Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I’m never going to try it again. I dislocated my hip on it the fourth night I was on it. Well, I had both the head and the foot way up and I’m having a little trouble going to sleep. I decided to turn over and get to see it if helps, to my side. And when I did that, it just popped it out of joint. I couldn’t find that remote. It’s attached to the mattress. One was attached to the mattress because I didn’t want the other to get lost. I had it wrapped around the bed. But it’s dark in there and I couldn’t find where to lower the thing. I shouldn’t have tried to turn over with the bed up that high. I’m kind of angry with the experience since it popped my hip out of joint and cost me a trip to the hospital that night. I got back in the next day, but I was 24 hours in the hospital.

I had talked with a real gentleman from Easy Rest. I had no questions other than get a hold of them, give me a call some time and talk to me. This is a fantastic bed! I get a good sleep and I think I don’t get cold anymore. And my pain in the right shoulder is all gone. I like all of its features. I’d recommend it to anyone.

My interaction with the salesperson and delivery went real nice. I got my pillow and I got my cover. And my friend bought me the prettiest little headboard to put on it. I don’t think it’s helping but I said I rest good on it and I don’t have to use a bunch of pillows to raise. So when I have that reflux real bad, I can raise it up and down and raise my feet and legs. I tell my friends how much I enjoy it. Somebody said, “You’re crazy for giving that much.” Well, I said, “That might be.” But I said, “I wanted it and I got it.”

The Easy Rest salesman was very good. The delivery was all right. Not excellent, but it was good. I had one question about the insert but I had to call in and find out about that. I didn’t know that you had to take the old insert out and put the new insert in. I first thought that you just put the new one. Everything’s taken care of. It’s working fine. I think the elevation is probably the best. I’m getting a better night’s sleep. All I could say is you’re waiting too long to get it!

I sent up a contest to win a free bed. The Easy Rest team was fine. They showed me everything. Well, I don’t have any injuries but it sleeps real good! I like raising the head because I watch television sometimes in bed and it sits you up where you can see it real good. I would say it was very impressive!

The sales representative was fine and so were the delivery people. They answered any questions I have and explained how to use the bed. I can’t say that I sleep any better on my Easy Rest bed. But otherwise, it’s okay. It will help you rest better. I’ve used the massage, though I no longer use that that much. But I do like the feature better where you can raise the head.

My experience with the Easy Rest people went fine. But the thing about it is I was supposed to have gotten a pillow. I don’t know how long it’d take but I haven’t received it yet. As for the bed, it’s definitely giving me a better night’s sleep. It’s easy to go to sleep real fast. They’re great!

I saw Easy Rest on television. I took the number down and called them up. I really only looked at Easy Rest. They gave me a good price on it. Their people were great and explained everything to me. The bed has been okay. I like its massage feature. It was all good.

The Easy Rest sales rep was fine. The delivery people were great. I do have one problem though and I haven’t even gotten into it. I received a box. I guess it has heating pads that’s supposed to go on the mattress and I haven’t even opened it because I wouldn’t even know how to do it. But when it comes to the bed, I guess most of the time I am getting a little better night’s sleep, sometimes not. But that’s just the way it is. If I’m hurting or aching somewhere, well I usually raise my head up a little bit and my legs and turn on the vibrator. And that usually helps to get me to rest and go to sleep.

I had a real good bed but for months, it was too high. Since I’ve had my surgeries, I’ve been hardly getting into it. Well, I just always slept with two pillows too, the head and the feet. But I didn’t have any other problems with my other mattress. Easy Rest has helped me so far. My back is not hurting me as bad as it did. I’m sleeping better. I actually want to test the different positions. The massage on the back is pretty rough on my back. I don’t use it too much. And whenever I turn the massage, I don’t know if I’m just not understanding it yet or not, but it goes for 15 minutes when you turn it on. But I like the bed because I can raise it, the head and the feet. They promised me I’d get a pillow and I had never gotten a pillow.

The people were wonderful. They’re beautiful people and I really appreciate it. I sleep good on my Easy Rest and when you elevate the legs because sometimes your legs is hurt from your arthritis and you’ve had a busy day, it helps. I like it. WONDERFUL! I would say excellent in my opinion, and I definitely would recommend them to other people.

The bed seems to be in some help to me. And I got an Easy Rest pillow and there’s something that I read there, someplace in the paperwork, that there was supposed to be a pillow cover. I don’t know what to do to get the pillow cover. On the other hand, it helps me with my back and my knee. I don’t use the massage. I just elevate. I’m glad that I got it. But it’s very expensive. That’s what I’m not happy about. Other than that, life goes on.

I had no problem with their people at all. Everything was fine. Just the bed itself. I don’t know if I’m not used to it, but I hardly use half of the stuff that’s on it - the vibrator and that stuff there. Well right now, I’m kind of crippled up anyway. I have a lot of problems in hip posture so I’m not in really good health right now. There’s nothing wrong with the bed. I think it’s probably just me. I’m just not comfortable in it. I don’t raise my head. I elevate my feet. I lay down later maybe like just on the bed and I’ll watch TV for a while. And if I’m going to go to sleep, I’ll usually put my feet down. That’s how I usually sleep in it.

I heard about Easy Rest from a friend who bought one. There was no problem when it comes to communicating with their staff. I think the bed is good. It has helped me with my sleep. I don’t have a massage. I don’t like that. I just sleep on it. Well, I thought it worked out real well. I had another bed like that, a single bed, and I was used to it. This one is much more comfortable. And I like that pillow. If they ask me, I would recommend Easy Rest.

I have vein problems with my legs. I saw Easy Rest on some ad and decided to get one to help with my problem. The salesperson and the delivery guys sent by Easy Rest were very good. The bed was also very good. It raises the feet above my head so that it doesn’t swell. I love it!

I don’t know whether I saw an advertisement or what, but I wanted an adjustable bed so I could sit up a little bit in the evening and read or watch TV. Easy Rest works good and I like it. I don’t know if it has helped me or not, but it certainly hadn’t hurt me. I really enjoy it. I like the adjustment pedals and I like the little vibrator in it.

We decided to get an Easy Rest bed, and I can say it had been helpful. I like the raising of the bed, and the bed came in with a massage feature. The entire sales process went fine. Overall, I’d rate it 5 stars. I would recommend it to anyone.

So far, my experience with Easy Rest was great. I have two crushed in my back and two protruding vertebrae, and the bed does relieve that pain when I watch TV or something. The bed is great, and the sales rep, the delivery team, and all the folks that helped me with this purchase were fine - no problems at all.

