Dealing with the company has been a pleasure! The information on the website was thorough and concise. I am anxious to have my mattress delivered so I can honestly say this has been my most hassle free mattress purchase ever. I have not yet received my mattress yet, but I've been contacted twice. Once to confirm my and the second time to schedule a time for delivery. Only two days after I placed my order. Very professional and refreshing to see a company that actually cares about customer satisfaction.

I was disappointed to learn after placing my order that it will take so long to receive it. We ordered a Casper mattress on the same day that we ordered this Saatva and the Casper was delivered by courier 15 hours after the order was placed. If Saatva items are standardized as they appear to be, why does it take 2+ weeks to arrive?
The Casper business model is very different than Saatva. We cannot roll the Saatva luxury mattress into a box and simply ship it to your front door. For this reason, understandably Casper cannot sell foundations. Your Saatva purchase includes mattresses and foundations.
The Saatva delivery time allows for fresh manufacturing, delivering and setting up in your home. A Casper mattress is compressed in a box and shipped unpersonalized to your front door with the consumer then needing to cut open the box and wait for the mattress to inflate. We hope this addresses your concerns as we once again, thank you so much for your business.

We are eagerly waiting the arrival of our new bed. Several months ago we had the pleasure to sleep on one of your beds at an upscale motel. We had such a great night's sleep that we pulled the covers back to see the manufacturer's name. Still remembered.

It is still early to give a full account of the process, but I must say that the information received online, videos, customer support, etc has been extremely helpful in our decision. I was very please that I had only one mattress to select from with all the guarantees should there be an issue once received versus trying to decide what mattress to purchase from other vendors that had so many names and styles that it was overwhelming. We feel we have made the right choice and know if we have any questions or issues once received that Saatva will assist us in resolving the issues should there be any.

So far customer service is excellent. I will reserve my final comments until I get a chance to judge the quality of the product. In the last 5 months I have purchased 2 mattress sets. The first was returned the next day after close inspection in my home. The second was returned 4 1/2 months later when the center of the mattresses began to sag. I admit that both purchases were very inexpensive. The first showed it right away. The second time they looked and felt very good, but proved to be poor quality. As I said, they were "cheap". You might not always get what you pay for, but you always pay for what you get. Your mattresses are not "cheap" nor outrageously expensive.
From your blog, I gathered enough info to feel fairly confident that your quality should equal or exceed your cost. I certainly hope so. I am ready to stop returning mattresses and concentrate on getting a good night's sleep. If the quality of your product is anywhere near as good as your customer service follow-up I will be well satisfied. Thank you for your interest.

I was tired of the difficulty of trying to get a good mattress at any stores so I tried looking at reviews online. 9 of 10 good reviews all were for Saatva. I must say that the ordering process and the customer service so far has been excellent. I look forward to reporting the same once I receive my mattress.

I can't believe how easy it was to order this mattress and have it delivered. The driver called me 10 minutes before he delivered the product. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the bed set up. I loved the whole process and I would recommend your company.

I haven't received my bed yet, so this is just comments on customer service so far. I asked several questions online before placing my order and the answers helped me decide on what bed to buy and to buy it from your company. My only disappointment so far is that you don't remove the bed frame. Since I am going from a queen to a king, I did buy a new frame. Because of this I think the old frame should be removed. I am looking forward to my new bed. The main complaints I found online were about delivery so I hope mine goes smoothly!

I was probably more impressed with your customer service and speed of shipping than any order I have ever placed online. I ordered on Thursday, June 2, and it arrived on June 6. I received a call telling me a date range of when the mattress would be delivered, then a call with a 4 hours window, and finally a call when the deliverer was 5 min away. I could not recommend more.

So far this has been a great experience. The person who took my order was very pleasant and efficient, as was the person who called today (Brent **) to confirm the order. Unfortunately, I missed the call because I didn't recognize the number. I had to block out 3 days from possible delivery dates, and that posed no problem. I was reassured about that by both reps. If the mattress is as good as the service, we'll be true fans!

Ordered my bed 30 June. It is now 7 July. A week later, I have confirmation that it has been produced. Nothing else. I really see no "special assistance" like in the 2 day notification process. I really do not care as long as the mattress is good.

Was researching mattresses online, was on the Saatva website and started an online "chat" which was quite helpful as I was undecided about the firmness of mattress that I should choose. I received a phone call two days after I placed the order to confirm what was ordered and was given an expected time frame for delivery. Up to this point, I am very pleased with the service I have received.

We placed our order for a Saatva mattress and foundation on a Friday and received a phone call and an email follow-up on the following Sunday - pleased with this level of customer service. We're now 9 days from order and we haven't heard from anyone about delivery, but we were told it would take 9-18 days, so we're still within that window. One concern I have is that our credit card was charged on the day we ordered, when normally online stores don't charge until the item(s) purchased are shipped. This does make me nervous, and it's why I've only rated 3 stars.

Rest assured that it is common practice to charge the purchase amount immediately with online stores and you are very well protected in using your credit card coupled with our pristine and honorable reputation.

I neglected to check the box for mattress removal and emailed you immediately. I received a phone call within minutes from Saatva and my error was corrected. I started researching the Saatva Mattresses I believe 2 years ago but got busy and did not purchase a new mattress until now. After all the rave reviews and the organic materials I feel sure I will love the new mattress. The ease of researching the mattress and what size to purchase online made the process so easy. Saatva has been great to deal with thus far. With other mattress companies, you can be overwhelmed by so many product lines and choices. Saatva makes it easy, and I appreciate their 75 day no risk trial period. Most companies will charge pick up or restocking fees, but not Saatva. I look forward to receiving my mattress soon.

