7691.16. I was then told that Massiano would be delivering the merchandise on 1/17 and I confirmed this with both SAATVA customer service and Massiano Logistics the day before because I was concerned I had not been contacted with a delivery window. Both parties assured me that we were scheduled for delivery 1/17.
This morning at 7:05 a.m. the day of my supposed delivery I get a text message at 7:05 a.m. with the following..."Good Morning, We regret to inform you that we have to reschedule your delivery today 17th January as we were not able to fulfill our routes on time with enough deliveries. We will notify you again of the new dates once finalized." At this point I'd had enough. I called SAATVA and canceled the order. I was told I'd be receiving a credit for the original charge minus the 200$ already issued. We just got back from our local Sleep Number store where we just purchased an adjustable firmness mattress and base. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Being a little skeptical, about purchasing a mattress online, I took the chance and made a call to the customer support number. The representative answered all my questions with no pressure of purchasing whatsoever. It took a few days to marinate on whether I should purchase a mattress that I didn’t get to lay on to see how it feels, to me calling them back three days later, asking a few more questions and then purchasing the mattress. I am now two months in on a new mattress that I love. I am so glad that I made that call and want to thank their customer support team for how professional that they are in this day of age where customer support has been lacking in so many ways with a lot of top-notch companies, this company has got it right, thank you and I’ll be a returning customer.

I would just like to warn people about a deceptive area in the Saatva Mattress website. An order was just delivered of a mattress, foundation, but no frame for the foundation. I later heard that this has happened to other customers. The website shows a picture of a foundation and a frame. It leads one to believe that you can either order the foundation and frame, or order the frame alone. I just now ordered a frame from another company. I spoke with customer service who stated that the foundation and frame are sold separately. Then why have a picture clearly showing the two pieces together. Hopefully my review of the actual mattress will be better.

WARNING! The design of the wood frame is horrible! My wife and I bought the queen with the wood frame. The corners of the frame are sharp and they stick out away from the mattress, so it is very easy to scrap your leg on the edge. This has happened to me several times. The bedspread covers the edge, so you don’t realize there’s a sharp piece of wood underneath. If you are not actively thinking about avoiding that edge, you’ll run into it because you think it’s harmless cloth. The designers of these frames think only aesthetics and don’t consider safety. Don’t buy unless you plan to wear shin guards in the bedroom.

Absolute trash product. We bought 3 years ago and it is completely indented and unusable. There is a 15 year warranty that the company refuses to honor. Instead they want me to pay 40% of the cost for a replacement. I’ve sent them pictures of proof through normal use - even a foam mattress from Amazon would last longer than 3 years. I would not recommend Saatva to anyone! Attaching pictures - the mattress has sagged significantly from normal use. Stay far far away from this company and product! Before the director of national reviews come at me for not being in their customer database - my husband bought this under his name. He called today 9/22 and talked to 2 managers on your team. And all the “good” reviews are from people who just bought? Not actual customers who have had this item for 3+ years.

I placed my order with Saatva on 8/5/23 after researching best non-toxic mattresses online. The online ordering process was easy and I received an order confirmation with delivery between 8/15/23 and 8/24/23. I selected white glove delivery because of my my experiences with Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn. On 8/18/23, I reached out to Saatva regarding the delivery because I had not heard anything and the tracking did not show anything (I was expecting my new bed from RH on 8/26/23 and had ordered the bed prior to ordering the mattress). The representative told me that my order had reached the warehouse and the delivery service would contact me at the beginning of the week to set up delivery.
When I didn’t hear anything by Wednesday 8/23/23, I called Saatva again and was told my order was just received on that Monday the 21st and they would send a message to the delivery company to contact me. I called again Thursday 8/24/23 because that was the last day of the delivery time frame I was given and was told that they would call the delivery company and call me back. I waited a few hours and called back when I still hadn’t heard from them and was told that the representatives were messaging the delivery department to reach out to their 3rd party delivery company to find out when my mattress would be delivered.
I asked for the delivery company’s phone number to call personally. The lady I spoke to was in South Florida (I’m in NC) and she said their delivery partner had my order in SC and gave me their number. The recording listed the company as Kingsway International with operating hours of Tues-Thurs 9:30 to 4:00 and Fri 9:30 to 12:00 EST. I could not get them on the phone. On Friday 8/25/23, I called back (frustrated) to speak to a nice lady that gave me $100 credit back for my trouble and had a manager contact me. I received a text soon after from the delivery company that they would deliver my order on Tuesday 8/29/23 between 11:00 and 3:00.
My bed was delivered the next day, Saturday 8/26/23, from RH with outstanding white glove delivery (they went above and beyond to help me move beds from room to room when they came earlier than expected and we were still in the process of moving the beds ourselves). We had to set up an air mattress on the frame while we waited for the mattress to be delivered. On Tuesday 8/29/23 at 6:00 a.m., I received a text from the delivery service that something unexpected came up and they would deliver my order on Thursday 8/31/23 between 11:00 and 3:00. I responded to the text that it was unacceptable because I was told they had my order on the 21st and the delivery time frame had passed.
They responded that I lived too far away and that they were not going to make a special trip just for my order. They also said they were only delivering my order as a favor to Saatva. I was extremely disappointed and decided to cancel my order. I called Saatva and canceled my order. The representative credited my account minus the $100 “gift for my trouble” the other representative had posted to my credit card.

After extensive research of various online (DTC) mattress companies, I chose SAATVA to replace our 20 year old mattress, not only from the reviews but also the price. We saved several thousand ordering online as opposed to a brick and mortar store. I ordered the Classic Luxury Firm Hybrid mattress, 14.5”, king size. I also ordered the mattress pad, pillows and sheet sets which I will review separately. Our mattress and foundation arrived a mere 10 days after ordering. We loved our new mattress from the first night! So plush and comfortable! My husband awoke without back pain for the first time in ages! However after 30 days of sleeping, we’ve noticed a depression in the mattress top where our bodies lay at night, making it somewhat difficult to get out of bed.
I contacted Anna at SAATVA who explained that an indentation of 1 1/2” or less is normal for the Luxury Firm pillow top model. She was so very helpful, expressing her desire for us to be completely thrilled with our mattress! She said that the Classic Firm might provide more support and offered to exchange our Luxury Firm for the Firm for only a $99 processing fee. Anna efficiently handled all the details for the exchange and our new mattress should be here soon. My husband and I are so impressed by SAATVA’s extraordinary commitment to their customer satisfaction and how expertly their customer support team ensures such. I highly recommend SAATVA for all of your bedding needs!

I appreciate Saatva reaching out to me to provide a resolution to my issue. The person I spoke to was very nice. If I had been given more time to find a new mattress, I would have preferred to return the mattress for a refund. But I felt like the 7-10 days offered wouldn't have given me enough time to search and receive delivery of something else. I'm still grateful any attempt was made to figure out an alternate option, although there really was only one that didn't cause more stress.