I called Easy Rest because I was just wondering what’s the situation and what was involved. The sales rep was fine and the delivery team has been good, but when I got to packing the material, I decided it wasn’t for me. I wasn’t ready for anything like that to come. But I really like the bed and it does a good job. The thing I like the most is the pillow they sent me. I’ve never tried anything like that before, and I don’t use anything else now. I take it with me when I travel wherever. In general, I’d say I’m satisfied with Easy Rest. It helps me.

I received an Easy Rest card in the mail and I responded that I would like to have information about it. A representative from Easy Rest came by. It sounded like a good deal so I signed up for it. Then the delivery guys came in and explained everything, and everything seemed to be okay. It went pretty good. The only problem I’ve had since then has been trying to figure out how to keep the top sheet tucked in because when you raise the bed up, the sheets loosen up. It doesn’t stay put. Other than that, I’m okay. No complaints. I’ve been using that ever since. I love the massager part. The bed is helping me to relax. It’s very good!!!

My wife got problems, and I got to noticing she was putting pillows in the bed trying to raise her head up. Then I decided it would be nice to have a bed that raised itself up and with vibration and everything. Then an Easy Rest pamphlet came in the mail so I filled it out and sent it back. The representative who came was great and explained everything.

I think it was on TV or an ad in a newspaper or something that I first learned about Easy Rest. Their service was fine, but the bed has not been helpful at all. I can’t sleep on it. There’s just something about it. I’m sleeping on it but I really don’t like it.

First off, working with the Easy Rest folks went good. The person was real good while he was talking to us. He told me everything. He showed me everything. When he pulled it out, he showed me how to use it and all that. Secondly, I really like the massage and the adjustable feature. It raises your head and your foot up when you will sleep at it. At night, I raise the foot up in the bed and that helps a lot. Highly recommended!

My experience with Easy Rest was bad. I think we heard about it from someone else and heard the number and just gave them a call. They’ve done good as far as bringing the thing to me. The delivery team was good and the salesman was real good and everything. So far, I like that.

My husband is on dialysis and has neuropathy. He’s often in bed. When I saw an ad for Easy Rest and it had a card in it, I sent the card out. Then they came to see me. The salesperson was fine and their delivery team was great. We decided to get a queen size bed for my husband, and now he’s sleeping better. The bed is great. He likes the massage in particular. We’re very pleased with it. My husband loves his Easy Rest bed :)

My husband contacted Easy Rest to get a new mattress. I wasn’t able to actually feel the mattress or see the mattress before I bought it. The salesperson and the delivery guys that came were fine, but I don’t think the mattress had been helpful at all.

I kept getting these pamphlets through the mail to a chance to win an Easy Rest bed, so I sent it in. Then I got another one and I sent it in. Then someone called us and when I accepted, they came out and explained to us about the bed and that they would give us an Easy Rest pillow for them coming out. My husband wasn’t here at that time. They said they had to talk to both of us, so they made another appointment, and then they came back when he was here. They talked to us about it and I guess the sales rep was here about 4 hours.

My experience with Easy Rest has been great overall. The sales rep was real good, and the guys who came to set the bed up were wonderful. As for the bed itself, I like being able to elevate my head in it. Easy Rest has helped me get a better night’s sleep.

I have been getting a better night’s sleep from the Easy Rest bed. My bed was good but they charged me to haul the other bed away and they didn’t do it. I have no other bed to haul away. They charged me $200. I’m satisfied with the experience except I didn’t know that I was going to buy one because I sent in a coupon for a chance for a free bed. I just sent a paper in and they just called and brought it all up. So when I did that, this woman just came in and they just brought it in. They didn’t give me a chance to say if I wanted it or not. Because I’m not going to try to send it back if I don’t like it because I paid for it. I didn’t like that either. I’d give them about 4. I don’t want to get them in trouble but the boys that brought it in were really nice. Of course, I’m sort of experienced in that because I used to manage a restaurant and I’m sort of experienced with the mechanical beds. But I was real satisfied with most of what they did.

I’m not too happy with the Easy Rest bed. I feel worse after turning on the massage. It seems to make me feel worse. I don’t know why. I am 92 but I am in pretty darn good health. I do have my troubles quite a while ago with my knee. I fell and it’s all right sometimes and then at other times, it’s not. And how about that pillow? That’s so big and it has an indentation on one side. I mean, it goes in. I assume that’s the side to sleep on. But the other side has kind of a rib on it so I’m sure that’s it. And I’m using that all right. It’s so different from a real pillow. I don’t think that’s the reason.

I don’t know exactly how I first heard about Easy Rest. It was in an advertisement somewhere, probably in the Legion Magazine or something. And the reason I decided to get in contact with them is because I cannot lie down to sleep. I have to be in an upright position. The experience with the sales and delivery people was fine. I’ve been having better sleep since getting the bed. They are good! They did a good job!

I think I found out about Easy Rest from a card either in the mail or the newspaper or something to send in. I believe that’s how I contacted them. The sales rep was very nice, very persuasive. The delivery team did their job. The bed itself doesn’t fit my bed very well, and I’m going to be having one of my boys see if they can get some wooden blocks because my bed frame is up in the air, and I’m not sure how sturdy that is to keep going at that way. But I’m beginning to sleep better. It took a while to get used to having your head up a little bit. I had been having trouble sleeping. That’s one reason I got the bed because I’ve been waking up at 1 o'clock and 2 o'clock and couldn’t get back to sleep. Last week, I get two nights straight I slept right through until 6 o'clock which was great! It’s a good experience :)

I was hoping to win a free Easy Rest bed. Got a card with the ad that they were giving away free beds. So I was hoping to get one. But I guess that’s just a come-on to get people’s names and addresses. The sales representative was fine. He was a very nice man and spent quite a while here convincing me. And the delivery was good. I had one of the Craftmatic beds, and I had wondered what had happened to them because we used to see their ads all the time and then I hadn’t for a number of years. And then we come to find out it’s the same company. But I give them a 5. Go with the bed! It is very good.

I’d wanted a new bed. I had an expensive bed and it didn’t last. It’s very uncomfortable and I have arthritis and I just couldn’t use that one anymore. So I thought I’d try this one and I put the feet up and I’m able to sleep a lot better. The delivery team didn’t really explain to me much about the framework and stuff. So I let them take the frame that was on the old bed. So it just has a small frame-like thing underneath that came with it. And I don’t know if that’s enough. And I was supposed to get a free pillow and I never got it. That was in the first information I got, that I was going to get the free pillow. But I’d say my experience with Easy Rest was okay.

I got a notice in the mail from Easy Rest, so I decided to contact them. The sales rep was good. The delivery team was knowledgeable and showed me how to use the bed. The Easy Rest bed has helped me get a better night’s sleep. I like that I can raise my head and feet. Overall, it’s okay.

