I honestly, never heard of Saatva, but I'm glad I found you. I had almost given up my search because nothing in my local retail stores was wowing me or even within my budget. But after reading about your material selection process and the construction of the mattress/box springs, and of course made in the USA. I was in. The online customer service was extremely helpful with guiding me on my mattress selection and even followed up with me when I lost my internet connection just before I finalized my purchase. And imagine my surprise when I received the "call" from the delivery company on Tuesday (I ordered my mattress late Sunday afternoon) to schedule my new mattress delivery.

Experience with my mattress purchase so far. Good. Never heard of you but had a pop up on my iPad which at first was annoying and then I actually read your information and was very impressed. Can't wait to get it.

Such a pleasant ordering experience and it's being delivered in 5 days (from the date of purchase). Saatva appears to be quality oriented which is why I took a chance and ordered a mattress online. The website even states that if you're not happy, they have a full refund policy with no hidden penalties.

I placed an order for a king size, firm, 11.5" mattress on 7/17/15. I subsequently changed the depth to 14.5" on 7/18/15. Everything else remained the same. I received an acknowledgement and revised order confirming the change in depth. On 7/20 I received an email from your Kalena that the mattress is to be 11.5" - somehow the word does not get to the various departments.

My experience with the customer service girl while ordering was very pleasant and professional.

So far it has been a pleasure to deal with Saatva. Everyone has been polite, responsive and helped us make our decision about what to purchase. We had an especially difficult situation with our house -- built in 1890 and narrow in some areas. Josh came up with the idea of ordering two twin XL mattresses instead of a king so we could get the bed into our house more easily. We'll set them together on a king frame once they're safely inside. I'm looking forward now to delivery!

I haven't actually received the mattress yet but I am very excited to! I was very surprised to receive a phone call from a real person, which I really appreciated. Buying a new mattress can be stressful especially when you can't sit on it before you buy it, but just knowing someone is there if you have any questions really puts you at ease. We got a glowing referral from a friend who loves a great bargain almost as much as they love the good things in life. On their advice, we checked out the Saatva, and things looked good. We placed an order Sunday, got a call to confirm everything on Monday, and by Tuesday we had scheduled our delivery. It could have been Thurs if our schedules allowed, so we pushed it to Friday. If we went into a store and bounced on a few mattresses, it still would have taken longer! So far, we're impressed. Next is to see how it feels to sleep on one!

On Friday July 17, I got a call from Omega Solutions, Saatva's local delivery company. They said the plush soft mattress and four and a half inch foundation would be ready for delivery on Tuesday, July 21, and they would call the day before on Monday to set up the time window for delivery which they did. They said it would be delivered between 11:00 AM and 3:00pm Tuesday. I even asked to verify the order, a fourteen and one half inch plush soft mattress and four and one half inch foundation. This morning, Tuesday at ten minutes to eleven the phone rang, it was Omega Solutions. I thought they were calling to tell me they would be here soon but no, they were calling to tell me they did not have the foundation. It was not shipped to them. The man on the phone thought they had another one in their warehouse but they didn't.

My order has been processed and now waiting for delivery. But so far, customer service has been extremely helpful and it seems like the delivery time will be on time and not too lengthy like normal deliveries, so I am hoping that remains the case. Looking forward to receiving my Saatva mattress!

This is our 7th mattress purchased for our two homes and our children. It is always a pleasure to do business with the people at Sattva. They are extremely helpful and professional. Needless to say, we are very happy with the product! There is no need to spend thousands of dollars on a mattress when Sattva makes such an exceptional product at its price point. P.S. I used to sleep on a Duxiana!

I haven't received my order or a status update yet, but the order process is pretty smooth. I wish there was a little more info about the differences in firmness though.

I was lucky to stumble upon Saatva. I didn't need luck to figure out this company seems to understand the old way of doing business the right way. American made and built with pride! I cannot wait for my mattress to arrive. If this mattress lives up to my expectations, I will be sleeping with smile.