My journey with Saatva started nearly 18 months ago in December of 2021. After about 3 months of research I decided to go with Saatva's memory foam Loom & Leaf split king mattress. I was impressed with the customer service and the made to order model. I didn't love waiting 2 weeks for the delivery, but I was glad to do it given the quality of the product they advertised. When the bed arrived, it was immediately comfortable, supportive, firm, but not too firm. I was very happy, but not for long. By March of 2022 I began having horrible back pain and after troubleshooting for several weeks with my doctor, I took his suggestion to check the mattress.
I discovered an indentation in the mattress near where my hips laid. For reference, I'm 4'11" and 125 pounds and a side sleeper. The dip was only on my side of the bed. My husband's mattress wasn't showing any wear, so I thought it must be a fluke. Why would I, under 5 ft tall and under 130 lbs have a dent in my mattress, when my husband, 5'6" and 160 lbs not have any issues. I made the assessment that my mattress must have been flawed and I contacted Saatva for a replacement. It went well and the rep agreed with me that there shouldn't be a dip in a 3 month old mattress.
The new mattress arrived only a few days later, surprising given the 1st delivery time. The mattress looked used and flat. I thought it would expand but it never did and within a month or so, I called to ask if they could switch it out. I still wonder where that mattress came from and why it was delivered so quickly. Either way, the third mattress came in June and it definitely looked more like the first, but it was firm and uncomfortable. I again called customer service and was offered a mattress topper. It never really worked for me and when I removed it from the mattress there was another indentation.
Now the uneven mattress is again causing a lot of lower back pain and I need to find a new mattress company. I'm not sure I recommend this mattress at at all, but I definitely don't recommend the Loom & Leaf to people who are side sleepers. The company does seem to have good customer service, if you get a good representative. But, that can't make up for a product with variable reliability. Maybe Saatva will do some research on this issue and find a solution for their future customers.

Hello, I purchased the Luxury King size mattress because after almost 8 years my first one started getting saggy and bumpy, so it was under warranty still, not full, I paid 60% of regular price. I ordered 3 weeks ago and got delivered today, what a disappointment! It is even bumpier than my old one, less quality in the work, the stitches is coming off in some areas, just not very good finished work. To be honest it looks used, it’s even dirty a bit, looks like mold, not sure. I called immediately and I was told to give it at least two weeks, I just called my credit card company to see my options, I hope to hear from Kristel **, as I see she has answers the reviews here. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and work to resolve this because my last mattress, before the bumps, was great!. I am very saddened by this whole thing, because I know they’re a good company, maybe the Manufacturer in Georgia is the problem!. :(

I researched mattresses online and found Saatva. When I called I had the pleasure of speaking with Yasmin. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Knew the products and was extremely helpful in directing me to the right mattress. Delivery was seamless. The two delivery men were pleasant and were very careful when getting the mattress up the stairs which are tight quarters. They advised on improving the support of the box springs which we have done. We are very happy with the mattress and would recommend Saatva to anyone. Service far superior than other mattress places we have dealt with in the past. Saatva is very lucky to have an employee like Yasmin. She is a keeper!!

When my husband and I were looking for a new mattress, we researched and looked at mattresses for over a year. We knew what we wanted in a new mattress. We have owned coiled, memory foam, and hybrid mattresses. We actually had 3 memory foam mattresses from the same company, but when none of the 3 mattresses could live up to their warranty, the company refunded our payment so we could go to a different mattress company. Then we bought a coil mattress which was beautiful, and felt good in the store, caused pain to my already painful back problems. Then we bought a hybrid mattress, but it just wasn't the right hybrid mattress. So, we started researching which mattress would be best for us. My husband sleeps on his stomach. I sleep on my back. He gets hot. I'm fine with the temperature. We liked the hybrid with coils and foam.
After going to stores and then going online, we knew one thing.... if a mattress is stuffed in a box one fourth the size of the mattress, it's bound to be damaged. If the mattress doesn't show the damage right away, it will eventually. Coils that have been bent to fit in a box will show that damage eventually. Foam that has been squeezed into a small box will show the damage eventually. We couldn't believe the long-term warranties would be good. It just doesn't make sense that any mattress could still be as good as when it was made after being squeezed into a small box.
When we found Saatva, we read reviews, and we read about the features of their mattresses. We read about the delivery. The delivery was done by real delivery people. The mattress didn't come in a box. And a foundation was available. I called Saatva. I spoke to a gentleman who answered all my questions. He helped me decide which Saatva would be best for us. I ordered the Saatva Classic mattress. The delivery was professional, and the delivery people were on time, were nice, quick, and in and out in no time. We've been sleeping on our Sastva mattress for almost 3 months. We couldn't be happier. We both sleep more soundly. We can sit on the edge of the bed without sliding off. The mattress is perfect and beautiful. It was worth doing the research to find the best mattress. We found it.

I just wanted to write to you this morning to tell you how impressed I was with your delivery company that delivered my mattress today, Common Transportation, from Waukesha, Wisconsin. The mattress was delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I was contacted two days before by the company by text checking that my address was correct. The next day they called me to check the address and to set up a date for delivery, which was the next day. The crew texted me when they were 45 minutes away. The two men took off their shoes off at the door, brought in my mattress took out my old mattress and were extremely polite. I haven’t of course, slept on my mattress yet but if it’s anything like the service I got today I will be extremely pleased. PS Slept last night on the Classic Luxury Firm mattress and I am extremely pleased! Woke up without my usual lower back aching.

The representative from SAATVA got back to me quickly after I posted my review and worked to resolve the issue by replacing the mattress with a softer more plush one. As it was just delivered today, we have not had the chance to sleep on it yet. However, the company's response and willingness to reach out to us was very positive and much appreciated. We are hoping that this mattress is much more comfortable than the first one was. The updated rating is for the customer service I received, but as we have not used the mattress yet, it is too early to comment on that.

In Early 2021, my husband and I moved to a new house and purchased a SAATVA Mattress. We read all of the positive reviews online and ordered the middle firmness one that was supposedly the most popular. The ordering, set up and delivery process went well, but from day 1 the mattress was not comfortable. It was so hard, it was like sleeping on concrete. We did call the company and they said there would be a break-in period, and they suggested we use a topper, which they sent. Well, we tried their topper, and it did not do much. Then, we purchased a thicker, more plus topper to go on and it helped a bit for a few months.
Almost two years in and we both suffer from back pain, hip pain and toss and turn all night. It is just awful. There are times at night where I can hardly turn over because I am experiencing so much back and hip pain. The mattress also has developed some indentions and ridges in the time we have had it as well, even though we have turned it regularly. Since we have had it for almost 2 years, our only option at this point is to go purchase a mattress from a different company. Hopefully, this time we have better luck.

This is a gimmick pure and simple. The mattress is junk. Luxury firm is like sitting in a waterbed. Literally - it has sidewalls surrounding the mush center. While waiting for this pile of wet noodles to be removed from the house, we pushed the mattress aside and are sleeping on a $100 air mattress instead. The sheets are ill-fitting junk with the lowest quality imaginable. I put up a review on the website and verified it - but Saatva won't post it. Shady, shady company.

Hello, I just received my King Size Saatva mattress and Adjustable Base Plus with Santorini bed frame. I paid over $5700 for this and waited a month. What a disaster!!!! As the assembly guys were setting it up I noticed they were constantly discussing (in Spanish) problems with the bed. They then tell me, the furniture frame was made defective. There wasn't enough holes to secure to the frame. Also, the mattress keeps shifting and doesn't secure firmly to the base. There is only one velcro on top on base that is attempting to hold the mattress in place.
The ADUSTABLE Base massage is VERY LOUD and doesn't seem it was properly installed..The assembly guys said, "It will be quiet when the mattress and someone is on it." Not TRUE. Then I was told the mattress was rubbing against the base when they raised the head, so they will have to raise the bed. They also told me my order came with 2 extra pieces. 1 frame board and another very large metal frame for headboard. I had to call SAATVA and let them know what has transpired. I was told I had to setup another appointment for a new Santorini. I would be credited $200. As Gloria was setting up the appointment, I was told 3 to 4 weeks for next appointment. Then she tells me, "The Santorini is out of stock." NOW I have to wait months possibly.
THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE EXPERIENCE, QUALITY OF WHAT I READ ON THE WEBSITE. I purchase the LINEN Santorini for $1,500+ and have nothing. I have to sleep with no headboard. There goes my special Christmas present. I understand things happen but from the start this has gone wrong. I had to accept this because I have no other mattress. I got rid of knowing this was coming today. PLEASE SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE CONTACT ME WITH A BETTER RESOLUTION THAN $200 credit.

