    I honestly, never heard of Saatva, but I'm glad I found you. I had almost given up my search because nothing in my local retail stores was wowing me or even within my budget. But after reading about your material selection process and the construction of the mattress/box springs, and of course made in the USA. I was in. The online customer service was extremely helpful with guiding me on my mattress selection and even followed up with me when I lost my internet connection just before I finalized my purchase. And imagine my surprise when I received the "call" from the delivery company on Tuesday (I ordered my mattress late Sunday afternoon) to schedule my new mattress delivery.

    I placed an order for a king size, firm, 11.5" mattress on 7/17/15. I subsequently changed the depth to 14.5" on 7/18/15. Everything else remained the same. I received an acknowledgement and revised order confirming the change in depth. On 7/20 I received an email from your Kalena that the mattress is to be 11.5" - somehow the word does not get to the various departments.

    So far it has been a pleasure to deal with Saatva. Everyone has been polite, responsive and helped us make our decision about what to purchase. We had an especially difficult situation with our house -- built in 1890 and narrow in some areas. Josh came up with the idea of ordering two twin XL mattresses instead of a king so we could get the bed into our house more easily. We'll set them together on a king frame once they're safely inside.     We got a glowing referral from a friend who loves a great bargain almost as much as they love the good things in life. On their advice, we checked out the Saatva, and things looked good. We placed an order Sunday, got a call to confirm everything on Monday, and by Tuesday we had scheduled our delivery. It could have been Thurs if our schedules allowed, so we pushed it to Friday.     On Friday July 17, I got a call from Omega Solutions, Saatva's local delivery company. They said the plush soft mattress and four and a half inch foundation would be ready for delivery on Tuesday, July 21, and they would call the day before on Monday to set up the time window for delivery which they did. They said it would be delivered between 11:00 AM and 3:00pm Tuesday. I even asked to verify the order, a fourteen and one half inch plush soft mattress and four and one half inch foundation. This morning, Tuesday at ten minutes to eleven the phone rang, it was Omega Solutions. I thought they were calling to tell me they would be here soon but no, they were calling to tell me they did not have the foundation. It was not shipped to them. The man on the phone thought they had another one in their warehouse but they didn't.

    I asked if they were still sending the mattress, he said no, it was not out for delivery. I asked when it would be here. He said maybe later in the week, he didn't know. I had a doctor appointment for today that I rescheduled so I could get this delivery. My question is why do they call and make an appointment for delivery on Friday when they do not have the merchandise, and again on Monday when I asked to verify the order, and why didn't anyone know on either end the foundation was not shipped to them? I'm still looking forward to receiving the Saatva mattress set but I think the process could use some fine tuning.

    I found Saatva by Googling - it was the company with the highest rating. When I connected to the company's website, the "Chat-on-line" immediately suggested their help. That was real HELP. I was given the detailed information about everything - all sizes, the possible firmness of the mattress, recommendation of what firmness would be the best (based on my requirements), the price, the phone number to call in case I wanted to place the order over the phone.

    The next day I did place the order over the phone. The company's representative was very friendly and attentive to details. He made sure I would receive exactly what I needed and accepted my order. Were it my son, he wouldn't be more caring. A couple of days later I received the phone call from Saatva - the last check that everything was correct in the order.

    The delivery was also excellent. It was within the time frame of 9-18 days, and 2-hr delivery window was scheduled in the way I was most comfortable with. And it was in time! Finally - the whole process was easy and I received the highest quality mattresses. Very comfortable, really - can't be better! I also want to emphasize that the price for this comfort was well below the prices of other "famous" brands. My big THANK YOU to the Saatva company! I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends who want to buy new mattresses.

    I have had 4 customer contacts with Saatva. They have varied in content. My first was with a woman to ask questions before I made a decision. That woman was very personable and helpful. The second was when I placed the order with Josh. He was distracted, and seems surprised when, after asking questions, I said I intended to order. The third was with Alison who phoned me to thank me for the order, and ask for address information and mattress size. I was unable to give her information since I was in a public place. The fourth was a man who saw my email to Saatva giving the information requested. Then I heard again from Alison, who apologized for my confusion over leaving me a phone message.     I will never shop for mattresses again. My purchasing experience was excellent -- the online chat person helped answer my questions, and the mattress was delivered two days later. The bed (I ordered the firmest one available) is VERY comfortable -- one of the more comfortable that I have ever slept on.     I have to say I completely fell for the clever marketing. The mattress itself was a great disappointment. Before I placed the order I specifically asked about motion transfer. I was told memory foams were very good in this regard. However, The Loom and Leaf is terrible in this regard. Not only is the mattress very uncomfortable to lie on, it also makes one very warm. Again, something it is not supposed to do. I slept badly and woke up very sore the first night on this mattress.

