Great experience so far. Only suggestion is to add a column to the order recapping the total thickness off the floor, in my case 7 + 14.5 + 4.5 = 26 inches, for the mathematically challenged.

I received a call confirming what I ordered within 24 hours after I placed the order. Kanella was very polite and clear on what to expect as far as receiving a call from 2 to 3 weeks to set up my delivery.

So far so good. Ordering was easy and fast. I like that you remind the customer to measure the bed and foundation for accuracy. You don't want to end up with a bed that sits too low or high for the frame you already have. Received a call the next day after ordering and that was on a Saturday.

Although I have not yet received my Saatva mattress, I have had no problems going through the process of ordering the mattress. This company has been highly recommended from other customers I know and based on my experience so far, I can do the same.

Brent was nice, told me what I needed to do - everything worked. I guess the bed has been ordered and all will go well. I ordered online and someone was more than willing to chat and it was nice.

Saatva gave me excellent customer service when I ordered my mattress and has continued to do so through the process of confirming the order both by phone and email and thanking me for my business. The company makes sure you understand all phases of the process. This includes the time it will take to deliver the product to you, complete delivery day instructions, plus a full disclosure of their "trial period" and refund policies. You know right off what to expect, no surprises! I have not yet received my mattress, but if the kind of service so far is any indication of what's to come, I'm sure that I will be extremely satisfied with my experience of doing business with Saatva!

So far this mattress buying process has been a breeze. I am very excited to receive the mattress even though the feel is a mystery but that is okay because the customer service policy sounds wonderful. Looking forward for the new mattress!!!

Delivery was made very timely which was great. Hiccups included: 1. Delivery company called to let me know that I had an Ikea delivery on the way which added a lot of confusion. I ended up reaching out to my Amex to make sure I did not have a fraud event. 2. When I requested the name of who the delivery was for I was told XPO. 3. When I asked if they would be building the bed frame they said they had no instructions to build the bed but would be more than happy to build. They did build the bed but the instruction on the paper indicated that they should be. It seemed like the delivery guys which were very nice had very bad instructions. 4. Bed frame had a small tear in the plastic so the edge was dirty.

I am anxiously awaiting the delivery of our new bed! I did a great deal of research regarding mattresses and I believe that Saatva was a great choice!

The person who took my order was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. It was a little strange to be perusing the website and have someone log in to chat with me (I'm 64 and not always comfortable with technology) but I did find the online chat to be helpful. All in all my experience has been very positive. I'm drawn to USA made products, companies that take care of their employees, and are socially and environmentally responsible.

I was very nervous about ordering such an important thing as a mattress online that I couldn't try out in person. However, Saatva's reviews and excellent return policy calmed my fears. Mattress shopping at one of the big stores is such a scam, you try tons of different beds but are never quite sure you're picking the right one and then there is the price game. "One day only sale", holiday sale etc. blah blah blah. Saatva's got excellent service, super fast delivery and a GREAT mattress at an excellent price. We just ordered a Luxury Firm Mattress and Foundation yesterday. Today we received a follow-up call from Saatva to verify our order. We are impressed with the ease of placing an order. The representative answered all of my questions and we are anxiously awaiting the delivery of our new Saatva mattress!

The ease of ordering online is great. I placed my order online myself and chatted with someone named Cory and would have expected a little fjord friendly and when asked a question there was a long delay and really short with answers. Saatva is rated really high and have read a lot of great comments about saatva. I have purchased so many mattresses and I pray that this is it. I just ordered the mattress yesterday and can't wait to sleep on it to see how it feels. We will see.

Very helpful customer service. I thought we'd need a box spring for our new mattress, but we have a low platform bed. It turned out that we could put the mattress directly on the slats and preserve the look of the bed and antique Chinese headboard as they are. Rather than trying to sell us something we didn't need, which would have created aesthetic difficulties, we were helped to make a practical decision. Less profit for the company meant a better deal for us in all ways! Great company.

So far I am pleased with the customer service provided with selecting and ordering the bed.

