My experience so far with Saatva Mattress has been very good. The customer service rep was very kind & helpful in the right selection of the mattress for my husband & myself. I received a call to verify the correct measurements several days later. I am looking forward to receiving my Saatva mattress in the next couple of weeks.

Ordering was easy and fast. I hope it helps me sleep better and not hurt when I get up of the morning. Can't wait to try it...

I have not received my delivery but am very much looking forward to trying out our new mattress. The website was very informative and helpful in making our decision. Customer Service was very efficient and helpful.

The process was very easy. I read the reviews online and then called Saatva. The salesperson was very helpful answering all my questions. I then ordered the mattress. I received a call a few days later and a representative from Saatva went over the order with me to make sure everything was correct. A few days later the deliver company called and we set up a delivery date. The mattress was delivered at the time they promised and everything was set up as promised. I have not had the chance to evaluate the comfort of the mattress. We have only slept on it one night. So far I am very happy with the process. Everything went as promised and everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable.

Thus far, my online buying experience with Saatva has been positive. I inquired by e-mail with customer service to request a change to my original order and promptly received a response with confirmation that my request had been processed. My order is expected to ship within the next two weeks.

The Saatva caught my attention due to it's no chemical, eco friendly approach, while still being affordable. The online chat customer service was wonderful, polite, informative and fast. We are really looking forward to trying our new bed!

After doing some research, I was convinced that ordering online was the way to go. Trying to decipher other mattress brands was confusing and a waste of time; the "sales" seem meaningless. In the process of determining if the Saatva mattress was what I wanted, I contacted your customer service via chat to ask a few pertinent questions. I was treated in a friendly, courteous manner and my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. As a result, I ordered a Saatva mattress and foundation. I'm certain of the dimensions I ordered. However, am a little bit concerned about the softness I believe will be a right fit for me considering that I can't tolerate too much resistance on pressure points due to my bad back, and probably won't be able to know until we try it out. I'm excited to receive delivery of this highly rated mattress since the mattress we are replacing is literally ancient!

Our experience ordering a mattress from Saatva has been seamless and so far, very successful. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a new mattress. Ordering the mattress was simple online, and I was reassured by the generous trial period and exchange/refund policy of the company. As recommended, I chose the luxury firm mattress in a king size. My order indicated a lead time of up to 18 days, however the mattress arrived quickly, in a week. There was excellent follow up customer service after my online order - I was contacted by a representative to make sure I had ordered correctly.

Thus so far, we are very happy with the customer service from Saatva!! Makes us feel like we made the right choice with choosing our mattress... Hope our mattress is as nice as the customer service is. :)

The ordering went well. I am a repeat customer. The website was easy to use. I got a confirmation call to go over the order. We are so very happy with our king size mattress. We've had our mattress for about 18 months. Every time we climb into bed we appreciate the comfort and quality. We decided to get another Saatva mattress for our guest room for friends and family visits.

My first call was from a person from, I think, the "logistics" group re: delivery. She was not very articulate and I got lost when she stated the phone # (a lot of AHAMMM, a pause, numbers unclear, etc). Just too many numbers. 1st frustration. Then Brent called, and was almost as difficult to understand. So sorry for being so blunt; but I need to understand the message so that I can take the appropriate action. It appears that the order is correct. We have checked the measurements; everything will fit through doorways, the room is large enough for the new bed, etc. But, please, someone does need to call back with the delivery information.

I am extremely satisfied with Saatva's customer service thus far. Both contacts have been clear, helpful, and to the point.

I am disappointed and frustrated that my credit card was charged immediately, that I was instructed multiple times by email and voicemail to recheck the measurements, and that I was asked to rate customer service before I was even contacted about a delivery (four days after placing the order). Ask me again after delivery has been made!

Right now I am waiting for my mattress delivery. The ordering process was easy. I used the chat option to answer my questions. Customer Service seems to be good at this point. They have called me verifying my order. I read reviews online before I ordered and they were positive. I have 4 bulging/herniated discs in my back and I went with the mid level mattress... my concern is I might need the firmest they offer. I will let you know. They do let you know if you are too low or high on their scale - this is not the mattress for you. Excited for our delivery.