I had just bought not too long ago, I guess roughly a year, a mattress. I had a Craftmatic bed. I tried to find out if they had a storage at their place so I could leave it there for a while. But I wanted to get it back and I couldn’t. The Easy Rest guy who came here and gave me the demonstration told me that I could work things out with the guys that delivered it. But I come to find out that I couldn’t. They weren’t interested in anything I said. I wanted to keep my mattress but they said I couldn’t do it. I’m sorry I gave up my other. I had a Posturepedic mattress and it’s much more comfortable than the one that I got from Easy Rest. Nevertheless, I’d still recommend Easy Rest. Actually, the salesman did a good job and the people that delivered it did a decent job. It was an okay experience.

I must say the sales and delivery people were respectful and very nice. They put everything together, and everything was done. They didn’t rush to get out of here and they really did a very good job. I love my Easy Rest bed because I love going up and down and the vibrator and the rolling. Everything is EXCELLENT.

We are satisfied with our Easy Rest bed. The bed has made me feel comfortable. And we got it right on time because I fell and broke both my ankles. I can put my feet up and keep it elevated. The sales guy was good. I was okay with everything. He explained everything really well and told me about his own personal experience and it was good. I would call my friends and I’ll recommend Easy Rest to them. I’d be proud and tell them about my experience!

I sleep on my Easy Rest bed okay. Just a few days before they delivered it, I fell and fractured two vertebrae. So I was in the worst stage to try it. Getting in bed has been a little bit hard. But the thing I’m wondering about is I got a double bed and when I get in, I’m only about a hand’s width from the edge and I really can’t shove myself over any. And I always have the feeling that the right side of the bed is higher than where I’m in and like I’m going to roll out.

Well, I got a mailing from Easy Rest. And my sister-in-law who’s had trouble with her back for a long, long time kept on saying, “I think I need some kind of an adjustable bed.” And so she’s one of these people who just keeps putting it off and putting if off. So I said, “Well, fiddlesticks, I’m going to see what you have up to offer.” And so when the fellow came out, he sold both of us a bed. And so that’s how it came about anyway. It was for her and then we decided, “Oh, that sounds pretty good,” because my husband was having trouble with his back also.

I received the mailing from Easy Rest and I’d heard about them through people, so I decided to contact them and get a bed for myself. It has helped me get a better night’s sleep. The Easy Rest people were great. They showed me how to operate the bed. They were knowledgeable and courteous. My experience with Easy Rest was great!

I’m not really happy with my Easy Rest bed. It’s not soft. And when I sit on it, I slip. Then I’m fine. It’s not flat. The reason I got it was to keep my legs and feet up. Also, I’m waking up with a headache and I don’t know if it’s sinus or the crazy weather down here or what it is. This is something new. First, it was a stiff neck and now I’m having a headache when I wake up. On the other hand, the Easy Rest sales rep was very nice. She was very high powered but she was very nice. She knew the subject. The delivery team was fine. They showed me how to operate the bed and everything.

I heard about them from an advertisement. My interaction with the Easy Rest sales rep and delivery people was pretty decent. I like that the bed elevates the head and feet, as well as the massage feature. It’s a fantastic bed!

I’m getting a good night’s sleep. Easy Rest is the best! I also had no problem with their team that came to the house. They explained and showed me how to use it.

Easy Rest is fantastic. I love it!!! It's helping me breathe better at night because I have allergies with post nasal drip. So now that my head is up, I don't have that problem. I like the whole thing. I can't pinpoint one thing. It’s real good. The interaction with their people was also fine. They were knowledgeable and explained how it works. We've been recommending Easy Rest to a lot of people.

The bed seems to sag in the center. I thought maybe it was because I put the head up. My head's up so I can watch TV and I raise my head so my heart is in line with my feet. I don't know. There's nothing in the mattress to do anything. We put in an extra cushion in the top of the mattress and it’s still not good. I don't know how Easy Rest is going to fix it. I don't know if they will fix it. Maybe they'll say that's what you bought. They were talking about firmness and they even put the foam thing in to make it firmer because I have back problems, but I'd be fine without my bed upstairs.

The Easy Rest people were pretty good. I had a call this morning because they told me that they were sending the sheets but I never got it. So I called them this morning and they said they were going to wait for me.

I pretty much like how this Easy Rest bed is elevating and how it gives me a good night’s sleep. However, I'm not really happy with their people who came here. The wheels on the wood on it, it will swivel because the slide side of it is going to break. Also, a guy put on quite a show. I'm really dissatisfied with it.

I'm not really sure how I got in contact with Easy Rest. It was something that was in one of these packets, I guess, and I sent it in. The salesperson was very nice. The delivery team was fine and showed me how to operate the bed. This bed helps me get a better night's sleep. I like that it’s elevating my head more than anything because I have a little problem sometimes at night with heartburn and it seems to keep that from happening. It’s a very good experience.

Well, actually it took me a while to get used to it. I had my feet swell up so bad and the swelling has went down on my feet. So I'm really pleased about the bed. I don't use the massage too much. I've tried it but I don't use it too much. I really don't sleep that good because I'm kind of in one position all night.

I have a lot of health problems, but on the whole this Easy Rest bed has helped a lot. I mostly like the head part. Definitely would recommend it to friends.

The Easy Rest that I'm using is very good. I use it every evening. I think it does help me with my sleep. I'm taking a lot of medications and everything. My trouble is I'm having trouble with my breathing. I can't do anything too physical right now. The bed makes me more comfortable. Well, it's a big plus that I can remove the head part, the bottom part and the foot part. Their people were very helpful too.

That's how I actually came in contact with Easy Rest and from that point, someone was sent out to talk to me. He was really good. It was a nice experience. Delivery went pretty well, too. In fact, I let my daughter be the one that lay on it and he showed her things. I was standing there though.

I got an Easy Rest bed because I needed a new bed. I wasn’t having any problems really. I had a Craftmatic bed and I knew Craftmatic was out of business. Everybody from Easy Rest was good. I just have to get used to this bed because it’s higher. It’s about 5 inches higher. But other than that, I sleep the same ways I did before. I would recommend it because it might work for somebody else better than it’s working for me, but maybe it’s because of my age. I was used to the other bed but I really needed a new one, so I’ll get used to this one. I’d say I do sleep every night, so that’s important.

I heard about Easy Rest on television, so I decided to get it because I take care of my mother and I figured she could use it. It has helped her get a better night’s sleep. She likes the massage and the fact that she can raise her head or legs. The sales and delivery team were really nice. I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody, not just people that’s handicapped or whatever, anybody.

The only thing I find different with my Easy Rest bed is that I have to always lower the bed before I get off again. I just can’t get right out. Then I have to come back and put it back where it was before. I have no problem. It’s the same as the other bed, just a better night’s sleep. It is not perfect. I’m skeptical about it being that there was no guard like my old bed. I used to have a restraining rod thing so I wouldn’t fall off, the railing, but I’m used to it now. I make sure I get right in the middle of the bed.