I don’t understand the hype. We purchased a Saatva mattress last year and it has got to be the worst decision we ever made. It has absolutely no support and is worse than the old mattress it replaced. Happy to let it go to whoever wants it, we are buying a new mattress set. Btw I am an ortho surgeon and if you have any back issues this mattress is a huge mistake.

Saatva says you get a 365-night home trial when you purchase a mattress from them. I purchased a mattress and decided it was way too hard and I couldn't sleep on it. I called twice (couldn't get a human) and sent 5 emails in total over the course of two weeks. I used an email tracking app to see if they read the emails... They read all of them but never responded once. Now I am stuck with a bed that I can't sleep on and I'm out $2,000. I definitely learned something by shopping at saatva.com - when shopping for a mattress, never purchase a bed you can't touch first no matter what they 'promise'. Their website says "We’ve built our reputation on being here for you, before and after you make a purchase." That is a complete lie. Buyer beware.

I did a lot of research and came up with Saatva as the best option for me. The purchasing experience was fine, although my wife was sketched out by the people who delivered the mattress. We tried to make the mattress work out for almost a year, but couldn't do it. The mattress is extremely hot. I like a cool sleeping environment, and that was impossible with this mattress. Also, the bounce is significant. You can practically feel your partner breathing. Any movement is magnified and will wake you up if you are a light sleeper. Finally, I tried to return it, but since I purchased prior to their 365 day guarantee (180 when I bought it) they would not honor that trial period and I'm stuck with a hot, uncomfortable, bouncy bed.

I bought a Saatva mattress topper because I needed something that didn't retain heat like my mattress, but didn't have a lot to spend on a new mattress. So I gambled and got their mattress topper because they said it was cooling. It is not cooling. It retains heat so much that I can get out of bed to use the bathroom at night, take about 5 minutes, and come back to the bed retaining the same amount of heat as when I left. Plus it started to dip where I sleep within a few months. I thought it would be sturdier. Really unhappy with my gamble!

The delivery was completed on time, however, the two men delivering the mattress were clearly under the influence of, and smelled strongly of, a substance they had been recently using. They brought it upstairs and their strong smell lingered in my home for what felt like hours. I have now had this mattress a year and a half. It DOES already sag where people sleep, despite rotating it every month and keeping it protected like it says to. The sag is not obvious when you first look at it, but you can definitely feel it when you push on the coils with your hands and when you lay on the mattress. For the insane price, I really thought it would hold up so much better than a mattress from our last one from Walmart, but that is not the case. Save your money and get your new mattress from somewhere else. This one is not worth your hard earned money after 4-5 months of use.

I placed an order for a Saatva Classic Mattress Queen. After a month later, they kept telling me the mattress is already at the delivery company, but they are waiting for other products to be delivered around my area so they can deliver my mattress. That's not going to fly with me. I paid almost $1600 for a mattress and you're going to deliver it when it's convenient for you? Also, every time I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were not available...every time. I had a very bad feeling about this company, so I immediately cancelled the order and will look elsewhere. If you want to wait months to get your mattress, this is the company for you.

I published a one star review for Saatva because 1) the beds kept failing and 2) we were charged $99 to have the mattress, foundation and frame picked up after the third bed failed. I spoke to Rodger from Saatva on the phone and he was very nice and refunded the $99 and made it so we get the refund faster. He apologized for any problems I had and was just very helpful. I feel better about them now but have bought a different brand mattress.

I bought a HD mattress because it is supposed to support 500lbs. I weigh 200lbs less than that so I thought this bed would hold up - wrong. I had to have it replaced because of an indentation and at this point Saatva CS was wonderful, no problems at all getting it replaced. BUT 3 months later I had the same problem where my hips cause an indentation in the bed (side sleeper). This time the CS agent, who was again VERY helpful, replaced everything - mattress, foundation and frame. OK.
Fast forward 3 months and I have the same problem again, an indentation that is hurting my back. So now we call again and the agent had a very different attitude as soon as we told her we wanted our money back. It was like pulling teeth but finally she agreed to refund my money minus the mattress pad I bought and she said I had to pay $99 to have the bed picked up before they'd issue a refund. So I will have no bed for a while until I get the refund and order from somewhere else. I am completely dissatisfied with Saatva.

SAATVA Mattress was soaked in chemicals that caused intoxication, headaches, high blood pressure, dry mouth, watery eyes and runny nose. I went to ER with a 210/76 BP. It also deflates and comes in a box.
We are deeply offended by the harmful mistruths this former customer posted as retaliation for us not buying her a new mattress elsewhere after she returned ours and was fully refunded for it. My wife and I decided to upgrade to new bed mattresses. We opted for two Classic Firm Twin XLs. Our entire ordering process was smooth. The delivery was reasonably fast for made-to-order beds. The phone representatives were friendly, and the delivery personnel were punctual. It was a good experience overall. We enjoyed the beds for the first couple weeks, but noticed they weren't as firm as we'd hoped. Then, after several weeks a noticeable indentation was forming where we typically slept on the mattresses.
As a side sleeper, I had a mild soreness in my hip some mornings, as I believe I was not getting proper support from the mattress where the indentation was. We called Saatva, and they said our only option would be a one-time exchange for different mattresses from them. As grateful as we are that we could exchange the mattress, it was disheartening to hear that we were stuck with the replacement, whether it was an improvement or not.
The exchange process was smooth. Our Luxury Firm mattresses were delivered with the same punctuality and professionalism as the previous order. While we are much happier with our new mattresses (no issues with hip pain so far), it's disappointing that we no longer have our warranty with these replacements when we feel the first set had manufacture defects.

We went to stores and tried other brands and couldn’t find one that felt much better than our old mattress. We hit the point of no return. I went to the internet and reviewed best mattresses of 2021. Saatva was on almost every review. So untested based on reviews we took a chance. I called and spoke to a salesman, he was so helpful. The return policy was very long, which gave me confidence to try it. I knew in one night this was best mattress I ever slept. The mattress is so well made I don’t feel my husband move during the night. I don’t wake up with back pain and I sleep through the night. It’s like I bought a custom made mattress.

I was pretty wary about buying a mattress without trying it out. The first mattress I ordered was a pretty easy delivery. People were on time, with no problems. After a month of sleeping on the mattress (Saatva Classic Plush), I decided I just wasn't happy with the support of it. It was just too soft for me. I sort of expected exchanging it was going to be a huge pain, but boy was I wrong. I have had a harder time returning clothes to a store than I had returning the original mattress. The person on the phone was very helpful and understanding. I purchased a different mattress and had it within a week and a half. I love my Saatva Hybrid Mattress! I searched all over and just could not find the right mattress fit for me. After months of searching and reading all kinds of reviews I came across Saatva and I am so happy I did. It’s like a new love affair with my new mattress. My sleep patterns have adjusted and I now sleep comfortably through the night. I ordered the firm for better back support and after sleeping on it for the first night I thought about exchanging for a softer but after talking with Saatva Customer care, they sent me a free mattress topper that made a huge difference. I also had an issue with my first delivery and they swap it out with no hassle within less than 30 days. This is my first major online purchase and overall from the time of ordering my mattress through the delivery phase my experience has been great. I specifically picked Saavta because of their 180 day test period. My wife and I had so many problems with our Sealy Mattress that we purchased 3 years ago. Our backs were hurting so much. We decided to try out their Flagship mattress and was working fantastic. We started having problems ~ 50 days after. Our backs were hurting like the Sealy ones. We were wondering if the softer version would work. I called their customer service and was able to get our mattress swapped in less than 10 mins. I was so shocked. It was so easy to swap for the softer flagship one. We've been using the new mattress ~ 90 days and we love it. We are totally satisfied with our softer and exuberant about their customer service.