This might be helpful for those who are wondering how soft is the Soft Plush. Folks, you're not going to sink and end up with aches and pains. I weigh 255 lbs and it held my weight level. I wanted the softness because of sciatica nerve pain I have going down the outside of my right thigh. If mattress is too firm it will cause pain in that leg. Slept on this mattress just one night and it helped a lot with the leg pain that I have. There was very little feedback on the Plush Soft and I was a little worried when ordering it that it might be too soft. Well it's not. If anything I'll say it's a little firm if anything. Glad I didn't order their Luxury Firm. Will end with agreeing on what everyone has already said. Customer Service is top shelf. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because wish mattress was a little more softer to fit my needs.

I ordered my mattress and received my personalized confirmation email. I have not received a call to set up my delivery date/time, but Saatva is still in its window of 9-18 days. I thought I would receive my call 2 days after my order, per the website's instruction when ordering, but my confirmation email said it would be later (9-18 days). I am hopeful to get Saturday July 11th delivery, which my confirmation email (from **) said they were working with the delivery team to do for me. To get a Saturday delivery would be great news, even though I know Saatva usually only delivers Monday-Friday 9-6.

This is my third mattress I have ordered over the past few years. I would greatly recommend this company over the sales stores and the department stores. They keep their word on what they promise. I was a new customer and didn't know the mattress they say is the most popular, is just right. I had ordered the firmer. It was not working out and they replaced it in 48 hours. I have since ordered 2 more in the luxury firm and it is the best comfortable mattress and does not "outgas" toxic odors like my other mattresses in the past.

From the first online browse of the Saatva home page I had a feeling of confidence that these people knew what they were talking about. Really who would buy a mattress online? The side by side comparison was impressive. The 75 day home trial protects the buyer. The mattress isn't made until my order specifications are confirmed Two day prior to delivery contact with a four hour window to deliver. I felt like exactly how customers use to feel; special. If the product meets the level of customer communication and service I expect it will be great.

Everyone I have encountered thus far at L&L has been amazing and exceeded my high expectations. They call you immediately and respond quickly to any issues and you cannot beat the warranty and trial. My husband and I ordered the relaxed firm but wanted something more firm and they called me and started the process immediately. Very happy customers!

So far, everything is great. My questions about the weight of the king mattress, foundation and turning the mattress were all answered in an on-line chat with a customer representative. The representative who phoned Tuesday, just 2 days after I ordered on-line was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand as he went through my order. I'm a little scared as I've never ordered a mattress/foundation on-line, but everything I read on the on-line reviews seemed to be happy customers.

I wish I would have found your site before wasting a full day "trying" mattresses- only to be completely indecisive. Thus far my experience has been very good. Good communication. The waiting is hard though. I am still well within the 9-18 days, but some reviews I read said that the service is not good after the initial order is placed, so that is in the back of my mind. No complaints yet, just a little nervous moving forward from this point due to a few reviews.

The customer service reps were very helpful in helping me figure out which firmness and height, even encouraging me to go home to measure to be sure the size would match. That was useful. I called customer service on a Friday evening to ask a few questions about the mattress I had ordered earlier in the day. A real person answered the phone! My questions were answered and I made a change to my order with no glitches whatsoever. This is the first time I've ordered a mattress online and my first experience with Saatva. I haven't received the mattress yet but was asked to review my experience so far... I did receive a call from a Saatva rep in a timely fashion and then of the delivery company within the two day window for response - in fact, they called on Saturday. My only quibble (and it is a quibble) is that I had to choose a day and then they will call me the day before to inform me of the window. It would have been better for me to chose the window. In this case, I am free Tuesday morning, but not the afternoon and since the morning could not be guaranteed, I had to go with Wednesday (which is fine, I'm not having a mattress emergency!).

First, I don't want my foundation hauled away - not critical, but you don't provide that choice. The ambiguity on delivery is unnerving - you should be able to predict better than a two-week window.

It is early in the process, but the company seems thorough and very cautious about the order. Every one I have dealt with by phone or email is willing to help, does not mind answering all my questions, and try hard to make sure that I am comfortable with the process. Our son introduced us to Saatva after placing an order with them. When we needed to replace the mattress in his room at home, he told us about the quality of the merchandise, the exceptional customer service that he experienced, and the competitive cost that we ordered the same mattress. I've had a very favorable experience with Saatva. The mattress I ordered was delivered quickly as promised. Unfortunately, I decided my choice was too soft for me & wanted a firmer mattress. I was surprised to discover the Loom & Leaf division of Saatva shows memory foam mattresses. I chose to order a firm foam mattress & Saatva has made the entire process of returning and reordering very easy. I anticipate being very satisfied with my new mattress.

After researching, I discovered Loom & Leaf, by Saatva online. I've researched enough to know that the mattress description(s) I found there were impressive, and I was pleased they are American made, made to order per each customer. I started with an online chat, then called directly to ask additional questions before making my purchase and was very surprised that representatives did not in any way project a sales push. Rather, each person I spoke with wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I take my time before making a decision. After ordering, I received a confirmation email, and a day later, a confirmation phone call to discuss the process. I am so looking forward to owning this mattress... the quality of the top memory foam mattress or better, in my opinion, but for an affordable price.
