I have been very impressed by the low-key approach. I never felt pressured but always felt respected. Each person I interacted with on the phone and via chat was knowledgeable and courteous. If the product matches the service then I'll will have no problem recommending this company.

I received a voicemail from Amy providing details about our order. She confirmed the size (King) and the height of the mattress and box spring. She also recommended using a tape measure to check the height from the floor to the top of the mattress. We had already done this but I appreciate her thoroughness. We hope the rest of the process is as smooth.

So far our experience has been most excellent. Your website is easy to navigate. Sunday, when we called to place the order, we had a friendly, efficient worker (Samantha, maybe?). Today (Tuesday), Brent called and talked to my wife, Deanie. He was very pleasant, and let us know what timeframe we could expect. He also made sure everything on the order was just as we wanted it. It was. So, it's full speed ahead. By the way, I asked Sunday where our mattress was being made. Greenville, SC! That's only about 45 minutes away from here! I'm excited that we're supporting USA made material, and locally at that.

I have put off mattress shopping for years. The thought of entering a brick and mortar store and making a decision made my skin crawl. I made it in one store, then I remembered hearing a mattress company advertising on my favorite podcast. I relistened and visited Saatva's website right away. It was an attractive site without all the busy graphics I'd seen on other sites. A friend shared a site that compared online brands and Saatva was highly rated so I decided to go for it. It's been a very pleasant process so far, can wait to report back in a couple of weeks when my mattress arrives and I get a good night of sleep!

I am more than pleased. I have not yet received the mattress but everything has worked out fine. I am anticipating that the new Saatva mattress will transform my sleeping life. Currently, I am very stiff and sore when I wake in the morning. It is a Sleep Number mattress, albeit about 15 yrs old. I am really looking forward to my new Saatva mattress.

I had ordered a mattress for a home in Winston a couple of months ago. Love it so much. Bought one for my home in Cary. I sleep so well on it. I'm replacing a Sleep Number bed with Saatva. I also wanted a bed with no chemicals in it and this is the one I found on the web, so I took a chance and ordered the first one then ordered the 2nd. I will continue to share my experience with friends and neighbors and highly recommend a Saatva mattress. And the bonus! I could not be more satisfied with my Saatva experience ordering my mattress. After placing the order on 8/13, we received a phone call saying the order had been placed and that the mattress could be delivered the following week. The delivery date was set for Tuesday 8/18 and that we would receive a phone call to set up a delivery time the day before (Monday 8/17). Late Monday arrived and no phone call. We called to check on this and were told that there had been some mix-up and that our mattress would not be delivered on Tuesday. A short time later we received a phone call and were told that yes, we were right, and that our mattress would be delivered on Tuesday (8/18) and that we would receive a phone call to set up the time. Monday came and went and now it is Tuesday morning and still no phone call. Honestly, we don't know for sure if or when your mattress will be delivered.

So far excellent. Just ordered mattress and response from agents has been excellent. Can't wait for mattress to arrive.

The order process online was very easy. However, the delivery process has been terrible. An automatic phone call very late at night (7:30pm) let me know that the delivery was going to be next day in a specific window hours. No chance to respond or provide input on the window hours. I called back but it was too late. Customer service for the delivery is very rude and unfriendly. Needed to call back the following day. Called 9am, the truck was already loaded and gone. Again, rude customer service representative. Need to rescheduled. Rescheduled. Both boxes came dirty. I sent them back. I have the new mattress, don't have the boxes. Not happy at all. You need to review the whole process, not just sales. Open to provide additional feedback if needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by an earlier than anticipated delivery date. The delivery team was so careful and courteous in the removal and installation of the new bed. What a great team of delivery people. It is very much appreciated. I was surprised that there was very little odor when the mattress and foundation was removed from their plastic bags. By the time I made up the bed, there was no odor at all. EXCELLENT!!! Then, on to my first night on the mattress. I barely moved, and I am typically a very restless sleeper. It was perfect. I am so thrilled. I wake well-rested and without hip and shoulder pain that have been a problem in the past year. I was thrilled and would recommend Saatva!

Ordered the mattress on 7/12/2015. Not available for delivery until 8/13/2015. Saatva credited $50 back to my credit card. I have slept on the mattress for four nights. I awake with back pain each morning. I am going to give it time but so far things are not working out real well.