I read reviews on this mattress which looked great and I thought I was going for a cheaper but equal enough option to a Sleep Number… I was wrong. I am having more neck pain and back pain than I did before getting this mattress. Here are some specific issues and my actual honest review:
1. Very noisy. There is an air pump that adjusts the firmness of the mattress and it is very loud. It wakes my partner in the middle of the night if I need to adjust, which you do need to very frequently (see #3). You can hear it throughout the house also.
2. The air pump controls both sides of the bed so you can only use 1 remote at a time.
3. The firmness settings do not stay locked and fluctuate throughout the night. I will set it to my preference and a half an hour later it will be 5-20 points difference. This is very frustrating because even if you find a comfortable setting to fall asleep to, you will wake up uncomfortable multiple times throughout the night because the settings has changed on its own. Fluctuations depend on room temperature, body weight in bed, whether the other side of the bed is being used, etc or just no reason at all. You also cannot save your favorite settings.
4. The outside 6 inches of the mattress slope so it is hard to sleep with a partner in a comfortable position. You can’t sleep very close to the edge of the mattress or you will tilt off the bed.
5. Delivery delays. I was told my mattress would be delivered between 8-15 days. My estimated delivery date was 15 days after purchase. 2 days before the expected delivery date, I was told production was delayed another 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I never received an update and my estimated date of delivery was TBD for days. I called the company to figure out when my mattress would be delivered and I was told I would get a call that week to set up delivery. I never received such call. I had to call back again 3 times after being told a manager would reach out to me and they never did. After threatening to cancel my order, I received a call the next day to set up delivery and they gave me $100 off my order.
In total it took 44 days to get the mattress, well over my expected delivery window. I understand there are shortages and delays in production and deliveries because of Covid but a little transparency, honesty and realistic time frames would make a world of difference. I highly recommend you don’t waste your time with this mattress and splurge for a sleep number instead. This is not a true adjustable mattress and is just a ghetto version of an air mattress that you can inflate and deflate with a remote. I am returning my mattress and have already purchased a sleep number instead.

We recently purchased a Saatva latex hybrid mattress after extensive research online. The experience was flawless from start to finish. The sales representative was attentive and knowledgeable. She made appropriate recommendations and answered all my questions before taking my order. The mattress arrived ahead of schedule. The delivery men were very professional and did a superb job. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this manufacturer to friends and family. Although it is not the most expensive mattress we have ever owned, it is definitely the best. We are sleeping longer and more comfortably. I have a severe back condition, and this bed helps align my back while I sleep, and reduces my pain level. The latex also helps to relieve pressure points. I am very pleased that it is chemical free and made from organic materials.

We originally ordered the Classic “Luxury Firm”. Delivery from order just under 3 weeks. Within a few days my husband felt there was a defect, a bulge in side of mattress. I sent photos to a customer service representative and I was called right away. Kristen was very good, asked a few questions about our sleep history, and suggested we reorder the “Firm” which we did. Again, timely delivery. We are very satisfied with the replacement product and especially the excellent service.

I do like Saatva products and I don't have issues with them as I have purchased them before. The delivery was a nightmare. The order provides tracking details on how the product moves through the factory, not something I care about as I care about when the product is delivered. The track your order button is incorrect as it provides no tracking information. Staff was not very helpful and I could find more information from FedEx than them. The white glove service crew came by without their toolbox and had to borrow my tools which I happened to have. I don't know what they would have done if I didn't have the tool. Quite disappointing overall.

I read the reviews for stomach sleeper and decided to try this mattress out after returning another high-quality mattress. I waited a month before I gave my review. I no longer wake up with hip or shoulder problems. My husband is a side sleeper and he loves this mattress also. Look forward to bedtime and sleep better and longer than I ever have. Side support, motion transfer and comfort are major improvements from last quality mattress we had. I highly recommend this mattress for stomach sleepers. You won’t be disappointed.

Saatva was very good about replacing two mattresses but I still had back pain with the third mattress. Unfortunately they were no help anymore and just said they would come and pick it up. I can’t say that I blame them but wish they could have been more helpful with a solution. They should stipulate they will replace a maximum of two mattresses and not just blanket state they will replace the mattress, no questions asked, if it doesn’t work for you.

Purchased a new king size Plush mattress in late November. Mattress was delivered in a few weeks as promised and the delivery team was very courteous and professional. We have had the mattress for a few months now and it is truly the best mattress we have ever owned. My last mattress was an expensive name brand and lasted about ten years. I have a bad lower back and some arthritis in my shoulders but this mattress helps with both issues as I am a side sleeper to start and then end up on my back. I wake up with a lot less discomfort than my previous mattress. Hopefully it holds up in the long term but for now very pleased with this purchase.

After reading the positive reviews and seeing what I thought was a no risk guarantee, I splurged. Delivery was delayed a bit because of covid, but my mattress finally arrived. It was delivered into my bedroom and my old mattress was carried off, yay! I was anticipating a very comfortable night's sleep. I'd been suffering with hip pain and spent most of the night tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable on my old Ikea mattress. I figured I'd only paid $600 for it, so I thought I'd got what I paid for. Now the Saatva. Thoughts of peaceful dreams, no hip pain. Just a good night's sleep.
I had ordered the middle firmness, mama bear mattress. Not too firm, not too soft. Reviews said it was the best one. At first I thought, well it's a bit firm, but I'll get used to it. It seemed well made. But the more I slept on it the more uncomfortable I got. My hip pain was still there. Again I was tossing and turning. I happened to have a foam mattress top to put on top. That helped, but it still leaves me with a sore back and hip. After all the money I paid, I was expecting a cloud-like experience. Saatva said the mattress is guaranteed against defective manufacturing and the mattress would be replaced and I could keep the old one. Why would I want to keep one I'm not happy with? All in all, it hasn't been the 'best sleep experience ever' for me. I've spent a whole Lotta money on something I can't replace and my hips still hurt.

We were skeptical about purchasing a mattress online that we did not get to try first; however, it turns out this was the BEST purchase we have ever made. This bed is so comfortable, we both had back issues and were waking up every day with our backs being sore and not one night since we have had this bed which has been about 60 days, have either of us woken up sore. I would highly recommend purchasing this mattress to anybody looking for a new comfortable night sleep. I read all the reviews on this purchase before we made it and they truly are accurate and I am so glad we made this purchase. Would definitely buy again.

We spent $2000 for this mattress. The first few months we really liked the mattress. We selected the firm mattress. After about 6 months the mattress firmness decreased significantly. It is now as uncomfortable as a $500 mattress. I hope the company considers adding stronger spring quality/support to keep the firmness of the mattress intact longer than a few months. We are no longer in the return window and stuck with a mattress that is not comfortable.

