Customer service has been wonderful and thorough thus far. I have not received delivery (next week) so I cannot speak to the final experience but I am impressed with what I see in the process.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated the added steps to ensure all information was correct. For example having me check my e-mail confirmation to verify before ending the call.

Ordering online was very easy. I had a few questions that I asked someone named David via chat. Although he was slightly slow to respond sometimes, I did appreciate the answers and information he offered. I realize that there's no giant reference guide for all mattresses (I asked about a few mattresses we've tried and liked but he never heard of them). Amy called to confirm the mattress order. She was very pleasant and informed me of what the next steps were. She also made it very clear that they're there to help if I thought of anything else.

So far so good. My new mattress can't come soon enough!!

My first major online purchase and all went very smoothly. I goofed with platform depth, called and requested larger/deeper one, and a week later (yesterday) it was delivered. The mattress is wonderful, your employees are wonderful and so is delivery company.

We purchased our mattress in June. To make the long story short, the Delivery team damaged the mattress. It took them about another 3 weeks to deliver new one, that in my opinion also was damaged. We had to pay total of $180 for shipping returns. Several months later we decided to give them a try once again, opened a chat and were offered 25% discount. When I tried to make the order I was explained that Saatva manager Michael will have to call me back. When he did he explained that they cannot honor the offered 25% by Carol since it was a mistake and "we think we are not the right Mattress for you sir".

The quality and professionalism of your customer service staff really stands out and makes a difference. I've never been treated with such care or professionalism when dealing with an online ordering company.

Everything about ordering a Saatva Mattress was easy. All of our questions were answered on the website; even how to decide which comfort level would be best for us (based on your preferred sleeping position). After placing the order on a weekend, at which time we received an email confirmation and invoice, we got a phone call a couple days later to verbally confirm the order, and most importantly, to confirm the foundation and mattress size - standard or slim. Saatva then emailed us the delivery information, and a few days after that the delivery company contacted us directly to set up the delivery date and time. The mattress was delivered today within the time frame they said it would be. Total time from order to delivery was nine days.

I had high hopes based on rave reviews about customer service and quick delivery. I am still hoping to be impressed by the product itself. So far I am underwhelmed at the delivery end of the experience. Saatva hypes in-home delivery and setup 2 to 8 days after the order so I arranged my schedule around that timeframe. I ordered on a Monday morning expecting delivery no later than the following Tuesday.

I am still waiting for my mattress delivery, so this review is based solely on my telephone conversation with a woman last Friday. I had to change my delivery information last minute and she was extremely helpful and courteous. Unfortunately I did not note her name, but very good customer service experience. Hopefully the rest of the mattress delivery experience is that smooth and enjoyable. :)

It defies conventional wisdom to purchase online a mattress you can't try in advance, but I have no regrets. My premier mattress was 15 years old and for over a year I would wake in the early morning hours trying to get comfortable. It was time to replace it, but there are so many different options these days including memory foam, etc. In addition, the number of stores selling mattresses in our area has grown far beyond what you'd think our population needs. It seems every former video rental store now sells mattresses. It is hard to find trustworthy sources when researching, but I finally came across several extremely positive ratings for Saatva.

Better than expected. The problem is now we have to replace our other mattresses with more of your products. Make sure you get a box spring as well. We bought a Benicia Iron Works frame for this bed. The combination is sublime.

Everything went off just as Saatva had said! The only exception is I was told I would get a call the Sept. 30th from delivery company to set up delivery, did not get the call until Oct. 2nd. On Oct. 2nd they called to tell they will call Thursday the 8th to set up delivery window for Friday! I waited until 4:37 pm the 8th then called them to see if they were coming the next day! They said yes! I received bed next day on the delivery window and the men were nice. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I needed to arrange to be home for the delivery. I work and if I did not call them I may have missed my delivery! All is well...things happen! I slept like a baby last night!

I received a friendly and professional call today to confirm my order. The lady was very polite and encouraged me to re-measure the bed height. I did this last night when making the order, but since the height I chose was in between the two beds we currently own now, I was feeling a little unsure about it. I went ahead and measured again today and ultimately decided taking a few inches off might actually be better for us. I very much appreciate the rep bringing this up because while we would have been fine with the other height, I do think we'll actually enjoy this height better. Incredible experience alert!!! Ordered my mattress on Sept. 19... Mattress delivered on Sept. 28th. Basically 1 work week. During this time fame, I received a friendly email and follow up phone call thanking me for my business. My world has truly changed since I have been sleeping on my "luxury firm" 14" King size mattress from SAATVA. Prior to this purchase, I had the hardest time falling asleep on my previous "luxury" innerspring mattress purchased through a major furniture store out here in the west. Once I did finally fall asleep, my back hurt every morning, really hurt. It was negatively affecting my day.

