I was going to purchase a safe name brand mattress set but came across Saatva through the great reviews online. The website was easy to navigate and I placed my order within minutes. They pay sales tax, too! Received a confirmation call the following day, they will build and deliver the set within 2 weeks. Looking forward to it!

Someone called and told me the bottom part of the bed got damaged in transit and that someone would call me and set up a new delivery date. So far, I've heard nothing. I notice the price of the bed was taken out of my visa, though. So... I don't have a happy face on it.

Just placed order yesterday and have already been contacted by Saatva. Very pleasant, professional, and respectful. What else could you ask for? So far all is great!!

I had never heard of Saatva when I started researching mattresses for a December purchase. From everything I have read it sounds like a wise purchase. The ordering was simple, I have already had follow up from the company, and delivery has been promised very quickly. So far, so good.

I just ordered my mattress, so I can't say anything about how the mattress feels like, but I did a lot of research on what brand and type to invest in, as good sleep is very important to me, as most people spend 1/3 of their life in bed. This brand, has nothing but good reviews from numerous sources, so I'm very excited to get mine!! I have a co-worker that's looking to buy a mattress as well, so I hope I get it closer to 9 days than 18 so he can try ours soon. The buying experience and customer service has been amazing. The person who actually took my order ("Marcos") was extremely professional and sharp on his product choices, also able to answer every concern I raised. The closer was the 30/75 day guarantee where you can return it if you don't like it or swap for a different firmness. No drama, no games, actually could answer questions that freaked out department store salespersons. Great way to buy a new bed.

Really looking forward to giving this bed a few years of my nights. The girlfriend and I have been looking for a new bed to reduce her achiness and overall tiredness. After searching around online and in stores we weren't able to find the right mix of eco-friendly and comfort. The eco friendly foam beds didn't seem to have the feel we were looking for. We ordered the Relaxed Firm Loom & Leaf King mattress 11/18/15. A few days later I had a shaky buyers moment when I called in to talk about getting the Saatva's inner spring hybrid. I have never slept on a foam mattress. A very patient Samantha walked through why I had ordered the L&L instead. I realized my shoulder problem & being a side sleeper are good reasons to stay with that decision. I know if I need to return it for the inner spring hybrid, that I can. Delivery was five star. Mattress arrived completely wrapped by heavy plastic. Delivered upstairs by two men. Very professional. Mattress is awesome. Love it. I am very disappointing with my scheduled delivery today, Saturday. My window was scheduled from 10am-2pm and I received a call from the delivery service that the gate security denied entrance to the delivery driver because he had no vehicle insurance documentation. Now my delivery is re-scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, forcing me to stay at home a second day and effectively ruining an entire weekend for a 30 minute delivery.

I went on to our computer and researched the 10 best mattresses. I used 2 or 3 different ones and each had your mattresses first. I also looked at a number of written critiques and they were 100% favorable. We are assuming and that they were honest and reliable and are eagerly awaiting our new mattress set.

However, at this stage I would have to rate SAATVA excellent in customer service - contact throughout the online purchase, answering all of my questions re the company and products. The follow through and interest in making the customer educated and comfortable throughout has been exceptional especially when compared to my last in-store purchase of a Beautyrest mattress.

In Sept. 2015, we purchased a Saatva luxury firm mattress. I am a senior citizen and I would not recommend this mattress because there is very little padding. I find the mattress to be too firm, you feel the double spring construction. I am going to need to go out and buy a mattress topper now to get some relief.

We bought the mattress, it arrived as stated, but we noticed that down the center of the bed it was firmer. If two people are lying on their side and roll towards the center you feel like you're going up a slope. It felt as if someone had been sleeping on in like our old mattress, but it looked and smelled brand new. Customer service did state that maybe the drivers had it on its side and it had bent towards the center? We made sure the mattress was place on the box springs properly and gave it a week, but it didn't level out.

I have not received bed. Was originally told delivery would be around 5-6pm and then get a text saying I was scheduled from 2-4pm. Delivery service called saying they could not change the time and I would have to be rescheduled for the following week and they could not give me a time until the day before. I called Saatva customer service who was not able to secure a time and told me that would be up to the delivery company's schedule which I would not know until the day before. I work a hour away from my house and am unable to take time off work without at least a week's notice so telling me the day before does not work out for me and I really don't like the idea of having to take a half day off work just because it's convenient for the delivery company.

We just ordered so can't say anything about the bed yet, but love the idea of getting what we want at a fair price without leaving home!

I've had the mattress now for about 2 weeks and have had some of the best sleep of my life. I ordered the 14.5" luxury firm mattress and 8.75" box spring. First thing I will say is it is tall. With a bed frame, the floor to the top of the mattress measures 33" which is quite high. The 14.5" mattress really measures out closer to 16" so keep that in mind when you're trying to decide what size to buy.

I am transitioning from a cal king size tempurpedic to a cal king saatva, going into my 4th week now. After a few days I noticed the difference. I felt my alignment straightening itself out. My back was initially sore but it was a different type of sore. Three weeks in, my back no longer hurts every single morning. It feels much stronger. I wish I had made this purchase years ago.