We have been married 48 yrs and needed a new mattress for quite some time. I shopped the stores by foot and online, Saatva Mattress kept coming up as #1. I did the Saatva mattress test, it suggested the Luxury Firm. During conversation with a family member unknowing they had purchased the Saatva Luxury Firm 1 yr, prior so we went to see and test it. The mattress covering was gorgeous and well made. I called Saatva CRS to confirm all the wonderful info my sister-in-law relayed and read over the online reviews for the 2nd time. It seemed to be a "no brainer" with the 90 day return policy so, I ordered the low profile box spring and low profile mattress in the Firm not Luxury Firm.
Delivery day arrived, 2 great guys, spoke highly of Saatva and also as an employer. First week seemed firmer than expected, I called Saatva CRS, they sent a beautiful topper at no charge to help us ease in the mattress. 4 months have now passed, the memory foam topper has deep indents where our bodies lie and there are slight indents in the mattress with puffiness in the middle. We have been turning the mattress along with the topper from head to foot every month since our 1st night because we are weary. We are not large people, one weighing 150 and the other 145, we are comfortable sleeping on the mattress and hope that it continues to provide the support we need as we age. So far, so good, keeping our fingers crossed....

I waited the amount of time recommended to sleep on the mattress and decided I needed a pillow topper. Saatva sent one. I highly recommend the mattress and the sales staff.

They're trying to rip everybody off. You watch all these videos on Youtube about the mattress and they say how much the mattress costs but when you go to their website it costs significantly more. They try to play the coupon game like you're saving all this money but in reality, the price is jacked way up. Similar to buying a car. I even called them last night to ask why that is and was told they had a price increase. She took my number down and said she would ask the powers that be if she could get me a discount. She calls me back and said sorry they said no. I'm not asking for some employee pricing deal but the pricing shouldn't of gone up that much. She tried to give me some song and dance about they told her cost of goods and blah blah blah. It's foam and string come on. Anyways now you can expect to pay 2000 dollars for an online mattress when you can go to Costco and get one for 700 bucks. I think the choice is pretty clear.

After a bumpy delivery with my mattress Saatva made good for the problem, I ordered the firm California size mattress, I ordered after reading on the website what others ordered for a person with a back problem. The mattress that was sent was very firm in the middle and soft around the perimeter. I had it exchanged, the second one was exactly the same! I again exchanged the mattress for the softer version. I've had my new Saatva mattress for about 3 weeks. I waited to write a review until I had adequate time to evaluate. I've been suffering from lower back pain in the mornings and the new mattress has helped make significant improvement. After 3 months, I am ecstatic with the Zenhaven purchase. Every night I feel like I’m on a cloud. I was looking for an all-Latex mattress to replace our very old Latex mattress. It was difficult to find a 100% latex mattress that was not too firm. Most mattresses these days are made for heavier people and too firm, causing hip pain. I came across the Zenhaven which has a “plush” side for lighter-weight people. At first I thought it was too firm, but several nights in, did not experience any hip pain. The Zenhaven is firm, but has the right amount of “give”.
The fact that the mattress is made of 100% non-toxic components is key. Also not all latex mattresses are made with the luxury and quality of the Zenhaven including side handles. This allowed the delivery people to position the mattress exactly how I wanted it. I am very satisfied with the Zenhaven as well as the very courteous and accommodating delivery men! The benefit of having a 165 pound mattress delivered to your room on the second floor and having the old mattress removed is major plus.

I ordered a Saatva Classic mattress through the website, which was very easy to navigate. I appreciate that Saatva includes warranty information and many other details about their product - I felt confident when I made my final decision to purchase. I liked the ease with which I was able to customize the softness and height of the mattress while ordering online. Because each mattress is made for the individual who ordered it, I did have to wait several weeks to receive mine, however, Saatva customer service kept up with communications, letting me know the status of my order via regular emails.
When it came time to deliver my mattress, the white-glove service was excellent. The dispatcher called me to schedule delivery at my convenience and offered his personal number in the event I needed to make a change. The individuals who delivered and set up my mattress did so quickly and professionally - they were very pleasant and considerate of my household. I would recommend this company, and mattress, to anyone. I am so pleased with my Saatva Classic - I wish I could spend all day in bed! After researching mattresses online and all the brick stores, I was searching for the mattress with the feel of the 5-star hotels in Las Vegas. After reading many positive reviews online about Saatva and their 180-day satisfaction guarantee. I decided to go for it. Was I glad I did! From start to finish the Saatva sales force was impeccable. I ordered the Classic Soft Plush and never slept better in my life. I also ordered the adjustable base which is awesome. The first night I slept on it I almost slept for 12 Hours. I woke up laughing, thinking "wow" I guess I needed that.

I guess I would say if you're looking for that 5-star hotel feel of the Bellagio or DeLano this is definitely the mattress for you. Very comfortable, top quality. Separately had a quarter-sawn oak bookcase style headboard made, eliminates the need for nightstand so no issue with space for a king. Best mattress ever owned. Love the adjustable base as well. Before buying went to the NYC Saatva store to try it out, but maybe I can save you the trip. The price compared with the leading number bed made the decision to purchase easy, by thousands of dollars. Follow-up customer service to answer a couple questions was also excellent.

Kudos to Saatva Mattress' commitment and backing up their words. When the deliverer of the mattress failed to inform us they could not deliver at the appointed date and time and my inquiry to them was not responded to, we shared the information with Saatva customer service. Within an hour Saatva customer service called, informed us they too were unable to get in touch with their deliverer but that they would continue to reach out. They profusely apologized, reiterating that they value their customers and to show that they provided monetary compensation for our inconvenience. They followed up with us once they were able to engage the deliverer and reached out again once a new delivery date and time was established. As a result, we felt valued as a customer; well done Saatva customer service!

After 15 years we decided to buy a new mattress and reviewed many companies. We originally purchased a Puffy Royal, which was like sleeping on a cloud, but it was too soft, and you couldn't sit on the edge of the bed comfortably. After more reviews, we selected a Saatva mattress and base, returning the Puffy. It was also less expensive than the Puffy. The ordering process was simple, status was provided until delivery, and the delivery was right on time and very professional. They set up the bed and made sure it was done to our satisfaction. This Saatva is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. I have spinal stenosis and wake up without back discomfort, which makes my day. My husband loves that he can sit on the edge of the bed and easily put his shoes on. Great company with wonderful customer service and an amazing mattress for a fabulous price. It took months to get our mattress. We kept getting emails saying your mattress will be here in two weeks, then when I would look at the status, it hadn't even been started. Then we'd email. Get another canned response. Get a status update, check the actual status, no changes. It was a continuous circle of the same thing, for months. We thought we would be waiting a month at the most. We threw our bed away and slept on the air mattress for a month after we had waited a month for the bed. I don't mind waiting, when I KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL REALLY BE. Honesty goes A LONG WAY. But this just all seemed very much dishonest and like they just kept saying what they thought we wanted to hear or what they thought would keep us happy. The bed is nice, better than a $4000 memory foam.

Communication, scheduling, setup and support are all non-existent or poor. The bed is good. No idea if I should flip it. I had to buy a new frame for the "warranty" but the delivery guys said the one I had was better and I should use it. So there was $150 waste right there. Contacting the company and getting a person or a straight answer is impossible. I had no post sales contact. If I wanted to return the bed there is no way to do it. I do like the mattress but have no idea of how to maintain it or care for it. White glove service is 2 guys in and out in 5 minutes and do not have any idea about the product. The bed itself is not what I was expecting and am disappointed I chose this company. I would return it if it was possible.