After exploring online and needing to gain additional information, the online chat representative recommended I call for assistance. The folks at Saatva provided help in determining which thicknesses would work best and in splitting the payment between two sources. I received confirmation emails and an email requesting feedback. I ordered a new mattress online last Friday, which was easy and smooth, and got a call from a Saatva rep on Monday. She was pleasant, and said the mattress was being built and would be delivered in 7-15 days. So far, so good.

I am happy with the service but could have used more help and guidance on which mattress and foundation was best for me. I was sort of left without an answer at the end but that was my fault for not pressing. I have very low sills 18" and do not want the bed to be too high.

I did everything online. Was an easy and pleasant experience to say the least. My inquiry was forwarded to a link that provided a seemingly thorough comparison between the Saatva brand and other high end mattresses of the same ilk. Incredibly professional customer service person plus I was offered flexible date and time choices. They then followed up with detailed notification about delivery. My husband and I have been having mattress trouble (which, of course, also means back trouble) for about a year. The Tempurpedic mattress I had was finally giving up. So, with no desire to spend a lot of money, we bought a Sealy Posturepedic. It was hell. Absolute hell. We slept on it for about six months, but after playing paper, rock, scissors to see who was going to get custody of the more comfortable (though smaller) double bed in the office, we had enough. A family member who knew of our troubles sent me the link to Saatva's website and said I may want to look into it.

I have yet to receive my new Saatva mattress but so far I have been extremely pleased with the customer service. I used the website and webchat for information. I spoke with Saatva representatives on the phone and I placed my order via telephone as well. Every person that I spoke with was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt heard and respected by them. I placed my order a few days ago and I am really looking forward to having our new mattress be delivered!

I recently bought myself a queen size Loom and Leaf mattress. I love it and was so impressed with the quality and the whole purchasing experience - emails to confirm deliveries, delivery etc. on time and so efficient and friendly. I am now purchasing a twin size Saatva mattress for my 92-year-old mom. It is the only brand I will buy now. I have recommended Loom and Leaf and Saatva to friends and family to remember if they are in the market for a new mattress. I am praying my mom's mattress comes a little on the 9-day side of delivery. She is moving into an Alzheimer's facility and I want her room to be ready, and beautiful and comfortable. Generally, it was good customer service. I did think my initial call to Saatva to order the mattress was not as good as it could have been. The person on the phone was a bit "brusk" - meaning abrupt in manner and not very friendly. My second call from Saatva (from N.Y.) confirming the order was much better - personal, friendly, thorough. Perhaps a bit of customer service training at the call center?

I just placed my order 2 days ago; and so far, everything has gone as you said it would. Someone called to confirm the details of my order, also received an email confirmation. Looking forward to everything going as smoothly as it has so far.

We just got out new king sized Saatva bed. The bed itself is in good condition. Of course we have yet to try it out. The frame seems a bit cheap for $99 - the very basic metal foldout kind. The delivery arrangements took almost a week for them to call, and then another week to deliver. The delivery was on time, and the deliverers did a good job in performing a challenging upstairs install. They were also very courteous. I paid to have my old bed removed, and there was no issue there. The only reason I can't recommend yet is because we haven't actually slept in the bed yet, although initial indications are it is comfortable and we'll do well.

I was very please and shock how smooth and easy it was to purchase this mattress. Can't wait to sleep on it!!!

I ordered the Luxury Firm, king size, slim mattress and split, king size, slim foundation. As others have said, shortly after I placed my order, I received a call from Brent to confirm my order and arrange for delivery. The whole process, from ordering on their user-friendly website to the efficient, professional and friendly delivery men, was a pleasure. And we all know how pleasurable mattress shopping can be! The products themselves have lived up to the advertisement claims so far. I have been sleeping on my new mattress for a week now and my back and neck are beginning to feel less stiff in the morning. I received an email immediately confirming my order and a follow-up phone call a day later to confirm my shipping address, mattress and foundation details and the name of the company that will be delivering the mattress. I'm looking forward to sleeping on it within the next 2-3 weeks!

Would be five stars but the online ordering system duplicated my order - kicked me out of the first order after hitting place order and did not show any order in process so I replaced the order. Shortly after I received two email order confirmations I called and the duplicate order was promptly and painlessly removed.
