I haven't received my mattress yet, but I am confident that I won't be allergic to it since it has an organic cotton cover, no fire retardants with a low level of VOCs!

At this point I'm not happy with the experience because it is 5 days since my order was processed and I have not rec'd a call or email regarding delivery, which is supposed to occur within 72 hours. We are a repeat customer so we expect to like the product when delivered but timing is important. We are moving into a new home and this is our bed. I need to know what my delivery options are.

So far, my experience with Saatva has been good, although the person conducting the online chat with me was not able to help and I was required to call a live person instead. Steve was very helpful.

We ordered a Saatva Queen size bed just a few days ago and so far the customer service has been wonderful. As we were ordering our bed there was a problem with our VISA account and I am delighted to say that before we even closed our computer, a representative from Saatva contacted us to let us know that there was a problem. This was great because we were able to fix the issue and order our bed. Today I received a confirmation call from an extremely helpful, patient and polite customer service rep. We went over the order and he explained what would happen next and advised that if I had any other questions to feel free to call. Now, if the delivery and the bed itself are equivalent to the service so far, I'm sure we will be happy Saatva customers and sleep well for years to come.

So far my experience with Saatva is excellent. The mattress itself however will be the most important aspect.

As in the past, our representative was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The customer service reps don't sound scripted which is always off-putting since it implies that their knowledge about and investment in the product is lacking. We purchased the same mattress and box spring a year ago and had no discomfort about ordering another one for another bedroom... Super product and even better customer service!

My purchase experience thus far has been enjoyful. I researched your mattress brand for approximately 2 days. I read reviews on Amazon's website and that's how I found out about your mattress brand. I have been really impressed with the knowledge of your online customer service reps. I like the fact that you have a pop up window and a customer service agent is willing to help you if have any questions, or many questions! I utilized the pop up window and they really helped me in making a decision. I also really enjoyed how they were able to post a hyperlink of comparison chart between Serta and your brand, as well as Seally and your brand right on the chat window. That was huge for me, I also think that is a valuable tool as you well know it.

Saatva is the greatest "find" ever! While ordering a mattress set online may seem a risk, the payoff is completely worth it. Absolutely everything went as planned. When you read "we will email you, or call you, or deliver to you" by a certain time, it happens with perfection. I'm in my 50's and I have had the best night's sleep of my life because of my Saatva mattress. I'm a professor in a University Business College and I'm very impressed with this organization. I ordered a Saatva Luxury Firm Mattress and box spring and I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. Everyone kept in touch with me so I knew when to expect delivery, answered any of my questions and concerns immediately. I have bought many mattresses but this has been the most comfortable especially with my health issues.

The website was very informative and easy to use in selecting a mattress. Waiting eagerly for my mattress.

We ordered the soft/Plush and were told it would be 25% softer/Plusher than the regular. I just had (10/13) cervical spine surgery and the bed is too firm for the recovery. This Friday 10/23 I see a shoulder surgeon for a complete rotator cuff tear, a bicep tendon tear and a labral tear, these are notorious for keeping people up all night. Not just this bed, any bed. We may just need more time after the shoulder surgery to see how much pain relief I get. If we must decide in early November, 75 day cut off before the shoulder surgery is settled out, we would have to send it back and start looking for a very, very soft, cushy mattress. We will stay in touch.

The whole process was smooth and painless. Reps call a few times to verify the order and shipping info. The delivery person called ahead and arrived on schedule. The quality is great. Many thanks!

I bought it over the internet, was a little reticent about the delivery time. It took ~ one week to have it produced and delivered. Great mattress, beautiful and comfortable. Maybe too soft for me (not sure if this is the reason for some back pain) but my wife loves it.

So far I have been very satisfied with the level of customer service I have received. The staff has been respectful, timely, and helpful in my purchasing experience. I would rate higher if I was being asked to do this survey after I had received my mattress, that way I could reflect on the entire experience. It has only been 4 days since my purchase and I still don't know when I will be receiving my mattress so I have limited experience to rate.

I received a phone call 2 days after my order. However, I was not at home and the representative left a voicemail on my machine. Unfortunately, the voicemail was inaudible and I was unable to understand what was being said. I called the general Saatva number back a few days later while at work and was told that I needed to call back since I did not have my current bed dimensions (I assumed this was the reason for the initial call). However, when I called back a few days later (from home) the representative didnt request any type of measurements and said the initial call is just to confirm my order is correct. He also asked how my frame and foundation were constructed. Those questions could have been asked during my first phone call to Saatva which would have prevented my follow up call.

Contacts have been pleasant and helpful. Though skeptical to order mattress online I am looking forward to receiving my mattress and hope my experience continues to mirror online reviews. I have waited a long time for a luxury mattress and king bed and expectations are high.

I haven't received the mattress yet so I'm not sure why I'm being asked to give feedback. So far customer service has been good with a phone call following up on my order but the real test will be the delivery and the comfort of the mattress so that is yet to be seen.

I am very happy to be getting our bed there and am delighted that it, the foundation and frame all come to us and are put together, and our old stuff carted off--then I don't have to do anything. The salesperson couldn't have been nicer and certainly knew a lot about his products.

The customer service is outstanding. All customer service should take notes from Saatva. Employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There is never any pressure to buy anything. The beds are incredibly comfortable and I recommend them to everyone. They are priced more accurately to their cost and it better constructed than any bed I've slept on before.

