I was amazed at the reviews when I initially read them from everyone about this mattress and the service this company provides. I don't have my mattress yet because I placed my order barely two days ago but the correspondence I've received so far is impeccable!

Communication and customer support are excellent thus far. I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress and realized seconds after I submitted my order. A quick chat with an online site rep remedied the situation within seconds. I also received a call confirming the order and explaining what to expect as far as delivery time frames. So far, great, but I haven't received the mattress yet so can't comment on the delivery process yet.

Delivery was scheduled within days of ordering. Although truck arrived 90 minutes before scheduled window and we were not yet at the house, once we did arrive set up was done in 10 minutes.

I placed the online order on Friday, and on Sunday, received a phone call thanking me for being a customer and providing delivery information and expectations. I have never ordered anything from a Company that has contacted me with a "just checking in" type call. If this is the way the rest of the transaction goes, Saatva will more than meet my expectations... So far so good!

We just received our mattress and have had the best night's sleep for the past week! We absolutely love it! Our hip and back pain is totally gone!! We ordered the plush because we are side sleepers and sometimes back sleepers. We purchased the mattress only and bought a thin bunky board from C&B to put between the platform bed frame and the mattress. I found out about Saatva through a family member and I will definitely pass their name around to everyone I know that needs a new mattress. We were very impressed with their customer service as well. I ordered it hoping to get it in time for our move-in date and it was ready to ship a few days before my request! The delivery team they use was great too. Very accommodating on all sides. So far I have been thoroughly impressed by Saatva and staff. Only 30 minutes after placing my order, a customer service member called me to review my order and help with any additional needs. He was extremely professional and really cared. 2 days later I received another call from an equally caring customer service member who took the time to review my order and make sure I was completely satisfied. Haven't gotten the mattress but I must say, my experience with the company this far has been amazing.

At a time when you cannot get a call back from any representative, having someone be proactive and courteous is a welcomed change. I will not get my mattresses anywhere else.

I used the CHAT option twice before placing the order. In both cases the answers were very helpful. Upon placing the order, I read the delivery instructions and was well prepared when the call came to set up the delivery. Purchase of 2 Luxury Firm Beds (King and Full) - Order and delivery were accomplished with ease and no problems. The beds are of excellent quality. It has been one week, and I'm still not sure if the Luxury Firm is just a little too firm - but will give it more time. Please let us know your thoughts on whether there is a big difference from Luxury Firm to the Plush Soft mattress. Thank you.

Called and left message on 8/26... early, waited several hours, no response. Called back, not sure whom I talked to... said he would look into it and call me right back. Waited an hour or so and called back. Talked with Mike, told him of the ordering problem and that it had been 3 weeks since the order. He refunded $100 for late delivery - nice but not what I was seeking. He indicated first bed had not met standards and was returned on 8/13... new one should be ready soon. He said he would be in touch with warehouse and they would get back to me by 8pm... no call.
Thursday called and talked with Louis... indicated bed was shipped and would check and call me back by 10 am. I indicated that if no call by 10am.. order would be cancelled. Called in and spoke to Louis on 10:10... he said he would get to delivery folks and have them call me. Called Louis back by 1pm... had not heard from them - heard from the delivery folks shortly thereafter.
As a customer I should not have had to go through what should have been a smooth process. Delivered on Friday... When they came in they wanted to know what to do with the mattress and box spring... told them I had paid to have it taken away - they reluctantly did. Called later on Friday and talked with Sales Manager (CL)... nice guy.... told him of this situation and he did another refund of $200. While I appreciate the refunded money the prime reason for calling and writing this is I am not happy when not given excellent customer service... especially when paying some $1300 for a mattress and setup.

We have been sleeping on our new queen-size mattress for a week now and it is great. A month ago, I got a full size mattress for the guest room from a different company. If I could have tried both out overnight, I would have ordered a Saatva for the guest room. It's much better. Your customer service people are also excellent. Very professional and competent. We reluctantly ordered our mattress and box spring online, but are so glad we did. Going to stores was time-consuming and left us feeling bewildered. Not one store could say their product was made in the USA and that is very important to us. Ordering from Saatva was a breeze, we were contacted in a couple of days and delivery was taken the next day. The delivery was on time and totally professional. The agents for the company confirm they order personally through a phone call, and then send an email documenting the confirmation. This gave me confidence about what is happening with my order and the fact that it is being processed. This is very important to me as I did not know what to expect since it is my first time buying a mattress using an online company.

So far I am impressed with Saatva's customer service. I got my follow up call and because I was not available to take the call he also sent an email reiterating the specifics concerning my order. That gets 5 stars. I understand delivery is within 9-16 days from the date of your order placement. The follow-up call/email reiterated the 9-16 day lead time which was of concern. I ordered the mattress 10 days prior to my move date yet the voicemail confirmed the mattress would not be available for delivery that early. I don't understand why a more targeted delivery date would not be available 48 hours after I placed my order. I am concerned that it sounded like it was still 9-16 days for delivery when I received the follow up 2 days later.
The follow-up call seemed to insinuate that delivery of my mattress won't even be close to my delivery date request ("will NOT be able to deliver your mattress by your requested move in date"). If I ordered the mattress 10 days prior then it seems that the 9-16 day delivery lead time should be adjusted/extended and communicated to customers. I am excited about my new mattress. I look forward to sleeping soundly and not waking up with a sore back!

Contact was made promptly as advertised. They emailed me right away and informed me that I would receive a call as to when the mattress would be delivered. I'm waiting for the call and expect to hear any day. So far I am satisfied.

