Everything was fine except the description of the mattress base unit and the bed frame. I'm not sure if I have to use your frame or if I can use your frame with my old mattress set in our spare room. Given that not sure what furniture needs to be moved. Other than that your site was informative and easy to use. The rep who called was very polite.

Was happy with order process and mattress quality till delivery; mattress along with foundation delivered 1 hour later than time window. No one called to inform about delay till about 20 min before window expired. The delivery truck had the goods arranged as if they were going to dump it somewhere. Did not handle it well. Picture of the foundation delivered today shows damage at edge, had taken day off to have this all organized. The guys (felt sorry for them) were certainly not in any shape to carry the heavy king size mattress up the stairs, very crude in removal and delivery of the stuff. Despite all good reviews I am sorry but it is the delivery and setup that counts as well and in my opinion this is a big failure for the company. They need to get this sorted.

I was called yesterday. Today, I spoke with Jenny. Then, the delivery service called, a guy named Luke, as I had requested they move my king down the hall to a guest bedroom. (This request was submitted with my order on 09/07/2015.) They call back and said "no, can't do it, it's not on the paper work". He was very uncooperative!

I did a search for beds made WITHOUT fire retardant materials and WITH organic cotton tops and found Saatva... made in America also! With 11 1/2" plush top, 8.75" foundation plus a 7" metal frame, it adds up to 27" tall. A perfect height for Mama Bear.

We have not actually received our mattress yet, so I can't comment on that. The customer service has been so good. We were contacted in two business days as advertised. Still waiting to hear from the delivery service. Hopefully that goes just as well and we love our new mattress as advertised.

I thoroughly researched a new mattress online. My intent was to buy a Westin Heavenly Bed but quickly learned that the quality had deteriorated since the last one we bought 10 years ago. My online research led me to Saatva, which I learned in the #1 mattress in the US and it is US made (which is a definite plus). My ordering experience was great, even when there was a question of what size I ordered (king vs Cal King) but that could have been my fault. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. Now, if it is delivered as ordered and is on time, my experience would be as every sales experience should be, forthright and pleasant and feeling like I paid a fair price and the seller made a fair profit.

We purchased our mattress on 8/29/15 and were told it would be delivered and setup in our home between 2 to 8 days. Today is 9/13/15 and we still do not have our mattress. On Thursday 9/10/15 I spoke with Alex **, the General Manager regarding my dissatisfaction with the company. He gave me a credit and called the delivery company and made arrangements for my mattress to be delivered today, 9/13/15 between 10 am and 12 pm. It never came so I called the company back and was told by Greg that the delivery company did not have it on record to be delivered today. Well, needless to say I am very unhappy with this deplorable level of service and am considering canceling this order altogether. Now I am being told I will not receive the mattress until Wednesday. Very unprofessional service.

I love your products; this is the second Saatva mattress I have purchased. I only have a suggestion about the script for the order confirmation phone call. An out-of-area area code always makes me suspicious when only the phone number is displayed. If the display said "Saatva Mattress," then I wouldn't hesitate to take the call. And your staff, each of whom were very nice and helpful, began our conversation like the solicitations I so often receive. "Hi, this is _____. How are you?" I found your web site from a mattress rating site. I found your web site easy to use and had most of the information I was looking for on it. Before I placed my order I did have a online chat and one phone call with CSR to make sure I understood the delivery and set up fee. My question was answered on the phone. I think on the chat you have set up answers for the call center to push but it did not give me a clear answer on the set up & delivery fee that I was looking for, that the $96.00 was the full fee. I also checked to find out what if any mattress pad or protection you sell or recommended.

We purchased a Luxury Firm Bed from Saatva and it was delivered on 8/28. Only one word can describe this bed and that word is "awesome!" We haven't slept this good in 20 years. We love our new bed! Thank you Saatva for making a superior product! We highly recommend this product to everyone! My only regret is that we didn't purchase this bed sooner.

I researched Saatva mattress online and placed an order on a Sunday night 9/06/15. I received a phone call on Tuesday 9/08/15 to verify my order and address. Thus far my experience with Saatva has been exemplary. Hopefully, I will be as satisfied with the comfort of the mattress as I am the order experience.

I placed my order on August 26, 2015. Within 15 minutes of placing the order, I received a call back stating that the mattress was in stock and that I would receive it within two days. Two days later I called to inquire and was sent an email stating that it would now be 7-15 days. I have not received an outgoing phone call from Saatva since the initial one that stated I would receive in two days. I followed up on Sunday 9/6/15 and was told that I would receive a call for delivery on Tuesday 9/8/15. I still have not received a call.

We're still very early on in the order process. Ordered the King luxury firm with matching foundation. Basically, placed the order, then received a follow up phone call within 48 hours. Great attention to customer service thus far, but the proof of the pudding will come after the mattress itself arrives. Looking forward to seeing if the product lives up to expectations and reviews.

We haven't received our mattress yet. Still waiting impatiently! This 9 to 18 days seems forever. We have been sleeping on an air mattress and can't wait for the real thing!

I see why these mattresses are the highest rated because of the support you get while ordering. It's personal and not just order and receive. If the mattress is as great as customer support I will be the happiest customer ever.

Naturally, the proof will be in the sleeping, but so far I am very impressed with Saatva customer service. I had a change in my order. I was able to get help and advice using the online chat and then had no problem calling into customer service to make a change. The change was quickly confirmed by email, so I feel very secure in my order at this point. I hope the delivery and setup go as well, and many years of sleeping on the new bed.