I called Easy Rest when I saw their ad in the magazine. The lady I talked to that set it up told me that I’ll be getting a pillow with my bed, but never received it. The delivery guys showed me how to operate the bed and they were really good. Those two guys knew their business. Overall, I enjoy my Easy Rest bed so much. I like the vibrator feature in it for my back and stuff. I would recommend Easy Rest anytime.

I get better sleep out of my Easy Rest bed. I like that I can put my feet up real higher than my head. However, I wasn’t too happy with that one delivery guy, the black guy. He didn’t tighten the poles on the one side and I couldn’t get down. It slipped back so I put it back to where the other side was and I tightened it down real good and it didn’t move since. But I figured, he didn’t turn it down tight enough. Other than that, he was strong enough to move anything. I have recommended Easy Rest to another guy about getting one.

Well, after being dissatisfied with a hospital bed rental - I was familiar with Craftmatic from a family member - I inquired and I was surprised that it was not Craftmatic. It was called Easy Rest or whatever. That’s how I initially did the call. I find that the Easy Rest bed is an improvement, as far as I’m concerned, over the hospital bed. I’m on Medicare. I think that the equipment outfits must get rejects from hospitals. I had a terrible experience with them and I had three. The bed is all right. Half of the problem is myself. The only thing, I hesitate. I know they told me when they installed it that they would come and take the wheels off and I’m just debating that but I do want it done. So I’ll leave it alone for the present time.

I saw an Easy Rest ad on a magazine and there was one of those little cards to win a free bed. I have COPD with asthma so I need to be up, and it’s hard sleeping on two pillows and falling off of them all the time. So I sent it in to see if I can win it and they called. The next thing I know, they were out and we bought one.

I got a letter or something, a card at the time. I don’t know what it was and I spoke with the Easy Rest rep who was a nice man. They delivered the bed and showed me how the different features of the bed work. I like the part where I can raise both sides, the feet and the head. So far, the bed has helped me a whole lot. The experience was okay for me.

I’ve enjoyed my Easy Rest bed. I haven’t read everything yet. I just enjoyed the massage more than anything. It’s helping me get a better night’s sleep. One night, I have trouble getting it straight when I’m laying down. I’ve been able to straighten it out a little bit more at times. Right now, I lift my back and sit up. I enjoy that, too. When I raise my feet too much, I have a little problem with one of my foot, but I try to occasionally do; otherwise, I’m enjoying it very much. It seems like I’m doing better with my shoulder, too, when I got that pillow. I have a hiatal hernia so raising it up a little bit helps. If I ever start having real discomfort in there, if I raise it up, it settles it down. So that’s another plus for me. I’d definitely recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

My mother is the one sleeping on the bed and she said she’s getting a good night’s sleep with it. It’s a good bed and everything and it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. The delivery team has been great as well. Overall, it was a good experience. I will definitely recommend Easy Rest to anyone.

I saw an Easy Rest card that said if I filled it out, I would have a chance, maybe 1 out of 10 chances, to maybe receive a free bed or something like that. And I filled it out and sent it in and then an awful pushy lady came out to the house. She didn’t tell me how much the bed would cost until we got almost through filling out the paperwork. And I said, “Listen, I can’t pay for this bed. There is no way in the world I’d pay $5000 for a bed. No way.” And she kept right on pushing and right on pushing. And then she wrote down on that paper.

The people at Easy Rest were eager to sell me a bed but they were very helpful. The bed has helped to improve my sleep and I don’t feel pain anymore. The massage feature is my favorite. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

One of the people in retirement home that I live in contacted Easy Rest and she contacted me and the salesman was with her so I said, “Let’s send them up.” Then he gave me the spiel of what it would do for me and all. I was having problems with my mattress and I decided it would be a good deal. So he was there and willing to bring it to me because I can’t get up and look at things like that.

A friend of mine had an Easy Rest bed, so I decided to get one for myself. They contacted me. I didn’t contact them. The sales rep and installers were real nice. They explained everything and answered any questions I had. I’ve had nights of good sleep but then again, I wake up. I have to go to the bathroom so much so it won’t matter if I wake up. But I’m hoping it’s going to get better.

I don’t know how Easy Rest got my address but they sent me a letter through the mail and told me that I won a bed thing. So I filled it out and sent it back. The sales representative and the delivery team were nice. They were a little late but they came in nicely and they put it up and everything and I got the pillow and the massive bed. The bed has helped me get a better night’s sleep . It’s very comfortable. I like the feet up and the massage feature of the bed so much. I would recommend Easy Rest to anyone.

I decided to get an Easy Rest bed for the fact that when you get older, that’s one of the requirements somewhat you have to have a hospital bed, so to speak, to make you feel comfortable. I had a man that lived here in the house for a while and he had one, so I had experienced it. The interactions with the sales representative and the delivery team went well. So far, I’m very happy with the bed. It has helped me get a better night’s sleep. I’d say my favorite features are probably the vibration and the massage. Everything that was told to me was definitely fulfilled.

I got something in the mail and needed a new mattress so I thought I'd try the Easy Rest bed. It went very well with sales rep and the delivery team was nice. I'm a side sleeper so I lay flat on my side. I’d get sleep but I get up with my backbone chilling me every morning and that wasn't happening before. The bed is making my back hurt. Easy Rest might be alright for some people but it's certainly not for me.

I’m enjoying this Easy Rest bed very much. Well, we have crazy sleeping habits, and I feel rested when I get out that bed. I don’t hurt at all. I didn’t realize how much the bed was going to cost from the very beginning. But when the salesperson said this bed raises up and all this, and it also massages, well I said, “Oh, I’ve seen that on TV. In fact, your commercial on TV” is the way I said it. But see, that’s not the one that is on TV. And he didn’t tell me. “Oh, no, no, no, that’s not the one that’s on TV.” That’s when he first got here. And he wanted to go in and look in our bedroom first right after he got here. So I was a little upset about that but I bought the bed.

I purchased one of your beds two months ago and it has already quit on us . I wanted to return it and the customer service person would not let me. She said they do not take returns. Anything that only lasts two months does not say much for a company. I wanted to return it and get my money back and she almost laughed at me. They did say they would bring a new motor. Now let's see if it lasts longer than two months.

My wife has fibromyalgia, back pain and several things so we decided that Easy Rest might help her. So far it seems to be doing okay. She primarily likes the elevation. It is a very good experience, as well as the interaction with the Easy Rest people.

Their salesman was a pretty nice fellow and the delivery team… I was going to call it today because I did not get the headrest connected to the bed and they promised me they’d be back in two weeks, and it’s been three months. That’s pretty lousy thinking in my opinion.

