I thoroughly researched a new mattress online. My intent was to buy a Westin Heavenly Bed but quickly learned that the quality had deteriorated since the last one we bought 10 years ago. My online research led me to Saatva, which I learned in the #1 mattress in the US and it is US made (which is a definite plus). My ordering experience was great, even when there was a question of what size I ordered (king vs Cal King) but that could have been my fault. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. Now, if it is delivered as ordered and is on time, my experience would be as every sales experience should be, forthright and pleasant and feeling like I paid a fair price and the seller made a fair profit.

We purchased our mattress on 8/29/15 and were told it would be delivered and setup in our home between 2 to 8 days. Today is 9/13/15 and we still do not have our mattress. On Thursday 9/10/15 I spoke with Alex **, the General Manager regarding my dissatisfaction with the company. He gave me a credit and called the delivery company and made arrangements for my mattress to be delivered today, 9/13/15 between 10 am and 12 pm. It never came so I called the company back and was told by Greg that the delivery company did not have it on record to be delivered today. Well, needless to say I am very unhappy with this deplorable level of service and am considering canceling this order altogether. Now I am being told I will not receive the mattress until Wednesday. Very unprofessional service.

I love your products; this is the second Saatva mattress I have purchased. I only have a suggestion about the script for the order confirmation phone call. An out-of-area area code always makes me suspicious when only the phone number is displayed. If the display said "Saatva Mattress," then I wouldn't hesitate to take the call. And your staff, each of whom were very nice and helpful, began our conversation like the solicitations I so often receive. "Hi, this is _____. How are you?" When I finally found out it was Saatva calling, I was happy to take the call, but I could have just as easily hung up before knowing. I really wanted to talk with you. Thanks for a great product.

I found your web site from a mattress rating site. I found your web site easy to use and had most of the information I was looking for on it. Before I placed my order I did have a online chat and one phone call with CSR to make sure I understood the delivery and set up fee. My question was answered on the phone. I think on the chat you have set up answers for the call center to push but it did not give me a clear answer on the set up & delivery fee that I was looking for, that the $96.00 was the full fee. I also checked to find out what if any mattress pad or protection you sell or recommended.

We purchased a Luxury Firm Bed from Saatva and it was delivered on 8/28. Only one word can describe this bed and that word is "awesome!" We haven't slept this good in 20 years. We love our new bed! Thank you Saatva for making a superior product! We highly recommend this product to everyone! My only regret is that we didn't purchase this bed sooner.

I researched Saatva mattress online and placed an order on a Sunday night 9/06/15. I received a phone call on Tuesday 9/08/15 to verify my order and address. Thus far my experience with Saatva has been exemplary. Hopefully, I will be as satisfied with the comfort of the mattress as I am the order experience.

I placed my order on August 26, 2015. Within 15 minutes of placing the order, I received a call back stating that the mattress was in stock and that I would receive it within two days. Two days later I called to inquire and was sent an email stating that it would now be 7-15 days. I have not received an outgoing phone call from Saatva since the initial one that stated I would receive in two days. I followed up on Sunday 9/6/15 and was told that I would receive a call for delivery on Tuesday 9/8/15. I still have not received a call.

We're still very early on in the order process. Ordered the King luxury firm with matching foundation. Basically, placed the order, then received a follow up phone call within 48 hours. Great attention to customer service thus far, but the proof of the pudding will come after the mattress itself arrives. Looking forward to seeing if the product lives up to expectations and reviews.

Everything has been great! The customer service representative called me immediately to clarify my order as when I'd originally ordered, the website did not show my order. Ordering online was very easy. Follow-up call by Saatva representative was made a few days later with a review of the order. The delivery service called a few hours later to schedule the delivery.

I ordered a queen luxury firm mattress on Sept. 1, 2015. The salesperson was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous while taking the order. The same day I received an email from the same salesperson confirming the details of the order and also discussed the delivery process. Two days later I received a phone call (and a follow up email) from a different sales person just re-confirming order and delivery information. Never before have I received such support from sales people. I am very impressed with the quality of the Saatva sales team and their desire to make the transaction seamless and enjoyable!

I received a call from the logistics co. letting me know the drivers truck broken down and I could not receive my delivery. I cannot wait until Sat and another 4-hour window interrupting my day as I try to get my new house situated, so unfortunately needed to cancel the order. All of the people I dealt with were nice and professional but I'm out of time and disappointed I could not try the product. This is my second time trying to get this ordered and I need a place for my family to sleep.

I just got the call regarding delivery date and it was moved up cause someone else canceled their date. So we're all good now. It said I'd get a call within 9 to 18 days regarding delivery date. My fault. So everything is cool and looking forward to my new mattress.

My only disappointment, so far, has been learning that my purchase will be charged to my credit card upon ordering. It seems waiting 9 to 18 days for delivery while I must pay for merchandise I do not have is too long! I expected (and hoped for) the charge to be after September 8th when my new monthly billing was due. I may have missed any reference to when the charge would be posted.

I just ordered a Saatva mattress and so far I am pleased with the responses/action taken by Saatva staff. I have been receiving emails/calls just as I was told by the service representative that took my order. Emails and calls are very courteous and professional. This is normally not the case with many companies. I usually have to follow up on matters. Not Saatva (so far). I am now waiting for the call to schedule a date for delivery. Hope that occurs soon.
