Dealing with the company has been a pleasure! The information on the website was thorough and concise. I am anxious to have my mattress delivered so I can honestly say this has been my most hassle free mattress purchase ever. The staff did exactly as they said they would so they are true to their word which is very important to me when I transact business.

I ordered online and within two days I was called as promised.

I have not yet received my mattress yet, but I've been contacted twice. Once to confirm my and the second time to schedule a time for delivery. Only two days after I placed my order. Very professional and refreshing to see a company that actually cares about customer satisfaction.

I was disappointed to learn after placing my order that it will take so long to receive it. We ordered a Casper mattress on the same day that we ordered this Saatva and the Casper was delivered by courier 15 hours after the order was placed. If Saatva items are standardized as they appear to be, why does it take 2+ weeks to arrive?

Pleased that someone contacted us to verify mattress measurements.

So far have been very pleased with ease of purchase and responsiveness of customer service. Still need to see how set up and delivery go but given service so far I am optimistic it will be great! Excited to try out this new bed I have read so much about!

We are eagerly waiting the arrival of our new bed. Several months ago we had the pleasure to sleep on one of your beds at an upscale motel. We had such a great night's sleep that we pulled the covers back to see the manufacturer's name. Still remembered.

It is still early to give a full account of the process, but I must say that the information received online, videos, customer support, etc has been extremely helpful in our decision. I was very please that I had only one mattress to select from with all the guarantees should there be an issue once received versus trying to decide what mattress to purchase from other vendors that had so many names and styles that it was overwhelming. We feel we have made the right choice and know if we have any questions or issues once received that Saatva will assist us in resolving the issues should there be any.

Both Marcos ** (Team Member -- who placed order) and follow-up call by Paul ** (Dir. of Customer Relations) were very kind, courteous and professional. All my questions were answered. I look forward to receiving the mattress. It was a great experience so far. Thanks again!

So far customer service is excellent. I will reserve my final comments until I get a chance to judge the quality of the product. In the last 5 months I have purchased 2 mattress sets. The first was returned the next day after close inspection in my home. The second was returned 4 1/2 months later when the center of the mattresses began to sag. I admit that both purchases were very inexpensive. The first showed it right away. The second time they looked and felt very good, but proved to be poor quality. As I said, they were "cheap". You might not always get what you pay for, but you always pay for what you get. Your mattresses are not "cheap" nor outrageously expensive.

The experience has been good so far.

I was tired of the difficulty of trying to get a good mattress at any stores so I tried looking at reviews online. 9 of 10 good reviews all were for Saatva. I must say that the ordering process and the customer service so far has been excellent. I look forward to reporting the same once I receive my mattress.

I can't believe how easy it was to order this mattress and have it delivered. The driver called me 10 minutes before he delivered the product. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the bed set up. I loved the whole process and I would recommend your company.

I haven't received my bed yet, so this is just comments on customer service so far. I asked several questions online before placing my order and the answers helped me decide on what bed to buy and to buy it from your company. My only disappointment so far is that you don't remove the bed frame. Since I am going from a queen to a king, I did buy a new frame. Because of this I think the old frame should be removed. I am looking forward to my new bed. The main complaints I found online were about delivery so I hope mine goes smoothly!

I was probably more impressed with your customer service and speed of shipping than any order I have ever placed online. I ordered on Thursday, June 2, and it arrived on June 6. I received a call telling me a date range of when the mattress would be delivered, then a call with a 4 hours window, and finally a call when the deliverer was 5 min away. I could not recommend more.

I was very impressed by the customer service at Saatva Mattress. They answered all my questions with patience and were very attentive. Monday 7 July 2015, I received a telephone call from company rep. **, going over my order. He went over everything with me and described how & when the delivery would occur. Truly a nice individual & I felt like he was really concerned about my purchase with his company. This does not occur often in this day and age -- a company that seems to appreciate buyers of their products. So far I am impressed.

So far so good! We placed our order online yesterday and received a confirming voicemail message today. I look forward to getting a projected delivery date soon! Many thanks.