I found Saatva by Googling - it was the company with the highest rating. When I connected to the company's website, the "Chat-on-line" immediately suggested their help. That was real HELP. I was given the detailed information about everything - all sizes, the possible firmness of the mattress, recommendation of what firmness would be the best (based on my requirements), the price, the phone number to call in case I wanted to place the order over the phone.

While I was happy with the ordering process and the email communication immediately following my order that there would be a follow-up phone call, I did not appreciate that I received my follow up phone call at 11pm EST (waking me up prior to an early morning work engagement). While I know it's tricky with time zones, please have your sales/customer service reps follow-up during normal business hours, not in the middle of the night. Thanks.

I just ordered my mattress and scheduled delivery. Even though the mattress hasn't arrived yet, I feel compelled to comment on the excellent customer service thus far. Really - the staff has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make this an enjoyable experience.

She verified my order to ensure it was correct and gave me additional information on the shipping and setup process. More customer service people should be like her!

I have had 4 customer contacts with Saatva. They have varied in content. My first was with a woman to ask questions before I made a decision. That woman was very personable and helpful. The second was when I placed the order with Josh. He was distracted, and seems surprised when, after asking questions, I said I intended to order. The third was with Alison who phoned me to thank me for the order, and ask for address information and mattress size. I was unable to give her information since I was in a public place. The fourth was a man who saw my email to Saatva giving the information requested. Then I heard again from Alison, who apologized for my confusion over leaving me a phone message. I am not sure these contacts were of equal quality. I would say the first woman was most helpful. I do see evidence that Saatva really cares about their 5 star rating. My real hope is the mattress lives up to that rating.

Truthfully, I was expecting to order a mattress and have it delivered. I didn't expect a phone call thanking me for my order (and confirming its accuracy). I also didn't expect that I will have some control of the delivery date/time - this makes it much easier to take a day off work without having to scramble.

I received answers to all my questions. I'm not sure if the individuals with whom I've had contact so far communicate with each other. The first person with whom I spoke assured me that I could Get my mattress in a few weeks instead of right away but then we were called several times and had to repeat that information to each new person who contacted us. I'm hoping there will be no problem with the delivery date.

So far the post sale support has been as Advertised.

We made a decision within an hour to purchase a Saatva and as promised, I was contacted by a representative to confirm our order. If the bed is as good as the customer service, then I anticipate years of quality sleep.

I will never shop for mattresses again. My purchasing experience was excellent -- the online chat person helped answer my questions, and the mattress was delivered two days later. The bed (I ordered the firmest one available) is VERY comfortable -- one of the more comfortable that I have ever slept on. Also, I feel good about the company's commitment to sustainability, which is important to me as a consumer. One note: though I bought the firmest mattress, it is not QUITE as firm as I had hoped. Still, it is very comfortable.

I have to say I completely fell for the clever marketing. The mattress itself was a great disappointment. Before I placed the order I specifically asked about motion transfer. I was told memory foams were very good in this regard. However, The Loom and Leaf is terrible in this regard. Not only is the mattress very uncomfortable to lie on, it also makes one very warm. Again, something it is not supposed to do. I slept badly and woke up very sore the first night on this mattress.

I am giving this review prior to receiving my mattress as requested. When I first tried ordering a mattress from Saatva the site said my order couldn't be processed. As I'm trying resubmit my order (thinking my card was mistakenly declined) I received a phone call from Saatva and they explained that every once in a while a glitch in the computer system produces that response even though it had processed. The people at Saatva seem to be on top of their game because they contacted me about two minutes after I was told my order was declined to confirm that everything was all set.

Saatva and Mr. ** of NVC were exemplary. The local movers, not so much. They had no interest in customer service. The mattress foundation has a small gouge at one end. No idea if it occurred in transit or at the warehouse. The delivery guys were very careful, so I suspect it was not their fault. In any case, I have no intention of asking for a replacement. The mattress itself is beautiful - haven't unwrapped it yet, but it certainly beats our Serta.

The customer service has been prompt, respectful, insightful, and somewhat continuous. The communication, and the notification of future communications has been very welcome for me too. Additionally Saatva customer service provided helpful reminders and tips. For example, they kindly reminded me of the dimensions of my ordered mattress, and that -- well -- it has to be able to fit through the door. I can't believe I didn't measure the door! Anyway, I realize now that it should fit, but I appreciate the reminder.