I received mattress after a couple months, received discount for delay in delivery. They setup mattress and removed our old bed. The mattress is very comfortable, easy to sleep on, it is a little more firm, but still good for side sleepers. I got a adjustable base, and makes a huge difference on comfort level, for you can adjust head and foot.

The Classic Queen 11.5 mattress met or exceeded all expectations for quality and comfort. Recent supply chain problems did create an expected shipping delay but this outside of the company's control and understandable. The white glove delivery was much appreciated. The adapters for connecting to a headboard did not exactly fit the adjustable frame I bought with the mattress and I needed to improvise additional hardware to secure it. I would also suggest that the company add handles for the model I bought, which did not have it. The mattress is extremely comfortable and an excellent product.

My elderly mother had to come and live with us temporarily and I needed a bed in her room that was lower than the one we had. I went online to research beds and mattresses and the Saatva met my expectations in every way. It was more expensive than all of the highly-rated foam and box mattresses, but it included set-up and removal of old bedding. This last factor was what ultimately led me to buy Saatva. I wanted to buy another well-known and highly-advertised brand, but they would not remove old bedding because of Covid concerns.
The only glitch that occurred during delivery was that the delivery people did not have my order marked as having my old bed being removed, but they took it anyway. My mother was very pleased with the new bed. She said it was very comfortable and very easy for her to get into. I've slept in it a few times and it is extremely comfortable. I am very pleased with this purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending Saatva.

Ok, I've had an Amerisleep for a while and it was ok but starting to sag and making our backs hurt (in our 50's). In our guest room we bought a purple mattress, which is also good but a little too firm in my opinion, both were delivered in a vacuum-sealed bag and 1/8 or less their actual size, and they are both foldable. Not this one, it may have foam in it but it feels lifts (is rigid enough to lift one side without it folding) and sleeps like a real mattress. I love it. I forgot how much. I actually like a real mattress, there's really no sinking feeling when I lay down, like the others, I'd say it's slightly less firm than the purple (even though at first on the purple you sink a little), but overall the Saatva more supportive if that makes sense. I bought the standard firm, but the extra thick version. Hope this helps you decide (if you ask me if it folds it will not last as well).
I'm very happy with my decision. I watched all the different Youtube reviews (so you don't have to) where they test all mattresses against each other, picked the best overall of those (Dec 2021) not the ones that said how great the model they reviewed was, this is the one that stood out. Also, this mattress was behind the person talking the most, another giveaway that he liked it.

Our old mattress was 10 years old and we knew we had to get a new one so after looking at reviews and a lot of the different companies we eventually chose the Saatva Classic Mattress in King Size. We were not sure if to go with the Plush Soft or Luxury Firm so eventually we went for the firmer one as we have previously gone for a slightly firmer than soft mattress.
After looking at the reviews we did see many that said you may have to wait some weeks to months for it to bed in but this was not the case with us as after our first night we knew we had purchased the correct one. We purchased our mattress in early Jan 2022 and it was delivered within the time frame they gave us and we are very happy with our purchase.

The wait for the mattress was too long. When it arrived, the box spring has a cover on the bottom to hide being exposed, it was ripped up on one corner. The mattress itself was overpriced for the comfort level I received. It's not very confutable, but I can't sent it back because I have no help to lift the mattress. It's heavier than I am. The company will take it back as long as you pay another fee for the pick up and ship it. It was already way overpriced to begin with. Part of Saatva's guarantee is they should pick it up and replace it with what's compatible with your sleeping needs. I'm a side sleeper and I wake up sore every day on this mattress. It is not worth the sticker price. I'm really not satisfied with this purchase. I do a ton of online shopping and it is rare that I'm unhappy with a purchase and I give review on everything.

Ordered the mattress. Things were going great until they assigned the delivery company. Delivery company keeps calling my work number after hours. I call them back and just get answering machine. Nobody answers their phone during business hours or after hours. I left four messages with my other number and my name to call me back. They don't call me. I call their customer service number like it says if you have a problem and the women is actually laughing at me while I am on the phone explaining to her. I can't comment on the product but so far find the people that work here to be rude, I would not recommend them at all.

All aspects of working with Saatva have been excellent. I was skeptical of their '180 nights to try your Saatva mattress in the comfort of home' policy. However, I did need to swap my firmer mattress out for a softer one and the exchange process was extremely easy. I am also impressed that they just don't throw the swapped mattresses in the trash, but rather donate to veterans' shelters. When I need to replace another mattress, I will be coming back!

We bought our mattresses from Saatva almost 6 months ago. We love them, so comfortable - supportive and plush at the same time. I prefer a firm mattress, and my husband prefers something softer, and we both are happy. Customer service was great - I had to call at some point, and the gentleman I spoke with took such good care of us. We never heard of this company before, but we were in the market for a new mattress & were not thrilled by the sleep by number bed we had for years. This was not a cheap product but what was contained in the fill was important to us as we both have bad backs & didn't care for the memory foam or the old-fashioned springs. The quality is superb. It absorbs movement and maintains firmness and we have been very happy for the past year. Delivery was prompt. The deliverymen called and confirmed before they arrived, placed the mattress properly in the bedroom and removed all detritus. We are very happy with our purchase.

Bought for my son 6'3 350lbs. Big guy in other words. The support yet comfort of this mattress is amazing...like magic. My son floats in soft, cloudy comfort yet with no sagging. I really cannot figure out how Saatva can give such superior support with just the same amount of soft comfort. I am thinking of getting same mattress for myself. First let me say that my mattress is great. Saatva service was not as advertised. First they sent me the wrong size mattress. That left me with no mattress as the delivery people ruined my previous Sleep Number bed. No rush was made to get me the right mattress and communication was poor. It seems that nobody at Saatva knew what was going on. When the mattress arrived to the delivery company it sat there for more than a week because they didn't know what to do with it. It took three calls before I could get Saatva to track it down. When it finally arrived they refused to take away my old mattress because they don't take away Sleep Number mattresses. I cannot recommend Saatva because their service is so poor. Sleep Number owners should especially be aware.

We bought our Saatva mattress in 2017. It was the luxury firm. It was wonderful for us at the time. I called Saatva in 2021 to ask if they could suggest something to make the mattress less firm (medical reasons). They sent us a beautiful mattress topper without charge. It still was too firm and I wonder if they could suggest anything. The company immediately offered to send us the plush soft with very minimum costs ( less than $400 for a king size replacement). We couldn’t be more delighted with the efficiency and very helpful customer service. We love the softer mattress and I couldn’t recommend the company more highly. The people who delivered the mattress were very nice as well. It made our experience with Saatva so pleasant and we are delighted.

I'm 73 years old, 240 lbs, with an arthritic back. My search for a mattress that specialized in help with back problems led me to Saatva. After much time spent in their chat room I was guided to the Saatva Classic (Firm). I can't wait to jump into bed at night. We have the mattress around 5 months and rotated it at 3 months. A very minor issue; their delivery people were not great. I had a stain on my old mattress so "free removal" was not possible they said but for $40 they'd take it. However the product itself is 5 stars.

We were happy with the service from SAATVA Mattress company but the mattress was not a good fit for us. We are both over 250 pounds and the mattress sinks in leaving a hump in the middle. When researching mattresses, this one was recommended for heavier people. We are still in search of a mattress that can hold heavier people.