From the website to ordering to answering questions to emails, Saatva does it right! We are waiting on our mattress (a very recent order) but to-date, the experience with Saatva has been extraordinary. Nordstrom has always been my personal gold standard for exceptional service, but they may have met their match in Saatva. Stay tuned for an update on the delivery experience!

The Saatva agents were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I felt assured that I am getting the best mattress for my money, and I wasn't pressured in any way to purchase the mattress. I ordered my mattress set a few days ago after much deliberation and several calls to Saatva, as well as a few online chats. Everyone has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. After placing my order I decided that I wanted to change the mattress/box spring heights and was able to revise my order the next morning with no problems. I've already gotten two phone calls and several emails confirming the revised order and offering to answer any questions. So far, so good!

I purchased a new Saatva mattress and box about six days ago. I have spent several weeks of research, both online and at multiple big box and small furniture stores. My research shows that I need a softer innerspring mattress, about a seven. In checking reviews I found that the Saatva has the most loyal customers whom seem to be very happy with the quality, comfort, selection and price. The ordering process was extremely easy and convenient. The only downside is the wait to receive the mattress is much longer than we would have expected.

While Saatva's pop up "Can I help you?” chat window can be a little obnoxious at times, but when I want to chat or have a quick question to ask, they are always there and have my back. They were able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction as well as being extremely helpful with the ordering process. If/when the mattress comes and if/when it hopefully lives up to all of my expectations, then I will without a doubt recommend this product and company to my friends and family.

I was contacted by a personal representative to set up a time and date for delivery, and when I wasn't sure I'd be available he offered suggestions that help put me at ease. He even gave me his personal number in case anything changed so that I didn't have to go through an automated 1-800 number. The men who set up our bed were courteous and happy to help even after a long day of traveling. We love our bed and are so excited to go to sleep now when we had dreaded it before. I just placed an order for a Cal King Luxury Firm mattress set and frame. I did it over the phone because I wanted to place the order with a live person. The experience was as expected. Nothing spectacular, just good customer service. Then again, who wouldn't provide good service when taking an $1800 order. I have read many reviews over the last few years and finally decided to pull the trigger. Not much to tell at this point. Hopefully there won't be much to say later either. Hopefully, that means there won't have been any problems to work out. Waiting in anticipation!!

I received a message in the beginning about my mattress being made then was told I would be contacted when they knew more about delivery. I didn't hear anything until the day of delivery and was frantic because I was at work. The moving company was really good to work with but I expected Saatva to communicate better and not surprise me like this. I will see how I sleep on the mattress for the next 75 days!

I think it's deep important to avoid adjective that might suggest hype. You avoid it for the most part. But more honesty would be good. And please allow the user to KILL the concierge pop up. To have it obscure the screen DURING the order? That's a mistake and once reduced it should NEVER pop up unbidden again. I want to see more PHOTOS of construction and details on materials sourcing too.

We purchased our mattress in June. To make the long story short, the Delivery team damaged the mattress. It took them about another 3 weeks to deliver new one, that in my opinion also was damaged. We had to pay total of $180 for shipping returns. Several months later we decided to give them a try once again, opened a chat and were offered 25% discount. When I tried to make the order I was explained that Saatva manager Michael will have to call me back. When he did he explained that they cannot honor the offered 25% by Carol since it was a mistake and "we think we are not the right Mattress for you sir".

The quality and professionalism of your customer service staff really stands out and makes a difference. I've never been treated with such care or professionalism when dealing with an online ordering company.

Everything about ordering a Saatva Mattress was easy. All of our questions were answered on the website; even how to decide which comfort level would be best for us (based on your preferred sleeping position). After placing the order on a weekend, at which time we received an email confirmation and invoice, we got a phone call a couple days later to verbally confirm the order, and most importantly, to confirm the foundation and mattress size - standard or slim. Saatva then emailed us the delivery information, and a few days after that the delivery company contacted us directly to set up the delivery date and time. The mattress was delivered today within the time frame they said it would be. Total time from order to delivery was nine days.

I just ordered my mattress a few days ago and I have already heard that delivery will be tomorrow! I am very happy about that. I appreciated the phone call and feel very informed at this time. I can't wait to try out my new mattress.

Unfortunately somewhere along the way a hole was ripped in the foundation, but a very quick phone call to Saatva and he assured me he would ship a new foundation right away free of charge. I had high hopes based on rave reviews about customer service and quick delivery. I am still hoping to be impressed by the product itself. So far I am underwhelmed at the delivery end of the experience. Saatva hypes in-home delivery and setup 2 to 8 days after the order so I arranged my schedule around that timeframe. I ordered on a Monday morning expecting delivery no later than the following Tuesday.

I am still waiting for my mattress delivery, so this review is based solely on my telephone conversation with a woman last Friday. I had to change my delivery information last minute and she was extremely helpful and courteous. Unfortunately I did not note her name, but very good customer service experience. Hopefully the rest of the mattress delivery experience is that smooth and enjoyable. :)

It defies conventional wisdom to purchase online a mattress you can't try in advance, but I have no regrets. My premier mattress was 15 years old and for over a year I would wake in the early morning hours trying to get comfortable. It was time to replace it, but there are so many different options these days including memory foam, etc. In addition, the number of stores selling mattresses in our area has grown far beyond what you'd think our population needs. It seems every former video rental store now sells mattresses. It is hard to find trustworthy sources when researching, but I finally came across several extremely positive ratings for Saatva.

Better than expected. The problem is now we have to replace our other mattresses with more of your products. Make sure you get a box spring as well. We bought a Benicia Iron Works frame for this bed. The combination is sublime.