I have been trying for several months to make a decision about a mattress purchase. I found saatva online as I was "Googling" other mattresses. It was around 9:00 on Friday night but I was able to "chat" with a knowledgeable and responsive representative. By the next business day, I received a phone call, followed up by an email, thanking me for my order. There was a request that I make certain that I had the correct measurements with a promise of delivery and set up in 9-18 days. More comments when I receive my mattress.

The information online with regard to Saatva mattresses was very positive. The online ordering process is easy and selecting mattress is much less confusing than some of the other, perhaps more well known, companies. Within 3 days of the order, a representative called to confirm the order and all the details. Instructions were given as to when the delivery company would be in contact, and as indicated, that occurred within 48 hours. The customer service rep was very pleasant on the phone during a conversation that lasted less than a minute. The mattress is due to be delivered in a few days, which will be approximately 1 week from the time of the order.

I searched the internet and found excellent reviews from SAATVA customers. I ordered a mattress set and it was so convenient and simple! Looking forward to delivery soon and a good night's sleep.

Today I received a phone call to schedule the delivery date, and while I wish they could have also scheduled the four-hour window at the same time, I will hear about that tomorrow. I have been very impressed with Saatva customer service. After placing my order, I noticed an incorrect zip code and emailed the general email. I received a response in minutes and my invoice was updated and emailed back to me. I also received a call just days after confirm my order and details. I have a king-size Saatva Mattress at home and my boys each have a queen! Now we need a new mattress up north and instantly ordered from Saatva! The ordering process is very easy and efficient and only takes 14-21 to receive! Once you get the mattress, they are wonderful! Very comfortable and I LOVE the fact they are made in the USA and organic cotton!

Ordered a mattress on July 2nd. Was contacted on July 4th to make sure the order was correct. This had already been confirmed via email but was contacted by phone to double check (I assume). Not much I can say at this time. Customer service seems friendly - It is now July 11th. I assume that I will be contacted in the not too distant future regarding the delivery of the mattress and box springs. After receiving the mattress and sleeping on it for several weeks, I will "then" write a review.

So far, I am very happy with the ease of ordering and the attention given me as the customer. I'm sure that if the bed arrive in a timely manner and is as good in quality as purported, that I will give a 5 star rating. I am relying on consumer reports and internet reviews for information on your bedding. I hope it proves to be accurate.

Representative on live chat was very helpful. Answered my questions and provided links for further information. Customer service called in the time frame identified. I understand the value of calling to make sure the right mattress was purchased, but not sure why a delivery date could not be scheduled with the initial call. The call was to confirm I measured my space with a tape measure. Wondering if adding a check box on the order form would eliminate the need for this.

Everything has been top notch from the time I placed my order to the follow up phone call and email then the delivery set up phone call.

Everyone I have spoken to have been knowledgeable and helpful. The only advice I would give is to include the customer service number on email correspondence. Experience has been good so far, except with the "chat" agent who didn't know how to tell me the full height of the bed with frame, i.e., from floor to top of bed. I know you have different mattress and foundation width options, but didn't know how tall your frame was. (I found the info myself on the website after he told me the total was 16", which I figured couldn't be right). Maybe I didn't phrase the question well enough. Regardless, I heard from a rep within 48 hours of placing my online order and look forward to my new bed very much.

Buying two more mattresses! We purchased a king size about two months ago and love it! Now we are replacing two others in our beach home. I was sent this eval request immediately after order was placed, so, in all fairness, mattress has not come yet. At this point, I was canceled upon by the delivery company (XBO?) the day before delivery was to be made. I only learned that the truck did not come in and therefore, they could not make the delivery when I called them myself the night before. I was told it should be the next evening that I will receive confirmation of time of delivery. It's that time of evening again and I have not received any calls. I had to call again and got a lot of mix up with my order number which they thought was non-existent because the Saatva order number and the delivery company do not have the same order number. My issue is, I have to take off work to receive the delivery. It is rather difficult when I cannot be provided a time of delivery until sometime the night before actual delivery. Thank you.