While I wish Saatva would charge less than $99 for shipping the mattress only and not the box springs, I'm happy with everything else. All customer service persons have been courteous and professional. I'm excited to receive and sleep on the plush mattress (top only).

I just ordered my mattress and foundation with complete confidence. Alex and Charlie were patient with me as I struggled with buying a mattress online. The experience with Saatva has been mostly good so far. People have been friendly and helpful. One small ding is that in the online chat it took a long time to get responses (several minutes), but the person did apologize and say he was sorry and had thought he had sent a response already. The other small ding is that the online chat didn't help me decide between plush or regular very well. Something to the effect of "plush is soft but not too soft". It wasn't a very helpful comment and no additional guidance was given.

Just placed my order so I can't speak to the quality of the mattress itself; however, I can speak to the professionalism and kindness in which my order has been processed. Thank you for being a company that hasn't lost the art of "kindness." My family is hoping I'll finally get a better night's sleep so I can wake up and be "nicer" too...haha.

I placed an order on a Sunday and then started to 2nd guess myself on the height of the box springs so I sent an email and within 48 hours they called our home and my husband was able to request the change in our order. The cust. service person assured him that this would not be a problem. A few hours later I received an updated order confirmation. That's what I like to see in cust. service.

I love the Saatva mattresses. This is the 3rd time I'm ordering from you! I actually found the person who online chatted with me unhelpful. When I asked about opinions on mattress and foundation sizes he was extremely non committal saying that I have to decide what I want. Finally I asked him about bed skirts and he said I would need the 8". If he had said that if I'm going to use a bed skirt he would recommend the 8" as opposed to the 4" it would have saved me the trouble of researching it on my own and possibly making a mistake. I told him my ultimate dimensions so there wasn't a lot of choice but I almost ordered the bigger mattress and smaller foundation. I would have been very angry when I found it didn't work with my sheets. Your website was MUCH more helpful than this guy.

It is still very early in the ordering process. Yesterday, July 28, 2015, Saatva called me to confirm the order. That is as far as we are in the ordering process. I received a courteous and friendly phone call letting me know that a factory fresh mattress will be delivered and set up in my home in 9-18 days. They also said that I should expect a phone call within that time frame to schedule the delivery.

The person I placed the order with over the phone was very pleasant, professional and answered the questions I had very thoroughly.

Easy purchase. After purchased online, a Saatva representative called to thank me and make sure the measurements were what I really wanted. Arrived within a week. Delivery not a problem. When the company cancelled the first delivery they made sure I would get the mattress the following day after I got out of work. They actually did their best to work around my schedule. First night was very uncomfortable. Hardly slept, bed felt too firm. I called Saatva the next day and asked if I could exchange for the plush. The man said absolutely if that's what I wanted but did talk me into giving it time as the coils are stiff since the bed has never been sat or slept on. Makes sense.

Exceptional - the ability to easily access online help, the person on the other end of the phone regarding the height of the frame was very helpful and you feel like someone is personally creating your mattress with the care that a grandmother would put into knitting a sweater for her first grandchild... I would assume... I don't knit :)

All experiences so far have been favorable. I cannot comment beyond this point, not having received and tried the mattress. I am impressed by the follow-up by Saatva in confirming the order and describing the next steps in the process of delivery. Purchase of an expensive item sight unseen is not something I'd ordinarily recommend, but thus far the process has been positive.

The ordering process has been excellent so far. High expectations were set and met. Saatva said they would call to confirm and they did.

So far so good. Was told delivery would be in 5-12 days. Received call the day after ordering and was told delivery could be as soon as two days after order was placed! Unfortunately, it was too soon for us!

When I called to ask questions about the company Saatva and also the product they sell, the sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the company and the product they sell. He was very polite when he took the information when I decided to place my order. The next day, I came in for lunch and had a phone message from Amy confirming my order. In the message, she asked if I was sure I wanted the 14 1/2 inch mattress because it would make the total height of the bed a little over 30 inches. Before returning her call, I measured my present bed and it was 27 inches. Then I returned her call and thanked her for mentioning the height of the bed.