I had trouble ordering my mattress online because your system at first declined my credit card. My card company verified that my account was in good standing so I called your customer support and they had to enter my credit card. Once your representative did this, your system accepted the charge.

I selected my mattress and base without using the customer-support chat feature. When I had some questions about shipping, correcting an accidental second-order (my mistake), changing my contact information, customer service was extremely prompt and helpful. This made my overall experience very stress-free!

Website was easy to understand and navigate, and the order was easy to place. Saatva follows up right away with a confirmation of the order and instructions as to what will happen next (i.e. scheduling delivery, what to do on delivery day, etc.). Mattress has not been delivered yet, so cannot comment on anything else at the moment.

To date, everything stated on your site has happened. I was contacted and spoke with the most pleasant young lady. I believe I have found a jewel!

I am always leery of purchasing online if I cannot try it first and if I cannot return for a full refund. After reading all the 5 star reviews I was convinced to give it a try knowing that I had 75 days to return for full refund with the exception of delivery fee. I made the purchase online (Luxury Firm) without any issues. The delivery and setup was without issues. Its issue was when I slept on the bed. It was much firmer than I expected. The Saatva site says that this is the same mattress (firmness 5-6) that is used in hotels. I would disagree with this based on my experience as a busy annual business traveler. The Luxury Firm mattress is firmer than any mattress I've slept in any hotel chains (Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn). The firmness rating should be more 7-).

The ordering and transaction was easy. The mattress is living up to expectations, which were quite high. Delivery arrangements were fine but the 2 man crew was not experienced in moving large items through difficult areas. Fortunately we knew the best way to get the mattress to its spot.

I received a call in less than the 72 hour window the company states which was outstanding. I received instructions on the process and an email with the same information. So far, the experience has been outstanding.

Thanks for having the testimonies from your customers and mission statement of your company, these surely help in making the difficult mattress purchase. Key element was the diagram of the mattress and the elements that made-up the total design. While shopping, I quickly found three things not offer in many mattresses which were the steel coil base, inserted pillow top concept and additional lumbar support.

I received a call on my cellphone this afternoon while I was at work with a complete description of the mattress I have ordered with helpful instruction regarding the next steps of the order.

Reverse Cost for removal of old mattress - I was surprised when I phoned and it was answered by a person. Instead of passing my request on to someone else, the customer rep dealt with my request straight away and I received an e-mail confirmation within minutes. Awesome service!

I ordered a king luxury firm mattress a month ago and we really liked it. We ordered a queen for our guest room. The service and products are excellent. The two things that might be considered are, movement of the other person can slightly be felt and it is firm and we are use to a softer mattress. It seems to be better for our backs, so we are adjusting to the change.

Placed order last week, received a phone confirmation and a thank you, both times having dealt with knowledgeable and polite employees. Especially liked the live chat as I ordered online. Can't hardly wait, as the Sleep Number bed has worn out its welcome.

Few companies in America have good personal service these days. I was contacted by a Saatva representative within two days of placing my order and she explained the delivery and set-up process over the phone. Saatva gets two thumbs up.

Website says 2-8 day delivery after order placed. Delivery company calls yesterday while I wasn't home, they had my cell but did not call that. I talk to them the next morning and they set a date for Saturday and they have to call me back on Friday with 4 hour window. This will make it 10 days not the 2-8 as stated.

Don't use the chat; call the company. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and very reassuring to those of us who have taken the huge leap of ordering a mattress without ever having lain on it. I cannot comment on mattress satisfaction, since it will not be delivered for a few days.

Our experience has been very positive to date. The agent was helpful online when we called with questions and the online ordering process was smooth and efficient. He informed us about the military discount (good) but there was no way to input that on the online ordering website (bad). When we called back, the next person suggested we enter my veteran status & Military ID number in the notes/comment section of the ordering form and that worked. I've since received an email acknowledging this with "Transaction Refund from SAATVA INC for 50.00 (USD)". Excellent service. Anxiously waiting for the mattress now; hopefully that arrives in good order and soon to reinforce our excellent impression of Saatva to date and it is as comfortable as the reviews would imply.