Very attentive thus have not yet received. Could end up as 5-stars or zero. As I told Steve on the phone, the critical determination on service quality will be whether the order is delivered on the date required (9/25) and time window (late morning or early afternoon). Any other time will be unacceptable (we are not there except during that window). Steve committed that the delivery will be in the window on that date. I committed that if delivered on time, and they are as good as you advertise, we will order six more beds for other bedrooms in this new house.

Easy online information and purchasing. Asked for weekday AM delivery and set up so we could make it a surprise, then Saatva staff left a recorded telephone message with full details and blew the surprise! Oh well.

Brent was very nice and very helpful. He told me I had been misinformed earlier when I was told (I thought) that a foundation was essential. If Brent is correct, that we can use the Saatva plush soft mattress without a foundation I would prefer it without. Our new headboard and frame will have a center vertical support, plus horizontal slats 3 inches apart. Thus, if it's correct I don't need the foundation. I'd like to cancel that part of my order and just get the mattress.

So far so good. The website is very clear and provides all the information necessary to make an informed decision, however, the proof is in the pudding as they say and I will be very anxious to see how quickly I get the mattress and especially how great a night's sleep we get. That will be the final test and I hope I will be able to give Saatva a happy five star rating after sleeping on the mattress initially and for many years thereafter.

Website sales and ordering process was very easy. We received an order email confirmation almost immediately. I did call customer service with a question regarding the use of a universal six legged metal frame. I could have saved $50-$60 by purchasing one elsewhere. I was told bluntly that it would not work and would void the warranty. I therefore ordered the frame from Saatva also in addition to the box frame and mattress as I was concerned if I have any issues in the future I didn't want any warranty issues. It does concern me somewhat that a frame that is sold elsewhere with all kinds of other brand mattresses and box frames would affect the warranty from Saatva.
I also received a follow-up call within 2 days (Saturday) to confirm what was ordered. I was told it will now be in the manufacturing process and I will receive a call next week to arrange delivery. I was told to call customer if I did not receive this call by Sept 1. We were initially a little apprehensive to order a mattress online but so far we have been satisfied with the process and are very excited to receive our new products from Saatva.

Thus far, things have gone well. I ordered a Luxury Firm mattress 2 days ago. I was told I would receive a call within two days giving me the approximate date of delivery. A representative called, left a voicemail and followed up with an email.

I was not happy with the way the mattress felt from the first night. After a restless week, I called to return the mattress and was convinced to try a padded cover for the mattress while it was "breaking in." My back is still not happy after 7 months with the mattress. I spent a week sleeping on an RV mattress, which is in no way "luxury," and had a pain-free back. Upon returning home, the first night on the Saatva left me restless and in pain. It's too late to return the mattress now, and I am left with an aching back, all the while wondering when I will be able to afford buying a replacement for this unsatisfactory mattress.

After researching mattresses online and wading through copious sales promotions locally, I decided to order a Saatva mattress. My initial contact, Laura, was very patient while I questioned her about the product and went through features and measurements to determine which one would best suit my needs. Shortly after placing my order, I decided to change from the 11.5" slim luxury firm Queen to the 14.5" thickness. No problem. After remeasuring on Friday morning, I determined the slim would in fact be better. I contacted Saatva, explained my dilemma, and Martin graciously changed my order again! I received the promised follow-up call Saturday; Kanella confirmed my order and reiterated that my initial indecision and the changes were no problem. If the employees are any indication of the quality of Saatva's products, I can't wait to try my new mattress!

This will be our 2nd Saatva mattress. We are moving from a full-size to Queen. These mattresses are comfortable, and most notably, there are no odors of chemicals when delivered. The process has been a breeze. Chat was available in the early morning to answer my questions before buying online. After purchasing, I got a call from the account executive to ensure everything was OK. My experience with the Saatva mattress company has been awesome so far. Once I ordered, I had my mattress within the week. The delivery men were professional and impeccable in handling the mattress exchange. I do have to say after one night of sleeping, that we have found the mattress to be too firm. When I called Customer Service and wanted to exchange to plush soft, they respectfully heard my concerns and persuaded me to wait at least the 14 days to allow a true breaking-in period and they are sending us a foam topper to soften the experience as we work through it... I hope it works. But they reassured me they will exchange or cancel if we are still unhappy 2 weeks from now... GREAT SERVICE!!!

I realize I haven't even taken delivery of my mattress yet but my experience has been so positive to this point in time that I felt like taking the time to say so. A friend who had just bought a Saatva told me about the company and it's unique internet-only approach. He shared the research that he'd done before buying his mattress. He told me Saatva built its business and its reputation for producing superior, luxury quality mattresses at prices that are a fraction of the usual retail price by selling exclusively on the internet and by adhering to excellence in product design and by providing superior customer service.
I got a call from Saatva today, just a day after ordering my mattress. The representative just wanted to be sure that I'd measured my frame carefully and was sure about the dimensions that I ordered, based on the furniture I would be using it with. Amazing. I predict that my husband will want to replace our master bedroom king with a Saatva, once he experiences the LUXURY mattress that is delivered to our guest room in a week or so.

I learned of Saatva because I did mattress research. When I searched using google Saatva did not appear until the page 2 or 3 of the search results. Seems like you would want the Saatva website to appear sooner in the search results.

I visited two brick and mortar mattress stores and did considerable online research before making this purchase. I'll provide more feedback when I receive the mattress, but so far the customer service has been superb. No high pressure sales and a guarantee that if the mattress doesn't work out with regard to firmness for my lower back pain I can have it replaced within 75 days with no questions asked. That's incredible! I received a phone call thanking me for my purchase in less than 48 hours and received detailed information on when I could expect to receive the mattress. The phone call was followed up by an email as well. The customer service representative was very professional, polite and appreciative of my business. So far so good! If the mattress is as good as the customer service I'll be sleeping on cloud 9. Definitely can't beat the price!