Everyone I have spoken to or dealt with has been polite, articulate and kind - and this includes the delivery company. I am very impressed. Customer service solved an issue early on, when it looked like, because of where we live, we could not get the mattress delivered. We were kept informed the entire way about the progress of the mattress, from its build to the delivery plan. The delivery company was absolutely fantastic, as well. I'm very pleased with the service, from start to finish.
The mattress itself is beautiful, and clearly well made, though I don't know that it will solve our problem, which is that we both have terrible, ruined shoulders. This is the second mattress we have tried in the past three months. I am confident that if this one does not work for us, the company will be as professional with the return as it was with the sale.

I’m not entirely happy with the mattress considering what I paid for it. It has a tendency to sink in after a while sleeping on it. I have had to rotate it three times in the six months that I have had it.

I had been looking for a full support mattress for my bad back and kept seeing their ad on TV, so I decided to investigate. I'm glad I did. Deciding, ordering, delivery and setup were a breeze. Have been sleeping so much better! I had a question about its use on an adjustable bed frame before I bought it so I sent an e-mail and got an immediate response that the two were compatible. I have needed a new mattress and box springs for some time, and I was hesitant to buy without seeing the product. But, I read the reviews and found that Saatva was highly rated and has a great return policy, There were a few negative reviews, but even those customers seemed able to return their mattress. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I loved the new mattress. It is very comfortable. I called the customer service number and after answering a few questions, and learning about their mattresses, I chose the Queen Luxury Firm mattress. I like a softer mattress and my husband likes a firmer one. He is also a very warm sleeper and this mattress is cooler than a foam or soft mattress. I also bought the waterproof mattress protector and the Talay mattress pad.
Due to an unexpected medical emergency, my daughter briefly was bedridden, and she used the mattress pad for a couple of months and we had to remove her box springs due to the bed height and she used the Talay mattress pad as it greatly increased her comfort. I loved the mattress without the mattress pad, and find that it is even better with it. It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever had, and I have always bought good mattresses. The entire experience was easy. Delivery and set up was easy. I didn't have to do anything. The mattress protector and mattress pad are of very high quality. Although I was prepared to pay for the items outright, they offered an easy, no interest repayment plan that took advantage of. I would highly recommend this product and this company.

We received our mattress two weeks ago and are still finding our way through the comfort settings. The setup itself went well and, at the time, we had no questions. However, when we tried inflating the mattresses it would not fill. After several online conversations with their help, to no avail. We opened up the air chamber to find the factory assembled the air hoses in reverse. Problem solved. We have 2 mattresses and the error was repeated in the second. We notified Saatva and apologized and promised to look into it. Otherwise, we are quite pleased with their service and, so far, with the products.

We ordered the Saatva Classic Mattress, Queen: 11.5" Luxury Firm… (after much research) it was too firm but instead of returning the mattress we were told or persuaded the mattress topper would help soften the mattress. So we paid an additional $400 (may have been a special price to motivate us to buy the topper). We got the gel-topper and yes it did soften the mattress… but now (less than a year) the topper has indentations in it where my wife and I sleep. You know what I’m talking about… like a full bodied rut were you sleeping on this magic gel topper that was $400! We have experienced this rut problem with other foam mattresses. So my idea was “will the rut go away if you let it expand for a few days” which means you sleep somewhere else for a few nights… nope… the expansion didn’t work… (you’re stuck with the rut)… which means not a lot of support left in the rut and why did we buy the Saatva SUPPORT!

I had several talks with Roger at Saatva where we tried to determine the reasons why I was not sleeping comfortably on my mattress. I originally thought that body impressions in the mattress were bothering me on the 3-month-old mattress. However, when I stripped the bedding off, I could see that there were no impressions at all! I will also review the platform that the Saatva is placed on since the problem may be there. I’ve slept on a similar Saatva many times at my niece’s home, and it was always very comfortable.
Roger has given me a variety of ideas and generous offers from the company. He is very friendly and helpful, and ready to implement whatever option I would like. He included replacing my mattress with a new one or even letting me return the mattress as it is. He gave me a lot of good input that I will consider during the next few weeks. All in all, I have had a very good experience with Saatva. They responded quickly, took my concerns seriously, and treated me very well. I know they will support any solution I finally decide to pursue. They have been flexible and patient, giving me plenty of time to make a final decision.

We ordered this Saatva to replace a 9 month old BeautyRest bought from Mattress Firm. It had never been comfortable, developed valleys and even a foam mattress topper could not make it feel good. Based on reviews, we took a chance on the Saatva. This mattress is definitely more comfortable, but it, too, has developed valleys after a couple of months. Each of us weighs under 135 pounds. Not sure if this problem is widespread in the mattress industry. Nonetheless, we had hoped for better.

My experience has been that Saatva's customer service is BETTER than the written policy. When calling Saatva, the Customer Service Representative took time to really hear and understand the situation. I placed my order for a Saatva Solaire with articulating base back in January of 2021. Unfortunately it took forever to deliver. Once it did the warehouse sent the wrong size bases. I ordered a split King bed with 2 individual bases. What was delivered were 2 twin bases that would not fit. Those bases were beyond heavy, making it very difficult to make the bed or move it for cleaning. I returned those and purchased my bases elsewhere that were delivered within a week.
I LOVE my Saatva Solaire (Air) Mattress! The most comfortable night's sleep I've ever had and using the base to tilt my head or feet came in handy when I got sick with Covid and could not breathe through my nose. Yes the purchase was excruciating, took forever, had bumps in the road but in the end was worth the wait. I'm finally sleeping better and don't wake up hurting everywhere!

Update: Following the receipt of the Consumer Affairs survey I was proactively contacted by Saatva. I did not expect the level of service or determination to make me satisfied with my purchase. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and direction Saatva undertook to satisfy me. Service and responsiveness earns five stars. As for pillow a top design and its tendency to wear in/deflect in the area where you sleep is something I’m going to have to visually live with. This product sleeps well, so my blended overall rating is 4.5 stars.

Thought I was buying the be all end all mattress, not the case. 1st there was absolutely Zero post delivery customer follow-up. No paperwork, care instructions, not a thing. The product sleeps well and seems to be well made. I would not buy it again and in fact I’m thinking about a replacement. The problem, (as they describe in the business) is “deflection”. The area in which supports your body sinks and creates a trough. I find this extremely unsightly. The product does not support a smartly made bed look.

I ordered the extra plush mattress (can't remember if that is what they call it because it has been some time now). After several weeks, I kept getting delay texts. Finally, after about 3 months, I checked in with them to inquire the status & was told that it would be going into production the following week. The next day, I received a call from a local delivery company to schedule my delivery for the following day. How could that be if it wasn't even made? So they delivered, set up, & we got ready for a wonderful night's sleep. Didn't happen. Mattress was uncomfortable & hard for both my husband & me.
The next day, we put a Tempur-Pedic Topper on top of the Saavta. I don't believe, we actually received the Plush Mattress that we had ordered. There was no identification so I could not confirm. Also, the mattress is smaller than a normal Queen size, especially in length. I measured & it is about 2" shorter in length. We now have a big open gap at the bottom of our bed frame that was not there before, with our old mattress. We have received no communication from the Company since & just chose to live with it. If this is the Plush Mattress, then I can't recommend it at all.
All in all, we cannot sleep directly on what we received due to the hardness. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend. To be fair, I haven't contacted the Company about this because I didn't have any information to be able to prove my case. No identifying info on the mattress or shipping receipt to indicate what exactly I had received. At this point, our old mattress was gone & we just made the best of it. The Saatva makes a good foundation for the Tempur-Pedic but absolutely not comfortable on its own.