So far this has been a great experience. The person who took my order was very pleasant and efficient, as was the person who called today (Brent **) to confirm the order. Unfortunately, I missed the call because I didn't recognize the number. I had to block out 3 days from possible delivery dates, and that posed no problem. I was reassured about that by both reps. If the mattress is as good as the service, we'll be true fans!

Saatva's customer service has been excellent in their initial contacts with me. I very much look forward to confirming my hopes of a thoroughly restful night's sleep on my new Saatva mattress.

Ordered my bed 30 June. It is now 7 July. A week later, I have confirmation that it has been produced. Nothing else. I really see no "special assistance" like in the 2 day notification process. I really do not care as long as the mattress is good.

Was researching mattresses online, was on the Saatva website and started an online "chat" which was quite helpful as I was undecided about the firmness of mattress that I should choose. I received a phone call two days after I placed the order to confirm what was ordered and was given an expected time frame for delivery. Up to this point, I am very pleased with the service I have received.

We placed our order for a Saatva mattress and foundation on a Friday and received a phone call and an email follow-up on the following Sunday - pleased with this level of customer service. We're now 9 days from order and we haven't heard from anyone about delivery, but we were told it would take 9-18 days, so we're still within that window. One concern I have is that our credit card was charged on the day we ordered, when normally online stores don't charge until the item(s) purchased are shipped. This does make me nervous, and it's why I've only rated 3 stars.

So far everyone has been very pleasant to talk to and order from. The advertising has me excited to receive and sleep on the mattress.

I neglected to check the box for mattress removal and emailed you immediately. I received a phone call within minutes from Saatva and my error was corrected. I have been in the market for over 2 years and just could not seem to find what I liked. I am hoping that your mattress will be the answer I have needed. I started researching the Saatva Mattresses I believe 2 years ago but got busy and did not purchase a new mattress until now. After all the rave reviews and the organic materials I feel sure I will love the new mattress. The ease of researching the mattress and what size to purchase online made the process so easy. And the chat session helped me make my decision. I have really researched other mattresses and believe the Saatva will be a great sleep solution. I will definitely write another review after I receive my mattress and sleep on it for a few days.

Saatva has been great to deal with thus far. With other mattress companies, you can be overwhelmed by so many product lines and choices. Saatva makes it easy, and I appreciate their 75 day no risk trial period. Most companies will charge pick up or restocking fees, but not Saatva. I look forward to receiving my mattress soon.

14 inch was too high, wife had a hard time getting in. Only used it 2 nights and sending back for their 11 inch high. All 5 stars for such an easy return. Now if the US Government could run their business like Saatva - what a wonderful world it would be.

I ordered my mattress and received my personalized confirmation email. I have not received a call to set up my delivery date/time, but Saatva is still in its window of 9-18 days. I thought I would receive my call 2 days after my order, per the website's instruction when ordering, but my confirmation email said it would be later (9-18 days). I am hopeful to get Saturday July 11th delivery, which my confirmation email (from **) said they were working with the delivery team to do for me. To get a Saturday delivery would be great news, even though I know Saatva usually only delivers Monday-Friday 9-6.

This is my third mattress I have ordered over the past few years. I would greatly recommend this company over the sales stores and the department stores. They keep their word on what they promise. I was a new customer and didn't know the mattress they say is the most popular, is just right. I had ordered the firmer. It was not working out and they replaced it in 48 hours. I have since ordered 2 more in the luxury firm and it is the best comfortable mattress and does not "outgas" toxic odors like my other mattresses in the past.

I had no problems placing the order. I received the phone call confirming the order as I had read. Everything is fine so far.

From the first online browse of the Saatva home page I had a feeling of confidence that these people knew what they were talking about. Really who would buy a mattress online? The side by side comparison was impressive. The 75 day home trial protects the buyer. The mattress isn't made until my order specifications are confirmed Two day prior to delivery contact with a four hour window to deliver. I felt like exactly how customers use to feel; special. If the product meets the level of customer communication and service I expect it will be great.

9-18 days is a pretty large window for delivery. What do I do if I plan to be away part of this time period?

Everyone I have encountered thus far at L&L has been amazing and exceeded my high expectations. They call you immediately and respond quickly to any issues and you cannot beat the warranty and trial. My husband and I ordered the relaxed firm but wanted something more firm and they called me and started the process immediately. Very happy customers!