Your website really made mattress shopping easy, and customer service was great. I ordered an 11 1/2" mattress, as noted on the order form I saved on my computer, but somehow the confirmation email had it as the larger size. I replied to the email, and the problem was immediately corrected, even though it was after normal business hours. A day or so later I was phoned about delivery and opted for the soonest day, which was the following Sunday, only a few days later. Checking with my building by email, I found that deliveries were banned on Sundays, so I had to modify the appointment to the one day I could be at home during the following week. This problem was also corrected in short order. I'm eager to try out the mattress!

Let me state that I have been looking for a replacement of my mattress and box for 2 months now and have demoed every big name mattress out there, and my wife and I have purchased five mattresses in four years. It was well past "normal business hours" and I thought it was a auto-solicitation with a computer. I asked a question "what is a comparable big name mattress to the Saatva luxury firm". I spent hours reading all the reviews of what people had to say about the Saatva Mattress and their dealings with customer service. My husband and I both have back problems and getting a mattress that will allows us to get up in the morning without our backs being stiff is something we still have not accomplished. I am so hopeful that this will be the one. Everyone has been very helpful that I have dealt with. The 75 day trial period and the no hassle exchange or refund policy is what also sold me on giving the Saatva a try. Can't wait for the mattress to arrive.

I have been impressed and surprised so far with my experience. The e-mail I just received informing me my order had been processed, and that I would be called when a delivery was to be scheduled, was very reassuring. Included in the e-mail was a telephone number I can call with questions -- now I don't need to go back and retrieve the number.

We have had our Saatva mattress for 3 nights now, and are not at all pleased with it. We ordered the "Plush Soft" in a queen size. "Plush" and "Soft" are about the last 2 words I would use to describe it. More like "firm and unyielding". There is no give to the bed at all. Neither my wife or I feel like we sink into the bed at all. I also feel every movement my wife makes in bed. Upon contacting Saatva we were told that since the bed was new and never slept on (like we would expect a used, slept on mattress! there would be a break-in period. I understand that, and yet it feels like we are the ones being broken. My wife wakes up with her arms and shoulders hurting. I wake up with hip pain. If the bed doesn't soften up within the next few days, we plan on returning it. We are very disheartened by this experience.

If the bed is half as good as the customer service this will be a win-win. This group has gone above and beyond to excel in excellence! Kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Thanks to all.

We decided to try out a mattress for ourselves sight unseen - thanks to the trial period. The correspondence and general communication were impressive. Checking and double checking on the order was reassuring that we were going to get what we ordered. Delivery was without a problem, smooth and professional.

So far, my ordering experience with Saatva Mattress is excellent. I was not at home at the time my confirmation call was received, but I was left with very good information regarding my order. I am anticipating the delivery and having a wonderful experience sleeping on my new mattress.

Ordering over the phone was easy and straightforward. Most questions were answered quickly and accurately, although the delivery process turned out to be different from what I had been promised. The local delivery company did not deliver after 5pm (I was told they would be able to do it until 8pm, to accommodate those who work). The delivery guys did not have protective shoe covers even though that was promised. Also, the mattress was wrapped only in one plastic cover, which got quite dusty in the process of transportation. It had to be taken off before the mattress was brought into the house, however, that left it completely unprotected while they dragged it up the stairs and it got several stains on the sides. There should be another layer of protection included.

So far so good. After placing my order, Saatva welcome me to their family and confirmed everything. Although it is still in the ordering process, I am very happy with their expedition and ease of contact info.

I am a new customer with Saatva. I, like everyone else, watched the videos and looked at the reviews. However, buying a mattress you cannot physically see, touch, or lay on can be nerve wrecking. So, I decided to chat with a representative. He was very informative and patient. All my questions were answered and I finally felt comfortable enough to order. After placing my order 3 days ago, I've received 3 emails and 1 phone call. Saatva wanted to thank me for my order, confirm my info, and explain the next step in the process. I am big on customer service and they have been wonderful. I will keep everyone updated on the rest of the journey.

The order process was easy, however it is difficult to rate my experience until I receive our mattress.

Ordering process very simple. Received follow up phone call within 72 hours as promised and an e-mail confirmation. I called customer service with a question and after the second ring a person answered the phone. That was wonderful.

My experience at this early stage in the process has been excellent. I am a man of few words.

With a fair amount of trepidation, we decided to go ahead and purchase a replacement mattress thru the site. So far, the customer service and detailed information has been outstanding.

I just recently purchased a Saatva Mattress and box spring online. So far the experience has been awesome. The website was very easy to use and the chat site that comes up is very appreciated. It is still early as I am still 2 to 3 weeks from actually receiving the unit, however, I do not expect any hassles.

So far so good. We were delighted with the politeness, thoroughness and help that Carol gave us when we inquired about the Saatva mattress and proceeded to purchase one. Then the follow up call from Paul to confirm our information to make sure everything was correct was a very nice element. If the mattress is as good as your staff in dealing with the customer, we should have many good night's sleep.

The online purchasing experience was very easy given the information provided and required on the website. I received very quick confirmation of my order and everything was correct. I have not yet received my new mattress, but just placed the order yesterday, so that is to be expected.