I have hip issues, bad knees, need support. When we ordered the firm, was shocked to see they meant it - it’s FIRM. We ended up with a different option - the latex hybrid choice that the customer service person picked for us - and I’ve never been in a more comfortable bed. I wholeheartedly recommend this bed. Ps, We are still paying off our horrific Tempur-Pedic :(. But I couldn’t wait, due to pain. Now…our Saatva latex hybrid is so comfortable I can’t stay on my phone at night. I’m asleep the second my head hits the pillow. Get this bed, you won’t regret it and if you do the return/exchange policy is epic. Yeah $100. Who cares! Finding the right bed will change your life. Living without pain is worth everything. Go for the latex hybrid.

I read a lot of mattress reviews online before deciding on Saatva, who was top-rated everywhere. We ordered two firm mattresses. One King. One Queen. Within a few weeks, the mattress were totally lumpy. We are average-sized people, neither one of us overweight, or tall. Saatva replaced the mattresses with two new Saatvas. Same results. Lump city. If you want a soft, lumpy-type mattress you might be happy. However, we ordered firm and expected them to stay that way.

We had the opportunity to stay in a number of 5 Star Resorts around the world. Several of these offered mattresses of extremely fine comfort. Looking at the various manufacturing labels, it surprised us to find Saatva. This is a company with which we were not familiar. Went on-line, checked out the website, read the reviews, contacted their customer service and ended up placing an order for their Classic King, Luxury Firm Mattress. Best sleep of our lives. That was 10 years ago. I am over 6 feet and 200 pounds. My Wife is 5'6" and 135 pounds. We do not disturb each other moving around the mattress.
Three years ago, we moved to our forever home in The Villages, FL. The moving company destroyed our Saatva by bending it in half. It recovered to a degree but was never the same. I called Saatva to order a new mattress as a replacement. They saw that we had a previous order and inquired if this was a new mattress order for another bed. I told them the story of the moving company. The Customer Service Representative said our 15-year warranty was still in force.
I explained the damage was not due to faulty construction but to an outside vendor. She said it did not matter, it was our warranty. They provided a new Classic King Luxury Firm Mattress at half price (remaining warranty), provided the same White Glove Service (in-home delivery, old mattress removal at no charge) and full new 15 - year warranty. From the moment I researched a California king mattress about seven years ago, and called Saatva...the service staff has been professional, well trained, courteous and informative. I have ended up buying from Saatva for a second room as well. This professionalism is not just on one or two phone calls. It is consistent across every Saatva operator I have spoken to you over the last seven or so years. They truly listen. They respond accordingly to your needs both medical and comfort wise. They understand that not only is a mattress a big investment financially for most people, but it is also a part of your life for years to come and may even be the reason you feel good or poor on a daily basis.
Their operators will not just try to sell, but will look at the way that you sleep, your preferences for comfort, and suggest the best mattress for you. Moreover, They will switch out the mattress if it's not a fit. That is the most special part. There is a small fee to do that, but it is minimal compared to paying twice as much for a mattress so that you can pay for the vendor's brick and mortar overhead. In a world where polite and fair customer service seems to be obsolete... I have the utmost respect for this company and its salespeople. Oh, and the flagship luxury mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. :)

We chose Saatva in part because we are old and needed delivery that would take the old mattress and box spring away and set up the new base (then our bed skirt and two full body length foam wedges to elevate the head for GERD) and Saatva hybrid queen size mattress. Although they had surgical masks, they cheerfully donned the N95 masks we gave them, and were both friendly and efficient. Delivery was surprisingly quick, despite tight stairs in our 1894 home.
Having spent one night so far on what will likely be our last mattress, we are delighted with our sight unseen purchase. I never imagined buying a mattress I hadn't tried, but it's great. The latex layer is soft enough that I can sleep on my side without making my hip bone area sore. But it's not as soft as the soft latex wedge I had been using which was like wallowing, nor creepy like memory foam. It is, as Goldilocks said, just right! The edge is indeed firm, which reviews had noted and which is important to me. My husband pronounced the Saatva "comfortable." That's high praise!

I was a bit apprehensive at how long it took to receive the bed, plus, how everything was just delivered and not put together for me. Then, as I opened the box, it was that easy. I’ve never experienced slumber like this before. I never have a problem drifting to sleep. Once I lay down, when I awaken, it’s another day. Sometimes, it’s not the next day, but another day. The features are intergalactic. To change the bed form at the press of a button. To accommodate the comfort level or position at a button is insanely genius. Thing is, I have the twin xl. If I had a larger bed, it’d be impossible to keep me out of it. Whoever drafted and devised this bed, should be a multi-billionaire. I want to get one for my mom, aunt, uncle, and cousin. They are a bit pricey, so, not so fast with that. However, it’s the most worthwhile purchase I’ve ever made! PERIOD!

We are on week 2 of our new luxury firm classic mattress by Saatva and we both love it. Good firmness (it doesn’t feel like it’s going to collapse in a month like our Simmons Beautyrest did) and we are both getting a good night's sleep without waking with back pain. I visited the Saatva showroom in San Francisco because I was shopping for a bed which allowed me to sleep cooler than the pillow top mattress I had. My partner and I have gone through four mattresses in fifteen years, with the addition of various mattress pads, toppers, etc. to try to come up with a solution that would work for us both. Finally, we decided to get the Saatva Solaire so we could set the firmness for our own sides, and it works beautifully. We are both finally comfortable, and I can incrementally adjust my side to accommodate for both my back and hip pain. It's great to be able to tweak the firmness of your half of a mattress, rather than trying to settle for a middle ground that would work for us both. There are other brands out there that allow you to do this, but after reading reviews for many of the available options, I felt Saatva would be the best bet based on the quality of their mattress construction. A month+ in, and my partner and I are both satisfied.

After researching “best mattresses “onlines and in stores, made Saatva purchase online. Purchase was easy on their website, went as set up. Mattress is as described on the Saatva website. The Luxury Firm I purchased took a few nights to get adjusted to, now I have slept very soundly. The white glove delivery exceeded expectations. Set the firm date 10 days ahead of time, reconfirmed with me 2 days ahead of set date. Date of delivery, the delivery team gave a call stating they would be here in 30 minutes, they were. I found Saatva while doing a Google search for new mattresses. I ordered multiple mattresses and every one of them are made from quality material and their warranty is better than any mattress I have ever purchased. There was never a need to break the mattresses in, they were so comfortable the very first night of sleeping on them.
With the success of the wonderful mattresses I was visiting with Gloria (the most AWESOME and friendly salesperson) and I asked her about Saatva’s sheets and pillows and she guided me to the best sheets and pillows. I have received so many compliments on all the bedding that I have started giving sheets as gifts. One of my family members have said “the sheets are a game changer for her”. The mattress, mattress pad, and bed frame we bought from Saatva are exactly as shown in the website photos and the description is quite accurate. There was a slight delay in delivery because of supply chain issues, but we were kept informed. The company they contract with to deliver and set up was excellent. The set-up guys were respectful, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. Bed set up, boxes and other packaging removed in 15 minutes. The mattress is very comfortable and the bed looks really great in our bedroom. The bed frame looked very well made and sturdy. No defects in the bed or the mattress.

I was skeptical about ordering a mattress over the internet but we have been extremely happy. We previously had a Tempur-pedic mattress. The mattress was delivered and set up as promised. I was experiencing low back pain and since we have been sleeping on the Saatva mattress, I have had no pain. Seriously recommend this mattress and company!