So far we have had a great experience. We ordered 2 mattresses yesterday and received a phone call today. The ordering process was really easy compared to store shopping. The options were easy to work through and the process was simple. We like the pricing and are looking forward to getting and using our new mattresses.

I have no comments on the product having not yet received it. I appreciate the ease of the purchase process and follow up call. Bottom line for me will be the quality of my purchase. The experience at this point is irrelevant.

We had a narrow time frame for delivery and Saatva granted our Saturday delivery request, even though we ordered the mattress only the Sunday before that Saturday.

I haven't gotten the bed yet. However, I was looking for a bed back in February and found your company online. I was tired of paying twice as much or more for poor quality and bad service and equally bad impact on the environment. I am happy to have found you guys and look forward to my first nights sleep!

However, I'm glad I ordered on the phone since the person I spoke with told me the 14.5" mattress required deep pocket sheets (I don't think this is mentioned on the website). I'm still waiting for the delivery company to call but it's only been 2 business days, so fingers crossed they call soon. Looking forward to my new mattress!

Amazing! I am 66 years in life and can honestly say that I have not seen or received such good service in more than 20 years. Each staff member that I have spoken with has treated me as though I am their ONLY customer. They are knowledgeable and customer oriented. I received a call on the day after placing the order to confirm, just like you said you would. After lying on several mattresses in a show room last week my husband and I walked away a bit dazzled and confused. One thing was clear, we didn't want a memory foam mattress due to the heat. Getting a spring/coil mattress was the way to go which lead us to your website and subsequently our order. We are looking forward to our new mattress and a better night's sleep.

We just ordered our mattress and I appreciate the quick follow-up. However, I won't have much of an opinion about Saatva's customer service until it comes to taking delivery of the mattress. In theory, the mattress will be delivered sometime in the next couple of weeks, which seems like a reasonable time frame. Hopefully, all will go smoothly with the delivery and that we'll be thrilled with our new bed.

At first I was extremely happy and pleased with the Saatva service. The customer service rep was very friendly and everything was being handled in a timely manner. However, now that I wait for my delivery, I feel a bit out of the loop. I haven't been updated on my order or expected delivery date. My order is supposed to come 2-8 days from the time of purchase, so I should be getting my mattress either today or tomorrow. But no one has called to schedule anything or let me know the status, so I feel as if I don't know what to expect or how to plan out my time.

This far I have had a follow-up call and emails outlining the order and expected timeline. So far, so good!

My experience with ordering our mattress online was so easy! Within two short days the delivery company was reaching out to me to set up a time for delivery. Excellent customer service and one, if not the best I've ever had in dealing with a company!

We have purchased several mattresses in our 29 years of marriage and as most of you know, this is probably the one experience that can cause a divorce faster than ALMOST anything!! It is never as it seems in the showroom and once they have your money, customer service is out the door right behind you as well as any warranty they claim. The representative spent more than half an hour listening to my concerns, medical problems and expectations for a better, more restful sleep and a hope to wake up without back pain and stiff muscles. He advised me to purchase Luxury firm mattress and I did. It was promptly delivered yesterday and this morning I feel like a new person. I had a friend recommend the Saatva Mattress, so I knew about the quality, comfort and back support this product provides. I got a wealth of information from your website from the recommendations, videos and FAQs there. I confirmed some things on an online chat. The next day I put in my order online. This shop at home experience is so much better than going to mattress stores and dealing with sales people in the store.

I am not a huge fan of ordering online. Saatva Mattress Company may very well change my opinion of that. The information they had on their website was highly informative. Let's be honest, it's hard to be proficient at something that you only need to do every 10 years. I received an order confirmation over the telephone, and a confirmation via email and feel highly confident that I have made a fantastic choice. If you consider not lying down on a bed for 5-10 minutes as a negative, then this is not the right choice for you. Insert sarcasm here. However, I'm quite confident that if you need a new mattress, any 5-10 minute experience is a moot point. I am so very excited for my new mattress to arrive, I cannot sleep! No wait, my old mattress plays a part in that too! Lol