I love it! The delivery persons were real fast but they did a really good job. Easy Rest is real good!

Well, we had a neighbor that had Easy Rest and they liked them, and we’ve seen them advertised. We figured we’d take it up. The experience with the sales representative went pretty good. The installer was great. He knew what he was doing and he was in and out of here in no time.

I had seen it on a card. They have it in the card about Easy Rest where you could win one or whatever. Then someone called me that it’s going to be in your neighborhood. Then they came up and it was advertised, showing me the different things it would do. That was excellent. That one sold me up a bed. I actually had one of those beds. I broke my chin 15 years ago, but it wasn’t Easy Rest. This is different. An updated version of what I have. So I knew about them but I didn’t know anything about Easy Rest until I saw that article. I go and decide to buy one.

I bought a Craftmatic bed years ago. That’s 12 or 13 years ago. I saw that Easy Rest took over. They sent me a card, I filled it out, a guy came out here and explained it all to me, and so I bought it. He was wonderful. He’s done a very good job. The delivery team came when they said they were coming.

One of my ladies’ magazines had a postcard. I know what kind of bed I wanted but I didn’t know who manufactured them or who made them. So I wanted a bed like a hospital bed. I mailed in the postcard and they got in contact with me. The salesman was okay. I know they have to go through a certain formality and show you all this and whatever. But I could have done without all of that, or without as much of that. He was sort of a very nice man, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t know. He wasn’t a go-getter. I wouldn’t have hired him.

Easy Rest had a free bed. Then you could sign up, and I did. The sales representative explained a lot and he got a little pushy. Then the delivery team came in and delivered the bed and started out. I said, “Where’s the extra mattress thing that the sales rep had told me I could have? If I didn’t like one, I could put the other one in.” And he said, “Oh, it’s out in the truck.” So he went out to the truck and brought one in, set it down, left. I went to put it on the bed and it was a twin for my double. I said, “Okay.” They were already gone when I noticed.

I love the bed and all of its adjustable features. But sometimes it vibrates. I don’t know why. I think it’s too low from the bottom or something. We had to move the headboard too because it was vibrating off the headboard.

I heard about Easy Rest a long time ago. The salesman and delivery answered all the questions I have and showed me how to use the bed. I am now liking the massage feature - vibration. It does help me get a good night’s sleep.

I believe it was through something that I got in the mail that I heard about Easy Rest. I’m not a hundred percent sure but I think that’s what I got. My reason was I have a long history of back problems and have arthritis in my hips and so well let me just at least explore it. The bed has helped. My arthritis has improved exponentially. I’m doing much, much better. The sales rep and delivery team were fine. I would definitely recommend it and have already.

I ordered an Easy Rest bed and 3 or 4 days after, they delivered it. The sales representative and the delivery team were great. The bed is very comfortable. It's just so soft and I love it. I was gone for over a month. I just got back this Tuesday so I really haven’t had a whole lot of time on it, but what I have has been very comfortable. I sleep very comfortably on my Easy Rest bed. I’m still waiting for my pillows that come with the bed and I’m going to definitely give them a call about it.

I saw an Easy Rest ad and I was very much in the market for a bed that I could elevate both head and foot and so I took that route, and I’ve gotten it. The man who came to talk about it and with whom I’ve signed the contract was a delightful person. I really like him. He was easy to talk to. He gave me the kind of information that I needed. I really was sold on him actually. I bet he sells your bed better than anyone else.

I think I received some kind of brochure that talked about the benefits of Easy Rest, so I decided to contact them. The sales representative was very friendly and very helpful. I was really impressed with him. At first, I wasn’t going to buy anything because of the expense of it. It’s just that it didn’t seem I could afford it because we’re retired and I just went through cancer treatment for a year and a half and had large medical bills but I decided to invest that money even though it was much more. I didn’t think I would be able to afford it but actually the sales representative was so extra friendly and understanding, he talked me into it.

I recently bought an Easy Rest bed, about a month and a half maybe to two months ago. I don't recall contacting them at all. Someone came to the door and had my name. I don't know where or how. So I invited him and he was giving me all this information. As he talked about it, I thought, "Well gee, it sounds like a good idea if I care for paying $3000.” I thought, "Well this is a good bed like it is if you sleep that well.” I certainly would - I thought it was a good thing to have.

I had a good night’s sleep before I got this Easy Rest bed but this one is softer than the one that I had. I like it but I guess I just haven’t learned to use the button right because I have never gotten into the position where the man told me that I was supposed to be positioned like a baby and the body lifted up. I can’t get my feet in the bed the right way and so I just quit trying but I can raise my head up when I wanted to. I don’t know why. It looks like sometimes something gets hung up to my bed in the headboard and foot board. I don’t know what makes it and I quit using because I didn’t want to tear out my bed because I’m sitting on it too. So I just quit using my part where the foot is. That’s the only complaint that I have about it. It’s just all maybe in me not knowing how to use it. When I hear that bed, it looks like it is cracking or something. I didn’t think it was supposed to be rubbing the foot board and the headboard.

First of all, I had an Easy Rest type bed. They call them hospital beds and I knew what that was. I had a Tempur-Pedic mattress on it and I thought I’d explore it a little bit further and I learned from their salesman that one of the reasons why you have the controls to raise the back is to reduce the enormous pressure that is on the back when you’re lying on the bed - a flat bed. That’s what really convinced and ever since I had a hospital type bed, I haven’t suffered lower back problems. People who say they don’t suffer lower back problems are just lying. Everybody has lower back problems and the way you reduce the pressure on it is you exercise a little bit of course, you sit in those chairs that are constructed to support your back a bit more and of course the Easy Rest bed did that for me. So even before I climb into bed I have that back up on the bed and if I want to raise the legs also. I think that reducing the pressure on the spinal column is a major, major thing and your salespeople should really emphasize that because the difference when you lay on a flat bed and on a bed where you control the back is a very important difference.

Two guys were sent out to deliver the bed. The delivery was okay, but I'm not really that happy with the bed. They call you when you first get it and then after that you don't hear a word from anybody. When the rep was here, he put pillows under my legs and back and said, “See how wonderful this would feel?” The bed is hard. I should have called right away and told them to take it but I didn't because I had given away my bed. They work fine but to tell you the truth I told him my lower back, it has done nothing for it. I get out of bed in the morning and practically crawl on the floor. I’m in such pain and so I think if anything, it's worse than the bed I had.

Well I just sent in a card to Easy Rest and then some man came out and pressured me to buy the bed. I'm a senior citizen, 78 years old. Then I paid a lot of money for it. I live on Social Security and on limited income. I make $1,046 a month, it's all I get. I pay my rent and my food. They should’ve never even OK’d my credit. I know that. I really shouldn’t have bought the bed at all. My son doesn't even know it because I have a lot of other bills and everything too. But I have to force myself to pay the damn bill and that's not really what I want.