Thus far, this company is awesome and I would highly recommend them. They have stayed in touch regarding the status of my order and I look forward to receiving our new mattress!

This is a tricky review. I've held off on making my complaint public, but I feel guilty about keeping quiet. We bought a Saatva, based on all of the positive reviews. Bought the mattress and box springs. It has a very substantial pillow-top puffiness, which looks like it should be very comfortable. But very quickly, body indents where we both sleep seemed to indicate a bad pattern (if you've ever had a mattress wear out, you know where this is leading -- to hammock style sleeping). I called the company. They said this is normal and the whole thing will even out. OK... We got busy with life. The mattress got even deeper indents. Except that now it's past time for the return window. So I'm resigned to feeling like ** every morning until someday when we can justify throwing the thing out. In need of venting, I went to one of the "independent" mattress review sites.

I received a phone call confirming my order, and verifying exactly what I thought I was ordering, which it was. At that time I stated that I wished to remove take-away from my order since I found a party that wished to have my old bed. This was done immediately, and I received an email confirming the credit issued to my credit card. All of this has been handled very pleasantly and efficiently. Thank you Saatva.

So far we have only placed the order. I was dissatisfied with the online concierge (named David) when I typed a question about delivery. I was specific in that I asked how much advance notice is given for delivery, and do they contact by phone, e-mail, etc... It appeared he put in their delivery policy already stated on the website. When I responded that he did not really answer my question, the concierge disappeared! Never came back online. I am hoping the rest of the experience is not like that. Thank you.

Wow! Not much more I can say. The customer service of Saatva is THE BEST! We got a call after the order to confirm it was correct. We got a call two days before the delivery to confirm it was coming, we got a call 1 day before delivery to confirm the delivery time, and we got a call 30 minutes before delivery time. Well to start, I had zero issues with ordering the bed, which is for my 81 year old mother who resides in NJ. I spoke with your Customer Service person, Victoria **. I explained to her my mom's issue with her bad back, and chose the luxury Firm Full bed. She explained the return policy in case my mother has an issue. My concern is with the delivery company XPO Logistics. They called me to choose a delivery date for my mom, which will be for August 19th. The issue is when I explained to them that I paid for removal of the old bed and foundation. Due to my mother's age, I don't want her lifting beds and bed frames.

So far it has been a very positive experience. Online description of product is easy to understand. Customer service did a follow-up call after 2 days to confirm product being acquired. Online reviews of company and its products is very encouraging.

So far the process has been smooth. I ordered the mattress on Saturday August 8 and I have received several emails and one phone call in the last few days to verify my order information.

I had a wonderful experience in ordering my mattress/bed. Two things I would change - put order numbers on all E-mails sent to the buyer. Your name when you call the buyer on the caller ID says the person's name who is calling me, it should say Saatva. The reason is because of all the credit card calls a person gets, I hung up the phone on the Saatva caller because I did not know the name.

Website was informative. The phone message was spoken so quickly that we had to replay it repeatedly to understand its importance. It is still unclear what we are to measure. The smaller, split queen foundation should suggest our concern about getting it up the stairs; we've been successful getting a double bed up and down.

The only comment I have is when I called because of a cc issue, the background noise at the call center was very loud and I couldn't hear the agent. The call was then disconnected somehow, and when I called back, it was much less noisy and I could hear well.

My experience with Saatva has been pretty good so far. We will have more to say once we receive the mattress. However, we appreciated the call to confirm the measurements.

I felt that the mattress was superior to other brands I had checked out. The five layers of comfort foam was superior to other brands, and the fact that the coils were cloth covered sealed the deal. I really enjoyed getting the delivery, and set up for ninety dollars. I have recommended this to others, and hope they also experience the convenience I have with Saatva.

Ordered our bed Wednesday night and received a phone call from Amy on Thursday double checking the order. She was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. She let me know that we should hear from the delivery company that day or the next to set up our delivery. The delivery company called today, Friday, and will be delivering the bed on Tuesday! How amazingly quick is that?!! Now if the bed ends up being as comfortable as the customer service is good, I'll be one happy camper!

I have to tell you I had difficulty with your website. I have an Apple computer draw using Safari. After several attempts to complete my purchases your website keep shutting down unexpectedly. I finally called Apple thinking it was my computer, but they felt it was your website was not compatible with Safari. They had me use Google Chrome and it finally went thru. Thought you would want to know this.