I ordered a new mattress for my motor home on Nov. 4th. The salesman was very kind and professional. Three days later on a Saturday I received a call letting me know my order had processed and that I would be receiving an email within 24 hours giving me more info. The email came immediately. I am so looking forward to getting the new bed as our old bed is in terrible condition. If the quality of the bed is as good as the quality of the customer service I will be a VERY satisfied customer.

From the minute I ordered this mattress, only 12 days ago, I have been treated with courtesy and promptness. The mattress arrive this morning and is beautiful! I saw that it was also made in Denver close to where I live. Really excellent quality and when lying on it I knew this was the right buy! Of course it needs a proper test run yet, but so far I love it. Really well made.

I just received a personal call from Paul. We ordered our third Saatva bed a few days ago, and again, we got a personal call thanking us. Paul spent several minutes on the phone with me, chatting about what a wonderful experience it is to be treated like I was royalty or something. Saatva beds look luxurious and they feel wonderful! Our first two Saatva beds are queen-sized and went into two guest bedrooms. Our guests LOVE them, and probably show up more often (which is either a negative or a positive, depending on whether you enjoy hosting guests to your home).

Would like to know the date of delivery. Right now status is 9 to 18 days... Can we get a little closer with when product will be delivered? An estimated delivery date would have been most helpful. When order has been received couldn't estimated date be scheduled?

I had very high hopes for our new Saatva mattress. It was a bit less expensive than our local company, Verlo, and I liked the fact that organic materials are used, at least on the outside. We did have a bit of a wait before we got our mattress. The delivery company was late and although they were very nice and professional, they left dirty hand prints all over the walls (getting the mattress up the stairs was not a piece of cake, I admit). Once the box springs were put in in place (Cal. king), I noticed that one of them was pretty distorted. I called Saatva right away and they assured me the mattresses would work fine, regardless, and offered me a $150 discount, which I took. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice.

Would give you 5 stars but I haven't received the mattress yet. Communication to this point has been very good.

It took them 3 days to call me and tell me that the order has been processed and give me more details. And they further explained the order and the entire process. I am happy that I spoke to a human being that treated me like a customer and not a ticket number. I am very anxious to receive the bed and sleep on it as I am currently sleeping on the hard floor of my apartment because my air mattress has a hole in it right now. I will try to review again once I have slept on the bed! Giving 4 stars because it was just a call to touch base with the customer. The bed is still 7-15 days out from the purchase date. :-(

Love all of the contacts and very positive emails. I am looking forward to the Saatva experience BUT I have no idea when the bed is actually shipping. Nine + days from order? 9+ days from me doing something else? Is the bed manufactured yet?

So far, our experience with Saatva personnel has been exemplary. They have answered all of our questions and have been easy to work with. We are really looking forward to trying out our new mattress. Hoping it is ready closer to 9 days than 18!

Products were delivered and set up 11 days after ordering. Got 14 1/2" thick Twin XL mattresses: Lux Firm for wife (68 yrs); Plush Soft for me (70 yrs w/back, neck and hip problems); and 4 1/2" thick King Foundations. After 2 nights, very pleased!

So far, so good. I have not had much experience with the company so far as I ordered online. The ordering process was easy though and explained very well. I am pleased so far with my experience. I am very excited to start getting a good night's sleep. I hope I am not disappointed.

I have a too firm for me mattress I bought at an estate sale. It looked perfect and when it was so hard, I bought a Cuddlebed to soften it a bit, to no avail. The day before I found the Saatva website, I nearly bought a Beautyrest Black in a Sleep Train (new name for Sleep Country USA) store. I tried out three mattresses in the store and was sure I wanted that mattress, however I decided to wait and do more research online. I wanted to see how their prices compared to Macy's and Sears. The first thing I did was to do some online research and Saatva was one of the first companies that popped into my search. I wish I could say I did comparisons but I was sold after reading their 10 points of Philosophy and I didn't waste any time placing my order. My computer was giving me a bit of trouble during the ordering process but customer service stepped right in and (after asking permission) called to assist me. After shopping the usual stores and reading reviews, I finally decided on Saatva. Customer service is incredibly important to me and it seemed the right company for my needs. During shopping, it became apparent that my husband preferred a firmer mattress than I so we decided on the Luxury Firm as a compromise. I was immediately contacted by Saatva, the delivery was set up quickly, it came at the earliest date quoted, and the delivery - including pick up - was complete 17 MINUTES after the earliest time of our delivery window. WOW. However, it was apparent almost immediately that the mattress was too soft for both of us. I'm not sure if this was just this mattress but it also sank in when we were next to each other. This surprised me because I hadn't read this in other reviews. But my experience was so good that we decided try again. In about a week we had a new mattress, same fabulous delivery experience and we LOVE our Saatva Firm!

My biggest let down is the time turn around from order to delivery with no option to put a rush aspect to the order. 2 different answers on when I can expect the order from date order was submitted.

I requested a brochure and it was delivered quickly, then followed up with a personal phone call to make sure they had my order correct in every way. Impressive!