I guess the thing that sold me was the Easy Rest is actually like a hospital bed and my back has a lot of problems and that's actually what it focused on that it would be useful for the back. It’s helping with my back. I find that I don't have to wait as long when I get out of bed to straighten up. It does seem to work for that purpose. I guess the things that made me really feel good is the first times that I've used it what I did was I raised my head and my feet and then also stayed right there when the bed went straight again. When it levels off, as it was going down, I could just feel the strain on my back being pulled so by the time it was flat my back was hurting again. It's amazing so I like it.

I don’t remember what made me decide on the Easy Rest bed but I think it’s the pillow that got it. Some way or another I got something through the mail. Well, the bed is all right now once I got the hang of it but it was miserable for a week or two there. I was not used to that foam mattress and I had to change the mattresses. I got two of them now and the last one I put in seems to be much better. The experience with the sales and delivery was well. They were very nice, very good and I sleep pretty good on it, I guess. I don’t use the massage too often. I just go to bed and go to sleep. I don’t suppose I’ve used that massage more than twice since it’s been here and that was the first couple of days. I think it’s been all right. It’s pretty good but I wouldn’t buy another one.

I saw the Easy Rest bed in an ad and it looked like something I would be interested in so I called them. The sales representative was wonderful. I can’t remember his name because I can’t remember much but he was a very nice guy. The bed is helping me get a better sleep. I’m not a bit sorry I bought it. It’s very firm and that’s what I needed. I needed the firmness for my aching bones and the vibrator, of course; I needed it. It just makes me go to sleep. I have recommended them to several people.

The sales rep and the delivery team were all very courteous and very nice. The bed is helping me get a better sleep because I can sleep now and then instead of in the recliner. You can work your feet and legs better than you can in the recliner. It’s working very nice. The bed has made me comfortable. I truly enjoyed sleeping in the bed before I did for a long time.

We ordered replacement mattresses and today 10 days later, we are still waiting on delivery..... We were promised delivery within a few days (by the week end). We had a call from ** who wanted to deliver them on Sunday between 8 and 10. We said we would be in Church at that time. He refused to give us a later delivery time. We have called Easy Rest many times since and as of this moment still do not have a delivery date. ** said this A.M. (Wed) that they would call us with a date. "If we are not satisfied they would refund our money." I asked to speak to his boss, he said He is the boss. Is this anyway to run a business? I must add that we are pleased overall with the bed system itself... It is just the replacement of the mattresses that is a problem... Thank you.

We recently purchase a Easy Rest adjustable bed and during the initial purchase we requested the lifters to raise the bed higher and was assured the delivery personnel would install. Of course they arrived, on Saturday, without lifters and the massage motor seem loud, both noted on acceptance. I attempted to contact Easy Rest on Monday, got the call center, and describe problems and left name number. No call back within 2 weeks, called again and was told telephone problems. Finally got call back to tell me someone would contact me next day. Not at all happy with customer service for such an expensive item. Wish I could return.

I’ve always had trouble sleeping so getting a good night’s sleep is still an issue but the bed is more comfortable trying to get to sleep. I think my favorite feature is the mattress. I tried the massage a couple of times but I felt that was too noisy. The motor was way too noisy for me. It’s not anything I would be able to fall asleep with. The experience with the sales and delivery team were fine. I know they were here late but they had some traffic issues, I believe, but they were very efficient and respectful. Other than the motor issue I would probably rate them a 5.

There was a guy by the name of Elliot who came to the house and he was selling the Easy Rest beds and I'm telling you we love it! My husband has a chronic back problem and breathing problems and he has his side of the bed up. And the other bed that we had was a Sleep Number bed and the whole thing raised and lowered but I can have my side of the bed downward where I’m comfortable and he can have his separated when he needs to. I made my own sheets for it and he’s able to get a good night’s sleep and so am I. We tell everybody about it. We’ve shown a lot of people our bed and we had a couple who even wanted to know how they could get one. I don’t know whether they ever called or not but we really love this thing. But now we don’t want to get up. We really love this thing!

I got a letter from Easy Rest and everything. I needed a bed, so I checked, called them and they sent a representative out. The experience with the rep went very well with no problem and so with the delivery team. I believe the bed has helped me get a better night’s sleep. I have the ability to raise my head and my feet if I want to or I can adjust it so that I'm comfortable. I’d recommend them.

Everything was good. The sales rep and installers did everything. However, the bed is very expensive. The bed is not really helping. I don't know if I would particularly recommend it, but there was nothing wrong with the experience.

Easy Rest had a contest. If you entered this you might win a mattress and so I did that. Then a representative came around and it just so happened that I was in the process of wanting to do something that could alleviate some of my health problems better than using so many pills. So it worked out.

I first heard of Easy Rest through the mail. The sales representative was okay. I didn't have any problems and everything went along smooth with the delivery team because I had everything moved. All they had to do was just bring the bed in. As for helping with better sleep, I really haven’t felt any difference yet.

I’ve been coughing at night and now I don’t cough at night. Just very, very little and my reflux is not as bad because I raise the bed to about 30 or 35 degrees. My wife said that I don’t snore now. I snored all the time. Those are the things that the bed has helped.

I got one of them Easy Rest cards in the mail to one of the contest things obviously for the bed and you had a chance to win a bed. I sent the card in and they contacted me about coming out and doing a presentation. I like what I heard. I have a problem with my back so I purchased one. The sales team was excellent. The delivery was two nice gentlemen. They were easy to talk with. They did what they were supposed to do. They explained everything very well so I had no problems with them. It was a very good experience. I mean when I was dealing with the sales team and the gentleman made it so it was affordable to me. I won’t say cheap. He made it affordable because I really wanted it. He helped me put it in my budget so I can’t say anything bad about him. I would definitely recommend them.

I sent for a contest to win an Easy Rest bed. Everything went fine with the sales and delivery. It’s a nice bed. I think moving the legs up and down is my favorite.

What made me decide to get in contact with Easy Rest was that I was looking for a new bed and I was looking at a Craftmatic, I believe. One of the brochures I received in the mail made me go with them. The bed has helped me get a better night’s sleep. The sales person was here for like an hour and a half to two hours and he explained the bed and the options and the different features. He explained the different styles of the bed and I went with the cheapest one I could afford. The bed is AWESOME!

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and good. The delivery team was very good. But there was a little bit of a mix up with the appointment because I didn't check my messages but other than that, it was okay. The bed is good. The foam’s a little soft for me though. I need something a little firmer. I like that you could elevate it slightly and no vibration or anything when I’m sleeping. I’d give it a five. I guess it’s a matter of personal taste. I was happy with everything except I never got the pillow that I was promised with the demonstration.