So far, everything is great. My questions about the weight of the king mattress, foundation and turning the mattress were all answered in an on-line chat with a customer representative. The representative who phoned Tuesday, just 2 days after I ordered on-line was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand as he went through my order. I'm a little scared as I've never ordered a mattress/foundation on-line, but everything I read on the on-line reviews seemed to be happy customers.

My questions were answered and I made a change to my order with no glitches whatsoever. This is the first time I've ordered a mattress online and my first experience with Saatva. I haven't received the mattress yet but was asked to review my experience so far... I did receive a call from a Saatva rep in a timely fashion and then of the delivery company within the two day window for response - in fact, they called on Saturday. My only quibble (and it is a quibble) is that I had to choose a day and then they will call me the day before to inform me of the window. It would have been better for me to chose the window. In this case, I am free Tuesday morning, but not the afternoon and since the morning could not be guaranteed, I had to go with Wednesday (which is fine, I'm not having a mattress emergency!).

We haven't received our mattress yet so I can't rate it just yet but I can say that the level of customer service I have received thus far has been FANTASTIC. If that speaks to mattress quality somehow - then we are looking VERY forward to the arrival of our new bed!

Thus far I am impressed with the handling of my order and the customer service follow up. Even though I wasn't home when the call came in, a very detailed message was left on my voice mail and a follow up email was also sent to me. We hope our delivery, set up and the quality of the mattress is just as professional.

First, I don't want my foundation hauled away - not critical, but you don't provide that choice. The ambiguity on delivery is unnerving - you should be able to predict better than a two-week window.

Saatva does what it says. Instructions called for email follow up after order confirmation, done and phone call follow up with delivery date ,done. Feel confident that delivery will be handled in the same proficient manner.

It is early in the process, but the company seems thorough and very cautious about the order. Every one I have dealt with by phone or email is willing to help, does not mind answering all my questions, and try hard to make sure that I am comfortable with the process. I just wish it could be a little quicker.

Our son introduced us to Saatva after placing an order with them. When we needed to replace the mattress in his room at home, he told us about the quality of the merchandise, the exceptional customer service that he experienced, and the competitive cost that we ordered the same mattress. I've had a very favorable experience with Saatva. The mattress I ordered was delivered quickly as promised. Unfortunately, I decided my choice was too soft for me & wanted a firmer mattress. I was surprised to discover the Loom & Leaf division of Saatva shows memory foam mattresses. I chose to order a firm foam mattress & Saatva has made the entire process of returning and reordering very easy. I anticipate being very satisfied with my new mattress.

The website is very easy to navigate and very informational. I felt very confident in my choice of mattress. I also feel confident in their business practices and care shown to me during the transaction thus far. I have not yet received my mattress but if my experience up until now is any indication of the quality of the mattress, then I'm sure I will not be disappointed.

After researching, I discovered Loom & Leaf, by Saatva online. I've researched enough to know that the mattress description(s) I found there were impressive, and I was pleased they are American made, made to order per each customer. I started with an online chat, then called directly to ask additional questions before making my purchase and was very surprised that representatives did not in any way project a sales push. Rather, each person I spoke with wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I take my time before making a decision. After ordering, I received a confirmation email, and a day later, a confirmation phone call to discuss the process. I am so looking forward to owning this mattress... the quality of the top memory foam mattress or better, in my opinion, but for an affordable price.

We have been skeptical about ordering a mattress online, but after reading reviews on various sites about the product and service, we decided to try. After all, the satisfaction guarantee can't be beat. So far, we have been pleased with the response to our order -- it has been timely and very accommodating. We are anxious to get our mattress and give it a try. If we are pleased, we may be ordering more for our vacation home.

Did not expect a phone call, or an email for that matter, inquiring about my mattress choices and if the dimensions are correct. The bed will be ready in 2-3 weeks. I hope the product is as good as the customer service!

Cannot say anything about the product at this time as it is still in manufacturing. However, customer service, thus far, has been exceptional with regular contact and confirming all aspects of my order to be sure Saatva and I are "talking the same language."