    I am giving this review prior to receiving my mattress as requested. When I first tried ordering a mattress from Saatva the site said my order couldn't be processed. As I'm trying resubmit my order (thinking my card was mistakenly declined) I received a phone call from Saatva and they explained that every once in a while a glitch in the computer system produces that response even though it had processed. The people at Saatva seem to be on top of their game because they contacted me about two minutes after I was told my order was declined to confirm that everything was all set.

    2 days later I received another phone call just to confirm that the order they received was the correct order and to make sure I was prepared with a proper frame so that the at home delivery would go smoothly. I didn't care for a phone call. I wasn't expecting a phone call. However, I was totally impressed. The guy on the phone seemed so genuine and eager to make sure I was satisfied with the ordering process and that I understood the delivery process.

    I'm a carpenter. Mattress orders aren't and the like aren't usually a topic of discussion at work. And as uninteresting of a topic I think this is, I actually got off the phone with Saatva and decided to bore him with my pleasant experience of buying a mattress. Like I said, I haven't received the mattress yet. The customer service is out of this world and because of it I have great expectations for the delivery process and the mattress.

    I tried to order online and the website did not function properly to enable me to do so. I called the order in by phone and they did not capture my phone number correctly; the rep I spoke with seemed obviously distracted to me. I corrected my phone number with SAATVA when I confirmed my order via e-mail and again on 7/10/15.

    After 16 days, I contacted SAATVA (7/9/15) and the next day I got an e-mail from the shipper saying my mattress had arrived and they were putting it into the delivery queue. Then I got another e-mail from the shipper saying they tried to call me but my number was incorrect; could I please confirm it. I did so by telephone and by e-mail. The shipper said they would deliver on 7/14/15 so I stayed home from work. They never delivered and never called to say they couldn't deliver. Then I got an e-mail on 7/15/15 saying they couldn't call me to cancel the delivery because they had the wrong phone number. So I corrected it again via voice mail. The shipper now says my delivery is scheduled for 7/21/15!

    Saatva and Mr. ** of NVC were exemplary. The local movers, not so much. They had no interest in customer service. The mattress foundation has a small gouge at one end. No idea if it occurred in transit or at the warehouse. The delivery guys were very careful, so I suspect it was not their fault. In any case, I have no intention of asking for a replacement. The mattress itself is beautiful - haven't unwrapped it yet, but it certainly beats our Serta.

    The information online with regard to Saatva mattresses was very positive. The online ordering process is easy and selecting mattress is much less confusing than some of the other, perhaps more well known, companies. Within 3 days of the order, a representative called to confirm the order and all the details. Instructions were given as to when the delivery company would be in contact, and as indicated, that occurred within 48 hours. The customer service rep was very pleasant on the phone during a conversation that lasted less than a minute. The mattress is due to be delivered in a few days, which will be approximately 1 week from the time of the order.

    There does not seem anything in the experience to this point that sets this company apart from the rest. In fact, extra fees are charged for delivery and a second charge for the removal of the old mattress. Perhaps other companies build this into the price of their mattress. This is the first time I have seen these types of charges from a company for these services. In addition, even though it is stated the customer will be given a 4 hour delivery window, that in fact does not happen until the night before the scheduled delivery, so there is not much time to plan or make arrangements for said delivery. That was disappointing. So overall, it has been a satisfying experience, but nothing special or out of the ordinary.

    I originally placed an order online. I needed to make a change to that order. I called the customer service number and the representative helped me make changes and verified my new order. Everyone I have spoken to have been knowledgeable and helpful. The only advice I would give is to include the customer service number on email correspondence.     Experience has been good so far, except with the "chat" agent who didn't know how to tell me the full height of the bed with frame, i.e., from floor to top of bed. I know you have different mattress and foundation width options, but didn't know how tall your frame was. (I found the info myself on the website after he told me the total was 16", which I figured couldn't be right). Maybe I didn't phrase the question well enough. Regardless, I heard from a rep within 48 hours of placing my online order and look forward to my new bed very much.

    I was sent this eval request immediately after order was placed, so, in all fairness, mattress has not come yet. At this point, I was canceled upon by the delivery company (XBO?) the day before delivery was to be made. I only learned that the truck did not come in and therefore, they could not make the delivery when I called them myself the night before. I was told it should be the next evening that I will receive confirmation of time of delivery. It's that time of evening again and I have not received any calls. I had to call again and got a lot of mix up with my order number which they thought was non-existent because the Saatva order number and the delivery company do not have the same order number. My issue is, I have to take off work to receive the delivery. It is rather difficult when I cannot be provided a time of delivery until sometime the night before actual delivery. Thank you.