I like the massage feature. And the way it does that, the head and the bottom, it's like sleeping in a recliner. We can sleep in our recliner. So that's why I like it. It was helping before but not now. The biggest reason is I've fallen and I'm having some back pains but if it weren't for the fall, it would be great. If you want a comfortable bed and a good night's sleep, just try the Easy Rest bed and see.

Easy Rest used to send me a letter for a free bed. I called and I thought I’m getting a free bed. They had a contest or something going on for a free bed. You put out a name once a month and that’s how I first learned about it but then I stopped fooling with it and then they must have gotten my name. That’s how I came to know about the adjustable bed.

I got an Easy Rest flier. I know it was kind of a gimmick because it’s “Enter to win a bed” and the next thing I know, I’m getting called and all that. Then the guy showed up, showed me all about it and all that. He was able to answer all my questions. And the bed’s delivery was great. One guy set it up by himself. I was amazed. He was great. And the bed is helping with just being able to adjust it so that I can lie comfortably, watch TV and relieve the pressure on my back because I’ve got a bad back. I’ve had two surgeries and I’ve got to go in again. So how it isn’t like a hospital bed is nice. I guess that I can get my feet up and everything and just relieve the pressure.

I first heard of Easy Rest a long time ago. I had an old one and then in Omaha state there was like a promotional so I called and they came and I got the new bed. Then yesterday I had one of the agents come in because the mattress is too soft for me. Then he gave me the number to call and they're going to send me something they put on top of the foam. It is a little section that makes the mattress a little firmer than it is now with the foam. But the rest is nice.

At first, Easy Rest sent me a brochure in the mail. And I never ever looked at it. And in fact it was really good. So, I called them. It was one of those times when brochures would tell you that you can get 1 free. So, that tells me to get in touch with them. The sales representative was very, very shrewd.

Well, I sent in a card that I had gotten with a bunch of information on it and instead of just sending me information, Easy Rest sent me a rep here. It went fine, just wonderful. I bought the bed. I'm not sure whether all of that is the bed's doing but my feet are not swollen as much now. I don't use the massage but I sleep with my feet up. So that's what I use the bed for, to keep the swelling down. I really like it. I hope that I can pay for it now. That was expensive.

I send in where I could win a free Easy Rest bed and a guy came and we bought it. And that first mattress and all was terrible. From the day we got it, it was terrible. But they came and took it away. It was broken. And so, we've got a new mattress and some box springs and so far, it's been doing okay.

I sent one of them things that come in the mail to win an Easy Rest bed. And I think that's just their way of getting names to call them to set up appointments. They called me. The experience with the sales representative was fine but he called other people like managers and I thought they were strong on me a little bit. The delivery team was alright.

The salesman was very nice. The gentlemen who set it up were too. They were very thorough and great. I really like it. I use all of the features. Right now, we haven't had it very long. The bed seems to be of good quality and they should be for the price. It has helped me get a better night's sleep. Actually, we got the softer top and that wasn't working too well so they changed it about a week ago and it's firmer and I think it is better.

I don't remember how I heard about Easy Rest, probably on TV or our paper or a flier in the mail. And I contacted them because I have a lot of problems - I have acid reflux, I have sinuses. I'm currently pregnant so I'm having back and leg pain. Plus I have some circulation problems. The sales representative and delivery team were great. They were very nice, very helpful. They did everything they were supposed to do.

Easy Rest sent a packet in the mail and I read it all. I liked it, and then they followed up with a phone call. And I said I was willing for them to come in and demonstrate and they did. And I needed it really desperate and I love it. I really love it! I had a real bad fall two weeks ago. And I'm recovering from it. And I've had both hips replaced totally and a knee. And I have lower back trouble. Plus when I fell, I really twisted my back. If I didn't have that bed, I don't think I could even go in the old bed. I just love my Easy Rest. It is the best thing that I ever bought!

My favorite feature would probably be the lifting of the head and I think it's a great bed. There was no particular reason that I chose this bed and I hadn't really got into checking out other similar beds or the Easy Rest bed except it's just here on the television.

The Easy Rest bed really has helped me rest better at night. I wouldn't give it up now for anything. There are a lot of features I like so it would be hard to say I've got a favorite, but I don't use the wave and the vibration features as much because I sleep with my head elevated. I have asthma and I don't know if it's because I really need to or I just get scared, but I've always slept with my head elevated. Before, I was trying to sleep on three pillows, so you know how hard that would be. And I've got really bad circulation in my legs, so I lift my legs a little bit, too. Lifting the top of the bed up and then lifting the feet up also keeps me from sliding down. So I've really enjoyed it.

I love my new Easy Rest bed. It gives me a better night's sleep. I have a lot of back problems and they have mostly gone away. That's really good!! I also like the vibrating bed. I have a cat that sleeps with me and he loves it as much as I do. Talking with the sales rep and the delivery people who came over went real fine. I never got the free pillow and I haven't heard from them since, but then I haven't called them either. Still, I would tell my friends about this bed!

I like the head part of the bed than any other because I have some trouble breathing, but just as long as I raise the head of it, I'm in pretty good shape. I rest a whole lot better than I did.

I got a back injury and I can't lay flat or anything. I already had an adjustable bed but the company I got it from went bankrupt, I think, because I had to go to a different company to get parts and a remote. I really can't remember if it was in a paper or a magazine or TV or what, but I've seen Easy Rest over some kind of advertising.

Both the salesman and the installer were good. My kids bought me a headboard for Mother's Day and we had to call and get the attachments to put the headboard on to the base. Anyway, they finally came.

I saw Easy Rest in the paper to sign up for a chance for a free bed. The sales team talked us into it. I tried to talk him out of it and he just kept on and on and on. I didn't realize that we only had five days for a trial, and I was having company. They delivered it on Monday and I had company coming Sunday so I had no way of doing anything with the bed other than just using it. We didn't even think about the bed. I was getting ready for company and when I called and told them I didn't like it, I want them to take it back, 'Oh, your guaranty is up.'

Easy Rest called me. They wanted to come out here and show me something. The sales rep did a good job. He was pretty good. I never thought about being in a twin bed like that. That's narrow. I've never slept in a narrow bed except when I was in the service, but it felt good when I slept on it or laid on it so it was all right. I'd never buy another one but it's okay. I'm not crazy about the bed.

Actually, I was looking for an adjustable bed and I have someone send me all kinds of stuff. Then I had a thing about Easy Rest and I had never heard that name before, so I was interested in it. I sent in a card and so, of course, they called me and said that it is now available in the stores. There was a gentleman who came out and told me all about the Easy Rest bed. There's no high pressure and that I like. They were there to just answer my questions and give me an idea of what Easy Rest was like and what their qualifications were for doing that, and how the bed operated in the past and so on. They stood behind their product. The delivery team was also wonderful. They just came in and set it up in just a matter of minutes and were gone. It was a very positive experience!

