I was online researching for a new mattress and I kept reading about Saatva from several different websites how they are the rising star in mattresses. I did a little reading and decided to put my trust in their company and give it a try. I placed the order on a Saturday and got a call on Monday as promised about my order to make sure everything is correct. Next step in the process is a phone call about delivery day and time. So far so good and I am really looking forward to getting a good night sleep with this new mattress!

Everything has been great! The customer service representative called me immediately to clarify my order as when I'd originally ordered, the website did not show my order. I ordered again and it looked as though I'd ordered two mattresses so the representative cancelled one of the orders for me. I had another representative call me a few days later to confirm my order and ask if I had any further questions.

Great customer service so far. Was able to determine, when ordering online, whether or not my platform bed would be adequate support for the mattress without a foundation piece purchase. This is the first new mattress we have had in over 20 years. I did extensive research to make sure that we got the mattress we deserved! Research included reviews from well-known department stores, mattress stores and online. While online, I kept reading over and over again about the Saatva mattress. We decided this is the one. We also like the fact that we can try it out for a while to make sure it's the right mattress for us. Online service has been easy to manage and fast responses from Saatva. So far, so good!

I ordered a queen luxury firm mattress on Sept. 1, 2015. The salesperson was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous while taking the order. The same day I received an email from the same salesperson confirming the details of the order and also discussed the delivery process. Two days later I received a phone call (and a follow up email) from a different sales person just re-confirming order and delivery information. Never before have I received such support from sales people. I am very impressed with the quality of the Saatva sales team and their desire to make the transaction seamless and enjoyable!

I received a call from the logistics co. letting me know the drivers truck broken down and I could not receive my delivery. I cannot wait until Sat and another 4-hour window interrupting my day as I try to get my new house situated, so unfortunately needed to cancel the order. All of the people I dealt with were nice and professional but I'm out of time and disappointed I could not try the product. This is my second time trying to get this ordered and I need a place for my family to sleep.

I just got the call regarding delivery date and it was moved up cause someone else canceled their date. So we're all good now. It said I'd get a call within 9 to 18 days regarding delivery date. My fault. So everything is cool and looking forward to my new mattress.

My only disappointment, so far, has been learning that my purchase will be charged to my credit card upon ordering. It seems waiting 9 to 18 days for delivery while I must pay for merchandise I do not have is too long! I expected (and hoped for) the charge to be after September 8th when my new monthly billing was due. I may have missed any reference to when the charge would be posted.

I just ordered a Saatva mattress and so far I am pleased with the responses/action taken by Saatva staff. I have been receiving emails/calls just as I was told by the service representative that took my order. Emails and calls are very courteous and professional. This is normally not the case with many companies. I usually have to follow up on matters. Not Saatva (so far). I am now waiting for the call to schedule a date for delivery. Hope that occurs soon.

Communication and customer support are excellent thus far. I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress and realized seconds after I submitted my order. A quick chat with an online site rep remedied the situation within seconds. I also received a call confirming the order and explaining what to expect as far as delivery time frames. So far, great, but I haven't received the mattress yet so can't comment on the delivery process yet.

Delivery was scheduled within days of ordering. Although truck arrived 90 minutes before scheduled window and we were not yet at the house, once we did arrive set up was done in 10 minutes.

We ordered the plush because we are side sleepers and sometimes back sleepers. We purchased the mattress only and bought a thin bunky board from C&B to put between the platform bed frame and the mattress. I found out about Saatva through a family member and I will definitely pass their name around to everyone I know that needs a new mattress. We were very impressed with their customer service as well.