We bought our first Saatva mattress in September of 2014 and it's been a great year! We had been in the market to buy a new mattress and had considered one of the memory foam brands because I have some neck and back issues and was having a really hard time with sleep pain with our old mattress. We were concerned about the off gassing of other mattresses though, especially as we had a baby in the house and wanted to be careful of that. We found Saatva online as we were reading reviews of other mattresses, and we loved everything we heard. We decided to go for it, and honestly, best decision ever. We went with a Queen size Luxury firm.

I used the chat function on the website, and the person who chatted with me was unable to respond to my questions except by repeating what was already on the site. Over and over, he repeated that if I didn't like the mattress, I could return it. I already knew that! But I live in a small NYC apartment, and I have nowhere to store my old mattress to use in case I don't like the new one, so I needed reassurance on some issues. He was unable to give me any information beyond what I could read for myself. After my experience with him, it took me a while to decide to go ahead with the other, and I almost decided to buy from a traditional store instead.

So far, I have nothing but positive things to say about Saatva. Even though I haven't received my mattress yet, I'm happy I decided to buy one from them. I received a call (which I missed unfortunately) from a very nice customer service representative to confirm my order and then I also receive a confirmation email. I can't wait to get my bed and I'm sure the rest of the experience will be excellent as well.

Placed order on Friday night. Thought we would not get a phone call until the following Tuesday but heard from your rep on Sunday. Received subsequent email that our order will be out of production by tomorrow and we will be hearing soon about setting up delivery. Site is easy to use. Plenty of information and your product has excellent reviews. Anxiously waiting for delivery!

My Saatva delivery went great yesterday. They called with the window night before, called 20 minutes before they came to let me know they were en route. Set up was great and they even moved it twice for me. Very happy.

As you promised, I received a confirming phone call within two days. The representative was polite and professional and reviewed my order for regular king size luxury firm mattress to be delivered in 9-18 days of order. I await the call re delivery.

Very happy with sales experience. NO pressure sales techniques which is great as I hate that about mattress stores. The bed will arrive in about a week. Very happy with the 75-day in home trial and reasonable fee for shipping. Assuming it's as comfy as everyone says, I think this is likely a superior way to buy a mattress, since trying them in a store really does not tell you what it is like to sleep on them. Sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, ordering was very efficient.

After reading all the great reviews about Saatva, we decided to buy a mattress online for the first time. Just disappointed that we were just advised our delivery will be late or not at all today. So far my dealings with Saatva have been very good. Customer support both via online chat and email have been very good in that most of my questions were answered before deciding to place an order. Whether or not I have made a good choice, remains to be seen. I only hope your advertising proves to be as good as I have been led to believe. It is my belief, buying a mattress is worse than purchasing an automobile.

Everything was fine except the description of the mattress base unit and the bed frame. I'm not sure if I have to use your frame or if I can use your frame with my old mattress set in our spare room. Given that not sure what furniture needs to be moved. Other than that your site was informative and easy to use. The rep who called was very polite.

Was happy with order process and mattress quality till delivery; mattress along with foundation delivered 1 hour later than time window. No one called to inform about delay till about 20 min before window expired. The delivery truck had the goods arranged as if they were going to dump it somewhere. Did not handle it well. Picture of the foundation delivered today shows damage at edge, had taken day off to have this all organized. The guys (felt sorry for them) were certainly not in any shape to carry the heavy king size mattress up the stairs, very crude in removal and delivery of the stuff. Despite all good reviews I am sorry but it is the delivery and setup that counts as well and in my opinion this is a big failure for the company. They need to get this sorted.

I was called yesterday. Today, I spoke with Jenny. Then, the delivery service called, a guy named Luke, as I had requested they move my king down the hall to a guest bedroom. (This request was submitted with my order on 09/07/2015.) They call back and said "no, can't do it, it's not on the paper work". He was very uncooperative!

I did a search for beds made WITHOUT fire retardant materials and WITH organic cotton tops and found Saatva... made in America also! With 11 1/2" plush top, 8.75" foundation plus a 7" metal frame, it adds up to 27" tall. A perfect height for Mama Bear.

We have not actually received our mattress yet, so I can't comment on that. The customer service has been so good. We were contacted in two business days as advertised. Still waiting to hear from the delivery service. Hopefully that goes just as well and we love our new mattress as advertised.

So far ordering has been simple and they contacted me within 24 hours after ordering to confirm order. Now awaiting the notice of my bed being delivered.