My interaction with their representatives went all right. This Easy Rest bed is helping me sleep. I also like the fact that I can raise my head.

My experience with the Easy Rest team went well and I get good sleep. The sheets were all the complaint I have. I thought we got the wrong kind, but they recommended these extra large twin sheets in the stores and they're not really selling fast, and they don't have too many of them to choose from. Still I would recommend the bed to a friend.

Everything was fine as far as talking with their people. As for the bed, I don't think we get good sleep. We're getting used to it. Sometimes it feels like you're falling out of bed. I don't know if it's just me or if it actually feels that way. And it's hard to keep them together. They had to bring another mattress and now the motor is rattling real bad. They're vibrating. They're supposed to bring another one next Wednesday.

I passed a store that said Easy Rest on it. I'm not sure. And then I looked it up on the internet and then I called them and said I wanted a bed. Then they called me and said, 'Would you like to have a bed and somebody will come? If you let them show it to you then they'll give you a pillow.' And I said, 'That's okay.' They came in and I was satisfied. It went beautifully. The guy was really nice and pushy, but most salespeople are. So it was a good experience. I love the bed! I like that it raises the front of the bed. It can sit up and lean back, and that's wonderful. It really helps me with my sleep.

The Easy Rest people were very nice, very polite, and very helpful. I love the bed and I'm sleeping real well. I can't choose what feature of the bed I like the most, but I enjoy it.

I'm fine with my Easy Rest bed. I love it and it's wonderful. I would recommend it.

I got the number off of the TV. It was being advertised late at night. I said, 'Well, I'll just get this number' and then that took a while. Then I dialed it, got hold of somebody and I told him to send a representative out. We got together and we wrote the plan out, and I got the bed. The representative guy was really, really nice. He was real good.

Easy Rest contacted me and sent their sales rep. The presentation and delivery of the bed went fine. I would say the bed has helped us get a good night's sleep, and I enjoy raising my head. It was a good experience!

I saw an Easy Rest ad and called for a representative. It was a fine experience. The people were very nice. The bed is also great. I like it. I get better sleep and I like the fact that it lifts. Not too much height.

I got an advertisement from Easy Rest in the mail and a saleswoman came in our house. I had no problem dealing with her, and the delivery people put the other one where we wanted it. However, I've got a low spot in the middle already.

I received an Easy Rest deal with some tickets in it for some giveaway or something. I sent them off, and then I got a phone call from this guy and he's talking and he wanted to come and see me and tell me his story. So I said fine and he came, and I listened and it turned out okay. The salesman had me talking to the guy who he said was the big shot, and that's who I dealt with in there. He told me all about it, and I thought it was a good idea, so I went ahead and got it. The guy that installed it was great.

Before I got the bed, I always needed to stack pillows and things under my leg to elevate them. But since I got the bed, I don't have that problem. I can raise it up when I need to but I haven't had to do that since I got the bed. I mean I tried all the different positions but when I finally go off to sleep at night, I'm kind of lying just flat.

There are apparently rods across the bed and I have a rod in my back from back surgery. I can't sleep in it and it's pushing the foot out of my bed. Also, when you put it up or down, it's pushing the foot out. But I didn't feel much pain in this week. The sales reps and the men that delivered it were very nice, but my back is so bad from being on it and even when I get to stand. I would say I was angry with the experience, it was terrible. I just spent $6,000 for something that I can't use. It's just the craziness of it.

The manager of my sales representative gave me a deal that I couldn't resist. I've always wanted one so I accepted it. The experience with the delivery team was very nice.

I got a thing in the mail to sign up for winning a free Easy Rest bed. I never won a free bed but the salesman wanted to come to the house. And he did. I let him come and sell me a bed. I had a double bed and it was needing to be replaced because I've had it for quite a while. They gave me a very good price that I could handle and make payments because I am older. That's how I got in to getting the bed.

Easy Rest contacted me. The sales representative seems okay. I had a brand new bed and I never even slept on it. The delivery team took it upstairs and because it was my responsibility, they just dropped it on the dirty old floor. I didn't like that too much.

I got the EasyRest bed a couple of months ago and I'm enjoying it very much. I particularly like the adjustable feature of being able to raise my head. Although the demonstration was much too long, the delivery was very quick and very efficient. Also, I was told that I would get four bottom sheets but they never arrived. I haven't bought any sheets as I have other things to purchase. I plan to take this up with them when I call their CS.

They explained how to use the bed and answered my questions. I don't use the adjustable features and just leave it flat like that. But so far, it has helped me in getting a better night's sleep. The only thing I don't like is that pillow they sent is too little. I wish they'd send a bigger one. Overall, I'd say the EasyRest bed is in good shape.

So far the bed is good. I'm having a better night's sleep. I just like the way it can raise my head up and everything, and I like the massage. I like it. All of the bed features. Dealing with the Easy Rest people also went fine. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The sales representative was really, really fantastic. We really liked her a lot, and as far the delivery team goes, they were very nice people, did everything they were supposed to and they didn't dilly-dally. They were very nice, too.

When I decided to get one, the interaction I had with the people at Easy Rest went fine. As for the bed, it has adjustable features but I don't ever move it; I just use it as a bed. It's just the same like I sleep, better even. Overall, this is a product I would recommend to friends.

The people from Easy Rest showed me how to work the bed. It was fine, but I don't like the bed because the vibration is just too much. I have an ear problem and the vibration gave me headaches. The vibration kills my head so I can't use it. But sometimes I would sleep on the bed every day without using the vibrator and I would sometimes get a good sleep.

Talking with the sales rep went great, and the delivery team was good. But I've just wasted my money. I can't even sleep in it. I have a broken tailbone and I can't lie on my back. It's not working for me, so I sleep on the recliner. I tried it, but I still can't do it for long. Maybe it's not just the bed and it's me, but I think I've just wasted my money.

I think I first learned about Easy Rest on an ad on TV. Working with the Easy Rest people went fine, and the bed is helpful in getting me a good night's sleep. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

I'm 77 years old. I've seen Easy Rest on television or seen it in an advertisement, one or the other. But I haven't been in the bed yet because I had to fix my chair, because I got to have my chair beside it because I got a bad habit of rolling out of the bed on that one side. Also, I've been awfully sick so I haven't done it. But the sales team did great, and the delivery people gave me the papers and everything. They were real good. They were real nice so I'd recommend them to a friend.

We had an Easy Rest flier that was sent to us and that's how we found out about the bed. I mostly like the up and down adjustment. So far I'm getting used to using it. Also, working with the sales rep and the delivery guys went fine. I would recommend Easy Rest to my friends. Hopefully, this extends to a good night's rest.
